I have trouble with my back so I got an Easy Rest. I had a really good experience with the people from Easy Rest. They were so courteous and they listened to my concerns. The lady who came out to demonstrate the bed was really nice. She was so good and that's also one of the reasons I bought the bed. The delivery team was good as well. They were also very courteous. They've put down my old bed and I had them put it in the storage. They then took the mattress with them and then they set it up. They also gave me time to clean the area where they took down my old bed and then they put up the new bed. Since having the bed, I'm doing better and I haven't been waking up with a lot of pain. I raise its head and keep my feet and legs elevated.

I sleep better on the Easy Rest bed. It's more comfortable than our previous bed that we had for years. I raise it up a little bit sometimes and my wife does that, too. There’s two separate mattresses and that makes a big difference. I love our Easy Rest. Also, the delivery team was fine. They laughed at my jokes which was nice. I appreciated that.

The Easy Rest sales rep was very kind and knowledgeable. He didn't try to force us to buy anything or tell us anything that was not true and he answered all our questions and made suggestions. My wife sometimes wishes we had gotten the one mattress because we have two separate mattresses, so she can't sleep right with me. Also, we lost our paperwork so we didn't get our pillow. But my wife likes our Easy Rest bed. She likes the firmness of it and she sleeps better on it. I wanted the Easy Rest bed because I'd be able to elevate my feet above my heart. I also use the massage quite a bit which helps me to relax. The Easy Rest bed is very comfortable, and I would recommend it to a friend and I already had.

I got the Easy Rest bed and my experience has been all good. I wasn’t going to get it at first but the way the sales rep demonstrated how it will feel without the bed and how it will feel with the bed made me decide to go on and get it. The delivery team also did an awesome job. They put it up and showed us how to work the remote and all of that. Since I've had my Easy Rest my back hasn’t been hurting. It’s really expensive but it’s a good bed and I like it.

I like my Easy Rest bed. I have back problems and the vibration helps my back. The sales rep was very nice. He demonstrated and told me what it did and what to expect. The delivery guys were great, too. They brought the bed in, set it up and showed me how to operate this remote control. On the other hand, I have a heat blanket that's like a sheet. I don't know if it's causing the wrinkles in the bed or it's the mattress itself. Also the price is astronomical. I could have done better if I'd gone to a local store but the quality of the bed may not be the same but it's probably cheaper. Other than that the Easy Rest's customer service was excellent. Everybody was so nice, they didn’t have any problem answering my questions and showed me what I want to know. I'm happy with the experience and I highly recommend it.

Everything with Easy Rest was good. The agent that came was really respectable, kind, and patient. The delivery team were nice and kind as well. When they came, they took down the other bed and put the new one up. I enjoyed them being here just doing that. The bed is a good thing for me. I like the massage experience and all. It's really restful and I enjoyed it. I also got a pillow that helps my neck. However, I thought just one mattress on the top would come up, but both parts come up. But all in all, it’s a good experience and a good deal. I’d recommend them to a friend.

The Easy Rest delivery team took our old beds out and put the new ones in, sat here and talked for a few minutes. They were good. I’m a cripple and Easy Rest helps my back and when I prop my legs up it helps the blood circulate within my legs. When I lay down, push the button and raise my feet up, my legs and feet feel better. My wife uses the head and foot feature on hers and she loves it. We love our Easy Rest Bed and I have told some of my friends about it.

When the Easy Rest representative sold the bed to me, I thought it would be more than what it is. It is too expensive and the financing they have on it is ridiculous. I can go to a furniture store in Cleveland called Levin's and get 0 financing for 60 months. If I had bought that thing, started financing and checked it out, the figures in it would cost me $2000 over four years. My money in the bank would only make me $2.40 for four years. So I went ahead and paid it off.

I liked the looks of the Easy Rest bed. And because it also has the up and down features and I need to keep my feet raised at night, I decided to purchase one. The guys from this company were also great and very good businesspeople. They got the people in mind instead of money. The sales rep was very nice and the delivery team was very good, professional and on time too. I gave each delivery guy a $5 tip in check but they haven’t cashed it yet. Since I started using my Easy Rest, I sleep a lot better. I had my old bed for about 15 years and when compared to this new Easy Rest, they’re like night and day. The Easy Rest bed is the best I've ever had. I like the raising on the head the most. I put it as high as I want and as close as I want it to the feet. I also like the comfort of the mattress as well. I would recommend Easy Rest to anybody any day.

We had a regular bed before and my wife got to where she just couldn't lay flat in it. We had to get something where she could raise her head and feet up so she could get comfortable. We got Easy Rest and it's a whole lot better than the other bed. I like all of its features and my wife has been able to rest a lot better since we got it. Their sales reps were wonderful and they went beyond their capabilities in trying to please us. Their delivery team came early and it was great because we needed the bed the soonest. It's has been absolutely wonderful and I would recommend it to anyone.

I have a bad acid reflux and sometimes I need to be sitting up. I can't lay down flat and sleep, so I was sleeping on two and three pillows. For these reasons, I got an Easy Rest. Speaking with the sales rep about the bed was okay. I also had a good experience with the delivery team. However, I thought that the bed would do a lot more than what the rep said it would do. I don’t feel the massager. It’s just vibrating and it doesn’t do anything as far as helping me in any kind of way. I only use it once in a while if I just want to sit up in the bed. I don't really sleep with it. I like my old bed better than the Easy Rest. I feel like I'm not getting what I thought I was paying for.

Easy Rest's sales rep and the men who delivered the bed were good people. The men helped me put the bed up, and it was quick and easy. They also showed me how to use it. I have a back problem so I opted to buy an Easy Rest bed. I'm still adjusting to it but it's very comfortable and I enjoy it.

We had a lady here that was giving us a study and she was the one that presented Easy Rest bed to us. She was a very careful and wonderful person. She did a good job and we enjoyed working with her. She told us all about the bed and she promoted it, and she wanted us to get one. The delivery team helped us took out the old bed, which was still in good condition. We sleep very well on our Easy Rest and I like to raise the head part a little bit when we go to bed. We've also used the foot elevation. We have enjoyed our experience with them.

