Ordered 4 LG 2 topping Domino's pizzas last night for the $6.99 sale. I haven't had them in years. My wife picked them up and brought them home. I picked them up and immediately knew there was something wrong. Extremely light. All 4 were hand-tossed crusts that ended up being under 1\4", counting cheese, sauce, and toppings. I know pizza. They stretched a much smaller amount of dough to achieve a LG diameter. They didn't even cut it properly, I had to recut it to get individual pieces out. This is why we hardly ever get food from restaurants anymore. Quality and or portions are less. Very annoying.

The pizza was delicious but I didn't like that the baker got cheese from a blue container instead of going to the back and getting another bag of cheese. I heard one of the workers state, "Don't use that cheese" and she used it anyway. I don't know if the cheese was placed in the blue container because it was waste cheese or if the cheese was scape cheese. However, that cheese in a blue container should never be used especially if customers are watching you prepare the pizza. The manager tried to justify why she used the cheese, but It's my fault for accepting the pizzas, but please be mindful of how you prepare pizzas when customers are watching. Warning do not support this business - no customer service. Ordered pizza online. Picked up. Got home. Red sauce drizzled all over it. Called store. They would remake it but I have to pick it up. Their mistake my inconvenience.

Domino’s Store: Domino’s #1194. Address: 327 S Bridge St, Grand Ledge, MI 48837. Phone: 517-731-6501 I am writing to report an extremely disappointing experience at this Domino’s location on January 24, 2026, between 12:20 PM and 1:30 PM. After spending the morning at Grand Ledge High School for our kids robotics competition, two families (including two boys aged 10–11) stopped here for lunch. We are regular customers of this branch.
The following issues occurred: The restroom was locked, and requests for access—even for a child—were denied or ignored. After receiving our three pizzas and dining in, we were not provided plates and waited nearly 10 minutes, despite polite requests. Our children were hungry, uncomfortable, and distressed due to the locked restroom. When I politely expressed my disappointment, the employee—not wearing a name tag—escalated the situation. She represented herself as the manager, began shouting loudly, repeatedly used the F-word, and ordered us to “get out of my restaurant.” This occurred in front of children. She threatened to call the police, ultimately did call the police, and also took a photo of my car’s license plate. When officers arrived, I calmly explained the situation, and it was clear there was no wrongdoing on our part. We left only to avoid further distress to our children.
Being busy is never an excuse for verbal abuse, repeated profanity, intimidation, or denial of basic amenities to families. This experience was completely unacceptable and far below Domino’s service standards. I strongly urge Domino’s to investigate this incident and take appropriate corrective action to ensure no other family is treated this way.

I have been ordering from Domino's for along time. Got to know the people and I looked at them as family. I give reviews per order. Go thru periods where it’s Great Good Fair to Terrible. That's why reviews per order. Prices have gone up with ingredients and Delivery. Ok. Then that falls on the person whether to pay or not. I’ve noticed a $20 increase on my orders for the same orders. I cannot complain if I still choose to order knowing this. But… I will complain if I order extras and DO NOT GET EXTRAS. That's my issue with Domino's.

I tried to go on Domino's app and on my computer to view a menu and build a couple pizzas. I was met with complete resistance on both fronts. The app and my laptop would not let me view a menu or build a pizza unless I entered all my personal information. I looked up local pizza vendors online, looked at their menus, figured out the price and ordered 2 pizzas locally without having to deal with a whole lot of hoopala? Local guys won my business Domino's lost hands down. Why would any company push potential clients away before they even begin? Domino's sucks and I wont try again. I've lost complete confidence in the way you treat new clients with 30 questions before we can even view a menu? What a bunch of high tech programming jerks!

I have ordered from the Domino's pizza on 12th Ave in Nampa Idaho for the past 6 years. On this one time I called just a medium pizza at 3pm and was told it would be 25-35 minutes, just I said was great. I called back 45 minutes to see how much longer I was then told it would be any minute. I called back at 1hr and 10 minutes and ask to speak with the manager and was told he was to busy and I heard him say tell her anything. She said don't worry that he will be there. 10 minutes later the pizza arrived. Warm not hot. I will never order from this company again.

I ordered a pizza last night, 1/13/2026, from 4620 Camp Bowie Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76107. After 45 minutes or so I had not received my pizza, so I checked the tracker and it said it had been delivered. It took a couple of calls to get through, but once staff answered and determined I had not received my pizza, he stated he would have to make another one and deliver. True to his word and within about 20 minutes pizza was delivered, hot and very good. Not happy about the hassle, but once problem was accepted responsible resolution was delivered. I appreciate the quick response without further complications.

Received pizza not ordered and when I called I was hollered at. I said please don't holler and he proceeded to treat me terrible. Never going there again. Bismarck, ND. Can't believe how I was treated. Did not get a receipt.

I paid $46.92 for this order. Now when I got the food there were a few problems. The FIRST complaint 1. On the Honolulu Hawaiian I ordered it was supposed to have no green peppers and it was supposed to have mushrooms and neither of those requests was followed so I sent back the full order and requested that they remake the full order because I wanted to be able to eat my food with my family and I wanted it to be hot, not cold at this time.
The SECOND complaint occurred 2. The manager sent the order back with ** who was the driver. She sent it back minus the pizza that needed to be remade insisting she wasn't remaking the whole order because she only "screwed up" one thing so I called the store and spoke to her about the issue. She was rude and huffy then she insisted she just spoke to the general manager and she was just about to call the driver to come back to the store so she could remake the whole order so he took the order back and shortly after brought back the order with the correct pizza at this time I realized my THIRD complaint 3. She had not remade the whole order. She just took it in at the store and held onto it until the first pizza that was incorrect was corrected then she sent the whole order back leaving me with cold chicken alfredo, cold bread bites and a cold extravaganZZa pizza.
At this time I took down the names for the general manager and the district manager ** listed the General Manager as ** and the District Manager as **. He left and I took the food inside. At this time I started dishing out the food to find out I had a FOURTH complaint 4. Not only was my extravagaZZa pizza cold it was not well done as requested. It was undercooked so I had to put it in the oven and recook it for 20 mins at 350° until it was edible so I don't get food poisoning. It's not the first issue I've had with this location but it will be the last.

I watched the commercials for the pizzas on tv and decided to buy 2 of the delicious looking ones I saw in the ads. The pizzas I got were very disappointing! They looked nothing like the ones I saw on tv. They were flat and had only a little bit of cheese and the other ingredients. The ads are very misleading! I won’t buy Domino's pizza again! The staff members were very friendly!

