My husband and I just moved into our first place together and I was looking forward to furnishing it according to my tastes. Having a newborn made it difficult for me to get out and shop around for bargains so I ended up doing most of my shopping online. Cymax had what seemed like some of the most affordable rates out there so I quickly placed an order on Dec 1. I put my husband's name on the shipping address just because I was unsure if I'd be home but the card being billed was my own and had our previous residence as the billing address.

I own my own business so if I take a day off I don't get paid. So last week I ordered a sofa, paid for it, got a delivery date of today, called my customers, explained how something came up and they would have to wait for tomorrow. Here it is 8:41 pm, still no sofa. Called the office. Office closed at 4pm. I was given a window of delivery from 7am to 9pm. Called the office to find it closed at 4pm. Not very reliable. Now they said I should take off tomorrow too. Some balls.

Great website, lots of selections and superb pricing. I liked that the checkout process is linked to your Amazon account.

When I prepared for a recent move I had to make a purchase which seemed unusual and potentially daunting. The house I was moving into had no closet in the master bedroom and I needed an armoire -- something I thought had gone out with high button shoes! My web search quickly led me to Cymax, a site with which I had previously been unfamiliar. There I found dozens of choices at reasonable prices and an excellent delivery schedule. In fact, I found all sorts of items on Cymax that make me believe the site will be one of my first destinations for online shopping. While I have not yet received my purchase I am confident I will be satisfied.

So far the process has been pretty simple and straightforward. It was a little unclear at first who Cymax was since I thought I was ordering from the Sauder Furniture website, but now I understand that Cymax is the distributor for multiple companies online. The item I ordered is still in transit and I have not yet received it, but I am expecting/hoping the transaction completes without complication.

Cymax sold me chairs and a table they claim they had online in their own website and sent me invalid tracking number and charged me. They are blaming "the manufacturer", talk about accountability. Now I am filing a claim with Visa. Do not sell items you do not have. People could care less about "manufacturer". If you advertise a product in your website be accountable, you ignorant.

The item arrived okay and we didn't have to wait very long after ordering it. We had been hunting for a particular piece of furniture for a difficult spot in our decor and this fit the bill perfectly. There are quite a lot of parts to put together but we laid them out and organized them. My boy and I had it all together in a couple of hours.

Update on my purchase. Many thanks to Travis for never giving up and helping me to get a re-shipment. I'm very happy with the product. This was a manufacturer error and had nothing to do with Cymax itself. Thanks again to Cymax and Travis for resolving this issue.

Ordering was easy, called for help because I thought it was ordered more than once. The help line checked and was very helpful and polite. The cabinet is great and not cheap looking. I love it. The price was the best out there, I searched for three months to find exactly what I want and found it at cymax.

The cabinet style is perfect and it seems to be made well even though it is pressed wood (which it did not say so in the description). BUT the finish seems to be some sort of thin paper that just peels off easy. I used a magic marker to hide some of the damage but for something that is made like this you would think the finish would be better.

Received headboard today and opened it, check out all the parts. It is such a beautiful color and the pieces are sturdy. All the parts are accounted for and I cannot wait to put it together. It is a surprise gift for my mother!

Item was shipped in due time. Putting the stand together was difficult as some parts did not fit as they should have. The item was broken upon receipt. The broken parts were not in the box, leading me to believe the item was broken when shipped.

The bench is a beautiful piece of furniture, easy to assemble and the price was less than any local stores. The desk was exactly what we needed, sturdy, good sized and inexpensive.

We, my wife and I just our first brand new house last year. We had no furniture and my wife being a college professor and deaf teaches sign language. We needed a bookcase for her books and we bought the same one we just purchased. Now my wife has more books, etc. so we decided to purchase another bookcase just like the one we have now. It does the job we needed. Great product!

This item I bought is a piece of junk. The reviews stated it was a good product. I believe they are false reviews. It's very unstable. Does not feel solid at all. Drawers do not slide smoothly. It slides on wood to wood. No rail glides. I ordered 2 dressers. I wish I ordered 1 so I can cut my losses. Return policy is trash. The site isn't allowing me to leave my own review.

We needed a unit for our living room but didn't want to spend more than $100. Cymax delivered quickly and the unit was easy to put together. I did it alone in about an hour with minimal complications. The unit came with a pen to touch up scratches but so far I haven't needed to use it. I recommend for people with smaller spaces!

