I ordered an Egg McMuffin meal with no Canadian bacon through the drive-through. When I got home, I started to eat it and noticed that the egg was green in the middle, so I took off the bread and noticed multiple green spots all over my egg. There was nothing on the bread or cheese; it was all on the egg. I would like to mention that I am 9 months pregnant and really hope that I do not get sick from eating part of the sandwich.

I called to speak with the manager (Miguel) at 10:29 am on 8/29/11 but all he really cared about was getting me a new sandwich and had no concern that I was complaining about mold on my egg. He just kept telling me, "I am trying to make you happy and replace the sandwich." Why would I want another one when you just sold me one with molds on it? I think this location needs to be inspected to make sure the food that they are serving is edible. I do have pictures of the sandwich!

I placed an order for medium orange juice and oatmeal. I ate half of the oatmeal and drank half of the juice when I noticed a fruit fly in my juice. I then vomited and called the Mcdonald's store and asked to speak to a manager. When she got on the phone, I told her what happened. She apologized and offered me a replacement meal with a "large" orange juice this time. As if my family and I would ever want to eat there again.

For the past couple of months, they have been selling old sweet tea. I've tasted a tea that I let sit out overnight and it was nasty as hell. That's exactly what it tastes like when they serve it to you; like it's almost going rotten or something. They are not properly changing their sweet tea and making it fresh. Stop being lazy and do your job!

I work at McDonald's and was hired about 5 months ago. I was barely trained. They boast about their excellent training, but it's not true. You are thrown onto the job. After just two hours on my first day of training, my trainer was sent home early. Most of the crew was very rude to me. I was yelled at if I asked a question and if I did something wrong; though the worst thing is that every employee talks about another. This can be even a manager swearing at a crew worker. Just today, I watched as the entire staff huddled together and started to talk about the new employee and how they made a simple and small mistake. The new employee was red-faced and knew they were talking about her. How can a restaurant please the customers when the own crew is so horrible? No one wins.

When I first pulled up to order my food, my speaker that came on noticed that the speaker was rushing me to get done with my order. After she took my order, she cussed after giving a total. I found that very disrespectful. I don't know if she thought I heard but I clearly heard her say '**' after giving the total.

When I pulled up to the window, the young lady was on her cell phone text messaging. I clearly proceeded to ask for her last name from looking at her name tag so I could report to manager. She told me her name and asked me why I was asking for her last name. I told her that I would like to speak with a manager and report the issue of her being disrespectful. She replied with, "There are no managers that have time to take customer complaints, if you want to you'll have to do at a later time."

On August 8,2011, I bought an advertised "boneless" chicken nuggets and I choked and swallowed on a bone. There were 3 out of 6 nuggets with small bones. I brought them back to the manager in McDonald's, she felt them and agreed with me. She called her manager who says "it happens". He asks me to leave the bones so they can be looked at and he will have employees pull that stock off the shelf. I was offered a free meal.

I called the Corporate Office and once again told my issue. They say there are "no bones" in the advertised boneless chicken nuggets. I wanted to know why the manager of McDonald's said "it happens" and why there is no warning for choking or small bone hazard on the box. I get the run-around and nobody wants to address the very important concern. Should we wait for a child, or anyone, to choke to death? I have been to the doctors two times due to this. The insurer for McDonald's, Gallagher Bassett Services Inc., wanted me to keep him informed, but now seems to be ignoring me.

I went to the Helena Mcdonald's drive-thru, it was around 2:40 p.m. on 8/16/11. I sat behind a car for at least five minutes before they even took their order. I then drove up and order a large chocolate milkshake, to hear, "Oh I'm sorry our shake machine is down." So I drove off and headed to the Mcdonald's in Alabaster since I am heading that way anyway.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a chocolate shake, only to hear the same lame excuse from them. So I ordered a smoothie. Now what are the chances of both Helena and Alabaster stores' shake machines being torn up at the same time? Seems to me that someone just didn't want to take the time to make me a shake, or maybe they were told by their boss to use that excuse only if someone comes up and just orders a milkshake. Hmmm!

After waiting 5 minutes at the order screen, I am finally asked what I want. He takes the order and tells me the total and went silent so I drive around. Another 5 minutes later, I get to pay. After another 5 minutes, I make it to the pick-up window. The lady proceeds to hand me the wrong sized drink and when I tell her I had a large not a small, she just blames it on the guy who took my order. The order on my receipt was correct but I just say, "Thank you" once I get the correct drink.

After a few more minutes, I get my food and pull up to check it. Of course, it is incorrect, so I park and walk inside. After waiting in line for about ten minutes, I get up to the counter, show my receipt, and ask for the correct food. The cashier walks it over and asks them to remake it. So, I step to the side and wait another ten minutes. Once I get my food, I thank them and go back out to my car. Luckily I checked it before I went because it was wrong again! It's like they just gave me the same food back.

So, I walk back in, get back in line, wait about 5 minutes get cut in line so I have to wait even longer. I finally get back to the front and ask for a refund, hand them the food back, and place the drink on the counter. The cashier proceeds to tell the girl beside them to get the manager, so she screams to the back that there is a refund. Finally, another employee takes the food back and comes back with a partial refund. I let her know the correct price I was supposed to receive and she walks back again. Not once has the manager made an appearance and all the other employees are just staring at me. Finally the lady comes back the second time, still with the incorrect refund. A second employee walks to the back and after a few minutes, comes up and informs me with a very rude attitude that they will not give me the rest unless I bring the drink back, which as mentioned before, I had.

So I pick up the drink on the counter in front of her and show it to her telling her I had it. She proceeds to snatch up the drink, walks to the sink, dumps it out, and exaggeratedly throws it away. She also goes and picks up the food bag I had brought to do the same. After another few minutes of waiting, they finally came back with my full refund. Not once did they apologize and not once did the manager make an appearance.

They have horrible service, horrible staff, and horrible customer service. I will not be returning to this woodmer location or any other location for that matter. Mcdonald's Corporation has no place to contact them for franchise locations. If they don't care once they sell the franchise then it is no company I will support. Mcdonald's has lost my family and I as well and the business they would have received from my close friends. I know they will probably laugh at losing a few customers, seeing as they feed millions a day but if the few here and there add up...

I went into McDonald's located at 8745 Roswell Road, Sandy Springs, GA 30350 around 5:00 PM. I ordered a sweet iced tea along with small fries and a McDouble.

When drinking the tea, I sucked a hard substance through the straw into my mouth. The substance poked the top of my mouth. I immediately pulled the substance out and discovered it was the leg of an insect. Gross! The leg was huge – at least 1-inch in height and contained hair!

My friend and sister were present and immediately went to seek management, while I sat in shock, and began snapping pictures of the foreign object. It took the police arriving on site just to get the cooperation of management to provide me with an incident report!

Not only that, the staff did not remove the tea containers from the lobby area for at least 20 minutes! Not joking! I literally have had no appetite the remainder of that day or today and even threw up shortly after leaving McDonald's.

That is one of the most disgusting and traumatizing experiences any customer could ever have! If we wanted to eat cockroaches and other insect parts, wouldn't that be free? I was already skeptical about my loyalty with McDonald's as their customer service and cleanliness is horrible, but this is definitely the killer for me! I am not sure how to work those stars above as far as rating my overall experience, but whatever equates to the worst experience ever, that is my rating.

I was in your store and witnessed your manager cussing at her co-workers this afternoon, while also referring to herself as Jesus. This was a very busy time of the day, so not only did I and my granddaughter witness this, but at least 12 other patrons watched the unprofessional and demeaning behavior your employee displayed toward the other employees. In my opinion this must be handled with a quick resolve, to limit the loss of employee morale and patronage.

The people were rude, the restaurant was not clean, the food preparers do not wear gloves and my fries were consistently either cold and smell of old grease. I consistently asked to pull around for fresh fries and have to wait a million years (normally 15 minutes) to be brought out fresh fries. The ice cream machine always breaks down in the summer (usually staying that way for weeks on end) and oftentimes I am handed drinks without straws.

I went through the drive-thru this morning and ordered my daughter and myself a couple of bacon biscuits, 3 hash browns and a medium orange juice. The biscuits were hard as bricks and the bacon was soft and cold. The hash browns were one step from being burnt. I had to throw the whole thing out because going back to complain usually involves me having to wait another million years (15 minutes) out front. I was told that the employees know my truck when I pull up and that's why I get mean mugged whenever I pull up. He also told me that he saw an employee spit in my drink. Needless to say, I will NEVER go back. The person who told me is a McDonald's employee!

I've lately become homeless, which shouldn't make a difference, but today at approximately 2:00PM I went up for my refill for my paid cup of coffee which they stated they give one refill per purchase. Now a few workers and the manager at the time said that I already did come up for my refill. First of all, I know that it just could have been a mistake but they all gained up on me as I was homeless thief? Come again 3 years ago before my stroke, I was a fine customer because I was an ironworker from Chicago and in the union which I don't believe McDonald's ever heard of a union. They said they were going to call the police and I said go ahead. So he came, one of Cook County's finest escorted me out and I was destined to come up to the library to file this complaint as well as other things that I wanted to do.

So here's the deal! I'll be waiting for some sort of an apology on the occurrence that happened today and some sort of compensation for my cup of large coffee. I'm homeless and I won't give up on this. I've got nothing else to do with my time because me, being a citizen of the United States of America, is just about the time good old hamburger companies came in business. They embarrassed me in front of numerous customers and thought I was in the wrong. I just want respect as a human being and a paying customer. It still had blood running out of the meat. I took it back to the manager who very rudely said, "Ok, so do you want another burger or a refund?" I was so disgusted, I just turned around and walked away. I had to double-check that my children's food was done. When I returned home, I became ill.

