    Placed an order at 10pm, cancelled at 10am the next morning. Received a notification that FedEx picked up the package at 7pm that day, and it arrived at the FedEx facility at 9pm. They contacted me and offered me a 10% discount if I would take it anyway, which I refused, or I had the option to start the returns process. I e-mailed 5 times over the next 20 days and received no response. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. The dispute was not resolved in my favor, which allowed me to see the information provided by HomeSquare. Someone named Jose ** provided information to my credit card company which included lies about the dates on which I contacted them and lies about them providing me with a pre-paid label for me to return the merchandise for a full refund. I will never deal with this company again.

    This company is horrible!! I ordered a table and chairs. 2 days after my order I received an email that the product had shipped. I contacted the carrier to track my order to be informed that they tried to pick up my order but Cymax did not release it to them. It is now a month later and I still have not recieved my order and neither has the carrier. I tried to contact customer service at Cymax and they only communicate via email. Multiple emails sent by me but still no response, so I have no idea where my shipment is!

    Purchased high end wicker ($1600) patio set with aluminum frame. Order arrived a month late. Table arrived damaged. Within first month three legs broke off sectional couch. Cymax refused to replace table. The frame and legs rusted shortly after breaking. Turns out the tack welds failed. The frame is actually powder coated steel. Cymax refused to accept a return because I could not repack in original shipping boxes. Purchased on Amazon. They refused to honor their A-Z refund policy. Can you say fraud.

    I order barstools, 2 separate orders, a total of 5 barstools in February 2019. None of them work and I have been e-mailing since March 1, 2019. I did not receive an acknowledgment of my first e-mail. On March 4, 2019, I called the number for sales so that I could at least speak to a person. I was told it takes 5-7 business days but I would be contacted. I e-mailed again on March 11 basically begging for assistance. I emailed again tonight. I am 2 time zones away and it is hard to connect by phone but I will try calling sales again tomorrow. After reading reviews on customer service, I fear that I will not hear from anyone until the time for returns has passed. I will lose more than $500 from this experience. I will not be ordering again.

    Ordered a hurricane candle holder. Paid extra for faster shipping. Then was told the day before arriving that they are contacting the manufacturer to see where it is. So I order from them, for them to get it from the manufacturer and to pay extra for shipping when they never had the item to begin with?

    I ordered an end table online and after inputting my method of payment I received an error message saying payment couldn’t be processed. So I used another card and received the same error message. But when I checked my accounts both posted with payments. When I called customer service they insisted that they had no payment whatsoever, we’re incredibly rude, insisted I had bent a sofa from them (which I didn’t) then hung up on me. The WORST racket ever.

    The six Flash Furniture chairs I ordered from CYMAX were delivered February 14th as expected. They were packaged together on a pallet, with NO carton damage. No chair damage either. We are extremely pleased with the Big & Tall Leather Swivel Office Chairs in Black!!! From what I understand, they were pretty easy to put together, There were no missing parts and the directions were clear. The chairs are really comfortable and have all the various options we were looking for, especially the back recline.

    The CYMAX Rep we worked with, (John **), suggested this particular model chair. There were so many chairs on their website to select from, we did have a difficult time choosing. John was very helpful in answering questions about other chairs we thought about purchasing. But his suggestion of this Flash Furniture chair was right on! The chairs are very attractive and easily adjusted to the various sized personnel that will be using them. The CYMAX Rep was so right about their comfort! I really appreciated his assistance. I would not hesitate to do business with John and CYMAX again, and also to recommend CYMAX to others.

    I purchased an ottoman where Cymax was the seller of an Abbyson Frankfurt Flip-Top Ottoman. I take receipt. I missed a 30 day window to return, but I ordered while my home was being remodeled and kept it in a safe dry place till I could open it when it would not be damaged. It's beautiful furniture, but it does not work with the couch we have. I asked to return it and have gotten nothing back other than it's 30 days and that's it. It was open for 2 hours. I offered to pay a restocking fee and the return shipping. No live contact, "We don't care." That's it. "Can't help you."

    Funny thing was I called Abbyson and they offered me a $100 credit. The sad part was when they heard it was Cymax they could not go through with this offer. What happened to customer service, and like Joss and Main on their 30 day return policy? They said "Yes it's 30 days, but we want you to love what you buy and we'll work with you." Now that's customer service. Cymax could care less about their customer base and emails to VPoperations@cymax.com just came back with "You have our policy." Wow. Don't make any mistakes with Cymax because they just don't care.

    I placed an order on 11/26/18 for a bed which was back ordered til Dec 20th. I did mind waiting since it was a great price and was not in stock anywhere else. I received an email saying it was going to get pushed back 'til Jan 4th. No big deal. Again got an email around Jan 20th saying it was going to get pushed back once again. I went and contacted their customer service email which is the only option since there is no phone support. I waited 4 days for a response which stated they had no idea when they would be getting this item in stock and I could either wait or cancel order. I decided to just wait it out.

    Last Thursday I noticed they had them in stock and so I called and spoke to a salesperson who stated they had 14 in stock, I should be getting it shipped out soon. No response from the email I sent to confirm shipment or that item I had in stock. 4 Days later it was still showing in stock and still no shipment. Called again Monday and was told they have 10 in stock. Tuesday it shows back ordered again. Wednesday it's back up and still no response nor ship date. BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! STICK WITH REPUTABLE VENDORS. STAY AWAY!!!

    If you have a customer service inquiry they will only handle via email even if you order directly through them. They are unresponsive to emails. Order placed 12/11. Not yet released to shipping company almost 1 month later. When emailed requesting status was advised to contact the shipping carrier. Shipping carrier had no idea why we were told to contact them as the item has not been released to them to ship. Shipping company has reached out 3 times to Cymax for status and they cannot get a status as well. Do not recommend.

    Ordered new bedroom furniture from Cymax 11/20; NO delivery tracking communication AT ALL, received 12/18. Mirror is severely smashed and Cymax will not respond to requests for replacement. Shipping company does not deal with damage and only allows 15 days to report. Should have heeded the warnings on ConsumerAffairs! Don't be fooled by Cymax. Buy locally; you'll be a LOT happier.

    This company is horrible! They offer free shipping because they have no idea when your items will ship, I placed an order on Dec 23rd and shipping was estimated to ship between Dec 24th-26th. They charged me immediately then emailed me on the 27th advising items still haven't shipped and they would let me know when they do. They refunded my card and in the mean time found the same exact products on a different site that was cheaper and my items have already arrived or on their way after I cancelled my order with Cymax. In the meantime, they charged my card AGAIN then emailed saying my order had been cancelled and expect a refund within 7-10 days. Will never shop this site again! Horrible service and deceiving shipment details are provided. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else!

