    It's a very very very bad decision and experience to order from your store! Your manager who has a day off blocked me on Whatsapp instead of handling the issue and at least putting me in contact with someone who is on shift! They delivered my order with a missing item which I paid for and they told me they will deliver it back and this was around 9 pm, after 2/2 hours and a half I contacted the manager again who was texting me on whatsapp which is so unprofessional and who was off duty and asked me for the bill because they couldn't find it on the system which also is so UNPROFESSIONAL. Put a reason after 3 hours that they don't have gas and with only 2 drivers so when they have time and a order nearby they will deliver also which is very very very ignorant disrespectful and unprofessional to the maximum...

    The girl who was talking to me as manager from home name's is "THIA", her number is ** and this is the Driver Number **, the order was made to my shop, all was recorded on camera and I have all the text and messages saved on whatsapp and the bill is still with me! Please note that I didn't want the missing item but they insisted on me to pay and they will deliver!

    I went to McDonald's drive thru and ordered 15.00 worth of breakfast food, which included pancakes. I did not receive any syrup. I checked after I pulled away since I already checked and saw my food was correct. I do like to be mindful of the time at the window. So I come back around thru drive thru to spend unnecessary time to get syrup that should have already been in my bag. So then I ask for a syrup she hands me one. Now this is where the problem arise. Number one I always get two so I'm assuming y'all hand out two. Three pancakes one syrup. "No mam I'm from the south. I need more syrup than that." Ok let me get back on track. So then she says, "Oh well it's 33 cents," insert air quotes. So I hand her a dollar and say, "Sure just give me two." Then she was like ok. So then I wait 5 mins for my syrup and I'm like, "I'm running y'all time up."

    Now we in Baton Rouge, la you know we just had a hurricane Ida and I was without power 4 long hot days. I lost all my food in the fridge and deep freezer. I lost my steaks and shrimp. So I'm like. "Mam you hounding me over 33 cents and a syrup. This the first hot breakfast my family done had in 4 days." I haven't had Chance to replace my food yet. If I had eggs I'd make my own good cheesy eggs. But we not here for that. So back to it boom she walks up to the window and hands me ONE SYRUP!! "MAM I told you two and I was paying for it." Like give me a break. What happened to the community helping the community. I know y'all have a job and have to abide by the policies. But now you know they don't charge everybody 33 cents for no syrup. Now you gave me 87 strawberry jellies that I didn't ask for but couldn't give me the one thing I really needed which was SYRUP!!

    I ordered food through the app, some of which they were out of. The manager rudely told me I should contact my bank for a refund. After much back and forth, and no refund, I opened up a case with the BBB. They dragged the case out for 4 months, only replying back to the complaint every 30-45 days. The manager eventually lied and told corporate and the BBB that I had been contacted and refunded. This is not true. I am disgusted, and there is no recourse for me now. App users, beware.

    Never order McDonald's from Uber or Skip or any delivery service for that matter, most particularly one on Elgin Street and Rideau Street, they never get the order right. Workers at either of these locations don't know how to follow simple instructions. Don't waste your money at these two locations.

    My family and I tried McDonald's breakfast muffins, rolls, and buns yesterday. They were disgusting, they all had an artificial aftertaste. My daughter and son threw theirs away after one bite. I had the apple fritter, and I had to throw it away after two bites. However, we did like their other breakfast items, eggs, sausage, etc.

    McDonald's needs to stick with what they do best, hamburgers.

    This early morning, July 25, 2021, at 5:00 AM I came to Store No. 18735 located at 14401 S. Dixie Hwy, Miami, FL 33176 and I witnessed a big change in Customer Service. I just to come here almost every day, this early in the morning and I just to have a very bitter experience almost daily, when the store personnel treated me like an intruder. I like the WiFi of your store, but in the past they even sealed literally the electric outlets to prevent people like me to keep my laptop to be recharged. But today, they opened the store on time and with a positive attitude.

    The electric outlets were open and the sales personnel were kind and attentive, especially the Shift Manager Ms. ** and the server **, who by the way came to the store in a Mercedes Benz at 5:00 AM sharp. No wonder! Ms. ** told me that they are having problems on recruiting new employees. Perhaps Biden is right, it's supply and demand. By the way, my Seniors coffee was surprisingly fresh and my apple pie was also fresh and warm. I asked Ms. ** if the owners were the same, and she confirmed that. Amazing!

    I really think that if you can buy breakfast anytime then I should be able to get a cheeseburger anytime especially since I really don't care for breakfast food. I really like McDonald's food but I preferred tree lunch rather than breakfast. Thank you thank you thank you.

    Stopped by a McDonald’s restaurant recently and got a Sprite to drink with meal. Took 1 drink after getting back on interstate and noticed it tasted bad-real bad. I thought maybe it was where I hadn’t got a drink like that for a long time and that the taste was fine that it would be better in a few drinks more. But even after 10 min or more the taste it left in my mouth worsened, got really sick, dizzy. And my throat was burning.

    Contacted corporate office, explaining the incident in an email. Hadn’t expected to hear back from anyone, and was shocked when I received a call from MR. Roy **, the general manager in charge of the chain with the areas where I live. He was very apologetic and expressed that he had spoken with the manager and crew at the specific store that I went that day and they were going to contact me as well. He was very professional but in a down-to-earth way. Very efficient in the way all was handled. So, I really appreciate the time and effort that MR. ** put forth in getting in touch with me and the steps taken to resolve the situation. Remember, as it is said that one bad Apple spoils the bunch.. not always true in every instance.

    Well I normally never go to McDonald's because it nothing they have I really like. But I been wanting to try their new chicken sandwich. Well it is the worst chicken sandwich I every had. Popeyes beat them by a long shot but the best is Chick-fil-A. My sandwich was mostly breading, over cooked and I had a very thin chicken. I thought I got the McChicken, 1.00 sandwich. It was nasty and where is the chicken. It was more breading than chicken. It was the worst chicken sandwich I every had. I never go back to another McDonald's as long as I live.

    Any time I go to McDonald's I don’t get customer service. I don’t know why I order their 10 pc Chicken Nuggets because they never provide me with the sauce that they ask me that I want. How annoying to order and not receive the sauce. Why order at all.

    I was at the McDonald's in San Diego off Texas Street with errors in my order and there was a rude manager Alberto who was disrespectful, rude and does not know how to treat customers. He argued with me and literally laughed at me when I voiced my concern. You need to educate your managers on how to be respectful of their customers!

    We ordered 2 of the new crispy deluxe chicken sandwiches. Both were overcooked. Very dry tasting and the buns were slightly burnt. We called to complain and were offered a replacement. The next day, we ordered two more of the same sandwiches. Although slightly better, both were still slightly overcooked and dry tasting. The sandwiches were hastily thrown together with the tomato, lettuce and sauce all poorly distributed and falling off. Not really what we should expect for a sandwich costing nearly five dollars. I truly believe the 99 cent crispy chicken sandwich is better than any of the deluxe sandwiches we received. I know it's McDonalds, but come on.

    I had to go on April 2/2021 to 6049 Roswell Road, to get a hashbrown they forgot to give in the last visit. They said I had to go back another day; I said I was going to put a claim, the lady said I don't care and just closed the drive thru window. I asked to speak to a manager and told her I wouldn't leave the drive thru until I spoke to a manager; the manager arrived and told me that she would have the cops escort me off the premises. They didn't want to give me any name or anything. The worst experience in my life.

    I went to the S (1941 E Montgomery Cross Road, Savannah, GA 31406 (912) 401-0734) on Sunday Nov 29th 2020 and bought a Big Mac (3:10pm). I brought it home and began to eat it that afternoon, on my 3rd bite I bit down on a large shard of glass that was contained in the big mac. It bruised my tongue and I caught it right before I almost swallowed it. I went to Candler Hospital for a check of my chest and stomach on Sunday Nov 29th. I contacted Mc Donalds HQ via their email form on Nov 29th. I received a reply From Mc Donalds HQ on Mon Nov 30th. They explained that they are a franchised company and that my concerns would be directed to the franchise where I bought the hamburger.

    At this time the manager ** and her representatives, Palm Management (Palmaccio Management Corp, John Palmaccio) and the Mc Donalds corporation take zero responsibility for this event and have dismissed all claims related to this horrific, emotionally traumatizing experience. I could have been killed or severely injured. Warning to all, please be aware of the behavior of this McDonalds restaurant and its management. As of 02/25/2021 Mc Donalds takes Zero responsibility for what they did. I am **.

    I just ordered the new crispy chicken sandwich and I'm very disappointed. Not only did it taste horrible, but it was more bun than chicken. Not at all like the commercial shows. I hate sweet pickles and there were two slices on my sandwich. I wish I could add a photo to show the huge bun and tiny chicken.

    Stopped at Calabasas CA MacDonald's Sunday 3-7-21 and ordered 2 regular Cheese burgers, 1 quarter pounder w/ cheese and bacon and 1 large fries. Paid requested $22.29 at drive through. After reaching our destination we looked at the order and found 2 1/4 pounders w/cheese, 1 w/ cheese and bacon and a large fries. There was no receipt in the bag to explain the price we were charged. Checking prices for everything online was impossible on their website but found a 1/4 pounder w/ cheese was $3.79, large fries $1.89. 2 cheeseburgers were for $2.00. No way this order could be $22.29 the way it was ordered or the way we received it. Called 3 times to the Calabasas shop and got no answer. Tried again on Wednesday and got an answer. I explained the situation to a seemingly uninterested fellow who said I could try back Friday and ask for Abbes. I guess we will see what happens.

    I'm emailing to make a complaint about my meals. I called up the store in question to make a complaint. I spoke to a manager called Alex who didn't help me about my issue in question. I suffer really bad with my mental health. I didn't want it to go this far but he left me no choice. I've got the receipts. I gave him my order details. I told him what happened regarding my meals. He wanted me to go back in bins to get food back out which I don't think is acceptable regardless what's going on with this virus. So many hands have touch the bins. My anxiety was getting worse while he was asking me this. I'm disgusted really that this is the way you treat your vulnerable customers. I don't feel like ever eating Mcdonald's anymore. You've lost a very loyal customer including my family.

    I have just had the worst customer service experience in my entire life. My wife and I were ordering 2 separate orders, I was cut off twice during my 1st order, and as I started my second order the person on the speaker told me that I cannot put 2 coupon items on the same order, I told her that she misheard me, that I was done with the 1st order, and starting the 2nd, and she told me that I was still adding to my 1st order. I again told her that she misheard me that I wanted to start my 2nd order and she said "you can leave". I said "excuse me". She said "leave".

