We had a fantastic experience when we bought the bed from Easy Rest. The salesperson, who was the reason why we bought the bed, ought to be selling airplanes. He seemed to be truthful and very knowledgeable about what he was selling. I was very impressed with him but I wasn’t with the delivery people. One guy was doing all the work for the other one. I went out and helped the guy since he was carrying the thing by himself. He said the other guy was having some physical problems. I didn’t think that was fair and I felt sorry for him. Nevertheless, my wife is using the Easy Rest bed and she likes it. It’s 400% better than our old bed. I would buy another one in a heartbeat if I can afford it.

A rep came up to see me and he spoke really highly of the Easy Rest bed. He convinced me that it would be great for me and so I bought one. The guy who delivered the bed was on time and did a good job. Ever since I had the Easy Rest bed, I sleep much better. When I get up in the morning, I'm not so tired and my back is not aching. I like all of the bed's features, but the footrest is what I really need and I use it. Being able to hoist it up and sleep like that at night really works for me as I suffer from blood circulation problems in my legs.

The sales rep was very good. He was honest with me and I felt very comfortable with him. I had no intention of buying a bed, but I was interested in the offer of a free pillow and I was hoping I could win a bed. I told him that we might have to wait a year before I can afford to get this bed, and he didn’t wanna walk out without me getting some help. They wouldn’t’ come out and tell me how much the beds were, but I had the feeling it was gonna cost that much. When I saw the first number, I handed it right back to him. But he got on the phone with his boss, and his boss worked with me.

I liked the idea that I could raise my head up with the Easy Rest bed, so I got one. Also, my wife had a stroke some years ago and she's wheelchair-bound, and I figured it might be nice for her. The reps were great when I was purchasing the bed. We've had the bed for four weeks now and I love it. I like the little vibrator on it. My wife and I use that feature and it helps me go to sleep. We grew up in New Orleans and we're very familiar with the Mardi Gras season when it's nice to watch the crowds and see the sights. We're 15 minutes out of New Orleans and today is Mardi Gras. We've been lying in bed all day and we've been like bums watching TV in bed, with the local channels broadcasting live from the parade grounds. If people are interested in purchasing a reclining bed where the feet and head parts go up and down, I would definitely recommend the Easy Rest bed.

Ever since I got the Easy Rest bed, I have been getting a little bit better sleep. I’ve been rested and I’m moving around. I’m not as stiff as I once were before. The Easy Rest bed is a little bit solid and a little bit fine than my other bed was. I’m satisfied with my Easy Rest bed. Also, the salesperson was perfect. He was very nice, explainable, and he showed me the different points about the bed and how the bed would act. The delivery team was also super. They exchanged the old bed out, and then they brought the new one in and put it up for me. They showed me how to operate it and everything about it.

The sales rep was very nice and the delivery team took the old bed out and they put the Easy Rest bed in. They were also very courteous. It was a good experience. My Easy Rest bed is more comfortable than my old bed. I like it. While I use all the features of my Easy Rest, my favorite is the head raise because I sit up to watch TV.

I had had an Easy Rest one before, for about six years, then I tried the Sleep Number. When I first got it, it was comfortable. But then I had a slow leak in one of the soles. I would blow it up at night, before I went to bed, and everything was fine. But by morning, it would have flattened out enough that it left my back hurting. So I decided to go back to Easy Rest. The feature I use the most is the massager and my back is feeling much better now when I get up in the morning. I’m not retaining fluid in my legs either. The sales rep who had come out was fantastic as well. He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable and pleasant. The delivery team was very professional also. They had it set up in no time and working. Keep up the good work, Easy Rest.

The Easy Rest sales rep was very nice, plus their delivery crew was really friendly and was able to help me. They didn’t put my screen door back on though. With the Easy Rest, I can raise the legs and head up. I also use the massage feature. I'm enjoying the bed and I've noticed a little bit of change in my left leg.

The Easy Rest sales rep was determined to sell me their bed or he wouldn't go home. He was very friendly but he just wore me out so I decided to get one. The delivery was fast and easy. I've been sleeping on that bed for two years but it was a lot older than that. It was my mother’s bed and she had slept on it for quite a few years. I sleep better and I keep the head and feet raised a bit at night. I feel like that’s better for our health since I have congestive heart failure and my husband has a heart problem.

I have had a bad back for 20 years or longer. I can't lie flat so using the Easy Rest bed is a world of difference compared to my previous bed. I can get out of the Easy Rest bed better. My favorite features are being able to get it up and the vibrations of it. I have a very bad esophageal hernia and so I sleep on it with at least a fourth of the way up. Last night, I wouldn’t have even woken up until my son came in there. I also had a Serta and it goes up and down and had the vibration, but it has a much bigger, thicker mattress. So, I gave the Serta to my son and chose the Easy Rest. The bed is good all over for me.

The salesman from Easy Rest called here and he was gonna come by. I had thought about purchasing an Easy Rest before because I have congestive heart failure and I have to put my feet up. I accumulate a lot of fluids, even though I take fluid medicine. He was very nice and when I saw the bed his was selling, I liked it. The delivery team was very nice too and they did well during the delivery. I have the bed for a month now and I’m satisfied with it so far. I’m enjoying it and it has been comfortable. With Easy Rest, there's less swelling. Before, my son had built a thing that I put my feet up on and we had pillows on it. I’ve been putting my feet up in there for years. My favorite feature with Easy Rest is being able to get the feet up when I want to without having pillows. It’s a better situation. I recommend the Easy Rest bed.

I'm 83 years old and I hurt all the time. My bones are old and I felt like an Easy Rest bed would help me. So, I purchased one, and their rep was really good. He took his time and showed me how good it was. He put in the bed and had me lie down. He was very friendly and I liked the way he presented himself. Their delivery team was good too. They took my older mattress off and put theirs on. Since then, I've been sleeping a little better. I like the heat feature as well as the massage I get with the bed. I also use the elevation feature a little bit. The bed is really comfortable.

My Easy Rest bed is a lot softer than what I had. I sleep good in it. I like the feature that raises up the head for I can watch TV with it. When I was purchasing the bed, the Easy Rest rep I dealt with was very knowledgeable and a really nice fella. The delivery was good, too. The delivery people weren't in a hurry. They showed me everything that needed to be showed to me.

A gentleman who was here talked about the Easy Rest bed and said that it would help me with my medical problems. I have a degenerative bone disease so I have a lot of problems with my back and my legs. I also had two knee replacements. My husband and I were told too that if it did not help, we could call them. The delivery team was awesome. They brought the bed and set it up. We were also showed how to use the remote and everything to it. But, since I used the Easy Rest bed, I am hurting much worse. I put my legs up and when I get up the next morning, my replaced knee feels like it is going to fall out of my leg. And if I lay it down, my back and my shoulders kill me. This bed is not worth it.

It does go down some which is a help to me. Then, we were concerned about my legs and feet swelling. And so, we had a decision to make. He said he’d have it done in 15 minutes, and he did.

