The Electric Fireplace arrived quickly and was packed well for shipping. It is next to the entertainment center in our living room. The flame is lovely and relaxing. When the weather cools down, I am looking forward to the cost savings on our utility bill by using this heater. I might get one for the bedroom, too!

I was happy with the items and did not have much time spent to put them together.

It took a month of posting bad reviews, waiting on hold for hours and lot's of negotiating but I finally got a refund. I was contacted regarding the negative reviews I had left ( which I only posted after trying for weeks to talk to a manager or someone who could actually help ). I was initially offered a partial refund but, with perseverance, I ultimately did receive a full refund from Travis, who was particularly helpful.

The Winsome accent table that I ordered is even better than it looked online! It was easy to assemble and the quality is very good. This is the second time I've ordered from Cymax and I've been very pleased with the promptness of delivery and the quality of the merchandise.

Counter stools - The chairs arrived on time and they were easy to assemble. The chairs looked to be uneven in size but that was by eye balling the merchandise instead of using the tape measure. It took no time to assemble with just the Allen wrench which was included and a Phillips screwdriver. We are sitting on them now and are pleased with this purchase. This was my first order with this company and we will order again.

I got really lucky to buy this item for its price. I had looked at the same item on another website and it was $100 more.

I purchased a desk and received it less than 5 business days after I placed my order. Shipped by Fedex so that I don't need to schedule a time slot to wait for it. Quality is good. Assembly is a tough work. I spent 5 hours assembling this L-shape desk by myself. If you don't enjoy assembling that'll be a tough work.

I recently purchased a Sauder cabinet. This cabinet is to go along with the other six pieces which I ordered from Cymax a few weeks ago. Both orders arrived in good condition within two days. I have never had such timely service on any order I have placed anywhere. The lack of delivery charges and taxes made these purchases very affordable. And the quality of the furniture is very nice. I was so impressed with this bookcase. It was delivered on time and took about 4 hours to assemble. All the pieces were there and well marked. Some of the screws were difficult to put in due to almost having to be upside down to get them in. Make sure you read all the directions and double check before you start attaching the nails and screws. It said not to use a power screwdriver, but we used one that was not too powerful on some of the screws and we were glad we did. All in all, I am impressed and love my bookcase with a drawer and closed cupboards on the bottom. I definitely recommend this product.

Flash Furniture Tahoe Bark Chenille Rocker Recliner in Beige - Very appeased by your company prices and offering no shipping to prompt business. I was then very disturbed when I was popping in the top hat into bracket and the R side is offset completely so the back sits crooked. There's a gap on the R side as well since the back doesn't snap in as forward as the L side. This was obviously not Quality Controlled much before sending out or manufacturing the products on the assembly line. I'm trying to move the bracket forward to align forward on the R side in the interim and it seems disturbing since it's a brand new product and wasn't cheap at $300 plus.

The counter height table and chairs I ordered are just so beautiful. I was surprised at the weight of the pieces - very heavy and substantial. It took me a while to assemble the pieces, only because I didn't read the instructions!! I love them.

I live in Barberton. In November of 2013, I started making payments on a Leather recliner sofa through eLayaway. It was a major purchase for me and my family. I originally paid 960 dollars total. After I completed making payment eLayaway informed me that the sofa I had selected was not available and that I needed to go to Cymax.com website and make a different selection, which I did do - the new sofa was 880.00 dollars. The manufacturer of the sofa is Coaster America. Coaster America shipped the sofa to me on March 25th, 2014. On their web site, it states that all of their products come with a one-year warranty. So I received this sofa and By June it was broken.

I spent most of my evening reading the kudos and complaints from customers of Cymax. I can't understand why there are two totally opposite types of reviews from customers of this website. Unfortunately, I was one of the complainers. But, finally, I was contacted by a gentleman who actually wanted to help me. After talking with him on the phone and through emails, he was able to take care of my problem. I appreciate his taking time to listen to my complaint and changing my mind about this company. I suggest that more attention be paid to your customers, Cymax. To the gentleman who helped me...I gladly give 5 stars! Thank you, Travis. You saved the day!

TV Stand - I like it but it made of cheap quality so it probably can't be moved around much.

Start to finish, Cymax was a pleasure to deal with. Not sure if too many people can say they had good customer service from a company - when a company makes it fast and easy. They say what they mean and they follow through. They are true to their word. The product is as you see with no surprises. I will continue shopping with Cymax.

