Always consistently good, good price. I can count on excellent caffeinated drinks and excellent donuts. The menu has expanded and ice cream is excellent too. I don't know what else to say. I don't frequent other fast food restaurants.

The Dunkin’ in the Elmira Airport is ran by the most horrible manager I have ever seen in my 40 years of employment with myself and husband owning a business ourselves. This lady yelled at one of her employees for she had her socks over her pants and above her boot line! Really lady! And also lets her employees work while sick with sinus infections and coughing and throwing up so she doesn’t have to work! I would never recommend employment by these people to anyone I know and will not eat there either with sick people working there all the time!!

Just want to let you all know that my fiance and I went to one of the stores in Amarillo Texas, and had some of the worst food we've ever had. We bought a 2 for five, and the eggs were not cooked, the bacon was burned black and the croissant was barely cooked (still doughy). We decided to order two doughnuts to make sure we were not just being harsh, and my fiance bought an eclair, one of the normal vanilla ones. We had to rush him to the store to buy Benadryl, and might have to take him to BSA hospital because they gave him a doughnut with banana and pineapple! He is deathly allergic to pineapple, and we are now extremely upset. All we wanted was a nice treat, and we got an emergency instead. Thanks for that Dunkin Doughnuts. Would give (-100) rating if I could.

Okay. So I just bought myself a new smartphone for $25 @ Wal-Mart. Reason why is, to go all digital for rewards programs. So my number is changed. (I will not give out my new number for reasons on not wanting to get doxxed.) So I sign in to my account with the app I downloaded to my phone, verification runaround strikes as my old number. Why?! Why must we have to stick to our old numbers that are defunct?! I have heard about in New York City that they want to sue Dunkin' for security breaches. So it's a no go on Dunkin' anymore. I had to use up my last reloadable gift card with intent to dispose of.

Although I try to avoid the Dunkin Donuts located at 171 Lefante Way in Bayonne, NJ because they regularly get my order wrong In the most ridiculous ways and usually only fill the cup 3/4 of the way with hot beverages, on occasion I do use the drive thru when I’m short on time and on the way out of town. However, after being given a medium hot macchiato in place of a large one on three separate occasions, where I was charged for and the sticker on the cup specified a large, I refuse to go back there. The first time it happened, I assumed it was an honest mistake. The second time, I was annoyed, but again, as I only visit this location when I’m short on time, just didn’t have the time to deal with it. The last time I reluctantly ordered while in the car with a friend because they wanted to stop there.

I only started going to DD to get the Beyond breakfast sandwich because I’m a vegetarian and wanted to try the sandwich. But getting coffee there is a no-go. Why am I charged 69 cents TWICE for almond milk? The milk you use isn’t even organic like Starbucks’ milk and they only charge 60 cents – one time! No matter the size of the drink. DD charged me (on several occasions) 69 cents twice - for the same drink, medium and large sized. They said it was because the milk is expensive and takes a lot to make a latte. That is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard! This is a scam and the latte is nowhere near as good as the one at Starbucks or Biggby and they don’t overcharge for alternative milk. I won’t be going there again. They can keep the sandwich.

The biggest problem with Dunkin' is their quality of a coffee after it's made and keep in mind this happens at 90 percent of the Dunkin' Donuts in Ma. They never mix the coffee so it taste correct or even stir or shake it to mix the sugar ever so all your sugar and flavor is in a pile at the bottom of the cup. Then causes a mess trying to mix it in a car or truck while driving or parked and a bunch of napkins so it doesnt spill everywhere. It's always a disaster getting coffee from dunkin' this has been going an on going huge issue and hence why paying an extra dollar or two for Starbucks is better. For one it's always made correctly, stirred correctly or shaking so it taste correct and there's no pile at the bottom of whatever flavor and sugar you had them put in it. So problem list is.
Problem list:
1) Sugar is always a pile at bottom of cup and flavor.2) Xx means more than 1-2 sugars and sane for cream not everyone likes dark coffee so extra extra (xx) means extra!
3) When asked to melt sugar because the coffee is never properly made means melt sugar with hot coffee because the sugar never gets mixed in and I mean never!!!
Also when there's a sale or deal it helps to be clear on the deal specially the order board like after 2pm certain coffee is 2$ but shouldn't have to go on google to see why I didnt get charged 2 dollars because it's a signature flavor which wasnt on order board saying so then spent 10 mins on google making sure I didnt get ripped off cause some places will do it and others won't!!! Thank you. Customers are lost to your competitors due to these issues like coffee being constantly never mixed or stirred enough!!! Which never happens at starbucks ever!!!!

