I went to this McDonald, I ordered 2 medium Mcflurry. When I reached the window, agree the cash exchange, the employee told me that one was put in a larger cup on accident. I said, that it's fine, she commented in a sarcastic tone "I'm sure it is" which was insinuating I am overweight. I felt very angry but I kept my composure and drove away I think some action should be taken. If you are not happy about the career you chose, that gives no reason to take it out on any customer. It was insulting coming from someone who was obese herself.

At 11:30 am on Sunday, 12/19/2010, I went through the drive-thru and ordered a large # 4 and a McChicken sandwich. The total should have been $9.29. I checked my bank statement the next morning and found that I was charged $35.37! When I went back to have this corrected, after an hour of wasting my time, I was told by a manager (Nora) that without the receipt, they will do nothing.

I believe I was food poisoned from the breakfast - it had a bad odor. I ordered an egg McMuffin #1 meal.

The restroom was very dirty and not maintained and the odor of the breakfast should have told me not to eat it! I was vomiting and had upset stomach beginning eight hours after I ate.

I purchased a Sr. coffee at Store #600 and it was "clear" brown water. It had no taste to it even when I used sugar and cream. I was surprised the coffee was so "weak" because I usually get my coffee from that location. There was "no" flavor to the coffee, for what reason, I don't know. It had to be disposed of.

First I want to say, I normally do not have any issues with McDonald's. Unfortunately, this morning, I did. I drove to the Henrietta, NY McDonald's and ordered a sausage and egg sandwich meal and the sandwich was hard as a rock and when I bit into it, there were egg shells in it as well as a long hair. Needless to say, I threw it out. Everything else was fine. Thank you for your time.

I've been trying to find the right contact information for the regional manager of this McDonalds. I've searched the internet and even called the McDonalds corporate office where I was told they couldn't give out that information. Finally I decided to call the McDonalds located at 1420 W. Manchester Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90047. I called and asked for the number to the regional manager’s office. Whichever lady answered the phone gave me a wrong number because when I called another lady answered pretending like I’ve reached the correct office.

You can clearly tell that someone was acting because she didn't answer the phone with the correct greeting. They gave me a cell phone number to another employee that works there. I can tell because when I called I heard the same background. I would like a follow up of the last complaint I filed December 1st, 2010 for this same McDonald's.

I bought a medium sized Double quarter pounder value meal. And I was not happy with the fries I received I have taken a picture of the fries next to my hamburger and compared to the illustrations in the in store advertisements their looks to be about half as many. I counted the chips as I ate them and there was a total of 44 French fries. As I said I have a picture of the fries and they don't come near to the top of the carton.

On Wednesday December 1, 2010, I pulled into the drive to make my for breakfast. Below are problems I had ordering my food:

    (1) The speaker I spoke into the volume was very low. I could not hear the person that I was giving my order to; (2) After stating my order another person asked me for my order; (3) I ordered a large orange juice and a bacon, egg and cheese McGriddle sandwich; (4) They did not have any orange juice or bacon, egg and McGriddle sandwich; (5) I ordered a chicken sandwich with butter; (6) Opened the bag, there was no butter but there were some jelly.

My concern is the food needs to be ordered in a timely fashion. The staff was very nice and professional.

Recently on November 24th, 2010, between 1:00 - 1:30 pm, I placed my order. The person who took the order never asked if my order was complete. When I asked her to add another item to my order, she told me (with an attitude) to come to the next window because she already put it in. When I pulled up to the window, she still had an attitude. The cashier and my cousin exchanged some bad words with each other. The next thing I know the cashier throws the change in my face saying, "Take your change, you stupid **." The right side of my eye was swollen from the change being thrown at me and a couple of my knuckles were sore.

No soap or toilet paper in the entire restaurant. I have never filed a complaint about anything of this nature. But after unsuccessfully obtaining toilet paper and being handed napkins from the cashier because that is all they had and my fiancé had the same shortage in the men's room. Our patience was lost once we discovered neither bathroom had soap.

Please explain to me how these employees are relieving themselves, wiping themselves with McDonald's napkins and washing their hands. Wait, there is no soap and they are serving food to lines of cars around the building.

I'm a regular customer of McDonalds in Eltham High Street ED9 . I have been using this branch for many years as a meeting point before work. The staff have been friendly and there has always been a lovely atmosphere but unfortunately in the last few months that has changed because of a woman you have employed by the name of Kubra. This woman is continuously rude to customers where they have left the building without a purchase and she is always rude to the staff she works with. On Friday, the 19th, she was shouting very loud at one member of staff until the young lady was in tears! I find it very sad that this woman is upsetting your staff and the public and making the restaurant a very unpleasant place to visit.

First, I would like to say how bad the service was and that was terrible. I had called to speak with a manager and the person who answered the phone was Andre. I only was explaining to him that my food was not fresh. I'll be honest, the sandwich was fine but the fries were old because they were hard. With what I was saying to Andre, he had the ugliest attitude. Not once did he say "I'm sorry, I'll make sure your service is better". Nothing. He just argued with me over the phone and told me, "first of all, I don't do call-in orders". Anyway, is that the type of manager you approve of having in your store? He even hung the phone up in my ear without saying a word.

I called back to speak with the store manager and I asked for her name, she said Mrs. Carolyn. I explained to her. Not once did she tell me I talked to him. She only acknowledged that she'll replace my fries. It's not about the food. Something needs to be done about him or I'll take this further. I was very unhappy with his attitude.

I truly have never experienced this kind of service, mistreatment, prejudice and mismanagement before at any McDonald's restaurants I have visited in the past. Under prior management, we have frequent this restaurant since I have two small children. We, including my wife and two children, placed food order and requested two water cups since we don't allow kids to have other type of drinks with their meals. The cashier was very reluctant on giving us the cups and said that we get the drink with the meal. After we placed the order, we had to request for each food item and they had to be reminded for each item. We were the only ones there at that time so the place was not busy at the time of our arrival and clearly was not short staffed because I could see many workers behind the counter along with the store manager who was present during the entire situation.

We reminded them of the water cups for the kids several times but once again was shown reluctance and felt like denial of service once the cashier, who took our order, just left without serving us. I expressed dissatisfaction at the service and requested to speak to the store manager. Upon discussing the service issue with her, she responded, "Did you get your food right?" I told her that I had to ask for each item/s and the service I had experienced was worse. She kept on saying, "you got your food, didn't you?"

So the expression I got from the manager was that she was more concerned about the fact that customers get their food, totally ignoring the issues with time management, quality of service provided, or mistreatment of customers. In addition, the trash at the Kids Play area was over flowing and was all over the floor--total negligence of hygiene. Since it was an unhealthy environment for kids to play, we decided to leave early, and not to return.

She then said what do you want, with a very offensive voice. I waited for a price but she never came back. I pulled forward and waited for nine minutes, but still nothing. I had to pull out to go to work as did others in line.

I stop at McDonald's at least three times a day. I can't donate every time. Her attitude was very bad and it upset me very much.

Upon visiting your location at the Mississauga location this morning , I purchased a breakfast meal with an apple juice. Upon eating the breakfast meal, I realized that the apple juice again was rancid. This is the third apple juice I have purchased that has been rancid from this location and am finally filing a complaint. This is appalling for a chain company to be selling rancid apple juice and continue to sell this product to the consumer.

I spoke with a manager at the store named Marty who removed the apple juice from the counter and proceeded to give back the money without any apology or any compensation. If this were a child there would have been hell to pay as they would not have understood that the apple juice they were drinking was spoiled.

I will be following up with health Canada about this matter and I await your response.

I ordered the parfait. I was told every time that "the lady is not here yet or she just barely got here" and I either didn't get them or I was late for work because I had to wait more than 10 minutes. I didn't know there was a "parfait lady" and it was such a big job to put yogurt and fruit in a plastic cup. On the third trip after waiting and being late, the fruit was totally frozen and I had to wait half hour to eat it! Come on people, get with the program and be a little more professional. It doesn't take a degree to make a parfait!

We went through drive-thru and ordered 5 quarter pounders with cheese and fries. The fries were delicious but the onions were in huge pieces and the burger and cheese was more than 1/2 slid off all our burgers! I went in to complain because they were really sloppy and the server at the counter did not understand English very well and there was such a lack of communication. I couldn't make her understand, so I gave up. I took photos to email you but I could not find an email address and on your "contact" sites, there was no place to add them.

I'm on social security and to even go out for dinner with my grand kids is a real big deal and these burgers gave a whole new meaning to the word 'sloppy'. They were also overcooked. I still have the photos if you tell me how to send them.

I just got out from my night shift, and my husband and I, went for a drive-thru at McDonald's Lahug branch here in Cebu, Philippines around 10:00 am. We also decided to bring our 5-year-old nephew since he was also hungry. We ordered 1 chicken kiddie meal so that my nephew can have a toy, another 1 chicken meal, 1 nugget meal,1 sausage with egg and cheese meal, and 1 other extra sausage burger for myself. I was so hungry so I was excited to eat the chicken most especially.

But it turned out that the chicken I ordered was very dry and hard to chew! In short, it wasn't freshly cooked at all! It seems that it was just heated because by the looks of it, it was already brown in the inside instead of white and juicy! I may not be a great cook but I can distinguish whether the food is fresh or not. I was so disappointed. But I can no longer go back since we were already far from the store where we bought it from and it would be hard for us to make a u-turn. The worst part is that my nephew both got a bony part. It was full of fried flour that made the chicken larger to look at and still dry, not chewy and had an intolerable taste!

October 29, 2010, approximately at 10:36 pm, I went through the McDonald’s Drive Thru at **** and purchased nine items off the dollar menu. The food was cold but that was fine, I could reheat them. When I got home to finish my meal, I saw at the top of my tea something black in the lid. When I took the top off, I discovered a live fly dying with the guts oozing out. The fly was then lodged in the groove of the lid that attaches to the cup. It had been floating in the cup. It was so nasty. I returned to the establishment and complained to the manager but he did not offer to refund my money nor did he make an attempt to apologize for the ruined product. He just looked at the cup and mumbled something indistinct. I asked for a refund and I only received one dollar and ten cents.

I then walked out and returned to get the receipt. When I knocked on the door, an employee ignored me. I knocked again and he motioned with his hand to go through the drive thru. I then explained that I had just came from inside and was trying to retrieve my receipt. He ignored me again. I knocked on the door once more and he proceeded to leave the seat he was in and walked to the back. Another employee that was sweeping the front lobby just looked at me and kept sweeping.

I had to wait for the manager to notice me at the door in order to receive my receipt. I then left the premises and proceeded to go home to file this complaint. I am so dissatisfied with the customer service I received by the manager and employees. The store was filthy. The bathroom was disgusting. There was urine on toilet seats, toilet tissue all on the floor and around the toilets, and the soap dish was broken. I will never eat there again!

I visited the McDonald's restaurant and broke a tooth on a Big Mac. I proceed to tell the supervisor working that evening what had happened and was advised that I was the second person that month to break a tooth there. I have been trying to deal with their insurance company for months and can't believe how a billion dollar company is so cheap in trying to resolve my issue. I completed a root canal and had an infection on my tooth. I was very ill for 4 weeks and no sleep. I was advised by my dentist and a specialist that I needed gum surgery as my tooth broke under the gum line. I am now missing work without pay as I have no vacation or sick days. The settlement that they are offering barely covers the cost of my dental work, not to mention that caps only last 10 years at which time those will be my expenses. I was told that if I was a vegetarian, my crown would last longer. So I should be a vegetarian so that I dont break teeth?

I went thrrough the drive-thru on Saturday morning with my 2 kids. I ordered the egg McMuffin combo and there wasn't any of the Canadian bacon on it and my sons chicken biscuit was cold. I didn't go back because I was in a hurry with family out of town.

Sunday afternoon at 11 o'clock, my husband and I were on our way out of town and went through the drive-thru once again. He ordered a McDouble, coffee, 2 apple pies and my combo. I asked for no cheese on his sandwich. When we got the order, his coffee had no cream and sugar and his sandwich had cheese. I asked the girl in the drive-thru for cream and sugar. She had an attitude so I parked my car and figured I would go in to correct the sandwich and deal with someone with a nicer disposition. The girl behind the counter asked me what was wrong and I told her. She then told the cook in the back and he had an attitude and snatched the sandwich.