I called up Domino’s in Huntington Station NY and then East Northport NY asking if it was peanut and tree not safe for my child. When I called the one in Huntington no Station, the music was so loud that they couldn’t hear what I was saying and I had to repeat myself several times. After that, the guy just flat out hung up on me. I called the Domino's in East Northport next, and again, the music was so loud that it took several times for the lady to hear me. When she finally was able to make out what I was saying, she said “I don’t know.” Without even checking and also hung up on me immediately. Unprofessional and rude staff.

Tried to place an on-line order. Due to web problems, it took over 2 hours to get it ordered. When order was placed there was no discount applied and the website wasn't accepting credit cards so I had to pay when I picked it up. Submitted an email to Domino's. No response. Sent a second email. Received a reply with a reference # to provide to the appropriate person but no contact info included. Sent a second email requesting a contact person. Received a reply with a reference # to provide the contact person if I ever find someone. This is a result of eliminating humans in customer service positions. While I am in a smaller town, I have at least 10 pizza places as close as Domino's so I will use the others in the future. Memo to business owners: If you ignore your customers, they will leave and you will follow many others into bankruptcy.

Since there is no option for Zero star I choose One. Extremely Poor Service and Unacceptable Staff Behavior- Metrowest Store- Orlando, FL. I ordered a split half-and-half pizza through the Domino’s website (MetroWest, Orlando). The website clearly allows two different topping selections for each side, which is exactly what I chose. There are no additional instructions required on the site beyond cut and bake options as shows in the picture. When I picked up the order, no one opened the box to confirm the pizza's order accuracy. Once I got home, I discovered the pizza was incorrectly made—all toppings were mixed together into one dry pizza instead of being split as ordered. I immediately called the store using the number on the receipt. I made five calls, waiting up to 11 minutes at times. When someone finally answered, the employee repeatedly talked over me, interrupted me, and eventually hung up, saying they were “too busy.”
I then returned to the store in person. Both employees were extremely rude and unprofessional. The female employee, who appeared to be the manager or lead, told me to “shut up,” called me a name, and threatened to call the police if I ever returned instead of resolving the issue, she said the order would be canceled, however I have not received any input from the Bank other than a receipt confirming a "Bar Order" and I never received a refund, which is still unresolved. This review is also a question to the owner: How is this level of behavior acceptable? Ignoring calls, hanging up on customers, verbal abuse, and threats are not how customer service issues should ever be handled. Very disappointing experience. I will not return.

I walked in to store 9070 and was the only person there. One person working so I had to wait till he made 4 pizzas to take my order. I then proceeded to wait 1 1/2 hours for said pizza because first guy had to leave for his second job. Drivers coming in and out saying, "You still here?" I would have left had I not paid in advance with credit card. People sitting outside takeout window for pizza they called in but wasn’t done. Everyone had called off. Should have closed for the night. I received a 16 ounce bottle of soda for my wait. Did I mention I stood in there for 1 1/2 hours. I should have been taken care of a lot sooner. My driver went in thinking I should have had a discount and they were rude not wanting to give number for higher ups. Just said I gave her a soda. I’m done with that store. Order was 33.52.

Abby the General Manager at the Albert Pike place, was very rude and unprofessional. You all should be ashamed of giving her the title she has. This has happened the second time, where the Driver has delivered our food to another place. I will not order from Domino's again.

This store sucks. I have been waiting over two hours now and you can’t get anyone to answer the phone to cancel the order. But I bet they try and keep my money... try and call 800 number and that gets you nowhere. I understand places get busy but over 2 hours? And when it finally shows up the pizza is cold and soggy! I also understand that places are short-handed these days, but this is ridiculous!

I have had some very good luck with Domino's and some very bad. I have had delivery with very good delivery people for the last year or so fairly regularly. One time I had the wrong sauce on the pizza and it was rectified pleasantly. However; last night's delivery (And it is not cheap. Nothing is.) was a mess. I did report and have free pizza coming. This however does not help last night's dinner. I ordered two identical pizzas with "extra sauce." Somehow the "extra sauce" part of the order did not go through. That said the default is normal sauce and that was on the order for the pizza(s). One pizza clearly had NO SAUCE at all and the other had maybe a smidge. Why would they do this? How could this happen.
My biggest problem is with the fact that the site is not pleasant to work with. It was not bad last night...Seemed to work...But then the order was messed up. I don't know now in spite of the free pizza that I can dare to order again. Very disappointed. When I order it is for a "meal" and if it is wrong and we can't eat it I have to scramble for something else. So therefore it is a waste of my time and my money. Just saying.

Just tried their pizza after many years. My wife and I could not believe how bad it was. We got the two mediums for $6.99 each. One was green pepper and burger and the other was pepperoni and burger. They were interchangeable: couldn’t tell the difference between them. Both were extremely dry and had no taste. If they put any sauce on them you could not tell. Take out pizza should always have extra sauce as the hot dough tends to absorb hot sauce so it’s dry by the time you drive home. In summation, tasteless, dry pizza with flavorless toppings. Domino's in Centennial, CO off Arapahoe Road near Walmart.

Having read many of the 1 star reviews, they line up with a couple of poor experiences we've had. It ultimately came down to the unwillingness for Domino's Corporate to get involved and hold their franchise accountable for their lack of good customer service. The second point of contention is that those at the store level have no control or ability to intervene with the points system Domino's developed. On two occasions our points disappeared and that is when it ended for us with domino's.
It's been a year since we left this mismanaged company. We were unable to get any support from domino's corporate level customer service. The above were personal experiences. We walked away and took our business of our once a month catering with us. Pennies for dollars is a compromise corporate is willing to live with when they have front line customer service agents that cannot think beyond their process flow chart. It really doesn't hurt them, but affects the franchise as they rely on the business.

Ordered a pizza on 11/6/2025 from star Idaho location. Waited a hour and then called in to see where the order was. I was told that the new employee didn't get it finished so they voided it out. I asked when was I going to get my refund and was told in two days. It's been three day and no refund yet.

Order a hand-tossed and a pan pizza. The hand toss was good this time with plenty of toppings. The pan pizza didn't have enough sauce or toppings on it. It tasted like pure dough. I would not recommend it at all!

I ordered 4 pizzas and 2 were burnt to a crisp. I'm talking black crust. I had to drive back down there to the store on Post Oak in Houston Texas and would not offer anything for the inconvenience then kinda laughed at me. I order pizza here at least weekly. Not anymore. I'll go to Pizza Hut.