After spending the afternoon at a Dr's appt and Christmas shopping, I stopped at a Dunkin Donuts in the Apponaug shopping plaza, in Warwick, RI and ordered half a dozen donuts with a large hot coffee. Once I was settled in at home I was looking forward to enjoy my "treats". Much to my disappointment the 2 Boston Creme donuts, which are my favorite, had no Bavarian creme!! The coffee was weak and watery. With this being said, they don't give a senior's discount!
I do agree with previous reviews, when Dunkin first came into existence in the New England area many years ago, their donuts were delicious, larger, fresh and full of filling ingredients! Through the decades this is certainly non-existent! A huge disappointment. Poor food and high prices. I would not recommend going to any Dunkin Donuts! I'll be bringing my business to other donut & coffee shops! So much for these "chain" businesses! Bring back the small families with quality foods & drinks who take PRIDE in their products!

In many instances I get a free coffee which is visible on the order and the local Dunkin' branch doesn’t want to accommodate claiming it's not in their system. Everything Dunkin' Donuts sells is artificial. The donut recipes have been changed cause I have been buying them since 1984 & that's when they were "good"! But since all of the stores have been taking over by Arabs/ Pakistani the quality has become garbage. Period! The only decent product they sell are the milkshakes & ice cream oh & some do like their strong coffee. I go to a real donut store now that has real ingredients not the fake ingredients that are now how dunkin' makes. There's it also the same reason Krispy Kreme is going down fast. They changed their recipes. Too big mistake. No one wants fake artificial donuts!

They do have good muffins but their donuts are rather average. I stopped buying their breakfast sandwiches because they are lousy. They have these round doughy things they try to pass off as bagels. Their English muffins are even English muffins anymore. A couple of years ago they substituted these dinner roll type things for English muffins. Under the guise of added security, Dunkin now REQUIRES your mobile phone number to access your Perks account online or to use the mobile app. They never required a mobile phone number before and say they want it to send a security code. I suggested they enhance the security by sending the security code to my email address (which they already have), just like my bank or retirement fund administrator does. The agent apologized but that didn’t change anything.
They say they won't sell your phone number but if there is another breach of their system, why do they want to have more personal, private, confidential information in their database than necessary… especially when the customer doesn’t want to give up the number, or if the customer doesn’t have a cell phone, or text service. That’s NOT customer satisfaction. Let’s fix this Dunkin’! ALLOW FOR SENDING THE SECURITY CODE TO AN EMAIL ADDRESS!!!

Never have seen any sales person in Dunkin' Donut being so rude and refused us to taste the ice cream after second time. The girl’s name is ”Hardy”. She simplest in a rude tone denied to let me taste the desired ice cream I wanted to taste. I told her I have never faced this attitude in Dunkin’ Donuts and it “As many times as you want” and whoever eats Dunkin’ Donuts they know it very well. She simply told me in a rude voice that “Not in this store“. I was surprised by her behavior that she wants to change the Dunkin' Donuts policy?
Is this the new policy of Dunkin’ Donuts or is it the rude salesperson who didn’t wanted to put effort to serve a customer. Customer satisfaction comes more within the service rather than the product itself. Dunkin' Donuts must train and recruit right kind of people who can make good relation with customer not drive them away with bad attitude and behavior.

I stood there for several minutes and finally an employee came over and said he would be right with me. I waited again and then walked out. I guess Dunkin' didn't want me buying their product today. This has happened several times in the last couple of months. I do receive better service at other locations, but it seems this location is short on help and wants to save money by ignoring the walk-in trade. I don't understand their emphasis on the drive thru crowd. I don't intend on patronizing this location in the future. I think they want their donuts and coffee more than me.

This is the WORST Dunkin EVER. I sat in the lobby and listened to managers and crew members talk about another employee in such a manner that was disgusting and degrading. It caught my attention after the young lady that I can only assume was the topic of their conversation left. The young lady in the blue shirt was going on and on about “her store” and how the one that stopped in should of came to work and helped out in the short staffed morning. I listened as they went on to talk about this person’s lifestyle her life choices and even went as far as “She should just be let go”.
Idk what made these couple young people not like the other girl but they obviously had some hatred towards her. I for one thought she was very friendly. I have had the privilege to be waited on by her and let me say I have never not one time sensed anything off with her or our little conversations while she took my order. Maybe someone should look into all the managers/crew members gossiping about fellow employees. Because what I decided to listen to was NOT ok. I feel for the young lady Julie. I can honestly say that those fellow Dunkin employees have no respect for themselves or that girl.