When the manager asked the problem, the girl explained to her what was wrong and she had an attitude and looked at me, rolled her eyes and walked to the back. My husband was in the restroom. When I got the order corrected, we met back at the car and I gave him his sandwich. He said he wasn't eating it because the restroom was nasty and smelled terrible and if they don't take care of the restroom that the public can see, he could only imagine what the kitchen looked like that we couldn't see.

Needless to say, we spent money to not eat and get treated terrible on top of that.

Today at 11AM, I went to McDonald's for a quick lunch while I was out running errands. I ordered a fillet of fish meal with a large strawberry shake instead of a drink. I also ordered my daughter a hamburger happy meal with apple dippers and chocolate milk. After I arrived home and looked at my receipt, I noticed that it was entirely wrong. It listed the following: no sauce, 1 ham/ad happy meal, 1 fillet of fish, 1 medium choco shake and 1 choco milk. So being annoyed that my receipt was wrong already, I sat down at the table with my daughter and opened our meals up. Not only was what I ordered not what was on the receipt, but what was on the receipt wasn't what we received!

First of all, my large strawberry shake which was listed as a medium chocolate? Well, it was a medium vanilla. Second of all, my daughter's happy meal came with French fries when I ordered apple dippers, they were ice cold as was her burger and they forgot her toy. I threw out her meal and made her something else. $4 down the drain. My order was the fish fillet and it had so much tartar sauce on it that it was all over the inside of the box, the top of the hamburger bun and everywhere else. I had to scrape the sandwich to eat it. When I attempted to try my fries, they were freezing, soggy and disgusting. I threw them out as well.

In the end, I paid $9.00 for a shake I didn't want and food we couldn't eat. When I went to complain about it, I was informed that I should file a complaint with the company and yet, as I'm looking around, there is no way to do that. I should also mention that the woman at the drive-thru was lifting up her shirt as I pulled around to pay for my food. She laughed and said, "Oh sorry sweetheart, it gets hot in here". As if I cared about her body temperature and not the fact that I could see her body as she was raising her shirt. Absolutely disgusting. Something needs to be done about this.

I visited this McDonald's on October 23, 2010. I had just come from the hardware store and from the rental company in the same vicinity. I had not planned to visit McDonald's; however, I had my place in disarray due to stripping and waxing the floors. In the meantime, my children were at home and could use the stove to prepare breakfast; well I decided to go through the drive-thru around 9:40am. I got to the window to pay at approximately 10:07am. By the time I got to the pick-up window a man that does the maintenance told me to move forward due to him having to fix a machine.

There was a car ahead of me that had been asked to do the same. Someone came out and presented the first vehicle with their food. I was left sitting. I looked out of my rear view mirror and noticed a woman in the car behind me being handed soft drinks and a bag. The customer opened the bag and looked at the food and handed it back to the employee in the window. I immediately got out of my vehicle and walked up to the drive-through and informed the employee (Ms. **), "I don't want that food that you gave that lady. I saw her digging in the bag and she handed it back to you. "Ms. **, immediately said; "You didn't have to come up here like that!" I then told her that I had been asked to pull up and I was forgotten. Ms. ** said; "I wasn't going to send that food out, I was going to have them remake the food!"

It was now close to 10:30am and breakfast was going to be over with. I requested my money back and went to my vehicle. I waited another ten minutes and finally an employee by the name of Twanda ** came out with money in hand ($7.90). She asked me; "How did you pay for this food?" I said; "Credit card, but your restaurant always transact it as a debit." Twanda asked for the receipt. I wasn't going to give it to her because I wanted the receipt as proof that this transaction had occurred. She stood with money in hand and refused to give me my money. I held my hand out of the window and asked her more than five times to give me my money. She commented, "I know you?" I got distracted and said I don't know you and I'm not from here. She refused and went back into the store. I had now been at the McDonald's more than forty-five minutes. I had all of this work to do; I looked a mess and didn't want to go into the store. I looked on my receipt and called the store. A young man answered and I told him that I was outside and this employee refused to give me my money.

The employee Twanda hollered, "She won't take it!" However, I told the young man look out the window I have my hand out the window and she won't give me my money. I even said to her, "Would you give me my money." Twanda said, "You won't take it!" And she continued to hold my money in her hand. I called the Carbondale Police and was told that I had to call the non-emergency number and that I was on a 911 line. I told the Police that I would have called the non-emergency but I didn't know the number. I told her that an employee had come outside and had refused to give me my money. I was so angry that I was crying. I knew that my day had been shot and that I wasn't going to get the floor stripped and my kids hadn't eaten. While I was on the line speaking the McDonald's employee came out again and she said here's your money and I said "I'm on the line with the Police." Twanda holler, "Well we'll wait until the Police get here! She went back into the store again. Twanda came out again and started playing the game again, "Here's your money."

In the meantime, the office from the Carbondale Police is asking me if I see the Police coming, Twanda is listening comments; "I see them." When the officers came she lied and told them that I refused to take my money and gave the officer's the money and I was given the money by the officers. By this time, Ms. ** the manager came out and her and Twanda went over in a huddle with one of the officers. I was requesting that a report be filed and I was told that there had been no criminal activity; however, CAT notes would be written. The next thing I know the one office that was rude started asking me for my date of birth and name as though he was trying to run a report on me. Twanda was writing on a paper. I asked what is that, you told me you weren't going to take a report, what is she writing. Twanda had been instructed to write a BAN Order for me which would forbid me from coming to that particular McDonald's. I was upset. The police told me that any business can write a BAN Order.

I respected that right; however, to BAN customer after an employee was trying to illicit a confrontation or a physical altercation was "Stranger than fiction." Her behavior was not addressed by the manager. In the meantime, I told the manager that I had asked a young man to look out of the window and see me ask for the money. Twanda gets this young man by the name of Nate. Nate came out look scared and only said "Mam I only know what you said." He never acknowledged that I had told him to look out of the window. It has been twenty-four hours since the incident; however, I thought to myself..."That young man Nate had no idea that he had an opportunity to stand for integrity and he failed. The manager showed at that moment how she as well as Twanda had failed this young man by getting him in a conflict that they were part of and were trying to make me a scapegoat. At one point she Ms. ** claimed she would rip up the BAN Order if I didn't take the matter any further; however, proceeded in the restaurant to give the police a copy. I have a copy of this paper.

I went home after I visited the Sergeant at the Carbondale Police Station. Sgt. ** informed me that Twanda and Ms. ** told the police that I frequented the restaurant often and cause problems; however, these problems were not told to me and furthermore they didn't say this to me; they were in a huddle with another officer and said this. I got and contacted (Short Enterprises) the franchise office and the Supervisor, Mr. ** contacted me immediately. He informed me that he had received several calls that morning and had another to return after he finished my call. Apparently, a CO2 machine malfunction and no drinks could be dispensed in the store. Mr. ** said; "One customer said it was total chaos!"

In the meantime, I'm outside not aware of this chaos and endure a taunting by a crew trainer. I told him that I don't care about the Ban. It wasn't justified and I admitted that I had complaints on this particular restaurant in the past; however, I don't frequent it due to cleanliness issues and some of the ignorance with the ** managers. He justified Twanda by saying she probably was afraid because there had been issues with debit card transactions and it would cause the drawers to be short. Mr. Ackers further blamed me for not giving her my credit card. Twanda never asked for it.

If it was so important she should have requested it in front of the police; however, she finally decided to give them my money to give to me. Mr. Ackers said he would get a police report; however, never addressed this employees behavior. Mr. Ackers told me that there were two side to every story and still didn't address the actions of these two employees. Perhaps it was due to other people calling. I also realized that Twanda knows me because she is related to people in the area that sell drugs and has in the past been with these individuals when my property was being torn up and I was being bullied due to my calling the local police and reporting them to management.

Because of this familiarity she harassed me at the restaurant and reported a lie to the Police to get me banned. Her name is on the ban order. I wasn't able to do anything the rest of the day and still need to finish stripping and waxing my floor. Short's Enterprises should look into this Ban policy and to Ban a customer due to previous complaints is an absurdity and it is more serious when a person uses issues on the outside of their job and does such an egregious. What's next: If a customer complains about a old hamburger will they be banned? I wonder if Mr. ** banned the customers that contacted him. According to him there was chaos in the store and I have never created chaos or a disturbance. I only would complain about an order not being right. Nevertheless, if it necessitated me being banned. My question is why didn't I get banned when my complaint was about the service or the food? I get banned when this woman wants to play with my money?

Stopped at 5:30 PM on Oct 10, 2010 to eat and used bathrooms in Dalton, Georgia at McDonalds next to I-75. Men's bathroom was filthy dirty with used paper towels piled on top of waste container over three feet high. No towels left to use. Dirty diaper in commode enclosure. Floor filthy dirty. According to my wife the women's room was in a similar condition.

The front counter had dried catsup on it and both the floor and windows in the main dining area were dirty and obviously had not been mopped or cleaned in a long time. When the female shift manager was notified, she did not seem too concerned and had not even gone to check bathrooms by the time we left (although we only got coffee and did not order any food due to the unsanitary conditions). Conditions were so bad, I considered notifying the health department.

When I called McGeorgia the next day which is the Georgia regional office to complain, I got transferred five times to different voice mails as none of them answered their telephone.

I finally left a voice mail complaint and as of three days later, never got a reply. I now have filed a complaint with the McDonald's national headquarters and am waiting a response. McDonald's used to be noted for their professionalism and clean restaurants, but unfortunately it appears that is no longer the case as I have seen other McDonald's that were almost as bad. However, this one takes the prize for filth.

At 6:45 this morning, I stopped to get breakfast and my usual unsweet tea. I did not even put the straw into the cup until I was at my office at work. I drank on the tea until about 10:30 and it was getting watery, so I decided to put some lemon juice in it. I took off the lid and stuck to the inside of the cup is a dead fly! This is the most disgusting thing I have ever been by a restaurant. I have been drinking from this cup all morning!

I immediately call the store, a Hispanic male answers and I ask for the manager. He tells the manager there is a call, after about 5 minutes of the phone laying down. I hear him again tell the manager, "There is someone on the phone who wants to complain to you." This is the response that I heard word for word (as I wrote it down). "Tell them to shut up, we don't have time to hear nobody complain" After a couple more minutes of the manager not answering, I hang up and called the local owner's office. I spoke to Monica, advised the situation and what I had overheard.

Around 1:00, I received a call from the manager Connie apologizing for my inconvenience and stated if I brought back the tea, they would give me my $1 back or another tea. I advised I most definitely do not want another tea! I stopped by after work today about 4:50, spoke to Yasha and advised her of the situation. She gave me an envelope which contained $1.10 and a coupon for a free value meal.

I honestly cannot believe after the disgusting thing that happened, this is all this place has to offer! I am totally outraged. This is an absolute lack of customer service on behalf of the McDonald's #7755 and also on behalf of the owner's office located in Clinton, TN.

This franchise has problems. This is the 3rd time out of 3 visits that there have been problems providing regular menu items. Quality of food is never the same. Quality of service is always questionable. It's really sad when you go to a hamburger place and give the simplest order for hamburgers and can't get them without being pulled over to the side and made to wait. McDonald’s needs to screen franchise owners more thoroughly. What's going on with this store? Just taking money for a franchise is hurting the McDonald's reputation. I called the telephone number that was given to me at the store, but no one returned my call. Here's my story for this visit:

11:55 AM, 10/9/2010: Two cars in drive through. One in front of me was told to pull over for food. I was told to pull over for food. I asked for money back and they immediately gave me food. I sampled the food in drive through. It was cold. I went inside. No customers were in line and no cars in the drive through. I asked for a manager. He said "sorry" and gave all kinds of excuses for lack of service including his "goals". I thought giving me a hamburger was his goal. I don't care what he wants in the future. My goal was to get a hamburger today. I asked him how many people were behind the counter. He said 11. I said 11 people and no hamburgers? I feel sorry for anyone trying to get a hamburger here at 12:05. This is a shame. It’s a good location and could be a good place to eat.

A recent experience made me not want to eat at this location ever again. I have experienced bad service before but never to this extent. I went to this location, ordered my food and had to wait because I did not want any salt on my fries. I then took my food home and not only noticed the salt on my fries, but noticed that an open container of honey mustard spilled all over my fries and the boxes of my hamburgers. There was honey mustard all over my food as if someone opened it and shook it over my food! I called the manager and she was rude to me. This is one example of why I rarely eat at fast food joints because of the quality of their food and service. I should have kept my 12 bucks in my pocket.