I went online and Easy Rest was one of the first companies that I saw on Google. The rep did a good presentation but I didn’t like the game with the finances. It’s like buying a car at the dealership and it was ridiculous. Also, the bed was overpriced and I suspect that we paid more than we should have. Other than that, the overall quality of the bed is excellent and sleeping is now easier. I don’t have to put pillows under my knees to elevate and there is the ease of being able to raise my feet at night. I have difficulty raising up to cough if I have any phlegm but I can do it more easily with the head lift. I have muscular dystrophy and I can’t raise my head to cough up the phlegm. The Easy Rest got rid of this problem to a large degree.

I love it! I've seen them on TV and the Easy Rest guy, who was nice, came by. They felt good when you experience things on the bed and I liked it, so I signed to put it that day. I worked it out as my Christmas present from my husband. With it, my back is not hurting like it used to be. My legs are not tightening up now like they used to be. They feel better. I like that I can sit up and can watch TV. I like that it is massaging my back, too. One guy on the phone, on the phone, was kinda rude. Also, I really need somebody to come on and do and put the wheels on it 'cause they didn’t put the wheels on it. My girl also wants to get one next month.

We thought the guys were to take some of the stuff away, but they didn’t. Also, they left a dent in our front yard. But other than that, having them set the bed up was pretty easy.

I can sleep better with the Easy Rest bed. I love its vibrating feature and I can position both my head and feet in different positions which helps a lot. I got it around November and I had no complaints when dealing with their reps. The was delivered and their crew did fine. I’m completely satisfied with everything.

The Easy Rest is a wonderful bed. It allows me to operate all the controls. The old bed we had was an excellent bed. But there were a lot of different reasons for which we purchased this bed: the sit-up, the warmth of it and the massaging of it. And I've had a good sleep, which I appreciate. To sleep on the Easy Rest bed is so much easier. I like the mobility of it and the ease of making it, putting fresh sheets on and keeping it clean.

I got an Easy Rest bed for my wife. It's also for me to get up and down. It's hard for me to breathe and I have to sleep in a sitting position. I have to sit up most of the time, and I have to raise my feet to keep them from swelling so much. But then by the time I get up every morning and hit the floor, they’re swollen again. The bed is also too narrow that when I turn over, I'm almost ready to hit the floor. Because of that, I ordered a railing that goes from under the mattress so that I could hold on to it. However, it isn't much comfortable either. My wife also let on that she isn't resting too well on the bed. I believe that you could get a better bed for $500.

My daughter said I got cheated out of this bed and that I paid too much for it. But the Easy Rest is comfortable for me and since using it, I've been sleeping a lot better. It feels much better on my back, and I don’t have to use the vibration part. I had an accident a few weeks after I got the bed, and I hurt my leg and hip. The bed made my injury even better unlike lying on the old bed, which I couldn’t handle.

I needed an Easy Rest bed. One of my grandchildren had one and my daughter had one too -- that was what made me want to get one. I love it. My mattress was old and it was time to replace it. I just wore my back brace, and it started healing up. With Easy Rest, my back feels better, and I can turn over much better. I'd recommend it.

Since I’ve been sleeping on this bed, I can get up in the morning, start on my day very easily, and not have to drag around. I like the up and down motions of the bed and the foot and head parts. I have acid reflux, so I have to have my head higher, and being elevated helps. The Easy Rest bed definitely made it to the 21st century. I love everything about it and everything is going well so far.

I had a Craftmatic for over 40 years old and I was sleeping on it. I purchased an Easy Rest since their two beds are the same. The features are about the same, except that the Easy Rest is more modern and it's not that heavy. The sales reps were very polite and informative. The people who delivered the bed came at the exact time they said they were coming. Also, the delivery guy explained the bed to me and set it up. I mostly use the head and foot feature. I read in bed and when I’m reading, I sit up and I need my foot to be a little raised so I don't slide down.

I had a twin bed that wasn’t big enough for me. It was also high, and my daughter was worried I’d fall out of bed. I needed a regular size bed, and the Easy Rest bed is lower. The rep that came was wonderful and he really knew about Easy Rest. He was using an Easy Rest way before he started to sell, and he was a walking advertisement. I could see that he was in bad shape, so if he was getting some rest, the bed probably would help me as well. I couldn’t afford it, however, until they gave me a price I could. Then I bought the bed, and the delivery team was good. Since using the bed, I've noticed that it’s a lot better to lay in because it’s wider and it’s lower. I can also sit on the side of the bed now. I’d recommend Easy Rest.

The Easy Rest salesman was very good. He showed me everything and he explained everything. When I lay my head down on my Easy Rest, I’m fast asleep. I’m very satisfied with it.

Other than that, I am satisfied with the Easy Rest bed.

The Easy Rest bed was demonstrated to me here at home and I liked it. The rep was excellent and well-informed, and I decided to get their product. The experience with the delivery team was good. They moved the other bed, put in the Easy Rest bed for me and showed me how to move it up and down, including the massager. I had a big, king size bed and it hurt my back. I could hardly sleep on it. But with the Easy Rest bed, wherein I mostly use the footrest and massage features, my back doesn’t hurt as bad. It’s just like it doesn’t hurt at all. My legs also don’t hurt as bad. I have restless legs. I raise my foot and my bed up a bit, and that relaxes my legs so I enjoy it.

My wife wanted an Easy Rest bed. Their rep was good. He convinced my wife that she could afford it so she paid the down payment but I’m stuck with almost $3,000. The delivery was good but she let them get out here and she had to buy something to raise the bed up there. My wife noticed changes, but I didn't. She’s comfortable where she lies and she's loving the bed. It might be worth it to my wife but to me, it wasn’t worth over $3,000. It was way over-priced. I could’ve gotten the same deal for about $700.

Health reasons made me buy the Easy Rest. With it, I’m able to elevate my feet and keep them there, which helps with the circulation. I lift the head up as well. Their rep was excellent, professional, courteous and took good care of business. Moreover, the delivery team was on point.

The Easy Rest is not different from the adjustable bed that we had. The only difference is that it's a king size and a two twin mattress. It's very difficult to make up. The salesman said that the bed would fold up so we would have fitting sheets, but it doesn’t fold up the way he said it would. I adjusted it to sleep and my body hurt a bit. It's grossly overpriced too. I’m dissatisfied and if I could send it back, I would and go back to my previous bed.

I have a bunch of health issues that the doctors are not able to address. I have poor balance and blood circulation problems. Plus, I've been sleep deprived for the past year. The list goes on and on. I didn’t have a bed for almost a year and it was hard for me to get a new one. I came upon Easy Rest's advertisement and everything that I heard about them spoke to me. When I saw the presentation about the Easy Rest, I thought that I could relate to those health issues. Moreover, my interaction with the rep was great and we connected well. He asked me about my health conditions and I mentioned my PTSD. He understood what I was going through. He also asked me about my basic health issues and I shared with him what was going on with my life. He found my cane and asked if I walked with it. He said that I obviously needed the bed, and I said that I did.

