Why does DD have so little crème in them? There is about a spot the size of a quarter that’s it in those big donuts. All locations are the same as well. Krispy Kreme puts lots in theirs so please make changes.

Going to store # 346783 is a Sunday morning tradition before church. I was never ignored and treated this poorly before, not even when the last manager was there. All I was missing was bacon on the avocado toast. I went in to tell them and the worker was friendly but the female manager was very rude and didn’t even look at me, she stayed on the other side by the back. I’m always very understanding about mistakes but rudeness is just not necessary.

I have been a pretty loyal DD Customer. There are 2 locations (1) by my work and (1) by my home. I have had nothing short but horrible experiences. Last month, I was told I was "Annoying" for requesting allergen info because I could not get my app to load. Normally I order through the app so I can check that info and customize.
Today, I waited 10 minutes behind a car only to watch him be handed 1 drink. I then waited another 5 to get my items, I was running late so I did not double check. I got the wrong items. I attempted to call the store, no answer. So I called corporate and asked for a full refund, as well as additional credit because I had to reorder through UberEats to get my food. I was told this was "not possible." I tried the store again and I was told that "new staff" was to blame. I told this person that you cannot blame new staff. I asked if they could send someone to bring my food because I was literally less than 2 blocks, and they said no. I will use up the funds on my rewards card and then I am done.

I love Boston Crème donuts. Now what I'm about to say I have experienced at EVERY DnD in multiple states...My question is Why are employees taught to throw a frosted donut upside in a bag? Is it a time thing? Just how many seconds would be wasted but ensuring the frosting side isn't flat at the bottom? Does no one think of it? Or do you simply not care? Either way it's just careless. So done with your lack of caring.

This is related to the Dunkin'Donuts at the Terrapin Row (College Park) , Maryland , US store specifically and the communication with their customer service followed by an email on 06/20/2022 to which there's been no response from the company which clearly shows their lack of service, care and no care attitude towards the customers.
I had ordered online via the app and at their said store the order was not reflecting as erroneously I had selected whatever the closest location was displayed in their app. However when I requested the staff, they refused to assist and rather asked to contact the call centre since the payment was already made in advance to save time. The lady at the call centre took ages and transferred to another lady who assured the necessary steps will be taken, it's been more than a month and to this day neither have I received my coffee nor the refund and no apologies for this behaviour. It's a big brand and it sells so a loss of one customer will not make any difference to their pockets however these companies forget that it's us (customers) who have made them big. It may be just a single incident and sincerely hope that the company takes note of it and improve their services and reach out to me.

Then I do not receive an apology or a have a good day or anything. The customer service is lacking in the coffee is the worst trash I've ever tasted. I tried my coffee and I spit it out immediately and it made me gag. I cannot believe that this place cannot employ people to make coffee the way people order it. Trash. On July 15/22 I was traveling with my family to Poconos. We stopped at Dunkin' Donuts located on I-80 Exit 37, at 2:00 PM to get something to eat and drink. We made the order electronically. This location has the worst Customer Service I have seen at any Dunkin in my whole life. Our order was delayed and served incomplete. We were inside the store, not the Drive -through. When we claim the remaining order, the male employee responsible for that was so rude, disrespectful, and foul mouthed we have ever dealt with. Even when we requested to talk the Manager in charge, he tried to calm down that guy, but it was an awful spectacle. We courteously recommend that the Company pays more attention when hiring people to serve customers on the road. We will never visit any Dunkin Donuts in this country in the future. All my family, and especially my little grand-daughters, were so scared and traumatized.

The Girl ** was very nasty giving me nasty mean looks, being rude and when she thought I did not hear her using foul mouth words to describe me, then when I rolled my eyes, She (Go head and roll your eyes Blank Blank I don't give a ** ).
Then when I questioned the bill the tall ** man got unpleasant and loud. Stopped by the 408 Elmira Rd Dunkin and ordered 3 turkey sausage sandwiches and 3 drinks. The person repeated back sausage rather than turkey sausage so we corrected the type at the speaker. When we got to the window, we asked to add 3 hash browns, which they did for us. When they handed us our order though, there was only 1 sandwich in it. When we brought it to the attention of the young lady at the window, she cocked her head to the side and gave us attitude, telling us "well you are going to have to drive back around because we don't have time to add that to your order now - we still have to make the sausages". We would have been happy to accommodate, but the attitude was unacceptable and she made no effort to apologize for their mistake. Instead, we told her we would go somewhere else for the rest of our order. We went to the Meadow St location next and they did everything right, including repeating our order.

