Easy Rest Adjustable Sleep Systems Reviews

My old bed was really uncomfortable and it just wasn't doing anything. I wanted to go and find another mattress to see what I could do. The rep from Easy Rest was a very good seller. He was also really funny. He talked a lot about the bed and I liked what he was saying, so I thought I could try it. I was concerned though because I had to pay for it first and it was like buying something that's pretty expensive without seeing it. It was very hard until it was done. But other than that, the delivery team was very good and speedy getting the work done. I went in and looked all the time they were putting the bed together and I had a couple of questions. They answered them and were very nice. I was very happy with them. Also, they picked everything up when they left and it was great.

When I told the Easy Rest sales rep I couldn't afford it he was a bit too pressurous but that's his job and he was a nice guy. He listened to my needs and kept on going like the Energizer bunny. The delivery team were also nice but the guy told me my Easy Rest would have rollers that locked and they didn't put rollers on it. They put a little gizmo thing and they didn't tell me anything about it. I just noticed it after they left. But I've already recommend Easy Rest. I was having health issues with my blood circulation and sometimes with my back and getting comfortable. Easy Rest bed helps with that with the vibration and the foot raising feature.

The Easy Rest is the best in the market and I've always wanted one. The sales rep was so lovable and nice. He tried to do everything that he could to get the bed. I kept saying I can't afford it but he called his boss who talked to me and gave me a reduced price on the down payment. The delivery team was nice, too. They were courteous and did everything they could to make sure everything was correct for me.

I needed a new bed with the extra length because I was sleeping in a standard full-size and East Rest offered that. I have neuropathy and I have a lot of problems with my legs and my feet. And when they put them up in the air, it bothers me. I changed mattresses several times since the 1970's. The Easy Rest mattress is a little bit better. It's firmer than the other one. Then, no matter what mattress you buy, when you sleep, you're in the center or your body weight and body heat takes a toll on the mattress. Right now, I'm using both up and down in the Easy Rest. The head up and the feet up. I'm still trying to find the right adjustment. This morning I heard a funny noise when I raised the foot portion of it. It sounded like it was screaming.

I got an Easy Rest bed so I could get a good night sleep. Since using my Easy Rest bed, I've been sleeping almost through the whole night. I use the vibrator the most. I could relax better at night and then I'm asleep within the half hour that it quits. I also rearranged my bedroom and I thought I'd have some problems moving the bed but I haven't had any. I love the Easy Rest bed and I enjoy it very much when I go to bed. I've had my old bed for four years and it doesn't compare with Easy Rest. Also, the rep from East Rest was very friendly and he explained everything. He was marvelous about that. The delivery team demonstrated everything and explained everything, too. I have recommended Easy Rest.

We've been wanting a bed that could be tilted up, down, and back so we went with Easy Rest, and they also came down on the price. The salesman was real nice and was the best I ever had. He showed me everything. The delivery team did a good job too. They set the bed up with no problems. Everything I asked them, they told me about and showed me. I was really impressed. Everybody's called and checked on me. However, I've been trying to adjust the Easy Rest to get it right, but I haven't gotten it like it needs to be and now it hurts my back more. The mattress is too sissy. They should have put on a different mattress on there. Other than that, the Easy Rest feels better than my previous bed. I like the way it sets my head up, I use the massager, and still raise the feet up.

I was starting to come down with arthritis in my hands and my shoulders. The Easy Rest saleslady did a good job and she told me that I probably needed the bed. The delivery didn't take very long and the team did a good job. I had things it all torn apart and all they had to do was put it together. I also had to buy some new sheets and when I put the sheets on, I had to incline the bed a little bit so I could get it underneath the cushion.

I wasn't sleeping well after I've gone through a neck surgery and I needed some relief. I went to Easy Rest and their reps were very helpful. The delivery guys were also great. The Easy Rest bed is more comfortable than a standard bed. The major thing I like about the bed is the adjustable feature. Overall, the experience was awesome.

I've got bad body problems. I just bought an Easy Rest bed and I wake up better in the morning. I'm refreshed now. Raising my knees helps me a lot and it takes the pressure off my back. Also, their sales representative was a good guy and the delivery guy was very nice. I have recommended Easy Rest to several people but they said I was crazy for spending $6000 for a bed.

I had the best experience with Easy Rest and I can't see myself sleeping in anything else. I have poor health and I wasn’t rested in my old bed which I had for about six years. The sales representatives from Easy Rest were the best people that I have talked to. The man who came here was very informative and answered all my questions. He made me knowledgeable about the bed. Their delivery team was great, too. They showed me how to maneuver the product step by step. I mostly have my head and feet lifted up on the bed. I have COPD and my feet swell, so I have my feet half-raised. I can only sing praises for Easy Rest because even my shoulder seems to be better. I get up rested and I haven't been rested in years. This is the best decision that I made.

With the Easy Rest bed, I'm sleeping a little bit longer. I mostly use the head part, where I raise it up. I really enjoy the Easy Rest and I've told people about it. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

The Easy Rest sales representative was friendly. He took care of everything that I needed and he worked hard to get the price down to where he made the sale and I could afford it. I like to elevate my feet since it keeps the swelling down, and I also use the vibrator. I sleep better at night. I was happy with what I got but it could be cheaper. Also, the delivery didn't go as it should have. The team was scared of my dogs. When I told them I'll hold the dogs, they didn't want to make the delivery. Also, they were supposed to take the old bed off but they didn't want to do it. They said they didn't have room for it. But I got rid of the bed and I locked the dog at my truck and they went ahead and delivered.

My husband thinks the Easy Rest bed will help him with his back problems so we bought it, and now he sleeps better since using it. We can raise it up and position ourselves as well as we can lift the head part when lying in bed to watch TV. It’s comfortable and we can lay down the bed and get our massage which is nice. Also, the sales reps were very friendly and courteous. The delivery team was also very courteous and they were supposed to deliver at 12 but they delivered at 9:30 which was very easy for us to do. Then they undid the old bed and took it downstairs.

I have a bad back problem. The sales reps at Easy Rest kept talking until they talked me into buying their bed. They were very friendly and very nice and so was the representative who came to the house. The delivery team was great too. I'm doing fine with the Easy Rest bed but I've got two problems. They did not install the rollers in the legs. I’ve got to move it and I can't without the rollers. Also, it's too high and I'm very short. It's two or three inches too high.

The Easy Rest sales lady was superb and I fell for it. She bulldozed me into buying the bed. I use the feature that lifts my feet up and it helps my legs feel better. It's a perfectly good bed and does what they said it would do but if I had to do it over again, I would not have bought the bed. The experience was fine but I wish I hadn't spent that kind of money on it. If the bed is free, I'd do it again.

Easy Rest sent a card in the mail which said you can win their bed, so I sent it back in. And then, one of their representatives came. He was very nice and even brought me a gift. He also explained everything to me very well. I didn’t win the bed but I bought one. But before buying the Easy Rest, I had a king sized bed which I got back in 1988. This was very strong. It was good because it hadn't caved in too much. I had to flip the mattress over every month that way I kept it all built up. Some people get in their bed and they wear the thing flat. They don't worry about flipping the mattress over. It was a very fine mattress.

We had been looking at an adjustable bed for a while and the price on the Easy Rest was much more affordable than some of the other ones. Their sales rep was wonderful and the delivery team was awesome. They moved our old stuff out of the way, took off our old mattress, set up our new bed, and even moved some of our furniture around for us. They showed us how the bed works too. Everything from the salesman to the set up in our home was perfect. It was a very smooth process and everybody did what they said they were going to do in a timely manner. They also kept us informed of when delivery was.

The only thing wrong with that bed is the mattress, it's a little too hard. The Easy Rest is a softer mattress so I'm sleeping better. Since I have a bad back, I mostly use the heat feature. Overall, the Easy Rest bed is more comfortable.

The bed is great and it's so much better than my previous bed. I tell everybody about it. I use its headboard the most. During the day, I lay down on it and lift my head up and at night, I would lift the feet up and I go right to sleep. Their sales reps were great. They came out, did exactly what you expect they were going to do and I enjoy their company. The delivery team was the same and was just as nice as they could be. They did everything they were supposed to do.

They also let me lie on it and pull it up and down.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed because of the warranty and it had the massage, heating and adjustment functions that I was looking for. I don’t have to wait four hours after eating before I go to bed. I put my head up and go to sleep and my reflux has decreased. I get a better night’s sleep with Easy Rest. The Easy Rest sales representative was very caring, informative and knowledgeable about the product. Also, the delivery team did everything I asked. They were here at the time promised and were very efficient, professional and did a great job and moved the old mattress where I wanted it moved.

