Ordered the nachos and quesadilla both in a meal. The Nachos and the chips were that salty we could not get through the meal + was that soggy it looked like it had been soaked in water. Very Disappointing.

No mild sauce. 1 of 2 tacos was like someone dropped it in water and it fell apart in the bag, Beef Burrito Supreme had no beef in it and receipt verified it was a beef burrito, 3 packs of sauce for the above plus a Taco bowel when I made sure I asked to get enough. Only reason for going because the wife wanted a Taco salad which they no longer have. I've had some bad fast food experiences but this was ridiculous, it was like they were saying, "Don't come back, ever."

My wife and I went for a ride to the Taco Bell in Ridge New York. We had 4 hard tacos, some chipotle burrito, 2 chicken burritos and 2 supreme sandwich looking things, they were round cost about seven bucks each and were as light as a feather. I had these things before and they were filled but not this time. The chicken burritos had no chicken, it must have walked thru the burrito. The taste was so far off and to think we drove out to Ridge just to avoid the Taco Bell in our hometown and were rewarded with another awful Taco Bell experience. Taco Bell I'm done, you obviously don't care what your customers get for their money.

I thought I would give Taco Bell's new chicken taco sandwich a try. Other than tasting good it has to be the absolute smallest, most miniature, most pitifully small fast food item I've ever had my life. For almost a $1.50 is an absolute joke. The woman from the '80s that used to say where's the beef will look at this ridiculously small food item and be rolling around in her grave, Taco Bell must have all of a sudden invented the world's smallest chicken strip to put in their pita bread. I had a cup of them where they were so small. The chicken was not a strip. It was the size of a chicken nugget. It definitely is not a meal. It's more an older or a very small snack in the '80s.
I thought Happy meals were portions small for children. This chicken sandwich Taco is about the size of a small plastic toy that used to be in the classic Happy meals. Other than tasting good it has absolutely not much going for it. Burger King you can get eight chicken nuggets for 1.49 which is about 7 nuggets more than some of the incredibly puny downright tiny single chicken strip that's in some of the so-called chicken taco sandwiches. This thing is so smalllllll I would maybe consider it portion size for a 4-6 year old child. Definitely not for a teenager or an adult.

It was 70 dollars for 24 supreme tocos. $18.00 for sour cream and $12.00 for tomatoes and that was not extra. Last time for me. Should have ordered the plain ones. Just meat and lettuce. I know I will not be going back.

The girl working drive thru was very nice but Taco Bell's corporation apparently don't know what they are doing. The few good things they had they took and then they bring a few things back for a month here and there and then take it back off. Super annoying as you never know what you are able to get. We definitely won't be returning for that reason and for the fact the lady at the window was horrible! If I could give negative stars I would.

I believe the Franchise leaders cannot make up their mind. Their menu changes so much and so fast it is unreal. I used to get the fiesta potatoes. They discontinued them. They started the loaded nacho box and discontinued it. Then the loaded Fritos nacho fries and discontinued them. Now the fiesta potatoes are back. Seriously, you order something one time, like it, and go back to order it and it is discontinued.

I have eaten at Taco Bell since they opened their first stores. I keep coming back for their menu. My experience today was good but the Crunchwrap was 3" in diameter with the same $3.29 price. The crunchwrap used to be 5" in diameter. The excuse I heard was that they use a smaller tortilla. Bad excuse because the overlap of the tortilla was still over half the size of the wrap. Very little ingredients is the result. Okay, so inflation, rising prices, etc is causing changes in product size. That has been going on for 40 years. But this is poor. I won't be buying this expensive tortilla item with very little food in it. Definitely zero value in it. This too bad because I like the restaurant. They should be more customer oriented and provide a better product. A high profit percentage is not important when you have so much volume of sales. I like the food, get back to giving value to your customers.