The Easy Rest bed is great and I like the adjustable factor so that we could incline the bed if we need to because of a cold. We got it mostly for the comfort and compared to our old bed that we had for six years, the Easy Rest is much more comfortable. My experience was good with Easy Rest and I don't have any complaints. My brother and mother both have Craftmatics and I've always wanted one. Plus, the bed I had was high and hard for me to get into. The representative was very pleasant. The delivery team did an excellent job. They came in, did what they had to do and moved the other bed downstairs for us. With Easy Rest I sleep like a rock and don't wake up with a backache anymore. I sleep with a CPAP and sometimes I just like my head elevated, so I use that feature the most. I also have the heat pad in my bed. I've used that and that works fine. I got COPD and was urged that Easy Rest might help me breathe. The salesman was good and it’s been about a month and a half now since I bought the bed. The delivery guys gave me a demonstration and in half an hour, they were here and gone. I sleep on my Easy Rest every night but I like sleeping on my couch more. I'm an older person and I have a lot of pain. I wasn't able to rest good in the bed that I had, so I bought a new mattress set but it was too stiff as well. So, I purchased an Easy Rest bed and I’ve had it for more than two months now. However, it wasn’t quite as soft as I thought it was. Other than that, everything's good. I love the vibrator, the head and feet extension, and that part that allows me to go up and down. I've also got a little one who wants the bed and she loves it. I also had our little guy get into the bed, lie down, and use the feature on it.

I had been looking at the Easy Rest bed for a long time. Their rep came here to the house and made a deal in which I’ll get some money back. I’m glad that we came to a term where I can afford what I’m doing. The guy delivered the bed and showed me how to use it. He was a very nice young gentleman and everything went fine. I have the bed for about a month now and it is comfortable. I sleep and rest much better. I don’t have to be dreaming about a whole lot of kicking and falling off. I mostly use the pillows and the thing that I put on my leg with it. I also use the massage feature since I have apparatus for my leg too, and because of that, I walk better every day. I raise the bed up as well. The bed that I owned for so long before getting the Easy Rest was not as comfortable as my bed is now. I enjoy the Easy Rest bed and I've recommended it. It's been a beautiful experience.

Easy Rest is not the best mattress that I've slept on, but it's all right and it's good for my wife. She doesn't always sleep well, so I've got to raise it up to where she doesn't have to have a pillow to lift her head up. Plus, it vibrates and relieves the tension she has. I needed something to help her sleep and it does. She sleeps well now. Plus, I can get in and out of bed without waking my wife. Also, the rep was really good. I'm very happy and satisfied with the bed and I would recommend it to someone else.

I like the Easy Rest but my wife didn’t like it that much. She won’t use any of that stuff on it and she complains about noise, that the vibration’s being too loud. I also noticed my back hurts a lot more. So, we want to move the old bed back in and put the new bed upstairs for our guest to enjoy it. I like being able to put my legs up with it. I used to bump up a bunch of blankets and put them down for my feet to elevate them. It’s the comfortable position for me.

They referred to me when they were putting it together. I got rid of my old bed because it was saggy and there's absolutely no comparison. It took me a few weeks to get used to Easy Rest but now it is very comfortable. The first thing I did was lift my feet so that my ankles were higher than my heart and that greatly helped me. I'm very satisfied and I look forward to experimenting with it.

The salesman of Easy Rest was so good that the bed seemed to be from heaven. But it turned out that the bed was not as good as he told me it would be. Before getting my Easy Rest bed, I used a Craftmatic bed for 15 years. This old bed that I traded was a nice bed and I slept in it for so long. Although my Easy Rest bed is a very nice bed too and a little softer, both beds did the same things such as letting me put my feet up, sit up, and have neck massages. The delivery guys were perfect and did exactly what I wanted them to do. They did a very good job in checking my old bed out and putting the new one in.

After talking with their representative I purchased my Easy Rest bed. He described it and I have read about it too. The delivery of the bed was smooth. The delivery team answered the questions that had to do with the bed and how to use it. I have a pre-existing condition that had to do with my lower back and since using the Easy Rest bed I feel no pain in my lower back when I wake up in the morning. The features that I use the most are setting the head of the bed and the lower part of the bed up to help my lower back and make traction on it. Easy Rest is the best thing for lower backs.

I bought something from a company and they sent me a coupon where if you send it in, you could win an Easy Rest bed. After I sent it in, Easy Rest called me but instead of sending me the bed that was on a raffle that I had won, they sent somebody to sell me a bed. He came and tried to convince me of buying the bed, and he was friendly but he didn't tell me that I had to pay $7,000 for the sale. My husband had shoulder pain and I thought that the bed would be good for him, but over the account of money that I have to pay, it wasn’t worth it.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed mostly for back issues, acid reflux and with the movement that I want to be in, including the massage part. The rep was great and he explained everything to us and everything he said came true. They delivered the bed on time, as well as started it up for us. They made sure it works before they left. I've had my previous bed for 25 years and it was too low. I like the Easy Rest bed as I've gotten much better. The bed got my back good at night when I'm resting. I mostly use the inclination and the up and down on the neck to back. Everything was great and I already recommended the Easy Rest bed to one of my nieces.

I couldn't slip in and out of my old bed anymore, so I got rid of it and got an Easy Rest. There are some nights I want little elevation, other nights I want a little more, and then some nights that I don't want any. All I have to do is just roll over and fumble around, and find that remote, then start punching the buttons. It's great and I've got absolutely zero complaints. However, that little, old, bitty pillow that they sent free was not much of a pillow. You have to buy baby bed pillows to find a pillowcase for it. I was born and raised in the hills of Kentucky and we always had big, old, fluffy pillow, so I just went back to my old pillow.

Easy Rest's sales rep was a doll and I loved him. Then I talked to his supervisor who gave me the deal on the second bed. I worked it really good and I told him, I honest to God cannot afford the bed. So, he got me the second bed that was supposed to be $6,000 for $4,444 and I didn't even know I would actually get the massager too. The one they were trying to sell me didn't have it but when my bed was delivered, the guy was telling me not to worry about turning the massager off because it turns off in three minutes if I fall asleep. They set it up really fast too and did not leave until they explained everything to me. Now, I sleep through the night and I love my Easy Rest bed. I have very bad lungs and all I need is to put the bed up and have one pillow under my head. I don’t have to have all those pillows piled up behind me. I can also adjust it to the position I need my legs in so they don’t cramp. It’s not soft but it’s not hard either and I love the comfort of it.