    I asked to speak to a manager and told her I wouldn't leave the drive thru until I spoke to a manager and she told me that she was the manager and that she would have the cops escort me off the premises. I proceeded to call the store and ask for a manager and the same woman at the speaker answered the phone and told me she was the manager. I asked for her name and she told me Madison, and I asked for her full name to report her to corporate and she repeated herself "Madison, that is all you need." I have NEVER been treated so poorly by ANY establishment EVER in my ENTIRE LIFE!!! We as a couple feel discriminated against!

    I seem to experience egg shells in breakfast sandwiches far too often. It seems to be more at some locations than others. Think it may be the aspiring chef in the cooks trying to do the one handed egg breaks. No matter the reason, egg shells totally ruin a good egg sandwich. Wish McDonald’s would address this issue.

    I went tonight 12/08/2020. Bought 4 McRibs and boy were they the worst. They must changed it for those people that say eat healthy. Took all the flavor out of it, poured tons of bbq sauce on it and the pickle dont taste right on it. To me taste like cucumber not a pickle. Me and my husband will never buy those overpriced sandwiches again. Lost 2 McRib customers!!!

    On Dec 3rd 2020, I went to McDonalds around 7 o'clock pm, I ordered 3 Mc Chickens with no lettuce and a large fry and 2 drinks, ok I got my order going back to work, so I turned back and explain that I only have 2 sandwiches both with lettuce, so I was giving the young lady back the bag, she said she couldn't take back, the manager (Treno) something like that, was yelling, "What's the problem," so I explained, he took the bag and went to the back, and I was asked to pull up, after that I pulled up. Another young man handed me a bag and I ate a few fries, then the same manager said, "Oh sorry. That's not your bag," after I said, " dang my order is messed up again," he then ask me for the bag, and close the window and took that same bag that I ate out of to the other car that was waiting, BEWARE. Stay safe, COVID IS OUT HERE... SO PLEASE BE SAFE, THAT GUY SHOULD OF BEEN FIRED ON THE SPOT...VERY BAD...THE WORST I EVER SEEN.

    I tried to find a screwdriver to unscrew the screws on their happy meal toys. They are triangle head. Walmart doesn't have them, Lowe's doesn't have them, Home Depot doesn't have them, Harbor Freight Tools doesn't have them. My local McDonalds has no idea where to get one. The manager had no idea. I called Customer Service. This is what the complaint is for...

    The representative told me they are made by an outside company. I asked if there was anywhere to find the screwdriver to remove the screws. He got RUDE, telling me "I already told you, they are made by an outside company!" Then HE HUNG UP ON ME! This is what passes as Customer SERVICE? Never in my life have I been treated so shabbily by somebody whose JOB it is to handle customer complaints and inquiries. I'll never eat at a McDonalds again. There are too many burger places out there to put up with THIS kind of rudeness from somebody whose JOB it is to answer customers' questions!

    On Nov 17, I was waiting for my order and noticed the guy cooking was wearing a plastic mask, but his face mask was below his chin. While they were packing my order he wiped his nose with his wrist and this is when I when I noticed he wasn't even wearing gloves. I was so disgusted that I decided to leave and threw my order in the garbage on the way out. I've contacted the head office 3 times and keep being told that this is unacceptable and I even have an email saying that they are very disappointed with what happened and someone would contact me. I just called again and keep being told the same thing..STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!

    I’m not sure where any of these good reviews are coming from? I am writing after years of visiting the McDonald’s on Owen Rd. In Fenton, MI. I have never had a good experience here. I guess I was tired of terrible food and service so I’m reviewing it now. The wait is usually so long most people and many times myself simply leave. If you can wait you have a less than 50% chance your order and beverage will be correct.

    The issue most times and today was we didn’t have a wait and we seemed a bit in shock but once we got home we understood why. The food was cold, stale and basically inedible! I throw out food here more times than I eat it. We go at times because of their hours here where I live. We joke on if we will get fresh food or not. We have learned to at least check our beverage before we leave the window. We know this may upset customers who have waited but most of the time they can’t even get our beverage order correct. They are young and lazy and if they aren’t joking or being rude they don’t care if your food is disgusting. I understand we should stay away from greasy fast food anyway but the biggest issue is McDonald’s greed! They keep increasing the prices of food but the quality continues to get worse.

    I ordered 2 McGriddles and 2 hashbrowns which cost a whopping $9.42. I was disappointed to return to my hotel room and find only 1 McGriddle. I was invited to come back. That will be never. Also, no ketchup was included.

    McDonalds told me that they're only willing to serve licensed motorized vehicles at the drive thru when I tried riding my bike thru there, they refused to serve me, but the very next day, I witnessed them serving a moped at the drive thru. The moped is an UNLICENSED motorized vehicle. I contacted the corporate office about the problem but they have ignored it.

    I pull through the drive-thru and the customer service is excellent. I order 2 hot and spicy McChicken sandwiches for a cool $2, a McGriddle for a little bit more that comes with a hashbrown and a perfect textured orange juice. The hot and spicy mcchickens are beautiful for the $1 spent on them each. So good. The mcgiddle is amazing quality. The pancake buns are delicious with the rich flavor of maple syrup and the instant warmth of the sandwich. The food is always hot and fresh. Now the hashbrown. The hashbrown smacks. SOOO GOOOD. Perfect golden crispiness on the outside, not too mushy on the inner side, absolutely perfect. Nothing like it in the world. It just smacks.

    I've eaten McDonalds 4 days a week for 45 years. I will never again eat there because they run an advertisement every 6 minutes on USA Television and I hate the ad. They advertise way too much on one station and I will never eat there again. There is a lot more people like me will never go there again. They stepped on their own sick you could say.

    Golden British Columbia. We were traveling and stopped for food at the McDonalds. The line up outside was very long and my husband wanted to go elsewhere but I wanted a McDonalds coffee as in my lifetime they have never let me down. Well there’s a first for everything. We got 3 coffees because we knew how good they are and had a long drive. The coffee was so weak we could not even drink them. I don’t usually write reviews but it was so bad that I really feel I need to. I would have thought that to get a McDonalds franchise you would have to keep the products sold in line with the company standard.

    I am so disappointed I am done with McDonalds. The fillet o fish my husband had was so dry he could not eat it. There were 3 people that came back to the door because their order was missing sandwiches. There was one lady came back because she was missing her sugar that she specifically asked for. That’s 4 orders wrong in just the time we were there. This isn’t the first McDonalds we found with less than okay service in the past month. The Prince Rupert McDonalds has gone completely downhill as well. Very disappointed to say the least.

    We drove up to the drive-up and we ordered 2 Mcchicken sandwiches, 2 filet-O-fish, 2 med fries and 1 med lemonade. There was two of us, we drove around to park and eat in our car. We opened the fish sandwiches and we were so disappointed. They were so small and we were charged over $4 each for these pathetic looking sandwiches. The mcchicken sandwich was bigger and half the cost!! It seems like a big company wouldn’t want to look so bad! We come from a large family and a lot of us grew up on McDonalds food!     I haven't eaten at McDonalds for years. I saw a commercial and remembered how good the fries were. More, they must be thinking they're selling gold nuggets, as there are no real values or specials. The fries were cold and stale. I ate around 5 and threw the rest out. I was stunned, as I believed their QC was above average. For them to put that garbage in a bag, I can assure them I will never spend another penny there. Simply, they have earned my review with the hope others will beware similarly. The global monster deserve a re-set. They can't even get the fries right. I'm both angered and sad.

    I was given a Burnt breakfast sandwich! I know it only cost a $1, but you still should receive a decent sandwich that is edible. How can anyone feel this is okay to give a customer? I wish I can download a picture.

    Yesterday we purchased a cone via the drive through at McDonalds, Brunswick, MD. When delivered, the cone was dripping. The server had no gloves on. Additionally, he had a mask, but it was around his neck, not where it belonged, covering his mouth and nose! We threw the cone away never to return.

    I have been going every day for many, many years to get my treat for the day, a nonfat mocha. It was a daily ritual and I felt like I could indulge while still saving calories. Recently they have eliminated the nonfat option and only offer whole milk now, very disappointing to say the least. They have lost a loyal customer and I will not be going back. There are many other establishments that provide consumers with other alternatives.

    I was completely applaud that I went to order a salad and was told salads were removed from the menu??? Really how can such a huge franchise remove the one healthy thing on the Menu? What happened to Healthy eating? Not everyone goes to McDonalds and eats this food I specially went to treat my daughter and I am a salad and veggie person so the fact that I could not get a salad left me with my mouth opened.     MCDONALDS ON 3826 SW 40th Blvd. The coworkers are very disrespectful 99.89% of the times I go there. IF I plan to go there I order on the mobile app to avoid as much attitude and bad energy I can get through a drive through but that doesn’t even work. The staff was beyond rude. I usually avoid this location because of the disrespectful employees, bad food quality, slow lines, and because they always find a new way to mess up my order. I asked them for items that were ordered through the app and on my receipt like SAUCES, and they REFUSED to give them to me then shut the window and walked away. Haven’t seen anything like it. I wouldn’t go. They ruin your mood. The disrespect is beyond me. I want my money back. If I could give them no stars, oh I definitely would.

    I love Mcdonalds. I just have a problem with owners of the Anthem Az and Tramonto Az locations. While all other fastfood reopened the dining rooms in May 2020. These two locations refuse to reopen to diners. The employees don't even know when the owner will let people dine in. This is Arizona where lunch time temperatures are over 100 degrees. Not a good option to sit in your car or outside. It appears the owner of these two locations is choosing not to spend money to keep the dinning area clean. Just keep diners out. I think it's awful to treat customers like that. I wish McDonalds Corp. would force this franchiser to reopen just like In&out, Burger King, Jack in the Box and all others have done.

    The app is very poorly put together for the consumer. How do you let it put through an order and have the customer go to the restaurant to pick it up and be told they don't have it because the restaurant computer is offline. I have had 4 back surgeries and I'm disabled so for me to walk there stand in line with the other cars in the drive thru and not get my food is BS. And they don't give a courtesy Drink, Fry, or Pie at the McD on Hwy W 50 in Pueblo Co. I Could have got CORONA VIRUS for nothing.

    I was eating lunch at McDonalds in Walmart Nacogdoches, the server wasn't wearing gloves and had long FAKE fingernails, clear violation of the health code, her fake nail ended up in my burger, and damaged my tooth, McDonalds' sorry ** have yet to do a damn thing about it. I'm hiring a lawyer as I speak. Never eat and that nasty place again.

    I only do fast foods occasionally and usually it varies from place to place. I wanted a meal on the way home from shopping and hadn't had chicken McNuggets in probably 2 or 3 years so why not. Ordered a combo meal with med fries and a large drink. Got home, put away my shopping and opened up to a literal cold meal. It was so cold the fries were starting to coagulate and the chicken was probably room temperature. I heated everything up and ate but this will probably be the last time I go there.

