Easy Rest Adjustable Sleep Systems Reviews

I have some back, leg and hip problems and we needed something comfortable. Easy Rest called and I decided to have them come out. The reps were very nice and explained everything to us. The delivery man was also a darling. He showed everything to us. The only complaint we have is the price, which is a lot more than what we thought it would be. My husband was reluctant but whenever we’ve slept on it, it has been so comfortable that he said it’s worth it.

I was having back problems, and I needed a bed that moved up and down. We got an Easy Rest bed -- it's a pillow-top, and it's comfortable and more cushiony. I thought the heating mechanism was gonna be part of the mattress, but it was just the electric blanket. The sales representative was great and he explained everything. The service was fine, but I’m not that satisfied with the bed. I feel like I overpaid for the bed because it’s not really helping me that much, and I’m just stuck with it. My husband is really upset about it, too. $5,000 is a lot of money to invest without trying something or being able to go in the store and actually lay on it. We took a chance and we got screwed because it’s not really as comfortable as we thought it would be.

I'm disabled and have a very bad back that I've had surgeries on. Also, I can no longer lie down and I have to sleep in a reclined position. The rep I worked with from Easy Rest made the process of getting one of their beds very easy. I don’t have a whole lot of money because I’m on disability. So, he worked with whoever he was calling and they went back and forth until they could finally get it to a point where I could afford it. He was very pleasant and I enjoyed working with him. The delivery person was good too. He showed me how to work the whole system, and he had it all set up for me. All I had to do is make my bed and I was ready to go. It’s great how Easy Rest will work with people like me in order to help me get a good night sleep.

Easy Rest needs to do a courtesy call after a customer purchases from them. When the bed was delivered, the experience was great. I left the room and they put it in. Then I came back in and they asked me to lie on it before they leave. But at this point, I think the bed is uncomfortable. It also took me a while to get used to the mattress because I had gone from a king-sized bed and I’ve had that mattress for about four years. For this one, I thought I needed a thicker mattress. The vibrator thing is not stimulating to me either. I work out everything and it’s something that I really need. But it doesn’t do what I consider a therapeutic vibration to loosen my muscles.

The guys from Easy Rest showed me everything and they put everything in. They also moved my old mattress. The Easy Rest bed looked comfortable and it's really good. Its features are all likable if I could get on it and get to using it. I hadn't been on it that much because I got a little dog and it's about too high for it to get off. But I slept on it twice and I like it.

Sciatic nerve pain and the age of my old bed prompted me to purchase an Easy Rest. The sales rep did a good job, and she was persistent and got the best deal I could get. The delivery team was really super. We are Christians and there are things that we have in common, so we were able to share our lives with each other. Setting up the bed didn’t take long at all, and they took the old mattress and stuff away with no problem.

The Easy Rest reps were very nice people and they explained themselves well. They also answered any questions I asked them. I got the Easy Rest bed and it is a whole lot better than the old bed I've had for about 15 years. I purchased the Easy Rest on account of my acid reflux and since having the bed, my feet don't swell now. I get a good night's sleep as well.

I have a medical problem with the blood circulation into my feet and legs. I need my feet raised so that gravity pulls the blood down back into the veins and up into the heart. Otherwise, my feet swell to my knees and I have difficulty walking. I also have acid reflux and I need my head raised. I have venous insufficiency too in which the blood goes back into my veins. I needed a bed that has adjustable feet and I decided to purchase an Easy Rest. Their rep had a very easy manner. He was friendly and he uses one, so he knew from experience the answer to the questions I asked him. The delivery crew took the old bed out and put it in the garage and then set up the new one. At first, I slept better but it has tapered off and I have sleepless nights again. Right now, I use the raising of the feet and the head feature of the Easy Rest and that’s how I make it through the day.

When the salesman from Easy Rest came, he told me the bed would cost 8,000. But if I paid it off, I don’t have to pay a certain amount. So when they sent me a notice saying they are financing me, I decided not to be financed. I would pay it off. I already paid $2,000 upfront for the downpayment, and then I wrote them a check for the $6,000 and change that they asked for. I paid the bed off entirely. I’ve called them and let them know my total in payments is 8,000 and change. However, when I told them that I needed a receipt because I gotta file my taxes, they said they are the finance company and they can only give me a receipt for 6,000 and change, when I paid 8,000 and change. There must be a term somewhere because the term said Easy Rest bed and now they're telling me they are a finance company.

I have a horrible postnasal drip and being able to lift my head and put my head up was my main reason for purchasing an Easy Rest bed. The sales rep from Easy Rest was great. He was a very personable, young man. The delivery team did a good job when they dropped the bed off. They were fast and efficient. I am supposed to keep my head and feet up, but I couldn’t do it before. Now, I can do it with the Easy Rest bed. I also like the remote to be able to adjust and change whenever I want. I like the bed very much and since having it, I’ve slept seven hours straight. I tell everybody about Easy Rest.

I gotta rid of some aches and pains. I’ve had thought about getting an Easy Rest for a long time. The Easy Rest rep was pretty informative about his product. He showed me the film on it, showed me how the vibration part would work and all the features of the bed. He did the best he could and got me a good price on the bed, which I was satisfied with. Everything went fine with the delivery process as well. They came in, took my old bed down, brought the new one in, put it up and showed me how to operate it. I raise my head and my feet the most and now, I seem to sleep better. I’m very satisfied with the Easy Rest Bed.

I have a problem with my back and my thigh. And I need to have something more comfortable, like the position to lay down better than the regular bed. I got an Easy Rest but it was not a good experience. It’s difficult because I cannot dress the bed. It’s always a mess because I don’t have any sheets to fit properly. So, my bed is naked right now. But the pain has lessened with my left thigh. However, on the right side, it has a lot of pain. But I would still recommend it.

My legs are swelling and I need them to be elevated so I bought an Easy Rest. It helps me and it is a lot better than my old bed. Aside from elevating the legs, I also have the heating pad which helps me too. Overall, I'm satisfied with Easy Rest.

I wanted to have a better night's sleep and so I purchased an Easy Rest bed. The interaction with the reps was good. Since having the bed, there have been some changes in my body. My blood circulation is getting better. I have an old bed and the Easy Rest bed is better. I use all the features as well.

The sales director from Easy Rest and the delivery experience were both great. I've had the bed since this summer and I'm enjoying it okay. However, I thought it would be different from my bed. While I enjoy it as far as watching TV, the experience has been about the same as far as sleeping in it. You can sleep in a feet up position but I can't sleep that way. It’s great if that’s the way you want it. I use its headboard the most and I like that the bed adjusts to my body. People should buy an Easy Rest bed now.

The sales rep of Easy Rest was wonderful and nice. He took plenty of time and talked to me, and the way he talked about the Easy Rest bed made me decide I wanted one, so I bought it. Then the delivery team was great and they were as nice as they could be. They got the bed up. My granddaughter was there and she and the young guy even made up my bed. I also got my little three-year-old great grandbaby sitting there when they showed me how to use that thing. And he was the one that adjusted that bed at night time. My Easy Rest bed is great and I love it. I have seven vertebrae cemented in my back and I have a bad back, but since having the bed, I don’t get up in the morning with a backache. That's a blessing right there.

The Easy Rest salesman was very persistent. We weren’t gonna get the bed but he talked us into it because of our health problems. The delivery was great, except the first time, they brought the wrong bed. But the guy who put up the bed was a nice person and did a good job. Since having the bed, I still have backaches, but they’ve gone away more. It's a lot smaller than our old bed, but it's fine.

We had been sleeping on our previous mattress for more than 20 years and it was time for me to get another mattress. We had been looking around and after Easy Rest was presented to us so well, we decided to go with it. The salesperson, Timothy, stayed here and presented every aspect of the bed. I was satisfied with it. He even took me back and put me in the bed. He had his vibrators and stuff with him and showed us how it would feel. The bed was delivered and set up for me. They placed it where I wanted it. The people did everything except put a headboard because I didn’t have one, but they left the brackets for the headboard.

I decided to buy an Easy Rest bed after seeing the commercial. I saw the massage features as well as the features for lifting and lowering. I also heard that it is a really good bed. The sales rep I had was very nice and informative. Since having the bed, I've been sleeping better at night. It's 100% better than my old one. I mostly use the head lift because I watch TV and get on my computer and everything in the bed, so the lifting of the head is comfortable for me. I love the mattress too. It’s the most comfortable I’ve ever had.

Those things are helping with my leg pain. I also sit up to watch TV while in the bed, and I can lift my head to sleep in a position that I really love.

My Easy Rest saleslady was extremely good without being too pushy. I thought it was an outrageous amount of money to pay for a bed, but she overcame some of my hesitations so I went ahead with it. The delivery people were here and before I could blink too much, they were gone. Everything was fine. I had some major health issues and I needed to get my feet up for the swelling and my upper body for breathing. My Easy Rest is working pretty good and some of the issues about my feet are okay.