On 10/4/2010, at approximately 2:25 to 3:00 pm, I went to McDonald's on Dennison Ave. in Birmingham, Alabama. Prior to purchase of my food, I went to the ladies restroom and there was another customer in there prior to me and she stated that there was no tissue. Therefore, we both left out of the restroom to get napkins from the dinning area but I stopped to tell management that there was no tissue in toilet. So she said okay upon my return to bathroom and the other customer as well. Prior to my going in the restroom a McDonald's employee went in before me.

While we were in there since, she was next in line. I told her there was no tissue, whereas, subsequently thereafter, the employee, in aloud harassing, provocative, intimidating voice, asserted: "I am off the clock. I am next in line and it looks like you are going to just get in front of me and take over. I guess I need to go and find her another bathroom to use." She said it very rudely. What she didn't know is that another McDonald's employee was standing in the door and witnessed her behavior. I was almost provoked and if it had not been for this other employee telling me she would handle it, I don't no what would have taken place.

When I say she was way off the chain, I am not joking. She took me off guard with her attitude. I went to the front to talk to manager on duty; the employee that witnessed the incident assisted me and referred me to the store managers on duty. They both asked me what happened and I explained that they really need to do something about her attitude. They said they would address the young lady the next day. The young lady was sitting in the dinning room, but while I was discussing with managers she left before they talked to her.

The managers were very nice and the other employee that witnessed this behavior. I was offered a free meal on my next visit. I am not interested in a few meals but I am interested in customers being treated right and tissue being kept in the toilets. Apparently, the store was out of tissue because they brought napkins to toilet room. You are McDonald’s and there is a Family Dollar and a Dollar General next door: how hard is it to purchase form one of these stored? I perceived this to be harassment, false accusation and abusive hostile environment. This was public humiliation and embarrassment.

As with many of these complaints, we are regular customers at McDonalds. I have four children and they like the food. Well every single time I go there, I never receive all the food ordered. Now, when we are pretty far away before it's usually noticed. Example: my youngest always orders chicken nuggets with BBQ sauce. At every McDonalds I’ve been to, have never received sauce that was asked for. The other day we went through the drive thru and had an order. As before, we got up the road and didn't get our Oreo flurry. Now, I had paid for this.

Through the years, McDonalds has made quite a bit of money off of us. I'm about to take action on paying for a product that was not received. They are ripping me off. And like I said it's not just one, everyone that I’ve been to has ripped us off one way or another. (This is another example) Driving up the road away from McDonalds and have 6 drinks with no straws! Imagine that. I had to waste my gas money to go back to McDonalds for straws. And when you complain they act like "what's the big deal". I want action on this franchise.

I have to start by saying this is the first time I have ever complained about McDonalds. I am very disappointed and I will tell you why. I went to your establishment on September 25, 2010 at approximately 1:07 and proceeded to order A filet meal and another filet and 4 Mc Doubles. I request at the time of the order that I get the filets freshly made due to the fact they tend to be rubbery from sitting in the bins. So this is how I placed my order I said "I want the number 11 freshly cooked with extra cheese and extra sauce, and another one just like it but just the sandwich and 4 Mcdoubles.

I paid for my order which came to $14.50. And in less than a minute from the time I placed my order my food was ready, but there is a problem if I had said freshly cooked there would be no way for my food to be ready, only because this is the way I order my filet o fish sandwiches all the time and it tend to take about 5 minutes for them just to cook the filet. So I asked them to please make me 2 different ones because I opened them and the fish of course was cold in the middle and rubbery on the outside. So they remade the sandwiches, so everything should be fine right.

Not so fast they recooked it alright but they either did one of two things they redropped the filets in the grease or they heated it up in the microwave to make it hotter, in any case though it was or is the worst tasting sandwich I have ever had from McDonalds and I would think for 10.00 for just the 2 sandwiches and paying that kind of money I could at least get a sandwich worth eating.

I just hope that this is an everyday occurrence at this particular restaurant because if it is and could definitely tell you I will never eat at this one and maybe any at all. I find it very appalling that I give you my business and you take advantage of this by serving me food that not even would my dog eat.

I am very disappointed to know that this is the kind of product someone gets for choosing their establishment. I guess it tells me that I should be very wary about where I choose to purchase and eat my food from now on. I appreciate that fact you offer this site for individuals to speak I wish it was that I was raving about your food instead of complaining. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Hello! I am writing to inform you of an experience I recently had at McDonalds .I pulled up to the drive thru at approximately 11:15 PM, I then had attempted to place my order and after each item was ordered the order taker would say, "Ok". Is that it 4 items were ordered total .Mind you, that it was very upsetting that I had been cut off many times trying to place my order. I then proceeded to the cashier window and to my surprise the cashier was talking to a co- worker and laughing the whole transaction. I pulled forward to the pick up window for my food and beverage, and I was faced with a store manager and the co-worker from the back that had been conversing to the cashier.

That co-worker took his shirt off in front of me and all I could see was his arm pit hair. Yes, very disturbing to me. What made it worse was that the manager was okay with it. I should not have to be faced with this at an eating place. Happened at 11:15 PM on Sept.15, 2010. I decided to give this McDonalds a second chance on Sept.17at 3:28 PM. I ordered 7 items 2 small french fries, 1 10 piece nuggets and, 4 McDoubles ( 1 plain 1 no cheese and 2 regular)

.The cashier was asked by me very politely if I could please have my fries with out salt. Wow! She replied they are already ready and have salt on them. I said please no salt and she asked the manager and she turned to me and said they are already salted. At this point, I was very upset and asked please no salt on my fries. How is that not possible? She then replied, "Okay, we will do them but you are going to have to wait a long time." I said, "Sure, no problem."

I received the McDoubles and all of them were made regular, how disappointing. I returned them and the manager asked, "What happened?" I told her and she gave me my McDoubles, how I had ordered them. So, here I am again at the same McDonalds on Sept 18, at 1:00 pm and said to my self what more could happen, LOL. I had ordered a 20 piece nugget and 13 McDoubles and took it to go, it was my son's birthday party food.

Well, all went great till the last 10 piece nugget was raw, yes raw. I had talked to the store manager Brandon regarding my first two visits and was entitled to come back for 2 value meals any day. He is a wonderful Manager. So, the nugget incident I spoke with a manager named Beatrice, she said to come in any time and get a 10 piece nugget .

I went in on Sept. 20, to get the food that we were told we could order and a manager helped us and her name was Jessica. I believe very rude and tried to say we need to pay for the nuggets, how upsetting. Well, we finally were given our food and went to restroom to find boogers on wall and trash all over floor and dirty sink. Please don't let this go on, you may lose some great customers to that store. I have 4 children and we all love McDonalds but sadly we have to drive to another location. The 3rd time we order there, we got 2 extra burgers with no onions and we only received one and paid for two. But the one we did receive had onions on it. The manager asked if we could wait a few more minutes so she could have them make another one. I told her not to worry because it wasn't the first time and we were getting used to it by now. Every time we went, we were the only ones there, so our order should not have been messed up. Where I work, we receive at least 400 calls a night for orders and we very rarely have people call back because their orders are messed up. There are some problems in your store and I suggest you deal with them before I go to the police and papers and blow this way out of proportion. I know I sound like I’m mad. I am. But I will protect my family by any means possible.

The facts are my girl started a job to help and is now involved with an employee that sells drugs in the store and Michelle knows this and hangs out at her home with them. She’s an adult and some of these people are 18 years old and 21 years old. She broke up two good families by playing like a child in your store.

The counter person could not understand what she wanted and called the manager-in-charge over. Of course, the manager couldn't answer the question either. Unfortunately, that excitement has been short lived. The play land is great. I love the fact that adults can walk into the big toy and not have to climb through a tube to rescue a scared or crying child. The musical instruments are great as well. However, the background music in the play land is so loud I cannot hear the musical sounds of the children's instruments. I can't hear a child crying in the play land. The only thing I hear is my brain saying, "Get me out of here so I can take some Tylenol!" Additionally, the music choice is totally inappropriate for the audience, it is much more appropriate for teenagers. I am confused as to why the music in the main area of the restaurant is several decibels lower than the kid's area. I'm not exactly sure why the kid's area needs music at all. Do people go to McDonald's to eat and visit or to listen to music? For me a happy meal is a quiet meal!

Last Sunday, when we were there for breakfast, I told my husband I was going to ask management about the volume. My husband said, "Don't bother; they will just say it is controlled by corporate." Ridiculous, I thought. Today we went to McDonald’s for lunch, again the music was blaring! The person who took my order was wearing a badge that said "Store Manager." Perfect, I thought. I asked, "Why is the music so loud in the kids play land, can't it be turned down?" He looked at me and smiled and I am not joking, he said, "It's the community standard." Are you kidding me? The community has a standard for how loud the music in a play land should be? Where is that standard defined? Have you surveyed parents in the community? Because if you did, I sure didn't get asked. He then told me he would call my name when my food was ready. I told him I wouldn't be able to hear him because I would be in the play land. Again, he just smiled. I would smile too but my auditory nerves are in spasm.

I went back to the table and told my husband I had asked about the music and the response. My husband laughed and said, "What did you expect?" What did I expect? I expected someone to say, "I'll turn the music down," or, "I will survey parents and see if the consensus is the music is too loud." No, instead I got an apathetic, underpowered response. "It's not my fault, it's corporate." I assume somewhere in Illinois there is a safe and in that safe there is a volume controller for all the play lands in the world. I am asking ever so nicely if you could ask Ronald McDonald or whoever is holding the remote to turn the music down! Even better, while Ronald has the remote in his hand, change it to a child friendly station or turn it off. While I understand that the volume of music at my local McDonald’s certainly does not compare to real problems in the world such as cancer, global warming, double digit unemployment, the war in Afghanistan and a tanking economy, it appears to have about the same chances of any foreseeable resolution.

I sat, eat my meal, but I had no more money to buy a drink. So I went up and asked for a cup of water. The cashier refused. However, another patron came in and sat down next to me. His hand was making a petting movement and that's what drew my attention to him. I screamed and nearly fell onto my fiance who was entering right behind me.I turned and walked out of the store very upset and frightened.

This is a dining room and there is no need for reptiles to be there or for people to think they will see one. This was a very large snake that the man had with him and I'm sure he could of stayed outside. Dogs and Cats, nor birds or gerbils are allowed in eating establishments. Why should snakes be allowed? This totally ruined my whole day. I sit now and can still see this reptile and I feel just terrible knowing how close I actually came to it.

I was in the McDonald’s restaurant on highway 210 in Benson, North Carolina on Tuesday evening at/around 7:45 p.m. I happen to be on the phone while I was waiting for my order to be filled. At that time a manager, I believe named Victor, was coming around the counter. When the cashier asked Victor for a discount for an employee that was placing an order, he turned to the employee and rudely and loudly said, "Quit being stupid, ask me for that when I am back here behind the counter. Don’t be such an idiot.” I, along with 3 other customers, all looked at each other with disbelief. He spoke loud enough that the man on the phone with me heard him also.

Then no more than 5 minutes later, he rudely spoke to an employee female that had asked for a cup on her break when he told her, "Don’t be lazy. Come back here and get it." This type of behavior made me and other customers uncomfortable. I felt that was rude to the employees and the customers as well. I feel that I can not go into this restaurant feeling comfortable no longer when this manager is on. Being that this is the only McDonald’s around, I guess I will not be eating at that establishment no longer. I feel the manager should definitely be reprimanded and I should be compensated along with the two employees and anyone else involved with this situation. I have spoken with the 2 employees and they say this man treats them like this daily. This is not the first time I have witnessed this. It is now gone too far for my liking and the employees are fearful of job loss if they say anything. So I am the voice for them as well for now. I hope we can resolve this matter before legal action needs to be taken. Please feel free to contact me via e-mail or cell at anytime.

The crew member was very polite and I didn't have any complaints what-so-ever. I was shocked, I thought I would offer some compliments, and I asked the crew member if I could speak to a manager.

The manager comes up to me and says, "What? " But with the tone as if I were a piece of scum. I told her that her employee was polite and that I was very impressed with the store and the manager said, "Yep and I suppose you want something for free, don't you? " Rather than just taking the compliment, she basically attacked me for no reason as if I had complained. I mean, I worked at a McDonald's for a few years and I know you hear the negative more often than the positive but when you hear the positive, shouldn't you, I don't know, be grateful rather than an a***e?

