Incident happened at 4PM Friday 07/31/2015: This happened to one my colleague in front of me. I had to write this as I could not stand the way that lady behaved. My colleague asked for the two donuts and she gave the it in one bag. Then my Colleague asked if she could put in a separate bag. The lady just threw the bag of donut at her side being very angry and gave other donut in separate bag in rude manner as if it was too much of work for her to put that in separate bag. This is not how you behave in front of your customer. She wasn't asking anything extra just requesting to put the donuts in separate bag. Do you think by seeing this me or my colleague would like to go back to any Dunkin' Donuts? NO, Never.

She was sarcastic, obnoxious person I ever encounter in my life. She should retrain cause it's obvious she is in the wrong business!!! Shame of you DD for not taking the time to give the proper training. I would never recommend this place!!!

Route 27 Edison (next to Costco) - Unless you HAVE to go there, do not bother. I have been going to this DD for over TWO YEARS NOW and they have NEVER put even one napkin in the bag, and sometimes when I get to work my coffee has NO SUGAR AT ALL and ask for very sweet coffee. They also always give me plenty of pennies which I wouldn't mind IF THEY DID NOT MAKE STUPID COMMENTS WHEN I BRING THEM BACK THE NEXT DAY OR SO. I WOULD LIKE NOT TO EVER GO TO THEM, BUT IT'S THE CLOSEST TO MY JOB.

I will never go back to this place again. The girl who took my order was a total airhead. It's two girls working there and all they do is talk while the line gets longer and longer. Well anyway on this day the one girl put all my doughnuts in a small bag--not a box and I had 5 doughnuts. When I informed the other girl she came over to help me while the other snickered in the back. Plus they have the nerve to have a tip jar.

Every time I go through the drive-thru, all the employees are hanging around the drive thru area touching all subjects in their lives for everyone to hear. I even heard one of the employees say the N word! As a black woman, I find that very disrespectful. It seems like most of the employees are just out of high school or at least they act like it. Need more professional young people that aren't ignorant and talking about their daily lives in an ignorant manner.

I went through the drive thru, store #342149 and I ordered an cookie dough ice coffee with vanilla flavoring. The person over the headset reply was to pull around, she didn't give me a total nor did she repeat my order back to me to make sure it was right. When I got to the window it was the African American manager on duty. She was rude and spilled it down my arm, didn't apologize just closed the window. Not the first bad experience with her either.

I have had at least 100's of sausage and cheese on English. Due to some diet regulations, I had to quit for a few years. Now that I am cleared to eat anything I want, I made my first stop for a De-Caf ice coffee, and as stated above, a sausage egg and cheese. Little not known, you do not use scrambled eggs anymore. Like me and a lot of others, cannot even see the sight of egg whites. Even "Guy Fieri" from the food channel will not eat a sunny side up, or down egg. Bring back the scrambled eggs and don't alienate us. We need choices! For now I have to make them at home. :(

The African American male manager on duty at this time refused to honor my coupon and stated I get the ** out of his store. When I questioned why, he stated again to get the ** out of his store and if I did not he would call the police. I left the store. I have been a customer of this location for over 10 years and have always received excellent service. I found this to be a TERRIBLE experience! I will not return. First I ordered a combo meal. The only beverage choices were iced tea or coffee which I drink neither. They said I could substitute the tea with a small hot chocolate for a "small" fee. IT WAS $2.00 MORE!! THAT IS RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE FOR A TINY CUP OF HOT CHOCOLATE!! Then they got my order wrong and I had to wait several more minutes for them to get my order correct. I ordered a chicken sandwich with ranch sauce and they tried to give me one with honey mustard.
Then when I returned to work I discovered that they had burnt the bun. All of this cost me an outrageous $8 + for a really crappy meal. The drink selections are horrible. I don't drink coffee, tea or fruit juices. The bottled drinks are Pepsi crap and crappy Aquafina (overpriced tap water). The overpriced and very poor drink options have often prevented me from going to DD restaurants but this terrible experience guarantees that I will stay away from all Dunkin Donuts. I'll stick to Honey Dew..

2nd visit to Tavernier Dunkin' Donuts, worst than the 1st. Employees look miserable, unwilling to help and unfortunately this includes the Manager. Order tossed on counter, rang up wrong, item left out. Went back in to get missing item... Stood there waiting. The Manager is working drive-thru while employee on cell phone. Manager had to help with wrong ring up, but yet did not acknowledge presence. Finally said to Manager, "Can the employee on the cell phone missing item with you busy doing the drive-thru, please"?!? Manager said nothing, got the hash brown and still said nothing.
This store is very poorly stocked with the items that bring people to Dunkin' Donuts! Now, we gave it a second chance and went inside this second hoping to have a TRUE Dunkin' Donut experience and was very sadly disappointed! PLEASE let's get the store up the standards that the local people and FL Keys' visitors are accustomed to. Thank you.

Dunkin' Donuts on W. Wade Hampton Greer SC. I order the same thing. Large coffee add cream and sugar. What do I get? I get the chic at the window asking if I'm married. Wtf. Just give me the coffee. Coffee had no sugar. That was the last time I said I would stop going. Today bc I was lazy and didn't want to go into gas station which has much better coffee, I went to Dunkin. What did I order? You guessed it, large coffee add cream and sugar. Completely void of sugar. Guess who served my coffee, yep right again, the girl who asked if I was married. I previously called the GM and was only offered a gift card, which I declined. Why would I want more messed up orders, and apologies were offered.
If you read my rant of run on sentences and still decide to order from there, I hope your experience is better than all of my many times have been. There have been more mess ups than I've mentioned but you get my point so why repeat. Thank you. P.S. THEY DO NOT READILY GIVE YOU A RECEIPT BC THEY KNOW IT WILL BE WRONG. I CAN VERIFY ALL THIS VIA EMAILS FROM GM.

The cashier explained that they are unable to accept my gift card because it takes too long to process and they are expected to service a certain amount of customers within a minute? - I think that Dunkin Donuts should not sell gift cards if they are going to not honor them in the drive thru.. My mother is 93 years old and it's a treat for her each Morning I arrive to give the needed care she deserves. I'm Flabbergast that DD would allow this type of Business practice within their establishment..

When I go to Dunkin to get a coffee I always have to tell them fresh. The employees always tell me it always fresh when I know it isn't. I get a medium with 4 creams, so I know what color it's suppose to be. I know they don't rinse out the pots after every brew, or they'll take and make a fresh pot with still a little bit of coffee in the pot that ruins the whole pot. I always thought Dunkin Donuts was known for their good coffee LOL. I spend $30.00 a week at Dunkin now times that by 52. This past week I've been going to Starbucks - I have to order it 3 quarter coffee and 1 quarter water. I would like to go back to Dunkin but not till Dunkin goes back to the old ways I won't be coming back. I know I'm just one customer but I'm not, it's my whole family and I'm sure there's more. You don't mix the coffee and rinse out the pots after every use.

I made a complaint about sanitary conditions and a week later, I was given a letter with a Dunkin' Donuts letter head stating this was to inform me that I was suspected of taking pictures of employees and that it was not allowed, to consider this as a warning and if it was suspected that I was still taking pictures, that I would be forbidden from coming unto the property. Because I've been coming everyday for two years with friends, I told them how embarrassed and persecuted I felt to be singled out seeing as though others in my group had complained to some degree in the past.
I was told because it was brought to their attention that I had made a similar complaint with the McDonald's in the past which resulted in my taking a picture. When I told her that I never thought to take pictures of employees exercising unsanitary practices she stated, "well ok, then consider this a warning that you are on notice." I was embarrassed and humiliated. I felt I was singled out.

