The day shift manager at the Miami OK store is not very nice. When I called to talk to someone she said she was in charge and her name is Moe. She refused to give her last name and put me on the phone with her boss. I believe her name was Stephanie or something like that once again refused to give a name. When I asked for a phone number to place my concerns she said "you have to go through me for that and I'm not giving you the number". Very unprofessional in my opinion and would rather spend my money elsewhere. Not to mention there was one worker walking to work with her work apron on smoking a cigarette while walking and they just let her wear that same dirty apron to cook everyone's food. Do better you guys.

Tall light skin boy. He worked hard in after hours and served the right orders.

I tried to refund my Big Mac because it had a fish-fil-a patty on it and I wanted a refund but they ignored me and hung up the phone.

The McDonald's in Federal Heights, my large fries were half full, our Sundae were half full and the manager was rude. So now I am paying for half full fries and sundaes.

The staff at the Golf Rd-Arlington Hts location do not understand English & always a constant issue; either with food orders or coupons or attitude. I will never go back to this location.

Horrible experience several times now at the McDonalds in Greeley, CO at 6901 West 10th St. This is the 4th time in a month that I’ve waited over 20 min just to order. The line stands still. Today I arrived at 10:11 to order breakfast. I got up to order at 10:32. I could not order breakfast. Asked for manager. Got excuse of “too many people are ordering food”. Seriously? You want LESS customers? Wish I knew who owned this. They need to hire better managers. Well, you will have 1 less family to deal with after today. Unfortunately, all the McDonalds in Greeley are becoming this way. You’re FAST food, not wait 30 minutes to get your food. It’s sad because the kids really love McDonalds.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered a Big Mac that came to almost $9.00! I live less than 5 minutes away. When I got home it was already cold and mushy. I would give it a zero but not available. I guess a 1 is because my dog liked it. The only thing McDonald's is good for anymore is to buy a bag of Ice or if you have to make an emergency bathroom stop.

Why can’t they get an order correct. No cheese means no cheese! Time and time again we have this same issue. This time at Patterson location at noon.

The new order method with the kiosk never works correctly. It's always broken, out of paper, not accepting credit cards for payment or just offline! This issue is not isolated to one area. EVERYWHERE! I go it's the same. Long lines and no one knows what is going on with your order!

Their Customer Service is deplorable. I had called them on 3.27.26 because the store manager of the store I had a problem with had not called me about the complaint I had made on 3.21.26. Besides leaving me on hold for an extensive period of time on the 27th., the CS employee had asked me about what my complaint had concerned, to describe the store employee, and to provide the store number. I had had enough, at that point and had stated that I should not be asked all those questions, because the complaint had all that information within it.

Went to McDonald’s on Bulverde and 1604. Ordered two McChicken‘s Meal with a Quarter Pounder. Waited 25 minutes outside. Went inside while they were laughing and I asked for my order. Got my order. Got home and it was the wrong order. Never will let go to McDonald’s again.

If I could give this McDonald's a 0 I would! We went through the drive through and both of our sandwiches were messed up. The mcdouble was supposed to be no onion and it didn't have any pickles on it and the big Mac was served on a bun that was black. I mean charcoal black. And McDonald's and their managers think this is okay. Oh we're a billion dollar company, we can serve people whatever and they will come back. No!! It is called CUSTOMER SERVICE for a reason.

$30 order (two burgers, 20 nuggets, 3 fries) receipt says 12:04. I was told to wait in parking spot 1… 8 minutes and 6 cars served later, I go back through the drive-thru to find out what the holdup is and they hand me my food and slam the window shut. I honk my horn and ask why it took so long and nobody brought me my food, the manager said my fries were cooking. I asked if fries take 8 minutes to cook, knowing they take maybe 2-3 minutes. I asked if the 6 cars served while I was waiting had fries, they said no. 6 cars and no fries? I don’t believe that.

Natchitoches Louisiana McDonalds pick your employees right! I came around 3:15 maybe but I decided to go inside to order my food. It was a girl taking orders at the front and it’s another girl or boy I’m not sure but it was a ** girl or boy bagging the food. As she bagging the food and giving it out she was giving it out with an attitude, moping around, making faces then saying she didn’t want to work. If you didn’t wanna work today you could’ve stayed home but let’s go back to Monday. I came up there but I was in drive thru. The same ** stud and it was two other big girls one with glasses and I think the other one had on a black jacket I wanna say and a ponytail. All 3 of them just standing by the window not doing nothing and then had an attitude with me at the window. I came in and got my refund. I don’t do the attitude stuff.

The food needs to be made fresh. They need to stop hiring kids and hire people who care. And listen to your customers...Most of the people that work at McDonald's are hateful. If you don't like your job find a new one.

