I love my new 2 Piece Vinyl Ottoman in orange! Great Quality and good finish. It looks even better than in the picture. I bought it for my bedroom as an accent and it is perfect!!!!! This was my first experience with Cymax and it was a great one!

Excellent product and delivery to my front door. I have purchased Sauder products in the past. It is great and works great in my office. My only challenge and it was small was that it did not include ID letters on some pieces. But was able to figure out what parts they were after laying everything out by process of elimination. I researched buying four bar stools for my new home and the prices were so expensive. I bought four from Cymax for what one would have cost me in a catalog. Very smooth process.

We had an accidental order on Amazon for Prepac Headboard and Cymax. Took nearly 50% of the money and we never received the item. We tried so many times to call customer service and they wouldn't work with us. I would stay away from this company as they are not honest and customer service is very shady.

I found on the website and ordered 26" counter stools. After assembling one chair I found that what I received were 30" bar stools. Upon my immediate call, Cymax corrected the website, but I still have the incorrect product. I've been advised that I must wait (having the assembled chair and 3 packaged lying in my foyer) for 3 to 5 days while there is some communication with the manufacturer. I purchased, in good faith, a product from CYMAX (not some other manufacturer) that was deficient to the advertising and order. While my charge stays on my Credit Card, I have to wait longer than it took to order, purchase AND have delivered the ORIGINAL incorrect chairs; and that's just the time for Cymax to tell me what to do next!!!

Since placing my review, Cymax has contacted me and apologized for the experience. They have offered me a resolution that I am satisfied with. My Case Manager who contacted me on behalf of Cymax was courteous and helped me with a resolution.

Cymax was able to resolve the issue despite a bit of a hiccup on the part of the distributor. I appreciate the help I received once the matter was escalated. Not five stars because I wish the issue had been escalated sooner. But, once escalated, Cymax was very responsive and helped me resolve this issue.

We ordered four metal dining chairs and were very pleased with the process. We received exactly what we ordered. The chairs are very nice. In fact, we plan to order four more.

Being looking around for a new kitchen pantry. Came across Cymax with the pantry I wanted. Not only was the process of buying it online simple, it was shipped on a weekend! Never had that before. Not only that, it was the best price I could find!

Baseball office chair - Love the look, exactly as described. A tiny bit difficult to put together with no instructions, only number of labeled parts on a diagram. Maybe parts' bag could have numbers on them too.

The directions were very easy to follow and parts laid out nicely. Heavy duty bar should bring years of enjoyment. Looks and fits great in the room.

I have the computer desk in time and I like the product.

I recently purchased this nightstand for my granddaughter, and she loves it. The size is perfect and the piece is attractive for a child's room. It had to be put together, but my husband did it in no time with no problem at all. The nightstand arrived quickly and in excellent condition.

Headboard was exactly what we were looking for. Price was right and free shipping.

I was surprised how fast delivery was! Yes...putting it together is never really fun but the directions were clear and easy to understand. The hardest part was removing the old headboard! Honestly, it's a good piece for the price and am sure we will get years of use. I recommend buying. BTW... one thing.. the instruction book showed an even bottom on page 8, 9, and 10. However, the rest of the book illustrates that the bottom is approx 2 1/2 inches difference. The pics on page 11 to the end of instruction book is correct.

The cabinet arrived yesterday 5/29. First of all, had a problem with shipping address as noted in file. Evidently PayPal only uses billing address as shipping address. This I did not know until it was too late. Called Cymax and after a few calls, able to notify Fedex of address change. I ordered in evening after your offices closed, so had to wait till next day to communicate with someone. In meantime I received notification from Cymax my order had been received and was shipping.

My bar stools were exactly what I had hoped for and how they appeared on your website. I am very happy with the construction and look of the stools.

Kitchen cart - The ordering process was easy, the delivery time within reason for distance and weight to ship. Well packed so there were no damages to the item. Assembly - I'm lucky to have a husband who knows how to do this! It took 3 hours (while watching TV) and some time making adjustments. Great quality! Very good looking.

