    The new kiosk is awful. Employees are extremely rude and ignore customers. They have even remolded to ignore people more easily. It’s in all the McDonald’s that I have gone to in different states. People are discussing it on social media. They have rediscovered other fast food restaurants and are dropping McDonald’s. I am now one of the people leaving McDonald’s too. What a shame.

    Never eat at McDonald’s but today stopped at the McDonald’s in Bolivar Missouri. Wow! Thought I’d stepped back in time. Actually greeted at the door. The young people were interested in me as a customer, and best of all the place was CLEAN! A rare experience of what McDonald’s used to be. Corporate could use them as a model!

    Never had such a horrible sausage burrito at the Bourbonnais McD (#32404) on Rt. 50 and I've been going there for at least 2 years for this item. If I would have opened it in the parking lot I would have gone in and asked for another one but I was at work already. The tortilla was stuck to the paper wrapping. Half of it was totally stuck and I wasn't going to bite it off the paper! The entire burrito was very flat with little filling and the ends that were tucked in were pretty hard. Seemed like it had been sitting around for a while. I have given this particular restaurant good and bad reviews when one was needed. And this one is absolutely needed.     The Mcdonalds next to flying squirrel in Calgary store number 21179 order number ** around 2.47 - 3pm on the saturday 5th October 2024. Filthy place, floors sticky, food greasy, fries and no crispy onions in the Archer burger. All round poor, dirty and not a very good experience. Server claimed short of staff when issues addressed. Check your cameras and you will see for yourself how it was at the time. Few pictures enclosed. My number **.

    The local McDonalds does not honor the highly advertised $5 value meal. The meal is supposed to be for either a chicken sandwich or double burger along with nuggets, fries, and a drink. The Nanuet location charges an additional dollar for the burger.

    I waited 40 mins in the drive thru to get my order. My fries were cold. I asked the manager for hot fries and she didn’t want to do anything. I’m complaining because this is unacceptable service. They need to get better managers there.

    I was at your McDonald's in wheeling WV. Your crispy chicken sandwich sucked. Only had one pickle. Nothing else. I took one look at it and pitched in your trash can and left. That's one piss poor sandwich. I would have been better off going to the local soup kitchen.. Never again. Your food sucks.

    Never do business with Mcdonalds! They don't care about the customer, we are never right, and when we show them the facts they still blame us! Maybe the employees need to take the Bluetooth headset jamming death metal out of their ears when taking an order. Then when you go inside to tell them they made a mistake they tell you you made the mistake! Like listen hear I know what I ordered... The managers are kids for Pete sake! A company with no customers isn't a company any longer.... and this is the Mcdonalds legacy.

    This McDonalds is the worst, WORST, on the planet Earth!!! Sunday 9/29/24 I placed a mobile order around 825pm. I went to pick it up at 8:35 and they were CLOSED!!! They close at random ALWAYS! TODAY… I ordered a Quarter Pounder Deluxe, customized. Along with other items, nearly $30. And got home with a quarter pounder box, description of customizations, only to open it and find a crispy chicken breast on the bun!!! This is after we were the 3rd car pulled, AND a crew member came out and took my receipts to make the order as he stated “they were confused at the moment?” And LAST I tried to call to avoid a negative review (for 30 mins) and it appears the phone is off the hook!!! Luckily for them they are in a small town where residents have very few take out choices, otherwise they would go out of business!!!

    Been happening to me at the drive thru at McDonald's on Lundy's Lane Niagara Falls Ontario 15 or more times through the many years, which I go once or more or less times per year, the person at the window informs me to wait at the 3rd window. Who exactly informs her (or him) of that information as she or him wears that ear headset because it happened to me so many times through the years. Today when it happened again, I feared it may take 5 or more minutes so I waited less than a minute at the 3rd window and drove around to get my order.

    A few years ago the last 3 times this happened I waited as long as 7 then 9 then 12 minutes at 3rd window as everyone else drove by with their orders, then I went inside to get my order and the burgers were cooled down a bit. In fact each time I wait at the 3rd window the burgers are less warm than they are suppose to be when being served. Why is this happening? Why don't every Mcdonald's give out a complaint form on paper and online to allow customers to file a complaint against a certain Mcdonald's location? Do I need to have a video camera installed in my car to prove how many times this has been happening to me at the Lundy's Lane location in Niagara Falls?

    I realize there are a lot of places that have the timer for each step in fast food, but please stop having your employees and customers rushed. That is how mistakes are made and people get hurt. Some of us pay more than $3 at McDonald's, some of us spend closer to $40 and some people have disabilities and think and talk a little slower. McDonald's makes plenty of money not rushing people. I really hope corporate changes this ridiculous timed order. I use the app a lot now, but that's only because I hate feeling rushed.

    The restaurant on 331 Nolensville road is very uncustomer like. My father ordered 2 Bigmacs on his mobile app for me And he accidentally put for drive through and I walked to the McDonald's to get the food he ordered for me and they refused to give me my order due to my father accidentally putting drive thru and not pickup inside.... Horrible service. Horrible workers and very disrespectful.

    I order food through the McDonald's app all the time, food is good alwAys on time but the only thing that bothers me is that when I'm ready to eat there's no KETCHUP,, so why order through the app when I still need to get off my car and go ask for ketchup,,.. Just put some ketchup in the bags along with the straw and napkins..

    I was hungry - don't usually eat fast food - figured it would be fast and not too expensive and I was on vacation. Bethany MO. 20 minutes later (!) I got my 1/3 lb (? maybe) medium order of fries for $4.20. What happened? I'm vegan - not much to pick from - not even sure the fries are vegan - probably cook them in the same grease as everything else and flavor them with otherwise unusable animal products. Corp SOP.

    I went to the McDonalds in the Sayre, PA. location this morning. I went inside as the drive thru was extremely busy. I used the #1 kiosk. It would not take my card. I had to go to the check out. No one there. Waited several min. before anyone noticed me, I had to step into the prep. area. I used the Kiosk at 10:03. I only ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese muffin. I got out of the store at 10:46. People were waiting as long as I did just for a cup of coffee. This McDonald's has had this problem for a while. If you go to the drive thru. you also wait forever. Then when you get to the 2nd window, because no one to take your money at the 1st window, you are asked to pull over and wait. This has happened to me when I was the only one in line. This is a small town, and waiting forever isn't in anyone's best interest. I would add my receipt, but I never get one there. Also, I had to feel sorry for the poor young man that had to keep apologizing for the service.

    I am writing to share my recent experience at McDonalds Sunrise Hwy in Valley Stream store # 19824 which left me quite dissatisfied with the service. I visited the drive- thru on Sunday 09/15/2024 at 10:37am, Initially, everything was going well. The server taking my order and the individual at the payment window were both pleasant and professional. However, when I arrived at the final window to receive my food, I was instructed to pull up and wait for my order.

    Unfortunately, after waiting for 10 minutes, I still hadn't received my food. Meanwhile, other customers who arrived after me were served promptly. This led me to get out of my car and knock on the window to inquire about the delay. A server responded by saying they weren't sure what happened, and when I requested to speak with a manager, the manager informed me that she was on break and didn't know what caused the delay. There was no further explanation or offer an apology. Waiting 10 minutes for fast food in a drive-thru is unacceptable, especially when other customers are being served promptly. Additionally, the response from the manager was disappointing as they didn't seem to take ownership of the issue or provide any assurance that it would be addressed. I wanted to bring this matter to your attention because I believe customer service should be a priority.

    The store inside Walmart at Mississauga rd and Williams Parkway refused to take my order when I wanted to pay by credit card but take orders from someone paying by cash. They said the registers were not working at the moment. Also, they prepare the food with bare hands In front of customers in the kitchen. We complained but their attitudes were not acceptable. They even dare to tell us “Go ahead and complain to the head office.”

    Drive thur order #1457 on 09/04/2024 at 9:36 am, it was not “welcome to McDonald’s may I help you?“ No, instead I received a “What do you want?“ I was dumbfounded at this response but proceeded to give my order and just thought to myself how rude employees have gotten.     They told me to park somewhere and wait for my food. I waited for over 7 minutes, finally, I decided to go inside and ask where my order was, they were just bringing it out, you would think it was hot and fresh, nope, cold and nasty. $11 bucks and change for this garbage and a long wait.     PSA: unless you like someone arguing with you or being rude to you, making your child cry, or if you enjoy your food coughed on…avoid McDonald's on Missouri Avenue and Jasper Street. The manager **, is the one that is causing issues. This is now the 6th issue we have had. We are no longer giving this McDonald’s our business. It started out as just him being curt, (which I chalked up to we all have a rough day, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt); escalated to staff calling me crazy lady because I counted my change wrong and missed giving them a nickel (she said it on the microphone to other employees in Spanish; I speak Spanish by the way!); escalated to him and staff being rude and laughing (making us question the safety of the food);.

