Easy Rest Adjustable Sleep Systems Reviews

I wasn’t really ready to buy, but the Easy Rest seemed very good and the salesman was very nice and honest, I figured I'd do it. Delivery was a little quicker than I thought. The people were professionals and did a good job. I like the bed better than my previous bed. I get to relax more with the raising the head and feet.

The whole deal in a nutshell: My old bed had a foam cushion on top of the mattress and it was comfortable. My Easy Rest is hard and the sheets keep coming loose. I don’t like it very much. I was hoping that the pop-ups would work, but I’m sleeping on it flat and I don’t sleep very well. My back hurts, and I’ve tried but I don’t get along with it at all. The sales rep did seem courteous and the delivery team set everything up. But, I’m seriously thinking of putting my old bed back.

Upon seeing it on TV, I wanted to experience using the Easy Rest bed and comparing it with my previous bed, they're like day and night. With this bed, I can put my feet and head up and use the massage, and it helps me fall asleep easily. The only thing I'm sorry about is that I could have purchased the same bed locally and would have had a full bed. They used my old frame which I didn't know they were gonna do so. Then when I went to Sears, they had the same bed, with a whole frame for the same price and I could get it at about $1,000 by not even having the frame. So the Easy Rest bed is nice but quite expensive. Then during delivery, one guy tried to drag the mattress and the frame all by himself. There was a lot of dust and they left it like that. They were in so much of a hurry that they didn't even clean up, so I had to clean up and I wasn't too happy with that part of the deal at all.

I got the small Easy Rest bed for my dad in place of his 11-year old bed because he's on dialysis. The bed isn't tall and has a massage which he uses mostly for his legs. He is very happy with the bed and now he's been feeling pretty good. The sales representative was real nice as well as the delivery team who came and set everything, demonstrated how to use the bed and answered questions.

I had a house to clean yesterday. I was so tired, my legs started cramping really bad and my hands were hurting from gripping a four-cycle weed eater for about two hours. As I sat down on a chair in the living room to watch TV, I thought I could just go to my Easy Rest bed so I wouldn't have cramps in my leg. I did that and lifted the feet part up where my legs would be extended and adjusted the head part as well. I went to sleep until morning, without waking up in the night with cramps. This Easy Rest bed works.

Easy Rest bed was almost a duplicate of the therapeutic bed I had, Electropedic, so I got one. Their sales rep was excellent as well as their delivery team. The mattress has a tendency to float way off the bottom though, like three or four inches. I often use the wave feature of the bed. But I wish there was an off switch on the remote for the vibration. It’s set up to run for 40 minutes but sometimes I don’t want it to run that long.

The Easy Rest wasn't all I thought it would be. One problem that I have is trying to keep the fitted sheets on which keeps popping off the bed. The rest of the sheets are fine. But the fitted sheets are not tight on the bed, they're loose. I don’t think this is a full-sized queen size mattress.

I have a bad back and restless leg syndrome. I also have damaged nerves in my legs, and mostly use the Easy Rest bed to raise the legs. The sales rep was wonderful and listened to all my needs. The delivery team was also efficient and fast. I love the bed and hate getting out of it.

The bed has been so much comfortable so far and it assisted in easing my back pain. I've been satisfied about my Easy Rest and I'd recommend it.

Using the Easy Rest bed helps my back a lot. And it's a lot better compared to my regular bed. My favorite with Easy Rest bed is the head and feet elevation. I also like its vibrating feature. As for their sales rep and delivery team, it was excellent dealing and interacting with them.

Our older bed was not comparable to the brand we've had before and we were disappointed with it. We certainly prefer Easy Rest, which is much more relaxing. I like the elevation of the head and feet, and the bed's heat feature because of the comfort. The sales rep's presentation was very good, too, and the delivery team was excellent. Hopefully, we just continue to not have any issues over it, and so far we seem to be doing okay.

The demonstration of the bed that the Easy Rest rep gave me was very nice. He did everything really well. The delivery team was also very professional and quick. Since using the bed, I'm sleeping through the night and sleeping so much better too. It's been very comfortable and I've really enjoyed it. It's easy to operate.

I'm sleeping better with my Easy Rest bed. It's comfortable, but not as amazing as the salesman made it sound. It sounded as though I'd never have another pain in my life, but I still do but much better than it was. The bed is much better because it goes up and down. I would recommend it to a friend, but the only thing that could be a little better would be the price.

My husband stays in bed 24 hours a day so I needed something that would be comfortable and easy that would be good for him so we got an Easy Rest bed. However, I haven’t had it long but it’s sinking where he sleeps. I didn’t expect that because that’s the reason why I got rid of the other mattress that we had. But when I saw the indention, I’m a little bit skeptic and worried about it. It doesn’t look like we can turn it over. The mattress was not very big but I didn’t expect it to do this. For that kind of money, I thought it wouldn’t do that too soon. My husband’s been this way for years and it’s going to be that way forever, so I thought of putting a board, a foam mat, or something under it because my husband only weighs 120 pounds. If he was just using it to sleep, that might be different. But it’s got to be something supportable.

Since having the Easy Rest bed, I sleep quite well. Their salesman was very nice and their delivery team was very fast.

Easy Rest's traveling salesman was very good but the one I had to talk to in the office was a typical used car salesman. Their delivery team on the other hand was very good. I frequently use the vibration feature of the bed.

The sales rep that talked to me into buying the Easy Rest bed made it seem like it would be a better bed. He was good and I liked him but I was disappointed that the bed raises up on the bottom but the mattress doesn't bend like a hospital bed does. It doesn't bend up under my knees. It just raises my feet up in the air and makes them tingle, and I can't stand that at all. I did have to put my fibromyalgia mattress back on there because I was used to sleeping on that foam. But even though it has a foam top, I didn't sleep a wink the first night I got in the bed. The bed is very cozy and comfortable, but it has not worked the way I thought it would.

I had a knee replacement, and need to have my foot up most of the time and have a heater on it so I bought an Easy Rest bed. The sales rep explained everything real good. The delivery team was very friendly, supportive, and helpful. I had them adjust the bed, and they did what they had to do which was good. I could sleep much better with my head up. When I sleep down, I feel like I’m getting strangled so the bed helps me out.

We have acid reflux quite a few times. With Easy Rest, I could stay right in the bed, just raise the head up, get comfortable, and go back to sleep instead of getting out of bed and sitting in a recliner. My wife uses the massager quite a bit, raising the head, and the heat. The bed is convenient for raising the head and foot and it helps with our rest. The sales rep was great. He showed everything and even explained to us he had one and that he was recommending the insert that he had. He would almost guarantee that we'd get a good night sleep, and I do. I rest good on it.

At first I didn’t know if I was going to like the Easy Rest or not but I’m beginning to get to where I can sleep on it now. It helps with my acid reflux at night and my herniated disk. The best feature is that you can move the bed any way you want to. You can put your feet up and your head down or up, or you can do both at the same time.

