Easy Rest Adjustable Sleep Systems Reviews

I've been having a lot of trouble with my feet swelling and I have to prop them up and they don’t stay propped up. I thought that Easy Rest would help me a lot, and it does. I sleep with my feet up on that bed and my swelling feet are much better now and are not swelling at all. In addition, their sales rep was very pleasant but he took too much time. I had company coming in and I just kept on listening to him and I said, “We’ve got to sign this up.” But he was very thorough and he wanted to make sure I knew everything about the bed. Also, the delivery team was quite efficient. Overall if I had to do it over again, I probably wouldn’t pay that much for a bed, but I sure have enjoyed the Easy Rest. It does exactly what the sales rep said.

I've had a similar bed 20 years ago. I decided to buy an Easy Rest because it would be more comforting while watching TV. However, something with the electrical stuff, the motor part, is not working. Nevertheless, I am definitely enjoying it.

The year before, when I still had my husband, I had a memory unit. My husband always had trouble with his back, and his nurses said that he could be more comfortable being raised up or lowered down. So, in my desire to make him more comfortable, I investigated on buying an adjustable bed for him, and the Easy Rest bed was something that I could purchase for him and put in his room so he would be more comfortable.

My wife and I decided to purchase an Easy Rest bed so we could recline up and have different positions in the bed for breathing, body aches and for circulation too since I've got a heart condition. I like the top which we elevate the most. We're happy with it although we're still getting used to it. However, the double mattress is trying to get to me and my wife because it's split in the middle. We've been married for 36 years and we'd like to at least touch each other and it's kind of binding in that way.

My grandchildren got a hole through my old bed of six years. I ended with an Easy Rest and the rep was very friendly. He knew enough about the bed to sell it to me and I’m not an easy sell. I like that I could move it back and forth because it's on wheels, so I can get under it to find the things that I always drop behind the bed. I also like that it's high enough that I could store things under it. Plus I like the idea that it vibrates for about five minutes before I go to sleep and that I can raise my feet up. I have edema and my feet and legs swell so it helps that I could raise them. That's what really sold me on the bed. However, it's not as comfortable as they said it would be. But for the expensive price of $4,000, I better get used to it. Also, this pillow that they sent was supposed to be so good but it's like a rock. There's nothing I can do about that so I bought another pillow from Walmart instead.

I’m having a little trouble getting used to my Easy Rest bed. I’ve slept in a chair for 10 years and it’s just hard getting used to anything else. But the bed is fine and I’m sticking with it. As time goes on, I’ll get my body to fit in with it really well. My most used position is the head up position. The lady who sold it to me said I would be receiving a bamboo pillow. However, it’s a foam pillow and a head pillow which I don’t use. It's in the original bag and I never opened it up. If it’s possible, I’d get that switched out for a bamboo pillow which I was promised. Also, I was never told that there was no trial period with this problem I'm having of getting used to the bed. I wish I would have been notified that there was no return on this once I got it. The sales lady didn't mention it and I could've read the small print in the contract but I didn't. If there was, I would take that option.

I sleep and rest better with the Easy Rest. I'm trying to get more adjusted to it, but it's working okay and I'm enjoying it. I like that I can raise the head or feet up. I can adjust it like I want it. I have a back problem and that helps me out a lot. But I wish I had won the draw, which the sales rep said they were having, because it's a lot of money. She said that if I won, I wouldn't have to pay. And I said, "Well, since I had purchased it, if I win, they probably wouldn’t tell me because they’re getting their money now.“ But my experience with Easy Rest has been nice. The sales rep showed me different things about the bed and the delivery guys didn't have to stay a long time when they came and put it in.

I’ve had circulation trouble with my legs so I wanted to try if Easy Rest would help me with it. I bought it also due to the adjustment feature where I can elevate my legs. Their sales rep was very nice and he explained things very well. He tried to demonstrate how it would work and what it would do. Also, their delivery team came in and put it together. They weren’t gonna use my bed frame at first. But being it was, they must have figured out a way where they could use my footboard and headboard for the bed. I’m not a good sleeper and I’m worse than my husband about rest and not resting too good. I’m still trying to get adjusted to the bed though and he is too because we've only had it for two months. The bed would probably be okay once I get used to it and get to which place I like it the best. It takes a little while to get used to it.

I wanted a bed where my head and feet could be up. So, I said I'd try out Easy Rest, and when I did, I liked it. The bed is comfortable and I like its massage feature. My experience with Easy Rest was good overall.

The Easy Rest sales rep answered all the questions and was very, very polite. I like my Easy Rest bed and have been sleeping better on it. I get to tilt it up so I sleep halfway up. The bed is a good thing. I'm very satisfied with it.

I've been sleeping and sitting up in a recliner and I was talked into getting an Easy Rest. The delivery team was great and they came, set it up right away, were very efficient, and there were no problems. I raise the head of the bed quite a bit and I like the massage feature on it. I like sleeping with the head elevated because I have congestion quite a bit and it helps with the sinus and migraine when I lay down.

I have a bad back, a lot of arthritis and an acid reflux. Easy Rest gave me a good price for the bed so I bought it. My sales representative and the person I talked to on the phone, his boss, were very, very friendly. The delivery team were nice people, too. I use the bed's adjustable headrest for my acid reflux and I raise the foot part, which keeps some of the pressure off my back. I don't care for the vibration feature though, which I've used a couple of times as I'd wake up stiff and can't move but I love the free pillow I got.

I have cramps in my legs and bad feet so I decided to get an Easy Rest. I have emphysema too so I sleep and breathe better if I sleep elevated. My legs are better if they're elevated and the vibration is good for the lower part of my back. Before I got the Easy Rest bed, I'd get up in the morning and feel like I'd been beat up but now I don't feel that pain and sometimes when I wake up early I like to lay in the bed flat, put the vibrator on and go back to sleep.

I was having issues with my hands getting numb and I'll be restless at night. I decided to get an Easy Rest because of the way their rep came and did the demonstration to me. Then, the delivery guy explained the menu, showed me how to use the remote and I let him know if I had any questions. He showed me how it's going to raise. However, I thought I couldn't get it adjusted right. It seemed like it was hurting my back for a while because I was on a different side. I like to sleep on my side and I adjusted it just right so it doesn't hurt my back or get my hands numb so I found a little bit of comfort.

I felt what Easy Rest offered was a good product, but what I got was not what they offered. The top mattress was supposed to have been a memory foam but it wasn't so it's not comfortable. I've made calls to customer service and after they got paid by the PCI, they haven't gotten back to me and I've only been able to leave messages. Also, they told me that the interest rate would not be over 9% and it turns out it was 17.5%. I had a very good credit score before that. Furthermore, PCI who financed it did not give me the paperwork so I didn't even know where to send the payment. It took almost two months and I didn't get the payment info until after I told them and they were making collection calls. It was very aggravating and we would return the bed if we could.

When I had a surgery on my right knee, Easy Rest has been a benefit. I'm able to get in that bed and go to sleep at night without having to toss and turn all night long. I've been able to get in a position where I can go to sleep. Plus, the sales rep was very nice and the delivery team was great. They brought the bed out and fit it out for us. I would definitely recommend Easy Rest to a friend.

I had a stroke five years ago and I almost died. I went through seven epidurals trying to fix the hip and my hip still bothers me, but I'm doing well and I want to get better. I got my previous bed after I had the stroke, but I prefer my Easy Rest bed more. Easy Rest's salesman is around my age, maybe a little bit younger. So, he understood some of the life challenges at the 70ish age group, which makes a difference in terms of the type of bed you're going to have. He was fantastic and the delivery team was absolutely excellent. They did a great job. I'm anxious to get my 14-year-old granddaughter and her family to stay with me because she’s an extremely good volleyball player and she would find the Easy Rest totally relaxing whenever she comes in after a weekend-long tournament and she’d probably sleep well.

It was a great experience with Easy Rest, from start to finish. My husband is totally disabled and I got it for him before he came home from the hospital, because he did not want a hospital bed. I had to put off delivery though because I had a medical situation come up and we rescheduled and everything was fine. The delivery team came on time and got everything set up for me. They were very cordial too. As for the bed's features, I don’t know what I would have done if I hadn’t had the foot and the head raised up and down especially that my husband is just in the bed and doesn't get in or out from it.

I wanted a bed that was adjustable, so I bought an Easy Rest bed, and I love it! I like all the bed's parts including the heat that's on it, as well as being able to put the head or feet part up. My daughter, who lives with me in my home, bought one too. As for the sales representative, he was nice and it went fine with him.

Easy Rest is different but in a better way. I like the motor that vibrate in the feet. I also use the adjustable head rest once or twice and a little bit at night. Their delivery team was good. Overall, it was a quick and easy experience. Everything went smoothly.

