I live right across the street from this location & easily spend around $400 a month there. I didn't even mind waiting in their outrageous line every morning just to get my coffee which was always inconsistent. I have repeatedly given them chances thinking oh it was that employee or whatever excuse but the truth is they have inferior training for these moronic young people who want money but don't want to work! The old manager lady is so overworked & run ragged that she doesn't even care about customers anymore. Day after day they give the wrong item even after repeating out to me when I order, to the extreme of I ordered a big & toasted with sausage & got a croissant with egg & no meat! Maybe they were concerned about my cholesterol? Yeah right!

My girlfriend has had many an unhappily visit there over a simple dunkacinno that they hardly ever got right. Tonight was out! I have had it, my girlfriend was coming over after a long day of work & she hasn't had dinner but all she wanted was the new milky way Ice cream in a s. So she went to the store at 11 pm to get us a couple of ice creams for us. The door was locked but drive thru was available so she went around and carefully placed her order, the guy repeated it twice correctly. The girl behind counter made them, needless to say when she got home the ** hit the fan. She asked for no nuts & hers was loaded with them & the kicker was there was no milky way ice cream! The reason she went there OMG! I opened mine it was completely wrong.

Well it was late & she was tired & crabby so it started us arguing & she threw hers in the trash. I called the store & they said the manager wouldn't be there till 6 am. The girls answer was "well come back. I'll remake it", as to I responded was "isn't FREE - I can't keep driving up there!" So with a disgusted voice she says "well I can put your name on the board to remake it." I told her this happens way too often & that they need to be accountable. She replied "sorry" in a snotty tone that made me want to choke her. Waiting to speak to manager tomorrow, I'm sure with no satisfaction as usual! ** Dunkin'. I will never come back nor will ever stop spreading Ill will towards your stores! I am a small businesses owner & I am going to start some campaign such as trade in your Dunkin' branded merchandise get money off your bill! Don't worry I will share with all my social media outlets also!

I was told these are independently owned and the last time I complained to corporate the franchise owner responded to me. I thought we had a nice conversation & understood each other, he offered me gift certificates to which I refused emphatically & he repeatedly insisted "please take it!" The problem is they think giving me money back is the answer but I would much rather have the employees there more professional & understanding to the customers. Dunkin' corporate should step in & force change before the whole Dunkin' name is garbage! Of course she paid cash & got no receipt.

I get Dunkin Donuts a lot. But recently I noticed the donuts there aren't fresh anymore. Every time I have got them they have always been soft as a cloud and like they just came out. But about 6 times now that has changed. I usually go during the morning and I would expect them to be fresh. But they taste very dry and kinda hard. I don't know what changed, but they use to be very recently made. Their coffee is fantastic, but the donuts do not please me anymore. This has happened over and over. This was at Peachtree City, Georgia Dunkin Donuts.

They are consistently inconsistent. The last time I went there, the coffee was crunchy with all the sugar being at the bottom. The time before that they were out of things. Every time I used to go there, they were out of stock with something, whether it was chicken salad, or a coffee flavour. They were out of something and I had to order something else. Save your money and get McDonald's and Krispy Kreme. McDonald's coffee is always the same and you get what you order. And Krispy Kreme doughnuts are way better.

Dunkin Donuts was my go to for coffee and donuts in college since they provided good service and products for affordable prices. After not having visited one for a long time, I decided to drop by a Dunkin Donuts for a quick cup of hot chocolate and some donuts. I was greatly disappointed at how the quality of their products has declined. Instead of preparing the hot chocolate themselves using their machine or whatnot, they served me hot water and a pack of their ready to mix hot chocolate. That was fine I guess, but I couldn't get the same consistency of the hot chocolate that I was used to. The donuts were another story. They were not fresh and were a bit hard to chew on, to be honest. Their prices have increased too, but that would not have been a problem if the same quality was maintained.

I've been going to Dunkin' Donuts for over a year. They used to make my coffee correctly everyday but the Wexford, PA location is the worst location ever!!! Don't go there!!! The manager is the fakest ** ever. My order isn't even difficult. All I ever order is a large iced cookie dough coffee with 3 creams and 1 sugar. At first they started putting so much sugar in it that it wasn't even drinkable and they said they don't even follow our orders. Then they started putting less and less cookie dough flavor in our coffee so we started asking for extra. EVERYDAY they mess up my order so I have to ask for it to be remade.

Today was the final straw. I go everyday with my friend and we each order a large coffee the same way. We placed the order today and in the background we heard a woman worker say "Oh God" in an exasperated way then we pulled up. Our coffee had NO COOKIE DOUGH in it. We asked them to put more in and they added one pump to mine and none to my friends. Then we said it still didn't taste like cookie dough and the woman who said "Oh God" said "I put so much cookie dough in there that if you don't taste it something's wrong with your taste buds and you'll have a glucose attack." We were so mad we just left. We went to a different Dunkin' Donuts and they said there's no cookie dough in either of them. We are so done!!! We spend an average of $400 a month there. I'm thinking about never going there again after the way we've been treated.

