Being on a budget I figured I'd stop into one of the local McD's. Ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon, small fries and large coke. The coke was just that coke and I was happy with it. But never have I ever been so dissatisfied with that nasty tasting burger... yuck! Tried a couple bites and tossed it in the garbage along with half of my fries. Now I never have tossed a McD's burger in the trash and it has turned me off on McD's for a spell and I will surely never order a yucky double cheeseburger with bacon.

I did not have a good experience. While I was sitting in the drive thru it took 5 mins for me to order then another 10 mins to receive my food. When I got home my grits was not fully cooked. The grits was watered down and hard. I would have went back for a refund but I don't stay in the area. The service there is terrible. They have you just sitting there. I don't know if they are short on staff but that doesn't make any sense to run a FAST food business like that.

This was one of the absolute WORST McDonalds experiences I’ve ever had. My friend and I went to the McDonalds on Division St & I ordered a large drink, 1 small fry and chipotle snack wrap, while my friend ordered a McChicken meal. When I received my order, the snack wrap was loaded with sauce, making it soggy by the time I opened it, my fries were stone cold, and I received 2 small fries instead of the 1 small fry I ordered, probably to make up for the fact that it was so cold, but both fries were so cold to the point where I couldn’t eat either one. This whole meal was a disappointment!!??? Absolutely disgusting!! Worst $11.28 spent ??? We will not be returning to this location as we are very displeased with our experience.

I rarely go to McDonald's, but for ME it was a once in a blue moon treat and so I went with my new friend Mark ** to the location at: 1231 South La Brea Avenue, Los Angeles, California 90019. We both had Big Macs with cheese and french fries and I had a chocolate shake to go on top of it! The food was okay, but it was the overall experience of just being there which is what I enjoyed; not just the food! I want to personally Thank Mark ** for taking ME there back on Tuesday, May 22, 2018.

By the picture expected more for $5.00 than a cold and tasteless bun and patty disguised as ‘meat’ needing a microscope to find the pickle. The second one about 40-minutes later was a little better but not by much. All I heard was 'sorry'. Nothing to make the experience right like Starbucks would. Completed a second survey with comments on the worst overpriced rubbish. Anywhere!

The new 1/4 pounder looks very good on TV with the nice thick fresh beef and the cheese dripping out, fact is though it's still just the old one made to look better for TV but when you open it it looks nothing like it does in the commercial. The flavor has not changed and the price they charge is a joke. Wendy's is less and has more flavor and In-N-Out put it to shame. I had to try it at least once but I won't be trying it a second time. It was very disappointing to say the least.

But he was not. This review will not change the fact that McDonalds is a multi millionaire company... And more than likely, will never this.

I went to the counter and asked the girl to make fresh coffee. It was May 8, 2018 approximately 8:30 pm. They did not provide a receipt. The girl agreed. (She was a manager/at least she wore a manager shirt) The owner's granddaughter served me out of the other pot. When the girl explained I was waiting, the granddaughter got confrontational with the employee and then with me saying if I had a problem then don't come back to her store claiming I complained multiple times. Last year or maybe two years ago I called because they gave me rotten expired apples with my oatmeal.

My daughter and I went to McDonald's in Chicago IL on Tuesday April 24, 2018. We both had the steak, egg, and cheese bagels. I was eating and thought I had swallowed something. I was perplexed and thought that maybe it was the edge of the bagel or something. Literally minutes later, my daughter was shocked and pulled something out of her mouth. It was a bone. Not only that, she has several little pieces in her mouth. She went to the bathroom and spit it out. I went to the manager and showed the piece to her. I told her I wanted an incident report. She filled out one for my daughter and I. I saved the receipts for the original sale and the refund. I took pictures as well. We were so grossed out that I threw it all out.

On Wednesday April 25, 2018. I woke up and sat at my computer. Where I literally went on myself. I had diarrhea and bad stomach cramps. I went to work and my daughter was calling me after I got there. Bad stomach pains as well. I left work and took her to the emergency room. We both were looked at and I was told that whatever I swallowed and we ate was in passing. We were told we had a stomach virus and was given an antacid and antispasmodic colon medicine which is a regimen for 7 days. Grew up on McDonald's but will never eat there again.

I eat breakfast there every morning, but on the morning of April 20, 2018, at around 10 AM, I bought a biscuit, I consumed half of it until I bit down on an object that was pretty large in size. It scraped my gum and I removed it from my mouth and so happens that an Employee was just passing by and got the Regional Manager who was on duty at that time. His name was Charles **, we both took pictures of the object and he took my Information and retrieved the foreign object to send off and be Investigated.

I immediately regurgitated and got sick to my Stomach and went to the emergency room at Wake Medical Hospital on New Bern Ave. in Raleigh, where I was there for many hours getting Flushed Out and treated for nausea and vomiting and stomach pains, I have yet, to hear from anyone concerning this matter and I am beginning to look at McDonalds in a different light. I do not deserve this kind of treatment, but I feel that the power and money that Mcdonalds have and success in business have drawn them to not care about the customers who Legitimately Complain against the imperfections, Therefore, I have a hospital bill and haven't heard from any Insurance Company or attorney to address any physical or punitive damages that I have endured since this happened.

Therefore, with my Church as my witness, I will if necessary, allow my Church and the community, to boycott this restaurant until this is financially settled. I have access to media and pictures and I am well respected in Raleigh, So before this happens, I offer you the opportunity, right now to get this right with me, and for future customers. Monday April 9, 2018 at around 2:20 pm I was with my mom and decided I wanted to stop and get something to eat because I haven't ate all day. I asked my mom if she can make a quick stop at the McDonalds at Port Union in Scarborough so I can get food. I ordered just a double cheese burger sandwich and that's all. I just needed something to hold my hunger for the moment, since I haven't ate.

Then we drove off to get my daughter from school. Picked up my daughter asked her if she wanted a bite of my burger and she took a bit and said she didn't want anymore because she doesn't really like McDonalds or fast food. Then I took a bite and bit into something hard, thank God it wasnt my 5 year old daughter who bit it and thank God I didnt break a tooth. If I had chomped down hard I probably would of broke a tooth. Then I spit out the piece of burger that was in my mouth and felt the meat to find what it was I had bitten into. I came across what appeared to be a little piece of bone, I was so disgusted and traumatized, I've never experienced a piece of bone or whatever that hard substance was in my burgers before. My mom said maybe it's bone from them grinding the beef, but that isn't acceptable. If it had been my daughter who bit that piece instead of me she could of broke a tooth or choked.

I was so disgusted and said I'll never eat from McDonalds again. Like I said I was hungry and just needed something to put in my stomach and McDonalds was on the way home, but usually I wouldn't buy McDonalds because it's always something, but this was the final straw. I'm sure the seagulls enjoyed the burger though cause I gave it to them but I should of brought it back and got my money back and take a picture to show them. I was just too mad to drive back and I had to pick up my 5 year old daughter from school, so I didn't bother go back to McDonalds. I definitely will NOT be going back to McDonalds for any of their food EVER!

