Taco shell was old, soggy with no crunch. No offer for taco sauce. Taco wrapped in paper didn't cover the taco and all the contents fell apart in the bag. NO BUENO 👿. Very disappointed. Besides, didn't have nacho cheese fries!!!

Location at 725 E Taft Ave in Sapulpa OK. Wait times have been getting longer, very simple orders are messed up or completely forgotten. I know it's good practice to check before you drive away, but that shouldn't have to be a requirement. Imagine my surprise when I get 6 miles away and half the order isn't there.

I have not patronized Taco Bell for many years. We decided to stop in on our way home. They are often very skimpy on the steak so we ordered extra. They asked about sauce, I asked for 2 Avocado and 2 green. They never told me that would be an extra charge. I kinda understand the Avocado sauce, but the green sauce has usually been available in the packets. We are not fans of red sauce. They didn't tell me it would cost extra for either sauce. And the burritos we received were definitely NOT EXTRA STEAK, like I ordered

I don’t understand how people with a brain can screw up every order that comes into their place of employment. Order is always wrong and when you pick up your online order you have to holler at somebody to come and get it for you because they are always talking and never pay attention to you standing at the counter. I’m speaking about the Jacksboro/ LaFollette Tennessee one in particular. These people need some serious training. Hire me for a couple of months and I’ll straighten them out for you or they will be job hunting in a very short time.

My local Taco Bell will only let you order through the drive thru or at a kiosk. You can stand at the counter and be ignored by multiple employees. Kiosk wants your email to complete transaction and will not issue a receipt. Brought this up to the manager and was told that it is just the way it is now. No, the way it is, will no longer get food from them.

I've been going to this Taco Bell for over 12 years. I started complaining and back in October when the staff got absolutely livid mild and argumentative over my dog eating a bean burrito off of a plastic tray. I have since repeatedly been ignored insulted and disrespected. Lied to and I have filed to complain. Each time I have been told by the complaint supervisor, "Oh I know those people. What's your problem." The truth is the Taco Bell on Oltorf is notoriously one of the worst ones in Austin Texas. I understand that they have a lot of difficulties being in an area where there's a lot of homeless and drug addicts. But my hands are clean and my teeth are intact and all I've asked is to be treated like a human being. Lying to me and tell me bathrooms were out of order instead of letting me use them. Insulting me and refusing to even smile or acknowledge that I'm saying words to them.
This place is not only manage by rude and subpar Taco Bell employees. They are given the freedom to continue to act disrespectfully to a disabled American veteran and his service dog. Even after all the complaints and moves from management. The very person involved in my first complaint treats me with the most indignant disrespect I've ever seen in a professional environment. Someone somewhere needs to remind these people who's paying the bills.

This occurred approximately at 06:13pm on 8/3/20205. First, the ** guy at the window tried to hand me five drinks separately without a carrier. I asked him for a drink carrier, then he asked if I wanted all five drinks in the carrier. I told him to put four drinks in the carrier and hand me the other one. Second, he then proceeded to hand me all five craving boxes that I ordered separately. I asked him if he had a bag for them, he said Yes. He then put four of them in the bag and turned the fifth one sideways in the bag. Keep in mind, I'm in my vehicle by myself. I would recommend additional training. We deserve better service.