I got an Easy Rest bed for health reasons because my legs and hips were hurting and the bed would help me sit up as high as I wanted to. I can even sit up in it and watch TV. It's wonderful. However, I was so excited and anxious to get the bed, and I didn't realize it cost that much. But it's very good, raising my legs up and stopping them from hurting. The sales representative, Steve, was very good and wonderful. He got there about 9:30 AM and we didn't get out of there until 5:00 PM, and we were just talking. The delivery team were very good, too.

Easy Rest is all American made so we bought from them. Their sales rep was thorough and enthusiastic and the delivery team was extremely efficient once they came. There was a little problem in the scheduling but that worked itself out. Before we purchased the adjustable bed, we had another bed for 13 years but Easy Rest is much better and we are very satisfied with it. We elevate the feet most of the time.

My husband got the Easy Rest for my back. Their sales rep was a nice and funny guy and he explained everything to us. However, the delivery team brought the bed earlier than they said it would be delivered and I had to move everything around while they were here. Other than that, everything was okay. I like my old bed but I'm getting used to this one. I like this too and it seems to let me rest a little better. Also, my foot always swells and since I've had it propped up in the Easy Rest bed, it's not as big as it used to be when I get up.

I wanted a bed that I could stand so I got an Easy Rest. The guy that came and introduced me to it was fabulous. He knew his stuff and had been with the company for a long time. I like the massage feature of the bed though I can't seem to make it go up in the front for some reason. Other than that, I would recommend them.

I really like my Easy Rest bed. With it, I can raise my feet and head also at one time. I had two strokes and my ankle is swollen all the time, and the bed helps me.

My husband and I are incapacitated and I've been in the hospital recently. The Easy Rest bed helped me sleep and breathe better so I was resting better. So, that was a major factor in purchasing the bed. Plus, the manager gave us a great deal on the price. The feature I use the most was the raised head because it lifts me up so I can breathe. I have used the foot rest but since I've gotten better from my surgery, I don't use it as much. Their sales reps were all very helpful. The one that came to the house was on the phone a lot with his manager and it was between the two of them that we got the deal. The delivery team was also great. They came in and took the old bed out, then they put the new one in and fixed everything up. It was very efficient and it didn't take them a long time to do it either. It was a good experience because they took care of everything and we didn't have to mess with anything.

I’m having a lot of aches and pains and my husband has sleep apnea so we thought it would be a good idea to purchase an Easy Rest bed. Their sales rep was very nice and he even brought a present. Everything went smoothly with the delivery, too. With the bed, I prop my feet up and I raise my head as well. My ankles swell a lot so I put those up while I’m in bed and the swelling goes down. Then, I go raise my head and I don’t snore as much as I used to. Also, the bed is comfortable when I’m reading my book. The Easy Rest is tops compared to my old bed. All in all, it was incredible.

I have fibromyalgia and I can only lie on my side laying flat. It was nice to be able to adjust the Easy Rest bed and so I decided to purchase one. The sales rep explained everything well and answered all my questions. Also, their delivery team was very helpful. Since getting the bed, I've used the adjustment and heating features most often. While I liked my old bed with an air mattress, I've been sleeping better with the Easy Rest Bed.

The sales rep was nice and explained everything really good. I have restless legs and back pain, and my Easy Rest bed has done some changes since I had it. I am now getting a better night’s sleep.

I have trouble with my heart and lungs. I wanted something that I can raise the head up whenever I want it to be a little bit more high to get a little bit better breathing rather than putting my head on a pillow. I also have intravenous insufficiency in my veins so by raising the foot up sometimes, that helps that too. My Easy Rest sleeps really well and I love it. However, they sent me a heating pad cover but when I had a scrape on my elbow, blood went through the sheets and I don't think it is washable. But other than that, everything’s been really good. My experience with them has been fantastic.

I've always had Easy Rest beds but the last one I had was hard for me to sleep in. It was a queen and a nice pillow top but may have been a little too firm for me. That's why I got a new Easy Rest mattress. The sales rep was phenomenal. He was very pleasant and explained stuff quickly. I felt very at ease talking with him and enjoyed him being there, talking with him and explaining stuff to me.

I have poor circulation and osteoarthritis. I used to be hurting and limping when I get out of my old bed. But with Easy Rest, I can just slowly roll out of that bed and get up. It's nice and I sleep well. I feel much better when I get up in the morning. The bed is like a sponge and it feels like you're lying on a pillow. The sales rep was also very nice. He had set up everything for me and made sure it was in the right position and right place I want it set up. The delivery team was also right on time. I've been satisfied with my experience with Easy Rest and I would recommend it to anybody.

My wife had a broken neck and she could not get out to do her gardening anymore. We were in a market for a bed and I thought Easy Rest would be the best way to go. We’re both in our 80's and I bought it for any future problems we would have. I have a brother who’s gonna be 91 shortly and he had a lot of problems with his wife not being able to stay in the bed and sleep in the chair. That could happen very easily to any of the older people, but this bed is something that would be very useful to me if I had his problem later. It’s almost like a hospital bed which is exactly what I was hoping for.

I have Neuropathy in my legs and a neck problem. I thought I needed something that will raise my head or my legs when I need it so I got an Easy Rest. The sales rep was nice, and the installation team was great. They showed me how to use the bed, how tall I wanted it, etc. The bed is wonderful and so much different from my previous bed. With Easy Rest, I don’t have to sleep with pillows under my legs. Everything’s been okay except my heater pad doesn’t stay on all night. Also, I slide right off the side of the bed if I don’t hang on when I get up, and I don’t like that. It acts like it wants to dump me right out of the bed. But I’m not utterly dissatisfied. I just don’t know why it doesn’t want to sit still while I get up.

The Easy Rest sales rep was very informative, professional and helpful in addressing my questions and concerns. I raise the bed on the upper part which leads to lesser pain and lesser headaches. Overall I'd recommend it and I should have bought one earlier.

A guy came over and gave me a demonstration of the Easy Rest bed. The sales rep was really good and very informative in everything. I got one and the delivery people came on time and were very rapid. They took the old bed out and there were no problems. The elevation was part of the reason I got the Easy Rest and I use that every night to keep my head up more. I sleep better and I’m not as tired as I used to be. My old bed of many years doesn't have the features of the Easy Rest. It's been a very good experience and I would recommend the Easy Rest to other people.

I'm 75 years old and I had a bed which I owned for 45 years. It's firm like the Easy Rest bed and all right but I wanted a vibrator in the bed and to be able to tilt the bed. I then bought an Easy Rest bed and I like its vibrator the most. It relaxes me before I go to sleep. But I'm a little bit disappointed in the vibrator around the knees. It doesn't reach far enough down to sit me. As for the sales girl who came over, there's not anybody better than her. Also, the delivery team did a good job, moved my old bed and put the Easy Rest bed in. It'd be a good selling feature though if Easy Rest put the light that they have on the pole. Overall, it was a very good experience and I enjoyed the people I talked to.

I had a great, big old bed that I hated. The mattress wasn't good and I'm having a little problem. I wanted a different bed and decided to buy an Easy Rest. The sales rep came and showed me a bunch of videos, the delivery people were very nice and the delivery was fine. But I'm not very happy with their billing. They're not sending their bill out in time for me to get it there without being late. But I was financed so I guess that's not their fault. Also, I expected it to be a little more comfortable than it is but I'm old so, maybe it's me. I'm not really thrilled with it as I thought I would be but I'm satisfied with it and I have no complaints.

I have really used my Easy Rest. It's made like a hospital bed and had a vibrator in it and the massager for my back. I've been on a disability with my back for years and I have used the massager several times. I had a little cheap massager that went in my recliner. I've sat on those things for two hours at a time but it wasn't as hard-hitting as the bed. I also sleep with my head up and that helps with my breathing. That bed has been a blessing to me. It has helped me a lot and I'm totally satisfied with it. I had my old bed for two years. It was a good mattress and box springs but it wasn't for me. It was too soft for my back but Easy Rest is firm enough for me. Although when I raise the head and foot of my bed and I've turned the massager on, it was really strong on my back but not on my legs.

The knowledge of a good night's sleep is what made me buy an Easy Rest bed. I had an old Craftmatic but the Easy Rest is quieter and lets me have better sleep. I use it to get my head up a bit due to acid reflux. The sales rep was informative and the guy that came to set the bed up was friendly and knowledgeable about all of the stuff. I'm old and slow but he didn't try to rush me when I was vacuuming. Overall, I've been pleased with my experience.

My husband has had open heart surgery and it's always been difficult for him to lie flat. Then he had a cochlear implant and with all of this Meniere's syndrome that he's had, he would be sitting up with pillows or sleeping in the recliner. So, the Easy Rest came at the right time. We weren't even thinking about really getting a bed at that time and we simply wanted information but the salesman was good. He was fantastic.