Just spent over $100 on delivery to not get half the food, then only half a refund. Just despicable. Now I either get to go get all new food for full price, or get a refund in a couple days and make my family something else.

I wonder if Mr Big McDonald ever reads the reviews. I have (nothing) good to say about the way this burger place has turned out... (nothing). Worst off (I Hate...Hate ...Hate) the idiotic pay kiosk, I just (Hate it). On that one basis is why I will never go to the big but now little Golden Arches. Come to think about it, I don't remember seeing arches any longer. I would rather have a Liver Sausage sandwich in the hot desert as to go back to McDonald's.

Went to New Iberia on Center St. Was hoping that the coffee and drink I got would be better than Franklin. I ask for 9 extra cream and 9 extra sugars. More than half the time it’s not right … I'm so tired of spending my money every day on the same stuff and they can’t get it right. Then I ask for packs of sugar and cream because they don't know how to get it right, then they act like they don't want to give it to you….

This is a review for the McDonald’s at mile marker 175 on I-70, heading to St Louis. New Florence, MO. It used to be so clean. We just stopped in, it’s 8:00 a.m. The floors are dirty, napkins on the floor. Tables not wiped off. Never have seen it so dirty. My husband ordered his food and was about to sit at a table, but it was dirty, with crumbs and spills on it, so he said, “It will be safer eating in the truck.” So we left and ate in the truck. Cleanliness is HUGE in a restaurant! Also, it’s the most expensive McDonald’s in all of Mid-Missouri. We stop her because it’s on them to see our son in STL. They could do much better! It used to be clean!!!

2/22/26 8:45 AM I ordered pancake meal with two sausages. Only got one sausage, I ordered large orange juice and it was sour. Call to report my order and no one answered the phone. I made my order online. I would like my money back from order Kz01.

I ordered two MCcrispys plain with pickles and a basket of fries. Was cold and my MCcrispys was delivered with mayonnaise or something on it and my boyfriends MCcrispy had what looked like rotten lettuce on it.

I placed my breakfast order before 10:30am, within the posted breakfast hours, and was still refused service. This wasn’t a misunderstanding with a new employee — it was a manager I was dealing with. When I calmly explained that my order was placed before the cutoff time, the response I kept getting was “yeah, I know,” with no effort to fix the situation or offer any solution.

This use to be a cheap alternative fast food burger joint, now the prices are so outrageously expensive. I don't see the point anymore especially since the quality has significantly decreased. There is no reason a burger should be 15 buck or a hash brown costing 5 bucks. I mean the reviews speak for themselves. Crappy food at a shitty price is never a good business plan.

2/13/2026 around 6 pm, I took my son and his friends to drive through McDonald's located Albany Ave of Atlantic City, New Jersey. When a lady handed me the drink, which is Dr Pepper, all the drinks are poured into my car. The lady didn’t even ask anything not even pass me a paper towel, she then closed the window, few minutes later an another worked gave me the rest of the food, whole things, I didn’t even received an apology, seem like the whole thing not happening. This kind of service from the Fortune 500 company is absolutely unacceptable.

This was the best McDonalds I have ever gone to! The staff was very nice and welcomed me inside. Once they did, they immediately told me the menu! (How crazy is that!?) And then gave me a free peppermint on the way out of the McDonalds. Safe to say this is the best McDonalds, it was clean, it had good staff, and nothing was broken once I first arrived! My review for the McDonald's in Herriman, Utah. I was extremely disappointed. I ordered two small hot chocolates for my children. And asked if there was a possibility to add some milk to cool it down for my kiddos. The cashier was so rude, saying they don't do that there. When I explained to her that they have done it in the past, she just said, "Uh, okay?" And said, "We could add ice," and I said, "That would be perfect. Thank you." But the way that she sounded. So arrogant, so rude. My child even asked, "Why did she talk to you like that, mom?" I told her, "Maybe she's just having a bad day." Then, to find out, we got our hot chocolate. They did not add ice. My five-year-old son burned his mouth. I had no choice but to write this review. If I could give no stars, I would. So so disappointed.

I went to the one on Douglas Ave locator #49. Lady by the name Mandy was amazing. Dealt with some rude kids in a respectful way and still did amazing job with us and our food. Thank you so much do a wonderful job Mandy.

I had a great experience at the McDonald’s at 2680 Roberts Avenue, North Carolina. Yesterday at 10:50 a.m., 1/14/2026. ** was at the counter and remembered I had ordered a sausage biscuit two days earlier. She asked if I wanted one, even though breakfast usually ends at 10:30. I was thrilled to get one at the regular price and another for just a dollar. Staff like this truly deserve recognition. Thanks again to **!

