Easy Rest Adjustable Sleep Systems Reviews

I’ve had heart operations and back operations. I needed something I could rest on, raise my bed, and had a vibration feature. Easy Rest's reps did a great job and the delivery was outstanding. I've had the bed for about four months and I love it. I use the vibrator feature often. I recommend it for everybody who needs good sleep because it will do the job for you.

The Easy Rest sales representative was a great guy. And the delivery guys were good. They put the bed and since I was a little short, they made sure I get into bed good. They showed me how to use it, too. Since I've been sleeping on my Easy Rest bed, my breathing has been okay. I have a back problem. And my back is a little bit better in the bed because of the massage. My Easy Rest bed is also excellent for my legs, and I'm not swelling as much as before I got it.

I had a bed which I got for about six months and things had worn out. Since I was having a lot of fluid in my legs, I thought that the Easy Rest bed with its elevating feature would get a lot of that fluid that still comes out of my leg. And true to that, raising the top of the bed really helps my legs. The bed is also comfortable and I'm enjoying it. Also, the salesman and the delivery guys did a good job. The rep got the bed so quick and if he hadn't, I wouldn't be having that. Then the delivery team got everything set up and didn't take a long time. I had them move the bed twice but they never complained. I was also given a demo on how to use the bed.

I was having difficulty sleeping and I couldn’t sleep on either side anymore because of some injuries from a car accident. I was having trouble with my hips and this way, I would sleep on my back and it would bring me relief. I also had chronic headaches and the best thing is to be elevated. I haven’t had any attacks since I got the Easy Rest bed on February 28th. I always use the elevation of my head and my feet and have used the massage a couple of times.

Easy Rest had so many different options. It was delivered about six weeks ago and I've certainly enjoyed it and have never had a trouble sleeping. Everybody on their sales team was very pleasant and answered my questions. Also, the delivery team was very good and they took my old mattress and springs to the place I asked them to because I was giving it to somebody who was in this building. I didn’t have to do a thing. However, I questioned my having to spend that much money on a mattress and springs, but I obviously did it with my eyes wide open and I have no regrets, so I can't complain. It seemed like an awful lot, but on the other hand, it’ll be something that I'm sure I'll pass on to somebody else in my family at some point in time. I would tell my friends to go ahead if they really think they will enjoy having a bed that does all these things.

I'd been in the habit of being up and awake all night, and sleeping during the day. Since I've had an Easy Rest bed, I can sleep at night and I'm awake more in the daytime. I had a previous bed that was handed down to me when my brother-in-law died. I had it for 15 years and there is no comparison with it to Easy Rest. The Easy Rest mattress stays on the bed and it's not slipping off all the time. Everything is better about it. I have the head of the bed raised up a few inches all the time but in the afternoon, I spend a couple of hours with the feet up to get the swelling out of my legs. Their sales representative was wonderful and the delivery was very fast. The courier came in, took the other bed out and then put Easy Rest in. It was all done within 45 minutes. They were also very congenial.

I got a card in the mail for winning a bed, then Easy Rest made an appointment with me to get interviewed about it and I ended up buying one. Being a woman on social security disability is a hard one for me but Easy Rest was the first thing I bought for myself bed-wise that was comfortable. The sales rep was very nice and he gave me some discounts. The delivery team was also very nice. They showed me how to use the bed and I tried it. And as soon as they left, I made it, climbed on it and played with it. It's wonderful.

We purchased an Easy Rest bed because of our health and the sales rep was very good. I probably wouldn't have bought the bed had it not been that way. I was very happy with them. They did their job and were very professional. I had a lot of trouble getting used to it. When I first started sleeping on it, I had increased pain for almost a month before my body adjusted to it. But we've noticed positive changes since using it and my favorite feature would probably be the control and the vibration but right now, the flat portion of the control does not function properly.

I had surgery on my spine. The Easy Rest sales representative that came for me was a nice guy. His name is Stephen and he explained everything. Also, the delivery team came to do what they had to do. I have had the bed for about six months now and I use it all the time. I sleep well on it. I'm able to bring my legs up or even lift my head up. The vibration for my back has been good too. Everything is going okay. The only thing is I didn’t get my pillow yet but it was my fault as I didn’t notice that they had something like that.

I've had my Easy Rest for two months. I bought it for my health and I like it. It has a vibrator, which I use often. However, it's not strong enough and I could hardly feel it. I use the bed the way it was meant to be used every night. But when it’s time for me to sleep, I have to put it all back down straight and shut everything off. I've told friends that Easy Rest is great, but when I told them how much it cost, they said: “Nah, that’s okay.”

My wife was getting tired sleeping on a couch and we needed an extra bed. I had a full-sized bed in my bedroom and I just got my hip replaced a week ago. I needed some adjustable movement there so I could raise my leg, and Easy Rest seemed to be working out fine. The sales rep showed my wife a few different positions and said, "We have this vibrating one there," and showed her how that would feel which would be the same feeling as you would get from the bed. And I have used the vibration and the heat feature the most because it eases the pain. When the delivery came, the team knew what they were doing. They demonstrated everything, and they were in and out in no time.

I had just gotten a new different type of mattress and it wasn't working. I have an extremely bad back and I couldn't get comfortable in it. It affects my hips and I can't sleep on my sides so I have to sleep on my back and that was really limiting. With my Easy Rest bed, my sleep has been better most of the time. There were times when I couldn't go back to sleep after I woke up or I woke up hurting so bad that I had to get out, then I changed into my chair for a while. But overall, there's been an improvement in my sleep since using my Easy Rest bed. I also put my legs up on it the most, and it relieves the pressure on my back.

I had my previous bed for over 10 years and it was like, "Time to go." My back hurts so I got an Easy Rest and the sales rep was not strained or pushy. Also, the delivery worked out fine. I kept the door open for the delivery team and it was done in no time at all. In the demonstration I went through, I lay on it and they let me see how to do up and down and the massage so I felt confident with it. The bed I had before was a king size and this is a twin which I love because now I'm a widow and that's all I need. This is very comfortable and the massage is the best feature. Also, it helps with my backache. It's working wonderfully and I would recommend it to anybody.

I've been using my Easy Rest for two months now and it's all been a very positive experience. The rep I worked with was wonderful and very informative. He said he was going to mark up with pillows and told me how I would feel like approximately, and that really sold me. The two delivery guys were very efficient too. They came, set the bed up, explained it and were just great.

I have acid reflux and I purchased an Easy Rest bed for the massaging part and the part that raises my head. The sales reps were really nice and the delivery team was great. I have owned this bed for maybe three months now and I have used the massaging feature. I love my Easy Rest bed and I would tell my friends that they should get it and that they would love it too.

The Easy Rest sales team explained how the bed works and they did a pretty good job. I got the bed for about two months now and I don’t sleep damn good on it. I’m a handicapped person and I have certain needs. So, when I get up in the morning, I have to sit on the side of the bed and I’m moving back and forth. When I sat on the side of the bed and the thing felt like it had some wires in it. I can’t sit still on the thing. I keep on moving from side to side and it’s hard to get back into the center of the bed.

I had a stroke and I have a degenerative disease. Moreover, my right leg is a bum steer and I have poor circulation in it. The Easy Rest bed will allow me to raise it. I had the stroke on December 11, 2017, and I bought the bed sometime after that. Their reps did well. They gave me a good price cause they felt sorry for me that I had a stroke. The delivery team also did well. It’s a good bed and others should get one.

My mother has arthritis and something like the Easy Rest bed could be comfortable for her. Their sales rep was professional and the delivery team was good. They set the bed and told us how it could work. My mother used the last bed she had for four years and she was telling me two months ago that she wanted to change that bed. Easy Rest is very different from her old bed and she uses its feature to raise the head, foot, and back. And she's feeling better with Easy Rest. She could sleep properly and comfortably. She's very active and happy with the bed.

I’m not that young anymore and since using my Easy Rest bed, I sleep a lot better and it feels a lot better. The Easy Rest representative was a great guy. I liked him or I wouldn't have bought it. Their delivery team was fantastic as well. They showed me everything I needed to know and they were out of here in a few minutes, and I was on the bed in a few minutes. So far, I use the massager feature the most. It's a great bed.

I’ve had the Easy Rest bed for a couple of months now and I like everything about it especially the heat and vibration. It needs a thing on the side to keep the mattress from sliding sideways but that’s the only thing wrong with it. My son-in-law and daughter bought a different one but they wish they bought the same one. They got as much money in there as I got mine. The sales reps did a good job and the delivery team did fine but I haven’t received the pillows I was supposed to get yet. Still, I’d tell friends to buy Easy Rest over the others.

I’m very disappointed with the Easy Rest. However, I already made the arrangement. The up and down are not like what the rep showed me. He had something and put it under the mattress and it helped me but what the bed had was weak. With the pain that I have I wanted to have the massage. I needed help because my legs are numb and cold. I have a vein clot and putting a stand on it is not helping. I figured I would exercise and asked my foot doctor if they could give me a hot, warm exercise and see if I could walk because I get a pain in the back and I cannot even mop and sweep. I figured that if I get a bed that lets me exercise in the leg it would be better and I could at least walk a little.

I love my Easy Rest bed. I use it once in a while when I watch TV. I get my feet raised up a little and I sleep with that. And so, I sleep the whole night through. The delivery team knew what they were doing, although they got it done in a hurry in order to get out of here. Nonetheless, I would recommend Easy Rest to anybody.