    Table arrived in early August badly damaged. The box had been previously damaged and taped back up. Requested return. Never heard back on return pick up. One day 5 months later FedEx shows up for a pick up, could not tell me who or what. Completely forgot the defective table was sitting in my garage. Got a nasty email from Cymax after hearing nothing for 5 months that I refused pick up. Told them a return pick up date since I would be out of town. Well FedEx came while I was gone. What a hassle dealing with Cymax!

    I ordered a console table which was delivered with damage on the corner and top of table. After jumping through hoops to return the defective item I find out that they NEVER received my return, even though I have a tracking number from UPS which even gives the precise date, time, dock the item was delivered to AND the gentleman named, Ahmad, whom signed for the package at their facility. I called the 1-800 number provided on their site only to find that the only way to have communication with this company is by email.

    SO, I wrote them an email inquiring about the status of my return. Cymax finally contacted me several weeks later requesting information about the damaged item, the tracking number, address the table was returned to and pictures of the damaged item. I gathered all of the requested documents and sent them immediately. I HAVE NEVER HEARD BACK! Cymax clearly doesn't have the proper problem solving skills needed for customer service. Thankfully I made my purchase through Google Express and they assured me that they would take care this issue. I would NOT recommend Cymax.

    I bought a filing cabinet. In person the color seemed off and it was very flimsy. I wanted to return it. It was not damaged in any way. Back and forth for weeks. Well me emailing them mostly. For every 5 emails to them I would get 1 back saying sorry. I asked for this to be escalated to a manager. They completely ignored my request. After multiple emails from me They said the manufacturer return time frame had expired. To which I told them they did on purpose. Wasted time until I could no longer return. They have cost me money, time and added lots of stress. The product I bought was horrible in quality and the customer service was one of the worst I have ever experienced in my life. Beware. Do not buy from this company.

    We ended up getting an invoice from a carrier and they said that Freight Club (Cymax) was past due and would not deliver unless we paid collect. The rate was 4x higher so we cancelled the order with Cymax/Freight Club/Walmart. This company seems to be on the outs and with all the negative reviews, please do not trust them. Horrible customer service and they never respond to emails. Walmart should not be advertising them at all. It may be that they are crumbling anyway but do not trust this company!

    Customer service is the worst and no refund! My order was scheduled for June 7, didn’t receive until July 24! Had to call and bug them to track the order down, it gets worst, the order was incomplete, missing assembly parts! So now I have a table with no legs propped against my wall, taking up my dining room! Emailed several times to try to have parts shipped, but Cymax just ignores emails. And Amazon is no help. For something that cost so much.

    I purchased bowery hill twin metal daybed through Walmart.com unaware that purchase was through 3rd party. After over 30-35 days, bed started to bend inwards. I contacted Walmart and they stated I needed to go through Walmart.com. I then contacted Walmart.com and they stated I would get email with instructions on how to return the bed. I receive an email 1 week later stating I needed to call back. I called and they connected me to the 3rd party vendor Cymax Stores who has horrible customer service! They stated I had gone over the 30 day limit and I could not return bed.

    I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was told supervisors don’t take calls! I was now getting directed to the vendor! This has been a horrible frustrating experience that began with Walmart and ended with Cymax Stores! Never will I ever purchase anything through Walmart.com when they can’t guarantee products they are selling on their website. Very disappointed with the experience and runaround I received!

    Ordered 3 kitchen stools. Immediately after assembling, one leg cracked and had to be replaced. Cymax washed their hands, and pushed the replacement fulfillment back to the manufacturer. Within three weeks, another leg on a second stool cracked in exactly the same spot. The manufacturer replaced this as well. However, we pointed to an obvious structural defect, which the manufacturer essentially acknowledged. When we asked to return the stools and get a refund, Cymax totally washed their hands of the matter. Luckily, we had paid using Amazon Pay, which contacted Cymax and suggested they needed to make it right with their "mutual customer". Never heard a word from Cymax. They went completely silent. This company cannot be trusted to stand behind what they sell. Suggest you buy elsewhere.

    Where do I even begin? This place is everything customer service should not be. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. I am certain that they stay in business because customers either do not receive their furniture or it is shipped damaged and they charge you half when you are mad about their mistake. People don't want to deal with the hassle and take what they can get and the company profits without having to do anything except upset customers. In addition the number of companies involved for one order is absurd.

    The chain of companies are in order of ordering to destination (if it ever comes-in our case not at all) include: Amazon (the marketplace), Cymax (the seller), Enitial (the pickup shipper), Watkins & Shepard (the provided tracking info), Lodesto (the linking agency/consignee), Fine Line (the Consignee and linkee from Lodesto to Cymax with its own tracking number - unlisted - and the final location in which our furniture is being held hostage until "a hold is lifted").

    My significant other ordered bedroom furniture with Cymax through Amazon on May 30th 2018. The tracking number for the shipment was through a company called Watkins & Shepard. The order was shipped from CA at 7:40 pm on June 1st and arrived in New Jersey at 5:35 am June 6th. The ending location is approx 45 minutes from the destination location - our home. On the Watkins tracking website it provides delivery info (a consignee located in NJ) "Lodeso Fine Line Delivery Service and a pickup info (shipper located in CA) "Enitial Lab." The appointment date is for June 7th 2018. You can imagine how efficient we believed this company to be. However, we were not aware that the consignee company was anything but a local Watkins location/branch and that either they took the order or that they were the shipping company. We were just happy that the furniture was scheduled to arrive in a timely manner. WE WERE DEAD WRONG!!!

    We received an email claiming that they needed a different contact phone number because they were unsuccessful reaching us. However, they had no problem emailing us this information pertaining to a phone number but not the reason for the need to contact us to begin with. We were told by the company that if we did not reply in "x" amount of days that we would be charged. The initial cost of our furniture was $1437.59 and they stated that they would charge us $359.58 for a restock fee and $319.58 for return shipping; that would result in a refund of only $758.61. That calculates to a $678.98 loss.

    *Please note that people do not check their email every day. Also note that we planned to receive the furniture without needing to be in contact with them. No other company thus far has ever done this with us. My husband is disabled and cannot speak. He has a stoma and he can only speak in a whisper and that enables him to communicate on the phone. Unless he is prepared to be receiving contact via email it is not a priority to constantly check it... again... who expects a company to email you if you have a tracking number and have the verifiable information at your fingertips. Point being, the tracking number stated tracking info and consignees and shipping companies other than the tracking number issuer isn't relevant. Or so I thought.