I have swelling of the legs, so I got an Easy Rest bed. The sales rep was very nice, listened to my needs and answered all my questions. The delivery team was also very nice. There was the head guy who was very sunny, and the assistant who was obviously much younger. I liked my Easy Rest bed so much that I recommended it to a friend of mine and she now has one, too. Overall, it was very pleasant and easy experience with Easy Rest.

My husband and I had talked about Easy Rest because I had back problems and we’re having trouble sleeping. We had the guy from Easy Rest who also lives from around here in Bixby come out, and he was really nice. There was no pressure from him. He was really great and we liked him. He did a good job and showed us the massage thing, etc. We liked it so we decided to get the bed. We previously had a Sleep Number for about 10 years but for the last couple of years, it didn’t work very well. We couldn’t raise the head or the knees, too, so Easy Rest is a lot better.

My wife wanted an Easy Rest. The delivery guy was a very nice young man. He moved my other bed to a spare bedroom and installed the Easy Rest. This bed is a lot more fun and the features are all very nice. It lifts up the head and the feet, and also vibrates and heats. When my legs are hurting, I lift up the feet and every night before I go to bed, I play on the vibrator mode. The only thing I should've done was get the Miracle Foam on top because I sleep on my side and so does my wife. But that's easy to take care of and the bed satisfies our needs. Patty loves her pillow that they sent her. She was in a wreck and it knocked three vertebrae out. The pillow helps her sleep. I love the Easy Rest bed and I'd recommend it to a friend.

We needed a new bed and got an Easy Rest. The sales rep was good and I like her. The guys who delivered were polite. We really like the Easy Rest bed and I like the vibrating part. However, it's not what I thought it would be on my lower part but it puts us to sleep. Also, the elevation feature is comfortable. I've been talking about the Easy Rest bed to everybody and I've given the brochure to a few people.

I was needing a new bed because my other bed was worn out. I looked at the Easy Rest bed, talked to the salesman, and decided it might be a good choice. I liked the way it adjusts, its vibration feature, and the heat mattress. I had a Tempur-Pedic mattress before and I liked how it made me feel as it did take away a lot of my back pain, my hip pain, etc, but I really like the way that the Easy Rest comes up. I can bring it up to a 45-degree angle to help with anything else. It helps me breath a little bit better and it definitely decreases the gastro reflux that I have sometimes. And I do the knees, too. But I may give this to my brother who was in a serious accident. He got his femur and legs busted and this bed is gonna help with all the injuries on his body.

I can honestly say that the pain that I've had in the lower part of my body has really been alleviated almost to the point of not having any pain related to it especially the pain when I was walking upstairs and I attribute that to the mattress or this Easy Rest system that I have. I like the heating and the mobility where the head and the foot boards could be raised. It's a good product and I'd recommend them.

For medical reasons, I cannot sleep on a flat bed. Easy Rest was convenient at the time and it's a step up compared to my old bed that looked like it had a prison mattress on it and was very uncomfortable. The rep who delivered it was more than okay because when he brought the mattress, my car was pulling up the driveway and I got a ditch on either side of it that was filled with snow. So I didn't know exactly where I was going, I got a wheel stuck in the ditch and I was unable to get the car out. But he got the car out first before he brought the mattress in so that was excellent because the towing companies wanted to charge me $200 for that.

We weren't sleeping really well on our old bed so we thought we'd try something different and got an Easy Rest. However, it's worse. We called back to see if they had a buyback deal and they said no. It's an $8,000 bed and we ended up having extra pads and to even sleep on it but we can't. Our bodies were used to a softer mattress. The sales rep didn't try to force or say anything and the delivery people were good guys. It was just a bad decision of ours. My wife called their customer service about it and was told "Tough crap, you bought it. There's nothing you can do. The bed is yours." I would never recommend Easy Rest to a friend.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed for my back and arthritis on my legs. Their sales representative was nice to me and explained everything. Moreover, their delivery team respected me and set everything up. It hasn't been long since I got the bed but I know that it has helped my back a lot. I'm enjoying my Easy Rest and I would recommend it to a friend.

I have an issue sleeping and the price and program of Easy Rest seemed fine to me. For someone who wasn’t really planning to get a bed, Easy Rest did convince me that it would be a good purchase, and I agree with that assessment having owned the bed. I do sleep through the night. I’m able to adjust the bed in a certain way. I fall into a little niche and I’m able to just go ahead and fall asleep. Whereas, I owned a totally flat bed, and it took me a good hour to find a position in where I could sleep. And normally, I did not sleep on my back because on a flat bed, I tend to sleep on my side. But with the Easy Rest bed, I have it adjusted so I didn’t have to sleep straight through the night on my back. That is better for me because I’m not sleeping on my arms which I have problems with.

The Easy Rest sales representative was very good, nice, polite, and thorough. The delivery guy was terrific. He was very polite and very knowledgeable of the bed and very helpful in trying to get it the way I want it. The Easy Rest is a good bed. I've had my old bed for quite awhile, and it's still a good bed, but with my new Easy Rest bed, I like that I can raise the legs and I can get a good circulation to my legs and then I raise my head without putting a bunch of pillows out and I still be on the bed to watch TV very easily. Also, I've been in and out of the hospital for the last year and a half and having the bed makes it a whole lot easier for me. It's a little bit expensive though. To help me out, it could have been a little bit cheaper, but I believe you get what you pay for.

I've been wanting an Easy Rest and I had them come up. I have arthritis real bad and health problems so I figured that would help my problems. I had a hard time getting used to the memory foam there for a while 'cause I had the pillow top before and my shoulders were hurting me at night, but they haven't hurt me a tad since I've been on the memory foam. I also like my head up, put my feet a little bit and watch TV and then use the massage. Also, I have a pinched nerve on my neck, so I get the pillows right under my neck, turn the massage on and it really helps. I would recommend Easy Rest.

We had some health issues but have had a fine experience since getting the Easy Rest bed. It's wonderful compared to the previous bed we had. I love the flex part which I mostly use though sometimes I use the adjustable. The sales rep wasn't pushy and I had a nice experience with the delivery team as well. I had a great experience.

I like the way Easy Rest bed goes up, its heating and cooling features as well as its massage features. It's way more comfortable than my old lumpy bed. I got along good with their sales rep. He's very professional about what he did. He came in and took care of his job. Their delivery guy came in, put the bed up and took the old mattress out. He was a really nice person. Overall, it has been an amazing experience.

After listening to the salesman, who was very good, and knowing the price of the Easy Rest, I purchased it. The delivery team was great and it took them 45 minutes to set up the bed. I love the Easy Rest! I use it the most to lift my legs which helps my lower back. It’s a great bed.

The representative that came out and talked to me convinced me that the Easy Rest bed was really good. She was really nice and friendly, and I enjoyed talking with her. I then purchased an Easy Rest bed. The delivery people showed up on time. They showed me how to operate the remote. I am mostly lifting my feet up. I sleep a little better, but it isn’t helping my legs all that much. I am not all that much fonder of it than the regular bed that I had. The quality is not as good as I was expecting because it’s a cloth all the way to the bottom. Overall, my experience was okay, but not great.

I saw the Easy Rest being advertised on TV and it sounded like what I really needed. I called, they came out and their reps were real nice and the delivery team was excellent and very helpful. I have recommended the bed to several friends. However, I'm used to a firm bed and I told them I wanted a firm one but this mattress is too soft and it's not very good. Also, the heat pad doesn't work and I can't get it to come on no matter what I do.

I have a problem laying flat and I have many pillows on my bed. I needed a smaller bed because my room is very small. The sales reps were wonderful and I couldn't have gotten anyone better. The guys who set up the Easy Rest moved everything at their way. They answered my questions and showed me how to work the bed. They had to know that I was comfortable with it and they were very nice. I couldn't afford the Easy Rest but I really needed it and everything worked out for me.

I use the adjustable headrest of my Easy Rest bed the most. All in all, I'm very much satisfied with my bed.

Easy Rest is a great bed and I would buy another one. I got one because it was adjustable and better than a hospital bed. My experience with the sales representative was great and he was very courteous and friendly. The delivery team was on time and I didn't know they were outside my house when they called and said they're ready to deliver. I asked why they didn't call a day before that but they said they were in the area. The bed is for my daughter and she's very comfortable with it.

A big truck came up with the Easy Rest bed but I didn’t ever consent to buying it but these people consented for me. This was a planned deal from the beginning and I didn’t know anything about it. I don’t know how they got my name but they showed up at my house, had all the plans laid out and didn’t even need me. I was just supposed to agree and go along with it and say nothing about it. They rang in all the bills and the amount reached $2,200 for the bed from its initial $5,000 price. They thought that was great but I never agreed to it. They assumed I did, took over and went on. I thought the price was fair but they didn’t say what they were going to add to it and they certainly didn’t tell me about the 17% interest. I don’t believe in paying that kind of interest because nobody's hardly paying anything today but they are charging that interest to old people.