The Easy Rest bed has a lifetime warranty and I can change the inner mattress when it's worn out in 10 years. I bought it for my mom. She only weighs 114 pounds, but the one she had was too hard. So we had to ask for a softer mattress and they ordered one for her. She's sleeping a lot better now and I don't have to worry about her being awake during the hours of the night. She has severe arthritis and back problems and the vibration part really does help her go to sleep. They helped her set it and she sets it exactly the same way every time. Also, anyone that I've talked to from Easy Rest has been very professional, nice, and kind. The guy who came in and installed it gave a demonstration and answered all of our questions. Easy Rest is a fantastic company and I would recommend it if anyone asked me.

We kind of had trouble with Easy Rest. The sales rep was okay but he didn’t explain everything to me really well. I thought I would just be buying it from Easy Rest, the payments would be going to them but they run it through a credit thing and the bed ends up costing me nearly $6,000. On the other hand, the delivery team was great. At first, I had trouble sleeping. I had to sleep on the old bed for a few weeks and I got up with a backache. My legs also bothered me. But since I got the Easy Rest bed, I get up every morning and don’t have a back ache anymore. I mostly like the part where I can put my head and feet up a little bit. That and the massager helps me a lot. I've already told people about the Easy Rest bed and that they’re great. Overall, I love my Easy Rest. It’s been the best bed I’ve ever slept on.

The delivery team was courteous, too, but they moved to the point where you expect them to get mad next. They were a little hurried but I can't blame them because it was hot and they were all sweaty and I knew they wanted to get their day out of the way. I never had an inkling of buying one of these beds but I'm glad I did because it is very comfortable. But I wasted a lot of money because I don't really care for the vibration. I'm having a lot of problems and experimenting isn't one of my best choices right now. For a lot of days after I ordered it, I wished I hadn't done that but after I went through with it, I'm mostly glad I did because I did not know my old bed was in such a bad shape.

I was a little leery about the cost of the bed because it's pretty high for me if the payments add up monthly. I've got my budget because I'm 71 years old and I live on a fixed income, so I was scared my income won't pay that great. But I raised both my income and budget to where I can handle the cost with no problem.

The Easy Rest sales representative was very nice and persistent. I told him to give me a couple of month but he just kept on. Then he called the head man and talked to me. I also told him that I wanted to wait but they just kept pressing me. But I'm okay and I got the bed. Though I want to start paying $200 a month because I don't like anything over a long period of time. The delivery team was really nice. I had to get the other bed out of the room and I managed to get it out of there but I couldn't get the frame in there. They didn't have to do it but they helped me.

I enjoy my Easy Rest bed. I had my old bed for about 15 years and it's nothing compared to Easy Rest. It massages my back, legs, my bottom and it makes my body feel good. I sleep on it every night and I don't like anybody else sleeping in my bed. I don't even like my husband sleeping on it. I can also lift up the head so I can sit up and watch TV. It’s beautiful and I'm glad I got it. I will recommend Easy Rest to my friend.

My old bed wasn't too bad but I wanted something different. Easy Rest is a good thing to have if people have medical problems, or if they need to elevate. Plus, it's a good sleep mattress. The Easy Rest sales rep was professional and good. The delivery team did a good job. I use the bed's elevation feature the most. When I got asthma, I'd have to elevate my head. I got a problem with circulation and the elevation of my feet helps. I also use the vibration. The bed is expensive but other than that, it's a good bed.

We had a wonderfully great experience with Easy Rest. While on the bed, I put my head and legs up and decided to purchase it. Their sales rep was very nice and the delivery team was wonderful as well. I already had the bed but they came in, set it all up, and did everything we asked. It was great. However, I don’t like the pillow and I don’t think the bed is soft enough although we were told we got the deluxe luxury. I didn't like the price either but it's not like we're buying another bed. Other than those, I like the feature that allows me to put my head up. My husband and I love the bed.

My wife had our previous for about five years and she said she wanted to try the Easy Rest bed. The sales rep was really good and I thought it was going to be quicker to get installed but it was not. They said that manufacturing held it up and it dragged on for a few weeks. But the delivery team was pretty good and accommodating. They got it in, set it up for my wife, explained its features and took the old bed out. This bed is very helpful as my wife is semi-handicapped. She likes its ability to incline the top or the feet, depending on how she feels. She likes this one better than the old bed which was more expensive, but I like the older one and still have one of the other beds. But Easy Rest's a pretty good bed and she seems to be very happy with it which is the main thing -- happy wife, happy life. Everything worked out well. I'd recommend Easy Rest.

The sales reps from Easy Rest did good and the delivery team was nice. I got an Easy Rest for it was comfortable. I like raising the head of the bed, I use it to watch TV, and I sleep better on it. I just find it to be a good product.

I was short of breath and they've run a test on me that showed that I needed a cardiogram which I use with oxygen. I slept better with the Easy Rest Bed. I've been using one for 30 years and I've had this adjustable bed for 15 years now. Their sales rep told me all about it and answered my questions. The delivery team was good too. They did what they were supposed to do, put everything where I told them to and then they left. I have shortness of breath and needed a cardiogram and oxygen, and using the Easy Rest helped me more with my breathing. I can pull the Easy Rest bed up or down to where I can get the best air from it and I also sleep on it for a little high but not too high for my legs. I have told my friends about it.

I was very satisfied with Easy Rest. I've been wanting to get a new mattress for a long time and I just put it off. Easy Rest’s salesman was very persuasive and kept giving me a good deal. The delivery was quick. I was surprised that I got it as quick as I did. The team was friendly and courteous too. Since I had the Easy Rest bed, it seems like I get a good night’s rest. I like being able to get my feet and head up too. I've had good beds and mattresses before that were comfortable but didn’t adjust. The only thing is Easy Rest was rather expensive. I could have done better if I looked around more.

I have a bad back and had three back surgeries but they have not done any good. I’m on a cane now and they want to put a stimulator things at my back to see if that would help with the pain but I haven’t agreed to it yet because I hate to do something else. And since using the bed, I’ve noticed changes. However, the only flaw I have with the whole process is that the price that was set still had no interest added to it.

My mom's got arthritis and she needed something to help her out. She had her old bed for nine years and we put different mattresses on it. Prior to buying the Easy Rest bed, I’ve had my old one for six years. But for a year I've been sleeping with the bottom up every night because I couldn't get it down. So, I thought it was time for a new bed. I saw the advertising. The salesman came and told me all about it. It sounded good to me and I wanted to be comfortable when I went to bed. Since using the bed, I feel good and I don’t get up feeling cramped. I've been sleeping very well and feeling rested when I get up, so it's done the job very well. This bed has been wonderful, and I love its pillow. So, I really appreciate it. I like the bed just the way it is. I put the top up sometimes. I also have the heating pad but it’s summer now so I will use it for the winter. It’s got everything to make me comfortable. That’s what I wanted.

It was very good with the Easy Rest sales rep and they listened to our needs. Also, the delivery people were very nice, kind and they did a very good job. My wife and I have trouble with our legs and back and I knew it'd take a while to notice changes but I enjoy the bed. She’s used the vibrator and it's really helped her. I’d suggest everybody have them.

The Easy Rest bed is the best bed I've ever had. There's no way it compares to my old bed and I don't think anybody can top it. I just wanted to try it out and was just a spur of the moment decision when I bought one. It turned out to be a very good decision and investment. I paid cash for it and it was worth it. I don't have to worry about bills and payments. Some people who don't know what I'm talking about tell me that I got a hospital bed and I tell them it's not. I've been a nurse for 30 years and I've known about hospital beds, and Easy Rest is nothing like one. It is very comfortable and it's one of my favorite pieces in my house. I have my TV in front of it and it's just great. I use its up and down position more than its vibrator, but both are good and I use them both. Mostly, I do the head up a little bit and for my bed position, it's like a recliner. The only problem I have with it is that I don't want to get off it and I need to get some things done.

Easy Rest helps me breathe better and it eases the pain in my back where I'm able to sleep. I elevate my legs because of the swelling, and I elevate the head because of my breathing. Also, I use the vibration because of my back problems. I don't toss and turn as much because I don't hurt as much.

I like laying on my Easy Rest bed because of the features. I can adjust it and it keeps my back feeling better, and I also always use the back and top part. Their sale rep was excellent and the delivery team was swift, friendly, and answered all of my questions. Also, they were on time and our experience has been excellent, overall.

I live alone and I needed some good rest. I'd be tired and I would sleep but then when I wake up I feel like I hadn’t slept. I would go back to sleep and end up sleeping too much. When you don't get good sleep, it's horrible for the body. I also go to the gym quite a bit and even my coach had been saying I needed to get more rest. I told him I would one day. Since I've had my Easy Rest bed, I've been sleeping, sleeping, sleeping.