    I was unsuccessful reaching anyone for assistance. Even though Watkins was the "shipper/tracking" info provided to us we could not contact them - as we were under the informed assumption that our furniture was there and that I may find out what happened with our stuff. I left messages and called several times with no response over a 4-5 day period; until I finally called Cymax. Cymax was even worse... And they are the selling company. The only department that you can reach is sales. I spoke with a man named Kenny. He was rude and arrogant. He said he could not put me on with a manager, refused to give me an employee ID # or any kind of identifying information.

    I will be completely honest. I lost it and cursed at him - all the while apologizing that I was cursing and yelling and that I understood that he was an employee and it isn't his fault but rather it is the company's fault. I went as far to tell him to quit and run while he can. The reason for the initial call is that we expected the furniture to be here on the 7th. I tried to contact Watkins when it didn't arrive. Shortly after we received an email stating to that they (Cymax) were sorry to inform us but our furniture was LOST. LOST? WTF DO YOU MEAN LOST? So that prompted the call to Watkins and to Cymax.

    NO ONE HELPED from either company. We never wanted to cancel... We wanted our furniture but he was mad and emailed and they canceled our order after "losing" it and claiming it could take another 30 days to find and ship. I then decided to call this Fine Line Company that was on Watkins tracking page. Turns out they are located 20 minutes away from each other and have a diff tracking number. WTH. They couldn't take it 20 minutes more to us and had to involve now a 3rd party is beyond me... But they did. So now we have an order # and 2 tracking numbers and 3 companies.

    The woman Krystal at Fine Line was an absolute sweetheart and had excellent customer service etiquette. She listened to this mess and went and checked and verified that our furniture was indeed being held at their warehouse. I was then informed that the furniture could not be delivered until the company lifted a hold. She gave me the phone number for what I've been calling their "agent company." This is a middle company. I've viewed it like a temp agent and Fine Line is the temp and Cymax was the employer and Lodeso was the Temp agency. So I called Lodeso and spoke with a kind and understanding gentleman there by the name of Steven who said I would receive a call from the accounts manager after she contacted Cymax to lift the hold.

    No one called me back so I spoke to them today and the customer service rep wouldn't transfer me to the accounts manager and said the notes stated that they did not reach Cymax). The manager at Lodeso couldn't reach anyone at Cymax either---and Cymax is their customer. I would answer the phone to gain more business from an agent but apparently they do not care. After Lodeso claimed they were unable to contact anyone I hung up and called myself. I selected another option for directory and typed in Kenny's name and was transferred to him.

    He claimed there was again no manager, that he couldn't transfer me to the initial internet salesman and so-on. He just kept saying that if there is a problem that I need to contact the marketplace which is Amazon. And that is what I did. One of the supervisors there is going to conduct an investigation and if the Cymax doesn't refund us the money then they will as part of their customer guarantee. So the moral here is --- DO NOT DEAL WITH CYMAX - whether it be independently or through a marketplace. The handful of positive reviews they have does not compare to the disappointments. And please be mindful that if you read the positive reviews that they rarely receive: it was due to a wrong that they made right to make themselves look good. They should be shut down immediately.

    HORRIFYING - PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! The stock photos & reviews they show on their site are fake. If you order from here they will send you something that looks nothing like what you order, and that weighs double what they advertise (and then blame the manufacturer). There is also NO NUMBER TO CALL, the only way you can get in contact with them is through email (and it takes 5 business days to even get a response out of them). Insanely unprofessional, rude, and embarrassing. I attached the image of what they were selling on their site versus what should have actually been delivered versus what I got - what a joke.

    A desk was ordered on 1/8 with their company. I went through a lot of time and effort with the salesmen to make sure the size and color were exactly what I wanted. When it arrived it was in a million pieces to put together. Once it was put together and brought to my office I immediately noticed it is the wrong color. I have been going back and forth with the salesperson and the VP and still can't get this resolved. They said first they were going to pick up and donate, then they said the manufacturer says there is nothing wrong with the color where you can clearly see it is not Mahogany but Cherry. The VP gets involved, I then get an email they are going to provide me a credit on 2/20 and they would send me the return labels. Then they fell off the face of the earth. Repeatedly tried to reach them. Now the VP responds saying on 3/6 they still don't have an update yet? Seriously. Get this rectified. Bad business all around.

    I ordered a couch for my apartment on Friday. The following THURSDAY, I receive an email saying that my order was cancelled. I tried to contact customer service, but their phone number says that “they’ve recently rerouted all customer service calls to email.” So, that’s irritating. I’m having to email a robot to get a response. Anyways, I selected a different option over the phone in order to finally talk to a person. The second I try to figure out what was wrong (and why my couch was cancelled & why it’s only going to delay me getting furniture for my apartment...) the female customer service agent was instantaneously rude and arrogant. She didn’t care about my situation and didn’t offer me any sympathy or compensation... She was just very cross and pretty bad at her job. If you’re in the CUSTOMER SERVICE industry, shouldn’t you be a nicer person to your CUSTOMERS? I wasn’t more irritated by her tone and attitude than my cancelled order.

    Anyways, I was told that my couch order was cancelled due to me not answering my phone for “credit card verification.” My phone was stolen from me and therefore I can’t answer it. Why wasn’t there an attempt at contacting me a different way before cancelling my order? Like over email which is where I received my order confirmation in the first place!! Good luck running a company with poor customer service reps and bad policies. Very disappointed and I DO NOT recommend this company at all!

    On 11/16/17 I received my lift top coffee table model 41444 from Home Square Cymax store. It came with damaged parts. I emailed the company requesting a refund. They offered free parts. When I received the part I put the table together. Then I noticed that I had to continuously push the table together to put the cam dowels back in the hole to the wood. Not only that every day I would have to flip the table around and tighten the hidden cams all the time. I called within my warranty period and requested a refund again!!! The customer service was extremely poor, and rude. I never received my refund. I am very disappointment in the product and customer service. I would never purchase anything from this store again and my friends, family and co-workers will hear about this as well.

    After posting our original review, Travis at Cymax got a hold of us. He apologized for the mess up with the manufacturer and some of the previous customer service agents we had dealt with. After some discussion, they made it all right with a refund. We appreciate their quick response and resolving this issue to our satisfaction. I'm impressed with how much they wanted to make it right. It made me feel like they do care about their customers and will do so in the future too. I will definitely try ordering from Homesquare again.

    If I could give them a zero I would. We ordered a dresser back in Sept of 2017. One of two boxes got held up at FedEx because it had two shipping labels and they sent that box back to Homesquare. Because I never heard from them on the situation, I called Homesquare. They assured me that another box would be sent as soon as they got the box back from FedEx. Instead of sending that box back to us, they ordered parts from the manufacturer. That manufacturer sent us drawer glides - parts we had already received in the one box we did receive.