Easy Rest is superb. After the sale, everything else was fine. When the delivery team came in, they had to move one bed and put it in another room, and they set everything up just right. They put something to make it a bit taller, and they fixed those just right. Their bed had legs on it that could sit it up. That way, you can clean from underneath it. Since I bought it, I’m sleeping all night. In fact, I’m sleeping too much. I like that you can turn the vibrator on it and it moves you. A person my age seems to have legs and things that hurt a bit. Hitting that button to raise my feet up a bit helped me very much because I used to have to put pillows onto my regular bed. I also like the way the head comes up where I can watch TV without putting a pillow on there. And with their pillow, my neck goes back in there and I don’t get to watch much TV anymore because I’m falling asleep.

The Easy Rest sales rep that came to my home really wanted to sell that bed to me. I felt comfortable working with him. The delivery team who brought the bed set it up for me and showed me how to use it. I use all of the features of the bed but I use the head and feet parts the most. The mattress, however, wants to slide off when I use it at night. I make it up in the morning and it’s about a quarter to a half inch off the main bottom. Nevertheless, the Easy Rest bed is comfortable and since using it, my legs' swelling has been gone.

It’s really hard to make the bed though. I have to kneel on it and since it’s the split queen, I have to crawl on it and make sure I get it tucked in. As an 83-year-old, that’s a bit dicey.

He was great, very knowledgeable, knew everything that was going on about the bed, and professional with it. He set me in and when I asked him a question, he would answer for me. I scheduled a home delivery and the team called and told me when they would bring it out. I already took my old bed out as I had to clear for them to come in. When they came, they walked in and looked around to see where the bed was going at and where the plug was at. Then they went out, brought the bed in, and set it up. It was good and everything went smooth.

I thought that one of these days, I would get older and I would get more sleep. By then, I would need to raise the bed up and down. So, I decided to buy an Easy Rest bed. The salesperson I dealt with was really nice. She came in, explained everything to me, sat me up on the bed, and showed me how it operates. The people who delivered the bed were really good as well. They cleaned up for me, didn't stay in my house for 30 minutes, and got going.

The way I can raise my back and legs with the Easy Rest is much different compared to the other beds being sold. I like the way it's built and the massage feature it has. It's a joy to get a good night's sleep. We're happy with our bed.

I can sleep both ways, but I feel better if I have the bed up. I got talked into getting an Easy Rest bed. It was a lot of money and I'm not happy with it now. But so far, it's been okay. The sales representative from Easy Rest was cute and a neat woman. And the delivery guy was nice. He talked to me all the time when he was putting my bed together. He showed me how to do it, and he put wheels on it, so I can roll it around.

I’m thinking about having Easy Rest come back and get the bed back. I ain’t had it but one month. They said it’s supposed to make my back feel better and all of that. The thing did none of that. But, I’m gonna hold onto it and see what it does. I lift my feet up and then my back, and everything is okay. I don't like it, but I’d recommend them.

My previous bed does not compare at all to my Easy Rest bed. I had some difficulty sleeping before but since using it, I have been sleeping better. I lift up the back, so I can sleep upright and it helps my health. The overall quality of the bed is nice and it is easy to use and understand. We had a good time with the sales representative when he came out. He was very courteous and friendly. I was a little late during delivery and I asked somebody to work with the delivery guys. They had just done about everything when I got here.

However, I didn't think I would be able to pay for any bed like that so whoever sent him out talked to me and told me that they don't charge me much a month for the bed. I made my mind and got the Easy Rest. Thus far, I have been happy with my decision. I had my old bed for more than 10 years and the Easy Rest was good compared to it. When I lay down at night, I turn the vibrator feature on a lot of time. Everything’s working out well.

I'm getting along with my Easy Rest bed. I’m just trying to learn and use it the best way for myself. I’ve had some health problems in the hospital earlier, so I haven’t had a chance to use it as much. But it’s gonna be okay. I haven’t inserted the heating pad yet, and I’d love to do that. It’s a big bed and I'm hoping I can get my son to help me with that.

I love our Easy Rest bed, and we have recommended it to several of our friends. The sales representative from Easy Rest was the sweetest thing that was ever born. I’d take him for a son in a minute. He knew everything about the bed right down to the last little detail. The delivery guys were very nice, except the box spring part of our bed does not fit down in my frame. On one side, it's like the beds are wider than my frame. I can’t get them to match. The bed is not put together quite right. But other than that, we are so happy with the Easy Rest. It's a wonderful bed and we sleep good now. We sleep all night. And I love the vibrator. We raise the head a little bit every night. And sometimes, we raise the feet. During the night, if I have to wake up, I raise my feet up. We have trouble with the circulation in our feet and legs. The bed helps a lot.

The doctor told me I should sleep with my feet elevated, so I purchased the Easy Rest bed. The Easy Rest sales rep was friendly and he told me what I wanted to know about the bed. And since using the bed, the swelling in my right leg which was always swelled up badly has gone down. Between the bed and water pills, I got the swelling down in the bed. We've had several different mattresses, but the Easy Rest is a lot better than them. Buy one.

I just had my back surgery where my doctor had put a bar in my back that had curvature of the spine. He straightened it and fixed me. Then, the trunk of the car slammed on my back and put me in the hospital. It knocked a disc into my sciatic nerve, and I was almost paralyzed. And he fixed me once again and told me I need to sleep on an orthopedic bed because of my injury. I couldn't sleep, I couldn't stand, I couldn't sit. I was in so much pain. And now, I wear a back brace. The bed is wonderful. I lay down on the bed, on my back as ordered by the doctor, and I don't toss and turn. I've always slept on my side, and at first, it was hard to do. But with this bed, I just sink into it like a cloud and I don't have pain, no struggle.

I purchased an Easy Rest bed as it was adjustable. They were also able to put me on a payment plan. I use the bed's adjustable incline the most, raising my head up and down. But, the bed is a little higher. I'm short-legged and I need it lowered a little bit. So, I'm 75% satisfied with it.

I've been wanting a new bed but I never took the time out to get one. When Easy Rest was advertising, I decided to purchase their bed. The reps were really nice and they showed kindness. Plus, the delivery team was so sweet. The Easy Rest makes me rest well. I just set yourself up and I don't have to strain my head up right across your pillow. I’m enjoying the bed, but I had to really get used to it. I use the feature that makes my head go up and down, and sometimes I put my feet up or use the massage feature. I would wake up sometimes, but I would go right back to sleep. Older people want something like the Easy Rest bed and they gotta get it. The bed lasts longer, so it makes a difference. I would recommend Easy Rest to anybody.

Purchasing an Easy Rest bed was more of my husband's idea. He had heard about it from someone and he decided he wanted to try them. We got it in late November or early December and the sales rep was great. He represented himself very well, in all aspects. When he rung the doorbell, he came in and introduced himself. He was very respectful. The delivery of the bed was fine too. The delivery team came in, introduced themselves, told us what they came to do and set the bed up. They showed us how it was installed and they made sure we knew what the bed would represent.

