Daniel from Easy Rest was nice as he could be. He brought me a jar candle and he was a 100% knowledgeable on the bed. The delivery team was also excellent. Once they got the bed together they had my husband and I lie down on the sides and demonstrated it to the fullest. My old bed and the Easy Rest bed are both comfortable but if I wanted my head elevated I had to get another pillow with our old bed. With Easy Rest I can grab the remote and raise my head or my feet. It also got the massage and I get a great night's rest.

I wanted something that was comfortable and had a good warranty. We got an Easy Rest bed and although we've only slept on it twice, it's a lot better than the bed we had previously. I rest a lot better than I normally do so that helps a lot. I like the bed better too especially its massage feature. It's been a fantastic experience.

I have back trouble and my daughter-in-law has an Easy Rest bed. I bought one in June but I don't use it as a bed. I have a sit-in recreation room where I watch television and exercise and that's where I spend most of my day. And that's where I wanted to put it. I had a couch in here but I didn't particularly enjoy it and I wanted something I could stretch out in and that part of the Easy Rest bed, I'm pleased with. I was also very pleased with the sales rep as well. He was wonderful and I liked the way he presented the product. I told him I can't pay $3000 for a bed and I meant that from the depths of my heart, but he kept after me until he sold the bed. But the way he did it was complimentary.

I'm just not happy with my Easy Rest bed. I have a little back trouble and I decided to buy an Easy Rest bed because I thought that it might just help my neck and my back. However, my neck hurts just as bad as it did when I had my other mattress. Also, I am not happy with the price. I asked their salesman the price when he was here and he told me that it was $4,000. It ended up being over $6,000 with interest and everything you have to pay. It’s just a full bed and the only thing different it does to mine is it vibrates and it raises up and I don't ever use those.

I had a very good experience with Easy Rest and they’d done a good job. Their price was the reason I bought a bed from them and I've had nothing but good things about their reps. Their delivery team was very professional and didn’t take a long time at all. Since I had the Easy Rest bed, I sleep a lot better. I have a seat-back and do a lot better with it as I sit up and sleep. However, my old bed, which I had for about five years, was four feet off the ground, and the reps suggested a lower setting for my Easy Rest. It felt good at first, but if I had to do it again, I’d do it a little bit higher. Still, I’ve recommended Easy Rest to a couple of people already.

I broke my back twice so I was looking for something that would give me some relief. The sales rep at Easy Rest was nice and the bed was delivered. Easy Rest is good except that it’s lumpy for me. I noticed that the top of the bed isn't as soft as it looks. In their ads, the bed looked like it has a cushion on it but when I got it, it doesn’t seem like it has it too much and it doesn’t feel like it either. Yet I like it very much and I get my head in one position and my feet in another then I turn on the massager which is good for my back. I would recommend it and my friends all have had to try it.

When I needed to replace my old mattress, I chose Easy Rest because of its adjustability. I prop it up and I can be comfortable while watching TV. But it's too expensive. There are several others on the market now that are going for a lot less money. Easy Rest's sales rep was very nice and very knowledgeable so I don't have any complaints. The delivery men were fine as well.

I have lupus and I have a few things wrong with me and the rep said that the Easy Rest bed's supposed to help me. I thought it was going to make me more comfortable. But I don't think it really does anything for me and I just spent my money. I've had it for about two months, and I let up the head and then let up the foot when I feel like I need it. But my Tempur-Pedic which I had previously was more comfortable without any adjustments at all. I would go with it before I go to the Easy Rest. Other than that, everybody was nice. The one that sold the Easy Rest to me and the two that came and installed it, I couldn't beat them. Also, they quoted me $6000, but I wound up paying $3400. But they're too expensive for what they are. I'm not that satisfied with Easy Rest. If I have the chance, I would give it back to them.

I've owned my Easy Rest bed for about a month now. The delivery team was great. I like the bed and everything in it but I can't sleep comfortably. It acts like it's harder than the mattress that we had before.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed and I mostly use the leg raise. I got poor circulation in my legs. I’ve had my old bed for about 10 years and it was not as comfortable as the Easy Rest. I'm diabetic and I have problems with my left leg swelling and I've had a stroke so I needed something that I could brace my leg with to get it elevated. Also, I've got nerve damage in my left arm and my shoulder on my right arm keeps popping out and I'm not supposed to sleep on my left or my right side. And when I sleep on my back, I can't breathe. With my Easy Rest bed, I can raise the head and be able to sleep on my back without any problem. I'm sleeping through the night now without having to get up four times to readjust myself. The Easy Rest sales rep was great and the delivery team was excellent. My stairways are hard to get up to. You go up the one flight of stairs and get a direct turn to get up the other one and they had no problem getting the bed up the stairs. They were very knowledgeable on how to do it. I love my experience and I'd recommend them.

I bought our Easy Rest Mother's Day 2005. It's very comfortable and I like it. My husband is diabetic and Easy Rest helps his feet up for his good circulation. It has a button and it got to the point where I've to get the help button part not the beauty of the bed. The vibration of this bed is also nice and whatever it does is very relaxing. Their sales rep was also very nice. He explained so well and that helped me. I'm very arduous and I have to see things and he put his videos and testimonies from people. I really liked the way he's selling. I wasn't home when they came to install the bed but they explained everything to my husband and he had a good experience. I highly recommend Easy Rest to my friends.

I have arthritis in my back and I got an Easy Rest bed last month. I use it flat the most. It helps me a lot with my shoulders and with my arthritis. Their sales representative was really nice. The delivery team set up everything and showed me how to use the bed and they were nice as well. I'm thankful for my Easy Rest bed because I wouldn't be resting like I do if I haven't had it.

I had a bed that lifts up in the back and front but the Easy Rest is more comfortable and it has a massage down the middle. The sales rep explained things well and explained what was going on. I also learned that the doctor can prescribe it and the insurance will cover some of the payment. The delivery team came in and put the bed up in the room. They even exchanged the bed I had in my wife's room so she could use it and installed the one they brought for me instead of making me get it over the other room. My Easy Rest bed is softer and moves better than the other one did. It's very nice and I sleep a little better on it, too. The other bed that I had was also so narrow and I would end up with my feet on the floor. And with my Easy Rest bed, it doesn't happen anymore.

I've enjoyed the Easy Rest bed since I've had it. I have problems every once in a while with reflux and when I have that, I raise the bed to sit against the headboard straight up and I use that feature the most. Also, the sales rep I bought the bed from was really friendly and a nice guy. Overall, it was a great experience.

I like the Easy Rest bed's feature where I can raise my head and that's why I got it. I also raise the foot up and use the reverberation thing. It's a relaxing and comfortable bed. And when I bought it, the sales rep I dealt with was very informative and really friendly.

The salesman sold me on an Easy Rest bed and showed me what it could do and gave a really good performance. To me, he did an A1 job and if it wasn't for him, I probably would have never gotten it. The delivery team was outstanding and they showed me how to use the features and how to set it where all I’ve got to do is push the button and it goes to where I wanted it. They were in here, tore the other bed down, put this new one up, picked up all the stuff, and they were gone. I like that the head and the foot can be raised up to put me in a cradle-like position. This feature helps me to watch TV better and rest my legs. The Easy Rest is 100% better than my previous mattress of 20 years and I don't know what took me so long to give it a try.

I have been in the hospital a few times and I've always been able to sleep in the hospital bed real good because I can adjust where I want it so I chose to get one of those from Easy Rest. My previous bed was expensive and was hard one side and soft on the other so I like the Easy Rest better. I just had a knee replaced and with it, I can raise my feet and head up, and sleep fairly good. I also use some of its other features and let it go off automatically. We live in a mobile home and our old bed was here when we moved in about 20 years ago. We had replaced just the mattress so the bed was pretty old and we had talked about getting an adjustable bed to replace it as well. My husband has a very bad back, so that was basically the reason for buying the Easy Rest, and this came up at the right time. The sales rep was great and he was really nice. I don't really have any complaints about my Easy Rest except for the pricing. I was still hesitant because I knew if I had just taken my time, searched and did my homework a little bit more, I could have found something closer to what I really wanted. But I rushed into it because the gentleman that came to the house really courted me and sold me on it. And since he left, I thought that this is not what I expected. There's nothing wrong with the bed, but sometimes I forget what it does and I'm just so used to just lay flat on it. I work so much overtime that the only time when I really get to enjoy it is during the weekends on my days off. When I am off, that's when I can just play with it and lift it up, do this, and do that. I have the queen mattress, however, it's not thick enough. Also, I don't want to use it too much because I don't know what the electricity bill is gonna be like because it's always plugged in. But other than that I'm satisfied.