My back bothers me a lot, so I decided to purchase an Easy Rest bed. I love that it relaxes me a lot. I can raise my feet up with this bed. I used to have to put a lot of pillows and things on it but now, I can raise it. Everything is pretty good. But one thing that I had meant to call them about is that I wanted the wheels on the bed. I talked to someone while he was putting the bed in here, and he told me he was finished. After they left, I was gonna fix the bed and it didn't have wheels on there. What he did was he gave me the wheels in the bag but I can't put them on there. He was nice in doing everything else but I would like to push the bed a little bit so I can sweep and clean under it just in case the dust or paper will get under. Also, the older bed that I have has rails and slats on it, and I was prepared to get rid of it. I wanted it taken down and keep my headboard, but the guy was already gone. But other than that, I'm very satisfied sleeping in the bed.

Easy Rest put a deal out and I tried that because I had a bed similar to it but it was twin and I did not like the twin. They called to set up an appointment where they would talk to me about this and the salesman is really the one that sold me on the bed. He did a fantastic job. The delivery team did a real good job too. I tried the bed and I liked the way it moved. I have heart problems and now, I can raise my head and I'm not falling off the bed now. I enjoy it and it's softer than most.

We got a bed from Easy Rest and our experience with them was alright. It was pretty good with the sales rep, as well as with the delivery team. We often raise the head part up to watch TV with.

The guy from Easy Rest who came was nice, and I liked what I have heard and seen. I decided the bed will do us fine so I took the opportunity. My husband and I both slept on it and it's very comfortable. We have swollen feet, so we lift the feet part of the bed at night and it works. The next morning when I get up, the swelling went down. The delivery persons were prompt, too. Though the payment was big, I can recommend the bed to somebody. The bed was awesome.

I needed a new mattress and I was looking at $3,000 on a mattress and I thought trying Easy Rest. I like the hospital bed and the way it can function. I frequently use the head and feet elevation feature. The sales rep was a nice man. He showed me everything. And so were the two gentlemen that came and installed my bed. They were very professional. Easy Rest bed is a good bed and I like it. It's very comfortable and I'm able to fall asleep a little easier since using it. I've already recommended it to a couple of people.

My wife has bad back and wanted an Easy Rest bed. She used to sleep in the living room on the sofa for two to three years, and now she's back on the bed. I like the Easy Rest bed. I got my angles for my TV watching, reading, and sleeping. I don't use the vibrate but my wife does all the time. We're enjoying the bed. Usually until I got the bed, I slept on my stomach and my side. Now, I sleep on my back because it's like sleeping in a chair. When it's reclined, I can sleep on my back. The Easy Rest bed is very comfortable. However, when I adjust it up and down, it would slide forward instead of backward. The delivery guys put the brace at the end of the bed and the mattress is always about two inches back away from it almost.

I wasn’t resting as good as I knew I should and I had knee surgery last year. I thought if I got Easy Rest I will feel a lot better and I do feel a lot better since having it. I use the elevation features frequently. Easy Rest is better than my old one because I can raise it up in the position that makes me rest better. I don’t really use the massager, though. I didn't like that part. I didn’t understand how to stop it. It will stay on so long and it made me a little nervous.

I got something in the mail about Easy Rest and I asked for information. Instead of sending me the information, Easy Rest sent someone to my house. I went with them as I have back problems. I had two spine surgeries and I'm due for another. I couldn't sleep and lie on flat bed, and going through all these surgeries, I needed a bed to help me when I'm lying down. With Easy Rest, I could adjust the bed raising my back and leg so I am able to sleep at night. I hope my future stay with Easy Rest. I'm so happy to know that I got a bed to help me sleep. The mattress I paid with over $1,000 was no problem. I lie on it and wouldn’t want to get out.

I was sleeping in my recliner instead of my bed for the past three years because I had surgery. As I was qualified for an Easy Rest bed, I decided to get one. Now I'm resting in a bed again. I mostly use the head elevation feature since I can't sleep flat. I'm enjoying this bed and have mentioned it to some people, particularly to a sister of mine who's having a bad acid reflux.

My husband loves our Easy Rest bed. He is really happy with it and uses all of the features. All the extra stuff works, but I don’t use it because I like to sleep just straight out. The sales rep was real nice, but just like any salesman, you tell them no and they just keep on and on which gets aggravating. She was very courteous and knowledgeable of what she was doing. The delivery team was great as well. They were in and out and done everything that needed to be, and showed me how to operate the bed. With the Easy Rest bed, I can sleep all night on the bed with my head and legs propped up. I've set the bed this way and don't change it since it works really well for me. I can see the TV and read from this angle. The bed, with its vibrator feature as well, has eased tension in my back and my back does not hurt as bad as it used to. I wish I had a headboard but overall, I'm really happy and satisfied with the bed.

I’m glad I got the Easy Rest bed because I had a hernia operation and I couldn’t sleep on either side. With the bed, I can raise my feet and head up and can sleep on my back. I wouldn’t want anything better as long as I could sleep well.

The Easy Rest salesman came by the house and explained all the different qualities of the bed. I have a number of medical issues so I bought one. It's 100% better than my old bed and I now sleep too long. The salesman was a nice person. On the delivery day, they came a little early and I liked that because I'm always early too. Everything went perfectly fine.

I was supposed to have had a free Easy Rest and then I was made to buy one. The sales rep was polite but was kind of insistent. The experience was not easy.

I thought I'd try for a free Easy Rest bed. I signed up for it and got somebody come over. He did an outstanding job. When they set it up, they were fantastic. I have no regrets. Easy Rest is a wonderful bed. I have a hearing problem and I can't read the caption on the TV if I'm on a recliner, but on the bed when it's set up I can read it and watch TV. Also, I have cramps in my legs and my feet hurt. I put on the vibrator and the massage and I don’t have to jump off of the bed and stomp my feet. I have a daughter-in-law who’s not doing too well with her legs, so I said that when I die she can have my bed.

My daughter had an Easy Rest and she was well pleased with it. She thought maybe that might help me with my acid reflux so I tried it. The sales rep was very nice and very helpful in explaining stuff. The delivery team explained and showed me the features. I now have the ability to raise my head or feet, whichever I want up, and now I don't have any coming up in my throat. Easy Rest does what I thought it was going to do.

I've been sick for a long time and I have sores all over my body that no one can figure out. I needed a new bed and I thought the Easy Rest bed would be nice to have - I've been wanting one for years. I was thinking it would help me with my circulation. I'm a little disappointed because of the pricing though. I told the nice salesperson that I didn't have the kind of money for the bed's price and he cut it down to $4,000. However, he didn't explain to me that Easy Rest was going to charge me 17% interest. I didn't see it so I was really upset when it came in. I wouldn't recommend this bed to anyone unless they really want it. I'm not getting as much from the bed as I thought I would. Nevertheless, I think of it as having a good, comfortable bed that's going to last me a while. There may be a time in the future that I really need it more than I can get now.

My new Easy Rest is 100% terrific and I love it. I mostly use it to keep my head and feet elevated. My husband was there during the delivery and from what he said, it was real nice the way the installers set everything up.

