I stopped in a new McDonald’s. Its address is 28409 IH 10 BOERNE, Tx. 78006. I approached the counter. Don’t like the self service kiosk. Don’t know if I can get my military discount, the lady who helped was polite and very interested in helping me. The service was great, the business was very clean and the employees were enthusiastic and provided great service. I ordered 6 Holiday pies, took a few minutes, was worth the wait for a good tasting hot Holiday pie. As I mentioned at start of review they give a military discount so don’t hesitate to ask for it. I was told they opened on Thanksgiving day and would be open on Christmas Day which I express that should not be open on Christmas Day and the response was they were happy to be open because people need someplace to eat.

My husband and I stopped at McDonald's in Glendale and ordered two McChicken sandwiches thru the drive thru. We pulled over to eat them and when my husband bit into his there was a long blonde hair in his. We went back inside the store to speak to the manager. We told and showed her the sandwich with the hair in it. She said there was nobody with that color hair working there. One blonde haired girl was at drive thru and the other blonde haired girl was at the fry station. The manager insinuated that we put the hair in there. My hair is not long or blonde. The manager gave us our money back. Make sure you check your sandwiches for hairs. This was a very disgusting situation.

I had my present visit the workers treat me as a nuisance for trying to put a order and pay for it at the counter! No other customers at the counter or the drive thru and they started directing somewhere or another, I saw the smile as to say ** that ! My experience of trying to order and pay for a meal, ending up putting my wallet back in my pocket and saying I would go somewhere else to eat! I thought that they were suppose to except orders and cash payments at the register and not insult me for trying to place an order! I will remember this and will pass the word around to the different people I know as to my treatment by the staff!
I am a retired veteran, I worked in aviation, so I will let my former airline workers be made aware so they can be involved with the beginning of a boycott of the Ann Arbor McDonald's Washtenaw! I have gone to school and lived here over 60 years! Until the staff can respect a customer and learn the proper manner of interaction and communicate, I think that the service is the worst I have had at any McDonald's across the 50 states! The experience is enough that I and my friends do not deserve to be degraded as such!

This last trip to McDonald's seal the deal for me. I will not be returning again. The last visit was absolutely mind-boggling. It took 5 minutes to order a cup of coffee. I was the only customer; it took 2 individuals to place the order due to the fact neither one spoke or comprehended English. How do you have zero employees running a restaurant in the Midwest that speak English? Believe it or not the order ended up being wrong. The size, the creamer, the sugar, and I asked for a spoon 3 times instead of the frail stir stick they give you. No spoon, wrong amounts on cream/sugar, wrong size. Not to mention that the individual on the intercom in the drive-through could not understand myself, as I couldn't understand them. I just can't believe they constantly get the order wrong, they don't speak the language that is spoken her but they want $15 - $20 a hour. They may get it but it won't be from me.

S main roswell nm. Whoever designed this building and also who approved the design and paid for it needs to have their head examined. There is no view from the kitchen to the registers/dining room. Customers stand at the registers waiting for service and nobody shows even with a camera viewing the area. And the managers make no effort to have someone monitoring that area. All they focus on is drive thru. I have not seen any other McDonald's in this area designed this way. This location also has no self service drink/condiment area. Notice the attached photo proves the point.

Most of the time, our McDonald's in our town is pretty good. However, they do make mistakes. I ordered a Tea Lemonade. I got more and more and after repeating that to me, they ended up giving me the wrong drink, and I had to turn around after I got home and go back and get the right thing, and but they gladly gave me the right drink and did not charge.

I stopped at the McDonald's in Avilla just recently and I noticed the employees were just horsing around and not doing anything and I heard cussing and very colorful language from the EMPLOYEES!! And I have small grandchildren. I never again will go back into this place. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves!! And you all should be fired!!

could immediately tell something wasn't right? The sandwich was cold, dry and the burn was like Stale Bread. Starting to be hard like day old Bread..and they put 2 pieces of Cheese on it 1 on top and 1 on bottom.. I guess to try and hide the truth from me..?
You could easily tell that hamburger was NOT fresh, I only ate half of it and threw the rest of it away.. If this is how this McDonalds is Serving food They all need to take ReFresher courses.. or More Training.. McDonalds is suppose to be Way better than that.? On Friday, I had ordered online for delivery, let’s just say that one DoorDash driver left after 45 minutes ,then when I got the food, it was cold. I was so mad considering how much $$ it was. I called and John the manager, was great. Stopped today and everything that was wrong on Friday he made correct and more. Now that’s a Manager you need to hold on to. Goes above to satisfy his customers. Thank You, John.😊

The bathrooms are actually surprisingly clean. The tables were all wiped down and everything. I was very thankful for the fast cheap food service. The servers are so kind and generous. My server Johnathan gave me free chicken nuggets too.

I ordered the grinch meal from McDonald’s and they didn’t give me any fries but they wanted to give me the bag and the grinch salt, I just find that disrespectful because if I have to pay almost $14 for a meal why didn’t I get the full meal.

I have been going to McDonald’s for as long as I’ve been around.. Over time it has been getting too pricey with what they have to offer now. Menus are great. It’s just the quality has been declining. They also need to bring back the promotional games and prizes.

I want to share my experience at the location on 4514 Telegraph Ave, Oakland, California. The employees there have been exceptionally rude and unprofessional during my visits. I have been there several times, and each experience has been disappointing. Frankly, I am losing my patience with the staff. During my last visit, I placed two separate orders: a $6.00 meal deal and a soft ice cream using my reward points, which were about to expire.
When I approached the drive-thru order area, I explained my situation and provided my order number, 1604. The employee asked for my order number three more times, and her attitude was far from friendly. After the last request, she instructed me to drive to the second window. After a wait of about 20 minutes, I reached the window. The lady there was unfriendly and began to hand me someone else's order. I pointed out that it wasn't mine. In the background, I heard a man trying to give my order, 1604, to a woman at the pickup counter. I informed the employee that he had my order, but she asked me again for my order number, spoke to him in Spanish, and reiterated her request. When I raised my voice to repeat my order number, she seemed even more annoyed and slammed the window shut.
Eventually, the man passed my order to her. She snatched it from him and shoved it at me with a bad attitude. I then inquired about my second order for the soft ice cream. She claimed she had it but asked for the order number; however, only the second order appeared, not the rewards order on my phone. She then stated she would get a manager. A young ** man approached the window and introduced himself as the manager. I explained my situation to him, but he simply walked away without acknowledging me.
A few minutes later, the actual manager came to the window, yelling that they didn't have my order and that I was holding up the line. I asked if I should come around to resolve this, and he said the dining room was closed, indicating he did not want to address my concerns. His dismissive attitude was concerning; it is his job to address customer issues, which he did not do, and he wanted me to go away. I waited my turn just like everyone else. As a Senior Director for a major airline, I find this treatment unacceptable. If this is how your management treats customers, it raises serious concerns. I have many dining options available, and given your financial situation and loss of customers due to high prices, this is something I need to consider.
Honestly, it's not worth my time to deal with employees who are rude and inconsiderate and who don't care about their jobs or their customers. I will certainly redirect my money to a business that values the product they deliver. I'm going to make sure I share this experience with as many people as possible, through different websites, friends and family. The store manager and several employees need additional customer service training but as I believe nothing will be done and this will continue. What is happening, many customers will not voice their concerns; they will simply walk away never to return.
I felt you needed to know my frustration and what's going on with this franchise store; and how they are representing your produce and brand, you should be concerned. Additionally, please do not send me the generic response you provide to all customers who complain, as it feels impersonal and indicates a lack of concern for my issues. Please address the concerns directly.