Cymax took my order, charged my card and DID NOT ship my order. They NEVER were going to ship it. They just kept my money and left my order in limbo - never intended to ship my order!!!!! I haven't received my furniture order yet and it has been 3-1/2 weeks they have had my money. After I called they said, "Oh, sorry, it was a computer glitch." When I asked if they were ever going to ship, they said NOT if I hadn't called. I am very apprehensive about the quality and condition my furniture is going to be. If I hadn't wanted this I sure would have cancelled immediately. Like I said I'm very apprehensive. To me, this whole mess was unconscionable. Oh, and by the way, their customer service department is in India and there is NO WAY to reach someone in the United States regarding this problem. Grrrr.

I purchased the chocolate-color platform bed.... When it arrived it was the heaviest piece of furniture ever. I opened up the box and it Has a 100 pieces to it. It was very difficult to assemble. I'm very good putting things together with no problems but this bed took me till 4 to 9 pm to put together, and I still have the molding to put around the edges of my bed... I was so frustrated with this purchase. I'm glad I didn't order the headboard to this bed.... The instructions didn't help any.... I was very disappointed... I will not purchase anything from Cymax again. Too difficult to assemble.

We recently received our desk. When we went to open the box and assemble it, we found a part was severely broken. We called your customer service number and the agent was very unhelpful, very unpleasant, and in my opinion very rude. His option given to me was not satisfactory, and was told, "That's not going to happen." I had to ask for his supervisor 3 times, before then being put on hold for over 20 minutes, then I hung up after a total of 53 minutes on phone wasted. I would hope someone calls me about this matter and makes it right. Right now my opinion of Cymax is at the bottom of the barrel.

Ordered for kitchen pantry. Most pantries have 4 even shelves. This cabinet has 4 shelves, but split down the middle so you can make 8 different height shelves, plus, you can add more if you're handy! Easy construction and it looks great with my oak cabinets! Very pleased.

At first, when I realized I placed two orders for the same products, immediately the order 'pending', was placed a cancel message. The return message was "We'll review your cancellation order and issue the cancellation in 2-3 days." I was a little apprehensive, so called Cymax and through the automated answers, I was satisfied, the duplicate order will be cancelled, and the Visa payment will be paid back within 7-10 days of cancellation.

Home Styles Madison Wood Top Prep and Serve Kitchen Cart in Black - I am very happy with this product. It is a great quality. Well worth the money. I really liked the way it was packed. There is no way there could have been any damaged made during the shipment. I ordered this product on Friday and received it by Tuesday and that was with no shipping charges. I will definitely recommend this company and will buy again from them.

Headboard - We were very happy it came so fast. Have not opened it yet as we will be moving next week. Very anxious though.

I purchased a loveseat on July 3rd accidentally - I wanted a sofa. When I noticed the mistake, I quickly cancelled my order three minutes later... Cymax charged my card immediately but there was nobody to talk to until the next Monday, when I was told the item might have been shipped. They gave me the runaround and three emails always stating another 5-7 business days are required to get my refund, it is out if their control... blah, blah, blah. I ended up disputing through my bank because they kept lying and lying and three weeks later still no money back. They hung up the phone on me. There is no supervisor or manager to talk to. When I posted comments on their Facebook site, they removed all of them and blocked me. Disgusting Canadian company. Americans, stop buying from them! I'm posting this message everywhere I can.

I am pleased overall with my recent experience. The item shipped on time and was delivered earlier than expected. There were two broken pieces when I opened the box but a quick call to customer service resulted in replacement parts shipped to me with no questions asked. The only drawbacks for me are the fit of some of the pieces and the packaging of the hardware. There are some pieces that don't fit perfectly tightly together - some adjustment may correct most of their issues. The hardware could have been packaged differently instead of everything thrown in together. All in all, the piece was a good value for the price.

Directions were a little difficult but overall satisfied with product.

I was not sure what to expect. I must say I love the headboard and it was very inexpensive.

I ordered 2 ladder bookshelves and love the look. I received my order quickly, 5 days. All required parts were there and product went together easily, although time consuming.

