After I ordered two nightstands one came damaged. They wanted to take 20% off of the purchase price and for me to keep it. I said no. Then they said they would send out another one. Another one did arrive damaged. Contacted them again. Got the runaround. When I told them I was going to return the product they were going to charge me a 30% restocking fee and $25 or more for shipping. I finally got them to send me a return label with no charge. This took weeks to accomplish.

I was concerned as to the chest arriving damaged. It arrived nicely packaged with no scratches. The chest of drawers was much better looking than the picture on the internet. It was everything that the description stated plus more. Have had several compliments from the neighbors as to the lovely finish of the chest. Yes I will be shopping with Cymax again and my neighbor said she would seek out the website when she goes to buy new furniture.

First off, my issue is not (yet) with the dresser but with Cymax. I ordered this dresser over 6 weeks ago. They initially estimated 3 weeks shipping. I've called a couple of times and all they can say is it is almost to Washington. It has 'almost' been to Washington for 2 weeks. Perhaps it will arrive via stage coach. When I called looking for it Wayfair initially seems clueless before telling me it will be there soon. I'd recommend buying from a more reliable dealer unless you feel like paying for an item you don't need until next year.

These bar stools appear to be well made and they came wrapped in plastic and foam. When they are unwrapped the fumes from the wood finish is quite overwhelming. After we assembled them we kept them outside on our covered front porch for 3 days to air out. Even after that, we still notice a lingering odor in the room they're in. Anyone with sensitivity to such chemicals should beware. Also, one of the two stools has uneven legs and rocks noticeably.

Desk is great. No problems. Don't believe anyone who tells you you can put together this item alone and in a few hours. I'm 77 and it took me just a few hours to unload the boxes the parts came in. And at least a few hours with two people putting it together. However, your sales staff were great. I will use your products again in the future.

Winsome Rectangle Wood Coffee Table in Antique WalnuCoffee table - I couldn't be more pleased with this purchasing. The table is very beautiful, just the right size and very elegant. The look is much more expensive than the price. Very easy to assemble. I definitely would recommend it to anyone.

The delivery of the product was great. It was packaged wonderfully to keep from being damaged. But one piece of the product was sent damaged and it was marked with a sharpie, I'm sure to alert the packager not to use it. Customer service was very helpful in getting that piece replaced. I am waiting for the new piece to arrive.

I was very please with the purchase of my bedroom set for my daughter, she was satisfied as well. The quality of wood was very good and the packaging and instructions made it very easy to assemble. I would and will be recommending this site to all my family and friends.

Cymax will charge you 30% of the cost of your purchase to return a product. Restocking fee, shipping fee & return shipping cost. I have no problem with shipping fees but RESTOCKING FEES?? On a $170.00 purchase I am being charged $34.00 to "restock".

This table was exactly what we needed. Our other table was so big it took over the kitchen area. This table is perfect because we can use the whole table instead of just 3 chairs. It was very easy to put together too. Will have it for years to come. Very happy with this purchase.

The ordering process was simple and quick. We have not yet received our bookshelves, but thus far the process has been positive.

This is a very nice piece of furniture, really sturdy. Assembly instructions clear and easy to follow. It arrived quickly and complete. I have a Vizio 50in TV and it fits perfectly. I am very pleased with this purchase. I would recommend this TV Stand to my friends.

I'm customer of Cymax. I been looking for a marble top dining set for my new apt to match countertops. I was browsing, ran across Cymax furniture and found what I was looking for. Being that I been searching for a reasonable price, and I be darn for $295.00 free shipping, must admit I was very nervous being that I never ordered from here. So took the leap after reading the reviews after "I know backwards right?" I got email the same day on 4/21/16 and received and up 4/23 with shipped and tracking number, and expecting delivery and update from FedEx departed and delivery date. It's here 4/26/16. The delivery guy was nice. My product came. The box beat up but of course it will all the handling it had to go through to get to Kansas City. But I very pleased with my order. It's what I wanted. Can't wait to get it up. No customer service call, and no wondering when I will I ever get my order. Just how I like it. THANKS CYMAX!!!