I go to the area where they keep the to go orders. My order is not there? So I ask where is my tea? They check their computer and it shows no order for my tea. I go into the app to pull up the receipt. My order #146 shows a paid receipt. The supervisor w/ no name tag ask to see the receipt on my phone. I show it to her. She looks and walks away. I’m assume she's making my tea. After watching them serve everyone around me for 15 min I tell them that I’m really upset that I’m still waiting for my tea.
After 30 minutes I step outside and proceed to call the cops because they refused to let me speak to the manager and would not give me his name or a refund. After 1 HOUR and standing outside the manager comes out looks at my receipt. He accuses me of not pressing “ready to pick up button” which I did. The app reminds you to. He then uses my phone to make another on the go order and this time it goes through on their end. We check my transactions in the app. The receipt for the order he did is exactly the same as the one I did. He then issues a refund only for the transaction he put through and not for inconvenience of making me an appointment and being treated rudely and unfairly by his staff.
He gives me the tea. I left there at 11:45 am. Over an hour I dealt with trying to get a $3 tea I paid for. This was not the first time this happened. I frequent at least 8 different DDs and I never have an issue with my on the go order missing except for this location during their morning shift. This happened 3 months ago and the worker in front of a long line of customers tells me that the next time this happens she’s not going to give me my order even though I show a paid receipt. That employee was there and talking about me to the other workers.

Both employees were doing the best they could and apologizing for the long wait.
I felt bad for them because they shouldn't have to be put in this position. The owner of this business should be aware of what's going on and it's not the employee's fault. The two friends were standing by the register as one of the males repeated talked about killing young children by running them over with his car in the snow as we are experiencing a snow storm at the moment. Rather than asking her friends who were NOT paying customers to refrain from threatening the lives of school children in a place of business, she said nothing. I stated to the employee that what they were saying was very serious and she immediately verbally attacked me and told me that I should take it as a joke. Then the two men began shouting across the store at me, joining in with the employee.
Then the "manager" came in with a disgruntled look on her face. She kept yelling asking me what happened and once again, she defended the man for his comments about killing children with his car. We've been going to Dunkin’ Donuts for several years and use their rewards program and have loaded numerous gift cards to our account. Recently this holiday season I load it several gift cards as well as the Masterpass bonus of $10 as well as a bonus of $10 when I ordered a $20 gift card. Subsequently going in at a later date there is no money on my account. It was about $50. Yes. I've made several attempts to call Dunkin’ Donuts and have been in the hold for over an hour and then either it was too late and no one came to the phone after 7 or the phone hung up. This is without a doubt one of the worst customer service companies I've ever dealt with and frankly I thought they were a national company.
I think the owner's the only one that answered the phone and he's not doing that or she. At this point I need some help in resolving this. They got back to me subsequently by email saying we have no money on her account. Well I know that already because it doesn't show any but we didn't use all $50. Maybe one or two coffees. Something's going on with this company and it's not good.

On my way to work - do not need to be spending a whole day in the washroom.
Secondly, food is terrible! RECEIVED a STALE croissant bun and the bacon was spoil. This hasn't happened once!!! It has happened to me four time already now within three months. I have reached my point where I have to complain (I am not a person who make noise just to be making noise. Most of the time, I let things go.) I've said something to the manager before - she acted like she didn't care - acted like resolving the issue was a problem for her. In addition, it is not sanitary - I saw them making my sandwich on the nasty counter without using the wrapping paper and one plastic glove on instead of having two gloves - that time I have refused the sandwich and asked for my money back.
This is when I had to come back to have them redo my sandwich because it had cheese on it - when I clearly stated did not want cheese! I had stopped going to Dunkin Donuts for a while and decided to try them again - then received a sandwich with spoiled bacon. This morning received spoiled bacon, stale bun and coffee with cream. I done with Dunkin Donuts!!!!

I write more unethical reviews than good ones. I try but they are harder to get printed. But I am a KK person and never DD. But this one is outside of a hospital I have been to 5 times and every time my friend wants his doughnuts especially after hospital food. But in NYC and I am not exaggerating, but it's hard to find great service with a smile and to add to it a big heart with a conscience. Every time I get the same kid and the 1st time I only needed change for bus home. And they are not supposed to do that without a sale. But I know there's a button on the bottom and it is used at their discretion. So I never forgot that because I'm used to mediocre service and after 7 years in NYC, I'm immune to it.
But this last time I went in for change because I was leaving the hospital after being released. I needed change and bought 2 doughnuts as not to take advantage of the button. And I paid and he gave me change and I said please keep a dollar, and he said that's too much. This kid is so humble and I wish I knew the name on the ticket was him. Because I'd call DD home office and give him a great review. The whole truth, this store is too clean to be a franchise. And usually the owner is out there eyeing everything. But every time all college and or hs kids. In the south including W. VA & Maryland things are different in personality and great pride is taken. I do not notice the same persona here.
I know that on 9/1/17 @ 6:36 pm I had the same cashier but I noticed everyone else & don't want to single him out but he's the only one I had and the store was all times spotless and customers were respectful. And too bad I am a picky KK person and not a DD person. In Ga in the 80's, working age was 13 with a parent's consent. For 35 year's I was in customer service and I would have never gotten away with calling someone an unthinkable name or show an attitude towards the customer. I hope this review makes it on the list of Consumeraffairs.com of ethical standards on a business.

