    The McDonald's in Federal Heights, my large fries were half full, our Sundae were half full and the manager was rude. So now I am paying for half full fries and sundaes.

    Horrible experience several times now at the McDonalds in Greeley, CO at 6901 West 10th St. This is the 4th time in a month that I’ve waited over 20 min just to order. The line stands still. Today I arrived at 10:11 to order breakfast. I got up to order at 10:32. I could not order breakfast. Asked for manager. Got excuse of “too many people are ordering food”. Seriously? You want LESS customers? Wish I knew who owned this. They need to hire better managers. Well, you will have 1 less family to deal with after today. Unfortunately, all the McDonalds in Greeley are becoming this way. You’re FAST food, not wait 30 minutes to get your food. It’s sad because the kids really love McDonalds.

    Absolutely terrible. I ordered a Big Mac that came to almost $9.00! I live less than 5 minutes away. When I got home it was already cold and mushy. I would give it a zero but not available. I guess a 1 is because my dog liked it. The only thing McDonald's is good for anymore is to buy a bag of Ice or if you have to make an emergency bathroom stop.

    The new order method with the kiosk never works correctly. It's always broken, out of paper, not accepting credit cards for payment or just offline! This issue is not isolated to one area. EVERYWHERE! I go it's the same. Long lines and no one knows what is going on with your order!

    Their Customer Service is deplorable. I had called them on 3.27.26 because the store manager of the store I had a problem with had not called me about the complaint I had made on 3.21.26. Besides leaving me on hold for an extensive period of time on the 27th., the CS employee had asked me about what my complaint had concerned, to describe the store employee, and to provide the store number. I had had enough, at that point and had stated that I should not be asked all those questions, because the complaint had all that information within it.

    I had told her further that I wanted it clear that I would NOT be answering any more of her questions and had stated that the purpose of my call was to get the district manager involved, because his or her manager was NOT following up on complaints. She then stated that she had to ask a few more questions, so I had hung up on her. I have no plans of calling Customer Service ever again, I will simply be writing a bad review each time or simply eat elsewhere.

    Went to McDonald’s on Bulverde and 1604. Ordered two McChicken‘s Meal with a Quarter Pounder. Waited 25 minutes outside. Went inside while they were laughing and I asked for my order. Got my order. Got home and it was the wrong order. Never will let go to McDonald’s again.

    If I could give this McDonald's a 0 I would! We went through the drive through and both of our sandwiches were messed up. The mcdouble was supposed to be no onion and it didn't have any pickles on it and the big Mac was served on a bun that was black. I mean charcoal black. And McDonald's and their managers think this is okay. Oh we're a billion dollar company, we can serve people whatever and they will come back. No!! It is called CUSTOMER SERVICE for a reason.

    $30 order (two burgers, 20 nuggets, 3 fries) receipt says 12:04. I was told to wait in parking spot 1… 8 minutes and 6 cars served later, I go back through the drive-thru to find out what the holdup is and they hand me my food and slam the window shut. I honk my horn and ask why it took so long and nobody brought me my food, the manager said my fries were cooking. I asked if fries take 8 minutes to cook, knowing they take maybe 2-3 minutes. I asked if the 6 cars served while I was waiting had fries, they said no. 6 cars and no fries? I don’t believe that.

    The manager said “Do you have your food? Then have a good day,” and again slammed the window shut. I’ve managed a fast food restaurant myself, and have never had a customer waiting more than 4 minutes, let alone treated a customer with such disrespect. McDonald’s needs to be more selective with who they have running their stores because Blondie will cost you more money than she will make I promise you.

    Natchitoches Louisiana McDonalds pick your employees right! I came around 3:15 maybe but I decided to go inside to order my food. It was a girl taking orders at the front and it’s another girl or boy I’m not sure but it was a ** girl or boy bagging the food. As she bagging the food and giving it out she was giving it out with an attitude, moping around, making faces then saying she didn’t want to work. If you didn’t wanna work today you could’ve stayed home but let’s go back to Monday. I came up there but I was in drive thru. The same ** stud and it was two other big girls one with glasses and I think the other one had on a black jacket I wanna say and a ponytail. All 3 of them just standing by the window not doing nothing and then had an attitude with me at the window. I came in and got my refund. I don’t do the attitude stuff.

    Just spent over $100 on delivery to not get half the food, then only half a refund. Just despicable. Now I either get to go get all new food for full price, or get a refund in a couple days and make my family something else.

    I wonder if Mr Big McDonald ever reads the reviews. I have (nothing) good to say about the way this burger place has turned out... (nothing). Worst off (I Hate...Hate ...Hate) the idiotic pay kiosk, I just (Hate it). On that one basis is why I will never go to the big but now little Golden Arches. Come to think about it, I don't remember seeing arches any longer. I would rather have a Liver Sausage sandwich in the hot desert as to go back to McDonald's.

    Went to New Iberia on Center St. Was hoping that the coffee and drink I got would be better than Franklin. I ask for 9 extra cream and 9 extra sugars. More than half the time it’s not right … I'm so tired of spending my money every day on the same stuff and they can’t get it right. Then I ask for packs of sugar and cream because they don't know how to get it right, then they act like they don't want to give it to you….