We received our stools via FedEx and opened the box to assemble the two stools. They appeared to be well wrapped but there were still a few deep scratches in the painted parts. When I started assembly, I found the cheapest hardware imaginable -- low quality socket head bolts and nuts but no washers (even though the bolt holes are only slightly smaller than the nuts) and only TWO screws to attach the seat cushions that require SIX screws each.

Great desk! The order was shipped very quickly and the item is as pictured; very happy! The item came in a large, flat box and there were a lot of pieces, but it wasn't that terrible to put together; just give yourself plenty of time. The desk is very heavy and it seems like it will last for quite a while, and it is comfortable to work at in the home office. Great purchase and I highly recommend the item and seller.

Rose Valley entertainment stand - I received this stand in 2 days after notice of shipment. Just the size I needed and was so glad to find this one. It was very easy to assemble following the good instructions. All the hardware was pictured by number and told the color so there was no mistaking which to use. It looks lovely and just as pictured.

The tv stand arrived fast and on time. It's a lot darker than what the picture shows and putting it together took almost 4 hours. Other than how long it took to put together I love it and the looks. I would purchase it again.

I absolutely love my piece. I saw it in a store for $600, but got it online for $288! One of the doors is however upside down but the whole piece went together really well otherwise.

I ordered the South Shore office desk and I received it on time as mentioned in the order. Although the product had a few issues, I was helped efficiently by the representative from Cymax. Dog stroller is great, only they sent wrong color. Not color I ordered but did not want to pay to send it back and get correct color.

The tv stand we got was quite heavy and sturdy and came quicker than expected which I liked, but putting it together would have been a lot easier with labeling. Also, the top of the stand had some damage which is really disappointing.

I would definitely recommend this website to others just for the fact of the prices and not to mention shipping is fast.

Your contact hours of 8 AM to 4 PM PST Monday through Friday will make it almost impossible for me to do business with you in the future. Having mistakenly placed two orders for the same product after 7 PM EST on a Friday night through AMAZON made for a very uncomfortable weekend having to wait until Monday morning at 11 AM my time to speak to ** to resolve the problem which I still do not feel comfortable with.

Very pleased with fast shipment. Product received in good condition. However, I did inform the company on a separate email that the color of the headboard should be described as off-white. It actually appears to be almost cream colored under certain light. I plan to paint the headboard myself because I like it and want it to match the other bedroom furniture.

I ordered the Tuscany Stockcraft Glider in chocolate/chocolate. It arrived within a week of ordering. The glider is VERY comfortable! I would definitely recommend one.

I ordered a drafting chair in garnet color and a recliner. I specifically registered with Cymax so they would have my current email account, because an older email account was not working. I received the recliner and I like it, but the drafting chair came a week later and in the wrong color. I called customer service, who told me I would get return instructions. I once again asked that my current email be used. When I did not get return instructions, I sought out IT help to regain my older email account, and there appeared confirmation of the order, a REPLICATION of the order, yet no return instructions.

Places order, saw within 5 min that shipping ** was wrong. Called immediately. Cymax reassured me on 3 separate occasions they reroute the shipment. 3 weeks later and 6,000 miles it finally arrived. They lied blaming FedEx having an out of date system.

The bookcases came just as expected! They were neatly shipped in well packed boxes, so there was a little assembly required, but nothing that was too difficult to do with a Phillips head screwdriver and a hammer. Instructions led me through an easy process and was done putting it together on a little over an hour! Very pleased with the quality and durability of the cases. More than an adequate amount of space for displaying all of your bookcase needs! Would order again and the price was just right for the product received!

I love my computer desk. It was easy to assemble, arrived as promised, fits perfectly in the spot I wanted it for -- looks great. I am very pleased -- and it was so inexpensive.

The quality of the bed is slightly better than I expected based on the low price. There was a slight defect in one piece of the headboard, so I called and asked about it and they, without hesitation, asked me where I wanted the replacement part shipped. That is what I call a high quality company.