Ordered for delivery. Three taco supreme, crunchy. They were hardly like the supreme I remember. Only lettuce, no tomatoes, a small dab of sour cream but the worst part was the shell that was hardly crunchy. It was soggy and fell apart as I grabbed it with the inside falling out. Plenty of sauce, though. I ordered an extra one plus two of the cinnamon goodies. $19+ that is a lot to pay for such poor quality food. I will never again order from Taco Bell. I give it a two as the delivery by Doordash was on time. Zero stars for the food.

I would give this no star if possible. My sister was at Taco Bell tonight, while I was on the phone with her the entire time, to pick up some food for her and her children. They had her pull up and wait for over 13 minutes until she decided to go back through the drive-thru to get her money back. She told them over the speaker that she had been waiting for 13+ minutes and wanted her money back. No apology. When she gets to the window still no apology. When she asks for the manager, there is constant slamming of the window.
When she asked the manager's name because he's being rude, he threatens to call the cops, slams the window in her face, states that her license plate is on camera, slams the window in her face again, and then proceeds to call the police. My sister was nothing but respectful and polite the entire time. She was able to pull off to the side before he caused her to have a panic attack, she began to break down crying, was rendered motionless, blood pressure spiked and had her poor children panicking in the back seat. By this time, they were so busy that cars were wrapped around the parking lot.
Instead of tending to their customers, they repeatedly kept coming out to my sister's car harassing and threatening her because she was in the parking lot. She couldn't even move. When I called to get corporate's number (with nothing but respect) they hung up on me as soon I asked. Nobody should go here unless you want to wait for hours on your food at a fast-food restaurant and have the cops called on you. If you're ** you might not make it out alive. I can only imagine the traumatization that my sister and my nieces and nephew experienced and the psychological assistance that they will now need because of this experience at Taco Bell.

I order my meal on the Taco Bell app for 'now'. After confirming my order and paying, the app told me to proceed to the location to pick up my order. When I arrived at the drive-thru, a rude individual stated that they were closed. I explained that I have already ordered my food and paid for it on the app. The same person responded, "We closed!" Another person (I am assuming a manager) told me that they had large orders and are not taking any more for a while. Again, I told this person that I have already placed the order and asked if I could wait. She responded yes and asked me the color and make of my vehicle. I waited in the parking lot, watching several other vehicles go in the drive-thru only to leave without service.
20 minutes later, I noticed vehicles were now being served. I immediately called the restaurant and explained that I have been waiting in the parking lot. The manager apologized and told me to go through the drive-thru. At this time, I was the 5th vehicle in line. Finally... after getting my food, I left and brought my food home, only to find there were NO sauces that were requested and no napkins, and on top of it all, the food was COLD! This was the worst service that I have ever experienced at Taco Bell... and this is the newest one in North Charleston. I sure would like some feedback about this concern/complaint.

