The Location at 1933 S. Church St. Smithfield, VA 23430. Upon our family friend entering the store, the Store manager ** and his girlfriend the assistant manager ** Refused service to a family friend after stating that our friend was not welcome on the property or any other location due to their relationship to certain people within our family. After which while still in the building manager ** and assistant manager ** were defaming and slandering our family members to other staff members in the building. This is ridiculous and when reaching out to the store manager it was stated that we should go ahead and seek legal action against them. Tried to contact the corporate office and just getting the run around.

I was very disappointed with Domino's Pizza, my son used his 60 points to order medium 2 topping Pizza and his points were gone and he had to pay for Pizza. Would not recommend it to anyone, He ask associate why do they charge if they used his points. He told him they don't have anything to do with points.

I just wanted to write this review about one thing, the emergency pizza. As someone who doesn’t always know where their next meal is gonna come from, being able to get that free pizza today was really nice, and I have a lot of respect for them for that. You could try to argue it’s just a ‘marketing tactic’ and sure whatever, but it does genuinely help people like me, and of course people who need an emergency meal for any other reason. I bought the first pizza when I had the money and got the next one free when I didn’t, so yeah I just wanted Domino's to know it is really, truly appreciated!

I ordered a LG. Sausage pizza online... Somehow the pizza came with NO CHEESE!!!! When I went online under options I didn't see sausage or anything else and the CHEESE option was checked so I clicked off of that and then the rest of the toppings appeared! Anyone else have this happen? So I was under the impression I was getting a pizza.

We ordered online pizza at 5:45 PM. An hour and 45 minutes later I called because our tracker showed they were still prepping. The young man that answered the phone was very rude and told me not to pay attention to the app that have been messing up all night. That we would get our pizza soon. And later I talk to young lady, evidently the young man that I spoke to earlier canceled my order. I called back because she said I would have a pizza within 45 minutes. It is now 902.
After speaking to the manager now I ordered one pizza. I received three pizzas, cheesy bread, Parmesan bites and didn’t order any of that. So I believe they canceled our order, lost her order or whatever they did. They went back on our history because they delivered the last order that I did order when we had a big family over here to a T exactly. This is unacceptable. Management must be horrible and never again will I order from Domino’s and I hope Other people. Shame on them. I had teenage boys here tonight starving from 545 till after 9 o’clock before we got a pizza and I only ordered one pizza. That’s all.

I tried to let this go & forget about it, but what happened to me the night before last when I tried to pick up a carry out order is kind of haunting me. I tried to contact Domino's website to report it, but after about 15 minutes of answering questions in their detailed screening process, I had to give up because I didn't know what kind of technology that was used to place the order. So I am sharing the note I put for them here. Please see below:
Last night I was humiliated by the entire staff and even some customers when I went to pick up my carry out order. I was led by an employee behind the counter to a row of phones and told to call another store, then left there to be told by another employee that I wasn't supposed to be back there. Then I was laughed at by the entire staff as I was told to leave while I was on the phone with the other store. These employees created a very chaotic and unnecessary situation; making me look like "Karen" as they made me believe they were calling the police on me. They intimidated me as I left with my hands up. They followed me outside to watch me leave the parking lot. They scared me so much I called 911 after hanging up from the call with the other store.
(2) Additionally, the last time I tried to pick up my carry out order at this same location, I went through the drive thru; where they told me my order wasn't ready and that I had to drive around the block. When I did that, I ended up sitting waiting behind the car that was behind me when I first came through the drive thru. In both of these encounters, I was being glared at by a young man staring at me with eyes full of hatred- like he would strangle me if he thought he could get away with it. I am not lying about any of this. Check your cameras at around 8pm MST to see if there isn't an employee leading me over to some phones & then another one coming around the corner. Watch me walking over to the other side of the store to get away from them while I tried to talk to the guy on the phone. Listen to the calls around that time.
These employees put me into a COMPLETE FRENZY. All I was there to do was pick up my carry out order. There are no words that can be said. No coupons or vouchers or lifetime supply of pizza that can take away the horror of being publicly humiliated last night while all of the employees laughed at me like I was a ridiculous joke. None of this is okay. They made me believe the police were going to look for me. I called the emergency line! They wasted the police time by creating a false alarm to scare me out of their store. Well, I certainly won't be coming back, but I can't say this is the last you will hear from me, because this should absolutely be illegal.

My name is Sharon and I stopped by this location to redeem a coupon for my pizza. The application on my phone; was somewhat confusing. But Chris **, General Manager was very patient, customer focused and very helpful in getting my coupon redeemed. Thanks to him; I had a very enjoyable experience! Stop by this location because they take real good care of their customers!

I would like to order some dishes and pizza from Domino's, but I don't think that's going to happen, because I cannot find Domino's menu WITH PRICES. Domino's excuse for not providing a menu with prices is that the prices vary with coupons. That is a sad excuse because the regular prices is what most people look for. The coupons are a bonus. It seems to me that the reason for doing that has some sort of scam added to it. Domino's will be the last place I order from. There is absolutely no transparency with prices, before you order.

I ordered a small pizza and got a large one. They're doing something to get more money out of people. When I called the store, they told me that I ordered the large pizza. They essentially said I lied about what's I ordered. Don't go there anymore, they are doing something shady to boost their revenue.

Leaving this review as I have been impressed by the quality of food and excellent customer service (Broadway store, Taunton Mass). In my opinion unlike many other restaurants that went down in quality and up in price since Covid hit, Domino's (at least the one I order from) has not changed and still have great deals and tasty non-greasy pizza. Glad we have our go to pizza place.

I went to Domino's yesterday, it was a Friday and I ordered the special. I guess you get two pieces for a certain amount. The girl for some reason told me it would come up to 7:50 so I said how much would it cost to add sausage and pepperoni. She gave me a price so I paid her. Pay extra for sausage pepperoni and onions so a guy walked up and said, "You only get one topping." I said what topping do you get, he said cheese. I didn't think that cheese was a topping. I thought that the pepperonis or the mushrooms or the onions or or sausage were toppings that you paid extra for but he said it was cheese so you mean I can actually walk in there and buy a pizza and don't get any cheese on it. this wasn't fair and it was very very nasty and then after they made a pizza, she came back to me and said, "Oh I gave you the incorrect change."
It was store 33 February 33 Domino's number 3407. My name is Roger ** and I went there at 2:43 p.m. So then she wanted me to give her the money back and she took my money and then handed me back $4 and said I didn't give you the correct change and I just don't feel comfortable about that. It's just don't sit right with me. **

I had a terrific customer service representative who was very kind. I had previously called Donatos and they hung up on me after 20 rings. Franklin, IN Domino's always are available to take an order. The drivers deliver hot and fresh pizza in a reasonable time. KUDOS to this store and their employees!

The E. Market location has the nicest people and the best manager. I had a few questions and Zach, the manager, took care of everything. Good customer service is so hard to find anymore, but I have to say he is was polite and very efficient. I will use this location again! Chris

I ordered pizza on Oct 4th at S. Hwy 75 and 1417 At 630 and this is what I observed while waiting for the pizza. App said it was done...It wasn't. Empty drink cooler. 5 out of 9 employees on their phone. One guy took a call in the prep area and then walked back to the back. Never saw him wash his hands. Same guy grabbed a pinch of dough and threw it at a female employee. The person who was gathering the orders didn't know where my pizza was until she grabbed it off the very top of a shelf. None of the pizzas were cut into slices. Pizza crust was burnt. Watched a girl take a 20oz coke and not pay for it. This was the most unorganized and unmanaged location I have ever been in. South Hwy 75 and 1417 location. I will not be back.

