I placed an online order. I proceeded to the store to pick up my order. When I arrived they said that they did not receive any online orders. I then placed the same order at the store. When I got back home I checked my computer and it showed that the order had been placed and it was in the process of being prepared. I called the store and they told me that I would have to call the corporate office to get this taken care of. When I called the corporate office the next day, I was told that I would have to wait 3 to 4 day for the order to fall off their system. They would refund the charge after that. Taco Bell needs to get a better program to handle their online orders. It makes no sense that the store cannot bring up the order and it is held in limbo for several days.

Restaurant at Will Clayton with Atascocita Rd, Houston-Tx. It's the third time that I order a beef number 6, supreme, to get home and find beef only on the tips of my chalupas. Very disappointed. Very. 7 dollars for a bread with salad. They already know that hardly someone gonna get home this late, tired from a long day at work, and go back there just to complain, nobody got time for that. So they take advantage of this fact and keep on doing it with the customers. It was not a mistake. 3 times with the same customer. It's not a mistake. They ended up ruining my night. First the third time.

Where is the beef? I can't believe the amount of meat I've gotten in my tacos, burritos, Gordita, Chalupa... etc. Last four times my orders had hardly no meat, it looked like the meat was cut in half. They reduced the meat in all their items. All of my friends told me they stopped going there because of the same reason. I used to love TB.

Taco Bell on Lake St Aurora IL 60506 - This manager is way far from being a nice manager. She’s rude, disrespectful and really careless about customer. I explain my food wasn’t all I ordered. She didn’t even care. She turned around and left me there. I talked to a different person and they told me. "Sorry she’s the manager." I walk into the restroom and it wasn’t paper towel in it. I told them I needed to speak with the manager. She was doing food without gloves so I noticed she had a long fake nails. It let me thinking if she was the manager and she’s doing this what the rest of the team member is doing. They don’t care even a little. There’s another person there. Carmen I believe. She goes in front of other people’s order and gave free food to others. I think this is not fair. I have been there for a long time when Diego was Manager. I hope he could be in charge again. Poor people that goes eat there like me hope the best for the owner.

You can no longer order a BEEF BURRITO from TACO BELL. You have to order a BEAN BURRITO with no BEAN, For the price of a BEAN BURRITO, then add the beef for an extra cost! Now doesn't that sound like a ripoff. How long did it take them to come up with this scheme? No longer selling the BEEF BURRITO!

Taco bell. 2nd day in a row. This place is a joke. I use to work here. I know how it goes. Yesterday I went through taco bell night time. Ordered a 2 of the new 5 dollar boxes. No tomato on one of the boxes, triple layer nachos no red sauce, and a $1 burrito. Tomatoes of course on one of the boxes. Normal didn't complain. Taco bell had ** up and put tomatoes on my Mexican pizza while I was an employee there. Tonight I went there and ordered one $5 box and a triple layer nacho. For one when ordered I asked for the triple layer nachos the red sauce to be on the side just in a cup and I was CHARGED for a side of red sauce? The hell? It's one push of red sauce. You don't charge a customer for something that is on the item that they want on the side.

At least not when I worked there. You put one pump of red sauce in the container or whatever they're asking on the side that they just don't want on the item. Bam done. Customer satisfied. Anyways I just ended up getting red sauce on my nachos. The $5 box is what I'm enraged about. They gave me a REGULAR FRICKEN CHALUPA. Taco Bell you're crazy. Also my cinnamon twist had I 5 in the bag! I have photos! This time no tomatoes! But they sure as hell enjoyed giving me less of what I paid for and the wrong items. I called. I was asked to bring the food back up there. Not in the ways of being able to do that tonight.

I told the "manager" when she first answered that I did not have a way up there tonight. I was thinking like normal taco bell would say just come in tomorrow and we will replace that for you. When I come to places I expect to get my ** right. Not have to travel back to a place that I used to work at that cant even get my own order right. Also I know you guys have someone fill your twists. Clearly someone isn't doing their job right. Always whoever was in line and gave me a regular CHALUPA. Instead of the double. Congrats. You made your rates go down. I made them go up all the time when I worked there. Haha. Congrats on getting no tomatoes on there though. Thanks for the ** service.

I visited our local Taco Bell in Fairborn, Ohio on East Dayton Yellow Springs Rd. 12-6-18. My two boys, my husband and myself ordered our food and we usually get the same things but this time our order was more than usual. After we got our food (we ate inside) we noticed they charged us for an extra combo meal because we had an extra one. So I went to return and refund and after waiting 15 mins because the cashier was in the back. She was the only female working I believe her name was Danielle. I explained what happened and she grabbed my receipt out of my hand and just walked away.

Her manager came back out and I explained what happened again and he was willing to do the refund but he had to do it out of his own pocket?? He then tried to ask other employees how much money they had so it could be exact change. I couldn't believe it. I told them never mind and kept the extra combo. Is there no way to do a refund through the register?? And the cashier stayed in the back the whole time. Other customers were waiting too.

Following are some experiences I have had at the stores in Tyler, Texas. At one Taco Bell, I took my order back to the counter because it was wrong. I never got it back, and left having paid for a combo meal and not receiving it. Everyone just pretended to ignore me, and since I am not the type to make a scene, I just left. In another store, a woman took my order and refused to give me my total. Just. Flat. Refused. I asked three times. She finally said: "I will give you your total when you give me your name." I gave my name, and she turned and bolted back to the kitchen--without quoting my total.