I ordered two bar stools. They arrived only a few days after order was placed. The items are exactly same as the pictures online. The quality is great. You do need to assemble them yourself. That is typical for online orders. With clear instructions and all hardware and tool coming with the package, it was a pretty easy task.

This kitchen island is just wonderful, met my expectations. I am female and it was about a medium in difficulty putting together and took about 2 hours. I ordered this on a Sunday, and by Tuesday at 11:30 am it was at my door!!! Will order again.

I ordered a platform bed for the guest room. The price was right. Several people I know commented on how comfortable the beds are. I won't need a box-spring so this is a more economical choice. My daughter and I assembled the bed. The directions are clear and the bed looks just as expected.

Easy to put together! The instructions say two people are required for certain steps, but if you're careful and smart only one person is needed. I'm used to putting together flat box furniture so this was pretty straightforward. The description says you can put the drawers on either side, however just put it together per the instructions (I read to into it and thought I needed to flip the two main pieces). The bed comes with furniture feet and slides easily across my tile floor. I have this for my guest bedroom and I just put it together last week, so it might be a while before the bed sees any use.

This company's customer service and return policies are ridiculous. I cancelled an order, which was over $2,000, after at least 50 e-mails and countless complaints I got a refund on 05/05/15. My order was placed on 03/30/15 and cancelled on 04/10/15. Their customer service has no idea what's going on. I would NOT recommend this company at all.

I ordered 3 locker units. I love the price and quality but one of the boxes were damaged. Some holes were not drilled and the form packaging was stuck onto the boards. The form is like plastic and stuck onto the boards.

Bedford King Headboard in Black - Pros: My order arrived only 2 days after I placed the order and I only selected ground. I thought that was outstanding! The headboard looks great and the wood is decent quality (not particle board). For the price it's a good deal. Cons: No nuts/bolts were supplied to attach the headboard to the bed frame. I had to purchase those separately. There were two small gashes on the front that took off the paint. I had to touch those up with some black paint but then it looked fine. On a side note.. the pre-drilled holes didn't line up with my bed frame. I had to drill new holes to attach it to the frame properly. I wouldn't consider this a fault of the headboard because I know not all bed frames are universal. I would actually have preferred no pre-drilled holes at all and then just add in the description that you will need to drill your own holes and then explain because not all bed frames are universal.

The folding round table is exactly as described. It is high quality and arrived promptly. I would definitely order from Cymax again.

We were very happy with our experience with Cymax. We purchased a Sauder Chest & nightstand. The quality was good and the price was excellent (loved the free shipping). Just need to set 6 - 8 hours aside to assemble (important to follow directions so drawers glide smoothly; furniture is level). We are in the process of making another purchase.

The table is what I expected and arrived within 4 days. It was easy to put together and is really sturdy! Packaging was good so that the table wasn't damaged in any way.

Entertainment Center - Very fast delivery. It took a long time to assemble, as some of the pieces didn't match up to the holes. Also disappointed with the flimsy cardboard backing. After it was fully assembled, it looked nice, but I was disappointed in the quality. All in all, it was a good deal for the price.

CD storage furniture: As would be expected, it came unassembled and with good assemble instructions, easy to follow and did not take much time to assemble and put to use. Looks nice and went together easily.

I was always trying to organize my CDs, DVDs, and a few old VHS I owned and put them in baskets. Then inside the entertainment center until full and even another piece of furniture nearby. I ordered this media organizer crossing my fingers, as with internet items you never know. Came in perfect condition and to my amazement, I started to add and add the contents of the baskets of the entertainment center and the other cover and I even ended with a bit of space! Happy to report my mess is under control in a very small amount of space.

We are in love with our table! Like all of the other reviews, it came with a few scuffs but it is still a beautiful piece of furniture, and it took 20 minutes to assemble. Exactly what we were looking for!

I ordered a beautiful head board that arrived damaged. When I complained a replacement headboard was sent out immediately. The Cymax representative on the phone was patient and kind, explaining what I needed to do or mostly what I didn't have to do. This is the second bedroom set I have purchased. Both are high quality and beautiful.