I don't hurt as much as I used to since I've been sleeping on my Easy Rest bed. It is a little bit softer than my previous bed and I can adjust it. I use the head and the feet features the most because it aligns my back and legs up together. It helps with the pain more if I align them together. I'd tell someone to purchase an Easy Rest bed. I had a good experience interacting with their sales rep. He showed the different adjustments which was interesting to me and he showed us the vibrator that would be on the bed and that was a plus.

When I saw the Easy Rest on TV, it really looked like a mattress. But it's mostly like my airbed. I wasn’t in the room to look when the bed was put in my house because I’m on a walker so I needed to stay out of the way. But after sleeping on the bed and opening the case to see what was in there, it's not whatever I thought it was. It's just a foam piece that's in that case. It's plain. I was not misled but it's not the perfect thing that I slept on.

The sales representative from Easy Rest was nice. We got a king size bed and we scheduled for a home delivery. The guys who came out to set the bed up took my bed, my mattress and stuff out, and then they put the Easy Rest in. They were professional. I like the Easy Rest because I can put my head up and it's helped my shoulders a lot. My husband likes the vibrator. He likes that it massages the back. I'll tell some of my friends that they couldn't get a better bed than the Easy Rest. I've got a lot of pains in my shoulders, and it is not as bad as it used to be.

I’m 84 years old and I heard a lot of fellas my age talking about how the Easy Rest bed has helped their back. The Easy Rest sales reps who came to my house were really nice and I liked them. They told me how everything went for me and showed me how to work the computer. Then the delivery team was also nice and good. When I had the regular bed, I would sometimes go to bed early but I wouldn't be able to sleep. I would just be tossing and turning. With the Easy Rest bed, however, I can raise my head, and I get up at a little under 7:00.

I have a bad back and I’ve been enjoying the Easy Rest bed good for a month now. I sleep better. I like that I can elevate the head and a little bit on the legs. The reps were good people and everything was alright with the delivery. I would tell my friends to come and try my Easy Rest bed.

I wanted something that cranked up and down and I've seen an Easy Rest advertisement on TV. I called and the rep came and talked me into it. He was really nice. I really enjoyed talking to him. On the other hand, the delivery team looked like they might be smoking dope because their eyes didn’t look right to me and they mumbled around a whole lot. Also, they didn’t know much of what they were doing. They couldn’t get my side to work for a long time but then they got it to work. However, it went out a couple of times since then.

A nice gentleman came to my door to sell me an Easy Rest bed but it was supposed to be a contest that you enter and you could win. I could’ve sent him away but I needed a new bed. It was a very good interaction and he presented his program very well, which was why I ordered the bed. Mostly, I use the feature for raising my head. It makes it a little bit more comfortable for me and I don’t have to use too many pillows. I could put the bed up and put it down, and I can go to sleep. The Easy Rest bed is good and I would recommend it to other people.

The Easy Rest sales rep was very business-like and knew exactly what he was talking about. He made me feel very comfortable. The delivery team was fast and efficient. I've had my Easy Rest bed for about a year now and it is working beautifully. I sleep a little better now than I used to considering I have sleep apnea. And I use the legs and the back features because with the back problems that I have, certain positions are very comfortable for me.

I really don’t need another bed as I just purchased my previous bed six months before I got an Easy Rest. It can raise the back, but it doesn't raise up good for any circulation. It didn’t raise the leg section like Easy Rest. That was what made me get an Easy Rest bed. The sales rep was good and after I got to talk to him, he showed me the difference in the bed. Their delivery team did the best they could even with us having bad weather. I got my son to bring it in the second delivery and it worked out. The only thing about the Easy Rest bed is it’s so hard to get out of it if you recline it back to its other position. But other than that, my legs are not hurting since using it. I can recline. I have a pretty good blood flow now so it helps.

We enjoy our Easy Rest bed. It's for our health. My wife's feet and legs swell and the bed helps.

My old bed was worn out and hurting me. Compared to that, the Easy Rest bed is so comfortable. When I bought it, the sales rep who assisted me was very knowledgeable and very good in his job. The delivery team was nice, too. They knew what they were doing and they weren’t rookies. So far, the bed is operating correctly but the cover on the mattress is starting to tear and it’s not holding on the hinge part on the foot. Also, I was supposed to have gotten an Easy Rest pillow but I didn’t get one and it’s been two months already. I was supposed to have gotten a heater for it as well but I didn’t get it. So I’m not very satisfied with my experience and until I get results, it was a waste of money for me.

I have problems with my back and I have a lot of pain from that. I purchased an Easy Rest bed and since I used it, I noticed that I sleep real comfortably at night and I haven’t had any problems sleeping. They set up the mattress, gave us instructions on how to use the controls, had us test them out before they left and took the old mattress away.

I'm having bone on bone in my back right now and have to have surgery. I spent three months in the recliner and I wanted something that if I felt like I could straighten out or if I felt like if I had to sit up more, I could. The Easy Rest sales rep was good and explained things well. My husband has his head raised but I use the features for the head and the legs the most. I’m getting a good night’s sleep but the mattress keeps sliding up against the wall. With my back, I don’t need to be pulling on it to pull it back down. When I get up in the morning, it's scooted up. My husband has the heavyweight side and I’m not doing it on his side.

My husband and I have had the Sleep Number for 25 years and it still held air but it wasn’t doing the job like it did. Our backs were bothering us and we wanted a new bed so, we got an Easy Rest. We love our bed and we are happy with it. The sales representative was great and explained how the bed works. We scheduled a home delivery but it went a little late because the truck that was carrying the bed broke down. When the delivery team came in, they hauled the old one out and set the new one up. They showed us how to use it and we went through a very good training exercise on how to adjust the bed.

I’m a left leg amputee above the knee and the bed I had for three years was a little bit higher that what I have now. That made getting in and out a lot difficult. The team that brought the bed was very good and courteous. With my Easy Rest, I sleep extremely well. I sit up sometimes when I’m watching TV. But I let it all the way back down when I go to sleep. I would definitely inspire others to buy it if they were interested.

I wanted an Easy Rest for a good while because I’ve had a lot of broken bones. The sales rep I dealt with was great and the delivery team was in here and out in no time, and had it hooked up. SInce having the bed I rest better. I use the reclining and the massage, most of all. I love the way it feels. It feels good on my bones. I love Easy Rest and I make everybody that comes in sit, lay down on it and try it out.

I always see Easy Rest and I really like it because it comes with the massager. I've had mine since December and the guy who delivered it was very professional. We had a good conversation and he showed me how to use the remote. I also had a very good experience with their reps. I use the massage the most. I also use the one that makes the bed vibrate. I also raise both the head and the foot especially, for I have a circulation problem with my feet. With my Easy Rest, I sleep more comfortably and there's less pain. I normally feel more tired at my back. I fall asleep with the massage then when I wake up, it has turned off, and I don't feel the pressure in my back anymore.