I was a frequent customer (a professional person) and was always friendly--and this is how I was treated. For excellent service and food every time, go to nearby Burger King--a couple of hundred feet away (where my co-workers and I now go for lunch instead of Taco Bell.) PS: I am a teacher, and a student came into my office Monday and offered the reason for her absence the week before-- she had gotten sick eating at Taco Bell...

I have ordered 8 items in drive through. Once I reach home, I realized 2 Cheesy Fiesta Potato Bowls missing in the packet. We got only 6 items instead of 8 items ordered. I called in the restaurant (as it is 6 miles away from my home) and requested if they can refund the money for those 2 items. They said they cannot refund the money over the phone. My family and I were so hungry and it was already 9:00 PM by the time I had phone call with the manager (Brian). I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant and requested for the refund of whole order ($14.03) instead of just those 2 items ($2.98).

Manager did not accept my request. Rather he argued with me why he would refund the whole money. I said, "It is your mistake, and because of your mistake, I wasted my gas to drive back and forth (12 miles), my time, and the inconvenience caused to me. As a courtesy, I am requesting you to refund the total amount of the order instead of just missing items." He did not agree to refund back the money, he is rude and argued with me instead. This never happened to me and I am totally dissatisfied with the service he provided. Felt like never go to Taco Bell again.

On September 17th, I underwent a surgical procedure on my left leg. Afterwards, despite the pain, my wife, granddaughter and I decided to go through the Taco Bell drive-thru (store 023774). My granddaughter ordered a Triple Double Crunchwrap Box to share with my wife. I ordered two Beefy Nacho Grillers. The girl taking the order said "What are those? I never heard of that." I explained that it was simply a burrito filled with seasoned beef, nacho cheese and red strips. She said "We don't have those."

First off, she sounded like she was distracted and that I was an interruption. (Perhaps it was close to the end of her shift. It was almost 4 pm.). Second, this item is listed online and for the particular restaurant we went to (2011 Airport Blvd in Pensacola, FL.). I was so disappointed, I paid for the crunch wrap box, and declined to order anything for myself. My granddaughter specified Coke as the drink for the combo, but she received diet Coke instead. It will probably be some time before we patronize our local Taco Bell again.

WORST experience of my life. I went in to store number 035310 tonight for dinner with my family. I ordered a power bowl with beef and extra lettuce, and cheese quesadilla. When the food came out my power bowl had regular iceberg lettuce on it. I went up and asked why there was romaine (as it is supposed to come with romaine). The "manager" said that is how some people like it, I told her, "Well that is not how I ordered it." She then made me a new one. This time the rice was not cooked and was hard. I went and told her and she started raising her voice, saying it was fresh rice and that I was wrong. She told me I had an attitude and she didn't need to fix it and that she doesn't need customers like me in her store.

There was a gentleman working who then made me a new one. (The rice was still hard) But I was grateful for his customer service. My son's quesadilla also was not cooked at all and there were actual shredded cheese in it not melted and cold. I am beyond upset and cannot believe was treated with such disrespect. I will never go back to that Taco Bell ever again!!!

Literally the only Taco Bell I've been to where they are stingy with their hot sauce. Then I get back to work and they forgot an item so now I'm pissed and I go back to speak to a manager because this has took almost my whole lunch. The cashier is like I didn't mess up they did with an attitude. I was like, "I don't care who messed up. I just want what I paid for." Let this stand as notification of unprofessional behavior by a representative of your company, Taco Bell, located at 555 NE Hwy 19 Crystal River. Florida, at 03:59 pm, today's date: June 10, 2018. We visited this location on June 1. 2018 and purchased food totaling $18.05 at 12:12 pm, utilizing the drive-thru window. Upon returning home, we found several strands of human hair throughout our food. We immediately made contact by phone to notify management that it was apparent someone in the food preparation area was failing to use proper headgear required by law to prevent the contamination of food products. On that date, a representative, who introduced herself as ** politely registered our concerns, and without delay invited us to return to the location for a complete refund of our money, along with full replacement of our purchase.

At that time, we informed your representative of our busy schedule, along with our inability to return at that time. ** graciously offered to take our name and phone number and invited us to return at our convenience for a replacement, to which we agreed on a future date. Today, June 10, 2018, at 03:59 pm my wife entered the location, with the original receipt of purchase to request the replacement of the food initially purchased. Confronted by a different representative than we had spoken with on the phone, **. This representative became verbally aggressive towards my wife, using profanity, stating that "it was people like us that she hated, always coming in expecting free food, and she was tired of it and wasn't going to tolerate it!" She spoke in a loud, unprofessional manner that could be heard by other patrons of the restaurant, embarrassing my wife as well as making us feel as if we had committed a crime.

She continued her rant as she refused to replace the food. Instead, being forced to purchase the majority of our order, allowing ** to decide which portion would get replaced, and which part would require additional purchase. Your representative not only acted in an unprofessional manner but verbally assaulted my wife in the process. Publically embarrassing her in front of other patrons, as well as other employees of your company, whom all smiled and chuckled as if they were enjoying the show that was on display at the expense of my spouse.