This is the complaint I sent to Customer Service. I would like to register a complaint about a couple incidents that happened to me at a local Dunkin' Donuts Shop which is located at 4305 Belmont Ave. Youngstown, Ohio 44505. A while back like maybe 3 weeks ago I tried to get a free small iced coffee on a Monday after a Cleveland Indian's (tribe) weekend win using my DD Card, but they said I would need to have the app on my phone to get the free drink so they denied me the free iced coffee.
The tribe won this past weekend winning both on Saturday and again on Sunday so today on Aug 28, 2017, I tried again with the app on my phone but they scanned my phone and said it would ring up free but it didn't ring up free because I was charged $2.29. When I asked why I was charged they told me that the offer was no longer in effect. I showed them on my phone that the offer was still in effect with an Aug 28, 2017 expiration and they still did not give me a free small iced coffee. I told them if I had to pay for it I didn't want it.
I had $56.72 on my card but they charged me $2.29 so I just checked the balance remaining on my card on Dunkin' Donuts website and it shows only $54.43. I left the Shop without any iced coffee and my card was deducted $2.29. Needless to say I am very disappointed with the way I was treated and felt that somebody on a corporate level should know about it. Thank you in advance for reading this email complaint. That is the end of the complaint but in addition I would like to add. The employees at this Shop, including the managers simply do not care about their customers. They refuse to listen attentively to what is said to them. They have a know it all attitude and talk down to you without showing you any respect. Needless to say, they will not get any more of my business.

My son and I were aboard Isarog bus whose terminal is in Cubao. This happened on the evening of Aug 29, 2017 at around 7:45 pm. While we were waiting for the bus to leave, a supposed Dunkin' Donuts employee (he was wearing the orange uniform but no name tag) went inside the bus and sold us a box of munchkins (15 pcs) worth 150 pesos. I thought it was too expensive at 10 pesos each and he told my son that they usually put just 15 otherwise it will be too expensive already. So I googled and it turned out that we were most likely scammed as a box of 25 munchkins will only cost 115 pesos or so. To the management of Dunkin' Donuts, kindly ensure that no one else fall victim to this kind of incident. I admit it was irresponsible of me not to check right there but I trusted the company that they would protect the interest of their consumers in all aspects. Thank you and I hope to hear from you.

"America runs on donuts" or in this instance 'runs from them'. On Friday of last week I decided to go into the new Dunkin' Donuts store that had just a few days before opened in Dahlgren, King George, Virginia. On entering the store and standing at the counter not one of the 4 employees behind the counter greeted me, I was the only one in the store. Eventually I was acknowledged and my order taken. While standing there I noticed flies all over the trays of donuts. I quickly pointed out that there were flies on the food and the response was nothing. It was when they took a drive through order and proceeded to put the donuts, from the trays the flies had been on, in a bag and hand them to the customer. I was astounded, my order was then completed and paid for and as I left I proceeded to the trash and dispose of them. Still no one batted an eye, asked what was wrong or took any notice.
I was going to visit my mother in the hospital and take her and the nursing staff who care for her some donuts. I could not even begin to tell you how there was no way I could take food into a hospital building knowing that the food was possibly contaminated. I do hope that someone reads this that will take some action. Otherwise your slogan should be changed to "America runs on contaminated donuts".