Every morning I stop at the McDonald's on Wesley Dr.. Not sure why the manager can't take a minute to check the order. Last week I received another person's order. Today again and at least once a week something I ordered gets missed. Yes I should take the time to check my order. LOL wouldn't matter. The manager was at the window. She opens the window and closes it so fast, you can't say anything. Also she need to grow a personality. Very disrespectful, She has been there for a long time. She should not have any access to customers. Also once again I paid for food I did not get. I will take part blame. But how hard is it to put 2 egg muffins and a hash brown in a bag and kindly hand it to the customer. It's not rocket science.

On 12/02/2025 I went through the drive thru and ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget Happy Meal, when I go to the window, the staff asked me what I ordered and I told her. She asked me to pull up to parking slot 3. I sat there for 15 minutes. During that time I saw 3 people behind me receive their orders, and 2 receive their orders through the window. I went inside and asked for my receipt and money back. The wait would not have bothered me except for the people behind me receiving their order before me. The store number is 5331. I will never shop at this location ever again.

Good morning -- I just wanted to recognize a single employee from this morning's visit; I go each day about the same time through the drive-thru for a large iced coffee, cream and sugar. I arrived this morning, and had an exceptionally long wait at the microphone; when I finally inquired, I was informed "be right with you", very politely...yet I could feel myself getting agitated at the unexpectedly long wait. When I arrived at the second window (the first was unattended) to pay, I had my payment already out (cash).
The same woman was there who I see every day, but I noticed there was no one around her at the counter, the drinks station, nothing of the usual hustle and bustle. I asked her, "Are you here all by yourself?"...she answered, once again politely, and said "yes, I am"...and I immediately felt humbled, yet grateful I had not aggravated what I am sure was an already stressful morning for her...She is doing a FANTASTIC job managing this morning's shift all alone, and I certainly hope she will be recognized for her dedication to the job, rewarded for "showing up and handling it" like a pro!! She deserves a special reward/compensation for doing the best she can under the circumstances, and I appreciate her! I hope her day gets better, and some of her crew shows up!!

Seems like every time I patronize a McDonald’s, there is something wrong. Either my order is made wrong, food is missing, napkins are missing or the sandwich is made like a 2-yr old put it together! Yesterday, while on vacation in Beckley WV (Hylton Rd), I ordered a fish sandwich. This is how I received it. A few weeks ago, I purchased a double cheeseburger in Vermillion, OH and it was swimming in grease with far too much ketchup, sliding around between the buns and of course, no napkins given! Do better McDonald’s or I am done for good! Wendy’s at least can make a palatable sandwich.

At a McDonald's store located at 343 Cochituate Rd. Framingham, MA 01701 I used a kiosk to place an order for TWO egg biscuit breakfast sandwiches. My receipt clearly confirmed my order details. The receipt no. was 628. I then drive another eight to ten minutes to get a coffee at a Dunkin location near my office. When I got to my office I opened the wrapping on both sandwiches and found that I received two egg mcmuffins. These have English muffins which I avoid due to gluten issues. That is why I ordered biscuits. Now I have to drive all the way back to this McDonald's to get a refund or my $ back. I know that THEY will not be very apologetic as this sort of issue has happened to me before at this location. The current ownership is not good.

At 12:00 today, 11/22/25 I went to McDonald's off stadium drive in Kalamazoo Michigan. Ordered your $5 double cheese burger meal. Your person at window tried charging me $6.04, the meal should have been $5.30 with tax. I ask the lady to check the price and she said it's $6.04. Bullshit. Now you guys are adding upcharges on Tax. I won't be back for your overpriced Alpo.

I stop here 2-4 times a week for lunch. As of late, my orders have been messed up quite often. I always order no ketchup and have been getting it at least 3 times a week. So now I have to check every order before I leave the store. And have had a few times gotten only ketchup on my burger.

The workers are very VERY rude, they are uneducated and don't know how to work. Their work ethic is NOT there. They made my 6 year old daughter cry when they yelled at her, they ate my fries right in front of me and don't know how to handle a quote on quote rush. DO BETTER.

Location 1505 South Semoran Blvd Orlando Fl. 32807 Time 9.45 am Nov 13 2025. I have been going to this location for more than 26 years I have had a few complaints, but nothing like the extreme bad experience I had today with this One manager that has made my coming there when she is there so miserable that I have to avoid going there when she is there. This Manager today said to everyone who could hear her That I am not welcome there when she is there. I should pick another location, she, said out loud that if I continue to show up when I am there, she will have Me trespassed.
This threat is one I did not deserve I was only making a phone order and said nothing. No other Manager has a problem with me nor any Employees. I do not know her name, but her description is a short ** female with long braided hair and glasses. She has made it clear more than once she does not want me coming there. I think upper Management should consider transferring her since I have been a good customer for 26 years.

My story is likely the same as many on this list. I began eating at McDonalds as a kid in the 60's and watched them grow across the country. I have also had the pleasure of traveling the world and have eaten at the restaurants in London, Hong Kong, South China and even in Japan. The last few years I have gotten to the point if it was the only place open at night i would just go hungry. The drive thru is called a drive thru for a reason, over and over I am made to park and if I push back I get told to leave. If I am in the drive through its because I don't want to park. Also the food is getting to the point is nearly no longer eatable, I was a consistent customer that really enjoyed the two cheeseburger meal. My last go around they could not even get that right.
I got one cheese burger and a McNuggets box with a beef patty in it, and this was after I was told to park and then watched as the guy coming out of the store gave food to not only me but the three cars behind me that were made to park also, so for their efficiency with zero care of my time I had to wait for everyone's meal to be made. Your entire company was founded on generational customers, I would not even consider taking my grandkids to this place anymore, we will spend our time and money on a retailer that actually cares about its customers. Good riddance to you and your garbage food and terrible service.

No one was doing any work at the front counter and the person there with her hands in her pocket wasn’t helping my water request. I waited for my order at a table from my mobile order. When the girl finally came, she brought no stirrers for my coffee. When asked about it, she walked away, ignoring my request. I am a senior and have to calculate my steps because I have pain, so when I have to go back to the front for a stirrer, I have to endure pain and for that pain, I took all the stirrers/straws so she could make that trip she was supposed to make.
Then, suddenly, the invisible general manager came out of the back screaming at me, saying I could go somewhere else but nothing to the lazy employee she has. So she bans ME over stirrers that I didn’t receive. This McDonald’s is the closest to my house and the normal workers there know how to give good service to the restaurant clients. I don’t get around well, so this is the most direct bus route. I think a telephone number to the owners should be placed at this location to monitor the tackiness of some of their upper management.

Ordered steak egg bagel no cheese light butter meal, ate my hashbrown. Drank some of my juice across town, now open my sandwich to discover bacon egg and cheese bagel. 10/28/2025 10:53am ticket#** l'm for return call. No response from 614-464-4626. Today order taker says need to speak with gm. She gets someone yelling I should of brought it back. Advised her I had gone to the other side of town and was not coming back. Let her know I never received a return call since I lm. She says, "I don't care." She was rude. Yelling. Eyes popping out her head. Advised her I'm contacting corporate office. She told me I should have brought sandwich back, I'm not in that area often. Life happens. Sad representation for management. Human error ok but take care of your customer. Bacon and steak bagel don't cost the same. I hope she puts the difference to Ronald McDonald's house. Will never stop at Main and Grant again!

