    I was encouraged to try Dunkin' Donuts instead of my usual Panera's for my morning coffee and breakfast sandwich. I went to the mall and saw a good-looking croissant sandwich with bacon and a folded egg for 7 dollars. I ordered that, along with a coffee. Prices were comparable to Panera's, although without the coffee refills. When I got my croissant, however, I was taken aback. It was a squished, with half the top missing, and the egg was hanging over the edge. The cheddar cheese was barely lukewarm and frankly, it looked like it had been frozen, and then popped into a microwave for 30 seconds. I was going to bring it back, but there was a long line for coffee, so I didn't. It tasted as unappetizing as it looked. There is no way this overpriced slop compares with Panera's. I won't be going back.

    Ordered on app. Pumpkin spice latte. It was half full and cold. Salted dark chocolate munchkins. They were out of. Would not refund. So took glazed. Opened bag, 2 glazed, one blueberry. Really. Will never go back. Employee at window was rude and how could he not get 3 muchins correct

    I asked for a strawberry lemonade refresher and she handed me a green drink that has a label that is a strawberry lemonade refresher. When I say something she slams the window in my face so I drive off. Why is my STRAWBERRY drink green?

    I just went to Dunkin' Donuts in Bourbonnais, IL and I am completely disappointed for the $39.00 that it cost for 2 dozen donuts. The donuts taste frozen and the frosting used tasted very bad and granulated. Also at 6 AM the selection was limited and they were out of most of the variety they have. It seems like they no longer make the donuts but buy them. I could have went to Walmart and spent less money and got better donuts.

    The donuts have no flavor. If you go after noon the donut selection is terrible. Had a problem with check out. They charged me for a gift I was using. Went back with my receipt and they refuse to refund me my money.

    I had a terrible experience at the Paoli, Pennsylvania store/location. I purchase my Christmas gift cards there every year and won’t be going back. Probably no more Dunkin’ donuts gift cards. Sorry kids!

    Awful customer service within a local store and also corporate complaint escalations. Neither were helpful and were extremely rude. I was served raw and frozen food and no one will take it seriously and compensate me. Was also told by corporate that no manager is available to talk and told by store employee that the district manager wouldn't get on the phone with me.

    I went through the drive through where I was never asked what I wanted to order. I ordered at the window with manager who asked what I wanted several times. My coffee was made very sloppy. The syrup was all over the top of the cup. Staff never considered wiping the cup. I am done with Dunkin.

    Customer service was laughing at me and my friend (we have disability). I went there to get coffee with a friend like I usually do and the guy with his 4 friends start asking why I was there again. I pretend not to hear. Then after I sat down they made us very uncomfortable, they would look and laughed at us. At 5 pm they asked us to leave because they were closing. They close at 6pm. No problem. We will never bother you with our money. NICE JOB!!!

    I have just had the worst experience ever @ Dunkin! I waited @ the drive thru for 40 minutes just to get my 2 donuts I ordered thru the app. The address is: 9705 N. May, Oklahoma City, ok. I decided to not even attempt to go here at least on weekends for now. There is no organization, no urgency, no training, no hurry to get the order out. The workers and the so-called manager walk around in a daze without any direction! By the way, this also goes for walking in too. This store needs an upgrade on personnel! I may make a decision as to if I keep going there at all! Very frustrating to start your day with a 40 minute wait. I suggest don’t even go to this particular store at all! Even the 1 star rating is way too high!

    Dunkin Donuts have gone overboard with the prices, paying $6.00 for a Croissant sandwich is ridiculous for the size. Someone needs to visit and see the upsweep of charges. I just paid $14.75 for an extra-large Butter Pecan that tastes like regular coffee, Croissant Sandwich with Cheese and Sandwich, no Egg, Cinnamon Roll and donut. This is ridiculous.

    Forget it if you have an issue. I have emailed with no response, called with an 8 minute wait and was told I'd receive a credit which never happened, called back later and after 35 minutes was disconnected, called back immediately and was told they aren't accepting calls and to call back in 3 hours!