I work at McDonald's. Today, I was verbally abused by a customer because she had to wait in the drive-thru line for 15 minutes. I would be mad, too, but it wasn't my fault because it was very busy and no one was helping me bag the orders. She made me cry because I felt so horrible. It's the management's fault, not mine. But of course I was blamed because I was the one at the window. All you people complaining have no right unless you've worked at a McDonald's and have seen what goes on behind the scenes. In doing so, my husband notice one of the staff at that window licking her fingers, as if she was eating something, we ignored it. We then were given the bags of food that we ordered and waited a while for our drinks. I looked for a buzzer to buzz, but there was none, so I tapped on the window and it opened.

The employees were standing there, so I apologized that for the window opening and I asked for my drinks. I was told rudely that the drinks are coming and the window was closed abruptly in my face. I opened the window again and expressed to the female employee that I did not appreciate her being rude to me and that she need to learn good customer service etiquette which is probably the reason why she is working at McDonald's. She in return closed the window again and I overheard her telling her colleague, "That's why customers have to get their food spit in." I got up out of my vehicle and took the food inside. I asked the cashier to see the manager on duty, and in minutes the manager came and I had told her what had happened and asked for a refund on my food.

While standing on the inside, the employee was still talking, so an argument ensued between her and I. The manager did not do anything about her derogatory remarks against me and the security officer made it seem like I was the bad person. Just last week, a customer complained about her order (she was very appropriate) and the employee really got rude with her. I mean really rude. The customer asked for her name and that really set her off. I am a professional and work with the court system, probation, etc. and they do not want clients working at McDonald's because of the known drug use among the employees. I'm certain that if someone went in and did random UAs, you would be shocked; but not the managers or not the owner.

Compare it to the two Burger Kings where the owners are there all the time and monitoring what goes on, a drastic difference. This is not just idle gossip or I'm guessing. Do you have some good workers? Yes. But the other ones make going here really undesirable. Of course, McDonald's will always have customers, so I guess they don't care if they lose some. I went into work and noticed that the second cup as well had plastic in it. I called to let them know and she was very ignorant saying, "I'm sure you want another drink". I didn't end up going back.

The next morning, when I got home, I called to the "How was your last visit?" number. They said they would take care of it. 2 days later, I got 2 free coupons for a small frappe. The envelope was addressed to me, but the letter inside was for someone else. I called corporate and they said someone would be contacting me within 24-48 hours. Still waiting, 5 days later. I never complain when I get crappy food from there that is cold. But some plastic in a cup small enough to swallow is another thing. I hope I get some sort of response.

The Store number is 19492. To start with, I felt like I was outside. There were so many flies buzzing around and dead flies on the window seal. Over half of the tables were dirty and I saw guests cleaning their own table to sit down. The floor that the employees walk on behind the counter had fries and napkins all over it. The floor I walked on was just as bad. Trash cans overfilled. My food was not hot nor was it warm. The one in charge said, "well, it's fast food. What do you expect?". This was after 2:00PM.

Every time I go to this Mcdonald's after 11:00 pm, they never have milkshakes and I'm always told the same story, that the machine is broken. Also, the fries

they serve after 11:00 pm seem to get dipped back in the grease to make them hot, but they are so bad I end up putting them in the trash.

The problem is that this is a 24-hour restaurant and the food just sits there till someone comes to buy it. I guess I am not the lucky one to get fresh food each time I visit there. You would think if it is on the menu, that you would be able to buy it and also it would be fresh if they have it, don't believe what you see on TV. Also if you have a dollar, you can buy something off the dollar menu but they never say on TV you need to pay for taxed. If I could have that changed, I would, because all the people watch TV and it says if you have $1 you can get an item off the dollar menu. But they don't say to bring the extra tax money also.

    "Greetings,

I just returned from your Dry Ridge, Kentucky location that advertises that it is open 24 hours, and yet I came home with nothing. I guess your employees do not want to work because they were obviously there and before I left five or six more pulled up. Yet with all those people on the premises no one could operate the drive-thru? I work a third shift and I do not like not being able to sleep on the weekends. Being ignored is even more irritating. Was waiting in line and placed my order. Every other McDonalds I go to, gives you your cup for your drink while you wait. They refused but everybody else that was waiting had a drink. I don't think they liked the way I looked. When I asked for a complaint card they refused to give me one. So I asked for corporates phone number, again they refused. I asked the manager Penny for the number and that I could find it myself. She stated that she didn't give a ** what I done that corporate would tell me the same thing.

Every other Mcdonalds I have ever been in, gives you your cup while you wait. Also I don't appreciate the manager treating me with such disrespect. She should not be a manager in my eyes. You should treat your customers with respect. All I wanted was my cup so I could have something to drink while I waited on my food. I did not come into your establishment to be disrespected and treated like **. I will never step foot in this Mcdonalds again. If it is policy that the customer is always wrong this is a bad policy and I will tell everybody I know how badly I was treated over a ten cent cup that I had already paid for.

Maybe she is right, maybe you all won't do anything about it but this is bad business. While I standing there waiting on my food, there was three other customers she done the same way. I asked for there names and they would not give them to me. The name I listed come off the receipt. This happened at store number 28790 on July 02, 2010 at 17:00hrs order # 333.

He just said "that's the way they are, and then I said no these are not acceptable", so he took the fries to the back and then proceeded to give me the same fries back again. I said, "what is this?", they are the same.

He just shrugged his shoulders and said again "that's the way they are." I said, "I have never had them this way, they look hard and crispy" and then he turned away from me and began to walk away in the back, and the manager (female) that was there just stood there and said nothing. So before I drove off, I said "whatever" nice service.

I phoned that store when I got home and not only where the fries horrible, but the meat patty was over salted. The server just seemed like he didn't give a crap whether I had good service or not or had concerns at all. I am not happy about the way I was treated or the food. The manager wanted to know if I wanted free fries but I'm not about to go back to the location after just coming from there, just for fries.

She should have asked me that when I was at the window. Not trying to be difficult, but that was really not acceptable service especially when I'm a single mom and work very hard for the $10.00 that I had spent that day like everyone else in this world. I think you should get your money's worth, and be treated fairly as I know your company is big on family and pride. Thank you for reading my complaint.

I purchased a McDouble, double cheeseburger, and medium fry totaling $4.31. I gave the clerk a $10 bill and a penny, he gave me 70 cents in change. I told him I gave him a $10 bill and he said I didn't. A few minutes later he pulled out a fresh $5 bill that had not been folded and said that is what I gave him. I had my $10 bill folded several times in my coin purse and that was the only bill I had, the rest was change. I asked him to count his drawer, he told his co-worker he guessed he had to count it, instead he went to the back and came back and said he reviewed the camera and that it was a $5 bill I gave him. I requested to see that camera footage because I was sure I gave him a $10 bill. He said he couldn't let me see it, he appeared to text someone on his cell and said it was his boss and he would let me know when his boss got back to him.

I sat in the store for quite a while and I kept checking with him, his co-worker. After about an hour came over and said they finally counted the drawer and it was right. We all make mistakes and if this was mine I will be accepting it but I should have the right to see that camera footage to know it was my error, although I still believe at this point it was not. I have tried to call the phone number on the receipt, which is hard to read. I have left 3-4 messages for a plea of response to the manager of the store there and no one has responded to my call. If I was in error I would be the first to apologize for any inconvenience. If I am not in error I expect to get my additional $5 in change back.

This clerk is always rude, guess he doesn't like people ordering off the dollar menu. I don't know, but I just want a manager, not shift manager to recheck things and perhaps allow me to see the tape also if indeed it does show it was only $5. Again, I know we all occasionally make mistakes and I will admit a very slim possibility that I was the one with the mistake, but I truly believe I gave him a $10 bill. I hope that I will get a response from someone to show in good faith that this matter is being double-checked by a company who cares about their customers, and not that they feel they are so big that the customer doesn't matter. Thank your for your time.

Since we had bad storms in the area and we have been without electricity for two days, I decided to visit the local McDonald's for a nice cup of coffee and maybe a little breakfast. We left the house in ample time to get breakfast and for me to make it on time to work. I ordered a bacon/egg McGriddle "without cheese". This was also confirmed on the sales receipt the employee handed me after paying $4.44. At the second window, I was handed my coffee and then my food order and told to have a great day. I pulled forward slightly and opened the bag then sandwich wrapping only to find it contained cheese.

After parking the car, I went inside where I waited over 15 minutes until a blue-shirted person (assistant manager) asked if I had a problem. Showing her my order, she went to the back to fix it (screaming out what she needed as she entered the inner sanctum). A few minutes later, she returned and told me that they no longer had any "folded" eggs but wondered if I wanted scrambled instead. I told her I wanted what I originally ordered and for time to go backwards since now I was late for work. The assistant manager kept asking what she could do for me but never told me what she would do for my inconvenience. She seem annoyed that I wouldn't tell her what I wanted yet she couldn't give me what I asked for.

As I left (without a refund) she yelled, "forget it, she doesn't want nothing". At this time I returned to the counter and asked for a name and number to complain about the service. The assistant manager asked again what I wanted but still did not try to make the wrong right. She wrote down the exact phone number which was on the printed receipt and nothing further. A letter will be sent to the owners and hopefully corporate retail operations.

We were asked to wait in a waiting bay for over 5 minutes to receive old stale/cold food and 2 extremely hot coffees without there lids place on correctly. Both my husband and myself were scolded by these, due to their irresponsible and negligent service. Customers shouldn't be waiting so long at 6:30 in the morning when no other cars are around.

And then to receive cold/stale food after the wait is ridiculous. I don't mind waiting for hot food, but not cold. We were both okay, other than having to go home and change and clean the inside of my new car due to the coffees being over filled and lids not on. But this could have resulted in a serious injury and the manager needs to be held responsible, and change his attitude to his service. He was the one that delivered the coffees to us in the waiting bay, he should have noticed the safety hazard. I don't want to cause any dramas, I just want to make sure this issue does not happen again. Respect customers and serve them safely, and supply decent food, is all I ask!

McDonald's sells side salads on their dollar menu now. On three separate occasions, I have purchased the side salad(s) to only find that once I get home, the salad(s) should not have been sold to me because the time and/or date had already expired when they sold me the salad. I called each time and was told "We will put your name on the book. The next time you come through, tell them your name is on the book."

The last incident took place on June 14, 2010, Monday night. I purchased two side salads from the drive-through. I even told them when ordering to check the salads because there had been issues previously. Sure enough, when I got home, one of the salads should not have been sold to me. The time on the one salad was used by 4:15pm; I did not get off work until 9:21 pm.

I called once again and told my name would be on the book. Last night, I returned to McDonald's to get my salad from Monday night. This salad did not have a sticker on it at all. I believe the salad was beyond the date and/or time; therefore, they removed the sticker. I did not eat the salad. I threw it in the garbage. The manager told me "Things are starting to look suspicious with you continuously being on the book for salads!"

I am highly upset. First of all, I did nothing wrong. McDonald's continue to sell food that should not be sold, and you accuse me of stealing dollar side salads. McDonald's may be a giant in the industry, but I will go up against them. Wrong is wrong. What if I had gotten sick (food poisoned)? The first thing McDonald's would have said is it was not their food that made me sick. If this has happened to me, I am sure they continue to sell bad food.

This evening at 8 pm, my younger sisters and I decided to visit this McDonald's because it has a convenient drive-thru. We were the only customers in the drive-thru when we arrived, and we placed our order for 3 Big Mac sandwiches, 3 medium fries, 1 20-piece Chicken Nuggets, and 3 Ranch Sauces. When we arrived home and sat down to eat, two of us bit into our sandwiches and realized that there was nothing in between the top bun and the middle bun--no beef patty, no lettuce, no sauce, no nothing. When we looked at the next sandwich, we realized it too was missing everything between the top and middle bun.

If this had happened on 1 sandwich, that's one thing. But for it to happen on all 3 sandwiches, it's just not right. I'm unemployed, so eating out is a huge treat for us, even if it is just McDonald's. And this leaves a really bad taste in my mouth, and I can't say I'll be treating my self to McDonald's anymore. I spent over $20.00 on this meal, and it was certainly not what we ordered. For the sandwiches that we ordered, we could have just ordered cheeseburgers off the Dollar menu instead of paying for 3 Big Mac sandwiches.