Ordered two swivel recliners that shipped faster than expected. Assembly was fairly easy except one of the brackets on one chair's back would not line up to accept the bolt. It looks like the bracket was welded a little out of spec. Anyway, after fighting with it and forcing it, I got the bolt to go into all the holes. I had to use a tool to help line up all the holes then hit the bolt head hard to force it through. This damaged the threads but the nut still went on. The recliner part on one of the chairs is difficult to operate. Chairs are obviously made in China as quality is marginal but the price of the chairs weren't bad. I wouldn't purchase anything else from this manufacturer.

My order was filled in a very timely manner and arrived within days of my order. I haven't opened all the packages yet, but all seems to be in order.

Bought 2 bookcases and when they were put together, we had open spaces at the mitered corners. One on each bookcase. Then we had a finish strip that had a crushed end on it and had to be resent and replaced. Travis was the contact for us and he was very kind and we made an agreement to keep the bookcases as is and was offered a partial refund.

I ordered and received a $99 bar stool. I didn't expect much, but I did expect it to work. I assembled it (easy), raised the chair to test the height adjustment, and it froze there. Can't lower it, can't use the chair. The chair is very low quality, and perhaps for the price that isn't surprising, but it should work. I am surprised Cymax would deal with it. It isn't feasible to return it because then I would have to pay shipping both ways - not financially feasible. I won't be dealing with Cymax again.

I found the platform bed I wanted on Cymax at a great price. It shipped right away and delivered in about a week. I haven't set the bed up yet but I expect it will be exactly as I expect. Very easy process.

I've shopping for a media/tv cabinet and came across your website and ordered my cabinet. The style was what I was looking for and the price was great.

Must say my first purchase was shipped two hours after being ordered. My second purchase was shipped next day after being ordered. The wife and me do a lot of online shopping and no other place has been this fast and efficient. Keep up the good work and I'm sure I will order here again.

I ordered a Walker Edison 70 inch entertainment center. Both Cymax and Walker Edison did not have any internal dimensions of the shelves. Since it was 70 inches in width and advertised as an Entertainment Center one would only conclude that standard size A/V components would fit in this unit. Even the instructions to build this unit (almost 3 hours) did not give measurements. Only after putting the unit was put together did I realize that only 2 of 8 shelves were wide enough to house standard size components. 99.9% of a/v components are 17.1 inches in width and if you have a center channel speaker then the ent center would not hold even the cable dvr let alone the other 5 components unless on their side then only 2 can fit. Cymax will not accept this return. Telephone hold times are in excess of 40 minutes to make matters worse. Cymax solution to this was for me to sell this unit on eBay in an effort to recover some money. Warning, don't do business here!!

I placed an order for what I thought was a corner tv stand based on an item number given to me by a sales consultant on the phone. When the item was delivered it was not the one that I wanted. I received a rectangular unit, not corner. Cymax would not accept responsibility for their error and deducted outgoing shipping, restocking fee and I had to pay return shipping. The cost to me was $170.00 on a $300.00 item. They were EXTREMELY difficult to contact and did nothing to make their error right. I have ordered many things online and mail order and have NEVER had such a poor experience. Buyer beware.

Excellent product. However, there was a large tear in the lamination on one of the pieces. However, because you provided a coloring pen, it saved us both a lot of heartburn. Three stars is because I do not like to receive furniture with tears in the laminate.

Company resolved my issues with this product. I was very surprised and pleased. This company is one of the rare companies that do care about their customers. Will purchase from again.

Cymax took a month to deliver a loft bed. They missed 2 delivery windows they established and ended up delivering almost 2 weeks from the original date it was promised to be delivered. We received an email stating the item had been shipped on June 9, we were given an expected delivery date of June 18th, the item was finally delivered on July 2.

I wish you had a less expensive way to assemble your products.

I am very satisfied with the price of the items ordered. They also shipped very quickly which was a huge plus. One concern is that the packing technique of the items was very, very poor. The file cabinet was in great shape, as was the 36" return. The desk, however, was delivered in one very large cardboard box. It had very little protection for the parts inside. There is a one inch chip on the top edge of the desk as well as a 3" piece of the edging that is sticking out. The largest part of the desk was delivered on a Saturday, when our office is closed, and was brought into the building by the driver. We did not expect it to arrive on a weekend and therefore people who were aware of the return policy (check it right away and send it back if damaged) were not on the premises.