McDonald's has updated most of their stores in our area to a double window. It's been a miserable experience since. Average wait time of 20-40min per visit. They simply do not have the manpower to adequately operate two windows. I feel like they're getting more business because people are expecting them to be able to handle it when in reality people are just getting frustrated.

I had the WORST experience tonight at the McDonalds off Sterling and 40 highway in Independence, MO tonight. I got there and parked to pull up my app, I was going to do a mobile order but after fighting with the app for 10 min I decided just to have them scan the coupon at the window because I noticed it wasn't a mobile order only coupon, but when I got to the window the code for them to scan wouldn't load. I fiddled with the app more trying to get it to work. The manager came over and asked if there was a problem and I said, "The ** app won't load the coupon and I'm trying to get it to pull up". She immediately took offense and acted like I shot her dog or something cause I said the f word. It wasn't even directed at her. I was frustrated with the app.

I asked the guy if he could just honor the coupon. He went to ask and came back and said no he couldn't. He needed to scan it. I played with the app a couple more minutes and finally got it to pull up and he scanned it and I paid for my food. I asked him what the managers name was and he wouldn't answer me. The manager came in the room just then and she ignored my question too acting like I wasn't there and closed the door. I gave up and pulled forward and she stood in the other window so I wanted to get her picture so I could tell corporate who she was because no one would give me her name and decided just to record the rest of my visit because of them ignoring me. She saw my phone and flipped out. Whatever. So I tried to get her name a couple more times but they wouldn't give it to me. I didn't realize it at first but they were not getting me my food and started to just have the other customers pull ahead of me.

The employees were smirking and having a good old time when they would pass the window. The kid that took my order came to the window and said he forgot what I ordered and I told him to, "Please stop playing. Just make the food" because I had to get to work. You can hear an employee tell a car behind me just to go around me and they'll get their food. I tried to get the girl ignoring me at the windows attention at the end of the video but she wouldn't acknowledge me. I waited over 15 min since I paid before I had enough and went inside. My camera had stopped recording then. One of the young teen boy employees said shes inside now all excited like he was having a good old time with what was going on.

The manager asked again what I had ordered and said she'd make it now. Everyone was smirking and laughing. I asked the curly haired kid from the video for the owners name and he said he couldn't help me with that. The owner came in and the lady tried to tell her she had already given me my food. She also said the employees told her I was trying to get my food for free. She wasn't concerned about them purposely making me wait about 20 min for an order she was able to make for me in 2 minutes. She told me It doesn't Matter if I contact corporate because it will just go back to her. I will never eat McDonalds again after how I was treated and I recommend you don't either.

She then told me to get my total at the window. There was a long line of cars in the drive thru's so I had to wait a while. When I finally got to the window the young man at the window said they were not serving fries yet. I said the girl did not tell me that when I ordered. There is a McDonald's store that I used to go to but it was so bad that I stopped going and even patronizing McDonald's altogether. This dirty, poor imitation of a fast food place is in Queens on Long Island City at 31-46 21 Street. Store is simply put gross, food if you can even call it that is among the worst food ever created. McDonald's has these constant advertisements making appear as though their food is so delicious and you should go there to be filled.

Well, not if you're going to this tragedy of a McDonald's. Also the customer service is a joke and all you see working there are a certain ethnic group that cannot speak English and therefore communication is non-existent unless you enjoy repeating yourself over and over again (not worth the trouble or hassle). Dirty tables, non-existent customer service and stomach turning food equals McDonald's 21 Street McDonald's. If you like quality food and better service don't go there. Go to Wendy's instead.

My 7 yr old loves to go to McDonalds, it's sort of a Sunday afternoon ritual he looks forward to every week...going to McDonalds with his dad, it's almost like one of their commercials! Unfortunately the experience gets worse every weekend. First of all the restaurant was absolutely filthy. He likes the locations with the play area. I mean dried mustard/ketchup on the tables, onions and pickles that had fallen off someone's hamburger. It was really awful, I cleaned our table myself with wipes. If there had been another McDonalds anywhere close by I would have left. Then I had to wait to place our order until the young girl at the register finished her conversation with a friend of hers who standing there chit chatting. Saying things like "may I help you," " thank you," will that be all," etc., are not required but at least eye contact or an acknowledgment that I was heard and understood.

After her, and then the manager, asking me twice if it was to go or for dining in the restaurant they still got it wrong and got the order wrong. The attitude was one of annoyance, like my son and my presence there was an annoying interruption. It's too bad Chik-fil-A is closed on Sundays. I've had unpleasant experiences so many times at the McDonalds locations in Rankin County Mississippi that I have decided we are not coming back. The food is not good then add the filthy/dirty facility and negative attitude and I'm done!!

The McDonald's on the 31st and memorial are very disrespectful! Very! They literally argued with my grandma about scanning to redeem her frappe points on the buy 5 get 1 free. She wouldn't listen to us. She kept trying to tell us, "You can't use 2 coupons at same time." But it wasn't a coupon, it was to just redeem that I bought a frappe so eventually we could get the free 1. We asked to speak with manager and then the manager asked what was going on and finally scanned it for us. I find it very rude to that the Mexican lady at the drive through window was literally in a screaming fight with my granny! Not only do they not know how to do job correctly they don't respect anyone. I mean at least have the respect their elders. It was a terrible experience!

I also didn't like how the girl and manager went from speaking English to Spanish thinking I couldn't understand what they were saying but I took Spanish in college and I don't like being called ungrateful entitled gringo just because I wanted to redeem my last frappe purchase. So anyway I decided to redeem my free frappe the next day so I decided I'd give them 1 more shot since the other McDonald's are more of a drive. So long story short there I had the same people in the drive through but this time even though it says buy 5 any size frappe then get any size frappe for free. Well she took one look at me said, "I give you medium. I said, "No I need a large" and she said, "No I still give you medium." I then got mad because who is she to tell me what size I get when I'm allowed to choose so I showed her and read coupon to her and showed it says any size so I said, "A large please." She said nope.

I asked speak to manager. I got same manager. She's an older Mexican lady and I showed her it said any size and I wanted a large. She noticed I was from the other day. I know she did and she turns around and says, "Ok I give you large", so I pull forward to the 2nd window. They give me my frappe and it was a medium!!! And wrong kind! So I go back inside and say, "I asked for a large and I asked for a caramel frappe. You guys gave me a medium mocha." What did she say. Well she tells me, "I still give you medium. You will not get large. I will not allow you large", and I said, "Excuse me and I go either way." I need a new one because it's wrong flavor so why not give me large. She had make new one anyway but instead she still gives me a medium instead! So if you ask me that McDonald's needs more English speaking workers because no one and I mean literally no one can understand them through the drive through.