Good afternoon, I've been a customer for many years, first in New York City and now here in Orlando. I never thought I'd have to do this, but I'm so upset that I can't let it go. Today I placed a delivery order and noticed the pizza was ready very quickly; but oh, what a shock! I've never had such a bad pizza—dry, a complete disaster. It seemed like it had been reheated several times. I can't find any explanation for it. This will definitely be my last order.

Online ordering disaster!! I had ordered 2 medium pizzas the day before for 12pm delivery for a small girls get together! Confirmed online that day! No delivery. After 3 calls and 1 1/2 hours, we got the pizza only by reordering! Shame on them. Never again!

Customer service sucked and they gave me a time and when I went to pick up my pizza hadn’t even been put in the over yet. Looks like the customer that was behind me got his order yet he placed his order right after me they hadn’t started on mine. I’m not sure how they run the place but it just seemed to me like nobody knew what was going on

I’ve been ordering from Domino’s for years, and there are a couple of recurring issues that really need attention. First, the delivery timer shown in the app is misleading. It always starts as a 30-minute guarantee, but once it reaches 29 minutes, it pauses until the order is delivered. This gives the impression that the delivery is always on time, which isn’t accurate and feels deliberately manipulative.
Second, the delivery personnel consistently have trouble locating my address because the in-app map isn’t useful for them. Every time, I am asked to share my location via WhatsApp. I shouldn’t have to provide my personal WhatsApp location to complete a delivery, nor is it reasonable to expect customers to compromise their privacy this way. This has been happening for years. I hope Domino’s improves both the app’s navigation features and transparency in delivery timing.

I had recently come back to Domino's as a customer but this will make me leave again. The location in Hobart indiana on Old Ridge Road cut it as a pie first then saw I wanted it squared and re cut it instead if remaking the pizza and sending me what I ordered. So unprofessional and the poorest customer service I've ever had. And I have had some poor customer service.

Store 6176 Livingston Tn has the most amazing staff. The pizza is always great and the manager makes you feel so appreciated and will help you get the order placed just the way you want it. I don’t know what kind of rewards that Domino has for its employees but this store deserves one and could be used as an example for other stores. I always go to this store and as a retired communication manager for 49 years the employees at this store deserve to be recognized for their quality and customer service!!

We ordered delivery. I ordered a garden salad and when I opened it, it looked like someone spit a lougie in it. Ye I know the salads are pretty packaged. I called and the guy said I'm sorry about that we'll send the driver with another salad she should be here soon. Fast forward an hour later, still no salad. I called back and the girl that answered the phone was completely rude telling me, "Well our salads come pre packaged," then put me on hold. A guy came on the phone and I explained to him and he said, "Hang on I'm tracking the driver, she should be there any minute, she had another delivery that way." We are now at about an hour and 45 minutes and I still haven't gotten my salad. The absolute worst experience and the girl on the phone was so rude and unprofessional. Will not order from this Domino's EVER again.

I went in. Saw they don't use gloves when preparing food so I left without my order. Especially with so many diseases out there, they ignore precautions that could help. Despite the deal value and I was dying for the deal I got so disgusted I left disappointed.

Wonderful and very polite. 😁 My family is always happy and it is always fresh. Even my dog tried to get some lol. Overall, it has tons of variety and deals for all. Definitely get one in Sunset Park. They even call me by name at this point, I'm definitely a pizza lover.

I've ordered pizza three times from the location on 49th Street and 12th Avenue in Hialeah 33010. Okay, they never have the pizza ready. There's always a wait of over an hour. Today I had to cancel the pizza because I ordered it 45 minutes ago to pick it up at the store and they hadn't even put it in the oven. There are some young girls with their hair down who work there and they cover the pizzas with hair and they are shameless and disrespectful.

Delivery Time: Approximately 24-39 minutes. (10 minutes late, call store about it. Driver didn't drop off coke; I was told the driver knows, but never returned. I called again and was told the driver is going back. I called again and was told to wait. I called again and asked how much longer, as the pizza was getting cold at that point. I was upset, and the agent told me to do whatever I want and hung up. They don't answer any more of my phone calls, but my phone calls are valid. I enjoy pizza with coke. Terrible experience! Domino's Pizza Broad and Leigh Philadelphia PA. One of the best experiences Ever. Store number 9064 Will Driver and Abu phone order. They are the best people I have ever dealt with. Fun, professional, great phone personality, fast, food hot, it was a late night order their attitudes were upstanding both on phone and delivery, I am so pleased and impressed I just can't say enough. Thank you Will and Abu and Domino's. Highly recommend this store and its people. Great job!

Domino's sucks. They claim to have rewards but when you try to redeem those rewards for delivery they say you don't meet the minimum delivery requirements. Domino's is a criminal organization that screws their customers. SCAM!!

We called to order the $9.99 advertised large pizza with unlimited toppings deal. We were told that was only available if we ordered online. We tried and tried to place our order online, it would not work. So, we called back and ordered our 2 large pizzas one with 3 toppings, one with 5 toppings and both with extra cheese. The total came to over $50! The associate taking our order had a coupon we could use and got it down to over $30. I had recently gotten Domino's and vouched to my friend that they were good. We were so disappointed by the amount of toppings we received for the extra $15 we had to pay because the online order wouldn't work. She ordered pepperoni, sausage and green peppers.
Some of her pieces didn't have sausage or pepperoni on the piece at all, although her pizza did have what looked like extra cheese where mine barely had any cheese, mine was vegetarian and had at least a vegetable on each piece. The best thing about them was was thin and crispy crust. The associate told us that lots of people were complaining that the online deal order didn't work, which to me means false advertising by Dominos. I don't mind paying extra for toppings if you actually get what you paid for, but these pizzas were terribly bare and to think originally the price was over $50! So, needless to say, I won't be ordering from Domino's again no matter what their big "Deal" is!

My order was totally messed up. And the box I got was closed proper so my pizza fell. I called the location on west orem and was hung up on twice and told I couldn't get a refund. And both of those are false. Nowhere in america you pay for something and don't get it you can keep people money. So I'm going to the county and file a mechanic lain for product or services not rendered and you guys still took my money and refused a refund. All calls are recorded. The lady wouldn't even give me her name. I had to call another store and get proper info to file a complaint.
I'm also suing! As big as this company is you guys should know better and hire better. Those workers there are total trash. If you don't want the job don't work it easy. Just upset she has to work for a living. Total trash and I hate writing this 'cause I'm a ** man but man trash trash. They are total trash. I ordered this and received a cheese pizza. I told her it makes no sense. I can get a cheese pizza for 6.99. She said they don't offer. It's 10 plus for just a cheese pizza. I'm having to file police report and go to county to make sure they are held accountable. Domino's fire the whole staff.