Went to Taco Bell in Frederick by the Francis Scott Key Mall, added a picture of the Quesadilla. I asked for extra sour cream. When I got back to the office I realized I did not have any extra sour cream, at other restaurants when you order extra of anything you usually get a small container. When I went back to Taco Bell, I asked for the extra sour cream I had asked for. She said they added it to the taco. Look at the picture, there is no extra sour cream, there is 2 pieces of chicken and little of anything else. When I asked to buy extra sour cream they charged me 65 cents for each container. Have tried to give this location a try multiple times and each time is worse than the last. This last time was the final straw, half of our order was wrong, some items were missing and what we did get was ice cold (as usual). I can't eat avocado AT ALL, so I put no avocado ranch on my chicken tacos, even called and told them I had an allergy (we ordered DoorDash), my tacos arrived loaded with Avocado Ranch. Ordered pintos with cheese, said no red sauce, plus paid extra for black beans to be added, not only was there no black beans but it was drowning in red sauce.
I also ordered chips and cheese, never got them, ordered Cinnabon bites and nope, not there either. If this was the first time it happened, I could be understanding (to an extent) but this is constant. To make it worse, their staff are a bunch of kids who are rude, the store is usually a mess and the one and only time we ate inside they had messed up our food (shocker right?) and when I went up to ask them to fix it the girl took the food, opened the wrapper to look at it and walked towards the back. I got the order "right" but somehow still cold, it was handed to me by someone else and that's when I noticed the original worker off to the side eating my food. Forget about asking for a manager there, they are either not there or look like they're still in high school as well. I don't care if they're the only place open late nearby, but we won't be going back. EVER.

On Saturday July 26 around 1ish my daughter and I drove up to the drive thru at the Santee location. My daughter was almost finished ordering 2 chips with cheese online but hadn’t pushed the complete your order button. She commented to the cashier I’m not quite done ordering online yet. The cashier told my daughter, "You’ll have to drive around." So we had to wait for 2 cars in front of us to finish. We attempted to get the cashier to hand us our small order but she wouldn’t. We had to drive around, wait for 2 more cars ahead of us, then when we finally got to the window, the cashier had her manager answer the window not having the appropriate customer service to wait on us.
Once we explained the situation to the manager, the cashier stood to the side smiling and laughing. Teens these days don’t know how to respect their elders. Taco Bell needs to train their staff better. This experience was very frustrating with the cashier laughing at us. I’m sure they couldn’t care less, I will never go to this Taco Bell location again and I will tell everyone in Santee I meet about this situation. Something that could have ended in 2 minutes lasted us well over 15 minutes to get 2 chip and cheese. Ridiculous.

The chicken burrito had no ranch on it as advertised, the taco's had three shreds of lettuce a teaspoon of meat, the Cinnamon twists did not have any cinnamon on them. I feel that the value is absolutely not there anymore. The food trucks that visit our downtown far exceed the value and quality of KFC/Taco Bell. If you are looking for a good value with quality food select another restaurant.

So I eat at Taco Bell Monday through Friday every single day on my lunch break literally every single day and I spend about anywhere from $12-$15 on every visit and every now and then there’ll be something missing out of my bag and I don’t ever complain. I’m always in my head thinking it’s literally a dollar. Who cares? Well today. I’m once again and eat lunch and I sat in the parking lot and I had my food. I ordered two soft tacos and two large fries Well one taco was missing out of my bag, and I realized it as I was reaching in the bag to grab it which you know I’d pretty much eaten everything at that point so I took the bag back inside and to show my receipt that I had purchased two tacos and that point I just wanted my money back.
It was literally like $1.89+ tax. I just one of my money back The cashier refuse to give me my money back. She said she made the bag and so she knew for a fact that that taco was in there so she basically called me a liar, refused giving my money back so that she could give me two tacos in exchange for it. I will not be going there ever again. I will not spend another penny at Taco Bell just for that reason alone, it’s just principle that and she knows I come in there all the time and I’ve never ever complained even though this is not the first time my bag has been shorted but the first time that I do go complain that’s how I’m treated. Nope I will never go back there again.

Yesterday, I visited Restaurant #035308 (Krikland, WA) and placed order #**, which included two Discovery Luxe Boxes with Chicken. However, both boxes came with Chicken Burritos and Beef Tacos, even though I clearly requested all chicken items. I informed the staff member who took our order that we received beef instead of chicken. She responded by saying I only said "Chicken Burrito" and not "Chicken Tacos." She then checked with someone inside and ultimately refused to exchange the Beef Tacos. I tried to explain that when I ordered chicken, I expected the entire Luxe Box to contain only chicken items. I do not eat beef for personal reasons, and as a result, I had to throw the tacos away, which was incredibly frustrating and a waste of my time and money.
What upset me most was not just the incorrect order, but the way the situation was handled. The employee did not listen, and she even closed the window on us mid-conversation. I'm not asking for free food—I simply want to receive the food I paid for, made correctly. This experience was extremely disappointing. A simple order correction could have resolved everything, but instead, I was met with poor customer service and zero accountability. I hope this feedback encourages better training for order accuracy and respectful communication with customers. Sadly, after this experience, I do not plan to return to Taco Bell. There are other local establishments that provide better service and treat customers with more care.