Domino's in Chesterton Indiana is an excellent restaurant and the staff is fantastic. The food is hot. The price is great, restaurant's clean. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Our pizza came out within 13 minutes boxed up and we were on the road. Thank you very much Domino's. We will be back. I would give you a 10 star but you can only write you a five. Stay open. I don't know how this happening because it's violating federal consumer laws. THEY ARE NOT ACCEPTING ADVERTISED NATIONWIDE COUPONS AT CERTAIN STORES! Not local coupons but nationwide advertised on tv, online, in my email, and on the app. Done for life, Domino's, plenty of other LEGIT pizza places that don't false advertise kma.

I recently ordered two pizzas for carryout from Domino's Pizza on Columbus Ave, and my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon checking my order status online, it indicated that both pizzas were ready. However, when I arrived, I was informed by Santos that only one pizza was ready and the other would take a few more minutes. While I was initially frustrated, I accepted the wait. During this time, I noticed several other items being prepared and served, which raised my concern about the handling of my order. When I inquired why only one pizza was ready despite my order being for two, Santos responded dismissively, stating, “This is what it is. If you don’t want this, you can cancel your order.” His attitude was rude and unacceptable.
Feeling disrespected, I requested to cancel my order and receive a refund. Even after this request, Santos continued to act in a manner that suggested he was indifferent to my concerns. When I mentioned writing a negative review about my experience, he responded with a dismissive attitude, saying, “Yes, this is my name; do whatever you want.” This level of customer service is disappointing for a well-known chain like Domino's. I hope this review serves as a warning to potential customers about the service at this location and the unprofessional behavior of some staff members

The Domino's in Shenandoah PA is horrible. They refuse to deliver orders. The staff is rude. I will be telling everyone not to go to that location. Management doesn't care about customers. The drivers are on drugs. Have their children in the car which is illegal to do.

Not very happy with the service. Ordered a pizza and it was made wrong. Called back to address the problem about my order and staff employee was so rude and disrespectful. Trying to explain that my wife is allergic to pepperoni when my order should have been sausage, mushroom, onion and half green pepper and they still add pepperoni. Domino's employee didn't list or paid attention to the order or follow directions. Very disappointed. Never again will I order from Domino's again so sad. They just lost a customer.

I when my order arrived, I opened the first box to get hit like a brick wall with a smell of pungency. Since I had just spent 30 bucks, I attempted to take a bite and instantly began LOUDLY gagging. I called the Easton Avenue location to advise them that their meat is either freezer burn or spoiled. There’s no other way to explain the rancid odor. All she said was, “Sorry that happened to you. We will check out expiration dates. Is there anything else?” I said, “No. Just please get rid of your pepperoni.”
I was tempted to ask for compensation for my disgusting experience, but then I feared she’d not take my complaint seriously and would think I’m just calling for a free pizza. (Nor would I want one. I’ve lost all trust.) Today, however, I am annoyed. I paid Domino's 30 dollars just to throw away the two pies and to give me an upset stomach (all night) from just that one bite, and also, the experience cost me work. I had to change my trash and clean my kitchen to get the smell out of the air. Disgusting.

My husband and I had order a large meat lovers pizza, add onion and green peppers and on one side add anchovies, total price 27 and some change so when we receive the pizza, it was a large cheese pizza no meat with green peppers and onions and the anchovies so I called back, now granted they replace my order but somehow my second pizza was wrong also. They had the meat on the side where the anchovies was. I don't eat anchovies, my man does so once again I didn't get what I paid for and I waited 50 minutes for my pizza. This restaurant is located on New Circle Rd in Lexington KY. I'm not happy at all, spent almost $30 just for a cheese pizza, green peppers and onions and anchovies but no meat.

Got a deal in an email saying buy two mediums and get one upgraded to large for free. (Deal shown on photo.) I ordered the pizzas and saw that the deal was attached to the order when I got to the receipt page (shown on receipt photo). They had no tracking order number on the page. Why? Never got an email or text from them, after 20min went there and the two medium pizzas were there (not upgraded). I asked about why the upgrade did not apply, and was just told "that's how it is" and several people had also mentioned the problem.
Interesting, but also when I went to the order page to turn in a detailed review, It defaulted to "Perfection" and would not allow me to respond. This is a large corporation that can afford properly functioning and tested web pages, professionally done, not by high-school programmers. So...I can only presume that it is a deliberate policy of the corporation to make getting their deals and actual reviews deliberately frustrating or difficult to follow. My wife says "It's not important, why bother?" She is right. I can eat tacos instead.

Ordered my pizza online from the Topeka Blvd location in Topeka Kansas after visiting my wife at the hospital. I waited out front for 15 minutes, went inside, picked up the pizza, looked in the box, it was so undercooked so I took it back in politely and asked her to put it back in the oven for me that I didn't see any reason to waste the whole pizza and the manager tried to argue with me about how the crust was supposed to be but you could obviously see it it was doughy and I could taste the yeast! After assuring me she would return it to the oven I went outside to wait.
I waited 15 minutes. I figured that would be plenty of time. I went back in, the guy back at the pizza oven informed me it will be out in just a few. I waited 15 more minutes, frustrated, hungry, hot, tired. I just walked out without my pizza or my money, just gave up. I will never eat at any Domino's again and this is after I had just tipped a delivery driver the week before $10 for delivery to our house well after dark. Would not recommend Domino's.

I often receive coupons in the mail and most recent is the 2x Tuesday deal. Tried the code on 2 occasions and it doesn’t work to get second pizza for free. So they didn’t get an order from me. I truly wanted to try their pizza because I have not had it for sometime now.

I came into the Domino's Pizza at 3906 Hull Street Rd Unit 3906, Richmond, VA 23224. While giving the manager my order, I noticed they (the manager and coworker) both were counting money and putting it into the safe. I give my order, and noticed the coworker went directly to make a pizza without washing her hands. I asked the manager, "Y'all don't use gloves?" She stated that they don't use gloves. I ask her, why her employee was handling money without washing her hands? And sticking her hands into all the ingredients? The manager, said, "I don't know." I immediately left the restaurant!!! And will never return. She never threw away the contaminated ingredients or the pizza. They definitely need training. I didn't get her name, she was a ** woman and a young ** girl who made the the pizza.

Domino's Pizza on **. Horrible management on wrong delivery address. I recently purchased $50 in food items that were delivered to the wrong address. I called the store after seeing it had been delivered but wasn’t outside my house or numerous neighbors' houses as it sometimes happens. The Dominos employee was not helpful in any way. He responded to my concern with a reply that it was delivered and maybe a homeless person or animal might have taken it!!! I responded back letting him know I do have 3 cameras just in the front area of my address. I reassured him that no person or animals were detected outside and that I can assure him it was incorrectly delivered. I wrote to customer support on this issue but have not received any contact back in almost 3 weeks!!! I’m done with Dominos pizza and will forever remember this thievery!!! Also very poor customer support!!!!

Always ask for pie cut. Always comes cut into little bites. Constantly. Asked for lite sauce on 1 pizza. Both came with NO sauce. First, and last time to order wings. Flavor not bad. Mushy and fatty. Dont know how they cook them but not crispy at all. Won't get them again. Done with this store after so many repeatedly lack of concern to read the order. 2 pizzas. How hard is that?

