I ordered CUSTOM (Dec. 12) gift cards for my kid's teachers for the Holidays. Website said ordered processed in 2 days, and I paid for overnight shipment. Confirmation check says cards were shipped Dec. 17. However Fedex says cards are coming tomorrow Dec. 20, too late for me to give to my teachers. I can't return custom photo cards so now I am stuck with 6 cards with my kid's photos on them and had to buy new cards from somewhere else for my kid's teachers. I would give LESS than 1 star if it was possible.

My family and I just visited store #310171 in Ocala, FL, and experienced the worst customer service I have ever encountered. First, we had to repeat our order of 2 iced coffees several times through the drive-thru. The girl taking our order could be heard talking and laughing to other employees, so she did not listen to us order. She asked three times if it was hot or cold and was told three times: "Cold." We get to the window, and a guy brings over hot drinks. We told him we ordered iced, and he turned to tell someone that we ordered iced.
The girl (I assume Michele because that is on the receipt) said, "Well, he had such an attitude. Just tell him to pull and make him wait." Then, an elderly woman in a pink shirt came to the window to tell us to pull up; my husband refused as there was no one behind us and no one inside, and I told her we ordered iced drinks and were given hot. She proceeded to argue with what we ordered and said, "It's loud in here, we can't hear over the intercom." She wanted to know if we had already paid because if not, we could leave. We had already paid, but my husband refused to leave without our drinks. Someone then pushed two iced drinks out the window. We did not receive the drinks we ordered (Peppermint Mocha and Holiday Cookie); instead, we received plain coffee over ice.
I have never written a complaint before to a company, and I understand how difficult customer service can be. However, the experience we just had at that store was utterly unacceptable. I am sure that nothing will come of this email, but I am hopeful that additional training will be provided to Michele (**) and the 'manager' on how to work with customers and apparently get the intercom fixed since they can't hear it or maybe actually listen to the customer. The service was terrible, and the product received was worse. I am highly disappointed in Dunkin and will instead seek other options when in the area.

They didn’t have some of the items we ordered, and the coffees we received tasted dirty. The place as a whole is very unsanitary. We saw them putting their hands over where we drink our drinks without gloves and multiple different times. We ended up just throwing the entire order out. Overall awful experience.

On Friday, November 22nd about 8:15 a.m. I stopped at the Dunkin' Donuts store at 8000 Chester avenue in Cleveland, Ohio. I would never ever go there again and I suggest that you don't as well. It was my turn at the register. The young man behind the register began to take a tissue out and blow his nose and dig all up in his nose, then walk away from the register and continue to do what he was doing and then throw the tissue in the trash and come back to the register without even washing his hands. I asked him was he going to wash his hands? He gave me some answer. "I use hand sanitizer." Which I never saw. I informed him that is not enough to get rid of Bodily Fluid germs.
At this time an older woman walked from the back. I want to presume that maybe the supervisor told him to leave the register and go wash his hand in the bathroom while ** just kept apologizing. This was done in front of three other customers who was waiting for their orders. I suggested to them that they also not get any food from a restaurant that is not going to take food safety into account. Never eat at the Dunkin Donuts at 8000 Chester avenue because you never know what you may get in your food.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this Dunkin' Donuts location. I simply asked the employee to repeat my order to ensure accuracy, but she refused, insisting I move forward because of "a long line." I pointed out that only two cars were behind me, but she still wouldn’t confirm my order. When I asked for a manager, I was told no one was available. Instead of handling my request professionally, the employee began ranting and even raised her voice, claiming my order was “too large to repeat.” Ultimately, this lack of basic courtesy led to mistakes in my order. I’m genuinely disappointed with this level of service and hope that management will address these issues to improve the customer experience.

Went into store at 84th and College Park Dr., LIncoln, NE location. Most of the half dozen or so employees in the store were practically lethargic. Ordered breakfast sandwich with no cheese and coffee. While waiting quite a while for my order, sacks were stacking up at pickup counter as numerous other customers were waiting for order, and employee that was there was just staring at the receipts without handing out any sacks. Finally, another employee came over and handed me one of the sacks that had my sandwich, but my coffee had not been included, so she had to rummage around for that part of my order and finally just asked what I had ordered and gave it to me. When I got home, I found that my sandwich had cheese even though the receipt indicated no cheese. Removed half with cheese and ate the rest, but the sandwich was not good at all. Food and service bad.