The restroom at this particular McDonald’s is a consistent problem and someone needs to address it, especially when the employee's are not likely using soap either before handling the food. This goes to all McDonald’s on the Westside of City of Madera. The problem is that they could never get the order right! Every single time we drive thru or walk-in and order our food we're always correcting them. Could it be that these employees are not getting enough proper training? Doesn't seem like it. And on a separate case, I love to order desserts like choc cookies. Every time I order it, they always say they don't have any and they don't put an effort to make some but other cities (Fresno) were always kind to make some with no problem. I keep telling them if it's on the menu, you need to have them ready at all times! Correct?! Why is this so difficult to do? Are kids these days getting so lazy? I just want to have these managers contacted about this and to make sure they have their food items available when ordered. Thanks for your time.

On May 17, I walked to the cashier at McDonald's located in Wal-Mart. I said, "Good Morning, how are you?" She never said a word. Then I said it again, "Hi, good morning," but to no avail. Kasey, the cashier's name, was rude and definitely not customer service-oriented. I finally gave her my order. She never said a word to me. The assistant manager, Jesus, was right next to her and seemed to condone this behavior. I asked him if he approved of how she dealt with me, and he said he would say good morning for her. Totally unacceptable!

Then he brought the manager, Francisco **, over; and I explained everything to him. Then all of a sudden, we all heard her say "** you" to me. I asked the manager if he had heard what she said, and he confirmed it and said yes. I said I wanted her fired on the spot. He did not reprimand her at all and continued to work as a cashier. I kept complaining to the manager that something should be done, and all of a sudden, she spoke again and said "** enough already." It's no big dealt.

I then asked for the store manager, Xavier **. He was not there, but I spoke to him on the phone. He said he would take care of it tomorrow and give me a call and tell me the outcome. I asked why he could not come now. He said he would not and he would call me back. This is coming from a person who should have integrity and live by his word! It's been 2 days, and I have yet to receive a call from anyone from McDonald's.

I'm a 28-year USAF veteran with a bronze star for valor, and by the way, I'm also 100% disabled/handicapped veteran who deserves a response or at least respect! I defended our country for 28 years and served in Iraq seven times, to come back and be treated like this. All this happened for one yogurt! This McDonald's only cares about greed and making money than doing the right thing for a disabled veteran.

They think it's OK for a high schooler to treat customers in that fashion. I have over 37 injuries that occurred while serving in the AF, making me totally disabled--PTSD, fused neck and back, a pacemaker, shot 7 times in war, just to name a few things. This incident cause me to slip into a deep depression, and in my opinion, I lost any advancement I was making to help me move forward in my life. They mentally abused me, which in my case is more damaging and long-lasting.

The whole staff should be fired! I defended my country just to be treated like dirt! Also, I felt discrimination against me; the cashier was white, and I'm a 50-year-old Hispanic man who just wanted a yogurt.

I was asked if I wanted some special coffee and when I said, "No thank you," some person started talking on the speaker that obviously knew no English. I think that McDonald's is hiring illegal immigrants. They spoke some English but not as well as they did when they asked me if I wanted some special coffee. They suddenly couldn't speak English when I was making my order. What is that? Is McDonald's hiring illegal immigrants? Or is that a recording? I don't think that's fair. They changed their water charging as long as somebody comes in with their own cup. Thanks to the letter that I sent in. They need to get rid of that recording. Even the lady that took my order complained about that.

No mention of cheese at anytime. I pulled out of drive thru and off the side opened wrappers to find two loaded cheese burgers. I went inside and told the manager that if they were not able to get me what I ordered, to give me a refund. It appears, the manager felt they could not do it right so he gave me a refund. I wasted 18 minutes in drive thru alone with only 2 vehicles in front of me for what? Nothing. Maybe McDonald's should change their name to McDummies. Diesel fuel $3.15 a gallon waiting there, as well as hungry and not getting a correct order, then nothing at all, was frustrating and angered me causing blood pressure to rise. The cashier told me "We don't take copied coupons". I explained to her it was an internet printed coupon directly from McDonald's. She then got the manager on duty. The manager told me the same thing. I then explained to her that it was not a "copy", and that it was a coupon printed directly from the San Diego McDonalds McCafe website. She kept insisting that it was a "copy", and told me "it’s considered fraud to use copied coupons". I then told her to feel free to verify the coupon. She then called on across the counter and "waved" the coupon to 4 employees sitting at a table (presumably on their break), and one of them shook her head and made a pretty rude smirk about it. After that she bluntly told me "we are not going to accept a copied coupon".

It was pretty embarrassing to be accused of fraud in front of other customers and employees, and I left the restaurant pretty mortified. I would understand other reasons as if they told me they are not a participant of that coupon, etc. etc. but to be accused of an actual "crime" is not good customer service. It seems that this manager is pretty ignorant when it comes to promotions, but regardless that gives her absolutely no right to accuse me of fraud.

That was two weeks ago. McDonald’s continues to mislead the public that they offer this product. They do not care at this location, and they will never take this sign down. Last week, I ordered the "usual" BM with an order of fries. I thought the total was a little high so I looked at the receipt. They charged me 60 cents for the extra sauce! $.60 for an extra squirt of sauce? I called the franchise owner's office that was on the receipt. They politely told me that there is an extra charge for anything "extra" added to the sandwich!

I didn't get much of a response from McDonalds Corp, just the usual "We'll look into it" email. I went to a different McD restaurant to see if they did the same. I bought two Mac Wraps, no onion, extra sauce and two fries. They charged 98 cents ($.49 each wrap)! This seems to be a bit high to me for an extra squirt of sauce, and what, no discount for the no onions? Also, there is nothing on the menu that mentions anything about an extra charge for adding anything to a sandwich! I generally grab fastfood 3 to 4 times per week. I guess Burger King, Jack in the Box, Carl's, etc. will be getting my dollars. Maybe I'll give McDonald's a try in a year or two and see if they pull their heads out.

I went to this McDonald's over the lunch hour via the drive-through. I placed an order for one chocolate milkshake. I went to the window and paid for the milkshake. After waiting approx. 5-6 minutes, a McDonald employee came to the window and informed me that the chocolate milkshake maker wasn't working and would I like a different kind of milkshake. I informed her that I would not and that I would just take my money back and be on my way.

She left the window, and after about another two minutes, a different woman came to the window, did some things with the register, then printed out a small register receipt, gave it to me and told me to sign it and put down my phone number before they would refund my money. I told the lady, politely, "No thanks, I just want my money back. " She became insistent almost immediately, telling me she couldn't give me my money back until I signed the slip and gave them my phone number.

At this point, I told her absolutely not, that I did not have to give them personal information to get my money back. She dug her heels in and said I had to do it, that this was their policy. I told her this was not Communist China, and that I wasn't going to give her my name and phone number to get my money back for a product they advertised for sale, but then were unable to supply to me. I told her that if she didn't give me my money back, I was going to call the police. At some point, in all this I scribbled an illegible name and phone number on the slip and again asked for my money. She told me to pull around and come inside. (I felt bad for the people behind me because they had to wait in line a good 8-9 minutes because of this.)

I pulled around and went inside. Now this employee had a "superior" of some sort with her. The "superior" told me also it was their policy. The first employee chimed in that if this was Walmart, I would have to do the same. I told her this wasn't Walmart, that I had not purchased an item and then returned it, and that at Walmart, I've never had to supply my phone number to return something. Again, I wasn't returning anything, I never received the product in the first place! I asked the first employee, since she was becoming increasingly defiant and uppity, why they wanted my phone number. She stumbled a little and then said, "Well, because we would want to call you and see how you are". What? I told her I didn't want them to call me and that I wanted my money back.

At this point, the "superior" employee told the first employee "Why don't you just give her the money back", at which point the first employee stood there, gripping the $2.25, clearly not wanting to "give in". Finally, hesitantly and clearly annoyed, she extended her tightly clenched hand maybe an inch more in my direction, not really offering the money back to me but still thinking about what else she could do to "win" this battle that was so important to her. At that point, I took the money from her grasp and walked out. The "superior" employee extended a "have a nice day" as I exited.

Actually this has happened in all of the McDonald's Restaurants I have been to (at least 4 different locations here in Central FL). I really have a beef with McDonald's and the cash register girl/guy handling money and then turning around to handle food too! This is so nasty! Why don't you have certain ones only take orders and check out customers, so there is no cross contamination associated with handling of money then handling food/cups/ice cream cones? Being a nurse, I know just how unsanitary this is.

Just think of all of the places the money has been: the floor, peoples hand's, people's pockets who have not washed their hands after using the restroom. This is a vicious cycle of germs. Also, please put paper towels back in the restrooms so people have the privilege of washing their hands and then have a paper towel to pull the door open with when leaving. In the past, I have turned around and walked out the door because of these issues. But I guess you, McDonald's, have plenty of customers that you don't have to worry with satisfying people's real complaints. The cashier should never handle money and food too unless she/he can wash their hands in between and that would take too long to do. Please handle this matter!

When I finally got to the register, a customer standing next to me asked me if I was on line and when I said yes, he accused me of jumping in front of him when all I did was be on the right side of the counter in front of the right register at the right time.

We got into it a little bit, but then we both started offering the other person, the next place in line trying to be nice to each other. When the cashier finally spoke, he said instead of "y'all" standing there, arguing can one of "y'all" place your order? Well of course, I had to tell him that the confusion was his fault because the lines at the counter were unorganized and they should have the customers waiting patiently in an organized fashion and not all over the place.

Well of course, he started arguing with me until the customer that I was arguing with left and I left behind him. I told the person at the register he just lost 2 customers. He then said to me, 'so go on then' and walked away. When I asked for a manager, the other person behind the counter told me that was the manager. I just could not believe that. When I looked in the bag and saw that the order was wrong, I tossed it back on the drive-thru shelf. This is when your assistant manager came over and informed me that he would not serve me because I was being rude. I asked for his business card and he refused to give me one. After waiting for another 5 minutes, I got the refund and was told that if I ever throw food at an employee again, he would call the police.

When I informed him I did not throw food at anyone, he informed me that he would rewind the surveillance tape for his manager. I would like to see this tape in the presence of the store manager and he can point out where I threw the food. After asking again for his name and a phone number, he bulked at giving me one. You made me wait, you got the order wrong, you refused me service, you accuse me of throwing food which, clearly the tape will show the food being tossed on the counter and threatened with having the police called. I was at the McDonald's in Hollywood by the Chinese Theatre on March 5th around the hours of seven thirty in the evening. The food was good and the cashier was friendly and helpful. In spite of this, what was unpleasant and what I consider both a bad and ridiculous policy is their rule that you can stay for only 30 minutes (who knows, the sign on the wall just asked for us to leave before thirty minutes), which gives the security officer power to boot anyone out whom he pleases after thirty minutes is up. Even though he lets his friend, he is palling around with stay there longer than this (I walked back almost 90 minutes later and the guy was still there in his quiet corner, maybe he is a law enforcement, but I doubt this since he is too young, too small and not dressed for the occasion, i.e., in a uniform. I highly doubt he is undercover).

I believe that even though this policy is written on a placard on the wall, it cannot actually be legally enforced (there was no code stating so) because if it was legal, it would have listed the code that states so, unless it is a private property sort of thing. I just have the security guy make it appear that it can be and use his strong will to make it so. Plus, I believe this rule was created to not only drive out the homeless from the store that panhandle in the area, but to also prevent them from camping in the store. It might be nice for some of us who do not want to have to deal with being approached by aggressive panhandlers, but I was there acting all "student-ly" using my laptop to gather information online via my wireless, not the restaurant's WiFi connection.

First off, there were still plenty of seats for the new guests who were arriving. Second, it had been raining outside and was still raining well when I was booted. Third, the security guy hovered over my left shoulder after I did not immediately leave. So I asked him if he was going to do that the whole time until I left and he did not say anything. I then stated I did not want to have to touch him to get to my backpack that was in the chair next to him since he was standing too close in order to do that without at least a brush up. Fourth, he allowed this other guy to stay there over the thirty minute allotment. I stated I would be filing a complaint and they both thought it was hilarious. So fifth, he acted nice and professional at times, but finally his true colors came out. He then talked to the customers to them to try and convince them that he was right. He also emailed someone on his PDA.