After that, my body could not produce a single shred of debris, I could eliminate the Enemy within me. The police and paramedics arrived to observe me in an utterly disembodied state. My humiliation senses severed my dignity and integrity. This experience caused me to become severely mentally and emotionally impaired, my IQ decreased by 37% which has left me with little will to live. GOD cannot help me now, as much as I wish HE could. This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks this has happened. They have installed ordering Kiosks and they are so horrible that I refuse to input ever again. I stood at the counter and made eye contact with 4 different people, 7 employees standing there and refused to acknowledge I was there and after 10 minutes and 30 seconds (yes, I timed it yesterday), I walked out of the Franklin Massachusetts.
I enjoy Taco Bell's food but the lack of service and the attempt to FORCE me to use their KIOSK is not going to happen. I normally go to Taco Bell 4 times a week and spend $10 a visit, (I like to add Sour Cream to my orders that does not work on the KIOSK.) $40 a week or approximately $2,000 a year. This is going to be a LOSS and when I take my employees out this number could be tripled ($6,000 annually)... I has visited the Taco Bell off the 1000 block of West Broad Street on about four cases in the past week. The manager stated to me she has no time to argue with me even though I wasn’t arguing. She is very rude. She would not give me her name. As a business owner myself this is unacceptable and I would like to know how many other managers in the Taco Bell corporation cannot purchase inventory. Not only has she told me now four different times in about two weeks maybe more that she cannot get nacho cheese fries because she is out but she has another store bringing them to her. That is a obvious. Why? Because it has going on now for at least three times in the past week at minimum.
I can’t remember exactly right now going to the other Taco Bell down the road and Centerville to see if they have cheese fries and to inquire about the problem but she is very rude, told me she did not have time to talk to me about it, no cars were in line, clearly I know why. This is very upsetting and I just wanted to let the owners and people who care about their business, Taco Bell, to understand this won’t cut it in this part of town, I would hope they want to make sure the fast food service doesn’t go under! I wanted to make sure they know about this problem! She clearly is not waiting on cheese fry deliveries from another location?!
This her duty to make sure her inventory is properly adjusted to the sales. If she can’t do simple math she should not be a manager. I don’t have a name. She would not give it but the bottom line is it is really bothersome. Update. Once I arrive to the other Taco Bell that’s approximately 3 miles down the road in Centerville. They did have the cheese fries, not only that, they had sealed containers, everything was handed out properly like it should be during a Covid pandemic and numbers are climbing without proper vaccinations being given out!? I would love to know if anybody else has had these experiences with their locations. This is probably one of the worst Taco Bells I have ever been through. I could go on with mouse and mouse of complaints but there’s no need.
I’m sure everybody in this area hates going there. The only people that will go there are people that are too intoxicated at 2 am to know what’s going on. It’s a shame. This is such a great area and so much room for growth in a company that we are such a poor business right in the center of the most booming area there is. It really is confusing to me why you would put some of the worst employees at a certain location. They can’t even do a job as simple as ordering the right amount of cheese fries and then come up with the same excuse numerous times over and over within the same week. Well I guess she’s waiting on the same delivery she was waiting on from four days ago and then the week before that.
Clearly they don’t want to sell cheese fries. I don’t understand. That’s probably one of the easiest things to sell. That’s the only thing I even purchase at Taco Bell due to all of the other issues I’ve had in the past. I really hope things get better and I just want to make sure the upper management knows. Nobody wants to wait in line and then get Boston for up to 20 minutes because they don’t have product that they say they carry. If you don’t have it make sure you have a sign at least stating so so that I don’t waste my time waiting in a drive-through that I can’t get out of.
You have now officially wasted three hours of my week playing around with Taco Bell driving back-and-forth to different stores not to mention very very poor and rude management. I really hope somebody can read this and make amends and fix this location before it is no longer a location at all. Happy New Year’s and I would love to see a better Taco Bell one of these years. I have lived in this area now for 24 years since I have grown up in this part of town. That has been the worst restaurant in the business by far and I work all over to Maryland and back all the way down to North Carolina and South Carolina and it is the most rudest management ever.
I will make sure to file a formal complaint when I have a moment. I’m not wasting anymore time with Taco Bell at the moment. I won’t be visiting that location anymore and I will follow up with further reviews on other websites as well like Yelp and also Google. I really hope something changes because if it doesn’t they will be shutting the doors there soon. I can promise you that.