When I called the rep was extremely helpful. He even found me exactly what I wanted. He saved me money.

Nice color. Description and instructions said item would be delivered assembled and shipping company would call to arrange delivery. Item was delivered without notice and disassembled. Assembly was difficult and took a long time.

The dresser was in a nice shape and look goods in my kids bedroom. I also had the matching beds bought earlier. The price is good, assembly is little time consuming but was easy to assemble. Overall, good dresser with very good price.

Placed an order on 11/20/15. Ordered one item and got another for free. Cymax webs informed me that I will have the tracking number between 3 to 5 days. After 10 days, I call Cymax customer service every day and they know nothing. Instead contacting with the manufacturer, they make stories. Ashame. Nobody knows what is going on. Yesterday, my neighbor brought me the free item. It was left by my neighbor's door. And now is the funniest situation and a very unprofessional. Just got tracking number for the item which I already got. I did called back to this woman who emailed me this number. I am on this world for some time and never experience such a RUDE respond. Please, check this company up.

After my review was published, I received a telephone call from Mediation Specialist Travis ** at Cymax to see how my issues could be resolved. After a couple of phone calls and emails, I can confirm that all of my issues were resolved and the appropriate credit to my credit card is in processing. Sadly, it took making a review like this to get their attention.

Office chair - Delighted with quality of product & ease of assembly. Received in 2 business days!

My first experience was a positive one. Product was as described on the website and delivery was on time. I also like the flexibility of using my Amazon credit card for purchases.

I Googled TV stands, and several choices came up. I chose to purchase my stand from Cymax because they had the exact one that I was looking for. The furniture in my living room is cherry wood, and this stand was cherry. It was just the right width to fit into the space where I needed it to go. I also liked the two closed shelves besides the open ones to accommodate my electronics. The stand arrived several days before promised and was securely packed to avoid any possible damage. I would be happy to purchase again from Cymax.

The Back Bay nightstand is a great addition in our bedroom. We purchased 2 and the order process was very simple. The assembly directions were well written and the nightstands look really good with our lowered bed. I plan on purchasing the matching dresser.

I have recently purchased a KidKraft table and chair set from Cymax. After carefully researching the best price, service, and reliability from both internet sites and local furniture stores, Cymax was selected as the best in all my criteria for making the purchase. I was impressed with 2 day free shipping and no sales tax. The product arrived on time and in tip top shape and so I am very pleased with this purchase.

I was impressed with the vast selection of beds. Located one to fit my needs and waiting for it to arrive. I trust that the positive experience thus far will continue thru the assembly and should there be a problem that it will be resolved.

Sauder Palladia Full/Queen Panel Headboard Select in Cherry - This is a beautiful and very reasonable priced headboard. It gave an elegant touch to my bedroom.

I was able to get the item for less money than other sites and the shipping was very fast.

Parts missing. Had to call back and they are FedEx them but should be here tomorrow. Bad thing is... on my living room floor 3/4 put together. Wanted to paint my living room. Sadly can't until put together. If I move it, it could damage it cause all holding it together are cams.

I found the online ordering experience easy and user-friendly. I could get a clear picture and description of the bed/headboard I was ordering as well as what appeared to be authentic customer reviews. The reviews were helpful as the few customers that had minor problems with their orders also described how they successfully worked with Cymax to resolve the issue. Although the bed has not yet arrived we have been notified that it was shipped and on the way. Looking forward to putting it together for our grandson.

Overall the stand was okay except one corner of one of the panels was chipped off. Fortunately that piece went to the back. Also the manufacturer made putting on the door very difficult. The way you attached it was after it was all put together and you're working inside a small space while trying to hold the door level and screw it in.

The cabinet I purchased is very unsteady. We cannot even slide it along the floor or it will fall apart. It must be gently lifted. Very unhappy with the overall quality of this unit. The tiny nails holding the cardboard back on are what is holding this unit together in all honesty. Also, the trim piece arrived damaged and one of the doors has a scratch all the way across the front of it. The wooden pieces were not labeled, so it was very difficult to put the item together.

I bought some bar stools and am very happy with my purchase. The bar stools are good quality and at the right price.

After doing some research online for a case of Real Flame Gel Fuel I found that Cymax had the best deal. They were flawless, with a seamless online purchase, quick delivery, no issues, best price, and free shipping. Not the first time I've used Cymax and won't be the last.