What is troubling about this is a snide remark I heard both he and his "friend" in black state that could have been directed at myself prior to this whole incident. What is most troubling was what appeared to be people following n=me around after this incident, even though I was behaving like a decent and good citizen. I figured this out by backtracking in elevators and streets and seeing these same people try to backtrack as well. I figured that he was communicating with someone and once I sensed something was up, I tested it and was able to confirm my suspicions. So McDonald's needs to seriously think about what they want with this rule or perhaps I should say, whomever this location is franchised to if it does not belong to the corporation per se.

This was over two months of going there, making trips from Rapid City to Omaha. This is by far the rudest and most unenjoyable to take a family.

My second concern is the way the managers treat their employees, it is no wonder that the personnel at that location are less than pleasant. Cecilia (Assistant Manager) who was left in charge, while the manager (Rob) was out of town, has been going out of her way to harass employees. One in particular is Kelli C. Cecilia has given Kelli extra lists of tasks to complete, cutting her hours, lying and being verbally rude and abusive. Kelli has been a dedicated McDonalds’ employee for the last five years.

Kelli has just graduated from massage therapy school, and is starting her own business. This is done while maintaining her employment with McDonalds, but this is being made more difficult when the Manager (Rob) and the Assistant Manager (Cecilia) have both been heard saying negative comments about Kelli and her staring a second career. Kelli is to be admired, she raises three daughters by herself, she now has two jobs which is almost a necessity in this economy anymore, but instead, she is being harassed, and being made to feel very uncomfortable to try and make her quit. This is unacceptable.

Several months ago, Kelli was promoted, and accepted the additional responsibility, this included a pay raise. Kelli has seen the paperwork for her raise, but has never seen the money in her check. This is no way to run a company (franchise). Kelli has done nothing to promote this kind of behavior from her managers, except trying to make a better place for herself and family. New management should be put in place at this store, because it is obvious that they clearly do not know how to handle people or the business.

I ordered scramble egg and sausage from either platter breakfast. Alecea was taking my order and said to give her the name. There are only two platters and I said give me big or deluxe, but either way all I want are the egg and sausage. No pan cakes, nothing else. Confused, she told me to look up the name on menu.

At that point customer in back got in my face, telling and insisting her order be taken instead since, according to her, I needed to figure out what I wanted. When I told her she would have to wait her turn, she told me she was going to beat my (expletive), called me a skinny (expletive), grabbed my food and threw it across the restaurant. The manager, named Judeth, watched it all as did Alecea. They did nothing as I asked for them to call police. The lady and her son continued to harass me. Again, manager not Alecia did nothing. I left freaked out and on nervous edge. Food not enjoyed, to say the least. I could have been stabbed and no one at McDonald’s would have done a thing.

I went to get a chicken nugget happy meal, with chocolate milk for my son. This was the only thing I was ordering and according to the sign, it should be $3.59 before tax. On the sign at the drive-thru, the options for a drink on the happy meals is milk, chocolate milk, apple juice or soda. When I got my receipt, it showed that the subtotal was $3.79, 20 cents more expensive that what was on the sign. I brought this to the attention of the person working the window and she got the manager. I told the manager that I was overcharged and she looked at my receipt and said, "You only got overcharged 3 or 4 cents." My response, "If you could do math you would see I was overcharged 20 cents." The manager's rebuttal, "The sign says prices may vary." I then told her she should change the sign.

She then walked off with my receipt, gave the receipt to the girl working the window. She came over, gave me my receipt and walked away. I was so mad that when I got home, I went onto McDonald's website and called to complain. A day or so later, I got a phone call from the owner (Phyllis G). She wanted to address the issue of me being overcharged and fed me the same line as the manager, "It clearly states on the sign that prices may vary." I had to inform her of how rudely I was treated and for that, she said I would be receiving something in the mail.

I got a coupon for a free medium mocha. I would have been happy with either a reimbursement of my 20 cents or given something along the lines of a happy meal, not coffee. I don't go to McDonalds for myself. I feel insulted by this. I have bought many happy meals from this location and never once thought that I might be getting over charged. I am mad that they think it is okay to overcharge because their sign says, "prices may vary." I have definitely spread the word not to go to that McDonalds.

Having no time to sit down for lunch and having little time between my flights, I went to the McDonald's at Terminal 7 LAX and ordered a fillet-o-fish meal. In general, the meal includes a fish sandwich, French fries, and a small soft drink. But I was charged for a meal and a drink. If a meal in other McDonald's includes a soda drink, the McDonald's at Terminal 7 LAX should not charge its customers for a separate drink, unless it is not a soda drink or a larger drink. I believe the McDonald's at Terminal 7 LAX has mis-advertised its food and taken advantage of its customers. I called the restaurant later and talked to someone by the name "Jennifer S.," who claimed that she was the manager of the store. She said the meal included a drink but they charged the drink separately because customers might want different kind of drinks. I told her that I did not ask for any different type or size of drink, but I was charged for a mid-size drink.

I was unable to finish the drink and threw away the rest of the soda. The server did not ask me what size of the drink I would like to have. She gave me the size she wanted to sell to me. The point is, if a meal in another location means a fish sandwich, French fries and a soda drink but it means only a fish sandwich and French fries without a drink at McDonald's at Terminal 7 LAX, I believe the McDonald's has deceived its customers. If the term "meal" means something different within the same business, they should not use the same term. McDonald's should have consistent terms for all of its products worldwide. Otherwise, they are taking advantages of their customers by playing word games, which is not only mis-advertising but also has overcharged their consumers against their will. McDonald's at Terminal 7 LAX has mis-advertised their products, overcharged their customers and violated the consumers' rights.

After about 10 minutes, we were beginning to become concerned that our order of coffee would be cold before we received it. In addition, there were other customers behind us patiently waiting. Having a lane divider in the drive through kept us pinned in the lane with little options. We kindly give a quick beep of the horn to make the McDonald's employee aware that there was a growing line.

We waited for an additional 10 minutes while the people in the vehicle in front of us began to show aggressions toward my wife and I. The situation was terrifying. At one point, the passenger in the vehicle got out of the car as if they were going to attack us! With recent news of people being robbed and even shot at various business establishments, my wife and I were absolutely terrified of what the car full of aggressive ** threatening to become violent would do.

After waiting an extensive 20 minutes for the single vehicle to receive their order and spoke briefly to the manager who looked out of the drive thru window at us with a condescending gesture. My wife and I proceeded forward to receive our coffee. We were told that their espresso machine is broken and they could only make one of our orders. I suggested they bring large orders out and she responded with "whatever!"

If I wanted mocha, I would have ordered one. Take it back and make it caramel. So she did and asked me to pull up and she would bring it to me. So I did. It took her 15 minutes to make the other one. Then when she came out with it she had another girl give it to me with a message for her. She told me this is the 3rd window, pointing at it with a hateful attitude. First of all this girl didn't ask me to pull to another window, then she know she messed up on my order and was gonna try to pass it out anyways. I will never go to Huntington McDonald’s again. On Saturday, December 5, 2009 I was seated in the back of the restaurant. It was around 9am and it was slow...only about 3 customers in various booths. I was meeting a business associate , we had planned a meeting, grabbing a quick breakfast & purchasing some gift certificates. I was approached by a female Africian American cashier and rudely told "YOU MUST LEAVE THE RESTAURANT NOW" Shocked and mortified, I questioned her why I was being asked to leave. It was at that time that the Shift manager, a femaile Hispanic, repeated what the cashier had said. I then stated that I had been a customer at that restraunt since the week it opened & that the owner had witnessed me in his restaurant on a weekly basis. In fact, according to my accountant, I spent $547.29 at that same establishment in 2008. The Shift Manager said that it was the owner who had instructed them to remove me from the premises. Bewildered & embarrassed I told them I would leave quitely. After apologizing profusly to my business associate, we ate our breakfast, had our meeing and purchased our gift certificates at Chick Filla. As the manager of that fine establlishement greeted us & refilled our drinks, I told him of my experience just minutes eariler at the McDonalds. His repsonse was... i went to the east orange mc donalds about 10am on 12/5/09. i waited in line. when i got to register for girl to take my order, which is a large coffee that i purchase everymorning, and evening before i go to night job. At least 3 years, this is a daily practice. most of the time the morning staff will see me coming in, and have my coffee ready, with cream and sugar as i like. sometimes at night the same staff that is there during day already know i want a large coffee. Anyway, i'm at the register when cashier asked me what i wanted. i put 2 dollars in front of her and said my usual. large coffee-1.92. she said medium or large, i said large. the day manager was serving a customer right next to cashier. the cashier got an attitude, called me a punk and an old ass, then threw my money on counter and said she is noy gonna serve me. now i'm getting angry, so i ask the manager right next to cashier that won't serve me, aren't you gonna say anything to her. the manager never looked up, or answered me and totally ignored me. i asked several times, no response. the cashier was cursing and threatening me, so by now i'm just as mad. i now ask the manager 3 times for the number to file a complaint against her, and cashier. first she gave me wrong number with too many numbers, and i said i want the real number. it was a 201 number, but not mc donalds. so now i'm saying to manager, you see me everyday twice a day, what's the problem. then i asked her why would she let her employee, treat a customer which was me, curse, refuse to serve me, and still continue with threats. i told her she should have been repremanded her. finally the manager told the girl to go into back. now i'm upset, and manager starts being nasty, so i responded to her. first of all, i asked her why no complaint number was listed anywhere in store, no response by her. i then said what is wrong with you, being manager and not saying anything to her employee. no responce by her. next thing i know, she said she is calling east orange police, i said good, i will wait for them outside, and also call them. i spoke to dispatcher at station, who told me i can come and file a complaint mon-fri. now here come the police, 2 cars, and i said good, i have your dispatcher on phone now. we ended our call, so i could talk to police a little, before they went inside to talk to them. now im standing in lobby, watching police talking to both employee and manager, so i opened the door to make sure they didn't lie. by now theres about 4 employees, then police took them out of my sight and hearing range. im still in lobby with door open. cops started walking towards me, when i heard some black girl on 3rd register say she is nasty like that everyday. first of all, i don't know her, never asked her to serve me, and shouldn't have said anything. obviously it was a entire different staff, maybe cause the weekend. the only one i knew was manager. as i said earlier, everyday on way to work, about 8am i stop and get coffee. all the staff know how i like it, or it's done when i come in. and i do same thing at 10pm on way to night job, for past 3 years. all that staff yesterday, but the manager and cashier who would'nt serve me, i really never saw before. moving on, after remark by cashier saying i'm nasty like this all the time is a lie. ask any day staff, i guess not the ones on wknd, i have never been nasty. bottom line i came there daily twice and spent my money for years, i should not have been treated or talked to disrespectfully by cashier period, especially when manager was right next to us. cops came back out, we walked outside, then told me manager said i can't come here anymore. fine, no biggie. it was convenient cause i work at hospital up street. I then asked police how can she do that, and why did you talk to 4 people which only 2 were involved without me hearing, and me getting chance to fully explain my side. they said they did here me. no not all, before they walked away from me and went inside. i have no idea what staff said or lied about. even told police manager gave me a bogus phone number twice to file complaint. then i said your dispatcher just told me to come in monday to file a complaint. The big black cop said no that's wrong info, then the little white cop who was very nasty, told me go look up on internet. i just got in my car and left. bottom line there's 2 more mc donalds, 1 in orange, and 1 in newark not far away, so i will just go there. which i shouldn't, but i'm not gonna stand for anybody threatening me, cursing at me, calling me names and nothing is said or done by manager, after being loyal customer for years.