We went through the drive-thru at around 11:20PM. We stood in line for about 10 minutes and they finally took our order. We paid and pulled up to a second window where they asked us to pull up so they could help the customers behind us. We parked in front of the store and waited another 10 minutes while 4 cars received their order before us. The girl on drive-thru, who finally brought us our food, was very rude and did not apologize for the wait or thanked us for our service. We checked our food and found that we were missing some fries and the sauce for the nuggets we ordered. My husband had to get out and ask them for what we were missing. They ignored him standing there and when he finally got their attention, Claudia, the Manager, asked another worker to hand him the order. They took another 5 minutes just to get some fries. Because the worker that was asked to get the fries acted as if she didn't hear anything, and so my husband had to ask the Manager once again. She gave him attitude and handed him the bag.

She said she would take his order but not ours, he explained we were together and still refused to take our order.

Then, we stepped outside to make a phone call and complain to the manager about the incident. She said that she would take care of it. We were watching from the outside as I hung up the phone and one of the managers began laughing with the person I had spoken to.

Middle-aged manager who has her kids also working there allowed them to steal food from store (never paid for meals). Manager has what is called "** of the day", discusses other employees in a bad way with other employers who are not management. Totally and completely unprofessional in every aspect. Talks about employees' personal matters that were to be confidential with her sons and fellow crew members, which I believe is invasion of privacy and very inappropriate.

That is the worst business I have ever worked for and I recommend to never apply there. They will treat you like crap and make you do all the work simply because you are the new person. In my opinion, most of the managers and crew members should be fired. I am filing charges against them. Also, there was a girl who got jealous because they had her husband helping me work and threatened to punch me in the face.

I hardly received any proper training, actually none at all but when I had to do something that I was never trained to do and I messed up or had to ask for help, I would get scolded and was treated very rudely. There is so much bad things to report I can't even finish!

On Tuesday, July 26,2011, I visited Ms Quintana's McDonalds with my grandchild where they were having free face painting for the kids with the purchase of an ice cream cone or a sundae.

I purchased two sundaes and two cones and was given a ticket with the number five to establish my place in line. Ms Quintana walked into the restaurant with two children, she seated her child to get her face painted immediately after the first person who was in line was done.

I asked her what her number was and she responded that she does not have one and that her child will be next because she is the owner. I advised her that placing her child first above all the other children who were waiting was unfair and unprofessional. I asked her again for clarification if she was the owner and she raised her voice in front of everyone, including my grandchild and quoted, "I am the owner. Do you want me to repeat it again, do you not understand? I am the owner and if it was you, you would've done the same thing and it will only take two minutes."

Celeste Quintana was very disrespectful and condescending and unprofessional. I asked to make a complaint and was given a book, which contained other complaints. I asked for a copy of the written complaint that I made. The cashier went to make the copy and returned empty-handed because she was told that she was not allowed to make the copy. While at the counter, Ms Quintana eventually approached my grandchild, apologized and gave her a balloon but I feel that she tried to humiliate me and I deserve a formal apology as well.

This morning however, not only did I wait; I waited for fifteen minutes, and still the wrong order was brought out to me. I can definitely understand having to wait a few minutes sometimes. I know that the restaurant is busy. Is having your customers wait that long acceptable? Is having their orders constantly wrong acceptable? I was given a quarter raise from regular crew member to pick up all this other work. I was started off doing overnights and was getting paid minimum wage at the time. I told her I couldn't do it anymore 'cause it was exhausting. I had three kids at home and wasn't getting any sleep. I was only doing it for a favor for her in the beginning anyways. After that she went around telling others she wasn't gonna make me a manager. I got switched to work 9-3 that lasted two weeks the opening manager quite cause she was fed up.

I was placed to open without being asked I was put to be there 6 to 2. I had to find someone to send my kids to school and everything. When the beginning of the year started, I was told when we got mystery shop if we had a pass on our shift we would get a reward if we failed we would be written up. Well, 2 months ago I got mystery shop on my shift it was at 11:45. We passed, I had to leave early that day. So when I found out I was like O that was my shift but I wasn't being given credit. She was trying to take the credit herself. I confronted her and was like listen I was here she told me no you left I had to show her that I was still there and didn't do a deposit.

Then she was like okay you'll split it with another manager. One month passed, the other manager asked her what was going on with the prize, she said, "Oh, I have the check in my purse, I haven't cashed it to other manager was fired. She told me to keep her money but its been almost three months, I still haven't received anything. Something has to be done with this manager. She is very rude and is a bad example for the company, she makes false statements and took this money for herself when it wasn't for her plus this store is awful, it's literally falling apart. She mistreats her employees and is unfair. She tells your personal business to other employees. I get so much complaints from people. The night crew here is terrible as well, the store be a mess, very nasty, I had told her and she just ignores me about it, I can't tolerate working here anymore. I started classes and told her I couldn't run any shifts, I told her I have class from 9 to 1 and can open 6 to 845 then come work 1 to 3 that would give me at least 19 hours she dropped me down to 12 hours and told others I was quitting which isn't true.

Well I finally got a call about an application I put in for a job at this location. That alone took three weeks to contact me. I was asked to come in on May 13 for an interview at 3 p.m. I arrived at 2:45 p.m. I went to let the manager know I was there. I took a seat and waited for the interview. At 3:45 p.m., the manager Tina came to me and asked me if I wanted something to drink,I said sure. Tina also informed me that she "walked into a huge mess and a lot of staff called out that day". I said okay, I will wait. Once again Tina came back to me and asked me if I could come back on May 14 to do the interview. I understood the place was crazy and I agreed, even though I was asked to come back on Mother's Day for the interview. I came back for the interview and everything seemed great. Tina assured me she would get with Andrew and get me the right size of uniforms shirts.

Okay, no problem. I stayed home that few days hoping they would call me for orientation. I got the call and I was to go in for orientation on May 16 from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. I was finished with the orientation and was handed my uniforms in a McDonald's bag. Andrew assured me he would have Tina call me either Thursday or Friday. When I got home from orientation on the 16th, I opened the bag with the blue uniform shirts (2) in them and they were filthy. They were very dirty and so was the visor.

Okay, well I washed them, even though I agreed on paper to have $25 dollars taken out of my first check for a uniform deposit, I washed them. I called McDonald's on May17 to let Andrew or Tina know the shirts were not the size we agreed on. I was told just then that neither Tina nor Andrew were on/at work that day at all. Okay so, mind you, here I am waiting for a call back about the uniforms, not to mention I did not know whether to cancel two appointments I had that week for my kids. I did end up canceling the appointments and made them for a later date (May 23) in case I got the call to start training.

So basically, I waited from the 17th of May and on for the call. Well I didn't wait any longer. I called McDonald's on May 21 and spoke with Tina. I asked Tina on the phone if she knew when I would start. She told me, "Well I know Andrew had to fix the schedule. You might want to call him Sunday" or she was going to have him call me. No call from anyone on Sunday until Sunday night while I'm in a sound sleep, my home phone rings at 10:15 p.m. I make it to the phone and it stops ringing. I opened both eyes to see who had the nerve to call my house at 10:15 p.m. Well, turns out the voice mail was from Tina, letting me know I was on the schedule on Monday(23) at 3 p.m.

Well, after the way I waited all week for the word about starting, and the fact I was given dirty uniforms and visor and the fact that I kept those appointments I already had set up for my kids and the fact I got a call on my home phone at 10:15 p.m. (when everyone's sleeping (my kids get up at 6 a.m. for school), I have decided when they call me to see where I am at 3 p.m. today, I'm not answering the call. That's a heck of a way to do business, and it showed me just how unprofessional they were about the hiring process. I'm not taking the job. I got a better offer and was hired in one day. I will return the clean uniform shirts and visor and that's it for me when it comes to needing a job so much that I let all my morals go to hell. I do not wait around for anyone, but I did. And now they can wait on the uniforms.

I was hired by McDonald's as part of the National Hiring Day Campaign. My first day on the job was a bad experience because I overheard the manager, Trenell, state to another employee, "Oh, he is sweating, do you think that the man needs CPR he is overweight and he is almost 50 years old. I am considered to be overweight and I am 43. I did not respond because I need a job to survive. I also was told by another manager, Cliff, not to ask him any questions at all. Cliff constantly ignores me all day long. When I ask Cliff a question, he walks off and ignores me all day long.

He also refuses to open the back door where I can put the trash out. I have to drag the trash across the entire parking lot and when the bag breaks, he stands in the window with his arms folded just looking at me. I was hired as the maintenance man making $7.25 per hour, whereby other stores start the maintenance men off with 8 or 9 dollars per hour. I have called all sorts of numbers and have not been able to get any straight answers as to my salary. I have been working there for three weeks and still on probation and still have questions and cannot get any answers. I pick up the parking lot and have not been supplied with gloves to protect me from germs or any harm to my hand. I am in desperate need of assistance and answers.

I feel like I am not a part of the corporation at all. I am treated so badly. I was embarrassed by the comment about me being 50 years old and needing CPR. I feel that if they noticed that I was having problems, they could have offered me water or a break at that time. Other employees have noticed this mistreatment as well.

Store #7669 - You do not know me. I am a regular customer, but I'm not sure how much longer I can feel good about purchasing food items there. What I am about to write to you, I have witnessed over 6 times, making comments only about a couple, on the managers and others at the cash registers.

