Drive thru guy named Louis wouldn't give us time to finish our order. So we had to go to the window to order. Tacos were rubbery and greasy. Tortillas were too thick. Had to take off one half in order to get to the inside. Not happy with you today. Yuma AZ on Fourth Ave

WORST TACO BELL EVER!!!! I went to this place with my 3 kids after their soccer practice, they were all Hungry so we got 3 hard shells tacos and what we got back was unacceptable! Moldy food and the kids had diarrhea for a whole week straight, never again.

I went to purchase a hard shell taco deluxe extra meat as well as a soft taco supreme with extra meat. When I received my order from the restaurant they claim it was extra meat. When I brought my food back because of the meat portion assistant manager as well as manager was rude. I know the difference between extra meat and the portion sizes that are given out!

Order ahead at the Taco Bell in Dunkirk, Md. The food was awful. Ordered 1 chalupa, 1 Mexican pizza and 1 crunch wrap supreme. The chalupa shell just fell apart when I bit into it, messy as hell. The Mexican pizza tortillas in small pieces just fell apart. Also messy. Overall disgusting and won’t be ordering food from Taco Bell.

I ordered 2 chicken and cheese quesadillas. There was zero chicken. There are 4 slices in each order. Only 1 slice had 1/3 cheese. The other slices had nothing but the outer layer!!!!! How can you forget to put the cheese and chicken in my basic order?

I just bought dinner at the Taco Bell at the arboretum in Charlotte NC. I used to eat there at least twice a week but stopped because of awful service. Thought maybe time fixed that. I was wrong. My order number was **, the order was wrong, I ordered 2 Burrito Supremes and only received one and I spent 30 minutes in the drive through. This is the worst store I have ever seen.

The chicken nuggets were horrible. Very tiny chicken pieces .. all crust and cooked until hard as a rock. Tasted awful. They shouldn't be going chicken!!!

My wife and I are frome Minnesota. The Taco Bell we have in St. Cloud has messed up our order 6 of the last 7 time we have been there (drive through). Resulting in a second trip across town to have corrections made.. Tonight 1 31 26 while on a trip in Pella Iowa,, once again we only received 1/2 our order. Once again making a second trip to sort things out instead of eating and being warm. It is +13 degrees out there. I know losing our buisness Will not affect the company's bottom line. However, you have lost it... You would think these people could give it a second look and make sure the orders are correct. Maybe at corporate level you think this way but that thinking needs to be transmitted to the stores... On a positive note the girl that interacted with my wife when returning was super nice and helpful. Thank you for this moment of your time..... Rick

I work a busy job and wanted to order Taco Bell since I have no had it in a while so I ordered online for 1803 West Street Annapolis MD 21401. Put name of person picking up my order, charged me and supplied two screenshots, a charge and my order, once my co worker got there, no order, no help. Said they had no order and didn't have a manager and when showing the screenshots they were no help. Still charged and no food, completely terrible.

Ridiculous!!! Tonight I told the restaurant I needed to wash my hands and use the restroom to eat my food and when they wouldn't let me they lost my business. There's room to eat inside but no bathroom use. Wow! Very pissed.

Husband picked up dinner at Taco Bell in Leesburg VA. A bowl ordered with no guacamole had guacamole (grandchild refused to eat it so in the trash it went (pic). Item (I believe it was called a stacker with chicken substituted for beef) ordered with extra three cheese blend as well as more added cheese and some rice from under add ons had very very very little cheese (pic), the Cinnabon delights appeared to have been soaked in so much grease that the grease soaked through the bag and literally running down the bag (pic) let along just touching them coated my fingers in grease.(pic). Remainder of order was ok No receipt was given but he was there around 7:20 pm on November 19th. I do not mind paying extra for extra cheese etc but I expect them to be on the food I receive. This happens almost everytime (at least 2x a week) we go to this Taco Bell on Edwards Ferry Rd in Leesburg Virginia - but this will be the last time. Too many other restaurants will make our food the way we want it. It doesn’t seem to matter if we use the app or order in person the same results with any special requests. This was the first time I experienced to excessive grease with the Cinnabon Delights.

The person at the window was really nice and polite but my food was disgusting. I got a Mexican pizza and it was cold and tasted like metal. I had just got off work and was hungry. I spent $30 on the food I got from there.

This afternoon, I visited Taco Bell, 45 E. Harding Way Stockton CA. 95203 this afternoon about 4:00pm. I visited Taco Bell as is one of favorite restaurants. I was at the drive with the best attitude. Politely I asked for a meal for three people since nothing larger is in the board. They're started playing around with me giving me different prices for the party meal. They said 28.00 dollars, then 30 dollars, then 33 dollars. I keep asking which is the price I need to know. They end up not selling me the order. I went to a different restaurant so you lost. I'm apologize for the incident, I'm against the violence and I believe we all the same to God eyes, and I don't let nobody mistreat one for not reason. I'm not giving any stars since the Taco Bell staff, is trying to damage my good reputation. Sincerely

Went to the drive thru window. A young man took care of me. He was kind & helpful at ordering since I wasn't familiar with the menu. I also forgot to order sour cream & he took care of it no problem. We need more care like this in other places! Great service!

Cynthia and staff were very rude. Very nasty attitudes. I waiting for 20 minutes in line and never got acknowledged. They didn't have gloves on and was talking horrible about customers to each other. I will never go back to Moultrie GA Taco Bell. They need better staff in there or they are going to lose a lot of customers.