I ordered a twin bed from cymax.com online and I canceled it 2 days after that. It was supposed the item come 24 or 25 but i canceled ordered in 22 of June and instead of accepting the cancellation, they send in 23 of June (1 or 2 days earlier). They shipped and when I did not accept the item, they just send me an email that they are going to refund just half of the amount which it was $107 to me and are going to take $53 for shipping and package. They are thief and one of my worst experience online. I leave negative feedback whenever I can for them to people know them and do not buy from them.

The furniture has always been a very nice quality and perfect for our needs. I have placed most of items in our office, which is a medical office with exam rooms and report of finding rooms. We had a wonderful experience with our order process. Most questions were answered online, but other questions were promptly and professionally answered by your telephone team. I like the option of buying a bedroom set or just individual pieces. We added an extra side bed table. The experience has been great and we are looking forward to receiving our order tomorrow.

Sauder 3-piece table set, Light oak. We order this set since we just downsized some furniture and needed a smaller coffee table in a light color. It was easy to assemble and looks great in our living room.

After remodeling basement bathroom, needed a small, white chest with a drawer and door to hold certain items. Saw the one I needed online at Cymax.com. It was recommended so I ordered. It was easy, item arrived ok and was easy to assemble. However, the item was slightly larger for the space than I thought so we found another use for it. It was a good value for the price.

I ordered a patio fire table on 5/30/14 and was told it would ship by 6/3 and arrive by 6/12. What a sham! It is now 6/24 and the item still hasn't shipped. I finally asked that the order be cancelled or I would likely have waited all summer for it to arrive. That is not the only thing I am frustrated with. I have spent hours on the phone on hold with the shipping company and with customer service representatives promising they would check the status of the order and then they never get back to me. Dealing with the company was a total waste of my time! Now I only hope they credit my account and I don't have to get my credit card company involved. Take my advice.... spend a little more if it is a good deal.... your sanity will be worth it!

I purchased a futon on June 4, 2014 with a mattress. The mattress came within ten days. The tracking number provided was with ups which was not a valid number. I called and was told I would be emailed. Called again and a rude operator informed me I wasn't getting it by ups, I was getting it by truck and it would be delivered with home direct. Home direct NEVER answers and if you do automated you get disconnected.... As far as I know it's in transit since June 11.....

I had been looking for a conference table for about a month - in brick and mortar stores, office furniture liquidators, and even Craigslist and couldn't find exactly what I wanted. As of 09/02/14 Cymax agreed to give me a total refund of the product I ordered, and I agreed to change the rating upon receipt of my complete refund. They reached out to me to make amends of my situation and for that I commend them on their efforts.

They incorrectly advertised the size of a table on their website. When I received the table, it was different than the measurements listed online. I requested a return and sent in all the picture proof as asked. No one will get back to me or give me an update and it has been three weeks. Terrible customer service when I didn't do anything wrong.

I love the headboard although it is not up yet because I am still waiting for a piece. Part of the headboard was damaged when it was delivered. They said 24 to 48 hours and that was last week. Not too happy with that.

Purchased this wall desk for my 7 yr old granddaughter. It's a beautiful piece easy to put together and attractive looking as well as very roomy.

Having searched extensively for a tall (over 30") corner TV stand, I was happy to find Cymax.com. Using the excellent information, reviews and pictures at their site, I was able to find a terrific deal on a "highboy" TV stand that, while not a true corner unit, would fit well in our corner. We received the item quickly and it was well packaged. There was good communication after our order including tracking information. I would absolutely recommend Cymax and intend to shop there for future furniture needs.

Pictures online represented the item well - no surprises when it arrived. This is not a $500 shelf/rack system... but for the price (under $100) the quality is nice and it looks good. It arrived in perfect condition, faster than promised. Good item for the $$!

Purchased a night stand from Cymax. When it arrived it was too red to match our existing night stand. I obtained the required code and address to return the product and on April 7 contacted Cymax to complain that I thought I was dealing with a Canadian company and should be able to return it to a Canadian address. The representative advised that I had to return it to the US address noted. I returned it that day at a cost of $189.19.

Word of advice- be clear what services you get with the delivery.

I purchased a small computer desk.

Wood was broken in two places - fixed by myself as the TV stand was far too heavy and cumbersome for me to ship back - packing was damaged.