Everyone I ask says they wish they had English speakers at the drive thru and I suggest more training and a good talking to with the morning manager out there. She's Mexican also but I didn't catch her name. I just know she is there every morning and so is the other women. They need to know they can't treat people like that. It's bad business. Me and 10 others will never go back there because they witnessed it or have had it happen to them there so please do something about this! It isn't right one bit to tell someone what they can and can't order when it's all on the menu. They didn't offer me anything in return for my troubles or done anything to fix it. When I went and did their survey I got a buy one get one free but I ain't buying anything from that place until they fix it! So it's useless. I'm not wasting money there until I know things got fixed. Until then McDonald's have lost a few customers.

I hope this review though will actually get read and maybe something good will come out of this and they can get the proper training because name calling and telling me I can't have what I ordered just because they didn't like that I corrected them the 1st time I went there and I waited until I went there with my granny this morning because she wanted a coffee and so we went there to see if maybe the review may of helped and we could deal with proper trained workers instead of ones looking for a fight but omg we were wrong.

Same argument again. Why don't your workers understand the frappe thing isn't a coupon. It's just to redeem points so if you use a coupon with your order and you also order a frappe they need to know they can scan the frappe thing also after the coupon but they won't listen to me about it not being coupon and like I said above this was last time. We ever go there until they decide to provide better business with their customers. I spent a lot there when I go so they just ruined having me as a loyal customer now!

I don't know if the fries were sprayed directly with cologne or if someone stood over the fries while applying cologne to themselves. Either scenario is unacceptable! I added a complaint on McDonalds' website and requested that the cameras be reviewed. How very disgusting and unsanitary! This complaint will be forwarded to the Board of Health, as well.

I am a long time customer of five locations in my county (St. Lucie County, Florida). Unless something changes with the way things are currently, I will never go back. I'm not the only one who feels this way as there are many times where angry customers left Fort Pierce location hungry and/or unhappy due to terrible service, unhealthy environment, lack of care, and unpleasant staff. I walk in, use the new kiosk to place my order which is a disgusting experience as the screen usually has smudges from God knows what/who on it. When is the last time the screen was wiped clean/disinfected. A minute later a gentleman and his daughter come in. The girl working the register told them to use the kiosk. Mind you, the three of us were the only people in line and a few cars in drive-through.

The gentleman asked her "Do I have to?" Cashier pause then says "Yeah" not yes sir. Blank stare. Totally uncomfortable.

A few days later I'm waiting for my order again and this poor little elderly woman comes in and is asked to use kiosk. I see this woman turn around, stare at this intimidating machine and after a few minutes I can tell she is very upset. I ask her, "Ma'am are you ok?" She asks "Is the register broken?" I say, "Ma'am, I'm not sure but I can help you if you like." Meanwhile, a staff member is literally doing nothing but staring at the computer expo screen and notices me, a customer, assisting another customer and does nothing. The woman was thankful for my help and I was yet again very dissatisfied with my visit to what used to be my favorite fast food joint. Yet another time (3rd time in a row) I notice one vehicle in drive-through. I walk in. I see two people have already ordered and they are waiting. I use kiosk to order three McChickens and a large Coke. I'm at the register for at least five minutes. The same two people are still waiting for their food.

In comes a young woman who was apparently from the drive-through. I can see she is genuinely angry. She says to one of the other patrons. "This is ridiculous, nobody even took my order." Now I'm there, two customers before me still waiting. And an angry drive-through customer. Staff members failed to notice or completely ignored the fact that we were there. Angry customer number one leaves now totally pissed off. That hurt me. I'm thinking she was probably craving that oh so good Big Mac but now has to go somewhere else. At least her presence will be valued. Now at this point I'm pretty much turned off. So I leave. I was there for literally 7 or 8 minutes with no greet, ring up or any kind of interaction from any staff member. That was two nights ago. (2/22/18).

I don't know why but I tried to go there again this evening for dinner... I stood at the register instead of going to kiosk. I was greeted with "Would you use the kiosk?" I say, "No. I guess ten dollars an hour isn't enough for you to give a half a damn so your employer is replacing you with a computer. Your job wont exist soon. I'll go to Burger King where a PERSON WILL SAY "HI WELCOME TO BURGER KING, HOW MAY I HELP YOU?" AHHH THAT'S NICE. FEELS LIKE BEING REINTRODUCED INTO CIVILIZATION... Please do away with kiosk. There are several reasons why it's just terrible. Epilepsy, blindness, people who are computer illiterate, and just unhealthy unhygienic people/children sticking their gross dirty nasty fingers on the screen. I'm surprised the health department doesn't ban them. You know, cold and flu spread fast. One sick person can create many.

Start regulating your establishments a little better or you will become a thing of the past. I can already see a local decline. Everything mentioned above was rather recent (the past two months or so). This never used to be a big problem before the computers or before minimum wage went to ten dollars an hour. (Specific location 2524 S 4th Street Fort Pierce FL, 34982) (store phone #7724651410). Somehow my order is never wrong but then again how difficult can it be to put 3 McDoubles in a bag and give them to the right person? You see I am a long time worker in the restaurant industry, I've even worked for McDonalds before so I'm not just some disgruntled customer. I understand what goes into preparing food. Even though I sometimes don't like my current chosen profession, I still never slack on customer service. Or cut corners just to avoid doing what is required of me while I'm on the clock.

I always care about quality control. I'm sorry but people who do not care about being at their job shouldn't be there. And definitely shouldn't be making that much money. I wish I could get a job where I can stand around and do the minimum of my duties. Just an extra body absorbing oxygen and space that other, smarter, more caring individuals could be using to get the job done... the right way. I would very much like it if someone from corporate could contact me. I would be thrilled to go in and video tape my experience. Then you would see what kind of people you have working in YOUR stores, dealing with YOUR SUPPOSED VALUED CUSTOMERS.

At around about 14:30 my delivery was at my place, I took one of the burgers and gave it to my son as he was hungry after school and took mine put aside as I was going to eat it later and when I was about to eat it later I saw a dead worm in the burger then I tried to send an email to McDonalds as I couldn't call them cause I didn't know which restaurant it was that delivered my food as I didn't have the slip cause the driver that brought the food left my place with it, same night my son fell ill. He started to complain about his tummy is painful then few minutes later he started vomiting. It was around about 12 midnight when he started feeling ill then around 2 he started to go to the toilet. Now he was vomiting on the other side. He was busy sitting in the toilet, then he started to feel weak as he was losing too much water due to that vomiting.

I couldn't afford to take him to the doctor so we went to buy meds over the counter at Clicks, I gave him the medication but he still couldn't keep anything down the whole day that day then he started to eat small amounts of food the following day, I tried to get hold of McDonalds and luckily I got them and found out which restaurant was that delivered as there were 2 McDonalds close to my house, The manager apologized and shifted the blame on their supplier for their carelessness and she transferred me to her boss and her boss only said he will refund me my money then try to send some form to their head office and they will get back to me till date (24/02/2018) I haven't heard from them. Now I am sitting here confused as to what else can I do or which other steps to takes cause I have been more than patient with them.