Before I ordered I asked for a moment and instead of any one saying "Ok let me know when you are ready" or any kind of greetings - they didn't say anything. Once I was ready to order it took them a while to get the order correct. I waited for someone to tell me my price and the female said it with an attitude and said "drive around". When I got to the window no one spoke took my card swiped it and handed me my card and blueberry donuts.
I asked ** who the female was cause I felt like she was rude and he kept lying about it was him I was talking to the whole time - like I don't know the difference between a female and male voice and went on to tell me that I didn't have to make a big deal about the situation, when for one I'm paying my money so I expect excellent customer service. I have severe social anxiety, so I was already feeling uncomfortable. She then said to us, very rudely, "ARE YOU GONNA GET SOMETHING??" I was shocked. I was forced to go sit in the car because of how uncomfortable she made me feel. My boyfriend got the coffees and he said that she continued to be very hostile toward him. There are six-eight Dunkin Donut stores in the Langhorne, Fairless Hills, Bristol, Levittown PA area owned and operated by Egyptian immigrants. Tall, plastic, reusable cups are sold for iced coffee refills. I observed employees taking dirty, unsanitized cups from customers and dipping them directly into ice bins for iced coffee refills. It is a number 1 PA health code violation to EVER reuse customer cups or to dip them into an ice bin without using a scoop. You can contaminate that ice and spread staphalococcus, streptococcus, hepatitis A, B, and C, viruses and any kind if microorganism that can be spread by blood and body fluids to other customers.
WaWa's cups are refilled by pouring the coffee above the cup. WaWa dispenses ice from a machine in which a button is pressed by hand, and the ice drops into the cup. You can't reuse dirty plates at a buffet. I find it hard to believe that most Dunkin customers freely hand their used cup over to be dipped into an ice bin full of bacteria and viruses. Where is the food safety officer required to be present on each shift????? Doesn't anyone find this gross????

I GET THE SAME THING EVERY DAY... DECAF coffee, extra cream, 1 splenda. THAT'S IT. Not difficult! Recently I switched my drink because I cannot count on them giving me decaf and spent half a day in the emergency room (I am allergic to caffeine!). Yesterday they were out of large Iced Tea cups. Today they were out of extra large coffee cups AND large and medium Iced Tea cups... so I could only get 2 medium sized drinks, and my iced tea was in a coffee cup, with lemon juice packets on the side... They are TERRIBLE (except for ** who gets it right EVERY time and I will only allow him to make my coffee as he "gets" that it's an allergy, not a preference).

About a month ago, I went to the nearby DD to buy a box of doughnuts for my mother in the hospital. The lady in the store was ok, not discourteous but not friendly either. I ordered three premium doughnuts, three normal ones, and a dozen munchkins. I paid her and left. When I got to the hospital and opened the box, I saw that it was obviously haphazardly thrown in. Some where squished. When I took one munchkin, to my horror, there had been black ants on it! I inspected the box closely and saw that there were MORE ANTS!! I was completely appalled and threw the box away. I'm guessing those doughnuts are from a week ago or so.
I am tired of seeing children/teens taken advantage of simply because they are usually unable to answer back, myself included. Never buying there again, perhaps never buying anything even from a different branch. This is why Krispy Kreme is my favourite doughnut shop. We got free two glazed doughnuts once when we ordered a dozen.

I could see that the cars were moving pretty fast too through the drive thru. The cashier took my order and I stood at the end of the counter where they hand you your purchase. I waited about 10 mins. and I finally asked when my order was coming up. The lady behind me got served and I could see the drive thru was moving pretty quick.
Finally the manager said "It's coming right up she put cheese on yours by mistake." Ok no big deal... So I wait 5 more minutes and I can see the cook handing the person at the window bag after bag. I'm like "What happened to my sandwich?" and again I'm asking the manager where is my sandwich. I finally had it after 15 mins and no sandwich. I had to ask 3 times for my money back. Manager never apologized but I did get one from the cashier. I will never step into another Dunkin Donuts in my life! They are the slowest food chain around.

I have often gone to this DD, but have discovered that there is a very rude person who works there, so I walk out or pass by if she's at the counter (it's inside a Cumberland farms store in Bridgewater, MA, so it's very convenient). I don't particularly like DD anyways. I am usually picking up a decaf coffee for an elderly person who has been brainwashed like them all into thinking that it tastes good. This last time I went there. I was on my way to a meeting and also ordered a small coffee for myself, and some munchkins. When the girl behind the counter asked if I want anything else, I said I might get some munchkins.
So in steps the rude girl, who by the way from what I've seen acts normal to other people. She starts with her rude curt way of talking and tells me I can only get 20 or 50 munchkins in short two word sentences like it killed her to talk to me, (never met her outside of DD). She rudely grabs them, stuffs them in a box (most of them were squished) and plops them on the counter! And turns away in a huff. This rude girl happens to be the only black girl that works there, and if I said anything to her she would probably say WAA WAA your prejudice. So she gets away with it.
I just purchased a $20 gift card for myself to use, at a different location of course. I will avoid that store, and never buy munchkins for people at work. Your company is going downhill fast! I sometimes order a croissant plain not sliced just heated, because when they slice it I can taste everything they sliced all morning and I hate garlic in the am.. sometimes they slice it anyways. The last one they sliced had poppy seed or something... whatever, not angry, they were nice, so I will go back to their store!

My name is Patrice **. I was employed by Dunkin Donuts in May 2014 until present. I was an excellent employee always got wonderful customer reviews and even received a raise after 3 months. I started with 20 hrs. a week which I applied for them eventually up to 39 hrs until they were able to hire more employees. In February 2015 my hiring manager left for Brazil in a 6 week vacation, when they let a long time employee fill his position while he was away. On March 16th I started feeling very sick. I called my work about 24hrs before my shift was supposed to start on March 17 and told them I would not be in due to my illness. I went to my dr that afternoon when I was diagnosed with bronchitis.
I was concerned about missing work so he wrote me a note saying I needed bed rest for that week. My next scheduled work day was that Thurs. which I was excused for. My next work day was Sunday 3-22 @ 11am. I was still feeling sick when I called and asked if I could come in a little later. She said that was fine so I worked from 3-6. On Monday the 23rd I was not getting better when I scheduled another appointment where I was seen again and I was put on antibiotics and my dr gave me another note for work where he stated I could return back to work on the 28th.
I called out on Wednesday because I was due in work on Thurs. I called my work on Friday stating I would be able to come back on the 28. She said, "No problem. Just bring in your Drs. notes," which I did on that Friday. I handed them to my manager. When she handed them to the district manager and I said to her I can come back on Sunday when she said, "Not till your "better" "better"." My manager told me she was working on the schedule to come back to get my schedule for the week. I went back around 5pm for my schedule and my name was not on the schedule. I could not believe it!!
I sent my manager a message as well as a voicemail asking what was going on why wasn't I on schedule. She never answered me back. Never told me I was fired. There was NO response. I am heartbroken because they did that to me. Did not even have the decency to tell me when I went in. They don't like to use the word fired in fear that the employee may collect unemployment. Not only am I out of a job but they never told me anything. How can these people treat their employees like that. I'm baffled!!! Something needs to be corrected because I have no idea where I stand.

Dunkin Donuts What IQ level do you need to work there? I've gone to Dunkin Donuts for years now and it has just gone downhill for a long time now. 115 Providence Hwy. Westwood, MA 02090. By far hands down the worst Dunkin Donuts ever. They may as well have apes working there, they might actually get an order right.
Bad experience #1. I order a grilled cheese and a small iced tea. I get my iced tea ok cool, get my grilled cheese get to work and it's just two pieces of toast. Are you ** kidding me?! It's not hard. I swear, they hire idiots. I'd love to pretend to apply there just to see how stupid you have to be to work there and ** up a grilled cheese!??!? O sorry we can't hire you because you are literally too smart to work here probably.
Bad experience #2: Today I went in got a ham and cheese on a croissant with no egg. I told them three times no egg (I just don't eat eggs). I stood there and watched the girl look at the screen and make it with egg and then look at the screen again and put the egg in and said Ham and Cheese with no egg and then something clicked in her small brain of hers. She then asked who ordered it I stepped up and she handed it to me and I said "I told you guys three times no egg and it clearly stated it on the receipt and the computer screen." She then got an attitude and said "well you should eat it anyways." I swear the people there are so rude, ignorant, low class, o my gosh I could go on. Dunkin Donuts has to work on who they hire and how they train and learn customer service.
This is the last time I will be purchasing anything from Dunkin Donuts and I have friends that work in social media and newspapers and will let them know how rude I've been treated. I will make sure everyone hears how awful that Dunkin Donuts is in general, let alone that store! So if you want horrible service, to be ignored, to be talked back to and your order screwed up every time then by all means head to Dunkin Donuts. I would rather pay more and go to Starbucks where I get treated nicely and my order is right every time! And I swear they put something in their coffee and iced tea because it goes right through you every time. It's pretty much just a waste of time and money. I hope Dunkin Donuts can look at all these awful comments and use it as feedback to improve because we all know they need it!