I was having problems sleeping most of the time as I turn and roll during the night. I liked the way you can raise and lower the Easy Rest bed. I also liked the motor that vibrates your back and legs. So, I bought an Easy Rest bed and their salesman, Tom, was great. He demonstrated to me how to use the handheld stuff on the bed and how the vibrations work. The delivery went great as well. They called me and set up an appointment. Then the home officer was communicating with me all the time during the day to let me know whether they were on schedule and everything went smoothly.

I'm a dialysis patient and I like to sit up a lot. I wanted a bed that I could sit up and watch TV. I bought the Easy Rest bed and their sales rep answered all my questions. He did his job just right. He explained things to me and I understood them. The delivery team was also great. Those guys were big men and they could pick up the thing up there and walk with it. They knew how to do their business. So far, I'm enjoying the Easy Rest. I sleep really good on it and I mostly use the raising of the head part. It's totally different from the flat regular bed that I had for 60 years.

I had a bed similar to the Easy Rest and it was just time for an upgrade. I saw in the newspapers the ad for Easy Rest where you can send in to win a free bed. That's how they contacted me but I didn't win a free bed. I have to buy it. The delivery team was very polite. Also, the bed is great. I rest much better. I like when the head part elevates a little bit. Sometimes, I have a problem with my legs swelling so I also elevate the feet part. Overall, I've been very pleased with the Easy Rest bed and I would tell others to go for it.

The delivery of the Easy Rest bed was good, but there was confusion with the timeframe of when it was supposed to come. When the gentleman came out, he put the wrong date in one of the slots. They didn’t catch it until a week later. He had to come out and then it was the holidays, so it took us a month and a half to get the bed. Nonetheless, I sleep a little better with it and sometimes I'm not as tired. I enjoy the different positions of making my legs in one place and my head in another.

I don't like the price of my Easy Rest bed. It's too high. Also I'm still trying to get used to the bed. But it is a good model. The reps were nice. The delivery team was also quick and fast. I also have the instructions if I have any problems.

The Easy Rest's salesman came here and caught my patient, Patricia, off guard so she got it. He barefaced lied to me for one thing because I was here when he came. He quoted me one price and it turned out to be a different one. That was the first thing to get straightened out. I called and talked to him on the phone. He told me what the price would be and I came to find out it was $1,000 more than what he said it was gonna be. I don’t wanna see that guy again. But the delivery people were great. They set it up and showed us how to operate the bed. The Easy Rest bed was okay and Patricia likes it. She likes it going up and down, and that it’s comfortable and easier for her to get in and out of it. We’d recommend Easy Rest to a friend.

I wanted to have an Easy Rest bed as I have neuropathy and some other problems. Their rep was a very kind mind who listened to my needs. However, when I got my mattress, the mattress cover was supposed to heat up but it doesn't work. Though my previous bed was pretty good, I like the massage feature of my Easy Rest. I also like being able to put my feet and head up with it. I've had a procedure on my knee so it was nice to be able to prop it up.

I had an Easy Rest saleslady come and visit me. She explained a lot of the benefits of having their bed, including the vibration and wave features. She also explained that it would be adjustable to my body in terms of the height off the floor. I purchased one and it was custom-made so I can get on it a lot easier than my old bed. Thus far, the massage feature of the bed has been helping relax my body.

I wanted something that could help my back and arthritis so I went with an East Rest bed. The reps were very nice and the delivery team did their job fantastically. They did a good job altogether. I've been really pleased. I enjoy the bed very much and I sleep better and don’t wake up that much during the night. I use the most its massager feature too.

The sales representative from Easy Rest was very nice, but I figured out it was just a game. He wanted to sell the bed for $6,000 and got me a bit interested, then he cut the price a time or two and he called Pittsburgh. I really believe I paid a thousand dollars too much for the bed. They kept negotiating and they kept coming down. I believe it is overpriced even if they gave it to me for almost half the price. The bed is not worth what I paid for. The delivery of the bed went fine, though. As soon as the delivery team came in, they were zip, zip, zip, and they were gone.

I love my Easy Rest bed. I had a Craftmatic prior to this and I already had a bed that I used with that so the setup for the Easy Rest was easy. Plus I already knew how to do it. I was also expecting what I got, everything but the price. But I was satisfied with Easy Rest. When I let it up in the sitting position though, it doesn't seem to fold the mattress as well as the other one did. It may be because the mattress is so thick. Nonetheless, I enjoy the bed.

The delivery of the Easy Rest bed was good, but the rep was pushy and talked too much. Also, the massage feature of the bed is good, but the mattress ain't doing what it's supposed to be doing. We can't get comfortable. It's supposed to make us relax, but it doesn't. I can't sleep in it and I don't use it. It is also too heavy to move out of the way. And the price is ridiculous. $5,000 for a bed is crazy. I paid too much money and I don't know why I was so stupid. We don't like the bed. If I could, I'd turn around just to send it back to them.

I use the bed's adjustment for both the head and feet. Although for the price, I wouldn’t purchase the bed again, but I’m pretty well-satisfied with Easy Rest.

I listened to the guy from Easy Rest who came out here to interview us for the bed. It seemed like it was really good with the way he was talking. So, my husband and I decided to try it. The sales rep was a very nice person. I’m a side sleeper and I don’t like sleeping on my back, and he was telling me how I would get sleep in the bed. The delivery went well. I use the massage and I thought there would have been like little balls in it to massage your body while you’re lying in it like a back massage, and it doesn't. But it is okay. I got no choice now that I bought the bed. My body's still sore and I don’t think the bed is worth $5,000. It was a lot of money for the bed. But still, Easy Rest is better than what I had.

The sales representative at Easy Rest explained to me the bed in a way that I wanted it more than I wanted myself. When he got to demonstrate the bed, I couldn’t refuse. So far, I like the massage feature. I get my massage before I go to sleep. Then I adjust the bed in the way to make me sleep better. It’s just been phenomenal. I love it. Since I started using the Easy Rest bed, I’m not in pain anymore. I had a tremendous experience with Easy Rest and I will recommend it to anybody that can afford one.

We’ve been thinking about buying a new bed for years. The Easy Rest salesman was a nice man who wants to sell something and he did a good job. And then the delivery team was in and out of here so quickly. We mostly use the tilting up and sitting up feature of the Easy Rest bed. The bed pops so we could watch TV and it also raises our feet. The bed also gets the pressure off our backs, massage our upper and lower parts. I wasn’t sleeping well before, but I’m sleeping a bit now. It's good to sleep on the bed, but it’s a pain in the butt to make. I have to reach all the way across from one side to the other to get the sheets on. Nevertheless, we would recommend it if the price was lower.

With the Easy Rest bed, I can level my head or my feet the way I need to, and it's been wonderful. I used to have to get my feet and legs down as I jump out of the bed and be hurting so bad and the Easy Rest bed is supposed to help ease some of your pains and things that you have. I got my bed in November and I've only had three episodes since. It's been a blessing to me. Also, the reps I dealt with were very good and the crew that delivered the bed did really well.

The sales rep was wonderful and a good salesman. He was very polite and really good at what he does. The delivery of the bed went fine, but I haven’t had a good night’s sleep since I got the bed. My back hurts severely and I can’t roll on my side. I used to sleep on my back, but I’ve been trying to stay on my side hoping it would relieve my back pain. When I get up in the mornings, however, I’m hurting all over. I’m disappointed.

Easy Rest gave me a callback after he was done because they wanna know if he asked certain questions or did certain things.

After I had a car wreck, I couldn't sleep in my bed. But when I got the Easy Rest bed, I’ve been able to sleep really good. I like pretty much everything about the Easy Rest. I can’t do too much raising it up because of my neck and back. I have to lay down, mostly flat, all of the time. But other than that, after I get out of the Whirlpool, the bed helps me to sleep. The guys at the Easy Rest store were really nice. The delivery team was nice as well and they were very professional.

I thought the Easy Rest was going to be easy for my back. I purchased one and the sales rep was very good. I told him why I wanted the bed and he said it would help my back. I've had it for a little more than a month and I use the adjustable head but it's not helping my back one bit.

We had a really big bed, but when my wife passed away, it was too much for me. I decided to buy the Easy Rest and I love it. I sleep a lot better in it. I don’t dream as much and toss and turn as much as I did in other beds. The team that delivered it did great. They had it set up then they were out. However, I don't have bedclothes to put on it, and I wish they would let people know where to find some. Still, it's one of the best beds I've ever slept on.

The salesperson was very helpful and polite. He was not someone that talks over your head. He would talk to you and ask questions. They came out and did a demo, and they were very cordial. They called the company and even gave us some monies off. The delivery guys were awesome too. They were a father and son team and they were real friendly. They even cleaned up their mess. If I get another chance, I’m gonna set up sales for another individual that I know that can use an Easy Rest.