She came over to the window and slammed the window. I parked my car and I went into the store and the lady that was waiting on me told me that she shut the window because I wanted special treatment. While I was in the lobby the same lady told everyone that was ordering they would need to leave because they were understaff. I have been using Dunkin’ Donuts for years, including the app for mobile orders. However, I also go inside to order at the register at times, like when it’s a group order. Tonight my boyfriend and I went to a Dunkin’ and unfortunately it wasn’t good service, unlike other Dunkin’s we’ve been to! There were three bow tie donuts left so we asked for them and the cashier said “Those are for mobile orders.” My boyfriend asked, “Then why are they still there?” And she said because she hadn’t grabbed them yet. First off, when I worked at a store I learned that if a customer requested an unavailable product then something you absolutely should say is “I’m sorry but..”... this woman didn’t even apologize for the mistake. Her “Oh well” attitude in responding made her sound extremely careless.
Second, the mobile order customer is not there yet while we’re standing right in front of the cashier and the bow ties were still on display. She may have not taken them off display fast enough but that is not our problem. I recall doing a mobile order once where they didn’t have the donut I ordered so they told me when I got there and let me choose a different one. When you do a mobile order you should know there’s a possibility that what you’re ordering is not there but you don’t know until you get there (which technically is a whole different other complaint) so give the requested product to the people who are right in front of you!

Every single visit there’s an issue from a dirty bathroom, to being out of product, to poor customer service. Why do I come back? Because it’s the only coffee shop that I know of in Barefoot Bay. Today I went in to get a vanilla CHIA and the girls stared at me with no response and I said, "Is there an issue" and she said, "We don’t carry that." Then she spoke up and said, "You’re not seeing it correctly" and rolled her eyes. I guess I’m going to have to go to Sebastian out of my way because this is the only Dunkin’ Donuts that there’s an issue with every time I go which is at least three times a week. And unprofessional sloppy manager to people who do not know how to speak to the general public.
It’s very sad because it’s not like it’s occasional. It’s every single time and as I read reviews or local reviews they’re all bad. So whoever is above the manager has an issue with this branch to where it’s going to close eventually. Perhaps if they paid a manager with good experience starting with customer service training and went to purchase product so you don’t keep running out, maybe then the branch will be successful.
I went through the drive-through last week, all three drinks I asked for she reported they were out of so I tried something new and she gave it to me for free because she was upset whoever was running the window, that they were out of everything. I’ve been going to Dunkin’ Donuts for years and I’ve never once went to any branch in any state that I’ve been in where they ran out of everything. My hope for the bay customers they clean this branch up with all new staff. As for me I’ll drive 3 miles out of my way to go get my coffee in Sebastian. Very disappointed.

Dunkin' Donuts in Northfield Center, Ohio situated next to Giant Eagle on State Route 82. Time 7:00 PM, Thursday, 12/17/20. Pulled up to drive-thru and asked if the Glazed Donuts were fresh. Clerk said yes so I ordered a half dozen. I then asked if the Crullers were fresh and the clerk responded yes so I ordered a half dozen and took home my order of a box of 12 donuts. When I arrived home I immediately sat down to eat my Donuts and Crullers. Wow...was I ever disappointed. The first Cruller I picked up was very hard...I had to break it into pieces in order to get it into my mouth to chew it...It definitely was not fresh.
In fact when I picked up another one to eat I dropped it on the table and it made a thud noise. The same thing happened when I ate the Glazed Donuts. Suffice it to say that the four items I ate were absolutely not fresh and could have been a day old or more. I am now sitting here typing this review waiting to throw up. Thanks for lying to me DD employees, I doubt very much if I will ever go to Dunkin' Donuts again.