Then my brother had asked for Mayonnaise and they told him they did not have mayonnaise so my brother thought that was silly, so he asked for the manager. The ass hole that faced him claimed to be the franchise owner. My brother had a discussion with him but did not get what he asked for. That same ass hole was standing watching us closely as if we are going to steal something. Then my granddaughter wanted butter, so I went up to him and said "I want butter and I know this time you have some" He answered you say "please" then I said "No" then he said, "your not getting it go sit down and I said "no, I am not sitting down just because you said so, I am not your kid that you have tell me what to do". I paid for my food and I want what I asked for". He said "if your mother taught you good manner you will not be acting the way you are". And of course this went on at the end he did not give me the butter. Then my grandson reminded me of his orange juice, once again I went to the ass hole that is still watching us. He stated that his not giving me my orange juice did not even bother to look at the receipt. I said I paid for it and I want it. He said not until I said "PLEASE". So I took the orange juice that was supposed to be for the customer which the customer felt sorry for me. Another customer told him that he should not have what he did and told her "none of her business". Obviously this ass hole has a psychological problem. He humiliated me. I have heard that McDonald have good and strict customer service training and before you can be one of the franchise owner, one has to go through schooling of some sort. Obviously this one got away and did not do well on whatever training you provided. Something has to be done to this supposedly or claiming to be Franchise owner. I could have had a heart attach yesterday I was hyperventilating. Other customer was just calming me down and telling me to breath. I could have taken legal action to this McDonald. Please handle. I am still having a nervous breakdown as I'm typing this. I was humiliated from other customer and my grandkids. I don't think you would have let this go if this would have happened to you. I immediately noticed that my drink had ice in it & I said to the girl that this is supposed to be without ice. I handed her back the drink. She gave me a dirty look & said, "This is supposed to be without ice?" I then said, "Yes." She turned to some lady next to her & said with frustration, "He said this is supposed to be without ice." The lady said something back to her while looking out the window at me. The girl then opened the window back up & said, "Could you move your car forward & we'll bring your drink out to you?" I then told her, "No. I will wait here for my drink." She then gave me another dirty look, then partially closed the window and said, "He's holding up my line." Someone who looked like a shift leader came to her & she tells him something. He came to the window & said, "Sir could you pull your car up and I will bring you your drink?" I then said, "I'll wait right here." He said, "But I have to walk all the way over there to get your drink." I said, "OK, I'll wait." He rolled his eyes, then closed the window, went & got my drink, handed it to the girl and she gave it to me with the lid insecure & she said w/sarcasm, "Have a nice day sir!" I said thanks, secured my lid & left. All that because of their mistake. Really, you can have a full discussion with 2 people about ice in a drink, but you couldn't just go pour the drink out and fill it without ice? This was one of my worst experiences at a McDonald's because the solution was so simple. Yet, they instead want to treat me like I'm an inconvenience after they take my money. Bad business. I will definitely not go to this McDonald's again and I advise anyone reading this to not go either. If they treat me this bad over something so small, imagine what will happen if you add an apple pie to your order!

The invoice reflected a charge of $.25 for a small cup of water. I looked on the menu boards; there was no mention of charging for water or listing water in the beverage area. The gal that took our order did not tell us that there would be a charge for water, either. I complained to the manager on the way out, and he agreed that water was not posted on the menu board, and McDonalds did not tell us that there was a charge for the water when they took our order. He gladly refunded my quarter; I thanked him and added that McDonalds needs to stop the deceptive practive of charging for something that is not listed are being told that there is a charge.

I waited 4 more minutes while the big bac is obviously now getting cold, i get to the window and i tell her the fries are stone cold and OLD and she takes em, comes back 20 sec later with hotter fries no salt, when i get home i see they are the same tiny pieces of fries, most pieces less than half an inch, only microwaved at best, i was so f'n pissed off with the poor service and worse product ive had from mcdonalds in a long time. Is it too much to ask for to get an employee to give a crap about the customer anymore? There was no receipt in or stapled to my bag which further pissed me off, maybe its becaues it was late and no one on that shift gives 2 cents about a damn thing, but it sucks when you pay close to 6 bucks and have to get such poor product and even worse service. But the non apology, along with the obvious microwave fix I received was unforgiving. Its late and im doing this to let you know, I could care less if you try to fix it, Id rather eat glass than go through another experience like that

When I drove up to the local Stroudsburg PA McDonalds on 10/5/2009 located on lower Main Street at approximately 11:50PM EST, I noticed there drive thru menu board contained an advertisement for a free coke glass when you purchase a large extra value meal. So at the drive up I ordered to purchase 2 large extra value meals, drinks and dessert with total cost being $17.78. Neither the Drive Thru In-take Ordering Clerk and Order Payment window clerk who confirmed my order did not indicate that McD's was out of stock of the coke glasses. It was only when I got to the pickup window was I informed that McD's free coke glasses were out of stock and not available and that the promotion is over. I immediately registered my complaint to the attending clerk at that window of the false advertising on the McD's Menu Board. The clerk agreed me and she urged and informed me to call the local McD's admin office and complain. So I did just that the next day and I spoke with a manager who advised that there is language on the McD's Menu Board that says the coke glass promotion is "while supplies last". However I responded indicating that I as a patron cannot visually or clearly see that small print on Menu board for the coke glass promotion while sitting in my car at the Drive Thru due to the distance between the car and the Menu Board. The free coke glass with extra value meal is in large print and clearly visible but the fine print is not visible.
The local manager offered 2 free sandwiches as a substitute for the inconvenience and because I felt that I was duped into buying the meals for the free glasses. But I want my free coke glasses, or full refund of my purchase instead plus maximum damages allowed by law for McD‘s false promotional advertisement scheme for a free coke glass with the purchase of a large extra value meal.

It was very late (23:54) on 8/29/09 (according to my receipt) and after washing 50 Little League Football uniforms at the Laundromat, I decided to reward myself with a late night snack. I had 2 helpers and decided to treat them as well. I drove to a nearby McDonald's and ordered through the driveway. As I was paying at the first window for my food, a car pulled in front of me up to the second window. I asked the cashier, jokingly, if he was going to steal my order. She responded, "Oh, somebody probably has a problem with their order."

I pulled forward and then my car, as well as the other 4 behind me (that I could see), waited while a passenger from the car at the window, got out of the car, got several drinks passed to him. He then proceeded to go up to the window, lean inside and ask for free stuff. He was given 3 or 4 sweet iced teas (one was tossed out the front passenger side window because someone in the car yelled out that it "tastes like water"). The male leaning into the drive thru window hollered out "You don't have the hot and spicy's ready yet?" He added, "I should climb through this damn window and lifted his leg like he was really going to do it."

After a short wait, he decided to go inside the building and laughed while he told the car's driver to pull up so the long line of customers could get their food because he knew they were getting mad. I took two pictures of him at the window with my cellphone (unfortunately, I don't know how to send them to your company) as proof that it really happened because I couldn't believe it. As he went into the building, the car did not pull forward as asked but instead sat at the window for the guy to return with a bag of (free) food. The young lady working at the window did not even apologize for the incident, the wait, or the unprofessionalism. If the children that were with me would not have been hungry and the hour so late, I would've taken my business elsewhere. I think the male who was leaning into the window should be fired!

The sad thing about the entire incident is that the same individual who leaned into the window was seen (by myself and my son) on another occasion, pulling next to another car in the same drive thru and hollering to the person working and was handed free food. He is bad for business! He also appeared to be in a manager's uniform. Very sad! There was no economic damage from this experience. The only thing was that my pressure went up and the whole incident gave me a headache but it was a major inconvenience which will make me go elsewhere if I'm ever in that line and he comes through there again. Twice was more than enough! Contact me if you'd like to see these photos. I will save them.

They looked at us and shrugged shoulders. Two employees looked at us and nothing, so I walked around to the door by the drive-thru. Then, the manager looked at me after I began knocking on the door with my keys and stared and walked towards the other door and opened it. At first, I was joking with him and laughing it off, maybe it was just a misunderstanding. Then he said, "Damn, **. I didn't have to let you in and I told the other customers that I'd let them in, but they better not open the doors for anyone else." What? I must have heard wrong. Nope!

So, I began ordering my meal and my eyes were dry, so I blinked a lot to try and focus. Right in the middle of ordering, he just walked away. He could have asked me to hold on for one moment or ask another employee to finish my order. I finished and paid and he said, "Are you going to eat all that?" I assumed he was the manager, but I couldn't read his whole tag he had on a brown polo with Tommy ** on the name tag. No other employees were around us at the counter, but you can look at the cameras and even read his body language. He was very rude, inappropriate and needs to not cuss in front of or surely at customers and needs to be taught some CSR skills. I hope that something is done about it, although for some reasons, I doubt anything will. Thank you for your time.

The incident happened when I was having my breakfast with my colleague in McDonald's restaurant nearby Masjid Jamek, KL LRT station last Saturday, 8/8/2009 between 10AM to 11AM. It was an off peak hour as I could say because there were only few customers sitting on the table next to us and I remembered there was a staff cleaner who was mopping the floor while we were having our meal. After finishing our meal, when I was about to leave, I only realized that my bag was stolen! I was very surprised and shocked because my bag was on the table all the time and suddenly went lost! It was impossible, so I reported to the restaurant manager. I requested for her to show me the CCTV. She refused and asked me I need to make a police report first, only then will she allow it to show me.

I took the hassle to report to the police station and went back to the McDonald's restaurant to show her my police report. Then, she told me that I can't enter the room due to her law, whatever, saying only she can ask the technician to give me a VCD on the clip between 10AM-11AM on the date of 08/08/2009. So, I have to wait for a week! I was really frustrated that I had been ignored and disrespected! The staff there even said it was very common that customers lose their belonging in this restaurant like laptop, wallet, etc. Oh my god! What kind of security does this restaurant provide? Customers keep losing their belonging without realizing it had been stolen and the restaurant is not responsible for this serious matter!

Okay, I was very patient and never lose my temper at all, but feeling deeply disappointed and sad that the things inside my bag were so important in my life was stolen! I was told by the restaurant manager that they will call me once the technician is back with the (CCTV copy) VCD for me. I had been following up from Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, almost everyday. Nothing. Until on Saturday, my sister called up and they said the VCD was done and asked to collect it. Gosh! I was the one who was following up and they never had the courtesy to even call me or inform me it was ready! I really am not satisfied with their services and the sense of responsibility with the way they handled my case at all. I felt so helpless with such service they provided.

When I watched the VCD, it was so disappointing. It never showed I was inside the camera, it only shows the main entrance. What is the point!? What are they trying to hide? Maybe I should not blame them, but I really suspect someone must have stolen my bag on my table. Why did the restaurant install the CCTV in the first place? I personally think it should be for safety purpose, right? Sigh. I feel so helpless. I wish someone could really help me to get back my important things. I do not care if my cash has been stolen, I just need the things inside my bag back. I really beg and seek for your help. I would highly appreciate and be grateful if you could fight for my rights!

After being in class for 8 hours, I was looking forward to some good food. Me and my roommate decided to head over to McDonald's. Ordering went great but when we arrived at the pick up window, the employee rudely said, "Here," and basically pushed the food in the car. On our way home, I began eating the french fries I ordered and they were cold. After arriving home, I went to eat my fish sandwich and chicken nuggets. I could not believe how dry those nuggets were. It was like eating sand paper. Then, when I got to the fish sandwich, not only was the fish dry too, there was not even a slice cheese as I requested.

In the sandwich, there was 1/4 of a slice. I found this to be so bad that I took a picture of it, which can be seen at the link at the bottom. My roommate had ordered an Angus burger and that was even dryer. He claims that the mushrooms tasted funny. So, I took it back and told the manager, a large blonde woman. She yelled back to her people to make another with no ketchup, but she didn't tell them cheese. I told her and she yelled again. I did not like her attitude. She was rude and did not offer any apology and when they handed her the sandwich and she opened it up, lifted the bun to see ketchup and yelled again for them to make it again as she threw away the second sandwich. Her yelling had the poor Asian woman making the sandwich confused and, I'm sure, embarrassed. I also did not appreciate her lifting the bun of what may have been my sandwich with her hands which were not gloved.

When my sandwich arrived as ordered and I returned to my seat, I opened the sandwich to find a dry wilted piece of lettuce, a mushy tomato and a clod burger with un-melted cheese. By this time, my husband had finished his meal and I was too disgusted by the manager’s attitude to bother to get my money back at the time, especially because a bus had just pulled up and I heard her complaining about getting a bus. I did not eat the nasty sandwich. I lost the cost of my meal, plus I was disgusted and humiliated by the service, the food and the poor attitude of the manager. I will not return to this McDonald’s.

I explained that I had just waited 15 minutes behind a truck, towing a boat, and that was unacceptable due to the fact that I was now late for work and wasn't going to be able to eat beforehand.

The manager then came over and told me that she was telling everyone in the drive-thru that their systems were down. I explained that she had said no such thing. She didn't even give me a total. She just told me to pull up. And I know that she didn't tell the people in front or back of me either, because I heard their orders clearly. Aside from that, once you pull up, you are trapped. I was sandwiched behind a boat, another car behind me, and the concrete barrier on the side. So even though I knew I was late, after waiting 15 minutes, I couldn't even leave.