So I go to Dunkin Donuts every day and order a combo meal. They sometimes ask me if I want hash browns and I say, "I want a #8 combo" and in most combos it shows a picture of hash browns included. For no apparent reason some days I go there and order a number 8 and they do not put the hash browns in the bag and charge me roughly the same price. It might be 10 or 20 cents of a difference. This all started when they came out with the hash browns in the meals. On the sign it clearly shows a picture of a sandwich, hash browns and a coffee. That would indicate to me and any other normal person that the combo meal comes with what is listed on the sign. This is a major scam because if you don't get the hash browns, they save 1.00 of product on every combo but if they do include them, it's only an additional 20 plus it's super deceptive on the sign because it clearly states combo meal sandwich and hash browns.
If you go to McDonald's or any other establishment and order a #8, you get sandwich and fries and drink. They don't leave fries out and then say, "well you didn't ask for fries sir!" What! It's what I ordered for god sake. It's on the damn sign. Call me and I will help explain further if need be. Ridiculous business practice.

I gave my debit card to the cashier to pay for the order and was told the transaction was coming back "declined" voice over. Told her that was impossible because my card had a significant amount on it and she had to be doing something wrong. This resulted in my mother and I giving her 4 additional debit/credit cards in which she stated all came back declined with the same message (the 4 additional cards also had significant amounts on them as well). She went to get her manager ** to complete the transaction and the same situation occurred when he ran my card as well. His suggestion was to split the order, and then process the transaction. I asked why would you have to split a $31 order in order for it to go through... it's $31. He rudely responded "I don't know! I don't work for the credit card companies!!"
He went ahead without my approval and split the orders and said, "See it went through." I then told him he really needed to fix his registers because what just occurred was an embarrassment and unnecessary. He then told me there was another Dunkin' Donuts down the street. Shockingly I said, "Are you telling me this because you don't want me to come to this location anymore???" He responded "YES!!" I pulled off in a state of shock. Speed of service, from taking an order to when they leave with it, is 120 seconds. Say you are on register facing a line and your co-workers are just standing there yapping... The clock is ticking, and it'll be used against you. Also if you are understaffed, they will work you until you collapse, because the budget won't justify the sorely needed help. Those highest on the chain to shift supervisors often don't possess any conflict resolution skills or even decent interpersonal skills. I was excited to see us get a Dunkin' Donuts in our area. Went in the store/restaurant, picked up a card so I could start earning perks (I love places with perks and rewards). Put $5 on the card to get me started. Made a small purchase. Went home, registered my card (which from what I understand, the only way to earn perks is to use a registered card as payment). A few days later, went back to the store/restaurant and used my card to pay for my order. I now have 22 cents left on my card, yet have earned Zero rewards. The website says you earn 5 rewards per dollar spent. My last transaction was in the amount of $2.01, which if I am doing the math correctly, I should have received 10 perks for that transaction.
I sent emails to customer service 3 times. Get that Three times. Finally got a response, which was not a helpful response. It basically just stated how the perks work, which is already on the website. If I can read an email I think I can read a website. The coffee is decent, and the donuts aren't bad. But I can get donuts and coffee from other establishments that do not entice you with false rewards/perks offers. I prefer to take my business elsewhere.

I went to three different Dunkin Donuts in our area. The employees clearly are not trained properly and I have never seen a manager on site any time I went. At one location, the speaker to the drive did not work well for over a 6 month period, and the staff has continual problems hearing the customer. On one such occasion, the staff member cursed at me - then not realizing the speaker was still on, continued to curse and berate me to another employee. At a second DD in our area, they are constantly out of donuts. You end up settling for whatever they have left even early in the morning (they are not a 24 hour operation so they should have merchandise in the mornings or why open at all). When I ordered a dozen and a half bagels, they were handed to me in 5 separate bags that ended up tearing open before I got home.
When they first opened, about a year ago, the merchandise was always hard and stale. They straightened that out after a call to corporate. Now a third one in the area (another Jackson location near Great Adventure Theme Park) handed me 7 donuts in a small bag. All of them were cream filled and/or chocolate topped. When I questioned why they were in a bag, the cashier looked at the helper and said, “Why did you do that? It’s supposed to go in a box…” and she just gazed over and didn't know what to say. No apology, no offer to re box them. During that same visit, I purchased 3 bags of decaf ground... When I got home, all three bags were beans, not ground. I ordered two coffees - one black, one with cream... They were both black.
You know what... This is unacceptable. It’s not like the donuts and coffees are inexpensive. The public is paying a medium/high price for DD products. It all comes down to horrible management. The company obviously doesn’t look for quality people, who in turn dumps on the employees who are mostly poorly trained young kids. Starbucks has its faults, but their people are courteous and rarely have gotten my order wrong, or handed it to me like it was garbage.

The new hazelnut swirl has made ordering a hazelnut coffee a nightmare. I have started telling them at the drive-thru to make sure it's the unsweetened shot. Today I told them and then asked the girl at the window who said "yes" only to taste it and it had the swirl flavor. My receipt evens says "swirl" on it. Whenever my order is wrong I take it back and make them do it again..... even if it's a day later because it's totally inconvenient to drive back.
I might start ordering the blueberry flavor just so they have a better chance to get it right..... How sad is that?????? I could go into the store to make sure it's correct but I really like using the drive-thru. I want to challenge Dunkin Donuts to... "We make it right or the next one is on us." Our family often tries to give Dunkin Donuts a chance, that they might have food for our children to eat other than pure sugar. Our kids like bagels, and will eat bagels w/ cream cheese or butter. Too bad DD has no bagels for sale- frequently. Today we were in DD at noon, and no bagels in the store except a few burnt onion ones, one burnt cinnamon raisin bagel, and 4 bagels slathered in melted pepper jack cheese (obviously not kid-friendly). It's only noon, and there will be no more bagels cooked today. The manager at this store (I've spoken to in the past) has a hard time believing that there has ever been a time they've been out of bagels. Telling her it happens often doesn't register w/ her.
Today the story was that a new employee burnt a few batches of bagels, thus the shortage. Oh, there's always some story and never any bagels. How about responsibly training an employee - to not burn bagels. Finally, when I was bewildered as to how to provide lunch for my 2 younger children, the employees thought it was amusing, and were soon snickering and gossiping as my family overheard. This DD near the intersection of Cattleman Rd and Bee Ridge Rd in Sarasota, in a Marathon/Radiant station. Lack of product, burnt product, tons of their highest sugar products (which will prob soon be thrown out), lousy service, excuses, and an all around lousy experience.

Was traveling on the turnpike today. Stopped at the Plaza outside Orlando, FL. Bought two donuts--one apple spice and the other double chocolate. The "apple spice" was stale and tough. I did not even get any apple spice until the next to last bite. That was all it was, a small bite. The last bite, there was no apple. I paid $1.09 for nothing. Of course I was traveling, so couldn't return to the shop. I guess this is the way they save money because they know people leaving the plaza will not be returning to make complaints. The chocolate donut was cracked and fell apart in my hand. Will not be a repeat customer, "fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me". What a rip-off.

This was a sunny afternoon, 12:25 pm 7/8/14. I stopped by Dunkin' Donuts store #33580, 3804 Boston Post Rd, Bronx with my six year old who want some Donuts. "Next on line," this was the attendant. As soon as I opened my mouth, my little boy changed his mind and said I want number 12. Just as I was about to open my mouth again, the attendant said, "Next." She snubbed me and started serving other customers. One of her colleague came to my rescue. Before leaving I asked her name, shaking her head and said, "My name is ** and am the manager." She walked aside. I went close to her (even though I was behind the counter) and I said, "Can I talk to you for a second." She said, "I don't have time. I am about to have lunch. You can go to hell." I will be glad if something is done about her behavior.