I and my nephew love Dunkin' Donuts munchkins. We like that it's small and bite sized. I always buy him a box before I go home. On Friday nights, we usually watch our favorite movie at home while eating munchkins. For us, they are better than popcorns when watching movies. And we always fight for the last piece. And of course, I ALWAYS lose!! Hahaha. We love it so much that we once planned to have our own Dunkin' Donuts store in the future.

It seems that through the years, Dunkin' Donuts' donuts are getting smaller and smaller. I don't know if I just grew or if it really did became smaller. I went to one of their branches recently and the photos of their sandwiches looked good. So I tried their egg sandwich. It was nasty! I gave them another chance and came back to try out the three mushroom sandwich. Still nasty! I think they should just focus on their donuts. They should just make larger sized donuts. I would've given them 1 star, but at least the taste of their donuts did not change.

Dunkin' Donuts signifies that 'first love never dies'. Since it is my first love, although there are already many donut stores that opened in our city, once in a while I would always go back to their nutty choco, coco choco, apple filled donuts, brownies, and munchkins. It stays affordable compared to other donuts, and it tastes good. The dough is not as overwhelmingly sweet unlike all others. They have all the simple classic flavors that I have loved since I was a kid. But I cannot always say they are serving fresh donuts. There's one particular branch in our city that we never go since they tend to serve already dried donuts.

There's also another branch that we always go to since they seem to serve the freshest donuts. Still I am giving Dunkin Donut 5 stars, how can't I? But I hope they will make sure that all their branches/franchise serve fresh donuts. I hope they will not disappoint me and the other customers who have stayed as their loyal customer all these years. If one branch will not follow these simple rule best to close it down.

I am an avid fan of Dunkin' Donuts. They were the very first doughnut franchise that reached here in the Philippines and I have been enjoying them since I was a kid. But with the influx of these other doughnut chains, it seems that DD has been struggling to have a piece of that market share. It all started when they sold their classic all-time favourite doughnuts at a higher price which they said they did in order to maintain the quality of their products. I'm okay with that, however, these couple of years they seem to take the consignment route where they consign their doughnuts to convenience stores and small stalls around the mall.

Most of the products in these consignments are not refreshed as much as they should be. And, this defeats the purpose of raising their prices since most of their products in these consignments are stocked and are already stale and we are not getting fresh doughnuts from them. The last time I bought at a convenience store, the doughnut was already stale from being refrigerated too long. I don't think it's worth the price upgrade then. But to tell you the truth, I still love the doughnuts although I won't be buying them off of any sketchy Dunkin' Donuts shelves from convenience stores anymore.

Their donuts are delicious especially the Boston Creme. Plus, their donuts are cheap. In the Philippines, the regular donuts (in terms of size) costs 20 pesos per piece, which is MUCH LOWER than the prices of "luxury" donuts such as J.CO and Krispy Kreme, which costs from 36-42 pesos per piece in their regular-sized donuts. Therefore I conclude, I highly recommend Dunkin' Donuts to those who cannot afford J.Co and Krispy Kreme.

I ordered a peach sweet tea. I tasted it before I left and it didn't taste anything like a peach sweet tea. I asked the worker at the window and he asked me 3 times why I was asking for a different drink. He kept acting like he didn't understand me. He takes my drink with an attitude and slams the window shut. I see him talking to his manager. Next thing you know, my drink isn't coming out but the manager opens the window and says "If you do this again, I am not switching your drink."

I admit I got pissed and started getting upset. I felt disrespected. I wasn't doing that for no reason. If I'm paying for a peach sweet tea, it needs to be a sweet tea. I asked him if he was the manager and he says "yes". This is so wrong that the manager is showing this kind of disrespect! Every time I get a Boston cream donut, it's basically void of the CREAM part. The point of a Boston cream donut is the CREAM. This is a multi-million dollar company. YOU CAN STOP BEING SO STINGY WITH THE CREAM IN YOUR BOSTON CREAM DONUT!!!

Updated on 4/24/2016: This is the 2nd time I'm complaining about the Daleville, PA DD location. The donuts that are supposed to be filled with either cream, or jelly, their newest cream cheese filled donut squares are not filled with anything really. A tiny itty-bitty dot of these fillings is not sufficient. If I just wanted a regular donut I'd order a regular donut. When I order a donut with filling I expect filling not just a dot of whatever substance is included in the name of that product. Boston cream is supposed to have cream. Dunkin' Donuts is not hurting for money- there is no excuse to be so stingy and skimpy with their fillings. It's inexcusable. I took pics of my most previous purchase, the alleged raspberry cream cheese filled donut square. I took pics and will provide them below because to say the least, the cream cheese filling was nonexistent. For this large immensely successful company, come on.