The sales rep of Easy Rest was completely personable and knowledgeable of what he was doing. He spent six hours here with me that day when he presented the thing. I enjoyed a really good time with him. Delivery was painless as well, a very good man doing the delivery and setup. I’m 80 years old now, and I hobble around with a cane a lot. I could help him carry stuff in and out much, but he was able to handle it all himself real good, and just a pleasant person all the way around.

The sales rep was very nice and the delivery team did a good job. The Easy Rest bed seems to perform better when I lay down on it. My old bed would raise in the head, but the Easy Rest mattress feels better when I do that. But I don’t like the vibration as well as I thought I would. It’s too strong. Also, they told me to not sit on the side of the bed, but I'm a short person and I have no other way. By sitting on the bed, I’m gonna sit on the side. It doesn’t seem to be hurting the bed. Overall, the bed seems to be working fine and I sleep fine in it.

I have problems with my leg and I also have sleep apnea. The Easy Rest salesman who came here was very pleasant and was very well informed about the bed itself. He was a good salesman and he was a good representative of the company. The men who delivered the bed were very polite and they made sure I understood everything about the bed before they left. They were very professional. They came in and put the bed up and did everything they needed to do. The salesman from the finance department was also very helpful. At the time that they wanted to bring the bed out, I was away, so when I came back from the holiday, they made arrangements to bring it out after I got back. I found out that since I had the Easy Rest bed, it has helped my leg and it also helps me with the sleeping. I also get acid reflux and the bed helps in that area, too. Thus far, my sleeping has improved. I also have the head part of the bed raised and it helps me a lot.

I decided I needed an Easy Rest so I purchased one and the rep that sold me the bed was very helpful. I use all of its features. I'm injured and it provides comfort. I'm able to adjust myself and I liked the massage.

Our sales rep from Easy Rest was great and he was a really nice guy. The delivery team was very nice as well. My wife and I both have a bad back, but we didn’t have much luck with the Easy Rest bed because it seems a lot harder than the mattress we had. The Easy Rest just doesn’t feel comfortable and we're having a hard time sleeping. Everything else seems great though. They said they're gonna send me a new mattress and I'm still waiting for it.

I got a bad back and some bad hips and my wife's got some bad legs. We decided to try an Easy Rest and see if it makes us comfortable. The sales rep was a nice gentleman. He talked and let us make up our own minds and in the middle of that, he kinda added a few sentences and it helped make up our minds. The mattress is memory foam and I don’t like it. It seemed like it's got a hole. My wife and I sleep in the same bed. We accidentally roll together in the middle of the night and we get down in a hole in the memory foam. But it's about 75% better than my old bed. I would recommend Easy Rest to anybody, but I wouldn't recommend the mattress.

I have arthritis real bad and I thought the Easy Rest bed would help me. When they got it here, they didn’t have the bed I ordered. And it was the last one on the truck and it was the last one they delivered. The one I ordered was supposed to have a cordless remote. And this one's got a cord on the remote. I ordered a full size, and the one I got was a queen size which was fine. I had wanted one of these beds for years. The sales team was really nice and I'm satisfied with my experience with Easy Rest. Now, my back ain't hurting so much when I get up every morning. I liked that my head raises up some as well. The doctor told me I needed something under the head of my bed to raise my head up a little bit.

I’m not happy with the Easy Rest bed. The bed is not what they said it was and it hurts my back. It is the worst bed I ever bought. It is not worth the money. I was told how good it was and that it was gonna help my back. Instead, it is not helping my back at all. I feel like getting rid of it and throwing it in the garbage. The mattress is so freaking hard that you can’t even sleep in it. I would like to give it back to them to see if they take it back. I will never recommend anybody to buy that bed.

I’m 77 and the Easy Rest bed looked like a bed that would be comfortable. Everybody was smiling in the ads. I’m sleeping on the Easy Rest bed and it's got a pretty mattress, but I’m not happy. It isn’t comfortable. Also, when the bed was delivered, the Easy Rest reps didn't move the bed from upstairs to the middle floor. They just brought in the stuff and left it in the room. They also didn't bring the electric blanket that was supposed to come with it. It should have been installed with the bed, but it wasn’t. The electric blanket finally came, but there were no instructions with it and I had never put it together.

The representatives from Easy Rest were really nice people. They did a good job setting everything up. I really enjoy my bed, and I like the remote control. My legs swell up but when I use the bed, I could raise it up for elevation which is really nice. It helps me a lot with my legs. Easy Rest is a really comfortable bed. It’s easy to sleep on and it really makes me sleep well. I get six hours of sleep. I would definitely tell my friends to buy one.

I have a problem with my back and I am not able to sleep well. I had to replace some furniture and I decided to go with the Easy Rest bed. Their rep was a very nice guy and we enjoyed our conversation very much. The delivery crew was very efficient and they did a very good job. They came in and put the bed. I had some people standing by with a truck to take the old bed away and they removed it and put it in the truck quickly. I’ve had the Easy Rest bed for a couple of months now and I like that it elevates my feet and gets me into whatever comfortable position to lying without straining. My back is not bothering me quite as bad during the day. I still have back problems, but it’s helping some. Overall, it is a good product and I’m satisfied with it.

I went through several tough operations and I have to sleep at least at a 30-degree angle. I tried a couple of different pillows to prop me up to that 30-degree angle but I found them very uncomfortable and I did not use them. At one point, I considered the Easy Rest adjustable bed but it was expensive. Yet the salesman was able to help me out in terms of negotiating the price a bit so it can be a little more affordable to me. He called his office and got on the line with me. We negotiated and the transaction went through seamlessly. He was very professional and very helpful.

We were having problems with our back and we were about ready to get another mattress but the Easy Rest rep was very knowledgeable and when we asked questions, he answered them. We decided to go for it and the guy who delivered the bed was very courteous. It bothered him if I was gonna be able with me being just right around 5 feet tall off the floor. I got on the bed, pushed the button to lift my head, pushed the button to raise my legs and turned on the massager. Then he was, "Okay, you got it.

I was suffering from vertigo and since I got my Easy Rest bed, I have not had one episode. So, I love it. That was a miracle for me. It’s a very comfortable bed and I sleep well on it. I would recommend it.

I enjoy my Easy Rest bed very much. I was having difficulties resting, so I bought it. I had very good interactions with Easy Rest's team when I was buying the bed and the delivery worked out well. I've had the bed for several months now and I've been sleeping very well. Sometimes, I lift up the head a bit and sometimes the tail. Right now though, I'm keeping the bed straight out. Overall, I've had a very good experience with Easy Rest.

My wife and I are getting older and the Easy Rest seemed like it’d be comfortable. Everything was good with the Easy Rest sales rep who sold us the bed. Any question we had was answered. Then the delivery went as smooth as could be. The delivery guy got here, didn’t take 30 minutes, and then he was gone. We've had the bed since the 1st of November and we don’t have any problems at all. It is better than our old bed of 10 years and we like it. I use its features for the vibrating part and the adjustment on my head ‘cause that feels good on my back.

I filled out a little brochure and then the Easy Rest salesman popped up. I tried telling him I couldn’t afford the bed but he just kept on it. He was nice though. The installers were really nice too. They got it all set up and going in less than an hour. They also explained everything to us. We’ve had the bed for a few months now and so far, it has been relaxing. We mostly use the elevation feature on the foot part of it. My wife and I use the bed every night and we both like it.

Easy Rest called me and talked about a free pillow. I hadn’t planned on spending near that much for one of them, but after the salesman sat down and did his pitch, Easy Rest sounded like the top-of-the-line unit. The salesman was very informative and he was able to answer any questions I had. The purchasing process was great. The delivery team was a lot faster than I thought they were gonna be. They were polite and there were no problems in that department.

I use all the features of the Easy Rest bed because my back is bad but it’s not helping any. Nevertheless, the Easy Rest delivery team was great and they did a good job. They went through everything.

I have Lymphedema and congested heart failure and I need a hospital-type bed that would elevate my feet. I liked the amount of functions that Easy Rest has and its price. Also, their sales rep was pleasant and knew what he was talking about. When they delivered the bed, we had to ask them to put the extensions in the legs on the bed so that it would raise up so we could get underneath the bed with a vacuum. It was too low for me to sit on, so we had to raise it. I really love this bed. My old bed squeaked and the Easy Rest is much better. I stay in it for about four hours in the morning and elevate my feet and my legs and feet do not have any swelling like they used to.

We got a Tempur-Pedic in 2001 and I never liked it 'cause it’s too hard for me. We like that the Easy Rest is adjustable and we got one. The sales rep was very polite, courteous, and well informed. Then the delivery team set the bed up in a good time and explained everything about it to me, which was good. The Easy Rest bed is softer than Tempur-Pedic, but it's not as soft as I would like it. Other than that, it's okay and sometimes I can’t wait to get back in it. I use the head up and the massage features as those help my back more. I would definitely recommend Easy Rest.