My boyfriend and I went to out to Dunkin Donuts in Port Richey, FL, area code 34668 between 1:30 and 2:00 am to get something to snack on before we went to bed. I am still up posting this even though I have to be up in an hour. I just feel insulted and disrespected. I just had to say something which normally I wouldn't. Just this was a bigger deal than I ever faced at a place before. We pulled through the drive through which nobody was behind us at the time I looked. I knew what I wanted just not how I wanted it. I asked the employee how much is the difference in price between having a veggie and cheese patty put on a flat bread or a bagel. I decided I wanted the bagel right away because I love everything bagels.
My boyfriend then took no longer than a minute and a half to figure out if he wanted an ice coffee or coolatta and right before he got to say what he wanted the employee said in a really rude tone that he needs to hurry it up because there is a customer behind us like pretty much almost yelling. Which I was watching and he/she just pulled up behind us. So they didn't wait long at all. Our order took way less than a few minutes to place so she could have been more patient and polite. Which you are supposed to be patient and respectful when you are dealing with customers anyways. We went up to the window to grab my veggie bagel and our drinks. I asked if she can add whip cream to my frozen hot chocolate and she says without my knowledge about the whip cream, "How can I give it to you if we don't have it". Again in a rude manner.
We were fed up and walked in to talk to the manager and they said they weren't present. So we asked for a discount for the trouble she gave us and she said, "Absolutely not". So we said we're going to corporate to make a report because she is very rude and doesn't know how to work with customers. I was so mad and said she didn't deserve a job like that if she didn't work with people well. I have never called on a company in my life. So then she says in her exact words: "Oh you want to call corporate, I can jump over this counter and handle you right now." I was like, "Go ahead."
And I wasn't planning on fighting. I was just hoping to catch it on tape if she took it that far. I am not a rude person and actually really patient but she tested my patients and I was not rude in the beginning until I was treated rudely especially after being threatened. I am not one to start trouble and I was very polite until she wasn't. She actually had the cops come to my house and they couldn't do anything because I didn't do anything wrong. They did ban me from calling or going back. Which isn't fair because I am not the one who started the issue. I can prove it if I recorded it myself, yet it is recorded at Dunkin if need be. Why would I start an issue on a drive through when all I want is something to eat and go to bed because it's late at night.
I have lived in Port Richey for 24 years and moved here when I was 3. I have been going to that Dunkin since I remember and it was almost laws good. The service was great just I am picky about coffee and find them too sweet sometimes, but normally it's just right. So I have never had any major problems. I never seen her or had any problems with anyone but with her. I never have trouble with anyone really. Only way I do is if people are rude to me. The girl that worked with her walked out of the back without knowing what was going on and tried sticking up for her which made the situation worse because the other lady was in the wrong. I just told her, "You don't know what happened so please stay out of it".
Also some other dude was in line. Ethan had no idea what was happening and tried to be a witness to the cops which I did nothing but stick up for myself and then leave. I never threatened or anything. That was all her. I told her when she threatened me to try me and the other stuff I mentioned and left. My advice is never go at night if you want to order from there because for one they are rude, they are slow and they have no idea how to treat customers. Sorry for the rant, but just thought I should give people a heads up and make a complaint.

I went up to counter and placed my order and paid for it and I went to the Men's room to urinate and wash my hands. When I entered the Men's room there was a very offensive and horrible odor that I almost gagged. I proceeded to walk up to the urinal, however there was a large hefty bag over it saying "Out of order". So I had no choice but to go into the only stall that was there and when I opened the door I actually jumped back and put my hand over my mouth and was completely shocked and became sick from what I seen and smelt.
Someone had the nerve, gall and audacity to have horrible diarrhea all over the place including the wall and it was like a bazooka actually went off. I almost vomited right then and there. I immediately left the Men's room, went back out to the counter and demanded to see the manager immediately. The girl paged him and he came out and came up to me and said, "Sir, Welcome to Dunkin Donuts. How can I help you?" I replied, "How can you help me? Go in the Men's room and that will tell you how you can help me".
He proceeded to go into the Men's room and he was not in there more than 30 seconds and he came running out with his hand over his mouth and shaking his head and he came up to me and said, "Sir, I am so sorry you had to experience something like that and would you like a free cup of coffee on me?" I replied, "No, I do not want any free coffee from you and that was totally disgusting and I should call the health department and have you shut down!" He replies, "Again, Sir I am so sorry that this happened to you and this has been happening on a frequent basis every other day and we believe it is employee related." I replied, "Employee related! You mean to tell me you have someone working here that does things like that and then goes back and handles people's food?". He replied, "Again Sir, I am so sorry and have a good day". After purchasing a cup of coffee at Dunkin' Donuts the Assistant Store Manager falsely made a claim that my car was illegally parked overnight as a reason for towing. The Store Manager ** explained to me that they are very busy during the week and her employees do not have room for parking. What I don't understand is how you can be so busy during the operating hours of the week and still have time to identify which cars to tow to make room for employee parking.
My car was parked within a 2-hour period. My car arrived around 10:10 a.m. and was reported and then towed before noon. I verified the details of the towing company Essential Towing that the legal basis Dunkin' Donuts made for towing my car was overnight parking. When I asked the Store Manager to speak with the Assistant Store Manager who made the decision, I was provided with the answer, "She isn't here today," and "She will tell you the same thing." My guess for this rash, reckless decision is desperation for staff parking. Apparently, there isn't enough parking space in the lot for their employees to find adequate parking. So instead, they have to tow customer vehicles to brute force their way into providing parking for staff.
Usually in the event prior to towing, a courtesy written notice is delivered to the owner of the vehicle. In this case, no such notice was issued. I've been a loyal customer to this store for the past year, and today my business relationship with this store has been terminated. What incurred as a $3 charge for coffee was accompanied by a $400 surcharge for towing services. This is at my own expense and without reimbursement.
I wonder if the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager would be so eager to make that decision if that $400 was charged on their accounts. What is that week's paycheck for them? A biweekly paycheck for their employees? What is so egregious about their managerial decision is the fact that they blatantly lied out it; they made a false claim to expedite the towing process. They were so desperate to make room for employee parking that they were willing to lie to other people and make up excuses to justify such a decision.
When I followed up to inquire more details and contact information about the Assistant Store Manager, no information was provided. I can tell you that the Store Manager ** most likely approved the decision and defended the actions of her Assistant Store Manager. How can you blatantly lie to my face and tell me your store is so busy but still make time during operations to find which cars to tow, especially within a 2-hour period. I'm guessing staff parking takes precedence over sales and operations of the store. I'm also assuming parking is a priority over monthly sales quotas, customer service, and store efficiency. From this experience I am questioning the credentials of management other than longevity in that store.
Upon further examination, Google and Yelp both have poorly reviews about the service of the store ranging from serving customers with unacceptable coffee products to rude service. Please have corporate and customer service take a look into this situation. It appears that there is a deeper, underlying issue that is within the operations and management of the store on 1425 Washington Avenue.