Dear Dunkin Donuts, you can afford to put some more filling in your products that are supposed to be filled. Daleville, PA location, your "filled" donut products suck and are a waste. You will see in the pics that I dissected the donut and only 1 piece, one small little square was there. A itty-bitty dot of cream cheese filling. The rest was just a regular old donut. I bought the donut specifically for the cream cheese filling and chose to throw 99% of the donut away with the exception of the one tiny square with the cream cheese in it. They charge more for this donut because of the cream cheese, so basically they just rip you off because there's more icing than cream cheese and they don't charge more for regular donuts with just icing. Dunkin Donuts stop being so cheap skimpy and stingy???

I ordered a ham and egg on a plain bagel, NO CHEESE, NO BUTTER, NO DAIRY! Obviously, I am highly allergic to dairy products. The girl at the window repeated my order as she handed it to me and said, "Ham, egg and cheese on a plain bagel"! I said NO CHEESE and she said "OH YEA, no cheese".

I took my sandwich to work, opened it up and foolishly bit into it without looking, trusting that they can follow directions, especially when it is a food allergy issue... a very foolish assumption. I ended up with a mouthful of creme cheese! I have taken rides in the ambulance to the ER due to my allergy to dairy. I contacted **, the apparent mgr and explained my history with them. ** needs to go to school to learn how to deal with people/customers. She said very abruptly, "I'm sorry sir, would you like me to replace it"? How about, are you ok? How about, I'm so sorry, and actually being sincere? How about, what can we do to apologize and make it right?

Fortunately for me, I recognized before I swallowed the cheese what I had bitten into. I will NEVER go back to this Dunkin Donuts again and maybe to any other. The people who are hired are careless and unconcerned about anyone other than getting their order out. It is my understanding that they are on a clock and are timed in terms of how long it takes to complete an order...that itself is just wrong! I will pursue this issue further as I am tired of losing money and risking my health. A litigious individual, or one who had been made sick by this event, would be contacting an attorney right this minute. I've had it with Dunkin Donuts!!

I go there 6 days per week and spend about 100.00 per week so I can get cold coffee (ordered Hot)... Burnt bagels, smashed food because it's just thrown into the bag. I also get wrong items every time. How hard is it to get an order right??? I went there this morning 10/28/15. Order 2 everything bagels toasted and butter... The first ones I got was toasted with cream cheese, the second group of bagels came out not toasted also with cream cheese, the third group came out toasted, plain no butter!!! I had to ask for a side of butter and stand there and buttered my bagels myself. I was told that I am too picky by one of the girls that work there... WTF!

Then when I got to my work, I tried my coffee that I ordered... Med coffee with cream and sugar... I GOT HOT WATER!!! I will be spending my money at TIM Horton's from now on. I'm done with DD and will not spend another penny there. I will spend my 100.00 per week elsewhere.

This forces you to email them to get your points for every receipt you need credit for. You only get drink rewards (with expiration dates). I've never seen a DONUT or FOOD discount/reward. You have to load the card with funds first (only if their system isn't down), then pay with it to get the rewards.

This is a problem with the Dunkin' Donuts that just opened in Whitestone Queens. I understand that Dunkin is no longer just a coffee and donut shop. It pains me that I cannot get a fresh cup of coffee. I don't know how many times I have seen the server take a pot of old coffee and pour it into a freshly brewed pot thus contaminating the new pot of coffee. I had gotten into the habit of specifically asking for a FRESH cup of coffee. Rather than aggravate myself first thing in the morning, I now drive to 7-11. Why is there no quality control? Because the owners are greedy and could care less about being a good neighborhood business.

When I saw her through the window I noticed she didn't cut it in half. At this point my blood is boiling. I looked at them and said "No I want my coffee that I ordered not the one you chose to give me." Her response "oh." Serious guidance is needed here. The manager is just as bad as the employees. When she realizes she overcharged someone she will stay quiet and hope they didn't notice instead of giving them back their money. Horrible. The other BIG problem with the lids - is the lip around the lid that holds the coffee so that when you drink it - it spills on your clothes - coffee gets in there cause cars move and shake - causing coffee to come out and lay waiting for you to drink so it can spill all over you. Either fix the lids or change back otherwise - to Starbucks I go.

I would like to make everyone aware of some practices that I have encountered at several Dunkin' Donuts locations, in relation to their order taking and pricing practices. I would encourage everyone to check/ask for your receipt to review your charges, or to pay attention to how the order is entered. For the most part, I do enjoy their coffee, so I'll order iced and hot coffees a few times a week and/or on weekends.

I have experienced discrepancies when order a regular coffee and I see $.99 cents being added, as if I am ordering a Turbo Shot. Once I caught it and the man taking the order did not like it that I corrected him. Another time, I saw the charge being added, so when the order was being relayed to the person preparing the coffee, I made sure to say, "with a Turbo Shot." Again, the cashier was not happy either.