I expressed that if she had just said that in the beginning, I could’ve paid with a card. Again, she was very rude. I requested that she give me a refund because I will not patronize any establishment that treats their customers that way. I would suggest that she has training in Customer service. I don’t see this Taco Bell lasting if customers are going to be treated this way. Like to go to Taco Bell because they offer “veggie options” but I regularly (about 1 in 10 orders) get meat versions. The employee’s ignorance of vegetarian food is truly stunning considering it’s 2025. On this order, I asked for a bean burrito, and the employee asked what kind of meat I wanted in my bean burrito. Because of this I specifically looked at my receipt & inspected the actual burrito before I left the drive-thru. It was bean so I thought the order was ok. But I also ordered a veggie Mexican pizza. I specifically said “veggie Mexican pizza.” However, when I got home, it was a beef pizza. They are either incompetent or are unaware that there are people who don’t eat meat. When I became a vegetarian in the 1980’s, I can understand the confusion. But this is 2025… & people who work at a restaurant with a large “vegetarian” menu don’t know what vegetarian food is.
Mind you, this is a Taco Bell in Mesa, AZ, which is a suburb of Phoenix AZ, which has a population of 6-7 million people. This was not some backwater, rural part of America where vegetarianism is rare. Again, if I was ordering vegetarian food at a steakhouse, there’s room for misunderstandings, but this is a cuisine where beans & rice is a fundamental staple. This is so upsetting, not because it’s an isolated incident, but because it happens all the time, as numerous locations.

A Gastronomic Ode to the Culinary Enigma: Taco Bell. In the contemporary pantheon of fast-food establishments, Taco Bell emerges not merely as a purveyor of sustenance but as a gastronomical institution that deftly amalgamates affordability with eccentric epicurean innovation. It is not merely a franchise—it is a monument to the democratization of flavor, wherein the quotidian is transfigured into the quasi-exquisite through a choreography of spices, textures, and architectural tortilla-folding wizardry. To patronize Taco Bell is not to consume but to participate in a sensorial symposium that defies the jejune boundaries of traditional fast food.
The menu itself is a semiotic labyrinth of synthetic ingenuity and gustatory provocation. Each item—from the prosaically titled Crunchwrap Supreme to the phantasmagorically transcendent Doritos Locos Tacos—exhibits a meticulous orchestration of chemically-enhanced flavor profiles designed to elicit Pavlovian euphoria. The intermingling of pseudo-Mexican iconography with postmodern culinary pastiche produces an experience that is, at once, both nostalgically ersatz and profoundly sui generis. The consumer is thus enmeshed in a kaleidoscopic dreamscape of reconstituted beans, emulsified cheeses, and protean meat-like substances, all delivered with the relentless punctuality of late-capitalist efficiency.
Moreover, Taco Bell's architectural ambiance—characterized by its unapologetically synthetic decor and chromatically exuberant aesthetic—augments the overall psycho-culinary effect. One does not dine at Taco Bell so much as one immerses oneself in an ephemeral tableau of plastic transcendence. The garish purples and blinding oranges form a synesthetic synergy with the comestibles themselves, creating a Gesamtkunstwerk of fast-food modernism. It is a sensory Gesamterlebnis in which one’s olfactory, visual, and gustatory faculties are simultaneously titillated and overwhelmed.
From a socio-economic standpoint, Taco Bell operates as an egalitarian sanctuary for both the impecunious collegiate noctambulist and the budget-conscious gourmand. The dollar menu, a veritable microcosm of culinary accessibility, epitomizes the brand’s commitment to transcending classist gastronomic delineations. Here, indigence meets indulgence, as financial austerity is rendered inconsequential by the availability of affordable hedonism. The Bell, as devotees affectionately dub it, is a proletarian utopia clad in faux-Mexican regalia.
In summation, to engage with Taco Bell is to surrender oneself to a semi-ironic culinary bacchanalia—a liminal space where the absurd meets the sublime. It is an institution that defies conventional hierarchies of taste, rendering the highbrow and the lowbrow deliciously indistinguishable. For those unencumbered by purist gastronomic dogmas, Taco Bell offers not just nourishment but transcendence. On a scale of gastronomic grandeur, it earns an unequivocal 4.9 out of 5 chalupas.