They also explained why they were leaving the wheels. Most people don't want it because it's connected to the headboard. So far, I use the head rise the most which is a feature that I find comfortable.

I really like when I keep my head elevated and I get a massage every night. Sometimes the massager makes a noise that it shouldn't be making when it’s on but it cuts off okay and works fine. I really have enjoyed the bed and I recommend Easy Rest.

I couldn't breathe in when I'm sleeping while I'm laying flat, so I decided to get an Easy Rest. I'm sleeping better with it. It's just that I can't raise the bottom half, but I can make it vibrate by pushing almost any button. And that's not supposed to happen. The delivery team was nice. They put the Easy Rest right inside my bed frame like my wife wanted. Plus, they left some extra parts in case something comes apart. I've already recommended them.

I got a call about the Easy Rest bed and somebody was talking to me about it on the phone. They wanted to do a home thing and we made an appointment with them. They came over and that’s when I decided I wanted to get one. I got it before I broke my leg a month ago. They put a metal rod on my leg and I’ve had to elevate it. I’ve been able to do that with the Easy Rest bed so it’s been working out good. I’ve had my previous bed for four years and Easy Rest is not as noisy. I mostly use the feet and head parts. Sometimes I have company in my room so I have to lift the back part so that instead of laying down on my back, I can sit up. The sales rep was great, very nice and did a very good presentation. When the delivery team came, my husband was here and he said they came right in here, set it up and did it all.

I've got arthritis up and down my spine for quite some time and nothing seems to cure it. When the Easy Rest mattress came, the delivery team set it up and everything was fine. I use the head part of the Easy Rest bed the most and raise it up a little bit because it’s more comfortable. The Easy Rest sales rep was very good and we’ve become friends since I bought it. One day, I told him I haven’t noticed anything different about my arthritis getting better and he laughed it off. He didn’t think anything was serious about it and that upset me. I’ve had it for six months. I’m 90 years old and I thought the mattress would give me some relief but it hasn’t. So, I’m not very happy.

An Easy Rest sounded nice so I bought one. The sales guy was nice and polite and the delivery guy did a good job. He helped me empty out my bedroom and put up the Easy Rest without any problems and without complaints. The bed is comfortable and I sleep well with it. The bed was delivered and set up and you couldn't tell that the delivery guy had been here except I had a new bed. I like the massage effect of the bed and if you got a bad back, you can't beat it. I’m also diabetic so I take my seat down, recline in the bed and put my feet up so it keeps the circulation going. Moreover, the Easy Rest people I had any contact with were very good people. I gave them a drink while they were working and they got everything taken care of quickly.

I have a back problem and Easy Rest has been good so far. I’ve had it for about eight months and there is really no comparison to my old bed. The old one gets me in tedious positions while the Easy Rest has the adjustable head and I could raise my feet. It's a real benefit for my chronic back pains. Their service was also good. The sales reps did a great job of demonstrating the features of the bed. The delivery team did an awesome job as well. I use my Easy Rest every night and it is great.

I bought an Easy Rest bed because I had always wanted an adjustable bed due to my lower back pain. I also have acid reflux. Their sales rep was very pushy. I didn't like that they kept telling me about my bad decision I made with my old bed. They also kept talking about the future rather than the present. Their delivery team, on the other hand, was good. They were on time, cleaned up after themselves and made sure I was satisfied with the arrangement and everything before they left. They did as I asked. I'm satisfied with the bed except I'm disappointed in its massage feature. It's in one spot vibrator mode, and it's just stroking me instead of massaging. I've had it for three and a half years now but I'd want my old bed back. I will not recommend Easy Rest.

I'm not sleeping well at night and I thought that getting an Easy Rest bed would help me get some sleep. The only thing I'm dissatisfied with was that I went from a high bed to a 22-inch high. The reps suggested that it was too high and I went along with them. Easy Rest is too low. But it is comfortable the way it is right now. I’m also used to a hard bed, so the Easy Rest is a little too soft for me. But otherwise, it's fine. The bed is really nice and I use its head raise the most because I have a hiatal hernia. Moreover, the people from this company who contacted me were all wonderful.

The Easy Rest is superior to anything my wife and I have ever had and we finally have what we need. We first started looking for something when my wife kept falling out of our memory mattress. If she got too close to the edge, she slid out on the floor and it was a very tall bed so it was a pretty good fall in the middle of the night. It was a horrible experience. We've had the Easy Rest for about a month and she hasn't fallen out yet.

My legs are swelling and I was having trouble with them. And I was hoping for something to lay on and I've seen Easy Rest's advertisement about winning a bed. So, I send my information in and then I heard from them about wanting to sell me one. The delivery guys explained to me very clearly how to use the Easy Rest bed. And since I've had it, my legs still swell but they are much better. The foot of the bed being raised is absolutely great and it feels good. I turn on the vibration occasionally, and I like it. The bed's very comfortable, but I wish I had a little bit bigger one. I'm keeping my great granddaughter and I have a little dog so all three of us are in the bed. Other than that, I really love my Easy Rest bed and I'll recommend it.

I use pillows and things down on my legs to prop it up to help take the pressure off my back. Same goes with my sinuses that they drain so much when I lay flat so I was filling it up with pillows. When someone came to sell the Easy Rest, I thought I’d try it. The delivery team was good and they were glad to help. I asked them questions when they were done. I liked the elevation of the Easy Rest because it helped my sinuses and my back. Plus, I liked the vibration once in a while but I don't like my head vibrating at the same time the rest of me is vibrating.

I ordered an Easy Rest bed for my brother and myself a month ago. I like to lay with it flat out. But before that, I had a king-size bed for five years. It was comfortable and I enjoyed it as much as I do this one. The sales rep was here for a day and he explained to me a little bit how it worked and everything. I didn’t have any problem with the delivery team. They came in, moved my beds out and moved those in. It took them 20 minutes to set up and it was alright.