I gave this a 3 because it wasn't the same color as pictured online which looked to be off-white rather than gray. The reason I ordered it was for the color and the size. It was a big disappointment to see that it was indeed a soft gray. While in most instances gray might of worked, I needed it to match some of the other furniture pieces in my home. The table came in a timely matter, was well packaged and easily assembled. I didn't time it, but I would guess 45 min to an hour. Sending it back wasn't an option because of the size, weight, and hassle. So, I kept it and will probably paint it at some point.

Very good and arrived on time. It is beautiful and not bogus. It was two tables in one. Easy to assemble. It can be used by two people. There was a compartment for the printer. The color of the computer desk was brown and dust resistance. It is good.

Wonderful looking piece. Directions are easy to follow, took me about 2 hours to assemble.

I ordered a $1900 bed on March 30 via phone. The agent was very polite and professional. I asked if my card would be charged at that time and was told that it wouldn't be charged until 5 days before my item shipped. It was backordered until April 15, so I expected that it wouldn't be charged until around April 10. It was charged on April 6.

I like both the dresser and the night stand because they just fit perfectly in my rooms and they are very elegant and easy to assemble. I will definitely recommend them to a friend.

Corner desk and lateral 2-drawer file - Essentially happy with product quality, price and delivery speed. But there was a both a chip and a scratch on the filing cabinet - since return is not an option, I'll live with it. Overall, a good experience.

Rolling island - This is a beautiful white real wood, not pressed with a granite top. It has lots of space. Very satisfied. Thank you Cymax!

Very unsatisfied with the company. Product is good but first of all it was an error in product choice and when I checked for the return policy I did not see it prior anywhere. Now that I want to return product, the return cost is more than half of the actual product. Makes no sense to me. With this experience, I am not reordering the items that I wanted from your store. I will go elsewhere. I believe there should be "just" return policy and it should be clear prior to purchase.

I ordered a dresser from Cymax for my daughter. The package was delivered faster than promised. I had to put this dresser together. I was pleased to find all hardware, bolts, and screws included. The directions were precise and clear. The dresser took longer than expected to put together. I installed some small L brackets for added stability. I was pleased with the quality materials used in this dresser. I would highly recommend this product and your company to all my friends.

There's a damage on the top wood panel that you can see it right away on eye level. I did not return it because I badly needed a kitchen storage. So I end up doing a remedy to use it, but the product is very nice and we love it. Thank you.

I ordered the Ashley Tripton Server through Cymax. It arrived when I wasn't home (which is/was not a problem). Before even opening it I noticed there were several gouges on the outside of the box. Once taking out the piece and inspecting it I saw a big spot on the back panel where it's broken/busted which can be seen from both the front and the back. (This definitely IS a problem.) I contacted Cymax customer service. They asked a few questions and recommended I send a few pictures to Cymax for review. They also said that since the outside of the box was damaged the responsibility to replace the item is the company who delivered it -- not Cymax. Now I am stuck with a broken server. I expected better.

The pantry I ordered exceeded my expectations. It is sturdy, well-constructed cabinet. I was very surprised and did not expect the cabinet to look as good as it did. Also, delivery was quicker than we expected. All in all, I had a very positive experience.

I received my order and everything was in great shape and I would refer my friends and family.

I LOVE my new over the toilet cabinet! It did seem to take forever to put together, but I was VERY pleased with the accurate and humorous directions. I have put together lots of furniture before and this was the best experience. The piece is well-made. The price was the best of all the places I checked and you can't beat 2-day delivery. I will order from this site again!

Sony Bravia Remote - This remote was a real bargain. Works fine. My only complaint is that there is apparently not a decimal point in order to enter channels like "61.1".

Dresser for Granddaughter - It came quickly and was as described. Just needed extra storage space for granddaughter's clothes. Easy to assemble but do follow the directions step by step. Only had it a couple of months but works perfect for what we wanted and so far seems sturdy and durable. We did replace the plastic drawer pulls with metal ones.