    By this time, over a month had gone by and we needed this dresser like yesterday because it was a dresser we needed to complete a foster child bedroom. So, again, I called them and gave them specific part numbers of what we needed and yet again over a month later, we get a box of drawer glides. Fed up because we couldn't wait on them to get their act together and it had been over 2 months and we STILL had not received what we paid for, I emailed them demanding a refund but surprise, surprise, I never heard back from them. They don't have a phone number you can call anymore and talk to a real live person. So, we are out $200 and have a box of dresser parts that are worthless to us. Buyer beware. This is not a legit store and they will rip you off.

    I purchased pillows from Homesquare which is a Cymax company. When I wanted to return them, first they took forever to send me an authorization number. Finally got it and sent them back Jan 11th. They didn't receive them so I tracked the package by the post office tracking number. They were sitting at their local post office as the locker was full when the mailman tried to deliver them to the company. Along with my return was others waiting to be picked up by them at the post office.

    Cymax told me they won't be picking them up and I won't receive my refund. I called my credit card company and Houzz who I ordered them through. Spoke with a manager at Houzz and he refunded my $. Both the post office and Houzz are handling this now. This was so aggravating and upsetting! I never experienced such service from a company before and never will again with this company. I AM DONE AND WILL TELL EVERYONE NOT TO MAKE ANY PURCHASES FROM A CYMAX COMPANY EVER!!!

    We purchased a leather sofa from Cymax and after approximately 16 months less than a year-and-a-half we found the leather to be peeling off everywhere after no excessive use. I would say to anyone considering purchasing a Cymax furniture to have their head examined. The so called leather sofa we purchased is crap! We do not even believe that it is true leather.

    It appears to be some kind of thin synthetic. This company ripped us off and it will do the same thing to you. Please beware. Do not purchase furniture from Cymax. They are located in China and probably use slave labor and cheap inferior materials and pass it off as a superior product. They are liars and thieves, one day they will all go to hell! We complained and asked for a return but we were denied of course. Do not purchase furniture from this company. They are evil!

    I made a purchase on Walmart through Cymax, when I received my item a trundle it was not what I had expected. I thought I was purchasing a bed w/Trundle. When I called to say I wanted to return the item (which I never opened the box) I was told there would be a 75.00 restocking fee and I was responsible for the shipping cost. At the end of the phone call I was told that the restocking fee would be waived and labels would be send via email so I could return. I had to call again because I was never emailed the return labels; at this time I was informed that Cymax would NOT be waiving the restocking fee because it was my error in ordering the wrong item. I returned the Trundle witch cost me 80.00 and it's been over a month I still haven't been reimbursed. I have tried calling and was told Cymax is not taking phone calls and to do everything through email. Several emails later and still no response.

    I would list NO star if that were possible. Cymax has the worst service and the worst customer service. I ordered a poker table set almost thirty days ago. Cymax will only communicate via email once the purchase is made. No more telephone customer service is available and the emails are not answered timely. The shipper has informed me they have 80% of my order. They have been waiting for/looking for the other 20% for two weeks. The product is not available to be delivered to me and Cymax wants to charge me restocking fee, warehouse fee, shipping fee for a product they cannot provide.

    They are only willing to refund about 30% of what I paid. This is insane since I have requested a refund only because they cannot provide the product. They advertised a quick delivery date compared to others which is why I chose them. They did not have the best price but I needed the product by a certain date. They have exceeded the expected date by two weeks so far and the product is still not on its way to me. I would NOT recommend anyone use this company no matter the price or promise of delivery. The customer service available is almost non existent and the return policy is highway robbery.

    Ordered a file cabinet, it took weeks to be delivered and it was damaged. Customer Service took 2 weeks to determine what they would do. They shipped another and after waiting for delivery again it came damaged at the same spot as the first. Its came apart at the joints. Obviously a manufacturing problem. Now I have 2 of these damaged cabinets in my garage.

    One is packed ready for return and the other is not packed. I have not received a refund and have no idea what Cymax plans to do. Cymax keeps sending a canned response on how I have to repack the cabinet in its original packing or they wont pick it up. They act like it's a toaster that you can open the package and lift it out the top. This was a package in excess of 100 lbs. The only way to remove the outer packaging was to cut it off destroying the packaging. How was I supposed to know the product was garbage and needed to be returned.

    I am not the distributor, the manufacturer or the delivery company. One or all of them carry the responsibility for this damaged piece of garbage. Yet Cymax believes that I the paying customer should be fine with not having a product I ordered several weeks ago, and should be fine having to park my car in the street because I am storing their inferior product and I should be fine having in excess of $700 tied up while dealing with a customer service department that cant address the issue, just send canned messages. Under no circumstances would I ever deal with this company again. They deserve a minus review.

    After reading all the bad reviews, I was very nervous about the order I had just placed with Cymax, but I was wrong to worry. Cymax shipped my very heavy television stand promptly, the day after I ordered it, matter of fact. I had used PayPal just in case but the product arrived well packaged and was beautiful. I learned from Walmart not to buy from 3rd party vendors because of very bad return policies. But I read the reviews on Amazon about the product prior to purchasing so I felt I was buying a quality piece of furniture, which it was, so no returns necessary.     I bought a side table on August 9, 2016 that I had searched for many months that would go with my decor in my bedroom. The piece looked wonderful and then less than a year later the paint on top, sides and front started peeling for no reason. I contacted customer service even sending them pictures and never got a response. I called customer service and a automated message told me a wait time that was unrealistic.     BUYERS BEWARE!! This is the worst company ever!! I made a Walmart.com purchase (almost $200) and it was from this company. BEFORE I made the purchase I contacted their customer service to make sure that if I needed to return it for any reason that I would not be charged a restocking fee or a return shipping fee, it was free to ship it to me. The rep told me no charges within 15 days with an authorization number to return. SO, now they are telling me they will charge a $44.50 restocking fee and almost $80 to ship it back (cuz of weight and size). So I will get maybe $60-70 back from a $200 purchase... Are you kidding me???

    Their customer service is horrible, they take too long to respond to emails. The day I got the item I emailed them and I couldn't get a response with the return authorization number for 8 days. Now I'm thinking, why return this and only get $60-70 back when I paid them $200? I'm sooo angry!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!! They do not honor what they say- maybe the customer service reps need to be trained better on their policies so they're not giving out false information OR maybe they should honor what they told me the first time and suck up their own mistake. GGRRR.

    We purchased a king size bed PC330 with floating headboard and nightstands and under bed storage. One year and one month after the purchase the footboard fell off the bed! It looks like all 11 mini screws that fast and it popped out ripping the pressed wood board because the metal bar that was supporting the foot of the head buckled severely. My partner and I jointly way less than 300 pounds and had been sitting on the edge of the bed to put on our shoes and the bed had not seen any abuse of any kind.