Recently I have encountered issues when ordering bagels toasted with butter. Next time that you walk into a store, look at the menu board and look at the prices for bagels. You will see two listed entries - one for a plain bagel at around $.99 cents, and the other one for a bagel with Cream Cheese, for around $2.69. There is no display of what the cost is for a bagel with butter. If you get a bagel with butter, you should pay around $1.89, and your receipt will display an entry that says, "1 Bagel w/Other Sprd" and the type of bagel you ordered.

I have experienced several stores where I've been charged the price of the Cream Cheese vs. Butter. When it clicked on my head, I realized that in those places I was never offered my receipt. One particular store, would not tear off the receipt off their machine and would continue to have all subsequent orders keep running. At first I had not thought of checking my receipts, but one day I grabbed it and I kept it to be compared with another location. I ordered the exact same order and noticed the difference in pricing. I've been debating to contact DD directly, because I am not sure if they are independently own/run, but I figured that I would put something out to the community to make them aware of a potential unethical situation and/or practices by some DD locations.

So, if you have never been offered your receipt, or you have not checked the receipts, ask for them from time to time for "quality" purposes. For some locations they already are displaying the TIP jar counting on you to drop in a dollar or your loose change (I've also noticed that some places don't appear to like customer who pay with their debit or credit cards, because they can't strategically give you a variety of change that may lead to a tip), so it could appear or be that they are trying to squeeze as much as of you if they see that you will easily overlook your order and/or receipts. I have attached a receipt that captures the correct/fair price for a bagel with butter. Please use this as a reference. Thank you.

When I questioned why, he stated again to get the ** out of his store and if I did not he would call the police. I left the store. I have been a customer of this location for over 10 years and have always received excellent service. I found this to be a TERRIBLE experience! I will not return. First I ordered a combo meal. The only beverage choices were iced tea or coffee which I drink neither. They said I could substitute the tea with a small hot chocolate for a "small" fee. IT WAS $2.00 MORE!! THAT IS RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE FOR A TINY CUP OF HOT CHOCOLATE!! Then they got my order wrong and I had to wait several more minutes for them to get my order correct. I ordered a chicken sandwich with ranch sauce and they tried to give me one with honey mustard.

Then when I returned to work I discovered that they had burnt the bun. All of this cost me an outrageous $8 + for a really crappy meal. The drink selections are horrible. I don't drink coffee, tea or fruit juices. The bottled drinks are Pepsi crap and crappy Aquafina (overpriced tap water). The overpriced and very poor drink options have often prevented me from going to DD restaurants but this terrible experience guarantees that I will stay away from all Dunkin Donuts. I'll stick to Honey Dew..

Order tossed on counter, rang up wrong, item left out. Went back in to get missing item... Stood there waiting. The Manager is working drive-thru while employee on cell phone. Manager had to help with wrong ring up, but yet did not acknowledge presence. Finally said to Manager, "Can the employee on the cell phone missing item with you busy doing the drive-thru, please"?!? Manager said nothing, got the hash brown and still said nothing.

This store is very poorly stocked with the items that bring people to Dunkin' Donuts! Now, we gave it a second chance and went inside this second hoping to have a TRUE Dunkin' Donut experience and was very sadly disappointed! PLEASE let's get the store up the standards that the local people and FL Keys' visitors are accustomed to. Thank you.

Today bc I was lazy and didn't want to go into gas station which has much better coffee, I went to Dunkin. What did I order? You guessed it, large coffee add cream and sugar. Completely void of sugar. Guess who served my coffee, yep right again, the girl who asked if I was married. I previously called the GM and was only offered a gift card, which I declined. Why would I want more messed up orders, and apologies were offered.

If you read my rant of run on sentences and still decide to order from there, I hope your experience is better than all of my many times have been. There have been more mess ups than I've mentioned but you get my point so why repeat. Thank you. P.S. THEY DO NOT READILY GIVE YOU A RECEIPT BC THEY KNOW IT WILL BE WRONG. The first occurrence, the drive thru cashier would not accept my gift card because the computer that processes the gift card was not working. They ask if I could pay with cash, which I did pay my purchase with cash.

The second time it was the same issue - again I did pay for my purchase with cash...

Today, I stopped again to purchase a coffee for My Mother who loves Dunkin Donuts.. The cashier explained that they are unable to accept my gift card because it takes too long to process and they are expected to service a certain amount of customers within a minute? - I think that Dunkin Donuts should not sell gift cards if they are going to not honor them in the drive thru.. My mother is 93 years old and it's a treat for her each Morning I arrive to give the needed care she deserves. I'm Flabbergast that DD would allow this type of Business practice within their establishment..

I know they don't rinse out the pots after every brew, or they'll take and make a fresh pot with still a little bit of coffee in the pot that ruins the whole pot. I always thought Dunkin Donuts was known for their good coffee LOL. I spend $30.00 a week at Dunkin now times that by 52. This past week I've been going to Starbucks - I have to order it 3 quarter coffee and 1 quarter water. I would like to go back to Dunkin but not till Dunkin goes back to the old ways I won't be coming back. I know I'm just one customer but I'm not, it's my whole family and I'm sure there's more. Because I've been coming everyday for two years with friends, I told them how embarrassed and persecuted I felt to be singled out seeing as though others in my group had complained to some degree in the past.