Ok, then just give me MORE donuts in place of my change. "Can't do that." Wait, what? Kinda stupid policy, isn't it? "I can add more donuts but it will cost you more." Frankly this is my fourth poor experience at a brand new Dunkin' Donuts in my area of Petersburg, Va. Today I was handed a chocolate covered medium coffee cup. Who does that? The cashier noticed the chocolate on the cup, turned around as if she was going to wipe it off, and decided not to and brought it to me anyway. Last night I went for coffee and donuts I was first misquoted my total and the young lady apologized. No big deal but I'm waiting for my donuts and another girl comes to the window after my long wait, passes the donuts to me without a thank you for waiting have a nice day or anything. A time before I called asking if they had 6 Bavaria cream (yes I called because they never have any popular donuts available). I was told they had 6. When I got there they only had 2. When I mentioned I called the response was, "Oh that was you?".
Here is the icing on the cake. My very first visit during COVID 19, after the excitement of waiting for them to open we get dressed up to go get our favorite coffee and donuts. I order my delicious XL coffee extra cream regular sugar, the cashier gives it to me. We pull off. I go to drink it and she has not put the top on all the way, coffee all over my nice white top. I am a serious coffee drinker, Dunkin' Donuts is my favorite, but I don't feel like Dunkin' Donuts values my business. You don't value me enough to train your staff to get it right the first time so your customers rush to come back. I am so disappointed but in the end, it is your loss.
My purchase of coffee and donuts at your establishment should be a pleasure for your staff and your bottom line for every guest who pulls into your drive-thru or opens your business door. Anything less is not acceptable to me, my dollar, my time, or my gas! You lost a loyal customer and I will not give Petersburg Dunkin' Donuts another opportunity to let me down!

I have been going to the Dunkin' Donuts on US Highway 14 in Crystal Lake, Illinois daily for over 4 years. I order the same coffees at least once a day, sometimes twice a day and I will on occasion order for extra people that are in my car. I have had nothing but problems with the staff at this location. I have been going there for so long that I am on a first name basis with many of the staff members there. I have been dealing with rude behavior, messed up drinks (even though my order is usually the same two drinks every single day), delay in order prep. (Sometimes waiting 15 minutes in the drive up even if I am the only car in line), and the branch running out of things almost daily.
On Sunday, I went to the branch drive-up to order my usual, plus some extra coffees for my guests at my house. I started to order, but the girl at the drive-up (Bridget) finished my sentence for me, assumed my order, then said "see you at the window, goodbye!!" Then did not answer when I said "wait" repeatedly. So I drove up to the window and politely asked her to please not interrupt me when I am ordering and that I thought it was rude, besides, if I had wanted to order something else, I was not given the chance. The manager on staff stood next to her listening and did not attempt to intervene. Bridget's response was, "Well I was trying to get you out of here quickly. If you want to take your time then you should come inside!"
My son was in the car with me and has been there many times when the staff talks to me rudely on a regular basis and it made him so angry that he yelled back at her, because he had "had enough of them treating his mom this way". I love my Dunkin' Donuts coffee, but unfortunately, this is the only Dunkin' in town and if I want it I have no choice but to go to this location. I feel like from now on I may drive the extra 15 minutes to the neighboring towns to get my drinks, but this really is inconvenient and it means I can no longer get my coffees at lunch unless I go to this US Highway location, and I really do not want to give the Crystal Lake location any more of my business. It is unfortunate and rather sad that they treat their regulars this way. I am disappointed and angry. I guess when I am in town I will go to Country Donuts instead, but I really will miss my Dunkin'. I just cannot bear the thought of going back to this Crystal Lake Dunkin' Donuts.

Read a news article today that Dunkin' wants to entice customers by making better coffee. I have a novel idea, how about better donuts! Dunkin' Donuts (yes, I purposely used the old name), used to be a great place to go for donuts. Business changes over the years (like no more onsite making of fresh donuts) has made the quality decline significantly over the years. But instead of bringing back the quality of the thing that made them a household name, they are trying to pretend to be someone else [insert brand name coffee shop here].
Maybe they should take a glance over to that other establishment that specialized in pancakes, but tried to insert "burgers" in their name and change the paradigm of their company. Did it work for them? No! Of course not. People have favorite burger places they go to, and it's not the place they've grown to love for pancakes. I will never go to Dunkin' for coffee. I have a specialized coffee franchise that I do for that. I used to go to Dunkin' for donuts, but it doesn't look like they plan on maintaining/improving the quality of those. So I guess Dunkin' is off the visit list altogether. Sad. Used to LOVE Dunkin'!