We bought an Easy Rest bed since we could get different positions. The sales rep was friendly and pretty much the questions we asked were answered, but all he did was talk. He never showed us the bed, though, and it was brought only after we talked about it. The people who delivered the bed came when they said they were going to be here. The bed was set up and the boxes were taken away. But we didn’t like that they came so late in the evening and they didn't leave until about 9 o’ clock at night.

I would recommend Easy Rest. I mostly use the bed's head rest part since I have COPD. I used to have 12 pillows because I can't lay flat. But now I don't have to use all of those. The bed helps me breathe better.

The sales rep was polite and helpful. He let me think about the purchase and wasn't pushy. He was pretty cool and I enjoyed his visit. The delivery team was also courteous, and did everything they were supposed to do. The Easy Rest is an exceptional bed. I've had back problems and it has helped me ease in when I want to get some rest. I use the heat, the vibrations, and the lift for the back and the feet. I recommend it.

The sales and delivery guys were good. But the Easy Rest is not as good as I thought it would be. I could only sleep on my side and can't use that other part of the bed. I'm a little disappointed but it's my fault because I should've looked into it further.

The salesman was really nice. I love the Easy Rest! I had back trouble and arthritis, but my sleep's good using the bed. I can raise my feet and my head.

I’m handicapped and the medical people here gave me a bed from a state hospital back in 1902 that I could not use because I’m a little bit on the heavy side. It was a foam mattress and once I lay on it, my body was right on the springs and that hurts. I tried to sleep on it once but I couldn’t do it and put it in the dumpster. But with the Easy Rest, I can sleep. I use the head feature the most as I have COPD and I have trouble breathing. By being on a tilt-like position, I can breathe better. I tried to use the buzz or vibrator underneath too but my cat doesn't like it when I turn it on.

We bought Easy Rest and we like it very much. Also, the sales reps and the delivery team were good and nice. The reps weren't pushy at all and the delivery went well. I also got the heat pads. It's not cold anymore but when it was, I enjoyed turning it on and find a level that it's most comfortable at. Also, it's very convenient to raise your head. I like to put it up about 30 degrees when I sleep but if I am watching TV, I put it higher. My husband hasn't used the massager because he recently had a pacemaker procedure. I'm not sure whether he should use that part but I liked it. My daughter is also interested in the bed for her father-in-law. He needs to have his head elevated because of a neck surgery and he had a hospital bed that's not working very good.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed with the thought that it is going to be good for my lower back pain since I can adjust it and so on. I could feel the comfort when I adjust it. The only thing is that I was supposed to be sent a free pillow, but I haven't gotten it yet.

I am not sleeping any better with Easy Rest than I did before. I tried everything and nothing works. But their sales rep was alright and so was my experience with their delivery team.

I had an Easy Rest bed that I bought 12 years ago. Then I got scammed during the time for $25,000. It didn’t set me right because I still had to pay my other bills and then I had this problem. Then my son passed away, and then my wife passed away in 2013. So, I sold my house. I went to Colorado for a year and four months. I took the Easy Rest bed with me and I had it for a while. I came back to Rhode Island but I was in a hurry and I didn’t have a trailer, so I had to leave my bed in Colorado.

I needed a new mattress. I've seen the Easy Rest bed, and I thought, "Well, that might be a good way to go." So, I got one and I'm very satisfied with it. I've had the bed that I used before getting my Easy Rest for quite some time. Other than Easy Rest being able to rise up and down, there's not too much difference between them.

The Easy Rest bed was the first one I ever looked at. I've owned my other bed for about 20 years or more and Easy Rest is a lot nicer. I use the upper feature to raise the bed and the feet up the most because it's nice and different. It's pretty good at first but my legs wanna cramp up on me too much. Then again, their sales rep was really good. He explained everything up just right. Also, the delivery boys were fantastic on-hand. Everybody knew their job and did a good job.

I'm 76 years old and falling apart. I had four back operations and I've had a problem with digestion in my nose. I haven't laid in a bed for a number of years and I slept in a recliner. Also, I recently had knee replacement so I have a lot of things going on. Then I saw the demonstration for Easy Rest. I didn't have the bed to actually lie in and I never really pursued buying one before. Then the salesman came and I ended up buying the bed.

I've had my old bed for 15 years and was needing another one. Easy Rest looked like one of the best. The delivery guys did a very good job and showed me how to operate the bed. Easy Rest is a lot better than my other bed and is very comfortable. I adjust the head and foot, and vibrate every night before I go to bed. My great granddaughter tries to take over and likes it very well too.

I wouldn’t recommend Easy Rest to my friends. I was convinced that it was going to be more than I expected, but it wasn't and I'm dealing with it. What I’m finding out is if I don’t put the bed all the way down and sleep in a position that I get comfortable with, I still wake up and feel uncomfortable. So I have to readjust the bed then go back to sleep. I also use the vibrator for half an hour and it will just shake me. It's never spectacular.

I have medical issues and was needing a bed. The Easy Rest salesperson was really nice and the delivery people didn't have a hard time. I told them that they wouldn't have a whole lot of room to get the bed in there but they said they would do it. They were careful and didn't knock anything over. So far, I'm enjoying the bed. I put my memory foam on it and it works really well.

I've laid on an Easy Rest bed before when I was in the Philippines. I got one because I wanted something for my future and also for my wife in case she gets in bad shape and we're very pleased with the bed so far. It helps her legs and her acid reflux. Also, the sales rep was good and gave me what he thought that I needed with my experience with my health problems.

I decided to purchase the Easy Rest bed due to its adjustable system and the chance to get myself up in the bed before I got out of it. My experience with their representative was very nice but I felt a bit forced to buy because he got a second person involved when I was hesitant. They were pushy. On the other hand, the delivery team was courteous, quick and efficient. However, I'm having problems with my back which is sore in the morning. I didn't have a sore back before and I haven't changed my regimen. Nevertheless, I would recommend Easy Rest to a friend.

Easy Rest insisted on coming to my home and talking to me and I really wished I wouldn't have bought the mattress or bed because I could have got it somewhere else for half the price. The sales rep was great and a hell of a salesman that he talked me right into it. The delivery experience was fine and the team was on time. They were very considerate and they took the old mattress out. I mostly use the Easy Rest bed's feature of raising my feet in the air or lower to get blood circulation, which is why I bought it. Unfortunately, I was expecting more of a bed than I got. It isn't very comfortable and not soft enough. I had a Tempur-Pedic before which was a lot more comfortable.

The Easy Rest bed is great and it is the best thing I've invested in. I use the elevation of the legs and the head, too. I have sleep apnea and when I elevate my head, my wife notices that I don't wake her up snoring.

My boyfriend wanted an Easy Rest so he’s the one who called and talked to the sales rep, who was nice but really pushed the bed on him. The bed is very expensive and I would never be able to afford it. My boyfriend didn’t know about all that interest, which went up to $3,000, and the bed's cost came to $13,000 by the time he was finished.

The Easy Rest sales rep did real good. He was very friendly and so was the delivery team. Also, the bed is really nice and I sleep good on it. I also like that it goes up and down. It's better than my old bed and I would recommend it for anybody.

The sales lady from Easy Rest was a likable person. I told her in the beginning that I really didn't want or need the bed but I'm not too regretful I have it. I'm regretful I paid so much for it but I sleep on it and the people who delivered it were very nice and helpful. We have four bedrooms in our house now and all four of them have an adjustable bed. My husband uses the adjustable feature more than I do.

I'm sleeping much better with Easy Rest. I'm still working on the adjustment, and it takes a little time, but everything's gone well.

My Easy Rest bed is not doing all that they told me it would do. The rep told me it would be able to help my back, that I would sleep really well and that I'll wake up in the morning all energized, but I'm seeing no results. The mattress is not as soft as I thought it was. It's a harder cushion and I'm still tossing and turning. I did enjoy the massager as it works well, but for me trying to get comfortable in it like they said, I don't see it. I also got a head pad, but one side works and the other doesn't. So I would like to get that exchanged for another one.

We wanted a bed that we could sit up in because my husband has COPD and cancer, and being able to raise the bed up helps him breathe better. The sales representative was wonderful and knew his business. He knew what he was talking about. He was very good and sold us on the Easy Rest bed. The installer was very good. He came in and put the bed up, and cleaned up after himself. I offered to help him get the bed in, but he said, "No, I can do this myself. Thank you very much. I do this all the time."