I went to the McDonalds in Anderson, CA, because I hadn't eaten all day. I work retail, and spent almost what I make in one hour on food. In return, I got a greasy bun, burnt on the inside, three dots of mayonnaise on a rubbery tough chicken breast. Not to mention the long line of angry guests in the drive thru, which I pulled out of because the line wasn't moving. I went inside where it was not busy at all, and I STILL had to wait. While I waited, an angry drive thru guest returned twice due to McDonald's repeated errors on her order.

Despite their clear mistakes, and lack of business, the staff acted like they were soo tortured to be there and complained about guests the whole time! They're the first company to whine about low wages and they STILL don't do their job!!! The best part was contacting corporate, and they get the store manager to send me a refund. The manager sent me A PRE-STAMPED dessert card for an apple pie, I didn't even get to choose my dessert. First of all, I don't eat their desserts. Secondly, they give out those cards for drive thru errors all the time. Lastly, I asked for a REFUND. I'm not understanding what is so difficult to comprehend about this. I reached out one more time to corporate, they responded but the store manager has not. I don't even care anymore. They are not getting any money out of me at any of their locations. McDonald's app overcharges and auto deducts a high amount from your credit card without giving a bill at pickup. MCD assumes you will not notice so it is a scam to overcharge and get more sales and hope the customers to not find out. On 1/27/18 ordered on the app deal-Free sandwich with any $1 purchase. App showed $1.11 total but took 7.08 from my credit card, so I cancelled the order and got the refund. Store manager was not there and did not call back next day so I went back 1/28/18 and tried the order again and again it was wrong. They attempted to fix it and so I had 2 wrong charges of $7.08. I then realised that even if I bought the items individually without the deal the total was $1.11 and $5.64 which is $6.75 which is less than the app charge for the same items.

The MCD app deals are a scam. I have the bills and credit card (card not present alerts) and I have called and filled the contact us form several time but they refuse to give me an email where I can attach the bills and I just get the standard 'thank you for contacting us...' email. They don't want to fix the problem because it is bringing them extra revenue. This is a case for a class action and I have the proof. If it did it to me it is doing this overcharge for several others.

They make the customer do all the work and don't save time or money. The kiosk make the customer input the order but doesn't give change. You still have to see a cashier anyway just to get your change unless your transaction is Visa. I was also shocked at the lack of workers at my favorite McDonald's. It seems the owner is using the kiosks as an excuse not to hire workers and trust me customer service is horrible now.

McDonald's as a corporation should ban the use of these machines and go back to basics. If you would drop the price in turn for the customer having to do all the company's work I might and I mean might think it's ok. But as of now I will not return with these horrible machines taking the place of American workers. You make billions McDonald's. What's wrong with you?

A car pulled up behind me and waited at his speaker. Finally after a minute or 2 he decided to go around us and to the window. I thought he was leaving. Finally I heard, "Can I help you". I started to place my order and then heard, "Hold on hold on". I then saw an order coming up on the screen. It was the gentleman’s who had gone around me. And he had a very large order. I told her that I was coming up to the window and that I wanted to speak to a manager. When I got to the window she informed me that her headset was broken. I again asked for the manager.

The lady that arrived after hearing what happened looked like a deer caught in headlights. She had no idea what to say or do. All the while the young girl was laughing and arguing with me and snickering and the manager just kept trying to swoosh her away but she was not leaving. I could not believe that they have that type of incompetent people there. From the managers lack of care to the cashier who obviously was not trained right. They need more training on how to deal with a customer who is not happy with their service. It is not always about giving free food either. These young people need to learn good customer service now so they can use those skills in the future.

Secondly, it tastes like **, I ordered $3 worth of **, not once not twice but I gave you three chances, each on different cities (Patna, Kota and Delhi) but I can count on you to serve me the worst you can serve. I ordered and start eating, I'm not ultra rich but when I took the bite it was like I'm on streets eating leftovers from dustbin, I felt so poor that I got tears in my eyes. Your fries are always soggy and with no blend of spices.

Your burger and patties both were bland with some bland cheese on it, I have never tasted anything so bland in my life, if there wasn't coke I would have thrown that garbage into its place and have started screaming, but come helping me digesting it. Please anybody reading it, come to India and specially Mumbai and eat 10 cents worth of "vada pav", you would forget what is McDonalds. Even my local street vendor (near my house), makes better drinks, fries and burger. Please stop looting the whole world, I would never step into any McDonalds in my life, your food is crappy only employees are nice. I'm not loving it... Hey but I prefer Domino's, it's expensive too but at least its cheese is real and tasty and specially not bland.

When I mentioned this to the clerk, she said: "Well, I don't know what to tell you". Later, I noticed a placard on the table that advertised a free apple pie with an extra value meal. When I was finished eating, I had to inform her they towed her car and walk a mile to get back to where I was. I'm a 100% disabled veteran. You would think they would have taken all of this into consideration. Nope, I was told that because she didn't join me they towed my car. It cost me $139.00 in tow fees. The last several years of higher than usual price hikes was the looming "minimum wage" terror. Yet they had the money to pay for automated kiosks to replace humans. Today, as every day I go in for my breakfast and medium coke. Instead I get a double whammy, not only is my coke are $2.30 EACH rather than $1.00.

I ask why. I get told the $1 coke is now $2.30, not even the $1.80 it was before the "sale" AND that there is no more all day breakfast though I was there before noon.

You do a search online for McDonald's prices specific to your franchise location, and they have a link to "prices" but they NEVER show you prices. I call the store itself, the manager is combative right off "why do you want to know the price?" As if what business is it of mine. After I explain he tries to claim McD has been losing money with the minimum wage, ironic as he is Filipino. I point out that I've just been on the internet trying to find their SECRET PRICES and that I can link him with the report that McD had record profits again this year.

In the end he told me he did not know the price BEFORE the sale, only that after the sale it was $2.13 plus GST and taxes $2.21 "rounded off" to $2.30. Rather than debate his math I gave up. This is the worst of greed and customer disservice. There was the foreign worker scandal, we had here as well, unlike when I was a boy, there were "some" familiar faces week to week which maybe we should start avoiding. Such businesses who cannot keep employees especially as the Canadian employees openly complain about not being able to get enough hours.

I worked at Safeway in the 70s when they busted the union, promising great price savings for the customers, instead just price hikes. I see McDonald's doing the same thing here, even as food prices fell, record profits, they advertise a "sale campaign" and even without declaring it closed, they hit you with price increases. MCDONALDS LURES YOU IN WITH ADVERTISED SALES WHICH ARE PRICE HIKES. Illegal or what? Signed disgusted and offended customer who can't even pull out of drive-through disgusted by deception.