I ate today at McDonald in Bolton. I ordered a DD cheeseburger. They gave me a single so I returned it. Then they brought me a DD cheeseburger that oil was dripping and brown stuff cheese fell off. I returned it. They brought me new fries and another burger. The fries were so salty and the burger tasted terrible. It actually did not smell right so I left and threw everything in the garbage. I will be calling the Ministry of Health. I will never go there again.

I was at McDonald's in Morristown Tennessee on Highway 160. I had three meals to order. After I placed my order a guy was sweeping the kitchen floors. I was standing at the other counter. As he was sweeping up french fries cockroaches was running across the floor. Don't eat here unless you want to eat cockroaches. They need to get a hand on their bugs. That's freaking nasty. I know it's hard to get rid of them. They need to step up their exterminator them to do a better job

Fresh Pond Cambridge MA McDonald's is a mess. I wouldn't let your dog eat in that place. No one speaks English, and if you order more items than you have hands good Luck getting a bag. This location should be closed down and the place disinfected.

I went the the McDonald's on Lamb and Charleston Blvd and they filled up my LARGE fries halfway, my fries were cold and hard. I was very hungry and that just ruined my day and appetite. Do better and get better workers.

When I inquired about my order minutes later, I was told that you should have listened for your number (toxic tone).” I told her how can I know the order without a receipt in hand. The manager stated that I should have let them know… No, as a front end manager it is your job responsibility to be sure everything is working on your shift!

Was starving the other day and the only place to eat was here. Went in to order and use the toilet. Was not allowed to use toilet until buying one of their leathery burgers which looked like an old shoe.. then went to toilet and honestly decided the alleyway was cleaner. Don't blame the staff, they looked overworked and underpaid. The shittiest company in the world.

I live in Hannibal Mo, the restaurant here is always super busy. For the most part the staff are very kind and steadily moving helping each other out, the appearance of the restaurant itself is always clean and the staff are always making sure your needs are met, I think it truly a good experience for the whole family when things go well when out at restaurant especially with kids who are sometimes tired and ready to sit and eat, so I've never done a review before. I just wanted to say that the staff here in Missouri are very accommodating for everyone's needs, that's a huge deal so keep up the great work because it's really paying off here. Thanks for all the hard workers here. They vary in age but seems to be doing a great job!!❤️

My daughter said her Junior chicken tasted like markers. My son his wrap tasted yucky. Upon examining both sandwiches had brown slimy lettuce. We had it delivered so I just scraped all the lettuce off and the taste was gone. We order the same thing every time, never had this problem with McDonald's before. Subway’s lettuce has tasted like that which is why I quit going there. The lettuce smells funky like chemicals. Ugh.

I ordered on Door Dash and my fries and nuggets were cooked in old oil. My cheeseburger tasted like it was sitting for a while. I got none of the sauces I ordered. I called the store told me I had to contact door dash to resolve the issue. But how is it door dash fault if you (McDonald's) don't make sure food is fresh and the sauce I ask for wasn't in the bag to only get a $10 credit? Very disappointed in the quality of food and the customer service of location. If I could leave a zero star review I would.

My husband and I frequent the McDonald's restaurant located at 8240 Southwest Highway 200 in Ocala Florida. There is a woman that works there at the front counter who has the longest ugliest most unhygienic fingernails I have ever seen. She should not be working in food services. Still awaiting a Deliveroo / McDonald's credit from when drink completely spilled and nothing left. Tonight the server 'forgot' to put in any of the sauces - for the countless time - it now must be customer policy to save money this way... Since they sent the poor delivery man to Battle then to me (in completely opposite directions, both from the shop and to me from the first delivery) my food didn't arrive for two hours and it was all stone cold. When I raised it with customer service in chat, they offered a measly 'standard 25 per cent refund' and no other compensation. Furious. No wonder they're such a multimillion / billon dollar company, it's easy to see why now. Do NOT order from McDonalds, especially in Hastings.

So I ordered 5 items thru the app. When my order came, they only had 1 item right. When I called they said I have to complain to Door Dash. I don't understand why DoorDash has to answer for their mess-ups and why I had to call. They should be the ones calling since they completely screwed up an easy order. McDonald's it’s all False Advertising!! I got the Golden Deluxe Crispy Chicken and they gave it to me with No golden sauce, no bacon, no pickles and barely any lettuce! Plus the taste was awful and I ask for a large meal and they gave me so little fries!! Awful service, I’m sure I’m not going to buy anything from McDonald's the Auburndale location. I’m writing to share a disappointing experience I had at your location at 8515 124th Ave NE, Kirkland, WA 98033-5857, around 10:30 AM. I had ordered two wraps and a Coke, but when I got home, I realized I had only received one wrap. Mistakes happen—we’re all human, and I wasn’t upset. I returned to the restaurant to clarify the issue. However, the person at the counter told me my “wrap was too cold to return,” even though I wasn’t trying to return it—just pointing out the missing item. What followed was unexpected and upsetting: the staff member became rude and told me not to come back. I asked to speak with a manager, but no one came out.
As I was leaving, another employee laughed at me and used foul language. I understand that everyone has bad days, but as a customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect. I hope you’ll look into this matter and ensure your team is trained to handle such situations with professionalism and courtesy. Thank you for your time. Sincerely,

I ordered fries and they gave me less than half of the bag of fries, when I asked the crew to fill my fries more the manager and the worker were commenting, "That's the way how a small fries should be," and didn't fix it because they could care less. They gave me the same baggies of fries in a different bag like I wouldn't notice they didn't fill it out more.

McDonalds has lost me as a valued customer since 1960's. I was always your biggest fan! That was until today when I went to the Mcdonalds in South Aiken SC Whiskey Road location and was charged over 3 dollars for a cup of coke??!! Are you kidding me? When I remarked about the high price the girl at the window was extremely rude telling me she wasn't the one who set the prices. So... I called the number on my receipt and to my surprise no one answered - the call became a FAX line. Your prices went from one dollar to a dollar and 83 cents to over three dollars. Well keep your delicious coke. I am no longer a customer of yours. BIG MISTAKE!! HUGE!! I am absolutely sure that I am not the only one who feels this way.

I ordered a kid's meal....It took 30 minutes to get it...Why...Because the workers are playing and on their cellphone..I watched one of the girls be very nasty to a customer because they too busy playing around and moving slow that the lady had to go behind the counter and get her own drink cup..I promise you I will not go back...Unless they hire a whole new evening/night staff.

I don't frequent McDonalds as I did years ago but on the rare occasions that I do, my experience has been, generally, neutral/positive. This was not the case today. I visited the store on Kempsville Road and used the kiosk to order an Egg McMuffin-Sub regular bacon. When I've ordered this sandwich in the past, this is what I order each time.
First, a customer with a larger order who used the kiosk a few minute after me, and a customer who came into the store about 5 minutes later and ordered at the register, both got their orders before the woman working the register asked if I was waiting for an Uber order. When I told her "no", and repeated my order to her (and noted that my kiosk order was entered before the last two customers who had already received their food). She rang my order up without saying a word - no apology. The cost seemed high but I recalled seeing something in print about price increases (no surprise) so I didn't say anything. She returned a few minutes later with my order and I left. When I got into my car, I looked at the receipt. Two things struck me:
1. I was charged $8.71 for an Egg McMuffin with regular bacon instead of Canadian bacon.2. They surcharged the regular bacon (which I've never seen before) to the tune of $2.29 plus tax.
3. Although it appears they credit $1.00 for the substitution, I'll never buy another sandwich there. $2.29 for one slice of bacon (the receipt states "2 Half Strips Bacon").
4. When I finally stopped to eat the sandwich, I found a hash brown in the bottom of the bag that I didn't order. While I wasn't charged for it, I didn't eat it either.