The DaVinci Kalani convertible wood crib is a lovely crisp white. It was easy to assemble and is a stand-out in the room. This is a perfect crib for grandparents to have in their home. I was very happy too that it arrived on the exact day it was promised.

Came damaged. Bought for medical rehab and purchase was time sensitive. Needed help to repackage to return only to find out you have to pay to ship back if you don't take a picture of the damage which made it difficult with a broken kneecap. After reopening, taking pictures, and several calls, Cymax asked me if I wanted to keep it for a 10% refund which didn't help me. Needed someone to pick it up to take to postal service. Finally after last call, Cymax sent e-mail saying to donate it to a charity to come pick it up and send receipt for refund (saved them shipping). Although a good cause, still a hassle when you are buying for a specific reason.

It was easy to find what I wanted. The reviews were positive so that helped in making my decision. A coupon code was available so that was another positive. Just really happy with my purchase and plan to be purchasing through Cymax again for other furniture/accessory needs as they arise!

Making this order was fast and easy, which is exactly what I was looking for!! After two days, I received an email notification with my tracking number and I have been able to track my package! Thank you Cymax!

Cymax followed up by phone after I posted this review, and thanks to their additional information I was able to see the refund had in fact been made in October. I have amended the rating to 4.0 on the basis that the other furniture items we had ordered at the same time were great, and so they drop a star simply for the broken Selena items.

I ordered a headboard, mirror, and an artificial plant. The headboard and plant were delivered as described. Unfortunately the mirror arrived broken, had to be returned and has not arrived as of yet. I know it is not Cymax fault, but it is taking an awful long time to receive my completed order.

Round wood cocktail tables. Product was delivered promptly. Excellent packaging. Will definitely order more.

TV stand went together very easy. One of the pins were bent and unusable. You sent a new one in several days. It would be nice if you included those plastic look alike disks to cover the hidden cams that show in front. It kind of mars the looks to see those cam fronts.

I contacted them and they were able to successfully resolve my issue. Great customer care and service.

The bed and nightstand arrived in good condition. The assembly was reasonable. Unfortunately the bed is described as white and it is actually off-white. The nightstand is accurately described as off-white. If you are prepared for the color, it is a good purchase.

I selected this item because of its design and that it would fit efficiently in the corner of my living room. It definitely enhances my living room, it looks like real wood. It is multi-functional (TV stand, wine rack, cabinet with glass door). I was able to put it together by myself and while it is very sturdy, there were some pieces that did not fit securely even though they are design related and not structure related. I am sure this can be corrected with additional hardware. This is a unique piece that I did not think I would find while looking for this type of product and it was less expensive than other TV stands/cabinets. The delivery was fairly quick and I could track it through a line. I would recommend this piece for design, efficiency, functionality and cost effectiveness.

This has been a nightmare. I purchased matching furniture to go with a couple of recliners that I purchased from Cymax. Now I get the below e-mail from Cymax and they refuse to fulfill the order as placed and paid for. Now I am stuck with furniture that I purchased to match the recliners and their only response to this is listed below. They want to send me a pillow??? Are you serious? Do not buy from this company. I am filing complaints with the Federal Trade Commission for false advertising and with the Better Business Bureau for shady business practices.

Let me tell you about my horrible experience with this company. We ordered a bed frame and nightstands on March 4th. Here is March 24th... The bed frame and nightstands showed up damaged. Delivery driver told me it was damaged when he picked it up, but he still had to deliver it. I called to get this problem fixed, customer service was very rude.

I was so happy with the prompt delivery of the crib. It looked JUST like it was advertised online. And it was simple and straightforward to assemble: with ZERO missing pieces and no scratches at all. Looking forward to ordering from Cymax again!