Hi I just tried ordering online but it kept freezing on me. The staff member was helpful, send patience and helped me order to make sure the 50 percent came off. He suggested to go outside to try. Well it was worse. Manpreet ordered on her phone and did it for us, she was super nice!

On September 1, 2024 I placed my free pizza that I redeemed from ordering pizza Online from Dominos at 161 Falls at Tar Court Rockymount, NC 27804. Phone number (252)977-7777. I went to pick up my order and ** (Manager) helped me and while he was ringing me up for the two additional meat, I proceeded to check my order and advised ** that my pizza is burnt. He then turn around to tell me that, "Your pizza is free so what's the problem," So I felt humiliating and said to him, "And how do we get the free pizza because I paid for all of them and you or Domino's gave me nothing free. So can you make it over" and he said, "No, take it or I'll cancel your order" in a loud tone of voice and by me being a veteran I got loud and he couldn't handle my loudness because he was unprofessional, rude, disrespectfulness and a bully.
So I gave it back to him and more than he couldn't take what issue back and called the police and told the dispatcher I communicated a thread and Threaten him and at no given time did I communicated any threat and I told him that's why there's a lot of innocent ** men and women are incarcerated because of lies told and I called him a Karen. The police arrive and found him lying and advised me to call Corporate and I've been trying to reach out to corporate and EMAIL the company but wasn't successful on getting in touch. I've been going to that location for years and had no problem with staff nor Manager. He has the nerve to tell me never to come back there After calling me a ** and I went in on him.
I told him, "If you're scared of ** people then you're most definitely in the wrong line of duty." He thought it's ok to say what he want and get away with it cause Domino's needs help. I said if I was a ** woman would you talk to her like this and you most would make that pizza over. I wouldn't recommend this location if that racist manager ** working.

My name's Isaiah and this explains the reason for this review. To be specific, the Domino's on 1235 light street store #4635 in Baltimore, Maryland, there's an employee named **. His service was phenomenal! I had to come back to the store to get a pizza because I ended up with the wrong pizza! Obviously it was very busy at the time, but ** helped out with more than enough supportive and caring energy! When I got the pizza it was topnotch! I appreciate it very much!

I ordered 2 pies one day one with extra green peppers and the other w/ extra mushrooms.. When I open both boxes it didn't look like they added extra toppings like I requested. It looked like a regular toppings.. Don't ask for extra toppings cuz you will be disappointed. I will never order from them again. It feels like when you ask for extra topping like its coming out of their pay check.. I will never order from any Domino's. I learned my lesson w/ these guys..

I order from this Domino's frequently, mostly because they do a great job and keep me coming back. My food is always on point, the delivery is fast, orders correct, drivers are polite. The fact that I'm taking the time to write this speaks volumes on my appreciation for this Domino's and the service they provide. I'm not one to complain, but when you do an outstanding job day in and day out, I feel it's not only noteworthy, but in this day and age, exceptional. Keep up the good work! Ordered the New York style because I like thin pizza. Did not like the sauce at all. There was a big chunk missing off one edge... Very dissatisfied with the pizza I bought at the Lyell Ave location.

This evening I ordered at the Dallas, Pa branch. Once trying to pay for my order, they indicated it was for free because I was a police officer. I advised of how that can be fair to all the other professions that order. I declined the free meal and they indicated I get the EMT deal. I declined their deal and kindly asked to be charged the full amount. The workers got very angry and all of a sudden gave me an attitude. Police and EMT's should not get free or discounted meals. Please try and change your policy, EMTs and police should pay as everyone else does. I will not be ordering from Dallas again.

I'm trying to write this review realizing that I have had more good experiences than bad ones with Domino's. This last experience however was pretty bad. First off, I'm not a fan of their "pizza tracker". It rarely seems to be accurate. My last order was fairly simple...2- medium 2 topping pizzas, and parmesan bread bites. The tracker quoted me a total time of 24-34 minutes from placing the order to delivery. The quick turnaround time is the reason I ordered especially with 3 hungry kids waiting to eat. The tracker showed my order was received and placed in the oven fairly quickly then things went sideways.
After the pizzas came out of the oven, it seemed like they were quality checked for forever and then the weird thing is, the tracker showed my order went BACK into the oven. I don't know if they found something wrong so they had to remake the order or if it was because the pizzas got cold from being "quality checked" for so long.
After they came out of the oven the 2nd time, they again were quality checked for what seemed like forever. After 48 total minutes passed, and my order was still sitting in the store not being delivered, I finally called the store to find out what was going on. All I was told is that they were very busy and that my order was next to go out the door. I told them that explanation wasn't good enough. If that's the case, then the pizza tracker needs to do a better job of quoting more accurate wait times based on the home store's busy-ness. If I knew it was going to take over 1 hour to have pizza delivered, I wouldn’t have ordered from them in the first place. I wound up canceling the order and we had something else for dinner.

We paid $70 for two pizzas and wings… They didn’t even put sauce on our pizza and it was a dry pizza. The delivery was fast which was nice, but the pizza was not great at all. Super disappointing for a big pizza company.

I placed an order on the Domino's app at 9:28. After an hour of no updates on my order I called the store and spoke with the manager and asked what was going on with my order. He goes to say, "Well I only have 1 driver so you won’t receive your order until 11:30pm." Wow.

Ordered pizza. It was late and driver stated that he called me but it didn't go through. I showed the driver my phone of no missed calls and I was calling the store to find out where my pizza was when he finally showed up. After speaking with, Mgr **, He tells me the driver doesn't speak English and my response was he speaks very good English to say his call didn't go through. Anyways, The point is Domino's on Legacy Dr. In White Settlement is Trash and no one is held accountable.

Yesterday I called the Domino's on Harper in Saint Clair Shores to place an order as I do at least 2-3 times a week. The exact same order for my husband...The Chicken Habanero sandwich add extra Jalapenos and Pineapples cooked lightly. The lady that answered the phone said, "I remember your order and I told you that we can't do special orders or adjust the items on the sandwich because the system doesn't allow." I said, "I order this sandwich all the time and haven't had a problem." She said, "I told you we couldn't." I then asked for the manager, and she sarcastically said, "I'm the DM." and I said, "OK. What's your name, so I know who I'm talking to.", and she said, "I don't have to give you my name. All you need to know is I'm the DM."
I said OK and ended the call and contacted the BOT to file a complaint and is awaiting a return call. It seems like the entire staff at this Domino's is very kind and always help when I go there but this particular employee who happens to be the DM is so very rude. I'm not sure how this lady received such a position with such rude and horrible customer service. I want to ensure that corporate know the terrible service that I have now received from this DM a second time.

My hubby and I were harassed awaiting our food by Lena, Dominic and the other female working the night of Mon Aug 26 2024 at 845pm. We had to return the food because they made us believe they did something grotesque and unsanitary to the food. They also harassed us when I needed help with a private matter in the unisex/family bathroom in front of all the customers in the dining area embarrassing us making everyone think we were having sex. We were in there 1.5min and banging on the door and screaming at me and he was helping me with a medical issue. We came out and everyone was staring. We were so embarrassed. Then they acted as if they tampered with our food making us uncomfortable to eat our food. They need more mature workers. I cannot believe these kids. None of our 6 ever act like this.

The store on 11660 122nd in Portland Oregon has to be the worst store to order from. I placed my order at 6:34 pm and at 9:24 it was finally delivered. Worst experience I have ever had. When I called to check on my order the person that answered the phone told me they were covering for a store that had burned down, NO such thing happened! I checked up on it and found it was a lie!

