    Just got a quarter pounder with cheese and medium fries. The bill was 6 60 something. The food was inedible. The burger was burned beyond recognition. They tried to disguise it by burying in ketchup and onion. No good. The bu was actually hard!!! Can't even figure that one out. Best guess the burger had sat through 3 or 4 cycles and should have been destroyed but wasn't. Fr fries cold and wilted. 3 strikes and you're out. Serves me right for eating that crap. It was the store at Overland and Venice in LA.

    Overdosed Iced Tea. Also, the non-minority (surprise) woman didn't once smile, or say thank you. About to drop me off at Bob Hope regional my Mom, craving an iced tea, took the first nasty half sip into an actually undrinkable whatever, concoction. It was even too sweet for me, and I usually have a sweet lurch. I ordered 3 choc. chip cookies, because I know airport food is an Everest, dollar wise. The large drink was wasted, off the bat. Cookies? Mmm - standard. I try to circumvent McD's because of the slovenly energy and attitude of management to base level workers, and 'pink slime' paranoia. I still do go on unplanned occasion for a fudge sundae, one of the last offering to not be overly tainted with negative detractors and vibes. Moral of this one McDonald's exposure: limit yours but getting unsweetened well drinks.

    As McDonald's is one of the 4 fast food chains we have near our office, we always go there to get our breakfast. When I need a quick caffeine fix at an affordable price, I go there. However, this particular branch takes away "fast" in fast food. Almost everyday, I have to wait more 15 minutes at most to get to order and another 10 minutes to get iced coffee. Mind you that I frequently go there outside the break hours of the rest of the workforce and yet I get to wait that long for 1 iced coffee while I see 3 crews just walking about behind the counter and greeting people coming in and out. Such situations are very frustrating. I wish they would put that thingy back where they time the speed of customers being served.

    Not happy with the burger given to me when I had dinner in their DLSU branch one night. The patty and the buns are smaller than the usual already-small-burgers. I didn't mind because it packs more flavor, well supposedly, than the plainest cheeseburger available. Lo and behold. It wasnt. The bbq sauce covers only the center of the burger, about a quarter, so I barely tasted the smoky promises that Mcdo had. The onions weren't crunchy as well. It was a disappointment overall.

    I'm a McDonald's baby. I grew up going to this place for I-don't-really-know-what. I just remember going there for a lot of times with my family as I was growing up. As a child, I didn't have a choice...but there's nothing really bad going there, I guess. Perhaps we go there for what we call "Filipino service." People are cheerful. They greet you with a smile and help out with what you need. It's a fast food restaurant, we can't really expect much with their food.

    In the place I live, there are different McDonald's locations and I noticed that each location is being adapted to what is around the area. There are two stores near universities I know, and the setup and the ambiance perhaps are patterned after what will attract students. The colors are catchy. Now there is another one situated near the local government office, and the inside is more formal, perhaps to cater to the working class who are on a budget. The ones at the malls are not so nice, thinking maybe because of the number of people going in the area. People will go there no matter what. I like that they are somewhat varied. :)

    Now, as an adult trying to be more responsible, and knowing the consequences of eating fast foods, it's an "at-your-own-risk" situation. Anyhow, I like their collectibles. I have a set of their 2012 Olympics glasses (as shown in the pictures). I like it. They're good. Also, my daughter likes the toys that come with their kiddie meals, though I'm relieved that she's not really a fan of fast foods... :)

    I went to the location on 87th street in Chicago. The food was cold, terribly prepared and the customer service was even worse. However, the employees are a reflection of their management/owner. After calling corporate to explain my situation a young lady named ** called me back. She is the most unprofessional and disrespectful person I have ever met. Her concern is not to provide customers with quality service, but she believes in insulting customers. When I spoke to her the first time she seemed unconcerned about the issue and the second time was not any better. As a matter of fact, she hung up on me. I am shocked that a company that has been in business this long has allowed someone like her to represent their company.

    The place was not clean and after we received a cold meal we actually threw them away. Even after I explained why we don't bring our food back for it to be prepared again, we both ended up in the hospital after such, she could care less. As a former customer service manager for 10 years, I would never treat a customer with such disrespect. Her way to deal with two grown people purchasing two expensive meals was to send a be our guest for a small cafe drink. Seriously, this is her form of customer service and customer satisfaction? She would have done better not responding and even after I told her that was not sufficient, she responded by saying, "Well I am sorry you did not like what was sent." Bye!!!

    If you are ever in Chicago stay away from 29 E. 87th street McDonald's unless you don't mind dirty conditions, nasty and unprofessional employees and nasty food. This type of service could explain why some people are not going to McDonald's anymore. She is the worst manager/owner I have dealt with in the last 10 years. A company that was once the top of the list for parents to take their children is changing based on this type of service and behavior.

    I was at the airport Chicago O'Hare. I looked at the menu and chose breakfast meal 4.75 and asked for a egg biscuit which usually is 99 cents. I was asked to pay 11 dollars. When I asked why they said steak egg biscuit was 6.70 and the rest was egg. I then asked why the menu price was 4.75 and you charge 6.70. The cashier said that the price menu was wrong. Then I told her to delete the egg sandwich and replace with another meal from menu. This time my total was 14.70ish. I was upset because again they charged almost 7 dollars for something that on the display was 4.70. Then I asked to remove it and just give me the first meal and pancake.

    She brought her manager who I believe was less than 20 years old. She said McDonald's knows about the price difference. Then I said advertised price should be the price but she said no she cannot honor that price. I took picture of the board and have my receipt. I am planning to go viral as I was humiliated, overcharged and food was not good. Customer has rights and you cannot advertise wrong price and charge people who are in rush more money without them knowing.

    I was so excited to try the McDonald's Smokey Cheeseburger when it came out. Imagine my disappointment when I bit into it and got a pretentious barbecue burger instead. It's not a barbecue burger that you'd expect. First off, the burger patty is not even grilled as they claim it to be. It's their usual off the fry pan dry patty that they seem to use on all their other burgers. The barbecue flavor comes from some mayo concoction with some barbecue-flavored powder. It was just nasty. I still go to McDonald's but never am I ordering their Smokey Barbecue Cheeseburger.

    I cannot get by a week without having a McDonald's coke float. I've tried the one by Jollibee, but it just doesn't quite taste as good. The one by McDonald's has better sundae, I suppose. Consuming the coke float is one of the best experiences you can have. As soon as I receive it on the counter, I grab a straw, punch it down the layer of chocolate syrup, vanilla ice cream and iced soda, then start stirring until they somewhat are mixed with each other, though not fully yet. And then, I pull the straw back up and let it run across my lips, enjoying the taste of such newly mixed goodness. And here comes the best part. When I reach the straw's end, I sip out the tiny bits of chocolate syrup that were somewhat trapped in there. I guarantee you, it is the most satisfying thing ever.

    I've never really liked McDonald's classic burgers. Their buns are dry and the burger patty is not tasty. It seems like the burger patty has been made from the cheapest kind of meat and is usually just salty. The dressing is always not enough. I love the fries though. They are crispy and crunchy. But be sure to eat them while their warm else they turn hard and will feel like eating sticks when already cold.

    Having a McDonalds opposite my place is cool. Although you are tempted to eat their food as it's just a walk away. They display a Halal logo, since this is a Muslim country, and their sets/meals are quite different compared to the Philippines. Their McChicken burger set's the cheapest and they don't have the simple burger McDo meal. They only have double cheeseburger instead of a cheeseburger. Their smallest drink is a medium sized cup, instead of a smallest one. Their crew doesn't speak English much which I find difficult to communicate with. But it's McDo... They have free WiFi and their food's great. I'm loving it!

    I don't like McDonald's as much as I love another local food chain. Their burgers are dry and almost tasteless, and they're expensive for a flat burger with very minimal garnish. Their fries easily gets soggy and their nacho cheese sauce did not smell good! The first time I had it, I instantly disliked it because it had a weird smell. I'm not sure if it was normal but at the time, it didn't really help boost my appetite. Their recent release, the Matcha Oreo McFlurry is the only thing I like at McDonald's. I hope they retain it and make it a regular on their menu. Service is also so-so and they run out of something from their menu every time. I hope they replenish their menu so you don't get disappointed when you want to eat something, only to find out it's not available. Serving size is too small for its price.

    I have always loved McDonald's as a kid. I would always ask my parents to take me there as a treat since they have huge serving of that chicken meal and I have always loved their chocolate sundae. Through the years they have managed to stay affordable. As a student on a budget I could always dine there to my heart's content however, to stay affordable their servings, specifically their chicken meal, became a lot smaller. Gone are the good old days, I must say. To add to that, sometimes their spag sauce is enough. There was even a time they ran out of cheese. Uh, la la... But anyway, their choco sundae will always bring me back to its doors. I am not a fan of ice cream but their – that choco sundae of theirs will forever be one of my favorite comfort food.

    Let me be clear: the only thing I like from McDonald's recently is their double cheeseburger. That's it. Everything else is not worth buying. Their burgers are generally dry and don't taste fresh. Their fries are almost always stale. Their sodas taste watered down and lacking in flavor. And don't even get me started on their rice meals. Their Chicken a la King tastes like instant a la king that you can buy in supermarkets. Their chicken is always either under or overcooked. Their spaghetti is getting smaller and smaller that I wouldn't be surprised if it comes down to only one fork-full per serving. Their new nacho cheese sauce for their fries is pretty good, but the serving size is so small that it runs out after a few fries.

    Get it together, Micky D's. KFC has outrun you by a mile, and you've been here in our country for decades longer. Stop being so money-hungry and give your customers quality food! (Then again, we are talking about fast food here so what kind of quality can we really expect?) Unless you get your act together, eating there will never be an option for me, unless I'm really REALLY craving for a double-cheese. That's actually the only reason why I'm giving you two stars instead of one.