I've been a loyal customer at Dunkin' Donuts for the past 5 years. I am a commuter, working and living in one state during the week and heading home to rural Virginia on Fridays, sometimes, Saturdays, and they have been a God-send for my weekly stops to order my Iced Mocha Decaf with a twist of caramel. And I still love that drink, with an occasional donut. But sometimes I also need food -- like one of their previously delicious sandwiches. First of all I love the customer service at Dunkin' Donuts. At any one of their stores I've been to the staff is the best! My critique/review is on the rapid decline in quality of their food, which used offer healthy alternatives to some of the other fast food chains and I would like to know, what the heck happened?
One day I ordered an Egg White with Cheese sandwich. First of all, if anyone recalls, cheddar cheese used to be their default cheese. At least it was up to about two years ago. Now, unless you request it you get that same artificial cheese "food" (not even real American cheese, much less, cheddar). But my main complaint is the egg white literally disintegrated in my mouth like sand in water! Once I'd taken a bite and felt its texture, truthfully -- I have no need to lie -- it was so awful that I spit it back into its wrapper, put the whole thing back into the bag, and placed it into my car door compartment to trash later. Had I not already left I would definitely have told them and asked for a refund.
I used to like their egg omelette type of sandwiches with veggies, but now the texture of their "whole" eggs also tastes artificial. I think it is real egg but I don't know what preparation they are using to cause the white part to taste so crumbly. It's disgusting and brings to mind the old '70s classic movie, Soylent Green. Come on, Dunkin' Donuts, you gotta do better than this. Please!

I go to Dunkin' almost every day for a Large Iced Caramel Latte (whole milk and 1 sugar) before work. Sometimes even on my days off. I have been going to DD for almost 6+ months now on a regular basis and I can say with total confidence that Dunkin' Donuts has a big problem with the quality of their services being consistent, at least around my area. I switch off between two different locations and despite me ordering the same thing every day, my Latte will vary in taste dramatically every 2nd or 3rd visit to either of these locations. Sometimes it tastes like burnt coffee, I don't understand how but they manage to make it wrong or differently so often. When they get it right it's amazing but I am reaching my limit with how often I get terrible tasting lattes.
At first I kind of shrugged it off but after the last few visits where I was given an Iced Latte instead of a Caramel Iced latte (which I spoke very clearly) or given a hot instead of ice, or given a med instead of a large, or given soy milk instead of whole (wtf?), or no sugar, or if I order food being given the wrong order, I am getting really fed up.
I am usually one not to get so upset, as I understand mistakes happen but this is kind of ridiculous. Today was the straw that broke the camels back when I went to DD and placed my order. When I drove away and took a taste, I realized they had given me the wrong order. It looked right but tasted nothing like a caramel iced latte w/ whole milk and 1 sugar should. I could have turned back around but I had to get to work. Part of me blames myself as by now I really should know better to taste/check the order is right before leaving but I feel like that shouldn't be the customer's responsibility to make sure the workers are getting it right!
The customer service is usually fine, although the 2nd DD I frequent often has this spastic lady who cuts me off in the middle of my order all the time but I can ignore that. I am so upset about this given the fact that each of these lattes are almost $5 with tax. They are freaking expensive (to me at least) and to have my order messed up or taste off so often is just not worth it anymore. Like I mentioned early on when DD does it right I LOVE my lattes but this problem with inconsistent quality is driving me nuts.