I haven't been to a McDonalds in over 10 years but since I heard they sell breakfast all day, I Decided to try it. I went to McDonalds in Bath, Ohio on West Market Street's drive through restaurant at approximately 6:15 PM and ordered the big breakfast with hot cakes, a bacon egg and cheese bagel, a medium fry, a McFlurry with M&M's, sweet tea and a kiddie cone. The woman told me it would be $15.35. I pulled up to the window and was told that they didn't sell the bagel sandwich that time of the day so I asked to replace it with another big breakfast without the hot cakes. She then told me that the big breakfast wasn't available that time of day either. So I asked if the hot cakes and sausage was available like the commercial claimed and she said yes and so that left my order being 2 hot cakes and sausage, medium fries, the m&m flurry, sweet tea and the kiddie cone. She told me that it would be $11.14.

I paid and pulled up to the food window and was handed 1 hot cake and sausage, medium fries, the m&m flurry and a kiddie cone. I asked where the tea and other hot cakes were and was told she didn't charge me for the tea or the other hot cakes. I looked up the prices online later: hot cakes and sausage costs $3.19, medium fries $1.79, M&M McFlurry $1.69, kiddie cone $1.00. That totals $7.67. I asked her if that should cost $11.14 like I paid and she asked if I had a receipt proving that I paid that amount with an attitude and of course the lady that took the money didn't give me one. She could tell I was getting upset and said she would bring out the other hot cakes and sausage.

I pulled up and waited 15 minutes and realized they were not going to bring it out to me. I had my dog in the car and wasn't going to leave her in a hot car and so I just left. I tried to get a number from their website to make a complaint but every time I tried to do anything on their website, it wouldn't let me do anything unless I created an account that allows them to send me unlimited emails - no thanks!

I told her that "this area is contaminated and should be shut down because kids are playing inside this area and a spray bottle and removing the feces was not enough."

I was very upset and have NEVER seen something so disgusting and asked her for a refund. She asked me to bring me the food back to her which I did. She then asked me for my receipt which I threw in the garbage can. I told her I lost my appetite when I discovered there was feces and urine inside the play area and wanted a full refund which I spent $15.00 and some change. She said I had eaten the food which I told her yes my kids did eat the food however, while we were eating I noticed a smell and looked around and discovered the feces inside the play area.

One Sunday evening (18/06/2017) I went to a McDonald's restaurant on Dee Street in Invercargill (NZ). I ordered a latte. An employee and I were having a conversation. They told me that they "had fell into a rosebush and received nasty cuts." I replied, "Yeah those thorns are as sharp as razors." Another staff member went away and told the manager that I "had razors on my purse."

While I was enjoying my latte and talking to a group of people at another table two police officers sat down at my table and told me that management had contacted police and told them that I was carrying razor blades. I assured them that I did not carry razor blades. It was humiliating. The officers went and spoke to management. They came back to me and told me that the manager was asking me to leave in front of everybody. I talked to the group before I went to leave. The manager then approached me and asked me to leave again. I told him that it was some kind of misunderstanding. He refused to acknowledge this and retorted "I respect my staff," I asked if I could use the toilet to which he replied, "No, you need to leave the premises now."

Overall his manner towards me was really patronising and he made me feel really small. He spoke to me as if I had crawled up out of a hole. The group (these were quite respectable elderly women) I had been engaging with showed their solidarity and walked out too by their own accord. They vowed that they would never go to McDonalds again after they witnessed what had happened. I was horrified that I did not get an apology and the manager was unrelenting in humiliating me.

I complained to company that oversees all the restaurants in New Zealand. The respondent to my complaint told me that she supported the actions of the team members at McDonalds in Invercargill because they "were not there to witness the actual event." The respondent also said, "I am sorry for how you felt." I challenged them and told them that they were not apologising for what their staff members did to me. Again, they droned on that they support their staff and they were "...so sorry" that I feel this way. In the end. I pointed out that they were patronising and were in fact refusing to take accountability for their actions. This experience had quite an impact on me and I will never again go to McDonalds. I really do not want to have anything to do with those people who treated me the the way they did.

It's all young kids who don't know how to boil water and I think my store isn't a real busy place so therefore we are getting patties that are old. But, every single time we go there they get our order wrong. The owner claims to also own several surrounding stores. But, our local store is the worst McDonalds we have ever been to and nothing is ever done about the problems!! We believe it has to be management and lack of training!! Obviously customer service is not a priority here!!

The facility in general is not clean! Yesterday, 6/19/17, we went through the drive through just for ice cream cones and today my husband and I both have stomach aches and general flu-like symptoms! The attendant was not wearing gloves and he didn't protect the cones with napkins so I am pretty sure he transmitted some type of germ to us! Please clean up this restaurant so it is clean and efficient so we can continue to patronize it since the choices in that area are scarce!

When I went to McDonalds today on 6-13- 2017 Merrillville Ind. 46410 right off 61 Broadway, I been having problem with cashier waitress name which was told me by one other worker is **. I have been for the past two weeks asking her for decaffeinated coffee, several times she gave me caffeinated coffee. I told her that was okay since she made it. But now that she has been giving me the caffeine on purpose I ask that she did not fix my food because I didn't trust anyone to cook my food with a attitude, so I ask that someone else would fix my coffee and as I was leaving another elder woman said that I said right because she have been treating her that way also.

The worker that gave me her name said that she always treat people like that. But on this morning there is usually two or three workers at the counter, but this morning approx 6:30 to 7:00 am it was just her this time. So I had my phone with me, and turn on my camera to show to the owner what has been happening. The manager came from around the counter and stood behind me little ways watching me so I turned around and tried to film him just in case he would try something like run up behind me for some reason. So then he came back to where the waitress was at the counter and said "you can't film".

I was explaining what been going on with the waitress, but he kept saying that her, "you're filming me now" and said he called the police. But the intention of them both was to set it up where she would be the only to wait on me this morning. Why? I don't know except I told her I did not want her to fix my coffee a day before. They do not wear a name tag, so I call myself trying to take a picture of her giving me the wrong coffee again to send to McDonalds to verify what was going on. Thank You for your concern.

I go to 3 WONDERFUL McDonald's (150 Bway Manh NYC NY & Long Beach NY & Oceanside NY) BUT Go to others & it's Russian roulette & Corp doesn't care anymore. McDonald's has a $1 Soft Drink promo & even the expensive stores honor this promo. The McDonald's on 200 block of Bway in Manh NYC NY has a sign saying $1 soft drinks & showing iced tea BUT only charges $1 for soda. They told me after overcharging it doesn't include iced tea. The 800# simply told me to talk to the store. The store doesn't seem to care. Everyone is polite but I have a better chance of a blizzard in July than getting the sign corrected or removed. It's only $1 so it's not worth more effort.