I was having back problems, and I thought the Easy Rest might help. I got one, and mostly use the raising of the head and foot features for my back. However, although my old mattress was just flat, it was a whole lot more comfortable than the Easy Rest. I wish it was softer. The rep's recommendation was to not get the memory foam because that was more for heavier people, but now I'm wishing I had gotten it. The rep was very pleasant and I liked her a lot. However, she said that when I raise the head of the bed up I would still be able to reach my nightstand where I keep my glass of tea and Kleenex, but that's not true because I have to either get out of bed or put the head down to reach my little table.

Easy Rest bed helps me to sit up properly whenever I read my books. Their sales representative is a good salesperson, also a reason why we bought it. The delivery team got here and set it up within just few minutes. However, I purchased it because I thought it would make me sleep better. But it doesn't because my leg is messed up. My leg keeps me awake most of the time. However, I am so tired, I just fall asleep when I take my nap on it in the evenings. Even with Easy Rest bed, there's no way I can get at any position that would help to ease the pain on it. If I had known that it won't help me out all that much, I wouldn't have bought it nor would buy it again. I'm not completely dissatisfied but we wouldn't recommend it to somebody else.

We felt like we couldn't afford to take the Easy Rest bed, but the sales rep was a little strong and so we went ahead and bought it. At night, I raise the head and feet and watch television. They're separate beds but we got them together. We feel like rolling down to the edge of the bed when the mattress is up at nighttime, and Easy Rest is supposed to send something to change out ends in the mattress to prevent it from happening. I called them the other day because we weren't satisfied and I wanted them to pick the bed up, but they said they couldn't.

Everybody at Easy Rest is professional and good people to talk to. I got health problems, and chose Easy Rest because of the fact that it's an adjustable bed. There's been less swelling in my legs since I started using it. However, the price is outrageous. I could have bought a new car with the money I spent. I've been recommending the bed to everybody, but everybody seems to think it's outrageous.

Overall, the experience with Easy Rest has been very good. I am satisfied with it and I’ve talked already to several friends about it.

I couldn't sleep and I have a lot of problems with my back and legs. I purchased the Easy Rest bed and I'm sleeping better. The sales rep was wonderful and explained everything well. He even talked about his own experience with the Easy Rest bed. Since I like to watch a lot of TV, I spend a lot of time in my bed. It's comfortable.

I'm satisfied with my Easy Rest bed. I had some trouble with my legs hurting. I also have respiratory problems and acid reflux. And with the leg and back elevation, I've been doing better. I used to have a big king size bed for more than 10 years but having pillows as its only adjustment didn't suffice.

I have back problems, osteoarthritis, and a pinched nerve. I had a good bed butcouldn't sleep on it and in the last few years, I had slept in a recliner so I bought an Easy Rest. The sales rep was very nice and knowledgeable and the installers demonstrated how to use the bed. I like the adjusting part of the bed and the massage.

I was having trouble sleeping because I have Graves’ disease and I swell up at night. My old bed of one and a half years wasn't really nice. It was just a flat bed. So I got Easy Rest and I have the bed elevated a bit and that helps with the swelling. I also use the massager occasionally. Talking with the sales rep went fine and so was the experience with the delivery team. I didn’t have any trouble after they left.

The Easy Rest sales guy was an awfully nice gentleman and the people who delivered the bed worked their tails off and were just as nice as they could be. The bed is comfortable and I really like it. I’ve slept a bit better and use the feet and the head lifting mainly. I’m very satisfied with the bed and would recommend for anybody to take it.

I sent in a card which was supposedly an opportunity to win an Easy Rest bed and thinking it was the only way I could possibly have one. But then, when the salesman came and was talking to us about it, my husband thought it sounded like it would be worthwhile. Not for me, but whether we could afford it or not, we were gonna get one. It came down to the idea that the benefits of it seemed to outweigh the cost or the fact that we didn't really thought we could afford it. The sales rep obviously made my husband aware of the potential benefits of the bed enough that my husband felt we really needed to go ahead and get it. And I'm very glad that we did.

I wanted the Easy Rest bed for comfort, but I have a hard time sleeping on it. It has a massager, which I thought would be good for me but I can’t really use it because after two nights, I ached more and more every day. It’s because all my joints are really bad. I need a hip replacement, I got scoliosis and my spine is way off. When I realized my discomfort, it was already after the third day. I had another bed that I bought before I got this one and I could get my legs up but they didn’t go right out straight. With the Easy Rest, when I raise the feet up, it’s not like when the sales guy showed me where the bed goes so far up on the bottom. It's not going to bend down where my knees bend down a little bit. It’s like awkward and I have a hard time falling asleep that way. But I can’t sleep on my back anyway, so I have to side-sleep. It’s otherwise a good bed.

The experience so far with Easy Rest has been very good. Raising the feet is my favorite feature of the bed.

My wife had a stroke so we needed something like a hospital bed for her. We chose Easy Rest and we have it for a month now. My wife is getting used to the bed. The left side of her legs are still messed up but she's doing better. The Easy Rest bed is motorized and I could keep her up on it so she's more comfortable. However, there are no lights on the bed control and it's not glow-in-the-dark. I have to turn on the bed light to see what I'm pressing.

Easy Rest was very good. The sales rep was a very nice guy, and I'm impressed with him. The delivery team was awesome, too. They showed me how to use the bed. The only problem I have is they do not supply sheets to fit that bed. The standard sheet doesn't fit and they couldn't tell me where to buy them. Other than that, I'm happy with the bed. I got a very bad back, so I bought it mostly for health reasons. I can elevate it, and although not as far as I would like to, it's helping me out. The vibration is very good for my back, too.

I'm a diabetic and I have lacerated legs. I wanted a bed that lifts up in the back and the legs so I got Easy Rest. They sent me the pillow and it came but I never got the heating system. But I use the bed every night, so it’s not bad. It’s better than what I had. The Easy Rest bed is worth the money and I wouldn’t go and get another one.

I couldn't go back to the bed. I couldn't sleep, lay down flat, nor get out of it. I had slept in the chair off and on before my husband passed away in 2012.. After his death, I finally decided I've got to have help. I get much better night's sleep with Easy Rest. I use the head lift and the feet just moderately lifted so that my legs aren't straight out. Otherwise, I use a pillow underneath my legs but I don't need to anymore. The delivery team was very pleasant. My dog even liked them and she doesn't like anybody. The rep was a very nice man. He described things very well. The only thing that shocked me is the fact that he told me it was $4,000 but by the time they added the percentage that I had to pay it went up to $6,000. That's scary. But all in all, I love the Easy Rest bed. My kid was all, "Mom you spent all that money" and I said, "Yeah, but I love it and I can sleep now. That's all that matters."

I needed a new bed for our guest room and I wanted to have a good up-to-date one. We used to have twin beds put together and placed a full mattress on it and pulled sheets over it. I thought Easy Rest looked like a good shot and I looked into it. They have good sales people and the delivery people are very helpful and nice. So we replaced the two single beds for a full one. I've never slept in the Easy Rest bed but I've stretched out in it to see what it was like. The old beds weren't bad but the Easy Rest is much better. My youngest daughter and her husband came recently and she stayed overnight. She thinks the bed is wonderful and she couldn't remember sleeping so well before. It was a good decision to purchase an Easy Rest.