Decided to order through Uber to see if it was any better. Nope! Same song and dance. Tomatoes, no avocado verde sauce, In fact, no sauce at all, just dry burrito and chalupa. The cheese dip that came with my chips and cheese had like 1 teaspoon of cheese in it, enough for about 4 - 5 chips. I requested it be delivered between 1 & 130 and it showed up at 12:39??
There is a reason people select certain time slots. I was in a meeting and had to leave a client in my office to retrieve my lunch. Embarrassing! This was my final meal with Taco Bell. Maybe focus more on customer satisfaction & quality control and less on fast and furious. Most people would rather wait another minute to get it right rather than just some half ** attempt to complete and order. Hence the 1.6 star rating.

The girl that was making food kept using her gloves on everything and not changing them. She touched her face with the same gloves she was making food with as well as so much dropped food on the floor. While waiting the workers were only making drive thru orders. People started to complain that they were only doing drive thru. Went to get my drink. There was no lids at all but 1 and it was a small. Asked the girl for a lid and told her there was none. The woman that brought out lids had an attitude.
After 35 minutes of waiting I went up and asked how long it would be to get my order. The lady at the drive-thru asked me if I wanted any sauce, and I responded, “OK.” She then said that “OK” was not an answer and that she needed a yes or no. So, I said yes. Then, she asked me if I wanted any sauce. I asked her to tell me which sauces they had, and she listed them very quickly. I asked her to please repeat them, and this time, she said them very slowly, but I could hear the hate in her voice.
I told her I was sorry if she was having a bad day, and she replied that she was not having a bad day. Then, she said she was not going to serve me and asked me to leave. I requested to speak to her supervisor, and she claimed that she was the supervisor. I am just amazed that an employee representing a company could treat a customer this way.

I told the employee that I would rather she take our order as it had been a stressful day and we were not up to learning the kiosk. We then waited for 45 minutes for our order. When the order came, it was not complete. I was missing a chicken quesadilla. My husband asked for it and she went to check on it and said the person was also doing a training seminar and that it would be out soon. In the meantime, people were coming in the door and standing everywhere for someone to take their order. Instead, they were all directed to the kiosk as she continued to clean out front.
To go orders were flying out the door, drive through flying out the window and yet no one could get any help in the actual restaurant. One person that we finally noticed, turned around and left. Keep in my mind, I am still waiting on the rest of my order. Finally, I said to the only employee that was cleaning, "Did they have to kill a chicken to make my quesadilla"? 10 minutes later, after we were finished with the rest of our meals, the quesadilla appeared...cold, with hardly anything inside of it. In this lamentable establishment known as Taco Bell, one encounters a culinary experience that can only be described as dishearteningly abysmal. Upon the occasion of my visit, I was met not with the savory delights promised by the gaudy advertisements, but rather with an insipid assemblage of ingredients masquerading as cuisine.
The tortillas, pallid and lifeless, bore witness to a lack of care in their preparation, while the fillings—an unholy amalgamation of indistinct flavors—yielded a most regrettable dining experience. The guacamole, a sad imitation of its rich, creamy potential, resembled little more than a greenish paste lacking in both texture and taste.
Moreover, the service, fraught with inefficiency and an evident disregard for customer satisfaction, compounded my dismay. One is left to ponder how an establishment dedicated to the art of sustenance could so thoroughly misjudge the very essence of nourishment. In summation, I implore all connoisseurs of gastronomy to steer clear of this culinary farce, for it serves not sustenance but rather an affront to the very notion of good eating. My sojourn at Taco Bell shall remain etched in my memory as a cautionary tale, a reminder of the perils that await the unwary dinner.