BUT PLEASE BE AWARE. ALL McDonald's are not equal. SOME McDonald's are DISHONEST. Unlike Wendy's, McDonald's NO LONGER MAKES SURE THAT ALL McDonald's have the same Honesty or Cleanliness. I will be cautious patronizing McDonald's I do not know. This is not a matter of a store not participating in a promo. This is a store charging more than the sign by the counter says and no one caring.

I stopped at McDonald's and I had planned to go through the drive-thru, however there were about 7 to 8 cars in front of me and I did not want to wait so I parked and went inside. I waited for about 10 minutes and finally I got up to the counter to give my order. The girl who took care of me had a real bad attitude problem and was nasty for no reason at all. I paid for my items and went and waited to be called to pick it up. While I was waiting I had to urinate and wash my hands so I went to the Men's room. When I opened the door there was a very bad and offensive odor that I almost gagged. I proceeded up to the urinal and started to go and I happened to look to my left and I was in total and complete shock to what I was seeing.

Someone had defecated against the wall and all of it ran down the wall all the way to the floor. I looked again and there was not a trace of toilet paper in sight so whoever did this did not even wipe themselves. This apparently was no accident and was some type of disgusting malicious act for sure. It was the most revolting, repulsive, sickening, nauseating, stomach-churning thing I had ever seen and I could not actually believe someone would be so low to do something like this and leave it behind for someone else to find. Whoever did this is a real low life for sure. It is a good thing I didn't catch who was doing this as I would have shoved his entire face in it to teach him a real lesson for sure. I have a long love affair with McDonalds but lately it's been less than stellar. My lunch time stop has turned into a chore. Instead of zipping into the drive through and ordering and out in 5 minutes it has turned into 15 to 30 minutes. The menu item changes have really slowed things down to the point that I no longer go to McDonalds for lunch anymore. Also, the stupid idea of breakfast all day. I do not want breakfast all day. I don't want breakfast at all. I want to pull into McDonalds at any time and get an old fashioned burger, or fish or Chicken McNuggets and delicious fries. Lately, the fries have been undercooked also. I do not go to get soggy, undercooked fries. I like mine crisp and hot. It has been a while since that has happened. I really think McDonalds is going down the wrong path with trying to diversify the products they sell. I think they should get back to the basics and provide the food that everyone loves.

I have had a series of bad experiences with MCD. The problem is systematic. MCD thinks they can get back to what they were by being a Starbucks clone. The only path back to where they were is Customer interface and speed. The counter staff has become a turnoff. Slow service even more so. Too often the counter person is wearing a headset and handling a drive through order while looking at you. Rude, rude, rude. There is also too much chit chat with other MCD staff. Again rude. When you place your order, the counter person ignores your request and launches into an upgrade spiel. This makes order taking longer, and angers me to no end. You have to wade through the corporate sales routine, and in most cases your order is placed wrongly because the counter automaton did not pay attention. The customer at the counter should be the most important person in the store. He should have your full attention.

The new menu compounds the problem. Too many items and choices. To many opportunities to make a mistake or waste time. The old McDonalds with 6 sandwich choices and 6 drink offerings could get your order, get you fed, and get you on your way in 15 minutes. Now you can wait in line for over 15 minutes. I refuse to. If my order is not taken in 10 minutes I walk out.

If you keep McCafe, quarantine it in another part of the store, like they do in Germany. Get the Starbucks fans out of the ordering line. Bring back the mellow coffee that you used to serve. The vile bitter stuff you have tastes as bad as the cheap over-roasted slop they serve at Starbucks. You have to add sugar and cream to kill the taste.

Trained, alert, efficient, and polite customer service help has been missing from MCD for too long. The counter person can do more for your bottom line than breakfast all day. I buy my gas at a pay at the pump station. I bank by ATM if possible. I loved the MCD kiosks in Germany. I want them in the USA. No more need to wade through untrained rude counter help. Have a robot cook my meal (no more screw ups due to language problems) Deliver my order to a compartment like they used to have in an automat. Let me use a token or passcode to open the door. Fire those counter zombies. Bring back the FAST in fast food. Ray Kroc would be proud if you did.

So since I haven't been able to use their app for over a month since they did something to it, I wrote their customer service department and this is what I was told - "Unfortunately the new version of the McDonald's Global Mobile App is compatible with Android Lollipop (5.0-5.1.1) and higher Android versions. The IOS system should be 8.0 and higher. Please check to see if your device has a system update available." There are no more updates for my phone and I'm definitely not buying a new phone just so I can use their app. That's really smart. Take a perfectly good and working app and make it so that a good amount of people, who used the app with no problems, can't use the app anymore because they've decided to make it so only certain phones can use the app. Has anyone there heard the term "If it's not broken don't fix it"? Yesterday, April 30, 2017, I experienced a very disturbing incident at the Milford, Connecticut, East Bound RT 95 McDonald's (store #7461). I was returning home to Rhode Island with a carload of Boy Scouts who had just spent the weekend at West Point. We were all tired and hungry, so we stopped off to grab something to eat. Most of the orders were filled without incident. However, mine was handled very carelessly and rudely. My son ordered his usual; Double Quarter with cheese/plain, and a bottle of water. I ordered a Big Mac, Filet-O-Fish, a hamburger, and a large Coke (see enclosed receipt #280). After ordering, we moved to the pick-up line. When we received our order, my son checked his sandwich. Instead of his Double Quarter Pounder, he received a Double Cheeseburger.

I brought this to the attention of a woman named Maria, who claimed to be the manager, and she accused me of ordering the wrong sandwich ("You must have ordered the wrong sandwich.") I insisted that we did not and asked to receive the correct one. With a sigh and a look of disdain, she took my receipt and refunded my money. She then rang up the correct sandwich and asked me for $6.16. I gave her a $20.00, a $1.00, a dime, a nickel, and a penny. I was supposed to get a $15.00 back. instead, she gave me a $5.00 bill. I told her that I had given her a $20.00, and she snapped back at me with a, "No, you did not. You gave me a $10.00." She then pulled a $20.00 from the drawer and said something about it not being mine because it was upside down.

Other than the $5.00 and the $1.00 bills, which were change from a $20.00 I used to buy some patches and pins as we left West Point, all I had on this trip were $20.00 dollar bills and no change. I was VERY sure I gave her a $20.00. As she and I were discussing the incident, one of the 14 year old Boy Scouts spoke up and said, "Mr. **, I saw you give her a $20.00." She snapped at him and told him that he was wrong. I responded by saying, "I am a teacher and he is a Boy Scout. We do not lie. You mean to tell me that two sets of eyes confirm that I gave you a $20.00 and we are both wrong?" She said, "Yes." I got very mad and asked to see the manager, to which she responded, "I AM the manager!" She then took out her drawer and counted its contents. When she was done, she did not tell me whether or not the drawer was correct.