    Last Two times I went through the drive thru I got cold food.     UN-cooked meats especially bacon can cause serous bacterial infections or trichinellosis. McDonald's is well known for under-cooked food products just so they can maintain a fast food giant. Buy beware, I asked for a well done breakfast sandwich and received UN-cooked bacon and now I'm sick.

    Everything on your menu deserves 5 stars. Everything is so savory. The environment is okay. Not the absolute best but good. The workers know how to get it done well, they know what they are doing. The best thing there is 100% the number 9 meal. It's small but yet so filling and with the sweet tea with the meal, that's the best combo! Definitely a 10/10 if you ask me.

    I spoke to customer care in regards to making orders online and picking up and was told that I was able to do that. I placed a mobile order for pick up at 1656 Utica ave Brooklyn New York and ordered my Uber to go pick up my food despite the COVID-19 scare that we’re currently having. After paying nearly 20$ to get to McDonald’s I was told by a rude associate at the drive thru “You can’t pick up your order at the drive thru. You’ll have to come inside.” As I made my way inside aggravated at this point, I walked up to the counter and provided my order number. I was told that they do not do online orders. At this point I’m confused. McDonald’s showed availability for order online and pick up at that location and I wasn’t my time and money to get there and didn’t get my food. I will never forget how I was treated and will never visit this McDonald’s in the future.

    Try the new Chicken and Biscuit, absolutely gross. It is a complete choke sandwich..it's dry. No pickles. No cheese. Just a pre Frozen Tyson chicken patty stuck between a dry ** biscuit.... McDonald's has nothing on Popeye's... should be taken off the market before someone chokes.

    My father was injured at the McDonald's Restaurant in the Coq. Center Location. He is diabetic and elderly and chunk of finger was cut off and cannot be stitched because he literally lost the skin. It has been a difficult and frustrating experience trying to get compensation. It's been 6 weeks and we feel like we're getting jerked around by the owner. We would NEVER go back obviously. It's a good thing their grandchildren didn't get their finger cut off because they go there often with my father. This is the 2nd time an injury has happened at this location because of a defective chair. The owner owns multiple locations and you think he can afford to replace a broken chair. Terrible.

    The standards of McDonald's is seriously slipping waiting 40 mins for a meal for the cashier to give our meal to someone she said was first but pulled into the drive thru 20 mins after I arrived inside to order, and she acknowledged them as someone she knew. When I approached her politely and asked why she did that she tried to tell me they ordered before me and to be patient like I was in the wrong. When I told her I saw them arrive 20 mins after me she put her head down, no apology. She just let her manager serve me and say sorry. I emailed the Boston Lincolnshire manager about this matter. No reply as obviously like all complaints they are clearly ignored and hoped to be forgotten, us little people don't matter. Their disgusting for a multi billion pound company. Can't even send a courtesy reply.

    Then today I turn up at the York one as my husbands a courier so I visit many different sites and spend and an absolute fortune and my sandwich looks like its been sat on by an elephant. It's a regular occurrence now the standards are slipping drastically. Grantham and Newark standards are outstanding so why is the spec different for the rest, they don't care enough as they know people will come back, well not me and my family. I'm glad they can afford to loose 200 pound a month minimum. Obviously I don't spend enough to matter, so I phone London head office and lo and behold they will address the issue from today but 6 months ago not as was too long ago I emailed a branch manager and no reply that in itself is to me is appalling protocol even if you didn't have cameras footage to prove what I'm saying, from a branch manager.

    Bring back Burger King. At least their burgers spent £1.50 more and got a gourmet meal in comparison and look like burgers not something that's been in bottom your bag all day, bring back old values I've no doubt this circumstance cannot be helped as we do get bad staff ourselves and with so many stores I don't doubt its hard but if you can't provide a service don't claim to. Isn't that against consumer rights. My meal did not look like the photo you told me it would when I purchased it. Shocking.

    This morning me and my husband came into Mcdonalds to sit and have breakfast. I ordered the 2/@4$ sausage egg mcmuffins. I wanted half slice of cheese and silver onions but Mr Horace complained “we dont do that. I'm not putting cheese on it," just constantly complaining about the way I want my sandwich I'm paying my money.

    Then I had to wait on my large hot tea for 10 mins. When that came it was size small. A young gentleman in training was very very professional. The best staff on deck so I received my tea. As I proceeded to my table I hear Mr Horace ** complaining to the manager who was not of great help. He still stating he dont put half slice of cheese and, "Why she want onions?" I'm not a happy camper. I come to this Mcdonald regularly and have not had any problems with egg mcmuffins and half slice of cheese or onions. He stated he stated to me that they are short of help. I replied, "What do that have to do with me?" Again Mr Horace ** needs training and need to act professionally in his work ethics.

    I went to the one in Ceres, CA, and I had earned a free coffee, and the Manager refused to give me the one that I wanted; and she said that she would give me, the one that I had already ordered free. I said to her, that I wanted the ice coffee but she said that she could only give me the small one; that was after she tried to give me a parfait instead. Also at other places, they serve me, cold coffee that has been sitting there for awhile, and they often give me, cold fries.

    The new configuration in the recently remodeled McDonalds is devoid of personality and not particularly consumer friendly, Very limited personal interaction. Comparable to the old automated system. You can no longer watch the food being prepared which was an enjoyable side benefit. I realize this may be cost effective, but you have lost the "homey" atmosphere for morning coffee breaks with friends and/or a meeting place for moms and kids.

    Quality of service varies greatly from one location to another. Locations on a major interstate usually have a lower standard of service. Ones within a town/small city are usually managed better with quality of service because they have repeat service.

    I stopped into McDonald’s in Brusley, LA to meet with a client. It was still lunch time, 12:50pm, and I was surprised to see two female employees lying down in one of the booths with their feet propped up on a chair, as if they were in their own homes. Looks like they were sleeping, but I didn’t go check on them. Appears they ate and then took a nap or whatever they were doing while lying down. I felt it was very professional.

    No longer edible burgers at the iconic golden arches. For some time now their burgers have been progressively unappetizing. Most recently on 3 occasions the burgers tasted like cardboard patties masquerading as cheeseburgers. Their fish sandwiches, fries and pancakes still rate high but this chain has definitely succumbed to the burger competition and rightly so. Hard to imagine that they can turn this ship around. Burger King knocks it out of the park, even their fries have improved. BK, is #1...

    I only go to 1 store. It's a family owned franchise. In Marlboro NJ on Rt 9. The store is clean & well run. They make the best fresh quarter pounders with cheese. & they are always accommodating & friendly about giving us fries without salt. It is the best McDonald's there is.

    The West Haverstraw NY McDonalds, has had the most well trained socially interactive young people, from the drive up window to the order retrieve window they are friendly, courteous, happy and engaged, very professional and a feeling of They enjoy what they do.     I have not gone to McDonald's in over a year because they got my order wrong nearly every time. I know some people say all the time but don’t mean it because they are exaggerating but I am not. They NEVER get my order right. So I stopped going. Today I went, and I asked for a hot mustard at the drive thru, at the 2nd window, and when I was asked to move up, I had to ask the person who brought my food to get me one. They gave me honey mustard instead. I also ordered a sausage McGriddle and got bacon. This is why I stopped going. Not only is my order wrong, I have to beg for condiments. I will just go to Chick-fil-A and pay extra to be away from the apathy McDonald’s has.

    I've eaten at McDonald's for a long time, I've always been treated with respect, and professional staff, some of the food might not be the healthiest, but that's my choice, they have healthy food also, the food I order has always been good, well cooked, and warm, not cold, like some other fast food places I've went to, and the staff are friendly and courteous, I will continue to eat at McDonald's, only once in a while though, it's kinda like a treat for me, it's a great fast food chain.

    Went to McDonald's and ask for a yogurt a fruit parfait, but the drive-thru cashier so they didn't have fruit and yogurt parfaits. That they only had chocolate and caramel. I repeatedly told her that they did have fruit and yogurt parfaits. So instead of arguing with her because that's not me I ordered a hot fudge sundae instead. When I got it it was runny barely any ice cream. I've bitten into something crunchy. I did not get my peanuts or any napkins. This is not the first time I've had problems with this restaurant. It just seems like the night crew seriously does not care about the customers.

    Now it's a mystery to me what it was that I bit into that was in a hot fudge sundae. There should not be nothing crunchy in it unless I would have added my peanuts to it that I did not even get. They take forever at night to give you your order and there's nobody there but they still take forever. They're the slowest people at night at this restaurant. I had to wait 20 minutes just to get a hot fudge sundae and there was only one car in front of me.

    I ordered two chicken mayos and found three stone cold chips in the bottom of the bag my order came in and my order wasn’t properly wrapped. My partner is allergic to potatoes and we are very lucky he carries his eppy pen with him! I enjoy going to McDonalds but I won’t be going again anytime soon due to the lack of care for customers.     McDonalds SM CITY LUCENA. My family and I were there to have some early dinner. When my Auntie were done in the counter and holding some of her order, a staff suddenly bumped her and the drink spill out. The crews seem off and it's like no concern on what’ve happen. Afterward, all of the order bring by their staff named Jamal. 4 of our orders have chicken and there's no gravy along with. I went to the counter and asked for the gravy container and just plan to refill it. The cashier were doubtful especially the girl with glasses and the girl with Boycut hair just because of GRAVY. I went to the counter and asked for it. I'll never gonna ask one if we have it. The staff were not also approachable, caring, responsive and not smiling.

When I called in, the only thing that was offered to resolve the situation was a tech ticket to see how it happened, and a free sandwich? This is appalling.     This is a follow-up to what happened at this particular McDonald's where I was assaulted by two late night managers harassing an 82 year old mother and her daughter to get going by rapping on my car door drivers side. I was in the passenger side and it was not yet 12 midnight closing, 15 minutes to go, when there was a rapping incessant on my window of my nice Ford Focus car telling me to move my car. They were closed while others in the parking area remained and further confrontation my mom the driver was in the toilet. She is 82. We were contacted by two managers, by voicemail on my cell just yesterday and agreed I would get something gift cards, as compensation, because we are longtime customers - coffee and chicken sandwiches.

    We noticed your Wi-Fi suddenly is shut off and ice machine/coke is shut off as early as seven pm and you have to ask for the switch to be turned back on at the register where there is a button. Turns out I came to pick up two complimentary cards at 8pm Thursday, yesterday. Not sure what kind of cards, and Blanca name badge hidden under jacket, called security with a gun to stand with his car parked right outside the door to watch the conversation while she denied there was nothing for me and to prove it by showing the cellphone conversation on my phone and refusing to get another short older female manager equally uninterested and smirking regarding the incident and who came to the front in a minute and not the twenty minutes break she was supposed to be on, according to Blanca.