I don’t sleep good on the Easy Rest bed. I get up hurting every morning and I can’t get enough sleep. But the sales reps that came out to my home were really nice and the installation team was good. They explained everything to me.

I was tossing and turning in the bed that I had and I wasn't getting much sleep. I decided to get a bed from Easy Rest after I had an orientation with one of their reps. Some of the features that she was trying to show me such as the massage and the position of the pillows made a big difference. Then, when I went to stand up, I could tell the difference that it had on my legs and back. The team that delivered the unit was courteous. They came in, put up the bed, and explained to me the different features of the unit and demonstrated how to do the controls. They were very good at it. I use the bed's feature that raises the head and feet the most. One night, I slept for three hours and it felt like I was asleep for eight. I was well-rested. Get an Easy Rest bed and try it.

The Easy Rest sales rep went through everything with me and explained everything. Everything worked out just like he said. I have back problems and ankle swells up. I noticed I've been sleeping and resting better with the Easy Rest. When I elevate my feet at night, they won't be swollen the next morning. Everything is fine so far. I recommended Easy Rest to three or four of my friends.

I was sleeping in a hospital bed and it raised the feet and the head, but it still wasn't too comfortable with the mattress. I decided to get an Easy Rest because of its comfort, the vibrations, and the raising of the head and the feet. The sales person was very good. She explained everything and went over everything thoroughly to make sure that we understood what was going on, what the bed was about, and the benefits and pros and cons of the bed. Then, the delivery guys came in, brought the bed, and set it up. They asked me if I wanted the coasters so that we could move it around if we wanted to and put the bed exactly where we wanted it. It's at the right height. So, everything is good.

I sleep pretty well on the Easy Rest bed. I've had it for two months and I like it. However, I bit too much that I could handle and I'd wanna see if I could do a $110 a month for it. Other than that, everything else went great.

It was hard for me to lay on my old bed and I thought it would be easier with the Easy Rest but it wasn't. I'm sleeping on it as I did on my other bed and I still got my pillows rolled up to put my feet under it. I also have to lay on the edge of it on one side. The pillow they gave me was not any good and it was the most uncomfortable I've ever tried to sleep with in my life. It was harder than a rock and they might as well put it on for a dry line. Still, I like the bed and I would recommend Easy Rest. The rep was really friendly and pretty good at what she did that she could talk the devil into buying iced water. Hopefully, once I got my hip fixed and they get the bed replaced, I'll be able to adjust it better and it will work out a lot better.

I work part-time in a nursing home and I had problems with the lower part of my back. The Easy Rest bed is good for me because its service has taught me what to do with my feet, to pull them up and the back. When I wake up in the morning, my feet are swollen, but with the Easy Rest now, I can elevate my feet at night, so it helps with the swelling. I use all the features of the Easy Rest. The bed is adjustable and comfortable. I'm waking up feeling much better and my body is more rested. The heat in the lower part of the back helps with the pains and stress. I like to sit and read on the bed, so I pull out a table that I can put across my legs and sit up in the bed and read.

My experience with the Easy Rest rep was good and she convinced me. She was very professional and knowledgeable about it. She knew about people in pain and what would benefit them. The delivery guys were cool. They came in, did their thing and was gone. They showed me how to use it in person then, they had me do it. They told me about the vibrator and the massager. They were very careful, courteous and respectful. I haven’t been able to have a peaceful rest in many years, until I got this Easy Rest bed. I normally have to wake up at 3 o’clock because my back hurts but I slept until 7 o’clock today. I could get into a position to where I don’t hurt during the night. I can adjust it to whatever is comfortable for me and I like the softness of it. It’s not a hard bed which I couldn’t stand. It’s nice, lovely and it is the best bed I’ve ever had.

My mom needed a new mattress for her bed. She had a different adjustable bed and when her mattress wore out, my brother bought her a regular mattress to put on it. And every time she would raise the head of the bed, it would crack and pop the springs in the regular mattress. We were looking to get a new mattress for her Craftmatic bed. Then I was asked if someone could come out and talk to us about an Easy Rest bed and I said yes.

When I first saw the Easy Rest bed, I felt like it would be comfortable for me because I would be able to adjust it to where I would be able to sleep comfortably. But that's not the case since I've had it. I'm not able to rest comfortably and I'm having a lot of difficult pains trying to adjust to this bed. It seems to make my sleep pattern harder than it was prior to getting it.

Easy Rest sent flyers around and I found it. They said you could win a bed and I sent it in. I was surprised that they called me but they didn’t say that I won the bed because I would have to pay for it. I had the other model bed that they used to make and I had it for a long time but I couldn’t move it around the way that I would like. It was so heavy and low but it was a very good bed at the time when we got it. Like everything, when they were new, it was alright. So, I found this one was more interesting, and it was better for me. It’s a little bit more advanced and very comfortable to use. I can raise the bottom which elevate my foot because sometimes, it cramps up. I don’t like my head and feet too low, so I raise the back a little bit and I would raise it at front. Since I got it, I sleep better at night and I got a nice rest.

I sent in a coupon and then an Easy Rest representative was sent out here to talk to me about their bed. All the people that I dealt with, even on the phone, were very nice. They also took the old bed away. Taking a nap with the Easy Rest is a whole lot better and I can walk a little better these days. When your back or something gets tired, you can level yourself up in a better position. And you got the vibration on it, which helps a lot.

I was looking into buying a bed and the man from Easy Rest came at the right time. I’m 71 and all the features in the bed looked like something that I could use. The sales rep can sell an elephant. He was nice and he brought me a present. Plus, he wasn’t rushing but wasn’t trying to stay in my house all day either. So, that was good. The delivery team came, got the job done and got out. The delivery didn’t take long and they showed me how to use the bed.

I was having trouble with my back and with the Easy Rest, it felt a lot better. In the evening, when I put the massager on, it puts me to sleep and I like it. The salesman was, his knowledge of their products was great and he answered everything I asked. The delivery went easily and the delivery people were polite and helpful. They also took care of the trash before they left. All around, my experience with Easy has been great. They were all professional and business-like so it was easy.

My wife wanted an Easy Rest bed since she has a sore back and wasn't sleeping well at night. The sales rep was good and knew his product. Before we purchased the Easy Rest bed, the five-year old bed that my wife previously had was just a flat bed. But since having the Easy Rest bed and sleeping on it, she’s not waking up with a backache anymore. She uses all of its features, but the headboard that raises up the back and the head is the one that she likes the most. We were satisfied with everything and we would recommend Easy Rest.

The only thing that I like about the Easy Rest is that you can raise it up and down to different positions. That’s all that works to me that really made a difference than with the bed I had before. The bed is not what I expected it to be. The vibrate thing has not been great, and it makes a lot of noise. The salesman was pretty good. I was trying not to get the bed at first. They wanted to close for $4,000 and I told him it was a lot of money for a bed. I couldn't afford it. Then he put his boss on the phone, and the boss started talking and we got the price down to almost $3,000. So I thought maybe it would help me rest better and give my back a little more support. But in the end, it was still gonna cost me $4,000 because of interest. Once I got it and started using it, it’s not worth the money that I paid for it.

We’ve had our for the last eight years. It was really uncomfortable. So, when we had the opportunity to buy an Easy Rest bed, we both liked it. It’s really comfortable. The person who demonstrated the bed was kind and didn't pressure us at all. Some salespeople just want to pressure people into doing something they don’t want. Instead, our salesperson talked to us and we told him about some of Charles’ health problems. Thereafter, he showed us videos and told us how this might improve Charles' sleeping and his comfort. The delivery team was nice too. They showed us how to use everything and it was wonderful.

I've got a granddaughter here who encouraged me to get an Easy Rest bed and the salesman did a pretty good job in selling it. I bought the bed myself. It was late at night when the delivery team brought the bed out and put it together. They got the bed set up and left. My favorite feature of the bed is the massager which helps with the problems of the day. So far, my experience with Easy Rest has been okay.

I needed a new bed. I had the other one for a while and it was falling apart. I've had my previous mattress too for about nine years. Something came in the mail from Easy Rest and I said we'll purchase it. I needed a new bed anyway. The sales reps I worked with were very nice and helpful. They did their job appropriately. The delivery of the bed went very well too. So far, I find the bed nice and comfortable. Every now and then, I might be up a few times but overall, I don't have much problem with sleeping on it.

I have trouble with my back all the time and people say that Easy Rest and all those kinds of beds are good on my back. I also thought the bed would be a lot different for what it was but I couldn't see it. I can't adjust it right and it seems that they didn't get it wired up right. It's double and if I raise my side, it raises the other side. It might work better if it was single and there would be a 100% difference. I've had the Easy Rest for about a month now and I just don't care for it. I rested better on my old bed than I did on this one. The reps were good people and they did the best they could but I really don't like the bed and I'm not happy about it.