I worked at two locations and was never paid. I worked October into November. I have called both my managers Brittany and Mike but they never return the calls. To put icing on my crappy cake -- these people even filed taxes stating that I had earned 500+ on my last check. I had to pay taxes for wages that were never paid to me!!! I need help getting my money, I am poor literally living at a shelter now. My managers were Brittany and Mike. They never return calls and purposely dodge me when I call even when I see their cars/expedition there.

I bought a large coffee cup and was promised in will ALWAYS pay only 99 for refills. I was at a location in Las Vegas on W. Charleston. They charged 1.61- I called corporate. They simply said "we can't help. Each location is independently owned and they can charge what they want!!" I never would have bought the travel cup had I known this. Other coffee places that unlike Starbucks, Coffee Bean, and even Bruegger's all adhere to the same prices you are originally told none of this in switch and bait business. At the very least because I was told an untruth they should have sent me a 30.00 certificate or anything to absorb the future costs. I believe this should be a class action suit for false advertising.

We've gone to DD for years. Recently we've been to 3 different DD and the coffee taste terrible. It's very very weak. The last purchase a few days ago was returned. They told us that DD has recently changed their coffee blend. What a bad move. We will not go back. We got a gift card for Christmas but I will give that away. The coffee now tastes like a cup of hot water with a spoonful of coffee added.

I stop in different Dunkin Donut locations in the Chicago area. I've noticed that the chocolate on top of the donuts is much darker, it hardens and is not as sweet as it used to be. I've asked store manager at 3 different locations if they have changed the chocolate. All said no. That is simply not true. Trust me, I'm an expert. I don't know why they have gone to this type of chocolate but I'm guessing it's more profitable for the company. That might be true as far as product cost but not when they consider all the customers that they are going to lose starting with me. Disappointed.

I have sent a note to Dunkin' Donuts how when I got in my car the large skinny latte slipped in my hands. Went to grab it from spilling and to stop it from falling it splashed my left eye lid, cheek, chin, neck and chest. It spilled on my shirt which made it burn more. I have sent a note. Nobody responded. I was on my way to the dentist, for witness and pictures. Thank you. No receipt given.

A new store opened in North Lima Ohio 44442. After 3 times stop to buy beans, they (assumed) were out. Asked and was told by clerk they do not carry beans. Her excuse was they are all different and this was privately owned. Not a good excuse. On that note headed out to Columbiana store, 44408. Purchased them many times there, but they were out. Asked a clerk and was told new manager of 1 month did not reorder. Gave benefit of doubt and stopped back as they are on sale now. Still none and not even an empty spot on shelf.

I stopped at the DD by my house because it was nearby. They opened at 5. I went at 6 in the morning. The racks are full. I ordered 2 dozen. The person behind the counter didn't seem to want to be there. I got home and the doughnuts tasted old. Within 3 hours they had become paperweights. I've had this happen plenty of times before but I figured this store by me at Bay Pines in st Petersburg Florida was new so I would give them a try. Well it was the old same thing at a new store. I guess next time I'll go the distance for quality. No receipt given so no order number.

I am new in this town and have visited the Dunkin' Donut four or five times...will never be back. The service is terrible, the doughnuts are stale, there are only a few selections, they are very overpriced and they only make my favorite sour cream on the weekend (only 5-6 MAYBE!). I was told this is the owner's instructions. Does this franchisee want to stay in business? This is not customer service... Corporate needs to do something about this.

Some years back all the DD were good, because the donuts were always fresh. Now things have changed and not for the better, not here in Delaware. I only know of 2 good DD with fresh donuts most all the time, the one in Glasgow DE and the other on RT 13 near the 13/40 split. Any of the others that I've been to unless it's first thing in the morning will sell you stale donuts and not even blink an eye. This just happened to my wife and me on 11/8/16 in Middletown, DE. I gave them good money for bad donuts. Had I given them bad money for good donuts they'd call the police.