    Escalated to him arguing with my child until she was crying over a cup she wanted to buy; escalated to him sneezing and coughing all over the equipment he used to ring up the order in the drive thru, then laughing with a staff member as I drove away. I actually had said, "Bless you" and "I’m sorry you have to work while you are sick"? He said, “they don’t care”. I said, "Your manager makes you work while sick", and he began laughing. I actually have safety and harassment concerns at this point because I called the store to complain to his manager and he refused to give me any information, other than he is the manager. He used the caller ID to call me back without my consent, and began arguing with me. I have also seen him walk past my house on several occasions.     In 1985 I purchased a hamburger. It had glass in it. Cut my mouth up. Manager wrote accident report and took the burger. There were 3 employees there. One was the cashier. They tried give me coupon for a free meal as I stood there bleeding. The corporate office called me a week later to take a statement. I asked if there was anything they could do to help me. I had no job. No medical. I needed to get my gums and teeth checked. She told me no. It's up to me to pay for my medical care and it was my problem not theirs. I got a really bad infection, lost teeth which lead to a lot my teeth going bad and losing them. I still have scar in my mouth.

    I made a purchase at McDonalds / 1310 S Federal Highway Dania Beach, Fl. On my receipt it says fill out the survey and get a buy one / get one free sandwich code. I fill out a survey from my receipt per the details and I received the code. I take it back to the original store but was told they do not accept it. So you advertise a promo on the receipt to get feedback, but then you don't honor the deal at the same store that gave me the receipt to begin with. In summary don't bother filling out the survey because you will not get anything that they promised. Someone needs to start a class action lawsuit.

    I went to McDonald's today and I ordered the Big Mac meal which I had to get the deal off the phone to make it 6.99 because the meal in store it's almost 12 dollars and I found out biting into a Big Mac that they actually cut the patties in half from what they used to be. Now they're thinner than paper on a Big Mac. Come on McDonald's. You guys can do better than that. Customer since 1974, I understand everybody needs to make money but God cutting patties in half is ridiculous, shame on you McDonald's

    I remember McDonalds being a good fast food chain. I used to take my kids there frequently. However, ever since they instituted the kiosk the McD’s between VA and NY that I’ve entered has become MUCH slower, less friendly and less than hot food. I can only assume they are hiring less qualified managers and less motivated personnel.

    I went through the Drive Thru at 7915 N. Davis Highway in Pensacola yesterday at 11:59 am. Store #10120. I bought a Quarter Pounder with Cheese meal (including Diet Coke and Fries). I also bought just a Fillet-O-Fish sandwich with extra tartar sauce. It cost $18.04 total. I used my VISA credit card. I was eating while driving and didn't notice until after a while, that the hamburger was raw, red as can be. I took photos. Someone may get E. Coli or worse. McDonald's needs to do better. I did file a complaint at McDonald's website, but they said it might take 10 days to respond. That is unacceptable.

    When the overall store manager is there everything seems to run smooth. But several times I've been told at the cashier window that they didn't have any change to give me or the individual walks away with my credit card for awhile. These are ploys a cashier will use to accumulate charge for themselves. This is stealing! It should be no reason for the window cashier to walk away with your card unless the credit card reader is broken but this wasn't the case. Service sucks! I never get asked if I'm using my mobile app. But the biggest complaint is asking you to pull into a parking space because the timer is running on the inside and they will be ding for a car at the drive thru sitting too long at the window! Really Mcdonalds? Everyone knows what is going on!

    I sit with 7 yes 7 other cars in the parking lot waiting for food. After awhile I had to get out my car and several other customers did also to ask about our food. After careful review I explained to the young lady that I was missing food and she made sure to tell me my order was correct. Wrong answer! The manager was no place to be found and after getting frustrated I decided to leave without making a scene. When I got home guess what? My sandwich was spicy and I couldn't insert the straw in the top. I can't eat spicy food due to intestinal issues. I hate complaining but getting bad service over and over again something has to be said. Watch out for this Mcdonalds on 13217 Atlantic Blvd Jacksonville, Fl, 32225. Check everything and if it takes more than 10 minutes with no one inside the lobby and all cars be directing to park then get out your car and ask for a manager or your money back! If I could give less than a 1 I would have!

    As a person who cares about the ingredients in food, I rarely eat at McDonald's. I like the breakfast Sausage Burritos but at 760 mg of Sodium each for 2 burritos, that is a whopping 1520 mg of sodium which can lead to high blood pressure. A Cheeseburger is also 760 mg of Sodium. Therefore, McDonald's food is unhealthy for middle aged and older age customers just on the basis of Sodium content alone. Even young people can get high blood pressure. Any foods with over 100 to 250 mg of Sodium are quite UNHEALTHY.

    McDonalds as I remember is No More!! The food the burgers fails in Size and Flavor, its ground beef is poor. Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese, once a great burger in Flavor is like rubber with hard pieces of something in it. The thickness the size is closer to a regular cheap burger.     So yesterday My wife and Granddaughter went to grab something to eat at the local McDonalds, what a terrible experience that was. From cold almost frozen fries, to missing items from the orders it was a horror story. The employee came out and had to return 3 times to get the order correct. Ultimately the Managers are responsible for their employee's actions. They need to be re-trained to correct this problem, some might have to stop trying to be a friend and start being a manager.     My grandson is 4 years old. He will only go to the McDonald's on Allegheny Ave, Pittsburgh, PA. He gets a 'pickle burger'. It's a cheeseburger, no onions, no mustard and extra pickles. This is the only McDonald's that gives him an extra souffle cup filled with pickles. The other McDonald's we have went to say they don't have anything to put extra pickles in even if I pay extra! I would like to thank Shay today for accommodating him. If he doesn't get what he ordered, he won't eat it.

    McDonald's on 5th Avenue South in downtown Birmingham Alabama. Tuesday 6.4.24 approximately 6:30pm I waited about 15 mins to give code for 1 dollar French fries, I only had a dollar 50 at that time or I would have just paid full price, I go there several times a week. When I was asked for my code my phone had timed out and I couldn't use it again because something was going on inside the restaurant because they weren't taking orders for an unusually long time, the drive through was essentially shut down like between 10 to 15 minutes.

    I wasn't upset but thought surely since they knew we had waited an unusually long amount of time as everyone else at the drive through had also been stopped from ordering due to whatever they had to address, that they would honor the offer. But when I pulled up to the window she acted as if nothing had happened and refused to take my order at the window. During the day at this location there is usually a really awesome ** gentleman at the first window. But I was working late and so he wasn't there any longer.

    So I pulled on up to the 2nd window, and a ** girl, with a dark blue shirt that I'm not sure was even a uniform shirt but she didn't have a name tag. (Should be a requirement so people can be accountable for bad behavior, as well as applauded for great behavior). She wasn't the one working the window. She said that I couldn't get the fries for a dollar or order from there. She was extremely rude and sarcastic, she started arguing with me when I said my code timed out because I was waiting for 10 or 15 minutes to place my order. Which was okay because sometimes things happen...but she was raising her voice and waving her hands and saying things like "Now you saying 15 mins when you said 10 minutes, you don't know what you talking about" and was making fun of me.

    I was not going to argue with her so I asked for the manager and she just stared at me, not answering me or responding.. then she said "I am the manager." I didn't believe that because I couldn't imagine that anyone would allow someone that unprofessional to run this location. So I asked her for her name... She refused to give it to me and kept talking over me saying "Why you want it? What you want it for?" "Huh?" ..over and over.

    I said "Are you really not going to tell me your name?" Then I asked her for the name of the District manager....She just kept on making a big scene. Then someone came up to her and said something but I couldn't hear what they said, then they walked off and she continued to say "What you want it for?", then she said "Well.. the OTHER manager said I can give you the fries but since you being smart I refuse to serve you." I said "Why didn't you just say that?" ...then she literally slams the window in my face.