Easy Rest's rep was very polite and gave me a deal. Moreover, I had a nice experience with the delivery team. I felt that I needed the massage and right now and I'm glad that I bought the Easy Rest because I just had surgery. Since I've had the surgery, I've also been using the headrest and the footrest. It has helped with my blood circulation. There's no comparing it to my old bed.

I had a Sleep Number bed which I've had for 15 years and I tried to get some mattresses, but then, since someone signed me in, I got a whole bed from Easy Rest. The sales rep was great. She was nice and explained everything in detail. The delivery team was good as well. It took them a few minutes to have the bed installed. I sleep better on my Easy Rest. And I like the headrest feature of it.

The Easy Rest guy who came and gave me the demonstration was very nice. I’ve had bad experiences with men being touchy-feely but he didn't go out of his way to sexually harass me. He was very good. Also, the Easy Rest bed vibrator seemed to really give me energy. When the demo was over with, I felt energized. I’ve had Easy Rest for two months now and my old one was a better mattress. The Easy Rest is supposed to be pillow soft but it isn't and it's already worn out. I sleep on one side and it's got a dent in it already. The rep said to change it every six months but the mattress seems like it's already shot. Also, I can't use the vibrator. It's so strong and I tried to lower it but it makes me dizzy. It’s terrible. This is the worst bed I've had. Plus, I'm in debt because I got the loan for the bed. If I even wanted to return the bed, I'm still stuck with the loan. This was a very bad experience for me and I am very dissatisfied with Easy Rest.

I got one of those little brochures through the mail with an advertisement that asked about a pillow. I have sleep apnea, and I'm always interested in trying to find comfortable pillows and anything that made me rest better. I filled out the information to see how the pillow was and to see if I could win one, and I did. Easy Rest's rep was really awesome. He was a good guy and took his time to explain everything about the bed, how I needed it, and where it was made. It was made in the United States, which was really good and makes a difference within itself. It's good to have something right here in our own state. The delivery guys were also excellent and didn't waste any time. They explained everything and put the bed together very well. Everything was just beautiful.

In 2007, I bought a bed that had the same thing as Easy Rest and it had been a good bed. I liked it but when I left that bedroom, I didn’t have one. The Easy Rest salesman came and gave me a good presentation. The young man was new and had only been working about 10 days when he came. I got the bed at a good price, and it was a lot cheaper than the other bed. The delivery team did an awesome job. They did everything they were supposed to do and they showed me what it’s supposed to be. But when the young man was here, he told me that Easy Rest employees would be delivering the bed and it would say Easy Rest on the side of the truck. But it was a contract company and the truck was a rental. That was the only issue I had with the whole thing. I’m a little bit skeptical about letting just anybody in my house and I like to see the name on the truck.

We had a Tempur-Pedic queen size adjustable bed for eight years and we wanted to go to king size bed. We got an Easy Rest and it was our first one. The sales people were nice and the delivery of the bed went well. My experience with the Easy Rest has been a good one and the bed has been nice. Compared to our Tempur-Pedic, we get to split the Easy Rest this time so we can adjust each other if we want to. The only thing with this bed is we have only the adjustment remote and it would be better if it was wireless.

My other bed broke down so I purchased a new one. Easy Rest's sales reps were wonderful and very nice. The delivery people were also very good. I've had my new bed for two months and the quality of my sleep has been better. I sleep on the left side because I watch television and the left side has gone down a little bit so when I have to roll over there’s like something in the middle. That’s why I think I have to turn the mattress over. Also, I had to let the air out before I can use the bed. It had a terrible odor. But now I’m used to it and it is delightful. I sleep on it every night.

I lift up the headboard on my Easy Rest bed to elevate the top part of the body but I would tell others not to buy one. When the salesman from Easy Rest came here, he talked a good game about the bed. He was pleasant enough and the trial thing interested me, as well as how the bed was supposed to be good for my back since I have back problems. On the trial, you can try the bed out and see how you like it. You can put it in different sleeping positions because the foot and the head go up. But I was under the impression that I could try the bed out for four weeks and see how I’d like it and how it would work for me since he said "for a few weeks" but that wasn’t the case.

I wanted a bed that reclined and get some good sleep because I'm getting up every two hours in my old bed. But with the Easy Rest, so far, I've gotten 100% better sleep and I haven't been getting up. With the bed, I can put my feet up and the headrest will let me watch TV. Their rep was great and their delivery team did well. They put the bed together, showed me how to work it and answered all the questions that I had.

I had an old queen size bed and it had been okay and all I had to do was change the mattress on it. But I've seen Easy Rest advertised on TV and I called them. A rep told me about the Easy Rest bed and I became interested. The person who came the first time was a nice gentleman, and then he came back and that was when I decided I’m going to get the bed. He chatted with me and explained all the stuff about the bed like those that would help relax my back. The delivery team got everything together and showed me how it works. They moved everything, took the old box spring and mattress off, and put it on my other bed.

My nephew is a doctor and he told me that I should invest in a bed. Sleep Number was the one that I was really interested in, and then Easy Rest came along. The sales rep did the presentation and she was good. I knew I wanted one, but not particularly the Easy Rest. But since it's made in America, I liked it. It was a little bit pricey and I don't think a lot of people could afford it, but I was able to manage it. The delivery team was on time, installed everything for me, showed me how the bed works, and made sure everything was in working condition. Compared to my old bed, I could adjust the Easy Rest to the position that I want. I like how I can raise my head up as it makes me feel comfortable. I've had the bed for about a month now, and hopefully, I'll start feeling better.

Easy Rest works and it’s the best bed I’ve slept in. Compared to my old bed for about 10 years, it’s a lot better. I’m sleeping more. I bought it because of the massage feature and I also use the up and down head part feature because of my back. The sales rep was an expert but the delivery team took about two hours to get the bed in and out of here. They were carrying the other bed down and bringing that other one in and setting up this one I’m in now. They showed me how to use it. It would be nice if they will be a lot quicker getting it set up. However, the bed is way overpriced for about $1800. There ain’t no bed worth $3,600.

I had a bed especially made for me and I did not want to get a new one. But I thought I had won an Easy Rest bed which I found out it was not what I thought. A guy came out here, talked to me, and explained all about the bed. I bought the bed, and I’m going to pay $6,000 for it. Two guys brought the bed out. They put it up and showed me how it works. My other bed didn't have a mattress like the Easy Rest. And the Easy Rest does what I want it to do. It lifts my head and my feet, and it gives me a better position. I've told my friends that I bought an Easy Rest for my convenience. I’m satisfied with it and if someone wants to buy a bed like that, I will recommend them to buy Easy Rest.

I needed a new bed and with the Easy Rest, the head raised up and that was good. The sales reps were very kind and considerate, and the delivery team did a good job. I’ve had the bed for a couple of months now and it seems to work really good. I also like that I could raise my feet. I’m comfortable with my Easy Rest and I’m happy with it.

I've had my Easy Rest bed for two months now, but I've got a problem with it. I can’t get in and out of the bed because it's too high. I never was able to sleep in it because, when I tried getting out of it one night, I actually injured myself. The sales rep knew that I had neuropathy and that I’m 87 years old, and he knew my problems. But he never suggested that I get in and out of the bed before he left and I didn’t realize that it was too high for me. The delivery guys suggested that I try to get in and out of the bed, but I didn’t do that until after they had left. If I bought something and it cost that much money, and I can't use it, then of course I’d be dissatisfied. I was told that Easy Rest no longer has responsibility for this matter and it's now in the hands of the finance company, but I’d like to have a refund at least on the mattress.

I bought the Easy Rest bed for my wife as she’s the one who needs it. I bought one for my brother as well. The delivery team was excellent.

I liked the details of the Easy Rest bed, which I needed because of my bad back. I use the headrest and the footrest the most. I raise my head and my feet, and since using the Easy Rest bed, my back doesn't hurt me like it did. The sales representative was a good man too. It was great dealing with him. While the experience with the delivery team was okay, I thought they kind of rushed it.

I bought an Easy Rest bed with the thought that it would help me sleep. The Easy sales representative and the delivery guys were great. I like that I can keep my feet and my head up with my Easy Rest. The only problem is that it’s so hard to keep the covers between the mattress and the box spring because if you raise up the foot, then they fall out. And I have a hard problem with that. I have to raise the bed all the way up to even get them put back underneath and it’s hard for me because I have health problems.

An Easy Rest rep came here and he was good and showed me some pictures. And I was interested because my other mattress was not comfortable. It would slip on the bed, and it was terrible. Also, my old bed was extremely high and it was hard to get into it, so I had to use a step stool because I'm very thin and I'm only 5 feet in height. I've owned my old bed for at least 10 years and I've had a lot of pain.

I have a problem with my lower and upper back and I have sleep apnea. I was told that Easy Rest bed was good for those and for sleeping. The salespeople who I spoke to as well as the delivery team were excellent. I’ve had the bed for four months, but it hasn’t really helped me and I don't know if I just don’t know how to use it. I was also going to call the company because the first time they put the massage bed, I didn't feel like it was giving me a massage. It is just jumbling and I wake up sometimes and my body aches.