    I then had to put up with a rude customer who walked into the shop with the security guard wanting to know why I was there and then he said he was there first and stepped in front of me to order from the manager who was supposed to be on her 20 minute break. He also wanted to buy me something, a further insult. The security cop with gun left after he heard that I had voicemail from manager Abraham and winked at Blanka as he was leaving. I got two cards for chicken nuggets but this harassment is being perpetuated by assistant manager Blanca. Dud place. Now they have a locked bathroom. You have to ask to go to the toilet. Disgusting. Will change to other McDonald's with no attitude problem.

His name is Jason and he gave the best customer service at a McDonalds that I've ever seen.     Most of the time when I go to McDonalds I insist on purchasing the beloved McChicken. It has amazing taste and so much flavor, in other words it's very succulent. The mayonnaise on this sandwich is so delectable and mouthwatering. I highly recommend purchasing a McChicken as it only costs a little over $1 with tax. Very inexpensive! I rate McChickens a 10 out of 10!

    Made my last trip into this location. Walked in to find handmade message on register requiring I use kiosk. I was one of two customers and employees leaning on counter (3) just talking. What a mistake McDonalds is making with those kiosk. It should be a choice for me not a requirement. I’ve made 3 trips into this location in last few months. Each time we were totally unimpressed by the staff and management. Last visit found manager yelling back into service area he was going to fire each of them.     I went to the McDonalds at 11230 Old St. Augustine Rd in FL. I paid $8.77 for a meal that I took 2 bites of and threw away! It was a carry out order. Buttermilk Crispy Chicken meal NO MAYO! I was on my lunch hour no time to open everything up to look at it. I got back to work, opened my lunch, there was mayo slathered all over it. Took the lettuce, tomatoes off wiped the bun off the best I could. The chicken was supposed to be crispy. It was like mush! The fries were cold and overdone.     First off, I have always considered McD's the best of all the rest. I visit Mcd's anywhere from 3-5 times per week, probably for the last 30yrs. And unless

    traveling out of my immediate area, I frequent the one nearest me on 4264 Washington Rd, Evans GA. Near the beginning of 2019, I purchased a coupon card from the Boy Scouts of America, specifically because it had McD's on it, as well as 2 other restaurants I visit in Evans, GA. The coupon card was for any McD's location in the CSRA, and valid thru 12/31/19. It was for a buy one get one free 10pc McNugget. Now I love McNuggets, but let's face it, 20 is a bit much for one unless being shared or having a binge craving. That said I can safely estimate that I've only used this coupon maybe 5-6 times at this Evans location since I bought it.

    Today, 10/24/19, I go thru the drive thru & place my order, then at the window when I was asked to present my coupon, the lady informed me that they don't accept this coupon anymore. When I mentioned to her that they've honored it here at this location since I purchased it, she asked if I wanted to speak to a manager, which I replied yes. The manager reiterated that they don't accept the Boy Scouts of America coupon at this franchise anymore. When I asked why not anymore, when they had always done so, all I got was some explanation that this franchise was never supposed to be included in this coupon deal. So I cancelled my order and left.

    The coupon states any McD's in the CSRA and this location is in the CSRA, and this location has always accepted this coupon in the past without exception or complaint, nor any mention of it being invalid at this franchise. Now if I visit 3-5 times per week for 30yrs and spend at $4-8 each time, let's avg 4 times at $6 for 50 weeks for 30 yrs, that would amount to $36,000 over my lifetime. Guess it is finally time to take my business elsewhere, Burger King, Chick-fil-A, Arby's, Zaxby's, Krystal's, Sonic, etc, all because this McD's couldn't afford to honor a coupon for a free $4 10pc McNugget.

    Our local McDonald's in Iowa Park located on a state hwy recently fell victim to the corporate mandated interior upgrade. Good grief. What a waste of corporate funds. The design chosen must have come from IKEA. Cheesy looking interior befitting a grade school cafeteria with low back furniture that has no support. Booths have no partitions anymore so it's an echo chamber.

    The entrance wall has a mural of a stucco exterior wall complete with a yellow sewer pipe running across and down the wall in the mural. Hardly appetizing McAdoo. If you intended to make clients lose their appetite on entering you at least succeeded at that. Seating occupancy was reduced. Space wasting Kiosks were added and not even a discount is offered to do the work of an employee taking orders. How about offering employee meal rates for using the kiosk allowing you to cut staffing at the counter. What next: cook your own meal. They removed the TV. The walls are absent of any pictures except the sewer mural. Not even a display of toys for the Kids Meals. To sum it up. McDonalds is one fry short of a Happy Meal.

    I have problems with the McDonalds in Vidalia, La often. Here is something that happened yesterday: My husband went to get breakfast. He got home and we found that they didn't give us the kids' food. I went back and placed another order. The kiosk was out of receipt paper. When I finally got all my food, more than 40 minutes later, I discovered that the fries weren't even a little warm. And the burgers tasted like hand soap. And the nuggets were cold. I was done with mcdonalds.

    Took the food back for a refund. They had me swipe my card for the refund. Haven't seen it yet. Then, I went to Sonic and got great service and warm, delicious food. Then, today, when I tried to call and complain, the woman I spoke to would not listen to a single thing I said. She basically said that they would not register my complaint because they can't register it twice. But it is the first time I've called about this visit. She wouldn't take the time to listen to me at all. I'm furious. I'm so tired of Mcdonalds treating its customers like crap. I never get contacted after there is a problem. I'm going to share this everywhere. I'm done with being ignored.

    I live in Xenia,oh. We have 2 McDonald's. This review is for the main Street location. This location has continued to decline over the years. Upon my latest visit I was greeted with a smell of urine upon entering. I wasnt greeted by anyone. I ordered at the kiosk and opted to pay cash so I went to the register. The lady tried handing me a cup. I didn't order a drink. She asked what I needed and I told her I need to pay for my meal. She seemed confused. My meal was 7 and some change. I payed with a 10. She tried giving me change for a 20. I took my number and had a seat. Almost all the tables were dirty. I look around and there are homeless people sleeping in the booths.     Girl at drive through was very rude. I was asking why they were charging me more money for the combo when I was getting water instead of soda.. she was not able to tell me. Asks another girl working with her and she comes to me asking "what is the problem?" in a heavy tone. I get it. They are very busy. So I asked again.. She could not answer me either. We had to break the combo and get burger + fries which was cheaper as I was not getting the soda.

    McDonalds still a fast food chain just because sometimes is fast the service. But the quality still cheap as fast food, but the price almost as cheap decent restaurant where you can have better meals and service. I visited the one located in 87 Ave and 186 Street Miami Lakes, where they have almost everything under safe vault. Sugar, ketchup, stir sticks. And you need to ask for them once you discover aren’t available to self service and because they say you need to ask for. Breakfast for almost $10 with this food quality and service. Other higher quality places are better option, even putting just few more bucks.

    Mcdonald's at Cedar Hills is just the worst. They screw up my order every time, the presentation and quality of food/ drink is just pathetic. I've been served stall food, wrong orders, food with hair, my coffee with just warm water and coffee, and also served food with bacon regardless of requesting my burgers/ wrap without bacon. This is very disappointing and unacceptable as I am paying for the service and food. Does Mcdonald's employees do not get the proper training? Or Does Mcdonald's just hire anyone to get the job done?

    On June 17th I got went threw the drive thru at the location at 619 Harrisburg Pike in Columbus Ohio. After getting home I found that I paid for a Big Mac and 2 fries but got 2 Egg McMuffins instead. I also ordered 3 chicken wraps that were so poorly made that it was mainly a tortilla shell with nothing in it. A week later we went back to that location and this time with the wraps they had a small amount of chicken on them and they filled the remaining up with sauce to make it appear like a full wrap. I tried a week to get ahold of the owner and when I couldn't get them to return my call I called their customer service line. The next day I got a call but this so called customer care specialist completely ignored my complaint so I called customer service again. I have called customer service over 20 times and it is now almost 2 months later and still nothing. I did research and this location has over 400 unanswered complaints but worst yet it has a bad inspection record.

    I also found that just a couple months ago McDonald's corporate honored this owner for how he does business. People need to check these places before they order because I am sick over the fact that I ate food from a place that has some nasty inspection reports on it. McDonald's rips its customers off so where's the value in that? I personally think this shows a lot about what this company stands for and it has made me want to keep documenting the garbage that keeps coming out of these McDonald's. I don't think people would think so highly of this company if they actually looked at how important the customers are compared to the almighty dollar that they put into their pockets. I have read all kinds of negative complaints about the service and the quality of the food all over the internet so I know I'm not the only one.

    This is the WORST McDonald's I've EVER been to. The order is ALWAYS wrong, and one time, I observed a line cook hacking a big one a sandwich while I was waiting for mine. After I received my burger, I opened it and, sure enough, there was the phlegm on my damn sandwich. I advise you all to be inconvenienced by going to another McDonald's close by. Aberdeen McDonald's is great. Great service, great people. Havre de Grace needs to be shut the hell down. We've lost so much money on incorrect orders. These sandwiches are not really cheap anymore. We've been shorted so many times, we practically made money for the stupid restaurant in lê Havre. Jesus. The people are rude as hell. Nasty. Avoid it.     Stop employees from slamming the door to the lobby from the front counter (Megan!). Told manager who blamed a bad door seal and having to carry trays through the door. Shame on her! A little girl was so scared she almost ran into a door. These totally unexpected loud bangs really hurt US Veterans like me who get flashbacks and lose sleep for days, sometimes months. I just like many of your other customers I'm sure, tend to have to do a runner to the bathroom not soon after eating a delicious meal as it passes through me with the speed and fury of a F1 car. To allow faster re-entry back to the waiting world, would you be able to stock the toilets with something less resembling cling-wrap and more the paper related toilet-paper we are used to?     McDonalds just south of 12 mile on John R. Road in Madison Heights, MI. - I’m pretty sure they just hired new employees (teenagers). They are all rude. They don’t look at you while you are paying or when they are handing you your food, they don’t say, "thank you" or "have a good day." They literally just slam the window closed in your face. Anyway.. the other day I went through the Drive Thru and that’s exactly what had happened to me. So, I went back to my office and ate my lunch. When I got to the last 3 fries in the container, I found a nasty dead bug with wings. It had some salt stuck to it too btw. I will never ever go there again.     I sent this to corporate because I am not well, I was hungry and It took 2 people 3 trips to not get a hamburger. "Is this a joke??? Route 40 and 213 McDonalds in Elkton MD just served a dried up, bent in half hamburger, with no mustard or onions to my husband at the drive through. He brought it home and had to drive back to try again. They gave him another one in almost the same condition and he brought it home so I went back. The guy at the counter admitted he would not eat it (and it was better than the first one).