We needed a bed where we could raise our feet and that had heat in it. And we got an Easy Rest bed. The sales rep was all right, but he talked too fast. We're country people and we don’t need fast-talking people. Other than that, his knowledge and expertise on the bed were good. The delivery team was polite and professional. They removed the other bed. They hooked everything up and demonstrated the new bed. We use all of the features of our Easy Rest bed. We can raise it up where we can breathe over.

I've got COPD so I have to sleep sitting up a lot. I needed something different besides the recliner and I've seen the Easy Rest on the tv. The sales rep who came was from around Arkansas and was a pretty good fella. We got along well and my son and I liked him. The delivery team did well despite running late to get back to Little Rock. They had another call in Little Rock so they had to make just one or two that day. They tried to storm up here but they were good folks.

The reps of Easy Rest were pretty good. The delivery went pretty well too. I got it for the convenience of the twin part. If anybody is in the bed with me, they don’t have to raise their head like I do. Aside from the fact that I like having the head raised as it's most comforting, I have to raise my head because of my condition. And now, I don’t snore as bad as I used to because my head is up. Everything has been okay with my experience with Easy Rest.

I had an Easy Rest before and I missed it, so I made another purchase. I had one for 20 years and it quit working. So I was still sleeping on it but I couldn’t adjust it. When I had the opportunity, I wanted to replace the one that did not work anymore. I use all of the features, like the fact that I can put the feet and the head up. I really like what the old one didn’t have, and this one has, the massage.

Easy Rest's salesman was very good at what he did. He described the bed like the bed was really amazing and that it would do all these wonderful things. However, I'm not happy with the bed as it's not comfortable. It's hard. I called and some man I talked to said he was gonna send me some kind of luxury topper to zip in it to try that to see if it'll soften the bed up. When he explained it to me, he said I wouldn’t have any more aches and pains and that the topper would help alleviate all that. Instead, I ache worse now when I get up in the morning than I did in my bed.

My Easy Rest took a little getting used to. I wasn’t sure how I was gonna feel and how the mattress is gonna be but it seems to be okay. I’m adjusting to it. I was expecting to get the heater pad at the same time I got the bed, but it was apparently mailed separately. I was not informed of that. But I had fine interactions with the sales representative from Easy Rest.

I have a problem with my legs getting up and down. I can't walk and I could only extend my legs out. I use the Easy Rest bed's features almost every day and my body feels better when I get up. The bed is great and everything has changed. Although the delivery team was friendly, they didn't bring the headboard which I needed but I told the reps at Easy Rest about it when I made my payment.

I had a very uncomfortable hospital bed. I got an Easy Rest bed and it is better. It's comfortable and it has the heat, the massage, and different positions. With it, the body aches are less. When I purchased it, the sales rep explained everything very well. He also showed me the pamphlet and gave us proof of the massage. The delivery team was very good as well. They were very polite and nice. They removed my old bed, put up the other one together, and didn't make a mess.

I was having trouble with my feet swelling up, and I was told to sleep with my feet up in the air. I decided to see about a bed and everything went okay with the sales rep from Easy Rest. He came here about 2 o'clock in the afternoon and didn't leave till 7:30. He was very well-informed, even about medical stuff. We told the delivery guys that we went away on Friday afternoon, and they had a notice to get here as soon as possible. They said possibly 12 o'clock and they were here by 10:00. They took my daughter's bed out of her room, put my bed in her room and then they set the other one up. They took the rest of the stuff with them so we don't have anything left here.

I have been sleeping on a water bed for 30 years. I got an Easy Rest bed because it raises my feet up. It is for the circulation in my leg. The massager, however, makes my head hurt. It doesn’t continue to hurt, but it does while I’m using it, so I’m not using it. Maybe because my head is downwards. Also, I can't sleep on my side on the Easy Rest, and sometimes I just let my feet down. Sometimes, when I get up during the night to go to the bathroom, I go back to my water bed. The Easy Rest bed is also expensive. But overall, I like it and the sales representative I dealt with was good.

I have chronic back pain and I was trying to get some relief. I had great interactions with the sales reps and I decided to purchase an Easy Rest bed. I've had the bed for about a month now and I’m getting used to it. There's stiffness on my back when I go to sleep at night but if I sleep two hours a night, I’m doing good. Yesterday, however, I tried to operate the foot part and I noticed that it didn't come up. Still, this bed elevates my head and that’s something that I needed. I had to do two pillows before, so if the back elevates, it does good.

I got an Easy Rest last December and I found it to be better than my previous bed. With my previous bed, I was pretty much flat when I was sleeping. I use the head raise feature of the Easy Rest the most and, so far, everything is good.

The saleslady that I worked with was very knowledgeable. I’ve done sales, so I kind of chuckled as she was talking to me about the bed, that she had it down really well. The bed bends and it has a massager on it, and I use both features all the time.

Easy Rest's sales rep was awesome. He was very polite and gave me all the information I wanted without asking. The delivery process was good and the delivery team was in and out in no time. I have COPD and I sleep with the headrest part raised up and I can breathe better. This is the best bed people can buy. It's well worth the money.

Our Easy Rest bed is comfortable and we love it. I can sit up in it, it has a vibrator and I can lay down in it. We have three children and the smallest one has infantile spasm and epilepsy, and I can sit up and look at them and also rest. That’s the best perspective because I can see them with my eyes and then my body is resting. I had to get adjusted to the Easy Rest because I was adjusted to my previous bed, but it's the way it should be. It’s very relaxing and enjoyable.

Fred was pretty much sleeping in his chair when he was home and that was where he was comfortable. He bought the Easy Rest bed originally to get some relief on his back and to sleep better, but he said he couldn’t get comfortable on it. He doesn’t like it. We looked into trying to get it back within the following week, but we were told there was no return whatsoever and that Easy Rest doesn't do business with returns, and that’s what made me mad at them. They said it is quoted on their site that they are not in the business of returned stuff. I looked at it and they were right. It was a $5,000 bed, while a hospital bed is cheaper. If Easy Rest is willing to do something about it, that would be great. If not, I’ll just stay mad at them and do bad reviews.

I got an Easy Rest bed and the sales rep was very friendly, very nice and very knowledgeable. There also wasn’t any pressure whatsoever. The delivery team showed me how to use the remote and the light that’s in it. We're very satisfied. I have fibromyalgia and it's really painful. There are some days I don’t sleep real good. The Easy Rest bed is comfortable. We like it. I put my legs and feet up, and my head and back with the bed. It’s better than the bed that I’ve had before and I actually get some sleep.

I had some foam beds and I decided to replace one of my twin beds. It was part of a king size bed because I was having problems sleeping. I have a pinched nerve in my neck. And I get about a couple of hours of sleep each time, and I have to wake up and change around. I got a flyer from Easy Rest and I sent that back in to get a possible chance of getting a new bed free. They called me up and made an appointment. We spent a couple of hours talking and the rep gave me a good discount on the sale of it. I decided to buy a twin bed one and the rep was great. He gave me a demo on the massaging part of it on my old bed, and that was what helped sell me on buying the Easy Rest bed.