I watched who I believe to be the manager mistreat one of her great employees that I've had the pleasure being served by. I watched one of the other employees take money from the register and place it in her pocket. The manager must have had a very bad day because her attitude was very unprofessional and nasty. So I decided to leave which was my last day ever going to that Dunkin Donuts. I visit there today and nothing has changed as far as the manager's attitude.

Last Sunday June 29th, 2014, I went to the drive-through of the store of Dunkin' Donuts localized at 316 Applegarth Rd. Monroe Township NJ 08831, to purchase a coffee latte. About a mile and a half down the road, when taking a sip of coffee, the lid popped off and spilled on my chest. I was forced to get medical attention (emergency room) to ensure my skin does not get infected and to ensure it heals appropriately. Moreover, not only was this very painful, I was diagnosed with second-degree burns on my left breast.
After all of this, I just keep asking why the coffee cup was filled all way to the limit?, why the coffee was served at a temperature which the average person can not actually drink?, why the lid was not fastened right? why this company does not take the appropriate precautions after many notorious industry lawsuits? Is Dunkin' Donuts really concerned about the safety of their customers? I have medical bills and potentially permanent scarring due to the excessive temperature of the coffee and the faulty means in which it was served. I frequently have coffee from various merchants, but never have I experienced anything like this before.

The complaint is against 2 employees that work for Dunkin Donuts establishment. I'm a regular customer that is well known by every employee including the manager by name based at this establishment. This establishment stays open 24 hours. Every night a police van sits outside. Every night at 10 pm, 2 employees, husband & wife, work from 10 pm to 8 am & sometimes later. At night, these employees are very rude to customers especially African Americans. They have their picks with who they want to be nice too. At times, I witness how they were argumentative, spoke rudely to customers, yelling, confrontational & even calling the police because the customer stayed longer than the eating time which is 25 minutes.
Well this happened to me on the night of December 5th. Again I'm a regular customer. Every day I get my coffee more than 2 times in 1 night. They already know my order without me speaking. On the night of Dec 5th, around 11 or 12 am, my mother & I were sitting inside Dunkin Donuts eating our meal & talking until suddenly the male Indian employee came over to us & said we have to leave because my mother been there since 10 pm. Now it's 12 & it's been more than 25 minutes. The man stood there as we were still eating with his arms folded, waiting for us to pack up & leave. We were the only ones inside eating at that time & I couldn't believe how demanding he was about us getting up.
Pointing to the sign saying the estimate eating time. He stated, "I want to mop. Get out!" I couldn't believe how he was talking to us & we refused to leave. I went outside to speak to the officer to make a complaint. The officer said he will talk to him. The officer then said he spoke to him & the man will leave us alone. I went back inside to finish our meal with my mother. We were talking. Then all of a sudden, all these police cars came. The wife called the police on us because the officer outside didn't make us leave & told the husband to leave us alone. Previous before this incident, I complained to the manager Ms. ** about the employees' customer service. When I informed her about their behavior, she admitted to me a lot of customers complain about them. This has to stop!

I have a Dunkin Donuts near my home. I live close by and when I'm nearby, I stop in for a Sausage and Egg biscuit. Last time I stopped in this location when I got home I had a sausage and egg Croissant instead of a biscuit. 11/14/2013, I was nearby the Dunkin Donuts location and stopped in for my breakfast sandwich, ordered as usual sausage and egg biscuit. As always, they asked didn't I want cheese and I said, NO. I waited for a bit and then they gave me my sandwich in a bag and I left. When I arrived home I opened the bag to find a sausage biscuit, and the biscuit was hard as a rock and small. I couldn't believe they served me this crap.
I tried to call the location, no answer. I'm furious now so I go back to the location and ask to speak to a manager. They say no manager available, at 9am in the morning busiest hours and no manager, I didn't believe her, but gave her the bag and asked her if she would eat that. She asked me what I was supposed to get and said she would make sure I got the correct item this time. She asked if I wanted cheese and I said NO! She went over the station and told the guy what to make.
I waited and waited. Finally the same employee that gave me the wrong item the first time, asked me, "What are you waiting on?" Are you kidding me! This was now getting comical and frustrating since I had to be back to start work soon. He went over to the station I thought to get my item, but a few minutes later came back and asked me if I wanted CHEESE! Some other customer came up and asked me what I got that was wrong, because they had served him the wrong item too. I told him mine was a simple order, a breakfast sandwich and they can't even get it right! I'm not going back there again. The sandwich I did finally get that was correct was still awful.