I was told because it was brought to their attention that I had made a similar complaint with the McDonald's in the past which resulted in my taking a picture. When I told her that I never thought to take pictures of employees exercising unsanitary practices she stated, "well ok, then consider this a warning that you are on notice." I asked ** who the female was cause I felt like she was rude and he kept lying about it was him I was talking to the whole time - like I don't know the difference between a female and male voice and went on to tell me that I didn't have to make a big deal about the situation, when for one I'm paying my money so I expect excellent customer service. There are six-eight Dunkin Donut stores in the Langhorne, Fairless Hills, Bristol, Levittown PA area owned and operated by Egyptian immigrants. Tall, plastic, reusable cups are sold for iced coffee refills. I observed employees taking dirty, unsanitized cups from customers and dipping them directly into ice bins for iced coffee refills. It is a number 1 PA health code violation to EVER reuse customer cups or to dip them into an ice bin without using a scoop. You can contaminate that ice and spread staphalococcus, streptococcus, hepatitis A, B, and C, viruses and any kind if microorganism that can be spread by blood and body fluids to other customers.

WaWa's cups are refilled by pouring the coffee above the cup. WaWa dispenses ice from a machine in which a button is pressed by hand, and the ice drops into the cup. You can't reuse dirty plates at a buffet. I find it hard to believe that most Dunkin customers freely hand their used cup over to be dipped into an ice bin full of bacteria and viruses. Where is the food safety officer required to be present on each shift????? Doesn't anyone find this gross????

Some where squished. When I took one munchkin, to my horror, there had been black ants on it! I inspected the box closely and saw that there were MORE ANTS!! I was completely appalled and threw the box away. I'm guessing those doughnuts are from a week ago or so.

I am tired of seeing children/teens taken advantage of simply because they are usually unable to answer back, myself included. Never buying there again, perhaps never buying anything even from a different branch. This is why Krispy Kreme is my favourite doughnut shop. I don't particularly like DD anyways. I am usually picking up a decaf coffee for an elderly person who has been brainwashed like them all into thinking that it tastes good. This last time I went there. I was on my way to a meeting and also ordered a small coffee for myself, and some munchkins. When the girl behind the counter asked if I want anything else, I said I might get some munchkins.

So in steps the rude girl, who by the way from what I've seen acts normal to other people. She starts with her rude curt way of talking and tells me I can only get 20 or 50 munchkins in short two word sentences like it killed her to talk to me, (never met her outside of DD). She rudely grabs them, stuffs them in a box (most of them were squished) and plops them on the counter! And turns away in a huff. This rude girl happens to be the only black girl that works there, and if I said anything to her she would probably say WAA WAA your prejudice. So she gets away with it.

I just purchased a $20 gift card for myself to use, at a different location of course. I will avoid that store, and never buy munchkins for people at work. Your company is going downhill fast! I sometimes order a croissant plain not sliced just heated, because when they slice it I can taste everything they sliced all morning and I hate garlic in the am.. sometimes they slice it anyways. The last one they sliced had poppy seed or something... whatever, not angry, they were nice, so I will go back to their store!

In February 2015 my hiring manager left for Brazil in a 6 week vacation, when they let a long time employee fill his position while he was away. On March 16th I started feeling very sick. I called my work about 24hrs before my shift was supposed to start on March 17 and told them I would not be in due to my illness. I went to my dr that afternoon when I was diagnosed with bronchitis.

I was concerned about missing work so he wrote me a note saying I needed bed rest for that week. My next scheduled work day was that Thurs. which I was excused for. My next work day was Sunday 3-22 @ 11am. I was still feeling sick when I called and asked if I could come in a little later. She said that was fine so I worked from 3-6. On Monday the 23rd I was not getting better when I scheduled another appointment where I was seen again and I was put on antibiotics and my dr gave me another note for work where he stated I could return back to work on the 28th.

I called out on Wednesday because I was due in work on Thurs. I called my work on Friday stating I would be able to come back on the 28. She said, "No problem. Just bring in your Drs. notes," which I did on that Friday. I handed them to my manager. When she handed them to the district manager and I said to her I can come back on Sunday when she said, "Not till your "better" "better"." My manager told me she was working on the schedule to come back to get my schedule for the week. I went back around 5pm for my schedule and my name was not on the schedule. I could not believe it!!

I sent my manager a message as well as a voicemail asking what was going on why wasn't I on schedule. She never answered me back. Never told me I was fired. There was NO response. I am heartbroken because they did that to me. Did not even have the decency to tell me when I went in. They don't like to use the word fired in fear that the employee may collect unemployment. Not only am I out of a job but they never told me anything. How can these people treat their employees like that. I'm baffled!!! Something needs to be corrected because I have no idea where I stand.