I like my feet and head elevated. I also like the massage portion of it and I get a good night's rest with Easy Rest.

My wife loves the Easy Rest bed. It’s great and very comfortable. She mostly has her head up, but she puts her feet up a bit too. Once in a while, I also put my feet up and I like that position. But most of the time, I sleep in my chair because I got a bad back.

15 years ago, we had to get my husband a big bed. He'd fallen and I bought the bed back when he was having some work done. He used the elevation the most. We had the old bed taken out and my husband seems to really enjoy the Easy Rest bed and he uses it all the time. However, he wouldn't use the pillow and I wanted it so I took it. I wish I had an Easy Rest bed, too.

I have wanted the Easy Rest Adjustable bed. I have back problems and the bed was a good alternative at the time. I'm glad I made the purchase. It eased up my back problems quite a bit. I've been getting a lot better rest. I have more energy during the day because I sleep better at night. There is no comparison between my old bed the the Easy Rest bed. I move the head and the foot up and down to get into my most comfortable position. My wife likes to use the heating and the massage thing. I like the massage too but I mainly needed to get in a position where my back doesn't hurt. Their sales rep and delivery team did a good job too. The delivery team made me familiar with everything before they left. It has been a positive thing all the way around. It has been an awesome experience and I will never give my bed away.

The sales rep from Easy Rest was a nice fellow and he has a whole lot of information about their product. The team that delivered the bed did a good job. They set up everything and cleaned up after themselves. On the other hand, I wish I hadn't bought the Easy Rest bed. I've been sleeping in it and it's just a bed. It isn't any different to the one I already had. They told me that if I wasn't satisfied, I could return it in 60 days. But overall, I wouldn't recommend it.

My wife and I have had a Sleep Number bed for nearly twenty years. It was time for a new bed. We were very happy with our Sleep Number for many years, however, it was time to replace it. Driving back from a trip to South Dakota, we decided to stop at a Sleep Number bed store. We liked the adjustable feature and were very interested in one. We stopped at Leebeda store and found an adjustable bed for a price we were happy with. The bed was purchased and set up for delivery the following Friday. On Monday Shirley received a phone call from Easy Rest. Shirley said we were not interested as we had just purchased a new bed. They asked if they could show the product anyway. We set up an appointment for the next day.

My daughter doesn't know whether she's snoring but she makes a lot of noise when she sleeps, and I was trying to alleviate that. We got her an Easy Rest bed, but as it turns out, she doesn't like being elevated, including her feet. When I turn the massage on, she tells me to turn it off. She likes things the way they are but since she started using the Easy Rest bed, she's sleeping very good. The bed was also set up so that it's closer to the floor so she doesn't seem to be nervous or tensed. So the fact that bed is adjustable from the floor was a good thing. I also go in and lie down there once in a while and it's really comfortable.

I have osteoarthritis, osteoporosis and arthritis from my feet up. My pain starts sometimes with my feet then goes up to my knees, up to my back, hips, waist and back. This is a long time problem already but with Easy Rest adjustable bed, I can sleep the whole night without feeling any pain. It is good for me. With my old bed, I sometimes feel pain at my back when I turn my body.

I have a rod on the lower part of my back and I wasn't sleeping well. I had been sleeping in a lounge chair for eight years and I can't lay down on either side or my back. I got the Easy Rest and I am now sleeping better, about twice the length of time than I do before. I could be sleeping a lot better, but I'm getting there. The mattress just balked but it’s fixed now. I went to the store and bought one of those mesh mats that you put on the carpet. I put one underneath my mattress. I cut it in two so that it would move. It wouldn't pull when I raised the bed up, when it bent. I put half at the top of the bed and the other half at the bottom and it doesn't balk anymore. It bugged the daylights out of me because I had the bed up against the wall and then things would fall down beside the bed. That happened for about maybe a week and a half.

I have chronic lower back pain and I go through different mattresses every four years. I also have silent indigestion and keeping my head elevated will stop me from getting bad sinus infections. With my Easy Rest bed, I am now able to stop taking my acid reflux medications and I don't wake up stiff anymore. I feel more rested. It's now weird lying flat trying to sleep and if I stay at a family or friend's house, I always ask for a bunch of pillows so I can prop up my head and feet. The sales rep from Easy Rest explained everything and was really good. The delivery team was good, too. They came in and set up the bed without a problem. I got the bed as I have an upper congestion. I'm not breathing, and I got my oxygen, so I use the elevation feature the most. It's very comfortable and I'd recommend it to a friend.

My parents liked that the Easy Rest salesperson came and showed my mom how to use the massage part of the bed. She has back problems so that’s good for her and it helps a lot. It was a good experience with the salesperson who was very informative and kind. Also, the delivery team was very efficient and patient with me. The first couple days, my parents were getting sore but once they started using the massage, they felt a lot better. They are enjoying their Easy Rest bed. For them, it is a lot nicer than their old bed. They also lift up the head part for better breathing. It was a reliable and on time experience with Easy Rest.

When Easy Rest's delivery team came in, they hooked up the bed. They showed me a few things with it and so I was happy. Now, my wife and I sleep on an Easy Rest Bed every night. It's beautiful. I can't feel her getting out of the bed and she can't feel me getting in the bed. My wife also loves that she has control of her side of the bed and I have control of mine. The bed doesn't move on her side when I get up and lie down. And so we don't have any problems disturbing each other. Also, we use the sit-up feature of the bed most and watch TV at the same angle sometimes. While it's a little overrated for the price, it's a 5-star bed for people who can afford it. I love my Easy Rest bed and I would never give it up.

I thought I may need to lift my head up to rest sometimes. I couldn't do that on my old bed and so I got an Easy Rest bed. I keep it flat, and some nights I sleep, while other nights I don't. I wish I had told them I weighed more so the bed could be firmer. But other than that, the person who did the delivery was really nice and everything went fine. I'd recommend it.

I was having some problems with my back and my legs. I had a couple of perforated disc that made my leg hurt all the time and I need to keep it up. It helped my circulation. Then as they told me the bed would lift up the head and the foot, I got excited about Easy Rest Adjustable bed and I want it. I used to get up every morning and my back will be hurting. But now when I get up, my back is not hurting.

I got back problems and I thought Easy Rest bed might help a little bit so we purchased it. The sales rep was both friendly and courteous. He was very upright and a nice fellow. The delivery guys were great, too. I got to save my old frame and I appreciate that. What my wife and I like is the vibration of it. Before we go to bed, it seems to relieve the tension of it a little bit. I liked my old bed, which I had for four years, but I like the idea that Easy Rest vibrates though. I slept better on the other one. I proved it to all my neighbors and recommended it to a lot of people. Overall, the experience with the Easy Rest bed was relaxing.

I have some health problems that would be better if I had a bed that would raise the head and the foot. I had an opportunity to have a demonstration done and I made the decision that the Easy Rest bed would be good for my health. I was using my old bed for a couple of years and it was similar to Easy Rest. I had worked with some other people about a bed similar to the Easy Rest but the Easy Rest has some qualities that the other one didn't have. I like that it is the right height from the floor, that I can get up very easily when I want to get off the bed. It’s a well-planned bed. The adjustments can be made for a particular person better than any bed I have experienced or heard about.

A friend of mine got an adjustable bed like the Easy Rest. And he talked about how he'd sit up and watch TV in the bed. So, I thought I needed one. Prior to buying the Easy Rest, I’ve had my old bed for 10 years. I got used to it being softer. The Easy Rest bed is a little bit firmer but I'm beginning to get used to it. I don't elevate it. I just sit up in the bed when I'm watching TV. It's more convenient and comfortable when watching TV back there than it is in the big living room. The sales representative was thorough in showing me how it works like elevating the feet. He did a good job selling it. But I paid a little bit more than I wanted to for a bed. The delivery team also did a thorough job setting it up. I wish I had bought it 10 years ago. If anybody needs one, it can be the way to go.

The Easy Rest guy was trying to sell the bed to my friend here at the house. They wanted the bed but they weren't ready to go into debt for that much. But I was ready so I got the bed for $5,000 and they automatically take the money from my account every month. The rep was an all right guy but he’s a salesman, and he's gonna say things that are probably not all the way true but their semi there. When my friend asked him if the bed lifted up on both sides, or one side stayed down and one side stayed up, he said, "Oh, yeah." But I was looking at the picture and thought it didn't do that but I let that go. And when we got the bed, it didn't. I was also told I was getting two free Easy pillows, the one that goes on your neck, but we haven't received the other one. But the guys who delivered were really nice. They set it up and showed us how to use it.