Three months ago, I figured I'd try an Easy Rest and got one. Their sales rep was fine and delivery team was perfect. Before Easy Rest, I had a bed for under a year and it was a lot softer. But I’m used to the Easy Rest now and use the massage feature to shake the bed to relax me a little bit.

We went into my bedroom and I laid on my bed and she propped me up with pillows and stuff that I have at my house. She put the vibrator thing on my bed with all the pillows and it felt pretty good. The boys that came down here and set the bed up were also great. Since using the bed, my back isn’t hurting. I've also frequently used the part that raises my head up where I can breathe at night. I already have told other people about my bed and when I'm dead and my bed is still here, I would leave it to my daughter.

The Easy Rest salesman was great and very patient. He was there at my house for almost three hours, trying to get me down to the lowest price that I couldn't refuse. He gave me a good deal so I bought the bed. The delivery team was great as well. They got here when they said they were going to be and it didn't take them long to hook it up. Before the Easy Rest, I had a bed for eight years. The old bed is a little better and more comfortable. But I like Easy Rest’s vibration and the raising up and down features. It's $3000 if I pay it off but it will cost $4000 if I didn't. I looked at a magazine the other day, and the've got the same bed for 800 bucks. But I'm satisfied with the bed. I bought it so I'm living with it. It's a great bed to somebody that needs it.

I saw Easy Rest in a magazine and when I sent a little card, I got a response. My old bed’s nothing like it and I'm enjoying it because I can massage myself when I'm really tired and my bones are hurting. I also raise it up and watch TV. That's why I got it, my 92-year-old husband is disabled and he's got swollen feet and I wanted him to rest it and lift them up. But so far, I haven't had any luck. He doesn't like it and I can't understand why he doesn't. He doesn't even want to sleep in my bed. He went to bed with me, but then around 1:00 in the morning, he wanted to get up, so I got him out of the bed and put him back in the recliner. I wanted a bed that propped up my head more, so I could watch my DVDs and read at a more comfortable position. The Easy Rest rep was very courteous and he answered all the questions. I told them how much I could pay and they came down to it. They met my terms, and the delivery team seemed to be pretty efficient. I like that I can raise the head of the Easy Rest so I can read easier and watch the DVD screen. But I didn't find trying to prop my legs up in the Easy Rest worked very well. It was very uncomfortable for that, so I probably should have gone out and tried one somewhere because I've never been in that type of a bed. Also, I had a bed that I could have for 30 days and return it if I didn't like it. But I couldn't do that with the Easy Rest bed and it's not quite as comfortable as the other bed that I have that doesn't raise up.

I had a very good and nice experience with Easy Rest. My friend has an Easy Rest bed and I got their ad in the mail, so I got one too. The sales rep was very nice. He gave me a price for the bed and I told him I couldn't do that. But he got the price of the bed down to half of the original cost. Likewise, the delivery guys were very nice and wonderful. I mostly use the feature of raising the head part when I sleep at night, but I didn't get the vibrator feature because I didn't like it.

I have back problems so I decided to check Easy Rest. It was only their sales rep's second day on the job. It went to take four hours through everything because he kept getting put on hold for twenty minutes - he wasn't prepared. He didn't know how to do half the paperwork and I got a little upset. He took my credit card but then when they delivered the bed, they needed my credit card to run again. I wasn't pleased with the fact that he had already taken my credit card number. They then said that I now have two slips for $3,500 with my credit card number. That makes me nervous. The delivery team was awesome, though. They were very professional. We originally had the bed set really low because of my back problem and they were asking if I was sure with it that low. We love the bed and its foot lift feature. I definitely don't have as much problems now, and we are enjoying it.

I'm enjoying my Easy Rest. It rests better than my old bed and I sleep easy with it. The way I can adjust it led me to purchasing it. If my knee or ankles are swelled or hurting, I raise my head a little and my feet up a bit more so both ends of the bed are raised. That way, I can rest better at night. The reps were very nice and they answered all my questions and I couldn’t ask for anybody to be any nicer. The delivery people were very nice too when they came in. They got a good group working with them. If anybody doesn't have an Easy Rest, I would recommend them to get one because they’ll rest better.

After I spoke with an Easy Rest rep, I became interested in the bed. I had spoken with my son about it. And since I have been having problems with my back for some time now, I decided to buy one. I mostly use the head and foot raise feature. I also use the wave and massage every other night and it helps me a lot. Everybody that I dealt with from Easy Rest were nice. The gentlemen from the delivery team had it put up. They said that it would take them an hour to get it in and they were right. They also had the old stuff out and all that's left for me to do is sign. I've had it for a month now and I'm enjoying it. I rest better because I wasn't sleeping at night. Now I'm sleeping better and I'm satisfied. They told me to always call the company if I have any problems.

I have two different beds. I was sleeping on the big bed in the back bedroom and then I moved and slept on the small bed in the living room, so I was back and forth. Since using Easy Rest, I still have the big bed but I don’t sleep on it anymore. My sleep’s a whole lot better with the Easy Rest bed. I like its adjustable feature so I can raise the head. I have acid reflux and the said feature makes all the difference. I've also got arthritis in my back and I don't wake up with those backaches every morning anymore.

We got an Easy Rest bed after we’ve seen a demonstration and we now enjoy it. The rep was courteous, and though the delivery team got the bed here a little late, we also had a good experience with them. My wife had a couple of surgeries and she enjoys the bed and sleeps better on it. We mostly use it for elevating the legs and the back. Overall, our Easy Rest experience has been great.

The Easy Rest is not very comfortable and I'm not happy with it. I had bought a Craftmatic for my wife who passed away, and I still have it. I also have a regular queen-sized Tempur-Pedic bed. My Easy Rest is a king and the other mattresses are queens. The others are not big enough, but they're more comfortable. The Easy Rest sales rep was good, though he talked fast and I didn't understand a lot of the stuff he told me. When I ordered the king bed, I thought it was going to be a Tempur-Pedic mattress, but it wasn't. He said the Easy Rest was the top-selling bed that they have but it turned out to be too hard. I also bought hardware for the headboard and the braces that bolt on are real flimsy. But the delivery team was great. Overall Easy Rest should give more explanations about their mattresses.

I got a disability and it was time to get rid of our older bed. The Easy Rest guy came, helped move the old bed out and then installed the Easy Rest well. I'm still getting trying to get used to it because I'll raise the head and foot up for a while and then wake in the night and have to lower it. I need to move around. I'm in the process of trying to get the adjustments out. It’s working pretty good.

The Easy Rest bed has been wonderful to me. It got me where I can sleep at night and I hadn't had a good rest since so long until I started using it so it's worth it. It also got me out of some of my pains. I’m able to lift it up and put it down, too and I mostly enjoy that I'm able to sit on it if I want to sleep. Georgina, their sales rep, was great and their delivery team did exactly what they were supposed to do. But I did them a favor by removing my old bed before they got here. It's been a wonderful experience and now I'm just waiting on the pillow that I ordered from them. I called them the other day and they said they are taking care of it.

I purchased the Easy Rest bed for my aching body and since using it, I've been sleeping better. For the last couple of years, I've been having troubles with my right hip which needed to be replaced. If I sleep on that side, it's not too bad. If I sleep on the other, it hurts so much that there was no way I could get to sleep. But if I sleep on the Easy Rest bed and if I put my feet and head up a little bit and turn the massager on, I go to sleep reasonably quick. The delivery team was pretty quick as well. My house's floor plan is weird but they got it and were done without any problems. I also like the fact that the bed's made in America. Overall, I had a good experience with Easy Rest and I would recommend them.

The Easy Rest bed has a massage that helps me relax. I'm sleeping better, longer and I'm waking up more restful with the bed. The rep was very pleasant and knowledgeable too. It was a fantastic experience and Easy Rest is a good company. They worked with me 'till I got what I needed and they didn't try and give me what they wanted me to have. Anybody who needs a better bed, Easy Rest is a good thing to have.

I’m not having a good time with our Easy Rest bed. We've had it for about three months and it’s been bad since day one. Their rep was very positive about the bed and we believed him. When their team delivered our Easy Rest, they also said that it was the best bed they knew that existed. The guys were pretty fast, though. They put the bed up in no time and they helped me with the old mattress too.

Alan, the salesman, explained the differences between the Easy Rest bed and what I would buy in the furniture store here as well as the differences in the mattresses. At first, we thought he was a little pushy. But then we realized, there's a fine line between being pushy and being informed about what you're doing, and try to get across that point. At the very beginning, my wife thought there's no way we needed the massage function. But he told us why we needed it and we now use it every night. Everybody here treated that as something we can take off the bed so we can save $1000. When the bed was delivered and installed, the service went very quickly and the delivery team was very professional.