Easy Rest is comfortable and it does everything it says it does. I sleep a lot better now. My older bed does not stand a chance compared to it -- I'm glad that is gone. This bed massages me and I definitely fall asleep. The sales reps were great, too. Everything I asked for, they did. They said what time it shall be here, the exact time. They put it in, unpacked it for me, and everything went fine. Everything about them was great. It is great to have somebody that works like that with a company like that, and they did everything they said they were gonna do and it was done.

I wanted a queen-size bed and decided to purchase an Easy Rest. Their sales rep wasn't pushy. I had a Craftmatic Adjustable before I bought the Easy Rest and both are pretty much just the same.

We initially had an Easy Rest and we wound up great on it. We bought another one and the sales rep did a real good job explaining about it. The delivery team was great too. The bed is more comfortable and quieter as far as the vibrators. I also like the firmness. My wife uses the vibrator quite a bit and she lifts her head up a little.

I needed help getting out the bed so I had been looking for an adjustable bed. I got an advertisement, which were sweepstakes tickets to enter a contest to win a free bed. After a couple of times of sending in of free tickets to enter the contest, Easy Rest called. Then a young lady came out and did the demonstration, and I liked what she said. She was a doll too. She was supposed to come at 2:00 and she got here at about 2:30. Then it was 7:30 when she left. But she was so sweet. She bought me cookies and we had a wonderful time. We had tea and cookies, and I enjoyed her as much as I appreciated getting the bed.

I have congestive heart failure and have trouble breathing a lot of time. I looked at the Easy Rest beds and the reps answered my questions. I wasn’t gonna buy anything but they were determined to sell the bed. Every time I said no, they came up with some other kind of deal, so I wound up buying one. The delivery crew, later, showed me this little deal where I could raise the head and foot. At this point, I’ve slept on the bed for a few nights and it helped. Sleep seems to be okay. If you want one, get it. It’s not worth the money though. It’s supposed to be a regular-sized bed but it’s a short one.

I bought an Easy Rest bed to get my legs up. My experience with the Easy Rest rep was awesome. He sat and explained everything. Then, when the delivery team came in, they did their job, cleaned up their mess and left. They also showed me how to use it. Since I got my Easy Rest bed, the swelling in my legs has gone down. I also use the massager, the heat and I also use the bed to raise my head. I’ve been telling and showing my Easy Rest bed to everybody.

The rep who sold me the Easy Rest bed said it costs $900 but it was $9,000. He didn’t explain it to me like he was supposed to say because I wouldn’t have gotten it. $9,000 is a whole lot of money. But since I don’t wanna mess up my credit, I’m gonna just try to pay it. Other than that, the Easy Rest bed is fine. I sleep all right with it. I like it since I can sit down. It also helps with my legs and my back a little. I'm gonna keep it.

Also, the delivery team got everything set up and talked to me about what was going on, showed me the remote, how to use it, and how to work everything. At this point, I mostly use the bed’s raising up part and massage. With Easy Rest, I don’t wake up in pain anymore. It’s good for anybody that ever had back pain that I have. I have a bulging disk in my back and the bed is working wonders with it.

I have experienced the Easy Rest bed when I was in the hospital for a lengthy time. So, I bought one bigger than the one I had in the hospital. Their sales rep was good and the delivery team handled the bed well. They were professional too. So far, I have been using the raising and lowering features of the bed. Though the price of the bed was very high, Easy Rest has been very good.

I bought an Easy Rest bed and the salesman I dealt with showed up when he said he would. He was very personable, friendly, and nice. He explained the whole system, helped me get a good deal and sold the bed. When the unit was delivered, a very nice young man came. We had already moved the old bed out of the way and he set the new bed up. He explained the operation of the whole system again and he hauled away all the stuff that the bed was wrapped in. It was a good experience. The bed works well for me. I got bad knees and have trouble with my legs and so my favorite feature of the bed is being able to get my feet up. It helps my knees relax. I also sleep better.

The sales rep of Easy Rest talked kind and they helped out a lot. They answered questions and were really good. During the delivery two men set it up and showed me how to use it too. It didn’t take a long time to set the bed up. They also put things on there where it wouldn’t slide back and forth on the tile. It was really good. I have acid reflux and back problems and since using Easy Rest I don’t have acid reflux nearly as bad. My old bed wouldn’t raise up and it didn’t vibrate. I need the vibration because I have muscle spasms as well and Easy Rest helps out.

I have some back, leg and hip problems and we needed something comfortable. Easy Rest called and I decided to have them come out. The reps were very nice and explained everything to us. The delivery man was also a darling. He showed everything to us. The only complaint we have is the price, which is a lot more than what we thought it would be. My husband was reluctant but whenever we’ve slept on it, it has been so comfortable that he said it’s worth it.

I was having back problems, and I needed a bed that moved up and down. We got an Easy Rest bed -- it's a pillow-top, and it's comfortable and more cushiony. I thought the heating mechanism was gonna be part of the mattress, but it was just the electric blanket. The sales representative was great and he explained everything. The service was fine, but I’m not that satisfied with the bed. I feel like I overpaid for the bed because it’s not really helping me that much, and I’m just stuck with it. My husband is really upset about it, too. $5,000 is a lot of money to invest without trying something or being able to go in the store and actually lay on it. We took a chance and we got screwed because it’s not really as comfortable as we thought it would be.

Easy Rest needs to do a courtesy call after a customer purchases from them. When the bed was delivered, the experience was great. I left the room and they put it in. Then I came back in and they asked me to lie on it before they leave. But at this point, I think the bed is uncomfortable. It also took me a while to get used to the mattress because I had gone from a king-sized bed and I’ve had that mattress for about four years. For this one, I thought I needed a thicker mattress. The vibrator thing is not stimulating to me either. I work out everything and it’s something that I really need. But it doesn’t do what I consider a therapeutic vibration to loosen my muscles.

I'm disabled and have a very bad back that I've had surgeries on. Also, I can no longer lie down and I have to sleep in a reclined position. The rep I worked with from Easy Rest made the process of getting one of their beds very easy. I don’t have a whole lot of money because I’m on disability. So, he worked with whoever he was calling and they went back and forth until they could finally get it to a point where I could afford it. He was very pleasant and I enjoyed working with him. The delivery person was good too. He showed me how to work the whole system, and he had it all set up for me. All I had to do is make my bed and I was ready to go. It’s great how Easy Rest will work with people like me in order to help me get a good night sleep.

Sciatic nerve pain and the age of my old bed prompted me to purchase an Easy Rest. The sales rep did a good job, and she was persistent and got the best deal I could get. The delivery team was really super. We are Christians and there are things that we have in common, so we were able to share our lives with each other. Setting up the bed didn’t take long at all, and they took the old mattress and stuff away with no problem.