McDonald’s – New Berlin Road, Jacksonville, FL. I’ve noticed that the service at this location has gone downhill. The employees are not respectful and rarely thank customers. Orders are often wrong, fries come out cold, and the wait time is long. Prices have gone up, yet the food quality has gone down. For example, the Big Mac patties are so thin they’re no thicker than a White Castle burger. Overall, it’s a shame to see what McDonald’s has come to.

Went to store#1259. Ordered Double quarter w/cheese and large frites was asked to go to waiting space 3. Waited 27 minutes for food. The girl who asked me to wait in space 3 walks the order to me. I asked why the wait was so long. She replied she asked a coworker to take it out to me 3 times and he didn’t so she brought it out herself. Was not the reply I expected for sure. Food was barely warm at that time. Had to reheat it at home. Not pleased at all and thought you should know what you have representing your company.

The location on Sunset and Boulder doesn't know how to make a burger, apparently. A BURGER of all things, literally every single time we order from this location, they never get the order right, how hard is it to keep a burger PLAIN. Your workers are just too incompetent to do their job, also a 9-5 job of all things. We ordered hot and spicy plain, ordered a Mcdouble plain, both had sauce when we requested it without, I get you have other orders but this is getting old, been ordering from the same location for years and it's seems this location just doesn't care, is incompetent, and can't even do their own job of giving the person their correct order. It's always something at this location, they either forget to part the whole order in bag, either put sauce on something when you requested it without, do you guys not care about the possibility of allergies? Or are you guys just crap at your job. It's getting old, especially when we order the simplest of shit.

EMILY THE MANAGER WAS ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL WITH CHILDREN ALL AROUND. They messed up an order and refused to fix it, they had to go around to find someone who even spoke English. I don't think a lot of people there are legally allowed to even work there. So sad and scary.

I went to McDonald’s Donald on 6309 Lankershim in North Hollywood. # 10997. We were going to eat in but got called back to work so I told them to go please. Make it to go. They then said I had to pay 11 cents for a bag. Which I did. I then asked them for ketchup and they only gave me two of them. Yes, two. I was like wow Mc Donald’s is now trying to penny pinch. Then aside from that when we arrived at the office the quarter pounder my co worker ordered was smashed inside the box and the large fries were just a little over half the box. I believe Nola at the Paris McDonalds location was wonderful. She's hilarious, and made sure we were taken care of. On a side note, my children love the happy meals and the play area. Fast service, and all the staff was very pleasant even with impatient customers. I wish there was more rules implemented in standing up for the employees.

Went to get lunch with the family at McDonald's on 82nd St and the lobby was closed with no note on the door. Drive thru was open. A lot of customers was upset the door was locked. This is just bad for business. If they just had a note in the door to explain the issue, then it won't be a problem. Communication is the key.

Your McDonald's here in Springlake NC needs to do better with service. When you're kind about asking them to fix a order that they messed up because they don't care. They still snap on you or their employees. You don't have to be there, you can always go work somewhere else. But when you go to any restaurant you expect your food to be done right but you don't make people food with yourself. Then decided to hide somewhere because they still didn't make it right. I waited in line about 15 mins and the lady was taking orders from the other side where they hadn't been there like I had been! They pulled up. She took their order! She did that with 3 people while I sat there! I had the worst service in my life at a McDonald’s in Wilson NC on Tarlboro today. First when I went to say my order the staff just stop talking to me. Vanished. So I drove around to find a man with a blue shirt on take orders from behind me. I interrupted because this person was ignoring me. “How you taking orders and I’m sitting right here. He waived me back as to say be quiet he was listening to someone. I took a deep breath while he was finishing the customer behind me their order. Before I could drive off he asked me what I ordered. I was hungry and confused so I continued with the service. I then got watered down orange juice and was asked to wait at the third window while they fixed it. It took them ten minutes to bring me my orange juice. While I was waiting, eating my hot delicious sandwich I realized that they need to stop with this racist shit!!!!

I was at Mcdonald’s with my family, we order and we were waiting for our food. The workers were just sitting there not doing anything. We had to wait 36 minutes just for our food to be cold and nasty and didn’t give us our drinks until 5 minutes passed. They were really rude to other customers and most of them waited long than we did.

I was at McDonald's on 1414 university Ave in San Diego on 7/26. Waited 39 minutes for my order, I finally had to leave my vehicle and go inside the restaurant to inquire about my meals. No one acknowledged my presence, I finally found someone and I was told they were on break. After a frustrating wait they finally found the meal, they tried to blame me for their incompetence, after receiving my order my food it was stone cold, fries not edible, their reaction was “So what.” I left to go home, I will never patronize that location ever again, I work in the area for years and I told my clients and coworkers what happened, they all agreed that was inexcusable. I work for DoorDash so I pull up to the drive through. I'm waiting at the speaker, no one answers. So I say, "Hello," nothing so another car pulls up, and they took his order. So I pulled around to the window. And she says, "B, the manager said, you have to go back around and give me their number." I said, "Ma'am, I've been waiting and nobody answered, but yet you took the other guy's order." So she told the guy in ** , so I heard to go around and give me their number? I could have gave her the number and waited at the wait window, but no, she was being very rude.
This is the McDonald's on Decker, and Garth. Wrote at 1:20 in the morning, ** lady very rude. I don't understand that. So yeah, there was no point in that, and I want to, and then she was letting her employees just walk right past me, when I was trying to get to talk to somebody that I had DoorDash on the phone and they just kept walking. So she promotes bad behavior. It was our employees also which sucks.

I ordered the big hotcakes meal. I received one syrup. I asked for more after I realized there was only one container. I was charged for extra syrup. The thing is that everyone knows one container of syrup is NOT enough. Cheapskates. I spoke to manager and she had attitude dripping off of her. I was already mad and she made it worse. Attitude. I miss the day when a customer was worth more than a couple containers of syrup. We will be eating at Bojangles or bringing our own syrup.

My husband and I stopped at the McDonald's in Deer Lodge, Montana. We ordered breakfast at 10 am. Thirty minutes later the food still was not done. The menu changed to lunch, by then I was fed up. I asked for a refund and when I checked my bank account, they shorted me 1.75. I called spoke with the manager, she told me she would have the supervisor call me. I waited a week. Still nothing. When I called back she said she dropped her phone in the lake and lost my number. I asked to speak with her supervisor. I spoke with the supervisor and she said she would mail out a gift card. I never received. This happened 07/05/25. It is now 07/23/25. Not only did I not get my order, but they stole my time and 1.75 of my money.

I ordered an ice cream at 50 Kennedy Road in Brampton. When I got the a young girl scanned my phone. Somehow she scanned it incorrectly and the price of the ice cream doubled. She tried scanning my phone again but it wouldn’t since she already scanned my phone. She then called the manager and he put it in manually. The price was 1.05. I gave him 1.25. He doesn’t give me any change back. I tell him he made a mistake. He open the cash register again and give me twenty cents. A young girl brings me the ice cream. It definitely was the smallest one I ever received from McDonald. As I looked at the staff. All were **. The ones that underlay with English was hard to understand. I would stay away from this McDonalds. Lousy service. I won’t go back.