I was so delighted this spring because everything was perfect. Delivery, hot fresh pizza, and then poof! Every single delivery for the last 3 months was cold, wrong, and unforgiving. Luckily, I FOUND AL FORNO'S IN JUPITER!!! THE BEST PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD. AND CHEAPER THAN DOMINO'S.

I thought I would give Domino's another chance, they have the WORST customer service of any pizza chain at least the stores in Passaic and Paterson, from people who had no idea what they were doing to a very nasty woman who just left me on hold for over half an hour because I told her to tell me which store would deliver to my home and since she was less than a mile I assumed it would be her store, she never came back to the phone, that day I was left hungry because no store would deliver to me since I was right on the border of Clifton and Paterson and very close to Passaic, in New Jersey.
A couple of weeks later I gave it another try, after listening to a message for 2 minutes, I get this guy and took forever to take my order, kept putting me on hold every time I asked a question, well it took forever but I figured I finally will get my order, no such luck, when I gave him my address he told me they didn't deliver to my house. I tried another place and I gave (no lie) this guy my address 5 times and every time he kept getting it wrong, when I said 47 he would say 32?, no, 47, oh ok, 87, no, 47, ok, 37 and worst when it came to the name, I finally asked for someone else who again told me they wouldn't deliver to my house, at least this girl gave me the number of the right store.
I got a nice girl, I explain to make sure I got double mushrooms because on other occasions when I was living in another town I would order triple mushrooms and always the same I would get not even a whole mushroom for the whole pie, she told me not to worry, I was happy, that is until I opened the box, no mushrooms at all. I'm done with Domino's for ever.

Absolutely the worst pizza I have ever had. We just spent $30 on a pizza from Domino's that was inedible. It was burnt, had no taste, and the texture was like a piece of cardboard. It was basically a flavorless cracker with almost no cheese. When we called to complain, the employee was incredibly rude, claiming this was what we 'asked for' by ordering thin crust and well done. He was completely unwilling to resolve the issue. We called a second time, and while a different employee tried to help, the first guy refused to let her give us a credit. It's ridiculous how they charge for a delivery fee and according to the delivery driver I was told that dominos keeps their tips if they are tipped up on delivery. So if you are charging the customer for delivery fee then that fee should go towards the driver for their efforts. It's not like they are using the company vehicle. Pretty pathetic dominos

If I could give this Domino’s location zero stars, I would. My experience here was hands down one of the most frustrating and disappointing food orders I’ve ever dealt with. I placed an order through the Domino’s app on my iPhone, which usually works fine. The app gave me a delivery time and eventually updated to say my pizzas were “delivered.” The problem? Nothing had shown up at my house. My wife and I tried calling the store multiple times to get an update, but no one would answer the phone. After wasting time on hold with no luck, we had no choice but to get in the car and drive to the store. This was the Domino’s Pizza at 903 S. Beckford Drive, Henderson, NC 27536.
When we got there, we spoke to the manager on duty. Instead of listening or trying to resolve the issue, he immediately insisted that our pizzas had already been delivered. I called my brother, who was at the house waiting for us, and he confirmed that absolutely no pizzas had arrived. At that point, the manager finally picked up his phone and called the delivery driver, who casually said he was “on the way” to my house. If the app said the food was already delivered, how is it possible he was still “on the way”?
The manager then told me he would refund the money back to my account the next day. That was on September 6th. It is now well past that date, and there has been no refund. I had to chase them down again and eventually spoke to someone claiming to be the owner, who promised me he would text me proof of the refund being issued. He never sent anything. No call, no text, no refund.
Frustrated, I drove back to the store a second time. By now I was beyond patient and approached the manager on duty angrily. Instead of helping, he brushed me off and said there was nothing he could do. Finally, another man, who also claimed to be the owner, came out from the back. He showed me on his phone that he “sent the money” earlier in the afternoon and told me I would just have to wait another 5–7 business days for it to process. In other words, I still don’t have my money back after all of this nonsense. And to make matters worse, when the pizzas finally did show up the night of the original order, they were ICE COLD. Not lukewarm, not just a little cool—completely cold. After waiting, arguing, and driving back and forth to the store, we ended up with inedible food that we had to heat up ourselves.
This location clearly doesn’t care about customer service, honesty, or delivering food in a timely and edible manner. Between being lied to about the pizzas being delivered, chasing down my refund for over a week, and being given the runaround by both the manager and the so-called owner, this was without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had with Domino’s. If you value your time, money, or sanity, do yourself a favor: stay far away from Domino’s Pizza at 903 S. Beckford Drive, Henderson, NC 27536.

I went to the 2306 Brundage Ln. location in Bakersfield, California. The staff specifically the manager and one other female employee were extremely rude. The female employee, which was ** with stringy blonde hair cussed at me. She didn’t wash her hands when she went to go make pizza from handling cash, and she yelled at me in the store belittle me. I will not return to the store unless you do something about those two people.

I love their hand-tossed crust... Great pizza but ordering online is a nightmare. Difficult to figure out and accomplish. My previous 9.99 pizza a few days ago was $21.60 to my door. My 1/2 price pizza today was around $18 delivered, but when I went back in to try and add some cinnamon bites I could find no way to do it. So, I called. After much confusion they finally told me my new total added to my pizza order would be $5.62. I told them that had to be wrong because the pizza was already $18. He said that's because the pizza is already paid for and this item isn't. They couldn't add it to the order.... Just as I suspected. Although I believe anyone else could have done it easily. I'm always seeing that I have earned a free pizza, but I've not yet ever been able to get one. It's usually gone before I get ready to order it, or I'm always ONE order away from earning it.

Been using Domino's for years but after this last order and not getting anything straighten out with management or corporate would recommend EVERYONE be very cautious when ordered here. First, if you complain, you won't get nowhere or ANYTHING even though site says if you're unsatisfied they will make it right or refund you!! We got none of this or even a response from this local Domino's on Wise Ave in Dundalk Maryland. We ordered online for a pick up, which site stated be approx 11-21 minutes and our order took over 40 minutes for us to PICK UP & they were not even busy at this time.... We got no apology, not even a free bottle soda. Been going here for years without this bad service, and more importantly, got nothing after we complained. Corporate try tell us they seen a store credit but when called local store on Wise Ave in Dundalk MD, they seem nothing and again offered nothing. BEWARE - BEWARE- BEWARE.