By far hands down the worst Dunkin Donuts ever. They may as well have apes working there, they might actually get an order right.

Bad experience #1. I order a grilled cheese and a small iced tea. I get my iced tea ok cool, get my grilled cheese get to work and it's just two pieces of toast. Are you ** kidding me?! It's not hard. I swear, they hire idiots. I'd love to pretend to apply there just to see how stupid you have to be to work there and ** up a grilled cheese!??!? O sorry we can't hire you because you are literally too smart to work here probably.

Bad experience #2: Today I went in got a ham and cheese on a croissant with no egg. I told them three times no egg (I just don't eat eggs). I stood there and watched the girl look at the screen and make it with egg and then look at the screen again and put the egg in and said Ham and Cheese with no egg and then something clicked in her small brain of hers. She then asked who ordered it I stepped up and she handed it to me and I said "I told you guys three times no egg and it clearly stated it on the receipt and the computer screen." She then got an attitude and said "well you should eat it anyways." I swear the people there are so rude, ignorant, low class, o my gosh I could go on. Dunkin Donuts has to work on who they hire and how they train and learn customer service.

This is the last time I will be purchasing anything from Dunkin Donuts and I have friends that work in social media and newspapers and will let them know how rude I've been treated. I will make sure everyone hears how awful that Dunkin Donuts is in general, let alone that store! So if you want horrible service, to be ignored, to be talked back to and your order screwed up every time then by all means head to Dunkin Donuts. I would rather pay more and go to Starbucks where I get treated nicely and my order is right every time! And I swear they put something in their coffee and iced tea because it goes right through you every time. It's pretty much just a waste of time and money. I hope Dunkin Donuts can look at all these awful comments and use it as feedback to improve because we all know they need it!

So I go to Dunkin Donuts every day and order a combo meal. They sometimes ask me if I want hash browns and I say, "I want a #8 combo" and in most combos it shows a picture of hash browns included. For no apparent reason some days I go there and order a number 8 and they do not put the hash browns in the bag and charge me roughly the same price. It might be 10 or 20 cents of a difference. This all started when they came out with the hash browns in the meals. On the sign it clearly shows a picture of a sandwich, hash browns and a coffee. That would indicate to me and any other normal person that the combo meal comes with what is listed on the sign. This is a major scam because if you don't get the hash browns, they save 1.00 of product on every combo but if they do include them, it's only an additional 20 plus it's super deceptive on the sign because it clearly states combo meal sandwich and hash browns.

If you go to McDonald's or any other establishment and order a #8, you get sandwich and fries and drink. They don't leave fries out and then say, "well you didn't ask for fries sir!" What! It's what I ordered for god sake. It's on the damn sign. Call me and I will help explain further if need be. Ridiculous business practice.

I even held myself not to urinate because in fear of losing my spot if I went to use the restroom. This was a very bad experience for me and throughout so many years that me and my family spent in Dunkin Donuts... they put their employees first before their paying customers.

How can someone put this in a bag and serve it to a customer and charge them, when it should have gone in the garbage? They didn't even have donuts today. Manager doesn't arrive until 10am. This Dunkin Donuts is taking advantage of the children that go in there on their way to school and serving them garbage. This is not the first time that we have had a bad experience, but it is the last time we will ever spend our hard earned money on a restaurant that rips people off.

I was hungry so I stopped and I got the number four with hash browns and a coffee. I upgraded my coffee to a iced coffee medium and when I got the order I was satisfied with my sandwich though the sausage did look like it been cooked in the microwave though I mean it was kind of dry. One side like sausage does when you put it in the microwave maybe that's just me.

I don't want to say something that I don't know for a fact to be true. I drank my coffee. My coffee was magnificently delicious and then when I got to reaching for my hash browns I noticed that there was only five little bitty pieces of hash browns in a bag. What I'm used to getting a big huge honking bag of hash browns from McDonald's, Bojangles, etcetera etcetera so I'm asking you guys out there. What do y'all think about that small order hash browns at you just paid for. Dunkin Donuts need to be a little bit more generous than that. Do them hash browns cost that much to make if you break it down. In price wise I spent seven dollars and fifty cent at Dunkin Donuts when I'm used to spending 5 dollars to six dollars at other ones.

I placed an order that came up to $31 at Dunkin' Donuts located at 203 Broadhollow Rd in Farmingdale, NY. I gave my debit card to the cashier to pay for the order and was told the transaction was coming back "declined" voice over. Told her that was impossible because my card had a significant amount on it and she had to be doing something wrong. This resulted in my mother and I giving her 4 additional debit/credit cards in which she stated all came back declined with the same message (the 4 additional cards also had significant amounts on them as well). She went to get her manager ** to complete the transaction and the same situation occurred when he ran my card as well. His suggestion was to split the order, and then process the transaction. I asked why would you have to split a $31 order in order for it to go through... it's $31. He rudely responded "I don't know! I don't work for the credit card companies!!"