We have an Easy Rest already and we wanted an upgrade so we bought another one. It's a whole lot better than our previous bed. My wife is half crippled and it's easy on her. We use the raising feature but the massage part is my favorite because I have back problems and the bed relaxes it. Also, the Easy Rest bed doesn't move like the other one did so it's good and it's very comfortable. I enjoy it.

They went through everything on the delivery and they complimented me on the bed that I had. We had it for five years, but we could only climb in it and lay down flat. With Easy Rest, I can raise my head or feet up if I want to. And then I can do both at the same time. And I feel like a sandwich on the inside of a bed. Most of the time, we just lay flat and then we raise the head of the bed to watch TV while laying in bed. And then, sometimes, we use the vibration for half an hour. And we do it again two days later. It's nice to have it. You can use it when you want to, and it's better to have it than not have it.

Before purchasing the Easy Rest bed, our old mattress is probably 18 years old. I was impressed with their salesman but I've been looking and prolonging purchasing the bed for some time until the time was right. Their delivery guy was wonderful and strong. He did everything I asked him and handled everything with one arm. He didn’t have any sheets because they fell out of the back of his trailer. It took him a few weeks to get them to me but he got them taken care of.

I have restless leg syndrome and I have not been sleeping really well. I sent in a card to win a free bed, and then I had a visit from Easy Rest and I decided it's the right time to get one. Their sales representative was very pleasant and not pushy and the ones who delivered the bed were very nice young guys and I really like them. I love my Easy Rest bed. I like putting my legs up. When I take my nap in the afternoon, I lay on my back, put both my legs up, and I sleep like a baby. I also put the massage on, and since I'm already sleeping, I don't even feel it go off after half an hour. Also, when I sleep at night, I put my legs flat but have the head elevated. It is a wonderful bed. And, it's the best money I ever spent.

I want to have a lot of positions that make me comfortable when lying, so I went and bought an Easy Rest adjustable bed. Their rep did a good presentation. After installing the bed, the delivery team taught me about the monitor or remote control for the massage, and I’m happy about that. Since Easy Rest is an adjustable bed, I like it better than the one I had before, which was only in flat position. I like the bed's head up because it helps with my acid reflux. I'm also happy with its massage, as well as the adjustable thing it has. I'm comfortable with it and I'm happy overall.

Easy Rest's salesman came. He was very pushy and he talked me into it. They charged me $3,000 for the bed. I've started looking and the beds were much cheaper. You can even buy better ones for $2,000. They get after old people and they had made me thinking I was getting such a good deal. However, their delivery team was very nice. They were on time and they did a good job in making sure that they didn't hit any walls. I had a pillow top for five years and to me, it's a much better bed than what I got. Raising the back of the Easy Rest is the only feature I use the most. I wish I hadn't bought it.

To sleep, I want my head elevated and I should have my feet elevated. Then I saw the Easy Rest bed on TV and I decided that using that bed would be easier for me. I even fell off the bed. I couldn't get up, so I had to call people at three o'clock in the morning to come and pick me up. Nevertheless,I was very pleased with the entire experience with Easy Rest and hopefully, it will continue that way.

I thought that the Easy Rest bed was cheaper so I decided to buy one. But now I feel like it's too expensive because I had to pay at least $7,000. Their sales guy gave me a lot of things that I didn't like including a lot of head stop in the bed that I thought was a better offer, but it wasn't. While he answered all my questions, he was heating my brains up because I repeatedly told him I won't buy the bed but he insisted I buy it. I also told him that it was too expensive but he kept telling me that I'll be all right with the price and the bed.

I have back problems and I've got one of the Sleep Numbers but it didn't elevate like the Easy Rest that I recently bought. Their salesman was polite, professional and explained everything that's explainable about the Easy Rest bed. So far, everything's working all right and the bed is doing whatever the salesman said it would do. I can elevate it to where everything feels good then I sleep all night and I don't get up with a real sore back anymore.

I had an Easy Rest bed in Virginia and when we moved, I sold it to my neighbor. I'm now in Mississippi and I bought a new one to replace it. The sales rep was great and everything went good with her. Mostly, I use the head part of the bed that raises up and my wife has trouble with her legs so we raise the lower part every day. I let my wife mess with it and we’re very much satisfied with it. Our friends would buy the bed for different purposes.

The Easy Rest sales representative was great, very nice, and did a wonderful job. I couldn’t afford the bed but he kept talking until I decided I wanted it. He had done what he’s supposed to do and I bought the bed anyway. The delivery team did a good job setting up my bed and didn’t take long. But I wish I never bought my Easy Rest bed. It’s not worth what I paid for. It costs too much and it still hasn’t helped with my back problems. I got three pinched nerves in my back, as well as arthritis. I use the head feature the most and then I thought that adjusting the bed would help with the pain, but it doesn’t. Still, it has been better than my previous bed.

I was changing mattresses all the time but I like the Easy Rest better than the one that I had. The sales representative was really kind and sincere. He really takes pride in his business and I appreciate him wholeheartedly. The young man that I had there with me helped me a lot to decide and the delivery team showed me how to use the bed and they put it in 1, 2, and 3 settings.

Easy Rest is great. I purchased an Easy Rest bed for my health. I had an old bed for 10 years and the Easy Rest bed is a lot better. My health is also starting to get better. What I use the most is the portion where it lifts my legs, and it lifts my back because I have bad circulation in my legs. The sales representative was a really nice guy. He came and professionally tried to sell it. He answered a lot of my questions, and that was it. That's what sold it. The delivery guys were efficient. They were in and out of here about 10 minutes or so. I thought it would take longer. But the way they took the bed together, they've done it so much. I didn't think it will be that quick. I'm really comfortable and satisfied with the bed.

I couldn't get out of the house and a rep came and showed the Easy Rest to me. He was great. My back feels a lot better since I got the bed. Compared to my old bed, I don't fall out of bed anymore and I love how the vibration helps my back tremendously.

I was having trouble with bad leg cramps. I sleep with three pillows under my legs to relieve the pain. I also have some back problems. But we are not satisfied with the Easy Rest. It takes forever to lift the head or the foot or to do anything else. It's not what I thought it would be at all. We had our previous bed for 15 years, and my husband has never complained it was bad like he does now. The vibrator helps my legs a little bit, but every time I turn around, my back hurts. My husband can hardly get up and walk when he gets out of bed. We're also having trouble with the controls. Easy Rest has good people though. The sales rep was very nice to us and the delivery team was great.

I have a back problem. I have two broken discs in my lower back as well as a slight sclerosis on my spine. I’ve been in pain early this year and it got to the point where I was unable to walk. Then, when I started walking again, I was limping because every time I would step, the pain would shoot through my back incredibly. Because of that, I bought an Easy Rest bed in July. Their rep was extremely knowledgeable. I do sales myself and I really like his approach. He did his demonstration and and so did the delivery team, who was good as well. They got here and did the set-up fast and made sure they showed me how the remote worked before they left, plus they gave me a manual just in case I forgot something.

Prior to purchasing my Easy Rest, I’ve had my old bed for about three years. The only difference is that the Easy Rest goes up and down and vibrates while my other one did not do any of that. I thought that everything would be a lot better for me with an Easy Rest bed, but it wasn’t. The Easy Rest sales rep was a nice person, however, when he showed me how I can put the bed up in my head and my feet and then I can sleep, I didn't. The delivery team was all right and they brought the bed to me and set it up for me. I'm not very happy with the Easy Rest bed because I think it's too hard and it makes my back and shoulders ache. I also did not like the pillow which is too high for me. I thought about talking to the salesman and I just moved to my other bed.

The Easy Rest delivery team was nice but when they were taking our mattress and rail off of our bed, one of the boys hit my love seat and snagged it with the rail. I told them about it and the lead fellow took a picture of it but I have not heard anything about it. Eventually, there had been a hole in the arm of my love seat. I had my old bed for about six years, it had memory foam on top, and it felt good. Then I bought an Easy Rest and it also feels good but it’s a lot firmer than we’re used to. Still, it sleeps us good and I mostly use the adjustable head feature.

I love my East Rest experience. It was terrific all the way through. I had a double bed which was Craftmatic and now I got a twin bed from Easy Rest. I really like both of them very much but my Easy Rest is better. It’s a softer and a more comfortable bed. I have Edema on the ankles, and being able to lie there and sleep with the legs up, the Edema is all gone in the morning. Additionally, the sales rep was great and real fun. It was like we knew him forever. Also, my daughter was going to be using the old bed so the delivery team showed her how to use the bed. That was very good, too. The little gadget that makes my bed go up and down was quite different than the old one. But I learned that very fast.