Went through drive thru in Delmar, DE and the ** young lady was rude and uninformative. She asked if I was using mobile app. I said yes, I would like to use medium fry free w spending $1. She became silent. I said, "Hello," she says, "Give me one minute." Then I ordered from the menu double cheese burger with another for $1. I get to 2nd window, just burgers, no fries. Young lady at 2nd window says, "You have to go back and reorder." As I did, when I stated I didn't get the fries with the double cheese burgers, her response "Oh my God!" First of all young lady at first window never says anything about I could not use free med fry with the burgers order until I had to come back thru. At this point I'm not happy with your attitude or response, so yes I want my fries. Customer service today was unprofessional. Make your customers aware of what they don't know. I'm not a McDonald's regular customer.

On the online menu at Linda Vista location in Tucson. Saw a bagel, egg and cheese sand. Husband got to drive up ordered. Came up on screen as steak, egg and cheese bagel minus steak. Which that sandwich is 2.00 more. Husband questioned the up charge. They said they don’t have the bagel, egg and cheese on their register (even though it’s in their menu for that location) so that was the only way they could ring it up. Meaning overcharging us. We will never return to a McDonald's again. Watch that screen when you order. Seems they will upcharge you on items claiming they don’t have that on their register even though it’s on the menu. Shady practice they have going on there. Overcharging customers not a real good business practice.

Went through the drive thru today, I order 2 happy meals like always. I was getting ready to look at the menu to get something for me and they already had the screen down, got to the windows and she said, "Just order what you want here." "Well I wanted to see the screen to pick." We went to the next window and ask to see management and I asked why the screen was taken down. Before I finished, she said, "Just order from here." "Well I don't know what I want that's why I wanted the screen." I said no, told her I would talk to corporate. She yelled and I mean yell, "Have a nice night" and roll her eyes. What a place. I had two young kids in my car, guess that showed them how to act when working at a business.

I visited McDonald's Store number 33129 at Elkin, NC. I ordered a quarter pounder meal. This is the last time I will ever eat at McDonald’s. I ate the meal within 5 minutes after picking it up. The hamburger was a hockey puck, it was obviously previously cook and heated up and the fries were cold. I ended up throwing it out. The coke I kept to waste out the taste from meal. Never again. McDonald’s has turned into a clown operation.

I have not been to McDonald's for several months and I was surprised to see how rundown the place was. The floors were visibly soiled and grimy, the drink station was unkept, no ketchup and no containers for ketchup, the bathrooms needed cleaning, ice cream was spilled on the floor by the entrance and no staff came to clean it. A customer finally put a wet floor sign up and when I left it was still on the floor. I did not see any cleaning staff the whole time I was there. In the past there was always someone cleaning the floors, the tables and taking out the garbage. Very disappointing visit! I did not get a receipt as the self serve kiosk was out of paper.

What a disappointing experience today at the McDonald’s on Van Dyke and 30 1/2 Mile in Washington Township, MI. When I watch our great niece and nephew, I let them take turns picking where to eat. Today, our 5-year-old niece chose to go inside McDonald’s, something she was really excited about. We placed our order at the kiosk and waited. After a while, we noticed that people who ordered after us were getting their food. I approached the counter to ask about our order, and the older woman who appeared to be the manager without asking for details snapped at me: “We’ll get to your order when we get to it.” A few minutes later, as she brought out a different order to the lobby, I tried again to politely get her attention. She yelled “Get out of my way!”
I was ready to walk out when a young employee from the back came up, asked for our order number, found the lost ticket, and got our food ready right away. He apologized and showed the kind of service that used to define McDonald’s. Yes, I understand staffing can be a challenge. But there’s absolutely no excuse for being rude, dismissive, and hostile, especially from someone in a leadership position. That manager set a terrible example for the rest of the crew. McDonald’s used to be a fun place for kids, bright colors, a playscape, and friendly service. Sadly, this location seems to have lost that spirit.

I went into McDonald’s while on a road trip. Had to order my own meal via a kiosk, pay via kiosk. Got our food and drinks. The only communication. Between me and any worker there. Was when they dropped the bag of food and 1 drink. “Waiting on a frappe“. I don’t know if they were speaking to me and an employee! No eye contact, no greeting when we walked in. By the way we were the only non employee in the whole store! Not a have a good day, when we left! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! I’d rather go to any other fast food or convenience store from here on out! SMH McDonald, you should be ashamed. I’m not pointing fingers to which store this is because this is not my first experience of slipshod customers service from this company. Won’t go back, unless to use the restroom. I was quite ill and stayed in the hospital when customer service ASHLEE told me that in order to get my expired points back, I would need to provide hospital and doctor's proofs. That is very discriminatory and against Privacy Regulations! And AMEIL at McDonald's just "copied and pasted" the message "thank you for your information..." without offering any help in the customer support letter!

Every order I've had from McDonald's in the past year has been either incorrect or missing items. If I pick it up, I can go inside to address it which is annoying and inconvenient. When I order delivery through the app and it's wrong or missing items, McDonald's takes no responsibility. Contacting support can only be done through email, and they will repeatedly tell you that you need to contact DoorDash or UberEats instead, despite not having ordered through either of those entities. Why should I call their third party vendor for a mistake McDonald's made? Doordash didn't cook the wrong food or forget to pack the food and they didn't collect my money. Seems like an intentional tactic to scam people out of their money by making it so tedious hardly anyone will do it. They shouldn't be in business. I will no longer be shopping there. Also, they don't give you a receipt in the app and you can't review the exact details of your recent orders, so there's no way to confirm anything if you've already deleted the email.

Literally every single time I order delivery from this store on my McD's app, (Auburn Way South,) there is always something either wrong or missing from the order. Today, my order didn't even show up! I understand that mistakes happen, but this is literally every single time and it's getting ridiculous!! And since my order didn't show up, I was just offered a refund, that won’t show up for 7-10 business days!! I don't need that. I want my order! And I want it correct for once!! But I'm going to give up trying to order and give you guys money, so you guys have lost a customer who spends a lot of money with you guys, like, 80-100 plus dollar orders each time! Asked for a receipt. Told she was backed up. I asked again and she said I was rude. I told her she did not know what rude was. Told to wait. Finally after 10 minutes a very nice worker got me a receipt. My McFlurry was melting before I got to enjoy it all.

Of all McDonald's in Topeka KS this has probably been the worst experience I have ever had and will never return! I was over charged and was rang up for something I did not order. Both the associate and the manager told me they don't do refunds. I asked the manager for his name when he wouldn't help us and he refused to provide it. He closed the drive through window on us and walked back inside. I shut off my ignition and sat in the drive through line for a few minutes until he came back with a gift card. No word was spoken. I didn't even receive an apology.

I have been buying McDonald's for more than 50 years and in the last 5 years I have seen much smaller sizes and higher prices. I don't mind paying price increases but not when you're not getting the same food. My go to has been the fish sandwich. The fish is decreased by a third at least and you might as well not even put any cheese on it because the piece of cheese is less than half of what it used to be. For almost $5....I won't be going to McDonald's any longer. I'll go to Arby's where I can get a decent fish sandwich. Bye bye!!!!

Every single time - I ask for ketchup, or order online for condiments that go with meals - I have never gotten any. Shame on me for not checking and holding up the line. The burger meat was clearly left way over the time they were cooked. Yuck!

I had to do more shopping, hungry and decided to stop and get a burger. I ask for a plain hamburger, seems like person did not understand, I explained it again with nothing on it. Around to pick it up, they gave me a burger with cheese, I said I wanted a plain hamburger. I gave them back the burger and was told to wait on the side. They brought me out a burger without a bun and the burger was in a chicken mcnugget container. Shock! I went back around and ask were they joking. I then received my plain hamburger. I am done with McDonald's.