    On May 13th 2016 I went to McDonald's drive-thru around 5:36 a.m. to order breakfast before heading to work. I ordered coffee and oatmeal for about $4. I asked for specifics on my order. Once arriving to work I sat down at my desk and realized that my oatmeal was incorrect. I could not leave work so I went without breakfast for the next 3 hours. I returned to the McDonald's drive-thru to order another breakfast because my oatmeal had been ruined. On this particular order I ordered a big breakfast with hotcakes, two extra scrambled eggs, and an extra hash brown for about $10. I was extremely hungry from missing my first breakfast. I paid for my breakfast and asked for the manager to explain what happened with my first order. I showed her the oatmeal and she apologized and promised to make it right.

    She offered to remake the oatmeal but I explained I had already paid for another breakfast. So she stated I could get a new one on my next order. I thanked her and left. Once arriving I opened my food to realize that part of my breakfast was missing. Another breakfast was ruined! I tried calling the establishment as soon as I realized this time. I could not leave a message and the phone rang several times without an answer. I tried to call all day long and everyday after but the phone still only rang. No one ever answered the phone. I called the customer service hotline who informed me that I needed to wait 5 days to either receive my product or receive a refund and a phone call from the establishment.

    This is not customer service. Within 3 hours I spent over $14 and have to wait 5 days for product or money that is owed to me. Should anyone have to wait that long? Does that seem right? I feel like my money was stolen. To think, if the phones were working I probably could have fixed this issue within an hour of it happening just by someone picking up the phone.

    Large tea: last 2 months went by McDonald's to buy tea. It went from $1.38 to $1.48. Went on mothers day. She told me it went up to $1.80. That's ridiculous. Told them to keep it.     For a very long time my husband and I have visited McDonald's for Hazelnut ice coffee. A few weeks ago we were informed McDonald's would no longer offer Hazelnut in any coffees. This is very disappointing as we purchased at least 2 Hazelnut ice coffees (sometimes 3) every day for at least 2 years. I have found out that Hazelnut is not offered anywhere in central Ohio. Why is this? Sorry, since we found this out we have not returned and won't unless Hazelnut coffees return.

    This is my fourth request for a answer. Does McDonald's really care about treatment of their customers? Why I'm not lovin' it at McDonald's, it's because I used my time to fill out a survey to receive a free quarter pounder w/ cheese. This has always been a great reward for us seniors, never had a problem with using it. That is until I tried using it at the Mcdonald's 12609 at the Shell station 15476 State Hwy 105 Montgomery, TX 77356, phone number 936-588-1303. My wife wanted to have some {"LOVIN' IT"} so we went to our favorite Mcdonald's, this one. We never experience any problems using these surveys for a BOGO QB W/C, however a employee with the name tag ** refused to honor it because she thought it was not valid numbers?? So, she showed the survey number to a young white man about 30 years old, 5'10" tall, dark hair, wearing glasses, however he was at least 20 feet away and did not come to see the problem.

    So facing a defiant **, I asked "What is the problem with this survey?" ** reply was "It has numbers ending in (02)." It was her opinion these were bogus numbers, not valid on any of McDonald's surveys. I asked again "You're not going to accept this survey?" Once again the answer was NO!! Here's the survey numbers {**}. Are these bogus? Note ending in (02). So we went home, filled out another survey, was given numbers {**}. Note numbers ending in (02). So is Mcdonald's giving out none valid numbers? The reason for filling the survey was to help improve customer experience at Mcdonald's, so why upset customers that used their time to fill out a survey, then have a rude employee refuse it and insinuate that I pulled these numbers out of thin air? We still love McDonald's, but now are reluctant about using these surveys. Can you reassure us on this matter? Thanks.

    The site at 600 St. Andrews Rd. in Columbia, SC has operational problems. Not only incorrect orders and rude, indifferent staff, but upon ordering cones or shakes, the machine is usually "down". I have gone on several sites and corporate standards require the ice cream machines be flushed nightly, a fairly rudimentary procedure. I suspect the shift workers are simply too lazy to perform this. And where is the management to look into this and acknowledge the ensuing loss of sales' profits, and naturally, the increase in customer dissatisfaction? Simply put, this location is pathetic.

    Since the McDonalds advertised all day breakfast, I have more trips to restaurant and spent more. Wasted so much money thinking that it will get better next visit and tried again and again.     McDonald restaurant at the corner of Sherwood Forest Blvd. and N Harrells Ferry Rd, Baton Rouge LA 70816. Pulled up at around 11:55 pm to 12 am in the morning at the drive through, placed my order of 10 chicken nuggets and fries then proceeded to the pick up window. The employee was in a confrontation with one of the manager, about all he does is walk around with a clipboard and do anything at the same time preparing an order of hot cakes and sausage and proceed to give it to me. I told her that's not my order. So I repeat my order which is ten chicken nuggets and fries. BAMM. That woman went off on me using the most outrageous profanities which I don't want to mention because of the traffic description.

    I decided to get my money back in which she responded with another profanity??? All this was happening in front of the manager. Still didn't get my refund on my card, no receipt of purchase or refund. To avoid further humiliation and disrespect as a customer I pulled off. The employee in person is of ** complexion, big in body and very disrespectful to customers. My view on this is I hope McDonald will be doing a better screening of their people they hired to serve their customers who make them what they are. Your response to this matter is very important.     All incidents at location: 2700 Woodville RD, Northwood, OH. Store #11488: Feb 12 2014 - broke tooth on mcmuffin. Overly hard. March 25 2015 - order of 1 large fries missing. June 3 2015 - we all ordered from work. We all had to share food. Didn't have time to correct issue as time was limited. October 26, 2015 - order of 1 big mac and 2 large fries and I was given 2 fish sandwiches and a small fry. I don't eat fish so I only ate a small fry for work as time didn't allow me to come to McDonald's again. I just got a tooth extracted from breaking it in a hard mcmuffin same day so I wanted a soft breakfast burrito. Saturday. Jan 18 2015 - shorted order of small fries; gave me no receipt. April 2 2016 - 10:06 am - got someone else's receipt and paid for someone else's meal in which my meal was cheaper. The breakfast burritos were so hard that I only ate the inside. Paid with card - amount $5.48. They messed up a bunch of people orders too that day.

    We were rushing and needed our coffee so we headed to their Drive Thru. The line was a bit long, but never complained about it. Although that might already reflect on the speed of their services and turnarounds. When they handed our coffee, we nearly jumped off our seats as it was so hot! Did they just serve us really boiling brew?! Coffee should be served warm, yes, but not too hot that one cannot drink from it or else the tongue's gonna get burned. So, yeah, our tongue and lips got burned - not sure if they can be sued for that! And so we waited for some 20 more minutes to cool it down -- that's how long it took so you can just imagine! We also found out that they didn't give us enough sugar and cream. This was brekky time!

    My Children were just served raw chicken nuggets from the Brunswick, Ohio store on Pearl Road. Hoping the nuggets were fully cooked before they arrived at the store, I called to ask about it and the manager told me that they were in fact raw before being fried. He apologized for the incident and said someone must have removed them before the timer went off. I don't think that is good enough. My children ate most of the nuggets. My son is 1 year old and could die from salmonella food poisoning. I reported the incident to the corporate office, the health department, and poison control center.

    I went to McDonald's at 11700 Blanco Rd San Antonio Tx. I ordered the 2 Big Macs for five with a small drink and fries, ate half the sandwich and a fad fries and pulled a hair out of my mouth a very long hair. Took a picture of it and returned the food and the lady ask me did I want another order and I told her "Give my money back" and afterwards I call corporate and like always "Give me your information and someone will get in contact with you."     This has to be the worst McDonald's in the US, if not on the entire planet. Very rude employees, very poor customer service, I'm not even sure any of these people have been trained. Every time I go there, they get my order wrong and argue with me when I try to just get what I ordered. Last week I tried them again and used the drive thru, got all the way home, and sure enough, the order was wrong. Drove back, told them what happened, they said, "Sorry, we will make a fresh chicken sandwich for you, oh it will take 7 min." I said, "Ok, I will wait."

    After 15 min, I went to the counter and ask about my 7 min order, they acted like they never saw me, I ask for the manager, he was maybe 20 years old, not a clue, how to treat customers. I had to tell him the whole story again, then he ask for the receipt, which I no longer had because I gave it to the first person I talked to. Then a guy came in and said "I just ordered food from the drive thru, everything I ordered is wrong." I smiled. Then as they were going through his bag, they pulled out a Artisan Chicken Sandwich. I saw them put the sandwich in a different bag, and said, "Sir, your order is ready." I cannot believe this kind of service. I told them I have now been here for 35 min waiting for a sandwich, and I want my money back. What happened to McDonald's? They used to be so good.

    McDonald's location - 10785 OLIVE AVE, PEORIA, AZ 85345 (623)977-1720. I was in the drive-thru around 12:15. I was greeted by **, I ordered 10 piece nugget meal and sprite and asked if I could have a dipped cone. She confidently stated the ice cream machine is up and no issues handling this order. When I pulled up she stated the machine has shut down and is cleaning itself. I asked "why did you offer and say everything was a-ok?" This is when her attitude changed. She stated the machine just shuts down and she has no control over this and it happens every day. So they never know when the ice cream machine will shut down?

    I asked to speak to her boss, a gentle named ** came to window. He stated the ice cream machine normally shuts down after 12, but if that's the case why not inform your employees to prevent these types of conflicts? Just don't allow cones to be sold or offered seems like a simple solution? I was not happy with ** tone or body language or overall representation of McDonald's and I was not happy with ** explanation. To top it off after I paid for order I sat at the second window recapping my order as the second window girl forgot to give me my drink. This experience was a disaster and I request a call back at your earliest available time. Please check with ** and ** prior to calling me back as I'm interested on what their version of all this was.

    The door says lobby opens at 5:30, it is now 5:51 and they are still not open. Finally go to the drive-thru and waited for 5 minutes before the guy even came on the intercom, then it took another 5 minutes to order because he kept saying hold on. And to top it all off they got the orders wrong! Worst McDonalds I've been to.