If you go inside there are no staff there to help you order. The kiosk is very generalized and there is no menu!!! We did the drive through instead and the person didn't put what we ordered correctly. We had to go through twice to get our order completed.

Waited 20 mins for an order I placed at the kiosk. Horrible service. Would not recommend going here again and other people were waiting for their orders as well and people were getting their orders placed after mine which made no sense

I visited the Taco Bell on Hwy 72 West in Madison Al. on Oct.10, 2025. I ate 3 hard tacos and when I was leaving, I noticed a lady bringing back food and saying that it had a bad taste. So about an hour later I was in the bathroom, stomach pains and the shakes. It is now Oct.12 and I still have diarrhea and stomach not feeling that great. BEWARE.

Worst Taco Bell food ever. Got a crunchwrap with no meat. Pretty much make your own tacos with all the stuff wrapped in the paper. Was bad the first time and decided to give them another chance.... not worth it. Don't waste your time here!

So I was craving Taco Bell (the Cantina Burrito). I haven't had it in years. I was in the hospital for five months with five brain surgeries and a stroke. I learned how to walk in rehab after two months and I came home. I was craving the Chicken Cantina Burrito, I went and ordered it with Jean R. from the Conners Street in the Bronx Taco Bell. JEAN R. was so awesome, professional, courteous and great customer service. One of my best experiences at any drive-through fast food place. 😊🙏 I will definitely spread the word about that Taco Bell location.

The $9.00 box is shrinking. Ingredients are now scant to the degree what I’m buying is a corn or flour tortilla. It’s ridiculous what little amount of ingredients in their food items. I ordered a medium sized drink and it looks like a small sized drink. The box was small and the food items were piled on each other. It’s ridiculously insulting to see the degradation of what was once a good fast food restaurant. Sad. No Mas.

I did online order and redeemed points for the first time. We waited 25 minutes in drive thru and didn't receive my free item This Taco Bell really needs to step it up. We go often since it's my son's favorite but tonight he said we didn't have to come back. There were, 7 cars behind us and only, 2 in front of us. If we could got out of line we would have.

Canby Oregon Taco Bell refuses to honor the happy hour for the refresca drinks. No other taco bell has had an issue with honoring the price. I won't be returning if they don't honor it as other taco bells do.

Ordered a Steak Supreme Burrito, and basically got a bean burrito, in less than 1/4 of the burrito were 3 small pieces of steak for which they charged 4.50 more than a bean burrito, will not be ordering this in the future. Also I liked their Crunchwraps for which they have now removed from the menu, May not go there in the future.

I write to complain about Taco Bell corporation and our local stores overcharging for a soda because they have reduced the size significantly of the medium and large drinks. At least McDonald’s initially charging only a dollar plus tax and now increasing it to $1.60 somewhat charges a fair price for their soda and the price does not vary by size as Taco Bell does.

I went to the Taco Bell in Maynardville TN. I ordered two cheesy double beef burritos, no chips and a large Pepsi. What I received was a Diet Pepsi and two burritos with chips. I tried calling several times with no one picking up the phone. I went back to the restaurant and was told I would have to talk to the general manager for my money back or any replacement of anything. I also did not get a receipt at time of purchase. This is a broken system and makes me very angry to jump through all this red tape for their mistakes. If this is how Taco Bell does business, I can take myself and my money elsewhere. I had been to 3 other Taco Bells and the Taco Bell in Columbia Illinois was the best. Eric was very friendly and welcoming. He always had a smile on his face. The food came out fast and correct. I will be back.

I stopped going to Taco Bell years ago because they discontinued some of my favorite foods. I just saw a commercial that they brought back the seven layer burrito, which was one of my favorites. So I went there today, to the Taco Bell on 33rd South and Main Street in Salt Lake City. I was so looking forward to having that taste again. However, it was immediately evident that they had no desire to have anyone over 30 years old patronize their business. You could not order anything without using one of their kiosks. Now, I have a degree in Computer Science, and I can use anything related to computers, or repair them. That wasn't the problem. The problem was it felt so sterile, no humanity whatsoever. There was no one there to greet you, and when I left feeling horrible, there was no one there to say have a nice day or any such interaction.

South Milwaukee WI TB is disgusting. The floors are filthy and sticky. My feet were sticking to the floor. The doors/windows are littered w/ greasy fingerprints. A male worker was wearing Nike slides without any socks on. He was on the line making food. Gross, I thought employees need to wear closed-toe shoes?? The soda machine is sitting on a rusty tray with water or soda sitting in it. If the lobby is this dirty, I’m wondering if the kitchen is actually clean?? This store needs to shut down or they need to hire proper managers. They listen to rap music loud & act like they are at a club, not at a job where they are supposed to be providing a service. I’m mostly concerned about the cleanliness of the restaurant. I will Not be eating at this TB again. Very disappointed that a corporate fast food restaurant is this inadequate.

Let's talk about packaging, Taco Bell's is one of the worst. If you get a beef taco crunchy or a soft beef taco or anything wrapped like a burrito, be prepared to have it stick to the wrapper if it's fifteen minutes or more before you open it to eat. The wrapping paper seems to be the lowest grade of waxed paper and not designed for traveling. Heck, you might as well get a Nachos Bellgrande, at least it won't stick to the package. Order the other stuff just when eating it in store.