So in the end, I was late for work and have a mark on my record at a job I just started this week after many months of searching. And I worked a 12-hour shift with nothing but a bag of chips in my stomach that I bought at a vending machine. It is completely unacceptable and more than that, frustrating. For many years, my mother worked as a cashier at McDonald's, and a few incidents that have happened over that time I'd like to address that has to do with the general store management. While I was serving in the Marine Corps and deployed to Iraq, it was not often that I was able to call home and let my family know how I was doing.

There was a case where the only number I was able to get a hold of was my mom's McDonald's while she was on a shift. I talked to a manager and asked politely if I could speak to my mother. She told me she was busy and could not take a call. I told her again and again my situation and where I was, and she did not care and hung up on me, even though the entire store knew my situation and that I was in a combat zone and could not just call back.

While my mom was working there, she was diabetic and had to use insulin daily and was not in a shape to drive more than needed. Early in the morning after arriving at work, her blood sugar was low. But her manager asked and asked for her to give her a ride home, even though she was not in any shape to be insisted, because he knew she was a caring person and would give in. After taking her manager home on her way back to work, she was killed in an accident caused by her not being able to function properly.

A few months following that, my youngest sister applied for a job to make some money at the McDonald's where my mother worked; and she was told to call the next day to try to get her times when she would work. She called them, and they yelled at her over the phone and cussed her out because she happened to call during their "break." Later, after she was working, instead of being trained how to actually be a cashier, she was just told to clean the parking lot and lobby while being mocked by the management.

On June 30, 2009, I visited the restaurant in drive-thru and it was about 10:50 PM that night. First of all, I used to work at McDonalds on Dawson Rd about 7 years ago and I know what the standards are, and I never known any restaurant to lower their standards. See, this is not really a complaint, more of a concern! McDonalds used to be the best place to go get great prices on service and food! Although, that's not the case here! I work at Hardee's of Albany, where I've been since McDonalds. I am a shift manager there! Our guest service is $6 and the service goes right alone with the $6 burger where our guest can receive the best experience as possible! In DT or FC!

Anyway, I know that McDonalds still stands on the top of all the restaurants and guest service but, not only are they shutting the restaurant down before time, the whole menu is not being sold! From 11 PM to 12 AM, they are only serving combo #10, the chicken nugget meal and only taking cash! I was the 5th car in line and everybody in front of me pulled off because of that!

Now, when I got to the menu board, the order taker yelled in the speaker and wasn't clear. I tried to place my order and I couldn't, because I could hear everything in the restaurant and she couldn't hear me! I tried several times and she never took my order! Now, is that McDonalds’ standard? No, I guarantee its not. I know back when I worked there, it was 90 seconds from the time you hit the menu board to receiving your order! I tried to call into the store but nobody answered, so I decided to send an email! If I don't get a reply, I will call because this is not McDonalds’ standards! You all really need to step it up at night. See, when they know no one is going to check up on them, that's when they don't care! If you all need someone to mystery shop at night or odd hours, I will be interested in keeping you all in formed about customer service and S.A.S (serious about service). Thanks.

I ordered a large coffee with sugar and cream from McDonald’s in Tustin, CA. I was driving from Southern California to Northern California and was already 30 minutes into my trip. The coffee I ordered was hot and being that my teeth are sensitive to hot and cold foods, I had waited for the coffee to cool down to a more tolerable level. By this time, as I had my first sip, the coffee was neither sweetened nor had cream added as I had requested when placing my order. It was not practical for me to drive back for a replacement coffee, so I held on till I got home to visit the McDonald’s nearest me for a refund or credit.

When I pulled into the drive-thru speaker and explained the situation, I was asked to drive to the first window with my receipt for a refund. I was confronted by the manager (Hispanic with poor English) who indicated that the McDonald’s I ordered from was "a different company". She indicated I'd have to take it back to the original McDonald’s of purchase (6 hours and 400 miles away). I then said that customer service had indicated that the McDonald’s nearest me would suffice. She took the still full cup of coffee from my hand, dumped it, and refused to offer a refund or replacement. I requested that she put her refusal in writing on my receipt or simply provide a name which I can reference when I contact customer service. She rudely declined and said she would call the police if I did not leave the drive-thru window.

At this point, even two of her co-workers started rolling their eyes in disgust (calling police for a cup of $1.69 coffee on a $9 order). I parked my car and went inside, again requesting the manager's name or ID number to reference when contacting McDonald’s customer service. I was informed that the police were called and were on their way. Upon arrival of the police officers (two police cars), I had repeated my position to one of the officers and reiterated my point that the fact of the matter was principle, not monetary gain, as I was not getting richer over $1.69. Even the officer could not keep from laughing over the matter. He spoke with the manager and returned with my refund. I paid $1.89 in Tustin, CA McDonald’s but received $1.69 in Pleasanton, CA McDonald’s probably due to price variation - but this is irrelevant. The officer stated that the manager indicated to him she was willing to provide me with a refund from the get-go, but "didn't like your approach".

Not only did this "manager" humiliate me via the behavior she extended and calling the police, but now was being deceptive about it and too cowardly to admit the truth. I had indicated to the officer that all the "misbehaving" came from the McDonald’s manager. He replied, "This is a private business and they can be as rude as they want." The officer refused to provide me the manager's full name and/or ID number, but said her name is **. The following is the McDonald’s address where this chaos occurred: 6800 Santa Rita Rd. Pleasanton, CA 94588. Store number: 11838.

The restaurant was virtually empty and the cashier still took a long time to place my order. I was having to repeat myself several times because the cashier doesn't understand English well at all. When I received my food, it was cold. The tables were dirty and flies were flying everywhere. This is a frequent problem that I am having with this particular McDonald's. I only go there because it is close to my job but I am sick of the things that are happening in there.

I went into McDonald’s with my 2 kids. We ordered 3 meals and paid almost 18.00 dollars for 3 burgers, 3 fries and 3 drinks, with my little one talking away. I didn’t mention I needed a ranch dressing for my fries. I paid with my debit card and when my order was ready, I nicely ask for a ranch for my fries due to I just remembered I didn’t ask what was told. They would have to charge me 29 cents for this.

I then told the lady that this was crazy because I had just paid $18 for my meal. She was like well I said never mind and walked off. This is stupid out of the McDonald's due if they provide other condiments to customers for free, they should be able to provide any and all but I must say I advised my kids this will be the last time we eat there for from now on. I will go to Wendy’s or Arby’s where they don’t nickel and dime their customers to death. So McDonald's has lost me and my family’s business.

For the fourth time, I have had an extremely unpleasant experience with the McDonald's franchise store which is situated within the local Super Walmart store in Fallon, Nevada. I am disabled and in order to shop, I use the scooters provided by Walmart to get around inside the store. My service dog accompanies me. It has reached the point where every person who works for Walmart in the Fallon store knows my dog on sight. They know her name, but not always mine. They know that she is well-behaved and offers no harm or insult to anyone. Several years ago, a young woman at the same McDonald's told me I would have to leave. No dogs allowed. But I have and keep a copy of the ADA laws with me at all times. The first time there was any question about it, I showed the papers to the then-current manager. I even loaned them to him so that he could copy the pertinent laws.

That law states that my dog does not need any special certification, colored leash, backpack, nothing. It is federal, ADA law. They may request information about what service she provides, but they may not ask me about my medical condition. Once I have identified her as a service dog and the service she provides, that is it. They may not require me to leave! They may not order me to remove her! But they tried. One person stood and yelled at me across a room! We got that settled. Walmart does not have any problems with my dog. They know she is well-behaved. My complaint is solely about my treatment at the hands of some of McDonald's bad-mannered, ill-informed employees.

In my opinion, today's confrontation was caused by a small, female troglodyte with pretensions of grandeur! She said, before she served me, "You will have to sit back there". She pointed to the last booth in the restaurant. I have a hatred of those three words, anyway. If someone asks me to do something politely, I probably will comply. But "You have to" is rude, "Will you please" probably would have gotten me over there. But the area was too cramped to maneuver with the scooter. So as I waited for my meal, I was parked out by a single table so that people could get around me easily. Again, I was ordered to move to the back! Finally, I was told it was because of my dog. The younger woman said "it's because your dog has jumped up on people before". First, my dog is one of those injured in the dog food recall. She had her gall bladder, thyroid, kidneys and liver damaged. She gains weight because of the thyroid problems. I don't overfeed her, as some people think. She is on a strict regimen of medication and diet. The only true exercise she gets is when she trots along beside the scooter in the store. She is too ill to have ever jumped up on anyone. She is too well-behaved to jump on anyone and I wouldn't permit it, in any case. So, the person lied!

When I told the young trog-er person that she was too sick to jump on anything, she snapped back "If she's sick, she doesn't belong in here!". At that point, I said "I don't need the grief" and a curse word, and left after they curtly refunded my money. This is the fourth time they have engaged me in bad-tempered, ill-informed behavior. I will not tolerate it! They barely avoided a lawsuit the last time. I was prepared to take them to court, when I suffered a bout of pneumonia and had to stop the efforts. I could feel my blood pressure rise, my muscles got tight and I left. But to have this kind of confrontation four times is beyond coincidence. It can only mean that McDonald's cars neither for the customers or the law!

We ordered a 10-piece chicken nugget and we asked for two sauces. The girl said I had to pay 25 cents for the extra sauce. But if you look at the picture of the 10-piece chicken nugget, it shows two sauces. You get one sauce with the 6-piece, so you should get 2 with the 10—especially if you are going to show it in your advertisement. I can go to Sonic and get as many sauces as you would like with your meal. Why is McDonald's being so stingy? This makes me spend more money than I need too at your fast food restaurant, and at this time a consumer shouldn't have to.

I just left McDonald's in Roscoe, IL at 5:15 pm. My fries were ice cold and there weren't even any left under the the heat lights. They tasted old and were ice cold. The Big Mac was also cold. They couldn't use the excuse that they were busy because there were only a few customers in the restaurant.

In a TV commercial for the new line drinks, someone is depicted as passing their finger through the whipped cream on top of the drink, presumably to put that finger with the whipped cream into their mouth. In today's environment of super germs, individuals should not be encouraged to engage in unsanitary habits.

Every time I go to either location at Patrick St. or Jefferson Rd, I never get my order correct. Something is always missing. When you call to complain, all you get is a coupon but the problem is never alleviated. Someone really needs to care about service or eventually people will stop going to McDonalds.

I ordered a number two breakfast and when she rang up the price, it did not match the sign of $4.09. I asked why this was and she became rude and insulting like I was stupid. She then goes through the order and said a medium coffee which I did not order. I told her I did not want a medium coffee just the size that came with the meal was fine. She and a fellow employee then started to make derogatory comments about me for asking why I was overcharged.

I stated that I would call McDonald's later in the day to complain and she the adjusted the bill to what I had originally asked for and was rude about changing the order to what I had ordered. I paid her for the meal and her and a co-worker made snide comments about me because I just wanted what I ordered per their sign. This same thing happened five miles away at another McDonald's and I did complain to corporate but I now can see this is a pattern that the parent company probably taught the owners and is used to rip unsuspecting customers off with McDonald's blessing.

My grandson name is Kenley. We enjoy going to this store after a swim at the pool and let my grandson play at MC-D playland. My grandson loves the chicken nuggets.
Today after a swim for two hours we decided to have a snack at 20227 BALLINGER WAY NE SEATTLE, WA 98155-1143(206)365-4511 After ordering Two 4 chicken mcnuggets for my grandson & a meal of mc-chicken for me we always sit at the playland. My grandson is almost done with his nuggets when he told me that there is a hard thing on the nuggets and he threw it out on the napkin and I saw that it looks like a teeth. SO I went to the counter and show that to the casher, she said it looks like a teeth, then she called the manager who's wearing white, the manager look at it, she said it looks like a teeth, then she ask where it came from and I said on your chicken nuggets, then she said i don't think so, cause our chicken nuggets do not have any bones, but that looks like a teeth. The words that i did not like is what she said: Maybe it is your grandson teeth or maybe it is yours. I said what??? What are you talking about,"i said" and then she said, well what do you want? Well its not my grandson teeth and not my teeth too. It is from the chicken nuggets. What I want them to say is sorry for the inconvenience then offer me something which i will not accept and just forget but i was so dissapointed with the rudeness of this manager. Now do you want tme to sue your store,I still have all the evidence here.