I have noticed that over those 6 times, the sandwich makers, prepares, etc. located nearest the drive-through window across from the deep fryers (I'm sure you know where I mean), do not wear gloves when touching guests foods. It is sickening for me to realize that even my food may have been touched by human hands there, only because they are not forced to as I think it is required for health reasons, sanitary, etc. I have even seen this with managers present and, there is absolutely no way that the managers would not have noticed that they were not using the "light blue" gloves for protection. This is so very sad.

Now, you may be the franchise owner and unaware of this, so for that reason alone, and all this unknown to you, I did not bbc this to McDonald's headquarters, although, quite frankly, they should be made aware. I am hoping this letter alone wakes someone up and makes immediate changes. Something must be done. I am not certain of Florida law about making videos, etc., although that would be very easy to do, proving all I have said here. Hoping that is unnecessary, I hope I am writing to someone who actually cares about their employee's behavior and their guest's/customer's health. Someone needs to.

Just one more thing that I couldn't possibly have overlooked or two, possibly; one is that a manager was on their smoke break outside, near the tables as I was parking to go inside. I was inside no longer than 10 seconds after parking and noticed that one of the smokers was already behind the counter and helping with packaging food for the drive-through .There is absolutely no way she could have washed her hands in the amount of time from re-entering, when I saw her by the drive-through. It is impossible. Moreover, this makes absolutely no sense to me. I have always regarded McDonald's as an upstanding corporation that sets the highest standards for making safe food products, untouched by hands. This just sickens me.

The very next time I am in the store at 4145 49th St. N. St. Pete, FL and I notice someone touching other guest's foods. I will be telling the guest themselves when they are handed their food, not raising my voice or even making a scene. I would just be truthful. I have seen the YouTube video where some customers go nuts, but not me as I am a peaceful man. Would you want someone who is not using gloves touch your food? I think not; no, of course not, so why should unsuspecting guests have to tolerate such behavior? Again, it makes me sick and I have no answers. I do hope to hear back from someone with answers, even if this is brand new information to them.

All I am saying here is that this a ridiculous practice and it must be stopped immediately. Again, I did not bbc anyone else. I am hoping you or someone that you trust can stop this practice. It is utterly amazing to see them with no gloves, not just once, but again, over a half dozen times. I just refuse to be someone who does nothing about such behavior; hence, my commenting on foods handed to guests when I see for myself that humans have touched their food. Now, if the customer, after me calmly telling him about hands on his food, tells me to mind my own business, then I would only say to myself, "It's your health, my friend. If you do not care, then I can see where McDonald's doesn't either," and just shaking my head, but remaining quite. Again, not to be rude, but I wouldn't care if the managers, or anyone else heard my comment to the customer.

So, seeing them prepare foods without gloves is not a one-time thing, and I have mentioned it quietly to a couple of managers there so no one would feel embarrassed about it, but truthfully, some of those managers, I honestly feel, knew that no gloves were being used. It's sad but true. I hope this has been informative enough to help you.

My girlfriend (Kristina ****) works at this McDonald's. We went through drive thru at about 6:15 on March 29th. We needed croutons asked at the window. Marvin, the manager on duty, comes back with them forcibly not playing around as they make it seem I mean him and his boss, Kathy. The three packages went through the window, hit her cigarette's lit tip off ,landing on her coat and burning it. She got burnt finger tip from removing it. My hand was on her leg so I was hit and so was she with the bags and it was not a gentle throw. I was very upset and said, "Hey why did you do that, ***" He hunches down and says, "It was a joke, dude." I said, "Well, it's not ** funny." He shoos me away with his hand and goes back inside.

I call the 1800 number to complain. The next day Kristina goes to work, gets off break. Felicia, Marvin's wife, who is a manager says if Brian tries to further this what I do to Marvin the manager in question he would do worse. He would probably end up killing as well as beat me up. She was harassed about this through out that day. Marvin called Kristina at work and said on the phone that if he would have continued the situation, he would have pulled me out of the car, all while she's at work so her boss Kathy tells her that it's all just playing around. She's not going to fire him for what he did and she will have him replace the coat. That's it, are you kidding me, right?

Okay, so she asks Kristina to have me and her come in today March 31 at 4:00 pm so we do and I taped the whole conversation. She said that his throwing was not assault and that she won't fire him for that no matter how upset I am. There are many details in the tape of her not letting us speak our side and not caring for the customer so we leave. Now her manager is Marvin, Felicia and Kathy that all do not take it seriously; the 2 of them are married so she's rude to her (conflict of interest) and the guy and to top all of it off, I can't get anything done because the McDonald's owner board ** the guy who runs it for McDonald's is Kathy's brother.

She calls 15 minutes after we get out of the meeting and starts chewing her out on the phone saying her job is on the line and other stuff ,she said I didn't understand what assault was and I grab the phone and had vulgar words for her and I didn't get much of that taped but a little bit I did just the end. I had to go get the recorder so now my girlfriend has to go to work where we have been assaulted by a manager, his wife is rude to her and Kathy is biased to the situation. We can't complain because her brother runs the building. All of this would not have been a problem with an apology and a free meal but we are seeking any help we can get. If you can help us please do. Oh. and in the meeting as we were leaving she tells us that we're off the wall? That meeting is on tape

This time, this morning, they once again messed up my order and was extremely rude. First, they did not give me a receipt when they gave me my change. Second, I ordered a sausage egg McMuffin add bacon and when I got home there was no sausage in my sandwich. Third, I asked for extra sauce on my steak bagel and they charged me for it but I didn't get It. Fourth, when I got my large orange juice, which I asked for no ice, they gave me my cup and it was not filled all the way to the top.

So I asked them to put some more in the cup, they said they couldn't because the rest of the room in the cup was supposed to be for the ice, that I did not want. So when I was talking to the drive through person about putting some more orange juice in my cup, the manager walked up and asked, "What's the problem now? I already put bacon on your sandwich". It is quite sad for the manager to admit to that because if he was the one that added the bacon on the sandwich, then he would've seen that it was missing the sausage. I ended up receiving half of a $12.00 Meal.

I only had $20.00 in my pocket all day at work and I paid for my food with the money I had on me. The lady in the drive thru gave me my change which was a $10.00 bill, some singles and some change. At that time, I had a headache and want to stop at the store to pick up some headache medicine on my way home.

I immediately went to the store and when I was to pay for my medicine with the $10.00 that the lady had given me from McDonald's, the money was a fake $10.00 bill. So, I went back to the McDonald's in less than five minutes and tried to explain to the lady that she made a mistake and had given me a fake $10.00 bill. She started getting loud and saying to me that I was the one who made a mistake because she never gave me a fake $10.00 bill. I tried to explain to her that it may have been placed in the registrar by accident. She still continued to get loud so I asked to speak with her manager and the manager walked up stating without listening to me that the fake $10.00 bill did not come from there. So, nothing was done and the manager told me that I was not getting my money back and she took my name and number so she could call me if the McDonald's owner came in tomorrow.

They have now lost a loyal customer. I would like this investigated and would like to get my money back from them. I know they have cameras and was able to see what happened with my money. I am sure that I am not the first customer that they have scammed out of their money at a McDonald's, of all places.

Under prior management, we have frequent this restaurant since I have two small children. We, including my wife and two children, placed food order and requested two water cups since we don't allow kids to have other type of drinks with their meals. The cashier was very reluctant on giving us the cups and said that we get the drink with the meal. After we placed the order, we had to request for each food item and they had to be reminded for each item. We were the only ones there at that time so the place was not busy at the time of our arrival and clearly was not short staffed because I could see many workers behind the counter along with the store manager who was present during the entire situation.

We reminded them of the water cups for the kids several times but once again was shown reluctance and felt like denial of service once the cashier, who took our order, just left without serving us. I expressed dissatisfaction at the service and requested to speak to the store manager. Upon discussing the service issue with her, she responded, "Did you get your food right?" I told her that I had to ask for each item/s and the service I had experienced was worse. She kept on saying, "you got your food, didn't you?"

So the expression I got from the manager was that she was more concerned about the fact that customers get their food, totally ignoring the issues with time management, quality of service provided, or mistreatment of customers. In addition, the trash at the Kids Play area was over flowing and was all over the floor--total negligence of hygiene. Since it was an unhealthy environment for kids to play, we decided to leave early, and not to return.

I'm on social security and to even go out for dinner with my grand kids is a real big deal and these burgers gave a whole new meaning to the word 'sloppy'. They were also overcooked. I still have the photos if you tell me how to send them.

I just got out from my night shift, and my husband and I, went for a drive-thru at McDonald's Lahug branch here in Cebu, Philippines around 10:00 am. We also decided to bring our 5-year-old nephew since he was also hungry. We ordered 1 chicken kiddie meal so that my nephew can have a toy, another 1 chicken meal, 1 nugget meal,1 sausage with egg and cheese meal, and 1 other extra sausage burger for myself. I was so hungry so I was excited to eat the chicken most especially.

But it turned out that the chicken I ordered was very dry and hard to chew! In short, it wasn't freshly cooked at all! It seems that it was just heated because by the looks of it, it was already brown in the inside instead of white and juicy! I may not be a great cook but I can distinguish whether the food is fresh or not. I was so disappointed. But I can no longer go back since we were already far from the store where we bought it from and it would be hard for us to make a u-turn. The worst part is that my nephew both got a bony part. It was full of fried flour that made the chicken larger to look at and still dry, not chewy and had an intolerable taste!