Since I got the Easy Rest bed, it kept me from propping up a lot of pillows behind my neck, which was part of the cause of my neck being out of alignment. It's funny because I went from a king bed to a twin one, but it's not a bad thing because when my family would spend the night of sleeping there, they don't touch me. They would leave me alone and stay over there. So everything was positive about it. It's also very convenient in a lot of ways, not just being in the bed 'cause when I drop something, I don't have to get down. I could just raise it up and I like the adjustable head part. I also like my other bed but this one works for me now.

I got sent stuff in the mail where you had to put your initials on each one, Easy Rest had six. With those, I had a chance to win a bed, but I didn't. All I won were the pillows. I kept doing the little contest thing until one day somebody called me. Stephen came out here and demonstrated everything to us. We ended up with the Easy Rest and I just made my first payment last month. Their delivery team brought the bed out here to me and they took my old bed away too. I tried the bed out before the man left and it was fine. I had my old bed for a long time and only had a problem with my mattress. But my Easy Rest is better and it's comfortable. I can sit up on the bed and raise my feet up. I use the massage with the heat too. Everything's pretty good although I hated I hated the contract part. They could change that stuff and go up with the price.

I have two broken hips and am still laid up. The Easy Rest sales rep was very nice, and delivery and setting up the bed went okay. We have one maintenance man that helped the person they sent out, but he didn't seem to have any trouble. I had a hospital bed before, but I like my Easy Rest as it works better. I like the foot rest, especially, as I don't have much circulation in my feet and I can raise it up enough with the bed. Although I'm not very happy with the pillows, I like the bed, and I'd recommend Easy Rest.

Easy Rest is good for the price I paid for them and I also like the massager. It's more comfortable than my other bed, especially with the head raising feature. I used to snore a lot and using the bed helped with my snoring. Also, their sales rep was easy to talk to and the delivery was fast. They dropped it off, hooked it up and they were out here. I'm satisfied with it and I would recommend it to a friend, but I'd tell them to watch the price because I went online and I found a cheaper one.

We had our previous bed which was the precursor to Easy Rest for 10 years. It was good but the mattress was beginning to wear out and the old system was getting a little tired. So, we had Easy Rest come over and they presented us with the options which looked good so my wife and I tried them. We have two bunk-sized mattresses on the queen bed. It is comfortable and my wife and I can have different firmness. It is a different mattress than what people normally get with a flat mattress. As I checked with the person putting it in, there are internal parts of that mattress that are replaceable to fit the shape or the comfort that the body needs wherein if it's not quite the right comfort in the firmness or the softness of the mattress, there are internal replacements.

I’m having some trouble with my spine and I thought that maybe the Easy Rest bed will help with it. The sales rep was a darling. He was a nice, young man and he did a good job. The delivery team brought the mattress in and put it up. It works fine and I'm using it. I like the feature that's working on the spine, up and down. Overall, I like the Easy Rest better.

A man from Easy Rest came to our house, showed us a video and did a demonstration. Their rep was a little pushy but it was okay because we got the bed and it's paid for. Their delivery team on the other hand was very quick. They came in, set the bed up, gave me a demonstration on how to use the bed, I signed the papers, they called the company, and were gone. They were very efficient and that was good. With the Easy Rest I sleep better, wake up refreshed, and my back doesn't hurt as bad. I also enjoy watching TV with my head up laying there.

I’ve been using my old bed for six years and it was a normal bed. I received a pamphlet from Easy Rest and when I saw it, I liked it. I am enjoying it and it's very comfortable. It helps me with my lower back ache. I mostly use the massage and I like to put my feet up. The delivery team showed me how to use the bed and they left the pamphlet. Overall, I’m very happy.

With the Easy Rest bed, if I want my feet to go up to the ceiling, I can. I enjoy having my head up so I can work on my computer. And I like the massage. The sales representative took two hours to convince me. He didn’t give up and kept on and on. I told him I wasn't going to pay 17% interest. So, they gave me $1,000 off which they said would pay the interest. He told me that after I pay twice on it, I could go to my bank and get the money and pay it off and the interest will be a whole lot cheaper. They gave me a good deal. The delivery team came right in and got the job done. I hardly knew they were here when they were through. It was a wonderful experience.

I liked the sales rep at Easy Rest. He was fine, very cordial, all nice and sweet. I was in need of elevated sleep and ended up with their bed. The delivery guys were also good and nice. The main guy was very sociable but the other guy didn't say much and just did his job. I told the main guy that he could put the wheels on the bottom of my bed but he said no and that it would be all right. I can do that on my own if I don’t want it. I told him to leave it up because he had raised the whole bed, not just the top part, all the way up. Then, he charged us. But I didn't see it properly because when I tried to push the buttons, it wasn't working the same.

I got a huge master bedroom and I wanted a smaller bed in there because I wanted to put a big recliner chair in it. So I got the Easy Rest and it's a good bed, but it's not as good as my California King. I had good experience with both their reps and delivery guys. My Easy Rest is all right and I raise the head up a little at night when I sleep, but I wish I went to Haynes and got another one.

I have nine herniated disc between my neck and my lower back and three attaching nerves. I've been sleeping on a couch that opened up to a bed and because of that, I had no pain in my back so I kept on sleeping on it. On the couch, I'd wake up at 4:00 in the morning. Now with Easy Rest bed, I can sleep until I want to and 100% better than before. I got a really good deal and that made me happy. I sleep any time in the night and I wake up after eight hours so I'm good. I usually put it on number two and that raises the back and my head a little bit. Also, it raises one of my feet and then gives me a massage that puts me right to sleep and I have no pain.

The Easy Rest sales reps were very friendly and courteous, and the delivery team was fine and did their job. The bed is comfortable and I like the vibration. It's a good bed, but I've been a bit disappointed because I'm not sleeping as well as I need to. I've got a back problem and I thought that the massager in it would help my back but it's more of a vibrator than a massager and it doesn't help. Also, I thought it would help to raise my head but it makes my back hurt worse. I slept good for the first couple of nights but since then, I've slept three and four hours a night. I don't know whether it's something going on with my body or if it's the bed. It's more than I should've paid for it because I did not pay $1500 for my other one.

The Easy Rest sales rep had an awesome presentation. Also, the delivery team was excellent and very polite. People being nice to deliver stuff is what we need these days. I've bought so many mattresses that they said would be good for my spine. I've been going into debt to get different kinds of mattresses and it still wouldn't work. But since purchasing an Easy Rest, I've noticed that when I sleep, I wake up without pain. I have a wheelchair and it is very good because I have a wheelchair, and it's hard for me to get around. I told my friends it's worth getting involved when it concerns your body. My Easy Rest really helps me and it knocked my old bed out. I'm really satisfied with the experience.

The main reason I purchased a bed from Easy Rest is that I was having a problem sleeping. My acid reflux’s real bad and I thought it would help. However, I've slept better on my other beds than on the Easy Rest one. It is not comfortable for me. I’ve tried everything, as far as the raising up and what not, but I cannot sleep. I even go get in the recliner and I fall asleep. To me, the concept is great, as far as what the function of the bed and everything but it doesn't work for me. I've had no problems with their sale reps and their delivery team, however. The rep that I have talked to went over everything, was detailed, knowledgeable, and did a good job. I wouldn’t recommend them but that’s not to say that the next person that would get it wouldn’t love it.

I was told that the Easy Rest bed is going to be good for my health so I bought one. When I received it and I slept on it, everything was okay except for the vibration. The vibration wasn’t really good and I didn't feel what I wanted to. Also, the price is not right. They also sent me only one pillow when I have a double bed which means there are two persons on that bed. I use the bed the most when I need to massage my legs though because sometimes my legs feel numb sometimes. But overall, I am not really satisfied. I wish Easy Rest could make the bed vibrate a little higher and make it a little better for people.

I had an Easy Rest bed for only a couple of months. It was too low so I upgraded. The sales rep was very nice and the delivery team did a great job. In fact, they moved the other bed into another room and then put the new bed up. The one I have now is a lot more comfortable and it’s higher compared to the first one. It’s not so low to the ground and I sleep much better. I use the adjustable lift most of the time. However, the bed makes some noise when I’m lifting. The motor might be going bad. Nevertheless, I’m happy with my purchase. The Easy Rest bed was a good investment and I’m enjoying it.

I’ve been wanting an Easy Rest bed for a long time. And a salesman came by, I looked at what he had and liked it so I bought it. The salesman did a good job. He represented his sale real good and answered all my questions. He also let me pick out what I wanted. I told him exactly what I wanted and he put it together then called the main office and we got to get on the price. The delivery team was also good. They told me they’d be there at a certain date and time and was there. They cleaned up everything and then walked me through the bed two or three times, showed me different things and I wrote it down. With Easy Rest, I usually keep the head and feet raised up and then I turn the vibrator on every night for about 15 minutes. Overall, I’m real satisfied with it.