Placed an order, eight days later we see that it has not even been shipped. Upon calling Cymax they refused to speak to my wife. For 2 days my wife tried to get an answer as to why they had not shipped, but the CSR refused to give her an answer because the item was paid for in my name with my Paypal account. Then my wife decided to cancel the item, but they wouldn't speak with or work with her at all. The item was ordered by my wife and I was by her side and paid for it. My wife created our account on her own computer & placed the order herself. She even spoke to an employee named Robbin just before placing the order. WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN AND WE WILL RETURN THE ITEM WHEN IT GETS HERE. My wife never got an answer, Nothing but grief!!! A long awaited gift for my wife tainted by these people. They ruined it for her.

Desk with hutch. Got it up today. I paid for someone to do it, because after reading other comments, my patience and strength would not hold. My patient, younger friend spent about 5-6 hours with no breaks. He followed the instructions carefully. We had a little trouble turning the hutch upright. I went to get more braces, but I believe he made it hold without them. It is up. There is a little boo-boo on the top of the desk. I can hide that. 'Twas work. Looks great and can easily move within the hard-surfaced room.

I received a Dynasty bed frame from Cymax. There was a delay in receiving the item due to shipping. I was very happy to receive a call from the company, also concerned with the delay and offer to discount the item. The representative also explained corrective actions that the company would take to reassure me that Cymax stands behind their products.

We are thrilled with our etageres. We ordered two to fill the space on a long wall. They are perfect there. Delivery was earlier than expected and the assembly was easy. I did a lot of research before ordering and these were definitely good value.

Mattresses were too small for bed but other than that I love everything & I am very satisfied & will shop with Cymax more often.

We were looking for some inexpensive stools to use with our new center island. The price was right and I figured if they were not very well made that would be OK because I would be replacing them in the near future. Well surprise! They are well made. They were delivered promptly, packaged well and arrived without damage. I also love that they were assembled in the USA. Always a plus for me. There will be no rush to find replacement stools now that we have these.

During shipment, the top piece was damaged. I called the sales rep and reported the problem. Immediately, he ordered a replacement piece and shipped it to me within a week. The piece is exactly what I needed and expected it to be. I plan on ordering another unit for another room soon.

We purchased the Dunhill Sleigh Bed in Honey Oak in King size and we love it. It is well made from solid wood and the hardware is sturdy. The finish is excellent and looks like it costs much more than it actually did. It arrived in only a few days and was very well packaged. The assembly instructions were clear and accurate. We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend it to others. The only items of note are that as some other customers have stated online, there is an approx. 3" gap at the head and foot of the bed between the mattress and headboard/footboard. It's not a problem, but it is noticeable. Also, the side rails sit about 7" off the floor. This measurement wasn't given anywhere online that I could find, and I wanted to let people know in case under bed storage is an issue or if you have a dog that likes to sleep under the bed like ours does.

I was looking for a storage cabinet for my computer room but I wanted something that didn't look cheap and when I saw a picture of this cabinet I knew I had found what I was looking for. It was the right size and provided plenty of shelf room. Delivery was quick and was very pleased when I opened the box... much nicer than the picture. Assembly took about an hour which isn't bad considering the size of it. Very pleased with the product.

My order arrived extremely fast and was well packaged to prevent damage with extra-thick cardboard guards on all sides of the box. I haven't assembled the bookshelf or end table yet but the color was exactly as pictured and I can't wait to see the finished product. I recently ordered (2/18/16) a Sauder computer desk 401354 and found the instructions to be very complete. Not once did I have to backtrack and found the assembly very easy except: Being that I am 77 years of age I found it difficult to crawl around on the floor on my hands and knees. I completed the assembly in approx.. 6-7 hours work time. My wife helped me turn it over when necessary.

Platform frame. Was a gift for my son who just love it.

I have been looking for quite some time for leather parsons chairs, not bonded leather or faux leather. I was so excited when I found the chairs. I was surprised by the very reasonable price and then they arrived today. They are much better than I expected. Easy to assemble and very comfortable. I simply ordered a bedroom set. And the size of everything came just how I thought. The color was amazing and the type of material was unique and comforting. I will totally buy stuff from here again. I love the quality.