Customers beware!!! Today I place a pickup order 12inch pepperoni and bacon at 11:20 am after I left Urgent Care. Return to work. Forgotten to pickup pizza. After work two hours later. I arrived to Domino Pizza in Fairhope, Alabama. I explained what happen and the nice young lady looks at ticket. She reply to the man in the blue shirt standing behind her. I have been waiting for months with photos and receipt sent to complaint line are 2 different locations. 1 after being a faithful customer 1 time weekly with big orders told me 3 times wait to pickup was 185 minutes and then closed without me being notified in Delmar NY and changed their hours also till 10 pm out of the blue but customer service had no idea as they claimed over and over open till 1 am. So due to 185 minutes to even pick up and having all 3 of my orders out of over 100 since store opening, I got no resolve and began with the Albany NY New Scotland one.
After 4 great orders, there was a really bad one and I tried to get replacements right away but was told no manager ever here so nothing could be done. I made 4 attempts to get manager days after to no avail. Finally, after being told 4 times HE would call me I went in and showed photos of dried-up looking old toppings on pizzas and burnt cheesy bread and pasta all in pics and older lady said, "He is out in field all day working other locations as short staffed so try him later around 5ish" and I did and when I finally made contact, he told me he was too busy to deal with this and did not care for me to bring in photos or receipt even as I described both ladies working the evening of the order as I pick up... so I was told to just not order from them as his employee's name I had right on the receipt of over $45 bill, should have replaced the 5 items not wait for a manager.
I then emailed the customer service complaint dept. over 4 times and still only get message back saying it is being looked into with higher support dept. NOTHING still after 4 months. WOW. Still same manager 3303 store and when after not ordering since March 2024 to be sure what I was ordering would not be burnt or dried or missing items I called to inform I am placing an order over $45 as I have often in past and I just want to be sure food will be fresh and all together and not dried up or burnt. I got the same girl employee name answering and she abruptly said "YELP, whatever "and she literally just HUNG UP in my ear with no goodbye or okay etc etc...WOW.
She does not know me and seeing how she never got reprimand to even know there was an issue nor the manager she must just talk like that to any calls and YES I found out she does as I had a couple other fellow patrons call just with menu questions and they too found the yelp yelp and hang up abruptly with no goodbye as the same name female answered and the only other man in store on this evening of 8/19 was a newer employee of foreign descent.

My son literally orders Domino's every night. We spend at least 22.78 a day with them and let me tell you what happened…. I placed an order online. For some reason it says, It’s error. Please call the store." Although it already took the money off my son’s debit card. I submitted proof below. I called the store. I explain to the young man what happens. He told me “so” what do you want me to do. I told him to put the manager on the phone. He left me on hold for 15 min then picked the phone up and hung it up. I called back and told him “Don’t hang up on me again and let me speak to the manager." He told me to come to the store and hung up on me. I called back, spoke to a lady, asked her was she the manager and if so what was her name? She wouldn’t answer me and said why do I wanna know her name? I reminded her that these calls are recorded and I will be contacting district manager tomorrow.
She said, "So?" And hung up on me as well. So my son is out of 22.78 And my son is a loyal customer and that’s how you treat customers? I am appalled. I will never allow my son to order from there ever again. I at least want my son's money refunded back to his debit card. I can’t believe people are allowed to behave that way especially working in customer service wow. I will not allow any more family members to order from Domino's.

On 7-6-24, I ordered a pizza online and picked it up at the pick up window in Florence, MS. It was the worst Domino’s pizza I have ever had. It had a very minimal amount of sauce and cheese, it had bare areas all over it, see photo. On 7-8-24, I received an email from Domino’s saying they wanted to hear from me. I did their survey and never heard anything from them, now it’s 8-15-24. They could have at least apologized for the sorry pizza I received.

I went to Domino's in Louisville Kentucky. I had a terrible experience. I asked for ranch, no ranch, but you know what they remembered... to charge me. Both pizzas are burnt down the crust. It tasted like charcoal. The chicken was also very burnt. The lava cakes I ordered were as hard as a rock. The worst thing is that it took me 45 minutes to get them to answer the phone. When I get back to the Domino's they tell me they can not replace the order. There was a lady named Tammy who I was talking to was so rude even though all I was doing was asking for the order remade. I ordered from the 20th and Harrison location in Ogden, UT. Terrible service. Waited well over an hour and a half for delivery and when it got to me it was COLD, LITTLE CHEESE and HARDLY ANY SAUCE. I should have read previous reviews about this location and saved myself the headache from ordering from here. The management obviously needs to be taught about CUSTOMER SERVICE. The new New York Pizza is not that. It was thick and dry. Hardly any sauce. I am from New York and in no way would this pizza be tolerated in New York City. The old Brooklyn Pizza was good so why change the recipe. The pizza I had was just ordinary grocery store frozen pizza which in my opinion is much better. I will not be going back to the store and will not refer anyone else to go there. Also they did not give me a topping that I asked for. No go on Domino's pizza.

Our pizzas were cooked perfectly and even the slices were cut correctly. I tried the New York but didn't find it any different than slices of the regular. Keep up the good work.

Don't bother contacting the corporate contact because they don't respond either. My local store gave me an awful pizza and wings combo and charged 50.00. The pizza looked like it had been under a heat lamp all day and was dried up. The wings did not look like the photo at all and tasted horrible. I tried contacting corporate to get some assistance with a refund and to report the store and now I understand why the stores behave how they do; there is no one to police them or reprimand them. Corporate has been sitting on my email since last month and there is no way to speak to an in-person individual. I am never ordering Domino's again.

I ordered mushroom steak hoagie and medium cheese pizza at 10:35pm and 11:36 pm I called the store to see where was my food! The manager had stated the driver dropped it off, I said, "How did he pay for it because we have no food and who did he drop it off to," she said, "He said he called and you said you no longer wanted the food," I said, "Ma'am. First he said he dropped it off. Now he saying he called, he never spoke with me," she then said, "Ok I will have it back out there 20 mins. I have to remake it." Well the steak hoagie wasn't done! There was no sauce, only meat and mushrooms, and the pizza had only cheese no and dough no sauce, then the driver proceeded to leave it in step outside and pull off. They never even picked up the money,! Horrible I'm calling the corporate office tomorrow morning! Don't eat there!

I placed an order at the Domino's in Grand Ledge and it took over 50 mins to get my pick up order. The women making pizzas was way too slow to be the only one making orders. She looked like she was making art projects not hurrying to get orders caught up. One of the other workers tried to jump in and help but she kept telling him to do something else, I'm assuming she was management. Very poorly handled for being that busy and behind.

I have been eating pizza since of art 1970. The pizza quality has varied over time and at one time Pizza Hut was the best and then came Papa John's and now I believe Domino's has the best pizza for the money. My observations are based on over 100 orders of Domino's pizzas over the past 5 years. I have not found a better value for money anywhere in town. Keep up the good work.

I ordered a 10 inch UNCUT. They cut it and by the time I got home the crust was soggy. They said they would put a new one on my account. When I called to get the replacement they said they couldn’t find it. Over a 10 inch pizza they lost a customer. They ripped me off and obviously lied to me.