    I transport people to and from hospitals downtown all day and I frequently come to this location and have never been treated poorly. But whoever that employee is has no business working with the public, I am very patient and kind and do not disrespect anyone. She was a bully and completely unprofessional and I feel like it's necessary to post a review about my experience if this kind of person is an employee much less a manager. If she isn't a manager and the actual manager allowed her to behave that way then that's a big issue.

    I'm not usually someone that would pursue a complaint because I understand it's a stressful job, and sometimes people have bad days. But I'm 58 years old and can't remember ever being treated so rudely at a restaurant and just plain hateful..and hope it can be addressed because I will go to Burger King on the same block, as I had to that day in order to not have to deal with her again. I can't possibly be the only patron that has had to endure a not only unpleasant but aggressive experience at the hands of this woman. No one deserves that.     Just left McDonald’s. I ordered two jr hamburgers and a quarter pound. No bun. Opened the bag to find 2 jr chicken burgers and a quarter pounder that was stone cold. Not impressed especially after repeating myself to the girl that took my order so I drove back around to the drive through. Placed my order again. Finally got my order right. The only problem was everything was stone cold again. Not impressed with this establishment. Will never return to McDonald's again. Disgusted with how they treat the customers and by how they serve their food.. Centennial and Rymal is the poorest McDonald’s I have ever been to. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone. Not even my dog.

    I am in my 50's and used to enjoy the original Big Mac in my teens, and 20's. But, over the years I have noticed a significant decline in the meat patty and overall size of the burger. It's really too bad you have shrunk the burger, but have substantially increased the prices. Therefore, I have only bought a few Big Macs in 30 plus years because of my disappointment. I have heard so many bad reviews of the decline of your burger size. Your competitor Burger King, for the most part, has kept the burger sizes constant. So, me and hundred of thousands of others my age are disappointed in your quality and refused to eat your food anymore!

    During the "survey" I got hit by McD with a timed-out, meaning the 81% completion of their questionnaire was about to be wiped out while giving me an additional moment to right my wrong. I still timed-out. They wiped out my essay question too. I had given this McD (#4722) a 5 star rating which got deleted because I refused to start over again by entering a twenty-six digit survey code. So now I'm considering never returning to #4722. Cause I put the time in for that burger. Stupid.

    I went to the McDonalds for a McFlurry. Cost about $4.50 for a cup less than 3/4 full with a big hole in the middle of the ice cream, so probably a 1/2 cup. It was a small cup to start with so the value for the money was NOT worth it... Very disappointed.

    Back in the day, McDonalds use to have juicier nuggets that had dark meat nuggets too. Now the nuggets are dry. I also use to love McDonalds Cookies that was in a bag. I love dark meat chicken. Food ain’t like they use to be. I go to different fast food places and the McDonalds in Willingboro, Rancocas usually doesn’t give you what you order. They forget to put an item you bought in the bag. The fries are never hot but cold. McDonalds changed to the worst over the years.

    I was refused service at location fairly new by a supposed to be general manager named Miguel. First I was served a burger meat was like warm and cheese cold. I asked to get it remade where then the manager came to the counter with what felt like same cold meat and cheese. Upon talking to the manager before she served me again I asked her, "Can I please get my sandwich made hot? My cheese is not melting because the meat is cold and also the bun." That's when someone who said they were the general manager came to the counter and said he can not give me a burger with cheese melted and that he can not get my burger made correctly. I told him I would like my burger how I would like it made, hot.

    He went away to get it made coming back with the same Burger with cold cheese and said he was not making it again. He then told me he is refunding me and will not serve me. I asked him for a number to call. He points to the store number in the receipt. I called and the store phone rung. I then asked him for a corporate number and he angrily says the 1800 on the receipt. Video will not let me upload. Location is in Forney Tx and is not the first incident I have had from ** workers.

    I am not a fan of MD in general just mainly because of the insane prices and I prefer to cook at home, but when I have the nephews and nieces over to visit I like to treat them and they love MD. I have a couple issues with my local McDonalds and I can only speak for the one I frequent here in Chowchilla Ca. My issues..

    1. The double drive through, man what a pain in the rear this is, you have people that were behind you in line cutting in front of you or people not letting you in, not waiting their turn.

    2. SO SLOW! My God, every single time I have gone to this MD it is so slow, Last night for instance, I counted 6 cars ahead of me in the drive through, I was in line for over 20 minutes, closer to 30. Crazy. In the past I have decided we are just going to go inside, but nope, very slow as well. What happened to fast food?

    3. Lots of mistakes on our orders. a couple of mornings ago my nephew asked if we could stop and get him a Sausage and Egg McGriddle. Sure. So we do the drive-through, get the food and leave and he says "What the heck?" It was 2 buns with nothing inside. So I take it inside to get it corrected, wait forever, they finally give us the new bag and apologize, we get in the car, he opens it up and now it is just the buns and sausage and no egg, they screwed it up again.

    The workers at our MD are very nice and polite but they are SO SLOW and they screw up the orders very often. I hate the place myself. I do not even call it McDonalds anymore, I call it SlowDonalds. I always make a point to ask for a receipt, I heard a rumor that if you ask for a receipt they might assume you are a secret shopper and thus make sure they give attention to the order, make sure you get the most fresh product, etc, just in case. I do not think this is a thing because they still mess up the orders.

    Used the app twice! I was missing part of my orders both times. The 1st time I just dealt with it! The second I called and the manager Dana was so rude about it! I actually decided to let them keep the my missing order once again, I would never write a bad review on a particular manager but I feel this person should not be in this position or at least needs more training. She was so rude and actually talked down and over me! This store messed my order many times in the past so now decided to stay away! They are so much better competition out there than McDonalds with great customer service. I am 50 years old and this was the worst experiences of customer service. This store use to be great but bad management ruined it. If you in the area Diary Queen across the street is better choice!

    I recently decided to go to a McDonalds restaurant in Peterborough inside Walmart. I wanted the sausage mcmuffin without egg, which was cheaper than with egg outside of a combo. Then when I decided to have the combo, the sausage mcmuffin without egg, one hashbrown and a small coffee came to 5.99, the same price as if I had ordered a sausage mcmuffin With egg, one hashbrown and one small coffee. It didn't make sense why suddenly I had to pay for the egg in a combo when I wasn't getting it. I asked the manager why this was and she said they couldn't change the price in the till and that was all they could do, so I asked for the egg to be added anyway, since I was already paying for it. This is cheating in my opinion. The unfair pricing practices have confirmed to me I will never go back.

    Our recent visit to McDonald's at Nature's Walk left us deeply disappointed and frustrated with the apparent lack of care for their customers.     I ordered a big Mac combo with no pickles and they put pickles on it anyway, the meat and bread was very hard. It taste like it was sitting out all day. They were out of Coke and the fries were barely warm. Just nasty!!!! I should have just settled for microwave popcorn. The receipt also did not state no pickles.     I grew up loving McDonalds and the experience was one of a kind. Perhaps it was the simplicity of a basic burger, fries and shake. Introducing new products is great and some are winners and some losers. But there is something wrong when a simple meal for the high school students is overarching at $10 plus. I understand the staff needs to be paid a fair wage and that inflation has driven a lot of the costs. There's another side of this. Competing McDonalds franchises in the same town are charging different prices, the food isn't radically better and until recently, McDonalds was raking in more money than ever.

    Now, it's CEO is backpedaling his boasting that the chain can raise prices without denting sales. Customers are tired of mediocre food and being exploited on price while management and shareholders are the ones getting the best end of the deal.

    I've had the steak and egg breakfast bagel a few times, and each times it's been very tasty! The meat is well seasoned, the sauce and onions are a big plus and the bagel is soft and tasty. Thumbs down on the bacon bagel...only 2 little half stripes. Haven't tried the sausage bagel.

    Went inside this location and ordered a #2 with hash brown and no drink because they were out of OJ and I ordered an egg biscuit with a hash brown no drink. When I received my order it was missing a hash brown. When I told the manager who also took my order she became argumentative with me and tossed the hash brown in the bag and continued to argue with. I told her I don’t want to argue with she but she continues to berate me in front of the other customers. I was done having her embarrass me in front of other customers and I lost me cool and snapped back at her so she said she was calling the police. This manager has no customer service skills and could have easily said, "I’m sorry and give me the hash brown" but she not. She just wanted to escalate the issue.