    Lunch at McDonalds Quakers Hill was a very bad experience. First I ordered a double quarter pounder with no sauce but when I received my order it had no buns just double meat and cheese. When I returned it I showed them and they gave me another one but still not what I ordered. It had sauce so I took it back a second time. I finally got the right order but when I gave the other one back they did not throw it out but instead gave to another customer after I was handling it. The manager was the one who gave it to another customer.

    I've always known Mcdo to be the worst junk food place to eat. Fake chicken, gmo fries and gmo chicken. They pretty much serve their customers the lowest grade quality foods for buck. Well... I've always known that you get what you paid for... but tonight my husband went to McD's (because it was late) and brought me back two cheese burgers... the nasties ever. I tasted nothing but bread, the meat was so thin and small in diameter that I might as well just had bread and ketchup, just nasty. I hate mcD's because they don't give a darn about what their customers digest.

    I was recently let go at McDonald's as a Shift Manager after working for 5 years because I had an issue with my schedule. I told the manager that I refuse to do 3 days overnight. Also there was favoritism in the morning crew and managers because they got 12 hours while the afternoon got 6 hours the least which wasn't fair because there were 10 managers working and only 4 managers taking turns.

    For 5 months I was being underpaid in which they promised to give me a raise. Also because I was being threatened to be fired for calling in sick on a weekend because the other managers did not want to stay longer. I was never told that I was suspended or terminated when they took me off the schedule for the week. Nobody wanted to talk to me. Just until Friday I was told that I was terminated. These people know that the workers without papers can make them do whatever they want or else they'll call INS on them. They got scared because I stood up to them and what do they do? They terminate me.

    I purchased a Oreo Frappe at McDonalds in Woodmere, Ohio (Pepper Pike) to go. On my drive home I ended up swallowing something that should not of been in the Frappe. It ended up scratching my throat. I stopped swallowing before I swallowed the other pieces that were in my mouth. It looked like nasty finger nails. Every time I think of what I swallowed I want to throw up. I was closer to home than the McDonalds so I called Corporate to talk to someone when I got home. Told them what happened and was told someone would get back to me. No one did. I called back again to talk to someone. Someone from Corporate returned my call a week later after the second call.

    I met with the worker from Corporate. He seen what I found in my drink and agreed it looked like Finger nails. Stupid me handed the foreign objects over to him trusting he would help me out. He made it sound like I would be taken care of. He made a report to their insurance company saying they would do something for me. The insurance company called me back agreed there was something in my drink that should not have been. Said they were not going to do anything so I ended up getting an attorney. Didn't help. McDonalds did not care that there was something put into my drink. Refused to help me out. Will never step back into a McDonalds again.

    We had a coupon from a previous mess up and we went in to use our coupon. We got a quarter pounder meal with no onions and a double quarter pounder with only mustard and cheese only. They gave us two quarter pounders. We called them and they said that we had to return the food to get our right order. We tossed the food because we didn't want to eat it when it was the wrong order and it was cold and the bread was hard. We told them that we tossed the food and we were out of town so we couldn't bring it back. Some guy named Bear said that was fine, that we can just bring the receipt in and they will replace it.

    We went in and some lady named Fatima said that she talked to Bear when he supposedly wasn't in. He told us that he would be in at that time. She said that Bear supposedly told her that we had to bring the food in when he told us that we didn't have to since we were out of town. My husband's brother is sick and in the hospital. We went there to visit him and so we couldn't go in and bring the food in. She was rude to us. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to the McDonald's in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Rude people and they mess the food up. Food cold and bread hard.

    My husband and I went to the McDonald's in Suwanee, Ga on old peachtree industrial yesterday 1/15/2016 at 3:53am. My husband works up the road from them. He had to be at work by 4 am and ended being 20 mins late cause the staff is horrible there. We pulled up to the drive thru and the guy was so rude taking our order. I order 2 egg Mcmuffins and other things. We were the only ones there. He came to the window and took my debit card, gave it back and shut the window and we sat there for for about 5 mins. When he finally gave me my drink and then says "we're just waiting on the muffins." Never was told there was a wait on the muffins when I order them. He tells after taking my money 15 mins later. We finally got our order 20 min wait altogether making my husband late for work.

    I tried knocking on the window and beeping my horn more than once. No one came to the window. He was nowhere to be found until my husband started to get out of the car. All of the sudden he appears with our order!!! No sorry for the wait, nothing!!!! Did not give me a receipt either so I could not take their survey. Food was horrible, wait was horrible and service was horrible!!! We want our money back, we spent 11.94 to deal with this... and they wonder why they won't get 15 dollars a hour. They don't deserve it, the way they act!!! We will no longer be going to any McDonald's and like Burger King wayyy better!!! Telling everyone to stay away especially from this McDonald's!!!

    Today 11/01/16 at approx 3pm, I was queuing to be served. The lady to my left had received her order on a tray containing a Large Coke, This so happened to drop to the floor and bounce all over me. I shouted for assistance as to this point I was soaked in coke. I was wearing a duck down white coat, Ugg boots, a Rolex and carrying my Michael Kors bag which was all soaked in this Coke. A member of staff came after 60 seconds and told me to queue for the toilet and to wash myself there. To this I was surprised and begged for a towel which never came. In the meantime the customer was given a free coke and staff paid more attention to the floor than myself. A customer who was in front of me handed me over a couple of wet wipes from her bag. By this time the coke had soaked in and damage done.

    I asked to speak to a manager who handed me over a dry cloth. Now I am left with a £300 bill to clean my jacket, bag, Uggs, ring and my watch full of dry sugar.

    McDonald's have stated they will not compensate their damage they created. £3.99 meal had cost me £300. Will I ever attend any McDonald's? Never! I will be taking this further as they have customer insurance and will be seeking legal advice.

    It was New Year's Eve and my girlfriend and I decided to go to Mickie Ds in Akron and when we got there we waited nearly 20 minutes and there were four other cars waiting at the drive thru. Rather than go in the next day and complain to the manager I filled out a survey and it's been five days nothing. So I sent them an email w/ an ultimatum. The lesson for me personally is never go to Mickie Ds on New Year's and never go to a drive thru. The consequences for them is that they're going to lose eight customers which equals close to forty bucks and on Thursday night I will go back to Mickie Ds and tell them that I won't do business w/ them again.

    I would never recommend Mickie Ds to anyone, but I would recommend Five Guys, Subway, Swensons. Even though they do have the Cavs Dinner Box it's not worth the bad attitude and service. You can get good results almost anywhere and honestly I'm amazed that they haven't shut down the businesses because of those complaints alone.

    I wanted to enjoy a nice hot coffee on a cold night so I decided to go to McDonald's. I had to first stand in line for over 10 minutes to get my coffee which would not usually bother me under normal circumstances. However I decided to sit down and read a paper while I drank my coffee. I lost track of time and when I noticed I had to go, when I got to my car I found a parking ticket for $74.00. When I talked to the supervisor I was told there is a max 1 hour parking and McDonald's can not do anything about it because it is a private company. He said that "I would be pissed off too but rules are rules." I guess McDonald's does not want you to have an enjoyable time at their restaurants. They would rather get you to buy and get lost or pay a fine. So much for caring for the paying customers. I will now make Tim Horton's my place for a coffee. At least they enjoy having you enjoy a newspaper and a cup of coffee in their restaurant.

    Last night (12/26/15) after flying into La Guardia from NY my bf & I decided to grab a bite at the Mcdonalds located on Lexington & 12th street. Upon entering the restaurant we noticed that it was in a deplorable condition. There was fries on the floor, workers stepping all over them, the trash needed to be taken out, the workers were not paying any attention to customers. This is what you call lack of cleanliness, no sort of any order.

    On Thursday December 3rd 2015 at about 11:00 am my family and I went through the drive thru at McDonalds at 461 S Vincent Ave West Covina Ca 91790. Once we ate our food and drunk our drinks we noticed the cup had ants inside. I am pissed. After going back to the restaurant a few hours later we noticed the McDonalds was infested with ants and I have pictures that will show several many trails. I spoke to a manager and she refunded the drinks. That's not enough to satisfy me and my family. We are devastated.

    You know how you ask a question, and the answer seems to have nothing to do with the question? This new contest instead of Monopoly, which was canceled this year, is not near as good. I typed in 304 entries which come as helmets for different teams. What you get is one day to get a small French fries called the Lucky team. Now if you go to another McDonald you can get more than one. Your odds of winning are not what they say. Mostly food prizes. It is not worth putting in the codes, because you are so very unlikely to win. If you ask a question you get a non-related answer.

    One of their main prizes the Breakfast sandwich is hard to collect. They say no Egg McMuffin, but the other choices are not served 24 hours. This one girl in Sylmar, CA actually took the egg off a McGriddle that I won because the picture on the game piece does not have the egg on it. You will only get more food, so they should call it the McFat Day Contest. I tried very hard to win the XBOX one, but it was hopeless. The large prizes seem to only go to people on the East Coast.

    At my McDonald's I'm not happy with the bacon, egg and cheese bagel meal. With a medium hot tea, this now comes to a little under $6. The problem is they do not nuke the sandwich long enough. I almost always have a fair amount of the creamy egg on the surface of the sandwich. If they would cook it another 10 seconds, that would probably be enough. I'm sure the bagel is more dense than a biscuit, and the employees probably keep the bagel in the same amount of time as the biscuit, hence the problem. I have tried talking to the manager about this, for what good it does. I can see why McDonald's has been having problems with declining sales for a while.