My recent excursion to Taco Bell proved to be an exercise in profound disappointment and gastronomic disillusionment. Upon entering the establishment, I was immediately confronted with an atmosphere that can only be described as an amalgamation of cacophonous noises and olfactory disarray. The pervasive scent of synthetic seasonings pervaded the air, creating an ambiance that was anything but inviting.
In an attempt to navigate the ostentatious menu replete with overabundant options, I opted for the Crunchwrap Supreme, a decision I would soon come to lament. Upon its arrival, I was met with a contraption that bore little resemblance to the enticing imagery depicted in promotional materials. Instead of a harmonious symphony of flavors, I was confronted with a disjointed assemblage of ingredients, where the purportedly fresh produce appeared to be languishing in a state of existential disrepair.
Moreover, the textural juxtaposition of the various components was nothing short of jarring. The once-crisp tortilla was rendered a soggy, pallid relic, and the beef—if one could even categorize it as such—seemed to embody an uncanny amalgam of pasty consistency and ambiguous flavor. It was an experience that left my palate yearning for the authentic and the substantive, a stark reminder of the culinary artistry that this establishment so egregiously lacks.
In conclusion, my foray into the realm of Taco Bell was not merely an unsatisfactory dining experience; it was a profound reminder of the perils of gastronomic hubris. The dissonance between expectation and reality could not have been more pronounced, leaving me with an indelible impression of culinary mediocrity. I implore any prospective patrons to heed this cautionary tale and consider alternatives that celebrate the richness of authentic cuisine rather than succumb to the banal offerings of this fast-food purveyor.

The employee that answered the phone said "I am she" when I asked. In a calm non-confrontational way started to explain why I was calling. She HUNG UP ON ME! I called back immediately-not assuming I was deliberately disconnected, and all I got was the tones of a fax machine. Again called and got a busy signal.
Waited 5 minutes and a different employee answered. I again requested the manager, was told "one minute" and then the same voice said "I'm the manager." Fast promotion I said, and then told my story, including the previous call. I explained that I did not appreciate being treated like I was stupid, and explained that having employees lie to me at an establishment where I was getting food, was a very big deal. It is not like there was simply an error with an order, it is that they bothered to ask me if I was ok with the error, then did what they wanted anyhow! Then this employee-also an obvious liar, said "so what do you want to do about it?" I SAID IT WAS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY TO DISCIPLINE OR TRAIN A TACO BELL CREW, WHAT WAS HE GOING TO DO ABOUT IT? HE mumbled like he had a mouthful of marbles and finally got out "they have a number I can give you to call".
No surprise, this employee was part of the grossly over paid under trained crew-so I said "give me the number", and he put me on hold so he could go get it! No wonder there is an issue if this guy was really a manager. Even if this was just a pot and pan washer-HOW BAD OFF IS TACO BELL WHEN EMPLOYEES CLAIMING TO BE A MANAGER-DO NOT KNOW THAT 800 TACO BELL IS THE NUMBER TO CALL??!! To think that I put my health in the hands of these people! We are over charged, not only hit with crazy inflated prices, more is added to pay the employees that either don't care about the service, or are doing these things maliciously for entertainment! I understand mistakes are made-but how can you trust your food to a crew most likely to have "won" participation trophies?