The rep was very nice and personally tried to help me by offering the base of the mattress instead of the motors, which was actually a good deal for me. The guys that delivered the mattress were very efficient and nice, and they set it up too. I like the Easy Rest pretty well and I love the vibrator because it relaxes me a lot. I have breathing issues so being able to sit up is good using the up and down feature. Although it causes it to get some creases on the bed, it's better than my old Craftmatic, so all in all, I'm happy with it.

I wanted an adjustable bed because I have severe sleep apnea and elevating my back and head helps me breathe. The sales rep was pretty good. He explained everything and went over the details through the purchase. The delivery went really well too. One guy came in and did it all himself. He was very efficient, quick, and he got it done. The Easy Rest seems to have improved my breathing at night and the mattress is not uncomfortable although the mattress that I had previously for ten years was probably more comfortable. Another thing is the Easy Rest was pretty expensive and a lot of my friends wouldn’t pay that much for it.

My husband and I traveled all over the world because he was a career navy and then he worked for the embassy. Our furniture went wherever we went. My husband passed away a few years ago and I moved from Florida to here. We had a big double bed. And the movers were packing me up and some stupid person doubled the mattress when they put it in the truck and they broke it. One side of it was broken and so, I said, “It’s just me and it’s a big bed and I’m not gonna go to all this trouble.” I spent four years sleeping on this broken mattress. And I was at the point where if I rolled over in bed, I’d fall off so, I decided to buy a new bed.

The Easy Rest bed does everything I want for the massage and sitting up. I’ve had the bed for about a month and I sleep a little better in it compared to my previous bed. My son said I never came out the room since I got it. The sales reps were excellent and the delivery was very professional. I liked it. My experience with Easy Rest has been wonderful so far and I would recommend it to my friends. I would tell them to go get one if they still haven’t.

Easy Rest's salesman was easy to talk to and he answered every question I had without hesitation. And the delivery was great. They came in when they said they were coming, took care of business and the young man took his time and explained everything back to me. He made sure I understood and they were gone. I love all of the bed's features. In fact, I use them all ever night. I'd tell others to try Easy Rest.

I had my old bed for a long time and I slept well on it. But I couldn't raise it up. I used pillows and it didn't vibrate. I needed to upgrade and I thought I needed an Easy Rest bed. I’m lazy and I wanted to be comfortable. But I have no money so I thought I’d try the Easy Rest bed for a while. The sales rep was very nice and kind, and everything was all right. The delivery team set the bed up. They talked me all the way through it and showed me how to do it - what was up, what was down, what was vibrating and how to set it if I want to set stuff.

We were very concerned about our health, so we got an Easy Rest bed. The sales rep was good and explained everything to us. The delivery guys that came were five heroes and they were very good as well. But nobody has called us from Easy Rest since we've had the bed. My husband has Alzheimer's, so he has a problem with his knees, and he also has high blood pressure. But I know that he has been getting better since we've had the Easy Rest bed because we monitor the diabetes and the high blood pressure, and everything is perfect. We sleep better now and I like the bed's feature for elevating the feet and the head. But only thing that I don’t like is that the mattress, which is 3 to 4 inches high, is very thin. Although they said that the bed has a warranty of 20 years, I’m very worried about the mattress because if it gets damaged, I would have to buy another one and those things are very expensive.

I sleep better with my Easy Rest bed. The massager really works well and I really like it, but it makes more noise than what I was told. The Easy Rest representatives were good. And the delivery was fine but when they put the other bed back together, they left bolts and washers out. They didn’t put it back together correctly. And then our plastic washers were gone, which I was not very happy about. Everything was fine except that.

The sales representative from Easy Rest was great. He was quite a salesman. He stood here for quite a while and he was very friendly. I kept saying no. I couldn't afford the bed but he got me in contact with his manager and they both worked with me one way or another until I agreed. They gave me a good deal. The delivery guys were good too. They came in here, took my old bed out of there and helped me go ahead and put the Easy Rest bed where I was going to put it in my living room. They connected everything and were efficiently quick. They also took their time and told me how to work the bed and everything that was going to go with it.

I got something in the mail from Easy Rest and I thought it sounded good. I called just to find out, and the next thing I knew, somebody was here. The sales rep was excellent. He showed me how to put the feet up and down, and he told me how good Easy Rest was. He had one in his house and his wife loved it. The person that set the bed up for me just set it up and told me to lie down on the bed. Then he put it up, put it down and that was it. But I don’t seem to get a good night’s rest on it. I get up and my whole body aches. I keep the head up a little bit because I have asthma and so I cough a lot during the night. I keep my legs up a tiny bit also, and somehow that doesn’t seem to work. I'm not comfortable in it, and I should be.

I’ve wanted an adjustable bed for a long time because I like to watch TV or read at night before I go to sleep, so I got an Easy Rest bed. I tried the cushions but they didn’t work. I pull a muscle on my back when I don’t sleep right. So, I needed a new mattress and I decided I would splurge. Also, I have a CPAP machine and it’s on my right side. I generally sleep on my side, but if I try to sleep on my left side, I’m afraid I’m going to pull the CPAP machine on to the floor, and that was another reason I wanted the Easy Rest bed. Plus, I sleep long and I have a problem with my shoulder blade, so I was hoping to be able to sleep on my back most of the time.

I had my old bed for years but I needed to get a new one. I decided to try something more expensive and got the Easy Rest. My old bed was probably cheaper but I’m all right with my Easy Rest right now. Since I got it, I'll hang on to it. I’m sleeping on it pretty good and I also like the pillow. Their salespeople were pushing things. They have their features and they can exaggerate stuff. But I understood those since I did those before too. They can really build up things but when you get to get it, you'll learn. I had the vibration feature but I have some pains that are still hanging in. I just have to wait for more days as it doesn't seem to be helping me. Getting this bed depends on who the person is. They have to try it out like me so I'm not going to recommend it. People won't know until they try.

I needed a bed really badly and when I saw the Easy Rest ad, I pointed it out to my husband. I got the literature on it and I was really impressed with the bed. I had a couple of strokes and it bothers me. I couldn't sleep before but here I have this Easy Rest bed now and I just fall asleep. And I love that! I use all of the features and I like everything about the bed. I'm very happy with it. The salespeople were all wonderful as well, every single one of them. Even the people who came to deliver the bed, I have no complaints.

The guy from Easy Rest that came in explained everything about the bed nicely. And the other two that put it up were nice in putting it up, well-mannered and very helpful. They explained to me about the base and if I wanted a headboard. They showed me other things about it before they put it up. Also, they sent me a box with the parts on it that I had to put on. That was really nice and it ended up okay. I’ve had the bed for over two months now and I use the vibrator that much. When I recline my foot and my head, it makes it comfortable. I would tell my friends that they need to purchase one and get one. I talked to a guy and I recommended it.

I’m 74 and I have osteoporosis, so I got an Easy Rest bed. The sales rep was awesome, personable, and friendly, and she explained everything to me. She gave me as many discounts as I could get, according to her, and she made the whole transaction doable because spending $7000 on a bed was a lot of money, especially when I'm on social security. The delivery team was fine and they helped me with my bed. But I noticed one thing they did which I didn’t think was supposed to be done because I read the instruction afterward and it says not to put anything loose on the bottom on the floor under the bed where it is positioned inside the frame and they placed all the wooden parts of my bed in between all the parts of the bed itself, but I might have read the instruction wrongly.

I needed a bed and I always wanted one that was adjustable and a king size at the same time. The Easy Rest sales rep was an older gentleman and a nice guy. He was good and the delivery people were pretty quick. One guy also went over everything about the bed with me. The bed I had for eight years was comfortable, but the Easy Rest bed has different features. I can raise the legs and the head, and with the head up motion, I can sit up and watch TV at the same time.

I had a back surgery, and I was having a hard time getting out of our bed. But with my Easy Rest, I don’t have to pull myself up as it raises me. Also, I like the adjustable back, the heat and massage features. The delivery team was great and they showed me how to use the bed too. I will recommend Easy Rest.

I bought the Easy Rest bed for my back. The head and leg part goes up and it also does the massaging. At the start when I got the bed, what it was doing with the power and everything else was okay. But after about four or five months of using it, it’s not doing the same thing anymore. Something is wrong and my back is not better than before. I sleep on the side and the bed is bending when I’m sitting on it on the right side. One side is lower than the other side. The bed is not working right.

I’m enjoying getting in my Easy Rest bed at night and going to sleep. I had a Craftmatic before this and I understand that Easy Rest bought Craftmatic out, so I knew it has to be a good bed. The Easy Rest sales rep was very professional and the installers knew what they were doing. I’ve had this new bed for about a month now and I like it. I like to have the bed’s head raised up a little bit when I get in at night. I sleep a whole lot better with my head raised and I can raise the feet too and rest my feet.

We had an Easy Rest at one house and my wife wanted another one at the other house. The sales rep was an old veteran, and he was real good and professional. I know sales 'cause I used to do construction years ago. He wasn’t pushy, but he was getting his point across. He took his time and explained everything fine. The delivery guy was quiet, did his job and left. He also took the old box spring and the mattress. We had our previous bed for 27 years, and though they do almost the same thing, the Easy Rest is more comfortable. When we're watching TV, we raise the bed up. Then I raise up my feet to make my blood go down, and for my age, it's worked well. The bed is remote-controlled, but there's a wire that gets tangled up so you got to watch yourself so you don’t stumble when you have to pee. I also don’t like the divider, but other than that, it's fine.

