I had a great experience at my local Domino’s today (Burlington, NC - Java Lane). I think customer service and associate professionalism is lacking in most establishments now-a-days!! Today, I was pleasantly surprised when I encountered ShyAnne. She was very professional, helpful and had a great attitude. My pizza was made exactly as I requested. Shyanne never stopped performing tasks while my pizza was in the oven. She secured the ingredients, wiped down the table where the pizzas are boxed. Washed her hands and disposed of the rag she used to wipe down the surfaces.

Food quality was excellent. Fast food prep time. Polite. The manager Caleb at the Muncy store definitely deserves a raise.

I’ve ordered from here several times, and they never disappoint. The crust is perfectly baked—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside—and the toppings are always fresh and generous. Had a delivery of 4 medium pizzas yesterday. There was a small problem with our order, nothing important. Didn't even let the store know. Within an hour after delivery they delivered 4 more pizzas to us. That was a wonderful surprise and way beyond great customer service. Thank you.

Lately the last 6 months we have become loyal Domino's customers at least 2x a week because of the marketing deals have been incredible and our local Davie Fl store has been amazing pizza makers. Great job and we are spreading the word and my sisters doing the same. Delicious food and pizza specials that make our mouth water. 5 stars guys!!! Great Job!!!

My wife just picked up our order number 418 at 6:15 June 9th. We got the pizza we ordered but when she got home, the three garlic sauces I had ordered and paid for were missing. I wrote a review a few months ago about the poor preparation of the pizza we ordered. The manager offered to replace it. I refused. Someone from Domino's contacted me and said he hoped we gave this establishment another chance. We did. The pizza was what we ordered. Now, on the third order, this happens. This is a sloppily run place. I do not intend to make another trip into town for three sauces, I'm just frustrated with the service.

I ordered on June 3, my order never arrived...It's June 9 (crickets)...I had no problems before, I even talked to the manager. She assured me of my refund $45.73, I even tipped the driver!...I've called several times (crickets)...Ost area 77021. I want my **.

I wish I could give this Domino's experience a 0. I have ordered Domino's on the app before but this time it kept cancelling my order. 3 times it cancelled, and 1 from my husband's app. I tried 2 different orders so I know it wasn't the amount or the payment method, and then I called the number that is listed to call to get me to the local store, but instead it was Domino's ordering service that could only place orders. It wasn't even a customer service line. They proceeded to tell me that they couldn't give me the deals that were offered on the app and that maybe the local store would be able to help me. They transferred me to the "local store" 3 times and the local store did not pick up their phone. It did not even ring. And then a survey lady came on so I hung up and tried my order again.

Worst pizza? Doesn't even look like ads on tv. Burnt toppings and hardly any toppings that supposed to look like ads? Burnt crusts.

Domino's Pizza Manager, 45th Street and Chestnut Street, Philadelphia PA 19139 is telling customers to complain about his store to Corporate who tells people who live in the community something like that to tell Corporate. This is bad for customers to hear coming from a Store Manager after we're complaining about his same Manager's Specials for over a year $18.99 Pizza plus Pizza Bits with Parm being run over and over again every week and month and year.