Easy Rest looked good on TV, and I thought that we could really enjoy it. My feet swell, and they tell you to prop your feet up. So, I got the Easy Rest bed and thought that it would be a convenient way to relax my feet. But after a month, the little swelling came back so I don't think it's making any difference. it's also too much money for what it's worth than how I'm resting because if you don't get it in the right position, you're hanging out of the bed or you're falling out of it. Also, my sheets don't stay on it and it's too little. It's like we're sleeping on a twin bed. The mattress is too flat and thin. They're lightweight and I think one side of mine is starting to mash down already. If the bed is sinking in already, you know there's something wrong.

I have neuropathy of my feet and swelling, and raising my feet at night using the Easy Rest helps so my feet don't feel swollen in the morning. The sales rep was excellent, and she was a determining factor in that I felt a trust for her. The delivery guys were excellent too. However, my other bed as far as the softness or firmness was more comfortable. I have thought about changing the pad out to see if that would make the Easy Rest more comfortable. Sometimes it feels like I can feel the mechanics when I'm sleeping on it. It's not as plush as my old mattress was. But overall I was satisfied.

I have fibromyalgia, a lot of arthritis and I get up in the morning very restless. I purchased an Easy Rest bed and I'm very satisfied with it. The team did good but I didn’t like that they charged me for delivery which they never explained or mentioned. For an 84-year-old person, I was paying a lot plus taxes and they were charging me for delivery which I thought was free. And I didn’t realize it until they left. I already had my merchandise and I was reading my paperwork when I saw that they put it on my bill without telling me.

The Easy Rest sales and delivery teams were the best. One of the guys lived in Murfreesboro, which is not far from us. He gave me his number in case we needed any other help. He was really nice. I like the deal where you could flip the mattress and it has a soft side and a hard side. I also love that you can set the height of the legs and head, and it just stays there. It's a blessing in my life.

We had an Easy Rest bed for over a year and we liked it enough to get a second bed for our second home. Their sales rep had a very good presentation but we were already sold because of our previous experience. With the Easy Rest, I don't get up with soreness the way I used to. Also, I have problems with swelling in my legs so I like the fact that I can raise my leg with the bed.

We had another bed that we bought months before but it was killing us and it wasn't any good, so we got an Easy Rest and I’m very pleased with it. We have it for around three months now and I wish we ordered it a long time ago and hadn't bought the other bed. Ever since I got my Easy Rest bed, my back has gotten better. I can just lay there on my back and it does wonders. The sales rep Kent was great and answered all my questions. The guys who delivered it took my old one and they set it all up and showed me how to work it. I just love it.

My experience with Easy Rest was great. I married my wife and we decided to get an Easy Rest bed. It's different but it's comfortable. It's just something that you have to get used to. It's great and by the time I get ready to get really drowsy, I like to use the vibration because it gives a sense of relaxation. Their sales rep was exceptionally nice to me. He was a fine fellow and he didn't pressure me. I like both delivery reps but I believe I can't get any better person than the one big guy. He was very thorough and had everything going. I couldn't get him off his company deal. He didn't budge and sway to the sorry side. He was the one you wouldn't mind being around anytime. He talked like he belonged there and you weren't a stranger. The delivery was great and on schedule. However, I just paid too much money for it. I want a few tips from the man who sold it to me but everything is just lovely. As far as we've been treated, I guarantee it'd have to be top of the line.

My mattress is just about a year and a half old. I enjoy it because I can raise the bed up and I'm sleeping better. The ones who delivered my Easy Rest were great. My family really enjoys because since I gotten all this they sleep on the bed. Then my daughter said "if anything ever happens to my momma, that's my bed." I'd recommend Easy Rest, to somebody else.

We had a good salesman and we believed in him too much that we didn’t look at the competitive brands. He didn't cover the lack of features of the bed and we didn't question him enough. Our experience with our Easy Rest bed, so far, is pretty lousy as I don't get rest or enough sleep. I don't like it and I would never buy it again. I have called their customer service team and I'm waiting for them to send me an insert for one side that will stiffen it up a bit.

I had my old bed for 40 years. I hadn’t been sleeping well, so I went ahead and bought an Easy Rest bed. The demonstration one rep put on was excellent. I’m not quite adjusted to the mattress yet. But other than that, the Easy Rest seems to be working well.

We like the idea of the elevation of the head because we didn't have to put two pillows underneath so we bought an Easy Rest Bed. It has helped through with my wife's coughing problem considerably. Also, sometimes when I’m tired, I put on the massager. However, sometimes my shoulders and back ache but not a lot. All in all, I find Easy Rest very helpful.

I'm 91 and I have stenosis and you can't do much with stenosis except enjoy the pain. My Easy Rest helps my back and I'd say it's high. In old age and in being tall, you enjoy the heights of the bed. I explained to the person who came to take the order that I have a high old-fashioned bed. Well, I'm dissatisfied for not realizing that he didn't know a bed like this. I think I was the first bed he sold. He needs to be told about it and shown that the same bed could even be put within my frame and used the same way it's being used right now. But I don't know why that the bottom wouldn't have had support of its own. The two young men from Tampa came, immediately, they put it together and they started taking my poster bed apart. I saw it was not going to fit. It turns out that they dont even use a poster bed at all and so, it's loose against the wall with the back of it and the front of it in the other bedroom just sitting there taking up space.

I wanted an Easy Rest bed because I thought it would help my back but it has made it worse. My back’s been hurting ever since I got it. But their staff's really nice. The man who sold the bed to me said hey had one for a long time and it was a really good bed but I just can't get satisfied with it.

I'm very pleased and satisfied with Easy Rest. You can have it vibrate and adjust it in any way you want to. I like the feet part and use the headboard a lot. Their sales representatives and delivery team are excellent. And delivery team helped us a lot.

Purchasing an Easy Rest bed was one of the best decisions I’ve made. I finally have done something for myself and it’s great. My husband and I got our previous bed about 10 years before we moved down here in 2009. I wanted a bed that was more comfortable and also had a massage feature because I went in for a back surgery on the 7th of September. I’m pretty sure after I heal that massage is going to feel good. I’ve got nerve damage up on my neck and it already did help with that. The only problem is the massage goes all the way down and then it irritates my back. So, I have to wait until I have my surgery. The sales representatives and the delivery team were very helpful and worked so efficiently. It was awesome. We had a tight space but they did a really good job.

I've already had my therapeutic bed for 20 years so I bought an Easy Rest bed. The sales rep was fine. Then the delivery team came, took my old bed and put up the new one in about 15 minutes. They unzipped something, took out something like a pad and took off with it. It seemed to make the bed a little harder when they took the thing out and I wish I had it back in. I thought the bed would help with my aches and pains, but it hasn’t. Still, I use the lift up so I can bring the top part of the bed up to where I can watch TV or read.

I saw the ad for a free pillow when you purchase an Easy Rest bed and it was supposed to be one of those really good pillows. My daughter has medical problems and she needed the pillow. However, it didn't turned out that way but that's okay. We have wonderful beds. We bought a Double King and we split it. We placed one each in our own rooms and we both loved them very much. I use all of the bed's features. It's wonderful. Also, Easy Rest's sales rep was a very nice man. He was very good and he explained everything. We watched the video and it wasn't hard to sell to us. He tried to work on that plan for us to be able to afford it. It has been very difficult for us but it's something that we really need. The delivery team easily explained how to use the bed. It has been God-sent for my daughter. I'm very satisfied and so is my daughter.

We had a lot of medical problems and we thought the Easy Rest bed would help so we got one. The sales rep and delivery team were nice. The delivery guy was well-mannered and he stuck to what he came to do and went on his way. Elevating the head with the bed relieves my acid reflux and when I elevate the feet I don't have the hip pain that I once had. Easy Rest is a bit pricey but it's okay. I've had the best night's rest that I had in years since I've had the bed. I sleep all the way through the night and I'm not tired when I get up.

My other bed was very old and I knew the box-spring was giving out. A while back, Easy Rest sent me a “win a free bed” thing. I sent the card out but I didn’t get the free bed. Then I received another card in the mail so I called them and I was told of a sales guy coming to our area. When he got here, he explained all the features of their beds, the different models, and the costs. He was very informative and friendly. I needed something that will fit the budget and he said that he would try to do his best to work the prices down a bit for me. He also set my old bed up the way that the Easy Rest bed is, only we were using pillows, not the remote control. He said the bed will do the same thing and all I have to do is select a position, set it, and forget it.

The sales representative from Easy Rest was very good. He answered everything. The delivery team came out and it was great. I had no problems with them. They made sure I knew how to use the bed before they left. I use the massage feature the most.