My online order with Cymax was completely disappointing. First, I ordered using the Paypal function and it automatically used the shipping information connected to that account. Unfortunately, I've since moved and that information was incorrect. I didn't realize that this error had occurred until I got an e-mail from Cymax saying they were getting ready to ship my futon. I immediately called Cymax and told them the mistake. The representative said I should email the store and that they would change the address. I asked him if it would not be too late for me to do anything and he assured me it wouldn't. I e-mailed their inquiry address and gave them the correct shipping address. They responded saying that if the manufacturer had already shipped the futon, I would have to pay FedEx to get it re-routed to the new address. They then e-mailed me new tracking information saying that the package was being shipped to my new address.

This website was by far one of the best I've been on. It's always convenient to shop online, but Cymax's website was by far one of the most helpful. The pictures and description were all extremely helpful and the free shipping just blew me away. I am so pleased with my purchase and this website! The products were good and exactly how they appeared on the website. They came to my house within 2 weeks of ordering too which was good. The only downside was one of the pieces of wood was chipped.

Only slight negative was that the 2 boxes the desk came in were not delivered on the same day. Desk is not hard to put together but there is no way to avoid it being a project that will take you 2-3 hours. Instructions are pretty clear. Once assembled, desk is solid-feeling and a great value for the cost.

Let me start by saying that I have shopped several times with Cymax and have had no issue. I recently placed an order for a bathroom vanity and have been watching the status to notify my contractor on the anticipated arrival date to being my remodel. Last night I received an email from Cymax stating they were acknowledging my request to cancel my order and that it was currently being reviewed. Wait, what? I didn't request a cancellation and before I was able to locate their phone # to place a very frantic call to them, I received a second email confirming that my cancellation had been accepted.

Well made, nice size, using for jewelry. Fairly easy to put together. Would be easier if pieces were marked with a number or letter. Looks very nice and modern. Got different knobs which add some sparkle. Very pleased with quality, size and look.

I have low back problems and I just the my backless chair. Sitting at my computer was very uncomfortable as all I had was a kitchen chair. My new chair is fantastic. I love it and so does my back.

I found that ordering on Cymax.com was very easy and I checked a lot of other website companies and what I was searching for I found at this company and at a lower price. I ordered a large L-shape desk and it was shipped free and state tax free, more savings. I highly recommend this company. I will order again.

Desk was very easy to assemble. Was surprised by the accuracy of the holes and the screws. I sold assembled furniture and this was as good as I have ever seen. The quality of the weight of the materials was outstanding. I'm looking forward to wall mounting it and getting our computer and office set up on it.

Unit is fine but assembly instructions are very poorly presented. There are NO written directions, but only difficult-to-follow illustrations. Adjustment of height is very difficult as well and finished unit is rather unsteady without shims being added.

Urban Outdoor Dining Table: 2 problems - instructions indicated to put items individually on soft cloth to prevent scratches - this was in small print and I missed it. The problem was that I incurred scratches in the final stages of installation when the table top was on the ground (outside patio) and due to its weight (very heavy) - turning table to upright position caused scratches. I would recommend putting in LARGE PRINT, to do " installation" on soft cloth. Second problem was that final head cap bolt did not fit in table top "flush" and it has come out and is not fitting in tight. No apparent solution.

These both (Glider/ ottoman and shelf) are gifts for our daughter who is expecting her first child. She is having a boy with a nautical-themed nursery. She wanted a light blue glider with white wood. Checked many furniture store sites and this was by far the best deal. Very neat, great selections and ease of ordering. Love the free shipping too!

The desk arrived well within expected time of delivery and was well packaged. It is very attractive and, with a hutch and four drawers, it is very functional. While the desk looks real good in my wife's work space, what I liked most about it was that it was so easy to assemble (this is rarely the case).

I was expecting a better quality product for the price. This item is made of 100% particle board, meaning if any fasteners become lose, that's it. Also, the assembly instructions and marking can be improved. Couple of the fasteners were short, but I was able improvise on my own (non critical). The base of this cabinet should be made of some other material or at least solid wood. The finish is acceptable quality too. Having said, however, it does have its utility and that's why I am giving it a "satisfied" rating.