When my package was delivered the box was torn in several places, the wood exposed. If the box is in such bad shape I am afraid the product is damaged and will not fit together properly. A piece of the wood is damaged, that can be seen through one of the torn holes in the box. I do not want this product. I would like it picked up and replace and no cost to me. It has not be taken out of the box.

Shelves - I have not received them yet but order was processed and shipped very quickly. Anxiously awaiting its arrival.

Sauder Microwave cabinet. Nice piece of furniture and went together fairly well. I received it in 3 days. Excellent service.

I ordered a sleeper Sofa on October 4th and was guaranteed the item on October 22nd. The item is still not here, it is November 18th, and it is still not here. Also, it was supposed to be delivered to my house today, with a 4-hour span that has to be signed for. I am a teacher and already took off the afternoon in order to receive my product. This obviously cost me half of a personal day. Then, when the shipping company called, they said that my order did not make it onto the truck. So, since they only deliver every other week, it will not get to me for another 2 weeks. I had originally had ordered this through Sears and they would not do anything about expediting the shipping. There is no ramification for any of this. Again, I order this on the assumption that it was going to be here so that guest had a bed to sleep on.

Ordering was easy on the website and shipping was very fast. There was a damaged part in my order but I called their service department and they had a replacement part shipped out right away. Great customer service.

Shopping at Cymax.com was easy! Lots of merchandise, types and styles at great prices. My purchase arrived timely and in excellent condition. Phone support was also very helpful. They were friendly and I didn't have to wait on hold to speak to anyone.

October 24 2015 I placed an order. Good price. Great. I live in Los Angeles, item is being shipped from NY by FedEx. October 26 2015, item shipped. November 11, 2015. Item still had not arrived. No update from Cymax. No update from Fedex. Finally, I get a call on my cell phone from a lady in Tennessee. She received my package. I was flabbergasted how that could be. I checked the Fedex number I was provided. Sure enough... the package made it all the way to California to Pacoima, which is about a 35 to 45 minute drive from my home. Then the tracking showed it next to be in Arizona, then in Oklahoma, then got delivered in Tennessee!

My son loved this bed when we went shopping online. Glad we bought it - it's pretty much exactly how it appears online - and he loves it. Putting it together wasn't as easy as the reviewers had suggested, but we did take our time and our 6-year old insisted on helping! Closer to the end of the installation, we noticed we were missing a couple of hardware pieces (nuts), but thankfully they were easily replaceable. Hoping this lasts... at least through High school!

I received a damaged TV stand which is not the problem. The problem is dealing with the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I put it in on Friday last week and they just said they let the manufacture know. I have yet to hear back. I have called them and they won't help me at all. I have been trying to unbox all of my equipment for 2 weeks now and can't do anything. I have nobody I can talk to and frustrated beyond belief. I bet if do send me a replacement part it will be at least a week before it comes to me. Also they want me to save the giant box that takes up half my hallway that I couldn't deal with anymore so I had to finally throw it out.

The only reason there are not 5 stars is that the spacer pieces for the towel bar are missing.. Otherwise we were very happy with the cart.

Resolved. The guy took care of the issue and now everything is fine.

Sauder Beginnings 3 Piece Coffee Table Set in Cinnamon Cherry - I was VERY excited about my purchase... I was very pleased with the color. My husband has put together a lot of pieces of furniture for our children when they went to school so I thought this would be easy for him. It took him three evenings (about 2 hours each evening) to put it together. What I wasn't happy with was the fact that the back piece had the laminate cracked right down the middle. The partial board is fine so structurally it was still OK and if my husband hadn't cut the box up for recycling I would have returned it. I plan to put it up against a wall so at least it won't be seen but who wants to purchase a new item and get it damaged?

The media cabinet came in and was awesome! Better than I expected! The directions to assemble were easy to understand and everything fits nicely together.

Very easy to assemble, last year I bought two twin beds and one headboard and just now got around to assemble the one headboard and install on the bed that looked so good. I ordered a second and installed today and got yesterday. Took less than two hours from start to finish. But I always go one step further - on furniture like that I use wood glue in every contact joint. One time that type of furniture use to come with glue to strengthen the structure. Be nice to include a wood glue with your products.

Nice solid headboard, the quality of the headboard far exceeded my expectation for the low price that it sold for. If you bought headboard at furniture store you would pay at least double. The shipping was fast and the tracking information kept you informed on a daily basis as to when your shipment would arrive. I would recommend this company and will definitely buy from them again.