The store, located at 42851 VanDyke in Sterling Heights, Mi. 48314; had construction materials in front of the counter. Half of the chairs were on the tables. I went to wash my hands wondering why was there such disarray? The bathroom was beyond filthy with a large, animal-like pile of feces on the floor, partially beneath a garbage can lid. No garbage can was present. The toilet was filthy and filled with feces also. I was afraid to touch anything! The smell was abhorrent! I couldn't bear the smell long enough to take pictures. I knew I would not be purchasing anything and exited the restroom. The other restroom had an "OUT OF ORDER" sign.

Today I went and seen a bacon, egg and cheese bagel with hash browns and a coffee for $6.00. I ordered it and said 'I cannot have bacon can I just have egg and cheese?" I was told NO, you MUST get bacon to have that price. We went back and forth then she says, that's the way corporate wants it, bacon or no deal. The sandwiches are not premade, everything frozen, egg circles, bagels, everything comes separate and not premade right? So what is the problem? Doesn't it save you money not adding the meat? How many people due to religion or being a vegetarian cannot have bacon?! For me to order same food without bacon was about double the price!! She WOULD NOT give me no bacon at the special price. I find this offensive. I do not want bacon! Let alone their soft undercooked bacon! If there is a class action for discriminatory reasons, I want to sign up. It's not OK. The sandwiches are NOT premade. Just stop it. I will not be back.

Waited 10 minutes with another customer that came and got served and left before they even started making my sandwich. Lady forgot to tell the kitchen to make. Over the past year I have ordered a bagel with cream cheese. Each one was like chewing leather, old stale bagels. Ugh, not enjoyable and had to throw it out. I complained to Corporate and the told me the franchise would call me within 48 hours to address my concerns. Well a week had passed and No one reached out to me. I also emailed Corporate customer service to let them know I had not been contacted. Not even a reply back from them. I'm done with them after 50 years supporting them! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I went in the drive through yesterday in Superior Wisconsin for a coffee and was very excited because it had been so long, I asked for my normal and they proceeded to tell me they could not make my drink because there was no way to ring it up, I proceeded to say that's the way I've always got the drink for the last 6 plus years, mind you I also used to work for Dunkin and I know how easy it is to accommodate to what a customer wants. Each person was different and wanted stuff that may not be on the menu but you make it anyways. Well they still would not make the drink for me and I was running late so I left, today I went back to see if someone else was working and would make my drink, nope same thing, she told me the same thing, but I still wanted it how I did so I asked if she could just ring it up as regular and just make it how I wanted it, she said no.
She brought the manager. She said the same thing, and I proceeded to tell her, "I DO NOT like it with milk and I would like it with cream. That's how I have always ordered it." I even said, "If cream costs extra I'm willing to pay that," she said, "Well it's not something we sell on the menu so we can not make it for you." We went back and forth and she finally said, "Well I will only make this for you this one time, but we will not be making this again."

I was a everyday customer and was upset after they took the 500 points which they could see. All the money I have spent there everyday on my breakfast and they refused me a coffee when the points were removed. I stormed out mad telling them I was going there every day. And was going to call the corporate office. I did call and explained they treated me rude, the only thing they did was reimbursed my 500 points. I stopped going there every day. Finally, a few weeks later I did return, and they refused to serve me. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