    When we reached out to Cymax they ignored our email with photographs. When we reached out through Amazon we were told that they would not provide us with replacement footboard parts unless we wanted to ship the entire bed back which would mean disassembling it which would be a nightmare. I expected better after spending $1,000 on this bed. Very disappointed in Cymax. Will be trying to avoid their products in the future.

This is a odd 4th party shipping company and if you buy from them you will likely get stuck with whatever they decide to ship out. We never got the filing cabinet we paid for but we did get a HUGE 90 pound box full of tree parts from them instead. It was rolled onto our front yard by a really upset FedEx Express team that had to deliver it. CYMAX told us it's not their problem but they will pick it up for $55.00. What???     I spent several days looking for an accent cabinet that I liked and I could afford.     So I ordered a American Lange Trunk at Walmart.com and waited for it to arrive after being charged on my AMEX. I then got an email blaming me for not receiving it stating that I had canceled my own order per my request. A Lie. I called the business Cymax and was told that it had been mistakenly underpriced and that is why they canceled it. I still wanted the Trunk for my living room as me and my son picked it out for our new house. Being a single mom I could not afford to pay an ADDITIONAL 300.00$ extra for an item I had originally paid about 70.00 for. They wanted me to pay almost 400.00 total for it. I feel like I have been taken for a big ride on this folks.

    Please do not let them bait and switch customers starting at 70.00 and then trying for another 300.00$. How does that even happen. The nice guy I talked to Ryan told me that they sent out that email to everyone that had been undercharged. They cannot and will not provide documentation that I ever canceled and admit that they are at fault.     Shipping policy states 1-7 Days after pre-ship is complete. I gave Cymax over 8 weeks to pre-ship and deliver a patio furniture set and they failed. The original delivery date to the local delivery location was scheduled for a date 6 weeks after the order date, 8/17-8/22. They could not meet that delivery date so they moved it out to 8 weeks from order date.     I have never written a review before but, I'm just shocked and appalled. I received the correct item in the wrong color on July 28th. Never installed, have original packaging and barely opened. After emailing back and forth not really getting anywhere so I called (on hold for 25 mins). They said to call the manufacturer to see if I can just get the top piece in the correct color. I did. They can't do it, so I emailed Cymax daily for a week with no response. Had to call again. Lucky me was on hold for 30 mins. The lady said, "No problem. Sorry about that" and will get me a return label within the next 48 hrs.

    She advised I can reorder the item which I did, (wanted to get my desk back together) and I will be issued credit once they have received the return item. Then I get an email a week later saying sorry we can't return the item because it has been assembled, WHAT. I emailed daily for a week surprise with no email back. Yay I get to call again and wait on hold. Yep about 30 mins, re-explain what happened. She read the notes which were correct NOT assembled and in original packaging. Again I was told, "We will get you a return label with the next 48 hrs." That has been 14 days ago.

It took several calls to get a call tag to send the extra unit back. I always had to start over and talk to a new person.     I really doubt I will ever have a worst customer experience. My order was put on hold and no one called to tell me and nowhere explained what that meant. I contacted chat and they told me it was because my billing address did not match my shipping address. I believe that is a normal occurrence, especially for a furniture store due to people being between addresses while moving, so I am still confused why it was a good reason to place it on hold, especially since my card was approved.

    I spent 40 minutes on hold when I called (after I had received an email that my order was cancelled by me, which I did not do) and the woman did not seem to understand why I was calling. She put me on hold and finally told me a manager removed the hold and I was immediately recharged for the item. But the hold on my order wasn't removed. So I tried chatting again and the woman said they didn't release it because I did not call to verify my identity. Apparently all that time I spent on the phone meant nothing and I have to call back AGAIN and hopefully get my item shipped. I ordered from here because the price was too good in comparison to the same item at other online retailers (I surely would've cancelled by now if it wasn't) and I read good reviews about the site.     Regency Traditional Button Tufted Ivy League Side Guest Chair - The chairs are sturdy and look very nice. They are great for what we needed. I ordered one to try and it went together well so I ordered 11 more. These all had an area that was not drilled properly and we had to buy different screws (22 in all). Two were purchased as "back ups" and we ended up using those for parts for some of the others that had flaws. I asked about the area that was drilled wrong, was told it was not a problem, they were aware of and they didn't seem interested in offering advice. We stumbled on the different screw size working. Over all the chairs are great but beware that you may need some different hardware than what is provided.

    I had ordered, what I thought was a set of chairs. One of the pictures had two chairs and I had assumed, with the high price, that it was two chairs I was purchasing. I purchased one in white and one in glacier blue. I attempted to return. The return shipping was more than the chairs. Then I attempted to exchange one chair for another color so I would at least have a matching set. Needless to say I have talked to numerous people and have sent a ton of emails and still have not received directions on how to exchange. The return policy is ridiculous with a long list of to dos.     Return damaged item. I have ordered a mirror for the wall thru Walmart with the company being HomeSquare. Cymax is their customer service. I received the mirror in mid May. We didn't open it as we didn't have way to hang it. We opened it mid July and found out it's broken (either sent this way or in shipment.) The mirror costs 300 dollars on their site while being in 400 other sites.

    I have sent them pictures to prove to them that it came this way after they requested as it's past the 30 days notice! They promised they will open my file. They didn't then. I have called them again to explain my situation. They said they will open my file again. Every time they say they would, they end up refusing to exchange item. With My last conversation with them on the phone, they gave me impression they will exchange item then they email they refused.     Home Square Cymax embodies horrible customer service!! I ordered (online) a bed and dresser on June 8th. I received a shattered bed on June 23th from a horrible local shipping (trucking) company, YRC Freight in Ringgold, GA. I immediately emailed Home Square-Cymax with info and pictures!! (I received my broken bed at 7 pm on a Friday night, thanks to horrible shipping company.) I had to wait over the weekend due to Home Square being closed on weekends for customer service--I called Home Square on the following business day (6/26) and was told 1-3 days of processing??? before I could have information on a replacement. I sent more pictures and I finally received a follow up email from Home Square-Cymax on 6/27--telling me I'd have either a new bed or tracking for a new bed by July 4th.

    Today is July 7th and I still have NO tracking and after several calls (from myself to Home Square-Cymax) I still have no resolution. **Zero replies to my emails I should mention. I finally asked for a refund yesterday, to which I was told 2-3 business days (so this weekend I won't count, not a "business day") before I'll know if I can have my money back. Home Square doesn't know if my replacement bed has shipped and they can't tell me if I can have a refund. Horrible customer service! Never again will I order from this company!