Piss poor customer service. When it comes to removing or adding ingredients. Wanted to add the hot honey sauce to a sandwich and I was told I had to buy the feature sandwich or not get it at all. I offered to even pay extra for the sauce, as it was an add on, but they still refused. I've never had an issue with this before.

I stopped at the Mountain Highway McDonald's in Spanaway about 11:30 on a Saturday night. I just wanted a snack so I ordered my go to, filet o fish. The customer service was what I've come to expect from this generation, borderline rude. I waited a good 10, 15 minutes which got me excited, knowing that meant my filet was gonna be fresh and hot. Yum. When the girl handed me my food I held the bag up to my nose as I drove away but it didn't really smell.
When I opened the box containing my filet I was so disappointed. That thing had sat under the lights so long it had shrunk to about the size of of a mods cheeseburger. The bun was cold and hard like it had been toasted hours earlier. The filet looked to be about half size with just a small smear of tartar about the size of a nickel. Absolutely unbelievable. Pisses me off to spend money on something that is not even edible. What a sorry McDo. I will never stop there again and don't recommend anyone else do either.

I bought a smoothie and had to wait over 10+ minutes and then only for it to taste exactly like dirt. At first I thought it was just me because everyone else who also got smoothies said it tasted just fine but when I made everyone else taste they all said the same thing. It’s taste like they added dirt to it. I’m so upset because I have the smoothie before and it was so good. Super disappointed that it taste like dirt, honestly I want refund.

Pulled up to the drive-thru, the lady at the window told us to hold on for a minute, minutes go by and still no one, 10 minutes went by and still no one. Not to mention, there is NO ONE in the drive-thru or inside. So I pull up to the window and she comes to the window with an ATTITUDE “What you need”? Excuse me , first of all, that’s not how you talk to me and second, I’ve been sitting here 15 mins. So I’m waiting on only 2 orders of fries and 1 chocolate milk. I sit in the window for another 15 minutes for 2 ORDERS OF FRIES!!! At this point, I am livid now, I will NEVER go back to the McDonald’s in Bessemer, Alabama. RUDE, and CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS THE WORST I'VE EVER CAME IN CONTACT WITH. Needs to be shut down!!!

Around 8:45 I went to the McDonald's on Derr Road, Springfield Ohio for an ice cream cone. Went inside because the drive thru had about 8 cars in line, I waited at counter for a while, a couple employees looked at me but never acknowledged me, then I noticed the ice cream machine was torn apart. So I left! Pretty disappointed in this place, the worst customer service I've ever seen.

The Massillon/Navarre Ohio McDonald's is not sanitary. They don't keep food surfaces clean enough not to spread e coli or other food borne illnesses. Employees talk on their phone while cooking, and the managers are rude and disrespectful.

If I could give this McDonald’s a -00000 star rating, I would. I’ve been coming to this location on Taft Street for over 7 years, and the staffing has always been terrible. Sadly, it still seems like there are only two people working. I come here out of convenience, hoping that one day things will improve—but I’m about to give up hope. At this point, I’d rather drive an extra 30 minutes, because I’d still get my food faster.

Horrible. Came through drive-thru at 2 pm yesterday with my dad. The lady that took my order and cashed me out was so sweet and kind. She had red hair. I didn’t catch her name. Out of nowhere a lady in a purple vest with her hair in a pony tail flying around and her side kick in a green vest came back there barking orders to the cashier in back window. They was so disrespectful and loud, very rude. They need to be fired the cashier with red hair told me the lady with a purple vest was a manager. They had no respect for others or manners. Came again today around 12 pm, same manager and same sidekick were laughing on the intercom, tone was just rude. Every time I come there, this manager is always so rude. Her tone and body language is horrible. She needs not to work here. Very bad for business.

This is by far the worst McDonald's in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Whenever there is an issue, like there always is. I call and ask to speak to a manager. They reply with “this is the manager”. Different person every time. I tell them about my experience and they get crappy with me. I will gladly drive an extra two miles to a different McDonald's. It’s ridiculous. Last time I ordered 2 Mcchickens, it was buns, lettuce and mayo. No patties. The previous time, I got 3 McDoubles. Missing everything on it and had a pile of seasoning on the patties. Imagine putting a whole spoonful of salt in your mouth. Tonight, there was a latex glove in my kids happy meal box. I call and ask as to why this happened and I get hung up on. On top of every thing I get order a medium fry and get a small instead (inside of a medium fry box).

This McDonald's is trash. None of the staff speak English and they were all rude plus I was charged for extra sauce that I didn’t have. The guy working the window that was so short and looked like a kid when I asked for the sauce that went with my 4 meals I purchased he threw them at me and said bye. So rude. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever seen. Need to be shut down.

In my 26 plus years of only eating seafood that McDonald's has been the best fish that is out there in my opinion. I'm not a tarter sauce eater with any other fish but it is something about McDonald's that I want extra. With Easter just passing it seems that most fast food places get fish on the menu for Lent, however I haven't found one that could compare to the goodness of McDonald's. I have tried several and NOT one could I eat with only tarter sauce, it had to be a deluxe with everything except because I did forget to mention I'm not a yellow cheese eater either and McDonald's gets that right always. I will always go back if I'm wanting a good old fish sandwich and recommend it to everyone who wants the best.

I bought the Big Mac meal pack and they had me order 3 sauces, they only put 1 honey mustard. I also ordered extra Mac sauce and extra shredded lettuce on my big Mac and the other with just extra onions. I got the second one but the other burger I got had extra pickles and had the wrong order number on it. I noticed when I got in my house ACROSS THE STREET so I grabbed the tickets off so my mom and grandma could eat what they didn't order while I went back to get my 65 cents back and the lady behind the counter laughed and said "you gotta bring the food" and rolled her eyes when I said to get her manager. I just wanted my money back for what I didn't receive. Every time they mess up my order they treat me like I'm the bad guy for them not being able to read a ticket. If you can't do the job you shouldn't work there, they'll be glad to know I'm not coming back.

The only things I get from McDonald's are the caramel latte, sometimes the apple pie, and very seldomly the egg and cheese mcmuffin. I get the latte a lot, but I am very disappointed in the fact that there is not an extra large size. Even Worse, they do not fill the large or small cups up reasonably, it's actually 3/4 of the way full. On a few occasions I had to give my latte back because it was only half. The workers say it's the machine that pours it like that. Well that's quite a Waste of my money and a rip off. Well if McDonald's can't calibrate their machine to serve the correct portion, I will just go somewhere else that is honest enough to serve what they get paid for...

Went to the one in Gray GA.. Usually don't have any problems here... When I pulled up to the food window the young girl didn't even open the window to greet me.. She just waved at me through the window.. I was like ok??? I ordered the frappe.. She handed me that..& turned around & closed the window back.. Hasn't said a word to me.. Do not go to this McDonald’s. It was horrible. We went for the Minecraft meal and they didn’t even have it, but they had the cups weird in it. And they messed up my father’s quarter pounder and my friend farted. I’m gonna have major gas. They gave us a free milkshake, though that adds the one star. And a three-quarter pounder because they messed up the first one. The fries are soggy. The nuggets taste like urine. They didn’t give us straws. Except for one. There were people waiting inside the store waiting for someone to take their order. People kept passing by but never once said a word or took orders. The customer had to be loud and ask for someone to finally come up front and take our orders. Then they were rude with that said customer. McDonald's does not admit to making any mistakes. They blame the delivery service I don’t believe that the delivery company is responsible for putting the food in McDonald’s bags then sealing the bag. DoorDash was called and only would refund a small portion of the food that was missing. We also got someone else’s order so that customer also got short on their food. This policy is unacceptable to the customer in not getting all missing food refunded and not replaced immediately so some were not able to eat.