I wasn't having so much sleep at night. I was sore and wasn't finding a good place so I bought an Easy Rest bed and it's 100% better because I'm sleeping and having a good night’s rest. I don't want to get up in the morning too. I get to adjust the head and the foot. My shoulders hurt a lot sometimes and when it's overbearing, I would use the bed a little to get a massage. Whenever there is something I need to do with the bed, I would use its remote. The other day I got up and was pressing the remote to put down the bed’s head and foot part and I'm not getting any response. So I left the bed like that until I remembered that the plug must have come out, which it was when I crawled under the bed to look at it. As soon as I put the plug in and tried the remote again, the foot part came down. So it's working perfect.

I bought the Easy Rest bed for its flexibility. It's better than my old bed of eight years because I'm able to sleep up. The bed's adjustable height on the legs and back makes it more comfortable and I feel better.

I had a California King Air Mattress before the Easy Rest bed. I needed a new bed but I didn't have the time to try it out and with the Easy Rest, I keep sliding off and I wake up every morning with my feet hanging over the end of the bed. Nevertheless, I like the elevation of my head and I use its vibrator quite often. My wife, who is shorter than me, enjoys the head elevation feature at night. I too enjoy the bed, aside from a couple of features about it that I don't like, which I'm adjusting to in some way.

I like my Easy Rest bed very much. However, when I want to raise my feet, the way the mattress falls when it comes up, it gathers a bit where it folds.

We got an Easy Rest bed because of my wife's health condition. She has GERD and she needed to have a bed where she could be in an upright position to keep her from having a reflux along with her medication. The bed helps her a lot. It’s better for her than her lying flat. I would encourage someone who's thinking about getting an Easy Rest bed to get one.

I have an Easy Rest bed in my room. I raise the head part quite a bit but I don’t try to put it up too much. I don't use the vibrator that much as well but it does good when I do. However, I'm not happy that the mattress is not thick enough, but I still have to use it whether I’m happy with it or not. Their sales rep was nice and he told us to call him if we had any problems. However, when I had a little bit of a problem and called him, he told me I had to call that 1-800 number on the paper and talk to them, and that he had nothing to do with it anymore. He wouldn’t talk to us anymore after that. So we got aggravated with them and didn’t bother to call him back. And when we called the 1-800 number, they didn’t even know what we were talking about.

I can elevate my head when using the Easy Rest bed. I’m disabled so I also have to stay in bed and elevate my legs. And with this bed, I’ve slept really well because I can adjust both ends. However, I didn’t get what was promised to me. It came with a heating pad but I never received that.

We’ve had our Easy Rest bed for two months, but it’s been broke for a month and a half. The bed quit working - it won’t raise up or down, and the vibrator quit for a while but it started working again. They haven’t been out here yet to fix it. The initial sales guy was great, however after the bed broke, the first guy I spoke to was nothing but a liar. He said he called me 12 to 15 times, but he only called twice because I still got him on my phone. He said he knocked on my door and I didn’t answer, but I was here all day. My wife’s disabled so we don’t go too far.

I wasn't satisfied with my other bed so I got myself an Easy Rest which I am more satisfied with. The bed works well with it being adjustable. I use the lowering of the foot and the head and I also like the massage feature of it. Also, the agent that sold it to me was very nice and congenial, and did a good job. It's been a very nice experience with Easy Rest. My wife enjoys the bed, too.

The sales person was really nice and convinced us to buy the bed. Everything went fine and I don't have any problems. My wife sleeps on the bed and I use the vibrator and raising the head features. It was a satisfying experience and would recommend Easy Rest.

I have neuropathy and I recently had a double knee replacement so I had to keep my knees elevated because I had some bone graft done and I try to keep them from having a blood clot. The Easy Rest representative came around and talked to me about the bed and so I decided I would try it out. He was good and came down to a price I could accept. The Easy Rest is not exactly what I really wanted, but I have to put up with it. I use the head and foot reclining a little bit. The heating pad is great but the massage isn’t doing any good.

My significant other wanted an Easy Rest bed. He’s 89 and he thought it would be better, but it wasn't. I’ve been trying the Easy Rest bed since January too. I don’t find it as comfortable as I thought it would be and don’t know if I can change the mattress. I like my old bed better. I got a new box spring and mattress about a year ago. It was softer than the Easy Rest. But we do like the headrest of the Easy Rest bed. We put the head up because my husband can’t sleep flat. In addition, the sales rep was good although the presentation was long. The installers, on the other hand, were not very friendly. In fact, I asked a couple of questions and they couldn’t give me any answers. They did the installation in a timely fashion, though, and they did the bed demonstration to a point. But I wouldn't recommend the Easy Rest bed.

My husband and I enjoy the Easy Rest bed. It's doing great and helps us in our sleep and my arthritis. My arthritis swells up and legs cramp still though. I have to get up out of bed to get the cramps gone. My husband likes to lie down and I lay up a little bit. He says, "Look, my side goes down. I said, "No. Your whole bed goes up, just like my side." But we're satisfied with it. It's easier to get in and out. It's very comfortable and I'm telling everybody about it. When I spend money on a good bed, I haven't got to worry about buying mattresses to be comfortable.

I hate Easy Rest. The mattress is only about an inch thick of foam so we had to find mattress pads. We couldn’t even turn over in bed until we put the mattress pads in. But I still can’t turn over because I’m handicapped. I’m very displeased with it and I really would rather have my hospital bed back. The only thing I like about it is that my husband and I can sleep together, which we haven’t done in two years. Their delivery team was also fantastic, but their staff didn’t tell us a lot of things. They didn’t say there were going to be taxes on top of what we’ve been paying. I also would like to have some answers on why it costs so much. I didn’t know that or I wouldn’t have used it since we don’t have that kind of money.

I needed a new bed and this lady came out and talked to me into buying an Easy Rest. Since I got it, I could hardly sleep on it. The mattress is hard as a rock. The lady said it would sink in a little bit and then it would stop, she was wrong. My old bed is more comfortable compared to my Easy Rest.

I bought an Easy Rest for my snoring and bad back, and the bed really helped me. I also had knee replacement, so I got to keep my legs elevated with ice on it, so the bed makes it easy. In addition, the delivery team was in a hurry to get to the next job, but they were good. They demonstrated the bed quickly for the most part. The only problem we got is finding the right sheets for it. But other than that, we like the bed pretty well.

My roommate, ex sister-in-law has real bad back. She stays in the bed most of the time and it's very uncomfortable for her to sit up and watch television. I bought the Easy Rest bed so she can rest better and watch television better. She loves it and she enjoys laying there. She can move it up to read and watch television, and move it down to sleep. If her legs bother her, she can move the legs and the head up and her back gets more comfortable. This is a much better, comfortable mattress than the old bed and it's smaller. It makes it a lot easier for her to move around because the wheelchair is not cramped anymore. Moreover, their sales team did a good job because they were able to convert me to a buyer from a non-buyer. Also, the delivery team had put the other bed in another room, set that bed up and everything was fine. Everybody did their job like they were supposed to. I was very satisfied with them and with the bed.