I've been looking for some time and Easy Rest kept sending me this little card and then they called me. I turned it down the first time then they called me again. I listened to the guy and he showed me everything, explained to me and it was going to cost me just as much out here but the motors are not guaranteed for life and I like that idea. That's partly why I bought one.

We were trying to get an adjustable bed and Easy Rest made their bed sound so good. The sales rep was very good and did her job very well. The delivery team was good too. They came in and did what they had to do. However, the Easy Rest isn't worth $4,000. With my regular bed, I had a problem with bringing myself up due to my illness, so I often use the feature that raises me up. But I could have paid $1,000 and gotten a regular adjustable bed.

I was having bad problems with my back with the old mattress, which is normal because I’m old, but the Easy Rest helps. I will suggest Easy Rest to everybody who are going to get a new bed. The only thing I didn't like about Easy Rest was the cost.

But I talked to a manager on the phone when I got the bed and he wrote down $5,000 and 800 and something. Then when I got the bill, it said $8000 which was wrong. Other than that, Easy Rest did really well and I can't ask for more.

I was convinced to purchase two twin Easy Rest adjustable beds to replace an uncomfortable king bed. The delivery people were very nice and set the beds up fairly quickly. They made sure I understood how the remotes worked and left me the hardware to attach the beds to my old headboard and to put rollers on the frames if I wanted to at a later date. At first I was extremely pleased with the beds. I have a number of health issues and being able to elevate my head and feet was great. After a couple of months, the mattress was just too hard, and I'm a back sleeper.

I'm not very happy about my experience with Easy Rest. The sales rep didn't tell me much, and I couldn't ask him a lot of things because I hadn't used the bed. I couldn't change my bedding if I wanted. If I want to get a new one, I have to buy a whole new bed set. Also, the bed was too expensive. He also talked about financing and I never fall for paying this much money for anything without checking it out but he was so calm going through such a process. It went through very easily and what I really liked was the manner in which he approached the process of taking me through everything. I felt that he was there for my interest, even though I knew he was there to sell.

My husband and I have different issues. He has gastric problems so he has to be elevated at the top, while I have circulation problems and I need to be elevated at the bottom. Because the Easy Rest bed has both sides that go up and down independently, it appealed to us. The Easy Rest sales rep treated us very well. The delivery team was excellent, fast, very efficient, and took out the old mattress and box spring. With the Easy Rest bed, we’re definitely doing better. It’s much better than the old bed we had for about 10 years. We change the positions of the Easy Rest when we watch television, when we read in bed, or when we lay down flat except for my feet and my husband’s top. It was a very simple experience with this company. We’ve told many of our friends about the bed and let them try it out. They like it but their biggest problem is the very high price. We realized that but we needed the bed for the benefits.

I'm having a neurological problem and I thought I needed a more comfortable bed since my old mattress was probably 10 years old. I like that the Easy Rest bed is a really nice firm mattress. The man who came out to show me the information told me all kinds of reasons why I should buy it and I had no idea we were talking for so long. He answered all my questions and went over things thoroughly. He was very persistent. The delivery team was professional as well and showed me how to do certain things. The guy in charge was very friendly, too. The Easy Rest bed is very comfortable and I can adjust it to recline when I feel like I should. I can also raise my legs up when I do some work that may aggravate my American hips. I will recommend the bed since I know people might want an adjustable bed but I may not recommend it just because it is expensive.

I have some health problems that I needed a little help with. I have sleep apnea, arthritis and I've had knee replacement. I was at a point where I didn't sleep much and I was up in the middle of the night in my recliner. So I decided to get myself an Easy Rest bed. Their sales rep came out to my house and was really nice. He told me all about the bed and demonstrated it. Their delivery team who came and brought my bed were also great. They were friendly and easy to talk to. My old bed was quite good but being able to adjust things with the Easy Rest has made a big difference for me. I enjoy it. Every night I raise my head up and I can get my knees bent to the point that it's comfortable. Then I turn the vibrator on which relaxes me and I go off to sleep. Now I have been resting much better and I can sleep on my bed at night.

I have artificial joints, broken vertebrae and rheumatoid arthritis. My previous bed was trash but with Sleep Number, I have less pain. I sleep and feel much better with it. I elevate my body, head, and feet with it, plus, I do the massage in the waist. I use all these features every day. The sales rep was really good and the delivery went fine. However, sometimes the mattress moves from the rail and scoops away a little, and I push it back down. I'm also having a hard time finding a headboard. I have my old one, but I want a new headboard to go with the new bed. It's hard looking for sheets as well because I got the California king. But they were really good, professional and helpful because I called them about the sheets and they recommended where to go.

The Easy Rest bed is very comfortable to me. I rest well and my blood circulates a little bit better than it was. I also had things that I needed to move but couldn't do it because it was too heavy, and they quickly moved them for me. I would recommend them to a friend.

I like my Easy Rest bed. I like being able to sit up and read or watch TV. I've been thinking about buying it for quite a while, and I'm surprised I bought it because I didn't have a chance to test out the mattress. They just brought it to my house. The salesman was very good. He talked me into it and trapped me into it without my even testing a mattress. It was a tough decision without having a mattress to check on. My sister is interested, but she wants to check one out. I'm confused about the price though. I know what they told me I paid and I'm not sure what I paid. I see that I got an extra charge for the set up. Also, my delivery was not very good because they came in and they were very disgruntled. They said that I only paid for delivery and not for the set up, and they were leaving the mattress and all the equipment on the floor. They put it up, but they were very cross.

I really enjoy my Easy Rest. I have arthritis in my body and I got an Easy Rest because of the massage feature and the comfort of the mattress. Kevin, the salesman, was terrific with the way he explained it to me. I like the guy, he knew how to do his presentations. He said that it would help me a little and it’s true. When I'm laying down for a half hour relaxing, it feels so good. Also, during delivery, the driver and his assistant had seen that I was an elderly. They did everything possible to make me comfortable and told me what was going on. But what I didn’t like about it is the idea that preferred credit charges puts an outlandish charge. They charge over $1,000 just to borrow money from them and I’m paying $100 a month to try to get rid of that quicker. Other than that, I’m satisfied with the bed so far. It's a very helpful thing.