It has been several years that I have not gone to the McDonald’s in Randolph, MA and after all those years I decided to go there to get a coffee this morning. I was in the drive thru. I waited for someone to take my order and I was ignored. A customer drove up behind me and this male McDonald's worker chose to take the customer’s order over me and the worker told the customer to drive around me and when I said “hello?” The window worker yelled at me and said “WAIT A MINUTE!” I have never given him a reason to be so disrespectful. Not all customers are crazy/rude at McDonald’s. Sometimes it’s the workers that are rude.
Just to add this in, I came back to McDonald’s after I got my coffee from Dunkin Donuts and I placed an order with the same jerk that was at the McDonald’s window and this time he took my order, when he said drive up to the first window with an attitude again, just in case he might throw my order at me for being so miserable instead of me driving to the window I exited from there and left them putting together the order and him waiting by the window.

The quaterpounder burger was really very good BUT there is no longer someone to take your order - do it via the kiosk which for me is not as nice. Did not provide ketchup with the fries - had to ask for it and employee pulled a face when I did. Eating area was cold, impersonal, industrial feeling, trash cans full. Customer is just another widget on the assembly line. I'll miss the burger because the rest of it is enough to keep me away.

I bought a regular cheeseburger & Sprite at about 3:00pm Sunday afternoon. The cheeseburger was gray in color, the bun ripped into pieces multiple times while eating it. McDonald's no longer offers the value it once did. They no longer offer the consistency they once did, especially where the fries are concerned, you just never know what you're going to get. You can occasionally obtain reasonably priced deal through the app but even those are few and far between. Deals in the app seldom change and most of the time just aren't enticing enough to make it worthwhile.

I do not recommend to ever order anything on the app before you get there. Place items in a cart, go to a speaker and ask them if they have these items first. I do not care if it slows down their business at this point, and I will tell you why. This is what I started doing, because they are quick to charge but when the items I bought are unavailable they DO NOT GIVE YOU a REFUND. Instead, you have to call customer service or email them. They will ask you all kinds of questions and they need a proof of purchase and screenshots (like they can't see it themselves in the system). After multiple emails back and forth they finally give you your few dollar refund.
I realize that people just won't want to do it (too much work for a few dollars), so McDonald's is just pocketing those extra dollars. I would definitely call it a scam. There is no reason why you can't give me a refund right away. I shouldn't have to email or call you. I hope you will be taken to court some day for this, since it's a tricky business and a scam. Oh, and after a refund the manager said that she emailed me some gift cards. It's been a month now and the cards never arrived. Liars and scammers.

I went to Mcdonald's in elwood indiana, I ordered deluxe chicken meals for me and my daughter, the person at drive through put it in as the spicy chicken, me and my daughter do not do spicy, I took a bite before knowing it was spicy and it squirted hot and spicy oil on my face to the left side of my mouth and burnt me, I called to talk to someone, they hung up and then more attempts to call they disconnected, so I drove back over and talked to the manager with my receipt in hand, she made it right, but that doesn't fix the fact my face is burnt!!!!

I have noticed the declining standards at 304 2nd St. NE, Puyallup, WA McDonalds over the past few years, particularly since the onset of COVID-19. As a former employee of this store, I know firsthand that high standards were once a hallmark of its operations, making the current issues all the more disheartening. Recently, my experiences have been far from satisfactory. Drive-thru wait times have become unreasonably long, with no acknowledgment at the speaker for over a minute on multiple occasions. Orders are frequently mishandled, with items left out without any proactive communication or efforts to issue refunds.
A particularly frustrating incident occurred today. I placed a mobile app order well in advance, yet my husband encountered significant challenges while picking it up. Upon arriving at the drive-thru, he waited two minutes at the speaker without acknowledgment before proceeding to the window, where he was instructed to park in a hold space. Despite this, two other cars parked after him received their orders before us. When my husband followed up, he was informed that our order had mistakenly been given to another car. After further waiting, he checked again and discovered it had been handed out incorrectly a second time.
While I understand that mistakes can happen, this repeated lack of communication, accountability, and adherence to basic service standards is unacceptable. It reflects poorly on the store and diminishes the customer experience. This feedback is not about losing a single customer; it's about the absence of the pride and standards that once defined this store. The current state of this store is truly disappointing.

Worst service. Their store operators and staff is not skilled and trained. We asked them give us any chicken option but still they gave us beef option and we ate it. Due to religious belief, beef was prohibited. I complaint store operator, contact center and they promised to inform store people and also offered us free meal. When next time I visited, they didn't gave us meal but that is not big issue but they didn't informed store as well that such huge mistake made by store staff. Hiring temporary workers especially students, not giving them proper training is new style of McDonald. I would prefer any local store but will never go to McDonald.

My debit card was charged twice, I was talking with the manager, a very skinny ** boy. He didn't apologize, and keep saying it is not her mistake, sometimes the machine doesn't show payment, as a customer, I don't care who's mistake. I told him I have to drive for 25 minutes to come and get it reversed to my card. And he just said, that's too bad. Who's paying for the gas and the time I spent to cover your mistake? Stupid!! I stopped going to McDonald's due to the increased prices and hit and miss on food... just not worth it. Use to go with my brother every Wednesday for fish combos at least. Due to high prices I now make a simple lunch at home.. less expensive and better tasting. Got tired of having to make sure meals were hot.. especially fries since they taste awful cold. They got cheap on tartar sauce and adding extra or on the side was an additional 70 cents. When I did order extra on side I usually got it in a small sauce cup... for 70 cents was way overpriced!
Hated when I got the fish hanging a quarter off the bun cause it's hard to move it without it being stuck to bun. Ordering a drop fresh fish was a hit and miss... It's like they think you can't tell the difference between a drop fresh and one that's been sitting awhile. Fountain drinks were a hit and miss on taste.. Sometimes couldn't drink them. The kiosk machines doesn't allow you to ask for variations... I would have to do it at the counter... and usually had to wait awhile until someone came over. I use to order the Big Mac... stopped 'cause the sandwich didn't look like the pictures anymore... What's wrong with putting a little mac sauce on it without the extra charge. Can't think of any good fast food restaurant anymore.. Mostly all going cheaper on quality and service... It's a shame. Sorry McDonald's but you're not that good anymore... just my opinion!

I literally stop going to McDonald's since that the prices are getting way too outrageous for something that is machine operated or made poorly and super quick. Most McDonald's don't even care about kids anymore just a coffee drinkers. Don't even want people dining in their restaurant or some kind of machine is done and you can't even get what you want. Or you even get bad attitude from McDonald's workers. The corporation is really money hungry and can't even give back to their employees or the kids. Just been my opinion of McDonald's for the past 5 maybe 10 years.

I recently placed an online order using the McDonald's app and when I got to the store, the store was insanely overwhelmed. I waited for 20 minutes and heard one customer say he had sat outside waiting in the curb pickup for over 45 minutes before he came inside the store to find out where his order was. He finally got his order, but when I asked where my order was they couldn't find it. I ended up leaving having being charged $25 for food that they couldn't find.
I reported this to McDonald's Corporate (Case Number: **) and after 2 requests from them for more information, my final email from them was "I am sorry for the unprofessional service you received. Please be assured that we want to provide you with an exceptional experience every time you visit us. From your email, it is clear we did not meet your expectations. Again, I am truly sorry we disappointed you. Sincerely Maybelle" Really! I'm sorry, at least have said "Thanks for the $25 donation!" They USED to be a reputable company. Not anymore and I won't support companies like this.