October 29, 2010, approximately at 10:36 pm, I went through the McDonald’s Drive Thru at **** and purchased nine items off the dollar menu. The food was cold but that was fine, I could reheat them. When I got home to finish my meal, I saw at the top of my tea something black in the lid. When I took the top off, I discovered a live fly dying with the guts oozing out. The fly was then lodged in the groove of the lid that attaches to the cup. It had been floating in the cup. It was so nasty. I returned to the establishment and complained to the manager but he did not offer to refund my money nor did he make an attempt to apologize for the ruined product. He just looked at the cup and mumbled something indistinct. I asked for a refund and I only received one dollar and ten cents.

I then walked out and returned to get the receipt. When I knocked on the door, an employee ignored me. I knocked again and he motioned with his hand to go through the drive thru. I then explained that I had just came from inside and was trying to retrieve my receipt. He ignored me again. I knocked on the door once more and he proceeded to leave the seat he was in and walked to the back. Another employee that was sweeping the front lobby just looked at me and kept sweeping.

I had to wait for the manager to notice me at the door in order to receive my receipt. I then left the premises and proceeded to go home to file this complaint. I am so dissatisfied with the customer service I received by the manager and employees. The store was filthy. The bathroom was disgusting. There was urine on toilet seats, toilet tissue all on the floor and around the toilets, and the soap dish was broken. I will never eat there again!

I have been trying to deal with their insurance company for months and can't believe how a billion dollar company is so cheap in trying to resolve my issue. I completed a root canal and had an infection on my tooth. I was very ill for 4 weeks and no sleep. I was advised by my dentist and a specialist that I needed gum surgery as my tooth broke under the gum line. I am now missing work without pay as I have no vacation or sick days. The settlement that they are offering barely covers the cost of my dental work, not to mention that caps only last 10 years at which time those will be my expenses. I was told that if I was a vegetarian, my crown would last longer. So I should be a vegetarian so that I dont break teeth?

Sunday afternoon at 11 o'clock, my husband and I were on our way out of town and went through the drive-thru once again. He ordered a McDouble, coffee, 2 apple pies and my combo. I asked for no cheese on his sandwich. When we got the order, his coffee had no cream and sugar and his sandwich had cheese. I asked the girl in the drive-thru for cream and sugar. She had an attitude so I parked my car and figured I would go in to correct the sandwich and deal with someone with a nicer disposition. The girl behind the counter asked me what was wrong and I told her. She then told the cook in the back and he had an attitude and snatched the sandwich.

When the manager asked the problem, the girl explained to her what was wrong and she had an attitude and looked at me, rolled her eyes and walked to the back. My husband was in the restroom. When I got the order corrected, we met back at the car and I gave him his sandwich. He said he wasn't eating it because the restroom was nasty and smelled terrible and if they don't take care of the restroom that the public can see, he could only imagine what the kitchen looked like that we couldn't see.

Needless to say, we spent money to not eat and get treated terrible on top of that.

Today at 11AM, I went to McDonald's for a quick lunch while I was out running errands. I ordered a fillet of fish meal with a large strawberry shake instead of a drink. I also ordered my daughter a hamburger happy meal with apple dippers and chocolate milk. After I arrived home and looked at my receipt, I noticed that it was entirely wrong. It listed the following: no sauce, 1 ham/ad happy meal, 1 fillet of fish, 1 medium choco shake and 1 choco milk. So being annoyed that my receipt was wrong already, I sat down at the table with my daughter and opened our meals up. Not only was what I ordered not what was on the receipt, but what was on the receipt wasn't what we received!

First of all, my large strawberry shake which was listed as a medium chocolate? Well, it was a medium vanilla. Second of all, my daughter's happy meal came with French fries when I ordered apple dippers, they were ice cold as was her burger and they forgot her toy. I threw out her meal and made her something else. $4 down the drain. My order was the fish fillet and it had so much tartar sauce on it that it was all over the inside of the box, the top of the hamburger bun and everywhere else. I had to scrape the sandwich to eat it. When I attempted to try my fries, they were freezing, soggy and disgusting. I threw them out as well.

In the end, I paid $9.00 for a shake I didn't want and food we couldn't eat. When I went to complain about it, I was informed that I should file a complaint with the company and yet, as I'm looking around, there is no way to do that. I should also mention that the woman at the drive-thru was lifting up her shirt as I pulled around to pay for my food. She laughed and said, "Oh sorry sweetheart, it gets hot in here". As if I cared about her body temperature and not the fact that I could see her body as she was raising her shirt. Absolutely disgusting. Something needs to be done about this.

I visited this McDonald's on October 23, 2010. I had just come from the hardware store and from the rental company in the same vicinity. I had not planned to visit McDonald's; however, I had my place in disarray due to stripping and waxing the floors. In the meantime, my children were at home and could use the stove to prepare breakfast; well I decided to go through the drive-thru around 9:40am. I got to the window to pay at approximately 10:07am. By the time I got to the pick-up window a man that does the maintenance told me to move forward due to him having to fix a machine.

There was a car ahead of me that had been asked to do the same. Someone came out and presented the first vehicle with their food. I was left sitting. I looked out of my rear view mirror and noticed a woman in the car behind me being handed soft drinks and a bag. The customer opened the bag and looked at the food and handed it back to the employee in the window. I immediately got out of my vehicle and walked up to the drive-through and informed the employee (Ms. **), "I don't want that food that you gave that lady. I saw her digging in the bag and she handed it back to you. "Ms. **, immediately said; "You didn't have to come up here like that!" I then told her that I had been asked to pull up and I was forgotten. Ms. ** said; "I wasn't going to send that food out, I was going to have them remake the food!"

It was now close to 10:30am and breakfast was going to be over with. I requested my money back and went to my vehicle. I waited another ten minutes and finally an employee by the name of Twanda ** came out with money in hand ($7.90). She asked me; "How did you pay for this food?" I said; "Credit card, but your restaurant always transact it as a debit." Twanda asked for the receipt. I wasn't going to give it to her because I wanted the receipt as proof that this transaction had occurred. She stood with money in hand and refused to give me my money. I held my hand out of the window and asked her more than five times to give me my money. She commented, "I know you?" I got distracted and said I don't know you and I'm not from here. She refused and went back into the store. I had now been at the McDonald's more than forty-five minutes. I had all of this work to do; I looked a mess and didn't want to go into the store. I looked on my receipt and called the store. A young man answered and I told him that I was outside and this employee refused to give me my money.

The employee Twanda hollered, "She won't take it!" However, I told the young man look out the window I have my hand out the window and she won't give me my money. I even said to her, "Would you give me my money." Twanda said, "You won't take it!" And she continued to hold my money in her hand. I called the Carbondale Police and was told that I had to call the non-emergency number and that I was on a 911 line. I told the Police that I would have called the non-emergency but I didn't know the number. I told her that an employee had come outside and had refused to give me my money. I was so angry that I was crying. I knew that my day had been shot and that I wasn't going to get the floor stripped and my kids hadn't eaten. While I was on the line speaking the McDonald's employee came out again and she said here's your money and I said "I'm on the line with the Police." Twanda holler, "Well we'll wait until the Police get here! She went back into the store again. Twanda came out again and started playing the game again, "Here's your money."

In the meantime, the office from the Carbondale Police is asking me if I see the Police coming, Twanda is listening comments; "I see them." When the officers came she lied and told them that I refused to take my money and gave the officer's the money and I was given the money by the officers. By this time, Ms. ** the manager came out and her and Twanda went over in a huddle with one of the officers. I was requesting that a report be filed and I was told that there had been no criminal activity; however, CAT notes would be written. The next thing I know the one office that was rude started asking me for my date of birth and name as though he was trying to run a report on me. Twanda was writing on a paper. I asked what is that, you told me you weren't going to take a report, what is she writing. Twanda had been instructed to write a BAN Order for me which would forbid me from coming to that particular McDonald's. I was upset. The police told me that any business can write a BAN Order.

I respected that right; however, to BAN customer after an employee was trying to illicit a confrontation or a physical altercation was "Stranger than fiction." Her behavior was not addressed by the manager. In the meantime, I told the manager that I had asked a young man to look out of the window and see me ask for the money. Twanda gets this young man by the name of Nate. Nate came out look scared and only said "Mam I only know what you said." He never acknowledged that I had told him to look out of the window. It has been twenty-four hours since the incident; however, I thought to myself..."That young man Nate had no idea that he had an opportunity to stand for integrity and he failed. The manager showed at that moment how she as well as Twanda had failed this young man by getting him in a conflict that they were part of and were trying to make me a scapegoat. At one point she Ms. ** claimed she would rip up the BAN Order if I didn't take the matter any further; however, proceeded in the restaurant to give the police a copy. I have a copy of this paper.

I went home after I visited the Sergeant at the Carbondale Police Station. Sgt. ** informed me that Twanda and Ms. ** told the police that I frequented the restaurant often and cause problems; however, these problems were not told to me and furthermore they didn't say this to me; they were in a huddle with another officer and said this. I got and contacted (Short Enterprises) the franchise office and the Supervisor, Mr. ** contacted me immediately. He informed me that he had received several calls that morning and had another to return after he finished my call. Apparently, a CO2 machine malfunction and no drinks could be dispensed in the store. Mr. ** said; "One customer said it was total chaos!"