I bought some replacement furniture for my daughter's birthday from Cymax. The shopping experience was great - lots of selection, fair prices, easy checkout. One of the items was slightly damaged in shipping, but not enough to warrant changing anything. The quality of the furniture is not great. I don't expect it to last a long time, but "you get what you pay for".

My daughter absolutely loves this dresser. I was able to assemble this unit by myself however it took 10 hours. The wood that is used is plywood which I normally do not like because plywood can look cheap and not sturdy however this dresser does not look cheap in person and is pretty strong. Just beware of the piece that goes in the back of the dresser. It's not a piece of wood but a flimsy piece of cardboard and has to be hammered in well for the dresser to be sturdy. Over all this is a good dresser for the price.

I have received my items on a timely basis and am delighted. Headboard for twin bed is just what I wanted and Looks great.

I wanted a tufted upholstered headboard for my new king sized bed and found that everywhere I looked, they were too expensive. A friend told me to look on Cymax's website because they have awesome sales and sure enough, I found one for under $200! I ordered it but had reservations about what the quality would be like since it cost so much less than the others I had looked at. When it arrived I was pleasantly surprised! The headboard's frame is sturdy and the material is not thin or flimsy. Overall it is very well constructed / put together. The color is a dark tan and though it suits my needs very well, the back is not very plump. There is padding, just not as thick as some. A great item for the price!

First was delivery late, I have to give tip or put in place where I won't. Quality very poor.

Chair arrived damaged, no packing slip, no return info. Worst online experience ever!

We received a damaged item which I did not take possession of. When I called customer service their attitude was "too bad so sad." Uhm, okay. I asked to speak to a manager and waited on hold for 20 minutes and no one ever came to the phone. I called back and spoke with customer service and got a young man named Kevin whom I had a nice conversation with the day previously so I was confused by his bad attitude. So I decided to cancel a new order I had made the day previously.

The headboard is beautiful. The online picture is accurate. I am very happy with Cymax and their product. Their associates are friendly and informative.

I am enjoying the finished product, but it was a real hassle to put together. There were many steps, and it took me several hours to put together. The instructions could have been clearer so as to prevent the mistakes I made which led to my need to redo steps. Once finished, it is a very attractive and functional table. I like having the room for storage, and the lift is quite convenient.

BUYERS BEWARE: My mother, myself, and my daughter, all looked in the sales section, of the dining room sets in the CYMAX STORE FURNITURE SECTION. There we saw a set that was the same set that I have. All of us read it. It said a 6 piece dining set, a table, 4 chairs, and a bench, for $103.98. So of course we ordered it. Well we received it shortly after, a bench. I then got back online to see when the rest was to be shipped out, and I did not see any more items to be shipped out. This was about 5 days after ordering it, when we received it. When I saw there was nothing else, I called and could NOT get through to customer service, and it stated that all complaints, and or returns, must be done by mail. I decided to try to call again. I finally had the privilege to speak to a real person.

I made my first purchase with Cymax less than a week ago. I couldn't believe the scope of product choices and price points. I found what I was looking for in very little time and was finished processing my order in a matter of minutes. I will return to this website!

Very easy to order and staff was very helpful! Did not receive an e-mail for my order that was placed so called the office and within a short time I did receive my e-mail with the information that was needed. If I had any further questions I was told to call back and someone would assist me.

I am very pleased with this desk, just the right amount of space, was extremely easy to put together, just a rubber mallet. Took me all of ten minutes for assembly and very sturdy. I have a 27 in. all in one PC on it with plenty of space, would definitely recommend. For the price you can't go wrong.

At the recommendation of a friend, we picked this cabinet. Delivery was smooth at no additional cost; assembly was a breeze (hinges are always tough); the finished product stood majestic in our kitchen. We are satisfied customers!

I received my dresser and upon opening it found that it was damaged. When I called to make a return the man was very condescending. I told him the issue and that I would like it to be picked up. I'm guessing it weighs well over 150 lbs. He said we need a picture and then needs to be repackaged after I already repackaged it. I let him know that and he said I needed to unpack it and send a picture. I told him I am 110 lbs and unable to move it alone. He said "how hard is it to move it and take a picture with a smartphone?" Again I told him I was small and do not have help and what if I don't have a smartphone? Then what? VERY, VERY RUDE! VERY CONDESCENDING and will never buy from them again! NEVER! And, advice you not to because God forbid if it needs to be returned. Seems rather liable to ask a person to move something much heavier than the person.