We had an Easy Rest before but our house burned down so we had to get another bed. The sales representative I talked to over the phone as well as their delivery team did good. They took care of what I needed.

I wanted a movable bed, so I bought an Easy Rest bed. The Easy Rest delivery guys came in and set it up.

Over 70 years, I've always slept flat. My old bed was comfortable, but I had back trouble when I get up out of it from laying flat. I only got a chair that would elevate the seat, and I could sleep in it. Then I got tired of sleeping in it so I checked on the Easy Rest. The man that came to introduce it to me gave so many good reasons why I needed this kind of bed, like I could sleep with the feet flat, raise my head, it's better for the back, my breathing and prevents swelling in the face and eyes. He was very good with his presentation and a lot of things he said convinced me to get the bed. The only thing that bothers me is that it costs so much. I wish it didn't cost that much, but I guess it's the way it is when you get a product that's better.

If I ever had to buy another mattress it would be from Easy Rest. I have asthma, arthritis, and acid reflux. I usually get up in the morning with a horrible headache. Since I've been in this bed and with that pillow, I very seldom ever get up with a headache (once in two or three weeks). I have rested better since I've had this mattress than I have in a good long while. Other mattresses I had are the pillow top which I've had for two and a half years and I couldn't rest on it and I went to Mattress Firm and bought me another mattress which was a little firmer, but I still couldn't rest well. I've tried to sleep with two pillows under my head, I couldn't get them adjusted. I often use my Easy Rest's recliner at the top because I'm able to sleep and keep my acid reflux down. The is the most helpful feature of the bed above all.

The Easy Rest bed adjusts. I can raise my head and my legs, which I enjoy. It helped a lot and I don’t have headaches like I used to. The sales rep was good. Had he not demonstrated the bed to me, I probably wouldn't have gotten it. The delivery people were fine and real nice. I like the Easy Rest bed and I've recommended it.

I like the price of the Easy Rest, and it's much better than the regular standard bed. I get a good, sound, night's sleep, and I can adjust it any way I want. I usually get my back and my legs up a little bit because I sleep better that way. I use the massage every night, and I used to use the heat blanket all the time. However, they claim I can use my regular headboard and footboard for some adjustments, but it doesn't do what they say it's going to. I can't use it around, and it's a real pain. They say I can use this and that, but I can't unless I want to listen to it rattle. But other than that, the delivery team was great. They work good together, cleaned up after themselves, and were very helpful when I asked questions.

We bought our Easy Rest for my wife. She had a stroke and she needed a bed where she's able to get in and adjust it to where she could get comfortable. I had to sleep on my side because I can't lay flat on my back, so the adjustable part of it helped me too.

I knew the Easy Rest bed would make me sleep a lot better and I've been wanting one for years so I finally got it. The sales rep was great, then the delivery team came and got it all set up for us. We had to go buy the sheets to fit it but that was great. With the Easy Rest, I've gotten a lot better sleep and more rest. I had my old bed for about 15 years and didn't get much sleep on it. This one is 100% better. I like to adjust the bed with my feet higher or my head higher and I like the massage they emit. I can get more rest that way. When I'm flat, I can't get no good position or anything. And when the bed is elevated like I want it, then I can sleep wonderful. When I was in the hospital and I had those adjustable beds in the hospital, I sleep like a baby so I wanted one of these for my home. I love it.

So far, the Easy Rest bed has been good. I switched mattresses with my husband already because I didn't care for mine and he seems to enjoy it immensely. For me, it's just a bed. We initially bought it because of the options that were offered to us and it was supposed to be comfortable. Also, we both have illnesses, arthritis, sleep apnea, acid reflux, and a lot of things like that and we're in our 60s. The sales rep was excellent as well as the delivery team. My old bed didn't have the lift on the bottom, the top and the massage like the Easy Rest. We haven't connected the heating yet, but we put the wires on the bed and when I'm laying on them, I feel them. However, I thought it was a lot of money for what we get.

My husband was in a hospital bed. When an electric feature went out on his bed, we got another one. I slept on the old hospital bed, but its mattress was terrible. I made it work and never got anything different when my husband passed away. My son saw the Easy Rest bed and thought it would be good for me. We talked it over and I said I would give it a try. Their sales rep was great. I’m impaired and I couldn’t see any of the pictures, but he explained it. So picturesque, I felt like I was looking at it. Their delivery guys were courteous. They had the living room cleared out for the spot where they could set up the bed. We were pleased with everything. So far, it’s like day and night from where I was before with the Easy Rest.

The Easy Rest bed is worth the money if I had it cashed. What I had had on the finance charge, I got to live it because I wouldn't expect to understand it that much. But the bed is all right. I got the one where I can raise the back and everything moves less and other features that’s supposed to be on it, I got it. I also got to zip it and unzip it. Unzip it in the middle and clean it out. It was so nice that I got that, too. The delivery team was all right. It's a good bed and I recommend it.

The representative knew what he was talking about, and when he explained the way the Easy Rest works, I told myself I'm not going on a cruise, I'm going to buy the bed instead. The delivery team called and told me when they were going to arrive, and when they set the bed up, they explained to me all the functions. I like it because I can lie down and wake up on my back. Compared to my old bed which was just a flat mattress, I can raise this one and do different things with it, and it's more comfortable. Every once in a while, I turn the massage on, too. I would recommend it.

The Easy Rest sales rep was wonderful and very informative. The delivery crew was magnificent. But the Easy Rest bed is the most horrible bed I've ever slept in. It hurt my joints, hips and back and I had to get out and come back to my chair at 5:00 o'clock in the morning. My husband sleeps in it but when I'm not in it he sleeps at a corner.

I'm in my 88th year and anticipate a little more difficulty getting around as I grow older. So I thought it was time to change my old bed and I'm happy I made the change to Easy Rest. It has some of the features that I wanted in a bed. The positioning of the head, the shoulders, and the feet is the feature that I use the most. However, the sales representative was interested more in the sale than in my need. He was satisfactory but our interaction was twice as long as it had to be. The delivery team were quickly in and quickly out though, and did a fine job. There was no damage to the house and the delivery was entirely satisfactory.

The sales rep of Easy Rest was real nice and good at his job. That man talked for six hours about how the bed can help circulation and arthritis and that’s what we needed, so we decided to buy one. Their delivery team was nice, polite and courteous. However, it took me a while to get used to the bed. I didn’t sleep very good there for a while. I had a real good pillow top. But for her, she’s got diabetes and it helps her if her legs are propped up to keep her swelling down in her legs.

My experience with Easy Rest is satisfactory. I bought an Easy Rest adjustable bed because I've got a broken back, for one thing. I use the vibrator feature the most, especially on my neck. The installation team showed me the control unit. They were going to consult with the people back in the factory and had to do some work on it. It was a big mess. I was hurt and I've got more problems than I can handle, but this bed has helped. I would recommend Easy Rest. I just want them to send me a receipt.