The kitchen cart I ordered was well packed and easy to assemble. Once assembled the cart looked good and was of good quality. It is perfect for storing my cookbooks.

After finding the sectional we wanted, we ordered it through art van only to find out that the product was out of stock for a month. We decided to look online and found the same sectional on Cymax for $300 cheaper and free shipping. The shopping took less than 2 weeks, the driver was friendly and helpful. The sectional is beautiful, so for $300 less and a quicker product, I am very happy that art van ran out of the product. I will be using Cymax again, very good experience the first time around.

I ordered 4 Zuo Trafico Dining chairs for a total cost of $552. The chairs arrived in a timely manner. They were poorly made and I would not pay $50 apiece if I saw them in a store. I contacted Cymax regarding returning the chairs. I was told there would be a restocking fee of $110.40 and an outgoing shipping charge of $31.96. I was also told the items had to be in the original packaging. I took the items and the packaging to a local UPS store and was told it would cost $270 to ship the items to California! UPS suggested I call Cymax and ask for a prepaid shipping label which I did. I was sent a prepaid shipping label for $25 which was deducted from my refund. I talked to 3 employees at Cymax and no one mentioned a prepaid shipping label. My total refund was $384.64. Do not deal with this company!

Cymax customer is great but the 3rd party vendors they use suck. I order a large purchase of two love seats and still have not received them over a month. They should have been received on 2/16/16 and now I canceled the order because no one could get me a ship date. And how I have to wait 3-5 days to see if the manufacturer actually shipped my package. Well how come the manufacturer couldn't answer the question over a week ago like requested? I will not purchase anything again through this site. I will let you know the results of my refund request.

I bought a $500 bed around Christmas and now only 2 months later the bed is broken. It's past the return period and I can't even review the bed on their website because no such option is provided. Other products on the site have some reviews that appear to be fake (clicking on the review distribution produces results inconsistent with the advertised product review). Don't waste your money. :(

I purchased a queen size bed frame & headboard. I received the merchandise & it wasn't what I expected. I was going to return it but I still need a frame. I asked to exchange it for another one. I was told I had to ship the item back, that I would be responsible for shipping it back and I would be charged for the original shipping fees because the item was shipped free. I took it to the ups store. $150.00 to ship it back. That & the amount they are charging me for shipping I will end up paying $200.00 to exchange this bed frame. I can't even return it due to the fact that after being charged shipping & restocking fees my refund will be $147.00. Add back what I would pay to ship it and they would have the item back and I would have nothing. No refund at all. What a scam. I guess I'm out $275.00. What business has this kind of return or exchange policy.

I am an avid online shopper and have never in my life dealt with ANYTHING remotely close to the horrific customer service/cancellation policies/return policies that this joke of a website offers. After reviewing a large sectional on a multitude of websites who all offered extremely long delivery dates - I decided to order from Cymax specifically due to the quick delivery date. Relocating to a new state - I needed furniture for my new apartment by a specific date. After receiving no shipping confirmation within the time I was told by Cymax I called and was told the couch actually would not be delivered for 3-4 weeks AFTER it was shipped. So their "delivery date" of March 8th at the latest was looking more like April. Meaning almost a month with no couch in a new apartment. No thanks.

After a long ordeal, I have finally received my bookcases and they are beautiful. I have now discovered it was the shipping company that was the problem. Apparently they just want to deliver when it's convenient for them, not the consumer and there was no white glove delivery as advertised. Just drop inside the door and go. No time to inspect the product. However, I am very happy with my purchase and with Cymax.com for taking the time to make sure that I was satisfied.

They did everything in a timely manner and settled my issues. Cymax called me because they saw my comments on ConsumerAffairs. I am completely satisfied.