    My girlfriend and I was in Walmart at Marlborough mall getting some groceries and just decided to get some food and coffee at McDonalds inside Walmart. I got junior chicken and McCafe (mocha) as my usual order. I was the only client waiting for order that time and it took me couple of minutes to get my McCafe Mocha

    then my girlfriend and I headed to the cinema after that. It was around 3pm.. then when we got into the theater. I ate the junior chicken and had the McCafe during and til the end of the movie.     Bad drive thru service. I told the young man at the window to make sure my order was right and he told me "I am not the bagger," so when I got home my order was short.     This has been going on a while and I finally got my fill of it. It is not the money, it is the principle. I have noticed lately that McDonald's (and other fast food franchise with drive-thru) are making a habit of not giving back the change when it is less than .05. Monday I went through a McDonald drive-thru in Austin, TX. My total was 3.17. I handed the lady 3 ones and 2 dimes. She took the money, handed me the receipt and shut the window. Not even as much as a thank you. This one was the final straw for me. I just sat there until she turned back around and opened the window back up. I told her I did not get my change. She took my receipt and then rolled her eyes at me and muttered something under her breath I could not hear. She opened the register and handed me the 3 pennies and then slammed the window again.

    If I had handed her 3.15 don't you think she would've asked for the other .02? If McDonald's does this to every customer at a drive-thru for an average of let's say .02 and only 1,000 customers. The McDonald's in larger cities will run multiples of a 1,000 customers per day through a drive-thru service, but if you only use 1,000 that is right at 7,500 per year. Multiply that by the 35,000 Mcdonald's that are currently their advertised number of franchises that comes to $255,500,000.00. Pretty nice little bonus on the bottom line isn't it?

    This is regarding the McDonald's on corner of Whittier Blvd and Colima Rd. I'm normally an easy going person but because it happened multiple times I feel it deserves attention. I drove thru drive thru after work around 9 pm and they told me, "We are out of fries and the hot chocolate machine is being cleaned". Last time around same time they also said out of Artisan chicken, out of fries, and coffee machine broken. This has happened a total of 3 times. Normally I give benefit of doubt but it's been a pattern. What's the point of a 24-hour service if half the items on menu are out? I hope this gets resolved soon or will lose a customer.

When we went to pay, this woman had an attitude, looked liked she hated it there. We asked for our FREE dessert. Chocolate ice cream. We got vanilla. That woman didn't know how to take orders.     Well as a long haul truck driver I see the McDonalds everywhere. Always great locations for large units. This said I tried your new restaurant in settler. Looks nice hot food across from Tim Hortons. Nope. Guess I was late to enter at 1155 pm. OK drive through. Why not on foot can't fit a highway unit in there right? So I start in behind a half ton pickup. He laughs as he sees a man in -5 trying to get his fix of mc D's. As they drive away from speaker I call out just hearing a lady no response. Being a Canadian who drinks beer not first time on foot. So now I now jump up and down always works right...? Wrong. Damn new store high tech.

As they speed away, impressed with the bag of treats acquired. I walk up as this is normal Canada -5 on foot getting food. No I look directly in the eyes of for better words a "new canadian" with a smile on my face. It's now my turn I think to myself wrong. Her cheerful face turns to a frown before she hits the 180 button.

    I begin knock in on glass for my hot meal now seems a dream fading. No it's gone. I walk to front window on a broom cleaning the child's dreams away from hrs earlier. I return to window no hope of achieving what was once a great plan of hot food. Well before leaving I throw a bird to what I hope is someone who cares. As I reflect drinking a warm cup of Tim Hortons eating my cold but nutritional sub, can't help but think of the slogan "now serving 1 billion". Well I only count as 1 but I would like to be taken off the number for every town city I see has a alternative choice. As I end this positive rant well... Cold sub in hand this bird's for you. For shame.

    Using the drive-up or going inside to order, at least 50% of the time what I order is not correct or it is presented in a bag where an order with light mayo is all over the inside of the wrapper or the inside of the bag. It doesn't do any good to complain to the management. They look at you like you are a fool for expecting the food to be presented in a reasonably manner so you can eat it without having to come back and explain to them the order is not correct or it has been packaged in a less than satisfactory manner.

    The management at the Page Avenue McDonalds doesn't seem to care. Frankly the place is a joke. As of today I will drive the extra 10 miles round trip to the Michigan Avenue McDonalds where they present their products in a very quick manner, don't screw up the orders, and present it an editable manner in-stead of smeared all over the inside of a wrapper or a bag.

    As a student I felt discriminated against when a McDonald's employee said to a middle-aged man "you don't have to wait in line behind these kids" and proceeded to take him to the front of the line. It doesn't matter if I am wearing a school uniform or not, I am a paying customer who should be treated equally. I am extremely offended and will go elsewhere to spend my lunch periods.     I ordered, southwest salad and a large sweet tea at Beltline McDonalds in Decatur, AL. The cost was $6.75. I gave the cashier a $5, $1 and 75 cents. While waiting for her to take my money, I smoothed out the bills, and made sure the heads were facing in the same direction. She first tried to give me back some change, I told her I gave her the correct change. Then she said I gave her 2 $1 bills and 75 cents. I told her I gave her a $5. She said she only had 1 $5 in the register. To make this shorter, I then gave her another $5, but after thinking about it I asked for the manager. He said she was correct, but they could count the register. I said please do.

    After a considerable amount of time, he came and said the register was $1 under. I asked to see the tab, it was $1 and 70-80 cents under. I said just give me my money, I will leave. He told me I had wasted everyone's time as well as the customers behind me. I am an older lady who just left church, I have NEVER tried to cheat anyone. In the past, I have gotten home and realized that I was given too much money back and promptly got into my car and returned it. More than a few times! I am a Christian and feel I am a witness for the Lord, but not perfect! But I still cannot accept that I didn't give the right money. I truly go to McDonalds several times a week, but I will have to reconsider it from now on. I think it would benefit the young manager to learn some manners and the cashier how to count.     It was odd that at a McDonald's food store on 23 Ave., Edmonton everyone in the kitchen / food prep area was wearing a hat (I guess in lieu of a hairnet) except the manager that was just as involved in the food prep as the rest of the staff and in fact more than most that he didn't have to wear any hair food protection, his hair flying around as it was quite long. I asked him, "Where is your hat?" To which he replied, "Managers don't have to wear one." Is that safe?

    Your increase in costs for menu items at 8030 Bandera Rd./San Antonio (In-store McDonalds) have gone up which does not coincide with the quality of the food there or the service provided by their "management" on duty. I could maybe understand the increase if I absolutely saw a change made in management or the lack of services not provided.

    These increases in prices to menu items just tells me that this location is losing income causing the increase in prices. Either way, I am NOT happy about your changes in menu prices at this location! Also, making a complaint about this using this format is a tremendous inconvenience on me, the customer.     Went to get spicy chicken and fries. Most gross the bun had mold on it, tasted so gross. My fries were so cold tasted like they been sitting for hours. This has happen so many times. Then went in again the service was so bad. Always always forget stuff on my order and customer service so bad. Why do I waste my money on something I can't eat!! I was leaving on trip early morning, needed pick sandwich for on the way. I order muffin sausage and cheese hash browns. The muffin tasted so old and my hash browns were so cold.     I go to drive thru order our food. I had my grandson in car asleep so could not go in. I order happy meal for him and root beer. They tell me they don't have root beer at drive thru. They said it was in the lobby. I asked them "could you get me one?" They tell me "sorry!!" I ask why they could not go lobby get me one, so I get to window I asked again. They said if they did it for me they have to do for everyone. So I asked for manager. She comes to the window. I asked her if she could get me a root beer. She tells me no!! She said "we can give you cup. You come in and get a root beer." Ok I have sleeping child in the car. Get freaking real.

    Too many tries never had good experience at any McDonald's. I work for fast food place and I know what customer service is and food. We as customers pay wages for those employees and if it was not for customers McDonald's would not be in business. I'll never go back even if it was only place to eat. Why pay every time and could not eat the food? Remodeling not going help.

    I have people stop going because of how rude and food has gone downhill. They come my work the one sunset in St George Utah, Washington Utah, St George Blv. Bluff Street St George, Mesquite Nevada, Salt Lake City, West Valley Utah, Magna Utah, Taylorsville Utah, and been lot never gone back. This may not ever get fix from corp. But giving spoiled food cause heath problems. Need be fixed and change the customer service. I know lot people that refused to ever eat at McDonald's. When I was a kid love McDonald's. In the years food gotten bad. I don't have my receipt. Done with McDonald's!!! I don't have a receipt. They never give me one. They says in the bag.

    I ordered happy meal for my son and honey mustard sauce and of course go gurt for him. They gave me apple instead and no sauce. When I saw it I throw the apple to the counter. There was nobody there and when the crew turn around she told me that if I want their service don't threw it. First the counter was far and nobody there and she was not even the one who serve me - it's not meant for her. Anyway, I said I need the sauce and the go gurt and also I need some water and she said I have to pull over and wait to complete my order.     Occasionally I visit McDonald's because I do like the burgers and fries. I noticed on several visits and different locations that when getting the sleeve of fries that there is no standard when filling fry sleeves. I have ordered med and large and noticed that there is little difference in the amount and sometimes they are equal. I know potatoes are fairly cheap so there must be another reason. I think it's time to have a fry filler that is size regulated to the sleeve being filled. That would be much more accurate and easier to do, just grab the proper fry scoop for the sleeve being filled. Another alternative is to weigh each sleeve to regulate the amount of fries in each sized sleeve. Please let me know your feedback on my idea to make McDonald's better serve the customer and enjoy the fries.

My only complaint with McDonald's Corporation is their lack of including sugar free syrup and/or sugar free preserves.     It is 4 am and decide to go to McDonalds to get some breakfast. As I pulled up to place my order, the lady didn't even say good morning, she just asked what she could make for me. I ordered the Big Breakfast. She tells me to pull up and there is one car in front of me. So I think to myself, "Ok this is great! I won't have to wait long, my food will be right out." I was wrong. I waited 10 to 15 minutes to get my food. I pulled up and the lady told me the total. I said good morning and she said nothing back. She had an attitude and it was probably because she was the only one taking orders, running a register, and making the food. I ordered a drink as well and the lid wasn't fully closed. I had to stop and close it myself.

    I understand everyone has their bad days at work, especially if you're running the store by yourself. McDonalds needs to take into consideration that they need to put more employees in their morning shift to get the lines moving and to put less pressure on their one employee doing all of the work. I'm sure if someone else was there helping this young lady out, her service would have been better.