I bought a bedroom set which include 2 night stand and a king size bed (total of $2500). After 3 weeks waiting, the carrier informed me they damage the headboard and need to replace, so they send to Cymax a replacement request. But after one month later, I didn't receive any update for the replacement part. So I call Cymax to get an update. Cymax told me they will send me an email within 24-48 hours. So I wait 48 hrs and I still didn't get any update. I called Cymax again. They told me another 48 hrs, so I wait for another 48 hrs. Guess what! Nothing again! I was calling Cymax twice a day. Finally after few 48 hrs that's like 2 months since I purchase their product, they told me the replacement is in backorder! So I ask for a discount!

Winsome Terrace 7 Piece Storage 3 Tier Shelf in Dark Espresso - Two shelf storage cabinet with 6 storage baskets. Using it to store my grand-daughters toys & clothes for when she visits my house. Arrived in very short amount of time. Like the color and ease of assembly.

I purchased a dresser and night stand for my 7 year old. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality. They are heavy duty with side rails so it is not sliding on the bottom of the drawer. I love the wood grain look also. It really looks good even up close. When my other son needs new furniture, I will definitely buy from Cymax again.

I bought a small round coffee table with glass top, and a side table that matched it. They are very nice, and really worth it for what they cost. It's true that specially the smaller one was a bit difficult to assemble, and the bigger one has a small nick on the surface, but not very noticeable. Like I said, for the money paid, the tables look great.

Winsome Genoa glass top coffee table, end table and occasional tables. Color is espresso. They are round tables and quite nice looking. They came well-packaged and right away. I am very pleased with the order and its completion.

An oak headboard requiring assembly. Ordering was easy and delivery was quick (about a week from submission of order). Item was complete and relatively easy to assemble. Looks great in my bedroom. Compared to the competition this headboard was very inexpensive and it looks terrific.

I ordered the tv stand not knowing what to expect, but I was very pleased! The item was easy to assemble with all the parts and necessary tools in tact. I love it!

This cabinet is serving as extra cupboard space for my larger kitchen appliances and cookware. It is very attractive and sturdy with plenty of room. It would also be a good sized pantry. It is extremely heavy which is indicative of the quality. However, as a woman in her 40s of normal strength, I had trouble moving it into my house from the front porch due to its size and weight. My handyman assembled it by himself in about 20 minutes but I would have needed a second person.

When I first went on to your website, there were some areas of confusion in order to get to where I needed to be in placing my order like repeating information several times. The product arrived sooner than expected which was great as it is a piece going in a nursery for my new grandbaby. My husband put it together with no problems. I did notice a small chip in the lower left corner which is almost covered up by the front plate. Don't know if this arrived that way or something my husband did during assembly. The product is sturdy and serves the purpose for which it was purchased.

The stools are great. For the price I was afraid they were going to be cheap and require assembly, but came ready to use straight out the box. Wood is solid and the swivel spins and spins.

I spent over $700 for my order. I received an email letting me know part of the shipment had been damaged and they were sending replacement items. The damaged item arrived and once we realized the poor quality of the material the decision was made to cancel the items that had not yet arrived. I contacted customer service and explained our decision. He ended with he was going to send a request for return. I questioned what he meant by "request" and told him the item was damaged and was being returned. The item was repacked and pick up was scheduled.

Their website claims it will be shipped within 3-5 days. It has been 9 (6 business days) and I have called twice and the order is still "in progress". They need to either ship it out in 3-5 days or contact the buyer and LET THEM KNOW. When I call, they have told me twice that it will be shipped and I should receive a tracking number via email. Nothing. I purchased a $650 desk so I expect it should be shipped in the timely manner advertised on their company website.

Ordered over $1300.00 of different products. First shipment was to include (4) different pieces only (2) arrived and both the completely wrong product. Called them - talked about it and was told to email a request in. Did that, no response - emailed several more times no response. Other (2) missing pieces never arrived along with (3) other pieces I ordered. Customer services is horrible, shipping practices unacceptable and no response has forced me to initiate a chargeback. This place needs to be investigated by someone - DON'T SHOP THERE!!

I placed an order on the Cymax website, March 11th 2014, purchasing a Homelegance Sparkle Tufted Upholstered Bed in white. I received an email from Cymax stating my order has shipped just a few days later, on March 19th 2014. I still haven't received my bed. I've called repeatedly to both Cymax & Home Direct USA (delivery company) and I'm being sent to voicemail. No one has returned any of my calls. It is now April 7th, 2014 and I'm still waiting.