    On 12/29/2023 we went through the drive thru at McDonalds in Vienna, WV store #5282, for lunch. First I had trouble with paying. The young man at the window couldn't get the price right. He gave me the wrong change, to my benefit, and I had to tell him he gave me too much change. When I got the food I had to ask for napkins and the girl gave me two napkins. The Mcdoubles we ordered tasted like last year's meat. We threw them away. As we drove away my wife noticed we didn't get any straws for our drinks and she didn't get her holiday pie we paid for. We will NOT be wasting money there again. There are other McDonalds in Parkersburg that have good service. I'd advise everyone to stay away from that Vienna store.

    I had the app several months ago and deleted 'cause I was saving space on my phone. I went re install it and it wouldn’t let me log in. I contacted customer service and they kept telling me to uninstall and reinstall and to make sure I was using the correct Apple ID. Now mind you, I have had my Apple ID for 10+years. Still would not let me. I logged into my Apple ID with no problems so I know I am using correct email.

    For 5 days they had done nothing but ask me to check the Apple ID and try again, and they can’t see any of my log ins in order to see the problem. Well DUHHHH. I CAN'T LOG IN IS THE PROBLEM! 5 days of 5 different people telling me they can’t see anything 'cause I can’t log in. Seriously! I had asked for my account to be deleted 3 times and they just keep telling me to check my Apple ID and log in. Not only can they not understand the problem but they apparently don’t understand English when someone says they CANNOT log in. Now I can’t get them to even delete the account. I will never use the app again and I will definitely be eating somewhere else if this is how they treat people.

    Three weeks ago my 12 old son came home with a muffin burnt and hard like a rock from McDonalds. Customer service had microwaved that muffin and burned it, then it was proposed to eat to my kid. I went there and spoke to a manager, she insisted that product was good to eat, moreover, she said that a kid was agree to take this burned not edible and dangerous to eat McDonalds muffin. A manager refused even to look into this burnt product, and she was very rude and unprofessional. She stated that my son took it and supposed to eat it. I complained to McDonalds Phone Customer Service Line, they created a ticket, promised that a supervisor would follow up with me in couple of business days: 3 or 5, but until not I did not hear back from them. I would like to know what was done to prevent such cases in a future and DO NOT POISON US!

    I use the drive through at McDonald's pretty much every morning before work and order two large mocha frappes with a shot of espresso in each. The manager is really great at her job and the associates are pleasant, however this morning I drove up to order and the young man said machine was down and probably will be forever. I was concerned that I spend my hard earned money here almost every morning to be told this. I feel they said this because they did not want to do the service to me or mess with the machine. If this machine is constantly not working, then it needs to be addressed and fixed and not broken forever per associate at drive through.

    The manager Valerie and associate Samara are really great associates at their job. The store # is 3687 in Marianna, Fl.     It has been a while since I last ate at McDonald's well over a year. I just went today, ordered a McChicken sandwich, it had a medicine like aftertaste, I have mild pain in my tongue and mouth and sick to my stomach to the point that I feel the need to throw up. I left a review on the survey site that was on the receipt. I will not recommend McDonald's to anyone. I don't know what changes they made to this sandwich but this has been a horrible experience and I will continue to not eat there. I have never had a reaction like this in the past and I used to eat there often. However, the employees were courteous and prompt with service, for that reason I give them a one star.

    So basically on an ordinary day where I go to Mcdonalds. Its start normal but you can't go through the drive through so I have to go inside the mcdonalds and it's me standing there and I order a 17* BIG MACS, 15*LARGE FRIES, 7*APPLE CINOMINNON PIES, 8* CHICKEN SANDWICHS and 8*KETCHUP PACKETS AND 2 MCFLURIES AND GUESS WHAT YOU GUESSED THE ICECREAM MACHINE WAS BROKEN and then this next part is outrageous. After ordering it took them more than ten minutes to serve my food and then they only gave me 7 ketchup packet.

    Then I go to take 7 chairs to sit myself down and this NOT VERY NICE CUSTOMER got mad cause I took all the chairs in this fast food place. So he picked up one of my one of my chair then raised it above his head and threw this chair with all of his might but it bounced off of me and hit him really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really hard. *disclaimer* He is now in the hospital for 7 years and somehow I may of gave him cancer and now he 3 days left to live. Then I walk outside and make indents in the floor. After this I call a Uber. BTW it takes him 5 minutes to get to me. When he finally get here I get in, I squat the car, when I fully got in it filped it. IDK I guess I just have bad luck

    McDonald’s in 4960 W Ajo Hwy in Tucson Az. I made a mobile order in the curbside where they took about half an hour so I went to go inside to check what was taking them so long. Instead of explaining to me they were telling me to cancel my order online. The manager was being even worse, after I told her I couldn’t cancel my order she kept insisting that she was right and that you could but she didn’t explain how. I told them I just wanted my food because it was had been 30 min and again she kept insisting it had not been 30 minutes. I ordered my food at 5:00 and went inside at 5:30 and I ended up getting my food until 5:50. They didn’t communicate well with me or didn’t care about getting my order or any people in the curbside. By the time I got my food it was also cold already. They should have a better way to deal with curbside and mobile orders and the customer service was horrible coming from the manager.

    I go every once and a while when I feel like it, I enjoy the taste of the burgers and fries. Getting a little bit pricey though and very unhealthy. Wouldn't recommend to eat every day. I usually get a double cheeseburger, medium fries, four pc chicken nuggets and sauce and a soda.

    Well I have to be honest. McDonald's has been the worst fast food place ever. The company has got soo greedy that they down sized all their sandwiches yet increased all pricing. They had major nerve even calling their Big Mac a Big Mac. It's the smallest burger compared to all fast food chains. This company continues to rob people and run simply from the company name. I wish all McDonald's closed down due to their horrible business organization to people who has been supporting the franchise for 70 yrs. Highly disappointed in this new era McDonald's.     In Jupiter Florida I go to McDonalds pretty much every morning. I usually get the same meal. This morning I decided to get a refill on my small sweet tea, which the small cup even after the tea was gone was still 3/4 full of ice so that tells you how much tea I really did receive, Lol not much! I walked up to the counter and asked the employee if I could get a refill on sweet tea, they told me I could have refills on sodas but not sweet tea. I told them due to medical reasons with my stomach which has led me to the ER, l cannot have carbonated drinks and that's why I drink water or tea only! So therefore being a customer pretty much every morning at McDonald's and with what I pay I could not get a small refill on my iced tea, I'm not sure if this is all the McDonald's policies but if you're going to refill sodas, I really do believe it would be less money on the corporation?

    The gentleman Ricky W. That owns the McDonald's from Hobe Sound of 45th Street and in between, I really hope you change this policy so you don't lose existing customers. There's no reason why that if you can refill sodas especially small plastic cups that are mostly filled with ice, you should be able to refill sweet tea!     I've ordered several times from this McDonald's and every time it's not correct. I stopped ordering from them and last night my friend ordered me a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese, no pickles and no ketchup. I got ready to eat my hamburger and it was a happy meal hamburger-plain. No nothing. She paid almost $8.00 for a $2.00 plain-hamburger. What was printed on the receipt was clearly not what was in the box...

    I spoke with the manager Sandra regarding my mistake order in the panel. I paid almost 7.00 dollars without pancakes. She told me I need to pay more than 5.00 more for the pancakes order. I think she can change my plate for good customer service because I'm 61 years old and that day I want the full breakfast plate. Also, in the restaurant more than 3 homeless charging their phones with all the carts full of stuff without eating any food.     When they changed their menu and made 4 types of chicken sandwiches they also changed the size of the sandwich, the flavor and items on the sandwich. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich yesterday.     1. Fries weren't fresh. Fries sat under heat lamp.
    2. No ice for beverages at the customer self serve bar. Coke distributed was lukewarm. The self serve beverage bar was dirty.
    3. Restaurant was filthy. Restaurant was quiet and the tables and trays were dirty.

    4. Female and Male washrooms were disgusting. The urinal in the man's bathroom was flashing onto the floor. The hands washing sink wasn't working properly. Ladies washroom was dirty.

    I would NOT recommend this restaurant.