I had Easy Rest bed before and I enjoyed it, so I got another one. The head part is my favorite feature of the bed as I do some reading when I do some of the paperwork. Their sales representative was good and explained everything to me. The delivery team was nice as well. If a friend is considering on buying an Easy Rest, I’d tell him to buy it because it’s good.

I had just gotten an orthopedic bed but it wasn't working. It molded to my body, but my neck would end up aching like crazy. My legs would also go numb, even with the pillows under them. I would have to wait and wait. Also, I have a weak bladder and it’s three times the size that it should be so when I have to pee, I have to pee. I couldn’t get out of bed quick enough so sometimes I’d get up and accidents would happen. I also couldn't elevate myself and watch TV. It would always clack. A friend of mine who has an Easy Rest bed then told me that it was really good for her legs, which swells up because of Crohn's disease. She told me that the bed can be elevated for her legs, so she didn’t have to go to the hospital all the time. I then read about it and told my kids that it was like a hospital bed and that I really needed it.

I looked at Easy Rest and I liked the features of the adjustable bed and the massage mattress. I’m also able to hide more stuff under it. I use the adjustable feature of the bed to watch TV and to raise it up. The Easy Rest sales representatives were great and the delivery team came in and set the bed up. And I was in business after that. I would recommend Easy Rest and I'd tell my friends where to get one.

Easy Rest made me a good deal and my experience with them was good. My interaction with the sales representatives was really nice. The delivery team came early and I was glad to see them. They got everything set up for me. I’ve owned the bed since March and I’ve been sleeping a lot better. I like it flat most of the time and I’m enjoying it. I would tell my friends to get an Easy Rest if they get a bed.

I had back surgery two years ago and I’ve had a hell of a time trying to find a bed that I don’t hurt so bad when I first get up in the morning. I got an Easy Rest bed and I've had a great experience so far. The delivery team came in and went through the paperwork and the features of the bed, showed me how the remote work, and off they went. I still hurt when I get out of bed, but I don’t hurt as much. The bed doesn’t hurt my back. I used the whole bed as intended. It’s great when I’m watching TV at night. I can put the bed up and then I use the vibration in it while watching TV. It’s nice.

I like the way the Easy Rest bed would sit up. And it has a vibrator which is all right but it scares the hell out of my dog. I haven’t slept as well as I used to sleep on my other mattress. The Easy Rest has no firm edge to it. And if I get too close to the edge, I fall off. It’s very easy to fall off because it is not firm all the way out. It got a box spring underneath it and I also need to push the mattress. It’s laying too far back or to the end, whereas my pillows slip over. So I’ve been trying to move the box spring and I cannot get it to move. My back bothers me and that is one of the reasons why I decided to try the bed. But I can’t get it up right next to the headboard to keep from going down between the headboard and the mattress. It would be nice if Easy Rest can do anything about moving the mattress up. It’s the reason that it’s got to have the flexibility to raise the head up and you’re not going to have flexibility when you have something rigid.

I liked the way that the Easy Rest representative talked. He explained things really nice for me and kept on going over it, and he made sure I understood what he was talking about. The delivery was good, and the guys who did it were nice. They took my old bed away and put my new bed up. They also checked to make sure I could run it right, and then they left. I’m glad that I got an Easy Rest bed. I had it for a month and I liked all about it. I don’t have headaches anymore, and it’s easier breathing at night and my feet don’t swell up so much.

I like my Easy Rest bed. It's the best bed I’ve been on in a long time. I've had my old bed for about 20 years and it doesn't compare with my Easy Rest. It's about the fourth month that I have my new bed and I sleep better now. I have a back injury so I like the massaging the most. I put my head and my feet up. Plus the Easy Rest's sales rep was very nice and understanding. The delivery guys were great as well.

When I moved in here, I didn’t have furniture. I have COPD and my lungs are getting worst so my doctor suggested that I get a hospital bed that elevates me a little better than pillows do. I owned the hospital bed for about nine months. But, it was horrible to sleep on so I bought an Easy Rest bed. And since I got it, I sleep a lot better than I did before because I've always had to sleep on two to three pillows to be elevated and a hospital bed was not my ideal thing to get. It took me about a week to finally get Easy Rest bed set to where I like it. I like the idea that it stays that way. And I like that special thing where it knows where you set it and it’s very comfortable. I’m happy with the bed.

I had an MRI on my neck and I had six bulging discs in my neck, so I thought, "Now is the time to get something that's comfortable." Easy Rest was great. I got a good bed at a reasonable price and I'm happy with them. I've had this bed for four weeks and I have noticed my neck doesn't hurt as bad as it did. However, having the bed elevated has not stopped my hiatal hernia attacks. It was one of the reasons I wanted Easy Rest and it hasn't done that yet. I'd also love for my acid reflux to stop. Nevertheless, their representative was really good. He understood why I was looking for a bed and he worked well with me. The delivery team who came out put the bed together in such a short time and was out of here. They showed me how to use the bed and how everything worked well.

I have a problem with reflex and got tired of sleeping on all those pillows which made me decide to purchase an Easy Rest bed. Their saleslady was fantastic. We were on the same page and she was very pleasant to talk to. She really worked to help me get that bed because she said that I needed it when she looked at my health history. When she could go no more, she called her supervisor and talked to him until they could get it at the price and a monthly payment that I could pay. The delivery came and everything went fine. They told me that they had to fix the bed so it wouldn’t move since I didn’t have my headboard, and they did that. They said that if I get my headboard, I can knock those backup and I'll be sitting on the headboard.

I'm loving my Easy Rest bed and I can't live without it. I was sore in the neck and in the back, and I sat up in the chair at night trying to rest and I just couldn't get any rest. But since I got an Easy Rest, I spring up on the bed like a spring chicken. Before I got it, I'd have to slide and roll and grunt and hurt, and it takes me 30 minutes to get up on the bed. But now, I can just hop right up in morning. And I elevate my head and my legs a little bit. And when I first got my bed, I would use the heat and the vibrator about every night, but I just do it every once in a while now.

I kept getting statements in the mail, and I figured out they said it's for a free Easy Rest bed, and I found out it was not what was said. But because of a health problem, I purchased an Easy Rest bed. The Easy Rest reps cooperated with where I asked them to put the bed in. But the light was on my bed, and they didn’t put it back up, so I don’t have it at the head of the bed. So, I have to go buy something or I could put my light back on. I use my bed's head lift the most but I'm still trying to get used to the bed overall. It’s difficult for me to sleep on it. I’ve already recommended Easy Rest.

I have acid reflux and I have arthritis in my hips. The idea of having a bed that I can adjust, give me the height for the acid reflux and the motion for the hips and shoulders made Easy Rest worthwhile to get. I’ve had it for less than a month and I've slept better since using it. I've only used it for a short time to get to sleep and I notice I’m not in as much pain during the day. Having the vibration in the bed and being able to adjust the feet and the head, and into several different positions, makes it more adaptable. My husband would have liked it too if we’d gotten it sooner. Right now, I’m using the vibrators as well as the adjustment towards the head. It has a wave where it goes all the way around my body that allows me to sleep. The heating pad is also very nice and comfortable. When I’m tired and aching and I put that heating pad on underneath, it’s so soothing and relaxing.

I got shot up bad flying helicopters and I can’t straighten my legs out, and I’ve been sleeping better now with my Easy Rest bed. Mark told me to raise the bottom up where my legs are comfortable, and I rest much easier that way. Easy Rest is the best bed I’ve ever had, and my experience has been terrific. I’d tell my friends to buy an Easy Rest.

I had a good experience with Easy Rest. Their salesman convinced me to purchase the bed. When it was delivered, I was surprised that someone delivered it by himself, and he did things all by himself and I live on the second floor. He also showed me how to use it. Since using the Easy Rest, I sleep better. I also use the headrest feature the most.

A man from Easy Rest came in and told me about the bed. He was nice and a good salesman. While I haven’t planned on the Easy Rest, I had to buy a mattress as the old one was beginning to wear. I decided I wanted an Easy Rest. The delivery team didn’t take very long to finish, and they answered anything that I asked but they weren’t very talkative. One of the fellows didn't speak English, so I couldn’t understand him. But he did his job. For reading, I use the feature of the bed at the top that sits you up. Also, I like the massager very much. However, I don’t like that it’s hard to get in and up. In addition, there’s too much space at the top where the pillow should go. And I watch the pillow fall on the floor. Other than that, I’d tell friends that I like the Easy Rest.

Bobby, Easy Rest's rep was really good. He’d shown concern and gave a very good presentation. Moreover, he was very efficient and professional. However, he had to call in another person to make a bigger deal. When we started out, I knew I could get a better price and the other person that I had talked to was rather abrupt. He couldn’t understand my situation, but we finally got it settled.

My old bed was with me for two years. Then my daughter told me about Easy Rest and she bought one. Easy Rest is very comfortable and convenient compared to my old one since I could adjust the bed easily if I want to sit up. I could also get off the bed easily. I use the sitting up position feature the most because I like to sleep in that position with my head higher. The sales rep from Easy Rest was very articulate and a good salesperson. The delivery team was very good. They were very well-mannered people to work with. There were two of them and one guy did everything and explained everything quite good to me.