And I forgot you “have” to go into setting to not have your pizza cut into squares is ridiculous!! I personally hate square cut pizza. Fine if you want to make it an option. New York style crust was very bland, this is not a true New York Style pizza at all, nowhere near it. Family did not like it. They do not offer parmesan cheese, big negative there. Ordered a few pizzas. Delivery was a mess; pizza showed up cold, and partially raw. Called the store, and Anthony the general manager picks up. Voice was calm, professional, but you could tell he was genuinely sorry. He didn’t make excuses, just owned the mistake. Said he’d make it right and threw a free pizza! New order arrived in twenty minutes-piping hot, cheese dripping, exactly how I wanted it. He even tossed in a handwritten note apologizing again. Not only did they not show up with my food, but they also charged me. Of course by the time that I realized this they were closed. So I did everything I could to contact them the next day. The morning I called. No answer. I've waited on hold for 20 minutes at a time two different times. I haven't heard back from anyone, still have my charge taken out and what's worse of all is that everything else was closed so me and my son literally didn't even eat last night. This is the second time they've done the similar thing Domino's is usually the last resort for me and I get it because they're open late. This is the third time we asked for jalapeño peppers on the side and did not get them. The pizza we ordered was not right. Then they try to charge us for the peppers. I am getting where I don’t like order from them anymore. I have complain to them about this before. Unless they can compensate for what they got wrong. They need people in there that can do their jobs right, not half ass. I hope you all read this, I hope you make it right. The delivery driver said I did not pay for my food, which I know I did because I had to bring my phone out to show him. Then he went to the car and got the right receipt and said I did pay. I don’t know what the 53 cent was for but they did not get it. I know what it was for his peppers he never got.

I have had a couple extremely bad experiences at this location in the past (i.e. entire order burnt, zero sauce on pizza, barely any toppings). I was hesitant about ordering from this store again. But an angel appeared and his name is **. He made the most heavenly pizza, bread bites and lava crunch cakes in the history of all my Dominos orders! I don’t know how he did it, maybe some mystical magic but whatever he is doing, he is doing it right!! I hope all the employees at that store and every store, would create this same food experience for all Dominos customers.
If there are any Dominos corporate executives that care at all about how extremely poor Dominos ratings are, overall, I highly encourage you to reach out to ** at store #3841 located at 17804 N Dale Mabry Hwy, NW corner of Van Dyke, Lutz, FL 33548. He seemed to be working all alone and still answered the phone politely when I called, was making pizza magic when I walked in and managed to make a game changing order! You could all learn from this guy. I don’t know what his career plans are, but it was worth my time to share this positive game changing experience. Thank you **! 5 weeks and still no pizza.... 9 calls to the 1701 Woodland Ave, Duluth, MN 55803 branch, 6x helpline times out, 1x transferred and timed out, 2x hung up on. Corporate helpline operator had the same problems and suggested calling Corporate. 2 hours and change later, the info is gathered to send to branch management and a reimbursement gift certificate is to be mailed. Never heard back, card never arrived. So basically they just stole $61 from me. But if I did the same, police would arrive.

I asking him WHERE IS MY PIZZA? Verily speaks English he was in the speaker phone fitting with his wife or girlfriend??? He told me not to talk because he was busy in the phone at that moment I have to wait? OMG. I called the store in CAPE CORAL FL 33904 4409 DEL PRADO. I Had ordered and extra large specialty pizza with extra sauce and there was no sauce hardly at all, I called and they couldn't do anything about it. They should have remade it. The sauce makes it good, otherwise it is bland. There's really not much good to say about Dominos. There are plenty of bad things to say...The delivery times often an hour or more. They have skimpy toppings sometimes none at all. There has been dry unsauced crust on several orders that I've received. The box is frequently pushed into the pizza toppings, mmm greasy cardboard taste on your pizza now, almost like eating a used diaper.

The Domino's Pizza off of kings ave e had horrible customer service. We ordered 4 pizzas and had them delivered. All 4 had so many bubbles in the crust that all the toppings slid to the middle. We called and they were to remake all 4 pizzas. An hour later still no pizza. It was a battle, but finally just got our money back. Never going there again. Rude staff and customer service was non existent.

Driving home Saturday, called 770 928-2299 number and ordered special pizza 9.99 with 3 toppings and Philly cheese for my wife, he asked me about pickup location, "Stafford GA East Cobb," etc... He told me 20 min. All good. When I arrived into the store, they could not find my order and they could not order the delivery for the same price because 9.99 with 3 toppings available only online so, I lost another 30 minutes. Any stars I give are for the staff and speed of service. It was my first time with Domino's. I went online and it seems with the coupon you can't just order the pizza you need to add something else. At least that was my experience. It was rather confusing, but after I added a salad, my order went through. I selected store pickup. Place was clean, staff was cheerful. The food however not to recommend. I ordered a thin crispy crust cheese, mushroom, light on pepperoni. What I took home was not any better than a $5 frozen pizza from the store next door. The salad was all premade, and was eh, ok. Maybe because my pizza was ready 10 minutes after placing the order. Most of it was premade too.

Domino's Canyon Country, CA...can't believe you let an order go out the door like you did. Two large pizza's one was cut up into 2x2 pieces that's crust made saltines look and taste like something soft; crust literally snapped and crumbled. Next pizza NY style, cheese only w/ extra cheese. Cheese didn't even cover the top, what was there was BURNT to a crisp. Chicken center was cold, minimal cheese and NO buffalo sauce. This little adventure after working in the yard all day, not wanting to cook and being hungry was $73.00 and not even edible! The ABSOLUTE WORST. Literally would have been better off getting frozen pizza and chicken nuggets from WalMart Deli for $20.00! NEVER AGAIN!

We live in Kissimmee, Florida. Our closest Domino's is by the neighborhood Walmart. My kid's favorite food is obviously pizza. It was soooo disturbing to me to see a guy who obviously knew the staff come around the counter, look through the pizzas on the rack where they have all the ready pizzas (take out or delivery) while his arm is bleeding. Not only did his shirt have blood but his hands were covered in scabs and arms. I specifically asked one of the employees not to put my kid's pizza on the same rack that the guy was looking through, he told the team member who was boxing out pizzas to not put my order there, he asked why, and the team member said "follow orders" but yet he still put it. He thought it was funny to endanger to my kid's health all because he clearly hates his job.
He laughed as he was putting my order on the rack. Then he waited 15 mins more to call me order. He did not care about nobody's health, food safety, OSHA regulations, diseases or contamination. I feel bad for whoever eats pizza from there and gets sick because this team member can care less about food safety. Then we had the other team member just brushing us off and basically ignoring what we're telling just to get us out the store. All he had to say was "Ok no problem", "Ok", "No problem". For us to be repeat customers, we were treated horribly, and we won't be returning.