The bed that I had before originally had a pillow top mattress and after eight years, I decided to get another one. However, not knowing any about mattresses, I got a regular one, which made my bed look like a little kid’s bed. It was only a foot and a half off the floor and I wasn’t happy with it because I would get some backache every once in a while. So, I entered this contest to win a free one. Easy Rest sent a representative over. To this day, I can’t afford it but she told me that I should take care of myself. I’m 71 years old and the bed is the best furniture I could buy. She was very persuasive and I decided to get one. When it came, they transferred my old bed into my mother’s room and took out her double bed.

My husband doesn't sleep in the Easy Rest as good as he did with his old bed. Our room is small and you have to have the Easy Rest away from the wall in order to raise it up. There's not enough room to get around it, and it's heavy. My husband thought he could sleep better with it up, but he couldn't. He has tried every angle and couldn't do it. He said he burns on his side if he puts his legs or head up. He switched better to flat because he is on the CPAP and oxygen, and he has to have it down.

I can’t sleep laying down on my back on a regular bed and I’ve been sleeping at a recliner chair but it wasn’t comfortable anymore. So, I thought I would try the Easy Rest bed. Their rep was nice and patient and the installers did a good job of putting the bed up. I kept the head lowered, so it looked great in there. I like that this bed raises and so far, it’s working great. I can hardly wait to go to bed at night. If you can get one, get one. I wish I could’ve gotten it sooner.

My overall health was going downhill and I was having to sleep in my recliner because of it. Getting the Easy Rest bed seemed to be the right thing to do. When I was purchasing the bed, the rep was really nice. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, and he gave me the answer that I needed. If not for his assistance and that extra mile, I would not have been able to afford the bed. The delivery of the bed went really well. The delivery guys were very courteous and professional. They gave me complete instructions on how to use the bed and they set it up where I needed it. They were in and out in a very short period of time.

I needed a new mattress and box spring. Easy Rest sent somebody out and we talked. The rep showed me how it works, how to put the head up and the bottom part up for my legs. He was very good and very nice. I thought Easy Rest bed would help my back, my legs and everything else so I purchased one. The delivery team was wonderful. They brought the bed in and they explained everything to me. My back bothered me a little because I was bending all the time and stooping up and down at work. When my back is killing me, I put the massager on and it really feels great. I’ve had a lot of problems sleeping before, but when I go to bed now, I just fall right to sleep and I sleep very good, like a baby. I love my Easy Rest bed. I use the massager the most and the bottom to lift the legs up to keep them up higher than the heart. I tried that and it worked. It’s very good and I enjoy it very much. I might’ve spent a lot of money on it, but to me, it’s worth it.

I needed a mattress, but I hadn’t been looking because my mattress was a Select Comfort, but I’ve had it for 30 years and it got to where it wouldn’t hold air. So, the Easy Rest salesman, John, came at the right time. John was very nice and respectful, and he explained everything well. I enjoyed talking to him. The delivery guys were really good at what they do. I had told them to go around the back because it was easier to get in than it would be going upstairs with the bed. So they did what I recommended, but I have a Lady Banks' rose in my backyard and they tore it. Other than that, they were really great guys.

I needed to be able to rest comfortably and decided to purchase an Easy Rest bed. Their sales rep was a nice man and the installers were good too. My mattress had a few spots on it though but I wiped it out and most of it came off. I mostly use the bed’s head for sitting up and eating. I’m glad that I have the bed and I can rest better. It comes in handy.

The Easy Rest salesman was great. He took a personal interest in what a person wanted in comfort in the bed and he seemed to be extremely knowledgeable about his product. My old bed was comfortable, but the mattress was really too thick. I had a mattress with a pad on the top for comfort. And getting in, it was a little bit difficult because I had to kinda jump up into it because it was a little bit too high off the floor. Once I got in though, I was comfortable. With the Easy Rest, I like that I could get a warming mattress pad.

The Easy Rest salesman came to the house and talked to us. He was very nice and my husband bought the bed. But they brought in the wrong mattress during delivery and they had to take it back out and exchange it off the track. Then, they tried to explain everything to my husband. They thought he understood everything until recently. We had a few problems getting it raised up and setting down. I called Easy Rest's service department and the technician explained to my husband what to do. Now, he understands it better. The Easy Rest is a lot better than the one we had and my husband is sleeping better than he did with the old bed. I would tell others to go ahead and buy one.

The way that the Easy Rest was presented to me, it looked good for my health. The sales reps were very nice and friendly. They were very helpful in explaining it and showing me a way that I could be comfortable with the bed. They also showed me what would be beneficial for me health-wise. So, I was very pleased with them and I had no complaints. When I ordered the bed, it was there the following week and the delivery team put it up very quickly. Everything was perfect on their side. I’ve had it for three months and the experience was okay but I’m not doing too good with the bed. I’m using the up position with my feet and the swelling is not as bad as it used to be. However, it’s uncomfortable for me to get a good position to lie in because I’m used to sleeping on my side. With my feet up like that, it’s awkward but I just gotta get used to it. I’ve been taking my little brochure and showing it to different people.

On an Easy Rest bed, my mother's back wouldn’t be so sore in the morning when she got up, and it's higher than the regular bed so she can get in and out of it easier. The Easy Rest sales rep was wonderful. He was patient and he explained everything in layman's terms so we could understand it. He was a neat guy. The delivery guy was courteous and helpful. He also explained everything to us, how to run the bed, not drop the remote and everything else. My mother uses the feet and the head the most and the bed is helping her. Her pain has subsided a little bit. I've already recommended Easy Rest to a couple friends.

I needed a new bed and decided to purchase an Easy Rest. The rep’s knowledge of their product was pretty good and the installer explained how to use it once it was set up. He also took the old bed out. Now, I use the bed’s recline feature for sitting up and watching television.

I saw Easy Rest in the paper and I thought I had a bunch of pillows on the mattress to raise my feet and it might be easier to get one that way. The sales rep was a nice man. He answered all my questions and he was pleasant to talk to. The installation went well but they didn’t take the old bed away. They put it aside and my son took it. Since using the bed, I have been sleeping okay and more in the right position.

I needed a new bed and I got an Easy Rest. It works better than my previous bed. I use the raising the head feature and I feel more comfortable.

When I was in Vietnam, I got hit across the back with a bamboo stick and it knocked the L4 and L5 in my back. I had been interested in one of Easy Rest beds all the time but when you go to the store, there’s a difference. They want you to do all the work and they get paid for it. Nevertheless, the sales rep that came out did a good job. I wanted the bed a bit higher than what it is but she told me about 20 to 30 would be a bit too much because as I get older, I wouldn’t be able to get up in the bed. I sleep better now with Easy Rest bed than I did on the flat mattress that I had all my life. I can adjust the bed to the angle that I have less pain and I sleep a lot better. However, they should make the edge of the bed a bit stronger. I would tell others that it would be in their best health interest to get an Easy Rest bed.

I wasn’t getting any sleep and I was put on all the different machines, getting money from my insurance company. I wanted to be able to sleep comfortably and the Easy Rest sales rep was really good and nice. I purchased an Easy Rest bed and the delivery experience went fine. Now, I’m sleeping a bit too much but it’s working out fine because I know what to do. I use the lift coming up on the back and the front because sometimes, they need to be lifted up so the blood can move around. On other hand, the massage relaxes me. I feel good when I’m in it.

I've been looking at the different types of Easy Rest for several years and I decided I wanted one. I liked the comfort, the ease, the head rest and things like that. The sales rep was good as far as knowledge on the product and how it works. She presented the product and told me what was with it. Then, on the day they came out for delivery, they called before they came and they installed the bed. They also showed how the controls worked and we set up how to put the heated blanket on it. I use the head lift feature the most for watching television. Also, I sleep really good using the Easy Rest. It's more comfortable once you get so used to the angle you want of the legs and the head. I have shown it to a couple of my friends.

My mom was becoming bedridden and she needed something that could adjust to her body so she doesn’t have so many pressure points. One of the features of the new bed is the heat and my mom is always cold. So, that was one of the factors that made us decide to get the bed. She didn’t think she was gonna like the massage part of the bed and she told the guy that she would never use it but she uses it every day. She also stays in bed more. The sales rep was a very nice man and the interaction with him was very good. We had no problems with the delivery and the team was very good. They showed us everything we needed to know before they left and they cleaned up everything, so the experience was very good. My mom likes the Easy Rest bed and she is happier. We’ve recommended the bed to a few people.

My old bed was killing my back. And I have problems with my back numbness in my feet, so I needed something that was better suited for my condition. The person from Easy Rest that came out and showed me the system was a great representative. She went through everything really thoroughly and everything. And the sales representative on the phone was great. They did everything they could do to make sure that I could afford the bed. Then, the guys that came out and put the bed together were a great team. They had it together in no time. They also showed me all the features. The only thing I made a mistake on was buying the two twins for the mattress instead of buying the single mattress because it’s a King-sized bed. But I was completely happy with what I received.