I saw this thing in a newspaper and I filled it out to try to win a bed. I had six tries and Easy Rest sent me some literature. And a lady came here and talked to us about it. She was really nice and also, she showed us this and that, so we ordered the bed. We're on our third month having the Easy Rest and it helps me mostly at night when I put it in an upright position. It humps too much. I could lay on it and turn the little vibrator button thing on it, but it hurts my ears and my head. A king size bed would probably be better and I wouldn’t recommend a queen size bed because you got to have the same thing on with your partner. A king size bed is separated.

I'd been watching Easy Rest on television for years and I decided I wanted one because I wanted to get a little more rest at night. With it, I don’t have to move the pillow like I used to, and I can lay back down when I want to so that makes it easy for me. I also like its feet up feature. I use that more than I move the head up because I have a fluid problem. Also, the delivery team was wonderful. They delivered the bed nicely and did a wonderful job. Everything went right.

I've been diagnosed with ALS and I can't sleep flat. Since using my Easy Rest, I don't sleep in the recliner anymore that we’ve had for about eight years. I use the setting that I can sit straight up and I sleep that way, like in a hospital bed. The Easy Rest is okay but I think what I paid for it was too much because we keep seeing other kinds of bed. We attempted to go out and check and just see if there's anything like the one we got. They had the whole bed frame and the whole set up where it can come up and it moves, and independently made for $4000. We paid $8000 for the Easy Rest. But the Easy Rest sales rep was pretty cool and the delivery team was efficient. They were helpful and nice. I'm satisfied with Easy Rest. However, we had to call the rep and ask him about where we can get the sheets and what kind of sheets we would get at all.

My mom is really tall and when she bends down too much, she complains a lot about her knees and back. She had a bed for over three years and it wore out a lot. She got an East Rest and since then, she doesn’t complain anymore. It was way easier for her to get out of bed as compared to her old bed. She can adjust it how she wants it and for her back and knees. The bed takes more care of the person than just the person weighing down on the bed and sleep. So, it’s like her own personal assistance care. She uses the elevation a lot. When she wants to get up, she just raises the bed up or keeps it raised. And also, she uses the head of the bed as she raises it to watch TV.

I got an Easy Rest ad in the mail, then I responded and they sent out a representative. The sales rep treated me very well and the delivery team did well too but I was a little upset about the amount it cost to have the bed delivered. It’s really expensive at almost $400. I can’t believe that they don’t schedule where they have more than one bed to deliver in this area. Other than that, I'm sleeping better on my Easy Rest. The bed is doing good so far but I still got to get used to it. I haven’t found the right position yet. I raise the feet and the head, and I have used the vibrator a couple of times too.

I'm disappointed with my Easy Rest bed. When I decided to purchase it, I thought it will help my body. I have inflammation in my body, and neuropathy on one side of my legs. The bed was a great thing when the sales rep explained it to me but the bed doesn't do like how it was explained. I thought the whole bed was supposed to exercise my whole body from my feet all the way up but it didn't do what I expected it to do. When I turn the button on for it to do on my body, it just does part of it and hardly does anything for the legs. My body just feels almost the same and still have sore leg.

I needed a bed that would be comfortable. I gave the old bed away and I was sleeping on the couch as it was more comfortable than a flatbed. A sales rep from Easy Rest came to my house, gave a talk and a demonstration and showed a film. He was very knowledgeable about the product. The visit was good to me and I was in the market for a bed as it happened. The delivery experience was good. They moved the other bed that I have given away to the back road for my friend to come and pick it up. And then they set up the Easy Rest bed. I didn’t have a headboard, but they left the tools for a headboard if I ever get one.

I'm perfectly satisfied with my Easy Rest bed. I love that I can put its head up so I can watch TV, sit or read a book with a little more ease and stay in the bed longer. Also now I get up and I move a little easier. My rep was a very nice lady and the delivery team did fine. The delivery guys came right in, put the bed together within a few minutes and got out.

The Easy Rest sales rep was kind and pleasant. And he was showing me a lot of different things. I had relaxation on all visits. However, when the delivery team came in, I told them not to take my old bed and told them where to put it, but they didn’t even do that. They set it on the side after I told them to take it to the back since they said they couldn’t haul it all. And then they didn’t take all of the parts of it away. They were supposed to take the things that the mattress was sitting on out and they left them in here. And also, I don’t know if they meant to, but they went off and left a bag of wheels here. I hope they don’t come back.

I was having trouble sleeping and I hadn’t had a bed in 35 years so it was time for a new one. The Easy Rest representative did very well and I was very pleased. The delivery team did everything like I wanted them to do too. I couldn’t have asked them to have done any better. The Easy Rest bed has a deep pocket mattress though. Most of my sheets are the old type and they don’t pull down on the bed so I’ve got to get new sheets. But I need new sheets anyway. That aside, the bed is doing pretty good right now and I would recommend it to my friends. I haven't gotten used to the height but my back is getting better. I also have a breathing problem and I need to have my head higher than normal to sleep at night. With the East Rest, I'm able to raise my head up to the height that I need, which makes quite a big difference. I’m also using the massager a good bit at night before I go to bed so that helps as well.

We love our Easy Rest bed. We like that most of its parts were American made. We enjoy it. I have had a previous bed for 10 years and I sleep better with Easy Rest. I mostly use the raising of the head feature because I’ve got Barrett’s esophagus and acid reflux. Also the sales representative was very good and the Easy Rest delivery team was very courteous. I had a wonderful experience.

I had pictures of Easy Rest Adjustable Sleep Systems and I assumed it was going to be on the upper level of the type of product. I’ve got a couple of things that I needed a decent mattress for. One, I needed something that I could elevate instead of sleeping with two pillows like I had been for the acid reflux problem. I also have mild sleep apnea so that was a big thing. I also like having the soft massage factor.

The Easy Rest rep kept talking about this bed and how good it was. They also kept bringing the price down but they didn’t bring it down far enough. I liked it when the rep was doing the demonstration but I don’t find the bed itself to be all that. The demonstration was better. The delivery guy was very good and I liked that he came right in and got it done and got out. He didn’t fool around.

My husband and I have back problems and I don’t hurt as much since having the Easy Rest. We’ve had the bed for about a year now and it’s firmer than our old bed that was too soft. I used to have a headache and the head tilter helps me. I have surgery work on my knees so raising my legs helps too in the blood flow. We use the heat pad as well.

I wanted a bed that I could raise so I could sit up and watch TV. It would be convenient. I bought an Easy Rest bed, and I can raise it and it helps out a lot with my broken hip. The Easy Rest sales representative was very nice and polite. He was a good salesman. He knew how to talk to people and what he was talking about. The delivery team came out and put the bed up for about an hour and a half. They knew what they were doing and they got it in. My Easy Rest bed is kind of hard but other than that, it’s all right. I would tell my friends that Easy Rest beds are nice for an elderly person especially because they have vibrators which come in handy and they can rest a lot easier.

Easy Rest gave me this big spiel on the phone about how it’s healthy for me. I like it, but the mattress is so stiff that it doesn’t bend in. And when I put the feet up, it levels out and it doesn’t dip down as much as it could. I use the feet elevation and I use the vibrator all the time. Then I found in Sears that they have had the adjustable beds too, which I didn’t know and they’re a lot a cheaper. The delivery was fine. I’ve got a two-storey house and it wasn’t easy, but they got it up. They were very pleasant and very helpful. Easy Rest is too expensive, but they’re very nice as far as personnel is concerned.

I had my old bed for about 10 years and that bed was flat. I was about ready to find a new mattress. I found myself trying to use two or three pillows to prop my head because I couldn't get myself adjusted. But with the Easy Rest bed, all I have to do is use the one pillow, raise my head up and I'm good to go. Easy Rest also made the bed affordable for me through a payment plan. I loved the sales rep too. She was great. She wasn't pushy and I like that in a sales rep. That’s very important and a lot of sales reps don't realize that they can be too pushy and then they push the person away. The Easy Rest sales rep was very friendly, open, understanding and professional in what she did.

When the salesman presented Easy Rest, we thought it was going to be really comfortable and nice, but it turns out it’s really not all that comfortable. Prior to the Easy Rest, we've had our old bed for maybe 10 years. But now we're thinking about putting our old bed back in our bedroom and putting the Easy Rest in the spare room. The people that we dealt with when we were trying to get the bed installed weren’t really pleasant. The people at Easy Rest didn't want to talk to Carol, and every time we tried to talk to somebody there, they were rude. I don’t appreciate that, and that was one of my dissatisfactions with the bed.

I heard a lot about the Easy Rest and decided that I wanted to get it. The rep that I worked with was great and the delivery team worked well. The only thing is I wish that the headboard had been connected. Other than that, it's very comfortable and I like its heat feature the most. I have had the bed for three months now and I'm sleeping better.

I sleep better on my Easy Rest bed. I like the comfort of it as well as the head reclining. I also recline the footboard, but I like the headboard better. My head doesn't hurt like it used to. Easy Rest's sales representative was wonderful, and the delivery guys were courteous and showed me how to use the bed. And they also asked me if I had any questions. They were perfect. Everything is good, and I'd tell my friends all the good parts that I know about Easy Rest.

I have a bad back and since an Easy Rest bed is adjustable, I got one. My old bed was an Easy Rest also and it was 12 years old but I bought the new one because the mattress on the old one was shot, and I was putting pillows under the edge of it to keep it from collapsing. So, when the Easy Rest rep stopped by, I needed to replace the mattress. And had I known it was an Easy Rest, I would have just replaced the mattress and not the whole unit. And she may not have known it was an Easy Rest, but she knew it was adjustable, so she could have found out easily had she been really honest. The Easy Rest delivery team was fine, but there is a box that fits under the bed that is to be used if the power goes out, and they did not show me where it’s at or how to use it.