    This is not the first time by any means where I have had a bad experience at McDonald's. However, my most recent visit to McDonald's left me shaking my head and asking myself, "Why do I keep coming back when there are so many really good places to go get food?" It was breakfast time, I ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches, two pumpkin pies and a side salad w/ ranch dressing (of course they were out of the vinaigrette). Mind you it is breakfast time, but I was asked to pull over into the adjacent parking lot because they were making my order. So, already disappointed that they could not handle a breakfast order, I pulled into the parking lot. I checked my side salad while I was waiting. I think if I had ate that I would have had an upset stomach. The side salad was old, brown, wilted lettuce that they were trying to pass off to an unsuspecting customer.

    Finally, the employee comes out with my bag. I took the bag and showed her how bad the salad looked, she took my salad to go exchange it (remember I'm still in the adjacent parking lot). She also asked for my receipt because she thought they might give her a difficult time. I gave her the receipt and off she went, but not before I glanced into the bag she just brought me..."WAIT", I said. I told her there were no pumpkin pies and she said she would take care of that, too. She came back with a fresh salad and the two pumpkin pies. My entire episode at the drive through took at a minimum 20 minutes for 4 breakfast sandwiches, 2 pumpkin pies, and a side salad.

    So what has happened to the quality and care for each order - the food and the service?? It seems more than not my order will be screwed up in some way or something is completely missing. And what has happened to the side salads? The price has been raised from $1 to $1.39, and you no longer put carrot on the salad or offer croutons... doesn't balance out in my mind. Why give a salad dressing packet that has far too much dressing for that little salad (and most are over 500 mg of sodium)? Give out smaller dressing packets and add the carrots back into the salad and offer croutons. The McDonald's chain has just slipped more and more over the past few years. No sure If I will be returning.

    Time and time again I took my family to this McDonalds on Archer Rd., Sheffield. It was disgusting. The burgers unappealing and fries cold and seem to have been cooked twice.     I bought two fish fillet burger meal, one for myself and the other for my 10 yr old daughter. As I was driving on the a13 heading home my daughter from the backseat started making noises with her throat saying something sharp is stuck and she scared to swallow.     I live very close to the McDonald's on War Memorial and Scenic across from the mall in Peoria, Illinois. There is 2 out of 3 chance the food is old, not fresh, or flat out inedible. If you don't ask for your bagel sandwich to be made fresh, you will definitely not be able to bite into it at all. Even if they make it fresh, there is a 50% chance it will not have breakfast sauce on it. The fries are almost always old and the fillet of fish is hard, cold, and missing the cheese or the tartar sauce. The drinks always have soda dripping down the sides or the lid isn't securely on so the chance of getting it all over yourself before putting it in the drink holder is huge. There are a few nice drive-thru employees there however, the turnover must be huge because they're never there long.

    On the few occasions that I've called to complain, the managers are so rude, that I'm appalled. I've literally thought they could have cared less. No change in tone or apologetic. I hate to drive to the McDonald's on the corner of War Memorial and University because it's so much out of my way. (But that McDonald's is fast. The food is always fresh, and for whatever reason, those people are unbelievably friendly. Like all of them). Please help them better the War Memorial/Scenic McDonald's. It truly is a hot mess, and I'm so frustrated with it. :(

    Soda syrup stuck to dispenser. Every table dirty. Floor grimy. Cup of cherries on the ice cream counter opened with flies crawling on them. Manager just stood around and watched the world go by. I would never go back there. You need to pull surprise inspection at the store in Ironton, Missouri. You need new manager. Looked like somebody puked in dispenser drainage. Come on.     My family and I have had various bad experiences at the Mcdonalds on route 30 in North Huntingdon, PA. It is to my knowledge the only Big mac museum. So it attracts a lot of people traveling on turnpike. Waited in drive thru for 10 minutes with no one working it. By now a line of angry people getting off work are lining up. Pulled forward and parked. I have 4 boys and youngest is new born, so drive thru was convenient... so I thought. Went in to a display of high school kids doing everything but their job. Every customer had messed up orders, or no food. I ordered a few cheeseburgers, nuggets and fries.... not rocket science. Grabbed bag and ran to car to screaming kids and angry wife. Got home and found in bag 2 smashed cheeseburgers barely in wrappers, 2 large fries filled only half way and enough salt to melt all route 30 and no bbq sauce. Had enough.

    Since last year this place went straight downhill. Actually had a worker in front of me and other customers say "I'm trying my best but this diarrhea is killing me!!!" Seriously!!! OMG. Called store not for the manager, but the district manager's name and contact #. Go figure.... No one knew who he was nor how to get a hold of him. Haven't seen a manager in the evening for a long time. Why??? Why are they not teaching by example, helping people new to work force and helping make Mcdonalds, like the big mac museum, bring in profits, while serving good quality food and treating customers with gratitude because without us they get sent home early, told to stay home, or make no money. What happened to leadership??? Nowadays leadership is filling district manager with a line of garbage, hiding in office, and why in god's name don't they know drive thru is not busy???!!!

    I called corporate and told them everything. Today district manager called me and was very concerned. It made me feel good that somewhere my voice was heard. He was very respectful and agreed with what I told him. I wanted nothing out of this conversation other than get someone who cares about food quality, food safety, and how employees are paid to act and get results. Why should I have to travel another few miles to get a burger. Hopefully pride is brought back starting with leadership. How can a young employee respect someone when they don't lead by example? I want to thank Jamie for listening to me. Mcdonalds did not become a multi billion dollar company by hiring lazy and unclean people. Will not return for a while.

    My husband and I stopped in at the restaurant for a breakfast sandwich. Once we placed our order and were ready to pay, my husband asked if he could have the CDL discount. The cashier told my husband that he doesn't look like a "truck driver." He said, "What do you mean?" She said, "You know," and proceeded to tell him that he was "too clean-cut." She then asked him if she could see his CDL.

    I have worked in the trucking industry as well as my husband and also work in the steel industry now. I was astonished that she decided to profile truck drivers and am feeling quite offended. I believe that businesses need to protect their rights as she said that they were scammed too many times and she was told that when someone that was clean-cut asked for a discount, that she needed to ask for the CDL. That being said, if he was lacking hygiene and "non-clean-cut," that it usually wasn't an issue to not ask for it.

    I was so upset that my blood pressure was escalated and it took several hours for myself to calm down. We did speak to the manager of the store and she said that she would address it, that it was not professional or warranted. I cannot let this rest as I would not allow myself to let someone that works for me address anyone, in any industry, in that manner. There is a way to follow protocol without lending a judgement or opinion about an individual.     Last Night, Wednesday August 13, 2015 at 8:40 pm, My friend and I, who are both seniors, reluctantly returned to your McD's location at BROADWAY & GRANVILLE 1482 W, BROADWAY, VANCOUVER, BC V6H 1H4. After 6 months as the older looking of the two Filipina women who 'serve' at the front of the not busy location, are neither friendly nor efficient as she doesn't listen or offer any help, as she rushed my order only to cancel it 4 times, blaming me for her confusion and complete lack of listening. The large sign behind the counter changed too quickly and I couldn't find the Swiss cheese grilled chicken option which she said never existed in the 8 yrs of her "serving" customers.

    When I finally received my order, the chicken wasn't grilled, nor was there any tomato or cheese as I had requested which she rudely sniped that she could have charged me 80 cents for the tomato. She then went on to complain to her co-"worker" in Tagalog not English about how I was taking too long to order which was her fault as well as your poor menu that kept disappearing while an ad replaced it. The poutine was also half full and the small fries I bought for my friend were neither hot nor fresh. This is the last time I shall ever enter this location as I can get 3 decent homemade meals for the $15 I wasted along with the 15 minutes I waited for a simple order.

    Worst managerial skills exhibited by manager on duty at Reedswood McDonald's Walsall on Tuesday, 18th August 2015 at about 6:30am. After place my order for a breakfast meal, I was asked to choose a drink I want with my meal and I said I didn't want any drink. I was then asked to proceed to the next window to make payment and to the next window for my order. Upon receiving my order, I realized it was incomplete and so I drove round to the window where I placed my order to ask why my order was incomplete and the attendant said she thought I didn't want the meal since I didn't choose any drink with it.

    Before I could say, Jack, someone from inside came from nowhere and shut the window preventing the attendant from talking to me. I was so unhappy and so I went in intending to express my displeasure to the manager only to realize it was actually the manager on duty who shut the window in my face. Upon asking why she did that, she rather accused me of being rude to the attendant. As if denying me of something I paid for wasn't infuriating enough, the manager had the effrontery to lie that I was being rude to the attendant.

    Well this is the first time that I have visited this location at Oregon avenue, store #2444. I order a happy meal for my little 3 yrs old girl, 2 apple pies, and a cup of iced coffee. While waited for my foods, I then asked the manager for a small baby cup b/c my baby need some iced water. The manager said, "We don't give out courtesy cup" and walk away. How rude with an angry look in her face. So I walked away after got my foods. I then asked my mom to get me some ice cream, and see if the cashier can give us a small cup. She then waited on line and order vanilla ice cream and they gave her a receipt charged $1.29 tax incld. She then waited for ice cream instead they gave her a cup, b/c they said she want a cup. She was angry and asked, "Why I buy ice cream but you gave me cup?" The manager then said, "You asked for cup right?"

    I heard it and so upset I then walk over and asked the manager, "Why you charged us a cup when we only want a small tiny cup for water?" She said she gotta paid for so no free cup. I even told the manager that I only need it for my baby. Beside I don't drink soda anyway, so she looked at me in a weird way. I just walk away. I was still upset and walked back to the counter and ask to exchange for a bottle of water if available, and I'll pay for the difference. The manager then exchange the cup for a bottle of water and didn't say anything else, walked away.

    I could of pay for the difference if she used a better way to talk and beside she got some attitude and for her I don't think she understand what customer services and satisfaction is all about. I think I would never come back to this location again. I would rather drive far a bit and pay for what I deserve. I told my mom, "OK if they want to charged for a small tiny cup for over a dollar I think is a rip off, but a .25 I will pay for, and it could of done in a better way."

