I don't recommend the thin crust pizza choice. I got it with mushrooms and sausage. The pizza was very dry. It was more like eating a cracker with cheese on it. Hardly any mushrooms or sausage on it. I chose "normal" for the sauce. I think I will go with the Little Caesar's thin crust pie instead. The cheese for that pie was melted but not dried out. There was still sauce.

The online app failed to complete, when I went there I reorder, busy time .. and told to park.. They made me come in for pizza a half hour later.. Forgot me.. Customer service been lacking and kudos for being busy.. but have managers be accountable. Branson missouri has tons of restaurants.. Standing out with poor customer service is backwards.

I place a order and everything I ask to not have they did the opposite of my order and when I call me to let them know I was told I could have my order and delivery would be covered by them. But when I call to get my order replaced I was told that I would have to pick up my order. And then they told me they are not going to honor my replaced because I would have to call back after 5pm. Being very rude and if she had of just listen instead of being rude and nasty about things I would offer to just pay the delivery fee but telling me you're not going to honor my replaced is diabolical and crazy!! My family had to eat hotdogs or sandwich because they mess up my order and then tell me yet again I still have to wait until after 5pm to order to try feed my love ones because they didn't make my order correctly. If you look in the system you can see that I order regularly and always the same way I order. Without the seasoning on crust and very light sauce.

I had a really disappointing experience here 12901 Sherman Way, Ste C, North Hollywood, CA 91605, and felt it was important to share. I placed a pizza order through their app, but it malfunctioned and messed up my order. When I tried to get help in-store, the manager, **, was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of trying to fix the issue or offer any kind of solution, she told me it was my fault and that I should “know how to use the app next time.” Because of this, I didn’t end up getting my food, and my kids didn’t get to eat dinner that night. It was frustrating and honestly upsetting—not just because of the app issue, but because of the lack of basic customer service and empathy. I understand that technology can glitch, but how staff handle those situations matters. A little understanding or an attempt to make things right would have gone a long way. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service.

Pizza you get is not what the commercials show you! Go elsewhere. I ordered 6 toppings! I got on a large pizza 6 pepperoni, half a mushroom cut up, 3 tiny pieces of ground beef, 2 tiny sliver of green pepper, could not see the onion! It's a scam. They advertise up to 7 toppings on a large pizza. They make sure all your toppings only result in no more than a 1 topping! Scam scam scam.

I ordered a pizza (my first experience with Domino’s), and I was concerned that I did not get a confirmation of my order. Sure enough, after an hour the order had not come, and I could not reach anyone to find out whether I would eat tonight. One should not have to be a computer wizard to navigate a pizza website. Now Domino’s has my payment info, and I have no pizza. Thanks for nothing.

So I put specific instructions to hand me my order. Hand me my order! I ordered 2 pizzas, they come in a good time. I was goofing with my kids, had to step outside for a minute. Kid come to tell me someone was knocking on my door. I go to the door and I saw one of my pizzas still whole and the other was ravished. I live in an apartment complex. My neighbor has 4 dogs. Hence the "hand me my order" instructions. Also they put hot pizza on frozen concrete and walked away. I called the store to figure out what we could do to fix the problem. I was hung up on. Waited a few mins, called back. Was told they would get the manager. Was put on hold. I sat there for over 15 mins waiting. Sadly my kids love Dominos. We won't be ordering from there again. Had a very similar situation happen to me in Denver. Seems like they are having problems all over. Glad the prices keep going up!

They send promos for a free two topping pizza but the promo codes don't work. You have no personal to reach out to. Total bait and switch for lousy pizza. Don't bother calling customer service because it doesn't exist.

Delivery service of Domino's is pathetic. Delivery agent of Domino's are rude and unprofessional. Cold food is delivered. Average waiting time is 1.5 hours which is not truly reflected in their app or website.

Today I came to the Domino's location on Maryland parkway and Sahara. I ordered a curbside pickup at 11:19 am. Arrived at 11:30 am. They kept pushing the pickup time further out, had to go inside at 12:21 pm. Order was ready. 2 young dudes were in there talking. Tipped $1 to smh. Never again.

Terrible service. Driver called 2 times. Didn’t speak English. Yelling at me to be in the lobby. I was there. He was not. I asked for change. He just walked away. Horrible customer Service. I hope this gets posted. We were out of town. Terrible for this area.

I don't know why Domino's seems to have changed the sauce but I am extremely disappointed in the pizzas we have recently ordered. I used to love Domino's but something has changed, as it is not the same pizza anymore. I hope they change it back, and until they do, they have lost a long-time customer. It is sad.