In the meantime, I'm outside not aware of this chaos and endure a taunting by a crew trainer. I told him that I don't care about the Ban. It wasn't justified and I admitted that I had complaints on this particular restaurant in the past; however, I don't frequent it due to cleanliness issues and some of the ignorance with the ** managers. He justified Twanda by saying she probably was afraid because there had been issues with debit card transactions and it would cause the drawers to be short. Mr. Ackers further blamed me for not giving her my credit card. Twanda never asked for it.

If it was so important she should have requested it in front of the police; however, she finally decided to give them my money to give to me. Mr. Ackers said he would get a police report; however, never addressed this employees behavior. Mr. Ackers told me that there were two side to every story and still didn't address the actions of these two employees. Perhaps it was due to other people calling. I also realized that Twanda knows me because she is related to people in the area that sell drugs and has in the past been with these individuals when my property was being torn up and I was being bullied due to my calling the local police and reporting them to management.

Because of this familiarity she harassed me at the restaurant and reported a lie to the Police to get me banned. Her name is on the ban order. I wasn't able to do anything the rest of the day and still need to finish stripping and waxing my floor. Short's Enterprises should look into this Ban policy and to Ban a customer due to previous complaints is an absurdity and it is more serious when a person uses issues on the outside of their job and does such an egregious. What's next: If a customer complains about a old hamburger will they be banned? I wonder if Mr. ** banned the customers that contacted him. According to him there was chaos in the store and I have never created chaos or a disturbance. I only would complain about an order not being right. Nevertheless, if it necessitated me being banned. My question is why didn't I get banned when my complaint was about the service or the food? I get banned when this woman wants to play with my money?

Stopped at 5:30 PM on Oct 10, 2010 to eat and used bathrooms in Dalton, Georgia at McDonalds next to I-75. Men's bathroom was filthy dirty with used paper towels piled on top of waste container over three feet high. No towels left to use. Dirty diaper in commode enclosure. Floor filthy dirty. According to my wife the women's room was in a similar condition.

The front counter had dried catsup on it and both the floor and windows in the main dining area were dirty and obviously had not been mopped or cleaned in a long time. When the female shift manager was notified, she did not seem too concerned and had not even gone to check bathrooms by the time we left (although we only got coffee and did not order any food due to the unsanitary conditions). Conditions were so bad, I considered notifying the health department.

When I called McGeorgia the next day which is the Georgia regional office to complain, I got transferred five times to different voice mails as none of them answered their telephone.

I finally left a voice mail complaint and as of three days later, never got a reply. I now have filed a complaint with the McDonald's national headquarters and am waiting a response. McDonald's used to be noted for their professionalism and clean restaurants, but unfortunately it appears that is no longer the case as I have seen other McDonald's that were almost as bad. However, this one takes the prize for filth.

I hear him again tell the manager, "There is someone on the phone who wants to complain to you." This is the response that I heard word for word (as I wrote it down). "Tell them to shut up, we don't have time to hear nobody complain" After a couple more minutes of the manager not answering, I hang up and called the local owner's office. Around 1:00, I received a call from the manager Connie apologizing for my inconvenience and stated if I brought back the tea, they would give me my $1 back or another tea. I advised I most definitely do not want another tea! I stopped by after work today about 4:50, spoke to Yasha and advised her of the situation. Quality of service is always questionable. It's really sad when you go to a hamburger place and give the simplest order for hamburgers and can't get them without being pulled over to the side and made to wait. McDonald’s needs to screen franchise owners more thoroughly. What's going on with this store? Just taking money for a franchise is hurting the McDonald's reputation. I called the telephone number that was given to me at the store, but no one returned my call. Here's my story for this visit:

11:55 AM, 10/9/2010: Two cars in drive through. One in front of me was told to pull over for food. I was told to pull over for food. I asked for money back and they immediately gave me food. I sampled the food in drive through. It was cold. I went inside. No customers were in line and no cars in the drive through. I asked for a manager. He said "sorry" and gave all kinds of excuses for lack of service including his "goals". I thought giving me a hamburger was his goal. I don't care what he wants in the future. My goal was to get a hamburger today. I asked him how many people were behind the counter. He said 11. I said 11 people and no hamburgers? I feel sorry for anyone trying to get a hamburger here at 12:05. This is a shame. It’s a good location and could be a good place to eat.

I then took my food home and not only noticed the salt on my fries, but noticed that an open container of honey mustard spilled all over my fries and the boxes of my hamburgers. There was honey mustard all over my food as if someone opened it and shook it over my food! I called the manager and she was rude to me. Prior to purchase of my food, I went to the ladies restroom and there was another customer in there prior to me and she stated that there was no tissue. Therefore, we both left out of the restroom to get napkins from the dinning area but I stopped to tell management that there was no tissue in toilet. So she said okay upon my return to bathroom and the other customer as well. Prior to my going in the restroom a McDonald's employee went in before me.

While we were in there since, she was next in line. I told her there was no tissue, whereas, subsequently thereafter, the employee, in aloud harassing, provocative, intimidating voice, asserted: "I am off the clock. I am next in line and it looks like you are going to just get in front of me and take over. I guess I need to go and find her another bathroom to use." She said it very rudely. What she didn't know is that another McDonald's employee was standing in the door and witnessed her behavior. I was almost provoked and if it had not been for this other employee telling me she would handle it, I don't no what would have taken place.

When I say she was way off the chain, I am not joking. She took me off guard with her attitude. I went to the front to talk to manager on duty; the employee that witnessed the incident assisted me and referred me to the store managers on duty. They both asked me what happened and I explained that they really need to do something about her attitude. They said they would address the young lady the next day. The young lady was sitting in the dinning room, but while I was discussing with managers she left before they talked to her.

The managers were very nice and the other employee that witnessed this behavior. I was offered a free meal on my next visit. I am not interested in a few meals but I am interested in customers being treated right and tissue being kept in the toilets. Apparently, the store was out of tissue because they brought napkins to toilet room. You are McDonald’s and there is a Family Dollar and a Dollar General next door: how hard is it to purchase form one of these stored? Now, when we are pretty far away before it's usually noticed. Example: my youngest always orders chicken nuggets with BBQ sauce. At every McDonalds I’ve been to, have never received sauce that was asked for. The other day we went through the drive thru and had an order. As before, we got up the road and didn't get our Oreo flurry. Now, I had paid for this.

Through the years, McDonalds has made quite a bit of money off of us. I'm about to take action on paying for a product that was not received. They are ripping me off. And like I said it's not just one, everyone that I’ve been to has ripped us off one way or another. (This is another example) Driving up the road away from McDonalds and have 6 drinks with no straws! Imagine that. I had to waste my gas money to go back to McDonalds for straws. And when you complain they act like "what's the big deal". I want action on this franchise.

Going down road, my granddaughter ate some fries she said, "Oh nanny, these fries taste so bad and they are very cold." So I took one and said, "Yuck." I said I'm calling them. I asked for the manager and the one who answered the phone said she was the manager. I told her about the fries and she kept on telling me she doesn't understand why until finally, it really made me so upset that she doubt my word.

I even told her that McDonalds has the best fries. I just want let them know that they need throw those out and cook fresh ones. But she doubted my word and she was so rude. I told her I drove 10miles and passes by many fast food just to get McDonalds fries and then we get this. So I asked for her name also and she told me her first name was Sabrina. Sabrina was so rude.

I have to start by saying this is the first time I have ever complained about McDonalds. I am very disappointed and I will tell you why. I went to your establishment on September 25, 2010 at approximately 1:07 and proceeded to order A filet meal and another filet and 4 Mc Doubles. I request at the time of the order that I get the filets freshly made due to the fact they tend to be rubbery from sitting in the bins. So this is how I placed my order I said "I want the number 11 freshly cooked with extra cheese and extra sauce, and another one just like it but just the sandwich and 4 Mcdoubles.

I paid for my order which came to $14.50. And in less than a minute from the time I placed my order my food was ready, but there is a problem if I had said freshly cooked there would be no way for my food to be ready, only because this is the way I order my filet o fish sandwiches all the time and it tend to take about 5 minutes for them just to cook the filet. So I asked them to please make me 2 different ones because I opened them and the fish of course was cold in the middle and rubbery on the outside. So they remade the sandwiches, so everything should be fine right.

Not so fast they recooked it alright but they either did one of two things they redropped the filets in the grease or they heated it up in the microwave to make it hotter, in any case though it was or is the worst tasting sandwich I have ever had from McDonalds and I would think for 10.00 for just the 2 sandwiches and paying that kind of money I could at least get a sandwich worth eating.

I just hope that this is an everyday occurrence at this particular restaurant because if it is and could definitely tell you I will never eat at this one and maybe any at all. I find it very appalling that I give you my business and you take advantage of this by serving me food that not even would my dog eat.

I am very disappointed to know that this is the kind of product someone gets for choosing their establishment. I guess it tells me that I should be very wary about where I choose to purchase and eat my food from now on. I appreciate that fact you offer this site for individuals to speak I wish it was that I was raving about your food instead of complaining. Thank you for your time and consideration.

I ordered the number 3, dinner meal, coke, coffee and a number 3, sandwich. When the order came, I only had one coffee, one coke and one hamburger so I told them what I ordered and they said that I owed for the number 3 meal. I asked if I got the coke or coffee free because they charged me $1.99 for the coffee and $1.00 for my coke and the hamburger, one of the people was a girl and I am pretty sure she was a manager and she said to me that the meal did not include a drink and I should have been charged for both drinks.