I talked to the Easy Rest man and we came to a good price so I purchased one. The delivery crew was fine. When I go to bed, I adjust it, turn the massager on and I don't wake up with a headache or a backache anymore. I'm satisfied with my Easy Rest bed.

I have a serious problem with my back and neck, so when Craftmatic's price went down to what seemed a reasonable one, I bought the bed without even laying on it, which I normally would not do. Anyway, the sales representative did a fine job but it took him a bit longer to say what he wanted to say than I thought it would be for me to buy something. At one point, I told him that it was taking hours and I had some place to go so he should wrap it up. But he was very polite and easy to talk to. On the other hand, the delivery people were fast. I had to make the telephone call in and give one delivery guy information again and go through all that and as I did, the other delivery guy had the bed set up. They were very efficient, coordinated and super nice.

I don't like the Easy Rest bed. My wife made me purchase it but it's not what it's made up to be. However, the representative was wonderful and the delivery team did a good job.

I have really bad arthritis in my legs and back, so I bought an Easy Rest bed. I can sit up on it and lift my feet and back up at the same time which feels so much better. I don’t have to put pillows under my legs and hips to try to level for my back. I really enjoy my Easy Rest bed. My experiences with the Easy Rest sales reps and the delivery guys were really good. I called the people at Easy Rest this morning to ask if they could get somebody to come out and check my bed because one side of it sinks really low. The rep was telling me what to do, but I’m not able to do it. He then asked me if I could get one of my neighbors to do it because they charge so much for someone to come out.

I thought it would be good to have an Easy Rest bed. It was more for relaxation and I really need a new mattress, that's why I wanted it. Their sales rep and the gentleman that came to my house were all nice and the delivery team did what they were supposed to do. A lot of people do have these mattresses and talk about how good they are and how much they enjoy theirs. I'm trying to learn how to use it and I put on the massaging part when I go to bed, and I let it cut itself off, so when it did I'm no longer using it that night. However, it seemed that one corner on the left-hand side is not level and it seems that it got a hump over there and the soft padding around it near the foot on the right-hand side is real loose and hanging. It does crawl down from the top to the bottom to the foot and I have to keep it pulled up every day and it'd keep on going until it gets on the floor if not changed or fixed.

I was looking for an electric bed with the massage feature in it, and I wanted a double instead of a queen, because I have a Craftmatic already. I saw the Easy Rest which I thought I might like, in one of the catalogues. I called the number, and the representative that came out was really good in explaining herself, saying how they were going to come back to the house to bring the Easy Rest, and take the old Craftmatic out. She did come back, and was prompt. I liked her, and I had a good experience with her because she presented herself well, and explained the bed to me. The delivery team was good as well. Everything they said they were going to do, they did, and the young man who came was very helpful.

I’ve had back surgery three times. I’m more comfortable and I rest more soundly than I did before with the Easy Rest. It has helped me tremendously with my back pain which I have suffered for 16 years. I made the right decision in my purchase. Additionally, the sales reps were very courteous, nice and put on a good presentation. The delivery crew made sure I knew all the features on it and how to operate it.

My wife and I are very satisfied with Easy Rest. My previous bed was good but I was having problems with the motors on it. I figured it was time to buy a new one and change companies, and I liked what I saw when the Easy Rest salesman came. I sleep well and my wife seems to enjoy it, too. I raise and lower the feet of the bed.

I decided to give Easy Rest a shot to help my back, help me sleep and maybe be able to get off my medicine. I bought my Easy Rest bed a year ago and so far, I am sleeping better. I'm not waking up in the middle of the night like I did. I mostly use the Easy Rest settings for sleep with my head and feet up. Easy Rest didn't do anything to upset me. Their sales person was very nice, personable and very knowledgeable. The delivery crew knew what they were doing. They didn't tarry, spent their time wisely and left.

So far, I'm enjoying my Easy Rest bed. I have arthritis and the Easy Rest bed helps me sleep better than my previous bed. The Easy Rest vibrates which I like as it helps relieve the pain in my joints. Also, I really liked talking to the sales rep who was very nice and explained everything to me. The delivery guys were friendly as well.

I had the hardest time sleeping with my old bed but now with the Easy Rest bed, I have little aches and pains. Using the bed's up and down, head and foot, the vibrations and the heat control are my favorite. The sales rep was really good and the delivery team did what I asked them to do for me and put the bed up where we wanted it. I would recommend Easy Rest.

The Easy Rest sales rep was very good and knowledgeable, and everything went quick during the delivery. I have owned my old bed for roughly 10 years and my Easy Rest is far better. I have fewer aches and pains since using Easy Rest. I used to prop up pillows if I had been watching TV but with Easy Rest you can raise the top part of it.

Easy Rest is a comfortable and great bed. By simply laying on it, I could forget the world out there. The bed is wonderful. Also, their sales rep was very nice and the people who delivered the bed demonstrated to me how to use the bed properly.

I had a Tempur-Pedic mattress on my bed before and it was very soft which I did not want because I couldn't get comfortable. I specifically told the sales guy that I needed a firm bed and Easy Rest was presented to me as a bed that would help me so. The delivery crew did a good job. I'm trying to get used to using the Easy Rest feet and the head elevation and I haven't found anything yet that really soothe me. Easy Rest was not what I thought it would be. I would be very careful in recommending it to someone because I'm not completely satisfied with it.

I bought an Easy Rest because it's adjustable. It feels more comfortable because the previous bed just had a foam cover on the mattress. I wish I had it a few years ago when I had a bad back. We haven’t really experimented with the bed that much and have yet to get the full benefit out of it.

The sales rep was very professional and explained everything thoroughly. The delivery guys were nice and professional. They asked me where I wanted the bed to be and also took away my old bed for me. I would recommend Easy Rest. It is a better sleep. It's more restful and comfortable sleeping with it. I have arthritis and when my legs start to hurt, I go lay down on the bed and elevate them, which gives me some relief. I have the dual king bed. Back when I purchased it, I called to find what sheets I should get - the individual or the king. I was told to get the individual which doesn't work because the bed separates in the middle when I elevate my section. Now I have to buy new sheets to hold the bed together.

The way Easy Rest was demonstrated to me, I thought it might be good choice to get it. Their sales rep was friendly and courteous, and answered all my questions. The delivery team was also very good and they demonstrated how to use the bed. I have a circulation problem in my legs so I mostly use the feet part. Before I used that, I had a little swelling in my ankles, and now I don't anymore.

I bought different mattresses and I haven't been able to get to sleep on them. So I tried Easy Rest. The sales rep was good since he sold me the bed even though I kept going against it. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. The people who made the delivery were very helpful and showed me how to use the bed. I always use the Easy Rest's head lift because I feel more comfortable with my head raised up and it doesn't allow me to snore as much. Easy Rest is a lot more comfortable than my previous beds but I4'm still not getting the sleep I want. I still toss and turn and can't find that comfortable position.