The wrap I had ordered was no longer hot as it had been sitting out this whole time and 2 items were not even bagged yet and it was 2 Boston Creme donuts (already made) which the girl then basically crammed into a small sleeve and in the process smeared off the chocolate frosting all over the side of the bag. The most recent issue was ordering Bacon and Cheddar omelet bites and the store did not receive the order after 15 minutes. They asked me if I wanted to order something else and I was not going to spend additional money. Supposedly my credit card will be refunded the $5.11 within 2 weeks. Too much of a hassle. I stopped on Friday 5/3 for a sausage egg and cheese and bacon croissant, with a side of bacon. The croissant sandwich was horrible and, the side of bacon was cold. Am I wrong to expect the side of bacon to be warm at the very least?
Today 5/5 my wife stopped and grabbed a couple coffee cake muffins. They were absolutely disgusting as are your so-called apple fritters that not longer fritters. Well they didn't have these varieties. I settled for some jelly donuts but blanched at the $1.50 each price. I tried them this morning and they were stale and hard--not the tender , sweet delight that I used to love. There is a new store now near my current home. I just wanted my debit card refunded and my gift card charged. They made me add more money to the gift card to accomplish this task, claiming I had to have the full $20.74 on the gift card. The app only allows a $2 minimum. I let them know that it was all set to be charged and didn't hear from them for a week. When I did finally hear from them they asked for my card information so they can refund my card, I gave them my card information along with the gift card information.
They replied saying that they cannot refund my card after a purchase has already been made, even though literally minutes before they said they were going to do it. Also how can you refund someone before a purchase is made? That doesn't even make sense. After a purchase is the only time a refund would be required. I pointed out that I was told the exact opposite and sent a screenshot of them telling me that they will refund the debit card and charge the gift card. They responded back with the same response, they can't do it. So they made me wait three weeks, lied to me more than once, and made me spend more of my money just to tell me they're not going to help me. Awful customer service. My orders are ALWAYS wrong, the staff are slow. Today I asked for a Signature Latte and they first thought it was a Pineapple drink (which I don’t know the name) and I said “no, I want a hot signature latte and a stuffer croissant”. When I go pick it up at the window they gave me a ICE signature latte. I said to the guy that I asked for Hot and got into a argument with about how did I asked for ICE. I told him that I know what I asked for and he went change my order. I just notice right now that he gave me a regular medium coffee.

I usually go to Brooklyn CT Dunkin Donuts as they are the most polite, efficient and best Dunkin Donuts to go to. I unfortunately missed my opportunity this morning as I had to get gas and that was in a different direction. With that said, I decided to go to Dunkin Donuts located at 1 New London Rd, Salem CT. I drove up to the drive through and a woman said “How may I help you?” I said, "I would like a large ice coffee please with liquid sugar." Her reply was, "Do you want cream and sugar with that?" I said, "I would like a large regular ice coffee REGULAR with liquid sugar." She replied back “Do you want that black?” I felt like is this person messing with me. I replied “Do you not know how to make a regular ice coffee?" She replied, “You may want whole milk, skim milk or creamer.” I truly thought she had no clue. I said, "I will come in as you don’t know what a regular coffee consists of."
I parked the car and walked inside. Oddly enough another person confronted me and handed me a large ice coffee. I said, “What is this?" He said, “Your ice coffee." I asked to see the manager. A woman popped her head out from the back, I asked if she is the manager. Her reply was “Yes” but made no effort to come talk to me. I asked from a distance if she knew what regular coffee was. She ignored me. I asked her name and she said, “I am not giving you my name.” Let me make that very clear, she replied “I am not giving you my name. I got very upset and said “Come over here, I want to talk to you.” She replied “No I am not going over there.” So, I asked her name again and she ignored me. I apologized to the gentleman who handed me my drink as he had nothing to do with this.
I found this manager of Dunkin Donuts to be the rudest person I have ever met in any Dunkin Donuts establishment. I know very well, they train you how to make coffee in training. I don’t work at Dunkin Donuts but know in a small coffee that's two each, medium is three each, large is four each, and extra-large is five each. At that point, I thought with an attitude like that she probably spit in that drink, I refused to take it. I told her I am 50 years old and have been coming to Dunkin Donuts since I was 18. She said she didn’t care. I will never go back to that Dunkin Donuts again.