    The sweet tea lemonade they can’t get that right sometimes. It's a drop of lemonade then when I say something they like, "Oh you got light ice. That’s why.." I'm like, "No. No…." They don't get trained evidently. They’ve been trying to give me a medium sweet tea, lemonade, and an orange juice cup. I’m like, "No. That’s not a medium. That’s a small." I’m so tired of McDonald's. Pathetic. The other day in Franklin I had to go buy sugar and cream 'cause I was in a hurry to go to work just to make my coffee, right. Why should I have to do that then you make a mess in your car trying to get it right.

    This is a review for the McDonald’s at mile marker 175 on I-70, heading to St Louis. New Florence, MO. It used to be so clean. We just stopped in, it’s 8:00 a.m. The floors are dirty, napkins on the floor. Tables not wiped off. Never have seen it so dirty. My husband ordered his food and was about to sit at a table, but it was dirty, with crumbs and spills on it, so he said, “It will be safer eating in the truck.” So we left and ate in the truck. Cleanliness is HUGE in a restaurant! Also, it’s the most expensive McDonald’s in all of Mid-Missouri. We stop her because it’s on them to see our son in STL. They could do much better! It used to be clean!!!

    I ordered two MCcrispys plain with pickles and a basket of fries. Was cold and my MCcrispys was delivered with mayonnaise or something on it and my boyfriends MCcrispy had what looked like rotten lettuce on it.

    I placed my breakfast order before 10:30am, within the posted breakfast hours, and was still refused service. This wasn’t a misunderstanding with a new employee — it was a manager I was dealing with. When I calmly explained that my order was placed before the cutoff time, the response I kept getting was “yeah, I know,” with no effort to fix the situation or offer any solution.

    It’s frustrating enough to have a policy ignored, but it’s even worse when leadership shows zero initiative to make it right. If a manager acknowledges the mistake and still refuses to help, that’s a culture problem, not just a bad moment. Advertised hours should mean something. Customers shouldn’t be dismissed when they follow the rules. Refused to help or refund or offer anything else.

    This use to be a cheap alternative fast food burger joint, now the prices are so outrageously expensive. I don't see the point anymore especially since the quality has significantly decreased. There is no reason a burger should be 15 buck or a hash brown costing 5 bucks. I mean the reviews speak for themselves. Crappy food at a shitty price is never a good business plan.

    2/13/2026 around 6 pm, I took my son and his friends to drive through McDonald's located Albany Ave of Atlantic City, New Jersey. When a lady handed me the drink, which is Dr Pepper, all the drinks are poured into my car. The lady didn’t even ask anything not even pass me a paper towel, she then closed the window, few minutes later an another worked gave me the rest of the food, whole things, I didn’t even received an apology, seem like the whole thing not happening. This kind of service from the Fortune 500 company is absolutely unacceptable.

    This was the best McDonalds I have ever gone to! The staff was very nice and welcomed me inside. Once they did, they immediately told me the menu! (How crazy is that!?) And then gave me a free peppermint on the way out of the McDonalds. Safe to say this is the best McDonalds, it was clean, it had good staff, and nothing was broken once I first arrived!     My review for the McDonald's in Herriman, Utah. I was extremely disappointed. I ordered two small hot chocolates for my children. And asked if there was a possibility to add some milk to cool it down for my kiddos. The cashier was so rude, saying they don't do that there. When I explained to her that they have done it in the past, she just said, "Uh, okay?" And said, "We could add ice," and I said, "That would be perfect. Thank you." But the way that she sounded. So arrogant, so rude. My child even asked, "Why did she talk to you like that, mom?" I told her, "Maybe she's just having a bad day." Then, to find out, we got our hot chocolate. They did not add ice. My five-year-old son burned his mouth. I had no choice but to write this review. If I could give no stars, I would. So so disappointed.

    I had a great experience at the McDonald’s at 2680 Roberts Avenue, North Carolina. Yesterday at 10:50 a.m., 1/14/2026. ** was at the counter and remembered I had ordered a sausage biscuit two days earlier. She asked if I wanted one, even though breakfast usually ends at 10:30.     This is a new restaurant in the area so I get it. They will have some glitches! But seriously a large Coke is 1.40 at McDonald’s. That is why I go there! I get a large water and a large Coke or strawberry banana smoothie. They do not have large water in their menus settings so they never give me a large water. I offered to pay for it and they said they couldn’t. It was not in system! So now when I go thru they charge me full price for the water too! & 1.40 + tax for water!

    It was free last week. Now it is same as large Coke. And when you ask, "Really you are going to charge new full price for water?" a teenager looks at you with a total attitude and says, "Uh ya" and shuts the window! This place is horrible with attitude problems. It is ran by teenagers with no supervision apparently and they have no concepts of what customer service is! Is that not the manager's job to teach them? When you ask a question they never know the answer and they won’t go ask. They just say idk and move on! I know I will not come back here ever.

    On 1/2/26 we waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes and then went inside for our order. After waiting in there for 10 minutes one of the workers came out to the register and said, "We can't help you right now because we are shorthanded." We also heard one worker say, "I'm going outside to have a cigarette." We also notice when we left one worker was also standing outside having a cigarette. I guess smoking is more important than helping customers.