    I entered McDonald's in Brixton and ordered my food. I then went upstairs and turned into the eating area which was empty. I then saw a chubby, well built black man mopping the floor. He then spat on the floor while he was mopping it and obviously did not see I was there. I immediately felt disgusted and turned round and went downstairs to eat my food. When I later saw this man I tried to see his name tag which looked like it said Milton. I cannot be entirely sure. At the time I should have made a complaint to the Brixton manager. But from previous experience and complaint I raised with the manager there regarding the bad hygiene and tables always full of mess, he tried to reassure me that things would be done but basically looked at me like I was scum. So I thought it was best not to complain as this shop is my local and I do like McDonald's, so I just put-up and shut-up but I feel my experience should be told.

    I went to the summer McDonald's and got a 20 piece chicken nugget. They only allow 3 sauces for dipping 20 nuggets. They charge for any you get over that. They use to give 3 sauces for a 10 piece. I hope they aren't all like that or I will have to start getting my nuggets at Burger King.

    I ordered a number 2 meal. In the first place ketchup does not belong on a hamburger. All it had was meat ketchup (which ruined the meat) pickle and onion - no lettuce, no tomato, no nothing that comes with an American hamburger!!! Mayo or mustard but never ketchup that goes with fries. I was cheated with nothing on my burger. Ordered two, paid 13 dollars and my burger was ruined with ketchup.

    This particular McDonald's is very dirty. I went into the bathroom early morning and it was disgusting. Employees act like it's their first day, many have exposed tattoos and piercings, not friendly. Food was sloppy put together. This restaurant is in Hot Springs, Arkansas on corner of hwy 270 and Mt Pine Junction. I know many people that say the same thing. Even my husband complains about it. They smoke right outside the building. I know not all McDonald's are bad, but you need to check into this one!

    I went to McDonald's with my mom one day and she ordered a Caesar salad and I ordered a cheeseburger and medium french fries. My mom received the Caesar salad before me and it took a little less than an hour to make my cheeseburger and french fries. The Caesar salad had a really long piece of hair in it and it was disgusting. It wasn't mine or hers coz we are both blonde and it was dark thick black hair. My cheeseburger was good aside from the fact that it took 48 min to make. The fries however... They were dripping with oil and I automatically assumed that it was sweat from the guy cooling like it coz it taste like it. Every time I even think about McDonald's it makes me gag.     Ok, my family and I were sitting down eating and then we see someone ask us for money and we said we didn't have any. So he went outside and came back a minute later and he did that for like 7 time. He went out and in every minute and then since he kept doing that we moved my niece from the seat she was sitting on because he was passing too close. So when he passed again he socked the chair and imagine my niece was sitting on the chair he would of socked her so also.     Hate to do this but after I opened my child's happy meal and saw only a cheeseburger and toy I have to write this. The employees and manager at the Midlothian IL McDonald's need a self help course in proper manners. I was mistakenly overcharged due to the drive up cashier charging me for the food order of the car behind me. I didn't fuss or say anything other than "This isn't my food order miss" and after a few minutes of the Manger fixing it they gave me my correct change and handful of receipts. No "I'm sorry" or anything of the sort. I proceeded to window # 2 where they tried to give me the wrong food order then when I told them what had happened I was asked for my receipts and of course never received them back. Instead the young kid looked at me like I was holding him up.

    Wish I had my proof of purchase cause then maybe I could make a legitimate complaint with names and store number but even more so I would have loved to get the rest of the food that I had paid for. Chances of that happening without a proof of purchase are slim to none. If I had received just one stinking apology I would not have been bothered to even write this even though I am missing food that I paid money for. What a disappointment. Looks like I will drive to the one located on 15th Street in Oak Forest, IL from now on.

    I had a bad experience and when I left the store I continued home and tried to call the store to talk to the supervisor which hung up on me when I tried to call back; and ask for her district manager she hung up again. The next time I called again she gave me a number to the district manager which was a wrong number. I may add that I am a business owner myself and have never ever treated a customer the way I was treated and this is the first time I have ever called to make a complaint in my life.

    I was on a rush home from work and needed a quick place to eat. I saw a McDonald and walked in. I ordered my food from a nice women and sat down. Under the table there was gum. And on top there was a dirty napkin a small spill of liquid and ketchup. The other tables weren't much different. Once I began to eat the food it was horrid. I couldn't believe what I was eating. It was the cheapest crap I have ever put in my mouth! I threw it out and decided to just order out sushi. I wouldn't recommend McDonalds to anyone.

    I drove through my local Mickey D's last night. When I got to the window I handed the employee my card. She took it to the main counter not the register at the window. She was gone for ten minutes with my card held hostage while she walked around the corner, passed it off to the manager still with no explanation as to what was going on. I watched through the window as he set it on the counter in plain view of other customers at that register while he worked on the register.

    It was at this point the original cashier returned with my food but no card. She told me I was charged for the wrong order and Mr. Manager who looked like he was still too young to drive was trying to reverse the charge. After 15 minutes total I had my food, card, two receipts (one for my $5 order and one for the $17 that I was accidentally charged) and a strong feeling that I was getting scammed. I'm still waiting and hoping to see the money back in my account. The whole situation was handled poorly by them and seemed very under the table. I'm checking my account hourly to see if any other charges show up there. I don't think I trust them enough to ever return there. This happened at store 3245 in Ambler Pa.

    I went to Mcdonald's on 6165 McDonough Dr in Norcross, GA on July 23, 2015 at 5:30 pm. I purchased 6 cheeseburgers, 6 fries, a 20 piece chicken McNuggets, and 2 peaches and creme pies for my 2 sons, my niece, nephew and my daughter. I got home and gave all of the kids their food, and as my daughter is biting into one of the chicken McNuggets and chews it she notices something really hard in her mouth. She spit it out only to find what appears as a human tooth in her mouth. It isn't one of hers as she has all of her adult teeth. I went back to the restaurant only to have the manager ask me how did the tooth get into the McNugget. I was appalled at her response. I was not holding her accountable and she had no reason to feel offensive. I returned the uneaten food, which was about half, and was asking for my money back.

    I patronize that Mcdonald's almost every day since I've been in Norcross, GA and I've never had a problem until now. The manager was very rude and inconsiderate. This was the most disgusting and grotesque experience I've ever had to go through with. My daughter has been sick to her stomach since and has not eaten anything, as she cannot keep anything down, she doesn't even want to eat anything. She's temporarily lost her appetite due to this experience.

    Today I went to the McDonalds in Sevierville on Parkway. The guy was very rude to us and forgot half our food. We ordered 3 McDoubles, a McChicken, a peach pie, sweet tea, and a side of Big Mac sauce. So they forgot our McChicken, our pie and our straw for our drink. This isn't the only time this has happened at that same McDonald. How hard can it be to just give us what we ask for? But it's a plus that my French Fries were hot and fresh.     I just moved to ovideo, FL about one month ago in our area I am just about 1 mile from a McDonald's restaurant on aloma Dr. For the past 26 years I've lived in central FL and I have visited multiple MCDonald's through the state. And this one near my home now in ovideo doesn't have too bad of a wait time, the staff was courteous. Upon going to McDonald's drive thru July 16th at 5am in the morning I ordered a special they had going on for $3 & receive 2- Egg McMuffins for my daughters ages 7 & 9 yrs old and steak bagel for myself.

    When we arrived home my hungry kids started gobbling them down quickly. My oldest daughter notice it first - there was green spots in the egg. I then looked into my other daughter's sandwich and saw the same thing. Not knowing what it was exactly that made the eggs green I stopped the kids from eating any more and made them PB&J. I try to keep an open mind before passing judgement on things and thought maybe it's from the way they cook the eggs and I figured I look into it.

    Upon doing some I found multiple people with the same concerns of getting the same sandwich as myself and noticing green spots inside the part with egg. I'm afraid I could not find any concrete explanation for the occurrence or answer for why eggs can turn green. It's put me off buying anymore from McDonald's ever again. At least at Burger King their competitor I have never had this experience and that where I'll be taking my business next time.

    McDonalds on chamber street. Today I went to McDonalds and a sweet tea it tastes funny so I cut the top off. There was a bug in the sweet tea, which is not the first time I had a sweet tea and it tastes funny and I threw it out. So this 2 times at McDonalds with the sweet tea. One time before that I went to McDonalds and I ordered some foods. Gave to the man at the register $20 for the biscuit and sausage.     I order 3 Aloo Tikki and a Paneer Wrap which we received after half an hour, but let it go because there was a huge crowd. But in my Paneer Wrap I found a rubber coin which was blue in colour and I was shocked - earlier I thought it's a coupon or something. Generally the coin coupons are made up of plastic, and here it was rubber. I complained to the manager there, he gave us the receipt and also asked to fill the form. We did but there was no service. I don't know whether my complaint was able to go to someone or not.

    In a nutshell, McDonalds doesn't care about their customers. I frequent the McDonalds on Mt. Holly-Huntersville road, roughly, twice a week. Generally, it is my wife, 4 sons and myself. That location in particular always finds a way to mess up the order. I am allergic to onions, and always ask that my sandwich be handled appropriately. 9 times out of 10 they get it wrong. Any time you point a mistake out to the manager, Naomi, she is short, sarcastic, and blatantly rude. Today, I placed an order for my family and bought ice along with the food for the cooler, with it being the holiday. They asked that I park to wait while my food was being prepared.

    After about 5 minutes I walked in, frustrated with the service, due to there being a total of 4 cars parked and no one in the drive through line waiting to be served. I noticed one of the employees sitting at a table, with my ice, engaged in personal conversation to one of her friends. I picked up my food from the counter, and headed for the door in anticipation of leaving an establishment where customer service is a far second to social lives, and drive-thru times. Before I got to my car, I noticed that they had forgotten some of the food from my order.