The package that Clearing House sends out all the time had a little contest through Easy Rest and I was trying to win their bed. However, the chances to win were not a bunch. My wife and I are both on disability so I just bought an Easy Rest bed. She has diabetes and bad knees. I also have a bad back, a bad neck and I had both my knees have been totally replaced. I’m even sore right now because of the surgeries and not too comfortable mentally and health-wise. But with Easy Rest, it changed a bit. I even put my head up because I got acid reflux and I could adjust my feet up as well. Also, their salesman was great. The delivery man was a one-man band and he was excellent too. If I have any family members who need more of this, I would recommend Easy Rest.

I have a lot of back and knee problems. And I was looking for something that I can elevate my feet because my ankles swell a lot at night. I'm going to have knee replacement surgery done in January and I want to be comfortable in bed. My old mattress was 20 years old too. With Easy Rest, I can raise the back of the bed when I watch TV in bed. I feel and sleep better and I don't have the problems with my ankles swelling. I like the massage on it and I’m satisfied with it. Perfect. The sale rep was great. He was very thorough with this demonstration and explanation. The delivery guys were okay and have done everything all right. They set it all up and I didn't have any problems with them. The experience was great.

She was friendly, very nice, very polite and didn't push us into the sale. If it wasn't for her, we would have never bought the bed. Their delivery team was also real good. We have the bed for a month and I like its elevation feature the most. But the mattress is separated in the middle and it moves a lot. Even if we're not leaning up or down and we just turn a couple of times, it slides.

Purchasing an Easy Rest bed was something that I had in mind a couple of years ago but getting from Puerto Rico to here, I’ve had a few things going on that I did not do it at that time. This time, even though I have a low income, I decided to do it because it’s the opportunity that you got to grab. I also have some health issues and I really needed to have a good rest and sometimes to rest my neck for the circulation. I also like the feature of the massage. Their salesman was very good too. He did his job and explained to me everything very well then he made an offer. The delivery guys also spoke Spanish and we communicated very well. They did their job and explained everything. They even showed me how to use the remote control.

My back, neck and shoulders have been hurting, so I got interested in getting an Easy Rest bed. When I purchased the bed, the salesman showed me how to use it. Their reps were also courteous, friendly and able to answer my questions. The team that delivered my bed was on time as well. They put the bed on my dining table, but since I couldn’t handle it as it’s too heavy, I called them back. So, they got the bed up and moved it. They also had to move my dining room table to get the mattress right back in the room.

I love the Easy Rest, it's a great bed. We had a totally different bed before this one, it wasn’t mechanical and we had it for eight years. The Easy Rest felt so good and it has helped us. My experience with the salespeople was also pretty good except the contract dates and those didn't go over well at all. They set the contract date for a tenth night, but I told them I wanted them on the 22nd. But I've already gotten the contract right now.

I’ve really been enjoying our Easy Rest bed. I can put it on vibrate and I can raise my feet and arm. My wife snores a little bit and I raise her up a little bit. I could raise the head up and it seems to calm everything down. I like that the bed vibrates and feel like I’m getting a massage. The Easy Rest is a comfortable bed and since we had it, I’ve been sleeping better at night. It’s not like when I was in a regular queen size bed that made me turn over so many times and then when I’d get up in the morning, I’d feel like I hadn’t even really been to bed.

Easy Rest could be paid in payments so I got it and this is the second month that I’ve had it. I like the adjustability of it. I didn't wake up until 5:30 the next morning the first night and I hadn't done that 25 years. It’s very comfortable and I like the adjustable headboard so I can watch TV in the mornings. Plus the delivery team were great people.

We have back trouble, leg troubles, and we just have a lot of apparatus. We got the Easy Rest around the first of August and I’m actually getting to rest and sleep. I used to cry, moan and groan at night with my knees and back and it’s so much better now. I needed something for my back, so I purchased an Easy Rest bed. Marty, the sales rep that I had, was a delight. I liked him and I don’t like many salesmen. When he came in, he made himself comfortable and at home like he was an old friend instead of a salesman. The delivery team was very helpful and generous too. They were in and out. I had everything out of the bedroom, so when they got to the house, all they had to do was put the new bed in and set it up. So, it made them happy.

I have arthritis, so I hurt all the time. I saw the Easy Rest and maybe it’s something that would make my rest a little easy. Their sales rep was nice and brought me a little gift. He showed me all the features and what I’d get. Also, It didn’t take the delivery crew over 30 minutes to put the bed together. They had told me to come in and see if that’s what I wanted. I told them I wanted it hooked to my headboard, so they turned around and did that. It was nice. I’m enjoying the bed. I was able to be comfortable with it and learn how to work it. I love and use the most its head up and foot up features. I couldn’t lift my legs up with my old bed.

I had seen an advertisement of Easy Rest bed and I inquired about it. Dealing with their sales rep was a bit of both bad and good experience. I originally had said I wanted to check out these beds and then I would order in October of this year. But then the salesman put a more high-pressure guy from the home office to convince me to buy an Easy Rest bed. They would put it on credit to pay it off. So, I have done that and I paid it off in full. The guy was good but I would have bought it anyway so he didn’t need to do that high-pressure salesmanship. I didn’t appreciate that. I wanted the bed and I got the bed before I needed it, which was good. And paying it off was a nominal interest charge, so it was worth it. The team that delivered my bed was excellent. I appreciated that they moved the old bed into another room.

I was having a lot of stiffness and soreness from my other bed so I decided on getting an Easy Rest. Their sales rep came here and he was very good. I also got a demo from them on how to use the bed. I was amazed at how quick the delivery team got it in and set up. They moved my other bed and got it set up. So I was very pleased with it.

I have Osteopenia and I get bone density scans. I have pains in my lower back, forearm, knee and all over my body. The guy who came went through the Easy Rest bed with me. I’m very satisfied and I could sleep better now. I watch TV and sometimes my legs are tired. I feel a lot of relief when I put my bed up and there is no swelling in my legs. Everyone whom I had to deal with was wonderful.