I wanted something besides a Craftmatic so I got an Easy Rest bed. The salesperson was a very pleasant guy and the delivery people were nice too. They got rid of the old bed, got the new one in, and got it all set up for me quickly. This was in a snowstorm and on a weekend. It was great. Compared to my Craftmatic of 15 years that stunk, the Easy Rest is a lot better. It moves while the Craftmatic didn't. I use the head and the footrest up and down every night. I need my knees elevated for medical reasons. The bed works and it's comfortable. The only negative thing is that the payment is too high for me because I'm on a limited income. I'm paying so much for it that all my grocery money is going into it. However, I needed the bed badly and so far, I'm satisfied.

I just heard about Easy Rest and decided to try it, and I'm satisfied with it right now. I haven't gotten a chance to fully enjoy it yet because of my grand baby, but I have tried their massagers and I like what I have so far. Their sales rep was great. He was really good at his job. He even gave me a phone number to reach and told me that I could call him any time, but I haven't had any reason to call him. My experience with their delivery team was great. He showed me how to operate the bed before he left. So, I have no problems as of now.

I'm well-satisfied with my Easy Rest bed. It's more comfortable and firmer than my old bed and I like a firm mattress. The sales representative was not pushy and the delivery crew put the bed all together in no time.

Easy Rest has been great. Their sales rep was wonderful, very personable, very into caring about what our needs were, and knowledgeable about any question we asked. Also, the guy who delivered the bed was wonderful and knew exactly what he was doing. He came in, was in there 1,2,3 and had it done. My grandson was there and asked him if he needed help but he told my grandson to just grab the door because he got it.

I needed a new bed so I made the right decision of purchasing an Easy Rest. The sales reps were all good. Also, I didn't have any issues with the delivery team. They were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. The bed was comfortable and was suiting me well. I mostly use the feature where I can incline the bed. I had a stroke and I moved in with my daughter. So, I take care of my little two-year-old great grandson while his momma works and he likes to get in my bed and watch cartoons.

The salesman was very good and suggested that if I want to live longer, this bed is more comfortable for me. You sleep like a baby and there are a lot of other features. I like to sleep real good when I go to bed every night. He gave me a massage all over my body with the vibrator and spoke highly about the bed and the company. The delivery crew was great and knew about my apartment and design prior to coming here. So it took them about five minutes to set up the bed and didn't have to move the furniture. At night, I try to read some magazine and raise the bed up. I like this feature the most. The Easy Rest is a little expensive compared to the regular bed but I like it better.

My wife needed adjustable bed as she was having foot surgery and would need to have it elevated. She was interested in this bed because of claims that it handles higher weights than standard adjustable. $7000 the salesman said nothing about added money for delivery and set up. And then there was... not that there is any option. Then after it was all set up, they were going to take it away because my WIFE had signed the contract and the credit card with that much room was in HUSBAND'S name. Same last name. Married... But somehow this was a huge issue... and gee I REALLY REALLY REALLY wish I had just let them take the thing back. But no, surgery coming and called and argued with managers and how gracious they were (NOT) to dictate to me her HUSBAND WITH THE SAME LAST NAME a new contract for me to hand write so that I could buy my WIFE a $7000 bed.

Since using my Easy Rest bed, my back doesn’t hurt as bad as it used to and I can sleep all night. I’ve had my previous bed since forever and this Easy Rest bed is the best bed I’ve slept in in a while. It feels good getting in that bed that my whole body just relaxes. I elevate my head a little bit so that I would not feel smothered and if my foot is swelling, I would raise my foot. This bed helps with my prosthetic leg. I wouldn't take anything for it. I’ve been sleeping better in this bed than I’ve been sleeping for a long time. Even before I had my leg amputated.

My husband and I had been talking about getting one last bed, an adjustable one for the comfort. Since using Easy Rest we have slept good which has been quite a while. It is 90% better than our previous bed and we use the head raising feature the most. Their sales rep was really nice and courteous. He really knew his beds and didn't push us. He was a great salesman. The delivery team was fine as well. They were very helpful and nice. They didn't mess up and cleaned up everything that they laid down. Overall, my experience with Easy Rest has been terrific. People would be really happy and wouldn't go bad if they got one.

I thought that the Easy Rest bed was nice. I got one and now I sleep better. It's a king size bed and it's beautiful. The sales rep was also great. He made himself at home. I was smoking and he tried to puff my cigarette and we just stayed here and talked. The delivery team also did an excellent job. They worked together and I have no complaints. But every once in a while I go get on my old bed. When I bought my Easy Rest, they told me that I could put it in my back bedroom where my king size water bed was and I could connect the East Rest up to it, but when the boys came out they said that can't be done. Nevertheless, I love my Easy Rest bed. It's great.

Easy Rest did a good job. Their sales rep was just in training and took a while but was good at it. Their delivery guy had a foreign accent and my interaction with him was good from what I can understand of him. He gave me books on everything I needed to know to operate the bed. I've had flat beds all my life and I sleep three or four hours at a time because I work nights and do stuff during the day. Until I got the Easy Rest bed, it didn't feel like I was getting any sleep no matter how much sleep I got. Also, I have reflux disease and a pinched nerve in my back. Now, I use the thing on my Easy Rest bed that elevates my head a little bit when I sleep and the massage feature. Between my head being lifted up and the massage, I don't have to use a lot of pain medicine anymore. When I get up I feel like I'm rested.

I liked the video that Easy Rest had so I got a bed from them and their sales rep was excellent. The same also goes to the delivery team. They came in, set the bed up, and made sure I was completely comfortable before they left. I like the headrest and the raising of the head and the feet. I also have the heated part but there should be an option whether or not one wants to keep it because mine has just been sitting there in the box. Nonetheless, my Easy Rest bed is one of my best investments.

I weigh over 300 pounds, had foot surgery, and needed to have a bed where I could put my feet way up high. When I looked online for adjustable beds for overweight or obese people, Easy Rest kept coming up. The thing I found very interesting is I filled something out on Easy Rest’s website thinking it was going to send me a catalog. The next day, I immediately started getting all these phone calls from these unknown phone numbers over and over. I had seven of those calls throughout the day at my job. Finally, somebody answered and I told them it's coming up as an unknown number. I filled out what said I was requesting a catalog for information. I didn’t request them to call me. I didn’t request them to make an appointment. When I asked if they were going to send me a catalog, they said they didn’t have a catalog, they have sales reps.

I've had two operations on my back and an Easy Rest bed seemed to fit me perfectly. Their sales reps were very knowledgeable. I had my old bed for 10 years and this is 100% better. I use the massage feature, the elevation and the wave real good. I'm now moving around a lot better. So far, everything's going just fine.

Easy Rest looked like it's very comfortable and so far, my experience with it is good. It's indeed more comfortable than my old bed. With Easy Rest, I’m sleeping a little better. And I like moving the head and the feet up mostly for medical reasons. The sales rep was also very professional and the delivery team was very good.

I needed the Easy Rest bed for my bad legs and back. I had owned my old bed for five years, and the Easy Rest is better right now and I feel more comfortable. I like the fact that I can lift my head and legs up. I'm so satisfied with the bed and I'm enjoying it so far.

My sleeping is very erratic. I have arthritis which is about the baddest that my doctor and my pain specialist have ever seen. It hurts all the time. Pain medication helps it but it don't stop it. Also, my legs drives me up the wall because I could raise them up higher than normal and it helps a whole lot. I beg to the world when I go to sleep but with Easy Rest I have been sleeping better. Also, my husband tells me I snore so I raise it up. The last mattress we had, everybody called it a Papa Bear because we sink in it. I didn't like that. It has a big old hump in the middle of it and you couldn't turn over. There is no comparison with the Easy Rest which is not soft but it's not hard either. The sales rep was very good. I also talked to the big boss because our money was short. He comes down on that until we could afford it. The man that came, Mr. **, was very knowledgeable. He said he even had one. They showed me how to use the bed and it also has a massage.

I had a great experience with the Easy Rest representative and he did a good job. I like the fact that he came out to my home and talked with me because it's been hard for me due to my illness. The delivery team was excellent and did a good job setting the bed up, which would have been difficult for us to do. I've got chronic pain and the Easy Rest bed is helping. I sleep in the Easy Rest a lot better than the bed I had prior. I can get comfortable and I've got the heating pad on there and the massager. I use the elevation for my feet and head more than anything. I've got some back issues and it helps with my back. We're satisfied.

An Easy Rest bed was something I always had in the back of my mind. I’ve got a lung problem and I've tried all kinds of pill and manipulations but none of that works. So I thought it’d be a good idea to be able to raise the back of my bed. I was in the hospital in the fall and I like the idea of my legs and my head up with a push of a button. The sales rep from Easy Rest was very nice and didn't push. He showed me the options and he’s a good man for the job. He had to come back a couple of times and brought me a candle each time. One time he came, I have some company so he left and came back. Then I called them back in January to say it was the time for my purchase, and they came and explained everything to me. I had no problems with them at all. I have lots of things going on in this house all the time, but the delivery team was polite and nice. They were very fast and showed me what I needed to know.