Working with the Easy Rest sales reps was wonderful. They were nice and polite, and they seemed caring. The delivery went great as well, and it didn't take the team a long time. They did some tests on the bed and fixed some things, then it was ready to go. The Easy Rest is so much better than my old bed. It's more comfortable and the mattress stays on the bed instead of sliding off, which is wonderful. I also have my foot raised for my breathing and my foot problem and with the Easy Rest bed, I sleep better and feel better when I get up.

My wife and I have a problem with our legs and we have reflux. I've had different beds for a while but they’re regular flat beds, not ones that adjust. Those beds don't compare with the Easy Rest which can bring our heads up at night and put our feet up so that the blood will circulate through our legs properly. My wife also has high blood pressure and diabetes but since using Easy Rest bed, the pains in her legs are not as bad. The Easy Rest bed is fine but I didn’t receive my pillow that they promised me. The rep left me the owner’s manual but I didn’t see anything else.

I like the adjustment that I can make with the bed. The delivery guys brought in the bed quickly and easily. The people at Easy Rest were very nice and generous with everything that they did. I can sleep better and comfortably with the Easy Rest, and I don't have to roll all over the bed to get in a comfortable position.

I wanted to sleep better, so I got an Easy Rest bed. I had a very pleasant experience with the sales rep when I bought it. Since using my Easy Rest bed, I sleep well and raising the bed appeals to me. My experience with Easy Rest was very nice and I was very happy with them, and I'd rate them highly.

The man from Easy Rest wanted to come out and said we’d get a free big pillow if we let him so we thought we’d do it and see what he had. We decided to buy the Easy Rest bed but we should have gotten the king sized separated because it bothers my legs more than it does my husband’s when we raise it. My husband wants the leg part up and I want it down. Also, with the head raised up, it is harder to turn over. But at least we can raise the head and legs up a little on the Easy Rest. Our old bed was just flat.

My husband has back problems. The sales rep I dealt with was very nice, and the delivery guys were very helpful and it's easy talking to them. My husband's old bed is over 26 years and Easy Rest is more comfortable. His back now doesn't hurt him as bad as it did. It was a wonderful experience with Easy Rest.

Our son called Easy Rest directly and the reps were very nice and helpful. They showed us how to work the bed, and when it was delivered, the team also demonstrated it. I've had the bed for a couple of months now and it’s a lot better than my old one. We all are in our 80's and 70's and we like raising it up the way we want it to be raised. It’s a wonderful bed to rest on and I am enjoying it.

One of the main guys from Easy Rest that I spoke to was also a veteran. I'm a little bit older than he was. He was in the desert and I was in the jungle. It's a big difference but he was one of those people that I could explain something and he would understand. The other sales reps were also knowledgeable and understanding of my situation. Before they left, I already had an Easy Rest bed ordered. When it was delivered, the guys were great and they knew what they were doing. They were a little beat off on delivery time, but in this world, we don't know what's going to happen.

Easy Rest is much more comfortable and soothing to my muscles compared to my antique bed which is made of solid brass, beautiful but hard. The price of the Easy Rest was also a little high and people with a lot of money would agree with that but I would recommend it. Before, when I sleep and wake up my body hurts but now it is not happening that much. Also, my foot got swollen when I had twisted my ankle so I use the Easy Rest to raise my foot a lot. The vibrating function is nice, too, when I need to relax but it’s a double-edged sword because sometimes it makes me nervous. There is a noise in my ear when I lay down on the bed when it vibrates and I can't handle that. But when I’m reading, it’s great.

Purchasing the Easy Rest Bed was the biggest mistake I ever made. I was almost sliding under the bed and I cannot get used to it. I started sleeping on the couch. I can't take it. When the sales rep did it, he did it with pillows from around my house. He also had the vibrator on and it felt good. But, I wasn't sliding around. Now, I get into the bed higher than the head and put my pillows on and then turn that vibrator so it keeps me from falling and going right out on the floor.

I have an old age condition and I've been ill for quite some time. I saw the Easy Rest bed advertised and I thought I'd give it a try and see what it's like. My previous mattress was a very good one, and very new too, but I gave that to my daughter. Compared to that, the Easy Rest can be moved around. I can put the foot up, lay back low, and sit up high. I haven't been feeling well and the bed is very comfortable for me. I'm very happy with it. When it was delivered, the guys who came out were very nice fellows. They were very good and patient with me. I was standing there while they were hooking up the bed and everything went well. I thank them very much. Anybody who can afford the Easy Rest bed should go on and buy it because money’s no good if we don’t use it.

I have degenerative joint disease in my lower back and Easy Rest helps me sleep better when it hurts. I’ve also been using it as I got sleep apnea and had a stroke. I’m still trying to pay the bill on the bed. Their employees were very good but they have to work with me on paying it since I had my stroke and can’t work anymore.

Easy Rest's sales rep came to my house and he was a nice guy. He explained to me what the bed was going to do and didn’t try to force it on me. It saved me a trip to the store so I told him to sign me up. The delivery team showed up a few days later and dealing with them was straightforward. They brought the bottom part in, stuck the mattress on top of it and they’re all done. It was a no-brainer and they didn't have to assemble or anything. It was a hassle-free experience and the bed is comfortable, but the mattress that I had before was way overdue to be changed so anything would be better. When the other bed was new, I liked it a whole lot and that's why I bought it back then. And the only thing that's different about this one now is it’s adjustable so that makes it better.

Easy Rest ran an advertisement for a possibility of a free bed. We applied for that, and then a representative came out, met with us and talked to us. The Easy Rest bed is a comfortable bed. I have lower back problems and ever since I got one, I feel better when I get up. It seemed to have taken care of that problem. I use the adjustable angle the most because it's a comfortable position for reading and watching TV before I call it a night. I push the button and it lays down flat and takes care of it for the night. My old mattress is a pile of junk compared to what I’ve got now. Furthermore, their sales rep was very polite and knowledgeable, and their delivery team was great. They came in, did their job and left. One of them got me in there and showed me how the bed works, and all of the controls and everything. So, they were nice.

I wanted a smaller bed where I could adjust the top part to watch television and I also like massages so I purchased an Easy Rest bed. Their sales representatives have all been great. The man who showed me the bed and the one who installed it were very nice. Everybody’s been good. I’ve been having so many different beds lately and I could sleep in any of them as long as they're comfortable. The only disadvantage is that my other bed has a smaller mattress so all of my sheets don’t fit properly. But that’s all right and I got to get rid of the ones I had and get some new sheets. I mostly use the head elevation feature and sometimes I raise my feet a little to keep me from sliding down. Overall, everything’s great and I’m very well satisfied with the Easy Rest bed.

The presentation that the Easy Rest rep gave about all the different things it could do helped me decide on purchasing one. He did a very good job in selling his product and he was personable. I’ve had my previous bed for 18 months and Easy Rest is so much better. I usually have a lot of swelling in my legs and now that seems to be gone with raising the foot up at night. Also, I have COPD. Raising the head helps too, but my favorite feature would be the feet being raised up and vibrating right before I go to sleep. Overall, it’s been a good experience and we’ve told others about it.

I'm handicapped and that’s mainly what I got the Easy Rest bed for. The delivery team was wonderful, nice and I appreciated them. They helped me with everything I asked and talked to me about the bed. I can raise my feet up and then my head up and adjust myself to it. I can elevate the bed, which helps me a lot when getting up and down. It's lower for me to get in and out of the bed and that’s what I wanted the bed for, so I've been doing well. However, it is not what I thought it should be and my other bed had a better mattress. The Easy Rest bed is nice and I like it, but it could come with a bit better foam. The mattress is a little bit soft and it's all right for a lighter person, but I'm 220 pounds and I have a back problem too. There should be a better mattress for a heavier person like me. All in all, I'm satisfied with everything else and I'm happy with the bed.

The mattress on my other bed, which I had for years, was really hard and the Easy Rest is just right. I was having trouble sleeping, so I bought an Easy Rest bed and the installers were really efficient. I like the bed and I often raise the head. And I sometimes have trouble with my legs so I raise the leg part. The bed is comfortable and I sleep better and longer with it. If anybody's having trouble sleeping or have back or leg trouble, they need to get an Easy Rest.

My previous bed was a regular queen and I had it for four years. Then I was looking for a single bed with properties on it. The Easy Rest came in a single size, it elevated and had the massage so I purchased one. Also, normally, I sleep with a pillow under my feet but with the Easy Rest, I don’t have to. I could use a cold pad on it, too. I like it but when it was delivered, the delivery team couldn’t figure out how to get the bed that was in my bedroom into my daughter’s bedroom. I looked at it and told my daughter she had to move things out of her bedroom so that the door can get opened and we eventually got it in once she did that. I'm enjoying the bed and I would recommend it to a friend. I fell out of it a couple of times getting in, but now I know how to do it. I got to be careful how I get in it once I’ve got the head and the foot up.