My experience with Easy Rest has been terrible thus far. I had a perfectly good mattress and agreed to listen to their salesperson, who was excellent by the way, how do I know? I bought one of their beds. One of the perks was that they have a rebate (sales tax) that is refundable, provided that you get a prescription from a doctor, which I did. I sent it to the address they provided and waited, and waited, and waited. I followed up and was given some b.s. about Easy Rest setting up shop in Florida and the company being backlogged. Now mind you, Florida is in the top percentile for scams, and I feel like I've been scammed into buying a bed that I didn't really need, but that's how persuasive their salesmen are. Not only that. I called the number again and it was disconnected and no longer in use. Connect the dots!!!

The Easy Rest salesperson told me what a wonderful bed the Easy Rest was and asked me if I ever slept on a hospital bed. I said I did, and those hospital beds couldn’t hold a light to the one I got. I bought the bed then his boss talked to me over the phone and said that he would let me have it for half price. It's a $6,000 bed, and he offered it for $2,400. Then he wanted to talk to the salesperson. I handed him back the phone. I had money in shares, my stock, and my youngest son had cash being $8,000 to pay another bill off and so I told the sales guy to write it up. About a week later, my son called and said that he's gotten my money and that he's making a deposit. Easy Rest called and said that they're gonna deliver the bed on Friday. When they came, I wrote them a check for the money and paid it in full. So God gave me the bed.

I’ve had reflux for years and I’m not on the medication for it now so I decided to go with something like the Easy Rest. And I needed a new mattress anyway since I’ve had my old bed for 12 years already. I liked that their rep wasn’t real pushy and he explained it all to me. He was a good salesman because he just told what was true. It made me want that type of mattress rather than going out and looking at others.

I wanted to have something for my health situation so I decided to get an Easy Rest bed. The customer representative was very convincing. They're able to replace parts if we needed to. The longevity of some of the other customers that have the mattress lasts a while and things like that were appealing, as well as the demonstration about relaxing and vibrating technique. The people who delivered the Easy Rest bed were good and professional. They were helpful in everything and gave a demonstration. They also cleaned up after themselves.

My husband was sleeping on a recliner. The Easy Rest bed is like a recliner so we decided to purchase one. I liked the Easy Rest's sales representative a lot. She was really nice. Also, their delivery team did a good job. They were all very helpful and knowledgeable at Easy Rest. However, my husband says that Easy Rest was supposed to put a pad on the bed but they never did it. Other than that, we use the reclining feature in the back and the legs the most. If I lie flat, it’s like I over extend. I like the massage too. If I’m really hurt badly, I turn that on and it seems to help. It makes the pain go away and I go to sleep a little bit better.

I thought I'd try Easy Rest out cause I thought it would help me. However, I've only used it twice because I had three surgeries back to back. But I'm feeling much better now and I'm going to start to use it. But their delivery team was nice. We had to do everything and all they had to do was put the bed on there. I'm satisfied so far.

I had a bed before which was 20 years old and it was comfortable, but it’s high. With the Easy Rest, they measured it to my height because I’m very short. I can sit on the edge of it with my knees bent and not hanging in the air, which makes a difference. I also had a bed before that raised up and down. But my Easy Rest has the vibrator, which helped and loosened up my muscles and nerves to make my life a little smoother. I had back and knee surgery. So, by sleeping in a different position with the bed, the knees bent and the head up a little bit, I seem to be sleeping and feeling better. My back doesn’t always hurt as bad. It’ll never go away completely, but it has alleviated a little bit.

The bed from Easy Rest was uncomfortable the first couple of days but once I figured it out, it became comfortable. The flat bed that I had previously was comfortable and good for my back, but it wasn't giving me what I needed. I would be in a lot of pain when I walk. I have a bad back, but now with Easy Rest, my back doesn't hurt as bad when I get up in the morning. I like the bed's raising head part but I don't like their pillow. It came free and was supposed to be a good, but it isn't. But their delivery team was great.

I wanted to improve on my back since I have a little problem with it. My old bed was a king size bed and I had just purchased a brand-new mattress when I moved. It was comfortable but I thought Easy Rest would help my back and that I could get a little bit more rest with it. I bought one and I like that I can raise up the head and feet. My experience has been fine since I had it.

The delivery team treated me very nicely, offered a lot of advice too and I was impressed with them. If a friend weighed what I weigh, I would tell her to try my bed for half an hour.

There's a big difference between the Easy Rest bed and my old bed. The Easy Rest helps with the body pain a little bit and it's easier to sleep with its foot elevation feature. Also, their sales reps were very friendly and the delivery team who came and set it up was very nice. They were courteous and showed me how to use it.

I wasn’t sleeping well and thought Easy Rest might help me. I was worried about the cost, but it's more relaxing than what I was used to. Sales reps were very helpful, too.

On April 19th my husband had two major strokes and he spent six days in ICU in Andalusia, Alabama. Then he spent 20 days of rehab and another 14 days in HealthSouth in Deatsville, Alabama. Now I have him home and we didn’t need a hospital bed because we have that in the Easy Rest. The bed is a godsend. It’s very, very comfortable and we have enjoyed it tremendously. We love it. I've been advertising Easy Rest and several people of his kinfolks want one as well.

The sales lady from Easy Rest was very persistent and knowledgeable, and she got us an excellent price. The delivery team was very prompt and professional too. They got it done right and quickly. The bed is very comfortable, and my husband and I sleep very well on it. I like raising the feet above the heart and it helps us medically because I've had a stroke and my husband had an open heart surgery. It's very beneficial to us and I would definitely recommend Easy Rest to a friend.

I used to have a queen bed but when I moved to assisted care, I needed a single bed, as well as a recliner chair. Easy Rest was the best of two and I didn’t have to buy the recliner chair anymore. My interaction with the sales representative had been long, but very good. The Easy Rest is a wonderful bed and I use all of its features. It was very expensive, but worth it.

Easy Rest's doing pretty good. I used to have one years ago then I moved to a smaller place. My neighbor bought it for me. My back still hurts a little bit, but I went to the doctor this morning for EKG and he's supposed to make an appointment for me to get some x-rays on my back. But other than that, it's pretty comfortable. I like the head elevation and the massage. I use both of it once a week and it relaxes a little bit too. The salesperson was really nice to us and told us everything we needed to know. Then the delivery team explained everything and set it up for us. I would recommend it to somebody who might need it.

The Easy Rest sales person I talked to was very professional and answered any questions that I need an answer for. The installation was quick and painless, it took an hour or less. I've had my old pillow top bed for 25 years while my Easy Rest has a memory foam pad. It's firm and provides a very good support, so it's a different and a better experience with the new bed. It's of very good quality and I love the inclined resting position with the legs raised. I’m out driving for work all week long and I only sleep on it on the weekends. When I'm on the bed, I can feel the pressure relief on my legs and I like that best.

Their Easy Rest salesperson was honest with his presentation and he was the reason I went ahead and bought the bed. The delivery team was good too. They came right ahead and did their job. They were in and out. However, I’m not happy with my Easy Rest bed. It just didn't do what I was thinking it would do. The massager is the biggest thing for me but I don't get much of a vibration out of the unit. Most of the vibration is in my shoulder area and I don’t feel it on my lower extremities, hips and legs. The bed is an expensive item. They got my money and I got to suffer with it. The only thing I like about my Easy Rest bed is I can elevate my head just the way I like it without having to stack pillows to do it.

The price from Easy Rest came down so I went overboard and took it. Their delivery team did a very good job setting the bed up. I frequently use the head elevation feature for comfort. However, I don't get a very restful sleep with it because I get this kind of pain on my back when I get up.

My husband had bad circulation with his legs and I wanted an Easy Rest because of sleep apnea which I thought would help out a little bit. I liked the salesman. He was really nice and easy to get along with. The delivery men were good, too. I had my old bed for five years and the only thing I missed about it is that it was taller whereas Easy Rest is low. But other than that, with having to adjust, the Easy Rest is not too bad. We're now sleeping better and we love it. I use the foot raise because I get cramps in my legs and that helps. I’m glad we did it.

I have aches and pains in my back because of arthritis but I rest much better with my Easy Rest bed. It feels good when I use the head elevation feature. The sales representative that I spoke to was very nice and understanding. He gave me a price and a way of paying it and I would’ve gotten an Easy Rest bed a long time ago if it was explained to me that way. When the delivery team came in, they took the old bed out and set the new one right up and showed me how to use the remote. Also, they told me the heating part will come in the mail and it did but I haven’t used it yet. I’d recommend it to a friend.