This is a new restaurant in the area so I get it. They will have some glitches! But seriously a large Coke is 1.40 at McDonald’s. That is why I go there! I get a large water and a large Coke or strawberry banana smoothie. They do not have large water in their menus settings so they never give me a large water. I offered to pay for it and they said they couldn’t. It was not in system! So now when I go thru they charge me full price for the water too! & 1.40 + tax for water!

Dirty, Dirty, Dirty and the bathrooms are gross. The cashier was under some kind of drug. Please refer to the pictures I sent. I can't ever come back to this location. It was about 2:00 today. This makes me sad.

On 1/2/26 we waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes and then went inside for our order. After waiting in there for 10 minutes one of the workers came out to the register and said, "We can't help you right now because we are shorthanded." We also heard one worker say, "I'm going outside to have a cigarette." We also notice when we left one worker was also standing outside having a cigarette. I guess smoking is more important than helping customers.

I was in McDonald’s and saw the signs about not getting my correct change back because you have no pennies And you’re not changing your prices to reflect this penny crap!! I call bull you will give me my change back and you will correct your prices because you are STEALING FROM YOUR CUSTOMERS AND MAKING MONEY OFF YOUR STEALING!! This will not be tolerated! Times are too hard on people these days for business owners to be STEALING FROM PEOPLE BY NOT GIVING THEM THEIR CHANGE NO MATTER THE AMOUNT… 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Race St Mcdonald's sucks! Went on New Year's Eve for Door Dash order and waited 20min in the drive-thru. I got a bad review because they only had 2 people working at 10:00 pm. I hate when my order come from there.

At this point they just need close this McDonald's down. They have very poor customer service. The staff will see you in line and never come to the microphone to say anything nor take your order. They are very rude and the food if you ever get any food be cold.

I was in on December 19th 2025 at 6pm with my grandson to play at the play house when I found an employee smoking dope in the bathroom in the playroom area. I would suggest everyone reconsider going to any of the locations managed by Alon management LLC because they are operating at the expense of our children. OP Police were called and did their investigation. Now Alon believes I’m going to just let this go. Not this grandpa. You have messed with the wrong family. Keep an ear open for more in the news. Riverside Dr. McDonald's is terrible. They don't answer drive-thru. They play entirely too much. Always a long wait and food was terrible. Someone need to pop in because I waited a while before I went back to eat there and nothing has changed. It has actually gotten worse.

I stopped in a new McDonald’s. Its address is 28409 IH 10 BOERNE, Tx. 78006. I approached the counter. Don’t like the self service kiosk. Don’t know if I can get my military discount, the lady who helped was polite and very interested in helping me. The service was great, the business was very clean and the employees were enthusiastic and provided great service. I ordered 6 Holiday pies, took a few minutes, was worth the wait for a good tasting hot Holiday pie. As I mentioned at start of review they give a military discount so don’t hesitate to ask for it. I was told they opened on Thanksgiving day and would be open on Christmas Day which I express that should not be open on Christmas Day and the response was they were happy to be open because people need someplace to eat.

My husband and I stopped at McDonald's in Glendale and ordered two McChicken sandwiches thru the drive thru. We pulled over to eat them and when my husband bit into his there was a long blonde hair in his. We went back inside the store to speak to the manager. We told and showed her the sandwich with the hair in it. She said there was nobody with that color hair working there. One blonde haired girl was at drive thru and the other blonde haired girl was at the fry station. The manager insinuated that we put the hair in there. My hair is not long or blonde. The manager gave us our money back. Make sure you check your sandwiches for hairs. This was a very disgusting situation.

I had my present visit the workers treat me as a nuisance for trying to put a order and pay for it at the counter! No other customers at the counter or the drive thru and they started directing somewhere or another, I saw the smile as to say ** that ! My experience of trying to order and pay for a meal, ending up putting my wallet back in my pocket and saying I would go somewhere else to eat! I thought that they were suppose to except orders and cash payments at the register and not insult me for trying to place an order! I will remember this and will pass the word around to the different people I know as to my treatment by the staff!

This last trip to McDonald's seal the deal for me. I will not be returning again. The last visit was absolutely mind-boggling. It took 5 minutes to order a cup of coffee. I was the only customer; it took 2 individuals to place the order due to the fact neither one spoke or comprehended English. How do you have zero employees running a restaurant in the Midwest that speak English? Believe it or not the order ended up being wrong. The size, the creamer, the sugar, and I asked for a spoon 3 times instead of the frail stir stick they give you. No spoon, wrong amounts on cream/sugar, wrong size. Not to mention that the individual on the intercom in the drive-through could not understand myself, as I couldn't understand them. I just can't believe they constantly get the order wrong, they don't speak the language that is spoken her but they want $15 - $20 a hour. They may get it but it won't be from me.