I can literally pinch the tacos completely closed with barely any pressure.
They look extremely unappetizing and look like something that someone dug out of the trash, and look like they should cost 1 cent. It is bewildering to me that this company is as successful as it is when they prepare "food" like this. So, today I went to Taco Bell to get some tostadas for my wife only to be told that they no longer sell Tostadas. I came in at 10:38 am to get power bowl. The manager lady made me wait until she was done helping other staff. When she finally came to me, she didn't ask, "How can I help you." She just said "we only have breakfast". I said "lunch starts at 10:00." She said, "It's not ready, I have to temp it." I said, "Well this is really inconvenient, I'm on my way to work." She didn't apologise not once but said again "it's not ready, have a nice day" and walked away, turning her back on me.
She was so rude to me in front of her employees. She not only embarrassed me but herself as well. Not a good way to show staff how to treat paying customers. I tried to call the customer service and it kept me on hold, they never answered so I tried to go to the site where we could give feedback. It would not accept my address so I couldn't even leave feedback. I've gone to Taco bell since I've been 14 years old and I'm now 55. Let me start off by saying I NEVER make reviews but I felt this particular experience was horrific. I go to this Taco Bell on Canton Rd once maybe twice a week for lunch. 2 years ago it was the WORST service ever. Always had to check my bag before leaving and it was guaranteed to be wrong. I love Taco Bell. It’s close to my job so I’ll deal with it. Over the past 2 years this Taco Bell has dramatically done a 180 to the point that I don’t worry too much about checking my bag anymore. Well today put an end to me going to this Taco Bell.
First I get there and there’s about 5-6 cars in front of me. Typical. I pull up to the speaker to order my food and they ask me to hold. Typical again! But what I didn’t expect was a 5-7 minute hold time without coming back to the speaker, EVERYBODY clearing out in front of me, everybody clearing out behind me due to the wait and so I ask “excuse me when will I be able to place my order?” A moment later I hear a voice boom over the speaker ”we’re having some problems right now. Give us another minute or so.” My response “well I’ve already been here 5 already. Do you know how much longer it will be?” “Ma’am we’re having issues. Give us another minute.” A minute or two passes and at this point yes I’m already frustrated from waiting and being spoken to rudely.
I then again ask “do you know how much longer it’s going to be, I’m on my lunch break?” “IT WILL BE ABOUT 30 MORE SECONDS MAAM. PLEASE.” So I pull up to the window to speak to a manager all to find out the person who has been speaking to me the entire time IS THE GENERAL MANAGER?!? After going back and forth about if she thought that was okay to speak to me like that and me trying to explain how long I had been waiting while being over talked, I ended up driving off and going to Taco Bell on Roswell Road about 10 minutes away from the Canton RD one (and also being extremely late back to work).
I find out after speaking with an amazing manager on Roswell Road that Canton RD is a corporation and I would need to speak with corporate but she didn’t appreciate that treatment at all and at least offered her condolences. The Roswell RD Taco Bell has always been my go to if I’m not at work and now I see why. I am extremely upset and dissatisfied by the treatment I received at the Canton Road location. I understand things happen and people get agitated especially when things are not going their way at work but I would expect this from a regular employee who just comes in for their shift and leaves. NOT a general manager. I will now take the extra 3 minute drive one way to be treated at least like a human being with feelings than to ever return to Canton Road Taco Bell.

Taco Bell used to be a good place to eat...40 years ago. Once you find a menu item you like they get rid of it and replace it with crap. I used to love the Bell Beefer until it got the ax. Now there are no more Gorditas, XXL Burritos or Taco Salads. What they do sell is overpriced and not that good. They just heat up prepackaged ingredients and put it on a different shell. Also, they still have the dining rooms closed but the speed of service is no better. When picking up the food in the drive-thru it is cold by the time you get home. In fact, it is worse! I have tried to give them a chance every now and then but they seem to strive to hit the lowest mark in service and quality of food. We are lucky we have great options instead of Taco Bell like Del Taco. It is a further drive, but worth it!

We have stopped at the Trinidad, Colorado TB/KFC 2 times in the past month. The first time we were in line in our car for over 35 minutes and there were only 5 cars in front of us? We decided that was a fluke and since choices are limited in Trinidad we decided to give them another try today. Over 40 minutes in our car in line and no way to escape. It took them a minimum of 5 minutes per car and when we finally got to the window we waited over 2 minutes for someone to come to the window? When she finally came to take our money I asked her if our food was still warm. Since we had waited over 30 minutes after ordering and there were 7 bags of food sitting by the window waiting to be given to the people behind me. She shrugged her shoulders and said something to the effect that she was really tired? Of course the food was cold and dry and should have been returned, but I was so mad at that point that it could not have been a good conversation...
I will never stop at the Trinidad TB/KFC again. TB/KFC has been a go/to for us when we travel because of consistently good food and fast service. If Denise at the TB in Live Oak, Florida ever stopped by this store she would have a heart attack because of the poor service. And they did not offer dine-in so inside traffic was not the problem. The Live Oak, Florida TB is a great store and I highly recommend it. The Trinidad, Colorado TB/KFC, would be a big Heck NO if anyone asks me, I will never stop there again.