He went ahead without my approval and split the orders and said, "See it went through." I then told him he really needed to fix his registers because what just occurred was an embarrassment and unnecessary. He then told me there was another Dunkin' Donuts down the street. Shockingly I said, "Are you telling me this because you don't want me to come to this location anymore???" He responded "YES!!" I pulled off in a state of shock. I frequent Dunkin' Donuts on a daily basis in Deer Park and Westbury and have never had an issues; the employees have always been courteous and their registers accept my $31 and over purchases with no issues. The manager at Farmingdale needs to be replaced. I have told family and co workers of the events that occurred there and they all have the same reaction I had... shocked and appalled.

Speed of service, from taking an order to when they leave with it, is 120 seconds. Say you are on register facing a line and your co-workers are just standing there yapping... The clock is ticking, and it'll be used against you. Also if you are understaffed, they will work you until you collapse, because the budget won't justify the sorely needed help. Those highest on the chain to shift supervisors often don't possess any conflict resolution skills or even decent interpersonal skills. An ok transitional job, but they will suck your soul the longer you stay there, no matter how hard you try to be an asset.

I would give 5 stars, but I shouldn't have had to complain in order to get a response. Want to make it clear that I wasn't really aggravated at the Fayetteville, AR location. Had issues with the perks card, contacted customer support (more than once) with no response. The manager of the Fayetteville, AR restaurant contacted me and bent over backwards to make things right.

Customer service did email me and said they have credited me with perks points. I will give this all another try since they (especially the manager at the restaurant) went to so much trouble to make it right. I really do appreciate the fact that someone did contact me and rectified the situation.

I was excited to see us get a Dunkin' Donuts in our area. Went in the store/restaurant, picked up a card so I could start earning perks (I love places with perks and rewards). Put $5 on the card to get me started. Made a small purchase. Went home, registered my card (which from what I understand, the only way to earn perks is to use a registered card as payment). A few days later, went back to the store/restaurant and used my card to pay for my order. I now have 22 cents left on my card, yet have earned Zero rewards. The website says you earn 5 rewards per dollar spent. My last transaction was in the amount of $2.01, which if I am doing the math correctly, I should have received 10 perks for that transaction.

I sent emails to customer service 3 times. Get that Three times. Finally got a response, which was not a helpful response. It basically just stated how the perks work, which is already on the website. If I can read an email I think I can read a website. The coffee is decent, and the donuts aren't bad. But I can get donuts and coffee from other establishments that do not entice you with false rewards/perks offers. I prefer to take my business elsewhere.

I went to three different Dunkin Donuts in our area. The employees clearly are not trained properly and I have never seen a manager on site any time I went. At one location, the speaker to the drive did not work well for over a 6 month period, and the staff has continual problems hearing the customer. On one such occasion, the staff member cursed at me - then not realizing the speaker was still on, continued to curse and berate me to another employee. At a second DD in our area, they are constantly out of donuts. You end up settling for whatever they have left even early in the morning (they are not a 24 hour operation so they should have merchandise in the mornings or why open at all). When I ordered a dozen and a half bagels, they were handed to me in 5 separate bags that ended up tearing open before I got home.

When they first opened, about a year ago, the merchandise was always hard and stale. They straightened that out after a call to corporate. Now a third one in the area (another Jackson location near Great Adventure Theme Park) handed me 7 donuts in a small bag. All of them were cream filled and/or chocolate topped. When I questioned why they were in a bag, the cashier looked at the helper and said, “Why did you do that? It’s supposed to go in a box…” and she just gazed over and didn't know what to say. No apology, no offer to re box them. During that same visit, I purchased 3 bags of decaf ground... When I got home, all three bags were beans, not ground. I ordered two coffees - one black, one with cream... They were both black.

You know what... This is unacceptable. It’s not like the donuts and coffees are inexpensive. The public is paying a medium/high price for DD products. It all comes down to horrible management. The company obviously doesn’t look for quality people, who in turn dumps on the employees who are mostly poorly trained young kids. Starbucks has its faults, but their people are courteous and rarely have gotten my order wrong, or handed it to me like it was garbage.

I've completed the surveys and been contacted by the general manager apologizing for the inconvenience. While I appreciated the coupons he sent, all I really want is the coffee that I ordered. The new hazelnut swirl has made ordering a hazelnut coffee a nightmare. I have started telling them at the drive-thru to make sure it's the unsweetened shot. Today I told them and then asked the girl at the window who said "yes" only to taste it and it had the swirl flavor. My receipt evens says "swirl" on it. Whenever my order is wrong I take it back and make them do it again..... even if it's a day later because it's totally inconvenient to drive back.

I might start ordering the blueberry flavor just so they have a better chance to get it right..... How sad is that?????? I could go into the store to make sure it's correct but I really like using the drive-thru. I want to challenge Dunkin Donuts to... "We make it right or the next one is on us." Unfortunately some people might abuse this.... Maybe they could put a screen at the drive-thru that lists the order - that would only solve part of the problem though.