    The girl at the counter handed me a third burger that looked like it was made last week and stored under the oven but they added fresh ketchup. I just told her to keep it and since they kept the receipt the first time and I did not have much shot at a refund without behavior unbecoming a lady. Just Wow! How incompetent does the entire staff have to be? There was hardly a soul patronizing the place at the time. Is it company policy to serve antique stepped on food??? That is more often than not the experience at McDonalds.

    #McDonalds what is going on with Customer Service? Store on 1030 East University Ave refuses to make shakes simply because they don't want to clean the machine.     So was accused of not paying for coffee by ** table server at McDonald's. The guy again for the fourth time bought us breakfast with extra large coffee. I went to get a refill and nobody would serve me. So the ** said I bought the coffee somewhere else and now wanted a refill. So I presented the receipt from the purchase and said the gentleman in the morning likes to buy us coffee and mcgriddles.... and they said well I had to get the refill in 28 minutes or being the store that I was in the store for three hours. Since 5am and it was now after 8 am so I said yes it takes me a while to relax. And no such time limit exists. This is a 24 hr McDonald's. So then nobody would give me a refill saying it had to be approved by the manager who then went to confer with the cooks.

    So I got the refill and then I chewed out the ** server with the sour face like 24 seven and told her, "If you harass me again I was going to the corporate office". And I went to sit with older Americans that know me and are regulars and they said she has a I wanna be the manager problem and everybody has had run-ins with her. This took place at 9:00 am Thursday. We buy coffee there all the time and my mom has experienced the same harassment. We even sit in the dining room with two for three dollar specials and still are ignored for coffee refills and you have to stand forever to get one.     My daughter had her 10th birthday party at the store and we were told that she will receive a birthday gift after approximately 1-2 months after her party coz they still need to order it. I’ve called the store 3-4 times already to do a followup after the stated time but they keep telling me it hasn’t come yet. Finally I talked to the store manager and she said she’ll give me a feedback at the end of the month which already passed and I still didn’t hear anything. I’m not pleased with this. I know it might not be much but the thought of your employees or company that hasn’t done their job is not acceptable for me who’s a regular customer.     Last night I ordered McDonald's via Uber Eats to my work from Bass Hill. I don't work far from the store, however was unable to leave as I was the only staff on duty in my department. I ordered a hot chocolate with extra chocolate & a banana bread. The hot chocolate arrived stone cold and the banana bread arrived severely burnt (I have a photo for reference). This is not the first time I have been issued poor service. I think it's time higher management made a few surprise visits to this store. Other issues I have faced over the past few months include:

    - Staff witnessed sitting on the McCafe counter chatting to other staff while customers wait to be served.
    - Customers waiting in drive thru at the speaker for a solid 5 minutes while staff are busy chatting to their friends.

    - Staff witnessed smoking weed in my work car park. When confronted, they tried to stash their bong for collection later. I ended up throwing it in the bin.

    It's really disappointing to see just how bad the service is getting in this store. I had been going to this store for 25 years and have watched it go downhill. The store only makes sales because of its convenient location. As of last night you have lost a customer.

    Every single time I visit my local MCD's In Carmel Church, Va. there is an issue. I don't typically leave reviews or comments, but at this point it's getting ridiculous. Last night I was overcharged for my food. My total should have been $5 but I was charged $15 on my card. My order was mixed up with someone else's. My previous visit, the person in the drive thru forget my drink. I didn't realize until getting home. Before that, I waited in the drive thru for nearly 20 mins on a hot day and I get all the way to the window and the employee tells me their ice cream machine has been broke all day. The complaints go on. I really really wish that these workers at this location will get it together. My kids love McDonalds, but the service is so awful that at this point we choose to just go across the street to Wendy's, not because of the food but merely for decent customer service.

    I stopped at McDonalds in DeFuniak Springs, Florida while traveling. I ordered a fruit and yogurt parfait. I was disappointed to see that the already small size cup has gotten even smaller, like half the size it used to be AND the price has gone up. Kinda sucks because I do like the fruit and yogurt parfait but I will not be ordering it again. To me it’s just not worth the $1.29 for maybe 5 spoons of yogurt, one mushy strawberry, and 2 blueberries. ????

    I would go to this restaurant more than 3X a week. 2 out of 3X times I would get home and have to go back due to RAW HAMBURGER PATTIES OR HAVING TO THROW AWAY FOOD! So many time I would say no to onions, pickles, etc... Health reasons. Barely got what I order. Not getting all my food that was paid for, improper beverage served cold and old coffee when requesting hot. Burned bread covering cold meat when ask to be made fresh. Walked in sick, coughing, sneezing employees preparing food. Final straw I return cold burned food. Walking it in in the entrance a powerful stench of urine taking my breath away. Never again.

    I've ate at McDonald's from East Coast to West for 35+ years. I'm in St. Louis Missouri now working and the locations off Parker Lane and the one on Bellefontaine owned by same owner is the worst service I have ever encountered in all these years. Very angry, hateful employees who are so rude. The order most always wrong. How hard can it be to get a Southwestern salad wrong...and half is usually missing. I know this is a rough area but there's good families who want friendly faces serving them the food McDonald's used to put out. This is just unbelievable service.

    I can't wait to get out of this area where people act civilized. I ordered tonight coming home from urgent care, got home and once again wanted to take it back but as always I say screw it or will eat part of it 'cause I'm so hungry. We no longer even go in to eat anymore. Too depressing to get that kind service. Tonight is my last night. Can't wait to leave this hell hole and move on to places where people act civilized.

    I have been a customer of their stores for more than 50 years. I have eaten at their stores in 27 states and in three countries. I started in the Bronx in 1967. I have never had a reason to complain until now. I have been complaining about the Store at South Semoran Blvd and Curry Ford Rd in Orlando 32807 for Ten years. The reason why is the Manager at the top just does not care about what you tell him. He will promise to fix the problem, but if he did I wouldn't still be complaining about the same problem. Rudeness and favoritism.

    The favorite guest is treated as if they could do no wrong and are hardly treated in a rude manner. The not so favorite guest is treated with rudeness and a reminder of their policies. The Manager will give you lip service, telling what you want to hear, but he never does anything to correct the problem. He is a failure as a manager, He does not have the means to take command like a leader. In the military he would be removed from command as he should be here. Sir you know who I am. You are a total failure as a leader and should be removed. I hope the people reading this will make the moves needed to have you removed and do a clean swept.

    Pulled up to window immediately. The manager working the drive-through started telling my husband our order. When he didn't hear he politely asked the manager to repeat that and the manager's exact response was "I just repeated the order. You didn't hear me." My husband responded "Obviously if I'm asking you to repeat my order then I didn't hear." Manager then states "Have a good day. I'm refusing your service" and closes the drive-through window.

    We were enjoying our meal (order no. 355) that is when we found a bug floating in our cold drink. We took the glass of Coke to the counter where at first we did not get attention. After telling them for the second time, a person heard and took the glass from our hand, saw the drink and threw it away, offering us for a refill. As if nothing had happened. It is unacceptable to get such a disappointing service and then poor approach to even solve the situation. After paying for your order and then not getting satisfactory service is very disheartening especially from a brand like "McDonald's". This happened in McDonald's CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

    McDonald's need to go back to basics. I've noticed over the last years that the cheese on their burgers and breakfast sandwiches and fish filet is not fully melted. Then I saw why, I observed that they remove patties out of a warming drawer, place the product on the bun and add a slice of cheese, not like before when they actually MELTED the cheese on the patty. It is like eating a pizza or grilled cheese sandwich without the cheese fully melted. Does NOT taste as good as expected. This is one of the reasons McDonald's is losing customers to other chains like In and Out which never lost their basics.

    I strongly suggest you read this before using McDonald's horrible mobile app. On at least 5 occasions I have arrived at the restaurant and they said they had NO record of my order yet they charged my charge card. This happened at 4 different McDonald's. Each time the staff said there was nothing they could do about it even though I showed them on my phone the order processed. When I logged an issue on the McDonald's website I got a form response asking for the exact information I provided in the original ticket - clearly no one read my original message.

    When I called them they said there was nothing they could do and said the only way anything could happen is if I issue a fraud complaint with my charge card, I do mobile ordering with Subway, Five Guys, Dunkin, Boston Market, Domino's, and Mooyah without any issues. So be warned this was happened to multiple times at different restaurants, they staff clearly has not been trained on what to do, corporate can't help you, and your credit card will be charged.

    We go to McDonald's in Jane Mo. The last three times we had app ready to use discount and by time it was our turn to order MD had removed the offer. Complained to some guy named Joe. He refused to honor the offer. Wrote MD and they said app offers get deleted in the store like it was no big deal. More and more I am learning to dislike MD - terrible service, cardboard food and lack of care or concern for the consumer.

    My daughter went to McDonald's tonight, waited 45 minutes for the food. Comes to find out they'd forgot her orders. And the restaurant wasn’t even busy. She saw some of the workers either on their cell phone or music earbuds in their ears. Had the manager out but she didn’t do a damn thing. This place is a joke.     This food chain is the worst I've ever seen in my entire life. I've been to just about every state except New York and Michigan and Wisconsin. I've ate at McDonald's across the U.S. because I travel for my job so I'm always on the go. I've went to numerous McDonald's and have the same issue. Every McDonald's I go to the service is always crappy. Customer service is very poor. The employees are always rude. Most of the time when you order food you expect to get what you pay for. They either hand you someone else's food or they hand you your food and leave things out of your bag. Such as this morning in Leesville, Louisiana. There is a McDonald's on Entrance Road and when I went there I first went there last night for dinner.

    I ordered a number 6 which is a 10-piece nugget meal with large fry, large Coke. I get to the drive-thru window. Paid for my order. I get up there to the second window. They hand me my drink. Asked me to pull off in Lane number 6. So I did. Noticed there is another person waiting in line as well. This person I watched through my rearview mirror get an employee to bring him his food twice. I got out of my truck and asked the man in the vehicle how long has he been waiting. He said 15 minutes and he's running late for work now. I said, "Yeah I have 15 minutes as well to make it to work." Only because we both work on post therefore I told the man I said, "Yeah it's too bad it's not like it used to be at McDonald's." Customer service was very nice and polite and they were always granted five stars because of the simple reason they literally worked their ** off for their money however the people nowadays just does not care.