Domino's was one of my favorite places to eat. Ain't there a couple times a week. I don't know why they keep changing their website but I guess I'm done eating a Domino's. Cannot get it to put my order through. Just keeps taking me back. It will not let me check out. This is the most ridiculous one yet. Why does it have to keep changing all the time and how the hell am I supposed to check out? I'm done with Domino's. Everybody has to keep changing things. When you find something that works leave it alone people. This is ridiculous. You just lost a very good customer.

If they served Dominoes pizza in jail/prison and forced the inmates to eat it, we’d have a 0% re-offense rate. The sausage tastes like they got it from Jurassic Park & there were maybe 7 shreds of cheese on a large pizza, as opposed to the pizza they show on their commercials (where the cheese stretches several feet as you pick up a piece to eat from the box! I wouldn’t wish this pizza on anybody but maybe my ex!

False advertising any toppings and any crusts for 9.99 is a lie. I got billed almost 40.00 for two pizzas which suppose to be 9.99. This is the second time you have done this to me. I'm 69 on a fixed income.

I always order the same pizza. Been that way for years. Tonight besides the pizza I generally order, I added a garden salad and barbecue chicken wings. The salad is still in the refrigerator. The barbecue chicken wings were awesome. But they brought me some odd looking pizza they referred to as a classic. I'm not sure what that is, but it definitely looks like something I would never put in my mouth. When I call them on it, they claimed that's what I ordered, IN despite of the fact that I picked each and every topping on my pizza, as I always have.
I told them to check my history and I've never ordered any other type of pizza. After a twelve minute painful debate, management agreed to refund the order and bring me the pizza I usually have. I guess just to prove a point they fd that order up as well. 12610 Jupiter Rd. DallasTX. Never ordering Domino's ever again. If you're coming over here, you're trespassing. I'll do my best to mention you daily in public.

$9.99 Any any pizza "except for the stuffed crust will cost an extra $2 and large is off the table". Any toppings "but apparently not unlimited" and over 3 or 4 and they can't promise quality any more like they used to and if you want it cheesy like it used to normally be that's extra now. And to top it off they charge a $10-$15 delivery fee that the delivery driver will never see because that's just for the convenience of delivery.. Oh you want proof? Go try to order a large stuffed crust pizza with five toppings!!!

I would never recommend this location. I received undercooked pizza and was told that I couldn't get a refund because the pizza looked ok to the manager however the driver who delivered the order said to the manager It's undercooked. The center of the pizza is uncooked. The manager walked away and started unloading a delivery truck. I was left without any service or help for over 35 minutes. I called corporate and they helped!!!

Hello this guy that works works as a general manager recall made an order around 10 o’clock. We had to wait for two hours. After two hours. Supposedly he had called another store and made an order for us and come to find out. He didn’t even do that and as a works as a general manager recall made an order around 10 o’clock. He didn’t even do that and as a general manager, he’s supposed to know what’s good for customers or what not and he didn’t even call us back to let us know what is going on. After two hours we waiting for the pizza. They had kids. They were hungry. We’re waiting for till 1 o’clock. Then when we call him, he keep hanging up on us. We asking for his name. He kept hanging up on us so finally this morning we called.
We spoke to a guy named Rob and got the general manager that was handling this last night. It goes by the name of Nick and he supposed to be the general manager. Came up with a bunch of lies, waiting for the pizza three hours and then the end of the day we did not get no pizza and nothing and as I manage general manager, he shouldn’t be doing this. I don’t know who gave him that position, but when I get done with this review, I will call headquarters and let them know what’s going on. That that position should be going to Rob cause dealing with customers and big Domino’s is he shouldn’t be doing that shouldn’t be lying. He shouldn’t be hanging up on the phone, he shouldn’t be having people to wait 2 1/2 hours for pizza then saying, "Hey we called another store. We made that we made that order for you." Come to find out he didn’t even do that.
We waited till 1 o’clock when all the deliveries and stores getting shut down and then he lied that he had called us and we have all their call records that he didn’t call us at all. All he was just saying "I’m busy" and he keep hanging up the phone but as a customer when you make a order for $35 it doesn’t matter the amount. He should give you an update if he can make the delivery. He should’ve called us after 20 minutes say, "We could make the delivery," but after dealing with them for almost a year and ordering from them every week twice a week and then this is what hard they pay us back. Thank you so much Nick for being a terrible general manager. I don’t know how you got this position but I sure hope the hell you do get fired and hand that position to Rob.
I actually know the man. I know what he’s doing every time we had issues for the past year. That man has been handling Robin handling this. We had a we had the same thing where the pizza came after an hour and a half and then instead of we order because we don’t eat pork, he hand us a bacon pizza. We had the same issue. They cleared it. Rob cleared it for us, but however, I am going to call headquarters and let them know what’s going on so I can give them all the call, recorders and show them that we never got a callback and show them how many times recall this guy named Nick supposedly general manager.