So far we love our Easy Rest bed. We like how flexible it is and it had a vibrator on it which we enjoy. I usually put the bed's headrest pretty far down to sleep on my side. It worked on my back and when I'm watching TV, I fall asleep and sometimes during a night off, I lower the bed and turn over. Their sales rep told us everything that we needed to know about it and they were very thorough and answered all the questions that we had. I wasn’t here when the delivery team brought the bed but my girlfriend was satisfied because they did things that she asked and the original bed and mattress were taken downstairs.

Easy Rest has been around for a long time and their cost is affordable. The sales rep was really nice and spent a long time going over with us and telling us about the bed. It was delivered to us and the guys who came out were really nice and quick. I have a very bad back. I had my back surgery and I couldn't sleep on my previous mattress but on my Easy Rest bed, it's a whole lot more comfortable and a lot easier for me to get in a position where I can go to sleep, which I couldn’t do before. I also love its massage features and it really helps my back.

I liked the advertising on the Easy Rest and it looked like what I was looking for. I have back problems and the first topper that they sent out was too soft and it gave me a tremendous backache. But I replaced that and put it on the bed yesterday. One thing though was it took three months to even get them to start on the bed and the closet door too. They had to cut the door out in order to get two of the machine and get it in and out. It’s been four and a half months since they did that and I'm still waiting on the door. They brought one out here but they didn’t bring an equipment they needed. Otherwise, the customer service was good.

I’ve had surgery and I have back pain. And I got an Easy Rest bed for when I get older and I have a bad back. I sleep on a king sized bed that's not an Easy Rest. And it also raises up at the head and the feet but my Easy Rest mattresses are more comfortable. I like it a lot and I’d recommend them.

I've had two back surgeries, as well as operations for my hip and knees so I knew what I needed. I made it very clear to the Easy Rest salesman that I needed a firm mattress. He was a very nice man and he recommended the best one he had and that he thought I would be comfortable in. However, I had not put two and two together to realize that the type of mattress I needed would have to be not as firm in order to bend and come up. I understand that now. But at that time, I went ahead and bought the bed, tried it for a couple of nights and had to have it moved to a spare room because I cannot use it.

The salesman from Easy Rest was good and he told me that the bed is going to be real good for me. The delivery was good as well and the two guys that came were helpful. However, I feel I got ripped off in a way. That’s a lot of money for the bed. I have back problems, but the bed is not helping and I’m still waking up in the morning with back problems. The up and down seems like it goes up too high, so I don’t use it. I've had the bed for over a month, but I’m not satisfied with it.

I got a coil spring Easy Rest mattress but I'm disheartened that it has coil springs in it. I expected a better mattress which I was told I'd get, but I took them at face value and didn't shop around. I also don't like the way they did business. They didn't break or twist my arm and hold on on me though. Before I got disabled, I bought, sold and repaired automobiles and when I put a price on a vehicle, that was the price, not $100 cheaper, neither $100 more. With the Easy Rest, the price of the bed was way up there and the gentleman just kept coming down and coming down. On five different occasions, they either added something or came down with the price. Then, the last offer he made was he'd give me a premium mattress for the same price. That's what sold me on it and they convinced me to buy it. I also felt obligated to buy it since I talked to him that long.

I wanted a bed that would be comfortable for me so I bought an Easy Rest. The fellow that went through the whole thing with me was excellent and the delivery guys were great, I didn’t have to do a thing. I sleep well on Easy Rest and it's much better than my old bed. Also, I like the head and feet elevation which is great because I have a problem with my legs.

I got along real good with the sales rep and the delivery team did a pretty good job. They explained everything to me and showed me everything I needed the most. The Easy Rest bed has helped me with a lot of my health problems. My previous bed can't hold a candle to it. I like being able to elevate my head like I do and the vibrator relaxes my body.

I have sleep apnea and I figured that the rise and fall of Easy Rest bed would be good for my health. The salesman was excellent and it wasn't a high-pressure sale. His follow up was good, too and he sent me a thank you card. The delivery guys came in, set it up and showed me how it worked. They took the old mattress when they took off. It was great. The Easy Rest is much better than my old bed since I can lift my head and legs and watch TV or relax. I like that and the vibrator is good, too. It's a financial burden though since I just got out of the hospital but I got a pretty good deal and the Easy Rest is good for my health.

The people from Easy Rest that came and set up the bed were friendly and very nice. However, when I used the bed, it wasn’t comfortable as I was expecting. Also, the price was enormously ridiculous as compared to others. So because of that, I’ve called to them twice to take the bed back but they said they can’t do that because it’s been over two weeks since I had the bed. They also said that I should have canceled the contract in three days but then I didn’t have the bed for two weeks after I signed the contract. Of course, I have to use the bed to know if the bed is comfortable for me or not.

I use my Easy Rest to watch TV as it's easy for me to watch if I raise the head. Also, I've had a hip replacement and have a bad knee, so when I raise the bottom, it kind of takes a little bit of the pressure off the knee. And then when I'm ready to go to sleep, I flatten it out. I don't necessarily sleep better with the Easy Rest, but I have noticed that my back does not ache as much as it usually does, and I have that strange pillow that fits around your neck and that's making a difference. However, I was a little put off by the Easy Rest closer as he was a little pushy, but he wasn't rude or mean.

Easy Rest was able to lower the price on the bed and it was what I wanted. I had a very good experience with the sales rep. He had a bad memory but it's something he can't do too much about. The delivery guys were also very good and I was amazed by that. For 15 years, I've had my old bed and I couldn't raise it. But with the Easy Rest bed, I can raise the top and it's much better on my back since I have a very bad arthritis. Also, with a bad back, it's hard for me to make the bed. Since the bottom also comes up, it makes it easier for me to make the bed that way. However, the construction has a metal rod that's bent and goes across the bottom to hold the mattress on when it's raised and that can be a pain to make. Also, the springs on the bed jiggle a little too much. But it is overall easier to do the changing of the bedding.

The salesman was nice and not pushy and he told me all the right things. The delivery was also good. However the bed doesn't help me with my pain and is uncomfortable. They didn't lie about what they think about the bed, but it just doesn't work. I thought the bed would be a lot different than what it is. Maybe my back is too bad or maybe I'm too sick for this kind of bed, but I wouldn't recommend it. It is not worth what I paid for it. I've seen beds at Mattress Brothers that are the same thing for a lot less money. If I could sell my bed or if they could it back, I would have loved that.

I spent most of my time in bed and the Easy Rest is so comfortable. I can adjust it to so many different ways. I get my legs up where they don't hurt so much. I try to raise them at night when I go to sleep. I watch television and raise myself up. It's been a great experience and I've already recommended Easy Rest to my daughter.

The Easy Rest rep was awesome in his presentation and after that, I just I said I'll buy one. I gave the bed to my son and he does whatever he wants with it. However, I have a Craftmatic bed ever since '85 and compared to the Easy Rest, I'd rather have my Craftmatic bed anytime because of the service that I get. With the Easy Rest, they took all my money and sometimes I wonder if their beds merit their price. But I would still recommend the Easy Rest, though.

I have COPD and the doctor said I needed the head of my bed lifted at night. Easy Rest is very helpful overall. The mattress on my previous bed was flat but with the Easy Rest I can raise the head of my bed and it helps a lot on my breathing and sleeping at night. It makes it easier and I do rest better. I was able to speak with a knowledgeable and persuasive sales representative and the man who installed it was very courteous, nice and accommodating. I have slept on my old bed for 60 years and it was a change that I need to get used to and getting in and out of bed is hard because I have to let it down first.

I have medical issues that require me to have an adjustable bed. I bought a bed from Easy Rest because they made the financing much easier even though it's much more expensive. With the Easy Rest bed, it's much easier for me to find positions of comfort especially with its adjustability. It's massager is the best, as I have a back condition and it does alleviate a lot of the discomfort. I use it and the adjustable part equally. I have told everybody about this bed. However, I don't think the mattress is as soft. It's a little uncomfortable than I'd like it to be, as it is a little too thin. I am thinking of buying a mattress topper.

I had some problems with my heart before and I've had fluids build up. I've had to sleep up on three pillows but I got over it. I still bought an Easy Rest thinking it might come back. I already had a king size bed and the installers were supposed to move it to another room. I told the installer I wanted a headboard put on the Easy Rest but they didn't want to do it. I told them that was the deal, so they did it.

I’m not very satisfied with my experience with the Easy Rest because it’s nothing like what I expected it to be as far as adjusting it up. I wake up in the morning and the middle and lower part of my back hurts. I figured I'd call and see if we could take it back because I wasn't happy with it. I told the sales representative that my mind wasn’t made up in getting an Easy Rest but you know what sales does – they push you and I can understand them being like that because they’re trying to make a sale. Another thing I think it’s overpriced too.

