Easy Rest Adjustable Sleep Systems Reviews

I had an old bed for about 15 years. A rep sold me an Easy Rest and he showed me everything. Though he was a little pushy, he was still friendly. Also, the delivery team was great. The old bed I had was about the same with the Easy Rest bed except the Easy Rest has a massage thing in it. With that, I feel better and it helps me feel relaxed.

The Easy Rest sales rep was really nice and the delivery team was really good. However, I liked my old bed best compared to the Easy Rest. Although I like the vibrating part, the latter is hard and I don’t like it. I called Easy Rest and told them that I had lost my job and I told them that I wouldn’t be able to keep the bed because I’m only living on the low income that I get. I tried to explain that to them. That was about three weeks or so after I got the bed and it was before I was due on it. However, I still had several reps call me even after I had told them that I can’t afford this bed. One rep asked me to borrow the money to pay the loan, but there was no way for me to afford it. I may recommend Easy Rest to a friend, but I would tell them that it’s not one that I would go with. I would rather for them to make their own choice.

My wife has Lewy Body Dementia which affects the muscles. She has a difficult time getting in and out of bed and being able to raise it up would hopefully help, but she hasn't caught on to it yet. She's having a hard time using it. The lady that takes care of her three days a week can get her to raise it up, but I can't. I like to put the head and the foot up in the morning and put the vibrator on because it helps my back. Easy Rest's sales rep was great. The delivery team was good too. They set things up and gave us instructions.

I kept on getting little brochures from Easy Rest and I decided to take a look at them. After, I decided to let their rep come out. Everything was good and their a salesman was very likable. He wasn't too pushy and he did a good job of representing the bed. Then, I decided to go ahead and get it. I had a good bed before the Easy Rest and I kinda miss it, but everything's been good with this one. The only thing that I don't like about it is that the two mattresses would separate and they leave a spot there like a trench. I would prefer a king-size instead of the two beds. Other than that, the team that delivered the Easy Rest tried to make sure the bed was set up right and they did a good job.

My husband, Robert, fell a few years back and he had to have a reverse shoulder replacement. The Easy Rest salesman who came to our home was nice and he explained everything about their bed. With all the injuries that my husband has and the way that the salesman talked to us, we figured it wouldn’t hurt to try and see if Robert would be able to sleep better with it. So, Robert bought the Easy Rest bed. The delivery guys brought it in here and they showed us how to work it. For instance, they showed us how we could keep a certain position that we liked in the memory. Since using the Easy Rest bed, Robert has been sleeping better. My granddaughter, who was pregnant, slept on it and she really liked it too. It’s a lot better than the bed we had before that we owned for not even a year. To help with his injuries, Robert uses the massage feature every now and he lifts his legs and shoulders up a lot.

My experience with Easy Rest was terrible. The bed stinks and I got lied to about the mattress. I'm an amputee and I only got one leg. My biggest deal was I was trying to get a mattress to where I didn’t sink all over the place every time I stuck a nub and try to move. I've gone through about three mattresses trying to find one. The rep told me that the Easy Rest bed would be comfortable and that I would be able to handle the mattress a lot better and it would hold me. However, it doesn’t and it was all a lie. I spent all this money and he's happy, but I haven't heard from him. He was a great salesman, but he was a manipulator more than he was anything. The delivery team was in the house and ran in and out quickly as they probably could.

I got some brochure in the mail about the Easy Rest bed and I decided to try it. I like it and it's much better than my previous bed. Everything is different. It's also nice and I have the massage thing. The sales rep I got it from was very nice and when their delivery team came out, they did everything and told me how to use it. I would recommend the Easy Rest to others and tell them that they need to get it.

I couldn’t rest at night. I have trouble with my back and I had to sleep with pillows under the calf of my leg. I used to have an Easy Rest bed a long time ago which I owned for about 7 years but I gave it to someone else who was having a problem with their back because I wasn’t at the time. So, I decided I get another one when I saw it advertised on TV and now I can rest better. I use the vibration and I raise the bed, tilt it for my back, my head and my legs. The sales rep was nice and the delivery was on time. The Easy Rest is good but I wish I have gotten a smaller one because my wife doesn’t like it. Nonetheless, I would like to share it to anyone that has the problem I have. I’d tell them that if they have trouble resting with the back, Easy Rest is the way to go.

I got an Easy Rest bed and I had a very good experience with their sales rep. However, the bed is not as good as my old Sleep Number. Still, I use my Easy Rest with the head raised while watching TV.

Although the bed we had before was only four years old, it wasn't firm enough for us. We needed a new mattress and it was the right time to get an Easy Rest bed. The salesperson of Easy Rest explained things to us very nicely and he wasn't demanding nor pushy at all. The delivery guys that came to our home and brought the bed were quick and careful. I have neck problems and raising the head part of the bed works well for me, so I use that feature the most. Our Easy Rest is a great bed and we enjoy it, and we would recommend it to others.

The Easy Rest salesperson was very pleasant and thorough. But when the delivery guys came, they seemed to be in a hurry. They demonstrated how to use the bed but it was real brief and I would have liked to ask them questions. I've got some back, hip and leg problems, and as far as sleeping laying flat, Easy Rest and my old bed are about the same. But I can tilt the Easy Rest bed up while I'm reading. I also keep my legs a little bit elevated at night. It alleviates my back strains and I sleep pretty good. I like the Easy Rest bed and I've been very satisfied.

I liked the sales pitch that the representative gave me. He was courteous, on-time and knowledgeable about the product. I sleep better at night with the Easy Rest and it's 100% better than my old bed. I like the part that raises my feet up at night ‘cause I experience swelling on my feet and that part helps me.

I liked all the features of my Easy Rest bed. It doesn’t compare to my old bed where I couldn’t adjust the head and the feet and it would not massage. My husband doesn’t like to sleep flat and he doesn’t rest well when he sleeps flat so we raise the head part a lot. Easy Rest had an awesome sales rep and I just fell in love with her. She knew how to explain the bed and all the features to us. She was pleasant and it looked like I've known her all my life. Easy Rest can get the lady a raise as she deserves it. When the delivery team came, I left to go to the store and they showed my husband how to use the bed. I came back before they got away and the two guys were nice people. Since using the Easy Rest bed, I sleep better and it’s hard to wake up in the morning time. I’ve never experienced something like this before.

I love my Easy Rest bed, especially the controls. I’ve had it for three months now, and it's very restful and everything their reps said it would be. Their reps were very professional and when the bed was delivered, the guys knew what they were doing. They were very talkative and they showed me everything about it and asked if I had any questions. I would recommend Easy Rest to anybody that was looking to buy one. It would be worth the money and they would not be disappointed once they got it.

I was getting a bed that I could use and I needed one for resting. I decided to get an Easy Rest and their sales rep was pretty good. The bed is more comfortable than the previous one I ha and it helps me sleep better. I use the bottom feature for the foot elevation the most because sometimes, I have problems with my feet when sleeping. The only thing is, the bed is kinda crooked. One side is a little higher than the other, but it’s not that noticeable.

I got something in the mail and I called Easy Rest and told them that I'd like to hear more. My wife and I both have bad backs and other aches and pain and we thought that Easy Rest would help. The salesperson we dealt with was pleasant, very nice and very knowledgeable. Then, the delivery went very well. The delivery people were very good and very accommodating. The unit came very quickly and the heat arrived later.

I rest better and wake up with less back pain with the Easy Rest bed. Its vibrator feature helps me a lot. The Easy Rest rep explained everything and showed me how the bed works. He was a good guy and the delivery team was great. They were on time and they set it up. Until now, it works and I’ll recommend it to a friend.

My husband was very ill for a very long time and we had a bed that was similar to Easy Rest. It was old and my husband had urinated on it. But as far as support, the support was still very good in the old mattress. But, I felt that it was contaminated so then I needed to get a new one. So, I bought the Easy Rest. However, I'm not very happy with my Easy Rest Bed. The structure of the old bed was much better which I found out after examining Easy Rest when it came. I didn't have a chance to look at it when I was sold the bed. I should not have assumed it was as good.

I'm old and I need to be as comfortable as I can. I got the Easy Rest and since then, I'm sleeping more in bed. Before, I had been sleeping on the recliner most of the time. I also like that I can raise my head up on it. I've got emphysema and COPD, and I can't breathe good. Also, I have swelling in my feet, so I like that I can raise them up on the Easy Rest. I like this bed a lot better than my old one, but people were telling me I got robbed. Somebody told me they knew that somebody that bought one for about 7,000 and I paid 15,000 for that one.

