Last night I ate 2 soft tacos and one tostado with the spicy sauce on the side and 4 mild salsas. I have been sick and vomiting and can't keep anything down, even water. Taco Bell has been all I've eaten for at least 6 hours before I got sick. There is something very wrong with the food. Perhaps imported meat?

So when did Taco Bell decide to start adding what tastes like smoke flavoring or BBQ sauce to their recipes? I've gone there a few times in the past year and keep on expecting their food to start tasting normal, but it has tastes like liquid smoke or an odd flavored BBQ sauce every time. Is this a way to cover up an even worse flavor or just a failed attempt at Tex Mex? Regardless, I am happy we have a Taco Johns in our area because this just give one more reason for it being referred to as Taco Hell by some.

I always heard bad reviews about Taco Bell but people ate it anyways so I gave it a try, that has by far been one of the worst decisions I've ever made in my life.

Maybe they will stop fooling people with their knowledge of burritos and lack of with good breakfast food. It's been an hour and my stomach is still just turning. Don't waste your money. I'm so sick.

I have been a very unhappy customer thousands of time. I've probably been there once and they got my order right. I am very unhappy with my order. I suggest to lower their pay till they can actually work without having problems. Thank you.

Dropped into my local Taco Bell on west 7th street and Davern Ave in St. Paul, MN on 9/11/15 at about 4:30 pm. Ordered the usual: 2 hard shell tacos and burrito supreme. Then the waiting began. There were 3 teens ahead of me and a lot of drive thru customers. The drive thru orders were going out quickly. After ten minutes, I asked if my food is coming. I was told there were several orders ahead of me and they were short staffed. Five minutes later, I asked how much longer will my order take. The response was, "I don't know." I replied "wrong answer!" and demanded my money back. I was met with more excuses. I demanded my money back two more times. A worker advised I should have used the drive thru. My card was reimbursed. I stated, "unacceptable service" as I left for the LAST TIME. I experienced the same lousy service a couple of years ago...exact same scenario. The service is usually pretty good, but when it's bad, it's bad..

We had out-of-state company for the weekend and today we had planned to stop for breakfast on our way to church (9/13). We first went through the Taco Bell in Roland, OK, and ordered a bacon crunch wrap and three steak grand scramblers with drinks and cinnamon delights. We were told they were out of eggs. Ridiculous for a restaurant not to be able to fill an order unless it has poor management.
We left and headed to another Taco Bell in Fort Smith, AR, which was closer to our church. We pulled up through the drive thru and asked if they had eggs as we just left another Taco Bell that didn't have eggs. The girl stated they did have eggs but were out of sausage. We placed the same order as stated above and waited as there were two other cars in front of us. The car in front of us got tired of waiting and pulled out and left. When the car at the window finally left, we pulled up and were told that they couldn't fill our order because they had run out of breakfast.
My husband asked why they took our order and had us wait all that time if they couldn't fill the order. We left and had to cross Grand Avenue to McDonald's to finally have an order filled. We were embarrassed in front of our friends from Alaska who must think we live in such an uneducated part of the country even though they did not use those words.
Please train management to place orders to have food enough to feed customers. Taco Bell will definitely be remembered as a place to avoid in the future. Maybe if customers learn to support the restaurants that have enough food to fill orders, then Taco Bell will be able to have enough food for the ones that don't know they have LOW projected percentages of anticipated customers! The next step is bankruptcy people, and you caused it yourself!

They also didn't provide a receipt. Called management and s/w a Cory and she advised to come back and order another free meal so we went back a few days later and not only did Cory fail to put our name down in "the book" but the other manager Nicky was very rude and said no Cory works there. When asking her name and how could we make this right she replied "Nicky and you can call 1800tacobell" then closed the window.

Next the drive thru girl stood behind us talking about these cute guys, so she says explaining how cute they were to the manager and other girl. Placed order at Taco Bell #017742 at Twin falls, Idaho order # ** at 2.20 pm (middle of the afternoon). Received for 30 minutes later with all the order #6 combo completely cold (not very good). Enjoy eating at taco bell once in a while; however this happens all too many times of receiving cold food. Would have went to another restaurant, but had time restraints and kept asking about order and "be out in one minute". Also the restaurant needs cleaned badly, very dirty. Date of occurrence was 08/18/2015; to take the time to complain about something really means this restaurant needs to improve and that the owner never inspects or just does not care about his customers. We will not be going back anymore to this establishment.