We just remodeled our kitchen and added a breakfast bar. Was looking for something that wasn't too expensive and would blend in. These are perfect. Small, light-weight, but sturdy enough for my 200+ pound relatives. It took me less than 10 minutes to put it together with everything provided. They arrived on time and in great shape. I was searching the web for a full size headboard for my son's bed and came across Cymax's site. Upon exploring Cymax, I was amazed at their selection and style of furnitures and incredible prices. The headboard arrived quickly and the quality of it was great. When I opened the box, I was shocked to see how well everything was packed and wrapped. Unlike other DIY furniture in a box, this one is by far the best I have ever seen. Besides using sturdy cartons as spacers, there were two nicely cut wood pieces on each end to hold everything in place. On top of that, there was a heavy duty plastic wrap all around the contents. The headboard's color is exactly as depicted online. Instruction was easy to follow and my husband and I spend less than 30 minutes to put everything together. Please note that everything is included in the box EXCEPT the four bolts you will need to attach the headboard to the bed frame. Other than that, it's a great buy.

Directions for desk - I think the instructions could have been better. There was no written instructions just pictures! Some of the detailed pictures should be larger. I was not a first timer so I managed. Overall it went together fairly quickly. The pieces were well packaged and with no damage.

As a result of this complaint, I received a telephone call from a very polite Cymax mediation agent, who offered to refund the full purchase price of the item, but refused to reimburse the UPS shipping fee. I accepted the offer, and have seen it reflected on my credit card statement.

My fiance and I ordered a bed at the beginning of March. We were told it would be delivered by March 12 - March 13, which was plenty of time to have it set up before people started to arrive for our wedding on April 11. It is now April 3, and we have yet to receive our order. We have received very little help from cymax. They have no idea where our bed maybe, although according to the shipping company, it only had one place to go. We have currently receive no compensation or offers from Cymax. I am extremely disappointed and will never use this company again.

I gave this an overall of 5 stars because I am extremely satisfied with the desk! I bought this desk for my new gaming PC and dual monitor setup which fits perfectly. It is well built and very sturdy, and looks absolutely beautiful. It was very easy to assemble but it is definitely a 2 person job. All tools needed are included except for a Phillips screw driver (which was no problem). My only complaint is the fact that my keyboard and mouse barely fit on the keyboard tray but that's not as big of a deal as I first thought it would be. So, Yes, I would definitely recommend this desk to anyone looking for a large and sturdy desk!

After speaking with a Cymax Rep. and the manufacturer of the the Bermuda pantry my complaints were resolved.

We purchased a bunk bed from Cymax. They sent the wrong items. Told us it was our fault when it was the Cymax customer service person who wrote up the order. Cymax told us that what we got was what we ordered. Manufacturer got involved as well as AMEX. Lo and behold the right parts showed up to assemble the bed as we ordered. Cymax never acknowledged their error and told us to "go ** yourself". Steer Clear, they just resell others products and use their Canada location as a buffer to US trade and consumer laws. They are the WORST!!!!

After speaking with Cymax, they took care of my issues. I am happy with the results.

Home Styles Pantry in Cherry Wood - I absolutely LOVE this pantry! The color is beautiful and it looks like a great piece of furniture although it's being used as a pantry. Only thing is if your husband/boyfriend is not "handy", they will never be able to put it together. There were a few things wrong with it---you could tell they "fixed" a part of the bottom which I was not happy about and if my hubby wasn't so good at stuff like that...we would have had to return it. Beware...you will spend quite some time putting it together. As a whole, I am happy with the product and it really is beautiful once completed.

This is the second Sauder storage unit I have purchased from Cymax. The first one is two years old and holding up well. Very solid and durable. A little bit of a job to put together. But instructions are easy to follow. Needed more storage for my 3 year Old toys and books and was happy to find it on sale once again on Cymax.