Needed a new frame to convert from full size to queen. Product is excellent!!! Very stable and easy to put together. Very pleased with it and my experience through the entire process. Thanks and will shop again with you soon.

Purchased a simple computer workstation for use as a computer desk, and the purchase process went easily, had no issues navigating the website. As far as the product quality is concerned, it is scheduled to arrive tomorrow, so I don't know yet.

Your produce is great but I didn't know I had to build it. That is the only negative I've encountered. The prices are great.

A person from VP of Operations ultimately contacted me and raised the offered discount to 15% if I would accept delivery. Meanwhile, I called FedEx and was relieved to discover that my local FedEx would hold the item for five days. Between that reassurance and the 15% discount, I had the time and money to get someone to go with me to FedEx. They were kind enough to allow us to open the two boxes and remove the items piece by piece and carry them to my car using their hand truck. Otherwise, it would have been too heavy.

I needed a nightstand for a guest room in a house I recently purchased. This nightstand fits the bill. Given the "under $100" price, I am happy with the quality and it wasn't too difficult for me to put together by myself. The shipping from Cymax was very quick. It took only a few days.

Maddox Collection by South Shore - Extremely fast shipping from Cymax. You definitely get what you pay for. I thought it would be bigger but it's fine for a kid's room or college student. I wish I would have researched it more. The box was small but heavy. I couldn't lift it on my own. Easy assembly if you read the directions instead of trying to guess your way through it. It is sturdy enough to hold a 42 inch flat screen TV. All in all for the price it's decent.

Very pleased with the whole experience. Customer service was helpful and courteous. Shipping was fast. The product came with clear instructions and materials needed to assemble. All that was needed was a hammer and a screw driver. Would order again.

Past orders from Cymax were wonderful, so this is hard for me. Others beware. Worst product ever! Too many issues to list, but a most regrettable purchase. Overlooked minor issues, but never able to fit top on properly. Don't buy this!

Although the bedside table needs assembling, however, it was easy to assemble as long as you have a screwdriver. My bedside table is really nice and I like it!

Purchased a full size metal headboard with wooden legs. Was very happy with the price and the prompt service. It was easy to track the status of my order. It arrived as promised and was in good condition. Would definitely consider Cymax on future purchases.

This is my first and only review. Placed order for media chest yesterday. I verbally confirmed there were no additional charges. When order confirmation was received, a $85 "Beyond Fee" was added which was never discussed. I recontacted Cymax in under an hour from order placement. The original order taker confirmed when she entered my order no such charge was reflected and to contact Customer Service today, 9-28-25 for a credit.

I purchased a Lifestyle Solutions Signature Rudolpho Convertible Fabric Sofa from Cymax Stores after seeing the item on Houzz.com. The 5-7 day shipping promise on the website turned out to be a complete fabrication. After a full week, they hadn't even fulfilled the order with the manufacturer. After I complained, they sped up the shipping, but when the couches arrived, we couldn't get the arms on because the attachment holes were drilled incorrectly and they didn't fit. Customer service was non-existent and unhelpful. Do not buy from Cymax. I never will again.

I placed an order with Cymax. The very same day I tried to cancel one of the items. I could not get customer service. Everything is automated and you cannot get a person to talk to. I am very angry and will not order from them again.

Pretty much right away I received an email from Cymax. In particular a gentleman by the name of Travis **, handled everything very professionally and was always very respectful. The issue has been handled to my satisfaction and I appreciate everything Travis did regarding this matter!

Cymax worked well with me and I was thrilled with the customer service and speed of delivery. Although I did read some negative reviews online, my experience was very different. I feel that you receive a decent product for the price and top notch customer service. With that said, you must read the directions for assembly carefully and have patience because it is a lengthy process. They are quick to fix any issues to ensure your satisfaction and I am 100% certain that I will use them again.

I ordered a DHP Full Metal Loft Bed in Silver from them through the Wal-Mart website on July 4th, and it was supposed to be delivered by July 20th. It has yet to arrive, and it's now September. As I was searching for a new corner table for my AV equipment I came across this website, Cymax. I had never heard of this company but I was having difficulties finding the exact table I needed. I needed it to be taller than most TV stands (taller than 30 inches), as we had just mounted our TV on the wall and it did not need to hold the TV. It just needed to hold our DVR, Xbox, Accessories, etc. The table was the color I needed and was priced right, so I ordered it, figuring I could always return it if I needed to. I was truly surprised when I received the table. It showed up rather quickly and although it needed to be put together, which I expected, each piece was clearly marked according to the directions and took my husband maybe an hour from start to finish. The table is VERY sturdy and the pieces are rather heavy (no flimsy sides, etc.) I was really surprised and pleased with my purchase. I would certainly not hesitate to shop at Cymax again!