I have a sister that has COPD. When she gets a cold and sometimes, when I need it, I like to elevate the head of the bed. The Easy Rest's salesperson was very nice and thorough. The delivery was also quick. I have experimented on the Easy Rest and it seems to work fine, but it takes a little bit to get used to. It’s good for the elevation of the head, but I’m not too happy with the feet but then again, I just control that well. However, the handheld control didn’t have a light on it and I have to do everything in the dark by feeling with the fingers and I was really disappointed in that. Nevertheless I sleep better with the bed and I would recommend Easy Rest.

I got both knees and both my wrists operated on, I got lumbar rods in my back and my feet gives in at times. Getting the back up and the knees up about halfway with the Easy Rest are nice. Sometimes, I vibrate it as well. I’ve only had it about three months and I’m happy with it. The sales rep was kind enough and I couldn’t ask for anything better.

I bought my old bed in '79 when I got married. I injured my back sleeping on it, so it was always more comfortable for me to sleep on the couch and I had not slept on the old bed since '96. I had wanted an adjustable bed and Easy Rest had an offer to win a free bed, so I signed up for it. They called and a guy came out to my house and showed me a video. It was really nice because they measured my body to make a great fit for me, where if I had gone to a store, I might have gotten a longer one that I didn’t need because I'm short. That also saved me a couple of inches in my room which I really needed.

I have a problem with my ankles swelling and I have always had swelling ever since I was a teenager. Someone who had purchased the Easy Rest bed back then came around and talked to us about the bed. When I got an ad through the mail, I was trying to win a free one and I was interested because I have to elevate my feet, do my massage nights and do waves in the morning time. I hadn’t planned to purchase the Easy Rest bed, but I needed another bed, so I purchased one. The salesman was very nice and I thought the bed was cheaper, but it was still kinda expensive.

Before going with Easy Rest, I looked at Craftmatic and I wasn’t too interested in them. Easy Rest called me and sent a salesman who was a nice fellow and he explained the product better than the Craftmatic people did. I bought the Easy Rest bed and the delivery guys were on time and they were really careful. I like that the bed raises my feet and head high and it sleeps good as well. I hurt my back and now, I can’t lay on my back, and sleeping on the recliner hurts my nerves. Other than that, I recommend Easy Rest to people.

I had my previous bed for about 20 years and I purchased an Easy Rest bed due to my sleeping habit. I love the Easy Rest. Now, I sleep better and more comfortable and I get more sleep. The sales rep that I worked with was gorgeous and the delivery process was good. The guys put the bed together and they were great. I use the reclining feature of the bed the most. It helps my back when I get up and it helps me to get up easier. I recommend this bed.

I have arthritis edema and I was having so much trouble with my legs. My old bed was a plain one and I was having to pile pillows at the back of my head and pillows under my feet, which didn’t work too well, so I thought Easy Rest would be a better thing for me. I got in touch with Easy Rest and the sales rep was very pleasant, cooperative and patient. He explained everything about the bed and how it worked. He also went out of his way to make some phone calls and see what they could do. He talked to his boss and they decided to tick me up a notch for the same price which I appreciated.

My wife had a hip replacement and she wouldn’t sleep on the bed we had had for two years. It was uncomfortable so I decided to get a new bed. The Easy Rest saleswoman was very nice and knowledgeable. The delivery people were very nice too. They took the old bed out to set the new bed up for us and showed us how to operate it. My wife sleeps much better now. She can raise the front or the back up and she is comfortable. So there’s a big difference. Sometimes, she comes in from work, lies down, puts the vibrator on and goes to sleep. I love the bed too. At night, my wife would do her side however she wants and I fix my side how I want. It's comfortable and I’m 100% satisfied. I recommended Easy Rest for my brother as well.

I have a hard time sleeping on my back but the Easy Rest bed helps me out a whole lot. The salesman was good and he talked to me about what I could do with the bed. He stayed for about an hour talking about how good the bed was and what result I would get out of it. He was absolutely right with what he told me. The delivery crew who came was also fantastic. I had already moved the mattress before they came in and very quickly set the bed up. They told me what I needed to do to do the vibrate, the up and down of the head part, and up and down of the feet part.

The Easy Rest sales team was courteous and the delivery team was good. With the Easy Rest bed, we’re getting a good night's sleep. I can be better, healthier, very fresh and more energized for the day. However, I have a tendency of sleeping on my side and not on my back, so I'm having a hard time getting used to the Easy Rest bed. I’m a little disappointed, but when I do my devotional Bible reading, I have the bed cropped up and it works out good. I also like the massage thing over the night.

My wife was having shoulder pains, so I decided to purchase an Easy Rest bed to help her so she didn't have to sleep on a bunch of pillows. Easy Rest worked with me on the price and I was really excited about the experience. But even if they weighed my wife, she still found her side of the mattress too hard. Other than that, the sales rep was really good. Also, we had an excellent experience with the delivery guys. They got in and out right away, and they did a wonderful job. Try an Easy Rest bed and you’ll love it.

I needed some help with my back and Easy Rest has been very helpful. The salesperson was fine and everything was fine with the delivery too. They took care of everything. I like all the features of the bed except for the heat that I haven't tried yet, but I'm sure that will be good. I've been very comfortable.

My husband wants the adjustable head and seat feature of the Easy Rest bed. It’s comfortable for him to raise the head up, but the bed is too soft for me.

Easy Rest is not too good. I just listened to the salesman telling me how good they were, not really knowing how they weren’t. He was nice and I liked him, but I guess we just bought on the account of him more than on the account of the bed. The delivery team came out fairly quick and did a good job getting it in, setting it up, and everything else too. However, the Easy Rest is just not as good as I thought it would be. It doesn’t lay good and it’s shorter. Although I have slept in the recliner, I’ve got neuropsy and I hadn’t been able to sleep in it much. I have noticed, though, that the mattress flattens and I can’t sleep in it. It's soft and it's just not a good mattress. My wife has bad back problems and it just wasn’t good for her back. She’s gotten out of it and went to another bed.

I’ve heard that people have to replace their bed almost every eight years because of different things. And so, I figured that if I had to buy a bed every eight years, it would almost add up to the same amount as the Easy Rest bed, which has a 20-year warranty and since I needed a new bed, I purchased one. I like the new bed, as compared to my old bed, which I had for 30 years. I like the head raising up and the vibrator. I can watch TV a bit better and the bed seems to help with my snoring. I also don’t wake up as much.

The sales rep of Easy Rest did the demonstration with the massage and the elevation feature. He pretty much sold the bed to me before he went to do all the other stuff. The delivery team was great too. They came in, moved everything out, put the bed where I wanted it to be. I am disabled but sometimes I work on the side. I help my son do painting stuff. When I get all stiff and my legs hurt, I just have to elevate the right foot then I need a massage for my back so I use the massage feature at times. Since I got the Easy Rest bed, I get better sleep and rest. I put it on vibrate and I just go set myself to sleep.

My experience with Easy Rest was strange and I feel like I got a low-grade mattress. It does move nicely and the massage that I have in it is great. But I don’t like the mattress. It's stiff and it's very hard. Not only that, it has a lot of strings that didn’t get attached when they sewed it to get the quilt. I'm not as happy with that. Nobody likes it but me. I had my family sit on it to try it out to see if it was just me or not. They all said the same thing. It's not that most comfortable now. I didn’t expect to see this hard of a mattress. I expected to be sitting on a pillow. They say it is, but it's not. They lied. I also don’t like the fact that you can't even sit on the bed before you buy it. It just seemed so weird to me. I wish I could give it back.

A man called and he was supposed to give me some kind of tour. I had no intention of buying the Easy Rest bed because I lived on a fixed income. I really think the good Lord was telling me that I needed this because the man kept talking and the more he talked, the more I kind of tried it. I have a lot of arthritis and neuropathy on my feet, and then I have a left knee that I just got a cortisone shot for. And I really like the bed. I’m a very active person at my age in a lot of things at church and school. And I wanna be able to do what I can do for as long as I can. My mattress was tough and lying flat wasn't helping me. The Easy Rest sales rep was so thorough and he didn't push me. Also, he worked with me and got the bed down to a working amount.

Easy Rest's sales rep was very pleasant, but he was a little pushy and I kept telling him, “No, I can’t afford it.” I almost felt like I needed to buy it just to get him out of here. I sat here and waited all day and the delivery people didn’t get here until it was way after dark. They said their truck had broken down and they had to rent a truck and the truck that they had looked pretty beat-up and not really clean. Since getting the bed, I've enjoyed the feature that allows me to sit up while laying in bed.