I will not overlook this incident and would like a member of ownership, not management to contact at the number provided. Another example, the naked chicken chalupa that was amazingly good but oh no Taco Bell thinks they're losing money cause people are buying it so let's change that to Chicken triangles really OK. Then oh yes, there was the Taco Bell fries that were so good that I know of people just coming to Taco Bell for that and oh too bad but we got this triple melt burrito literally just rice, beef, and a three cheese blend put on it. Oh but we steam it they say. So what's the deal Taco Bell. Why do you get rid of what sells?

And even the value menu has some pretty great tasting items which for the portion and price you just can't go wrong. The new Potatorita is just great and for only a buck!! Personally if I had a choice of McDonald's, BK, Wendy's or Taco Bell I'd go with Taco Bell. I can spend 3 bucks and get full. I mean how can you go wrong with that value?

I didn't check my order. I just put it in my backpack and walked back home. When I got home I had to share my meal with my fiance and the other meal went to my brother. It was truly delicious food, but the portions were way too small. Why even bother putting meat in my tacos at all? It was truly the worst experience and it messed up my day more or less. They didn't even give me my receipt. 3 pops, 2 fry supremes and 2 missing tacos. I should have checked my order before leaving, it's sad that I can't just rely on the employees to get it right. First let me say I know most Taco Bell's are owned by Franchises. Went to the Taco Bell in Arvada Colorado at 7 PM on Saturday. The store was not very busy inside. The drive thru had about 7 vehicles from what I could see. I was made to wait ordering because the employee's (3 of them) were talking about Taco Bell's college assistance program. Mind you they were not making orders or doing any kind of labor related to working/Helping customers. I can deal with their excitement! My issue was when I came home with my son, We started to eat the food that was ordered. That's when I noticed the burrito was very small! I ask my son when Taco Bell changed the food size (he eat's there much more than I do). And as any teenage boy would say, I DON'T KNOW! We had a Soft Taco also, So we deconstructed them both and they were the same diameter in size? Sure this is not the norm.

I stopped going to our local Taco Bell around a year ago because of how horrible the food was (cold grillers are like eating cardboard, nasty) as well as their absolutely horrible/rude customer service. So I left a 1-star review on that location. Now what's weird is just a few days ago, I got a call from Taco Bell corporate. apparently, they are "hunting down" everyone that is leaving 1-star reviews and trying to strong arm them into removing or revising the reviews. They even resorted to trying to tell me I must be one of those "Impossible to please people"... just wow. I'm like dude, it was from a YEAR ago and your restaurant sucked MULTIPLE times before I left that very honest review.

Then he tried to buy me off with free coupons. ROTFL. I'm like wth. I told them they need to learn from their mistakes, re-train their obviously low-IQ employees and start taking some classes in customer satisfaction AND cooking food properly. I doubt he will listen to anything I said, he just didn't seem to get it and was more interested in me either revising or removing my review. I am floored at Taco Bell's new bully-ish tactic of stalking down reviewers. Just sad and NOT the way to do business!

When I walked into Taco Bell, the brain damaged goob behind the counter told me it would be a 10 minute wait. I was fine with that, so I ordered and sat down to chat with my coworker while we waited. 10 minutes passed, 20 minutes passed, and we finally hit 30 minutes with still no sign of food. I kept my eye on the counter and began noticing that people that had ordered after me were being called for their food, so I went up the counter and inquired where my food was. "We don't have your name on the list," the braindead halfwit responded. "I ordered food. You took my money. Where is my order?" I asked. I was obviously mad.

The goober stared at the register for a moment, then said "She's making it now," which I suppose was his way of informing me that he had found my order, was sorry about the misunderstanding, and my order was going to be made immediately. "I'll wait," I said with my arms crossed. I then proceeded to stand in front of the register as the gourmet chef behind the goober whipped up my 'food' and handed it to me. I'm guessing it took fewer than two minutes for her to slap some of what Taco Bell passes off as food into a crunchy tortilla shell and toss it my way.

I ate quickly, walked back to the counter and asked someone with 'manager' on his name tag for the phone number to corporate. "Uh, sure," he responded, turned, and walked back into the kitchen. I waited for a minute or two, but that was the last I ever saw of 'manager'. I approached the goob and asked for the number to corporate. He proceeded to scramble around behind the counter trying to find a receipt or piece of paper to write on, audibly complaining about my desire to contact corporate to some mystery person just outside my field of view. In the end though, he managed to hand me a receipt with the store number and address on it. No number for corporate though... Hmm.

Fortunately for him I have more than 5 brain cells so I was able to find a complaint line number online. In all I spent 45 minutes in Taco Bell. 30 minutes waiting, 5 minutes eating, and 5 minutes trying to squeeze a phone number for corporate out of the incompetent, rude, vegetables behind the counter. I'll never go back to that Taco Bell again. Store number 2442. Time: 12:02-12:47 on 6/27/2017. The goob was some guy with a speech impediment. Manager wore a blue plaid shirt and was balding or had a shaved head.

I am not looking for compensation or to vent frustration. I just have a couple complaints. I have tried Tacobell's newest items, and they leave me disappointed every single time. I really like the Crunchwrap, so after seeing the Double Crunchwrap I was pretty amped to try it, so I get it, and my first bite is sour cream lettuce and taco shell, okay? Second bite is the same, eventually I get halfway through and to the smallest amount of beef, needless to say I am hungry an hour later due to no protein. I thought it was a fluke, but have since tried 2 more double crunchwraps, from different locations! Equally disappointing every single time!