I ordered a pine night stand. It arrived on time. Just had my son-in-law put it together last Sunday. It seems very well built for the price. It was a little darker than it looked online but will work in my bedroom. Over all I am happy with the service I received and the product. I would order from Cymax again.

Had no problem except had to run out to get bolts to use to attach the headboard to the bed frame. Remind you this headboard is over 129 lbs. It would have been nice to know we needed this ahead of time.

I ordered a king size bedroom set and paid extra for next day shipping. Customer service rep guaranteed me my order would be at my home on 9/4 so I had my old bedroom set removed to make room for the new one. My credit card was charged instantly. On 9/4 I contacted Cymax to see what time I should expect my shipment and they told me it should arrive at my home between 9/11 and 9/14. I told them that was not acceptable and to refund my money and cancel the order. I was told that the order had already been processed and shipped out and I had to wait until it returns before they could process a refund.

A nice young man called and he asked me to call PayPal. My refund had been sitting there in limbo in a locked closed PayPal account. PayPal was not very helpful throughout this whole process.

Was looking for a work station for my kitchen. Searching on internet, looked at several sites, nothing peaked my interest then saw Cymax and I figured I would have a look. Their site had many options and colors to choose from and the prices were reasonable and found one to my liking. The big plus - site was easy to navigate.

I'm only giving this 4 stars at the moment since I have not yet received the shipment, however, I currently have several other Sauder items and am totally pleased with them. Actually, this order is replacing one that is over 25 years old and finally one of the parts broke off (computer desk). I'm hoping this new one lasts that long.

I initially purchased the coordinating table thinking I would use my old chairs. I liked the table so much that I purchased the chairs! The set is casual yet sophisticated. I love this set! It looks fabulous on my patio. The chairs are slender but comfortable and quite contemporary.

First I was looking for a comparatively inexpensive 2 drawer wooden lateral filing cabinet for my home office. I have a commercial "Steelcase" one which my wife has been urging me to keep in the attic. Available wooden cabinets are approximately $1000, which was more than I wished to pay. Then I saw this Saudet product, online. I was tempted, but am not very handy. I was encouraged by some of the reviews, and AA's. It was on sale for $219, with free shipping - I bought it. Much to my surprise the instructions were understandable, and although it was slow going, I managed to assemble it, with no parts left over (other than one extra backing and one extra nail - over the list of parts needed).

This item serves as a bedside table. It is perfect for a lamp and a few smaller items and looks very nice. The package arrived promptly and the table was relatively simple to put together. I did have to provide my own wood glue to place the wooden plugs covering screw heads but I already had that on hand. The finished product is not super refined, but good enough with small imperfections going unnoticed with nicer furnishing all around. I would buy this product again and I recommend the Cymax company for good delivery and fair service.

First I was hesitant to buy furniture online. I always went to brick and mortar stores and then having to pay for delivery because they don't keep in stock. I was frustrated. After looking online at several places, I found Cymax. Comparing prices and getting my daughter's approval, I had to give it a try. Delivery was faster than expected with UPS. When arrived boxes were in rather rough condition but everything inside was packed really well. There were a few hard to understand directions at first, but reading and looking through all pages it started to make sense. Overall I am pleased with the process and quality of product for price. I would buy from again when need arises.

I was e-mailed incorrect information for tracking package. Only given one tracking number, with FedEx, and the pieces shipped with FedEx AND UPS. Had FedEx looking for the other package and you don't have a customer service line to help so I had to punch in the line to speak to someone about ordering in order to speak with a human about my issue. I will NEVER order from you again.

I ordered this table set for my daycare kids aged 2-4. It's the perfect size and I love that it folds flat so I can take it down at the end of the day. The only complaint I would have is that a couple of the chairs are hard to fold closed. The button is very difficult to push down on. Other than that I am happy with this purchase for the price.

The quality of the product is good and I'm satisfied with the workmanship. However, was totally taken back when the Palladia Credenza in Cherry arrived and discovered that I was responsible for assembling the sixty or so pieces into a finished product. Nowhere In any of the ordering process did you mention that extensive assembly was required. This is deceptive advertising to say the least.