I needed a bed that would sit me up and raise my feet because I have a circulation problem. Then I got a high-pressure sale from Easy Rest, and I really am angry at myself because I let myself get taken into this thing. The guy I dealt with was nice, but he was also a salesman. They come in, set the thing up, and did their job. The mattress is very uncomfortable and my wife can't sleep on her side. The bed is also not on wheels and very heavy. I can’t move it out so that my wife can vacuum behind it. I had to get my son-in-law and grandson. They’re gonna come over and move it out.

We were due for a new a mattress so we replaced the whole bed and got an Easy Rest Adjustable Sleep Systems which was better. The sales rep was very good. We enjoyed his demonstration and he was really down-to-earth. The delivery went well. They were in and out much quicker than I thought they would be. They were very polite and well-qualified. It’s nice to adjust the bed to what we want and sometimes we watch TV in there. We utilize the adjustments of the feet and the head up and down, and the massage. So far, we like our Easy Rest bed and we’re enjoying it.

I had spinal surgery and I needed something that could help me lift myself up out of the bed. I got an Easy Rest bed and their rep was really nice. He explained everything and demonstrated some things. He talked to me and told me what would be best and what could help me more. He made things very easy for me to understand. Compared to my older bed of 18 years, the Easy Rest is higher and better. I like the massage feature for my back and it makes me go right to sleep. It has also been helping me get up out of the bed.

The Easy Rest was so much money and we didn’t wanna get it at first but we’ve had it for a year. The interaction with the sales rep was very good and the delivery people moved fast. Two fellas moved the bed out, back and forth, and they were gone in no time.

I purchased the Easy Rest bed because my wife needed the adjusting for her back and she loves the way it moves up and into different positions. I like the bed too. It’s good. But the vibration was different from when they demonstrated. We had liked that other one better but we’re adjusting to this one. One of them makes a lot of noise. That aside, I liked the way the sales rep brought the bed over and demonstrated it. He was very good. The delivery was also very good. They showed me how everything worked and they did a very good job. But they sent a heater and nobody came back to install and put my heater back on. It is still in the box. Nonetheless, I would tell others to go ahead and get an Easy Rest bed as well.

The sales rep at Easy Rest was nice and very convincing. He got me to buy the bed even though I'm not accustomed to buying something that is expensive. I got neuropathy in my feet and I was told that I got to get my feet above my head. So far, I'm not used to falling asleep with my feet above my heart. It's weird and so I feel somewhat uncomfortable. Also, it's kinda soft to me so I have to get the harder mattress. But still, my feet feel better and I sleep better. I have recommended Easy Rest to a friend.

Easy Rest's rep was a great guy and he explained everything very well. We purchased a bed from them and since then I've found that the Easy Rest mattress is a little firmer. My wife and I ha both have back problems and I was hoping it was gonna help relieve them. However, we haven't noticed a lot of change since getting the bed. Also, the wave system which is supposed to move up and down the bed, through our feet and hips doesn't seem to work. Furthermore, the mattress keeps on sliding off the side of the bed and it doesn't have any kind of support to keep it from sliding. Though it has a foot guard, it doesn't have any guards on the side. Still, I've been raising my head up with it and using the vibration massage feature to soothe my back and improve my blood circulation. I've been happy with my Easy Rest Bed.

My husband was having such a hard time getting out of our bed. With the Easy Rest bed, I can lift the back and his head up, sit him up, and get him off of it easier than with the bed we had for years. The salesman who came was really good. He explained everything to us including how it worked. The delivery also went nicely and quickly. We got a king size one and I like that it's very comfortable. My husband loves the massaging feature. I put it on when he’s ready to go to bed and go to sleep. If anybody was to ask me about Easy Rest, I would recommend it to them.

I had health problems within the last year and the Easy Rest bed really helped as far as being able to adjust the bed, to be able to sit up and breathe better. I like it and it is working out well. Also, the rep who sold me the bed was good-mannered and he explained everything.

I had another adjustable bed which was good and did movements. But I had to keep buying a mattress 'cause I weigh about 255 pounds. In about a year and a half to two years, I got a big hole in the middle of the bed where I lay. And then I changed it out, then they charged me so much more for adjustments. I did that every couple of years and got tired of it. Easy Rest had a different program, so I thought of trying them. Their sales rep was good and told me what I wanted to know. Then, the delivery guys came in here, took the old bed out, slid in the Easy Rest mattress foam into the bed and put the bed exactly where I wanted it. They also attached the headboard and did a great job. They said, if I wanted to change it into a firmer or softer one, all I gotta do is unzip it and put a different pad in so that's pretty cool. So far, it's been doing good and I'm happy with the bed. It doesn't have the motion that the other bed have, but I don't need all that anyway.

The sales rep was good but I don’t like people sitting at a desk, shoot me a line of bull, then turn around and send me paperwork. They shouldn't give me something then turn around. I like them to be straight and forward. The next one I get, it’s gonna be at my price, and I’m gonna be deciding. I’m gonna set the price and if I can’t get it at that price, I will go somewhere else. Other than that, the delivery team came and did what they were supposed to do. I use mostly Easy Rest's feature to recline the upper part of my body beneath the back and the massage. The Easy Rest is a better bed than the one I previously owned.

The Easy Rest sales rep was a little pushy. I get sticker shock after I buy something, and I just don’t know if I paid too much. I can’t believe I bought the bed without actually lying down or sitting on it. But the delivery team was great and we're happy with our Easy Rest bed. The previous bed which we had for at least 10 years was a good one, but it didn’t have any of the functions of the headrest. With the Easy Rest, however, the heads go up. The adjustable bed also has a vibrator, which we use the most. My wife works on her feet, so the vibration thing on the bed really helps. Meanwhile, my sleep has been a bit better since using the Easy Rest bed.

Easy Rest sent me a card for a free bed and I sent it back to them. I didn’t get a free one, but they sent somebody to come over and he sold the bed to me. I told him I have rotator cuff shoulders and that I have some trouble trying to walk and my knees hurt sometimes. He had good knowledge and he said that the vibrator feature was gonna help me. I got one and the delivery team who brought it was fine.

I’m a disabled person with a bad back and a bad hip, and I needed something like an Easy Rest bed. The sales rep was good, although I wasn’t informed of all the taxes that were gonna be added on. There was a lot of hidden fees that weren’t explained upfront and it was a big surprise to me because the rep's sales were perfect, otherwise, he wouldn’t have been able to sell me the bed. The salesman didn’t do anything wrong other than to sell the bed, but the hidden fees should have been laid out earlier, and that was the only thing I disliked about the whole process. I wanted the bed because I liked it, but I don't like the fact that if they could do that to me, they could do it to a whole lot of elderly people who are much older than me.

Easy Rest's sales rep was okay and the delivery team was great 'cause they knew what they were doing. Since using the bed, I've been having good sleep.

My back hurts and I got a few physical problems. I bought an Easy Rest bed and it’s better than my old bed. I’m able to lift up my feet on it and when I watch the TV, I could pull up the back to sit more comfortably. But I'm not happy with their sales rep. We discussed the price when he came and I really didn’t wanna get it because I live off social security and my disability. Then I was convinced and was given a final price, which was about $3,600. I kept asking if this was all I am liable for and he said that this was all I'm gonna be paying for the bed. It was $100 per month, so I gave it a try.

I had a bed similar to Easy Rest which I've had for 20 years but I wanted more because it was about to wear out. The Easy Rest sales representative who sold me the bed was very nice. He was excellent and he showed me everything. The delivery team was wonderful and really nice too. They cleaned up after themselves when they got the bed up. Now, the mattress is a whole lot better. I use the bed's vibrator feature and I also use the heat since it’s been cold. I sleep with my head elevated as well. All in all, people don't know what they’re missing if they don’t have an Easy Rest bed.

I’m gonna have to have knee surgery next week and I needed a bed that I could be comfortable in which can take me up and down, sit me in an up position, and would be easy to get out of. I purchased an Easy Rest bed and I've enjoyed it. My back feels better when I get up and it’s much better than my old bed that stayed flat out all the time. If you have problems with your knees and back, you can hardly get up from that old bed. Also, the people from Easy Rest were nice. They brought the bed in, set it up, and showed me how to operate it.

When the Easy Rest guy came out and described the bed, it sounded like the ideal thing. I like the part where the head and the leg rise, but I started having more pains in my leg that I never had, and my back was hurting more. I haven't slept in it in three days. I called to tell them that I was having more pain, and the rep was a nice guy and told me about the number one and two settings. I thought it was gonna make my rest better, but the bed just isn’t what I thought it was gonna be and I'd like to give it back. I like my old bed better 'cause at least I wasn’t having any pains.

I'm in the process of doing a surgery so I need the Easy Rest bed. It's better than my old bed and my Easy Rest experience has been good. I'm satisfied.