So out of desperation tonight I tried the location listed, simply trying to get a meal to hold me over, I decided to get the chicken POWER Burrito. Okay this must have some meat in it! Well no, it didn't, I opened it up and COUNTED six tiny chunks of chicken in a pile of lettuce and sour cream. I usually don't complain, but it is so extreme that you ought to make your menu more honest because these meals do not represent the product on your menu. YOU ARE CHARGING EXTRA AND PROVIDING LESS. In summary, I have tried different locations through Orlando, Florida and each one delivers food that looks nothing like the product on the menu. If it has double the meat on the menu, it should at least resemble that in the actual product.

The containers holding condiment sauces were filthy, when you put your hand in to get some sauces they felt sticky and dirty! Every table in the store was filthy we had to get some napkins and wet them to clean a table to sit at! The floors were filthy with food all over them! No one working seemed to be concerned!

This store needs to be remodeled, modernized and cleaned up! We had to be at a meeting at 7:00 pm and did not have time to go anywhere else! As an employee of Taco Bell we are allowed to eat lunch free, so today (like any other) I take advantage of this and order a steak DoubleDilla. Today (2016.11.14) as I slowly begin to eat my lunch, I realize an odd aftertaste. Well I thought it was just 'cause I was really hungry, so I just kept eating ignoring the taste then the odd taste could no longer be ignored and forced me to toss the other half of the DoubleDilla. I just blew it off and clocked back in, not too long after I began having hot flashes (mind you I'm only 18), and cramps that cannot be explained by words while trying to work drive-thru and perform to the best of my abilities. When I finally got off a few hours later I rushed home to relieve myself which consisted of vomiting and diarrhea. At this point with symptoms getting worse my mom took me to the hospital where I was diagnosed with SHIGELLA FOOD POISONING!!!

As an employee at Taco Bell for a few months I am honestly shocked they are still in business. They are the most unprofessional workers I know. Employees take breaks whenever they want to for more than thirty minutes, they steal food and money, they have loud arguments preventing success in drive-thru, the manager cries when she's overwhelmed and always underbooks the day, forcing us to work like slaves or have her call us in on our off days. They don't wear gloves when making food, they are always on their phones, never correctly clean the lobby, always running out of items (medium cups, hot sauce, napkins etc. - we have to wait for the next truck day), close early, and the thing I hate the most is they put on a show for the "head boss/inspection" whenever they come and every day other than that it's a living hell.

Honestly, I feel you should come dressed in regular clothes one day for a surprise visit and see how the store is really run (I know we don't do the cash register process right since I read the handbook). Also, our costumers are disappearing, not gradually, I mean in plentiful numbers and I feel this all falls under the management. I know now so many "secrets" about this Taco Bell, that I honestly feel it's nothing but a corrupt business. As per this and other circumstances I feel I was "forced" into resignation, and now have received backlash for not wanting to make this a career path.

I could hardly hear what the employee was asking me. Somehow I placed the order, went to the window to pay, tried to tell the employee about the hearing problem at the drive thru. She had the guts to slam the window thrice on my face without bothering to hear what I wanted to say. Finally comes back, tells me my amount and waits for me to pay. I still wanted to tell her but she again slammed the window and went away.

Came back telling me 30 other customers before me had already told her about it. How do I know if she had been informed already? I am not a mind reader. They have no notice put anywhere. Another employee comes to take the money, I asked for the manager. The manager was as rude as her employee and threatening me with calling the police. Ooh I forgot mentioning, the employee is ** while the manager is a ** lady and I am none of that. Could this be a racist issue?

I asked the manager to tell me her employee's name, she hesitated giving me, eventually did but without last name telling me, she did not know her employee's last name. What kind of people become managers who do not know their employee's last name? At the end she did give me the employee's full name. I call the customer service. They tell me the district or area manager will take 3 business days to call. Employee and managers take less than 30 seconds to insult a customer but the heads take 3 days to call back.

My husband goes at midnight and still has to wait about 1 hour to get his food with only about 3 - 4 cars in the drive thru. At the end he finds out that the employees are playing with food, throwing it over each other, or either sleeping in the customer area. Ooh btw, I am a regular customer at that place - 4 / 5 times in a week. They know me by the order I place and still get treated this way. I only order veg food / no kind of meat ever and most of the time my food is contaminated and I have to go back to get it replaced. No apologizes for any kind of inconvenience they cause me. Feeling hungry on my way in to work, I thought, "Hey, what about just grabbing something cheap and easy from Taco Bell?" No problem, says I, and in I go to the Emeryville, California Taco Bell in the East Baybridge Shopping Center (3839 Emery St #700, Emeryville, CA 94608). Three crunchy tacos ordered, and even a little donation to some scholarship program "just because," and before I could finish writing my name on the presentation cards for the program, my order was ready. Awesome, because I'm in a bit of a hurry! So, grab the bag, hop back on my bicycle, and away I go! I get to work, and all is well and good. I shove tacos into face and feel better now. That lasted about an hour. After that, I felt a little... "off". A half-hour after that, and I started vomiting a little bit here and there. Not much, just enough to basically make me feel like garbage and ruin my day.

It's now 5 hours after that incident, and I'm still throwing up Taco Bell. Seriously, it was just three crunchy tacos - nothing extravagant, and nothing I hadn't had a zillion times before from other Taco Bells. I've bought from this Taco Bell before, and have overindulged and wound up paying for it later, but never anything like this... from just three crunchy tacos. They also didn't have that classic "Taco Bell" taste I had grown up with... have they changed their ingredients (again)? I don't know... all I know is that I am not pretty much put off of Taco Bell for the rest of my life now.