Easy Rest is the way to go. It's awesome and I'm so glad I did it. Their reps were so good and knowledgeable about what they were talking about. The delivery team showed up on time and was in and out in no time at all. Also, they had made me go through the demonstration with them. The Easy Rest bed is a wonderful thing. I have back problems and swelling in my legs, so I needed to be able to put my legs up. I've had the bed for a month now and the swelling has gone down in my legs and the doctor noticed it the other day when I went for my visit.

We liked the Easy Rest bed’s different positioning and massage feature so we got one. The installers came on the time that they gave and did a good job putting the bed in. Since using it, I haven’t had leg cramps as bad as before. I use its adjustment feature the most, and that along with everything else you can do with Easy Rest are things you can’t do with other beds. It’s just that when they sold us the bed, we also had one pillow coming. I told the rep I wanted another and he put it down but the second pillow has never come. But it’s still a great experience and I’ve recommended them.

Daniel from Easy Rest was nice as he could be. He brought me a jar candle and he was a 100% knowledgeable on the bed. The delivery team was also excellent. Once they got the bed together they had my husband and I lie down on the sides and demonstrated it to the fullest. My old bed and the Easy Rest bed are both comfortable but if I wanted my head elevated I had to get another pillow with our old bed. With Easy Rest I can grab the remote and raise my head or my feet. It also got the massage and I get a great night's rest.

I had a very good experience with Easy Rest and they’d done a good job. Their price was the reason I bought a bed from them and I've had nothing but good things about their reps. Their delivery team was very professional and didn’t take a long time at all. Since I had the Easy Rest bed, I sleep a lot better. I have a seat-back and do a lot better with it as I sit up and sleep. However, my old bed, which I had for about five years, was four feet off the ground, and the reps suggested a lower setting for my Easy Rest. It felt good at first, but if I had to do it again, I’d do it a little bit higher. Still, I’ve recommended Easy Rest to a couple of people already.

I'm just not happy with my Easy Rest bed. I have a little back trouble and I decided to buy an Easy Rest bed because I thought that it might just help my neck and my back. However, my neck hurts just as bad as it did when I had my other mattress. Also, I am not happy with the price. I asked their salesman the price when he was here and he told me that it was $4,000. It ended up being over $6,000 with interest and everything you have to pay. It’s just a full bed and the only thing different it does to mine is it vibrates and it raises up and I don't ever use those.

I wanted something that was comfortable and had a good warranty. We got an Easy Rest bed and although we've only slept on it twice, it's a lot better than the bed we had previously. I rest a lot better than I normally do so that helps a lot. I like the bed better too especially its massage feature. It's been a fantastic experience.

I have back trouble and my daughter-in-law has an Easy Rest bed. I bought one in June but I don't use it as a bed. I have a sit-in recreation room where I watch television and exercise and that's where I spend most of my day. And that's where I wanted to put it. I had a couch in here but I didn't particularly enjoy it and I wanted something I could stretch out in and that part of the Easy Rest bed, I'm pleased with. I was also very pleased with the sales rep as well. He was wonderful and I liked the way he presented the product. I told him I can't pay $3000 for a bed and I meant that from the depths of my heart, but he kept after me until he sold the bed. But the way he did it was complimentary.

I broke my back twice so I was looking for something that would give me some relief. The sales rep at Easy Rest was nice and the bed was delivered. Easy Rest is good except that it’s lumpy for me. I noticed that the top of the bed isn't as soft as it looks. In their ads, the bed looked like it has a cushion on it but when I got it, it doesn’t seem like it has it too much and it doesn’t feel like it either. Yet I like it very much and I get my head in one position and my feet in another then I turn on the massager which is good for my back. I would recommend it and my friends all have had to try it.

I have lupus and I have a few things wrong with me and the rep said that the Easy Rest bed's supposed to help me. I thought it was going to make me more comfortable. But I don't think it really does anything for me and I just spent my money. I've had it for about two months, and I let up the head and then let up the foot when I feel like I need it. But my Tempur-Pedic which I had previously was more comfortable without any adjustments at all. I would go with it before I go to the Easy Rest. Other than that, everybody was nice. The one that sold the Easy Rest to me and the two that came and installed it, I couldn't beat them. Also, they quoted me $6000, but I wound up paying $3400. But they're too expensive for what they are. I'm not that satisfied with Easy Rest. If I have the chance, I would give it back to them.

When I needed to replace my old mattress, I chose Easy Rest because of its adjustability. I prop it up and I can be comfortable while watching TV. But it's too expensive. There are several others on the market now that are going for a lot less money. Easy Rest's sales rep was very nice and very knowledgeable so I don't have any complaints. The delivery men were fine as well.

I've owned my Easy Rest bed for about a month now. The delivery team was great. I like the bed and everything in it but I can't sleep comfortably. It acts like it's harder than the mattress that we had before.

I'm diabetic and I have problems with my left leg swelling and I've had a stroke so I needed something that I could brace my leg with to get it elevated. Also, I've got nerve damage in my left arm and my shoulder on my right arm keeps popping out and I'm not supposed to sleep on my left or my right side. And when I sleep on my back, I can't breathe. With my Easy Rest bed, I can raise the head and be able to sleep on my back without any problem. I'm sleeping through the night now without having to get up four times to readjust myself. The Easy Rest sales rep was great and the delivery team was excellent. My stairways are hard to get up to. You go up the one flight of stairs and get a direct turn to get up the other one and they had no problem getting the bed up the stairs. They were very knowledgeable on how to do it. I love my experience and I'd recommend them.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed and I mostly use the leg raise. I got poor circulation in my legs. I’ve had my old bed for about 10 years and it was not as comfortable as the Easy Rest. The Easy Rep sales rep was also good. He was courteous and listened to all my needs and answered all my questions. The delivery team was great, too. The bed is too expensive but I’ve already recommended them to several friends.