The Easy Rest bed is comfortable and I sleep better with it. It helps me feel better in the morning when I get up and I'm not as sore as I used to be. I like all its features. I'm used to a king-sized bed and I thought I was getting a bed where one side can be laid down and the other side is up, but I'm satisfied with the bed I got. Also, the lady who I bought it from told me all about the bed. She was very nice along with the gentlemen who put it up. And, I was given a good price on the bed.

I’m a 100% disabled veteran who can’t see properly and can’t sleep at night. I have post-traumatic stress disorder and a compression fracture on my lower back. The little bed I had for about 8 years was too soggy for my back but the Easy Rest is comfortable and helps me sleep better. The kids upstairs are like elephants and rhinoceros coming down the steps though and they distract me from getting sleep.

My husband and I have physical problems and we thought that maybe if we are able to raise our bed, things would be good. We’ve had our old bed for 10 years but I prefer my Easy Rest because it adjusts and vibrates. It could be a little softer but it’s a better bed and it’s easier to make. I can push them both up, put the sheet over, straighten it out and put it on by itself. I had a pleasant experience with the sales reps and the delivery team was helpful and knowledgeable. The bed is comfortable and it’s got good features. But with our income, I wish we hadn’t had to pay so much. My husband said the quality isn’t worth the price and I agree with that.

I have a bad deteriorating back disc so I bought an Easy Rest bed. I'm having a grand old time with it. The vibrator helps and instead of lying flat all the time, I can adjust it. It’s a lot better than my previous bed which I’ve had for 14 years. There’s a big difference. Mostly, I use the head and legs elevation. It was nice meeting with the sales rep plus, he brought me some cookies. The delivery person was the best little man I ever met. Right now, everything is solid and I have no issues.

Some lady came over and talked me into buying an Easy Rest and how I’d feel about it. I couldn’t afford it, but I said I’m going to do one thing for myself ‘cause I could’ve gotten something cheaper. She was such a great salesperson. She hooked me in and she can get on in and see what’s going on. The old mattress on the bed that I had was still good and I didn’t want to get rid of it, so I had that put in my grandson’s room and delivery guys didn't have to do it. They were wonderful and very, very nice. My old bed was quite comfortable, but I can’t turn the stuff on and I like the Easy Rest because it’s so firm, pretty and level. When I lie in it and get out of it, it’s still okay. Also, all of my granddaughters want to sleep with me when they come. They all can’t sleep with me ‘cause I have to make my bed adjusted the way I want it to be, but they still get in bed.

I have degenerative disc disease and am having a lot of back problems. I've had the Easy Rest for a month and a half. The salesperson was also really good with me and he explained everything. He also showed me the little clip on the bed itself and how it operated. The delivery team was also great. They set it up and took care of the other bed for me. Compared to the hospital bed I had before, the Easy Rest is nice and roomy. I'm the one that falls a lot when I'm asleep. I got a little dog and she likes to sleep with me in old little hospital bed but there's not much of a room. We have more room with the Easy Rest and I wake up in the morning and my dog would be right at the side. Also, my back keeps on hurting because of what it is but I'm comfortable on the Easy Rest. I can't wait to use it. Sometimes even during the day I lie down and take a nap on it. It feels so good. I sleep good on it and I like the vibrator feature. I use that all the time.

The Easy Rest bed was easy to buy and the salesman told us a lot about it. We've been needing a bed like it for quite a while and we've seen it on Facebook. The delivery team was wonderful and they came expected and moved forward through. We really like the bed and we use the raising of the head the most because my husband doesn't snore and he breathes better. I also don't get a gall in my mouth. I've recommended Easy Rest to several of our friends.

I had a bed that I was very happy with but it wasn't an adjustable bed. It was at least 17 years old but it still slept well. But Easy Rest had a good sales lady named Dodson and she did a good job of selling me on it. I wanted one but I'm on a fixed income and I couldn't afford the price we started at but she kept on dropping the price down to where I can afford it. She was going to find a way to get me pitch and I had made my mind that I can afford it. She knew everything about it. She's a very precious woman and they are very fortunate to have someone like her to sail for them. I also kept her here quite a while and she stayed with me and tried to care about every question I had. I also rode like her, she was a great person and a Christian, and I like that. So it was a very enjoyable experience for me.

A salesman from Easy Rest came to the door and I waited for them to speak what they had to say. I found several other beds a whole lot cheaper that do the same thing but we’re okay with Easy Rest. So far, we like the bed. I use the feature with the raising my head up to watch TV at night. It is just when I stop and look at the four years of paying $174 a month that I realize it’s more expensive than all the furniture in the house together. That’s got to be a whole lot of money by the time we get it paid for. Overall, I would recommend it to people because we like the bed. We just don’t like the long-term payment.

I had thought about seeing an Easy Rest sales rep before and then my husband got ill and he had to have a hospital bed that we set up in the living room. I had an old bed for two years and I’m having back problems and some breathing problems too so I purchased an Easy Rest. I raise my head and feet so I can get my back in that kind like a cradle. The sales representative was good in explaining. He even brought pillows in and tried to replicate how the bed was.

I have a swelling in my ankles and it bothered me as much as anything, so I bought a bed from Easy Rest. Their sales reps were good, helpful, and they answered any questions I asked and explained things to me. The delivery team was good too. The worst thing about the bed though is that it is a little rough for me making up by myself in the morning, but I've practiced two or three tricks and I'm getting a little better with it. My old bed was fairly comfortable in the flat position, but with the Easy Rest, I adjust where I want it so I get better results and it's a lot more comfortable. I raise the foot up about twice as much as I raise the head up.

My old bed of 16 years didn't recline up and down. I got an Easy Rest bed because I have back problems. I use the recliner and vibrator. I've had a nice experience with the sales rep and the delivery team did what they had to do and didn't have much to say. But they put the bed close to the dresser and I can't get into it. I need somebody to come and look because the guy was not able to do it.

I have breathing problems, so the ability to be able to let the bed up and down and to elevate our legs in the evening is one of the main reasons I chose the Easy Rest bed. Since I’ve been sleeping on the Easy Rest bed, my breathing problem is not as bad but it’s very hard and not comfortable. The delivery team was great but the sales guy told me that it would be the best night sleep that I ever had. When the bed got here, it was not the one in the picture that he showed us and what we were supposed to get. It was a foam mattress on top of another mattress that evidently looks very comfortable in his picture. That's what we thought we were getting but we didn't. We got two twin beds that were pushed together that are hard as a rock.

I had been sleeping on the couch after my husband died and I was getting stiff and sore. A friend of mine had one of the Easy Rest beds and she told me how comfortable it was. She said she could raise her feet or head, or make it vibrate or put the heat on. I told her I’ll try it. So the sales person came to the door and we talked and got along quite well. He showed me the different features of the bed on his computer and felt that it would be best because of the slight arthritis I had.

I was having a lot of pain in my back and in my neck where the spine and the shoulder meet. If I'd straighten my neck up which was normal, I'd get pain. This affected my posture because I would tend to bend over. I went to the doctor and took an MRI because I thought the vibrations would make my sleep a little better. I’ll have another MRI tomorrow and then start taking therapy on Tuesday to hopefully get better. It’s been about six weeks since I got the Easy Rest bed and it’s been helping me physically because I can lay at night with my head and neck straight.

The sales reps were nice people and they didn't push it, they just showed it. Also, to a certain extent, they did explain all the features and options to us. And we ended getting it after one of the big wigs got his nose in it and decided that we needed it so I cut a whole bunch of money off of it and promised us heaters, and gave us a good price on it. He was also very likable when talking to. Their delivery team was very nice, cleaned the mess up, did a very good job and explained everything. We have to call back and get the heaters for the bed because they didn't come with it. And it's one of the things that the gentleman on the phone promised us. It was fairly rapid and we got them in two or three weeks.

The Easy Rest sales representative was really nice and very knowledgeable. He came in, talked to me and gave me a demonstration, and then we got on the phone to talk to a supervisor, and he gave me a good deal. I enjoyed talking with the fellows who delivered the bed. They worked hard. They took my old bed down and put it where I wanted it. And then they set the new bed up to where I wanted it. I sleep better with my Easy Rest bed. I purchased it since I felt like it was true-to-life when it was said it would help me sleep. And being that it’s adjustable, it would fit the contour of my body. I use the head lift-up feature the most. I have sleep apnea and raising my head and my chest up a bit helps me breathe easier. Overall, it is really great and I enjoy it.