She then asked one of the other employees to count the drawer for her. He did. He then put the money back and returned the drawer to the register. Neither told me whether or not the drawer was correct. One would think that, if they were right, they would tell me that the drawer was correct and I could not possibly have given her a $20.00. This did not happen. I then asked her for her name and the corporate address of who she answers to. She printed a blank receipt with the web address and put her name on it. I then asked the boys to grab our bags so we could leave. It was at this moment that I noticed I never received my large Coke. I brought this to her attention and she asked me if I had a receipt. I said, "No. You took it from me when I came to pick up my order." She then told me that I needed a receipt.

The male employee that was there asked me if I remembered what order number it was, and one of the Scouts remembered that it was #280. He reprinted one for me, and I showed him where it said 1 L Coke. He poured me a Coke, and we were on our way. I would like to point out that, throughout this whole ordeal, this young man conducted himself with the utmost respect and calm, which was in direct contrast to how Maria behaved. As we were pulling back onto the highway, my son asked me for his bottle of water. At this point we noticed that this too was never given to us, even though it was on receipt #280. We wrote that off and proceeded home. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and your anticipated timely response back to me.

He first asked me how far I lived from there and I said 45 minutes but I didn't tell him walking distance. 15 min bus ride. He acted confused, but when I left I saw a woman's shelter & I think he and that guard thought I came out of it. And he took my phone # and offered me a sm soda! And said he'd call me in 24 hours. Now I am sitting there and the guard was still running his mouth. I got up and I walked over to him and I said, "You sat us back 50 years and we are supposed to be united right now and you are not part of the solution". Mind you I was the only ** person. Every ** person said, "Yea, united!" And a frenzy broke out.

My friend without me knowing wrote the main office because she was in the same situation in the 80's when the ** word was still flying out of ignorant ** people and the restaurant kicked him out. But I still have not heard from corporate in Manhattan so I am hoping that Chicago will see this. I can't let this go, and I am perturbed about that manager not following through. McDonald's in the South would have pulled that guard off the floor 1st and most. I am looking for a Civil Rights lawyer as I am wanting to sue this company. The McDonald's employee came at them all foul, so my question is when did McDonald's policies change that the employee take the law into their own hands then lie about it just to save their job and the embarrassment to McDonald's because of this employee's action! Now what about my husband and our lives and me being disable person that requires assistance most of the day!

I stopped at a McDonald's on Duke Street in Alexandria, VA. The air conditioning made it so cold that I did not stay long. The tables were dirty and the food did not taste good; probably a big sign of unhealthy ingredients. I should have stopped at a Wendy's or tried a restaurant. In the past I never even considered going to any McDonald's anywhere. I should have stuck to this.

When I visited a McDonald's for a Big Mac, I got some weird experiences. I asked for one Big Mac. But they gave a Big Mac with some mashed torn up meat. They also gave some extra fries which I didn't order. They also charged me for the whole thing. When I told them about the extra fries, they said they will take it back. When I asked them about whether they would reverse my charge, they said they would--but the truth was, they never refunded me. To make matters worse, I was using a Credit Card. How am I going to prove the extra charge was not me? No way! I will have to pay the money that spent plus interest. "Thank You McDonald's for adding more burden on me." I also asked them about the Big Mac, and they said that every Big Mac they serve is perfect. This is so silly. I don't know if all of their locations do this kinds of stuff. But this one did. Also for reference, it was a McDonald's in Chicago or Irving Park.

Some 2 or 3 miles later I take a healthy sip and get these hard thing in my mouth. I swallowed but spit out some thinking it was just ice. Well to my surprise what I just swallowed wasnt ice. It was pieces of hard plastic. I took another mouthful and again the same plastic pieces so I spit all them out. I filled out the complaint online and have never heard a peep. I guess McDonalds just dont care anymore. Oh by the way complaint #** put that in your plastic Mochas.

I went to the local Martinsburg, Pennsylvania McDonald's franchise recently and the service was just absolutely horrendous! I asked for a Large Shamrock Shake and a Grand Mac. I was there waiting, and waiting, and waiting. Finally after about 20 minutes, they shout my number, which was 222, and they hand me a big ole Medium Shamrock Shake and a regular sized Big Mac. I was furious! I was even charged for what I wanted, but didn't get. At this point, I was beyond fuming! I told them I've had enough, I'm done with you, and peeled out of the eatery. The only saving grace for this place was the quality of Shamrock Shake, hence the 3 star review.

Once getting to the drive thru window we order a 30 piece nuggets and 3 big macs for all 3 of us. Once the order was place we drove to the next window to pay and everything was fine, and the cashier was actually very nice, but when we drove to the next window to receive our order we noticed the bag was pretty small in comparison to what we ordered so we park in the parking lot to check our order. Upon checking our order we noticed that instead of 30 chicken nuggets and 3 big macs there was 20 piece nuggets and four chicken sandwiches which was incorrect so we pulled around to ask them to fix our order but refused because we threw the receipt out the window before checking.

We recently visited two McDonald's stores. The first one was in Washington Court House, OH. We ordered one cheeseburger with mustard, ketchup and pickle and one plain. As we drove away and passed out the sandwiches we discovered that both had mustard, ketchup and pickle. The buns were cracking because the bread seemed too old. We didn't complain as we realize mistakes happen but we then went to a McDonald's in Milford, OH. We ordered a cheeseburger with mustard, ketchup and pickle, an egg and cheese biscuit and two breakfast burritos. The cheeseburger had everything on it including onions so my grandson had no sandwich to eat, the egg and cheese biscuit was cold and the burritos were cold and hard. I almost quit going to McDonald's because many times if you order a breakfast item it is cold and hard. I am disappointed in the attention paid to orders and the freshness of the food items.

I spot the quarter and exclaimed, "I must have two!" And so I ordered two quarter pounders with NO slivered onions, and their beloved shamrock shake. It took practically EONS for my food to even reach the counter, to start it off. I was so flustered I simply snatched the brown paper sack and was out the door in a jiffy. After devouring the first pounder, I reached into the bag and much to my disbelief and disgust there was not another quarter pounder awaiting my grasp. I immediately grabbed my receipt, and it was the jack of all trades! I HAD ordered two and was charged just so. Mcdonald's will never receive another PENNY from my leather clutches EVER. AGAIN.

Saturday, February 11, 2017 11:10 A.M. McDonald's. 2362 N. Main St. Warsaw New York 14569. After having to fast for a medical test, I was really looking forward to McDonald's for lunch. I entered the store at approximately 11:10 am. Upon walking in, there were about half dozen people waiting. I waited my turn as their orders were taken and fulfilled. As I stood there waiting, and the other customers proceeded to take their food and leave, I was never asked by anyone if they could take my order. I continued to wait. Patiently waiting for someone to ask to take my order, another customer walked and was immediately asked for his order.