    I bought a patio from this outfit. They gave a false description of a small patio table I ordered. I requested return instructions for the item via my order page. When I didn't hear from them, I contacted Amazon Pay as I had used Amazon as my payment source.     I purchased a daybed trundle from Walmart.com through Cymax. The description on Walmart's daybed did not specify that it was only the trundle. The original price said $314.99 and now it was $79.95 and I thought I was getting a deal. When I received the email that my item had been shipped there was a description that it was only the trundle. I called customer service and immediately canceled the order. I was told to refuse the order when it came and my money would be refunded. I refused the order and it has been 3 weeks since I did that. It has been 4 weeks since I ordered the item. I called customer service several times during this period. They said even though they can see that I do not personally have the item they cannot refund until the manufacturer sends them an email stating they have the product.

    Following a previously bad experience with another furniture retailer I gave Cymax a try. My first order with them went without a hitch, but the second was a nightmare! I ordered a desk from them on March 7th after another company failed to do so. On the 12th I obtained another desk, to which I verified that the status of my order in the Cymax system was still "In Process", so I canceled the order. The following day against their own "Cancellation Policy" I was notified by automated email that the desk shipped. Their policy states that I was supposed to be notified that either my cancellation was rejected or accepted (I never received any notice to either).

    Following the tracking number to FedEx, I contacted FedEx to return to sender. They notated it in their system and even wrote a note on the door with the tracking number to return the item. In the meantime I was in talks with Cymax about the cancellation, they refused to fully refund me and stated that they had to follow their "Return Policy" mostly in fault because they are a "drop-ship company" and it's not their fault their system takes 2-3 days to update. So let me get this straight even though I canceled before the item was marked shipped in their own system, 'according to Cymax CS reps' this is my fault?? They stated I was to pay $27.82 for the original shipping to me and $27.82 for the return shipping. Wait wasn't shipping listed as free on their website?

    After a back and forth I mulled over these fines. That night I received a call that FedEx delivered the desk even after all my notices. I called Cymax the next day, now with a desk I canceled and with $56 in fees to return. Furious I told them I did everything possible to prevent this. Cymax proceeded to add on additional fees for the return... a $65 pick up fee, $46 return label fee, and $27.82 for the original shipping (total $138+). This turns out to be more than the desk originally cost! Really avoid doing any business with this company. I'll be seeking to dispute this charge and somehow find a way to get this desk back the company that really shipped it to me (probably out of my own pocket)...

    Early September of 2016 I bought a power recliner from Cymax through Walmart. I received it on September 15. It was for my elderly, frail mother who has heart valve disease, COPD, bad knees, and other ailments. As soon as I got the chair I built plugged it in. She sat in it and it worked for a good 15 minutes. That's it, I have contacted them. They sent me a new remote control and transformer box twice, but what I requested was the relay box.     On December 3, 2016 I placed an order for two desks and a file cabinet for an office re-do project. We received all in separate shipments (which was fine). The file cabinet was the only thing not damaged. We received on December 17th. On December 20th I notified customer service of the damage. After taking pictures and several emails I was told by Cymax "Customer Service" that the Manufacturer had approved the replacement. Both desks had the exact two pieces damaged - however the manufacturer sent only one set. I made several calls to "customer service." I was told that they would contact the manufacturer to request the parts - but that they had no control over when they were sent out, etc. (But let me assure you, they charged my American Express as soon as I ordered.)

    Well here we are, today is February 8th. I still have no desk - they have not once emailed me to follow up nor contacted me by phone. It is very hard for me to believe I am the only one this has happened to, however this is what they claim. I will be handling this through my purchase protection with American Express, as well as all other avenues I have access to. I spoke yesterday with an "Alesha **" who told me I would be charged to return the merchandise - since one desk was intact. (I ordered two to match. Not going to work for me.) Either way they have no intention of making this right. Just be careful, if you are fortunate enough to have your merchandise delivered intact, you will most likely be ok - but if anything is wrong, you will not get any help here. I'm betting this never shows up under their reviews.

    I ordered a mirror and a dresser from Walmart.com from this site. It had stated it was a reduced price if $123, so I purchased it the first chance I got. It came within 5 days of ordering. Fedex dropped it off, and I came to realize it was just a mirror. The mirror didn't even match the measurement that the mirror that came with the dresser should have been.

    I contacted the company, and they claim it was a "listing error" on the Walmart website, and there was nothing they could do. I could either keep the mirror and get a 25% credit back (and spend that credit on the dresser I should have gotten) or I could return it and get a full refund and have to buy another dresser, even though I thought I already did. The company has not been cooperate in anything besides telling me there is nothing they can do. I've been in contact with them for over a week and I'm not sure what the end game will be here. I just wanted my dresser. I have proven what I purchased and the company is still refusing to give me what I paid for.

    The couch is ok. Pretty and comfortable. Kinda cheap. The couch is not the problem. It's the company you deal with called Cymax. I purchased the sofa, it came very dirty and somewhat damaged. They messed up my initial order. It wasn't placed. Then I waited additional time for a reorder. When I got it, it was filthy on the arms. Some nicks in the woodwork. I accepted their offer to keep the sofa for a credit and I would clean it. It's been 4 months since original order. I cleaned the delivery truck filth off the arms and one side. Cymax didn't credit me back as they said they would 3 separate times. Don't buy from this company. This is not a one time thing. I also ordered a chair w/ ottoman. Chair arrived damaged. Ottoman not at all. Had to wait for them to ship ottoman. I missed work each time so I could be home for delivery window. JUST SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

    We ordered a vanity and mirror - delivery date: 12/13-12/27. We got an email saying just the mirror was backordered. When the vanity didn't come we tried calling with no answer the first three times! Finally we were told that, without asking us, they held the vanity to wait for the mirror!     I wanted to make it sure I would receive the products before a certain date, so I contacted the customer service in advance. The representative told me that what I wanted to order will be delivered within 5-7 days. So, I placed an order online. A week later, I still did not see any updates on my order status online, so I called the customer service again. I was told that they would check the status. Next day, I just received an email saying my items were shipped. That is great, but that means my order was not shipped for 6 business days... Of course I could not receive the items, and they were shipped back to them.

    I tried to communicate with the customer service a couple of times to solve the issue after I found out that my order was delayed, but they were all unreliable, giving me whatever information, just like the first representative who told me that my order will be delivered in a week. They refunded me after deducting the shipping and restocking fee, which was about $300. I will never use Cymax, and I would not recommend them if you want to avoid any possible issue. There are too many other good places to shop.

I sat on the loveseat and found it very uncomfortable and that I took up almost the entire thing. (I am 5'11'' 225.)