I have no problem with Domino's store. What I have is the on-line ordering. I have asked corporate to fix it so I can order again online for delivery and to redeem my points! As I have no car having it delivered is paramount for me. Yes I can get it delivered directly from the store but I cannot redeem my rewards. I Google Domino's Pizza it stated $6.99 for a special for 2 items. When you go into the store which is did the store on us 395 Adelanto CA they charge you a $1 more and tell you that’s it’s corporate price online website and they are franchised. Well to me it is false advertising and misleading which it is still. I ordered from Domino's Pizza on McCart located at 7638 McCart Ave. First I was told that location didn't offer red pepper flake or Paramesan cheese packages. Ok I can deal with that and the pizza looked GREAT but when I tasted it SMH. Their vegetables and meat tasted water down. The cheese was very cheap and tasted like rubber. Well I ordered a 12 inch and had it delivered. It was a total of 25.46 but I gave the driver 30 dollars so she could have a tip. I had a very unpleasant experience. I had ordered from Domino's late night 12.20, the order showed being baked for almost 1 hr and after that the order was delivered in the wrong building. The manager and the rider only stating will deliver the food again and denying about the situation. I refused to take the other order and just told them to refund my money. The manager only made me wait stating my rider will come there in the building and check where the order was delivered. When I called the rider, rider stated, "Ma'am I delivered the order in other building."
My address was clearly mentioned but yet the food was delivered without confirming the name of person and the address. Now since last night me as customer is following with Domino's but not resolution. Email send, called and also has a chat but no outcome. Please be aware of the ordering from Domino's. On July 10th, 2024, at 11:26 pm, I ordered a New York-style pizza with NO cheese and for it be square cut. At 12:03 am, the next day I was delivered my pizza, and it had cheese on it PLUS it was pie cut. The delivery driver informed and promised me that she would bring me back the correct pizza the way I ordered and requested. I NEVER received the pizza. The next day a new manager who POORLY trained on how to use the system coupled with HORRENDOUS customer service told me that it's not his fault because they tried to call me. Lie #1. I NEVER received my new pizza OR a phone call. I made 6 phone calls while EACH time selecting zero on the automated system to get through to a team member, but to NO avail. In ALL actuality the team they were ACTUALLY on was one of POOR customer service, lies, and inconvenience.
I was told I had a credit this afternoon, so I tried to order a pizza for the 3rd time in ALL reality and was told that I had to pay a delivery fee when I paid a $4.99 delivery fee to be delivered a pizza that I did NOT order. I have sympathy for the working force because I'm in it. However I have no sympathy to Domino's for hiring people who care about self and forget they're in the restaurant business and customer service and making things right and respecting the customer is a given. They lack that. THIS is on Domino's because they are hiring these people. I will be copying and pasting this message for the review on Domino's Google review and WILL be sharing this on my Social Media accounts along with EVERYONE in my house ceasing to do business with Domino's. These RECURRING events is the reason why I gave Domino's a 6 month break because they can't seem to get the hiring part right.

I ordered a pizza on the Domino's app. I specifically requested the pizza to be cooked well done because I had noticed the dough is always raw there. When our order was delivered, the delivery person dropped the sauce we paid for and then picked up the exploded cup and sat it on top of the pizza box. No apology and he did not offer to give another sauce. Then we open the pizza to find that not only was the cook NOT well done as we requested but it honestly looked like it had barely seen the oven. Even the.outer crust was pale and raw.
We tried to contact the store only to be placed on eternal hold. So I decided to report the issue in the app. Their customer issue report process is a complete joke. I have contacted them several times with a response stating someone will reach out but no one ever does. It has been 3 months and nothing. They advertise great customer service and that they will make it right...haha....don't get your hopes up. They don't make pizza right and they certainly don't make the customer experience right.

My order was pretty much okay is good except for the chicken in the pasta in the chicken carbonara, holy cow, can I say what the crap is going on here. It is nasty, it's like you got everything that mixes together perfectly and then that wangy Tangy chicken thingy gets mixed in there and it just blows. Also I said I wanted pan pizza and extra order of garlic twists bread. Very disappointed, did not get the order right at all!!!! Got thin crust on both pizzas and just the order of garlic bread twists that come with the special. I called back and told her, The same person that took my order, that there was a problem, that the order was wrong and she decided, that I did not specified right what I wanted, I asked, "If you were not sure about the order shouldn't you have asked to make sure it was right!?" On my part I understood she got my order, well I also wanted to mention she does not have any good customer skills, she was very rude, and hanged up the phone on me.... I have worked in customer service for over 20 yrs and I never ever treated a customer that way....

I ordered pizza on the phone for delivery. One hour later no pizza. I went to Domino's to get my food, it had been sitting for over an hour. I said, "I want hot food, remake my pizza." The manager refused, gave me cold food and canceled my order. Needless to say, the manager was rude so I was too! I think they need to train their employees better about taking orders over the phone. This is the Hermiston, Oregon store. I recommend not going there! I recommend not going there.

The last order I made with Domino's was the last time I will ever order from them again. I can only say that the pizza was horrible. We ordered two different Pizza and two of the same kind were delivered. Totally wrong. When trying to fix the order all I could get was their website. The store that delivered was unreachable, just referred me to their website. Only thing I could get was a credit for the next order. Customer service is nonexistent.

I used to live in New Jersey and have had some of the best pizza ever from small pizzerias in New York and New Jersey. Domino's advertised that they had New York pizza so I tried it. It was disgusting, some of the worst pizza I’ve ever had. The crust was oily and overall bad taste. The sauce didn’t have any taste and there were very few toppings covering it. It was gross and I will never go back to domino's.

I went to one of the locations in Edison, NJ yesterday and it was really bad service along with the location was horrible, dirty on the floor. The kitchen was horrible and the service there was only two employees was working, one making pizza, other one getting pizza out of the oven and my kids went to pickup the pizza and the employee was so rude to him. Even though my pizza was ready he made my kids wait 10 min to pay, then I went inside and the employee came and gave the change, banged on the table and threw the receipt on the table. I haven't gone to them in years due to hating their pizza but figured I'd try the New York style they just came out with. Can someone tell me why a 14 inch pizza is 22.00 and then a 5.99 fee to go 1.5 miles then I still am expected to tip. Guess I'll stick to my usual place. Get rid of your ridiculous delivery fee and maybe then more people will order.

The $4.99 delivery fee takes away from me tipping. I can’t tip $5 if I’m already paying a delivery fee. Someone need to think about making some changes because with that fee in place it prevents me from ordering every weekend like I use to.

At the end of the online order, I was offered a free dessert. I had trouble getting the computer to recognize the offer, so I called the store. I was told that it was an online order so the store could do nothing about the problem. NOT COOL DOMINO'S. Don't offer something the franchise can't provide. To add insult to injury no one was willing to try and solve the problem over a cookie??? The pizza was cold, and I arrived for pickup within the time I was told it would be ready. Was charged extra for chicken nuggets which was supposed to be part of the buy 2 for $6.99. Very disappointed!

Today I ordered a pizza from tollfree number from Google as my phone was off due to low battery. I had informed the employee on call about my phone and gave a alternate number and he confirmed the order and I told him I'll pay when I go to store to pick up the order. He confirmed the order and gave me the orders number 101. But when I reached the store for pick up they told me that the order is canceled as payment was not done and my phone was off. My point is when I already informed the guy on call about the payment and my phone being off and also gave the alternate number still how can they canceled the order?
I had to wait and re order again. It was a waste of time. And time and again this employee give wrong information now this is about my last order few days back. I order and got a late delivery. When I raised a complaint I got a call from their office saying they will give me 300 point and I can redeem it when I order my next pizza and it got a few days' validity. Today when I checked about the wallet points the girl at the reception told me that I can't redeem it now. It has to be 600 points. Only then I can get a free pizza. My only suggestion to the Domino's company is to please train your employees so that they know what exactly is to be told to the customers. Thank you.