    I went back into the store and asked for the manager, Naomi, so that I could point out the error to her. Naomi at that point stated to me that (verbatim) "McDonalds doesn't need or want my business!!" I was absolutely appalled! Me, an Army veteran, on the 4th of July! All I asked was that the order I paid for be correct. So to add insult to injury, not only was the order not correct, I was treated with total disregard. This is how much that location cares about their customers, which, as I am sure you are aware, is a direct reflection on McDonalds as a whole.

    I stopped at the Jackson NJ McDonald's, near six flags for a Quarter Pounder with cheese on 6/28/15. It was the worst burger I've ever had in my 40 years!     I ordered 1 snack wrap and premium chicken and bacon snack wrap with 2 medium fries at the McDonald's in Riverhead by the traffic circle. It was booty. Booty as in horrible. The fries were stale as if they were chilling in the bin for a long time. And don't get me started on the wraps. I ordered a 1$ snack wrap and obviously I don't expect it to be amazing since it's only a buck but iffy the snack wrap there for a buck wasn't even worth it. I couldn't even finish it that's how bad it was with my tortilla being ripped on the side as well. And for my PREMIUM SNACK WRAP THAT WAS 4.39$ was horrendous. The chicken felt as in I was biting into a chewy piece of chicken. I've been going to McDonald's for 19 years now and I've never been so disappointed in my entire 19 year eating there.

    If I could rate this the way I truly would want to, I'd rate this a negative booty as in flat or even sucked in. It was worst than a stick figure booty that's how terrible it was. The service is very slow with rude employees and I swear every time I go there they screw up my order somehow!! The restaurant looks dirty and unclean and run down. There are other McDonald's in Toledo Ohio that are just as bad. Anymore I prefer going to Burger King the food and service and prices are so much better. McDonald's needs A LOT of help!!

    We, as a family were at this restaurant on Saturday the 13th June night. Whilst having burger and French fries, we noticed a cooked big ant in our French fries. Pictures are attached herewith. On bringing to the attention of the duty manger, all he could say that he was happy to change the fires. We were flabbergasted as to that he could not see the seriousness of the issue of health risks involved in the matter from such an international chain. We did emphasize the seriousness of the matter to him but this was to no avail and he rather sauntered away, without taking this matter seriously. (His name was **). His behavior to say the least was a very cheeky to us. Such service is not expected from such a large multinational food chain.

    I order 2 larger fries. As I wait there for my order the associates behind the counter took more orders and completed them first. As I still there now waiting for 10 min for my two orders of fries I witnesses them giving free drinks to friends. After 20 mins I finally was pretty mad, went up and got my money back.     Sarcasm to a customer that resulted in a confrontation and the results of the manager refused service and given money back because of his own stupidity playing and joking with customers. I was asking for fresh hash brown. The results: he told me he would make sure the ones in the garbage and it ended in confrontation in the store.

    6/6/15 2:00 pm me and my grand kids walk into the same Mcdonalds and one of the workers was outside smoking a blunt on her break. So in part this worker was influence of drugs. A blunt. So she must had to come back to her shift. So she comes behind me and with disrespect ask me about my grandson's shoes. I told her to ask him. He told her he paid 200.00 for the shoe so in part this women was already agitated from what I don't know but I was at the counter looking to decide what I wanted to order from the menu. She brushed me off and went to the next person. I was in line first so at that time it caused a shouting match between me and the worker.

    She used abusive language and in the process her man jumped in my face and telling me that I am disrespectful when I was trying to order and get out of there due to the surrounding is not safe for me and my family. So her boyfriend said that what he was going to do and I told him I will call my uncle a Minneapolis police officer. Then it escalated.

    I told him that he needed to the crack cocaine out of his pocket and then she shouted I start trouble. I am just a customer that wanted to be treated like a customer not an inhuman person. My grandkids are shaken from the situation and I fear for my life from these two gang members that work at Mcdonalds. He refused to serve us and put me and my grand kids out for their issues that are not professional in a workplace.

    I love the frozen strawberry lemonade at McDonalds so me and my fiance went to get one and they gave me a smoothie when I told them that I ordered a frozen strawberry lemonade.     I've had problems with the Atascadero McDonalds in the past and stopped going there. But when I heard that McDonalds got under new ownership, I decided to give them another try... When I went to the Atascadero McDonalds and ordered a small hamburger and fries, I was the only one there in the drive through, yet they made me go park my car and wait.

    I waited for 10 minutes. I started getting scared that I might be late for work and went inside. I asked about the status of my order and the manager just frowned at me and told me I need to wait like everyone else. When I got my order, they got me a different combo for my order. That part is no big deal... Mistakes like that happen sometimes. But what happened next was really horrible...

    When I walked up front, the manager grumbles, "What do you want now?" When I tell him I got the wrong order, he takes my order and slams it into the trash. Then he goes bad and starts yelling to young lady worker until she starts to cry. I then decided to leave and never come back to the Atascadero McDonalds ever again!

    You are obtaining from me years of my experience rating places to eat. I have seen the good, bad, and ugly. The experience I have is so good, I must share it. Most McDonalds I go into in Florida I am treated so horrible, I do not return. Usually, its workers speaking Spanish while they take your order, and, they know you cannot understand them, then add your order being thrown at you. The worst place is the Haine City McDonalds.

    That being said, I had a very rare and wonderful experience at the E. Colonial Drive McDonalds. Usually I would drive into Taco Bell on my way to work at night. I work for the **, security. I drove into McDonalds one night. The night manager, I do not know his name, was so warm and friendly. At that point, McDonalds became a stop I made every night. I want to mention the names of Extremely friendly and kind employees. **.

    Unfortunately I cannot mention the very first employee's name that caused me to keep coming. He was transferred to the airport. Please, if you know his name, say a good word to him for me. He was a large black guy, with a winning smile. What a great manager. I have been a manager of Howard Johnson's in my past. I know good employees. I wish you would bring him back to E. Colonial, and put that woman that is there over at the airport. Thank you for having a store that really sends people off to their jobs in a happy moods.

    ** just ordered this Red Velvet McFlurry at McDonald located at 2781 Dufferin Street and the way it was prepared was disgusting - too much colouring and flavor was horribly sweeter than usual.     I ordered a Big Mac meal. After receiving it, I was putting ketchup inside the Mac and there was a smudge of Mac sauce on the corner so I asked if they can add more sauce. The ** that took my order said I needed to pay extra for the sauce. Are you kidding? There is no ** sauce on the burger.     Mental Duress cause by McDonald Malaysia Kuala Lumpur. April 20th 2015, I ** called up the toll free McDonalds number at 1300-13-1300 to make my order which was three Sunday cup chocolate ice cream and requested one of it with extra chocolate topping. I received my order within 30 minutes without any problems. The same thing, I called up the toll free number on the 23rd April 2015 to make the same order - only thing this time having two of my Sunday cup chocolate ice creams with extra chocolate toppings and the other cup normal which also means my order amount charges is a little higher compared to the last order 2 days back.

    However, the officer that answered my call by the name Mr. ** told me that my purchase limit was not enough. Having all my anger and bad experience for the past two week with McDonalds, I ended the call and decided to speak to the McDonalds branch manager Mr. **. I consulted him through Whatsapp simply because he was the manager who assisted me on my last issues a couple of weeks ago and because he told me that if in future anytime if I have issues with my orders... to buzz him.

    Having said, around 11.36 pm - My Whatsapp ("Dear Mr **, It's me **. Sorry to text you so late but I need to let you know that I am having trouble with my order which I was able to make the same thing couple of days ago."). He asked me which number was it I called. I told him the toll free number - the common number everyone uses.. As good as everything sounded he then replied me "(Mr **, minimum order from McDonalds is RM18 because all delivery order comes from the call centre. I think you should talk with the call centre Team Leader as they will give clear explanation and you can mentioned about the previous order.").

    And so I replied back "Okay - thanks Mr. **. Thank you for your assistance." In other words I WASTED my time. I was only told by him to call back the same toll free number that could not assist me. Now, if any of you was in my shoes... week by week, issues after issues with McDonald, wouldn't any of you be angry like me or would you still have a smile on your face ?

    One thing I noticed, learning to go an extra mile does ease angry customers, dissatisfaction and others related but McDonalds the workers, the team in my case fails to practice that. So I asked for my letter of apology to Mr ** on what happen to it? Mr ** was the last manager that communicated with me and it's been about two weeks that I have not received my letter of apology. He answered me "for the letter in regards to your email, they will send to me and I will send through post." Just to remind you, the letter of apology that I speak about is of an error that caused me survivor pain by McDonalds two weeks ago in simple words Why do we call for DELIVERY? I had to go pick up my own food order with pain that I already had, what more the fee that I'm charged and after falling down just as I was walking back after taking my own order. Do you know that it is me, myself and I following up my case when it should be them?

    I don't know where McDonald's get their employees from at Star City Arkansas. But I think they need to either start from training them better or getting some good managers. The service is terrible. These people are loud and act like they're having parties. Talking & texting on phones while customers are in line to order.

    Talking loud & laughing. Very rude & uneducated if you ask me. I've even seen one girl leaning on register like she was sleeping. Drive through takes forever to get your order. Never say "Thank you" or nothing. Just a bunch unskilled, uncaring, lazy people. I've gotten so disgusted I take my business to Sonic.     Complaint: Regarding Poor Service and Non-Professionalism by Manager. Orlando: Representative of McDonald's. On Sunday May 3rd at approximately 6:30 pm my family and I went thru the drive thru at McDonald's and ordered several Combo meal. The store location was 1216 E. 15th St in Tulsa Oklahoma. 74120 Item 918 Store 27356.

    Once we received our food we notice several problems; The first was a flat drink with no carbonation. The next Was extreme cooled and hard fries as well as a cooled Sirloin burger. We was very disappointed about the poor quality of food. My wife ask to have the drinks Replaced and the fries. The manager refuses to do so. I enter And informed the manager if he couldn't replace the fries I wanted a refund. Never in my countless years of going to McDonalds have I encounter such a situation. The Manager Wish was a hostile and poor representation of the McDonald's Corporation. He was un-identifiable as a Manager. He came to the counter in a dirty gray shirt with camouflage shorts and Flip flops not name tag or badge to identify himself as a Manager of McDonald's. His attire and Behavior was totally Inappropriate as a Store Manager of McDonald's.