I like the Easy Rest because it vibrates. My arms fall asleep and I also have poor circulation in my legs so the vibration helps. I can lift my head up, down or in a position I want with it. However, I don’t like the little iron bar down there at the foot of the bed which was put there in order to help carry the bed.

The Easy Rest salesman was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable and he gave me a good price. The delivery guys didn't take long to set up the bed and they moved the other bed. I really enjoy my bed. Sometimes I have swelling in my ankles, and I can tell there's a difference when I have to raise the bed from the head then prop my legs up. I recommend it.

I had a swell on my leg so I decided to purchase an Easy Rest bed and I'm very happy with it. It is much better than the old bed I had for 10 years. I use all vibration features simultaneously for relaxation. The sales rep that I talked to was nice. Generally, it is a good experience with Easy Rest.

I like that the Easy Rest raises me up and I can sit up on the bed. I also use the massage. My experience with Easy Rest is all right but not that great. For the price I paid, I should have gotten everything that goes along with it.

I had all the conditions that the Easy Rest bed was designed for. They seemed to have all the choices that would help me and I have seen a few changes since using it. I like the lifting of the head. I have acid reflux and the head’s helping me to be elevated. On my other bed, I had to have the bed lifted up and had numerous pillows to give me that comfort. But with Easy Rest, I can adjust it to what I need it to be. I also like the massager for the pain in my lower back which I didn't have with my previous bed. I can get on the Easy Rest bed to massage my back when it’s giving me problems. With Easy Rest, I can also lift my feet, and the bed also carries the heat. I am very satisfied with Easy Rest. The sales reps and delivery team were also nice.

I bought the Easy Rest for my handicapped daughter. She lives in an assisted living place but every weekend, I have her home. I don't let her take the bed out of this house since it's brand new and the clientele in the assisted living place are not very favorable. My daughter suffers a lot from her back. The Easy Rest's vibrator is very gentle but what she really needs is a harder one. Nonetheless, she loves the bed and the pillows and the bed puts her to sleep. She loves the heated sheet too and she doesn't even sleep with blankets anymore. The bed is so comfortable and I don't allow anybody else to lie on it. I have 27 grand and great grandkids who are dying to get into that room where the bed is but I say no. I want my daughter to use the bed and wear it out.

We had our previous bed for four or five years. Easy Rest sounded good to us and so we decided to purchase a bed from them. Their sales representative was knowledgeable regarding the product. Also, their delivery team was done in half an hour. Since using our Easy Rest bed, we've been using the massage feature the most. I have back problems and it helps a lot. It's much better than our previous bed.

A woman called and talked to me and she came down here and showed me the book and what Easy Rest was about. She took me in then and propped my head back up with pillows. She talked me into it, turned it on and let me know what we could do. I have trouble with my shoulders and my back and she took that thing and ran it all around my shoulders and my back, and down my legs and just lying on my bed. It felt so good, so that’s what sold it to me.

The sales rep was very friendly, kind and did his job well. After talking to him, we finally came up to the decision that Easy Rest might be a better situation for me. I mostly use it to raise my head up a bit. However, my old bed was a lot more comfortable.

The salesman said that the Easy Rest was really good for my health, so I ought to give it a try. I'm pleased that I am able to raise my head and feet up a little bit with it. However, it seems like it helps some nights and some nights, it doesn't. I've got a lot of arthritis and it doesn't do a whole lot for it. Also, the bed is too high from the floor. If I sit down flat on the bed, my feet are two inches off the floor, and it needs to be lowered down. But overall, the experience was good.

I have physical disabilities so I went for an Easy Rest bed. The sales rep I dealt with was very knowledgeable, well-spoken, wonderful, very sweet, and nice. He came here, talked to me, and brought me a gift at first which was very considerate of him to do. Similarly, the delivery team really knew what they were doing and was very comfortable to be around. They did everything perfectly. I usually use the elevation feature of the bed because I get to raise my head and feet on a regular chair-like position. I'm definitely enjoying my bed and it has helped me with my disability. It's very comforting especially the massage part that I need. I tell my whole family that buying it was the best thing I've ever done.

My old bed was comfortable but I can't raise my head up on it to suit me for everything. I had to put risers underneath it and have trouble sleeping. The salespeople from Easy Rest came to our house and were real nice people. The reps I talked to on the phone were the same way. They also said I would lose weight if I could sleep better so I was checking things out. They gave me such a good deal and I ended up buying the bed. It was late in the evening when the delivery team came in. They got lost many times going in the dark and they still had to go somewhere in Virginia that night but they were as nice as they could be and moved like clockwork. Now I sleep better and I don't get up as much. I use the head raising feature the most. I'm on oxygen at night and it helps me to breathe. My granddaughter likes the massage.

I got my Easy Rest bed before Christmas and the sales rep did well. He was telling me the price of the product and then called somebody. And where they messed up on it was when I told them what I was getting it for. They were gonna fix it to what I was paying for the bed or what I would pay for it and they were going to try to make someone come up to do it. Also, something has to be done at the center of the bed because I roll it in together and it's not right, but their customer service people were not helpful. They wanted me to take pictures and send these over. I told them I didn't have the things to take pictures as we're an old couple and live by ourselves. I've been in the hospital many times and they still ain't doing what they're supposed to do. I’m very dissatisfied with Easy Rest right now.

I had no inclination of buying a bed but I got one because the Easy Rest salesman was really good and their price was also a deciding factor. With Easy Rest, I have a more restful sleep. I've been broke up pretty bad so it helps for me to have a really comfortable bed to sleep in. I have an eight year old mattress on a bed that I've had forever, it was also comfortable but I like all the added features of the Easy Rest such as the different positions of the bed and the vibrator or massager.

I've got back problems and when I had to have back surgery, I never could get a good night's sleep. I was up and down in my chair and into the bed for the last year. The main thing that sold me on this is I got a great deal with Easy Rest. They kept going down and down until I got a reasonable price or what I thought is a reasonable price. Also, the delivery team was great. I've enjoyed the bed so much since I bought it. I like the lifting the head and feet feature because it helps when I have trouble with my feet swelling and it seems that I get better sleep when my head is raised.

My wife had a knee replacement surgery and we're told that Easy Rest would be better and a lot easier for her, and that it would help her recover a little quicker. It adjusts adequately and it does the job for her, thus improved comfort for her. Easy Rest is better than our old bed because of its adjustments and it keeps me comfortable, too. It doesn't interfere with me sleeping in there. Their sales reps were very consistent. We have all the contact information we needed if there were any problems. Their delivery team did their job and were very personable. Overall, we're very satisfied. And once my wife heals properly, we'll use it as a normal bed.

A man came out and demonstrated the Easy Rest to me, and that's when I decided I wanted it. My feet had been swelling for a long time because I worked on a job where I was standing in one place all day long, which wasn't good and it did something to my veins. So at night I was supposed to elevate my feet. I also have a lower back problem and the rep showed me how I could sit up like a baby in a lady's stomach and that would take the pressure off my lower back.

The fellow that came here and from whom we bought the bed was good but he seemed like a canned speech kind of guy. He knew how to say it but you could tell he had it memorized. But he was very nice and pleasant. We had a good talk on other things, you could ask him questions about the bed and he'd give you an answer without having to look it up. Then, the delivery team that came were good, knowledgeable and very helpful. We got a good experience with them. They put it together and moved my other mattress and box springs to a storage area. They were pleased that I had a storage area and that they didn't have to haul it off.

The salesman was very nice. He went through the whole bed, and I said that I couldn't afford that much per month, but I didn't have anybody here to stop me. I live by myself and I asked the salesman about what happens if I died before the bed is paid off. But, he did a good job. The delivery team were in and out. I didn't have a place to move my old bed to, as my house is so full of stuff, and my son hasn't had time to help me figure out where to put it either, so I put it behind my kitchen cabinets as fast as I could. I had owned my old bed for about 18 years, and although it was a good mattress, it was getting hard in the center. My daughter thought that the mattress top was getting hard, but I couldn't just buy another mattress top. It would have been cheaper.

I wasn't sleeping well and I’d wake up four times a night with my back and my arm hurting, so I figured it was time to do something about it. I then bought an Easy Rest bed. The delivery guys were really good and they had it set up in no time at all. I’ve been sleeping like a baby since using my Easy Rest bed. The massager is the best for me, and the heating pad is nice. The only thing I don’t like is the free pillow that they sent. It’s not that great. As for the bed, I love it and I've already recommended it to people. I tell them that if they want a good night’s sleep, they need to get one of these beds. But too many people will look at it and be afraid because of the price. But what price do you put for a good night’s sleep?