    Needless to say I got my order and before the ** female if you want to call it that walked away from my truck. I hurried up and glanced in my bag just to find out I have a small fry. I turned around in my seat and hollered at the woman to come here. The woman walked back smiling. I said, "Do y'all ever check the bags before you deliver them to the customer." She said yes. I said, "Do you look at receipts before you do that." She said yes. I said, "Okay then explain to me why I have a small fry in my bag." She said, "That's because that's what you ordered" and with my receipt in my hand I smile back at her and stepped out of my truck and handed her my receipt and I said, "For your information. Now I know you're full of crap because I have my receipt in my hand which you do not have in your hand. You are not going to sit here and tell me that you glanced into my bag and made sure I had everything I needed."

    She said, "I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I will go back in and get you a large fry." Keep in mind I've been sitting here waiting for 10 minutes. The conversation with the woman lead on about a minute and 30 seconds give or take. She went inside and magically disappeared. I waited a little longer. I finally got irritated and walk inside and ask the woman behind the counter where is the woman that I spoke with. It was handing me my food outside. She said, "I don't know what you're talking about. I said, "I need my large fries" so she handed me a large fry.

    With that out of the way this morning I go in there leaving work to get a big breakfast with hotcakes and a double order of biscuits and gravy with a large Coke. The Coke was fine and the double order of biscuits and gravy would have been okay if the lid wasn't open when they handed it to me. However I did not have time this morning to glance into the bag because there was a line of traffic behind me. I was not trying to be rude to other customers so I was going to get out of their way noticing that there is no other parking spot. I went ahead and left and went home.

    I made it to my home. I looked into my bag which was the tall white plastic bag that the big breakfast with hotcakes normally comes in. I open the bag up when I get to the house just to find out my biscuits and gravy or all over the inside of the bag. I was a little upset about that. No big deal though. I can still eat it. So I looked through the rest of my bag. Noticed there is no syrup, there is no fork, no napkins, no hash browns, no sausage and one pancake. So I said hell no. I Googled that store's number. Ask to speak to a manager. The manager was the one that I was talking to on the phone and it said, "How can I help you." I told the person I said I'm just calling to complain about my order. I said I ordered a big breakfast with hotcakes and a double order biscuits and gravy with a large Coke. There was no napkins, no straw, no fork, no syrup, no hash browns.

    I told the manager of that store I live 15 miles down the road and I will be coming back into town within the next hour and ask the manager if he could give me my hash browns and my condiments. He said, "I'm sorry for the inconvenience sir but we have a strong strict policy against that we are not allowed to give you anything once you leave our property." I said already, "So you're just saying that you will not give me what I ordered." He said, "That is correct you have already left the property." Noticing how I downloaded an automatic recorder to my phone I had recorded this person saying this if I could be able to put this recording on here I would gladly do that so everyone could hear this ignoramus ** tell his customer that he will not give him his order.

    I told the manager that I will be contacting corporate because it's not just their location that's at fault on this so I Google corporate's number. It went on for a few minutes with automated talking then directed me to someone which was a lady that represents McDonald's in some sort. I told her my problem. She kept trying to interrupt me by saying she apologizes. I told her three times I'm not asking for an apology. I'm asking for a resolve for the problem because y'all are really making things difficult for your customers on your own due to the simple fact that y'all give customers crappy service.

    I said, "Hell, Wendy's and Burger King doesn't give this crappy service and a lot of times I choose Wendy's over McDonald's" and she says, "Would you like to speak to a corporate manager?" I said, "Isn't that what you told me you was?" She said, "No sir I did not." I said, "Yes ma'am you did because I have you right here saying it." She said, "What do you mean." I said, "You know how you said this call is being recorded. Well I also told you this call is being recorded and seeing how you did not listen to what I told you you just kept on babbling out of your mouth." She said, "So I am being recorded." I said, "That is 100% correct."

    She said, "Well I will tell you this right now. I do not give you permission to record me and I will sue you if you try anything funny. I told the lady I said, "You'll hear something funny. McDonald's is the biggest joke that's ever been and ever will be and hopefully will be no longer because y'all are basically idiots with no purpose. Y'all hire high school kids that does not care about anything in the world except for making some pocket cash so they can go buy them some rolling papers and get them some smoke and get laid. That's all they care about other than that being on their cell phone while trying to take orders and serve customers."

    The lady started acting very disgruntled with me and I really did not care because I've had enough with this McDonald's crap. I know back when I was a young teenager McDonald's didn't have a dine-in or drive-thru. It was you pull up into their parking lot. You walk up to the window. You order your food just like at a Dairy Bar. You get your food within the first 45 seconds of your wait and definitely did not get told to pull over in another parking spot so you could wait even longer. But back then customer service was very very excellent.

    Everything was perfect and then they started franchising themselves out even further then it begin to be a big deal. McDonald's was everywhere. Then it began to be crappy service. When I was young I loved eating there but now it's beginning to be an issue for quick in and out fix for food. Very crappy service. I'm very unsatisfied and they make more money now than they have ever and they still complain about. This job sucks how I told an employee at McDonald's. One time the job is only how you make it and I told her I said I've been in the military for 28 years and there's one term that I have learned throughout my 28 years of service. She said, "What's that?" I said, "Embrace the suck."

    I told her I said, "What you need to do is walk out that door, quit your job and go flush toilets for a living because that's apparently the only thing you're qualified to do not caring." Whether or not I hurt the person's feelings when they do this to themselves no one does this to them. When a person shows up for work disgruntled that is their own personal problem and which should not be relayed towards their customers. You are not supposed to deviate from company policy and I have firmly read their policy in their online website under their career area. That's saying the customer is always right goes both ways. Needless to say this morning is my last stop in McDonald's. From now on my wife and children will no longer be visiting their franchise either. Words of wisdom. I would go to another franchise that offers better customer service and quality.

    Ok. I purchased a McDouble and when I bit into the burger I had gotten shock. Look down and my meat was raw. Not only raw but they left that paper still on the meat that supposed to be taken off when you cook the burger. I’ve been sick all night throwing up, sweating. I’m getting a lawyer because I called the McDonalds, they never answer. I talk to corporate and they said they would call me right back and I haven’t heard from anyone.

    Went thru the drive thru this morning. Realized I was given the wrong amount of change after I drove to the window. Told the woman at the window. Mind you it was only one penny. But it is my money and I should be asked if I want my money or not. Which they have done in the past. I always say yes. I'm pretty sure that I need my penny more then McDonald's does. She got an attitude right away. Said I will give you a penny. She handed it to me and then said here do you need a few more? How unprofessional and condescending on her part.

    I asked to speak to manager. He waddled over and looked at my order and turned around and walked off. I kept telling her how unprofessional she was and had an attitude. Hope everyone that says "no keep the penny" realizes how many McDonald's there are around the world. Those pennies add up. Just making McDonald's a richer company that has terrible service. I would go every morning for breakfast and sometimes for lunch. I won't be back to any McDonald's period. That will definitely save me high blood pressure and $100+ a month.

    We ordered 9-pieces McNuggets. Later we changed this into 20-pieces. When we paid, we found out on the receipt that we paid for both. So we wanted to cancel the 9-piece order, but this was not possible the cashier said. Once ordered and paid it is not possible to cancel she said. She did not even attempt to correct. So we asked to her co-worker, but she also refused to cancel the incorrect order. We still had to wait for our food, but nevertheless it was not possible to cancel anymore. This is really very bad service and not customer friendly at all. I have never experienced this bad service before.

    I used the McDonald's Mobile App and I ended up paying twice for the same order. I had to talk to 4 different people regarding the issue and it's still not resolved. To make things worse the agent representing the App had the nerve to tell me that she would not transfer me to a supervisor unless I gave her more information. This woman argued with me until I had no choice but to hang up. So unbelievable... They lost a customer. I will never ever order food from McDonald's.     Firstly I want to say that the no one at the front knows how to take orders. I told the person that I want the burger with hashbrown and no meat 4-5 times because he was not getting it but I got the burger with bacon in it. After taking one bite, I asked at the front to check if my burger has some meat in it and he said he did not know and to ask someone else. I am a pure vegetarian and this isn't what I expected from such a reputable company. Also if the employee at the front was a trainee there should be a trainer present too. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever visited. I want you to take action regarding this whole scenario or I am going to sue them.

    I ordered a meal for delivery to my workplace as I'm working night shift, the order number ** was placed around 21:30 using the app, delivery was said to be around 21:55-22:10. So I went to the gate at 21:50, waited a few mins and then tried to track my order using the app only to find out that the order has been canceled.     Coupons have been a big tradition in this family of ours. We have one kid named Jonn, one named Mildred and the rest we left at Home Depot as a punishment. The pancakes are my favorite. Make sure to ask for ketchup because for some reason they don't just give it to you with your pancake order. However ketchup on my pancakes gives me some pretty nasty gas. I timed one of my farts once after eating the pancakes with ketchup and it came out at 17.89 seconds. But it did smell good. Like I was saying with coupons you can get pancakes for nothing less than full price! Saved me a fortune! (So did leaving the kids at Home Depot.)

    I've lived in the Jane/Falstaff area over 20 years and have frequented this location, however, over the past 2-3 years the customer service has gone down the dumps. I try not to go there in the mornings, because the regular day staff are poor customer service reps. For the past week, each morning I've stopped at the Jane/Major Mackenzie location and ordered the coffee & bagel (with cream cheese) special (in the coupon). The coupon states the small coffee for $1.99, however, I've been able to upsized the coffee (for an additional cost).

    This morning I (despite my former view) decided to stop at Jane/Falstaff location for the coffee/bagel and again, I asked for a medium coffee. The staff was very rude and abrupt. She stated that upsizing is not allowed and "there is no option on the computer to punch it in". I informed her that I've had this same order at another location, but she informed me that McDonald's is a franchise so she cannot comment on what other stores do. I was shocked by this. I decided to just get the medium coffee. She told me to drive forward. On the screen (at the drive-through) the coffee was $1.

    When I got to the pick-up window, the server said $1.05 for the total. I asked if they are now doing $1 coffee (any size). I asked this as there was no signage of the start for $1-any size coffee. Without skipping a beat, the server informed me "I've already made your medium coffee so you can't change the size" (I'm not sure why she felt I wanted to change the size... I only asked for confirmation of the $1 any size coffee). Anyway, I've had many run ins with the staff at this location, but I find the morning crew lack customer service skills. I am aware that this location gets very busy, and it can be very stressful, but the customers deserve better service.

    Picked up an order through the drive through. I got home and found out I had received a meat burger instead of a vegetarian burger. When I rang up to see if they will deliver me a new one, they said I would have to pay the full amount of what I paid and pay for the delivery via the Uber eats app, or come back into the store to exchange. Therefore an easy meal has turned into two trips to McDonald's wasting petrol. They then went on telling me they don’t sell spicy bean burgers which I had one over the last month in the same place. Fair enough if they explained to us when we originally was about to order they don’t sell them anymore however they didn’t and gave me a meat burger. I won’t be attending this McDonald's again. Get your orders right and make sure the food is hot, due to purpose of hygiene and the purpose of they want a good meal!