We could have resolved it when I first asked. Her manager apologetic makes me another sandwich, so she said but I know it was the same one. This angry employee then verbally lashes out at me. How ignorant.
Something is truly wrong when you are caught doing something wrong and try to twist things. Talk about no etiquette or morals; so ignorant. This chick was old enough to be my daughter. Thank GOD my daughter has morals, manners, and etiquette and respect. In initially making conversation, this chick stated that she drinks coffee to stay awake because she works two jobs. WOW. Seems to me somebody is doing more than that and no wonder she is angry. If I changed two jobs every 3-6 months trying to survive, well you know the rest. It's sad when some people just are like a dog chasing their tail trying to get ahead but always lack in all areas of their life. Then they are mad at the world.
It takes a woman and/or man to be able to take constructive criticism. Only when you are not willing to take constructive criticism you make the same stupid mistakes over and over again. Only then would a light bulb come on in your head if ANYONE IS HOME. HELLO IS ANYONE HOME. Some people just don’t get it business wise the customer is always right. Only when you carry yourself correct morally, ethically, with etiquette, treat people the way you wished to be treated, being able to take constructive criticism you can and will get ahead in life. Those who can't humble themselves or submit in a respectable manner with people have a hard way in life. Nothing seems to go their way because life is what you make it. How you treat people comes back to you.
For the young lady who made a complaint about DD in Florida with the little girl being mistaken for another person who harasses DD. Since the entire DD staff vouched for you that you aren't that lady and your girlfriend even witnessed the DD employee violent behavior towards you. I would seek an attorney and let my attorney speak with them. Only then will the owner humble themselves a bit too late. You tried don't beg them as if it was videotaped of that other lady and you have proof. I'm sure DD owner will want to settle out of court.
As for that employee that threatened you as though she was coming after you, two words “TERRORISTIC THREATS". She can go to jail for that. Especially, in a case of mistaken identity. Please never forget as I'm sure you head of this. The pen is a mighty sword. I would file a police report against that DD employee if they were threatening my life. Then we would see what the JUDGE in court has to say. You have to stand up for your rights. Remember whether it’s an old or young fool. No one is too young or old to be taught a lesson.
Hit them in the pocket with an attorney including the terroristic threats you have witnesses. Subpoena will be served to all witnesses. I'm sure DD will get rid of that crazy employee. Good Luck! Where is DD getting some of the employees from, REALLY! Don't get me wrong, there are some good DD employees. It just seems the bad are outweighing the bad. I walked in on Saturday afternoon August17, 2013 around 4pm & I walked up to the counter & the lady whose last name is "Hyppolite" came up to me & tells me "I am not serving you. My manager says you are not allowed in this store." I was blindsided by this so I told her, "Ma'am, what are you talking about? I did nothing wrong" & her response was "You came in yesterday & you know what you did." As she was talking her co-worker I believe his last name is "Mendez" was telling her "You have the wrong person. I know what lady you are talking about" as he is pointing to me "& this is not her". I am repeatedly telling her "You are making a mistake, Ma'am. That is not me.." I come in here with my 8 year old daughter almost everyday & my little girl orders ice cream & I get coffee. "Hyppolite's" response is "I know it was you. My manager says the girl had a tattoo on her arm."
After about 10 minutes of going back & forth she finally agrees to serve me. I order my usually ice coffee. While all of this is going on a customer behind me walked out before making his order. The lobby is filled with customers sitting down and watching TV & the scene she is causing & I am completely embarrassed. I never felt so insulted. All I wanted to do is walk in & grab a cup of coffee. As I go & get my coffee she replies, "Here is your drink but I know that was you & my manager will see you on the camera." I replied with again "I WAS NOT IN ON Friday & I DO NOT CAUSE A SCENE WHEN I COME IN HERE, MA'AM." Her co-worker again is telling her "The lady you are talking about is a crack-head that comes in with her boyfriend and steals and causing a problem... THIS LADY," pointing at me, "IS NOT HER".
"Hyppolite" continues to have a nasty attitude towards me and speaking down to me like I did something wrong. I told her I wanted to leave my phone number for her manager to call me because she is a making a HUGE mistake & I want a apology for embarrassing me in front of all of these people. She refused to take my number down & "Mendez" answered my response when I asked when the manager would be in he said between tomorrow (Sunday) from 6am-3pm. I was hurt, humiliated and was thinking what if I had my little girl was in here with me like I usually do what if she verbally attacked me in front of her? I was in tears the drive home. I have been coming to this store for the past 4 years & come in 1-3 times daily at Dunkin Donuts with my child. I am a regular & paying customer & have never caused a problem in this store.
On Sunday I wanted to come in around 8am. When I woke up to get my usual coffee but I didn't want to bother the manager because I assumed they would be very busy so I waited until 11am. I came in & spoke to this manager & explained this employee kicked me out of the store & refused to serve me for 10 minutes because she thinks I am another person that came in on Friday evening and caused a problem. The manger says there must be some mistake & she come in at 4pm and will talk to her. As I was talking to the manager another lady co-worker says, "I know that lady that comes in & that is not you." I agreed with her & the manger says "the lady we are talking about comes in all the time & causes problems in the afternoon with her boyfriend" and they had to call the police on her Friday whenever this happened. The manager tells me they are in the middle of "Rush Hour" and says he will talk to her when she comes in at 4pm & gives me a free cup of coffee. I thought it would have been resolved but Personally the manager was more concerned with the line behind me & getting me out of the store @ least it felt like that.
When I was getting my straw the co-worker young girl with purplish hair came up to me & assured me that she would tell the manager who "This lady" is and also confirm that I was not that person. Later on in the day it was over 90 degrees and I went through the drive thru this time around 2pm & ordered a Iced Mocha Latte and the young guy "Mendez" served me and said "I apologize for Hyppolittle. She was in the wrong. You were completely right.. I tried to tell her several times that was not you that came in Friday & caused a scene that you always come in with a little girl that gets ice-cream & you get your coffee never caused a problem but she is hard-headed & would have caused a fight with him as well. Around 5:15pm a few hours later I came through the drive thru again to grab a Coffee Coolata this time & "Mendez" went to give me my drink all of a sudden "Hyppolite" came charging to the window saying, "I know that was you. I saw you on the camera Baby & screaming and yelling at me." She came almost out of the window and the other co-worker had to pull her back multiple times out of my face as she is yelling at me..
I am telling her for the 50th time, "Ma'am I was not here on Friday. I don't cause any problems. You have the wrong person." I drove away fearful & upset she was so close in my face like she wanted to fight me over this situation. I also had my mom on the phone as all of this was happening and she witnessed the whole conversation. I was treated like a criminal & a drug addict. I am completely appalled by this. Today I walked in after I dropped my daughter off at school with a friend of mine because I was scared if she was there she would embarrass me again. We asked the cashier to speak to someone who was in charge which was "Patrice" my friend explained to her with me as well that their employee is harassing me when I come in here accusing me of being someone else & this is uncalled for embarrassing me in front of other people & we would appreciate if this harassment would stop. "Patrice" agreed with me again saying the same thing I come in all the time with my daughter & never caused a problem & she will make sure she has a meeting with her today & Patrice actually asked me for my phone number which was nice because I tried to leave my contact information with Hyppolite & the manager & both of them refused it.
I am not a criminal. I am a paying customer that should be treated like one & not be yelled out & verbally attacked by their employee when I did nothing wrong. I would appreciate some type of contact back & this be resolved immediately. I don't know at this point if I need to contact an attorney because she is harassing & now almost attacked me for the past 2 days. I like Dunkin Donuts. I have been going to this one for the past 4 years and this is just wrong she can treat me like complete crap for no reason. I would also like to see the "Video" that she keeps accusing me of. I am very upset! Today was my daughter's 1st day of school and I did not want to bring her in Dunkin in case "Hyppolittle" was there. Pretty sad my kid could not get her breakfast sausage from this store because of an employee whose behavior is uncalled for.. I contacted Corp & they were outraged. She told me DD has 48 hours to respond to the complaint. I am waiting for their call as of now.

I said, "Well that is going to end up getting you in a lot of trouble one day." He then said, "It's the fourth of July. It's time to just have fun and relax." I then said, "Well what you said was very rude." He said, "Well, I'm sorry" and randomly said "at least your nails are real." That just made things worse. I worked at Dunkin' Donuts for over a year. During that year, I was sexually harassed, unappreciated and promised a raise and promotion by my manager, and by the owner of the franchise, that I never received. The store let two 17-year olds close the store at night alone. I myself was 17 and left to close with another 17-year old boy who kept calling me baby, slapped my butt multiple times, kept grabbing my hands, and then went behind the shed to smoke weed with his friend. After this happened, he was fired but they did not change the fact that minors who were not shift leaders were allowed to close alone (a shift leader or manager is supposed to be in the store at all times). My manager hired her family members and all of her friends and nobody was disciplined. People would show up for shifts 30 minutes to an hour late, call out on a daily basis, and get high behind the shed. Nobody cared. Orders were constantly wrong and our customer service was awful.
One employee stormed out frequently, swore around customers, made fun of customers to their face, and harassed them so they would never return. She was not terminated. We had an awful cockroach infestation and flies everywhere. The ceilings leaked every time it rained. Multiple employees stole from the store. Eventually, my manager was moved up to district manager and she did not come around to our store for over 6 months. We were left without a manager and many of our machines were broken. We never had coolattas. Our espresso machine was broken for 2 months, toaster broken, cockroaches everywhere, not enough employees... and upper management never did a damn thing no matter how many times we called for help. I worked so hard cleaning the store for hours. I was even told to work off the clock after hours.
Another employee and I were the only thing keeping that store running. I worked 10-15 hour shifts because the nighttime employees would not show up to work (and were not terminated for it. And I was not thanked.) Eventually, my manager was fired for falsifying documents and not taking care of our store. During this time, I was told by the new district manager that I would receive a raise and a promotion for all of my hard work for the store. She told me to begin my shift leader training and that I would receive the raise and title within a month. Our new manager also told me the same thing, that he would do everything in his power to get me a raise. I waited and waited and waited, completed my training, worked 40+ hours a week until I got tired of waiting around and asked if I was getting my raise. "Give me 2 weeks." I waited 2 weeks. "2 more weeks! I promise." Waited again.
After 2 months, I was fed up. I approached my manager (politely) and asked what was going on. He told me that I wouldn't even get a raise, that he couldn't guarantee anything. He hired new employees and started them out at a wage higher than mine, and higher than others who have worked at that store for 3+ years. He told me that I was rude and made me feel worthless to the point where I was crying in the cooler every single day. The other employees would make sexual comments about women who came into the store, rating them, saying what they would love to do to them. My manager didn't care, he thought it was cool. Eventually, I was fed up and have found a job that started me out at a higher pay, has benefits, and treats their employees very well. I am just completely baffled at the fact that a Dunkin' Donuts store can go to complete ** and upper management doesn't care that they are losing so much money and putting their employees under so much distress.
I turned down many other jobs because I was promised a raise. I was excited and worked as hard as I possibly could for that store. Since then, my manager has lowered all of the women's hours and gave the men in the store more. He hires his friends even though they have terrible customer service. I'm appalled and upset, betrayed, etc. I wish something could be done but literally, nobody cares. I just hope that people stop visiting this location (and many have, they've lost a lot of customers because of the rude employees, loss of good employees, and worse quality of food and service). All of the other stores around here aren't much better off; irresponsible managers, employees who show up to work high, incredibly filthy... Good luck, Dunkin' Donuts, and good riddance.

We waited beside the register until 4:12pm (per my cell phone). While we waited, another customer came in and purchased 3 Lattes at full price (he didn't notice). While we were placing our order at 4:12pm, the customer came back in to complain that he didn't get his beverages 1/2 price. The cashier told him the same thing she told us! Finally, he got 1/2 of his money back. We waited 10 minutes for the clock to change; this is just plain wrong. This Dunkin Donuts should be made to change their clock. I also think I should get a $25 gift card for Dunkin Donuts for wasting my time waiting for 1/2 price coffee.