    On our way back to Arizona after a brief visit with family in Colorado, we stopped for a quick bite at a McDonald's drive-thru in Colorado Springs. It was going on 4pm and we were booked into the Marriott in Raton, New Mexico, still a couple hours away, and we just wanted something to hold us over. We placed our order from the car, then drove to Window #2 as directed, only to be met there by a young man with very matted, blond cornrows sprouting out in all directions from his head. Now, the hair in itself would have been no big deal, and I wouldn't have given it a second thought if he hadn't been digging at his scalp the entire time we were waiting for our order to come up, grabbing one cornrow at a time and twirling it around his index finger, intending to give it "body", I guess, then digging around for another one to give the same treatment, all the while flashing a completely unattractive (and unappetizing!) armpit.

    Long story short (and less disgusting), I cancelled the order, asked for a refund, specifying that I wanted anyone other than him touching the money. His supervisor did oblige, but was very snippy in the process, seemingly accepting her employee's total lack of concern for his appearance... probably because she had two-inch, wildly-decorated, Edward Scissorhands fingernails on the thumb and first two fingers of each hand. I am left to wonder if just this particular restaurant in Colorado Springs, or has the entire brand given up on civility?

    I went to the drive through of McDonald's 7749 Moffett Road, Mobile, AL 36618. I used the McDonald's app. My will was $35. I immediately was told someone got my food. I was told in a nasty way to go to the 1st window where the woman kept asking me how I paid and she wanted to see my invoice. Then in another nasty way sent me to the last window where my food was sitting right there. She then came to that window and asked me to tell her what credit card I used. I never felt so dehumanized. I am ** hard working woman and was treated like that by other ** women. Long story short I got my food but I will never go back to that McDonald's as long as I live. Thank you.

    My wife and I had a business matter to attend in another city. So while traveling there we decided to stop at the McDonald's location in Trenton Tennessee for breakfast.     I placed an online order to be picked up through drive-thru. I specified no diced onions on the Big Mac I still wanted the Big Mac sauce, also I specified no pickles. When I got home, the Big Mac had only the hamburger patties and lettuce on it. A few days later I placed an order through the app. I specified no diced onions and no pickles on the Big Mac, I wanted the Mac Sauce. I even called the store and repeatedly stated I wanted the Mac sauce, I did not want the onions that come on the bun itself. When I went to eat the Big Mac, it had no Mac sauce on it.     They are always in such a hurry that they just throw the food together, it looks a mess and you don't even want to eat it. In such a hurry yet I was the only one in the drive thru. They threw the chicken nuggets box in the bag upside down so when I took it out all but about 12 out of 40 hit the floor. And you should see this burger I took photos. It's ridiculous. I wish I could show you how sloppy and unappetizing it looks. And it's 9:00 p.m. on a Sunday.

    Drive thru took my order. I pulled forward and paid. Next window, no one working. Saw one person behind customer counter talking on personal phone. After waiting 4-5 minutes went inside and asked to speak to the manager. I was asked for a number for my order. I explained that I went through drive thru, and never got my order, again asking for a manager. They found half of my order and gave it to me. I said I needed my shake and wanted to speak to the manager. I finally got my shake and again I asked to speak to the manager. They finally called into the back for the manager. I heard laughter from the kitchen area. Still the manager didn't show up. I left with out a receipt, napkins or a straw. And they locked the door behind me.

    I tried calling the number on the drive thru window and the line was disconnected. I may have dialed the wrong number. I went to McDonald's website. I tried to fill out their form. I was given a choice of a receipt number or to locate the store. I clicked on locate store and selected the store. The site then erased all the information I had entered and went to an order screen. This happened twice. The store location is at Central and Wyoming in Albuquerque NM. I called the number on their drive through window.

    This is McDonald’s ad and yet when my husband attempted to get his free breakfast he was turned away and told we don’t do that. Nowhere did it say at participating locations. I am his wife and am offended by the fact that this store can’t honor a veteran a free breakfast one day out of the year after he risked his life for them to have their freedom.     It's a disgrace that every McDonald's I went to this morning in Jacksonville Florida would not honor the free breakfast meal as advertised for Veterans Day. I went to several and all of them either lied to me and said Veterans Day was yesterday or they just plain said, "We don't participate." You know this is the breaking point for me.     I am outraged by the way I was treated by the manager at McDonald's store number 2725 in Hallandale Beach, FL. Rude, negative, and unwilling to help anyone. I politely asked for 5 minutes of his time to explain something that had happened in the store, and he immediately responded, "No problem, I'll take 5 minutes from another customer to help you." What is wrong with this guy? I explained to him that I sought assistance from an employee on how to proceed because I had placed an order through the app at another store and didn't know if I could cancel it or how to place the order correctly. This employee told me it wasn't her job to help me. That's why I called the manager.

    I explained this to him, and he asked me back, "Are you unhappy because you placed the wrong order?" I said, "No, I just want to know how to cancel your order." He replied, "You can't. Anything else?" What kind of service is this? I want you to take action. I will speak out about this and spread this case to the whole world. It's unacceptable to be disrespected at McDonald's.     I went to McDonald’s with my sister. We had a lot of kids. Food was missing so when my sis came to confront staff the lady came to front and said I read back your order. So my sister didn’t have the receipt. It was in car. She went to go get. The employee start talking bout her to all the customers. So I said she don’t have to steal and that’s not how you handle that. She started yelling at me so we go back and forth. Her kids come behind the register. All three. I have never felt so thrown in my life. I work in customer service. No matter how wrong the customer is I have to keep my composure in the end nothing got resolved. I will be speaking with general manager. Things have got to change in customer service. McDonald’s is awful now.

    To say that I am dissatisfied is an understatement. I have always loved Mcdonalds but this one experience has completely changed my point of view. This afternoon I was on my lunch break and decided for once not to go to Wendy's... BIG MISTAKE. I ordered a Big Mac and was so excited to finally taste the special sauce again. But the moment I put it in my mouth I knew something was wrong. I started to taste the saltiest thing ever. I pull it out of my mouth and take the top bun off to get a better view. Lo and behold instead of a precious beef patty on that bun there was a raw CRAB!!!

    I asked for a big mac, not a CRAB MAC!!!! I cannot stress enough how disgusted I was, especially because my husband is ALLERGIC TO CRAB. It could have been really bad if I went home and kissed him after that. Good thing we don't kiss anymore. Anyway I will not be returning to McDonald's ever again in fear of encountering another crab.     I generally opt to go the route of speaking people's praises but in this case I feel it is warranted. I would like to first, acknowledge that the staff was very pleasant and did their job satisfactorily. This is a supplier quality issue that the staff is likely getting the guff for. Second, I’m not sure the employees should be taking any responsibility in the subject of my misgiving. Today, I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich. What I actually received was a chicken nugget on a bun. It would have taken 4 of the same size pieces of chicken just to cover the bun.

    I know that McDonalds is fast food but there is a point where, for the sake of honesty, they should just admit they are selling a nugget on a bun so that people are not blind-sided by what they are served. KFC calls them sliders, and even went ahead and served it on an appropriately sized bun. So, either use an a properly sized patty for a chicken sandwich, or own that you are simply selling single chicken nugget sandwich bites. So, I know McDonalds didn’t get to be the business it is today by shafting or scamming its customers. It has always owned to fact that it was fast food and that honesty is what allowed customers to feel that there was transparency and that they were included in the decision to forgo a fine dining setting for McDonalds. I feel they could benefit from that kind of honesty in this situation as well.

    No one is being fooled by the bigger bun, flopping hap-hazardously and setup like a little nugget castle surrounded by its little bun moat. In truth it rather feels a bit like an insult on my intelligence to think that some person in a budgeting meeting was like ”just cut the size of the patty in half and serve it on the same bun. We cut our cost and no one will ever notice”. Sorry sir or madame, we notice. Not giving up ya yet.

    We were at the McDonald's in Saginaw, Texas with our grandchildren. The staff was inattentive, they got our order wrong, the drink station sticky, the floors and tables dirty, the trash full, and the playground area was a mess as well. This used to be a well kept up McDonald's but no longer. When we talked to who was in charge they did not seem to care. We will travel further to another McDonald's for our grandchildren.     Called in to cancel my delivery because ETA change 15-20 later. Agent hung up and when I called back, they indicated it's too late to cancel because driver pick up already. When I called the first time, the driver was not at the restaurant yet. So they ignore my cancel request so the driver can pick up the food so it's too late to cancel.     This being said, McDonalds hasn’t had the best reputation. Me shortly learning a bit more about this after the fact, of what just occurred. As many restaurants give people, the unfortunate experience of foreign objects in their food. This could, and admittedly harm someone in the near future. A woman, man, or child. Yet the government allows all sorts of things to go on in factories. That’s just let it go. I’d highly advise, everyone to avoid these types of places. If you want a treat, make one at home. Or go to one that’s safe around your area. Baking is fun. Biting into what could be Mickey Mouse's cousin, or Stuart Little isn’t.