    This Lethbridge Alberta Canada restaurant in Fairmont Plaza South is HORRIBLE! So dirty I can't imagine someone won't be poisoned there soon. And the service was so bad I'm still wondering what the hell is going on there. The manager was an idiot of epic proportions. There was garbage strewn everywhere in the children's play area and there were almost no customers so no excuse. Tables were filthy and we all had to come home and shower. What a sty. Plus our food was slow to come. Many other people complained while we were there. NEVER GOING BACK.

    Worst visit of my life. I order 2 McChickens and they have clumps of yellow stuff in it and big chunks of grizzle in it as well. They tasted horrible so did the nuggets. The fries were unsalted.     Being Christmas day many of the fast food outlets were closed. We found a McDonald's open on Burnhamthorpe in Mississauga. I ordered a BIG MAC combo with only mustard and onions. When they delivered my order to our table and I opened the wrapping it was most unbelieving. The patties that were in this bun were at minimum about three paper napkins thick. It was difficult to believe that this BIG MAC combo was over $10.00 with taxes. There was no meat. To me it looked like the patties were for the kid's meal and not a regular size hamburger patty.

    Even a person sitting next to us looked at this BIG MAC and said to me, "That looks really pathetic" of which I totally agreed with him. In comparison to other hamburger fast food restaurants this is the worst that I have ever eaten, except for a place in Montreal which advertises the thinnest hamburger available. I think they lose out to these pathetic looking hamburger patties I received from McDonald's.

    McDonalds has really gone downhill in the past few months. The past 2 visits to McDonalds in Walkersville, MD. have been NASTY. Rotten lettuce and tomatoes, some kind of yellowish looking liquid in the corner of the box, hard rolls and even missing rolls from my BigMac once.     Went through drive thru. Ordered a happy meal, a big Mac $6 meal and a mushroom burger meal, the car in front of me was already pulled over waiting for their food, I get to the window. I get the drinks and happy meal and they tell me to pull over. They would bring the order out. The 1st car I watch the employee return to their car 3 times before it was right. I should have been next to get my order but they had every car waiting for their orders. I counted 5 cars, so they gave my food to the wrong car.

    I had to go in and show my receipt and ask where's my food, just to find out they gave it away so they took their sweet ** time getting my order because I said I was going to make a complaint. When I got the bag it was still not right. Was missing a fry and a pie. This evening shift is so unqualified and unprofessional even the manager on duty could not get anything right or get employees to do their jobs. Get it right people and you think you should make $15 an hour. Get real. You got to get it right or you aren't worth **.

    I'm a Walmart Employee and I take my breaks and lunch in your McDonalds store #30365. I have been frequenting this McDonalds for approximately the past four years. I have a visual disability and am legally blind. In the past your employees have been so nice and accommodating in helping me with my drink at the drink dispenser station. I have always been so appreciative for this service until today. I placed my order and was handed my food/drink cup. I then asked for help and was told, "No I can't help you." Shocked and saddened by this I took my food/drink cup and had a seat to ponder what had just happened.

    I was really thirsty and decided to ask for help again thinking that previously there had been a communication problem. I went back to the counter and asked a different employee if they would be kind enough to help me and explained that I could not see well enough to get my own drink. I again was refused help and received a no answer without explanation. I was finally able to get a co-worker to help me. I am truly saddened by the way I was treated. I hope those people who refused me help never incur a similar disability and need help someday.

    My wife and I stopped early Thursday morning for breakfast after leaving home for Ocean Springs, MS. She had an egg McMuffin while I had a sausage biscuit. When we stopped for lunch I couldn't eat because my stomach was upset. Later that afternoon I had to pull over to be violently sick on the side of the road. My wife had to take over the driving. I spent the next 2 days weak and in bed. McDonald's quickly denied all responsibility because I had failed to drag myself to a hospital for a fecal matter test. We will never eat at that or any McDonald's again. My pain - their loss!

    I would like to know why the buns on the burgers are always stale no matter what McDonalds I go to. And you want $15 an hour? I put myself at risk every day as a security guard and don't even make that. So keep thinking y'all deserve that high of pay for flipping burgers and constantly messing people's food and orders up. I went to one yesterday where they kept saying "huh. What?." Because I said I wanted a large four and four. Then I literally had to scream at the rude lady what I was trying to say and I said "A LARGE FOUR AND FOUR COFFEE". And she said "oh you shoulda said coffee." Learn how to talk to customers with respect and not correct them. Also learn how to not mess up literally every order after it's repeated 4 times and MAYBE you could make that much money.

    What a terrible establishment. When will people get out of the habit of being ok with less and less? I recently went in for an old favorite, bacon egg and cheese biscuit. This breakfast sandwich has become a shell of its former self. The bacon has gotten so thin that it’s almost nonexistent. Then the way overpriced orange juice was only filled 3/4 of the way. Rip off!!! As far as lunch goes, everything on the menu is smaller every time I go (very rare). Honorable mention for having the best French fries around... But they NEVER fill the fry container. McDonalds is the biggest ripoff around for the most unhealthy food... Boooo Ronald, you suck!!! Two bacon egg and cheese breakfasts with large orange juice $14.60.

    We are regular customers at our local McDonald's (store 31820) and have been for over 6 years now. Today ended that... for good. I used the mobile app to place a large order and chose to pick up at the drive-thru. As we approached the window, I received a text notification that our order was paid with our associated bank card (on the app). At the window, we were informed we had not paid and would not be given our food. They also refused to return our money (of course) or even look at the text receipt. The manager, Jason, repeatedly stated it wasn't his problem, but rather the mobile app, and if we wanted our money back, we would have to dispute the charge with our bank. While we are obviously doing that, it will take approx 3-5 days to get that going.

    Following a heated exchange, they couldn't believe we didn't want to PAY THEM AGAIN. I'm actually shocked that McDonald's can get away with blatant theft and have no concern for customers whatsoever. When I spoke to customer service, apparently we are not the only customers that have experienced this issue. I'm appalled and disgusted by McDonald's (and that doesn't even begin to express it!) No one wants to have their money stolen.

    Went to McDonald’s in New Milford, Connecticut. Go to order and the guy tells me they don’t have any soda or apple pies. This is the third time this has happened in a month so proceed to ask for extra pickles. The guy says they are out of pickles too then tells me, "Looks like we don’t have anything you want.     My daughter and I were kick out for speaking another language (Spanish). The manager got mad at us for speaking Spanish to each other. After we finished eating we won a free McFlurry, went back to order and saw when the manager went to a client that was sitting eating his food and asked to take back the sandwich; Manager fixed wrapper and put it in a different tray for other client. When I stated that to her she started talking to her coworkers in her Spanish language and treated me so nasty and she wasn’t even talking to me.     I visited the McDonald's located in Taylor Michigan address 23333 Eureka Road Taylor Michigan 48180. The day in question is September 29th 2018 at exactly 2:02 p.m....I purchased 2 @ 2 for 5 sandwiches totaling $10.60. I handed the cashier a 50 dollar bill, having trust I did not bother to check my change. The cashier tendered my receipt as a 20 dollar bill and thus gave me $9.40... with ticket number 192. Several minutes later I made a second order be in different number 397 2:07 pm. This order was placed by another employee on an entirely different register and tendered appropriately.

    Nonetheless, upon leaving to go home I checked my receipts because I noticed I was short some money...and lo and behold, both my receipts state I used $20 dollar bills. When I walked through the door, I called McDonald's... I was told the registers were counted down and neither was over! I explained to the manager that it was impossible, and the most feasible explanation is that, one of the many people/peoples handling the register, someone stole it. I was then told to contact someone name Kareem at an office telephone in which for days went unanswered. I was then given a telephone number to contact one of his personal voicemail receivers. I left this guy a message a day. He never replied! I contacted corporate twice. The first time was via online email... the results were unresponsive. I then contacted corporate by phone and filed a complaint about the entire issue.

    The franchise owner Kareem called me the very next day (10/04/2018) to apologize but stand by an employee, he stated has "worked for him for 20 years") whom suggest none of the registers were over. I asked about the video to be told by Kareem as well that the pixels are not that clear... and next time I should check my receipt before I go. It will NEVER be a next time... They blew it with me for all McDonald's. Corporate should have stepped in. It's a ** shame billion dollar company's security cameras are not sufficient when customers get robbed. But when their businesses are in jeopardy every camera and every angle is available

    As Uber driver I came to pick up an order but at the same time I opened my McDonalds application to purchase a free milkshake so the lady at counter voided my order and did not give me my milkshake. Then I said, “Where is the Uber order for pick up?” Still no service just attitudes about go back through drive thru. Who do you think you are. So I went back to my car and got back inside then the manager ** young lady started approaching my car talking that she off duty and, "Get out of my drive thru I'm the manager." She threating me so I left and still no service provided to customer and staff was aggressive by approaching my vehicle with disrespectful comments and no milkshake or the Uber service. This McDonalds should be reported to the media if possible. Last time I heard the customer is always right not get treated with intimidated comments and behavior and not do their job by providing service.

    Went to the McDonald's on Newberry Road about an hour ago. My order total came to $6.17, I paid with a $100 bill, the cashier handed me my change and turned around. She gave me the incorrect change. Shorted me $20. When she turned back around and realized I was still sitting there, before I said anything, she said, “I owe you $20?” She then said to pull to the next window. She had to get the manager to open her drawer. 10 minutes later, a completely different person came to the window and asked what I was waiting for. I told her I was waiting for my $20. She went to the back and brought me a folded up $20 bill? Maybe exhaustion and stress is making me totally loopy, but I think I was deliberately handed the incorrect change?

    So this is the second time this has happened in a week at the McDonalds in North Sydney Nova Scotia Canada. We ordered a 6 piece McNuggets and 2 McNuggets were missing and one was half eaten with teeth marks and spit. Whoever is making the food keeps eating and contaminating it. I don't know what diseases they may have put I don't want my food half eaten and a piece with spit and bark marks left. Utterly disgusting and unacceptable. My bf went back, got new 6 piece. I refused to eat it or fries, I don't trust the place. The employee should be fired so he stops eating food and leaving behind his DNA spit on food. I will never eat here again.