I was really upset and didn't want to hold up the line. As I was getting ready to drove off, she rolled her eyes at me and laugh at me again. I would never go back there again ever!!! She is really rude.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich. I watched them make it. Place it in the thin paper sleeve. Drop it on the floor. Pick it up. Place it in a brown paper bag and hand it to me. I of course refused it. The manager apologized for the wait while they made another one.

Our family often tries to give Dunkin Donuts a chance, that they might have food for our children to eat other than pure sugar. Our kids like bagels, and will eat bagels w/ cream cheese or butter. Too bad DD has no bagels for sale- frequently. Today we were in DD at noon, and no bagels in the store except a few burnt onion ones, one burnt cinnamon raisin bagel, and 4 bagels slathered in melted pepper jack cheese (obviously not kid-friendly). It's only noon, and there will be no more bagels cooked today. The manager at this store (I've spoken to in the past) has a hard time believing that there has ever been a time they've been out of bagels. Telling her it happens often doesn't register w/ her.

Today the story was that a new employee burnt a few batches of bagels, thus the shortage. Oh, there's always some story and never any bagels. How about responsibly training an employee - to not burn bagels. Finally, when I was bewildered as to how to provide lunch for my 2 younger children, the employees thought it was amusing, and were soon snickering and gossiping as my family overheard. This DD near the intersection of Cattleman Rd and Bee Ridge Rd in Sarasota, in a Marathon/Radiant station. Lack of product, burnt product, tons of their highest sugar products (which will prob soon be thrown out), lousy service, excuses, and an all around lousy experience.

Was traveling on the turnpike today. Stopped at the Plaza outside Orlando, FL. Bought two donuts--one apple spice and the other double chocolate. The "apple spice" was stale and tough. I did not even get any apple spice until the next to last bite. That was all it was, a small bite. The last bite, there was no apple. I paid $1.09 for nothing. Of course I was traveling, so couldn't return to the shop. I guess this is the way they save money because they know people leaving the plaza will not be returning to make complaints. The chocolate donut was cracked and fell apart in my hand. Will not be a repeat customer, "fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me". What a rip-off.

My son worked 2 weeks as a trainee, and got paid for only one week. The manager, Stephanie, told him the check is in the mail... Call several times and last time my son spoke she said for November he will have the check. What goes around comes around.

This was a sunny afternoon, 12:25 pm 7/8/14. I stopped by Dunkin' Donuts store #33580, 3804 Boston Post Rd, Bronx with my six year old who want some Donuts. "Next on line," this was the attendant. As soon as I opened my mouth, my little boy changed his mind and said I want number 12. Just as I was about to open my mouth again, the attendant said, "Next." She snubbed me and started serving other customers. One of her colleague came to my rescue. Before leaving I asked her name, shaking her head and said, "My name is ** and am the manager." She walked aside. I went close to her (even though I was behind the counter) and I said, "Can I talk to you for a second." She said, "I don't have time. I am about to have lunch. You can go to hell." I will be glad if something is done about her behavior.

I went to the Dunkin Donuts at 550 W. Crossville Rd., Roswell, Ga one morning where I've experienced the worst visit. I watched who I believe to be the manager mistreat one of her great employees that I've had the pleasure being served by. I watched one of the other employees take money from the register and place it in her pocket. The manager must have had a very bad day because her attitude was very unprofessional and nasty. So I decided to leave which was my last day ever going to that Dunkin Donuts. I visit there today and nothing has changed as far as the manager's attitude.

I went to Dunkin Donuts on 506 Clarkson Ave, Brooklyn, the store number #361816. Inside was so hot. One of the servers was sweating in my food. Everyday it's hot in there. With that salary, I almost pass out in there. One of the slim young ladies that work looked like she's about to pass out while making my coffee.

Someone needs to do something about. Humans cannot be treated like that. They cannot work in that form.

Last Sunday June 29th, 2014, I went to the drive-through of the store of Dunkin' Donuts localized at 316 Applegarth Rd. Monroe Township NJ 08831, to purchase a coffee latte. About a mile and a half down the road, when taking a sip of coffee, the lid popped off and spilled on my chest. I was forced to get medical attention (emergency room) to ensure my skin does not get infected and to ensure it heals appropriately. Moreover, not only was this very painful, I was diagnosed with second-degree burns on my left breast.

After all of this, I just keep asking why the coffee cup was filled all way to the limit?, why the coffee was served at a temperature which the average person can not actually drink?, why the lid was not fastened right? why this company does not take the appropriate precautions after many notorious industry lawsuits? Is Dunkin' Donuts really concerned about the safety of their customers? I have medical bills and potentially permanent scarring due to the excessive temperature of the coffee and the faulty means in which it was served. I frequently have coffee from various merchants, but never have I experienced anything like this before.