I switched to Domino’s last year because of great quality, flavor and customer service compared to other pizza restaurants. It was excellent for a while but recently noticed that they’ve extremely skimped on their toppings. I switched back to Marcos and noticed a huge difference. A lot more toppings on their pizza. I know restaurants are increasing prices but skimping on pizza toppings isn’t the best move. Pizza is expensive enough, but to not see hardly any toppings is a huge mistake. I work in a bakery and know the crust is the cheapest part of the pizza. It would be nice to open the box and see more than a minimal amount of toppings for the price we pay now. Domino’s has been around a long time but there’s a lot of competition too. Hoping things change.

Hi, every pizza lover, I bought a large pepperoni pizza and 8 pieces cinnamon twists. I could not compliment the pizza crust, tomato sauce, cheese and topping. Compared with Domino's pizza way back when the inflation was not this bad, the Pizza I bought today can only get 5 out of 10 points. That is why I only gave two stars out of 5 stars.
The problems of the Pizza are as follows:
1, The pizza crust is not as good as it is supposed to. Smaller, thinner and not as salty and greasy as it is supposed to. It feels like that the chef put less oil and salt into the dough when making it.
2. The pizza tomato sauce was sprayed less thicker and not as close to the edge of the crust as it is supposed to. Why do the chef put so little pizza sauce? My daughter said she can see the orange crust here and there.
3. The pizza cheese is as less as the pizza marinate tomato sauce. You can see the reddish-orange crust because there was so less cheese.
4. The Pizza Pepperoni topping, in total, the pizza was covered by the pepperoni not even at all because there was too less topping than it is supposed to.
We finished the pizza and we saw the pizza box bottom was not greasy at all. In one word, Pizza is not of good quality. Today was Friday. I asked the associate whether the store was busy. He said that it was not as busy as usual. If so, the chef had a plenty of time to make the Pizza of good quality. However, the pizza tasted dry, less tomato sauce, less cheese and less pepperoni topping than it was supposed to. Where is the tasty pizza on earth? I know that the cost of flour, tomato sauce, cheese and pepperoni gets high now.
Even though the cost gets high, you, as the large brand pizza, should not provide the C+ level pizza to us in order to let the price stay same. This is a kind of way to ruin the reputation of the large brand pizza. After eating Pizza so long, we, as the royal customers, can discern the pizza's qualities. When Domino's started, no one bought it because it was good or even pizza, people bought it because they delivered. We would say we could go out for pizza or just order Domino's instead. It was worse than frozen pizza, but it was cheap and they delivered it. Now they announced a NY style pizza and although I knew they didn't hire people that were skilled and could make pizza, I figured I would try it just in case. Nope, It was horrible and what was expected of a conveyor belt pizza. If they want to make NY style pizza, they need to install deck ovens and hire people that know how to make pizza. They tell you it will not be NY pizza when they say they use provolone cheese, that is a St. Luis pizza.

I waited on hold for 45 minutes for them to tell me they “changed their delivery area” and will no longer deliver to my address. The lady who answered after 45 minutes was rude and said delivery would be 2 hour wait at least and if I still wanted to order. When I said yes was when she said they changed their delivery area and would not accept my order. Papa John’s took my order immediately and delivered exactly when they said they would. I placed an order for 2 Philly Steak sandwiches for my husband to be delivered to him at work for his lunch. I placed the order around noon expecting it to be delivered in maybe 20 minutes. Well it took over an hour to get it delivered not 2 miles from Domino's. When I called I was told they only had one (1) delivery driver and that she was out already. I was also told that my order was the next one to go out. Well 30 minutes later still no delivery to his work place. I called back and was just going to pick it up myself but was told it was already on its way. Well I called my husband and he said he still had nothing. Another 10 minutes go by. Still nothing. I was just about to call back when my husband called to let me know the delivery driver finally showed up. She said that they had to call her back to come pick his order up.
I have ordered my husband food from there before and it has NEVER taken over an hour to get it. My husband told me that his food was cold and he had to reheat it in order to eat it while he tried to work. When I drove by the Domino's there was a total of 4 cars in the employee parking area. I am so upset with the service that I received and the way they handled it. The person who answered the phone each time I called never gave me a name at all. She said she was “sorry” but did not sound like she really meant it at all. I really do not think any of them care about the customers or their jobs to tell the truth. It will be a long time before I order from them again.
Then I get an email with two (2) offers to try and make this right. Well point or 20% off does not make it right in my book. Better training and better management still may not make it right. Having more delivery drivers during the busy lunch rush would start to make it right. I am not sure what would make it right at this point. If I could I would stop payment but seeming as I can not the only thing I can do it tell everyone about my very bad experience.

I have used Domino's for years and until recently have been satisfied. They have some of the best honey bbq wings around my area. I have always ordered delivery from the Moneta, VA store with no issues. Just a few weeks ago, my delivery was canceled because the manager found out that an ex-employee was dating my room mate. I contacted the manager of this store and am very displeased! Apparently the ex-employee posed no threat to anyone at the store, it was just a personal grudge from the district manager. So...I was told that because he stays with my room mate, I can no longer get delivery. That is the biggest bunch of bull I have ever heard. I have contacted corporate to discuss and they apparently don't care enough to get back with me. I urge people to boycott the Domino's in Moneta, VA! Thank you for reading my review. I went online to order pizzas on the half price deal. When I arrived at the Point Pleasant WV Domino's it wasn't half off. They said I needed to use the online coupon to get the deal. It didn't use to be like that in the past and nothing said that I needed to use a coupon. The tv ads and signage at the store didn't mention that either. They wouldn't work with me so I refused the order. It is bad advertising to pull that on customers. I won't go back.

Today I stopped by Domino's on Edgewood Rd SW in Cedar Rapids. I was greeted by a friendly fellow named Robert. I placed my order and had a couple questions about any sales they may have and to my surprise, I was able to order a large three topping pizza for only $9.99! I had a gift card which he helped me with and ordered the spinach and feta cheese bread and another pizza. My order was done promptly and the service was Great right along with the price! Kudos to Robert and the rest of the staff at the Edgewood Rd Domino's in Cedar Rapids, Iowa! The pizza tastes delicious and the bread was awesome! Thanks guys!

I would never recommend Domino's to anyone. I live 5.1 miles from a Domino's store and I've ordered from this store for many many years. I called in a delivery order like always and was told they wouldn't deliver to me anymore. Said I was out of their area zone. I'm 5.1 miles from their store and I had a $50+ order. For 1 tenth of a mile after many years they won't deliver here anymore. I contacted Domino's but of course nothing was done. I give Domino's a ZERO for customer service and I won't be eating Domino's ever again. There's a lot of better pizza place out there.

First time Ordered pizza 10.45pm from Dubai Al Gusais 1 outlet. Pizza was ready at 11.05 pm as per their tracker. At 11.27 pm got a call from ALAMAR FOODS L.L.C +971 50 189 7123. They asked whether card or cash payment. When I said card payment the caller said ok and kept the call informing will come. Waited for almost 1.25 hours and then go call from this number +971 50 106 8081 at 12.08 AM asking whether we are still expecting the order. Is this the way THE BIG SO CALLED BRAND DOMINO'S serve your customers. We stay hardly 1 km from your outlet, never will have your pizza.