I’ve always wanted Easy Rest. I signed in to win one and they came out to sell it. I won one and have had the bed since February the 15th. When I chose my mattress, I went down Big Sandy’s and laid on every bed there was, and this mattress was the only mattress that would take the pain away. I lay on other beds and my back would pain. I went back to laying on this bed and it solved the problem. The mattress feels the same. I use the feet raised up and the head but mostly I’ve been interested in the foot of the bed. While using the massage part, I fell and hit the back of my head and it’s been five weeks. I read that I should not use that if I took blood clot medicine so I haven’t been able to use it, and I still got a little bump back there.

We had a king-size bed before. Then my husband got sick and he had a hospital bed on one side and I had a twin bed put in because he wanted me to be always so close. Then he passed away and the twin bed was not right, and neither was the hospital bed although we tried it once. I was looking for a bed but I had not gone shopping for one. I had heard about the Easy Rest bed when I'd filled out one of those coupons to win a free bed. I made an appointment with the Easy Rest sales rep, then she came and showed me all the benefits of the Easy Rest bed. I liked her presentation and the Easy Rest bed seemed like a good thing so I got it.

When the gentleman from Easy Rest came out and told me about the bed, I was undecided on whether I was going to get a regular mattress or a bed that moved. But since I'm having asthma every so often, I thought the latter would be better than laying flat. I won't have to worry about getting up and sitting in a chair until I get my breath back.

I have a bad back and I've fallen twice. I purchased an Easy Rest bed, and their salesperson was okay and the delivery guys were good and very polite. I really liked that I can keep my head up with my Easy Rest bed. And the bottom helped keep me from sliding out. But I have my days and there was one night that my back bothered me. I woke up and it was bothering me, and I had to get up and pull out my recliner. But overall, Easy Rest is top-notch, and I told some friends about it.

I'm always having back problems and when the price of the Easy Rest bed came down, I knew that I could afford it so I decided to get one. Their sales rep was very nice and I enjoyed her very much. When the bed was brought here, the poor guys had to deliver it in the rain. But they carried things up very well and the gentleman in charge and I had a good conversation while we were getting things sorted out. Then I paid for it and it was a very good procedure. Since I started using the bed, my back problems have lessened, though it took me a while to notice any change. Also, I use the Easy Rest's head lifting feature a lot because it helps when I'm putting drops on my eyes. I could sit on it while I had to climb up on my old bed that I had for 10 years. I'm glad to have the Easy Rest bed and I'd recommend it to a friend. The dog likes it, too.

I responded to the Easy Rest ad and they called and asked if they could show their product to me. I agreed and when they came out, liked it so much that I ended up buying one. Their sales rep was also very good. He could sell ice to the Eskimos. Then, their delivery crew did a wonderful job of installing it and making it just the way I wanted it. I sleep very well on my Easy Rest bed and I feel more relaxed in it than on my old bed. I like it very much and I use its massage feature most of the time. They also sent me a pillow but I didn't like it. It's so hard and I'd rather use my soft pillow.

I was having problems on my back, shoulders and legs with the bed that I had purchased not very long ago. I should have waited because somebody told me about the Easy Rest bed and they were explaining it to me. And when this guy from Easy Rest came to my house and told me about it, it was so unreal. He came in the door and started talking about the bed. He was a good salesperson. The delivery guys came in and took care of the bed on their own. There were two young people that came and they didn't hesitate or stop. They just went right to work. I was busy doing something else in the other room and they had the whole thing put together. They were so nice and I was very pleased. You feel like you've known them for a long time.

The Easy Rest seemed like a good bed for us to sleep in and sleep better. I had a bed for over 15 years and I had just bought a new mattress to put on it two months ago, but with the Easy Rest bed, it's a whole lot of difference for the good. I use mostly everything on it. The sales reps were very helpful. Even the people that put the bed together for me were very helpful as well. I forgot to ask them if I ever have to flip over the mattress on top every so often, 'cause I needed to do that with my other mattress. But they were good on the job and they didn't take that long. They also demonstrated the bed after they finished putting it up. I'm satisfied.

I had sent in a card and then an Easy Rest salesman came out. He was here for almost four hours ‘cause I thought it was a lot of money. I needed a new mattress, and he kept coming down on the price and that’s when I decided I would get one. I’m 77 and impaired, and someday I'm probably gonna need a hospital bed so might as well get it now. I have a lot of arthritis and I also have Lyme disease. I’d been so miserable and now I’ve been very happy with Easy Rest. It’s very comfortable and I love it. I get better sleep with it, and I can move my feet up and down. I don’t ache as much now and when I do, I just move my feet or head either up or down. I get stiff when I lie on one place, but with the Easy Rest, I can work it up and down and that’s how I sleep better. I use the vibrators too.

Easy Rest was the bed that spoke to me or that would be good for me. I have some health issues so I need to raise the head of my bed up. I use that feature the most. I also need to raise the legs up on occasion. I’m very happy with the bed. I’ve slept so much better with it. And it’s made my rest a lot better. I would recommend Easy Rest and if one is looking for a bed similar to mine, contact Easy Rest. It went well with the sales representative. I live in assisted living and the sales rep came out here and talked to me about it. When the team came to set the bed up, they did things quickly and neatly. They cleaned up after themselves and everything was very nicely done.

I needed a new bed and the Easy Rest guy was a really good salesman and he wasn't pushy. He told me how good the bed was, made a good price, and gave me a good offer for it. Also, the delivery team came in, did it quickly, and demonstrated how to use the bed. I love it. I lift my head up to sit up in bed and it feels better on my back.

Easy Rest came out and showed their bed to me, and the sales rep talked really good. But he didn’t tell me how much it was going to cost, which was over $3,000. Then they added $100 for delivery. That was a ridiculous price to pay, but they talked me into it and I've been pleased since I’ve got it. It’s a good bed and I like it. It's is very smooth and quiet. The only thing wrong is that when I roll the feet and the head up, the bed doesn’t go back all the way down. It goes about six inches off the bed, and because I don’t have a headboard, the pillows go off too. Also, the disadvantage was the wave part where they said you got to rub down. It didn't really give a massage. But the delivery people were good. They came in, brought the bed in and took the other Craftmatic out. They came over a hundred miles ‘cause I’m in Oroville, California and they came from Fresno. Overall I’m not dissatisfied with the service but I am with the price ‘cause I paid way too much.

The delivery team did good and I ain't got no problem with them, but I wouldn't recommend an Easy Rest bed because it cost us too much. The sales rep won't shut up and kept on and on. They told me that it was going to make me stop taking all my medication and that I would be pain-free, but the man lied to me. I use the head to keep my head up, and I use the foot too. But my husband doesn't like it up. Also, it threw my husband off the bed and broke his ribs. I've been married to this man for 35 years and he has never fell off the bed. But he fell off the bed and broke two of his ribs. Same size, same frame and all, but he flipped right off of it. I love my bed, but he ain't got no use for it and he doesn't like it. I like it, but it hasn't done anything that its name said that it was gonna to do. I'm stuck with it and I got to pay for it.

I had a bed like Easy Rest before when I lived in Sacramento and it was really nice. I let my niece use it and I slept in the guest bedroom, but she had a seizure on it and she broke it. The Easy Rest sales rep was really nice. I told him I couldn’t afford the bed and he explained that they got payments that I could afford. I have auto-pay and they take every payment out of my account, so that makes it really easy.

I do a lot reading at night when I go to bed, and doing it with my shoulders and the seat elevated seemed like it would be a more comfortable way of doing it. I'd wanted an Easy Rest for so long but I couldn't afford it. I still couldn't afford it when I got it, but they made me a deal so I couldn't turn them down. The sales rep was funny and I really liked him. We went upstairs to my bedroom and he showed me what it felt like to lie on an Easy Rest. He even had a vibrator that he put under the pillow, so it vibrated. He was very nice. The delivery team brought the Easy Rest and one guy didn't know whether or not it was going to fit because I have a frame bed. But they put it in, and they were very professional and fast. They also showed me how to use the controls. One of the guys wasn't real friendly, but that was okay. They put the bed together, explained everything and were out of here.

I was not sleeping well on my seven-year-old mattress, so I thought I’d give Easy Rest a try. Everything is going well, and it is comfortable. It raises the right height when I need it. I like having the head raised just a bit. It worked well for me. Also, I don't toss and turn during the night like I used to. The people who installed it were very good and fast, and they were there in less than an hour. The lady who came to sell it to me was very nice, too. I like her. They all did a good job. I tell my friends to come try it out.

Joyce, the Easy Rest saleslady, was so convincing that I'd be able to get in and out of bed. She was fantastic and I want to recommend her. If they lose her, they’re losing a good girl. The delivery was great but they should have sent two men instead of one. I’ve had my old bed for 25 years and it had several pads on it because the mattress was starting to go bad so this is much better. I'm on dialysis and I tend to swell so, I raise the foot of the bed quite a bit. But now, I need to locate a brick and block the wheel to keep me from pushing the bed with my power chair because if I hit it, it will move. I’m very happy with the Easy Rest and I would tell my friends that they have to try one.