I am not sure if every state or county does this, but here in Lee Co, Fl, they have "Teacher Tuesday" - you get a free medium hot coffee or a small iced coffee. Well, guess what? Teachers are not the only ones who make up a school or deal with the students, not to mention the parents and all of the teachers! If there is anyone out there who thinks the rest of us that are employed in the schools don't keep a school running for the teachers, you better think real hard again. I am sick of everything such as amusement park discounts, hotel discounts, etc., etc., etc., for teachers and not the entire staff. Wake up people.

This Dunkin' Donuts store may have opened 6 months ago. It's a very new store. We have gone there at least 3 times and all 3 times there are never any glazed donuts. The first time was around 12:30PM. The girl behind the counter said a customer bought every one they had. We did not purchase anything. That was about a month ago. Then we went last Friday at 6:30PM and the display was almost empty. They weren't closing for another 3 1/2 hours - never was told if they were having anything else available. I went today (2 days later) around 2PM. They had a few choices today, most of the trays were empty. I did notice today that glazed donuts was not an option. No display. If Dunkin' Donuts do not offer the glaze, no need for me to pass up the Krispy Kreme store. We just went out of the way for the Dunkin' Donuts to not have any options to purchase. Just a lot of overhead for your employees not to make the donuts! Your store location is in Lexington, SC #350817.

On Sunday, September 2, 2012, my boyfriend, his friend and I stopped to get two smoothies, a Sprite and a couple of doughnuts at 9:45 pm. There were several people in the store eating what they had purchased. There were maybe 7 at one table, 2 at another table and there was one guy at another table. I placed my order, received my order and we proceeded to sit down and drank our smoothies. As soon as we sat down to eat our food, an employee who was at the store, I believe, he was the store supervisor or a manager, told us that they close at 10:00 and we had to leave. I heard him but ignored him because I thought he was joking. He told us two more times that we had to leave. Again, I thought he was trying to be amusing so I ignored him. After he told us the third time, he turned the lights out on us while we were still eating forcing everyone out with their food and their drinks in their hands.
This is the rudest, most unprofessional gesture that I have ever encountered at a public restaurant! At every restaurant that I have been to, If I arrive before they close, I can continue to eat my food in the restaurant after they have closed until I am done while the employees are cleaning up. Because they are closed, they lock the doors so no other customers can come in. But if there are customers that arrived just before closing, they are allowed time to eat and finish their meal without being rushed. This was not the case at this particular store. This guy was rude, he rushed us, turned the lights out while we were eating and kicked us out.
Someone could have choked and Dunkin' Donuts would have had a lawsuit on its hands. The Dunkin' Donuts corporate office may not even be aware that this sort of thing goes on but they need to know what goes on at these stores! I am going to call them today to report that supervisor/manager! I will never go back to that store again. The address of this store is, 3725 Club Drive, Duluth, Georgia , Store #307881. I advise everyone to avoid this store by going to another store or a different restaurant altogether.

I am a relative of an employee that works at the Dunkin Donuts, store #300952, in Venice, Florida. This employee works hard, never misses work, works any hours given and has very good customer skills. The manager here, **, is very rude, obnoxious, disrespectful and terrorizes this employee. She discriminates against this employee. There are many ex-employees and current ones to testify to this. I called and talked with her and told her I was going to contact corporate and would daily until she was trained not to be rude, disrespectful and quit terrorizing the employees. Her reply was, "Is this about __?" she named the employee. I thought, OMG, she does do this to the employee. How many others does she have in mind to be this way to? She should never be in this position. She wants the employees to work off the clock. Many can testify to this also. It makes no difference. If everything isn't done at closing, you clock out and do it. Or if you don't clock out and do it, you're in deep ** with her. So tried of this thing happening. She should not be here. Re-train her or take her out of management.

All the employees and managers there know that my coffee is made wrong nearly every day. Yesterday, it was made wrong and the manager, Briana, told me to go somewhere else to get my coffee. I was dumbfounded and I told her, "I cannot believe you are turning a customer away because you can't get my order right (simple medium iced coffee extra cream, extra sugar, light ice)." I asked for contact information for someone above her, which she refused - telling me that there is no one above her.
I insisted that since she doesn't own the store, there is higher management. She advised me that this was coming from upper management. I found the number for the exec offices and attempted to contact one of the franchisees (owners) and they weren't in. I reported the incident to the DD 800#, and then I found a cell number to Roy ** (franchisee). I spoke with him and he referred this to Marcia, a district manager. She called me and told me that Briana, the store manager, said that I show up there without the coffee that was made wrong all in an attempt to get free coffee. This is not the case!
I went there today and Briana is on vacation, but a manager in training is there as was Marcia. I spoke to the manager in training first, and he acknowledged that "we screw up your coffee almost every day" as well as, "you circle back around to the drive-thru with the coffee that is wrong to have it replaced." I even have this on tape now. He brought Marcia over to talk to me, and repeated for her what he had said - that I am not trying to get free coffee out of nowhere, that I drive back around with the coffee that needs to be replaced. I ask that you call Roy ** at ** and let him know how disgusting it is that the manager, Briana, is treating a customer this way and that she should indeed be fired for doing so. To tell a customer to shop somewhere else because they can't get an order right, and subsequently lie about the customer is simply unacceptable.

I had a girl wait on me who was on the verge of tears, because Anna had just got done yelling at her.
I think it's very unprofessional for an owner to be doing this in front of customers, and there was quite a bit of people in the lobby the times I witnessed this. I definitely think that the corporate should call her and talk to her about the way she treats them or at least send someone there to watch her, because she will lose costumers if she keeps it up. I'm a former employee to the Dunkin Donuts off of Rt. 7 near Rt. 22 managed by Lorie **. My absences are due to minor mishearing of an order, as I had to use the broken headset on the drive thru. That day, I worked with Erik, Andrew **, and Sandy (the shift leader). The customer was beginning to order as my headset shut off. I asked another co-worker to pick up with the order until I could turn back on the headset. He did. And then, I asked him to repeat what was ordered so I could save the order, until it was time to recall the order and have the customer pay. The orders were 2 large coffees and a medium Coolatta for $6. The customer paid. After receiving the drinks, he then with aggravation asked me where his 2 orders of hash browns were. With a smile I replied, "I'm so sorry sir. I didn't hear that part of your order. Would you like me to place another order in for the hash browns? It will only take a minute. I'm really sorry for the mistake in the order."
Which I then told her, "I didn't make it but I'm sorry." I also told the customer I was sorry as well.
She was screaming at me in front of a store full of customers, while Steve stood there in the doorway of the office laughing while her unprofessional conversation was happening. She then made his two orders of hash browns and Coolatta free of charge due to my mistake. She, after doing that, returned back into the office. A number of customers over hearing and seeing what just happened apologized to me, for having to be embarrassed like that and disrespected due to an error with the headset, an honest human mistake. I replied that it was my fault. And many customers replied, "No honey. It was an honest misunderstanding. We all witnessed the situation from beginning to end." As they were leaving, they wished me a better day.
After helping all the customers and them all exiting the store, I was standing at the front counter about to cry. It was due to the embarrassment, humiliation, disrespect, and unprofessionalism that came from Sandy. She then came up to me and screamed at me again. She said, "Don't just stand there Alyssa. There's plenty to do!" So, I began to do my work, swallowing back my tears. I dealt with what had just happened. I kept doing all that was needed to be done. As Sandy was getting ready to leave, her son dropped off her granddaughter. She was finishing up what she needed to do since Lorie ** was on vacation. And she was in charge till she returns. She made a comment to the other two co-workers, "Now, I get to go home and babysit a 2 year old chuckling." She then said, "It really isn't much different than being here at work. I still watch a 2 year old." This explains why I no longer work for your company. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to work for you.