I am a 71-year-old single woman. I made an online purchase of a small table and chair. Both arrived safely and in a timely manner. I got the chair put together and like it a lot. I had a few problems because I am not the brightest star in the sky when it comes to putting things together, but received very capable assistance from your Cymax representative. The table came today. Everything was in order. Problem is that I am not strong enough to back out the screws anchoring the protective corner wood pieces. I'll need to get help from a neighbor to do that, I should be able to assemble it without further problems. I think both pieces are sturdy and very pretty. Good job, Cymax!

It is hard to find a low table for a platform bed. We ordered one of these tables for our college daughter to see if it would work. It did, so we ordered the second. She said assembly was very easy and likes the way the tables fit in and have that extra bit of storage. We've have had several orders with Cymax and it has been without incident. Items shipped/arrived when promised (even earlier in some cases). I will definitely be ordering from Cymax for future needs.

Birmingham Executive Lateral File and Hutch Cherry - This is my first purchase from Cymax and I couldn't be more pleased. My order was shipped promptly and in PERFECT condition. My only complaint that there were no directions in the box on how to assemble. I will contact Cymax and I am sure that they will sent me assembly directions. Sauder 6 Drawer Dresser - I ordered and received this product in record time! It took some time to put together but it was a very pleasant experience. I was short 8 screws for the drawers but luckily knew someone who had the same product so I could finish the job. Excellent quality and a beautiful addition.

We have now ordered over a dozen Armoires and have been happy with them all. Cymax offers a big bang for the buck.

I didn't really have a problem with my order. Everything went smoothly. What I did have a question concerning how much would I have to put together in building the cabinet. It would be more helpful in the description if this was explained. The viewing of the different sides was also limited. I don't want to have to put the entire cabinet together from scratch and that's what I'm fearing.

I placed my order with Cymax almost a year ago for a bunk bed for my son. I was promised a delivery date early on, which was subsequently missed. When the order finally arrived, almost 2 weeks late, I know now I should have refused delivery and demanded that a new bunk bed be sent, as the bed and packaging was severely damaged. I contacted Cymax right away to let them know about the damage... Roughly half of all of the parts had suffered some degree of damage. I spent the next 10 months emailing and calling Cymax to try to rectify the situation.

I purchased a kitchen cart with a concrete top and the item is exactly as represented and even better than described. I groaned when I saw all the parts and pieces to be assembled BUT, they were all very well marked with letters that corresponded to the instruction sheet. The hardware was well labeled and assembly actually turned out to be easy. The most remarkable part of the purchase was that I ordered it on the weekend and received it the next Wednesday. I really liked the hutch and it's price, however when it arrived the outside of the box was wet and muddy which made me assume it had gotten wet. When I opened the package the bottom shelving pieces had taken on some water and the finish is 'ruffled'. As well there are many gouges and marks on several of the wood pieces. I got the impression that this piece had been sitting in the warehouse a long time. I decided to keep the product because I was anxious to get my desk set up and will have to try some touch-up stain or something to get the scratches and gouges less noticeable.

The bed frame was well-protected by the packaging and easy to manage (comes in two boxes). Assembly was less than 10 minutes and it matches our existing oak bedroom furniture. Thank you for shipping quickly. I ordered through Amazon and received free shipping. This was a great bargain!

We had a little problem putting it together but the end result was worth it. It is exactly as pictured and looks great in the tv room. It was delivered earlier than expected too.

This pretty Jenny Lind style crib is the most beautiful color! I absolutely was impressed by it. Looks like it should have cost much, much more. Could be used for a boy or a girl, depending on what color sheets and nursery decor you have.

The stools are lovely and fit with our decor. We have used them for a couple of weeks now and they are very sturdy. We found the assembly directions to be very easy. Our only concern is that the metal part of the stool was suppose to be silver, not the brass color (about the color of the wood) we received. We opened the box for the 2nd stool before assembling the 1st to make sure they were at least the same, which they were. If we decide to add another stool, this could become a problem.