The online system kept refused two carefully entered and valid payment methods. I called and ordered my $22 pizza. After an hour and a half, no pizza was delivered. when I called back some automated system said "Thanks! Your pizza has been delivered." I never got a call saying if the driver was lost or anything. Worst website in Creation. They send daily annoying emails generally about nothing ("We are selling pizza today"), occasionally making offers.. Which they cannot take ("FREE EMERGENCY PIZZA"...says my local manager, "Yeah, had some trouble with that"...OH. gee) or gift cards. Yesterday I was in the Port Elgin Ontario location. I am a senior who is technically challenged and was having difficulty using their app to redeem a special. A young lady name Manisha came to my rescue and with nothing going to stop her, she plodded through the mire successfully to get me my pizza and parmesan bites. She worked for a considerable amt of time to succeed. The pizza was delicious and the parmesan bites were a pleasant surprise. Jeremey the store manager is awful. I placed an order on 5/26 by logging into my Dominos.com portal which has my address and credit card saved. To make a long story short Jenna the delivery left the store @ 6:13 pm. At 6:36 pm my order was canceled by the store manager. When I called in, Jeremey said he did not care to look up how many times I had placed and order in the last 30 days as I asked him to look up so he can confirm my address, I have no clue why this Jenna could not find an address 5 minutes from the store. Jeremy never offered to replace my order even though it was their error, the Jenna girl called my phone before the cancelation hysterically and said the ticket handed to her did not have my address. I was never compensated or explained why my pizza was never delivered, I have since made an initial complaint w corporate, as this is unacceptable.

Okay so I called Domino's today and ordered food. But here's what happened. Before I called Domino's, I had tried ordering my dinner from Pizza Hut, having been so accustomed to going thru PH by habit but I spent about 15 minutes having technical difficulties with the wings section on the official PH website, simply trying to place my order, when I picked up the phone to just call Pizza Hut instead of screwing around with their funky little website. But I called Domino's instead, not even noticing that even tho the guy answered the phone saying Domino's.
Here's the thing. As frustrated as I was with the PH website, Domino's (me not even realizing that the worker said "Domino's how can I help you?"), I went ahead and ordered the exact combination of food and drink that I was trying to order from PH. Anyway, Domino's had all the food I wanted for a lesser price and better quality even tho Pizza Hut was claiming some $7 deal, whatever. So I got my pizza wings and a 2 liter for less $ AND the quality was much greater.
Plus the root beer was even my favorite kind, Barq's, not Mug. (I had asked for "root beer", unspecified, thinking I was on the horn with PH). So when I called Domino's back to add a tip from my card they were busy and couldn't answer my call. But when the guy called me back he informed me that I was in fact not about to receive a delivery from PH but Domino's! The super friendly, prompt and professional establishment that they are did such a great job tonight. I will be ordering from Domino's again. Unless I call PH on accident which I better not. Okay. Nice work Domino's. Very polite employees and the quality of my food was choice. Very nice.

Sorry but a different crust doesn’t really change the taste. Now a sauce flavor change vs a crust style change would be much better change. I’m not what you would call a big fan of take out food but I must say that when I went to pickup an order I walked in to find just one young lady running the whole show by herself. I have to admit that after spending a lifetime in retail I know a great employee when I see one and her name is Ashley. She got the orders out and quickly too, my order was perfect and I can’t say enough about Ashley. She should be running her own location or train other employees with her amazing work ethic. I am extremely happy with her service and very impressed with her professionalism. Keep this lady, god knows you guys need the help. Make it worth her while to work there.

In all nationalities I don’t want to leave not one star…. I placed my order at 11:40 right after I placed it they called and said they couldn’t make it because they don’t have a driver. So I said I would come pick it up. The guy said, "Ok. Can you be here in ten mins?" I said I can be there in 3. He said, "Ok. See you when you get here." I arrived at the store and the delivery driver was walking to his car with an order. The two guys inside was talking amongst each other. I’m looking at them from my car which was directly in-front of the door. One walked off then the other one and the kid walked off. Next thing I know they walking out the back door.
The fact that neither one of them came to the door and said sorry we didn’t make your order blew me because that is so unprofessional. I literally watched them leave in their cars while I was sitting there. I spend a lot of money with Domino's and this by far was the worst experience ever. Domino's in Burlington NC on South Church St to be exact.

I had an online order for delivery. It was for a work event. The order arrived but was missing items, once I realized this I immediately called, unfortunately no one answered, after several attempts I gave up as I had to get back to work. I finally got in touch with them later that afternoon and spoke with someone who said he was the manager. He was rude and not helpful. All I wanted was my money back for the items I did not receive. He said that wasn’t an option and he could only do a store credit. I don't eat at Dominos so a store credit does me no good and after that experience I wouldn’t go back regardless. He was rude and sarcastic and said his name was “Johnnie” in a very sarcastic tone. If this is how Domino's management treats people, I want everyone to hear my terrible but easily solvable experience. What a shame!

After I waited an hour and 20 mins for my order my Wings were not Well Done per my request! I stressed to please run my Wings thru 2x. The price for your special 2 med pizzas bread with garlic and the cinnamon rolls for $19.99. The bread and rolls great. The 2 pizzas cooked too long. Another minute it be burnt and crust way too thin. Normally I don't review. Had to on this.

I've been experiencing some problems with the pizza toppings lately. Specifically, the pepperoni and ham toppings seem to be sliced too thinly which makes them tough and dry to eat. Additionally, whenever I request some chilly pepper flakes, the pizza makers tend to put an excessive amount, making the pizza too spicy for me to enjoy.

The topping was ok, pizza was cooked nicely, it was the way I ordered. But very salty and spicy. For the last ten years I have been advising them to cut back in salt and pepper. You do not enjoy the pizza the way that it should be. I am sure the people who create the sauce do not know anything about the importance taste the pizza.

By far the worst experience I have had!! Domino's on 1430 Foothill Dr in Salt Lake City should be ashamed of themselves! We ordered 2 medium pizzas that were delivered to the wrong address then brought 45 min later. Cold, soggy and wrong toppings. After speaking to the manager we were given a credit for the order! Today week later we called, spoke to manager and redeemed credit. He assured us the pizzas would be delivered with no issues. 45 min later we get a call from the delivery driver who said he refuses to deliver as he couldn’t find us! Called the store to speak to manager and ** who stated he was manager at 6pm stated if we have had such issues we are free to order from somewhere else and refused to give us corporate's number or owner and hung up on us! The employees here are rude and give horrible customer service! They should be ashamed of themselves!

I made an order and it was not delivered to my address. Olivia the driver, insisted she delivered it properly. I called the store and the girl who answered was extremely rude. Worst customer service I've ever had. She refused to send my order again basically calling me a liar and hung up on me. I'll never order grab Domino's again. Funny tho.. Pizza Hut did find my address and it only took 20 minutes and the food is great.

If I could rate a zero I would. I recently ordered pizzas online from the location near me in St Catharines. I paid with a credit card and had to enter my name and card info. I've ordered from this store many times in the past and no issues. Shortly after this order, I saw two large purchases were made online from two Best Buy stores here in St Catharines for over $3000 which were not mine. Domino's was the ONLY place that had my card info since I always use the tap feature when paying. I will never order from them again and will be warning others. My credit card company is investigating and I sincerely hope they are caught and charged.

Pizza was over cooked, almost burnt and made me and my wife sick, on the toilet and throwing up after eating it, won't be back, too many other pizza places to go to. Been there in the past and wasn't bad but this time was the worst pizza I ever had.

The worst-tasting pizza I had in my life. I am not hard to please but this was awful. The crust was like cardboard, hardly any cheese or sauce and dry. One pizza had a lot of the two toppings but the other had hardly any. I will not come back. YUCK!