    This being said, once seeking options. I decided to call the management, as soon as possible. So they could be notified this happened. The first person I spoke to laughed, as if this happened every Tuesday, with no care or remorse. The second person was more professional about it. This goes without saying, I didn’t scream nor cuss at them. Just spoke factually about what happened. The manager was understanding and I got my money back. Funny enough, she offered me free food and drinks there. I thought to myself, no thanks I'd rather keep my life. So I said no and said have good day, walked away. Spread awareness to these things.

    I got there. We got into the drive thru. We ordered two cheeseburgers with pickles no ketchup. They ended up giving me no pickles on the first one, the second one there was one pickle and KETCHUP. It was terrible. The burgers in the commercials look delish but the ones in real life is tiny. It's disappointing. I ended up eating it anyway but come on. I mean the Sprite is good I guess but come on McDonalds. Do better. If there was an option for one star I would and don't tell me leaving no review is like zero stars. Ronald McDonalds is probably in the dispenser puking out all the condiments. DO BETTER MCDONALDS.     So hasn't anyone else noticed the way smaller quarter pounder buns? I wish they wouldn't jack up the prices and cut down on portions too. I mean we decided we will get our frappe and coffee needs here now and that'll be it. Nothing but disappointed. I'd rather you just jack up the prices then change surprisingly. Also cut the portion sizes too. And the worst thing for us is the fried apple pies they used to have were the best ever. I believe they screwed up big time going to them baked ones but we found they're same old tiny ones fried at KFC. I go by KFC every other day to grab them pies we eat like. 2 each every time too.     I said very clear in the drive-thru that I wanted a double cheese with ketchup only, no onions or pickles, but when I got home my burger had onions all over it and pickles. I don't care enough to drive back to the location on Lindbergh, but I feel like the younger aged cashiers should care more about the order so that mistakes happen less.     I recently placed a mobile order. It defaulted my location to closest site, but I was headed to another location across town. My mistake for not verifying, but when I got to the wrong location looking for quick resolution, I waited in line for 20 min while the cashier staff were not helping customers in line but filling orders. It was the craziest environment, the manager watching the frustration of people like me in line but doing nothing about it. When I finally got to my turn, the cashier told me to go to the correct location. Nothing she could do. For a single cheeseburger, this seemed like a ridiculous ask. Me to drive across town for 1 item they could have filled but refused due to following process.

    I then drove across town, did the check in from the app and it hung so I had to go in store to get my cheeseburger. Asked to see manager, she did nothing to even apologize for the issues, she basically told me to leave. I was not rude nor angry. This was a total waste of 30 min of my Sat afternoon and I will never step foot in another McD restaurant after this. The app could have allowed a change in location which would have solved all of this, but the staff told me that's third party. They have nothing to do with it. Fine but take care of your customers.

    Today I ordered the new cheesy jalapeño double bacon burger meal! First off they bring me a chicken sandwich with jalapeños tossed on top!! I come back and tell them I ordered a burger not a chicken sandwich. Then they bring me the burger. The squeeze cheese was freezing cold.     All these foods suck because they don't have normal food. They put some ingredients that are not supposed to be in it.     I always order my breakfast sandwich two egg biscuits subbed well done English muffins sub with round egg. It took me a long time and I only go to one McDonald's now because now they know me. It used to be they would continually mess up my order. Now when it comes to the hamburgers the quarter pounder meat is okay the 10 to 1 patties the small patties is nothing but junk full of additives and poison. When I say that I'm talking about chemicals that is not safe for your body. That is a reason why you can take a hamburger put it in the refrigerator for a year pull it out and never deteriorates.

    Do your research on their French fries once you do you'll never eat their french fries again. McDonald's is nothing but a poison distribution center. They can make trash taste good but they say have it your way. Depends on what you're saying. They make it their way but it's not a safe and nutritious way.     I wrote down my order and handed it to the associate. Circled NO PICKLES. Quarter pounder with cheese had pickles, but wasn't bad after I removed the pickles, even though the meat patty was as thin as the one on the Big Mac.     A new Drive thru agent who didn't pick up 'two senior black coffee' yelled with starring eyes, "Why did you ran off (to next window to pay)!" And added while hand out the receipt, "Complete your order before you go!" And closed her window. Many reasons for issues and I have had the person at the window say they have trouble with it multiple times a day... This is ridiculous.... When I walked in there, there was other people waiting as well.     On April 13, 2023 Island into the New Jersey location and spent $18.87 for two meals at the McDonald’s upon completing my meal. I went up to the counter to get a refill and was advised by the gentleman that they do no longer give refills. I’ve been requested to speak to a manager. The manager, with a very bad attitude, came up and said who wants to speak to a manager. I didn’t ask what his name was. He said he didn’t have to give me his name you’re the manager he said he was. I said I would like a refill. He said we don’t give out refills. You can pay for another drink, but it won’t be the full price I said you guys don’t give refills? He said we have not given out refills in about two months. I said, where is the sign that states no refills? He stated they didn’t have to put up signage. And then requested the number for corporate.

    He told me the phone number for their office was on the receipt. I said I do not want their store number. I want it corporate number. He’s been stated he did not have to give me corporate number, his managers name and I said, "Oh you can give me her name but you can’t give me your name." He said that is correct. So he gave me her name. I called the store the next day which was April 14. No one answered the phone. So then I then called corporate.

    I have contacted corporate on five different occasions and corporate customer service has not returned my call or email. I Contacted them on the 14th. the 17th, the 20th, 25 April and then I emailed them on 27 April and still no one has given me a call back to say, "Miss ** we received your complaint, your issue we’re looking into it." This is not Customer Service that McDonald’s would like to relay to our customers anything. And this was in the main street New Orange, New Jersey location so as of now, I have placed it on all of my social media and will continue to boycott McDonald’s due to poor, terrible customer service.

    I went to McDonalds, store 7231 in Ocala. The lady taking the order, did not apply my APP code, so why bother to have an APP? and promote it, if they are not going to be using it. I did not get the promotion I wanted, Ice Coffee Vanilla flavor for $.99. I also order 4 more coffees for my office. What a disaster, THEY FORGOT TO PUT VANILLA FLAVOR ON 2 the coffees. I brought this to the manager, to please train the people taking the order, she said they did it correctly!! What a joke! I was the ONLY person inside making an order.     McDonald's was once very good. Now they have declined so much. The big Mac is a shell of its once great self. Meat paper thin, they compensate with more shredded lettuce and sauce. It's half the size it once was. Their breakfast has also declined. Once I would stop Daily for breakfast now it been six month or more.

    I have visited this restaurant 3x, not one time have I ever made it home with the order intact. This Tuesday I ordered 2 Big Macs, 40 PC nuggets and a regular hamburger.     I made a purchase and order yesterday 03/06/23 as a mobile pick up at 5707-13 Church Avenue Brooklyn NY 11203 approximately 8:11pm. However, my mom went pick up the order but the app did not provide any order number. There was one of the employees a gentleman who ask my mom if she had a Mobile order. She said yes for 4 frappes and other items. The guy knew what the order of was. But then there was a lady who stop my mom from receiving the order saying she needs an order number. The woman who claim she was manager still didn’t give my mom the food while the young man was telling the manager this is her order. She said so I need an order number. My mom left with the food. While I still had a charge of $19 pending to my card. However, I decided to call my bank because I feel like this was unfair and disrespectful. Worst experience and poor management.

    I went to McDonalds in Sicklerville NJ (store number 18576). I think they are stealing money. I ordered my meal and they did not give me what I had ordered so when I looked at the receipt I noticed it was a duplicate. I asked to speak to a manager and a guy who refused to give me his name came out and said that this is how they print them. He told me that he was the only manager yet when I mentioned I was going to call their corporate office suddenly the "real manager" arrived at the window.     At McDonald's, the breakfast, in my opinion, is wonderful! But the rest.... :( The food was terribly soggy, and barely had any flavor at all, and the sandwiches were EVEN WORSE!!!! The sandwiches looked nothing like the ones on the menu, and they tasted like like they were bought frozen from a cheapo-deapo store, not a $5.00 sandwich!!!! Overall, the experience was DREADFUL.     I visited the McDonalds on Blairstone Road, Tallahassee, FL. I can't give you more info, like a store number, because they don't give receipts. When I asked for a receipt, I was told, "we been out of receipts paper for a minute". I called to speak with a manager and he also said they were working on it but no luck. I asked about a hand receipt and the phone got quiet. The bottom line, if you need a receipt they won't (or can't) provide one.