I placed a order on the mobile app and it was Christmas Eve and the app said open and took my money off. But I walked to the McDonald's near me and it was closed. So no food but definitely got my money.

Just paid over 7 dollars for a quarter pounder a la carte at McDonald’s in Elyria OH. That is INSANE! I’m still baffled. McDouble 4.50???? You’re not bulletproof. McDonald’s WILL be affected by these crazy price increases. I can’t wait to see it. I could go eat at a sit down restaurant and get GOOD food for same price now!!!!

Pulled in at 8pm on Christmas Eve. Waited 20 minutes to get to menu board. Waited another 25 minutes at the menu board (not an exaggeration) after being told they would “be right with me”. Told they were “not taking orders at this time” after 45 minutes. Left with a now very tired and hungry little girl. This location specifically needs new management and new staff as neither seem to be able to handle the work.

It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at McDonald’s. I had high expectations, as usual, but everything fell short. The wrap I ordered came out cold, almost as if it had been sitting out for too long or wasn’t properly prepared. The filling lacked the warmth and freshness you’d expect, making it completely unappetizing.
To make things worse, the muffin I ordered was burnt, with an overpowering charred taste that ruined its texture and flavor. It felt like no care had gone into preparing the food, and it was incredibly disappointing. This combination of cold, tasteless food and poorly cooked items left me questioning the quality control and attention to detail at this location.

Went to the McDonald's on Campbell Lane in Bowling Green Ky, ordered a McDouble with light mayo only and cheese. I got a McDouble with added mayo ketchup pickle... Took it back, the manager called me a liar, and made another one. Get back in my car, go down the road, check it, wrong again. Made it the same again. Went back, the manager said, "I know it's right." I watched him make, I said "Apparently not cause you was out here arguing with me over a $3 hamburger..." She was very rude and I will never be back... She needs to be fired!!!

I believe that McDonalds on Markland Ave, Kokomo, IN. has been misleading its customers with its advertising. On the menu behind the counter, it clearly shows a hash brown with various breakfast menus, but on three occasions, it was not given to me. When I took this up with the manager, she said that you have to ask for them. I told her that it is false advertising, pointing out it was depicted in the picture as coming as standard. She turned her back on me and walked away. Upon leaving the store, I took out my phone to get a picture of the menu. A member of staff frantically waved at me, saying I was not allowed to take pictures. I did not see anything posted saying that you could not take pictures, took it, and said 'too late' to her.

Hello I am a daily coffee customer at McDonald’s 2 -3x a day for ten years now. I order their Carmel macchiato iced! And if any other time we're in the mood for food as a family we’ll eat as well. So I head to McDonald’s this morning and find out there espresso machine is been taken away from all stores and they don’t know if they’ll be getting it back!!! WTH. First off my day is ruined. It’s absolutely horrible, you guys have to come up with another idea for this situation. We need our coffees! If your business sells 8 million cups or more a day then what do you think all those customers feel like today!? Please fix the problem ASAP!!! Thank you.

Today I placed a Curbside order with the McDonalds restaurant at 6995 East Riverside Blvd. in Rockford, IL. 61114 at 1:55pm C.S.T. After WAITING OVER 20 MINUTES, I went inside the Restaurant. I HATE that! I showed the Girl at the counter my phone with the MOBILE APP ORDER and the time I placed the order. She went in the back to FINALLY put my order together. I have stopped at a McDonald’s at least once a week or more for app. 2 months. I Filled out many mcdvoice surveys. They DID NOT GIVE ME ONE this time. Earlier this year THIS Location was slow with my Mobile order, BUT NOT THIS BAD! I use the Mobile App to save me TIME! This is Not a location I RECOMMEND!

McDonald’s has gotten lazy with working. No one wants to work on registe,r want to go kiosk. I was at meeker ave Brooklyn. No one smile or welcomes you in. They didn’t give napkins so had to go back to register and wait for two employees to finish their conversation before they handed me napkins.

I went to a McDonald's and ordered 3 hamburger and 3 cheeseburger, 2 small fries, after my order I drove up to pay and the kid working the windows said, "You overwhelmed the restaurant," I was confused by his comment since I was the only car in the drive thru. I had to pull around because my food wasn't ready like normal for this "fast food". When I received my order, I got home, open up my burger and it was old, reheated burger. The bun was hard on all the burgers so we threw away the burgers and only had fries. I loved McDonald's years ago when quality mattered. I am sad to say I will never buy McDonald's again unless something major changes in their corporate decision to sell poor quality food.

McDonalds has implemented KIOSK for in store customers to utilize. While I'm sure they are useful to reduce employee expenses, perhaps McDonalds should take a cue from Chick-fil-A on customer service. After an excruciatingly slow experience with one of the kiosk in the past, I vowed to never use one again. Well, apparently in Evergreen Alabama staffing expects you to order at the kiosk. The four of us and two other customers waited patiently for a bit over fifteen minutes and no one bothered to take an order or direct customers to the kiosk. Wendy's, across the road, happily took our order and promptly delivered our delicious meal. And not a kiosk in site. Thank you Wendy's.

We are at the McDonald’s on Monroe Street in Green Bay, Wisconsin. There is a very kind young man Jarson that works here. He is very professional in his work. The floor under our table was very dirty and he cleaned it up right away. He was very respectful and kind to the children when he was around.

Why would the company allow someone represent the establishment who violates company and federal policy. Allowing someone to serve the public while violating health and safety standards is one thing. Oct. 18/24 Stopped at Glendale drive through in St. Catharines, Ont. Canada today at approx. 6pm. It was not particularly busy. Only 4 cars in the drive through. I order the Big Mac meal. I live not far from the restaurant, the food was still reasonably hot when I got home and my first bit of the Mac told me it was the worst I have ever had. The bun was totally dried out to the point it was hard, even the meat was dry. There was no receipt in the bag but I used my credit card so I have some sort of a receipt. This is not acceptable and tells me that no one at this restaurant is paying attention to what's going on. I did not take the burger back to the restaurant because I had company coming. I have a feeling most of the buns at this place are stale or overheated in the microwave

Visited the location in Nashua on the Daniel Webster highway around 6:30pm on Sunday October 13. We planned to eat there but the restaurant was so disgusting and dirty, trash all over the floor including a broken egg shell… We couldn’t eat there had to take to go because my 9 year old daughter said she was too dirty.

They are scammed. There is no eggs in egg sausage mcmuffin that they do not bother to tell you because of the Hurricane Milton so you have a choose whether to order or not like Wendy does telll me that they do not have eggs and creamer. McDonald's have all the charging outlet bot working. So after my order, I left and put my food in the car and went next door to Wendy where the charging outlet is working.

Recently went to McDonalds and spent $11 on kids happy meal and cheeseburger and med fries. I don't ever go to Mcdonalds but the kid wanted to. Completely disappointed, I laughed at the size of the company's beef patty size. What did they do, slice a patty in half now. That patty was so thin, and the fries lol, so thin and small. This isn't shrinkflation, this is companies taking advantage of customers while using today's issues as an excuse to save money and charge more. 2.50 for a cheeseburger with a very thin patty. Glad I don't go out to eat much. Cant believe people will actually pay to get ripped off. On top of that, mcdonalds food don't even taste that great. Definitely won't be going back again ever. I hope people stop allowing companies to rip them off. Ain't right.