Easy Rest's rep was really nice. He didn't pressure me because I told him upfront that I didn't want a new bed. Still, he came down a bit on the price so I got one. Their installation team came in and out and did their job. They were all professional and showed me how to use the bed. Though I'd still rather stick with a waterbed, my new bed is comfortable. Sometimes I lay on it as it waves and get a massage. Overall, I recommend Easy Rest.

Easy Rest showed up and their rep knew exactly what he was doing. However, the delivery team was a little shady. They couldn't hook the headboard up to the frame 'cause the frame was too weak. We put the headboard right to the floor and bolted it on, but it's not really secure and it's nowhere near the head of the bed. I miss my old bed 'cause it had a pillow top on it that the Easy Rest doesn't. But with the Easy Rest, I can raise up the head a little bit and it helps sometimes because of my breathing. Though the bed's a little stiffer than what I'm accustomed to, the vibrator in there puts me to sleep.

The Easy Rest guy that came talked to us about the bed, did a nice demonstration, showed my husband and I how it would work and how we would both be able to control our own side. If I wanna be up and my husband wanna be down, he can do that because he has his controller and I have mine. The delivery team was professional. They gave a nice demonstration to show us what to do and how the bed will work and removed the old bed. I gave away my headboard which I should have kept because the Easy Rest looks plain without a headboard. I’m still enjoying the bed though.

When I saw the Easy Rest bed advertised on TV, it sounded pretty good to me and I had a guy come out and demonstrate it to me. The salesman was nice and I had a beautiful experience with him. The delivery guys were nice too and I enjoyed talking to them. They came to set the bed up and they explained everything to me. I’m lying on my Easy Rest bed right now and I don’t wanna get out of it. It's beautiful and it feels good. I have congestive heart failure, so I set up some time to put the foot and the head parts of the bed up together. If my friends can afford it, I’d tell them to get one. This is a $5000 bed but they've gotta sleep well.

All the people at Easy Rest were first class. The initial salesman was a great person and that made a difference. I have confidence in the products so it was an easy sale. Also, the delivery guys came in and got the job done, and they educated me on how to operate the products.

I used to own a bed for an eon and it was old. Also, I had trouble sleeping. When I made up my mind that I needed a new bed, I had very little discussion with the sales representative at Easy Rest. I went in and told them what I wanted. Since using the new bed, I've been sleeping much sounder. I love the vibrator when my husband is not around. It eases me since I have tight muscles sometimes and it makes me feel good.

Easy Rest's sales rep and delivery team were really nice. However, I was fixing my move and I told their delivery team that I'd rather wait until I got moved. Still, their guy said that all I had to do was get their guys to turn it over and it would roll out. But then, we couldn't figure that out. Though the bed lets up and down, I think I could've gotten a better mattress than what I got. If I had it to go over, I don't think I would have gotten this mattress.

My husband decided he wanted an Easy Rest. Easy Rest's rep was great and knew what she was talking about. Two young men who came to deliver the bed and they were really friendly. They didn't linger or talk a lot. They just set the bed up and did their job. We talked a bit afterwards and their mannerisms were really good. The Easy Rest is so much better than our old bed. With it, we rest better, our backs don't hurt like it did and my husband doesn't snore. We use the massage as well as the head and foot raising features. We use it all.

I have had a good experience with Easy Rest overall. The Easy Rest salesman who came to our home was really polite and very knowledgeable. My delivery experience was good as well and their team showed me how to use the bed. I have reflux and the bed really helps with that. I used to sleep with three pillows but now I have the Easy Rest bed raised. It’s a lot better than the old bed that I had for seven years. The new bed is helping me and I've been sleeping better now.

My interaction with the salesman was great. The delivery guy was alone and I could not believe it. Nevertheless, he was quick and well-informed, and he did great. My Easy Rest bed is good. I like mine that is up a little bit on the head, while he likes it raised up a little bit on the foot end and the headrest end because he has draining sinuses. It helps him not choke to death in the morning when he gets up hacking and coughing. However, it is hard to get used to because I can’t get over the concept that I’m on a twin size and he’s on a twin size. Also, the two twin sheets that I could find at Walmart are not deep-pocketed enough to stay on so every morning we have to try to wrestle them back on and that is a pain. Still, I'd recommend Easy Rest.

I've gotten to the demonstration of Easy Rest that the lady showed me. She was very good. I was satisfied with it, so I decided to buy it. The delivery was good as well. My old bed was too high and this one is really comfortable and lower. This has a massage too.

My lower back was sore so I wanted to get an Easy Rest bed. I called and worked with them from there. The sales rep explained how to use it and the delivery team came right at the door. They installed it and they did a good job. They were nice people except they didn’t tell me whether I could use the vibration. But otherwise, they explained how it worked. When I use the bed, I put my back and my feet up and when I get up in the morning, my feet don't hurt as much and it's much better unlike before when I could barely walk when I put my feet on the floor. I’m really happy with the bed and I tell all the people I know how great it is. But some people say they’re too expensive. One bought a cheaper one through Google but the way I saw the picture, it doesn’t compare with what I got.

I have problems with my back and knees, and my husband bought an Easy Rest bed for me. The sales reps were very nice and the delivery guys were beautiful. My bedroom is small and I had to get a double bed, but the delivery guys only carried the vibrator and the queen-size bed up, then they pumped air into the mattress. Since I've been sleeping on my Easy Rest bed, I could get to sleep a little better when I put the vibrator on and I also use the adjustable feature. Compared to my new Easy Rest bed, the old bed that I had for three years was 90%. I would tell people to purchase the Easy Rest bed over the Sleep Number bed if they have problems with their back and knees, or even if they just wanna get a good night’s rest.

I saw the commercial for Easy Rest, and because I need sleep, I purchased the bed. The rep that we got was very professional and he gave me and my wife information then we decided which one to get. And then the delivery team was here for a very short time and set it up. They said however that they couldn’t move this, they couldn’t move that, etc. They didn’t push the bed back up to the wall and I had a bad back, so I can’t push it. I think they had too many deliveries and had a short time to do it. The company should make sure that the guys have time to do their job completely. They told me that they could not move my old bed out or any of the furniture around, which was strange. Anyway, I've been using the bed now and mostly use its elevation feature for the head and foot. However, it still hasn’t helped me sleep at all, and that’s a medical problem. I have a problem sleeping and I’m going to the doctor now try to find out what’s wrong.

My husband has trouble with his legs and I have osteoporosis, arthritis and acid reflux. Since having the Easy Rest bed, my husband has slept well. However, I'm not comfortable in that bed. Every time I sit down and when I turn around, it makes a noise. I sleep okay but I have to have my head raised up because of the acid reflux and then I slide down.

My previous bed was too high and I had to jump into it. I also have a problem with my leg. The sales rep who sold me the bed was a pretty nice person. He explained everything to me about how it worked. Then the delivery team took the Easy Rest bed in. They moved the mattress and put it inside my old bed frame which I kept. And then, one of them explained about the bed and demonstrated to me how it worked. They cleaned up after that. That team was professional and they did a good job. Since getting my Easy Rest bed, it has been really helping me and I can get in and out of the bed better. I can also lift the head up or the feet up and I’m loving it. I have vertigo and sometimes I’m off-balance that I get dizzy. So, I use the feature that raises the head up.

I saw an Easy Rest ad and thought it looked good so I called. Our sales rep Stewart was a fairly nice guy. The delivery guy took the old bed out, put it up in the apartment upstairs, and left it there just like I asked him to and set the Easy Rest bed up. They did everything I expected them and they were supposed to do and they did it well. I've had the bed for a few months now and I am very comfortable in it and satisfied with it. When I read, I use the head up a little bit and when I go to sleep, I leave the head and the foot up a little bit. If I were to tell a friend about an Easy Rest bed, I would say that I have thoroughly enjoyed it.

A salesman came by here one day and ended up getting the supervisor on the phone. The sales rep was a good talker and a very likeable guy who talked me into choosing an Easy Rest bed. He talked about the motors which were having a much better guarantee. It had metal gears and that sounded like it would make the bed last longer, so I didn’t look any further. The delivery people did a great job, too. I sleep very well on the Easy Rest bed. I can keep myself pushing some buttons while lying in the bed, which is very comfortable. I’ve got it set on where I can punch that one button and then turn that wave machine on, which I like. The adjustable part is good for me.