Since then, the price has inched up and the cheese filling has inched down. The menu picture shows cheese visible at the open end and a reasonalbe amount, too. Now, what I am getting is barely enough cheese to stick to the tortilla and the ends folded in. I also used to get a "Senior" drink which is now also not available. I have not been to Taco Bell in over 3 years. I was out doing errands in MARION, IN this week and passed TB, and said lets give it a try. The Drive thru was backed up (first red flag) so, I parked and walked in. Group of 3 or 4 waiting at the counter for their food (Second red flag). Nobody at counter to take orders. The young lady assembling food stated she would be with me, but had lots of food to make.
So while I waited I noticed a female walking around like the walking dead. She was skimming the drawers and did not have the time or desire to expedite serving customers. There was also another male individual standing in the back of the kitchen not performing any type of task. The girl in the drive thru was running back and forth with nothing to do. She was waiting for food. A fifth person was in the Dining Room. I'm not sure what they were doing.
After a couple of moments, I walked out the door. I did not want to hang around this haunted eerie place. I remember why it has been over three years since a visit to the Bell. It will be another three years minimum before they see my shadow again. Why do I have to put up with that type of treatment to get overpriced sub par food?

Personally, I have a fondness for the taco burger from the old days, and it would be fantastic to see it make a comeback, even if just as a special nod to the good old times. Meanwhile, the toasted cheddar chalupa, a recent addition, has become one of my new favorites. Its unique flavor is a delightful treat, but alas, it only graces the menu briefly during specials before disappearing again.

Dear Taco Bell Corporate Office, I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a deeply disappointing experience my husband and I recently encountered at one of your Taco Bell locations. It is my hope that by sharing this incident, you will take the necessary steps to address the issues at hand and ensure that other customers do not undergo a similar ordeal.
On August 19, 2023, at approximately 6:30 PM EST, my husband and I visited the Taco Bell situated at 3570 Hillsborough Rd. in Durham, NC 27705. Our intention was to indulge in the Grilled Cheese Burrito Deluxe Cravings Boxes that had captured our interest due to your promotional advertisements. With a clear expectation in mind, we proceeded to the drive-thru and carefully communicated our order for two of the Grilled Cheese Burrito Deluxe Cravings Boxes, each priced at $7.99.
In an effort to avoid any misunderstandings, we reiterated our order twice to the employee manning the drive-thru. To our satisfaction, she confirmed our order back to us, affirming that she had accurately captured our request. Satisfied that our order was taken as intended, we left the restaurant and headed home. It was only upon our return home that we discovered a discrepancy that left us both surprised and concerned. Instead of being charged for the Grilled Cheese Burrito Deluxe Cravings Boxes that we ordered, we were billed for two Grilled Cheese Dipping Taco Boxes priced at $9.49 each. Not only was this an inaccurate charge, but it was also a higher cost than what we had actually ordered.
In an attempt to rectify this oversight, we immediately returned to the Taco Bell location via the drive-thru, following the same process as before. Upon arrival, we were directed by the manager on duty, **, to enter the establishment in order to verify our return. What followed during our interaction with ** was both disheartening and unacceptable.
Instead of addressing our concern promptly, we were left to wait for an extended period of 15-20 minutes while ** focused her attention on other customers at the drive-thru. This disregard for our time and concern was evident and left us feeling dismissed. When ** eventually engaged with us, her attitude was marked by an unwelcoming and confrontational demeanor.
**'s question, "Who in here is needing a refund?" was posed with an inappropriate tone that added to the distress of the situation. When we responded that it was indeed us seeking a refund, the interaction took a regrettable turn. **'s refusal to address our concern and her decision to discard our order underlined a lack of professionalism and respect for customers.
What followed were comments that were sexist and belittling, which left us both shocked and deeply disappointed. The refusal to acknowledge an error in the order and **'s persistence in claiming that what we ordered was not even on the menu further compounded the situation. It was only through my husband's quick thinking to capture photographic evidence of the menu display that we were able to substantiate our order.
What stands out most egregiously is the unprofessionalism demonstrated by **, who holds the position of manager. As a representative of Taco Bell, we expected a higher standard of care and responsibility. The offensive language, inappropriate comments, and manipulative actions do not reflect the values or reputation of your brand.
It is unfortunate that this incident escalated to such a point. I acknowledge that customer interactions can be challenging, but leadership demands a higher level of behavior and accountability. **'s actions not only reflected poorly on herself but also on Taco Bell as a whole.
We seek resolution and accountability for this unfortunate experience. It is my hope that Taco Bell will address this matter and ensure that future customers are treated with the respect and professionalism that they deserve. The incident we encountered has left us with a lasting negative impression, prompting us to reconsider our patronage of Taco Bell moving forward.
For your reference, I have included the following details of our visit: Date: August 19, 2023. Time: Approximately 6:30 PM EST. Location: Taco Bell, 3570 Hillsborough Rd., Durham, NC 27705. Order Details: Two Grilled Cheese Burrito Deluxe Cravings Boxes ($7.99 each) I trust that you will take this matter seriously and investigate the incident in question. Our intent is to ensure that such an unfortunate experience is not repeated for others. We look forward to your response and hope that Taco Bell will take the necessary actions to address this matter promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,Valuable Customer