I went to Taco Bell in Bradenton, Florida. We were in the drive-thru at 10:45 and I ordered 2 shredded chicken burritos, the 1.99 ones, and a grilled stuffed nacho. The screen wasn't working and she never told me my total. Then I went to the window and she still didn't tell me my total. She ran my card and gave me my food. I looked at my receipt and she gave me two XXL chicken burritos. I was charged $14 somehow.
I tried to walk into the lobby but they closed it 10 minutes early. Then I went to the drive-thru to ask for a refund and the employee told me they don't do refunds after 10pm. We then asked for a manager. She then refused to go get the manager and told us to hold onto the food we weren't going to eat and come back tomorrow for a refund. Then when my wife went back the same night because she wanted her chicken burrito, she told my wife that it was our fault that we didn't look at the screen. Seriously? You're going to blame a customer? Then we told her the screen was out and she never told me my total so I never would have caught it and she said that it was my fault because I wasn't listening. Insulting me a second time. I definitely will not take my business to Taco Bell again. It will be a matter of time before it closes anyways considering McDonald's and Culver's opened up across the street. Terrible customer service.

Incident happened on 25th June 2015, when Taco Bell employee burnt me. Before I go to the incident, let me introduce myself. I am **, I am based out of New York working with one of the Big Four consulting group. Due to the nature of my job I am traveling every week. It was great Thursday evening at around 5 PM, me and my fellow consultant friend was traveling from Harrisburg, PA to New York. This is our usual route. I usually pick up coffee and some food from Taco Bell in Harrisburg. The day of the event we did not pick up from Harrisburg. So we took the exit near Taco Bell, 65 Industrial Dr. Hamburg, PA 19526, it was getting late so we entered into the drive through. Ordered two coffees and some Cinnabon delights. I have been admiring Taco Bell for their products since inception.
Now here we go... I drove to window 2 as she suggested. The lady in the window horridly opened the window and handed me the cup of coffee. I was holding the cup usual way which is from bottom and not with lid, it is usual norm to close the lid of the coffee once you serve the coffee to person (at least in drive through). She closed the window. I was putting the cup down in my dashboard and was about to call for second coffee. The lid of coffee was open and that caused entire HOT... in fact very hot coffee spill on my lap and dashboard of the car. I shouted with pain. My entire lap was burning... I came out, my phone broke as I jumped out in a hurry. There was no reaction from the lady in the window, instead she decided to laugh at this incident. I ran in the washroom to save myself, no help came.
A friend with me was kept asking for help, ice... after a while they gave ice. There was no apology for the fact that it was clearly their mistake hand me over a boiling cup of coffee without lid closed. There is no sense of empathy for people. The question came to my mind was are you a human being? Worst experience ever. I burnt myself. The entire night I was in pain of burns and I have blisters on my lap. Who will take responsibility for this? Taco Bell? That women who were ignorant enough to ignore my pain. I love my phone, burned by lap and I did not even get a single SORRY from anyone. Great Taco Bell! This was total irresponsible behavior plus ignorant management. There are some photos attached at evidence of the dreadful act. I am scared to go to TACO BELL AGAIN!

And believe me we checked the tacos before we left and they put 2 tacos on top that were fresh. The 6 other tacos were bad. We couldn't even eat them. They had bad lettuce barely any cheese and the meat was gross. And I mean gross! Seriously what the hell?! 4 times in a row!
We believe it was done intentionally! Also when we try to call them at night around 11:45pm-12:00am we never can get ahold of them. They never answer the phone! I will never go there again over this. I want my money back you rip offs! That place needs to be recalled immediately. I will contact many more places to get this resolved. If I have to go in there it won't be nice. First I was giving my order and the girl was laughing and barely responsive. Secondly when waiting in the drive thru line, I was able to see through the window that the girl was cutting a white bag (Beef) and she dropped it all over the table. On top of that she grabbed a dirty rag (towel - with visible Stains) near the sink and wiped it back into the bowl. I was disgusted!!! It took 9 mins for someone to come to the window.
Finally when she did, she just took my card and asked if I wanted sauces (one good thing). “No thank you”, no nothing after that. Just handed the food and closed the window. I was grossed out and did not want to eat the tacos. However I did open it up to see.... If I ordered Taco Chips it would have been correct because this had 3/4 of the shell EMPTY. Less than a half teaspoon of meat - barely/no cheese in some. I was appalled by this service and craft. I even took a picture to show evidence if not believed. I don't believe you would use a dirty towel to sweep meat back into a bucket for family or customers. Both girls working didn't care about the 7 cars waiting 10 mins each. No sense of care or urgency!
I work in the customer orientated field and understand service and sense of pride. This location is lacking on all levels! Sorry to be harsh but some things got to be said. I personally Do NOT feel comfortable enough to eat the $15 of food I got. Reading the YELP reviews I can see that this is a trend and management doesn't get bothered by unhappy customers. If any internal damage should occur, I would have to undergo scans which I can't afford.