I bought a TV stand from Cymax ($305); then I found at Meijer ($ 115). Even I send an email to cancel the order (6:09 am) 59 min after I placed the order (5:10 am), they ignore my email. They did not agree to match the price, but offer me 10% of the price. Even the box is not open yet they will charge me $120 if I decide to return it. The worst company I deal with ever. Before you buy anything from them, please check Meijer or other stores.

I purchased a jewelry armoire from Cymax, which was damaged when I received it. Cymax doesn't allow consumers to return items, even if they were damaged when you receive it. After several emails and lengthy phone calls, I was asked to send pictures of the damaged item. Once they finally responded to my emails, they informed me that it was MY responsibility to take the item to Goodwill or the Salvation Army and donate the item in their name, then prove that I had done that by faxing back the form to them.

I don't have a bad word to say. Shipping was prompt. Packaging protected every piece of the side board. The reviews I read stated that it would take time to assemble; they were right, but directions were clear and the finished piece is extremely attractive. I feel I got a "great bang for my buck".

This product is beautiful in the pictures and even more so in person. There are some nice touches that make it so unique like the color of the wood. It is also very sturdy.

I received my order much faster than I anticipated within a few days. The order arrived without any damage, and all parts were included. My only comment is that the assembly instructions are not really very clear, and it is very easy to use the wrong screws to put the items together, or put the screws into the wrong pre-drilled holes. I have assembled 6 other Bush products, so I am pretty familiar with how to do it, but I had to redo a couple of steps because the instructions were not that clear. Overall, I am a satisfied customer. But better assembly instructions will be greatly appreciated!

Sofa table was the perfect size to put under my new Plasma TV. Was packed well and delivered very quickly which was a big help.

I ordered a coffee table on February 17 and it was delivered on March 5. The box was completely torn up and just by opening the top of the box I could tell there was damage such that I could not use it. I notified the company and sent pictures. They offered me a 15% discount. I told them I didn't want a discount, that I wanted a replacement or for them to haul it out of here. They then ignored me until I talked to my credit card company about the process to reverse the charge. I emailed them that they needed to send me the RMA and had fifteen days to pick it up (there is something about 15 days according to the credit card company).

I bought the South Shore Sand Castle twin bed. It was shipped promptly and arrived in one box with all parts and instructions included. I easily assembled it on my own. It's a great bed for a child, because it's relatively low to the floor, but it's quite sturdy enough for an adult. I've slept in it also. The drawers are great for storing bedding and stuffed toys. I did need a replacement for one of the drawer knobs because the paint on one was a bit bumpy, and a call to customer service resulted in a replacement knob being sent to me quickly. The bed is sturdy and very attractive. I'm very pleased with this purchase, and would gladly shop Cymax again.

After purchasing some wardrobes sometime ago for a rental we didn't have to think about where we would go to purchase wardrobes again for another rental. From the website, customer service, delivery, quality, and follow-up, Cymax is the Best!

I ordered a bunk bed for my daughter (I spent over 2k). When the delivery came, the driver got stuck in my driveway for 2.5 hours. Apparently they could not tell the driveway curved. They gave up and put the bunk bed in my neighbors truck (long driveway) who delivered it to me. The stairs on the bunk bed was broken. I refused it immediately and the delivery company took it back. The bed base was forgotten and not with the order. I called and emailed Cymax and tried to resolve the issues. I was told I need the product number. There is no product number included in the materials that I have received.

Ordering was very easy. The bookcases shipped and arrived in a timely matter. There was no damage as the products were expertly packaged. The bookcases were just as pictured online, there were no surprises.

Filing cabinet was chosen to match desk we previously bought. I personally bought a disk and filing cabinet from Bush and have been extremely happy.

Ordered computer desk. Came in 2 different colors. Said they were shipping new parts. Second box came missing same parts. Additional cost to me to have parts fabricated and painted by contractor $203. In dispute with credit card co. Hoping to at least get back $50 for wood and oil stain. Never again.

The representative that took my order was very helpful. I received notification on the status of shipping; however, I was notified late about the delivery so my package was left outside. The email indicated it should be in the following day but it was early. Overall quality is great, it's sturdy and I absolutely love my bedroom set!