All through the years, I’ve had a flat bed, unless I go in the hospital and get a hospital bed. I have a back problem. Since using the Easy Rest, I get my head up a little more to ease my back. The only problem I have is when you turn the bed upside down, the legs are not strong enough to hold it. This bed is too heavy to be turned on two legs. At any time, one of the legs are going to break off. Also, they said they’ll send me two pillows and they sent me one little piece of sponge. You pay for one thing, you get something that’s different. That’s the way it goes. But it’s very convenient to work with.

Easy Rest is wonderful. I like the way it comes up and down and everything. My bed and mattress of two years is harder compared to Easy Rest. I use the massage feature quite a bit because it just feels good and I use to lift up the back end of the bed so I can watch TV. Their sales representative was great. He explained everything to me and went through everything.

My bed had been my mom's old bed that didn't work anymore. That thing was almost like sleeping on the rocks. It was a really hard bed. Then I watched the advertisement of the Easy Rest bed. And since I switched, I've been sleeping better. Easy Rest bed is a lot better than what I had. I like everything that came with it but I use the vibrator system the most. It relaxes my muscles and made them quit hurting so much. The sales rep did an excellent job. The bed lives up to what he told me. The delivery team did well too.

A rep demonstrated the Easy Rest to us and told us everything we needed to know and had to do. She did an excellent job. We bought the bed in April. We had our old bed for some years and compared to that, the Easy Rest bed is better. It raises my head and it's good for my allergies. When my nasals get stuffed, I raise my head and I could breathe a little bit better. It's been a year and my experience has been pretty good. I would recommend the Easy Rest.

The sales rep was very knowledgeable, cordial and he was very informative about what I could expect from the Easy Rest bed. He took his time and went through all of it with me. And the delivery team was very courteous. I like to read in bed and I was also having a problem with a little gas from the mattress that I was sleeping on. The problem has improved since I had the Easy Rest. Also, it's much better than my old bed, I sleep better and I'm more comfortable in the morning when I wake up. I mostly use the feature that raises the head and I'm able to read in bed easier. Overall, I'm very comfortable and pleased with it.

The Easy Rest sales rep was very nice and knowledgeable. He was excellent. He showed the bed to us really well. The delivery guy also was great and he knew how to do his stuff. My wife has restless legs syndrome and the bed helps with that but doesn't really help with her back. For my part, I found out that raising the head part a little bit when I lie down at night is more comfortable. However, waking up feeling 25 years old again didn't happen but the bed has a lot of advantages. Also, Easy Rest is a little bit cheaper than most of the companies that make similar beds.

The lady of the house was interested in a tilt type bed and the sales representative did a whale of a job of selling it to me. He showed some pictures and explained what the bed can do and all these kinds of stuff. I felt that it was a relatively good product and I spent the money so I guess it’s mine. It's nice to be able to tilt the bed to sleep a little bit and the lady that lives with me says that it helps my snoring quite drastically that I'm not so hard to sleep with.

I have had adjustable beds, and I went with Easy Rest this time since their salesperson came to me and gave his recommendation on which to purchase. Their delivery team was excellent too. The previous mattress I had was a regular spring one that was not made for an adjustable bed. So I went to an adjustable bed that buckles. The bed, however, is too soft and mushy. Where the massager is in the middle and with the mattress being so soft, it makes me roll off to the side. But I go up and down a lot and back and forth because I've got a bad back and when I'm lying but watching TV, I raise up. But then, my lower back hurts if I'm up too long and I need to raise my feet up for that. Nevertheless, I'm content with it.

My Parents were contacted by Easy Rest, yes they did allow them to come into their home to discuss the adjustable bed. They did purchase a bed. Both parents have disabilities. My dad does not have good eyesight and my mom is hard of hearing and has cataracts. The sales person Mary did not explain that they had 5 days from signing contract to cancel which was actually had been before they even seen the bed or slept on it. I understand that some mattress places do not take mattress back but they were lead to believe it had a lifetime warranty satisfaction guarantee. My Dad called to make a complaint within weeks of trying to sleep on the bed, they did send a different mattress insert which they still cannot sleep on.

I have degenerative discs in my back, have very bad low back pain and have an issue with my knees. My husband told me he'd get me an adjustable bed so we got in touch with Easy Rest and a sales rep came out. He was really cordial, friendly and sold the bed really well. He also mentioned he'd give me some queen-sized sheets and will be delivered to me. The delivery guys came and set the bed up. They were timely, respectful and explained things to me. They did an excellent job. I use the bed's massage in my upper back. I read in the bed at the upper position and I’m falling asleep in no time flat. If I decide to get a little aggressive and work in the yard and try to do some weeding, by the time I’m dragging in the house and after my shower, I put both my feet and my back up.

My husband wasn't sleeping well. He's had some neck and back surgery, but didn't turn out well and can't be fixed. He also has lots of problems with his left arm and he was so uncomfortable all the time. I thought an Easy Rest bed would be worth whatever we'd have to pay for which is high if it made him feel better. I needed the bed, too. I made the purchase and the Easy Rest sales rep was very nice and wasn't pushy. The delivery team was also pleasant. They wrapped the mattress and box spring that we had in some of the stuff that they delivered in to keep them clean, and got them in my garage until my nephew could get them.

My other bed which I've had for seven years kept making my back hurt so I tried a different one and purchased an Easy Rest. The sales rep was very good. He told me he bought one and how his wife feels a heck of a lot better in her bed. He was also talking about her hands and I have a problem with my hands. When the delivery team came in, they presented themselves with IDs, had me sign my little paperwork and asked me if I had a bed to take down and put wherever I wanted it to go. I told them yes so that’s what they did and they started putting mine up. The guy also explained everything to me and had me demonstrate it myself to see if I knew how to work it.

I have sleep apnea and my feet swell. I got an Easy Rest bed and it's more comfortable and I can elevate my head and feet. My feet don't swell like before. The previous bed I owned wasn't Easy Rest but I could also raise my head and feet. It was almost the same with the Easy Rest but we had a queen size and it would go up one time so sometimes my husband was saying his head was too high and I say mine was too low. And with that, the main reason I took this Easy Rest was to change our old one to a king size so my husband and I could separate. Easy Rest's saleslady was very good in everything, professional and did a great job. The only thing is that they promised to send me another part to put on top of the mattress to make it harder because it's a little soft but no one turns up. Other than that, it has been a very comfortable experience.

The main reason I bought an Easy Rest bed is because I've been having a lot of health problems and because it has been recommended to me. However, my previous bed was more comfortable than this one because it was softer. I bought a mattress topper to put it on there but it’s still not what I like. The sales rep was nice and he was the one who suggested buying a cover for it. He said, “Well it needed to be two inches, instead of an inch”. Well you know what? If you’re paying that much money for a bed, I don’t feel like I should. I’d rather pay another $100 for a mattress cover. I don't like its massager because it’s too loud even though it’s on the carpet. I feel like my ears are vibrating inside so I don’t use it at all. For somebody else, it might be perfect, but for me, I like a softer mattress and don’t care for harder mattresses. I have arthritis and with arthritis, the harder it is, the more I hurt.

I've been thinking about purchasing an Easy Rest bed for a while. Eventually, I decided to get one. The sales rep did all right in showing and doing everything like he was supposed to. The delivery team also showed me how to work the bed. Since using it, my back doesn't bother me quite as much as it used to. I watch TV in it a lot and I use the elevation feature of the bed. I raise the feet part up a little bit at night and during the day. I also sleep with my head and feet up a little bit. I like the bed although I haven't got it all figured out yet. But I've told several people about Easy Rest.

My wife needed something to rest on better. We got an Easy Rest and the salesman talked me into buying it but he's very professional. The delivery team also did a good job. They demonstrated how to use the bed and took the old one with them. Easy Rest is very comfortable and I'm satisfied with it. It can raise the head or foot and the rest is better with my head elevated a little bit. It also has a vibrator in it that massages the back.

We had been talking about looking for the Sleep Number to put on the bed. The man from Easy Rest called to come down here and told me about what they have to sell. The sales rep was very nice and outgoing. He wanted us to be satisfied with the bed and wanted us to have it as quick as we can. Also, he wasn't pushy. It felt like we needed the bed and the deciding factor was we wanted it. Then, two guys came a day before I thought it was gonna be delivered. They were quick, polite, did the job well and I was pleased with it.

We had an old bed of 20 years. It was a Select Comfort air bed and it was fine. But I saw an Easy Rest ad and thought that being able to raise the head and the feet would be beneficial for me so we bought it. The sales rep we dealt with was great. She was knowledgeable and answered our questions. The delivery team was good and they were a little ahead of time when they got here. They were able to demonstrate how to use the bed. They also cleaned up after themselves when they finished. I have acid reflux and raising the head alleviates a lot of that. We use the elevation feature and massage the most. So far the bed is very comfortable and we're enjoying it.