I ordered food and ice tea in the Taco Bell/Pizza Hut drive thru (receipt order #**, cashier 37/Laronda). As I drove off, I took a sip of the ice tea, and my drink tasted like sewer water, what rotten water would taste like. My passenger smelled the drink and could smell the rotten smell also. I called the restaurant right away to let them know what happened, and the woman that answered (who sounded like the person in the drive-thru) asked me if I was serious. She did thank me for calling, apologized and said she'd tell someone, but that was it. Before I called again, I let three (3) of my co-workers smell my ice tea and they all could smell the sewer smell too.
I called again @ 2:05 pm to speak to the manager. I spoke to Rosa and explained what happened. She just took my name and when I visited, and told me that they brew their tea on a regular basis. She said that she was going to go and taste the tea. I told her that I still have the drink and can bring it back if she didn't believe me. (I still have it just in case I need to get it tested). I told her that I was worried about getting sick since I did take a drink, and that if I were to get sick that they would hear from me again. That was it. No resolution, no compensation, nothing. Again, nothing done to make me feel that they really cared what happened.
After hanging up, I did not feel that anything was resolved. I should have at least been offered and received a refund. Before this complaint, I contacted Taco Bell online on their feedback page and let them know that I would be submitting a complaint to public health. After submitting a complaint to Taco Bell, I reported this incident to L.A. County Public Health.

On January 8th around 9 pm, I went to Taco Bell in Seaford on Sunrise Highway. I ate 3 items from the restaurant, 2 with meat and one without. About 30 minutes after, I began feeling ill. My stomach felt uneasy, and I began feeling very anxious. At 12:30 a.m. I was taken to the emergency room and treated for food poisoning. I remained at the hospital for several hours and was hooked up to an I.V to help rehydrate my body after severe vomiting and diarrhea.
I was unable to attend work the next day, resulting in a whole day's worth of pay that I will not receive. Even worse, my medical insurance ran out on December 31st, just 9 days before falling ill as a result of Taco Bell's contaminated food. My hospital bill is nearly $2,000 which I cannot and should not be responsible for. I am filing this complaint in hopes that someone will give me some insight as to my legal rights and/or the next steps I should take. I filed a complaint with Taco Bell and sent in proof of my hospital visit.
The representative at Risk Management for Taco Bell returned one of my phone calls, and was extremely nasty. I had said to her I would appreciate if you'd give me a call and let me know when you receive my paperwork, so I can make sure you have everything you need to take the next appropriate step. I have yet to hear from them. I also said that I was not asking for anything more than for Taco Bell to cover my hospital bills which were a direct result of eating contaminated food, and she replied: Everyone wants us to pay their bills. I found this extremely rude and inappropriate. Please contact me and let me know where I can go from here. Thank you very much.

Can Consumer Affairs please look into Taco Bell's advertising? The pictures of their tacos are misleading. The quality of the tacos served do not resemble the pictures in their menu. Specifically, the quantity of the meat advertised verses what is actually served. I have visited multiple Taco Bell restaurants throughout California, have made inquiries with the respective store manager on duty, sent feedback to Taco Bell's online feddback form, without any response. Simply put, Taco Bell is cheating the consumer. I have even suggested to Taco Bell if they do not want to serve the quantity of meat depicted on their menu pictures, change the pictures showing next to nothing in meat or something closer to what they're actually serving the consumers.

3 hours later my stomach started aching very badly and I had to rush home (from work). I had to shunt between the bedroom and the bathroom that evening, and the following day. During this time, I felt very very week, and could not leave my bed at all, except to go to the bathroom.

I just wish to you investigate the food place Taco Bell because I ate there on June 14 at 2 pm and by 2:30 pm I was in the hospital with food poisoning. I was admitted for two days and I’m pregnant, too, so it was scary. My concern is that the emergency doctor said that I was the third person that week admitted for food poisoning from the same place. Can you send someone to inspect the place and if they are clean? I didn’t know where to write to.

She was very rude and she began to use profound language, all because she forgot something. She told me that she gave it to me and told me to ** leave **. This was unprovoked. I simply asked her for my food. I was calm and understanding with her because I saw that they were very busy. This kind of rudeness is very uncalled for. There were no physical damages, but I did pay for a large mashed potato that I never received.

I purchased a can of Taco Bell brand refried beans from my local supermarket. These beans are made by Kraft Foods and Taco Bell is owned/ run by Yum! Brands, Inc. I served the beans to my family only to find they contained some "thing" in them. There was an object, approximately 3 inches long, brown with some dark spots, one end resembled that of an extinquished cigar (but that's not what it was). The best way to describe it would be it was about the same length and width of a woman's index finger.