I just had the best service at my hometown Domino's Pizza. I had ordered online and I picked the wrong restaurant for my online order. So when I went to pick it up. Christina said that she didn't have any orders yet. She offered to put my order in right away. I was able to cancel the original order while I waited. I felt Christina and her co-worker Amanda could not have been more helpful and eager to serve me. I had used rewards points which hadn't been put back on my rewards account but they honored it anyway. I have worked in customer service before and it is really rare to find people like Christina and Amanda. Because of how awesome my experience was, I will be making Domino's my new go to place. I really hope this message reaches them. They made my day better.

I recently ordered two items at the Domino's in Winona, Minnesota ... BBQ Bacon Loaded Chicken and Italian Marinara Pasta. Both items tasted delicious, although the bacon on the loaded chicken was burnt to a crisp and was inedible. My concern is that none of the five employees working there wore gloves to prepare the food. So, I give them 5 stars for the taste of the food, but only 1 star for food prep/sanitary practices, for a net of 3 stars.

I have eaten Domino's off and on for years. When my youngest son was alive, he really enjoyed it. However, I feel the TV ads and YouTube ads are extremely misleading. Domino's restaurant in Trenton Tennessee, do not order from. They basically took my order they took my money and then when they've got the pizzas they were not anywhere can ride. I contacted the store, the manager Clyde basically was extremely rude and refused to make the pizzas.

I just now ordered online, they sent the order to a store that doesn't deliver in my area. They waited until the pizza was made and about to be delivered to see if they could come out to my address. They offered an option to come pick up, but the whole point of the order was to get delivered, so that's pointless. I asked if they could send my order to a store that can deliver to me. They were ALSO unable to do this.

The Pacific Veggie order was disappointing. The vegetables appeared limp and tasted like they had been frozen and thawed, not fresh and vibrant. The mushrooms were rubbery and lacking flavor. It felt like an afterthought rather than a carefully crafted pizza. As a vegetarian, ordering the Spinach & Feta pizza raised concerns about potential cross-contamination with meat products. There was a distinct meaty flavor in some bites. The crust was dry and the overall texture was disappointing.

My pizza had bubbles all over. They didn't even try to fix. Just cut pizza and put into box and and handed it to me. I opened the box and showed them what was wrong. Not a, "Sorry. We didn't catch that all." I got was a snobby, "Well it'll be ten more minutes." So unfortunately they just lost a customer. Well in Monroe anyway.

Ordered all meat pizza for delivery. Received in approx 30 min. One piece was eaten. When going for another piece, he noticed it had small MAGGOTS!!! All in the pizza, I called to get refund and to inform them, The guy (Julis) was very complacent as if he knew or did not care! I will be making a formal complaint with food admin. and consumer Affairs Dept. today. People it was terrible. If I were you I would not order from there. My order was placed 6-16-2025 at Approx 3pm at the South Sacto. location on Florin Road. We took Pictures of it also before discarding.

We've written to Domino's several times as there is no option to call and speak directly to a representative at corporate, and the stores have no control of the online ordering system or the ability to make corrections. Our last order with them was to claim the emergency pizza they offered. We were denied the promotion as a result of not ordering for immediate pick up as told in an email response email from a representative. We ordered ahead since our drive is 20 minutes.
That was the last time we placed any order with this company. We left all of the points earned to expire with them. November 2024 seems like yesterday when reading these 1 star reviews from other disappointed customers. Domino's lost not only our personal business, but as the coordinator for our catering events, we have chosen not to use dominos in the future for their food. This hurts the store more than it does dominos corporate. It's good to have a choice... and has been better to have made the switch. Dominos does not understand the customer.

Ordered a Lg Philly Pizza Thin Crust w/ Buffalo Wings from 3435 Roosevelt Hwy. Associate was wonderful that took the order. Items arrived in a great time frame, sadly, things went downhill once I opened my box of wings. To my surprise, they were lighter than the box they came in with the sauce drizzled over them?? (When did we start doing that??)
Called store, Assistant Manager was awesome, she listened to my concern, shared that I needed to ask for my chicken to be ran through, I guess their grill twice? Never heard of this before, I normally order from another location in Fairburn and my chicken is dark with sauce all over and I NEVER ask for my chicken to be cooked. **, Store Manager opened conversation with the wrong words, which led to my frustration, and he continued to ask me to calm down. I was not calmed UP, he opened with reminding me that I didn't ask for my chicken to be cooked twice? Before I could say I never heard of this, he continued to talk over me. I asked him NOT to do that, he tells me he will not replace my uncooked chicken with me acting like this, what would that be, frustrated that you refused to explain your locations process, and continuing to talk over me.
I've been eating Domino's wings for years, other locations never serve uncooked chicken w/ sauce drizzled on top, it doesn't even look like your website pics. Help me understand. Something so simple, went left because of an unexperienced manager, **, please brush up on your skills and learn how to "Be quick to listen and slow to speak." On the website prices are not listed anywhere except the deals page and even then there is no way to see how much add-on cost. They are purposefully hiding this information which makes it more difficult to compare prices. I believe this encourages people to recklessly spend or helps obfuscate how much you're actually saving on deals. Overall I think it's deceptive and makes it needlessly difficult to price check.

I'm not sure why but every time I buy a pizza from Domino's in Memphis I leave unhappy. Yesterday I had to throw away my pizza because it was bad quality. I will never eat there again. They don't follow directions and always lie saying they fixed it the way they were told. I am not giving them any more chances because it's always the same result. I'm done with dominos pizza.