    I stopped in McDonalds yesterday wanting 3 fresh hash browns and a large ice coffee reg. I waited over 5 minutes for someone to come to the register. I had to say, "Is anyone working here?" This morning I entered the same establishment and used a stop watch to see how long before anyone noticed me. Five minutes and 40 seconds it took before the woman at the drive through noticed me and asked what I wanted. I said three fresh hash browns, before I got to say the coffee she walked away.

    I waited another 2 minutes and still no other employees were visible. I did see a camera pointed on me. An elderly female employee came in after having a cigarette as I saw her when I pulled in. When she came in she didn't wash her hands or use sanitizer. She didn't bother coming over and asking if I am all set. I asked the drive thru employee if anyone else is working, her reply was no. Funny she said that, another employee came out from the back and grabbed something from the front and walked away. I waited over 10 minutes. No one said "Good morning" or "Welcome to McDonalds." Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

    I placed the order on the app, put in my custom choices, no cheese, no ketchup. I got only cheese and ketchup. These people have a screen in front of them telling them the exact order. I don't understand why making a burger has become too hard for people to do. It's almost Every time I order from McDonalds and I don't notice until I get to work. So in the trash most of it goes. I will go to BK for my lunch from now on. I'm tired of wasting my hard earned money.

    11/23/22. Went to the McDonalds on Greenway & Reems in Surprise, AZ. I arrived at 11:43, the site said they closed at midnight. There were no cars in the drive-thru line. I got in the line, and there was no response. Shortly after, I saw 1 male associate leave. I drove up to the window and saw a young male associate with a blue t-shirt sitting on the counter, but I couldn't get his attention. I drove up to the second window and saw a female worker with a black shirt and another with a pink shirt; neither acknowledged me.

    I placed the order on the app and said I had arrived; that was at 11:53. I drove back to the speaker and waited a bit to no avail. I drove back to the first window and saw the boy with the blue shirt still sitting. I knocked on the window and he just walked away. I again went to the second window and knocked, and the lady in the pink walked away. I went back to the first window and knocked. This time all 3 associates came to about 6 feet from the window. The lady in pink stated that they were closed. I calmly stated that I had been there for 15 minutes and asked if they had received my order. She just said, "We're closed". I said, "OK, what time do you close?" She said, "We're closed!" I said, "Yes, but what time so I know in the future, because the app says you're open until midnight." She said, "Do you want me to call the police?" I asked, "Do they know what time you close, or is this because I'm **?" She just said, We're closed and I'll call the police."

    Attached is a picture of the associate that seemed to be in charge and did all of the talking and a screenshot of the order I placed, during business hours, after I had sat in the drive-thru for 10 minutes unassisted. McDonald's is really providing consistent poor service or none at all. If it's a race issue, let it be known so that I know to never return.

    Shake machine always down, terrible service, and never get my order right. I orderd with my mom from a kiosk. Order didn't go in. Went and order in person, terrible service. Never gave my food.     Like McDonald's food once in a while, but any more I hesitate going to this restaurant at 2520 47th St. in Greeley, CO. because the service is so inconsistent, especially today 11/7/2022 at 4:20 PM. Several times before, I could not get waited on, or my order was incorrect, or I never got my order, but I figured today I would give them another chance. Poor decision. I went in the restaurant and I noticed immediately both computer ordering stations were down, so I couldn't use them to order like I usually do. So I went up to counter to order, and I noticed there seemed to be only two people behind the counter, and they were running around like a chicken with their heads cut off trying to fill orders from the drive-thru. Both of them looked lost, and they didn't know what to do. After waiting 15 minutes at the counter, I decided just to leave and go to Five Guys because I know I would get waited on there.

    When I walked through the door at Five Guys, I was IMMEDIATELY greeted by someone and my order was taken. I don't think a good manager would ever let the restaurant be that understaffed. I feel the manager and the regional manager should be fired. I am surprised the franchise owner of this McDonald's allows their restaurant to be operating this poorly. The poor management of this restaurant reflects poorly on the entire McDonald's Corporation. Also, many times that I go into this McDonald's it is filthy and messy, and frankly I don't even want to eat there. I guess I will have to start going to a different McDonald's even though I have to drive further.

    Never been so disrespected. I waited 20 minutes and decided to go check on the rest of my food ($50 order). I asked for fresh fries since they were now ice cold. They just repacked the same fries in a new bag. I asked if the food was fresh. They said yes (it was not and it was cold since it was not even in the food warmer and on the counter). I said okay and said I was upset about the 20-minute wait and everyone just chatting since they forgot about us. On the way out, they called me a ** before I made it out the door. I asked if they were talking about me, they said yes (this was the manager). I asked for a refund and they asked me to leave the premises.

    My family and I went to McDonald’s on Business Loop the roundabout basically in Columbia and we ordered a McChicken, McDouble a couple of drinks. Fanta, Coke and a Dr. Pepper and a Chicken Nugget Happy Meal. Most of the meal was good but the fries, oh the fries they were absolutely disgusting and undercooked. I might go again but will not get fries.

    McDonald's Mega City in uMlazi south of Durban, the eat-in experience has gone from bad to the horid. Staff couldn't be bothered about being polite, let alone professional. I ordered 2 Big Mac Meals as eat-in at 16:30 yesterday, I got up and went to get my 'unfinished' order at 17:03, as a take-out. No apology, no attempt to salvage the situation. In-store management is as lost as the floor and kitchen staff. Mom and Son bonding session ruined. Considering we are still within International Customer Service week, this branch has certainly lost a patron. Guess I will have to travel to town for my family favorites.

    9/2022 It had been about ten years since my last cheap Mcdonalds burger, so I thought I’d do an experiment & bought a cheeseburger a month ago, and OMG, it was still the worst inedible garbage EVER. How DOES this place stay in business? I’m thinking it must be because of their newish chicken thing. So today, I’m feeling brave, and I try the crispy chicken for the first time. OMG. It went in the trash. It is not actually crispy, but more like FULL of grease. Yuck! And you can see how they smoosh the layers of processed chicken together. Normally I do chicken filet, and yes, I will NOT EVER eat another chicken thing, or burger from McDonalds. The quality is so bad. They get a minus ten for their HORRIBLE so-called food.

    The store on Finley in Birmingham, Alabama just flat out horrible.     McDonald’s in Dumas AR ON RT 65. Ordered at kiosk with pay cash option. Was Not crowded. Waited and waited. Two people ahead of us. All the employees seem to care about was the drive up window which was not crowded. Either it said our order was in progress and then it just disappeared. Also while we were waiting there was a panhandler that came in asking for us to buy him food. I’ve never experienced at other McDonald’s. Finally one of the employees turned around as all of us were getting a little disgruntled and she wanted to put our order in again. Didn’t get it. Walked out of the store.

    I recently ordered an order from the Congress Ave location in Lake Worth, FL. I recently read an article that people noticed the burgers are smaller than before. Well I am here to tell you that McDonalds is yet another example of corporate greed screwing the public. I received a Mcdouble and the meat patties are smaller. Shrinkflation is happening here as well. I should thank McDonalds for completely turning me away ordering that garbage in the first place. I will no longer buy fast food especially from a crook company like Uber Eats with McDonalds. Good luck McDonalds. Keep this up and eventually your company will be a memory and not a good one. Your company was built on the servicing Americans. Now you are like every other corporate entity and take advantage of hard working people.

    You get a good size sandwich at Arby's, the one you get from Burger King is not as big as Arby's but still your money's worth. McDonalds gives you a thinner piece of fish & smaller yet. All three have sold them for 2/$6. I have mentioned this to McDonalds & they don't seem to care.

    If you're looking for a quiet place to eat, McDonald's is the restaurant for you. However, the food is incredible, and the staff does their best with the limited number of employees. Keep in mind that it's not the employees' fault if the restaurant is understaffed.