After debating purchasing furniture online and against my better judgement considering all the negative reviews about Cymax I went ahead and placed my order for the Abbyson Living Harrison 4-piece leather furniture set and I don't regret it at all. From the start even before I decided to order I had no problem calling their main number and getting my questions answered. Once I placed my order I was kept up to date with emails on the status of the order. The shipping company Seko which also has a lot of negative reviews online was equally wonderful to work with. I was phoned in advance of the delivery when the order was received in my home town. I received another call to set up a delivery day. And still another call to give me an estimated 4-hr window of when.

On Feb. 7 I place an order for a dresser made by Stanley Furniture. We will be moving shortly, so I asked that the dresser by delayed to ship after our move-in date to the new address. I ordered over the phone and now because the item is on sale. The customer service rep was very helpful. Even though I gave the representative my email address I did not receive a receipt, however, 2 days later I received a msg. from Cymax saying the order could not be completed without verification of my phone number because the billing address and the shipping address were different. I responded with two phone numbers that are under our name for confirmation and received another msg. that they could find no such numbers under our name (we've had these mobile numbers for six years).

The company got in touch with me and resolved the issue. I am now very pleased with the outcome. Took them a while to get in touch with me but ended up being worth the wait.

I love my cabinets both 2 door and 4 door, but the shipping took a toll on them. Several boards are broken and I had to call about 2 of my 3 items. My last order 4 months ago also had broken pieces.

I purchase a 60-inch TV stand and we are very please with it.

Desk arrived right away, was packaged well. (Only 1 corner of the box was damaged, luckily the foam packing prevented damage to desk.) Product looks great, took about 3 hours to put together. The directions could be improved on but overall a good experience and worth the price.

We bought a queen leather sleeper sofa on Christmas eve. Replacement sofa finally delivered on Feb. 2 after 5 tries, including one with damaged sofa. Described as leather but really pleather or bonded leather. Two weeks after we purchased the sofa, it dropped in price. Despite that sofa had not even been delivered, Cymax told us that it could not give us that price. Gave us a credit that was what was necessary to get sofa delivered by white glove delivery service from curb to residence. Would never ever buy from this company again. We just bought several rooms of furniture and did not even consider buying from Cymax.

At first I was unhappy upon delivery of the bookshelf as some parts of the assembly required was missing and some of the wood was chipped. I was contacted by Travis, he was very professional and assured me the parts will be mailed and I would be rewarded a 10% discount on my order. I received the parts and are waiting for the discount. Overall I am happy with the outcome.

I recently ordered a queen-sized headboard from Cymax. Was initially a little hesitant to purchase furniture online, though am very pleased with the product. It looks great and the price was fantastic.

I have been trying to return 2 sets of parsons chairs since December. I asked to have both sets returned because the bolts didn't fit to hold the legs. They only returned one set and have had to send in pictures of the problem 3 times. After getting one set returned they seen I had originally wanted both so they were going to return the second set. Now 2 weeks later they are asking me to send pictures again of the problem which should have been sent 3 times earlier.

Received the bookcase this evening and I'm pleased with the quality of the product. It looks very nice and seems sturdy. The reasonable price is also a plus. I was a bit disappointed that it took so long to reach me, but the delay in shipping was probably weather-related.

I don't normally post this kind of stuff but feel it deserves it. I ordered a recliner from Cymax on January 7, 2016. It was to ship by Jan. 20. On Jan 21, I received an email saying that it had shipped and was to be delivered on Jan 25. On Jan 25, I checked the tracking info and saw that it said that it had been delivered and signed for by an unknown name. I noted that this showed a weight of 200 lbs (way too much) and that it was part 2 of 2 with part 1 having been delivered on 1/22. I called. After being told that they had both the carrier and the manufacturer on the phone and was on hold 30 minutes, I mysteriously got cut off. I called back. Same thing again. This time, the agent called back to the number listed on the sale docs and my wife gave her my cell. She assured me that she had left a msg with the mfg and would call me back before the end of the day. I told her that I believed I was being lied to and asked to speak with a manager. No dice.