My Easy Rest bed was supposed to have been a gift to win a bed. Their sales rep had a good sales pitch. It sits up and puts my feet and head up. However, I paid too much for it and I felt it was overpriced. Since getting it, I've kept it in a good position that's comfortable for me. Still, I could have gotten something much cheaper with the same qualities and functions.

When I bought the mattresses, they were delivered four days later. I made the statement that I was on vacation fishing. I was not in the house at that time. I was living in my camper. Reading my contract, I found out that I got five days from the day I signed the contract in order to say, “No”, to get my money back. At that time it was already 10 days gone. So I said, “Fine.” I tried sleeping on it, but I’d wake up in the morning and my back would be hurting because it was too firm.

Easy Rest's sales rep was very good. The delivery team was very professional and they set up the two twin beds that I bought -- one for me and one for my wife. They explained how to use the bed before they left but I learned more from using it. I like my Easy Rest bed and since using it, I do sleep better. I use the adjust feature and the back lift more than anything. I also use its vibrator feature but I use it very little.

I broke my neck, shoulder, back, ribs and wrist all in one time and I have a surgery that was coming up. I talked to an Easy Rest's rep and he told me they could deliver that before the surgery so even though the Easy Rest is way too expensive, I got it. But they had me in a situation where I ended up waiting three weeks to get it. I had the surgery and I didn’t have the bed yet. It defeated the whole purpose of spending all this money when I could have gone to seven different places here and would’ve had them delivered within a day. The Easy Rest bed came two weeks later after the surgery and the people that came and set it up was fine. The bed is good but it's not worth $7,000. By the time I got to pay the interest and everything out of the $7,000, I can go to another store and get it for half of that. Although I'm satisfied with the Easy Rest bed and it serves its purpose now, the experience just didn't work out.

For the last two years, I’ve been sleeping on my recliner. I wanted an adjustable bed so that I could get back on a bed. I got hooked up with Easy Rest through a questionnaire on the back of a Burger King receipt. They called me and the gentleman came out and demonstrated the bed. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant to work with and not pushy. He was able to explain what the different features were, as well as offered different plans and different styles of the mattress. The price was one that I could handle and I decided that then was a good time to purchase it.

My husband had a stroke and since we got an Easy Rest bed, he doesn't snore as much. Our Easy Rest bed is adjustable and we use its feature for raising the head and feet sometimes for comfort or to watch television. The sales rep who sold it to us was courteous and he explained how the bed would work. He was thorough in his explanation and example of how it worked. However, the delivery team wasn't so polite. One of them was a little more polite than the other one who was not so friendly. They came in and they were acting like they were in a hurry. I needed a few things moved and they moved them, but then one guy hit his toe on the bed frame and he went out of the door and slammed it. I told the other guy that he slammed the door and I don't think he should have done that. He said, "No, he shouldn't have," and he would talk to him about it. Still, we're satisfied with Easy Rest.

I got Easy Rest because of my back. I use the head part to sit up. Also, at night time, when I would sleep I have it up for a little bit. I sleep better with it. The sales rep we dealt with was good, too.

Someone called us and came out to show us the Easy Rest Bed. I had a good experience with their sales rep and we ended up purchasing. Since then I've loved the bed. I like its massage area and the up and down features.

Easy Rest customer service came out and sold me their bed. The bed has helped with my sleep and I'm enjoying it quite a bit. It's a world of difference from my previous bed which was hurting my back. The Easy Rest seems to be helping my back and I use the head raise feature the most.

I had one of those beds that you could elevate your feet or your head for over 20 years and it was very good. And then, it went bad and I couldn't get anyone to repair it. When the Easy Rest rep came and convinced me this one was so great and that I should try it, I thought it would be even more superior for the price I was offered. However, I felt that the other one was just as good, and it was not that much money. I also felt I should not have paid that amount of money for it. Also, the delivery team was not as helpful as I thought they would have been. Because I was paying that much money, I expected more. I wouldn't recommend it.

I had an adjustable bed but it was 25 years old and the vibrators were going out which was one of the big things I wanted. I saw Easy Rest on the internet and called. The sales rep I interacted with was awesome and very informative. He explained everything to me especially the new mattress feature that they have. I love the part where I can zip off the top and wash it. Also, the delivery team was good and they told me what to do. They gave me the box that had the pictures in it but they didn’t put the attachments for my headboard. I had to shift the whole bed down, take the mattress off, and turn the thing up on its own in order to do it. It was really hard for me because I’m handicapped.

I had an old bed for about 12 years. It's good and firm but it doesn't adjust. I like the adjustability of the Easy Rest bed and I sleep better since using it. Also, I like the little tilt feature in the head and down below. These features make everything settled in a little better. The sales rep and the delivery team were good. They came in here and did what they’re supposed to do. Compared to my old bed which I've had for about 5 years, I'm resting better with the Easy Rest. I thought that I didn't have to pay so much for it but it was worth it. I use all of the features of the bed. I use the vibrator for my body circulation and breathing.

We changed mattresses several times and it’s been a year since I got a new mattress. But it seemed getting a new mattress didn’t solve the problem. The Easy Rest's sales rep was great. She was real thorough about going over it and we decided we would go ahead and get it. My husband had been needing an Easy Rest and he needs it for breathing too because he was able to raise his head. He's comfortable with it and it made him sleep so much more. He has slept all night without easily waking up. The bed is adjustable and he could raise the head over if he had to watch. He likes changing positions on it too, and sometimes he have it up or down.

The guy who came here and talked to me about Easy Rest sold me on the idea. He was a really nice person and a good salesman. The guy who delivered the bed was really nice too. He went through setting the bed then he had me come back and showed me how to adjust the head and the feet. The feature I use most now is for putting the head up and adjusting the feet. It's a comfortable bed and I really like it. I think others would too.

We had had an adjustable bed earlier and it was nice. We had it for almost 10 years and it was time for another bed. We decided to go ahead and get the same thing. Our experience with the Easy Rest sales rep was all good. Then the delivery team came in, put the bed together and did their job. We were having questions and someone explained everything. They were very good. I like all of the features of the Easy Rest bed. I can position like sitting if I wanna sit up and watch television. When I lay down, I can adjust the head and the fit to my sleeping on the back. We also get a good night's rest with the vibrator and it's all good.

I've been needing an Easy Rest for quite a while and I decided to take a chance on it. The rep was knowledgeable, kind, reasonable, and as good as he could be. The delivery went well. But we had gotten crisscrossed. I had some important little thing to do when they came but it worked out all right. Its elevation is good and it positions to what I particularly needed medically. According to my doctor, my condition would be better off if my head can be elevated. With the Easy Rest, I get somewhat better rest. On the negative side of it, the control has an attachment instead of a remote. It has a remote that you use with it, like a TV. If you put it on the bed and move around with it, then you'll get it hung over the bed. I don't know if it's worth all that money, but it’s all right. I'm glad that I've been using it.

The Easy Rest bed is all right but it isn't doing what I thought it would. I could feel the massage in the bed but then the bed itself is not really doing all that it did when the rep was demonstrating it to me. Even so, the rep was very pleasant and he explained everything to me. Also, the delivery team did very good.

The Easy Rest gentleman came out to the house and he was nice. The bed was a gift to us. The delivery team was here in no time, and they knew what they were doing and had it all installed. The bed is more comfortable than my previous one and I enjoy the vibrations. I also love the fact that my head can be up. However, I have not received the sheets yet.

I have leg and back problems as well as GERD, so I decided to go and purchase an Easy Rest Bed. However, the sales rep was pushy and he was the type that people can't say no to. I got buzzes on my phone saying how each one had a better deal. I think he should take a person's word when they say no. Still he had a good personality and all of his suggestions were good. Getting a $9,000 bed wasn't on my agenda but I'm glad it went the way it did. Their delivery team was wonderful and they made sure the bed was adjusted the way it should be. I came and I sat on it before they finished it up and it was right.

Easy Rest's sales rep was really good. He explained and demonstrated everything for me. Everybody was good as well during the delivery. They helped to get everything put up and got it all stabilized for me. Since getting it, it has been wonderful bed. I've had mine for about a month now and it’s done really good for me. I have arthritis really bad in several places in my body and the bed helps me out. I could go up when I need to and get my feet up so it won’t swell. Thus far, having my feet propped up has been my favorite. My back feels good too.

Easy Rest is a very good company to work with. They try to make your payments as low as they can and they make sure you can get financed if you want to. Easy Rest is a good reputable company because I never had a problem with them. It was late when they came to bring the bed but I knew they were coming. When they got here, they weren’t in my house an hour. They came in, asked me where the bed was, went in and took the old bed down, and set up the new bed in no time. They were very amenable and well-mannered as well. They showed me how to adjust the bed and told me that my heating pad would come later. I use the adjustment of the head on my Easy Rest bed at night. This bed is also much firmer than my first adjustable bed. I had that bed for 20-something years but I wanted a new mattress. I also have back problems and those were the reasons why I purchased the Easy Rest bed.