I am very mad because I know first of all she screwed my order up and I had to wait and then to tell me I was wrong when it says on the sign of the meal that the drink is included. I am not a happy person. I have been working with the public along time. This should never happen to anyone and I am sure this has happened to a lot of people and I want to hear from you about this. This morning we went and my bacon was not really cooked and no straws for the sweet tea. The straw thing has happened many times. I don’t know how hard it is to put the straws in the bag. But we called and let them know and she said thank you but really didn’t want to fix this matter and make it better .I am so tired of this McDonalds I don’t think I will go back I love the sweet tea though. Maybe someday they will get this right in the future. Thanks for listening.

Hello! I am writing to inform you of an experience I recently had at McDonalds .I pulled up to the drive thru at approximately 11:15 PM, I then had attempted to place my order and after each item was ordered the order taker would say, "Ok". Is that it 4 items were ordered total .Mind you, that it was very upsetting that I had been cut off many times trying to place my order. I then proceeded to the cashier window and to my surprise the cashier was talking to a co- worker and laughing the whole transaction. I pulled forward to the pick up window for my food and beverage, and I was faced with a store manager and the co-worker from the back that had been conversing to the cashier.

That co-worker took his shirt off in front of me and all I could see was his arm pit hair. Yes, very disturbing to me. What made it worse was that the manager was okay with it. I should not have to be faced with this at an eating place. Happened at 11:15 PM on Sept.15, 2010. I decided to give this McDonalds a second chance on Sept.17at 3:28 PM. I ordered 7 items 2 small french fries, 1 10 piece nuggets and, 4 McDoubles ( 1 plain 1 no cheese and 2 regular)

.The cashier was asked by me very politely if I could please have my fries with out salt. Wow! She replied they are already ready and have salt on them. I said please no salt and she asked the manager and she turned to me and said they are already salted. At this point, I was very upset and asked please no salt on my fries. How is that not possible? She then replied, "Okay, we will do them but you are going to have to wait a long time." I said, "Sure, no problem."

I received the McDoubles and all of them were made regular, how disappointing. I returned them and the manager asked, "What happened?" I told her and she gave me my McDoubles, how I had ordered them. So, here I am again at the same McDonalds on Sept 18, at 1:00 pm and said to my self what more could happen, LOL. I had ordered a 20 piece nugget and 13 McDoubles and took it to go, it was my son's birthday party food.

Well, all went great till the last 10 piece nugget was raw, yes raw. I had talked to the store manager Brandon regarding my first two visits and was entitled to come back for 2 value meals any day. He is a wonderful Manager. So, the nugget incident I spoke with a manager named Beatrice, she said to come in any time and get a 10 piece nugget .

I went in on Sept. 20, to get the food that we were told we could order and a manager helped us and her name was Jessica. I believe very rude and tried to say we need to pay for the nuggets, how upsetting. Well, we finally were given our food and went to restroom to find boogers on wall and trash all over floor and dirty sink. Please don't let this go on, you may lose some great customers to that store. I have 4 children and we all love McDonalds but sadly we have to drive to another location. Please email me so that at least I know my complaint has been read. Thank you so much for taking the time to read my letter.

I eat at McDonalds regularly when I'm done my shift at work or during my break, being it is the only place open at 1:00 a.m. around my area other than Tim Hortons. My usual order is a Double Bacon Cheeseburger Meal no onions, with a coke. The past 4 times we have ordered there, I always get extra onions on my burger. My fries and burger are always cold and the fries are re-deep fried. I know because I work in a restaurant.

The 3rd time we order there, we got 2 extra burgers with no onions and we only received one and paid for two. But the one we did receive had onions on it. The manager asked if we could wait a few more minutes so she could have them make another one. I told her not to worry because it wasn't the first time and we were getting used to it by now. Every time we went, we were the only ones there, so our order should not have been messed up. Where I work, we receive at least 400 calls a night for orders and we very rarely have people call back because their orders are messed up. Why is it so hard to read a screen and not put onions on a burger?

I work right down the road taking care of a 99-year old lady. when he got there he realized he dropped his wallet. I called the store and they said no one had seen it. He went back there to check and a lady getting in her car said, "Honey, I found your wallet out here on the ground and I took it in and gave it to an employee." She also said she tried to get my husband's attention but we were leaving then.

While he was gone, I called again and ask if anyone had found it and told them that my husband was coming to look for it. The manager told me that one of the girls brought it to her but nothing was in it. Two employees were seen going to the bathroom together during all this. I feel as though someone should be responsible for their employees. The lady who saw the wallet told my husband that she was a regular there and that she would be willing to say who she gave it to. This is wrong, I worked hard for that money and I have been very upset.

I have to drive to Owensboro everyday to work, but now I have no gas money and I can't make my car payment. They said they have videos but the manager on duty would not check the tapes at that time. So we are going there in the morning to see what we can get done. I hope someone will look in to this. If your employees will take from a customer then what will they take from your company. Your concern in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.

My complaint is this happens at your store and the manager Michelle ** not only knows but participates in the drug use.

I believe there are a few people that got fired over exposing the truth, but I only have one, the mother of my child, the girl I fell in love with and this doesn’t seem right. It’s a bad place for people. Now, I walked in yesterday and see an employee walking out of the bathroom sniffing and rubbing his nose. There are some problems in your store and I suggest you deal with them before I go to the police and papers and blow this way out of proportion. I know I sound like I’m mad. I am. But I will protect my family by any means possible.

The facts are my girl started a job to help and is now involved with an employee that sells drugs in the store and Michelle knows this and hangs out at her home with them. She’s an adult and some of these people are 18 years old and 21 years old. She broke up two good families by playing like a child in your store.

Sometimes you get a yes answer when that was not one of their choices. Last Sunday, the 5th, my wife asked at what age senior citizens receive free coffee. The counter person could not understand what she wanted and called the manager-in-charge over. Of course, the manager couldn't answer the question either. There were other questions, too, and each received the same blank stare. I will do my best to not shop at your eating establishment again as this has happened many times in the past and I am tired of it! I am not bilingual and never will be. I am a frequent visitor of the Centerville McDonald’s as my 2-year-old loves the happy meal. My husband and I were excited for the opening of the new McDonald’s with a play land. Unfortunately, that excitement has been short lived. The play land is great. I love the fact that adults can walk into the big toy and not have to climb through a tube to rescue a scared or crying child. The musical instruments are great as well. However, the background music in the play land is so loud I cannot hear the musical sounds of the children's instruments. I can't hear a child crying in the play land. The only thing I hear is my brain saying, "Get me out of here so I can take some Tylenol!" Additionally, the music choice is totally inappropriate for the audience, it is much more appropriate for teenagers. I am confused as to why the music in the main area of the restaurant is several decibels lower than the kid's area. I'm not exactly sure why the kid's area needs music at all. Do people go to McDonald's to eat and visit or to listen to music? For me a happy meal is a quiet meal!

Last Sunday, when we were there for breakfast, I told my husband I was going to ask management about the volume. My husband said, "Don't bother; they will just say it is controlled by corporate." Ridiculous, I thought. Today we went to McDonald’s for lunch, again the music was blaring! The person who took my order was wearing a badge that said "Store Manager." Perfect, I thought. I asked, "Why is the music so loud in the kids play land, can't it be turned down?" He looked at me and smiled and I am not joking, he said, "It's the community standard." Are you kidding me? The community has a standard for how loud the music in a play land should be? Where is that standard defined? Have you surveyed parents in the community? Because if you did, I sure didn't get asked. He then told me he would call my name when my food was ready. I told him I wouldn't be able to hear him because I would be in the play land. Again, he just smiled. I would smile too but my auditory nerves are in spasm.

I went back to the table and told my husband I had asked about the music and the response. My husband laughed and said, "What did you expect?" What did I expect? I expected someone to say, "I'll turn the music down," or, "I will survey parents and see if the consensus is the music is too loud." No, instead I got an apathetic, underpowered response. "It's not my fault, it's corporate." I assume somewhere in Illinois there is a safe and in that safe there is a volume controller for all the play lands in the world. I am asking ever so nicely if you could ask Ronald McDonald or whoever is holding the remote to turn the music down! Even better, while Ronald has the remote in his hand, change it to a child friendly station or turn it off. While I understand that the volume of music at my local McDonald’s certainly does not compare to real problems in the world such as cancer, global warming, double digit unemployment, the war in Afghanistan and a tanking economy, it appears to have about the same chances of any foreseeable resolution.

At that time a manager, I believe named Victor, was coming around the counter. When the cashier asked Victor for a discount for an employee that was placing an order, he turned to the employee and rudely and loudly said, "Quit being stupid, ask me for that when I am back here behind the counter. Don’t be such an idiot.” I, along with 3 other customers, all looked at each other with disbelief. He spoke loud enough that the man on the phone with me heard him also.

Then no more than 5 minutes later, he rudely spoke to an employee female that had asked for a cup on her break when he told her, "Don’t be lazy. Come back here and get it." This type of behavior made me and other customers uncomfortable. I felt that was rude to the employees and the customers as well. Being that this is the only McDonald’s around, I guess I will not be eating at that establishment no longer. In doing so, my husband notice one of the staff at that window licking her fingers, as if she was eating something, we ignored it. We then were given the bags of food that we ordered and waited a while for our drinks. I looked for a buzzer to buzz, but there was none, so I tapped on the window and it opened.