    As a result of our boycott of Starbucks due to politics and pricing we have been loyal DD customers for 15 years. The food has always been consistent and the coffee delicious. We like no gimmicks! However, staff has been spotty at best, really hit or miss. We now frequent the Fairbanks store and to our delight the staff is courteous, friendly, respectful and completely accommodating. It's amazing what a positive upbeat staff does for a fast-food experience. Bravo to your staff. Please ask your corporate to focus on the same service that happens at the Fairbanks store. John

    The worst grill cheese sandwich. CVG airport Cincinnati Oh, I purchased a grill cheese sandwich from Dunkin Donut, it was the worst sandwich I've ever had. I could not find the cheese, because it melt through the bread. I returned the sandwich and asked for more cheese in which I had to pay another $0.75 cent. The extra cheese still had no effect on the sandwich. The cheese was not cheese. Dunkin' Donuts need to do better. The young lady Haley had great customer service. DO BETTER DUNKIN' DONUTS.

    Sometime in July 2025 I went to the Dunkin' Donuts in Rosedale NY and a few weeks ago I went to the Dunkin' Donuts in Jamaica center and my experience was horrible. If you are ** they put a laxative in your iced tea and give you a bitten donut.

    I usually go to the location on 257 Lyons Avenue. I never get good service or quality drink or food! Customer service is horrible and the ladies including management is always aggressive for no reason. If you ask to correct someone, they typically go back and forth with the customer before handling the problems... I kept going back because of convenience. But, today July 6, 2025 is my last purchase from that location. Nothing beats the Manhattan locations and customer service experience.

    This company and app is a total scam. The app glitches and charges you double orders. Then when you try to get a refund for the duplicated order, the location tells you they are not affiliated with the app and you must contact the online app customer service people. The customer service people just about play games with you until you give up on getting your money back. Back and forth but do nothing but send automated fake messages. They literally took $26 extra of my money and are not refunding it. There are numerous other reviews of people stating Dunkin' did the same thing to them. Scammers. Dunkin runs on deception it seems.

    Dunkin' Donuts new recent policy regarding their iced lattes, prohibiting the customization of "less ice" or "no ice", is so bad. I do not recommend going anymore unless they revert or undo their recent policy. Why? Because they are already filled with 75% ice to 25% drink ratio as a standard option. Did I forget to mention this is a large iced latte I am talking about, and it feels like I am getting a medium when I am getting a large. I wouldn't be making a deal, but a large can safely be at a whopping $7 with tax, which is mad expensive for 0 reason. I guess it's time I move on to a different iced coffee chain now.

    I was so excited when Dunkin' Donuts came to our little town of Nashville, North Carolina. As the time has gone by, I'm sad to say that I choose not to go to this Dunkin'. The inconsistencies of the drinks made coffees and such has gotten worse and worse. The amount of cream and sugar they put in the cup when you ordered a specific way is never what you ordered, sometimes the iced coffees are different flavors to taste, and I've been a few times where it didn't even taste like the coffee was fresh. I love Dunkin', but if I have to go only in Nashville, North Carolina, I would choose to go to Sheetz. Please check into this and get our good delicious hot or cold coffee back going for us.

    First and foremost, the prices at Dunkin' Donuts is too high especially the coffee. You barely get what you ask for. I ask for hot coffee with cream and sugar and I get black coffee with a hint of cream. The coffee be 3/4 cup full. I sent a picture to corporate about the coffee being inaccurate and 3/4 full and I was told that the issue will be sent to management. They didn’t do nothing because the problem hasn’t changed. This is not only at one Dunkin' Donuts, this is happening at different Dunkin' locations. The coffee shouldn’t be this expensive.

    I started going to Wawa to get my coffee now. It’s a lot cheaper and my cup is full and not 3/4 full. The donuts aren’t like they used to to be. Dunkin' have taken away a few flavors that I liked. It be hard by 2 pm. The lemon donut was one that I liked. A couple times I bought donuts at Dunkin' and it barely had any filling. I no longer buy donuts from Dunkin', I buy my donuts at Krispy Kreme. They are always fresh, no matter the time. Dunkin' needs to get it together because they are going downhill. The reviews tells it all.