Honestly now, you take the product home, such as a mexi pizza and they skimp on things like chopped tomatoes. And they skimp on shredded cheese. Taco Bell is lucky that regional chains like Del Taco in California have taco meat that's not as tasty as the "Bells" is. Or as authentic as Taco Cabana in New Mexico. So come on Taco Bell! I use the drive-thru at Taco Bell frequently. Pros: Good food, fresh-tasting, varied menu selection, good prices, usually do not have to wait very long. Service is usually okay. Cons: Sometimes when I smile and say "Thanks!" after receiving my order, the employee does not respond with a "Thank-you", or even, "You're Welcome." (Who raised these kids?) Cons: Too often leave out an ordered (and paid for) item; discontinued my 2 favorites (enchirito and beefy baja chalupa.)

Prices have gone up significantly, but we do have the highest minimum wage in the country. Used to be able to dig the change out of the couch and get a meal at TB. The quality is stayed the same and customer service is usually on spot. If you make a complaint to cooperate, they listen. I had to do this a couple years ago. They listened and got back to me too. My son lives in Australia and was excited to see a TB there, but disappointed when the food was not the same quality or taste. May want to keep it uniform, when people travel they expect the same.

Taco bell has food I like. They have enough variations to satisfy most appetites. On multiple occasions I felt the service was pretty good but not perfect. On one occasion it took over 7 minutes to get my food out. There wasn't a long line either. The quality of the food was good and hot, as it should be. The food is a good value as you can select from a few different menus having cheap to moderately priced on-trays.. The meal boxes when they have them are a great value too offering enough food for a hungry eater. They vary these boxes almost weekly so you can try different things each time you visit. Overall Taco bell deserves 4 out of 5 stars in each category.

Oh. My. Word. Here is what happened Sunday at Taco Bell. I am almost 100% deaf without my hearing aids. Well, even though I can technically "hear" with them there are some situations in which I need to read lips, such as at fast food drive through windows. I pulled up to place my order and the dude was talking so low and fast I could not understand what he was saying. I told him I was hearing impaired and would need to pull around to the window to order. He raised his voice and started telling me to order there. That he could hear me.
I drove on around to the window, ignoring him. There were two cars in front of me. I watched the worker take 5 good minutes to hand the first car one tiny bag after she had tried to give her the folks in line behind her their drinks. When I got to the window and told her I needed to order there because I was hearing impaired she said she couldn't take my order! I said, "That is BS. Get me a manager." Some manager she was. Grungy old woman. Filthy with a sour face.
I asked, "So you don't serve deaf folks here I understand?" She said, "If you are deaf, how are you talking???" I honestly pulled out my hearing aids and showed them to her. I told her I have to read lips sometimes. She ignored me, said she could take my order but we would have to pull over and wait for it. Got a small order 10 minutes later. Suddenly, the combo I got was changed to chicken and substituting for beef did NOT lower the price to what it was before the change. It used to be that beef was the base cost and chicken was more expensive.
I am NOT okay with the more expensive product being the base cost where substituting for the cheaper protein does not lower the price. Not to mention they suddenly discontinued one of the items I had been getting for years along with my combo. I get items cycle through, but I thought that was for more seasonal things and not a staple item they've had on their menu for years. I'm referring to the Taco Bell on Bayless Ave. here in St. Louis, Mo. First off, my 10 yr. old granddaughter LOVES Taco Bell and eats there at least 5 times per week. REALLY! First, this Taco Bell store is very slow. Drive thru seems to be the way to go if you want to be waited on and get your food in a timely manner because inside customers stand in line 20 mins. to be waited on. I myself have witnessed 9 customers at one time walking out because they didn't get waited on in and had to go back to work.
Why I keep going back to this particular location is because it's close. Not because of the friendly staff because that is not the case here. One of the managers named Olivia has got to be the rudest manager? I have ever encountered anywhere. If there is a problem with your food and Olivia is working, don't expect a replacement or your money back because she sees nothing wrong an order presented to her and will not replace or refund your money without an argument and will talk loud about you in front of the many customers waiting for food. She had my 10 yr. old granddaughter in tears by talking to her like she was a nobody over them adding lettuce to her food. The receipt stated "NO lettuce" because she is allergic and vomited at the table after biting in to her order.
It didn't matter to Olivia. She dug her hands through the food and said "It only has a few pieces in it and we can't pick it all out". Well, actually, it should not have had ANY just the way it was ordered due to allergy to lettuce. Then she tells my granddaughter to "Throw it away!!" We stand there waiting thinking they are making her a new one? Nope!! And 15 mins. later still nothing. We then ask the cashier for a refund. She said she had to ask Olivia and never came back to the counter. Another cashier took her place. We left that day with my granddaughter not having gotten her food corrected or our money back. We had a few customers come up to us stating this manager? Olivia is a very rude person and has talked to them in the same manner.
My granddaughter cried and cried over this experience. I guess it's time to find another place to spend my money. This Taco Bell is within 3 minutes of us and my granddaughter's favorite food. We shouldn't have to go anywhere else but the attitude of this so called Manager? Olivia is just not acceptable and no customer should have to put up with her going off on them over her mistake and ramble on about a paying customer to the workers so that everyone in the restaurant can hear. I'm thoroughly disgusted with her "Don't Give A Damn" about the customer attitude. I did call customer service abt. her and was sent a coupon for two free items.
Well, when we went to get this food, guess who was working? Olivia. And guess what?? She went off on my granddaughter again for having the coupon for a free replacement of the food she didn't receive last visit and had her crying again! Olivia, I hope you see this and just know that I will call in a complaint every time you confront my 10 yr. old granddaughter with your daily attitude toward her AND the public in general. Go ahead, roll your eyes like you do when someone brings an order to your attention. That isn't right.