Easy Rest was something I always wanted and I told their salesman I’m going to wait another year, but he was such a good talker and talked me into it. He put me on my bed, put the pillows up and let me know what was going on. Also, the delivery people came in, played with my cats and put everything up. They were great. I often use the seat and feet up and every once in a while, I use the massage feature which my cats don’t like so they hop off the bed. All in all, my experience with Easy Rest has been outstanding.

The salesman at Easy Rest was very professional, knowledgeable and he convinced me that for my age, I need something that is comfortable. Also, their delivery team was great. The bed has the foot massage and I could lift my foot and head up. But I use the elevation for the head a lot because sometimes, I like to watch a little TV. At my age, I should have the best and I recommend Easy Rest.

I have been sick for a while and have been falling down. I've been getting a ton of phone calls, people wanting me to buy their beds. The Easy Rest salesman was a very nice gentleman. He answered all our questions and explained the bed very well to where it made me want it. I didn't know anything about these kinds of beds before but I enjoyed what I heard, and decided to get one. The delivery crew gave me the stuff we needed and set the bed up really nice. I was hoping that it would help my head and it did. I hit my head really bad last September and by raising my head, it feels better. I raise my feet too, but raising my head helps me the most. Plus, my neck and legs don't hurt and that's a biggie.

My back has been hurting me and the Easy Rest bed helps me with the pain I'm getting now both in my back and feet. Everything is starting to work better and better. I just have to keep getting more used to the bed. I keep changing positions but I swear to God I love that thing. I love going into my room. I put my head up, put my feet down turn, the vibrator on, and watch the TV. It's better than best and it's very comfortable. My cat loves it especially when I turn the vibrator on. I told a couple of people that they should try the bed. I told a good friend of mine about it and she fell in love with mine. Also, my brother and sister were supposed to get one.

The sales rep was great, explained everything to us well and made the decision to buy the Easy Rest bed easy. The delivery team was also great. The Easy Rest bed is much better and since we've gotten it, I'm well rested and my wife doesn't snore as much. I had an app on my phone that checks my sleep and it's been a lot better. I often use the lift feature where I could lift up the back of the feet to get a more comfortable position. We usually watch TV before we go to sleep and it makes it a little easier to enjoy that before we doze off. Buying the bed was a very good decision. Easy Rest has been good about followup and making sure we're happy with the bed.

I was pleased with the lifetime warranty on the motors of the Easy Rest bed so I decided to go with them. The rep was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and went to work for me to get the price to where I needed it to be. I'm also a pretty easygoing person, so I had the delivery team laughing and chatting up with me most of the morning. They also moved the bed where I needed it to go because we kept the old bed and gave it to one of my grandkids. I feel like I don’t have to worry about anything with Easy Rest and if I have any problems, I could call in and I wouldn't have to fight about something.

I wouldn't have paid so much money to get an Easy Rest but the sales representative had been real nice and kind so I didn't cancel my order. It was also nice when the delivery guys brought the bed except they had knocked down my post. I had my regular bed for two years and compared to that the Easy Rest bed is not as tall and I don't have as much problem getting on it. I also used to have attacks of bronchitis. I was not breathing well and it was hard to get up but I haven't had a bad attack of bronchitis lately since Easy Rest. And now I can prop myself a little because I'd be reading in my bed a lot. The experience has been fine so far and I have already recommended it.

When the Easy Rest salesperson came here, he told me that Easy Rest would be a lot better for my neck and my arthritis. But I hate the bed and I ended up giving it to my son. It cost $5000 and I gave it away. I really regret getting rid of the king-sized bed that I had for 13 years. The salesperson should've told me that I should at least have a queen because the bed felt so small. For people over 5'6", they should not recommend the short bed. It was a double-sized bed and it was so small, the dog couldn’t even fit in it. I couldn’t have grandkids sleep with me either. I felt like I was in a cut sized bed. It was very uncomfortable and my back was out every morning I had that bed so it was a nightmare.

I bought Easy Rest for my insomnia and it's 100% better than my old bed. Raising the head is my favorite feature. I had a very good experience dealing with their representative who was overly friendly so it was too sugary, but he was a great salesperson. Then I also had a fine experience with their delivery team. The whole experience has been a comfort.

I am disappointed with my Easy Rest bed. I thought it would help my legs, feet and back, but I haven't noticed any difference. The massage doesn't even get to my feet. The rep put a wedge and then a massager under my shoulders, and wedged at feet, like my feet were up, and a massager under that. It felt really good. It massaged my feet and it felt good but my bed doesn't do that. But the delivery team was wonderful and pleasant. They installed the bed and asked if the height was right. They also informed me about everything and showed me how the remote works. They told me to call if I needed anything. But once I sign the contract, I'm held responsible for the deal.

I was sleeping on air mattresses for about six years and I’ve always wanted a comfortable bed. I never owned a real proper bed and Easy Rest was a good deal. I have back problems and aching joints and I hope Easy Rest may be able to help me get a better rest for sleeping. The rep was easy to talk to, informative and helpful. The delivery team was excellent. They were willing to do anything I asked them to do and they were very courteous and cordial. They showed me how to operate it and have the leg up and down. They showed me where to plug it up at and they didn’t want to put those things on the floor because they scour the floor. They got really detailed about it.

The Easy Rest bed is wonderful and I got it for my husband because he has a bad back. I like the fact that their salesman came to the house and presented the bed to me. I didn’t have to go shopping and look around. He's a talker and he was able to explain everything to me. The delivery team was good too but they didn’t put the little rollers on the bar so I can roll the bed around. My husband is more comfortable now with the Easy Rest bed and he sleeps in it all the time. He likes the heat and I like the light underneath of the bed at night. We’re very happy and I’d recommend Easy Rest to anybody.

I felt comfortable with the Easy Rest representative who made the presentation. He had purchased one for his mother and he said he wanted one but he couldn’t afford both of them at the time. He's a nice young man and very professional and pleasant to be around which is very rare these days. I purchased the bed which was costly but very well worth it. Then the delivery team kind of flew and I thought they got lost. But that’s easy to do when there are five streets that practically had the same name. They were on time and they didn’t tarry. They knew their business and they did it well. I had a laying question for them and they answered the it and got their jobs done. I offered them something to drink and they drank some water while they were here. I told them something about me being an old lady and they found that hilarious. We laughed and had a good time.

We were looking for a bed and the Easy Rest salesman was good. He was a very nice guy and the delivery team was as good as any other. The Easy Rest bed is better than the ones we had previously and we've enjoyed it.

I've always wanted a bed like the Easy Rest and I was thinking about buying a new mattress when the sales rep came knocking on my door and finally talked me into it. He was a nice and funny guy who knew his stuff. The delivery team was a little late because something happened so they came early in the morning the next day. They got the bed in, set it up, explained all the things on the pad for me and they were out. Although I'm supposed to get a free pillow when I sent in the postcard I was given, I haven't got it yet. It's supposed to arrive in six to eight weeks and it's been that long already. I love my bed and it's easier to get into compared to the old one.

After everything was said about the Easy Rest bed, regarding the adjustment of the feet and the head, and the comfort, I decided to get an Easy Rest bed. I also got the payments down to where I could actually afford it. The representative was outstanding. She knows what to do and the answers to all the questions we had. She also demonstrated it prior to us getting the bed. However, I was concerned I had to be there for the delivery to sign for everything, but that was financing, and the delivery team did a great job.

I’m 80 years old and my legs and feet swell up. I wanted a bed where I can elevate my feet and I bought the Easy Rest for that. In fact, they’re swollen right now and it’s tight as a drum. But I don’t ever bed them every night, just sometimes. The sales rep was nice and I had the bed delivered at home. Since I live by myself, I had to get help in getting everything cleaned out so I could have the bed put up when it was delivered. Once I got everything together, it was no problem. The delivery team took the top mattress and I gave the box spring to another lady. I’m short but the bed is high and sometimes I have to struggle to get in. But once I do, I enjoy it, I get comfortable, I'm okay and I can't get out of it easy. So far, I’m very satisfied with my bed and I would recommend it to anyone that needs an adjustable bed because it’s a good sleeping bed.

I bought an Easy Rest bed partly because of the pricing and then the features. The sales rep was great and thorough. She took the time to tell us all the features and demonstrate them. The delivery guy was very efficient. I was surprised how well he did being by himself. However, I feel as bad if not worse than I did on our old, inexpensive bed and I'm not happy about it. I have bad back problems and I cannot sleep with the head and foot elevated the way they showed that would relieve some of the stress off my back. It doesn’t work. We have no way of choosing the comfort level of the mattress itself on the top part and it’s too hard. We have the king-size which is two twin mattresses and someone told me that I can flip those mattresses over and each side has a little bit different feel to it.