Corner reversible desk is awesome. Colors are great (the top is actually brown) but love the drawer pulls and the style. Shipping took a little longer than I anticipated - that's the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

I can't nor will I rate an order not fulfilled. I placed this order for 1 Three piece flash furniture pub set @ $99 AND 1 Two piece Monarch Nesting Tables Tile top @ $147 and was sent a confirmation that my order was processed, my credit card WAS charged for BOTH pieces and BOTH items were shipped. I was given ONE tracking number on BOTH itemS #**, which of course meant that when the Pub set was scanned and delivered WITHOUT the nesting tables, BOTH items were listed as delivered. When I called FedEx, they assured me it was a two piece one tracking number and the second piece would arrive today. IT DIDN'T.

I was so excited to order a new desk chair and finally found some bookcases that I could afford. These do not come assembled which is totally fine with me. I have not opened them yet and put them together, but the delivery was great. Took less than a week to receive my order. So excited.

I'm overall satisfied, but probably won't place future orders without double-checking Amazon first. I found the same bookcase there as what I ordered here. It was $20 less and had 2-day delivery with my Amazon Prime membership. Cymax's website says, "ships in 2-3 days." That's misleading. It means it's leaving wherever it's coming from in 2-3 days, not delivered to me. It actually took a week. I need some dining room chairs for our lake house and, although Cymax has several that will work, their prices are higher than T.J.Maxx, HomeGoods, or similar ones on Amazon.

Still waiting for complete delivery of order placed a month ago. First delivery occurred days later than sales rep promised. When product arrived it was damaged. Cymax was contacted immediately at time of delivery. We made the sales rep aware of time sensitive nature of the product for start of the school year. We were assured a timely replacement. A week passed before Cymax processed the replacement order. Two weeks have passed and we still do not have a delivery date much less the product we ordered. I will not use them again.

I was contacted by the Cymax representative and the issue was resolved to my satisfaction.

The company did finally resolve my problem through their mediator Travis and I am relieved to say they had UPS pick it up from my yard and return it. So their prices are good. And since they resolved my problem I would recommend them now.

Literally they came at a decent hour and the guys delivered it and I didn't even have to lift a finger. Instead of placing on my porch they put it inside my house for me which is amazing.

Found a beautiful bathroom vanity and ordered it from Cymax.com with supposed free shipping. Estimated shipping date was within the next 2 days to the transporter, and actual delivery date to my home was within the next 2 weeks. I checked my email 3 times a day after the first week and was never notified of anything by email. The last date of estimated delivery (Friday, Aug 7, 2015) passed and I waited till Monday trying to be patient but my contractors were not. I called after several unsuccessful attempts at email contact, and was told the shipping company had attempted to call me several times with no success and had left me numerous messages!

I was very happy with my purchase with Cymax. Delivery was quick and nicer as I could put it on my Amazon account which is one click ordering. THAT is really nice. Delivery was fast and I was able to put it together myself. For a girl like me, was actually a challenge because I am terrible with building stuff and tools, not really my thing. The directions on this unit were actually kind of confusing, but I was able to do it. They forgot to drill one hole though so that kind of left the top not on as sturdy as it should be. For the most part though all is good and I am very happy with my purchase.

This indoor/outdoor folding table 29"h x 18"w x 72"d, is perfect to put against one wall to hold my crafts and vases. The table doesn't take up much room since it's only 18" wide, but the length offers great storage. Can use as a buffet table, and the area under the table is open for more storage.

I received this chair in good order. It was boxed well and no major shipping marks. It was easy to assemble and is a lot more comfortable than my last chair from HON. I think in total it took 20 minutes from to put it all together. It's light and easy to move as well!

First I will say that customer service has been extremely helpful. I just wish I never had to contact them. The Manufacture or shipping of the Techni Mobili desk sent the desk in two boxes. I bought the "Mahogany" colored desk. The boxes were a disaster when they arrived (punctured and tons of tape as if it had been opened and re-taped). The big box with the top and drawer pieces was labeled Mahogany but what was sent was actually the pieces for the "Chocolate" colored desk. They put the wrong top of the shipping box when they packaged it which says "Mahogany". Furthermore, after inspecting of the desktop you can clearly see that it was damaged and the finish was buckled. So, I'm assuming this piece was sent back by another consumer unsatisfied... and I can see why.

If you have a furniture delivery requiring a signature...BUYER BEWARE! Delivery company gives a one week window. For example, my delivery is scheduled for the week of August 17th. The delivery company will call the day before with a 4 hour window. Scheduling a delivery date for a specific day is NOT possible. Who has an entire week to wait for furniture? Customer service at Cymax just says we gave you a window delivery date with your order. This is the way the delivery company does it and if you cancel there is a restocking fee.