I got pain in the lower legs and I have a back problem as well and I needed the Easy Rest bed's vibration system. And since we've had the Easy Rest bed, it seems we're getting up better and doing a lot more movement if we use the vibrator on. Raising ourselves up helped out a lot more than just laying straight. The Easy Rest sales representative explained everything they could think of and most of everything I needed to know. The installers were nice and they did everything they could possibly do and helped me out. I'd recommend Easy Rest.

I have had my Easy Rest for two months already and I'm satisfied with it. I use the headrest feature the most since it helps me with my bronchial problem. The rep I talked to was great and he told me everything I wanted to know. The delivery team was also beautiful. I tell my friends to come and try my bed out.

I had a comfortable bed before and it wore out on me. Also, I have a really bad back so I got an Easy Rest. The sales rep knew how to sell and he explained everything going on and described it right. Then, the delivery team had no trouble and they were in and out in no time. But I kind of like my old bed better than my Easy Rest. It's not very comfortable and I just can't get settled right in it. Most of the time, I have to sleep with my head at the foot of the bed to get comfortable. I lay the other way my back kills.

One of the Easy Rest salesman got with me and kept riding me and stuck with me, which the rest of companies didn't. My wife has been having some problems and she needed a new bed. Easy Rest sent a female representative out here and she was really, really nice. She was trying to push me a little bit to get it, and making me some good deals. I told her that I was just not ready back then and I needed about six weeks. But she forgot about me, and then another guy came along at the time when I was ready. The delivery crew was really good. They jerked the old bed out of here and put up the Easy Rest together and they were ready to go. My wife is handicapped and she really likes the bed and sleeps in it every night. It works good and we are delighted with it.

The Easy Rest sales representative is very good and she convinced me to buy the bed. She told me about every advantage, which are good. Then the delivery was fine. Now, with the Easy Rest bed, I can rest okay and I'm much better when I wake up. I got pain in my waist before and right now, I do not. I use all the features especially the vibration and elevation.

I like Easy Rest's adjustability. I like where the back comes up, the elevation. It is more comfortable for me and it eliminates having acid reflux, so I sleep better. It is more comfortable compared to my old bed. The sales rep was very personable and professional at the same time. And, the delivery team was very nice also. I had a good experience. However, their price is ridiculous. I would have a hard time selling it to my family. Nonetheless, I would recommend it.

We had two hospitals beds for myself and my husband and the mechanisms were worn out and couldn't be replaced. And so, we bought an Easy Rest bed because their reps said they would always be available to get the bed repaired if needed. And we didn't have to go out shopping. The bed is nice and we like it. In fact, my husband is in bed all the time using the feet rest and the head rest because he is more comfortable with his feet up. The sales rep was great. He was pleasant to deal with and he made things easy for us. And the delivery team did what I wanted. I like the bed. We haven't had it long enough to know what the service is like but if they repair it when it gets broken, I will be thrilled.

Easy Rest's sales representative was nice and friendly. He said he was going to check with me after I buy the bed. Also, their delivery guys were fast and efficient. They also showed me how to use the bed really well. Using my Easy Rest Bed, I elevate my feet and that takes the pressure off of them when I get home from a hard day's work. I got the bed for the health benefit that I could get out of it and since sleeping on it, I've gotten much rest and slept well at night. People should try it.

I wanted to try out the Easy Rest bed because it looked like it might rest pretty good. The salesman was very good and I liked the way he talked and presented himself. The delivery guys couldn’t get out the day they were supposed to because of the weather but I could understand that. They were nice and demonstrated the bed for me. They got the remote to tell me what to use my light on.

I get a good night's rest with my Easy Rest bed. It is way better than my old bed. I use the Easy Rest bed's massage feature and the different positions that I can relax in. The sales rep did a good job. I felt good about the communication with him and I didn't feel like I was pressured. The delivery team did a good job and explained how to work everything. So if a friend asks, I will tell them to buy the Easy Rest bed, invest in it.

I had a surgery and I got an Easy Rest bed to help me get out of it the minute I wanted to because I cannot bend my back due to a medical issue. I enjoy the bed's features on the front and back. Easy Rest has very good and helpful sales people. Also, the delivery team came and got everything okay. The bed is good and I’m interested in another one.

I haven't had a bed for years, and I always slept on the couch or in a recliner. The Easy Rest is a lot more comfortable and better. I just raise the head up so I can relax instead of trying to lay flat. I could also sit up at a right angle. I also turn the vibrator every now and then to massage my lower back. The sales rep from Easy Rest was really nice and friendly when they came up to the house.

Easy Rest sent me a brochure in the mail and I thought I was going to win a bed. I wasn’t lucky enough to win it so I just bought the bed. I'm 85 years old and I thought Easy Rest would be easy for me to get in and out of. Sometimes I need a little help so I use the raising of the foot more so I can get up. However, it seems that the middle of the bed has sunk in, the bed is flat. Nonetheless, the sales rep and the delivery team were nice. They told me how the bed works. Overall, I'm satisfied with it.

The Easy Rest sales rep was a very nice young lady and she was easy to talk to, easy to relate to and we talked about everything but the bed until we got down to serious talking. The delivery was fine and they came in and towed the mattress and stuff out from under my other bed and set up the Easy Rest. The delivery guy did everything that he said he was going to do, showed me everything on how to work the feet and the head of the bed and the vibrating. And then the mattress pad arrived later.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed to be able to sleep. However, there was not a whole lot of change. My old bed was more comfortable but Easy Rest is okay. I like its elevation feature, which I mostly used to be able to sleep. The sales rep was very nice and the delivery team was very good. They set the bed up, showed us how to use it and made sure everything was okay.

My mom has an Easy Rest and I have slept on hers and it felt so nice. So, I decided to get one. Since sleeping on my East Rest, I don't wanna get up. I like the adjustable part of it. I loved my old bed too and that's why I bought it. I just like the way I don't have to use so many pillows with Easy Rest. And then, I like the way I can adjust my legs up when I want them up in the air. I don't have to put a pillow under them. Also, I like the massage part. I like the way it lifts your head without all the pillows because I can watch TV comfortably. My sales rep was very nice. She was telling me what it would do for my body and as I get older that I will probably need it because sometimes when people get old, they need more help. They have many problems like back problems or whatever. I would friends that they need to get one because of how comfortable the Easy Rest bed is.

The salesman came over and he helped me get the Easy Rest. Then the delivery guy came and he got the bed right in. My old bed was already here when I bought the house about seven years ago, but I like the Easy Rest better than it. I raise the head of the bed most of the time and once in a while, I'd take the vibrator on. I would recommend it.

My wife and I have a more relaxed sleeping with the Easy Rest bed. It's way above the straight bed that we had for more than ten years. The bed has a lot of good features. I use the heating feature and it makes me so comfortable. The bed's long enough for me since I'm tall and I can put my shoes up under the bed. My wife, on the other hand, uses the massager more and likes the bed because it elevates her head.

I’ve been resting good with the Easy Rest bed. I like the vibration feature, but I only use one when I really feel I need it. I often use the foot relax too. The bed is really comfortable and I enjoyed it. I've told my family about it. The delivery team was wonderful as well. They were fast when they came in and they took the other bed down and then set up the new one.

When we lived in New York, my husband wanted to get an Easy Rest bed. That was something that we had talked about but he has passed away. When the Easy Rest sales representative came, I was in a financial bind but he was adamant. He really wanted me to get it. He told me the price and I told him I couldn't do it then he kept bringing it down. He would call somebody and they'd bring it down again. At one time, I got really frustrated because he was just not gonna stop. Then he put another man on the phone who's over him and that man brought the price down to half of the original.

Everything has been tip top number one with Easy Rest. Kudos and thumbs up. I got one because of the therapeutic vibration feature of the bed. I sleep a lot better, I've even gone so far as to fall asleep with the vibration on. And then if I have to wake up to go potty then I turn it off. The remote is terrific. The fact that you can push one button and it'll put both the bottom and the head of the bed down. And you can adjust the vibrations. There's one continuous vibration and there's one that has a wave and you can adjust the speed and the depth of it. They also have two settings where you push one and it will automatically go to one setting that you program and then if your press two it'll go to another setting that you had programmed in. It's absolutely great.

I needed a new bed and I was looking at Easy Rest a couple of times and I thought that I would try it. Their reps explained everything and then called and I talked to a different representative. They weren't pushy. The delivery was very efficient as well. They came in, took the old mattress off, and then they proceeded to bring the new one in. They were very good. But I have not really found any difference on my body since sleeping on it. have a lot of different issues. I still feel the same way that I did with my other bed. Easy Rest is it's comfortable. Maybe I just couldn't get used to it because the mattress feels so different from my other bed.

I was talked into buying an Easy Rest bed. And it's all right when I was purchasing it. The delivery team was excellent and I'm impressed with how they handled everything. The bed is more comfortable. I have the backrest that’s coming up and I have that vibrator that I use.

The delivery team was very knowledgeable also and they brought the bed in and set it up within minutes and explained the remote and how it worked. They were very efficient. I'd been wanting an Easy Rest bed for years and when I got an information in the mail, I decided to spend money on it. I'm sleeping more longer periods of time with my Easy Rest bed. The Easy Rest is a lot better than the previous bed I had for 35 years. I use the elevation of the head and the feet feature the most. I have sleep apnea and I also have a problem with my lower back. I'd tell my friends that if they have any back problems, they needed to get an Easy Rest bed. It would be very helpful.