The receipt lists the order...was charged extra $2.40 per order for subbing beans and chicken. Everything was placed in a paper bag nothing marked as veg or chicken. Not boxed separately. On arriving home...they were std orders with beef. Drove back 10 minutes. No apologies for messing up order and or the inconvenience. Manager Jaycee did not even out. We are in limbo waiting for 15 min for a resolution. We can see them huddled discussing. Finally I call them saying, "Excuse me, can I get a refund?" They come out and say, "We can refund on the condition you place your order again and pay for it." No courtesy to rectify order but conditional refund. I agree. Decided to place 1 order at a time. After 1 order..placed 2nd order. The 1st order arrives.
We are waiting patiently for 2nd order...in the meantime I observe a lady while preparing a drive thru order is eating and the kitchen floor is filled with trash all over. No change of gloves. Nothing. I started to record. A tall man comes and blocks me and threatens us that we are trespassing and need to leave premises immediately else cops will be called. We let them know we are only waiting for our order patiently and what had we done to be threatened....we were polite, thanking them for everything they did even though we felt they were not deserving at all. They ask us, "What is your car license number as cops are on the way." They give our 2nd outstanding order and we leave.
The cops are on us within minutes as we are walking out, taking their side giving us a 30 min talk saying Businesses are allowed to throw any customer out with reason like I don't like the shirt the customer wore while in this case we had misbehaved and were yelling and shouting. Even after explaining what happened and asking for CCTV footage or a witness customer to show us one word that was said shouting or yelling....he continued ignoring my ask of proof and said if I was seen on the property I would be criminally charged. Our protectors who needs to be neutral and fair openly discriminating! I have no reason to share this but I do not want anyone to go thru what I did as it was pretty humiliating to go through this for no fault of mine plus public standing around us watching the cop and my interaction. This is the laziest, rudest, most unethical staff I have ever encountered. Not only do they pretend to be stupid and incapable of thinking for themselves and make executive decisions in order to provide good customer service, they lie to prevent their bosses from finding out. The fact is, the franchises needs to take this location away from the owner. They clearly don't care about the store. If they did they would be checking the reviews for starters.
Their manager refused to give his name or his boss's name. He thinks he's clever and that he can do whatever he wants because there is no way to tell his boss without his name or his boss's name. Young buck is about to find out how wrong he is. He isn't clever. He finally ran into someone who won't stop until he has faced the consequences of his actions. I intend to contact corporate tomorrow and demand action. I will not stand down until I have some names and the action taken to correct this young man. Franchises have a say in what goes on and can take a store away from an owner over things like this. Don't go to this store. They will rip you off and lie to you.