The store in Pierceton Indiana was a horrible experience. First, the unprofessional you man named Austin ** waited on us, supposably the assistant manager, not with his social skills, more to the lack of, as he has none. He got the order wrong, twice, ok, I get that..as we went to pick it up, he then tried to overcharge us. I pointed out Austin's mistake and his tone was one of, who the heck cares! 4 pizzas, attitude and now being overcharged by this incompetent teenager! As I went to pay, Austin muttered a derogatory comment about someone in my family! Excuse me, you little twit! My husband saw and heard it as well. He spoke up, "As an assistant manager, you leave lot to be desired. Keep your overcharged pizza, learn some manners!"
My husband put it nicer than I would of! Austin smirked and my husband shoved the pizzas over the counter toward him. Austin jumped back, "What's wrong, you don't like being disrespected, neither do we!" Long time customers of Domino's, until then! This disrespectful young man needs to be disciplined for his misconduct, nobody needs this from an overgrown 11 yr old, narcissistic, disrespectful person! It is on our Facebook book page too. This isn’t a review about the food or service. Our Domino's is the best fast food pizza in town. However, they send me a coupon for a free pizza, after my order the other day. It was a scam, and I just don’t appreciate that, all it did was upset me. First I submitted it for carry out, it says no it had to be delivery, so then I submitted it for delivery. Almost $8 for my free pizza lol 😂😳🤷♀️. Well I was like ok delivery fee and then more for the tip of course, ok I get that, but that price didn’t include the tip for the driver yet. Then it says oh no you have to spend at least $13 something to have it delivered as the minimum cost. Don’t send out coupons like that all it did was irritate me. That’s not a costumer deal, coupon, or reward, that’s just a scam and yes it was thru dominos! Very frustrating and annoying!!!!

Got to give a shout-out to Tina at Domino's on Willow Lane in McDonough, GA. What a wonderful genuine welcome she presents when entering the store. And it doesn't stop there - Tina continues with her super friendly acknowledgment throughout the entire ordering process. Followed by her preparing and baking the pizza herself. To see someone like Tina multitasking from the beginning to the end of the ordering and baking process with such a positive attitude is well worth taking the time for recognizing!

Trying to order from the east colonial store online is a moot point no matter what day or hour. Calling the store you talk to a AI robot that pretends to type your order that doesn't take coupons or redeem points. Upon insisting that I talk to a live person I speak to someone far away from America that totally fulfills the wrong order. No satisfaction or sympathy when I actually reach a live person! I have ordered from Domino's for years. They used the excuse it was busy. I have has a lot of problem ordering online over the last month. If they continue this line of service they will be losing long time customers. I don't recommend the east orlando location unless you want to talk to a company programmed employee!!

Domino's in Milan, TN is a joke. I was sent two free medium pizzas because Milan made a mess of one of my orders. I tried to use them and at check out was told I had to spend 15 more dollars in order for them to deliver it one mile from them. They messed up and still want to charge me when they give me the coupons for their mistake. Don't buy from them or any other dominos. Their pizza is not as good as Little Caesars anyway. Dominos will never get another penny from me and I wont eat their pizza even if it's free. Greedy **.

Sucks when THEIR website doesn’t send your food to the correct store so I have to wait double the time for my food. And the second store, which is cedarcrest in Dallas, Ga had a rude attitude and also didn’t offer any type of help towards the situation. Blaming it on new hope for not sending it to them early (insert rolling eyes for everyone’s lack of communication and disconnect with a paying customer)… All of you especially the website with corporate is in the wrong. I did nothing wrong in this situation. This is not fair as a customer and for the fact I have been told by both stores that this is a regular occurrence you would think the owners would be pressing this issue more with corporate. Pizza had good flavor, but had very little pepperoni and sausage, ordered extra cheese which was missing. Delivery terrible, pizza left in rain versus put under the overhang, no knock, no doorbell ring, just left out. Would be helpful if they posted prices it was a guessing game $31.00 plus dollars which included a good tip, and frankly disappointed in service.

When you place your order online you get a tracking number with estimated time. Obviously this is not real time. I usually order on Fridays and the wait time is very long. Only once did they apologize. High employee turn over at this store. Some of the newer employees are rude when you inquire about your order.

The manager has made defamatory statements about my character on multiple occasions, causing significant harm to my reputation. My concerns regarding a series of troubling incidents that have occurred at your location at 1820 W Mockingbird Ln #10, Dallas, TX 75235 (Phone: 214-634-7900), Most recently on April 22. Staff displaying rudeness toward me and my children, unauthorized entry in my home, unsanitary food handling, delivering items that were visibly undercooked or raw. Despite raising these issues, my concerns have consistently been dismissed, and the manager Paul continues to shift responsibility. On April 22, I received an order that contained raw dough and raw meat. When I contacted the store to seek a resolution—whether through a replacement order or a refund—I was met with refusal and indifference.
The manager, identified as **, would not allow me to return the order, nor would he issue a refund or offer any corrective action. ** refused to provide his statements or the store’s policies in writing or via email when requested. My phone calls to the location have been ignored, and on multiple occasions, my calls were deliberately disconnected. This consistent pattern of poor treatment, refusal to resolve customer concerns, and lack of accountability raises serious concerns about potential discriminatory practices. If true, this would represent a violation of both federal and state anti-discrimination laws, including the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
I have retained recordings and other forms of documentation to support these claims. Corporate leadership needs to investigate all the matters thoroughly and ensure that every customer is treated with respect, empathy, and fairness—regardless of their race or background. They keep removing all comments to protect they store, doesn't respect our feedback and have employees creating false reviews for there ratings. Customer Service at the Farr West location is a joke. I ordered 4 pizzas. 2 had sauce, the other 2 didn’t. When I called to complain the worker said he put the sauce on. When I said I could barely peel the cheese off, he said it was absorbed because it took so long to deliver because they’re busy. He said he would make me new ones if I picked them up. I paid for delivery for a reason. I’m unable to pick them up. He said he would refund the 2 without sauce.

I will not be ordering pasta from Domino's again. I received the first Italian Sausage Marinaraon. It had less than an inch of food. I took it back to the store and had them remake it. The 2nd one was the same way. They look like they do not have any pasta in them.

I have been buying Domino's Pizza for the last couple years. I signed up for the rewards program but the last two times I tried to get my free pizza all of a sudden the app doesn't work right. It goes into a loop where it won't let you send anything to the restaurant showing that you earned the point and you do it free pizza. I just happened the last two times so instead of me getting a free cheese pizza then I spent buying six pieces. Before that one I had to pay 12 bucks with it for a pizza and the guy eating off me a discount so no more Domino's

Even though I like the taste of Domino's pizzas I will never buy there again. Now that most the world has awoken to how bad the ingredients are that these companies are putting into our food and even though there's much better choices and I'm sure they know that Domino's is amongst the worst. Used to love their pizza but will never buy again. Not sure of all their ingredients but knowing that they use seed oils that are not meant for humans to consume are amongst the worst. There are other things in their ingredients that now I know are terrible for people. Hope you wake up to what the country knows now and make your pizza with better ingredients is all I can say. The new Parmesan stuffed crust pizza is so good. The cheese on it is amazing and they do not skimp on it. It's loaded with cheese. You have got to try it‼️ Highly recommend and delivery is fast. Delivery drivers are very professional and friendly.