I bought 2 of these chairs to my living room. You get what you are paying for, they are great for a price, look good from a distance but after close look you will find small defects, like stitches a little off, bulky corners because of quick staple job, and so on. I also don't like that legs are plastic. And you understand that this is fake leather (?), never less they look decent for now. I only wonder how the shine on fake leather will hold after a year or so. Chairs are not comfortable for a longer use. I got them in a day and half, so was very happy with shipping and handling procedure!

This is the first time for me using this company, and so far I have to say I was please with the service I received. I just got a e-mail to say my order is on the way. I just checked it and see that it will arrive Friday 29th January. If it does I'm very impressed and would use this company again and recommend it to my friends and family. Thank you.

There are a lot of pieces to putting this desk together. However, each piece was clearly marked, and the instructions were very on point and easy to understand. They even sent extra screws in case one was missing or damaged. I am very happy with the finished product. It looks great and I would recommend to anyone looking for a L-shaped desk.

South Shore Axess Shelf Bookcase in Pure Black. I was somewhat disappointed as some of the wood was chipped, as well as some of the screws were missing. I had to touch up the chipped wood in many places but some still show. If it was not such a burden I would have returned the shelf.

I have bought Saunders products before and have been happy with them. This TV stand is good but not as nice as other products I've purchased from that company. Regarding your company, all is great though there were initial concerns. Your website said the item was in stock. After I ordered it, I got a notice saying it was back ordered. I purchased a writing desk from Cymax and it came and my husband put it together. He noticed that it had some marks on the top of the desk (looked like someone had placed a heavy tape on it and when it was removed it left tape residue in it). Also the hutch was missing a guide (the part that is inside that the drawer slides open and shut on). Three were intact but looked like the other was never put on. I called and was told an order would be set up and someone would contact me. I was told to email pics of the damage (2) at a time so they could see the damage. I wasn't looking for anything other than getting the missing piece that was not included sent to me so my husband could put it on but was told to fill out a full report of damage anyway. My complaint is no one has contacted me and it has been over a week.

Order arrived quickly and both items were packaged very well with no damage. I will definitely order from Cymax in the future.

Pay very close attention to what you are buying from Cymax.com. What you see in the picture and what you think you are getting for the price shown is often not what you are paying for. For example, I bought a piece of furniture. The ad and picture CLEARLY implied I was getting everything in the picture and it did not say anywhere on the ad that the parts were sold separately which is common practice with credible online stores. What they do feels a lot like false advertising.

I very much like the stand and it looks very nice in the room BUT, I have never seen anything more complicated and so very many pieces to be put together. It cost me $50.00 to have it together and I thought that was a cheap price for the work and time it took.

I ordered a console table sold by Winsome and two end tables sold by Convenience Concepts. The table showed cream online but came as a mustard yellow. The end tables showed a dark espresso color but came in as a reddish maple color. It took over 1 month to try to get return info from Cymax. I had to take pictures and email them to the returns dept and I even included pictures of what was shown online so they could see the difference in color. However, after all that and a month later I finally got an email back saying they don't believe the colors look any different and I'd only be getting half of my money back if I want to return them.

Desk- Well satisfied, looks good, had a few chips but they were in places not noticeable. Otherwise o.k.

This was my 3rd time ordering with Cymax and I have run into issues that I hope will be rectified. I originally needed to cancel an item on an order. I did that online within 10 minutes of placing the order and then called in the next day to follow-up. Kenny was very helpful and followed up with me the next day to let me know my entire order had to be cancelled and I would need to place the order again. I did, and when it arrived a few days later, there had been a mis-selection with the dresser on Sauder's end so I could not assemble the dresser as I only got one box of 2. I called Cymax at 945 pm and though customer service for returns had closed for the evening, they did assist me and are processing the request to get the correct package.

This was the first time I have ordered from Cymax. Ordering was quick and easy. They had exactly what I was looking for. They have a large selection to choose from and the shipping was free.

I searched many stores unsuccessfully to find a modern feel pub table and stools. Most of the tables were round and too small for two to comfortably dine. Not only did I search and find Cymax as never heard of them before but such a large selection at great prices. Cymax and my purchase exceeded my high expectations and were better and less expensive than anyone else. Why shop anywhere else?