I ordered a ground beef chalupa and a bean burrito. I actually measured out the beef and it was 1 1/2 tablespoons and the burrito had 1 tablespoon of beans on it. I am not joking or exaggerating. I stopped at the late night drive up as I was coming from visiting my wife at the hospital. I had such a craving for what I ordered and would have returned the food but it was after 12:30am and I was already at home. I will never use another late night drive thru at any Taco Bell anywhere ever. I cannot believe the help actually had the nerve to send these out. If the company does not respond to this, I may very well never eat at this taco bell (or even others) ever.

I reported it immediately to the manager on duty, but unfortunately I swallowed whatever it was that broke my tooth. I have just been informed by Taco Bell's insurance that they deny the claim as the substance I broke my tooth on wasn't found and I have no proof other than going to the dentist the next day to have half the tooth extracted and a history that the tooth was a stable tooth without cavities or other flaws. The dental bills will be several thousand dollars, all for eating at Taco Bell and trusting that their food is safe and free of foreign material. I will seek through conciliation court my dental bills that I will accrue, very frustrating after serving other people in public safety for 25 years and the military.

I have visited the Taco Bell in Huntington, NY frequently. The last 3 visits have been disappointing. Since I work late at night, it's one of 3 establishments that are open late. My order was simple: 4 bean burritos, no cheese, add tomatoes. The wait time was longer than it needed to be at this time of night. I figure teenagers are back there screwing around. When I got home, burritos had no red sauce or tomatoes (which they charge $1.20 for). Not to mention at the bottom of the bag I found a dried out pen and a tater tot. Wtf?!! Does customer satisfaction not mean anything anymore? I've given this establishment enough times to get their stuff in order (furthermore it doesn't seem they give a hoot about survey feedback) since nothing has changed. Moving forward I'll go to Domino's or White Castle. At least they get my order correct each time I visit them and their staff is friendly. Good riddance Taco Bell!

I visited the Taco Bell in Rocklin, CA (corner of Sunset and Park Drive) on Friday evening, August 5th at around 8:30 pm. I ordered two original tacos and a cheese quesadilla, minus the creamy jalapeño sauce. After arriving home I ate and everything seemed fine. Went to bed around 10:30 pm. Woke up at 4 am with severe stomach cramps and nausea. I ran to the bathroom and had explosive diarrhea. I felt dizzy and weak and could hardly make it down the stairs. Once I made it downstairs, the vomiting started and was intermittent with the diarrhea throughout the entire day, into the evening. I had horrible body aches and couldn't get comfortable. I literally felt like I was on my deathbed.

All day Sunday, same story. Vomiting finally subsided, but the diarrhea did not. Monday, in bed all day, still running to the bathroom every 15 min and husband had to stay home from work to help with the kids. It is now Tuesday, feeling better, still weak though, just not feeling myself. I was absolutely fine before all this started (no health issues) so I can only come to one conclusion here... FOOD POISONING. Makes me very uneasy to have to report this local business, but this is an extremely serious matter. This Taco Bell location needs to be inspected thoroughly so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I am so sick of Taco Bell 4191 Tates Creek Centre Rd., Lexington, Ky, 40517-3059. My family and I placed our order at 10:41:32 pm. The lobby closes at 11 pm, but the drive-thru was so backed up the line was to the main road so we went in to get it quicker. The cashier took our order. He rang it up wrong (this is only the 5th time or more this has happened). We always order the same thing and our quesadillas to be Well Done. We waited for 20 minutes for our food which was fine because we thought it would be fresh but it wasn't as usual. They only took that long because there were 3 other orders behind us and they wanted to make them all at once, so our food was sitting there for a few minutes getting cold as usual. When we got our food it was wrong because the cashier rang it up wrong which I didn't notice until then. So I told the guy who made our food it was wrong and he just told us to keep the Quesarito and he would make another quesadilla for us.

When we looked at our quesadillas they were not well done - the cheese was not even melted, and one was supposed to be steak and wasn't, so my husband took them back up there to be made well done, since telling them two times before did not matter to them. Since the guy had to make the quesadilla again the manager went up to my husband and asked what the problem was because I had already told them it was wrong. She got rude with my husband, because they messed up our order twice and blamed us for the order being wrong. After they eventually made it right another 20 minutes later she was trying to argue again with my husband. When she walked away she kept saying stuff under her breath. Also when we asked it for well done she cooked it so much it was burnt and my husband could not finish his food. This happens to us 99% we come up there. We go to this location at least twice a week.

We have been going to this location for 10 years and the last year or 2 it has been awful food and terrible service. I think we have gave them more than enough chances to get our order right. All we want is the correct food and fresh food. Is that so hard to ask for? I have went on the website and emailed a few times. We even called the store itself to see if they can explain to us why our order is always wrong. No one ever responds through email or a phone call and when I talk to them they do not have a answer for us. They just tell us to drive back up there and they would make it right this time (which we have and they still messed up our order). They have never apologized for anything, when they make a mistake. It is always the CUSTOMER'S FAULT. If I could get a hold of the district manager I would but there is no number to be found.