Which is not the issue here, it's the size of the tomato and the size of the cheese. Please explain how you cut a slice of cheese in half to put on a sandwich?     Do not go to this McDonalds unless you want your Big Mac to have a bite taken out! When I first got here, the dining room was empty, the few customers in there were horsing around with the employees. One the kitchen staff was sitting on the floor. The drive thru was packed but they acted like it wasn't busy at all. Then about 3 or 4 minutes of standing there, a girl finally said, "Ma'am are you being helped," and I said no. They took my order finally. Then I proceeded to listen to the manager yell at them to cook and make the tickets. I got my order with 3 sandwiches and nuggets. All thrown in a bag.

    I get home and I opened my Big Mac, took the top bun off and seen a bite taken out of the burger. I immediately went back and the restaurant, which was packed with teenagers, in like 10 minutes. I worked my around the rude kids that wouldn't move and asked for the manager and she said she was the manager and I explained what I found and showed her and the manager asked, "What was wrong with it?" Really!?! She put in another order for one and didn't apologize nor refunded my money. Bunch of children running the place, the manager was young and ignorant!

    There are 2 McDonald's restaurants in Dearborn, MI that supposedly open 24 hrs. One at Ford Rd. And the other one is at Wyoming St. However, the one at Ford Rd, this is the 4th time in less than 2 weeks tell me that their system is down and can't take any orders which I know it's a lie. They just don't wanna work. The Wyoming location is even worse. Nobody at the drive through to take the orders. Although you can see someone is inside but I guess they wanna get paid without doing anything.

    My name is Juan ** and I was a victim of discrimination and harassment from the McDonald’s franchise. On 7/23/2018, the McDonald's located on 3199 SW Port Saint Lucie Blvd, Port Saint Lucie, filed a “trespassing” noticed and called the police on myself. The reason was because a week prior, I had gone into the establishment for a chicken sandwich and I noticed that the young lady (**, Manager) was making my sandwich with a dirty blue glove. **, in giving me sandwich, I asked for my money back because I did not want the contaminated sandwich. I left, and she gave me my money back.

    Fast forward to 07/23/2018, I went into the same McDonald's and ordered my sandwich and ** informed me that “I cannot come to McDonald’s anymore and that she was calling police” with fury and anger. I feared this woman, she was so aggressive and nasty to me. People started taking pictures of me with their phones and I felt humiliated and later had to go to Port St. Lucie hospital to be treated for shock, my diabetes and panic attacks all due to Ms. **'s actions.

    The police officer Kneidel **, wrote me up a no “trespassing” when I looked at the report it says I used “Racial Slurs”? What? The hell? I’m a Latin Hispanic male with Indian Indigenous blood coursing through my veins. I have NEVER or EVER will be a racist. I don’t care that ** is **, I care that she is a dirty person and tried to give me contaminated chicken sandwich. What racial slur did I say? I speak broken English? This fabrication of a statement that caused me not only humiliation, but pain and suffering to my perfect record as a citizen of the USA. My daughter fought for this country in the US ARMY. I’m a patriotic man and I love this country.

    I plea with McDonald's to release the video tapes of this incident. The proof is in the video tapes. It will show that I never said a racial slur and Ms. ** did indeed try to contaminate me with an improperly made chicken sandwich. Because, I called McDonald's and gave a complaint, Ms. ** what? Now, you can accuse me of “racism”, this is ridiculous. I’m 73 years old, I have health problems and my wife is undergoing aggressive Chemotherapy for her Lymphoma. How can any human being be so “horrid” and “aggressive” to an old man like me? Does she not have a father? Does she not have any decency? I think not, her actions have hurt my demeanor and has affected my health greatly.

    I would like for McDonald’s to act and only reprimand Ms. **, but to give me an apology for her actions on the behalf of the McDonald’s corporation. I’m also currently looking for legal representation for damages that McDonald's and more specifically Ms. ** for their disgusting behavior towards a loyal customer of many years.     I went through the drive thru on 7/20/2018 at 5:48 pm. Ordered 2 combo's large, a #1 and a #3. They had me pull up to wait for my order. Once they finally brought my food out I left and got home to find I was missing one of the fries. Both combos were larged. I drove back and wanted my sandwich replaced as well because it would be cold by time I got back home. I left the other sandwich and fries at home so mom could go ahead and eat. First the girl at window slammed it in my face when I told her why I was back, then manager came to window and loudly told me I HAD to move up again and shut window in my face. I have never been treated so rude in my life except one other time at this same store 2 years ago. This was the first time I had come back since then and will be the last.

    I have to write to tell McDonalds how very much I hate getting my iced tea or other cold drink in a regular cup rather than a styrofoam cup.     The last few times we have eaten at McDonald's in Shrewsbury, Il the food steadily has gone downhill. Tonight, 7/13/18 will be my last time there. The cheese is never melted on the sandwich, most the time the bread is stale. Now the fries, cold, limp, transparent and disgusting! Since it was the only thing I was eating, I asked that the French Fries be made fresh. When I arrived at the 2nd window it had only been a minute, so I knew they couldn't have fried them in such a short time. I asked the server if the were fried fresh and she said "Bye." No "thank you", just "bye." The french fries were stale and not very hot. Poor quality product delivered by rude wait staff. Now I remember why I haven't been to a McDonalds in months, for $3 you just disrespected, lied to and cheated on a meal.

    Went there with my granddaughter to get a happy meal. Disaster. First, although there were 3 people behind the counter (and others farther back) and no other customers there, the oldest male said, “We'll be right with you.” Then all he proceeded to work on a drink machine and the other two stood there are watched him. He made some drink while they watched. 6 minutes later one of the "watchers" came over and asked if he could help me. I ordered a Happy Meal with 6 chicken McNuggets, Strawberry Gogurt and chocolate milk, and an apple pie. He charged me $6 and change which I thought was a little high for a happy meal. Then when they put it on the counter, it was in a bag and he tried to give me a cup to get a soda. I asked where the happy meal was and he acted like he never heard of a Happy Meal.

    One of the other people came over and transferred the food into a Happy Meal box and he once again tried to give me a cup. When I asked for the milk we ordered he seemed to be oblivious as to where that might be located. Finally he found the milk and put it all on the counter. When I said I thought he overcharged me (he actually rang everything up a la carte) he just said he was sorry. A women did come outside as I was leaving and asked what was wrong and I told her. She said if I would come back in she would credit my card with the overpayment. Sorry, but I just wanted to get away from that place so I declined. I pray I never need to go in that place again.

    Went to McDonalds drive thru in Murfreesboro, NC on June 21 at lunch time. The lady taking the orders was very nice & accommodating. I had 3 separate orders & she didn’t flinch at that. She repeated it all back & was very efficient. The lady that took my money & gave us our food was also very nice & accommodating. It was such a pleasant experience that I will go back to that store again. Employees at other stores could learn from these nice ladies.

    I go to McDonald's almost everyday. At this particular store I go to, Gault Mile, located in East Fort Lauderdale, there are some **, island ladies that somehow became managers, and they are total **. Slow service, no plan, yelling and treating each other like cousins (that right there may be the problem) and every time I go there, they treat me like **. Frankly, I don't care. I know I'm beyond these idiots. But why will you hire, hateful, miserable women to run a nice store like this one? There is also a.young dude with dreads and blue shirt. ** walking. I call him. I mean these idiots wear a shirt with a different color and they think they are royalty. They say hello to certain groups, but others, in their sick heads, aren't worth a "Good morning" or a "Hello." Even though, we buying everyday there. They need to get rid of some of these haters with manager shirts. Who thought these idiots are manager material? I would like to meet you.

    On or about June 14, 2018, at approximately 10:38 p.m. I went inside the McDonald's Restaurant located at 107 7th North Street in Liverpool, New York 13088 of which claims to be open 24 hours a day. Upon my entering the restaurant I notice three ** people eating, and one at the counter being served. The ** girl (chubby) behind the counter looked at me. She saw me as a 62-year-old veteran ** guy and stated, "We are kind of closed." I immediately left the restaurant which in inside PILOT TRUCK STOP.

    I tried to call the McDonald's consumer complaint line, but it was not open. This is a clear pattern and practice of McDonald's restaurants in the Greater Syracuse area. The same thing happened a few years ago at McDonald's on Erie Boulevard in Syracuse, New York. McDonald's clearly discriminates with the ** people (employees) denying food service to ** people. The McDonald's Restaurants in Liverpool and Syracuse and very bad ratings on Google. Clearly, there is a failure to train and supervise.

When he went to tell the manager she just laughed in his face and so he ended up quitting because they would not do anything about it.     This evening, as has been the case for many in the last few months, we go to the location on Canton Highway in Marietta, GA. The order is the same: 3 plain cheeseburgers. Most typically there is a very pleasant person at the drive-through window. She is sitting... smiling... welcoming. For all the "grief" Micky-D gets, there is no doubt that the training... and the eagerness-to-please by of the vast majority of their employees... is equal to Fresh Hot Fries, Cold Coke and Quarter Pounder with Cheese. Most of you know that I mean. Great location. ****** That's 6 Stars!

    Everytime me and my sister come here, we order stuff and when we use a free coupon for a meal, we get charged for extra stuff we did not order, like stuff. And when the people bring the stuff to our table, it ends up being the wrong stuff and sometimes for take-out, they forget to put some of the food in our bag.     Being on a budget I figured I'd stop into one of the local McD's. Ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon, small fries and large coke. The coke was just that coke and I was happy with it. But never have I ever been so dissatisfied with that nasty tasting burger... yuck! Tried a couple bites and tossed it in the garbage along with half of my fries.     I did not have a good experience. While I was sitting in the drive thru it took 5 mins for me to order then another 10 mins to receive my food. When I got home my grits was not fully cooked. The grits was watered down and hard. I would have went back for a refund but I don't stay in the area. The service there is terrible. They have you just sitting there. I don't know if they are short on staff but that doesn't make any sense to run a FAST food business like that.

    This was one of the absolute WORST McDonalds experiences I’ve ever had. My friend and I went to the McDonalds on Division St & I ordered a large drink, 1 small fry and chipotle snack wrap, while my friend ordered a McChicken meal. When I received my order, the snack wrap was loaded with sauce, making it soggy by the time I opened it, my fries were stone cold, and I received 2 small fries instead of the 1 small fry I ordered, probably to make up for the fact that it was so cold, but both fries were so cold to the point where I couldn’t eat either one. This whole meal was a disappointment!!??? Absolutely disgusting!! Worst $11.28 spent ??? We will not be returning to this location as we are very displeased with our experience.

    I rarely go to McDonald's, but for ME it was a once in a blue moon treat and so I went with my new friend Mark ** to the location at: 1231 South La Brea Avenue, Los Angeles, California 90019. We both had Big Macs with cheese and french fries and I had a chocolate shake to go on top of it! The food was okay, but it was the overall experience of just being there which is what I enjoyed; not just the food! I want to personally Thank Mark ** for taking ME there back on Tuesday, May 22, 2018.