The employees were standing there, so I apologized that for the window opening and I asked for my drinks. I was told rudely that the drinks are coming and the window was closed abruptly in my face. I opened the window again and expressed to the female employee that I did not appreciate her being rude to me and that she need to learn good customer service etiquette which is probably the reason why she is working at McDonald's. She in return closed the window again and I overheard her telling her colleague, "That's why customers have to get their food spit in." I got up out of my vehicle and took the food inside. I really want to help with this problem, and [their] biggest problem for quality lies at night. Never had a bad breakfast from McDonalds, so the problem is at night mostly, and I'm willing to shop these stores at night. I had a cold dinner. Threw the fries away as usual cause they were hard and cold. I'm growing tired of such an easy fix, fresh! I waited 12 minutes to get cold food that tasted like it came out of the fridge.

They never ever smile and I'm taking about the managers here. The regular employees give better service than them except a couple. There are some that are also very rude, however the Lamont location has excellent service. They are losing their customers because most of my family prefers going to the McDonald's in Lamont than Arvin, due to their better service.

I was yelled at and called a cracker! I am currently on a low carb diet and pulled in the drive-thru and asked if I could get a big breakfast with just 2 eggs and 2 sausages instead of the biscuit and hash brown. After sitting at the drive-thru menu for 5 min, I was asked to pull around and was greeted by a very rude manager and a young man working the window. The manager was loud and just flat out nasty when trying to charge me $6 for 2 eggs and 2 sausages. I felt that price was high and asked how much each item costs and she said $1 each. So I obviously asked why the extra $2 and she kept having problems trying to figure out how to ring it up and took it out on me. After being belittled and yelled at by her, she told me the total was $5.05 and I said whatever and gave her my card so I could just get out of there!

Then the receipt she handed me said $4.22. The manager obviously had no idea how to even ring up an order! As she walked off she started telling another employee what an ignorant cracker I was and laughed. The very young man that was working the window felt so bad, he apologized for his superior! All I wanted was breakfast but all I got was a hard time and intend on taking this as far as I have to, maybe in court. To see that no one else has to go through what I did from her!

I asked my daughter who was with me if she thought they were still closed. Then a lady came on the speaking yelling, "Talk louder, I can't hear you!" So I began to place the order after stating 2 orders of hash browns. She stated my total and said "pull around to pay". I told her I was not done placing the order. She then said. "Well, that's your total". I told her I wanted to speak to her supervisor because she was being so rude. She then stated in a sarcastic high pitched voice, "I am the supervisor, your total is $2, is that better?!" I told her to cancel the order and pulled away.

Being a relatively new product to me, I didn't know the name of it as I just seen the new commercial and knew the one on the picture was the one you sell. I told her I wanted the very one that's in the ad and on the coupon.

She twisted the conversation around and went ballistic on me and told me she was through with me, and I was no longer welcome at that restaurant. She did not serve me. I have a condition where I have to eat on time. I am a war time veteran and she also served the customer behind me and told me to leave the store. No one posed a threat or was disrespectful to her, yet out of pure frustration and lack of respect for her own race, she did not serve me simply because I did not know the name of a new smoothie!

I've patronized this McDonald's since it has been open and to not feel comfortable going to a location in my area is very disturbing. Something definitely needs to be done about this incident as its the second disrespectful trip to a local McDonald's in Akron, OH within a month. It's the corporation who is right these days, they don't need our, the customer's, money anymore, or so they act like it. Who disrespects the very people who are trying to buy food from them? I have witnessed food fights between employees late at night, arguments between employees, employees smoking right next to the entrance (although this has changed recently) and employees who are getting high in the parking lot on breaks. Just last week, a customer complained about her order (she was very appropriate) and the employee really got rude with her. I mean really rude. The customer asked for her name and that really set her off. I am a professional and work with the court system, probation, etc. and they do not want clients working at McDonald's because of the known drug use among the employees. I'm certain that if someone went in and did random UAs, you would be shocked; but not the managers or not the owner.

Compare it to the two Burger Kings where the owners are there all the time and monitoring what goes on, a drastic difference. This is not just idle gossip or I'm guessing. Do you have some good workers? Yes. But the other ones make going here really undesirable. Of course, McDonald's will always have customers, so I guess they don't care if they lose some. I personally would not let any of my children apply for a job here and this is really the overwhelming consensus of many people in the community. This place needs to be cleaned up.

I told him I gave him a $10 bill and he said I didn't. A few minutes later he pulled out a fresh $5 bill that had not been folded and said that is what I gave him. I had my $10 bill folded several times in my coin purse and that was the only bill I had, the rest was change. I asked him to count his drawer, he told his co-worker he guessed he had to count it, instead he went to the back and came back and said he reviewed the camera and that it was a $5 bill I gave him. I requested to see that camera footage because I was sure I gave him a $10 bill. He said he couldn't let me see it, he appeared to text someone on his cell and said it was his boss and he would let me know when his boss got back to him.

I sat in the store for quite a while and I kept checking with him, his co-worker. After about an hour came over and said they finally counted the drawer and it was right. We all make mistakes and if this was mine I will be accepting it but I should have the right to see that camera footage to know it was my error, although I still believe at this point it was not. I have tried to call the phone number on the receipt, which is hard to read. I have left 3-4 messages for a plea of response to the manager of the store there and no one has responded to my call. If I was in error I would be the first to apologize for any inconvenience. If I am not in error I expect to get my additional $5 in change back.

This clerk is always rude, guess he doesn't like people ordering off the dollar menu. I don't know, but I just want a manager, not shift manager to recheck things and perhaps allow me to see the tape also if indeed it does show it was only $5. Again, I know we all occasionally make mistakes and I will admit a very slim possibility that I was the one with the mistake, but I truly believe I gave him a $10 bill. I hope that I will get a response from someone to show in good faith that this matter is being double-checked by a company who cares about their customers, and not that they feel they are so big that the customer doesn't matter. We left the house in ample time to get breakfast and for me to make it on time to work. I ordered a bacon/egg McGriddle "without cheese". This was also confirmed on the sales receipt the employee handed me after paying $4.44. At the second window, I was handed my coffee and then my food order and told to have a great day. I pulled forward slightly and opened the bag then sandwich wrapping only to find it contained cheese.

After parking the car, I went inside where I waited over 15 minutes until a blue-shirted person (assistant manager) asked if I had a problem. Showing her my order, she went to the back to fix it (screaming out what she needed as she entered the inner sanctum). A few minutes later, she returned and told me that they no longer had any "folded" eggs but wondered if I wanted scrambled instead. I told her I wanted what I originally ordered and for time to go backwards since now I was late for work. The assistant manager kept asking what she could do for me but never told me what she would do for my inconvenience. She seem annoyed that I wouldn't tell her what I wanted yet she couldn't give me what I asked for.

As I left (without a refund) she yelled, "forget it, she doesn't want nothing". At this time I returned to the counter and asked for a name and number to complain about the service. The assistant manager asked again what I wanted but still did not try to make the wrong right. She wrote down the exact phone number which was on the printed receipt and nothing further. I called each time and was told "We will put your name on the book. The next time you come through, tell them your name is on the book."

The last incident took place on June 14, 2010, Monday night. I purchased two side salads from the drive-through. I even told them when ordering to check the salads because there had been issues previously. Sure enough, when I got home, one of the salads should not have been sold to me. The time on the one salad was used by 4:15pm; I did not get off work until 9:21 pm.

I called once again and told my name would be on the book. Last night, I returned to McDonald's to get my salad from Monday night. This salad did not have a sticker on it at all. I believe the salad was beyond the date and/or time; therefore, they removed the sticker. I did not eat the salad. I threw it in the garbage. The manager told me "Things are starting to look suspicious with you continuously being on the book for salads!"

I am highly upset. First of all, I did nothing wrong. McDonald's continue to sell food that should not be sold, and you accuse me of stealing dollar side salads. McDonald's may be a giant in the industry, but I will go up against them. Wrong is wrong. What if I had gotten sick (food poisoned)? The first thing McDonald's would have said is it was not their food that made me sick. If this has happened to me, I am sure they continue to sell bad food.

This evening at 8 pm, my younger sisters and I decided to visit this McDonald's because it has a convenient drive-thru. We were the only customers in the drive-thru when we arrived, and we placed our order for 3 Big Mac sandwiches, 3 medium fries, 1 20-piece Chicken Nuggets, and 3 Ranch Sauces. When we arrived home and sat down to eat, two of us bit into our sandwiches and realized that there was nothing in between the top bun and the middle bun--no beef patty, no lettuce, no sauce, no nothing. When we looked at the next sandwich, we realized it too was missing everything between the top and middle bun.

If this had happened on 1 sandwich, that's one thing. But for it to happen on all 3 sandwiches, it's just not right. I'm unemployed, so eating out is a huge treat for us, even if it is just McDonald's. And this leaves a really bad taste in my mouth, and I can't say I'll be treating my self to McDonald's anymore. I spent over $20.00 on this meal, and it was certainly not what we ordered. For the sandwiches that we ordered, we could have just ordered cheeseburgers off the Dollar menu instead of paying for 3 Big Mac sandwiches.

I went to the store in Horn Lake, MS last night about 7 pm.The store was very nasty and the employees were very rude. I went to place my order and the woman told me they didn’t have any fries ready. I said to her that I would wait for some hot ones. She told me it would be a 5-mintu wait on the fries and if I was going to wait, I had to set in the lobby. I had no problem with that; the only problem I had was all the tables was nasty and she was very rude. After the 5 minutes was up she still didn’t call me for my order. When she did my food was cold.