Not too long ago, I bought an Easy Rest bed. I live in a small, regular apartment and I'm always making space than saving at the same time. But their sales rep was persistent. When we talked a little bit about the price, he talked to his boss and they brought it down a lot. I didn't wanna have to pay the fee once a month but they kept working it out so it worked out a little to my advantage. And one thing good about making purchases like this and paying monthly is that it's not forever. I will get finished, go away and get my money back.

Easy Rest's supposed lifetime warranty and their salesman made me choose to purchase a bed from them. I have big medical problems, so I have problems every single night and day. Right now, my immune system doesn’t function properly and it went amiss big time, so I had to go on steroids. This is the first time I’ve had steroids in the past 10 years and this is the first time it affected me that I’m wide awake all 24 hours. It was rough and my body needed some rest. So, I put on the wave action twice and I fell asleep eventually. I slept for 24 hours and I was wide awake. The Easy Rest bed was helpful that night, although I’ve had my nights where I’ve been up all night and all day.

I have had a Craftmatic for about 35 years. I bought a new one in October and I was completely dissatisfied with it. And then I saw the Easy Rest bed and gave it try. I was trying to get a mattress that was more firm. But the Easy Rest doesn’t seem as firm as the one I had. It was the firmest one that they have. But they just unzipped something and slid that new thing in to make it firm. At this point, I'm dissatisfied with it. I use the vibrator and also the feature to raise and lower the head part but that's no different to what I have been using before. But, I praise the Easy Rest sales rep very highly as he did a terrific job. He was kind, took his time and explained everything to me.

Since using the Easy Rest bed, I've been sleeping better. I like how the bed can raise my feet and legs so it keeps the swelling down. Also, I had a very good experience with the Easy Rest sales rep.

I have a lot of problems with my feet and legs swelling because of excess fluid, and I had been sleeping with pillows. I have a hard time breathing as I have a pulmonary problem and I also needed my hip raised. So due to the adjustments that we could make in those areas, I got an Easy Rest bed and I liked it. This was one of the better things that I could do. The sales representative was very nice, thorough, and knowledgeable that he had the answer for any questions I had. The delivery was very good too and the bed was nice with the adjustments. However, my previous mattress was much firmer and I’m on my side of the bed where it’s supposed to be more firm than my previous one. Even the memory foam pillow is rather soft. Still, I use the head and foot features of the bed most and it helps me breathe a little bit better. Overall, the bed has been very good and we are thoroughly enjoying it.

I have lymphedema in the bottom part of my right leg and I’ve been going to physical therapy for the last three months. I had a bed for 10 years and I had to change it sometimes because it would get a little flat in a certain position. After I saw the advertisement for Easy Rest in the paper, I needed to try it and see if it would make a difference. The rep explained everything and showed me what the bed does. It was a little expensive, but the manager gave me a little discount on the prices that I got. Their delivery team also explained some things including how to use the bed to elevate the leg and the bottom part.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed because I thought it would help me with my back and elevate my legs and feet. I've had this bed for a month now and I elevate a little bit on my head and on my legs and feet every night. But during the night, it becomes uncomfortable so I went back to just plain lying there. The massager is okay for the upper part of my head and shoulders but that’s as far as it goes. And when I try to trinkle the wave thing, it doesn't go any further throughout my body. Also, the sales rep was okay but he talked too much. Nevertheless, the delivery team was fine and they taught me how to use the bed.

A guy came out and explained it to her and I said that now is the time to get it while she can enjoy it. We bought it and we’ve enjoyed it ever since. The delivery team did a good job and they knew what they were doing. They showed us how the bed works, plugged it up, explained it and showed what did what. They also gave us a little booklet on it. We had our old bed for quite a while and I’ve noticed that the way I can set the Easy Rest, I can rest better at night which is great. We use the vibrator and my wife uses the footrest quite a bit. I use the headrest and I’m propped up, so I don’t have to have a pillow. I have to be up and I can breathe better on the sleep-active machine. I would recommend Easy Rest to a friend.

My experience with my Easy Rest bed has been perfect. Their delivery team showed up exactly two minutes after 12:00. Before, I couldn’t sleep and I had to keep propping my cheap and horrible $200 bed up with pillows. I also had to sleep on my back because I'm on oxygen at night. With my Easy Rest, I sleep way better. I prop up the top and then since I've got bad knees, I raise them on top of everything else. I also use the vibrator feature a lot because I have fibromyalgia. All in all, the Easy Rest bed helped me because I've got a lot of health problems. I've also learned not to sleep on the edge of that bed and instead sleep towards the middle but I sleep with it slanted up and with the knees up a little bit as well. I have no back pain when I get up.

I entered an Easy Rest contest, which was a big mistake because I should have known about that. A man came out and I said I always wanted something like the Easy Rest bed so he talked me into getting it. He was very nice so I said yes to the deal. The delivery team set the bed up. They did it in a timely manner and took the other mattress out. Their service was good. They were excellent and very nice people.

My old bed was worn out so I signed up for a free Easy Rest bed. The sales rep came over and he was nice. He explained everything and I enjoyed the sales pitch so I ended up buying one. I use the raising up the head feature mostly. But this bed is not what I really thought it would be. For some reason, it’s hurting my back every night. I could hardly sleep on it. But what I really don’t like is the sheet. It keeps wiring up on the mattress. I also got a heating pad with it and every time I lift it up, it makes a bulge in the bed which is uncomfortable. I’ve been out of town and just got back so I didn’t call anybody else. Also, I didn’t know if I needed to get a softer mattress.

My husband kept saying that the Easy Rest bed would help me sleep without hurting. The gentleman from Easy Rest who came here was a very nice man and he worked very hard to get us to buy the bed. He didn’t try to push us into buying the bed but he did a good job of selling it. The delivery team did an excellent job too. When they finished putting the bed together, they had me examine it. They demonstrated the use of the equipment and they wanted to make sure that it was the height that I wanted. They adjusted the bed for me before they left. They were very pleasant and worked together well and got it done right quickly. The comfort's about the same compared to my previous bed, but with the Easy Rest, I can use the bed’s feet and head elevation feature and massage system.

I had an adjustable bed since 2000 and I thought I needed a new one. But the Easy Rest bed is not much better than the one I had. I should have kept my other one. When the motor is running, it’s pounding in the pillow on your head. I didn’t think it was gonna be that bad. And the wave part don't seem much like a wave either. And there's a coil of wires underneath the bed that they left. They didn’t put it in a box and just left it under the bed. It gets all over the place -- the hook up for the hand control.

Easy Rest bed is the bed where we could put the feet up through and the head up as well. I had to have the head elevated because of my acid reflux. The Easy Rest sales rep was very nice and the delivery team was fine. Now, my wife is sleeping a little better than she was.

We had a good experience with Easy Rest's rep when he came and he even gave us a candle as a gift. We bought a unit from the company because I can raise my head and feet up with it. I use that feature the most, as well as the massage feature. The delivery team was also good and quick. Now that I'm using Easy Rest, I'm sleeping better and my wife also doesn't complain about her back hurting her.

I have fibromyalgia. I had gotten a bed that reclined, but I didn’t have the vibration. I went ahead and changed to Easy Rest with the idea that the vibrator would be better for me. The Easy Rest rep that came was very helpful and the delivery guys got the bed set up really good, put it into the frame of my bed which is a good thing because I don’t have to crawl into my bed, unlike my previous one which was way too high.

My daughter rests good on Easy Rest. The rep we dealt with was good and he gave all the information I needed. The delivery team was also good.

Easy Rest called me and then they set an appointment to come out to my house. A sales rep came and she demonstrated to me. I liked the first one they showed me but the price was really high and I couldn't afford it so I chose the second bed. I used to put pillows under my head to sleep at night since I don't like my head to be down and I also put pillows under my feet to put my legs up since my feet swell out. Now with the Easy Rest bed, I can raise my head and my feet up. I also have all the extra stuff on my bed like the linens and when I get up, I don't have to put things off for the day waiting to the night to put them back on. I'm enjoying the bed and I'm getting used to it now. I normally adjust mine and just play around to see what position would be best for me to sleep at night.