The Easy Rest bed was 100% better for my health than my old bed and I'm loving it. I like to have the incline a little bit on my head because I have sleep apnea and it helps with that. It also helps with the vibration and the massage for the back. It really helps my fiance's back, too. And I got along pretty good with the sales guy who came out to our house. He was really good and it worked out so well. Also, the delivery guys were helpful and shocked when they didn't have to do a lot of extra work. Everything was ready for them when they came in and all they had to do was set up the bed. So they really liked that. The only thing is, they said they couldn't put the wheels on the bed. That makes no sense. If we want to put it on the bed, Easy Rest should let them put them on there.

I've been wanting to get an Easy Rest adjustable bed for quite a while and the salesman was one of the best part of my purchasing experience. He was genuine and he wasn't a high-pressure salesman, and it's a good product so I got one. However, it would be better if the firmness of the mattress had a little more give because I have a lot of pain. So, if I had a choice, I'd have it a bit softer. But I like it. It's convenient and I like that the head and legs go up and down. I'm not too much into the vibrating thing, but I have used it when my whole back was in pain and it has helped. Overall, it was really great experience. I wanted an adjustable bed that’s going to last and this bed seems to last, and so I got what I wanted.

Easy Rest is a pretty good choice and we enjoy it. Their representatives weren't pushy and the delivery team showed me everything about the bed before they left. I'm very satisfied with them.

I scheduled a home delivery with Easy Rest and their team was very nice and had the bed all set up. It has come in real handy because my husband has been in the hospital. There was water in his lungs and around his heart so when he got home we had to have him propped up all the time so that was very convenient for me. I could crank up the foot of the bed and his ankles would be small in the mornings instead of swollen. We've really appreciated that because of the sickness. Also, I enjoyed the massages because my back hurts. I recommend Easy Rest.

The Easy Rest bed's massager really helps with my back and achy bones. I also use the head and feet feature to lessen the swelling in my feet and legs. I had a very nice experience with the sales rep and the delivery crew did really well.

I have acid reflux so I bought an Easy Rest bed. I laid down on the bed after their sales rep put it up and he showed me different ways that I can relax and massage. I like the head adjustment feature that kept me raised up. The delivery went well and I sleep well now. I feel like a little kid in a candy store. I couldn’t wait for night so I can get in the bed.

I got tired of waiting for a hospital bed and I needed a bed for my back so I purchased an Easy Rest. I've been using my previous bed for 17 years and Easy rest is more comfortable but it's hard for me to roll over because it's still too small. Although I'm an average sized woman, I need railings on the side to grab on to help me so I have to grab the mattress to hold me and I don't want to rip it. I use the massager a lot though and it puts me to sleep.

So far I'm happy and satisfied with my Easy Rest bed. Got it because I liked its price. The sales rep I talked to seemed very nice and helped me out a bit with my questions. The delivery team was nice too. As for the bed, I mostly use both its elevation and massager features. Also, I seem to be more comfortable when I use it.

I have back problems so I purchased Easy Rest, and it’s great. I love it. Sometimes I'd be in the bed on my computer and I could raise it up looking at movies or playing games. I use the upper part and the massager the most for my back and it somewhat helps. The massager could be a little stronger because it's not strong enough for me. I was also able to elevate my feet like when they swell up, but I couldn’t do that now because when I try to life the foot of the bed up, the whole bed comes up, and it shouldn’t. Also, the bar on my side is not right but the bar on my husband's side is fine. I don't want my bed tipping over or breaking because of what's happening, so I'm going to call them and let them know. But other than that, everything is fine. The sales rep was real nice. The delivery team was nice as well. As a matter of fact, I ended up giving all of them hot packs, one of them a brand new back brace that was too big for me, so I never used it.

I had my old mattress for over 20 years but Easy Rest is much better. I like the reclining part of the bed. It's very comfortable and we're enjoying it. Overall, I would recommend Easy Rest.

My daughter and her husband have got an adjustable bed and they liked it a lot so I thought I might like one also so I got one. The sales rep during the purchase was very nice and I liked her very much. The delivery team was also very nice and patient. They also showed me all the different features, like the massage which I'm not particularly happy with. It's not very much and a little bit of wiggle and it's not a really good massage. Raising the foot and the rest of my legs were able to help, but I thought I was sleeping better with my legs up. I've adjusted it with the head up, with the foot up and it sleeps about as good as when it's just flat. I've had my previous bed for 5-6 years and they both sleep about the same. I hadn't liked my Easy Rest bed that much and I can't tell if I'm sleeping much better.

I always had a Craftmatic but it wasn't working too good so now I got an Easy Rest Bed. A salesman came and he was a real gentleman, most polite, went through everything so perfect and so nice, and then showed me on the laptop how the bed worked and everything about it. The delivery experience went along fine as well. The crew came, brought the bed in and got it all together. I tried the massage but it doesn't seem to be where it would do me too much good on my shoulders. Still, I'm glad the massage is there if I should want it since it's a good feature. I'm mainly interested that I can elevate my feet if I have to. Also, I have to sleep sitting up. So, it's a lovely bed. I would recommend Easy Rest to a friend.

With the Easy Rest, I'm more comfortable and it's a lot of help to me. It's a lot better than my old bed. I mostly use the head rest so I could sit up, watch my TV and drink my coffee. I could sit up that way and then I can let it down just so much and I sleep like that when it's up. However when they set it up, I don't know what he did but he could raise the bed higher and I am wondering how did they do that. Nevertheless, it's really great and I'd recommend Easy Rest.

I wasn't sleeping very good on a regular bed and I decided that the Easy Rest bed was for me. What the gentleman told me about it made a lot of sense. The guys who came to deliver it were great and showed me how to use it. It's very comfortable for me sleeping on my back. I sleep with a CPAP so I'm not rolling on it. I also enjoy the vibration feature and I'm usually asleep before it stops.

I spent a tremendous amount of time doing research online between the beds and that’s where I found out about Easy Rest. Their sales guy John did a very good job explaining the bed, the benefits, and the agreement we had when we bought it. He was very knowledgeable, gave a tremendous amount of detail and did a very good job. He probably spent two hours or more going through all the features. Of course, we were patient and listened because we were gonna buy a bed from someone, and it was just a matter of deciding which one. Once we went through it, he made a price that was agreeable and we understood the features we wanted. He was very professional and he completely and totally understood his product.

I have a bad back and I could never get comfortable with my regular bed. I figured that Easy Rest would be good 'cause I can adjust it to my back. They had a call-in contest where you could win an Easy Rest and a representative came here. The gentleman was very friendly and knowledgeable about the bed. I explained to him some of the troubles that I was having and he explained some of the benefits of the bed that would probably help me.

I had a different bed before, but its mattress was very uncomfortable. But now I got the Easy Rest bed, and mainly enjoy using its heating. That feature has been very good for me. It makes my back feel better. But I've noticed a little dip in the center of the mattress, although I really have not had enough time to evaluate it because, right after I received it, I had gone into the hospital and into rehab. But at this point, I'm satisfied with it.

I bought an Easy Rest bed 15 months ago, I bought the second for the top model, and was told that it would be wonderful and fell for all the sales pitch. Since I have had the bed. The 4 inch foam mattress insert has made me wake up daily with back aches and spasm. When I contacted them about it, they did mail me in a box another 4 inch foam insert with a different name. They sent 3 in all. Folded up in a box twice and one delivered. How can they say a mattress folded up in a box is a good mattress for your back. After I let them know that the third insert was no better, they can give them different names, but they felt no better. I was not going to pay them over $5000 for a bed that caused me to suffer every day I woke up. The vibrating and rowing part that came with the upgrade you could barely even feel it at all.

I have emphysema with 44% lung function and I needed to put a lift. I tried a hospital bed and it almost killed me. The Easy Rest sales rep that we dealt with was very thorough and explained everything very well. We were pleased with his performance. When the delivery crew came in, they took the old bed out, put the Easy Rest in, and got it set up. They showed us how everything worked. It was a good experience. I like the adjustability of the bed. My husband is comfortable in it. The only thing that I didn’t like was the fact that we couldn’t touch each other because of using twin sheets. But we solved that problem. I just put a king size top sheet on. Also, there’s room for the dog

I like the 20-year warranty of the Easy Rest bed. I use the adjustable feature most of the time when I have been sitting up and watching TV, and sometimes when I go to bed, too. I use the massage, as well. The sales rep was friendly and very nice, too. She was a good host and she was the one that sold me on the bed. The delivery guy was wonderful. However, the sales rep could have told me that there are two styles. They gave me both sets. They have the set on the bed and then, they gave me the wheels.

I sleep a lot better with Easy Rest than with the old bed that I've had 15 years. I have some problem with my legs and now I can raise my legs when using the bed. I can raise my head as well. Their delivery team have also been really nice. I would recommend Easy Rest.