    I called to complain about the misleading advertising and they said they were happy for me to return the items. I get the paperwork after 3 days (of the 15 you are given to return the products) and they are charging almost $200 for a re-stocking fee. Are you kidding me!? What a trash company, and I pity anyone who buys anything from this place.

    I rue the day I became involved with this company, and so will you if you don't do your due diligence and read their reviews. I needed to buy a chaise lounge as the one I've had for 6 years was made of bonded leather and was deteriorating as bonded leather is won't to do. I found a similar lounge at Cymax.com that was wrongly advertised as genuine leather. I ordered it as the price was right and then found it on another website (at a higher cost) but the product description said bonded leather!

    I called Cymax immediately and cancelled my order but it was the weekend and I would have to follow up. When I did I was assured that the lounge was 100% leather and I should continue with the order. I said I would provided they send me an email authenticating product quality. They did so right away and when the order arrived it was clearly bonded leather! Cymax did everything not to take the order back. I had to prove it was not genuine leather (I did), they had to reconstruct the manufacturer (who confirmed/validated my claim), insisted on charging me a restocking fees (I had to fight them for three days on this while at work) and would not provide me any assistance with returning it (no prepaid) but promised I would be fully reimbursed once they received the product.

    They did not reimburse the $118.23 I paid to return it. After fighting with them another three days they agreed. They kept trying to give me store credit; I told them I would never accept store credit and would never do business with their scrupulous company again. They finally agreed to reimburse me as promised; I told them to put it in writing and they sent the following email:

    "Hello Marc. As per our conversation and as agreed please call us once a new order has been placed on Cymax so we can refund $118.27 on it. A refund can be processed once the payments have been confirmed and make sure the order is more than $118.27 so that we can refund this amount in full. Thanks for your patience and understanding. Kind regards, Cymax Stores."

    I was leary but did as they said. I called them and told them I had placed the order (119.00) and how was this going to work once I cancelled the order... I had just paid at checkout for an item "you told me to order but I didn't want. If you reimburse me the checkout fees how does this satisfy the previously owed 118.23?" Now "Todd" (who was no longer friendly, would not provide his name or identify his position) insisted I had agreed to a store credit! He claimed to know nothing about the above email and hung up. I called back several times and eventually got his info. from Rafa, another manager and will continue to call until fully reimbursed. Cymax blocks any negative reviews so hopefully I'll find relief here. They owe me 118.23 and are going to return all my out of pocket costs due to their false advertising. This ain't over!

When I received my item it came with parts that didn't match, so I was told by Walmart that I had to contact Cymax company which I did, and let me tell you they are the worst company that I ever had to deal with. They took me through so much and gave me the runaround. This company do not up hold their own return policy and I will never ever order anything from this company again. I order my item on the 9th of September, I received the item on 14th of September.     CYMAX HAS BAD PRACTICES. I purchased a two-piece, sectional sofa, w/ ottoman, costing nearly $900 from CYMAX on April '15. There is an automatic '1 year warranty' so, I thought I was good. After the warranty expired this year, '16, I started noticing what felt like coils in the seat cushions, of which there are 4. Now, I not only feel them when I sit, I see them bulging, as are seen in the pictures.

    As of July '16, I started contacting CYMAX and they informed me, my warranty had expired but they would see what they could do.     I ordered 2 sets of 2 chairs, Cymax website clearly said that the cost was $180.90 for a "set of two" chairs, so I ordered two sets, however, when my package arrived I only received two chairs, I assumed because the box was so big the other set would be there soon. By the third day I checked my account and saw that there was only one tracking number therefore, I called to be told that there was an quantity error on their website, which was their fault however they will give me 50 bucks towards the one set I have which would mean I still paid $308 for two chairs, when I ordered 4 chairs for $361. That would be crazy to accept that offer. I would have never ordered two chairs for $300 let alone $360. So now I'm stuck and they won't honor their order. They won't even give me the stated cost for just the 2 chairs received at $180. They are crooks, and their website tricked me and locked me into the financing and I don't know what else to do.

    I have the emails when they stated it was their error. When I checked the site a week later it was still labeled set of two for $180. I guess they want to hoodwink more people. I finally told them I will just take a refund, to send a box because the box was thrown away, because I didn't know or expect to be robbed of two of my chairs or I wouldn't have opened or accepted the box in the first place. They told me a week ago that they would place the return and someone would be getting back to me on how to return the chairs and to date I still have not heard from anyone. I am appalled at their business practices when clearly they made a mistake and to think they would make the customer pay for their mistake is sickening.

I would have been willing to pay more for this cabinet made of lumber core wood.     Super fast delivery. Love the end result of the desk assembled. However, it was a bear to assemble. Due to the size and the horrible directions I recruited a couple of mechanical type guys to assist. It took them 6 hours to assemble this desk. They stated the directions were horrible and did not appear to be accurate. It turned out great. I doubt I would of done it by myself. The best thing we did was to put small sliders on the bottoms boards to make it easy to get into place after assembling. It was hard to flip over when it was time, but they got it done. I love the large work area and it's just what I need for my home office. Looks great, just a bear to assemble. If the directions would of been better I would of given it 5 stars.

    I ordered the daybed frame, mattress for my mom's caregiver and paid $70 for "White Glove" setup for my mom since she is 95 years old. Cymax gave me incorrect tracking numbers for both the bed frame and mattress so I didn't know when they would be delivered. When the frame arrived today it was simply left in the hallway.     I ordered a curio cabinet thru Walmart's webstie but in reality it is thru Cymax which I didn't know at the time. But after 3 weeks of waiting on my purchase it arrived severely damaged and I had to refuse delivery and had to reorder which they make you jump thru hoops to do. But after a month of waiting for the replacement I had to call them only to find out they didn't have any info on my order and they would get back to me which after a week with no contact I called to cancel my order due to being so frustrated with this company's service.

So I contacted them and said I have no use for the trundle if I don't have the bed, and wished to return it. I had seen other beds WITH trundles for $300, not going to spend $214 on just a trundle. He said the return people would contact me via email. They finally did and they informed me that returning the product will cost me $50 in restocking fee, and $30 to ship it back! So for returning a $214 item, I get $135 back. SERIOUSLY??? I told them to go kick rocks! That they've lost a customer for life. I'll keep it and resell it myself to get the money back.