My girlfriend wanted to try Easy Rest out. Their sales reps were pretty knowledgeable. And when I talked to the supervisor he lowered the price and that was why I bought it. The delivery team had problems with their truck so they were having problems transferring stuff from the other side. So I had to come out and we got that thing straightened. But they were really nice people. They set up the bed and I enjoy my bed a lot. It seems to be very, very good. All I gotta do is lie down and adjust it to whatever setting I got and I'll be asleep in a few minutes. I use the adjustments and the vibrating, like the massage thing. I’ll recommend Easy Rest. You'll be very well satisfied.

I’m very happy with my Easy Rest bed. I like it and I already told friends about it. I love the vibrator and I’m glad that it is a much taller bed. Also, I like having a firm bed. The bed is good which I really needed as I’m facing knee surgery next month, so I’ve got a lot of body parts that need attention. I need back surgeries and shoulder surgeries too. So, I’ll have pain all the time and it’s nice to have the bed’s features. It doesn’t alleviate everything but it’s helpful.

I can let it up to elevate my head and legs which I couldn’t do with other mattresses. I'm enjoying it and I would recommend Easy Rest to my friends. They need to try an Easy Rest bed.

The Easy Rest salesman showed me what the bed was and I thought it was gonna be really good. And while my experience with the delivery people went well, I shouldn’t have been charged $500 for the delivery. I've tried all of the bed's features but it's not helping with my back. My back hurts in it sometimes and so it is not as good as I thought it would be.

My old bed's durability was going downhill so I got an Easy Rest bed. Their sales rep seemed to be very positive, personable, had a good sense of humor and was enjoyable to have around. Then the delivery team was very friendly and professional in their operation. They were willing to answer my questions, ran through how the thing works and cleaned up afterwards. Overall, they've done a pretty a good job. The bed's very comfortable and serviceable. I use its spa which gives my back muscles a massage. Also, I could do a lot with it health-wise like rearrange it in any shape, size or form that I want.

I had congestive heart failure last year and I can’t sleep laying flat anymore. Plus, I have bad circulation in both my legs. I just had some tests run on my legs today and they couldn’t get my heartbeat in my right one. But the one I’m having problems with is my left leg. I needed a bed that would raise me up when I sleep. Easy Rest's salesman was great. He talked for a good bit and I told him I had to decide on it. About a day later, I called him up and told him I wanted to order one.

I've been wanting an Easy Rest bed for a long time. I got one and had pleasant experiences with their sales team who knew the product. Also, their delivery team was very accommodating. They got my bed set up and described how it works. However, I'm having a tough time getting adjusted to it and I prop it all night. Still, I like how I don't sink in and how the bed vibrates. Overall, it's comfortable and I would tell my friends to look into getting one.

I got an Easy Rest for my back. The sales rep brought the vibrator and put it on the bed for me to feel it and see the difference. I also got their heating pad. I have the bed sitting up when I'm watching TV and I pull it flat when I go to sleep.

My Easy Rest bed has been comfortable and easy to adjust up and down as far as the head and the feet. When I go to bed, I’m tired and I have a tendency to raise the head of the bed up some so I can sleep a little better. I use the vibration part of it, too. I’m pleased with the way it is. Easy Rest's customer service was fine. And the sales lady was very sociable and likeable. The guys who put the bed in did a good job, too.

My Easy Rest bed was an impulse purchase and I'm unhappy that I spent all that money. Still, the bed is okay and I’m happy with it. However, I called the company because for the $6000, I got a free pillow and it's totally useless. It has a mildew smell too. In fact, it almost choked me to death ‘cause I’m very allergic to that smell and nobody seems to care. The rep said they get lots of complaints about these pillows and they told me to take the cover off and wash it and put the pillow outside. I’ve done all that and it still smells. While that's a small thing, I thought they've had a lot of complaints and this is their resolution. So I wonder if they're going to guarantee the bed.

The Easy Rest bed had the heating element and so I purchased one. I like its feature of putting the legs and the head up for my health. But then the mattress tends to slide. I have to put it back where it belongs almost every day. My other mattress didn’t slide at all. So, I liked the other better. Also, they pretty much lost a few sales here. I had a couple of people here and when they were bringing in the bed, I was instructed that I had to talk to somebody. They ended up being an idiot and not able to understand English very well. And I blew my cool. I was confirming my information with someone over the phone and I didn’t even know who these people were that I was doing this with, which was aggravating. The lady here said, “Bad. I’m never gonna deal with them.”

Easy Rest's sales representative was nice and knew his business. And the delivery team was good. They came right in and put the Easy Rest in. My old mattress was a mess and I needed a new one, and I figured I’d try the Easy Rest bed. I didn’t realize it was gonna be so expensive, but it is comfortable and there are no lumps in it. I would recommend Easy Rest.

An Easy Rest sales rep came by the house, explained and went over the product. Any questions we had, he covered so we had no problem understanding what he was talking about. And everything they were talking about was exactly what we were looking for so we decided to go with Easy Rest. And I don’t know if the delivery team were even here for two hours but they already had everything set up and ready to go. They explained and showed us how the bed worked and then he gave us some hardware when we got ready to put the headboard around the bed.

The sales rep from Easy Rest was very good and when he came, I told him I always have cold feet and I have to have an electric blanket. He pointed out my blood pressure problem. He said that my heart was low and my body had to be lower so my heart wouldn't have to pump so hard. He also pointed out to me that my feet should be elevated as well as my head so my heart is in a low position. I then pointed it out to my doctor and my doctor wrote me a prescription. The delivery team was very good and they set the bed up quickly. They also showed me the remote control and how to work everything.

Six years ago, I had a queen size Easy Rest which belonged to my sister and it went to pieces on me. I like the way I slept on it, the vibration and the heat. I've been looking for another one. The only problem was the bed was a little bit more expensive than I realized. But everything went fine with the sales rep of Easy Rest. They delivered the new bed and set it up too. The new one is smaller, has the sheet that plugs in and it operates the same as the old one. I use all the features such as the head, foot, the vibration and the sheet would be ideal in the wintertime. I would highly recommend Easy Rest.

I bought an Easy Rest bed so I could raise my head up and down, and it's got a vibrator in it. I can't breathe very well if I lay flat, but the bed's working out good for me and I sleep well. Their sales reps were friendly and they talked courteously. Their delivery team took my 15-yr old bed out, put the Easy Rest in and adjusted it for me. I thought I only needed a 20-inch bed, but that was too low so they had to put the pieces that they had to and it was set lower compared to my previous bed.

Easy Rest's sales rep likes to keep talking and talking until you agree to buy then he keeps talking. He'd be a better salesman if he would just cut out his line of BS. I've had an Easy Rest for two months. In the afternoon, after I do some hard work, I enjoy the vibrator feature. However, the old sheets don’t fit and I can't get a fitted sheet that fits. Nevertheless, I recommend Easy Rest.

The Easy Rest sales rep who came here showed me the Easy Rest bed. And I didn’t want to do it because of the price, but he sweet-talked me down. The delivery team also did a good job. My Easy Rest bed is more comfortable than the other one I had. And I do the massage twice a week. My Easy Rest is more down. My other bed was high but it has many drawers that I could put and store things in.

I have a lot of medical issues and I thought the Easy Rest bed would help. I also thought it would be a lot more comfortable. But during the first two weeks, it was almost impossible for me to get up and walk. I came up with all kinds of things but it had caused much more problems than what I was having. So I got rid of it and I'm now speaking with the rep because I can’t tell him exactly what is causing the problems. It may be too firm so he’s going to send out a different insert which should try and see if it makes a difference. However, I’ll be gone for a little while so we're gonna do that in August. With the issues I'm having with the bed, I wish I had gone out to a store and tried it. If I had been able to do that, I probably would not buy it. And although the delivery team was fantastic, I would not recommend the Easy Rest bed at the time.

The Easy Rest rep answered all my questions and he was the one that talked me into buying the bed. I wasn’t intending to get the bed and he just kept talking until he talked me into it. He wasn’t pushy though. He was smart. I missed contact for the delivery the first time when the delivery person came and we got the time mixed up. But when he came back the next time, it was on time and we were all here, so everything went well. I like what the Easy Rest does for my back and legs. My old bed was good but Easy Rest is better. I sleep better and I don’t toss at night like I used to.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed in 2009 and I had it for a while. It was very good until the cat ate the wires. The bed worked on the wires so it was of no use to me then. But I have sleep apnea and I can’t lay prone so I had to get a bed that would lift my head up. So when Easy Rest's representative offered a little special discount on the bed, I ordered one. This guy was very pleasant to deal with too. I didn’t feel pressured into buying like I had with another salesman.