    I was surprised to see on my receipt from McDonald's that they are rewarding customers ONLY if they leave a "Highly Satisfied" rating on their reviews (BOGO). This is akin to paying someone for their vote. Seems illegal or at least a highly unethical practice. The result is their reviews will be inaccurately slanted to positive just so people can get rewarded even if the experience was negative. Unfortunate, this website doesn't have a place to attach a picture. Otherwise I would have attached one. The receipt in question is from store #19145 in Summerfield, FL.

    I ordered in store and it took over 30 minutes to receive my food. I asked one of the employees why the drive through kept getting their orders and not anyone in the lobby, he said they went in order of orders that they have, which was not true they had cleared the line three times while I was waiting. Then I saw one employee taking gum out of his pocket, stick it in mouth and keep on going without cleaning his hands. There were two employees that finally came up front and started helping. My wife did a complaint online to corporate and never heard anything back. This is not the first time we have had a problem with that store. Orange Texas McDonalds on 16th Street.

    I have gone to the drive thru to get some food and the customer service is horrible, no matter what time of the day, they just seem miserable working there. No one ever says good morning, good afternoon or just how are you today how may I help you not WHAT CAN I GET FOR YOU, not even a thank you and when you go to the window to pay they don't say hi or thank you.     If you truly think the kiosks are not solely greed oriented! Then why not have a pay at the counter option that is easily understandable. Or actaully have one at all?     5-26-2022 at 8:06pm. Went through the drive thru. Ordered 2 of the 2 for 6 (3 Big Macs and 1 Quarter Pounder with Cheese) and 5 McChickens with no lettuce and 2 large sweet teas and 1 iced coffee. Get to the pick up window to get our meal. They give us the drinks and tell us to pull around to the number 1 waiting spot... We wait over 20 minutes for our food. When it finally is brought out the whole order was almost cold.

    One would think having to wait that long it would be hot but no it's not. We tell the manager (who was taking orders to others that was told to pull up and wait) about it and she has the order redone so we had to wait even longer.. When the 2nd order came out it at least has 5 hot McChickens but the burgers was still not hot.. And the Big Macs was not made right at all. All 3 of them had 2 slices of bread only when they are suppose to have 3.. They was made sloppy. Very sloppy. Then when we go to eat I get a surprise of a hair being in the Big Mac I was eating. I had to pull the hair out of my mouth. Which about made me sick. This McDonald's is not one that I would go to at night. The workers there do not care at all.

    When I went to the local Micky D's to get a 20 piece Chicken Nuggets I got a half eaten piece of chili pepper inside a piece of raw chicken that smelled like **.     McDonald's in Camden, Delaware is fairly new. This was my second time visiting this McDonald but I've dissatisfied with both of my visits. My last visit was April 14, 2022 around 1900 hours. I placed my order and was asked to pull to the first window. Nobody was at this window so I went to the second window. Two young African American females seemed agitated. They said "you rode by my window." I said "because nobody was there." They asked if I would back up to the first window. I gave them my credit card and asked them to take it to the back window. They gave me my food which was nice and hot and seemed fresh.

    I then asked for my credit card. The employee said "it's in your bag with your food." I had a semi big order. I had to look through my food for my credit card. This was very rude. Also my credit was in the bag with my French fries so my credit card touched my French fries. This is a pandemic. I was really grossed out. This can't be proper procedure. I also asked for BBQ sauce for my twenty-piece and received sweet and sour instead. I believe these two employees meant to be rude.

    My complaint is about McDonalds Corporate McDonalds App. The McDonalds App codes don't always work. McDonalds gets our personal information for marketing purposes via the McDonalds App, but the so-called perks of using the McDonalds App are not always received by the customers. I contacted corporate about one recent incident, but they told me that they couldn't trace the transaction with just the code and the cell number we use affiliated with that McDonalds App account. However, I am sure they have no problem tracing personal information from our McDonalds App for their marketing purposes benefit.

    McDonalds could easily put in a button on the screen asking if the code worked, and if not, compare it to the transaction that was suppose to use that code, and then replenish the code to the accounts that were not able to use the code. However, why should they care about their McDonalds App customers? McDonalds gets to dredge their customer's personal data without having to actually provide the McDonalds App customer with the so-called McDonalds App perks.

    I guess the employee decided to buy their lunch with my card my card hoping I wouldn't notice but since it took so long to run my car I want to head and check my bank account and sure enough they had bought food on my card that I did not receive leave.     ANOTHER WRONG ORDER, thought I would give it a try again after saying I would never go back to McDonalds again after screwing up order after order in the past, so after a year I went back thru the drive thru and needless to say they screwed up my three item order, I swear and these people want a raise? They need to be fired or taught how to do business. Whatever happened to telling people what is in the bag they just handed them cause if they don't know (which they don't) I damn sure don't know what I'm getting. Terrible service, the worst.     What kind of toy is a paper pop up card for a kid? My son won't play with it. He don't think any kid would. Lately they had a lot of girls toys in there the last few months because of the new Disney movies and the toys they have you have to play on the cellphones to play with them. They won't work unless there is Wi-Fi or if the toy isn't new. Isn't fair for any kids. Can't play it with the cellphones. I don't know if they gotten cheap or they really don't care what they put in these happy meals as far as the toys.

    I was at your McDonald's in Arcata, CA today (12/15/21) at 1:30 PM. I ordered an apple pie and a cinnamon roll on your app. In a few minutes, a young man came out and informed me that you wouldn't have any cinnamon rolls until 3:00, and that I would have to return after that to get one. I asked to speak to the manager. A young girl claiming to be the "manager" came out, and I informed her that I had just made a special trip for this order and could NOT return at 3:00. Therefore, since she was unable to issue a refund, I would like a rain check for the cinnamon roll to pickup on another day. The so-called "manager" was totally uncooperative, refused to do anything and merely repeated that if I wanted my order filled, I would have to come back at 3:00.

    She was rude, insulting, and TOTALLY uncooperative!! I fail to see WHY she would make a big issue out of giving me a rain check, especially since the source of the problem was YOURS?? I can only conclude that she had NO interest in being cooperative NOR in providing ANY manner of "Customer Service"!! As I pulled away from the parking spot, I could see BOTH her and the young man who initially came out to the car laughing, and heard them exchanging insults about me. Is THIS your idea as to what "McDonalds Customer Experience and Service" is supposed to be????

    I went to McDonald's on Causeway in Brandon. The drive through was atrocious. The girl couldn't get my order right then disappeared for 5 minutes. I asked if she was still there and she said yes. I get my order, no sauce for nuggets, the girl that brought it out was upset she had to go get it. I get home, open a burger, and it only had one side of the roll. They can't even put a hamburger in together!

    I’ve never gotten one of my orders right and if it wasn’t missing hamburgers, fries, it was raw meat and when you go in they act like it's your fault lol. The employees are too good to be there on top of pay. That's nothing when you run around for 6 to 8 hrs like a chicken with its head cut off. Never again will I eat McDonald’s.     I used to want to go out to restaurants, or just eat out in general. But Now I’ve seen which ones are a good choice, and which ones are bad. I will be doing a review about Mcdonalds. Mcdonalds is a play a lot of people eat. They have one almost everywhere you go. But you have to realize how bad it is for you. “The beef patties are formed from ground beef in a factory, then flash frozen and sent to McDonald's restaurants. Before they are served, the patties are seasoned with salt and pepper, then grilled for 40 seconds.” According to a video from McDonald's Australia. Then the fries are overly packed with things you don't even need on a french fry.

    Their chicken nuggets taste good but do you know what's in them? None of their stuff is fresh, it all comes in bags. Also when you look at the commercials you see a delicious looking burger and then you get the same thing you saw on tv and it's as flat as a pancake?! When I went there and played on the playground the playground was not very clean. It was like the workers did not even clean it. It was very scummy and gross. As a little kid I enjoyed it but looking back it's at the bottom of my list of places to eat.

    No, Prices on menu in drive through. Lady that takes your order cannot speak English very well and cannot get order right and does not understand what you say and charges for a large when I order medium.     I ordered a Oreo mocha and paid for it. After that I had to wait for 30 to 40 mins before they told me that the Oreo mocha had finished. They gave me a refund and I ordered a hot fudge sundae. I am not satisfied with the service as I had to wait a long time and I did not get what I paid for. I would not recommend anybody to go there.