I really think this company needs to be careful of who they hire for management if they want to keep their customers. I have never been to a fast food that the employees were so rude if you ask them to make your order correct. Also I have never been to a fast food place where the order was wrong almost every single time.

I am at my wits end with this journey and have done everything I know to do to attempt to resolve this. Now I must tell my story and expose this for what it is and continues to be. Below is a summary of my crazy journey that continues today as I wait for resolution. It just would take more than space allowed to share with you everything that I have gone through and continue to go through with the Taco Bell in Alameda CA and local franchise, Golden Gate Bell and all involved. I have dates, names etc although I will not post those here. I will use initials.

On 05/11/2016 at about 10:50 A.M. I went into my local Taco Bell to purchase a food item and a cup of coffee. I in no way intended to cause this business any grief nor was anything that transpired pre-meditated. I simply went into Taco Bell to purchase the above. When I ordered these two items the person, C.J., assistant manager, that took my order # ** asked if I wanted cream for my coffee. I stated yes! Asked how many, I stated 4. He asked if I wanted it sweetened. To explain, I in most cases have a severe reaction to sweetened products. I suffer from severe ocular migraines that cause my vision to be obstructed and I throw up and everything else that goes with a migraine. Not only that I can become very ill for days. My blood pressure and pulse rate shoot up. I can have residual headaches for days and sleep as much as I can. I can have these reactions to other items that might be used by eating establishments

Over the years and with my doctors help I know the "triggers" and try and stay vigilant. My son had a severe peanut allergy so for many years. I have been an advocate for education and I pro-actively speak up to avoid the result. So that is what I did. I adamantly and vocally (everyone heard me) told the assistant manager to please please please not put any type of sweet anything in my coffee. I told him that these things can trigger severe migraines for me and cause me to become extremely ill. I was not being rude. I just feel that it is my responsibility in a situation like this and otherwise to be clear and precise. Especially since he brought it up. I was a bit embarrassed although I had to make this clear that I did not get harmed.

When I got my order there were no individual creams. Again he had asked me how many creams I wanted and I stated 4. The receipt I have attached reflects exactly that. I questioned him about it and he said that he put 4 Creams in my coffee. I sat down let my coffee cool down a bit and took two drinks of the coffee. I immediately realized that there was something very strongly sweet in my coffee. I asked him what he had put in my coffee as there was something very sweet in it. At first he denied it. He said he just put 4 cream in it. I was insistent that there was something sweet in my coffee.

I started to get worried and again was very vocal with him. Customers and staff heard everything. I asked him to show me Exactly what he put in my coffee. He brought me the item that he put in my coffee. I was livid! It was sweetened liquid "CoffeeMate" artificial substitute creamer. The proof was there. Not only did he Not put cream in my coffee he put a foreign product in my coffee that I did not ask for. A non dairy substitute and sweetener. I told him do not put any type of sweetener in my coffee. Taco Bell knew that I would be harmed because I told them I would. They also misrepresented a product. I asked if they ever have cream and he told me no that his district manager does not allow that to be ordered. I questioned him several times.

I went home, was very ill, called the doctor, made an appointment as my blood pressure at that time was very high as was my pulse. I have a machine at home to monitor. I had a severe headache and was throwing up. I could not get into the doctor until later so I just laid down and tried to sleep. The headaches would subside a bit and then continue as they always do. My doctor increased my medication for BP. To this day I am still on the higher dose. Taco Bell and its representatives just want me to go away and I will not.

What has transpired is just too much to type here. I had never had to deal with a food franchise in this regard and when I started on my journey I was a bit ignorant. I have spoken to B.N., C.E.O's organization at 1 Glen Bell Way in Irvine, I have had endless conversations and sent endless emails to the franchise Golden Gate Bell of which this Taco Bell at 2651 Blanding Way is located. Originally I wanted to just speak with someone in authority to express what a nightmare this had been and to let them know that I am a consumer advocate and Taco Bell must take this serious. They did not! Their folks that answer the phone took my complaint. I told my story and I told them that I did not ask for this. I simply wanted a food item and coffee.

Eventually after several conversations I asked for a call back from someone higher up. After a bit a Mr. **., district manager called me. Again I told him what happened and I speak the truth. He was not concerned and in fact told me I would have to speak to the insurance company. Again I was a bit naive, not any more. Between talking to the district manager and having contact with the insurance company someone from Taco Bell, L.E. called me. I thought she was from the insurance company. She stated no she was from H.R, I do believe. I told her that the district manager had referred me to their insurance company. I again told her my story and she said that she wanted to welcome me back to taco bell and offered me a couple of food coupons. She was aware of the incident and she told me that yes the assistant manger did put that in my coffee. There were witnesses to the incident/conversation so she could not deny it.

When she offered me the coupons and with her not being concerned, that is when I knew... You bet I want talk to the insurance company. What an insult. That was their resolution. I do believe they were and still are trying to keep me quite about this. Taco Bell upper management took me on this journey and I just followed. I did not ask to speak with their insurance. I wanted them to address and fix this. I became educated quite quickly. Well things have changed now and this has all evolved over two months. Their insurance company did call me and then stalled. When she did call me she was Very rude.