I purchased an Easy Rest a couple of months ago as I was looking for something more comfortable, and I like that it vibrates. The rep was fine and they answered any question that I had. The delivery team who came to set up was nice and they gave me a demonstration on how to use everything on the bed.

I got my back broken in '97 during a little logging accident and I've been uncomfortable ever since. A flat bed just kills me. I needed an Easy Rest bed. Their sales rep, Bill, was a good guy and the man that put the bed together was a nice guy too. When we put the mattresses, they fit right inside my log frame but he didn't have a tool to take it apart. I had to give him a couple wrenches because he didn't know what kind of bed I had until he walked through it. My wife and I love the bed. I got a king size and I like that me and my wife each have our own side. She finally sleeps on her own side of the bed. My back doesn't hurt as much when I get up in the morning because I can adjust the bed and it ain't flat. Also, I got COPD and the Easy Rest helps so that I can breathe easier.

I love Easy Rest. The sales rep was very polite and did not try to pitch a sale on something you don’t want. The delivery team were also good. They set up everything like they were supposed to and showed me how to work everything before they left. I'm in a car chair most of the time. I have a lot of back problems and when I get up in the morning, my back would hurt so bad, I couldn’t do anything for about two hours. And so with adjusting the foot up and the head up with Easy Rest, it is great. It really helps my back. I had to use a bed rest in the previous bed and try to prop it against the pillows when I sit up in bed and watch TV. It would constantly slide and I’d have to adjust it. So I'm very satisfied with Easy Rest. There’s another guy here, who's thinking about getting one because he has a lot of back and hip problems and I told him it's great.

I like the way that the Easy Rest bed would adjust itself. Before I got it, I had an old bed that I used for about 20 years and compared to that, I can adjust the Easy Rest. I can sit up in it and read or watch TV better. Plus it vibrates, so in the night I would use that feature. The sales rep I worked with was very good. She was very knowledgeable about the Easy Rest and gave some very good points which sold me to purchase it. The delivery guy was good as well. But my wife said that getting the Easy Rest was a waste of money because she doesn’t sleep any better. She also doesn't use the vibrating feature. Other than that, the Easy Rest bed was expensive. And if others would ask me about it, I would tell them to shop around because there are other manufacturers that offer adjustable beds. But I don’t think they have the vibrator in the beds and that’s for as you get older like me.

Had I known that the Easy Rest bed cost much, I would never have bought it. But I got one and now it seems to go well. Somebody in my town might want it when I pass away 'cause it's a good bed. My previous bed was rundown. It was an up and down and I wanted the same up and down bed in the king size because that's what I had when my husband was here. The Easy Rest sales rep was good and I got their bed. It's hard but I'm loving it. I bought some new mattress cover and maybe that'll help. My skin is very sensitive and I'm tiny in weight and size and I lay on one side and that hip start hurting me from laying on it. My son has lain with me on one side of the bed and he told me the bed was hard. Beds are supposed to feel to the body and I have bought once upon a time a pillow top and that felt so good to my bones.

Our bed was too tall and we needed a lower bed plus, I liked being able to raise the bed when watching TV. My husband and I got the twin beds from Easy Rest and even though they are narrow, they are good. It’s a good experience since we got the Easy Rest. We sleep better and my back doesn’t hurt as bad when I first get up. Also, when you don’t feel good, you can raise your legs up and it makes them feel better. The sales rep was a wonderful person and I liked him. The delivery team was professional and they’ve done a great job. Everything fell right into line and the delivery was fast. They’ve been dependable and did everything they said they were gonna do, so I have no complaints.

I purchased an East Rest for a good sleep, and I like the comfort of it. I use all of its features. Also, the rep was great. She was very friendly and had plenty of time to explain anything. Overall, I'm enjoying this bed.

The sales rep of Easy Rest didn't put any pressure on me. Plus their delivery team put the bed up and showed me everything right away. But the bed I was sold me was not what I expected. I expected it to be more comfortable. But it’s not a soft bed like my other bed, which was a pillow bed. So Easy Rest was a waste of money. My other bed was more comfortable and I’m so sorry I wasted $5000. Even though the Easy Rest is made up of two big beds, it's very awkward with that seam right down the middle. Also when you're trying to make the beds it’s a pain in the neck.

The Easy Rest salesman and I had a good time when he came out and then I got their bed. The delivery team was good and they moved the bed in, took over, and set it up. They demonstrated a little bit on how to use the bed and gave a real quick explanation of the keypad, which I didn’t spend a whole lot of time with, and then they left. I have the head part of the bed raised as it helps me breathe better. However, I wake up with more back pains and leg pains, which it's not supposed to do, and it's because I don’t have it adjusted right. Still, the Easy Rest bed is better than my previous $3,000 bed that “they got me a sale on it” and was the biggest piece of junk I lived in.

The Easy Rest sales rep was very persuasive. He was very on with everything and I kind of got the point that because of what his dad went through, that's why he does this. The delivery team was very quick and efficient as well. I just didn’t know Easy Rest was gonna cost so much. But I have hiatal hernia and it’s nice to have the head part of the Easy Rest bed up. I’m getting to used to sleeping that way and it’s a good place to read. Before I got Easy Rest my lower back was really hurting but after having Easy Rest it hasn’t been.

The lady from Easy Rest was real nice and real patient. When you're trying to ask some people questions, they talk all over the top of you but she didn’t do that. And then she called the people that had to come because I had some questions and they were also very patient. They were able to answer everything that I asked. The delivery team brought the bed here, carried it upstairs and they put it up. They took their time. They weren’t rushing me or the bed.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed for I had back problems and surgery. Easy Rest's sales reps were knowledgeable. They answered any questions I had and they were not pushy. Also, the delivery team was efficient. They explained everything to us and showed how everything worked. I use the bed to elevate my head and legs but it’s a little soft and if I could put my old mattress back on, I'd be satisfied with that. Also, I don't like the cost of the Easy Rest bed but I'm glad that we bought it.

Easy Rest sounded good and I got what I needed. It is better compared to my old bed. I change around from position to position. The salesman and the guy that I was talking to at the home office were great. The delivery team was great too. They went on time, took my old bed away and put up the new one. My wife and I have some issues that needed to be taken care of and the Easy Rest bed has the features that do that. Their sales rep was very courteous and he explained things that I needed to hear so I decided to buy the bed. They told me that they could put the bed on credit card payments but I don’t do that, so I paid the whole thing. The delivery went fine except that the reps told me that I was gonna get a heating pad for both sides of the bed and two pillows but I didn’t. But the Easy Rest is better than my previous bed. I’m not someone who sleeps all night every night, so when I get up to read, I elevate my head and get my legs up a little bit and it’s very comfortable that way. I use the leg vibrator too. Since having the Easy Rest bed, I’m more relaxed and my back pains aren’t as severe as they used to be.

A very pleasant guy told me all about the Easy Rest bed, how it's got the therapeutic thing in it and and about the massage. And in trying to get out the bed, all we would have to do is lift it up. The bed lifts your head and your feet up, and we have swelling in our feet. My husband and I are old in age and we both suffer from arthritis. The Easy Rest bed sounded like something good that we could invest on. I really didn’t have the money to get it but the salesman made it sound so I couldn’t resist it.

I love my Easy Rest. My old bed is not even in the same ballpark. I’m sleeping a lot better. I was having trouble with the veins in my legs and the Easy Rest helps me prop my feet up. It also helps my back. I go to bed every night with the vibrator feature and when it quits vibrating, I’m off to sleep. My cat loves it too. She comes in every night, gets up on the bed, and tries to push the buttons. She keeps getting them mixed up and she can’t figure out why she can’t get the massage to go. She was in here at noon trying to get it to go. I told her I’ll take a nap with her, and we’ll both get a massage.

I have a lot of pains in my back and legs, and I needed something to relax me more. I live on a hill, so it's hard to find parking. The delivery guys were lucky to get parking within the block of my house to unload. So, it took a while for them to bring the bed in and mount it up. The Easy Rest mattress is too soft but I think it has to be soft in order to vibrate, but I'm used to a really hard mattress. It's harder to move on a soft mattress than a hard one. Also, it's hard to get around because the Easy Rest is much bigger than my bed. So, I have to be careful when I'm walking around. I have very little area and it's too big for my bedroom.

The Easy Rest sales rep tried to help me and he tried to inform me of everything with the bed and why it would help me. He was very good. Also, the delivery went really well and the bed has been fine since I got it. I like the bed’s vibration feature. And everything is as expected.