I had an operation and bought the Easy Rest for my back. My old bed was comfortable but it wasn't able to rise and fall. With my Easy Rest, I use the head to sit up. It's comfortable that it's almost like sitting in a chair. The sales representative was very nice. He had everybody talk me into getting it the bed because I wasn't going to buy it. It was too expensive for me at the time. I'm on a budget because I'm retired. They negotiated the price and it took a long time but I decided to get it. It's nice and it's worth it. The delivery team was nice and very good. I gave them something to drink and a tip when they finished. I would recommend the bed to a friend. I hope it doesn't get lumpy after a while because some mattresses do. But so far, so good.

I must have been having a bad day when I purchased an Easy Rest bed. It was an absolutely terrible investment. We tried to sleep on it for nearly two weeks and it was just terrible. The mechanical functions seemed to be okay, but the rest is uncomfortable and just a phony piece of crap. We put it out of the bedroom and into a spare room. We’re going to give it away to somebody who don’t know nothing.

My wife's having trouble with her back when it's not fit and with Easy Rest, being able to raise her up a bit would be easier for her. The sales reps and the install team were all very good. We were impressed with the man that came out and presented it to us. The reps were friendly, courteous and listened to my corny jokes. We enjoyed having them there. The delivery team that carried the bed in were exactly right on time and they were very cooperative. I'd already moved the old bed out and had vacuumed the place where the bed was so we were all ready for them. They don't find that often where the customer does the cleaning and preparation.

My husband wanted one of those adjustable beds and we thought the Easy Rest sounded good though we didn't really lay on one. The sales representative was great, very personable and showed us all these good reviews on the bed. The delivery guys were also very polite and friendly. They came in, put the bed up, and were good. But my husband and I don't like our Easy Rest bed. It's firm enough but it is uncomfortable and I would not recommend it to somebody else. It's not helping me and I don’t sleep in on it. Plus, whenever I put the head and the feet up, it doesn't have that arch in the middle like with a hospital bed. But we’re going to have to learn to love the Easy Rest bed because we got it and we spent big bucks for it.

My husband got me the Easy Rest and I love it. The salesperson we spoke with was wonderful and she wasn’t pushy. In fact, we decided that it was too much money but she said, "You need it Betty, you need it." And she just hung around until finally I said I needed it and my husband agreed to buy the bed. The delivery guy was really nice too. He was very helpful and explained everything. It's a wonderful experience. I love having my feet up at night because they swell and I noticed that it makes a big difference if I remember to put my feet up. I also got the beautiful pillow. I don't use it all the time but it's real nice too. I love to go to bed now. I don't know how I get along all these years without it.

I filled out the coupons for an Easy Rest bed and I thought it was free but it wasn’t. Then their rep came by and sold me on the idea. He was very convincing, knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I was in my old bed and he put all these pillows around my back and under my leg. Then he put a machine, a pole and the massage. He showed me what the bed would feel like and what it would do for my back and my legs. The delivery team was very professional as well. They took my old bed out, set up the new one, and showed me how to work it and what the buttons on the remote are for. I love the Easy Rest bed. I have arthritis and it bothers me a lot. So it's great when I raise up in the front and the foot elevation. I love the massage feature too because sometimes my back aches so bad, I couldn’t stand. So far, the Easy Rest bed is doing what they said it would do but my arthritis is not going to go away in a month. It's going to take time.

The Easy Rest is a very nice bed. It could be longer, though, but it’s all right. I use all sides of it and sometimes the middle. The Easy Rest people were comfortable to work with. The rep that sold me the bed was a very nice guy. The delivery was excellent and the delivery guys behaved beautifully and answered every question that I had. I sleep a whole lot better since using my East Rest bed and I would recommend it to a friend.

I’ve been sleeping in a lift chair and a recliner. I've also had regular beds, a king and a queen size, but I couldn’t sleep on either one of them. They were in a small room, and I felt like I was smothering. I had the bed put here where I live in my den. Easy Rest was sending out some tickets then to sign up and send in to win a bed. I’ve been doing that a long time so they got my name and they called me to see if they could come out and talk with me. The sales rep was so sweet and very nice. She wasn’t just trying to sell me something. She was trying to help me. So, I decided to get the Easy Rest bed and the guys who came out and hooked it up were nice too.

The Easy Rest bed helps my back once in a while. When I come home from work, I lay on it for my back and let it vibrate. I also like the way the bed raises up and vibrates. When we bought it, the sales representative did a good job demonstrating the bed. The delivery team was wonderful as well. They came in, took the old bed out and put the new one up. They're very cooperative. Before they left, they told me everything and showed me how the bed works. The Easy Rest bed is very relaxing and I'd recommend it for other people.

The Easy Rest bed wasn't good for me and I hate it. I thought it would help my back but when I get into it, I’d be aching more than I get up. I raise the head and feet but that doesn’t help my back. It also doesn’t vibrate fast. Their sales representative was very good and I gave him respect for that. The delivery team came and set everything they got. However, I thought I would be getting a headboard. I spent almost $7000 on the bed but I didn’t get a headboard.

I’ve had health issues in the past so I was sleeping in a hospital bed for about a year and a half. Someone from Easy Rest called to ask if I wanted to talk about purchasing one of their beds and I’m glad I did. Their bed is shaped in the same way as a hospital bed but the mattress is softer so there’s a difference. I use the bed every day for reclining and lifting up my head and feet so it helps with the circulations in the leg. I also have a heater on that and I’m really enjoying my bed now.

My Easy Rest bed is the best thing that I bought. It's the most comfortable thing I've ever had. I have a bad lower back, and I like where I could adjust it where the mattress fits right in where the most pain is. The first day that I got out of the Easy Rest bed, it was the first time in four years that I had no pain in my back. When I got out of bed before I had Easy Rest, I had to grab a hold of the door and pull myself out of bed because my back and feet hurt so bad. With Easy Rest, I had hardly no pain at all in my feet or in my back. Before, I tossed and turned a lot because my bed was kind of worn out and I can't find that comfortable spot. This time, I'm sleeping straight out. It's awesome.

The sales rep was very good at communicating to me about everything and it was a good experience. The delivery team was very professional and they helped me. I had things under the bed and I'm disabled so I couldn't reach them until the old bed was gone. They took away the old bed all the way out and gave me time to move things. So they were very patient with me. I got an Easy Rest bed because of my back and legs. Now, I can get around a little bit better. My feet were dark because of the blood that stayed down there instead of coming up my body, but now with my ability to have my feet up, I noticed that the circulation in my legs improved. I would recommend Easy Rest to anybody.

I had a surgery back in December of last year. I had my right knee replaced and then in February, I had my left knee replaced too. During my rehabilitation, I needed an Easy Rest bed to maneuver myself around and elevate my legs so I could put ice on my knees. I got a single wide bed and then after I'm still doing home rehab, but I decided to get a large one for me and my wife. Now that I've got two of them, I find the pillow top very comfortable. The bed does everything we want it to. We love it.

I love my experience with Easy Rest. Everybody was most kind and very helpful and explained everything to me. I like the way the bed adjusts and the settings and everything on it. The sales rep was very persistent but very nice and he told me how to use the bed. I have spinal cord problems and it's mostly why I bought an Easy Rest bed. The delivery team was nice as well and the other guy showed me how to use the bed when he came but I knew about it. I wanted a firm bed because the one I had for years was really firm and the guys that moved it said that they had never seen a mattress that heavy. I really liked it, and I’m disappointed that the Easy Rest is not as firm as the old mattress I had. Also, I like to read, so I often lift the head up, but it doesn’t help and it was quite expensive.

I have had a very pleasant experience with the Easy Rest bed. I bought it due to its automation, mechanism and motor. Their sales rep was excellent. The bed was delivered and it was a very good experience as well. The Easy Rest bed is more comfortable than the previous bed I owned, which was with me for six years. I enjoy its wave motion because it feels good. Overall I’m much more comfortable now than I was when I was reclining.

The Easy Rest sales representative was adorable. She knew her business and was very pleasant and sociable. I’m old and I have arthritis and when the young lady showed the massage feature, I thought it was nice and would be good at night. The delivery team knew exactly what they were doing and made it look easy. We had a few questions and they explained everything to me. I'm sleeping better and longer than I was before and my husband also raises his feet every night and likes it that way.

I have health issues and I'm unable to sleep well at night. At first, we were going to try to win a bed, but then when the Easy Rest sales rep came by and explained everything to us, we really wanted the bed. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable. The delivery team showed up on time, set everything up and they were excellent. We've had our old bed for four years and it was comfortable, but the Easy Rest is more comfortable. It has given me more restful nights' sleep and less body aches. Using the massage feature is soothing and puts me right to sleep. Overall, the experience has been and is going really well.