Who's the corporate mastermind that made changes to the Taco Bell fast food? To start with Taco salads use to have meat in them and they tasted like their claim to fame "taco" seasoning (cumin). My Fiesta Taco Salad had no meat and no flavor, but lots of filler (rice & beans). There was no flavor in the supposedly shredded chicken burrito I purchased. There was lots of rice and beans (filler) and maybe a tablespoon of chicken. In my opinion they need to get rid of the rice. No amount of their 'sauces' is going to make a difference. Go back to the Taco Bell food before the current management took over as the current products they are serving is of low quality. I'm never going back - it's disgusting. I don't know if Taco Bell cares about the customer and selling a better product, but if the poor quality food continues, they may go out of business.

Requesting phone call from Management...Horrible experience consisting of quality of food, mistakes with order, missing item, etc... Meximelt missing. Ordered a burrito requesting no rice, add potatoes ($0.50 upcharge) and the burrito was served with rice and no potatoes added. Two spicy potato tacos ordered, no spicy sauce on both tacos. Mexican Pizza made incorrectly with no lettuce, very little tomatoes, and the shells were very soft and wet with grease. Ordered Spicy Rattlesnake Nacho Fries, restaurant out of fries. Ordered Nachos Bell Grande, restaurant out of chips.
Ordered the blue Doritos hard taco, restaurant only had nacho (red) Doritos shells. Employee at register mistakenly pressed in $40 when I paid with a gift credit card (balance on gift card was $4.00) and when Manager was finally able to come up front, she advised gift cards cannot be refunded and gave instruction to employee that took almost 10 minutes to correct the issue (while prepared food sat off to the side). All food was room temperature when eaten (apparently from sitting while employee worked out issue with register). All tortillas were "very" greasy. Unacceptable!

After to going to Taco Bell's in both Canada and The USA recently, I have noticed their recipe flavor for the meat has changed for the WORSE. I have been going to Taco Bell since 1972 and will never go to another as long as I live. I did some research online and found others have noticed this overpowering onion flavor change in Taco Bell's meat recipe, which used to be good...not anymore. It sucks big time. Not sure why they changed a good thing, but must be for cost reasons, and as such Taco Bell will never cost me a dime again cause I will never eat there again.