I had a hospital bed, but now I got this Easy Rest on it and it's a lot better and softer. I like to keep my head and my feet up because that was the doctor's orders. The rep of Easy Rest was a very nice fellow. The installation went okay as well. The installers brought it in and set it up.

I have acid reflux and had surgery for it. I also had both of my hips replaced and I’ve had back surgery, so I don’t roll over too good. I even have fractures and chronic pain in my back which keeps me awake. I had wanted an Easy Rest bed but I couldn’t afford it. The Easy Rest salesman was very good though and he was here for a long time. He was here for four hours and he showed me everything the bed could do. He showed me a video and he made a good presentation and I didn’t feel that I was pressured at all to buy something. He worked with me. He talked to his manager and they got me a price that I could afford. I got such a good deal and I ended up with one of the best bed I could buy.

My doctor suggested changing my bed to one of the adjustable beds as I was having back pain. Since using the Easy Rest, I'm not having the same symptoms anymore. I use the massager as well as the adjusting feature of the bed. I adjust it to what I want and then I set it. My only problem with it is the price. I also need a bed frame for it as they don't provide that by default. Other than that, the experience with the sales rep and the delivery team was very good and I would recommend Easy Rest to others.

I had an Easy Rest bed before and I like the adjustable bed, so I decided to go back with Easy Rest. However, I don’t particularly like the mattress on the bed that I just bought. It’s not that comfortable. I wake up in the morning and my body hurts. I’ve only had it for two weeks and maybe I have to give it time to get adjusted to it.

We've had our Easy Rest bed for one month now and we love it. We can adjust the bed and that is our favorite feature, and our second favorite feature is the vibrator. But one thing that I wish Easy Rest would do for us old people is to make the button on the remote light up or to make it bigger.

My wife, who was partially paralyzed, chose to purchase the Easy Rest bed. Now, she's deceased and I'm sleeping in it. I like the part where you can lift the head up. I usually run them out of the house, but I didn’t that time. However, it put me in debt. But it'd get paid for. I'd tell others to try it for themselves.

I like Easy Rest’s different positions for reading and watching TV separately. The Easy Rest sales rep was a polite guy but he didn’t fill out the paperwork right the first time. The duplicate copy didn’t have a signature on it and they had to do it again. Still, the delivery team knew what they were doing. They came inside where I wanted the bed placed, put it together and it was really quick. I have a condition in my throat where it gets phlegm and when I tilt the bed, it helps drain the phlegm. Since getting my bed, my Easy Rest has been good for me.

It's been a long time since I've slept all night. With my new Easy Rest bed, I get in it and I'm out. Sometimes it would be 10 o'clock before I am up. Now, I sleep like a baby and I feel more rested. I recommend Easy Rest.

I have acid reflux so I bought an Easy Rest bed. The sales rep was great. He came to the house and went through the material and just did an excellent job because I wasn't the least bit interested. So, he convinced me to try it. After the sales guy felt the existing mattresses, he suggested the firmness of the insert on the mattress for both of us. We both went with a little more firm insert. But my wife will probably end up going a little softer because she likes it a little softer. But I love Easy Rest. Since using it, there are serious changes and I sleep longer. Nothing compares to it. I also use all the features of it except the heating because my wife will use that come winter.

I was having heartburn all the time and the medication I was taking wasn’t working. Now I just get in the Easy Rest bed and I just crank the back up a little bit. I had been thinking about wanting an adjustable bed for a long time and when I had mail about Easy Rest, I responded to have a salesman come. I had my old bed for about seven years and it was getting too worn so I needed to replace my mattress anyway. It was the right time to do it too. I’m about to have shoulder surgery so I'm gonna have to sleep on my back elevated for a good six weeks. The sales representative was fine but he kept going over things even though I had made up my mind quickly. On the other hand, the delivery team came right on time when they said they’ll come and they set the bed up.

I’m a diabetic and I need circulation in my legs when I sleep. I saw that the Easy Rest is adjustable, so I got it. I saw this advertisement that you could enter this contest to win a free bed. You have to fill it in and see if you win the bed or not. However, it's a scam to get your name, address and email so that an Easy Rest sales guy could show up and fast-talk you into buying one. The salesman I had was a nice guy, though. He was fast-talking but he talked the good talk and knew what he was talking about. So, I went ahead and got the bed. The delivery guys were nice too. They took my old mattress away, which was not really old as I've had it for less than two years, put the new one in, and explained to me a few things that the bed does and let me try it out. Like my old mattress, the Easy Rest one is comfortable. But, it has a lot more bells and whistles. I like it. I raise the head up so I could read. The cost was astronomical though and it's too much money for what I got.

I put a pad on my other bed to enhance the softness of it and I had that bed for six years. But I had back surgery and I needed something different than what I had for that. So, I got an Easy Rest and so far, I’m feeling and sleeping better since I got it. When I bought the bed, the sales rep was very nice when he came by and talked to me about it. I was in the mood to buy one at the time and it was an easy sale. When they delivered the bed, it was what I ordered. Plus, they were on time, called when they delivered it, and moved the old bed out. They even put it in a storage deal for me. So all in all, I had a very good experience with the company and I'm very satisfied with my Easy Rest.

The lady from Easy Rest did a great job selling the bed. She knew what she was doing. She had presented the bed pretty good and knew we'll like them. Their office staff was also good in responding. I have five back surgeries and bought from Easy Rest because I can adjust it. I raise the top and I raise the bottom. The Easy Rest bed is the most comfortable bed I ever slept in.

I had a bed for 15 years and was not unhappy with it but my husband and I have health difficulties and we were thinking it might be better if we have a bigger bed than a queen size. At the same time, we were thinking about an adjustable bed that was not too much lower than anything else. We ended up coming to Easy Rest and the delivery experience was not good. This was the first adjustable bed I have ever had and probably ever will, and the feeling I got from one of the two young men that came in was a subtle attitude that I did not appreciate. Even if I was giving him a little bit more work to do or asking him additional questions, his attitude should have been, "Yes Ma'am." In fact, at one point, I told him that I was paying $7,000 plus for the bed and that I expected good service.

The Easy Rest is too low. And I like a taller bed. I bought it for the back pains that I have but, it's a little harder than what I wanted. And I really thought the mattress was gonna be thicker than what I had gotten. I like the massage part tough. Moreover, their sales rep was all right and the delivery team was cool.

My old mattress was a pillow top and it caved in and wore. And then I slept on another one that I bought, a memory foam, and I didn't like that. I bought an Easy Rest in another place and it sinks in the middle and the people that sold it to me never did anything about it. But it's not the bed, it's me. I just don't like lying down since I've had two knee replacement and now my back isn't doing well. One time, I answered an Easy Rest ad and sent in a card and their rep came out. He was pleasant to look at and his voice was kind. He was very interested in my living room and in what I'm doing at 83 years old. He was just nice and when he explained all the features of the bed, I didn't say no. It sounded such a good thing and he didn't leave without me buying it. He was great. He sent me a card of thanks after he got back to his home station.

I had a king size bed for about five years but I needed one that I could get in. That old bed doesn't compare to the Easy Rest one. I got a queen and it's a nice bed. It is so high up that I am barely able to get into it but I like it. As soon as I get in it, I'm dead. The features I use most are for my feet and my head. When my feet are swelling, I can tilt my feet up at night. The salesperson and the delivery team were very nice too. I would recommend Easy Rest to a friend.

Overall it's comfortable, but I paid so much for it that I don't get good sleep 'cause I feel so guilty. I could have bought a real good one here locally for probably $1,000 or less and be happy.

I wanted the Easy Rest bed because I was gonna buy a condo in Fort Lauderdale in Miami, and because of an awful lot of money I had to transfer to my ex-wife, I ultimately decided against buying a condo. Luckily, I have a daughter who said, “Dad, move down here and I’ll pay for half of everything,” and that was a pretty good offer. I had purchased a mattress and when I wasn’t gonna buy it right away, I brought it up to Connecticut and had it delivered it here. I have it on the bed that I sleep in now, and it’s almost sinful to sleep in it.

I'm using Easy Rest and I like it. I bought it mainly because I broke a femur in five places and I was trying to recover from that. The doctor said, "You'll probably get rid of more swelling if you can get your leg up higher." So I got this bed to get my legs up above my heart so that it will hopefully diminish swelling. And the bed is helping. Also the delivery team knew what they were doing and they went through it real fast. The installation was done in a record amount of short time. I also have this payment plan for the bed worked out to where it's all gonna be done automatically until I pay it off, which I plan to do ahead of time.