The Easy Rest advertisements intrigued me so I ordered one and I’m glad I did. The salesperson was good but he didn’t stay around long. It was very short and curt and then he left. But I had no questions so it was okay. The delivery team was very efficient. They took out my old mattress and said they were going to take it to the dump, which was great. My old bed is not nearly as good as the Easy Rest. When we first bought the mattresses 15 years ago, they were comfortable. But Easy Rest is very, very comfortable. I elevate the head every night to watch TV and I love that. It was a good experience and it’s been a worthwhile venture for me.

I knew that I needed an Easy Rest bed. I got reflux problems, have had some more heart surgery, and have neuropathy in my legs and my hands and with that, Easy Rest has really helped. I can elevate my legs up for more comfort. My old bed was doing fine but I couldn’t raise it up to the point where I needed it without having a really bad reflux. I can get the Easy Rest bed to the height that I needed. I also like the Easy Rest bed's head because it has some vibration and waves in it. My vertebrae are either way so I use that a lot on my back. It’s got a timer that you set and when I go to bed, I set it and let it go for 20 minutes and cuts itself off, which is great. It’s helpful to me and I’m sure it would be to anybody else who have problems.

The demonstration made by the sales rep was a little bit long. He had to got through the whole spiel which I didn't like. But he was a nice fellow and I liked him. Also, the delivery team was very efficient and professional. I have acid reflux and I can just raise Easy Rest up anytime. I use the vibrating system mostly for my arthritis and the neuropathy on my legs from the diabetes. But I don't like that my fitted sheets keep coming off when the bed is raised and lowered. They don't seem to hang up on that well but that's a minor thing. I'm pleased with Easy Rest. I had a very great and delightful experience. And I have recommended Easy Rest to my friends.

I’ve had my old bed for 10 years and I was in the market looking for a bed. I have seen the Easy rest before and some of the qualities of the bed were demonstrated so it was a matter of price in the end. Compared to my old bed, the features of the Easy Rest made it a higher quality. I like the ability to move the head and the foot of the bed up and down. I sometimes suffer from edema in my legs and it's easier to elevate the whole bed that way rather than putting blocks. Occasionally, I use the massage features of the bed as well.

I've been watching commercials on TV about beds and I've been wanting to upgrade the one I had. I had the regular pillow top bed but it was nine years old. So I shopped around and the Easy Rest bed fit me. I like the features of it better than some of the other ones that I've looked at. The gentleman that introduced it to me and showed me all about it was very informed. He did a nice job. That topped it off. He was also very courteous. He didn’t seem like he was a salesman to me. His demeanor was like having a friend sitting there talking to you. He was explaining it to us and that made it a whole lot easier for me to make up my mind if I wanted to do something or not.

I have the OPD and I’ve been having problems with my back and my doctor said that I needed a hospital bed that can be raised up. I got an Easy Rest bed and the delivery team did a good job. But I wasn’t happy with the whole thing after I got thinking about it. The sales representative seemed to be really nice, but he didn’t tell us all the interest charges and that there was a $10 fee I had to pay one-time. Also, the bed’s way too expensive and it's lower than what it was supposed to be. I should never have bought it.

After having four heart attacks, five back surgeries, a broken neck and a right shoulder replacement, I thought it would help me rest better to have an Easy Rest. Before I was only getting three to four hours of sleep a night. Now, I’m sleeping six to eight hours so I’m sleeping better with it. I've never had an Easy Rest bed and I used to have a Posturepedic before and it didn’t work pretty well so I had to find something new. I was going through all kinds of changes after my latest neck surgery. If I roll over on it, the pillow on the Easy Rest works for me and the vibration feature puts me to sleep. The only thing that's missing is a heater but other than that, it's working for me. The sales representative said he and his son each had one and they love it. Now I love it and getting used to it and it takes up less room because I didn’t have to put a headrest back there.

My husband has difficulty breathing at night. He's not diagnosed with sleep apnea but I think he has it. I would wake up periodically to check him. I also have trigeminal neuralgia and the nerve on the right side of my face is damaged. When I'm sleeping down in a lower, flatter position, my condition causes everything to rest on those nerves. But when I pull up in a more relaxed position, I notice that I don't have the problem as bad. Since we got our Easy Rest bed, we're both sleeping all night. We're enjoying the bed. I use the head up position and my husband uses the massage. He had meningitis in 2013 and he has a constant vibration in his head. The massage feature helps him to relax and he uses it until he goes to sleep. When he uses the massage, I can feel it on my bed so both of us don't have to use it.

I was going to get a Craftmatic bed but I saw an Easy Rest bed and I thought I'd try it. I decided to go with Easy Rest because of their price. Their staff was great too.

My wife and I have had back problems for a long time. And although we've gotten used to our comfortable king-sized bed and I wasn't ready to buy a bed at tax time, we were convinced by a nice gentleman that the bed would do wonders for our health. But he didn't pressure us into buying a bed. He also continued to work with the management people to tell them we needed to have the bed and if they can do better on the price.

We're getting older that sometimes we get stuck in bed. The Easy Rest is adjustable and I thought it would be good and it is. The sales rep was really good. She came out and explained everything. Also, if I had questions, she either answered them or got somebody who could. The delivery team did a good job too and everything was set up good. We like this new bed compared to our old plain bed of 18 years. I use a little bit of the adjustable stuff there, but not too much on the stuff where you want to maybe get up and down, lie on there and watch TV or read a book or change it up. Everything’s fine and we like it. I’d recommend the Easy Rest.

I’m fully disabled and I'm in the end stages of a lung disease. I was in a hospital bed that Medicare provided and it was horrible. That bed was the most uncomfortable thing I've ever been in my life. I've had it for under a year before they took it back. So I purchased an Easy Rest Bed and the sales rep was cheerful and very clear in his explanations. He seemed to have a hands-on full knowledge of what's going on with the bed and the system. He and his manager did all they could to get the price down low enough where I could take advantage of the savings they offered. For the delivery, it was very quick and efficient. They did everything they had to do. They took the old bed apart and they put the new one together and placed it where we wanted it to be. I got into it before they left and this guy showed me different features of it.

The Easy Rest salesman who came was supposed to announce who he was and bring brochures of all the different types but conveniently, he didn't have any. I was also thinking of going down to a Twin but he kept talking around and saying he didn't think a Twin would be good for a guy my size. He kept talking as if talk is much and kept jumping off the Twin-sized beds. He also didn't have any kind of price sheet and the only thing he really had was the iPad to show me a little film. He was also a little pushy. Like he was more concerned about his commission than what would be better for me.

I'm so uncomfortable with my Easy Rest bed and it bothers me. The old mattress that I had was so comfortable, but it is so hard to climb on. With Easy Rest, I thought I was going to have like one part for me and one for my husband but it's not. It's a whole complete thing. I thought it was going to be much better for me. But I like it because I could prop it up when I'm watching TV but when I want to go to bed at night, my husband doesn't want me to put it up because he doesn't want to stay in an angle.

I like how comfortable the Easy Rest is and the fact that I can adjust it the way I want it. I can actually sleep longer now and don’t move in my sleep. I have back problems and I can’t seem to stay flat on my back so elevating either my feet or head or both is really good for me. Also the vibration is good and helps me relax more. My old bed doesn’t compare with the Easy Rest. I just used to sleep on the old one but with the Easy Rest I can do more things like reading and doing my homework.

I needed a new bed because I just got out of the hospital. The Easy Rest sales rep was very nice, very professional, and considerate. I did not have anything to choose from so I told him what I wanted and he chose the mattress for me. However, I found a lot of what he said was not true. His answers were those that he thought I wanted to hear. When he was telling about the massager, I kept saying it vibrates but said it massages. It does not massage, it vibrates. It's like going to a hotel and putting a quarter in the bed. It just shakes the mattress. He also told me that both ends would come up so I could put the sheets on and then it would come back down. But it does not do that. I tried to put the front end and the back end up and all it did was rise like a magic trick. It never folded in the middle where I could do what I need to do.

I had a Craftmatic before, but it wore out. Then I got the Sleep Number bed and I had it for seven years before I got the Easy Rest. My bed is like sleeping in heaven. My upgraded new one is a lot better than the first one I had. I snore at night and I thought that if I raise my head, it would help so I got an Easy Rest bed. I also have bad knees and hips. I raise my head and use the vibration every night and they both help.

The Easy Rest salesman came to my house and he was nice and helpful so I just decided to try and bought the bed. I raise the head a little bit and I'm satisfied. Their delivery team was in a hurry though, and did not really show me how to use it very well. But if you wanna buy a bed, buy Easy Rest.