The biggest problem with Dunkin' is their quality of a coffee after it's made and keep in mind this happens at 90 percent of the Dunkin' Donuts in Ma. They never mix the coffee so it taste correct or even stir or shake it to mix the sugar ever so all your sugar and flavor is in a pile at the bottom of the cup. Then causes a mess trying to mix it in a car or truck while driving or parked and a bunch of napkins so it doesnt spill everywhere. It's always a disaster getting coffee from dunkin' this has been going an on going huge issue and hence why paying an extra dollar or two for Starbucks is better. For one it's always made correctly, stirred correctly or shaking so it taste correct and there's no pile at the bottom of whatever flavor and sugar you had them put in it. So problem list is.
Problem list:
1) Sugar is always a pile at bottom of cup and flavor.2) Xx means more than 1-2 sugars and sane for cream not everyone likes dark coffee so extra extra (xx) means extra!
3) When asked to melt sugar because the coffee is never properly made means melt sugar with hot coffee because the sugar never gets mixed in and I mean never!!!
Also when there's a sale or deal it helps to be clear on the deal specially the order board like after 2pm certain coffee is 2$ but shouldn't have to go on google to see why I didnt get charged 2 dollars because it's a signature flavor which wasnt on order board saying so then spent 10 mins on google making sure I didnt get ripped off cause some places will do it and others won't!!! Thank you. Customers are lost to your competitors due to these issues like coffee being constantly never mixed or stirred enough!!! Which never happens at starbucks ever!!!!

(Note to DD: English muffins are suppose to be crisp.) Even their eggs are not eggs. They are actually made with 12 ingredients, most of which are decidedly not part of an egg.

I went to Dunkin' Donuts on Sibley right up from my house and order a cake. It was a small 1 & the manager decided to give me a discount which I should have known the cake was going to be bad. When I got home and we tried eating it you could tell it was old, so I called in to let them know. They handed the phone to 3 different people before hanging up on me. I never took the cake back because I have to be at work early in morning. I should have just went to Food 4 Less.

Very disappointing as they also offered a variety pack that they choose which I declined so I could pick my favorites. Will not order again.

Under the guise of added security, Dunkin now REQUIRES your mobile phone number to access your Perks account online or to use the mobile app. They never required a mobile phone number before and say they want it to send a security code. I suggested they enhance the security by sending the security code to my email address (which they already have), just like my bank or retirement fund administrator does. The agent apologized but that didn’t change anything.
They say they won't sell your phone number but if there is another breach of their system, why do they want to have more personal, private, confidential information in their database than necessary… especially when the customer doesn’t want to give up the number, or if the customer doesn’t have a cell phone, or text service. That’s NOT customer satisfaction. Let’s fix this Dunkin’! ALLOW FOR SENDING THE SECURITY CODE TO AN EMAIL ADDRESS!!!

All the tickets I got so far direct me to enter a code at a different website for a chance to win a sweepstake prize, and we all know how that goes. Time to re-think Dunkin!!! The only thing lately you can depend on with them are higher prices and lousy service.

I like to use my DDPERKS Card to pay for things I buy at Dunkin' Donuts stores. But Dunkin' Donuts has made it increasingly aggravating to add value to the card by requiring to take multiple steps to do so. Now they want to know my Email Address, my Password, my DDPERKS Card number and Pin number, and finally my cell phone number. This is really asinine! Why not require my mother's maiden name? I suffer enough abuse of my cell phone number already and I'm not going to divulge it to yet another business.

At first I pay it no mind but every time she came back to the window she was rolling her eyes then would slam the window. I tried to ask for ketchup. She had already slammed the window, so I sat there and she come back after a couple secs and says, "What are you waiting on?" I said, "Some ketchup." She yells, "Oh WOW!" Slam! It is frustrating after being a loyal customer that they treated me so poorly and did not put my deserved funds back on my account. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE APP SUCKS!

My daughter is very fond of Baskin-Robbins ice cream and she had been having the ice cream from Dunkin’ Donuts last 5 years constantly. Never have seen any sales person in Dunkin' Donut being so rude and refused us to taste the ice cream after second time. The girl’s name is ”Hardy”. She simplest in a rude tone denied to let me taste the desired ice cream I wanted to taste. I told her I have never faced this attitude in Dunkin’ Donuts and it “As many times as you want” and whoever eats Dunkin’ Donuts they know it very well. She simply told me in a rude voice that “Not in this store“. I was surprised by her behavior that she wants to change the Dunkin' Donuts policy?
Is this the new policy of Dunkin’ Donuts or is it the rude salesperson who didn’t wanted to put effort to serve a customer. Customer satisfaction comes more within the service rather than the product itself. Dunkin' Donuts must train and recruit right kind of people who can make good relation with customer not drive them away with bad attitude and behavior.

I'm normally ordering sandwiches and I've come to realize that the eggs basically fall apart now, the bacon is paper thin and the freshness of a bagel is now a thing of the past as well. I believe the quality of the coffee has stayed the same and yes I would continue to buy this as frequently as I do (normally 2Lg hot coffees a day as I drive for a living) but as far as food, I'll be buying it elsewhere now.