I ordered size XL sweatpants (marketed as unisex sizing) for a jumpsuit bar crawl with friends. I am a woman who typically wears size 12 jeans, and thought the XL would be a bit on the larger side, but I was ok with that because I'd rather they be too big than too small. The XL looked ridiculous on me and barely went up over my hips. I returned them (had to pay $12 for shipping after an email exchange to initiate the return) and purchased XXL, but these were not much better. While they did go up over my hips, it looked like I was wearing a diaper underneath and the waist of the pants did not go up very high. Super disappointed in the size options. As a larger company, one would imagine that they would have Mens and Womens sizing available, or at least have better size quality for their unisex sizes. I am a Dunkin fiend (get my iced coffee every morning before work) so this was super disappointing for me.

Sometimes customers come in screaming and cursing and you simply say "Sir I will be happy to help you, If you just stop using that language.''
This is what good customer service is. It is treating people in a nasty, mean way until they get upset until they begin to scream and curse because the customer service person provoked it, then the Customer is banned from the store after 22 years of being there for that long and spending tens of thousands of dollars there. Dunkin Donuts has a Rewards Program which they recently changed over the Summer of 2022. The program used to offer Loyalty Rewards for purchases when you used their DD PERKS card at the store. When you accumulated enough points, you would earn a free beverage of any size. They have now changed the rewards program, where it requires you to use their DD APP in order to cash in on the rewards. I can still use my DD PERKS card to make my purchases (and continue to accumulate points); however, I do NOT own a device to which I can download their DD APP in order to cash in on any rewards I have now earned.
Before they changed things, I could access my DD PERKS account from my Desktop Computer and print out the Redemption Coupon to present in a store. NOW, the only way to redeem a reward is to use their App via a Mobile Device, and, as stated, I do not own any such device. I have contacted their Customer Service, and they have informed me that that is the ONLY way to claim any rewards now. This is UNFAIR to people such as myself (people who, for one reason or another, do NOT own an iPhone or Smart-Phone device which enables one to use their DD APP).

Now you have to accumulate 900 points for a premium drink and you have to purchase something extra to get it. That is not right. We already paid through the nose for their products to accumulate our points, we shouldn't have to pay again to use them. They claim the products are free with our points so why do we have to buy additional items to redeem them. This should not be legal and it is misleading and unfair to the customers.

I have been using Dunkin’ Donuts for years, including the app for mobile orders. However, I also go inside to order at the register at times, like when it’s a group order. Tonight my boyfriend and I went to a Dunkin’ and unfortunately it wasn’t good service, unlike other Dunkin’s we’ve been to! There were three bow tie donuts left so we asked for them and the cashier said “Those are for mobile orders.” My boyfriend asked, “Then why are they still there?” And she said because she hadn’t grabbed them yet. First off, when I worked at a store I learned that if a customer requested an unavailable product then something you absolutely should say is “I’m sorry but..”... this woman didn’t even apologize for the mistake. Her “Oh well” attitude in responding made her sound extremely careless.
Second, the mobile order customer is not there yet while we’re standing right in front of the cashier and the bow ties were still on display. She may have not taken them off display fast enough but that is not our problem. I recall doing a mobile order once where they didn’t have the donut I ordered so they told me when I got there and let me choose a different one. When you do a mobile order you should know there’s a possibility that what you’re ordering is not there but you don’t know until you get there (which technically is a whole different other complaint) so give the requested product to the people who are right in front of you!

Every single visit there’s an issue from a dirty bathroom, to being out of product, to poor customer service. Why do I come back? Because it’s the only coffee shop that I know of in Barefoot Bay. Today I went in to get a vanilla CHIA and the girls stared at me with no response and I said, "Is there an issue" and she said, "We don’t carry that." Then she spoke up and said, "You’re not seeing it correctly" and rolled her eyes. I guess I’m going to have to go to Sebastian out of my way because this is the only Dunkin’ Donuts that there’s an issue with every time I go which is at least three times a week. And unprofessional sloppy manager to people who do not know how to speak to the general public.
It’s very sad because it’s not like it’s occasional. It’s every single time and as I read reviews or local reviews they’re all bad. So whoever is above the manager has an issue with this branch to where it’s going to close eventually. Perhaps if they paid a manager with good experience starting with customer service training and went to purchase product so you don’t keep running out, maybe then the branch will be successful.
I went through the drive-through last week, all three drinks I asked for she reported they were out of so I tried something new and she gave it to me for free because she was upset whoever was running the window, that they were out of everything. I’ve been going to Dunkin’ Donuts for years and I’ve never once went to any branch in any state that I’ve been in where they ran out of everything. My hope for the bay customers they clean this branch up with all new staff. As for me I’ll drive 3 miles out of my way to go get my coffee in Sebastian. Very disappointed.