Literally worst experience ever by Domino's. I am literally waiting from past one hour that is I had ordered pizza around 8:14 and still I have not received my order yet and customer care is worst. Nobody receives call and there are no updates on my order. Worst experience ever. And the number given for contacting that number does not even exist. Is this how you serve people. Don't you people have common sense at least you need to give any update. Are you people take us for what. Literally did not expect this from you people. Day by day your service is becoming worst. When people are hungry you play dirty tricks. This is not how you serve be mindful while doing things

Domino's Pizza on Cullen Blvd has the worst service ever. Late delivery. Delivery time changed 3 times. Didn't get my order till 12 midnight from which I had ordered at 10pm. I will never order from Domino's.

The staff at Whitesboro Tx was great … but every time we try and order pizza online it never works. It’s not my internet or my phone we try several different and when I drive to Whitesboro to order at store you don’t get the same price as online. I should get the same. I had to drive and sit for my pizza to get made. If y’all can’t get it fixed I will start going to Pizza Hut. I have to drive and wait for it to be made and don’t get the same deals.

I ordered food from the Military Avenue site, and was watching the order, on the app. Twenty five minutes in, the order was cancelled- not by me. When I called, they lied, said they had come and we didn't answer the door-- not true! Drake supposedly is the owner... Emma a cook. Bullshit! Call me, this is twice for this location, the one on Lineville Road is good.. but Pizza Hut is better as your company refuses to fix Military.

On February 6th 2026, ordered 6 Medium pizzas for delivery from Cedar Grove, NJ at 6.28pm and ask for delivery 7.00 to 7.15 pm but they delivered 6 pizzas at 6.45pm and ALL 6 pizzas were very COLD due to it wasn’t packed in insulated bag. Try to call the store and they were just not interested to talk about or do anything. Shame on this franchise store owners.

On the website, if you order over $100 or more, the transaction will not go through. So they don’t want you to spend very much money at a time. Also, when you go in the store, they don’t give you the points when you order a large order. Why can’t corporations do honest business anymore? Managers tell people that they are told the highest possible price when ordering by phone and not to offer specials, even when they are constantly available. Poor policies and poor website.

Dominos Boone, NC: This is not a place of kindness due to the owners (Sam and Nicole) and I urge others to avoid ordering from here. I recently placed an order with Dominos via phone on February 8th, speaking with Sam, the owner/operator. He informed me that my order would be ready in 40 minutes. Upon arriving at the designated time, I was required to wait an additional 45 minutes beyond the quoted time. After receiving my pizza, I politely brought this to the attention of the front staff member at the counter, Nicole, suggesting that improved time estimation would be beneficial in the future. Unfortunately, she responded irritably, prompting me to explain how the delay had impacted my family time.
She snapped back, "I like spending time with my family too!" And this was followed by her mocking tone and loud remarks, including "Oh, is poor baby upset?!" and "Are you going to cry!?" As she gestured pretending she had tears running down her face for emphasis. This seemed totally out of place as I had not said anything rude or disrespectful toward her. I told that her behavior was unacceptable and reminded her of the importance of treating customers with respect. I never raised my voice or spoke one unkind word but received nothing but hate from Nicole. As I started to leave, she continued to berate me for bringing up the criticism with hateful comments of mocking such as “Oh, the poor baby is sad!” “Go ahead and cry!” Again, raising her fingers to her eyes.
All of this was said in front of other customers and employees. I later called the store and spoke to the owner Sam who confirmed that he had been standing right beside Nicole and had witnessed the situation, essentially allowing his employee's behavior. He never apologized for her behavior or comments. He simply suggested I call corporate and made excuses for the behavior saying they were stressed due to the high orders. Given the horrible nature of the treatment I received and the lack of adequate response from the owner, I intend to file a formal complaint with the corporate office. Nicole's behavior and Sam’s lack of response and responsibility to his employees behavior is unacceptable.
Updated: Also need to add that Sam and Nicole lied to me and said her name was Susan when I asked what her name was in reference to reaching out to corporate after she had mocked me. I called later and talked to an employee who said there wasn't a Susan who worked there and that Nicole ran the front desk and was the one that had mocked me. They lied to me in order to avoid accountability. I have reached out to corporate.

Recently purchased a 45.00, order took 51 minutes to arrive, pizza cold, buffalo wings under cooked, no sauce, can’t believe it. I spent money to eat out but had to put wings and pizza in the oven to cook and rewarm. Will never order again. When we tracked the delivery the driver was located on a street behind me and my pizza wasn’t even cut into slices

They had pull up order wasn't ready. I order online. Came in a cab my had to pull off because they push my pizza back in the oven after it came!! It was hard. You could hear it as she cut it .. Music all loud. They making pizza with no gloves on!!! No hair nets! Ijsmh.. They took it and put it in the trash so I can't show a picture.