    I came in as a loyal Customer to only have the police called on my wife, two young kids and myself, because we ask for a return for poor service. The officer advised us to file a complaint with the Corporation, And BBB as well as the State attorney General. The Manager Also handle our food and without washing hands. So we will Be contacting the Health Department and ask them to review the handling of food improperly, while having his hands on the cash register.

    I made a complaint to the head office about McDonald's in Fort Birmingham. As l placed my order on Friday the food was off and they got my order wrong today. Went to the McDonald's only to be told l am banned from the store because l gave my feedback. The manager of the store was rude and defensive. He had too much attitude. One of the employees there said "You are an Asian and that is why he has done this.     I went with my family at McDonald's in Resende after a movie session. I ordered then sandwiches from the Dollar Menu (McOferta) called Bacon for a price of R$6,50[sic] each. For our surprise the cashier told the promotion it was over. The big problem it was that the sandwich at menu so this is a false ads in Brazil because they didn't remove the promotion.     McDonald's new biscuit recipe is absolutely terrible. The biscuits are flat and they taste just like the great value biscuits that you get in a can from Walmart.     McCormick Pl McDonald's: Very disappointed with the onsite manager. Asked employee to change CO2, the soda is flat. Continued to wait, as everyone complains of flat soda. Asked again, and again. Finally, I finished eating fries and burger and still no soda. I request $ back and was told to go back to the end of the line. Lines are long, I'm at a convention, I find it unfair to have to wait for my $ back. Manager comes, I tell him I'm not waiting at the back of the line. "Ma'am, no one is asking you to go back to the end of the line." Funny, that's what the other employee told me. He treats me like I am out of control, whispers to each cashier as they look directly at me, and all I want is my $ back.

    I finally did get my $ back. I find it disappointing the manager did not act faster and more appropriately to where attention is needed, instead of just passing out orders, where there were other capable employees to do that job and were available.     Their ice cream cone use to be less than a dollar and a reasonable size before Burger King decided to sell ice cream too. Then McD's brought down their price and shrunk the serving size. Ok I said, .50c price .50c size. Now that the Burger king next to McD's went out of business they have no one to compete. The same week BK went out of business McD's raised their ice cream cone's prices. Except that now they’re selling a .25c serving at a $1 price. The amount is even smaller than the .50c size and their excuse is that they were serving it wrong all of these years. It was always suppose to be a 3oz serving and no more.

    I guess they figure no one to compete with to keep them in the straight and narrow. Now they can do whatever they want. If it's wasn't bad enough that my order is wrong more times than care to count at least I could go and get ice cream. Not anymore. They can keep their prices and their ice cream. What a lame excuse. Who on earth is going to believe they had been getting the amount wrong for a decade now that I have been buying ice cream in the same store in Jenison, MI.

    Horrible customer service. Will never again go to the McDonald's on 1050 N Broadway St, Wichita, KS 67214. I don't know if it is just me or if the management and the employees are rude to everyone. Everytime I go there I get either my order not made right or me not getting rung up for what I asked for and everytime I have to turn around and go back to get it fixed.

    I'm really frustrated with it and then it had like happened with me twice that when the person asks me for what I had ordered and I'm not even half way through finishing talking that they just go ahead with a show of hand like I know I know. Just recently happened this to me at McDonald's that I ordered two cheeseburgers plain and 1st things first I had to repeat the order like 5 times and then when I get the order it has nothing but meat and bun. It is called cheeseburger for a reason so even if I say plain you should be able to understand what I really want on it. So I go back to get it corrected along with my receipt and the manager does not even come up to just be courteous and say that 'I'm really sorry I will get it fixed right away' or something.

    She just went ahead and told the employee just pull it and the look on her face was not very customer friendly. Afterwards she sent the employee to give it to me. She never even faced me should I just say "how courteous of her"? After that I looked at the burger again while waiting there it was not plain this time I had everything on it instead of just meat and cheese. I mean how can you make such a big mistake even after me giving you the receipt back. I got so frustrated I didn't want to go back around at all, instead I just gave it away to someone else. It is such a waste of money for me to shop there so I would highly not recommend anyone to go there. But if only I am the one that is getting this reaction then it has to do something with racial discrimination for sure.

    I went in to always get a vanilla ice coffee with whip cream on it. I get it all the time. Like many 2 or 3 days a week.     Me and my girlfriend walked into Fairfield McDonald's one day and I tried to order a plain double cheeseburger and the cashier said "There's no such thing as a plain cheeseburger, it's either a plain burger or a cheese burger with everything on it," so me and my girlfriend decided to leave and as we were walking, they used racist words towards us then said we were racist whiteys but we didn't say anything to them except when we tried to place an order.     McDonald's on Ballenger Road in Flint refused to serve me this afternoon at the drive-through window since I arrived on my bicycle instead of motorized transportation. Instead, they invited me to come inside. But they don't care that there is no bike rack for locking bicycles. I elected to go to Little Caesars Pizza instead, a Michigan based company, and I am always served there as always regardless of my bike. McDonald's is stupid.

    My family and I went to the McDonald's that was in Kentucky, at about 8:00. There was a big line, and only 7 people working and about half were working. An order number would be called about every 10 minutes. We asked one worker if he could possibly help, and he said "it wasn't his job to work that part". Many people were frustrated, and asking for discounts. After about 20 minutes, they started picking up the pace. We got out of the McDonald's around 8:45. Very frustrating!

    I went to Mcdonald's in New York City where the world's largest maceys is. I went to Mcdonald's and must have saw Mickey Mouse under the trash!!! It was crawling all on the rug and got its head caught in a mouse trap. That's ** nasty, so nasty I could not finish my food.     I ordered a large Big Mac meal and when it Came the Friedrich Serena so oily it gave me heartburn. The burger fell apart when I picked it up and to add to that the ice cream in my waffle cone was not properly chilled and so was heavily melting.     8 months my family and I did not go to McDonald due to poor customer service, not getting to correct order, etc. Tonight I decide to give it another chance. They got my order wrong when I placed the order, okay no big deal they corrected it. They didn't give me half of my order at the window. Okay they corrected it. Got home and in my box that shows it to be a double quarter pounder I find a single quarter pounder. So I then place the call and ask for the Manager a girl named ** says "this is she". I explain this whole story to her and she says she will replace the order. I tried to explain this doesn't fix the problem as this is the same reason I stopped going there in the first place. She proceeds to say she is sorry. I asked for the number to the owner of the Lincolnton location she says “it’s on the receipt”. I explained that it was not then she says “it’s on the cup”.

    I explained that it was on the drive thru window that the one on the cup is for corporate. She pretty much refused to give me the number and handed the phone to some guy that would not give me his name. He then gave me what I now know is a bogus number for ** and laid the phone down while I am listening to ** talk about my "**" to her coworkers...Someone after about three minutes picks up the phone with me saying “Hello” and hangs up on me. Very poor customer service, very poor leadership and me and my family will Never return to any McDonalds.

    When I go to McDonalds I never get the burgers from them anyway because my stomach always hurt afterwards. My children of course love McDonalds food - they always get cheeseburgers. At one location Onley, Va. my five year old vomited after eating a cheeseburger. A week pass we went to Pocomoke, MD., and my three year old vomited. We haven't been to McDonalds since.

    March 27, 2015 at 23:57 ordered 1 Filet-O-Fish. Got home and open it up. Took the bun off and there was just the filet no sauce. Turn the filet over and no sauce. On the back side of the filet was a little bit of cheese that seemed to be peeled off and left as is. So angry, got my receipt and the gross filet-o-fish and went back inside. He greeted me well. I got the sandwich out and said, "What kind of ** is this? I want my money back." He apologized and refunded my money back and offer to make me a fresh one for free. I said, "Thanks but no thanks. Just want my money back. Period.

    In past we dealt with other issues at this same McDonalds. I don't know how many shifts these guys have but don't go there during the grave shift time at 22644 Pacific Highway South, DesMoines, WA 98198. Sad to say it has been the McD my family has been going to for years. Prefer Jack In the Box, Burger King or Wendy in the area for now on until they fix the problem of lazy ** people not knowing how to handle food with quality and heart!

    Today March 27, 2015 if you go on the McDonald website you will see false prices included under their DOLLAR MENU... like the McDouble... it hasn't been a buck in years. There are about five other items too... They sneakily raised their side salad and then put less in the bowl... Bad business from such a corp.

    On March 26, 2015 at approximately 6:35 I went to McDonald's to get a coffee and sandwich. What was so disappointing I realized there is no customer service. What happen to “May I help you?” What's up with this blank stare? Once I placed my order paid for it, no receipt- just walks away. After a few minutes I decide I can no longer wait so I say to her “can I just have my coffee black (I already heard they have no cream) and just forget the burrito?” She kept walking to the other side ignoring me the customer. I pray this is on camera - this would be a good training tool.

    Customer Service is everything at least it used to be. She appeared to be mad because customers came in (this is a.m.). Please watch the tape on March 26, 2015 at approx. 6:35a.m. Let these young people know it takes more to working than just being there. You have to show up or don't accept a job. You may have to smile, be pleasant and cheerful to the customer.

    I went through the drive thru at the second window. I received my coffee and I ask ** for sugar and creme and she close the window in my face. I waited and waited for a good 5 to 10 mins and I blew the horn and still ** did not open the window. She stood there with the window shut like I was invisible. I knock on the window, she drop the sugar and creme in my hands. Very rude!!!!

    Almost every single time I go the food is messed up. Either it's my mcdouble is missing a patty or half my orders gone. The employees are so rude half the time. They roll their eyes and never speak in proper English. It's always "I ain't even responsible for your mess, I be working hard all day" and yes I've been told that. It's just disgusting of how little training they have.