I finally talked to supervisor C.J. He was cordial enough and being that Taco Bell had brought them in mix and things just kept dragging and no one was listening and their remedy was a couple of burritos, I decided to move forward with him. I have done plenty of research on food allergies etc although not on something like this involving the food industry. Many years ago my son had passed away and another was at fault. I learned quickly that insurance companies regardless are not one's friend even in the death of one's child. I do not believe that bitterness and anger accomplishes anything and as the insurance company's original employee was Very rude. I set the tone with the supervisor and gained agreement that we would at least be cordial. Now I think that the insurance company mis-read that as this guy is a pushover and we will just table this and play games.

They have taken this time to try and get all their "ducks in a row". I think they fired the assistant manager to possibly shut him up. I am sure they now offer cream and are quite aware that they are at fault. They again have had two months of stringing me along with their insurance company to try and clean their end up. They don't care what happened to me. This has evolved so much. Taco Bell is not listening. They are not taking seriously. What of all the other folks before me? What about anything else they were being false about and now trying to cover about.

Why did they just tell the public what they offered and let the guest choose if they wanted the product? Maybe cutting corners? I don't know. I now understand that they need to be responsible for what they did and what they caused and they need to fix this. I told them as as long as they did I would try and work with them. After over 2 months have thrown me a bone... They want me to go away.

As I type this I am waiting for their CEO of the franchise here Ms. M.S. to call me. She was out of the office and I did speak the person. Her phone message left to speak with. That person sent me someone in H.R, C.F. who just sends any of emails straight to the insurance company. I have pleaded and pleaded with them. I will not be silent about this. They will not take this seriously and as much as I try and communicate with them it falls on deaf ears. I think I am worth more than a couple of free burritos.

I opened the burrito and what was supposed to be a 5 layer burrito, was merely a one layer burrito with no beef in it, but what made me really mad was that it was served to me without a napkin and my whole face was smeared with it. When we ordered when 4 BB's the DT menu board was not working, the lady said over the speaker it was $8.xx with 1 lg. coffee. When asked about why they cost more than they were advertised, they said it was because they were a franchise operator. We complained that we had ordered special ad items in the past and it was never a different price. We paid and took the order and went home to eat.

These items were not up to TB's usual standards in Quality or Quantity, and certainly not worth $1.00 much less the $1.49 they charged us. I think this place must be having trouble doing business legally, so they are resorting to ripping people off to make up for their ineptness. I guess we are done with TB. Really angry they wasted our time and money with false advertising. This is what we always called "Bait And Switch", I believe it is illegal. And no we do not want any free food, keep your crap. Service: Taco Bell has service ranging from "satisfactory" to "Hey, that lady was really nice". Just like most other fast food restaurants. Variety: Excellent. Almost too many menu items. All of them taste nearly the same, overpowered by a synthetic food taste. I think it might be the MSG. Value: Excellent. You get a lot of food for your money here. The Beefy Fritos Burrito and especially the Nachos both taste good enough and are only $1. Taste: Not the best. Nothing tastes fresh, but I'm okay with that. It's the synthetic taste that overwhelms the food that I have a problem with. Everything is packed with sodium. Their beans are gross. The worst is sometimes when their nachos aren't fresh, they stick together and taste like they were made of the synthetic taste I previously mentioned.

Overall: Okay. I don't think they deserve 1 star. But Yum! Brands has completely ruined this chain like they did to KFC. The freshness and quality of the food has gone downhill. Suggestions: Have a few "fresher" options on the menu that actually taste good. The cantina power menu is gross. The BOSS Nachos were excellent - everything tasted fresh; I was extremely surprised by how good those things were and you took it off of your menu.

For the fourth time in as many months, my local Taco Bell has given me cheaper ingredients than what I ordered! The first time it was a steak chalupa I ordered, and they gave me a tiny speck of beef. It was clear it was on purpose because it was one tiny 4th of an inch piece of beef (not steak). When I went back to report the mistake to the manager, the manager went into the kitchen to correct my order and the cook came to the window and stared at me without saying a word, one of the most unprofessional things I've ever seen.

The other three times I ordered a steak chalupa and they gave me beef instead and was clearly charged for steak on the receipts. It's to the point they are doing it on purpose so the cashier can pocket the difference in money or this Taco Bell location is taking in all the extra money since it is a whole dollar difference in price. And to think if they have done this to me so many times they must be doing it to many people a day. I have reported the issue on Taco Bell surveys and requested a response but have not received any communication yet.

What's so irritating about this is they have not responded to me. If I ordered a steak product at any other food location and got chicken instead they would make it right especially since there is such a difference in price. The 4th time it happened I got my order and even checked one the chalupas to make sure it was steak in front of the cashier, then I drove home just to find out the second chalupa was beef instead. I drove back to the Taco Bell and handed the receipt and beef chalupa to the cashier and asked the "manager" how could a clear order for 2 steak chalupas, have 1 steak and 1 beef. He had no response but "I'm sorry." It's clear to me this Taco Bell location is doing this to customers on purpose. No other food business could sell the wrong product over and over, charging more money for it and stay in business.

I am very pissed about Taco Bell's experience. I went to dinner with my friends at Taco Bell for a cheap experience and my friend had ordered before me and she got a burrito and they were very rude to me since I had blonde hair and both my friends are brunettes. They didn't give me burritos because they said they ran out of nacho cheese but my friend (brunette) who had ordered after me ordered the same thing and he said "that will be right out" and gave her her food without hesitation. If you are a blonde, I do not recommend Taco Bell for you.