When I asked for a manager, a lady name Amand come to the front. She had stuff coming off her face that looked down right nasty. She looked at me and said it was nothing she could do to help me. So I told her to just give me my money back and when she did she put it in the girl’s hand like she didn’t want to touch me. I eat at that McDonald’s all the time because it’s right there where I live at, but after that I won’t be eating there again. I asked for the store manager’s name. Another girl pulled me to the side and said that his name is Drew ** and don’t waste my time calling and talking to him because he doesn’t care about nothing that go on at that store. I would like something, anything, that you can give me for the problem that I had at your store. I mean a coupon will be ok. I can take it to another McDonald’s.

At 9:30 pm on June 8, 2010, my husband entered the McDonald drive thru. After placing an order for one fish filet sandwich with lite tarter sauce, add ketchup, he was forced to wait in the drive thru for 30 minutes! When he finally made it to the pick up window, his debit card would not work. This was no fault of the McDonald's because the strip on the back of the card was scratched. So when he returned home, I left and went to the same McDonald's, arriving at 10:15 PM and placed the same order with an additional sweet tea.

I waited in line for about 7 minutes after placing my order. When I arrived to the pick up window, I was handed my bag and drink but did not receive a receipt. When I opened my sandwich, it was the exact same sandwich that my husband had ordered 45 minutes ago! The fish was so hard that I could not break it with my fingers! I was so angry that I threw it out the window and left!

I had been sick all day and had not eaten so this was going to be my one meal of the day and I was given a fish sandwich that was at unsafe temperature. Good thing I did not eat it!

I purchased a diet coke from the McDonald's drive-thru window at approximately 5am on June 4th. I went to work out, left my soda in the car. I was done around 7:20. After running some errands, I was going to pick up my son, I went to take another sip and felt something come through the straw and into my mouth. It was a worm! I was so disgusted, I didn't know what to do. I threw it on the console of my car and pulled over.

After a few minutes of gagging, I decided to take the worm and my soda back to the McDonald's where I got it. I took a couple pictures of it before taking it in the store, and good thing because the manager I spoke with threw it into the garbage! They offered me a free drink and two free coupons! No way! I will never order and am telling everyone not to order anything from there! If it's in my soda, I can't even imagine what other slippery suckers there must be crawling around!

Me and a co-worker went over to the McDonald's across the parking lot from work on Saturday, June 5, 2010 at about 1:30PM. Our boss treated everyone to a sundae because it was hot at work and we were all working really hard. When we got to the counter, a lady who visibly had a bad attitude looked at us and when we read off of the list we had of who wanted what, she said "oh boy, they got a list". That made me want to turn around and leave right then. But we went on to tell her what we wanted and she kept getting really smart about how many sundaes we wanted. We ordered 13. She was slamming things around, saying rude comments like she had more things to do besides making a million sundaes. The sad thing is I don't even eat there because of the service. I was only there because my boss asked me to go get it. I will probably never go inside that particular McDonald's anymore.

I have been in many McDonalds throughout the USA. I have to say this particular one is the worse one I have ever visited! The place is filthy, flies flying everywhere. The floors from the kids play area is sticky and garbage on the floors. The staff had very poor customer service. The place was out of ketchup and honey mustard. I have to say I will never visit this particular or any other McDonalds this was a very sad and terrible experience for my family and me.

I ordered 2 Big Mac combos and another Big Mac and large fries. I also ordered a sweet tea with extra lemon. When I arrived at the window, I was handed my drinks. I asked the lady at the window if the tea had lemon. She said yes. When I opened the lid of the tea, I didn't see a lemon. I asked her again and she replied, "It's at the bottom." I proceeded to take my order and go home.

When I arrived home, I poured my tea in a glass. There was no lemon. When my children and I started to eat our Big Macs, we found that they had no sauce! Now, this particular McDonalds has two drive thru ordering stations, then goes into one line. I don't know if I received someone else's Big Macs or not. I looked up the phone number to the restaurant, but no one ever answered or returned my call.

I called the 1800 number found on the receipt, but I have never received a response. I am very disappointed at my order at this restaurant and no one has bothered to offer an apology or try to correct the mistake. I also do not appreciate the dishonesty of the employee about my tea when I specifically asked her twice. If she wasn't sure, she should have just given me some lemon! I hope that you can provide some kind of assistance. Thank you.

A McDonalds inside of a Walmart Supercenter states that it includes free refills for dine-in customers only. However, I along with a friend and my cousin went in there and ordered our food and I ordered a large soda. After sharing the soda, it ran out pretty quick. I got up to get a refill when one of the managers told me I couldn't.

However just about two minutes prior to me going up for a refill, an ** adult went up and got a refill without conflict while the manager watched her. This puzzles me, I'm a ** male adult, but I was discriminated against. The manager was a ** female adult. However, any time an ** went for a refill, they weren't stopped. I saw the Walmart employees went in, bought a soda cup and filled it and walked out and went back to work. Ten minutes later they came right back in and refilled it and walked back out. They did this for the entire time I was inside the store.

Of course, I only saw the ** Walmart employees doing this. The ** Walmart employees don't take advantage of the system, or perhaps this racist manager has yelled at them as well. I will not tolerate this type of management. While this angered me and I thought maybe I should listen and not refill my soda, it said right on the soda fountain that free refills are allowed for dine-in customers, so I refilled my cup even though I was told I couldn't. It's not fair for us ** people that the ** get a free refill but we don't. I am pretty upset that the manager lady allowed only the ** to get a refill during my visit.

I ordered two sausage biscuits and an orange juice this morning at 9:24. It was only one man ahead of me, no morning rush. I see why people pass up this business. I will not go there anymore. There is too many other McDonald's in the Algiers area. This is not the only problem I had at this location. I am surprised that this establishment is open for business. I ordered my two sausage biscuits with strawberry jelly and an orange juice. The manager took my order and the employees fixed my order and I heard the manager say, "Did you fix more orange juice?" And she replied yes. When I received my juice, it was as hot as it was outside. We are in New Orleans. It is 90 degrees easy this morning or any morning this time of year down here. Anyway, I wasn't given any option to choose ice in the juice or maybe another cold drink option. I am so fed up with McDonald's on General Meyer ave, store 794. I don't want to even eat McDonald's. We have plenty of places that fix food here. It is New Orleans, for God's sake.

McDonald's can have all the biscuits, all the fries, all the burgers that the employees can eat for free and when McDonald's franchise have to close more restaurants just maybe someone will be on staff to make sure that the orders go out okay. I had to go back into the store and get the strawberry jelly that I asked for when I placed my order. They forgot to put it in my bag. Look at the tile out receipt from today at this time and you will see it was no morning rush they had one car in the drive-thru and one customer ahead of me and one eating in the restaurant. Now I see why I'm not the only one disgusted. I was planning to inquire about a franchise. I will becoming into a lot of money soon but one thing I do know, if you had bad experience at one franchise a person tend to carry that experience with them to all franchise with the same name. One bad apple will ruin the whole bunch.

I ordered a grilled chicken wrap only cheese. This is the way it is on the sales slip if you don't want sauce. First one, they made was crispy chicken so I returned it. Second one, I got grilled chicken with sauce. I returned it. Third one, I got only cheese. That's right no chicken. Unbelievable! By this time, when I took it back for the fourth time, the manager said they couldn't make it wrong any other way. She was apologetic, etc. I'm just sharing this because it is unbelievable.

My sister called the number on my cup. That person said, "I'll have a manager call you back." No one ever called back. This was about 3:15 in the afternoon. We are a small town. There is no reason why every time anyone goes to the Fort Meade McDonald’s, we have to wait in line for the minimum of 30 minutes. Tonight, a school night at that, I had to wait in the drive-through for 57minutes. If Bartow or Wauchula wasn't so far, I would go to one of those. The comments in our little town is, if you only have an hour lunch break, don't go to our McDonald’s.

I am a driver for a company that transports railroad crews. I stop in at the particular rest stop where this McDonald’s is on a rather frequent basis. A few months ago I stopped using the rest room in this McDonald’s because it was always filthy. Well, today I followed the crew into the restaurant and went to the rest room as they ordered their food. This time at least for the stall I went into it was clean. However, when I came out and tried to wash my hands, I pushed on the container for soap and it fell apart and into the sink. There was no soap in the container. I thought if there is no soap for the customers to use after using the restroom, what are the employees using? The restroom at this particular McDonald’s is a consistent problem and someone needs to address it, especially when the employee's are not likely using soap either before handling the food. This resulted to nausea when I told my crew, who had already eaten their food.

I am so stunned and shocked about what I witnessed at a McDonald's last week! The McDonald's in Oro Valley, Arizona. (The restaurant is located inside of the Oro Valley Marketplace Walmart Supercenter). I heard a gentleman try to order a yogurt parfait. As I was watching I was surprised at the lack of response from the employee behind the counter. She did not smile or nod her head. She just stood there. The customer again tried to order in a pleasant manner. The girl continued to ignore him. At that moment, a manager stepped forward from the grill and said "good morning" back to the customer. He said that he would say the greeting for her since she wouldn't. The customer mentioned to the manager the lack of courteous customer service the girl had. At that moment the girl loudly said to the customer, "** you."

I couldn't believe what I heard! Then she said, "** again! Even more shocking was the manager's response. He did not reprimand her or remove her from the front counter, but continued to allow her to work with other customers. The manager totally disregarded the customer and acted as if nothing had happened. I am stilled shocked and stunned by what happened and especially by the way the manager did not handle the rude and profane remarks! I have forever lost my respect for McDonald's restaurants, especially the franchise in Oro Valley, Arizona.