I have arthritis in my back and I got an Easy Rest bed last month. I use it flat the most. It helps me a lot with my shoulders and with my arthritis. Their sales representative was really nice. The delivery team set up everything and showed me how to use the bed and they were nice as well. I'm thankful for my Easy Rest bed because I wouldn't be resting like I do if I haven't had it.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed for the different things Easy Rest said could happen. I had a bed that lifts up in the back and front but the Easy Rest is more comfortable and it has a massage down the middle. The sales rep explained things well and explained what was going on. I also learned that the doctor can prescribe it and the insurance will cover some of the payment. The delivery team came in and put the bed up in the room. They even exchanged the bed I had in my wife's room so she could use it and installed the one they brought for me instead of making me get it over the other room. My Easy Rest bed is softer and moves better than the other one did. It's very nice and I sleep a little better on it, too. The other bed that I had was also so narrow and I would end up with my feet on the floor. And with my Easy Rest bed, it doesn't happen anymore.

I bought our Easy Rest Mother's Day 2005. It's very comfortable and I like it. My husband is diabetic and Easy Rest helps his feet up for his good circulation. It has a button and it got to the point where I've to get the help button part not the beauty of the bed. The vibration of this bed is also nice and whatever it does is very relaxing. Their sales rep was also very nice. He explained so well and that helped me. I'm very arduous and I have to see things and he put his videos and testimonies from people. I really liked the way he's selling. I wasn't home when they came to install the bed but they explained everything to my husband and he had a good experience. I highly recommend Easy Rest to my friends.

I've enjoyed the Easy Rest bed since I've had it. I have problems every once in a while with reflux and when I have that, I raise the bed to sit against the headboard straight up and I use that feature the most. Also, the sales rep I bought the bed from was really friendly and a nice guy. Overall, it was a great experience.

I like the Easy Rest bed's feature where I can raise my head and that's why I got it. I also raise the foot up and use the reverberation thing. It's a relaxing and comfortable bed. And when I bought it, the sales rep I dealt with was very informative and really friendly.

The salesman sold me on an Easy Rest bed and showed me what it could do and gave a really good performance. To me, he did an A1 job and if it wasn't for him, I probably would have never gotten it. The delivery team was outstanding and they showed me how to use the features and how to set it where all I’ve got to do is push the button and it goes to where I wanted it. They were in here, tore the other bed down, put this new one up, picked up all the stuff, and they were gone. Since using my Easy Rest bed, I’ve been sleeping a bit better so I don't have to take sleeping pills all the time now. I like that the head and the foot can be raised up to put me in a cradle-like position. This feature helps me to watch TV better and rest my legs. The Easy Rest is 100% better than my previous mattress of 20 years and I don't know what took me so long to give it a try.

I have been in the hospital a few times and I've always been able to sleep in the hospital bed real good because I can adjust where I want it so I chose to get one of those from Easy Rest. My previous bed was expensive and was hard one side and soft on the other so I like the Easy Rest better. I just had a knee replaced and with it, I can raise my feet and head up, and sleep fairly good. I also use some of its other features and let it go off automatically. Their sales rep was nice and the delivery guys set up the bed quickly. It was a fine experience with Easy Rest and I've recommended them.

The salesperson was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained everything real good. Plus the delivery team set the bed up and put it where we wanted it. They also explained the remotes and everything. One of the reasons I purchased the Easy Rest Bed was for the vibrators but the bed is even more than what I expected it to be. It's really good at night and we sleep like little angels. We like the bed and I would recommend it to anybody.

We live in a mobile home and our old bed was here when we moved in about 20 years ago. We had replaced just the mattress so the bed was pretty old and we had talked about getting an adjustable bed to replace it as well. My husband has a very bad back, so that was basically the reason for buying the Easy Rest, and this came up at the right time. The sales rep was great and he was really nice. I already had the other bed moved out and the team just came in and set up the Easy Rest for us so the process went very quickly.

I don't really have any complaints about my Easy Rest except for the pricing. I was still hesitant because I knew if I had just taken my time, searched and did my homework a little bit more, I could have found something closer to what I really wanted. But I rushed into it because the gentleman that came to the house really courted me and sold me on it. And since he left, I thought that this is not what I expected. There's nothing wrong with the bed, but sometimes I forget what it does and I'm just so used to just lay flat on it. I work so much overtime that the only time when I really get to enjoy it is during the weekends on my days off. When I am off, that's when I can just play with it and lift it up, do this, and do that. I have the queen mattress, however, it's not thick enough. Also, I don't want to use it too much because I don't know what the electricity bill is gonna be like because it's always plugged in. But other than that I'm satisfied.

Three months ago, I figured I'd try an Easy Rest and got one. Their sales rep was fine and delivery team was perfect. Before Easy Rest, I had a bed for under a year and it was a lot softer. But I’m used to the Easy Rest now and use the massage feature to shake the bed to relax me a little bit.

The sales rep was really good. She showed me how the Easy Rest bed would be more beneficial because I don't like a lot of pillows. We went into my bedroom and I laid on my bed and she propped me up with pillows and stuff that I have at my house. She put the vibrator thing on my bed with all the pillows and it felt pretty good. The boys that came down here and set the bed up were also great. Since using the bed, my back isn’t hurting. I've also frequently used the part that raises my head up where I can breathe at night. I already have told other people about my bed and when I'm dead and my bed is still here, I would leave it to my daughter.

The Easy Rest salesman was great and very patient. He was there at my house for almost three hours, trying to get me down to the lowest price that I couldn't refuse. He gave me a good deal so I bought the bed. The delivery team was great as well. They got here when they said they were going to be and it didn't take them long to hook it up. Before the Easy Rest, I had a bed for eight years. The old bed is a little better and more comfortable. But I like Easy Rest’s vibration and the raising up and down features. It's $3000 if I pay it off but it will cost $4000 if I didn't. I looked at a magazine the other day, and the've got the same bed for 800 bucks. But I'm satisfied with the bed. I bought it so I'm living with it. It's a great bed to somebody that needs it.

Our old bed was definitely very comfortable but my wife was having a lot of pain in her hips and she was not able to sleep on her back. I’ve always slept on my side and that didn't bother me at all. She needed an Easy Rest Adjustable bed so we bought one. Their sales rep was a humorous and very pleasant person and the delivery of the bed was sooner than even anticipated. The people who delivered the bed were very polite and efficient and they went ahead, did their job, explained how things work and they were on their way. Since using the Easy Rest bed, my wife has been sleeping better. We had a fine experience with them.