I couldn’t sleep very well plus I had backaches and headaches, and these led me to purchase an Easy Rest. Now I’m sleeping a lot better and I love it. I use the vibration massage motion option for the first 15 to 20 minutes until I feel relaxed and then I go to sleep. Their salesman and I also hit it off pretty well. He was a nice gentleman. The delivery guys were very efficient, came in, set it up. They were here within an hour so it wasn’t very long. I’m very pleased with the whole experience, very well presented and I'm satisfied with the product.

The demonstration as to what the Easy Rest bed can do sold us to getting one because the massages can be adjusted. It's more comfortable than the old bed which we had for 3 years. I use its reclining feature the most because it's more comfortable when the bed is reclined. I was also very enthused with my experience with their sales rep. He did a very good job. The delivery team was very good as well. I totally like the bed, the representation, and the in-house delivery. They were very courteous. Any questions I had, they answered it.

The delivery people were great and knowledgeable about the bed. They set the Easy Rest up and were in and out really quick. The bed is firmer than my previous bed but I don't get stuffed up in my head as much and I sleep a little better. I do not wake up as much at night. However, the massage part doesn't go all the way down to the bottom and up.

I've always wanted an Easy Rest bed. It's a comfortable bed. It feels good and I enjoy it. I like the lift and the massage feature.

The Easy Rest salesman who originally came and the people I talked to on the phone were really nice. Everything went like it was supposed to but it took a little while to get the bed because they make them upon order. I thought the Easy Rest bed was going to help me sleep better because it was adjustable but my sleeping actually got worse with my back problems and my circulation. I like the massage part because it helps me go to sleep but when I get up in the morning, my back still hurt.

I had my old bed for 20-some years but the Easy Rest is better. I like the raising up the head feature and it's more comfortable that way. Their sales rep was very nice and the delivery team was good, too. However, I was supposed to get a couple of pillows when I bought the two beds but I never got them.

I had been sleeping in a reclining chair before I purchased my Easy Rest. The salesperson was friendly and showed me how to use the bed. The people that delivered the bed showed me how the buttons work. I use the bed's feature where I raise my feet up (high above my heart) and the massager sometimes but it's not doing anything for me. I don't see any change and I'm not comfortable. It seemed like when I get up now, my whole body would be aching. My old bed was good when I was sleeping in it.

The sales reps and delivery team were very nice. The Easy Rest bed promised a better sleep, and I do sleep real well in it. It's the most comfortable when I raise the head and foot.

The bed that I got from Easy Rest is a little bit too soft for me - it's not strong enough. I just really hate that I got into it. They kept talking to me to get the bed and I just got stuck with it. And now they got something coming out that's a whole lot cheaper. I will try to pay for for the bed if I can but I'm very dissatisfied with it.

My wife is disabled, and it's easier for her to get in and out and to adjust the Easy Rest bed for her to breathe better. She mostly uses the head part, and then every once in a great while she’ll use the vibrator. A stationary bed is straight, and I always had to shove stuff underneath the mattress to tilt it up for her so she could have an incline. With the Easy Rest, all I got to do is hit that button or she’d hit that button to bring herself up, or she can get in a 45 degree angle to do or see something. Personally, I laid on it and thought, “Okay, this is cool.”

We like the massage part of the Easy Rest bed. However, the book says that the remote will be lighted but it's not and I can't see it at night. Plus, I got to sleep on my back to use the bed the way it is. If I jack my feet and head up, then I can't turn on my side. I've gotten it set where both are fairly even and I can turn over on it and still be in that position they say I ought to sleep in. The bed has its good and bad points.

The sales rep of Easy Rest was quite a salesman. He doesn't quit. With Easy Rest, I can adjust myself anyway I want. If I have trouble breathing, I adjust myself up. And this adjustment feature of the bed is what I like the most.

The Easy Rest bed is more comfortable than my old bed which I have had since forever.

I purchased an Easy for my husband, who is disabled. He uses it mostly to lift his head and feet up, and the massage thing works real well too. He gets better sleep because of it. The sales rep was great and he explained everything very well. The delivery team was very nice, courteous, friendly and explained the bed after they set it up. They even moved the other bed, so they did a real good job. The only issue I had was when I finance it, they don’t do credit checks. And it’s a little high interest so we’re going to see if we can get a loan on it.

I would recommend the Easy Rest. I like it and I’m resting better in it. I don’t wake up with headache or my arms hurting through the night. I used to get up because my arms were hurting so bad, and they don't anymore. I have a good night’s sleep. The bed is working but I don’t know if it’s doing it right. The massage part on my legs is not going all the way down to my feet. The left side button is to raise the head up and then the right side is for the feet. One side says massage and the other says float. The massage is vibrating when it's supposed to go and move from head to my foot. I might have to have somebody to come out.

I’ve been sleeping in a recliner for several years and I can’t lay flat on my back, so I bought an Easy Rest. However, I’m sleeping some in the bed but not all the time. It’s more of a problem of adjustment between me and my wife. If I could adjust the bed totally for me, I could probably get it where it would work real well. But I don’t want to cause her problems, so we’re putting it in between what she wants and what I want. So it’s not working out as good as I would’ve liked, but it’s helped some. In addition, the sales representative who came here was very nice. I also didn’t have any problems with the delivery team as far as putting the bed in. They did knock down a rail fence of mine going out that I had to repair, but it’s no big deal.

I use the elevation feature of the Easy Rest bed at night and the vibration feature once a day. The sales rep was very good and the delivery team was here before I knew it.

The salesman of Easy Rest bed was convincing. He showed me how the bed would work and was very kind and answered all of my questions. He also told me that lying on the side is not good for the heart while lying on the back is good. The delivery team came and took out the old bed and installed the new one. The Easy Rest has a feature where I can get in the bed and use the massage and I like it.

I had a very nice experience with Easy Rest's sale rep to their delivery team. The bed does good. I use mostly all of its features. I'd recommend it.

I got back and knee problems, so when a rep came and talked about the Easy Rest bed, saying it's for people with back problems, I decided it's time for me to get one. I actually had intended to get one a long time ago but I haven't bothered about trying to go and look and invest in it. So when they came by the house, I got the firm mattress and it rested real good the first week. Then afterwards, my shoulders started bothering me so I thought I would periodically start trying to use the vibrator. Then my head started aching every once in a while so I wondered if it was linked to that because I don't have headaches.

Easy Rest bed is the best bed ever. I like the fact that I can sleep at a level where I'm comfortable. Additionally, the sales rep that came over here was really nice and nobody has ever bought me a gift before, so I was blown away by that. I have already recommended Easy Rest.

I needed something to lift me up at night for my breathing and my legs. The sales rep was honest, polite and showed me about the bed. The delivery team asked me how high it’s supposed to be. I told them and they set it to 28 inches. They also taught me how to operate the Easy Rest. I get better sleep with the bed and it is more comfortable. I can adjust and set it. All I got to do is hit that one button and it goes right to the position I want it to. Easy Rest is a good company and I’d recommend it.