Cymax had competitive prices and free shipping as well as good product reviews, which led me to buy from them. It was difficult to estimate when my order would arrive from the communication received. I received an email on 12/30 saying the item had shipped, and it listed a time shipped that day. Yet, when I kept trying to track it with UPS, for days, their system said a label was printed on 12/29 with no other info. Based on UPS, the order did not actually depart the seller until 1/4, and then the delivery was delayed due to a damaged box. Not sure if it left the seller that way, or if the damage occurred during shipping. Luckily, the contents were okay due to some decent packaging inside.

Very pleased with the speed of delivery. Pleased overall with the product. Solid and fairly easy to assemble. The only issue I had was there were four areas where the finish was damaged. Thankfully the areas were small and I was able to cover/fill in the areas with good ole' Old English Polish. I would recommend this product and use the Cymax site again.

I absolutely love this kitchen cart! I put it together myself before my husband got home from work and it didn't take long at all. Parts are quality and instructions are clear - they even include 'extra' parts in case you lose one. It's very functional as I needed more space in my condo kitchen... I use it for a coffee bar/toaster/cookbooks, salad bowl, etc etc. If you're gonna spend money on a cart, this is the one you want to buy.

Ordered AM on 23 Dec, they shipped same day and I received it on 26 Dec (Ohio to Nebraska). Very precise instructions. Read them, I missed one page and had to back track (some disassemble required because I had raw edge out on a divider). Looks very nice and just what I wanted. I could not buy pine boards, let alone build it for the price, and all finished!!

Winsome Morris coffee table - The table arrived early and in perfect condition. It's not a super quality piece of furniture, but it looks nice and was quick and easy to assemble. It was a Christmas present for my mom (she saw it on your website) and she was very happy with the table.

We were very satisfied with our purchase. The delivery was especially impressive. Our order arrived in excellent condition and earlier than expected. The wall unit had all the required pieces and the instructions were easy to understand. The only concern we had was the color was darker than we anticipated. The color was described as Cinnamon Cherry and in reality it seems more like a very dark brown.

Bistro Set - From order to delivery was amazingly fast. Product arrived in perfect condition, packed beautifully, and assembly was not rocket science IF you follow directions. All in all, I am totally satisfied. Just what I wanted. Never heard of Cymax before but they delivered.

King storage bed - Took longer than expected to get and this is what we get. Needed to get this put together before company comes for Christmas.

Cymax refunded my money in full. The package was mishandled during shipping. They were professional and resolved the problem. I will do business with them in the future.

Abbey Oak 3 Shelf Bookcase arrived in good shape. It took only 36 hours to get from Archbald, Ohio to my door by FedEx. I already have another one like this. A good value. The bookcase is fairly easy to assemble. I suggest that a 3" to 4" x 1/2" board be attached (nails or screws) from side to side and from the bottom shelf upwards over the paper backing to provide additional support to the unit.

I find this store through a Google search. After seeing many sites for a stand-up laptop desk, this particular was a Google Trusted Store so I went with them. Very satisfied with my choice. Not only was the item priced lower than the rest, it had free shipping. The order process was a breeze and item arrived super quick. After I received the item I quickly went back to Cymax to order more items. This time there was a problem with my login/checkout so I had to call them over the phone. Talking to someone was a better experience than the online process. Very pleased!!!

So far I am still putting it together but I like the quality. It was delivered and left in the rain but, of course, that did not really hurt the item. When I finish, I think it will be a nice addition to my room.

The situation got worse before it got better; however, once it was escalated to Travis **, a mediation specialist, it was resolved to our satisfaction. My recommendation to anyone experiencing issues is to bypass the regular customer service agents (who remain anonymous and ever-changing in order, I suspect, to frustrate customers to the point of giving up on the complaint process) and contact Travis directly.

My order was shipped out quickly coming by UPS. I love the price and I will most likely use this company again.