My wife had kidney problems and circulation problem and I'm disabled too. With the way the rep explained and demonstrated Easy Rest to us, I thought it would be a nice bed for her so we purchased one. As far as getting the bed done, they were quick and did everything they were supposed to do. But they put the bed in our old frame, 'cause we had the headboard, the footboard, and everything else. They said it would slide right in there. But it's so tight on both our sides. No matter what I do with the bed, it affects the other person too. They also took back the feet that goes on the bottom if I wanna raise the bed up to give more cushion.

Getting my Easy Rest bed was a great decision on my part and their reps made it so easy for me to do that. I liked the rep whom I dealt with a lot and I wish he'd come and visit me more to be a friend. My husband kind of pulled the hair out to them when he found out how much it was but I told him not to worry about it and that I would take care of it. The delivery team was very polite and did their job. The Easy Rest bed is very plushy. I also like the idea that I can vibrate it. If I wanna read, I can keep the head part up to get to a comfortable position. However, it's a really heavy bed and I'm planning to put some gliders underneath so I can get behind it. Nevertheless, the bed has been awesome.

I have sleep apnea and I like to have my head and feet elevated. Easy Rest is a good mattress all the way around. I’m enjoying it and my back doesn’t hurt as much. Also, the rep was nice and accommodating. I had a great experience and I recommend Easy Rest to everybody.

Prior to my Easy Rest bed, I had a bed that went up and down. However, it was higher and the lower Easy Rest bed was easier to get into. I also liked the vibrating feature it offered so I got one. The rep whom I worked with was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. She was very knowledgeable and it was a fantastic experience. Thereafter, a couple of young guys came and set the bed up. Other people should get an Easy Rest if they can afford it.

Everybody I dealt with was good. They were nice and generous. The sales rep was a good kid and was friendly. He had had both his feet amputated when he was a kid and he said he has been using Easy Rest bed for about 15 years. The delivery guy was a real nice young man, too. He's a veteran and was really friendly. Everything I went through was fine.

I kept reading about Easy Rest so I thought I should try it and I’ve had it for three months now. I’m still having troubles with my back but it’s getting better. The interaction with the rep, the delivery and the experience were all good and I would recommend them.

My roommate has a bed similar to an Easy Rest and it sleeps comfortably. So, I decided to go ahead and get an Easy Rest. The salesman and the delivery team were very good. The salesman gave an excellent demonstration. I owned my previous bed for about six years and it was a great mattress and I slept comfortably. But one of the things that I wanted was to be able to adjust my feet and head. Sometimes I have swelling of the ankles and sometimes some nasal drip. With the Easy Rest, I’ve been able to adjust the mattress where I would sleep well. But I’m not able to adjust the foot or the head as well as I would like to. It seems as though if I get the head correctly, I don’t get the feet. It might be the length. I’m 5’5” and it doesn’t seem as though I get the feet to adjust to my height.

My wife been having some trouble with her legs, and the doctor recommended that she keep them elevated. It was hard to get pillows to elevate one unless you got the proper sitting. Having the Easy Rest has helped a lot with her leg problem because it had a proper way to elevate them. She could also elevate her head which our other bed didn't have. Easy Rest could also minimize to a low degree and they're really comfortable to lie in. We had a month to adjust to it to know how to regulate it to our specification and get the great benefit of sleep from it. It also has the smoother in it that we like which we could turn on. We also got the heat pad and had it covered underneath and out.

I had a mattress and it really wasn’t helping my back, that was why I decided to get an Easy Rest bed. The sales representative and delivery team were nice. The Easy Rest bed is so much better and I rest better on it. I also use the raising of my head the most.

I got an Easy Rest for its comfort and due to the way it’s set up. The sales guy that helped me was outstanding. He was here for quite a while. He showed me all the different models, then I finally decided on which one I wanted to get. Then for size, he wanted to make sure that I wanted to downsize, because I got a large one. He delivered the bed himself. He got the old one out, brought in the new one and got everything set up. He showed me the remote and made sure I knew how to do everything, and showed me all. It shows in the book but he made sure I do exactly all the different things.

I bought an Easy Rest bed since I couldn't find a mattress that was suitable. I’ve had it for six months and now, I can actually sleep. It’s soft, wonderful and I like it. I am enjoying it. The rep was very nice and when the delivery got here, they put it up, showed me how to work it and it was good to go. It’s the best bed that I’ve ever slept on. People should try it out and see how it is.

I’m glad I bought the Easy Rest bed. I have a condition where I have to sleep with my legs up. I have my arthritis and when I get up, I feel better. Also, I turn the vibrator on, or the heat, either one, and it makes me feel better. Easy Rest bed is much better compared to our previous bed. I use the most the feature of the bed where the head and the feet are raised up. The sales representative was superb as well. He explained everything in detail. He even went to my room and demonstrated the bed. The delivery team was good, too. He came in and went right to work and it wasn’t long before he had it up. He turned and showed me and demonstrated to us the bed.

My husband is in pretty bad shape and has some serious mobility issues and couldn’t get out of our old bed, so we decided to get him a new one. The Easy Rest salesman was wonderful. He answered all our questions, was very professional and he spent time with us. I wanted some time to think it over but we didn’t really have time to think it over. The salesman wouldn’t take no for an answer. But I love that salesman. Also, the delivery guys were efficient but they were in a huge hurry. They didn’t even turn their truck off. They left it running the whole time.

Easy Rest's reps were very polite and informative. I’m satisfied. The delivery of our bed went fine. The guys came and the first thing they did was to get rid of the old mattress and get it out of their way. And they brought in their equipment and begin to install it. There was no problem at all. I thought an Easy Rest bed would be helpful to some of my other conditions. It was time to get another mattress, too. I can’t sleep on my back, and that’s what the Easy Rest is made for. It makes me feel more comfortable. Otherwise, you got to adjust it a bit to sleep on the side. I use the headrest and the foot rest on my Easy Rest the most. Other than that, I probably wouldn’t have spent that much money on one again. I would be much better off if it was like a double control. We have a queen bed. But it would still have been better for us if it had been double.

I had five back surgeries and I couldn't lie down in bed. I've had to be propped up and as a result, I was sleeping in my recliner for the last five years. The rep whom I worked with was really kind. He showed up at the door and explained Easy Rest to me. I had asked for information on it through mail and he came and we talked about it. I ended up getting an Easy Rest bed and it’s the best investment I’ve ever made. The delivery guy, Sam, knew what he was doing. He set the bed up and asked me to get on it and set where I wanted it set. He showed me how to do that which was great. Now, I can now go to bed and lie down. I can raise my head and feet up where my legs wouldn't be straight out. I tell my friends what the bed has done for me. It has been wonderful.

I had a good experience with Easy Rest. The sales rep was very nice and wasn't pushy, and most of all, didn't try to make me buy something. She was pleasant to talk to. The delivery team was on time and they gave me an approximate time that they would be there. They were there within that timeframe, and they were very professional about how they did what they did. They were excellent. The bed was adjustable and I sleep better on it. I use the most the headrest, the taking the head up and raising the feet up.

The Easy Rest salesman was pretty thorough. He took his time with the existing bed and how the Easy Rest is different, the different positions and so forth. It seemed like it would do what we want it to do. Then, the delivery team brought it in and my wife signed for it. I would usually bring the bed up a little bit on the head instead of lying flat. My wife has had sleeping problems and diabetic. It has helped her sleep better just raising her head. She was sitting up at night because she couldn’t breathe with her heart condition but the Easy Rest seemed to have helped her a lot, just bringing it up and down.

I had a spare bed mattress and then I had a bed with my husband, but he died, so I switched over to the single bed and that got old quickly. It was a cheap thing. My daughter gave me her son’s, which was one of those things you can elevate and it was fine. I always can sleep. I can sleep on a tack, but the problem was my back and the worn-out mattress that was given to me. I badly needed another bed I could trust to support my back and the Easy Rest bed does, so I’m happy with it. I put the head up, and then I put the feet up, but just a hair because I can’t have it up too high. I have problems with my leg and my feet. In fact, I was up with a sharp pain in my legs at 3 o’clock this morning.

The sales representative I dealt with was really good. He wasn't pushy but he was dynamic and he explained everything very well. When the delivery team came, they took away the old mattresses and everything went like the salesman said it would. I had a valve replacement in my heart and I thought that the Easy Rest bed would be more convenient and that it would be better if I could lay on my back. If I laid on my right side, I would wake up with pain. I thought I could get the bed to where I would be comfortable and to where it would fit my body. Now, I sleep with my head elevated a little more than just a tiny bit. I also have the foot elevated a little so that my behind is down. And I'm absolutely sleeping better. I love the Easy Rest bed because I go to sleep and I don't wake up until eight or nine hours, sometimes even 10. In fact, I've already recommended it.