I called repeatedly back, (at this time all I wanted was his name to file a complaint) but he ignored my call (rang about 20-30) times and then just disconnected automatically. I tried to relay to him that I was a customer just like anyone else and I wanted to be treated with respect and proper courtesy. We had a drive-through order this morning at D&D. I am so upset at the kind or service I received today at D&D. The whole staff was so rude and discriminating towards us that it was just ridiculous. I will never go to a D&D again due to this.
After making our initial order, I literally had to repeat the order 6 times to let them know what and how we wanted our sandwiches (part of the order were one croissant with egg, cheese, and bacon and one croissant with only egg, no cheese or bacon). In the end, we asked if she got everything right for us and she stated yes. The minute we drove off and opened the bag, both the receipt and the order was screwed up. One croissant with egg, cheese, and bacon only included egg and cheese with no bacon and one croissant with only egg, no cheese or bacon was not even in the bag that she gave us.
We drove and went back in to D&D to complaint as this was too much. The supervisor there on duty (Megan) was really rude and prejudiced towards us. She said sorry in a way like she is doing us a favor and with no empathy whatsoever for the mistake they made. She even was not listening to us and so I got frustrated and said, "Do you need me to write out the order for you to understand?" I just got really upset and mad and stated that I want my money back as per your policy (Dunkin' Donuts) since you screwed up the receipt and the order.
Their policy in writing in front of the counter states that if the order is not correct (receipt) you get your full refund back. However, she refused to give us a refund and had so much difficulty apologizing for an order she screwed up on, even after we repeated it 6 times for her. She talked to us with a really bad attitude. She was the rudest and most insensitive person there. When I asked for her full name (Megan), she refused to give me her last name. I then asked for her manager's name and she only gave me the first name also (Rick) and not the last as she stated that they cannot give this information. She was so ridiculous.

Only after I pointed out that I wanted the combo deal with coffee (I got two receipts --one for the sandwich and hash browns, one for the coffee because I guess he forgot). After looking at the receipts and noticing I was being charged more than I would if it were a combo, I brought this up to the cashier. He started arguing with me, saying that I never asked for the coffee even though I clearly said to him that I'd like a "number 6" which is a combo meal with a coffee! Just because I wanted the hash browns doesn't change that fact. In fact, adding the hash browns should have been cheaper too since it would be added to a combo deal. But instead, this cashier tried charging for these items separately, which I now suspect he's done to customers before.
After arguing back and forth, he started ignoring me and making me wait by serving other customers. He even asked me to move aside, which I refused. I asked for a manager and he said he was the manager, then proceeded to ignore me even longer by helping other customers. I said, "That's four people that you decided to help now, instead of me" and he snapped at me saying, "I need to help people in line". Finally, he took my receipts and gave me a refund. However, when he was doing that I said, "I don't want a refund, I just want to be charged the correct amount for the combo deal that I ordered". Then he looked at me and said he was going to refund my order and not serve me. He actually refused service to me! I took the money and said I would report him and then stormed out.
He made me feel bad about myself for feeling like a hassle, then seriously looked me in the eye and said he wouldn't serve me after refunding my money. All for disagreeing with him. I've never in my life been treated this way and this was a manager. That's ** up! After thinking about the whole transaction, I am positive that I was mistreated and am going to report this to DD's corporate office. At approximately 10:40, my friends and I went to the store to purchase food and drinks before we left for the airport. I was ordering for myself and a few other people. I got to the counter and ordered two everything, bagels, a bacon egg and cheese wrap, a coffee and a diet soda.
I did not get the soda out of the cooler before getting rung up so I just told the girl at the register to charge me for it and I would grab it on the way out. I completely forgot about the soda and went to wait for my food. A few minutes later the person making the food called out that he had my bacon egg and cheese wrap and two everything bagels. I took the bag without checking it and we left. When we got back to the house I realized I forgot to grab the soda, no big deal. Then when I opened the bag I realized the clerk did not give me the bacon egg and cheese wrap.
On our way to the airport we decided to stop to pick up the wrap and soda. He said he would get us the wrap, but that we should have checked our bag in a pretty confrontational tone. While I was waiting, I went and got the soda I had paid for. The same man I had just spoken to then came over and informed me that we could pay for the soda at the register.
I again explained to him that I had already paid but forgot to pick up the soda, to which he replied loudly and in front of approximately 30 patrons of the restaurant, “No, you didn’t, you are lying.” I again tried to explain what happened to which he replied, “You’re a liar, you’re lying,” in an even louder voice. I then raised my voice and told him to stop calling me a liar at which point he went back to his register with a smirk on his face. We were then given the wrap and we left. I was absolutely mortified. I am a 30-year-old lawyer who can afford to pay for a soda. A Dunkin' Donuts employee humiliated me in front of a crowd of people over a $1.50 softdrink!
Unfortunately, I was so put off by the confrontation that I did not get the individual’s name. He was a young man of Middle Eastern descent working at your 1906 Clint Moore Road, Boca Raton, FL 33496 between 10:40 and 12 on Sunday, April 3rd. I am sure he remembers our encounter, unless this is something that Dunkin' Donuts employees do on a regular basis. Unreal!

My boyfriend and I visited the same location sometimes 2-3 times per day and have been very dissatisfied with the products we get from this social street location.

My order came to $9.85 and I gave the clerk three Dunkin' Donut gift cards. I was told the first one had zero balance and the other two came to my exact order amount. I said it was hard to believe that my two cards together came to $9.85. I was told that I must be lucky. She took my cards and threw them under the counter. This deal smelled very bad, so I demanded my cards back. She reluctantly gave them back. I took them to an honest Dunkin' Donut store and had them reread. One had a balance of $6.48 and the other had a balance of $28.02. This store has quite a deal going. I wonder how many customers have been ripped off. Is this corporate wide or just franchisee money maker? It would be best not to go to Dunkin' Donuts; otherwise, pay by cash or using your own credit card.

I walked in, second time in my day, to order a medium hot coffee. My order was being taken care of from another employee whom I don't remember her name (Sheryl perhaps? ) Jamie **, was in the side room yelling and complaining about how she could only depend on another employee to not ** things up" (pardon the foul language.)
She was going on about how if she could leave the store, that she could depend on this employee to not mess things up and that another employee is very undependable. I don't recall the name of the employees she mentioned. Back to my order, once I received my coffee and my receipt, paid by my debit card, I noticed when I was leaving the store that the receipt was marked incorrect. I was charged for a small iced coffee priced 2.33 (? ) when the medium hot coffee itself is just 1.98. The price difference didn't matter to me, it was just a couple of cents. However, I still wanted a correct receipt for my records, so I went back to the cashier who gave me my order (again not sure what her name was, might have been Sheryl.) She didn't know how to refund the money back to my debit card, so she called over Jamie **.
When Jamie came to the cashier after seeming quite upset, she looked at me and asked me "Okay, so what's the problem?" I told her the order on the receipt was wrong, and she responded something like, "My God, these people" or "I'm not going to be able to even leave today," very loud and totally inappropriate. She took the receipt and started subtracting from what the iced coffee was priced, to the medium hot coffee that I ordered. She looked like she was having trouble also putting the money back on the card, so I simply said just give it back to me in cash. When she was planning on giving me back cents, I told her about her store's policy.
When I showed her the store policy which was stamped all over the store (which stated if your order is incorrect on the receipt your order is free) she flipped. She yelled at me, asking me if I was "busting her ** and if I was ** serious. " I asked her to calm down, that its your store's policy to do what is required. She continued to yell and say "Your ** kidding me", and asked me what is it that I wanted for free. I told her that again, that her policy was that my order was free, so I would just take my coffee.
And again, she yelled and responded back that if I was ** with [her]" I told her she needs to calm down, and asked her for her name. She wrote it on the receipt and practically threw it at me, saying Jamie **. She then yells at me saying she's having a "Great day" so I responded when I received the receipt "Yea, I'm having a great day too, and it's about to be wonderful once I make this complaint."
She told me that I can do a complaint online (which I know is not true, and if it was, I would rather speak to someone directly in charge.) So, she continued to yell, and stated that she was going to call her boss. I told her that's great, because I can talk to him as well. She told me "Oh well, that's your problem now, isn't it?" Your not going to speak to my boss." And I told her, so let me speak to your manager. She snapped back at me telling me that she is the manager. I told her "That's great, you're showing your employees how real customer service works."
She started to call her boss saying out loud that she doesn't need this. "While she was speaking to her boss, she asked him, "Do you want to speak with this sir, because he's just standing here and wants to speak with you." Seconds after talking to him about the incident, Jamie ** was yelling in the background saying that "Don't lie sir, don't lie."
I simply told her "I'm lying? Sorry, but lying isn't something I do." Then she was screaming to get her cellphone back, which I did shortly after I asked her boss for his cellphone number. I called him on his cellular phone and he told me he will send me an email and try to deal with this incident. I called him the next day and asked him as a reminder on what was the manager's name. He said Jamie. I asked for a last name and he simply said he didn't know. I then asked him for his full name which I didn't get when I first spoke to him. He said Sheriff. I asked for a last name and he refused to give it. I reminded him that he hasn't send me the email, and email that I thought was to report the incident. The email he said, was only just to receive a complimentary meal at his establishment. That's not what I wanted however, I wanted a professional email to receive my complaint and save it on file.