What happened to Dunkin' Donuts coffee? When you get it at the coffee shop it is terrible. It tastes like the Styrofoam cup that the coffee is poured into! It wasn't long ago that it was the best tasting morning coffee available. I don't know if they changed the coffee they purchase, or they are using lighter cream, or it's a combination of both. The bottom line is it is just bad. Time to get my morning coffee from McDonalds. The Dunkin' Donuts company is making a mistake in getting cheap with their signature product. People are not stupid. They will leave. Interestingly, the bagged ground Dunkin' Donuts coffee I purchase at Stop N' Shop is has not changed and still tastes great.

I bought a cake for my mom's 50th birthday from this store at 9 p.m. Well the cake was nice looking and everything. But when we tried to cut it at 10:30 pm we were struggling really hard. 4 to 5 people tried to cut it with a knife and we had to wrestle with the cake to cut it. The frosting started to melt but the cake was almost impossible to cut. At last when we were finally able to cut the cake after messing it up really badly it tasted like ice. It felt like it was an old cake. Well I bought cakes from dunkin donuts before and it was never that bad. It tasted like pure **. As it was my mom's 50th birthday it was really special for me and the cake made me so upset.

Usually Dunkin Donuts comes out with a new sandwich every six months or so and they are sometimes creative and somewhat tasty. For a fast and hot breakfast, this might fit the bill rather satisfactorily. However, in saying this, I just experienced their new Belgian Waffle Sandwich and I have to give this one the thumbs down in a very big way.
Let's start with the signature and "so-called" Belgian Waffle. It was not prepared properly to begin with, otherwise it would have been toasted crispy with a golden brown yumminess and still tender on the inside. I received a very pale, but hot steamed waffle which was horribly undercooked and doughy. It had the consistency of a nasty mealiness and stuck to the roof of my mouth. I had the chicken, and it too, was barely cooked, and mushy. The entire mouthfeel was dry and barely edible.
If they wanted to make an impression on a new sandwich many things needed to be done. Toast the waffle to a nice crisp before adding ingredients. Actually toasting each item separately and then assembling it afterwards would have made a huge difference. It also demanded a sauce of some kind. In this instance a maple syrup sriracha butter would have been both delicious and added much needed moisture and a little heat. Do yourselves a favor and pass on this one unless they change the recipe and improve it significantly; there are no redeeming qualities with this one. They should hire me to design sandwiches for them. I have some fantastic winners.

I frequent DD on a regular basis since the introduction of the "Frozen Hot Chocolate". I have become a big fan of this delicious cooling drink when it's made as requested. I always ask for extra cream/milk and sugar to be added because I like the rich flavor it gives my frozen chocolate. Well needless to say I hardly ever get what I ask for. Being polite and asking me “What can I get for you” is nice, but why ask if you're going to give me what you want me to have, and 9 times out of 10 this happens. I don't need a lecture about what it already has in it. I'm a paying customer so give me what I ask for... Please!

When EVER have you entered a Dunkin' Donuts and they had ABSOLUTELY NO DONUTS? It happened to me on 7/9/2016 at 6:45am. I stood on the line for about 7 minutes before the workers even acknowledged me and I had to get their attention for service AND I was the only one on the line. Not only that they started speaking another language and looking at me as they laughed. At 6:45 am EVERYONE is expecting Hot Coffee and Fresh Donuts, NOPE not at this Dunkin' Donuts... And the sad part is that the workers found this funny. I didn't. I found this to be SAD. Never again will I enter this Dunkin' Donuts store or probably any Dunkin' Donuts establishment. I love Dunkin' Donuts but there is a BAKERY 2 blocks down, I'll pay the extra money. At least I'll know the donuts THERE are FRESH and the service is POLITE.

I go to Dunkin' Donuts almost every morning for a cup of coffee. I am feed up with the constant mistakes, the staff never gets the order correctly. I don't tolerate cream and always ask for whole milk, but for some reason always get cream, even though I specifically ask for milk. I complained directly to a store manager, and he apologized yet the mistake still keeps happening. This is not in just one location, this is in multiple locations. The cost of the coffee goes up yet the staff is so poorly trained and I think overwhelmed. I ask for milk and extra sugar. I get cream or I get dark coffee with no sugar. I have suffered from problems with my stomach due to the mistakes and I also am starting to worry about what they're doing behind the counter and nobody can see them making the coffee either. Very disappointed at the way Dunkin' Donuts handles their business.

I often go to DD for coffee and I'm satisfied with it. What I dislike are the old fashion donuts. I'm an avid fan of old fashion donuts, but the ones at DD taste and feel like they are deep fried regular unglazed donuts. They need to be more dense (not fluffy) and have a crunchy outer glazed texture. I have tried the old fashion donuts at several DD locations around me and I'm very disappointed because they are all the same. :(