My husband is bedridden and he’s in a hospice. So, we needed something good for his last days. We got an Easy Rest bed and it has been very comfortable for him. He can’t raise himself too much, but it helps a lot. We’re very happy with it. The sales rep was very good too and the delivery team was wonderful and they helped us. We maintained our headboards, the old one that we liked. The headboards were old-fashioned and big and the delivery team adjusted it so that we didn’t have to get rid of it. So, we were happy with that. Everything’s wonderful about the bed. We like it a lot and I highly recommend it.

With Easy Rest bed, I would get a good sleep. I'm in a Senior Citizens Residence and my legs needed to be raised a bit because they're swelling. The bed has helped considerably. I like its ability to raise according to how I feel like resting like sleeping with my head or my feet up. Their rep was excellent, considerate and able to explain the complete set-up. Then, a man came in to set up the bed and showed me how to use it. Overall, Easy Rest is very good as far as providing a comfortable sleep experience especially if you have any experience needing with your back or with your leg.

My doctor told me about elevating my legs so I got an Easy Rest bed. The sales representative was a very nice person and he stayed there trying to do the right thing for the company. Also, the delivery team did a great job. They asked me what my concerns were and I told them. The Easy Rest bed is a lot better than my old bed. I like its vibrator and the heat system and with it, my legs don’t swell as much. I had a good experience with Easy Rest and if somebody would ask me about it, I will give the okay on it.

Easy Rest's rep was nice, and I had no problem with the delivery team. They set my bed up, and it was ready to go. I like my Easy Rest bed and I like its massage feature. The only thing I don't like about it is that the massage comes up too far to the head of the bed. I don’t like the back of my head massaged. Other than that, the Easy Rest is great to have. I wouldn’t go back to the other bed I had. I sleep better with my Easy Rest bed because I can raise my legs up, too.

We like the Easy Rest. My wife has problems, so we got it and I like the service from the reps. All in all, the bed is good and we have a better quality of sleep. We often use the remote control as well as the feature for adjusting positions. I recommend to them.

The bed that I owned for four and a half years was getting bad and I've always wanted to get an adjustable bed frame. The Easy Rest bed is excellent and I enjoy it. Its pillow was good. I also use its vibrator or massage area most and I use that quite a bit.

I'm not really satisfied with the Easy Rest bed. The bed is not as comfortable as I figured it would be. Those positions that it would be going are not working for me. Then the vibrator is like some guy shaking your chair all over the place. It's not working like it should. Otherwise, my experience was good. The sales representative was really great. He had a good attitude. He was nice, clean and respectful. The delivery was good as well. They came in, set and adjusted it like they should and showed me what needed to be done.

I have back problems then I read about the Easy Rest bed on the little brochure that I got in the mail and it was what I needed. A guy from Easy Rest, Timothy, called. He was a good salesman. He brought me a gift when he came. I invited my neighbor over and he didn’t know that the lady was gonna be there, but he came back and brought her a gift as well. My neighbor made up her mind to get an Easy Rest bed before I did. I knew I was gonna get one too but I wanted to pay mine in cash, so I had to wait until I got the money.

The Easy Rest sales rep I dealt with was excellent, and the delivery team was also good. I've had an Easy Rest bed since the 1920s. It broke and I bought a new one but I'm very dissatisfied with it. I've told that to two people, and they said they'd have someone call me back. My new bed is too high for me to get into. It's extremely easy for me to break a hip on. Also, I need to sit on the bed to get dressed but I can't sit on it because I'll slide off of it. The stimulation is nowhere near as good as the one I had in the old bed. The old bed stimulator went all the way down for the full body. The new one only does the shoulders, and the bed slides off the box-spring. The vibration could be better. It seems they didn't improve things, and it seems like they have gone the opposite way. But I like that the new Easy Rest bed's mattress is much thicker, and it is on a box spring. The old one was on a steel frame.

My husband was having some trouble sleeping with his back on the mattress we had, so we decided to go ahead, get an Easy Rest bed, and see how that would work. Our sales representative, Ron, was really great and very personable. He was sold on the bed, and when you're sold yourself, it's easier to sell to someone else. He was also the most helpful in all areas and he saw things that we didn’t see that would help us with. Our biggest problem was the date of delivery. When their team first said they were gonna come, we were gonna be out of town, so we had to change dates on that. But outside of that, the delivery went fine. The two gentlemen who set the bed up did a very good job. They also talked to us about the different things that were on it and how to use it.

I slept on a waterbed with my husband and it was wonderful. After he passed, I was on a regular, flat mattress and I wasn’t as happy. It's not in the same ballpark as the Easy Rest bed, which I bought it for its comfort and flexibility. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and polite and all of my questions were answered even before they were asked. It was wonderful. The delivery people were also very polite and personable and I enjoyed the entire experience. I realized how much the feet up will help take the load off my heart and I use it often. I love it. I’ve been recommending people and I’ve had friends over to play with the bed.

My wife entered one of the things where you can win a bed, but we never get that lucky. We always had to pay double or three thousand times more than what everything is worth, but had never won anything. The rep was a really nice lady. I didn’t even know I was gonna get an Easy Rest bed until she showed up and sold me one. Then the delivery team did great. They showed us how to use all the remote control. They went through it all and they set the bed up really fast. It was unbelievable. I had already moved the old bed out of the house and all the crew had to do was move the Easy Rest bed in and set it up.

The Easy Rest sales rep we had was great. My wife said the delivery guy was also good and he was able to demonstrate how to use the bed. I use all of the bed's features. I start off with the heat on and then when I feel pretty comfortable, I take the vibrator on then adjust it. Since using the bed I sleep a lot better and my wife is happy, and that's the main thing.

I have a lot of pain in my body. Since the Easy Rest bed lets the head and feet up and has a massager, I purchased one. The sales rep was really nice. He showed me everything and explained everything where I could understand it. The delivery team was very good and pleasant, also. They were here on time and they set everything up and explained everything really well.

I'm 90 years old and my feet and legs are swelling with me. The Easy Rest lady sales rep that first came was real nice, and the gentleman that I talked to by phone later was as nice he could be and very helpful. Also, the delivery team was wonderful. They did everything in a hurry, they didn’t hesitate and got everything fixed in no time. They did a wonderful job and they were so nice.

The whole point of buying the Easy Rest bed was to be able to sit up in bed without having to put a ton of pillows and the vibrator would help massage my bad back. It's the same for my husband because he has a bad back as well. The representative put extra pillows under the mattress that we had to give us an example of how we would be with the Easy Rest. Then they put a vibrator under there as well so we would know and it felt good at that time. When we first got the bed, it was nice. But my husband said our other bed was better than this one in terms of comfort. This one has all the bells and whistles that we thought we would like, especially the recline in the evening. That’s not too bad but if we use a vibrator and the leg lift, that’s when we have a little bit of a problem.

I have a really bad back. I read up about the Easy Rest bed and I decided that might be good for my back. The guys that delivered it were extremely nice and very friendly. I asked them everything that I would need to know and they didn’t hang around that longer. So far, it has been wonderful and I’ve had a tremendous help from it. I love it. It has this little thing that you can adjust and you can have it vibrate. I also have restless legs and the elevation feature helps a lot with that. The Easy Rest is worth the money and I would recommend it to anybody.

An Easy Rest rep showed up at our door to show us about their bed and he was really nice. We were thinking about buying a bed but not at that expense. It's a little out of range but I still bought it. The bed is a lot better than my old bed. It's comfortable and nice, but I didn’t think it was a 200-pound bed. I was not told that the bed is not movable at all unless you tear it apart. It's so heavy that I can't even lift one side of it. And to get it to the height that you want the side of the bed to be, they put little spaces underneath of it. If I had known this is what was gonna be done and the weight of the bed, I wouldn’t have bought it.

We had a full size bed but my wife said we needed a bigger one. The Easy Rest works better than the individual one where she raises her side up and I can leave mine down. That didn’t work. We bought it and it was new but it was way too hard. We bought the one that raises up and it’s softer and comfortable. Too soft or too hard hurts me and it's perfect. My back has been feeling a whole lot better. I recommend the Easy Rest bed.

I wanted an Easy Rest and they have sent me different stuff to win one. I’d sign out all the papers, but never win any. So, when somebody came to me for the second time, I said okay and I bought one. I like it and I'm having a pretty good time with it so far. I like to read when I go to bed and it’s so much easier with the Easy Rest as I can lift up my head then just lie down and be happy. Sometimes I also use it for my legs. I feel really good, too, after sleeping on the Easy Rest bed. But when my family came to visit and they found out I might have Alzheimer’s, they were unhappy with it because of the cost.

The Easy Rest salesperson's presentation made me wanna get a bed from them. Also, I have a bad back and I thought it would be wonderful for my back. It went well with the delivery guys. They did a good job and they explained a lot of things to me. But I noticed that they sent me a bill for 4,000 and something. The rep told me 3,000 and something so, I’m gonna get rid of that right quick. Other than that, I would recommend Easy Rest to any friend.