    I will rate the shop located at 711 South Industrial Blvd -5 for rude staff. This morning an old lady working there named **, she was talking to us like trash. Acting rude and disrespectful kicking us for the shop. She was spying on my kids in the restrooms, she claims that my kid spent a long time in the restrooms. She was behind rude, and her voice was loud in front of the students at the school near the shop and she threatened to call the police when I tried to communicate with her.

    The lady at the counter was extremely rude and the drive thru and when being handed my order. She said they were very short staffed.. Although I get that (every place of business is short staffed at this time).. doesn't give you the right to be rude to your customers.. Be nicer next time or you're going to lose a lot of customers.

    If I could do a negative -10. The app is not compatible with phones and basically Dunkin Donuts is stealing/taking people's money from gift cards, to points. It needs to be on the news and people need to STOP using the app. You should be able to retrieve your points via email as well vs having to do it just thru the app. It's a tactic with Dunkin. They are basically trying to remove people from retrieving free items via the app.

    First, let me be clear, if I could give, “no stars” as a rating I would absolutely do so. However, in order for the, “submit review” button to become active I had option but to select one star as oppose to no star. This was the first time I had visited this location and had stopped for a cup of coffee. Instead I decided on the $6 meal deal which included a medium coffee. ** took my order and was very pleasant after I requested for the cream to be steamed; which I always get. The meal was made after waiting 10 minutes and did not receive my coffee. When I asked where my coffee was, the manager made the coffee right away while I watched her. I explained to her that I had requested that the cream steamed when I first placed the order and she then said that it was steamed. I told her that it was not and she then stated that someone else took my coffee that was steamed with such an attitude.

    I was almost tempted to go back to the cashier with my receipt for a full refund. The manager went back and forth with me about making a medium coffee with steamed cream and then went back to ** to confirm that I did in fact requested the steamed cream, which ** confirmed. This was absolutely unnecessary since it was just a medium hot coffee. The manager came back started the machine that steams the cream and then gave me the coffee and walked away without saying a word and very annoyed.

    This manager exhibited very very poor customer service and has done a disservice to the Dunkin Donuts franchise because of her very obvious customer service skills and to me as a customer for her lack of people skills. I placed my order at 11:12 AM and not walk out until 11:22 AM, I would not come back to this location in future or refer anyone I know to go to this location.     Horrible service went in for some doughnuts and coffee instead I got stale doughnuts and wrong coffee order. Called the store and a very rude associate picked up and told me it wasn’t her fault that I had ordered doughnuts at 7pm. I called corporate. They took my complaint. Stated someone would call me back. Still waiting for that call and this happened 1 month ago. I have always been a faithful customer. Since this incident I will NEVER step foot in any of their locations again. DD really needs to focus on customer service also the lines are a nightmare….

    I love Dunkin' Frozen Coffee! Let me say this first. This Dunkin' was remodeled 1 to 2 yrs. ago. I stood at the counter with the cashiers back to me while she was laughing on the phone for approx. 50 secs. Doesn't seem like much, but when you are ignored feels like eternity.. I sat down with my donut and coffee at 2:58pm 1-30-25. This poor Dunkin' is so Disgustingly gross and filthy. The blinds are so dirty I wanted to get up and leave. The floors are nasty. Food all over the window sills. Don't know why I ate my Donut. Sick. The girl took my cash with her hands, touch my donut and put it in a bag with no paper. Ugh I just realized this. Puke. I never got a receipt but this is all true. Sooo Sad. Iron Gut.

    If you're gonna charge 4 dollars for a large ice coffee, it better be the best coffee EVERY TIME! There's at least 5 Dunkins near me within 4 miles. And every one of them have had crap tasting coffee for too long! Cost went up, quality went down. And yet we almost feel obligated to tip. As if it's our job to pay your employees.
    Aside from that, NO COFFEE ON ANY PLANET SHOULD COST 4 DOLLARS! I went from drinking 3 to 4 a day to one. Each morning I get a large ice and a donut for 6 dollars. And the point system is useless. You got to spend some serious cash to get one free coffee. It's a joke! I got my last horrible coffee today. I'm going to start making my own from now on. Or at least until they put a Cumberland Farms near me where any size coffee is 1.79. And much much better tasting.

    I've been a customer faithfully since time to make the donuts man was on tv! No more.