We couldn’t really afford the Easy Rest system. Our salesman, Luis was excellent. He's number one. He talked to us for a long time and knew that we needed something because my husband and I are both ill, we both need rest, and the system we had wasn’t working. I was sleeping on a recliner and Gary was sleeping on a bed that didn’t meet all his needs. The foot riser on the Easy Rest bed was what we needed. However, money was a factor. The turnaround was the gentleman that Gary finally talked to. He dealt with us for a long time and knowing that we needed it, we made adjustments elsewhere and we were able to get it.

I had a lot of problems sleeping and thought an Easy Rest Bed might help but I'm still having problems. I thought that the knees went up, then the feet over it and down a little bit, like a hospital bed but it doesn't. Part of my problem is bad circulation and gout. I've enjoyed the bed at times when I can't sleep depending on how I go to sleep and I can get comfortable in it.

The Easy Rest bed was adjustable so it was the deciding factor for us to purchase it. I like softer beds and our old bed that we had for five years was completely memory foam and was a little softer, but we sleep better with the Easy Rest bed and we use the foot of the bed frequently because of leg problems. I did not care for their sales tactics and the things that their salesman said we cannot get if we didn't do it now, their constant price changing, and his boss, who seems shady, wanting to talk to us. But, my experience with their delivery team was awesome. They demonstrated how to use the bed, were extremely professional and they did follow through on the pillow and the heaters that the salesman said that we would get.

I’m very satisfied with my experience with Easy Rest. My wife doesn’t like the wires. I often use the bed's heating feature. We’ve had a lot of cold weather here and I put it on 1, which is very low but it does change my experience with the stuff blowing into the window. Our old bed was a very good bed, but we bought the Easy Rest because it might help my wife with her back problem.

The experience was fine, but it could've been better. The salesman was very nice. However, the day they left the bed, they had put it on suction cups and I cannot move the bed. I wanted them to put it on wheels. They did leave wheels but they said they didn't have it on rollers. It didn't dawn on me and when I realized, I ran out to catch them at the curve so they can come back, and they were gone.

I was told that the Easy Rest would help me sleep better and that I wouldn’t have so much pain. I have problems in my spine and I’m on a blood thinner. The salespeople explained everything to me. They were patient and concerned, but they weren’t pushy. They’re an excellent team. With the way that they present, they could sell the bed to anybody. A brother and sister team delivered the bed. They were in and out of here like lightning. I couldn’t believe it. We didn't have a place to discard the mattresses, and they said that they would take my old one. So, I asked them if they needed more money and they said no.

I have back trouble and arthritis so I wanted something that I could sleep on, thus I purchased an Easy Rest even though their price was a whole lot more than I was thinking on. Their people were nice and I love the bed. I use the massager every night because it eases my back. In addition, their sales rep stayed here and helped. He demonstrated everything to me. Their delivery team were in and out pretty fast and they showed me how to use the remote. I'd recommend them to a friend.

I couldn't lay in bed and watch television because I couldn't get comfortable. Even with the pillows, I still couldn't see with my glasses. I also had trouble with circulation having cramps in both legs. I thought elevating them would take care of that so I decided to buy the Easy Rest bed. Their sales representative was a very nice fellow and the deliverymen were very good too. They did a very thorough job and didn't make a mess. The bed is fine and dandy and my old lady is happy with it. She said she ain’t never had a bed as good.

I’ve been sleeping in a recliner for the last 30 years, and I’ve been wanting to get back into bed because I haven’t slept in one in so long. Also, my back hurts for about three hours after I wake up, so I bought an Easy Rest bed. The sales rep, David, was really nice. The delivery guys were really nice as well, and I didn’t know what to ask but they answered things that are really most important. I use my Easy Rest bed a lot for sleeping, and I use it in a reclined position for watching television because I have it in my living room. I like the bed, however, sometimes the vibrator or massager will come on by itself at a very low vibrate. And then, I got to find the right position on a particular button on the wired remote to get it to work. Also, I sleep fine if I leave the bed slightly cracked up, but when I put it all the way down, I wake up with an aching back.

I've had my old bed for about a year but the Easy Rest bed I bought is better because it's adjustable. The Easy Rest salesman was outstanding. The delivery team was very courteous, showed me how the bed works and addressed any questions I had. I always have the bed's head elevated because I got a bad back. Some days I do feel a change and some days I don't but overall, the experience has been very well.

The Easy Rest bed is really soft so I bought two twin beds from them - one for me and the other for my son, but he didn't want it so I have both of them right now. I don't move it up and down much, but I really like it. My experience with Easy Rest was good.

The Easy Rest sales rep broke everything down and went through each one that I wanted to know about. The delivery team was great. I never had anybody to just come in and do what they had to do, and then leave. They told me it wouldn’t take long and they didn’t. They didn’t hang around and take their time. They moved the bed fast. It was great to deal with Easy Rest. Whenever I called, they would get back to me and answer my questions. I like the bed's massager because sometimes I have aches and pains, and I like to sit up and watch TV.

I’ve been having some issues with swelling on my legs and ankles. I needed a way to keep my legs popped up at night so I decided I need an adjustable bed. I bought an Easy Rest and although the bed does make it a lot more comfortable to watch television at night, there was not much change about the swelling. Also, the expense is the biggest problem - the bed is a lot more expensive than it ought to have been. I’ve come across some other adjustable beds since then but for less.

Easy Rest bed was something that I've always wanted. I like the way I can raise the head and the feet. I have back problems and it also has massage feature helps relieve the pain. Since I've had it my back didn't hurt as much and I go to sleep quickly too. The sales representative was very good and nice. He explained and tried to show me how it worked. The delivery team answered the questions that I wanted to know about the bed. They’re very experienced in what they were doing. I already told a couple of people about it, but they said they couldn’t get it ‘cause it cost too much.

I had a bit of a problem with my esophagus and I liked that Easy Rest raises my head up a little bit. Since I bought my Easy Rest bed, I sleep a little better. Their sales rep and delivery team were very good, too.

I was changing beds and I needed another mattress. I got an Easy Rest and I like the up and down motion of it because it’s more comfortable for me to get in and out the bed. Their sales rep was good and friendly but their delivery team was a little on the slow side. It was late when they came but they were scheduled that way and they wanted to do mine as well. They demonstrated how to use the bed but it was pretty self-explanatory. I am wondering if the bed had railings though.

I have a lot of back problems and I couldn’t get up off and down to a regular bed. Since using an Easy Rest, I can get up off the bed fine. Having it is a lot easier for me because I can’t just lie back. I always lean my head up to be comfortable in sleeping. I have also used the massager but the raising the head up is the best feature of the bed. The only problem I have is the mattress is sliding with me when I turn over and I have a hard time keeping it on the bed. Nevertheless, I’m really satisfied with my Easy Rest bed. It’s a comfortable bed and I would recommend it to anybody.

With the Easy Rest bed I recently bought, I am now able to sleep, unlike before. I like that it can adjust the height, as well as raise the foot of the bed. Their sales rep was great. He was a real sweetheart. The delivery was a brother and sister team, and they were good. They came out while snowing, and they got it all quickly. He took care of the paperwork and she took care of bringing everything in and took our old bed out.