The pantry is very cute and has a lot of nice storage for the size that it is. The pantry arrived damaged. One of the corners broken. Since we are using it in our office breakroom, we really didn't want to hassle with sending it back, so we just kept it. We also ordered a microwave cart, which was a little bit of a challenge to put together, because the holes were off so it made the cart a little crooked. No biggie, again, it's for our breakroom and it will be used.

I called Bush Industries and they immediately (within 3 days) sent the correct shelf, no charge. We are very pleased with the TV stand. It looks much more expensive than it actually was. I am in the process of decorating my 12 year old son's room in a basketball theme and came across your website while searching for a chair for his new desk. Both myself and my son fell in love with the chair when we received it. It was delivered in record time. The chair color (Orange) is a perfect shade of orange - not too bright. The chair cushion and back are super soft and feel great to the touch and the seat cushion is very comfortable. The chair is a space saver as it is not too bulky and dies not overpower his work space like some other chairs that we have looked at. I would definitely recommend this chair to others and have already bragged about it to my coworkers.

Nice looking piece, but difficult to put together. Sturdy and well made; actually a little bigger than I expected. Post and cam locking system could be work better, as the cams don't lock in very well. But overall, I'm satisfied with the way it looks.

We are very pleased with the Stand. Took a chance because it said up to 41" and our new TV is 42", but it fits perfectly with clearance on both sides. All the pieces parts were a little overwhelming, but my husband got it all together and it's very sturdy. I also appreciated the fact that I could use my Amazon account to make payment. Went a lot quicker.

This piece of furniture was by far the easiest piece to build. It was solid maple wood and made in the US. The directions were easy to follow and in English only. All the parts were there as well as the hardware. Hardware had an extra piece each.

My daughter, 13, really wanted this bedroom set so we bought it for her, now we are sorry we did. They came quickly, one box had some damage but the dresser only had a scratch. It cost too much to send back and receive a new one so we just kept it. Dresser drawers do not go in correctly. It was to hard to put together. Nightstand and bed are okay (they were a lot of work though) but big dresser's a real mess! The set might last a year or two but definitely not worth $1000.00. For a thousand dollars you can get much nicer bedroom set that will last a lot longer. This is like cardboard wood! Sorry but I would not buy again! (Also the big long dresser doesn't even come with a mirror.)

This product arrived timely, which I was thrilled about. I was able to put this system together myself. The instructions were very easy to follow and in no time it was assembled and ready to use. I live in a small apartment and this worked out well.

I ordered a reclining couch on March 11th and was told by the sales rep I placed my order with that I would receive my order by 20th. I have yet to receive my order! The delivery company hasn't even called to setup a delivery time yet. I called Cymax mutiple times, each time I called I got a foreign lady who had a very hard time understand English. Needless to say I got nowhere with her and still don't know where my order is or when I will receive it. I am very disappointed!

Purchased in February and our credit card was charged, the cabinet did arrive until March 18th, 8 pm in the evening and noted on delivery slip accepted, unopened and will open on the 19th. The top draw was off its slide and the slide assembly was lying in the bottom draw, which we could not even open. Contacted Cymax and was told we would receive a e-mail with instructions in about a week. This piece of furniture in its construction is worth about half of what we paid. To be told we would receive instructions is totally unacceptable for a company to treat is customers.

The refund I mentioned previously was finally issued. For this, I give Cymax a 3-star rating. The products are good quality and it was shipped promptly, but the refund I was promised took 4 months to be issued back to me and many, many phone calls. It seems I fell through the cracks. I was promised that the issue has been resolved for future customers.

I ordered one bathroom vanity on Feb. 13, projected in 10-15 days for deliver. Later on informed it was shipped 2/18 with a tracking number. Sounds good? I tracked that number, only to find my vanity was never picked up. I called Cymax, each time a service person gave me a reason and projected shipping date (which was always a very few days away). So far I got: March 9, March 13, March 17, March 19. Yesterday (3/19), they told me it was scheduled to pick up tomorrow (3/20), today and was told next Monday or Tuesday. How can I believe this? My people live in the house without this vanity. I feel terrible! This is very bad experience. Do not trust this place!! They don't know what they are doing.