Again, being patient, I walked up to the counter and waited. And waited. And waited, as people walked back and forth. Feeling embarrassed and very uncomfortable, (I was the only customer standing there) I was looking at my phone. It felt like forever. Finally, a lady asked if she could help me. By then, I was done. And wanted to leave. Such lack of basic customer service. I don't know if my disability played a part in how I was treated? I don't understand how I can stand there and not one person behind the counter can ask to take my order and ignore me? To not even acknowledged me? As a customer. As a person. But the other person was immediately taken care of as he walked in? That's wrong. All I wanted was lunch. I left feeling horrible. I will never set foot in that McDonald’s again. I will do appropriate reviews for this particular store.

The dine in was incredibly clean and she seemed to be ready and on fire!, However then around my arrival time which would have been around 6:25 pm. I walked in McDonald's I felt this manager was extremely stressed out.

The other manager Latino man was there I believe he was the actual store manager. He seemed mad or unhappy not quite the appearance for a friendly restaurant. He was talking in a very disrespectful was to the young lady with the white shirt. She seemed very fed up with his BS, and I would probably snapped at him but she kept her cool. All I have to say is that this Man should start respecting his employees and not scream and demand like he owned the place. Dude you work there as well and as far as thinking you're higher and better you're not. Get this restaurant a better store manager one who help and listens carefully to the needs of their people.

I really should blame myself for giving this location a 3rd chance but it's less than 3 miles from my house and we were supremely hungry! If only the service was bad I might just have given up going there and would go to another McDonalds location, however, the food was also sad. Ordered two Quarter Pounder meals, medium soda, small fry, and 20 piece chicken nugget with BBQ. Lastly ordered 3 hot fudge sundaes for dessert. Nothing was special order and we were the only people in the location (inside) at that time. I had to interrupt the conversation about a cell phone they were looking at so I could place my order and even while placing my order the ladies were carrying on their conversation as if we weren't there.

As the cashier was about to cash us out, finally, another worker said not to sell us the hot fudge sundaes because the machine was not ready yet and it was still runny (yuck). No apologies were made and nothing was actually conveyed to us as it was assumed we wouldn't want to know the situation they were talking to each other about! Plus we were never given the opportunity to order something else. We were tired of being ignored while they kept up their super important conversation about the cell phone and were ready to just get what we ordered and take the rest of our order to go. It had already been a long day!

Since we lived so close we were home in a matter of a few minutes (six) and finally ready to eat. The food was cold (didn't look bad though) and you could tell hot and fresh had happened some time ago. The nuggets were hard, fries cold and over salted, and the burgers were so cold they looked like plastic replica's of burgers. We ate cereal. The store would be fine if they could just get the employees attention! We do not expect four star services at McDonalds but simply good hot food and decent service. It's pretty sad at most locations so we are actually surprised when it turns out good!

My son was only 14 (a month away from turning 15) and wanted to show some responsibility and put a little money in his pocket. He filled out an application and got the job within a week. The first red flag came when he handed me his direct deposit authorization form and said he didn't need it anymore, the manager took a picture of the form with her cell phone and said she would forward it to corporate. 3 weeks later, he never received direct deposit into his acct. He told the manager, which told him he would get paid "next time". My son wanted me to let him handle it. So I waited. 5 weeks after starting his job, he still wasn't paid. Okay, I had to intervene. The store had their phones off the hook. Busy for hours and hours. So I called the owners of the franchise.

Within a few hours, he had a pay card for the last 3 paychecks he'd never received. Turns out, the owner says they emailed the hiring manager several times, asking for the correct info to his bank account but they were not answered. They put the funds on a PayCard, an account in which the hiring manager never gave to my son. The owner apologized for the unprofessional behavior. The week after this happened, my son's hours were cut from 12-16 hrs. a week, down to 0. That's right. He wasn't on the schedule. And when he called with the concern, he wasn't given a response. He was told that someone would call him back. Never happened. The following week he was scheduled just 2 hours. So that's 2 hrs. in a pay period.

Since he never gets anywhere with management, I decided to email the owner, in hopes she could do something. She responded to me, saying the general manager told her the reason for the reduction of hours was because after a week of training on the register, my son was unable to catch on, so he was limited to cleaning the lobby. THIS IS NOT TRUE. My son was NEVER, NOT ONCE, trained on a cash register. His job was limited to taking out garbage, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning tables and the bathrooms and washing dishes. I was also told in the email, that since she is getting conflicting stories, she will allow her store manager to take care of her employees (the same ones she apologized to me for being so unprofessional) and he would need to have a meeting with her.

How could the store manager possibly even know anything about my son when he has never met her? The hiring manager is the only one he has ever seen. And the shift manager. I did look it up through franchise information and it simply states that you must be 16 to work a cash register. I'm appalled that not only is a manager making up blatant lies, but an owner is allowing it. My son will not work for a company that holds managers at such low standards. He was trying to learn responsibility and all he learned was how the working world operates. Big me, little you! Location - 127 N. MIAMI ST, WEST MILTON, OH.

I even tried writing down the code to one of the offers before entering the restaurant and gave it to the cashier when ordering, but it was turned down by management because I did not have the coupon on my cell phone. I have tried to use the app at multiple restaurants with similar results. Only one Manager gave me the offer without the coupon.

The few times after that didn't see him. Then when I did I said "I don't want you serving me." He said "well go somewhere else." I asked to speak to the manager and was told to go somewhere else and I was banned. The head office said no one gets banned for life. Well I am. I think it's appalling. I am disgusted as I have been treated as because I am disabled. I have not been to McDonald's since they will not let me speak to the CEO. Appalling.

Around about 9:09 pm, I went to McDonalds on North Slappey In Albany, GA near Fun Park. I ordered a Fish-Filet Meal in the drive thru. The girl gave me the order and told me that they were out of Fish-Filet boxes so they had to place my order in the spicy chicken box. So I left. When I got home, it was spicy chicken in the box. I called to speak to the Manager. That was the one that answered the phone. She sounded as if she was still in high school. I proceeded to tell her what happened and when I was done, there was this long silent on the phone. So I asked how she was going to correct this. She said, "Bring it back and you can get your fish sandwich." I said, "I am all the way on the Eastside of town." She said "Bring it tomorrow if you want your fish sandwich."

I asked "was there another manager on duty?" She said "no, just me." I asked for her name and she told me. I went back. The minute that I came in the store, all of the employees were looking at me as if she had a conversation with them. One of the employees came up to me ask, "Are you back for your Fish sandwich?" I said "yes and to speak to your manager." She finally came out and I told her, "I am the one that is returning this chicken sandwich." She took it and walked off without even "I am sorry that happened." McDonalds hires these young people to do an adult job.

The worker came out and started talking in a loud voice and cut me off when speaking. I then stated I was leaving and going to file a complaint. Then I yelled back and said the customer is always right, and the worker then proceeded to yell and I then left with not being able to talk to a manager or being able to order either. Wish there was a site where local franchises that benefit from corporate advertising, then shaft the customer by not offering it, could be listed, so that you'd know who exactly offers what and save time and money by going to an alternative. Didn't know McD allowed this. In future, will note which FF restaurants are hyper greedy and go straight to the competition.