    Cymax "high ratings" are apparently due to their ignoring of low ratings and averaging those they consider positive. Cymax.com: Cymax appears not to post poor ratings for the subject product. Only high ratings are posted. The same product (Coaster Furniture Faux Leather Swivel Recliner Chair in Black) on Amazon has mostly very low ratings. Cymax does not promote this product on Amazon. Two low ratings I entered to Cymax did not appear but rather 9 ratings over the years averaged only very high. That is why I got sucked into paying $298.03 for a product which I am unable to find comfort in. There are essentially only 2 workable locations for the footrest: either all the way up or all the way down and it is very hard to go from one to the other. Also the back reclines only about 45 degrees. It is very difficult and essentially impossible to return the item after it has been assembled. Shipping back is very impracticable once the recliner is assembled.

    I don't really know how does Cymax have 4 stars! That business is a joke and it takes advantage of customers. Yes they might have good prices but god forbid your item doesn't fit, isn't as described or simply not what you expected, you're losing your money! Before I ordered my headboard I spoke to 2 customer service workers and asked them to "please let me know if the headboard will fit my bed." They both told me it will.     This company is THE WORST. I purchased a bedframe 1 month ago and they did not provide a shipping tracking number until 2 weeks in. Then when they told me they would deliver it, they would not even bring it into the vestibule of my apartment complex, but rather on the street.     I ordered a couch from Cymax. I had no email or any intimation that the product has been shipped. I cancelled it and I was told to keep an eye on the emails to receive information on cancellation. I got an email saying the product has already been shipped and the manufacturer which is Abbyson leather has refused to accept it so I have to pay about 1000 dollars for restocking and shipment.

    I wrote I can pay 100 dollars for shipping as a courtesy but not anything more. I used Amazon payments and hence they intervened and I was waived of the restocking but they still took away my 445 dollars. The reason they me was "buyers remorse"? (Don't know what) and played with my email I had sent out before that I advised them to take my money for shipment, I never had any idea that shipment would be 445 dollars.     Upon receiving table and two stools, one stool was damaged. Customer service was extremely nice and sent a complete new set and allowed me to keep the first set. The second set had one damaged stool, and the table was also damaged. I now have a complete set and a completely damaged set. I was also given a discount. The fact that 3 out of 6 items were damaged is not a very good batting average.

    Cymax, Stuck With a Damaged Bed Frame, Cymax Says to donate the damaged goods to a charity! Ordered through Walmart.com... a $500 bed for a child. Bed frame arrived very damaged, carton ripped open, and frame inside has chunks of wood taken out and splintered via shipping. Called Cymax. Sent photos. Next day, still waiting confirmation of photos. No confirmation. Called. Spoke with 3 different reps to get frame replaced. Said 5 business days before they'll respond. It's now 12 days after delivery. Finally got an email saying they would ship ASAP. I only have other 3 boxes of parts for bed and still no frame so grandson is still without his bed even though I ordered May 27, 2016. Not even sure if replacement will be in good condition and if we will be able to put the bed together without further problems when and IF it's received.

    Meanwhile, new email from Cymax tells me they won't pick up huge, heavy, damaged, partial bed frame in ripped up carton. It's taking up the entire porch area where it has sat for 12 days! Instead of picking up, Cymax asked me to dispose of it at my cost, or call a charity and donate it. They even sent me an email with a list of 3 charities who do pick up. It's a huge carton and very heavy. Are they really asking me to DONATE a DAMAGED, PARTIAL BED FRAME to an unsuspected charity. There is no head or foot board to attach so how could it stand on its own? Are people who are less fortunate than others deserving of a damaged, partial bed frame? Cymax needs to pick up their damaged goods off my property! They are behaving very badly. No more business from me! And Walmart is on notice, too, since I purchased from their website!

    Bought a cd rack from Cymax. Several pieces were made wrong. Cymax said they would have to check with the manufacturer to get OK to send replacement parts. After sending lots of pictures we've still had to wait over a month for replacement parts & still waiting. Cymax should have taken care of me (their customer) & settled with the manufacturer later. I didn't buy this from the manufacturer, I bought it from Cymax. Lousy service. Get one somewhere else & save the trouble. Would not buy here again.

    I ordered a desk and filing cabinet. Both of them had scratches on drawer fronts and tops (exposed areas). We were careful to take out everything nicely. I don't believe it happened in shipping and we didn't mishandle it. It had to be in boxing up the products. Very disappointed how many scratches there are. I went ahead to put it together as I needed it together and there is no way I can put it all back in the box and ship it back. Very disappointed in the scratches.

    After I ordered two nightstands one came damaged. They wanted to take 20% off of the purchase price and for me to keep it. I said no. Then they said they would send out another one. Another one did arrive damaged. Contacted them again. Got the runaround. When I told them I was going to return the product they were going to charge me a 30% restocking fee and $25 or more for shipping. I finally got them to send me a return label with no charge. This took weeks to accomplish.

    Cymax then contacted me apparently someone in their review Department since I left a bad review on Consumer Affairs and another website and they wanted to give me 10% off of a future sale and update my review. I told him that I would not purchase anything from them again but feel free to send me the 10% coupon. I'm glad that I got a full refund of my money and that Cymax in the end apologized for the screw up. You be the judge if you feel like working with a company like this.

    The whole experience purchasing with Cymax was a breeze. The only hiccup was with the Kalani crib. The husband had a very difficult time putting together the crib (4 hrs in fact) particularly given that the screws to be used for different parts had very little differentiation.     I ordered Dorel sleeper couch from Cymax. I was EXTREMELY LUCKY to be at home during the delivery because they were delivering me a coffee table. I was able to reject it (as oppose to them dropping it by my door), and then the hell started. They almost NEVER pick up the phone and then when they do, it's no use because they don't care. It took me many full days on the phone and a few months to get that couch delivered.

    Ordered this cabinet online because I like what I saw in the ad. The front face of the drawers and the top are "real" wood while the rest is processed. It was a rather small package, and when it arrived I thought I received the wrong item. I wasn't 100% prepared to pay this together. It went together fairly easily.     Day 6 has come and gone and the products I ordered still have not shipped. How can you get away with advertising products that you do not have available? I believe that is illegal, if not it certainly should be. These poor excuses for businesses called Drop Shippers should at the very least be required to post a very large notification on every page of their website warning potential customers that nothing they claim can be backed up, they may not even have the product available, and any so-called promises they make are false and cannot possibly be backed up because they have absolutely no control and no real knowledge about the products' whereabouts, availability, or shipping information whatsoever.

    Example: Today is 05-23-2016, I just went to the Cymax website and choose the same product I have been waiting to be shipped for 6 days so far and still counting, it is telling me now, just like it did when I placed the initial order, that the product will ship the next day. In this case for this test it clearly stated "Ships by Tue May 24th". An absolute intentional act of deceit. Do yourself and this world a favor, check out the company before you purchase, if they are drop shippers, don't buy from them. Then very soon, these parasites will vanish from the face of this planet.

After calling to check on the order I was informed the entire order was being cancelled.