I have a medical problem with the blood circulation into my feet and legs. I need my feet raised so that gravity pulls the blood down back into the veins and up into the heart. Otherwise, my feet swell to my knees and I have difficulty walking. I also have acid reflux and I need my head raised. I have venous insufficiency too in which the blood goes back into my veins. I needed a bed that has adjustable feet and I decided to purchase an Easy Rest. Their rep had a very easy manner. He was friendly and he uses one, so he knew from experience the answer to the questions I asked him. The delivery crew took the old bed out and put it in the garage and then set up the new one. At first, I slept better but it has tapered off and I have sleepless nights again. Right now, I use the raising of the feet and the head feature of the Easy Rest and that’s how I make it through the day.

The Easy Rest reps were very nice people and they explained themselves well. They also answered any questions I asked them. I got the Easy Rest bed and it is a whole lot better than the old bed I've had for about 15 years. I purchased the Easy Rest on account of my acid reflux and since having the bed, my feet don't swell now. I get a good night's sleep as well.

The guys from Easy Rest showed me everything and they put everything in. They also moved my old mattress. The Easy Rest bed looked comfortable and it's really good. Its features are all likable if I could get on it and get to using it. I hadn't been on it that much because I got a little dog and it's about too high for it to get off. But I slept on it twice and I like it.

I have a horrible postnasal drip and being able to lift my head and put my head up was my main reason for purchasing an Easy Rest bed. The sales rep from Easy Rest was great. He was a very personable, young man. The delivery team did a good job when they dropped the bed off. They were fast and efficient. I am supposed to keep my head and feet up, but I couldn’t do it before. Now, I can do it with the Easy Rest bed. I also like the remote to be able to adjust and change whenever I want. I like the bed very much and since having it, I’ve slept seven hours straight. I tell everybody about Easy Rest.

I gotta rid of some aches and pains. I’ve had thought about getting an Easy Rest for a long time. The Easy Rest rep was pretty informative about his product. He showed me the film on it, showed me how the vibration part would work and all the features of the bed. He did the best he could and got me a good price on the bed, which I was satisfied with. Everything went fine with the delivery process as well. They came in, took my old bed down, brought the new one in, put it up and showed me how to operate it. I raise my head and my feet the most and now, I seem to sleep better. I’m very satisfied with the Easy Rest Bed.

When the salesman from Easy Rest came, he told me the bed would cost 8,000. But if I paid it off, I don’t have to pay a certain amount. So when they sent me a notice saying they are financing me, I decided not to be financed. I would pay it off. I already paid $2,000 upfront for the downpayment, and then I wrote them a check for the $6,000 and change that they asked for. I paid the bed off entirely. I’ve called them and let them know my total in payments is 8,000 and change. However, when I told them that I needed a receipt because I gotta file my taxes, they said they are the finance company and they can only give me a receipt for 6,000 and change, when I paid 8,000 and change. There must be a term somewhere because the term said Easy Rest bed and now they're telling me they are a finance company.

I have a problem with my back and my thigh. And I need to have something more comfortable, like the position to lay down better than the regular bed. I got an Easy Rest but it was not a good experience. It’s difficult because I cannot dress the bed. It’s always a mess because I don’t have any sheets to fit properly. So, my bed is naked right now. But the pain has lessened with my left thigh. However, on the right side, it has a lot of pain. But I would still recommend it.

The sales director from Easy Rest and the delivery experience were both great. I've had the bed since this summer and I'm enjoying it okay. However, I thought it would be different from my bed. While I enjoy it as far as watching TV, the experience has been about the same as far as sleeping in it. You can sleep in a feet up position but I can't sleep that way. It’s great if that’s the way you want it. I use its headboard the most and I like that the bed adjusts to my body. People should buy an Easy Rest bed now.

I wanted to have a better night's sleep and so I purchased an Easy Rest bed. The interaction with the reps was good. Since having the bed, there have been some changes in my body. My blood circulation is getting better. I have an old bed and the Easy Rest bed is better. I use all the features as well.

My legs are swelling and I need them to be elevated so I bought an Easy Rest. It helps me and it is a lot better than my old bed. Aside from elevating the legs, I also have the heating pad which helps me too. Overall, I'm satisfied with Easy Rest.

The sales rep of Easy Rest was wonderful and nice. He took plenty of time and talked to me, and the way he talked about the Easy Rest bed made me decide I wanted one, so I bought it. Then the delivery team was great and they were as nice as they could be. They got the bed up. My granddaughter was there and she and the young guy even made up my bed. I also got my little three-year-old great grandbaby sitting there when they showed me how to use that thing. And he was the one that adjusted that bed at night time. My Easy Rest bed is great and I love it. I have seven vertebrae cemented in my back and I have a bad back, but since having the bed, I don’t get up in the morning with a backache. That's a blessing right there.

We had been sleeping on our previous mattress for more than 20 years and it was time for me to get another mattress. We had been looking around and after Easy Rest was presented to us so well, we decided to go with it. The salesperson, Timothy, stayed here and presented every aspect of the bed. I was satisfied with it. He even took me back and put me in the bed. He had his vibrators and stuff with him and showed us how it would feel. The bed was delivered and set up for me. They placed it where I wanted it. The people did everything except put a headboard because I didn’t have one, but they left the brackets for the headboard.

The Easy Rest salesman was very persistent. We weren’t gonna get the bed but he talked us into it because of our health problems. The delivery was great, except the first time, they brought the wrong bed. But the guy who put up the bed was a nice person and did a good job. Since having the bed, I still have backaches, but they’ve gone away more. It's a lot smaller than our old bed, but it's fine.

I decided to buy an Easy Rest bed after seeing the commercial. I saw the massage features as well as the features for lifting and lowering. I also heard that it is a really good bed. The sales rep I had was very nice and informative. Since having the bed, I've been sleeping better at night. It's 100% better than my old one. I mostly use the head lift because I watch TV and get on my computer and everything in the bed, so the lifting of the head is comfortable for me. I love the mattress too. It’s the most comfortable I’ve ever had.

It has a massager and I can adjust it the way that I want it to. When I need a massage, I can get it and it lasts just the right amount of time. When it goes off, it’s good and I’m asleep. Those things are helping with my leg pain. I also sit up to watch TV while in the bed, and I can lift my head to sleep in a position that I really love.

My Easy Rest saleslady was extremely good without being too pushy. I thought it was an outrageous amount of money to pay for a bed, but she overcame some of my hesitations so I went ahead with it. The delivery people were here and before I could blink too much, they were gone. Everything was fine. I had some major health issues and I needed to get my feet up for the swelling and my upper body for breathing. My Easy Rest is working pretty good and some of the issues about my feet are okay.

I was having problems sleeping most of the time as I turn and roll during the night. I liked the way you can raise and lower the Easy Rest bed. I also liked the motor that vibrates your back and legs. So, I bought an Easy Rest bed and their salesman, Tom, was great. He demonstrated to me how to use the handheld stuff on the bed and how the vibrations work. The delivery went great as well. They called me and set up an appointment. Then the home officer was communicating with me all the time during the day to let me know whether they were on schedule and everything went smoothly.