I have always been a Taco Bell fan and have recommended eating tacos and other menu items at Taco Bell to my friends, but will probably not return to this Taco Bell in Gulfport, Mississippi due to the new impersonal "technology" that has been installed in this restaurant. I went into this Taco Bell on May 25 to place an order and dine in, but noticed that there were no customers in the restaurant. As I studied the menu to order, several employees passed me by behind the counter, but no one said anything to me or smiled.
When I tried to place an order with someone, they waved to an object behind me to order. Turning around, I saw a kiosk device that I had to study to figure out how to place my order. I hated it. I knew what I wanted, but had to study the prompts, became frustrated when I did not see what I specifically wanted to order, and considered just leaving. I would have to touch a screen that who knows who touched it and there was no sanitizer nearby. Given that people eat after touching that ridiculous screen, there is no telling how much disease is being spread.
I went ahead, however, to interact with the machine. It took twice as long to do this than if my order had been taken by an employee as in times past. I saw others (baby boomers, the majority of the population) come in, complain and leave. I will not ever go inside this restaurant again now that I know what I am facing. I can go to a regular mom and pop Mexican Restaurant and receive food faster with a personal interface. I hope Taco Bell realizes that this is a step in the wrong direction. I think the lack of customers I saw that day is an indication.

On the night of Feb. 2 2023 my wife and I decided to stop by the Taco Bell on 6706 US Highway 431 to get something to eat. Before we began ordering we specifically told the employee taking the drive-thru orders that each and every item of food needed to be free of lettuce. Once we began ordering we reiterated that no lettuce was to go on each taco and burrito, and we could see "NO LETTUCE" appear under each individual item on the order screen. We even "rounded up" so the change would go to a fund to help Child Education. We waited for the order for approx. 10 minutes. It didn't seem odd to me at the time that two of the employees came to the window, smile and give me a nod when we received our order.
Once we got home we opened the food and noticed that not only did each and every taco and burrito have lettuce on them, but they had an obvious triple overabundance (easily triple the normal amount). This was done deliberately! And they wanted us to know it! After calling and making a complaint we took the food back, but couldn't find the smiling nodding employees who were the obvious culprits of the prank, but what we did find was an inebriated employee that was handling trash and fixing food WITH THE SAME GLOVES ON HER HANDS! She was talking in riddles and could barely comprehend that we wanted to see the manager and not make a food order.
The only redeeming point of the whole FRUSTRATING TIME AND GAS WASTING endeavor was the manager (John), and his willingness to give us our money back without question. My wife and I have vowed to NEVER eat at that particular Taco Bell ever again, and will advise others we know not to waste their time or risk their health by eating there either. It was an actual good thing that we had to bring the food back, especially after witnessing the dirty state of the kitchen and the unsanitary practices of the high-as-a-kite employee.

Cashier then ask the manager that was working drive through with another young lady if he could correct my order and the manager continued to work drive through. After 10 mins I asked for a refund. A girl said she was the manager. Her name was Branie. She said she would get on it. Waited another 15 minutes. Still no food, I believe her friends came in and she gave our food to them for free, this was very unprofessional. I do not go to McDonald’s now because of similar things. Now Taco bell is on that list. This was very upsetting to be treated that way. I asked for the manager's name of that location. She kept leaving, I had to keep asking for her. She said his name is Paul but is not allowed to give out his phone number.
Customer service is the only thing between you and any other fast food chain. Please train your staff to be professional and courteous. This can damage Paul’s reputation, Branie’s reputation and Taco Bell's Reputation. Just remember Wards, Sears, Kmart, Big boy restaurants, Carrols restaurants, Pop’n taco, Sambo’s, Taco Viva, Two Pesos, Vip’s restaurants, and many more do not exist because mostly due to customer service. You treat people right, they will come, but if you don’t you will be just like the rest - gone. Do not send me coupons or free food. I told her I would buy her something. You can’t place an order at the counter so I made another order through the app. After waiting for 30 minutes I finally received my initial order. During this time the lobby is getting more crowded with other customers waiting for their orders. Now I’m waiting for the 2nd order that I placed for the woman. 5 minutes goes by, then 15 and more people are coming in.
After a total of 50 minutes of waiting, I look outside and the lady is nowhere to be found. SHE GOT TIRED OF WAITING!! I get an alert in the app that my food is ready, another 10 minutes goes by and still no food. At this point I am beyond frustrated and I ask them to just give me my money back.