We usually stop at the Four Corners Dunkin Donuts at 188 Cambridge street for breakfast before or after her therapy. The shift leader, Michele in the morning is one incredible caring woman. She knows many of her customers, treats them (and the other workers) like family and takes individual care of everyone there. I simply can't say enough about her. She is so caring and sweet and she deserves special recognition for what she does. When you leave this store, you leave with a smile on your face thanks to her.

The Dunkin' Donuts in my town has very pleasant employees, but you have to wait a long time even when there is no one else in the drive-thru. They NEVER have French Crullers and, as often as not, they don't have eggs either. How can you keep a breakfast place open without eggs?

It's been happening to my brother as well! We can't even put our coffees into the cupholders because there will be an inch of coffee in the bottom by the time we get to work.. why is this happening?

I have been going to the Dunkin' Donuts on US Highway 14 in Crystal Lake, Illinois daily for over 4 years. I order the same coffees at least once a day, sometimes twice a day and I will on occasion order for extra people that are in my car. I have had nothing but problems with the staff at this location. I have been going there for so long that I am on a first name basis with many of the staff members there. I have been dealing with rude behavior, messed up drinks (even though my order is usually the same two drinks every single day), delay in order prep. (Sometimes waiting 15 minutes in the drive up even if I am the only car in line), and the branch running out of things almost daily.
On Sunday, I went to the branch drive-up to order my usual, plus some extra coffees for my guests at my house. I started to order, but the girl at the drive-up (Bridget) finished my sentence for me, assumed my order, then said "see you at the window, goodbye!!" Then did not answer when I said "wait" repeatedly. So I drove up to the window and politely asked her to please not interrupt me when I am ordering and that I thought it was rude, besides, if I had wanted to order something else, I was not given the chance. The manager on staff stood next to her listening and did not attempt to intervene. Bridget's response was, "Well I was trying to get you out of here quickly. If you want to take your time then you should come inside!"
My son was in the car with me and has been there many times when the staff talks to me rudely on a regular basis and it made him so angry that he yelled back at her, because he had "had enough of them treating his mom this way". I love my Dunkin' Donuts coffee, but unfortunately, this is the only Dunkin' in town and if I want it I have no choice but to go to this location. I feel like from now on I may drive the extra 15 minutes to the neighboring towns to get my drinks, but this really is inconvenient and it means I can no longer get my coffees at lunch unless I go to this US Highway location, and I really do not want to give the Crystal Lake location any more of my business. It is unfortunate and rather sad that they treat their regulars this way. I am disappointed and angry. I guess when I am in town I will go to Country Donuts instead, but I really will miss my Dunkin'. I just cannot bear the thought of going back to this Crystal Lake Dunkin' Donuts.

Read a news article today that Dunkin' wants to entice customers by making better coffee. I have a novel idea, how about better donuts! Dunkin' Donuts (yes, I purposely used the old name), used to be a great place to go for donuts. Business changes over the years (like no more onsite making of fresh donuts) has made the quality decline significantly over the years. But instead of bringing back the quality of the thing that made them a household name, they are trying to pretend to be someone else [insert brand name coffee shop here].
Maybe they should take a glance over to that other establishment that specialized in pancakes, but tried to insert "burgers" in their name and change the paradigm of their company. Did it work for them? No! Of course not. People have favorite burger places they go to, and it's not the place they've grown to love for pancakes. I will never go to Dunkin' for coffee. I have a specialized coffee franchise that I do for that. I used to go to Dunkin' for donuts, but it doesn't look like they plan on maintaining/improving the quality of those. So I guess Dunkin' is off the visit list altogether. Sad. Used to LOVE Dunkin'!