I'm a dialysis patient and I like to sit up a lot. I wanted a bed that I could sit up and watch TV. I bought the Easy Rest bed and their sales rep answered all my questions. He did his job just right. He explained things to me and I understood them. The delivery team was also great. Those guys were big men and they could pick up the thing up there and walk with it. They knew how to do their business. So far, I'm enjoying the Easy Rest. I sleep really good on it and I mostly use the raising of the head part. It's totally different from the flat regular bed that I had for 60 years.

I had a bed similar to the Easy Rest and it was just time for an upgrade. I saw in the newspapers the ad for Easy Rest where you can send in to win a free bed. That's how they contacted me but I didn't win a free bed. I have to buy it. The delivery team was very polite. Also, the bed is great. I rest much better. I like when the head part elevates a little bit. Sometimes, I have a problem with my legs swelling so I also elevate the feet part. Overall, I've been very pleased with the Easy Rest bed and I would tell others to go for it.

The delivery of the Easy Rest bed was good, but there was confusion with the timeframe of when it was supposed to come. When the gentleman came out, he put the wrong date in one of the slots. They didn’t catch it until a week later. He had to come out and then it was the holidays, so it took us a month and a half to get the bed. Nonetheless, I sleep a little better with it and sometimes I'm not as tired. I enjoy the different positions of making my legs in one place and my head in another.

I don't like the price of my Easy Rest bed. It's too high. Also I'm still trying to get used to the bed. But it is a good model. The reps were nice. The delivery team was also quick and fast. I also have the instructions if I have any problems.

The Easy Rest's salesman came here and caught my patient, Patricia, off guard so she got it. He barefaced lied to me for one thing because I was here when he came. He quoted me one price and it turned out to be a different one. That was the first thing to get straightened out. I called and talked to him on the phone. He told me what the price would be and I came to find out it was $1,000 more than what he said it was gonna be. I don’t wanna see that guy again. But the delivery people were great. They set it up and showed us how to operate the bed. The Easy Rest bed was okay and Patricia likes it. She likes it going up and down, and that it’s comfortable and easier for her to get in and out of it. We’d recommend Easy Rest to a friend.

I wanted to have an Easy Rest bed as I have neuropathy and some other problems. Their rep was a very kind mind who listened to my needs. However, when I got my mattress, the mattress cover was supposed to heat up but it doesn't work. Though my previous bed was pretty good, I like the massage feature of my Easy Rest. I also like being able to put my feet and head up with it. I've had a procedure on my knee so it was nice to be able to prop it up.

I wanted something that could help my back and arthritis so I went with an East Rest bed. The reps were very nice and the delivery team did their job fantastically. They did a good job altogether. I've been really pleased. I enjoy the bed very much and I sleep better and don’t wake up that much during the night. I use the most its massager feature too.

The sales representative from Easy Rest was very nice, but I figured out it was just a game. He wanted to sell the bed for $6,000 and got me a bit interested, then he cut the price a time or two and he called Pittsburgh. I really believe I paid a thousand dollars too much for the bed. They kept negotiating and they kept coming down. I believe it is overpriced even if they gave it to me for almost half the price. The bed is not worth what I paid for. The delivery of the bed went fine, though. As soon as the delivery team came in, they were zip, zip, zip, and they were gone.

I had an Easy Rest saleslady come and visit me. She explained a lot of the benefits of having their bed, including the vibration and wave features. She also explained that it would be adjustable to my body in terms of the height off the floor. I purchased one and it was custom-made so I can get on it a lot easier than my old bed. Thus far, the massage feature of the bed has been helping relax my body.

I love my Easy Rest bed. I had a Craftmatic prior to this and I already had a bed that I used with that so the setup for the Easy Rest was easy. Plus I already knew how to do it. I was also expecting what I got, everything but the price. But I was satisfied with Easy Rest. When I let it up in the sitting position though, it doesn't seem to fold the mattress as well as the other one did. It may be because the mattress is so thick. Nonetheless, I enjoy the bed.

I had a whole lot of back trouble and I thought that an Easy Rest bed would give me a chance to move it around a bit and help my back as I go to sleep. The sales rep who came to my home was persistent. He knew pretty well what he was talking about and he did a good job. The delivery of my Easy Rest bed was quick. I use the bed's adjustment for both the head and feet. Although for the price, I wouldn’t purchase the bed again, but I’m pretty well-satisfied with Easy Rest.

The delivery of the Easy Rest bed was good, but the rep was pushy and talked too much. Also, the massage feature of the bed is good, but the mattress ain't doing what it's supposed to be doing. We can't get comfortable. It's supposed to make us relax, but it doesn't. I can't sleep in it and I don't use it. It is also too heavy to move out of the way. And the price is ridiculous. $5,000 for a bed is crazy. I paid too much money and I don't know why I was so stupid. We don't like the bed. If I could, I'd turn around just to send it back to them.

The sales representative at Easy Rest explained to me the bed in a way that I wanted it more than I wanted myself. When he got to demonstrate the bed, I couldn’t refuse. So far, I like the massage feature. I get my massage before I go to sleep. Then I adjust the bed in the way to make me sleep better. It’s just been phenomenal. I love it. Since I started using the Easy Rest bed, I’m not in pain anymore. I had a tremendous experience with Easy Rest and I will recommend it to anybody that can afford one.

I listened to the guy from Easy Rest who came out here to interview us for the bed. It seemed like it was really good with the way he was talking. So, my husband and I decided to try it. The sales rep was a very nice person. I’m a side sleeper and I don’t like sleeping on my back, and he was telling me how I would get sleep in the bed. The delivery went well. I use the massage and I thought there would have been like little balls in it to massage your body while you’re lying in it like a back massage, and it doesn't. But it is okay. I got no choice now that I bought the bed. My body's still sore and I don’t think the bed is worth $5,000. It was a lot of money for the bed. But still, Easy Rest is better than what I had.

We’ve been thinking about buying a new bed for years. The Easy Rest salesman was a nice man who wants to sell something and he did a good job. And then the delivery team was in and out of here so quickly. We mostly use the tilting up and sitting up feature of the Easy Rest bed. The bed pops so we could watch TV and it also raises our feet. The bed also gets the pressure off our backs, massage our upper and lower parts. I wasn’t sleeping well before, but I’m sleeping a bit now. It's good to sleep on the bed, but it’s a pain in the butt to make. I have to reach all the way across from one side to the other to get the sheets on. Nevertheless, we would recommend it if the price was lower.

The sales rep was wonderful and a good salesman. He was very polite and really good at what he does. The delivery of the bed went fine, but I haven’t had a good night’s sleep since I got the bed. My back hurts severely and I can’t roll on my side. I used to sleep on my back, but I’ve been trying to stay on my side hoping it would relieve my back pain. When I get up in the mornings, however, I’m hurting all over. I’m disappointed.

With the Easy Rest bed, I can level my head or my feet the way I need to, and it's been wonderful. I used to have to get my feet and legs down as I jump out of the bed and be hurting so bad and the Easy Rest bed is supposed to help ease some of your pains and things that you have. I got my bed in November and I've only had three episodes since. It's been a blessing to me. Also, the reps I dealt with were very good and the crew that delivered the bed did really well.