I have a COPD and I got to have my head up when I sleep at night because I have to wear oxygen. If I don’t wear my oxygen at night, I may not wake up ‘cause I go that far down in my sleep. I like the way my Easy Rest bed moves and massages. I have to figure out mine because of my mask. I’ve been sleeping on my right side. I got used to that before we got the bed. But, now that I got the bed, I sleep on my left side and it’s a whole new experience for me. I’m all by myself now on my bed. And my husband gets his all down there, too.

On April 15, 2016, I purchased an Easy Rest Adjustable bed. The salesman, who came to my condo, was slightly handicapped. I felt sorry for him, listened to his sales pitch and decided to try the bed to improve my sleep quality. The bed was delivered on April 20. The men installed it to my current headboard, so I wouldn’t have to change out my whole bedroom. I was presented with a paper that stated it was page 2 or 8. I believed this to be a standard acknowledgment of receipt of the bed. I signed the paper and then was presented with pages 1 thru 6 of 8. I was told that the contract had been sold to Preferred Credit, Inc. of St Cloud, MN. I asked them for the missing two pages, and was told that I didn’t need them. I told them that I considered the contract null and void, because I was not provided a complete copy. They sent one letter requesting full payment of the bed. I haven’t heard from them since. They just reported that I didn’t pay and they wrote it off.

I have a bad back and the Easy Rest has helped relieve the pain tremendously. I also had problems sleeping and I had pain in my legs all the way down to my toes, and that has gone away. I'm sleeping well now and my legs don't hurt. I watch a lot of television but because of my back, I can't walk a lot since it makes my back hurt a lot. And when I lay flat on my back or even raise the head a little bit, it's easier for me to watch television or read. I also love the massage and the wave effect. Those seem to lull me to sleep. The Easy Rest sales rep was wonderful. He explained everything very carefully to me and showed me pictures. And he was very nice. Also, the delivery team was very efficient.

I needed a new bed. I had my old bed for over 20 years and at first, it was really good but as I got older my back needed more support and I needed to sit up more and have my feet raised up more to sleep better at night. And I thought that Easy Rest bed might be able to help my back, which it has. And I'm enjoying it as well. Their rep was great too. He was just so polite and very thorough. The young man that delivered it was also super. He was so fast. I said, "I can't believe you're doing this by yourself." He said, "I'm used to this." And he cleaned up all his mess as well. He was really good. They're easy to deal with. It was a great experience. I'd recommend Easy Rest bed.

I've had five open heart surgeries and now my heart's dead on one side and I'm on a pump. We had been looking for a bed to raise my head up instead of using pillows. The Easy Rest sales rep came to the house and talked to us for a long time. He was very nice and professional with what he said. The delivery went very fast. We asked questions and the installers were very knowledgeable.

I'd been looking at beds for a long time and the guy from Easy Rest caught me just right. I had my old bed for longer than nine years and the Easy Rest seems nicer. I also enjoy the lift on it. That light underneath comes in pretty handy too. It took longer than I expected to receive the bed, but setting it up was perfect. I live in a bad neighborhood so I stayed outside to make sure nobody stole anything out of their truck. And they went in and set up and everything. However, I regret spending that much money on it. I could have gotten another nice adjustable bed for half the cost. Otherwise, everything has been great.

The Easy Rest sales representative was awesome. I like friendly people, and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did a really good job, too. The delivery team was really nice. They helped me with getting the old bed out and moving it around because I wanted to change it around. They were so sweet and let me clean before putting the bed up. It was awesome and they had taken the old bed out into the porch. I had somebody come pick it up because we gave it away.

I was thinking about getting a reclining bed and a gentleman from Easy Rest called me and made an appointment. He showed me everything and let me try how the vibrations feel. He explained everything that would happen, too. I had a really good experience with him. And I was very satisfied with all he had to say about the Easy Rest bed. I had to get it and I’m enjoying it. I was in an accident and I’m in too much pain while I sleep on my side. When I was talking to the gentleman, it sounded like such a good deal with the vibration and everything else that comes with the bed. The delivery was fine and the guys who did it were great. They set the bed right up and explained to me how the buttons work. They did a nice job.

I've been having some stomach problems and I got reflux and having the Easy Rest helps. It's comfortable and I mostly use it to lift my head. The rep was real nice and informative. Everything went fine with the delivery as well.

It’s been about two months since I have my Easy Rest. I needed a bigger bed and I saw the ad and decided to investigate. Their reps are fine and the installation went really quickly and the installers showed me how it worked. I enjoy having the bed and I like the space it gives me and the adjustability. I sleep sounder in it too. I’m perfectly happy. Give it a try. It’s really a good experience.

I have back issues so I purchased an Easy Rest Adjustable bed. I like their feature of lifting the head and the feet up. My experiences with the sales rep and the delivery team went very well. I'm satisfied with it but the catch is not telling me what the price is before they finished trying to sell the bed. I don't like that part. I guess that's a sales tactic that you win the customer over and then you hit them with the price. I wasn't expecting that but I still went on with the purchase because of my concern about my back. It helped my back but I wouldn't recommend it to others because of their very steep price.

Easy Rest sent a representative to talk to me and what he talked about was good and I really didn’t consider the price. I’m a little disappointed with the price for what I got. I overbought it. It got a lot more stuff on it than I need. I’m not tremendously disappointed with it. It’s comfortable to sleep on but other beds may be just as comfortable at less cost. I just don’t need all the stuff that’s on it, and I don’t use it. Nonetheless, their reps had all been upright and honest. The salesman had agreed that the top of the bed should be 24 inches off the floor. When the delivery guys came, it was way too high. I pointed out that the specs and even the delivery sheet showed that the height of the bed should be 24 inches and they had to modify it. They didn’t want to do that but I said, “Well, that’s on the contract. I think you should do it.” They did but grudgingly.

I saw Easy Rest advertised on TV and saw how it was relaxing so I purchased one. The sales rep was fine and the delivery team was great. We have not gotten used to it yet but I mostly use the head feature and vibration. I'd recommend Easy Rest.

We got an Easy Rest for the possibilities of better sleep and circulation. We have it now for 3 months and the position part for both the head and feet as well as the massage the comfort is a lot better. Moreover the Easy Rest team treated me very good. The delivery team was very good as well. So I would recommend Easy Rest for my friends to try. I think sleep is a very important part of our life so we might as well get the best of it.

Easy Rest is a dream bed to own. The rep that came to the house was very nice. He called his supervisor and finally talked the price down to the price that I can afford. The delivery experience was very nice. They were quick and efficient. I've had it for about two months now and I like it. I like its folding up feature. I still sleep the same pattern though. A few hours here, a few hours there. I’ve already recommended it.

I use the different positions I can set with my Easy Rest adjustable sleep system. I raise the head part every night and I'm sleeping well but I got some regrets now. I think it's too expensive for me.

I can’t lie down flat because I have sinus problems, so I like being elevated. Plus, I like being elevated to watch TV as well. My wife and I had been talking about getting an Easy Rest bed for a while. So far, our experience with Easy Rest has been good and all right. Everything was fine with the Easy Rest sales representative. He convinced me of what I had already known about the Easy Rest bed and we bought it. Then the delivery team did a good job. Since using the bed, I’ve been sleeping better. The position that the bed makes is what stands up to me about it and I like the way that it functions. It’s a plus all around. I mostly use the feature of raising both the head and foot parts, so I can sleep at night. I also like the vibration feature, which is nice and cool, and it relaxes me.

The rep of Easy Rest was the one who convinced me and told me about the cancer. I liked him and he seemed honest. I was sick the day of the delivery so they just came in and they put the stuff where I said because I had to transfer mattresses to the other room. I noticed when I was using the pillows to prop me up, I keep falling down during the night. Now I don’t do that. Also my reflux was getting so bad. It was going up in my throat at nighttime and blood was coming out so with the Easy Rest, at least I sleep with my head up all the time. I'm sleeping better then my pillow is clean in the morning. I would recommend Easy Rest if somebody had a lot of medical problems.

They told me that I won a free bed. I was thinking of my husband who's sick and he stays in bed all day. So when the rep of Easy Rest said that they have a bed that can be half for him and half for me, I said, "Okay. I'll take it." However, the first time I used it, I called them because my back was no better and I didn't sleep very well but the rep told me to give it a chance. I did and now, I like it and I sleep better.

I was sleeping on a flatbed for 74 years and the Easy Rest sales rep wanted me to sleep all crinkled up but it didn't work. I can't sleep on the stupid thing and I can't get comfortable on it. I thought the bed would help but it doesn't and I'm getting ripped off here. When it was delivered, the team was in a hurry. Then, we finally found some signs underneath the bed that said, "Remove these screws before operating motor." But we don't know anything about that since we're not mechanics. I don't like this bed and if I could change anything, I wouldn't have bought it. I would also tell others not to purchase it.

I had such bad back and neck problems. I don't think any bed's going to help me. I purchased an Easy Rest because I was hoping it would help with my back and my neck issues. The sales rep who sold it to me does his job well and the delivery team was professional but unfortunately the bed just didn't help me as much as we thought it might. I've had it for about a month and a half but it hasn't helped. I tried all of the position but I just ended up flat on flat.