I all the time see sauces such as mild, fire, and hot but there is never a Diablo sold in bottles at retailers such as Walmart and other stores. Sure it may not be for everyone but for the ones that love and prefer that hot and spicy feeling from a good hot sauce I believe they need to look into selling the Diablo sauce on shelves with all the other sauces.

Over the last few years, Taco Bell food offerings have really gone downhill. I started eating at Taco Bell in 1972, used to ride my bicycle to our local Taco Bell for my .25 taco and burrito. Today, 2/28/2019, the Connersville, IN Taco Bell I purchased a Taco Salad. They didn't have the chicken taco salad anymore. This Taco Salad was such poor quality than the previous Chicken Taco Salad. Almost no lettuce, soggy meat, and smaller taco shell. Will never purchase one of these again. Additionally, I can no longer order a beef enchirito. Taco Bell corporate really needs to hire people that care about customers and the company. Big disappointment.

With Taco Bell it's 50/50. You don't always get 100% great service and food. But for the price and services they provide it's pretty good. Everyone still loves going there. Taco Bell is still in my top 5 fast food places to go.

Used the drive thru. There were a couple cars in front of me which was no problem. It was moving along until it the car in front of me got stuck at the menu for an extended period of time, when they left and I got to the menu to order the woman taking orders asked me to please hold for a moment. No problem! Then I sat there... and sat there.
Then all of a sudden I hear very loud elevated talking coming from the sidewalk right by the drive thru line. It was 3 of your employees. One was clearly suppose to be taking orders at the window and 2 other employees. The one employee was apparently reacting like a child when she got scolded to do her job instead of standing around and talking. This was ridiculous for me to have to sit there forever and listen to your employees fight out in the parking lot right next to a huge line of cars that had built up behind me and several people had their windows down... totally unprofessional. What made it worse is it took forever for someone to actually take my order. By the time I got my food it was cold, I ordered a Dr. P and got a root beer and I asked for hot sauce 2x and still didn't get it. No napkins. :( Probably won't be going back anytime soon.

Today I went to Pleasantville Taco Bell and ordered supreme chalupa and a $5 chalupa cravings box. The supreme chalupa’s filling was very little. I mean I paid $3 for the chalupa and what I get is a chalupa with no filling. This was not the first time this had happened to me. They don’t fill the order properly. Very disappointing and waste of my money.

In January I ordered take out at the counter. I ordered all of my various food items with no cheese as I can't eat cheese. Everything but the 6 bean burritos was correct. However the 6 bean burritos had cheese on them. I called within 15 minutes and told them. The man I spoke with said he'd put it in their "book". I asked if I needed to save the receipt and he said I didn't. I saved it anyway. I thought I remembered his name as Jose or Jesus.
Well fast forward a month I go in to order those plus some other items and the (manager?) Edgar/Edger told me it wasn't in the "book". I saw him go to a computer not a book. He proceeded to become extremely rude and acted as if I was lying. He offered 50% off the bean burritos. Well since 100% of them went in the trash I don't find that an acceptable solution. I decided to just leave and call corporate. When I asked for my receipt back he threw it at me. I asked his name he told me; then snidely said Jose. I was in no way trying to generalize by using the name Jose that's what I remembered it to be. Something with a J anyway. This man has no business working with the public. I will not go to this location ever again even though it's closest to my house. It's not my fault they made the food incorrectly nor that they didn't write this in the "book". No one deserves to be treated as I was treated.

Ordered online then received a confirmation text. Next I received a text telling me my order was ready to be picked up. Proceeded to Taco Bell on Canton Rd. in Springfield township near Akron, Ohio and was told they never received my order. I showed the employee my order info on my phone with the right address of the Taco Bell. I was denied my order and told to call corporate. Refunded a week later, no apology, did not try and make up for their mistake in any way. This was just the latest incident of many for me at this incompetent franchise. Never again!