My husband has a hard time sleeping and he's been up in years. We thought we'd try Easy Rest and see how it works. They were giving away a free pillow, too. The sales lady came out and explained everything to us. The people who installed the bed were very helpful and explained everything so we knew what was what and who was who, and it worked. I saw Easy Rest in a magazine and when I sent a little card, I got a response. My old bed’s nothing like it and I'm enjoying it because I can massage myself when I'm really tired and my bones are hurting. I also raise it up and watch TV. That's why I got it, my 92-year-old husband is disabled and he's got swollen feet and I wanted him to rest it and lift them up. But so far, I haven't had any luck. He doesn't like it and I can't understand why he doesn't. He doesn't even want to sleep in my bed. Last night, I asked him, again, to please lay on the bed, because he sleeps in the recliner and I don't think it's comfortable. He went to bed with me, but then around 1:00 in the morning, he wanted to get up, so I got him out of the bed and put him back in the recliner. Their sales representative was good and their installer was nice and knew what he was doing.

I had back pain and with Easy Rest bed, the pain has lessened. It's different from my old bed since it's adjustable and it makes me comfortable. It also has a massage. The rep of Easy Rest was also kind and informative and the delivery team did well too.

Also, their sales rep was good. He talked through everything and showed me how to use the remote control. The delivery team was good as well and they showed up on time when they said they were going to be here. They showed me what to do and set up everything. Overall, they were really friendly and nice and I've been sleeping a lot better with my Easy Rest bed.

I've had major back surgery so I bought an Easy Rest bed and I've been sleeping better since using it. I use the up and down feature for the head and feet the most, but the massage makes my back hurt. The rep was very straightforward and showed us everything about the bed. Also, the delivery guys were fine. They showed how to use the bed after setting it up. All in all, Easy Rest put out a bed that really works.

I wanted a bed that propped up my head more, so I could watch my DVDs and read at a more comfortable position. The Easy Rest rep was very courteous and he answered all the questions. I told them how much I could pay and they came down to it. They met my terms, and the delivery team seemed to be pretty efficient. I like that I can raise the head of the Easy Rest so I can read easier and watch the DVD screen. But I didn't find trying to prop my legs up in the Easy Rest worked very well. It was very uncomfortable for that, so I probably should have gone out and tried one somewhere because I've never been in that type of a bed. Also, I had a bed that I could have for 30 days and return it if I didn't like it. But I couldn't do that with the Easy Rest bed and it's not quite as comfortable as the other bed that I have that doesn't raise up.

I have back problems so I decided to check Easy Rest. It was only their sales rep's second day on the job. It went to take four hours through everything because he kept getting put on hold for twenty minutes - he wasn't prepared. He didn't know how to do half the paperwork and I got a little upset. He took my credit card but then when they delivered the bed, they needed my credit card to run again. I wasn't pleased with the fact that he had already taken my credit card number. They then said that I now have two slips for $3,500 with my credit card number. That makes me nervous. The delivery team was awesome, though. They were very professional. We originally had the bed set really low because of my back problem and they were asking if I was sure with it that low. We love the bed and its foot lift feature. I definitely don't have as much problems now, and we are enjoying it.

I had a very good and nice experience with Easy Rest. My friend has an Easy Rest bed and I got their ad in the mail, so I got one too. The sales rep was very nice. He gave me a price for the bed and I told him I couldn't do that. But he got the price of the bed down to half of the original cost. Likewise, the delivery guys were very nice and wonderful. I mostly use the feature of raising the head part when I sleep at night, but I didn't get the vibrator feature because I didn't like it.

After I spoke with an Easy Rest rep, I became interested in the bed. I had spoken with my son about it. And since I have been having problems with my back for some time now, I decided to buy one. I mostly use the head and foot raise feature. I also use the wave and massage every other night and it helps me a lot. Everybody that I dealt with from Easy Rest were nice. The gentlemen from the delivery team had it put up. They said that it would take them an hour to get it in and they were right. They also had the old stuff out and all that's left for me to do is sign. I've had it for a month now and I'm enjoying it. I rest better because I wasn't sleeping at night. Now I'm sleeping better and I'm satisfied. They told me to always call the company if I have any problems.

I have two different beds. I was sleeping on the big bed in the back bedroom and then I moved and slept on the small bed in the living room, so I was back and forth. Since using Easy Rest, I still have the big bed but I don’t sleep on it anymore. My sleep’s a whole lot better with the Easy Rest bed. I like its adjustable feature so I can raise the head. I have acid reflux and the said feature makes all the difference. I've also got arthritis in my back and I don't wake up with those backaches every morning anymore.

I'm enjoying my Easy Rest. It rests better than my old bed and I sleep easy with it. The way I can adjust it led me to purchasing it. If my knee or ankles are swelled or hurting, I raise my head a little and my feet up a bit more so both ends of the bed are raised. That way, I can rest better at night. The reps were very nice and they answered all my questions and I couldn’t ask for anybody to be any nicer. The delivery people were very nice too when they came in. They got a good group working with them. If anybody doesn't have an Easy Rest, I would recommend them to get one because they’ll rest better.

The Easy Rest is not very comfortable and I'm not happy with it. I had bought a Craftmatic for my wife who passed away, and I still have it. I also have a regular queen-sized Tempur-Pedic bed. My Easy Rest is a king and the other mattresses are queens. The others are not big enough, but they're more comfortable. The Easy Rest sales rep was good, though he talked fast and I didn't understand a lot of the stuff he told me. When I ordered the king bed, I thought it was going to be a Tempur-Pedic mattress, but it wasn't. He said the Easy Rest was the top-selling bed that they have but it turned out to be too hard. I also bought hardware for the headboard and the braces that bolt on are real flimsy. But the delivery team was great. Overall Easy Rest should give more explanations about their mattresses.

I got a disability and it was time to get rid of our older bed. The Easy Rest guy came, helped move the old bed out and then installed the Easy Rest well. I'm still getting trying to get used to it because I'll raise the head and foot up for a while and then wake in the night and have to lower it. I need to move around. I'm in the process of trying to get the adjustments out. It’s working pretty good.