Charging $.80 for butter. I visited Dunkin' Donuts in Hollis, ME on 1/30/2020 and ordered a blueberry muffin with butter. The cashier told me I owed $2.04. As I was getting ready to hand her the money, she said, "I'm sorry, that is $2.84". When I asked why, she stated it was for the price of the butter and apologized stating that she doesn't agree or set the prices. This surprised me that this store would charge extra for the butter. When I got the muffin, I read on the receipt, "ButterSprd w/Canola." This is ridiculous that I just spent that much on imitation butter.

Long story short, I told her she was being very disrespectful. She preceded to argue with me the whole time she was making my food. EVEN When I Was Quiet. When she was finish making my food, she shoved it to me and said Have A Bad Day!! This place needs to be shut down.
This location is also very dirty and the staff touch garbage cans without changing their gloves. I rather spend my hard earn money at Starbucks (great customer service) than this place. We decided to order two doughnuts to make sure we were not just being harsh, and my fiance bought an eclair, one of the normal vanilla ones. We had to rush him to the store to buy Benadryl, and might have to take him to BSA hospital because they gave him a doughnut with banana and pineapple! He is deathly allergic to pineapple, and we are now extremely upset. All we wanted was a nice treat, and we got an emergency instead. Thanks for that Dunkin Doughnuts. However, after being given a medium hot macchiato in place of a large one on three separate occasions, where I was charged for and the sticker on the cup specified a large, I refuse to go back there. The first time it happened, I assumed it was an honest mistake. The second time, I was annoyed, but again, as I only visit this location when I’m short on time, just didn’t have the time to deal with it. I only started going to DD to get the Beyond breakfast sandwich because I’m a vegetarian and wanted to try the sandwich. But getting coffee there is a no-go. Why am I charged 69 cents TWICE for almond milk? The milk you use isn’t even organic like Starbucks’ milk and they only charge 60 cents – one time! No matter the size of the drink. DD charged me (on several occasions) 69 cents twice - for the same drink, medium and large sized. They said it was because the milk is expensive and takes a lot to make a latte. That is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard! This is a scam and the latte is nowhere near as good as the one at Starbucks or Biggby and they don’t overcharge for alternative milk. I won’t be going there again. They can keep the sandwich.

The biggest problem with Dunkin' is their quality of a coffee after it's made and keep in mind this happens at 90 percent of the Dunkin' Donuts in Ma. They never mix the coffee so it taste correct or even stir or shake it to mix the sugar ever so all your sugar and flavor is in a pile at the bottom of the cup. Then causes a mess trying to mix it in a car or truck while driving or parked and a bunch of napkins so it doesnt spill everywhere. It's always a disaster getting coffee from dunkin' this has been going an on going huge issue and hence why paying an extra dollar or two for Starbucks is better. For one it's always made correctly, stirred correctly or shaking so it taste correct and there's no pile at the bottom of whatever flavor and sugar you had them put in it. So problem list is.
Problem list:
1) Sugar is always a pile at bottom of cup and flavor.2) Xx means more than 1-2 sugars and sane for cream not everyone likes dark coffee so extra extra (xx) means extra!
3) When asked to melt sugar because the coffee is never properly made means melt sugar with hot coffee because the sugar never gets mixed in and I mean never!!!
Also when there's a sale or deal it helps to be clear on the deal specially the order board like after 2pm certain coffee is 2$ but shouldn't have to go on google to see why I didnt get charged 2 dollars because it's a signature flavor which wasnt on order board saying so then spent 10 mins on google making sure I didnt get ripped off cause some places will do it and others won't!!! Thank you. Customers are lost to your competitors due to these issues like coffee being constantly never mixed or stirred enough!!! Which never happens at starbucks ever!!!!

The coffee was weak and watery. With this being said, they don't give a senior's discount!
I do agree with previous reviews, when Dunkin first came into existence in the New England area many years ago, their donuts were delicious, larger, fresh and full of filling ingredients! Through the decades this is certainly non-existent! A huge disappointment. Poor food and high prices. I would not recommend going to any Dunkin Donuts! The only decent product they sell are the milkshakes & ice cream oh & some do like their strong coffee.