It was the worst place I ever went to! There were homeless people there like it was a homeless center. There was even a guy sleeping there. And the food was even worse! Some of the chips were all rotten. And the cheese roll up things had rotten peppers in it or something. Never go to the Taco Bell I went to if I were you. If you want to know, it's the Taco Bell in Stockton, near Panda Express.

I went to Taco for lunch while at work. I ordered the blt slider. Once I got it I noticed no bacon was on the blt. I called and the manager said she would replace it... so the next day at lunch I go pick it up. Once I got back to work I noticed my was full of hair... globs of not just a strain here and there. I immediately called the manager and as I am talking to him I am still pulling hair from my mouth! He told me this was unbelievable! He was very, very unprofessional and I have filed complaint with the headquarters... We shall see what they do if anything! They have defiantly lost me as a customer!

Over the weekend, Snowzilla snow storm had me wasting at home. Monday, ate a piece of toast & Coffee until in the evening, stopped by Taco Bell at Brainerd Rd & Hwy 153 to grab an evening meal. Ordered a Taco Supreme & Supreme Burrito. This was around 5:30 pm. By 8 pm started suffering terrible heartburn. By midnight, suffered from explosive diarrhea and vomiting. This lasted until 7 am the next morning. Terribly shaky and left weak. Feel as if someone repeatedly kicked me in the gut from the ribcage down to groin. Chilling. Feverish. Bloody, watery diarrhea. I wash my hands after every toilet break even at home so do not think this is a stomach virus. I was feeling fine and in good form before symptoms developed.

Business: Taco Bell. Address: 313 Tanger Blvd. Locust Grove, GA 30248. The worst service I have ever encountered. I've never felt so discriminated against and ashamed by a group of staff members. There was a simple miscommunication which torpedoed into a high school drama. I ordered nachos with my food. The staff forgot to add it to my order - no big deal. I requested them to add it to my food and offered to pay the difference. The staff member, who I later found out was actually a manager, felt offended for some odd reason and showed me the nastiest attitude. I have no idea how or why she felt insulted by any part of our discussion, but she started gossiping the minute I sat down. I heard her say, "see that girl with the brown hair and blue dress, she's a **." Within minutes, the entire staff, with the exception of a couple people, was pointing and laughing at me. I was appalled.

I contacted Taco Bell Headquarters 3 times with this complaint and never heard anything back. They "flagged" it with the promise of a response from their Guest Service Department but failed to follow through. I didn't want any type of compensation, but simply to voice my opinion as a loyal customer of 20 years. It's sad when a corporation feels that the popularity of their food compensations for decent customer service from a local level all the way to headquarters. I'm in hospitality management, and am shocked that any type of manager would hire members like the ones that work for this particular Taco Bell. I will never return to this location.

2 days ago ate 2 beef tacos from Taco Bell on Crown Valley, Laguna Niguel, CA. I became sick within the hour of eating and continue to have severe lower abdominal pain. Missed a Christmas party tonight. Why are there so many complaints about Taco Bell and nothing is done? Don't we have food inspectors? I won't allow my family to eat Taco Bell ever. Not worth the pain. What is in that meat??? Gross.

Sick, ill and vomiting, 12/14 & 12/15/15 after eating chicken at Taco Bell #029831 Stadium Way, Pullman WA on 12/14/15. Drive-thru order, chicken quesadilla & chicken quesarito. My daughter took a bite of her quesadilla and immediately remarked that the 'chicken tasted weird' and she put it back in the bag. Said she had 'no appetite to eat it after the bad chicken taste' and she didn't finish. I on the other hand was hungry and ate the chicken quesarito which are highly seasoned with sauce, sour cream and rice. Woke up at 3am with massive stomach pain, bloating and nausea only to spend 30 minutes vomiting. Still sick almost 12 hours later with stomach pain, acid taste and feel. Can still detect the peppery sauce in my gut. Missed work today. Daughter not feeling well, still hasn't ate breakfast at 12:43pm.

An hour ago I went to Taco Bell with my basketball friends. I got a boss wrap and some Cinnabon delights. Ten minutes later I had stomach cramps and my friend who ordered a quesadilla puked outside. Taco Bell most likely uses dog food in its cooking and I will get Ebola and die. It should be closed down and everybody working was nice but their food is toxic. Also the game to win burritos is just a scam to poison you because my friend won four in a row and he also feels sick. I would rather eat a Big Mac covered in snot then this garbage. At least I won't get sick.

Went to sleep around 11 & was awaken around 2:30 AM by EXCRUCIATING pain in my stomach. It lasted about an hour because I thought it would go away before I had diarrhea. This lasted until around 8 AM. Felt very weak, cold, & could hardly stand. NEVER will I go back to Taco Bell!!!

I brought home soft tacos from Taco Bell and sat down to eat them and in my first bite I found a hair. Not sure how you feel about finding someone else's hair in your food but for me it just kinda grosses me out, unless it's my own hair. I could not eat the rest of my food because I was afraid I would end up eating another piece of hair.

Two hours later, I'm in bed with stomach cramps and getting out of bed non-stop just to throw up, and because of that I got zero sleep, and my stomach is still aching and I just sit near the bathroom door. I have been sick for the past two days since eating taco bell. There is no way Taco Bell should still be in business. I normally do not write reviews this time I had to after finding the numerous complaints on line. A consumer is going to be killed from this food poisoning by Taco Bell. I went to the Taco Bell in Murfreesboro, TN on Memorial.