I got home and my kids ate and I did too. When my husband picked up a boston creme one, he took the first bite and he found hair sticking out of the donut. It was very disgusting. We found hair before when we bought from the same place and we complained to them but I guess they don't care. But this time, my husband took pictures of the donut because he was very mad. I mean, come on. They have to get cleaned up there. I will call my lawyer and have him take care of it plus I still have the donut and I have the pictures. She never called in or was late, in fact she always came in after her drunken co-workers could not make it in because of their hang over the following morning (her days off). They would schedule her for afternoons and evenings (when her availability stated she was not able to work these shifts when she was hired (this is illegal to do in NY state) in another job with pension medical etc. I called a week ago concerned about this store and how she has been treated.
I asked the manager Tracy ** that I would hope this would not affect her job. Since I called her the job got harder Manager found it convenient to yell at her yesterday in front of customers, "real professional." Today she got fired by text on cell phone. I've never heard such a thing management grow some dunkin dog balls and sit down with your employees and fire them in person not by texting them. And just so you locals know you are buying old food they are to put new donuts on racks by 8 am they are not doing this until 3 pm. I use to go DD a store 3 times a week but haven't gone in 4 years because the coffee is weak product has gone downhill. Kwik Fill coffee is better and cheaper!

I am reporting a Dunkin Donuts store which is located at 710 McLean Ave., Yonkers, NY 10704-3841, phone number 914-965-5805 . The manager, **, has been harassing and discriminating co-workers. He has been breaking the law, rules and regulations, as well as violating the system by punching in his co-workers' cards an hour ahead before they even come to work since they're his friends, cousins, and families. Since he is the manager of the store, he actually put his family to work also. As for as I know, in the USA, when you work at a place, your wife, kids, or even cousins aren't allowed. He is also making the oldest co-workers work twice as hard whereas his friend co-workers are just doing easy simple jobs, such as cleaning the windows only and letting them rest anytime they want.
The manager has been doing this for the past 6 months out of his 1-1/2 year of management of this Dunkin Donuts store. Sometimes, he even yells and curses at co-workers when they ask for breaks or vacation time. He has been harassing more than 4 co-workers in the past 6 months. His harassment is exceeding the limit and putting warrants on his co-workers for non-violated reasons or any work complication reasons.
I highly recommend you all to check into this and get a new manager as soon as possible. I, myself, (son of **, a co-worker) also noticed that less customers have been stepping in the store due to the management problems and poor customer service quality. I really hope you all look into this and really hope the business is run the way it's supposed to with the right code of law as well as rules and regulations.

I filled out an online form to file the complaint, which included fields for my name, address and phone number. The next day, I received an email from customer service saying that my complaint has been forwarded to the franchise owners. When I asked if my name and personal information was revealed, they emailed back saying that it's automatically given to the franchise owners so they can contact me directly. Now why would any public consumer want their private information given out to the people they're complaining about? The website does not indicate that private information will be shared with franchise owners nor does it state how the matter will be resolved.
The matter was never resolved because those same franchisees are still overcharging for their Coolattas. Corporate offices should contact franchisees themselves to correct complaints that come in.

Does Dunkin Donuts care about how there employees conduct themselves? I know they are individual franchises, but alot of middle easterners are trying to bilk their customers out of their change. Using the guise of a language barrier. In my area all the Dunkin donuts are run by middle eastern people. I stopped for a small coffee collatta. I handed the man a 5 dollar bill. He gave me 2 dollars change and said have a nice day. when i asked if the product was 3 dollars he he said oh and he did hand me 16 cents change.
I I had not questioned him he would have kept the rest. Think of all the people who service Dunkin donuts. I know I am not the only customer thet do that to. I bet it all adds up. Since 1998 I have stoped at the local Dunkin Donuts to get a coffee whenever I was not at home, and was thuristy. This equals about two to six coffee's per day that I pay 2.45 each. The local Dunkin Donuts now under new management as of the last four years is getting worse to deal with. Beyond getting old coffee, or reciving a lesser value product due to a lack of supplys for the same price they are now discriminating against it's loyal customers along with falsely advertising their store.
The sign (which is still on the frount door) says open 24 hours a day seven days a week. I have repeditly shown up for coffee after the forth of july fireworks, or on christmas morning, and so on and they were closed. No sign anywhere saying that they were closed, or would be closing eairly that day. The employees still in the store, tell us as we walk up to go in, go through drive through we are closing the frount, but their personal vehicals are blocking drive through as they refuse to answer the page of a customer is there. They look at us and laugh.
To make matters worse, they have been locking their frount doors and using drive through window only after 10 pm. Due to this they only people who can purchess coffe would be those who drive a car through. Totally discriminating against over half of the Maine population who do not drive. People like my husband who is in a wheel chair, or people like I was in September of 2005 when my car had broke down and was in the shop for repairs.

A couple of days ago I realized that this, as well as other DD locations print credit card receipts with the full name, full account number, along with the expiration date on it. In these desperate times with identity theft on the rise, this is a very bad practice, as well as it being an antiquated system. A state law was enacted in NJ January 1, 2004 making it a requirement that all but the last four digits of the account number be X'd out.
Only potential consequences. Instead of handing me both credit card receipts, the female server decided to take it upon herself to crumble one up & through it away. If the numbers were XXXed out the way they are supposed to be, it would not have mattered. I asked her for the receipt and she did give it to me.

My daughter,Amanda, works for Dunkin Donuts. Two weeks ago, the new manager informed me that he was suspending her, for failure to cash out her drawer at the end of her shift. I asked the manager if he was aware that the stipulation of Amanda working there was that I requested that she did not cash out a drawer.( I did this because Amanda is a little slow cognitively, and I know she would not remember to cash it out.)The manager stated I know she didn't take the money, but she was working with someone else and I have to suspend her also.
The manager explained that $200.00 was missing. But I said to the manager she was never cashed out a drawer, she is not allowed to, how can she beheld responsible for something she wasn't suspose to do. He said that the tape showed that the money was in the drawer after she left, but when the next cashier cashed out it wasn't there. He insist that it was Amanda fault because she didn't cash out.
I keep asking how, if she wasn't suspose to cash out. What I think happened is that he knew he goofed, because he didn't realize that Amanda wasn't suppose to cash out, and they hadn't trained the person she was working with to cash out. This was stated by his own employees. Now, if that money was in the drawer after she left, that would leave me to believe that either next person should be questioned that took the drawer after her or the manager.
I stated to manager after the next person cashed out, did you take the tape for the whole day, and subtract, what should have been left was the money that wasn't cashed out. He was stunned. He still insist that it was Amanda fault. I told him that this was right, and I would take the necessary steps to insure she is paid back wages from the time she was suspended and to find out what happened to the money.

That's when the issue came, he said that the extra cream cheese would be $.99. THen he told me that the bagel itself was going to $1.79.
Now, I know the exact prices of my favorite meal at Dunkin Donuts and all together it was priced seventy cents over. So I asked him why it costs more that at the other DD. He said all the prices were the same. So I left and went to the other one down the road about a quarter mile. I made the same order again and took down the prices on the Drive Thue so I could note the difference. When I got up there he gave me the same price that the guy at the last DD had.