I called Easy Rest, then a representative came here and we went through with it. I got to choose and got a full bed, the vibrator and the heating pad. The only time I like using that heating pad is in the winter. It keeps my feet warm. Also, the delivery people were really nice. They carried the bed, set it up, got it done, showed me how to use it and left. It's worth the money. I sleep easily at night - it's so much better than my old bed. Also, it makes it easier in the mornings when I get out of bed. My old feet don't bother me because it keeps the foot and my head up. And it's pretty well stopping it that I don't slide down. It's really good and it's about the best thing I paid.

For 12 years, me, now 55 years old, and my wife slept on three queen size antique mattresses with no box spring. I got tired of waking up and having a hard time to move. I wanted something so that when I will have my neck surgery, which I just had last Wednesday, I could incline myself at night or when I'm supposed to, and heal better. I then decided to get an Easy Rest bed and it’s better than what I was sleeping on before. I don't use its vibrator feature because I live in an old oak cabin and when I use it, sometimes, the walls vibrate a little bit. I use the incline for the head and the feet the most because it helps me sleep and gets me more relaxed. If I'm watching TV, I can raise my back up. I also got bad discs at my back and inclining my feet helps that out.

The salesman was nice and was able to explain things to us in a way that we were able to understand. He wasn't pressuring us into buying one which was real nice. He just explained what the Easy Rest could do and showed us how other people enjoyed it. The people who delivered the bed were nice and very proficient. We watched them take it out of the box so we knew it came from the factory. When my husband noticed that there was an area where something spilled and dried on the frame, they immediately called about it to their bosses and set up a time to bring a new base. They were just wonderful, and were the same people who came back to replace that base. I've really enjoyed the bed and I'm very happy with our purchase. My husband doesn't have a hard time getting out of bed in the morning anymore. I hope that everybody else that does purchase the bed finds the same results that we did. I'm loving it.

I bought an Easy Rest bed because both of my legs are swelling up. I needed a bed that can be able to adjust the leg. Easy Rest is a little more comfortable than the bed I have had for over 10 years. I've had it for a couple of months now and the swelling has gone down a little bit. I can't say I have better night's sleep overall. I still wander around my house all night because my legs are restless. When I purchased the bed, their sales representative was great. He was polite and very nice, answered every question I had. The delivery was fine but I was surprised that all the money that I had to put out. There was almost $400 service charge on it, and it was quite high as far as I was concerned.

They sent me a brochure in the mail that I could win an Easy Rest bed. I sent it back but I didn't win a bed. Then a guy came in, introduced himself, and he showed us the video and all of the goodness from buying an Easy Rest bed. My husband and I have health issues so we decided to buy one. We got a lot of problems with the swelling in our legs and we're able to get a good night's sleep. Also, Easy rest is 100% better than our previous bed because I can watch television better. I'm able to roll it up in a position that I can ease the feet, instead of putting 5 to 10 pillows under my body and by the time I fall asleep, the pillows end up on the floor. I just wish we had thought about Easy Rest many years ago. The delivery team is also great and I had no problem with them.

I have a back injury and I was looking for something comfortable. For about six years I had a Tempur-Pedic bed, and I got rid of that. Then I tried the Sleep Number, but I didn't particularly like the model that I had, and I got rid of that, too. Then I went to Easy Rest. They were sending out cards about the Easy Rest bed, and I filled the cards out and someone came to my home. The sales rep was a nice guy and seemed to be knowledgeable, but I thought he was under a lot of pressure. He showed me the massage feature, and said that it's used to turn the blood. The massager was nice and I thought the Easy Rest bed we ordered would have the same massage feature, but it doesn't. It's totally different.

I'm getting a restful night's sleep with the Easy Rest bed compared to what I was getting before. In my old bed, I would have to get up in the middle of the night, come out and sit in a recliner and finish my night. It was the massager that made me purchase the Easy Rest. I have lymphedema in both legs and when I massage, I put the legs and the head up too. Now, I can get up and do my chores much more. Their salesman was very good. He was very easy to talk with, explained things and in-depth and answered all my questions. The delivery people were excellent. They took my bed down and put it in the other room where I asked them. And they got the Easy Rest bed up in no time at all. Everything's been so good, so far.

I was looking for an adjustable bed and Easy Rest sounded good. I got the bed and can’t get out of it. It’s that comfortable to me. I like that I can adjust the head and the feet. The head raise gets me up and it’s better to watch TV. I also fall asleep better when my head’s up than when it's flat. It also has that vibrating thing and it’s a great bed. In fact, it’s the greatest bed that I’ve ever had. Not a thing that I had slept on compares to it.

I've been sleeping in a recliner for several years because of my back and neck issues. I wanted to give Easy Rest a try to see if it works and I love it. I have a bad back and neck and I haven't been able to find a bed that I could sleep in. I spent amounts of dollars on beds and I haven't been able to sleep in them. So because this bed could adjust and it had the massage feature and everything that a recliner has, Plus it has space to fold up now I sleep in the bed more and not sleep in the recliner all the time.

The sales rep didn't think I was going to buy the Easy Rest but I was having so much pain in my back that I was so desperate I was ready to try anything. The delivery team was very nice in putting the bed up. They also told me that when I get a bed frame they would come down and put it together for me. Easy Rest helps with the back pain but I can't get used to the bed though. I like being raised. I had put pillows under my head and then watch the TV so I raise it up but I slide down. When I lower down then it's still hard to sleep. I can't get comfortable in it but when I turn the vibrate on, it stops that pain I have in my back and my shoulders. I've tried everything else with my back and that was the only thing that gave me pain relief. The massage feature is the main thing that I like. When I go to sleep it cuts off automatically and I don't have to worry about turning it off.

I was reading a catalog and it was saying that you could win a free bed with Easy Rest so I just sent in for it. I wasn't chosen but they called me and we talked and we decided to go ahead and try to get it. The sales rep explained everything to us and he showed a lot of Easy Rest products. He was great at what he did. The delivery team was also excellent. After they finished, they asked us to try the bed out and lie on it. They demonstrated what the bed does and how it raises up and vibrates.

I got an Easy Rest bed because I had back pain. The sales rep answered all my questions and he was friendly. I mostly recline the back and raise my feet, and so far the bed has been better on my back.

I was in the market to buy an adjustable bed and the salesman made a really good presentation so I decided to go with Easy Rest. We didn't have a lot of questions because he was thorough in his presentation, but the few questions we had, he answered real well. The delivery people were great, very cooperative and brought the bed at the time we wanted it. The Easy Rest bed seems to be more comfortable than our previous bed of 10 years. My wife has arthritis and in a lot of back pain, along with other pains. She also has sleep apnea and I have GERD, and we both have to sleep with our heads elevated so we raise the head and the feet of the bed. It's helped us a lot and she sleeps a lot better. We're very satisfied and happy with the Easy Rest.

As far as I can tell Easy Rest is a good bed. It gets my legs and back up that's why I sleep better. Also, the sales rep is friendly and alright. I had no problem with the delivery team either. They brought the bed in and set it up.

I received a thing in the mail about trying to win an Easy Rest. I got one and the salesperson, Tom, was very nice and polite. I've had it for a month now and I like it. It's convenient and it helps with my back pain.

I love my Easy Rest bed. I work third shift and wasn’t sleeping well. When the Easy Rest salesperson came, he positioned me in my bed in the way that the Easy Rest bed should feel like so he convinced me that it would be good and it is. With the bed, I am resting, and when I wake up, I'm not nearly as stiff as I used to be. I really like raising the head part. I play games and read in bed a lot and it’s so much more comfortable raising the head than propping the pillows. The only thing is that I got a pillow from Easy Rest, and I don’t care much for it. I can’t get comfortable with it, and it has my head up too high so I have a kink in my neck, so I'm not using the pillow.

I had a big, thick mattress on my other bed and it was just a little bit higher than I liked. The mattress seems really thin on the Easy Rest, but I can roll my head up and down on it. I'm heavy and I just have to roll in and out of the bed. The sales rep did a good job selling it, but I was a little disappointed in the thickness of the mattress. I also thought when he sold us the bed that the top zips open and you put a new layer of something in there when it wears down. Overall I'm not dissatisfied, but we paid quite a bit for it and I don't know whether it'll hold up like it's supposed to or not.

My husband doesn't get much sleep, so I was hoping that the Easy Rest bed would help him sleep better. So we got a King, which is more comfortable to lay on. My husband still gets up a lot at night, but we sleep better on it. Also, keeping the leg up makes my knees hang better, but I have to put the legs back down to sleep at night because it makes the calf of my legs more sore. I love the free pillow and I use it all the time to prop my arms on. Overall, I would recommend Easy Rest bed.