Your company could do a lot better if you would use a good grade of cheese. I'm from close to Chicago, I worked in a pizza place for a year and a half. The cheese you use is terrible, no taste, also when you pay for extra toppings they should get extra. Do you notice the higher priced pizza places are packed, so you get good cheese increases your price, people will pay for good food. Thank you.

HORRIBLE. 0 STAR IF I COULD. Literally took a total of 75 minutes not including driving to get my pizzas. I ordered 2 large ones hand tossed, it took 30 minutes just for the workers to realize they gave our pizza to another customer. Took 15 minutes to remake our pizzas which weren't even right, they gave us 2 mediums and got mad when we tried to explain how it wasn't the correct order. They had an attitude the entire time as well as took another 25 minutes to make our actual correct order. They even at the end managed to get our receipt wrong. They wrote that we paid for other pizzas but also that we spend $0. Overall horrible experience. Don't recommend.

Our location had a deal going on for a two topping large pizza. I ordered two on the app. I wasn't surprised or upset that the wait was a while because there was deal going on and it was a Thursday with no school the next day. I came to pick up the order and I ended up getting four medium pizzas. I believe it was because they had ran out of large boxes. I felt bad they were busy and looked a bit stressed. So HUGE thank you to the staff at Dominos.

Garlic bread is not as like the picture; it shows no sign of cheese shown in the picture and is poorly tasted. And it does not taste like garlic bread (like Indian naan bread with little garlic seasoning on top not even garlic paste like actual garlic bread). My experience is bad.

The store is very nice and clean and the cashier server was very nice but my pizza was way greasy and very salty but what do you expect for a special of $6.99. I guess I haven't had take out pizza in years. Not sure I will again in a while.

Please explain to me why, why does the salad I purchased 3 days ago in a Braums drive thru look a million times better than the salad I received with my pizza order from Domino's TONIGHT? Also, the garden salad from Braums was a dollar less than the Domino's garden salad, and contained more salad, croutons, tomatoes and cheese. If ya can't put together a decent salad, perhaps Domino's should not offer them (Especially if the lettuce is somewhat brown)?

So I order Domino's one night. Now the site says they close at 1am. I ordered at around 1140pm. I didn't receive my order until 2am and it was wrong and cold. I tried to call and got put on hold. It was 12pm on a Sunday. They weren't that busy.

I am a regular customer but what has me really irritated is the inconsistency of the pizzas. The pizzas I ordered today were dry, had absolutely no toppings and were tasteless and arrived cold. Dinner was a disaster and when I tried complaining on the website all I got was they will get back in 24 hours which wasn't the solution. This isn't the first time this has happened and has really made me question my loyalty to this so-called brand.

I am disappointed with Domino's Pizza. I have been ordering pizza home delivery. But my last two orders have been extremely disheartening. The delivery guy dropped my pizza carelessly at my apartment door and walk away like he just dropped trash. And my last order which was today. I ordered a 14inch pizza. I waited for more than two hours it was never delivered. When I called the customer representative claimed the driver was new. I called with the second hour only to be told the same excuse. And to my surprise they claimed they delivered my order when no pizza was delivered. I will never order pizza from Domino's again.

I hate their app. It changes places of locations when ordering pizza. Only way to get coupons is through the app. It is not user-friendly, I hate it after the last update. I wish they would make it so much easier to use.

I ordered 2 steak hoagies and cheddar, bacon-loaded tots. The steak hoagies were burnt, bread too hard to bite and no sauce. They were not edible at all. When I tried to call the store, the phone just rang until it disconnected the line. Unfortunately, we will not be eating tonight.

I placed an order at the Domino’s here in Fostoria, Ohio. Pan Pizza is okay-ish (not cooked long enough for cheese to fully melt. The dough for any of the pizzas is never thoroughly cooked, it’s always still doughy as if it was only cooked halfway instead of fully. The junk food, cakes and whatever, are always perfect. Just the junk food, everything else is just a disappointment. Customer services are alright, but the people working there are also highly undereducated. And after I made a complaint about my pizza not being cooked fully, the next time I got a pizza from them it was OVER cooked, nearly everything on it was burnt brown or black. I’m never ordering from Domino’s ever again. Literally. It used to be a great pizza franchise but now it’s just not worth the money anymore.

Our Domino's at Lyons Rd & Lantana Rd. do an excellent job! Pizzas are always delish. Order is correct and delivery always on time. I will say the prices are pretty high ($34.00+/- for 12" hand pan pizza with 1 side of dipping sauce) but always very happy with the whole experience.

I would not recommend going to the West Kimberly Domino's. They are rude. They are vulgar and that is just the general manager. I don't know about any other of the employees but I placed an order delivery 45 minutes the order was not here yet I waited an hour. Called them. They said the driver had just made it back to the store because it could not find the address. He did the right thing by saying he was going to remake the order and send it back out. It never showed up so call back. He said that the driver had made it back to the store due to him not being able to get in contact with the number that was given due to it being disconnected. I told him that the phone could not be disconnected because my sister had just called a place to order with her phone and the driver was actually texting her to let him know that he was outside the first time but we never got the order.
He proceeded to tell me that they will not resend the order back out because the number was disconnected. I told him that the driver lied to him about even calling because there is no way that the number is disconnected when she had just talked to him on her phone. He read the number back to me and it was the correct number. She still has the text messages in her phone and the phone call time and date and her phone that it was placed. It was just a bad conversation. He began to get vulgar and rude. Told me there's nothing he could do about it. I can call whomever I wanted to call and hung up the phone. Domino's on West Kimberly in Davenport Iowa gets a big fat zero for me.

I went to the Dominos website to order some of the “deals” Dominos advertises, like the $19.99 deal for 2 pizzas and 2 other side items and the 2 or more items for $6.99 each. The $19.99 deal was nowhere to be found on the website. The $6.99 deal was there. However, when I ordered the 2 items advertised, the price was 8.99 each, not the advertised. I tried adding another of the featured items, but still 8.99 each. I tried checking out, thinking the discount would apply at payment. Still 8.99 each. I called the Absecon Dominos and asked about the deal. I was told they “have nothing to do with the specials ordered in the website” and could not explain why I was being overcharged.

On Wednesday the 10th of April I went to store #6456 to pick up 50 pizzas that had been ordered that morning and were to be picked up at 4:45 pm that evening. A call was made later that morning to confirm that the pizzas would be ready. When I arrived at the drive through I was informed that they were short on staff and that it would be 20 minutes until I could get my order. I eventually had to request that they give me the pizzas they made so that I could get them to the church across the street. I had a large crowd that was waiting to eat. The staff did allow me to get the pizzas. When I returned back at the store, waiting in the drive through I herd a car horn. I didn't think that the person was honking at me since I was waiting for the remainder of my order and had no control of the situation.
The car that was behind me pulled around me and parked. The driver of the vehicle exited the vehicle and yelled at me, telling me that I didn't want to mess with him and that two can play that game. I saw that the person was wearing a Domino's Pizza shirt so I asked the staff inside the store who the person was that was entering the store because he was being a punk. That person later identified as Donte ran out of the building and run up to me and got in my face and was trying to get me to fight him. While Donte was being confrontational a female staff member came out and asked Donte to go back inside, and he did. I did not feel comfortable that he was working the remaining pizzas that I had ordered. This is the second time that we have made a large order with this store that could not be filled in a timely manner. I will not be conducting business with this company anymore.