On 4/10 at 11:59pm I had been working for more than 16 hours and I walked in to the store in Interlachen Florida 20 seconds before closing and wanted an 8 piece wing taken through 2 times. The manager Melissa without hesitation Made the wings for me And brought them out to my car. I could not believe this type of service. I was overwhelmed with unbelief. She was kind and she didn't mind. She didn't say, "We're closing in 20 seconds 10 seconds." It's after I told her I have been working for so long and hungry and without hesitation cooked the wings. THE ABSOLUTE WORST PIZZA I'VE EVER HAD!!! DESLOGE MISSOURI! I spent $50 on pizza for my son's birthday and I get home and I open the box to find the most ridiculous pathetic excuse of a "pizza". It literally looked like burnt some rubber on top of a card board box, there was no sauce and I will never eat there again! I ordered at Potosi Domino's literally a week ago and it was absolutely AMAZING! Whoever they have working the night shift at dominos in DESLOGE needs to really think about who they want to be in life because they're going to end up costing this store a lot of business.. 😡. I decided to try the new stuff crust but this was not a good idea. There was little stuff, cheese, in the pizza. The pie with toppings were ok but It was over a hour to get it. I was disappointed with the lack of cheese in the pizza.

I just wanted to give a big shout out and thank you to Domino’s in the Columbia area of Pennsylvania. They are one of the fastest on point fast food delivery places we’ve ever had. It is so sad that we purchase so much from Domino's Pizza for our families and the quality it's okay but I've noticed that if you complain the quality is crap and when you get emails telling you 50% off your next order or giving you promotional offers when you try to place the order the website tells you technical issues and the order cannot be placed because they're not willing to lose money but they lose customers. Does not make any type of sense? That is so sad and horrible for all. Now I'll make my own pizzas. I'll make sure that I go to Walmart and get my pizza kit or even purchase the pizza that they have there.
I am so upset I was transferred on and off today because I got an email that told me I will get 50% off and just because my order came out to $5. I ordered extra things and I always always tip the delivery person. Domino's Pizza you're losing a customer and I'm sure a lot of customers will see and understand that they have to or they should stop ordering from you because you lie to your customers. You never follow through. Asked about the specials. Told 2 medium pizzas $6.99 ea with 2 toppings. Alfredo sauce was extra? Management "Alfredo sauce counts as a topping". The chicken is also an extra charge. Surprised me. 2 toppings is in my opinion anything on the menu. Wanting to charge me extra for the Alfredo sauce is completely ridiculous. They have to not put tomato sauce on it to place Alfredo sauce on the pizza. To say it's an extra topping. What? All pizza has a sauce. I was told by Management that they had no control of the pricing. Thus there was nothing Management could do to work through this discrepancy. The General Manager HUNG UP on me when I asked why they no longer delivered to our address. I have NEVER been treated more rudely in all of my life than by this 20 something snot-nosed, pompous, unprofessional, self-adsorbed, nasty, empowered BRAT!!!! I have ordered sooooooo many times from this location and if they have changed their boundaries that is ok. But she told me to “Google” it and hung up on me. When I called her back she hung up again and then proceeded to hang up each and every time I tried to call back.
My husband tried to call from his phone and was met by the same disgusting behavior. Who in the hell does she think she is to treat a customer like this???? Today I tried Domino's Crunchy Thin Crust pizza. It was OK, Not great, as I am accustomed to New York/New Jersey pizza. I do like thin crust pizza but wish they would at least give you the option to slice it the New York way, in triangles, in place of squares. I ordered it due to the 50% off price as I do not think it's worth the original $15.99. To be honest, it was more like Flat Bread Pizza (also not worth $15.99 regardless of who makes it). Offer 50% online only but then you get an error message when trying to order. I tried ordering on another browser, carry out, delivery, paying several different ways, using my Domino's account, then signing in as a guest, calling the store, visiting the store (they can't do anything since it's an online order), writing a complaint to customer service (with no return call) and 48 hours later and a lot of wasted time, I have no pizza to show for it. False Advertising. Isn't it a crime? They have lost me as a customer.

I was in the mood for a Domino's Pizza and they were advertising half off. What a crock that is. I built a 18 inch pepperoni and hamburger pizza with no extra frills. At check out I saw that at half price this 2 topping pizza was still 20.00. Then on top of it they charge a $5.99 delivery fee which is not a tip. So this half price pizza with delivery charge and 6 dollar tip ends up being $32.00. Nice try. I will have a real pizza delivered by Uber eats for 8 dollars less and much better quality.

Store # 4264 in Colonial Heights, Va. I order here once a month. It doesn’t matter if I order take out or delivery, the pizzas are NEVER ready when they say they are or delivered on time. On February 13th I ordered take out pizzas from this location. My husband and I show up just a few minutes after the app says the pizza is ready. They haven’t even started it yet. When we walk in no one comes to the counter and they are blasting Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us” song. Lots of inappropriate language and there is a child in there at the time waiting with his parent. It takes over 30 minutes to get the pizzas… Today to avoid this I ordered delivery. Big mistake.
I ordered at 6:35pm and Domino’s app says it should take 32-42 minutes to get my pizzas. I get a notification that the delivery driver Desiree has left the store at 7:17pm. My pizzas say they will arrive at 7:42pm which is crazy to me because I live like 5 minutes from the store but I know they may be delivering other pizzas. I check the driver tracker around 7:20 and see that the driver is by the mall and my order will be here in 22 minutes. I check again at 7:35 and the tracker says the delivery driver is at the Comfort Suites 7-8 minutes away.
At 7:42 I check again and my delivery time has increased and the driver is still at the hotel. I thought it was odd but thought maybe there were a few deliveries there or the driver got held up. Fast forward to 7:50pm… I look again the driver is still there. I went to call the store at 8:00pm and before I finished dialing I saw the driver was finally moving.
I ordered at 6:35pm and got my pizzas at 8:08pm over an hour and a half later. The dip cup bag was wet and so was one of the pizza boxes from all the condensation from sitting for so long. The pizza was almost room temperature and the pizza I ordered bacon on barely had any bacon. I was starving and this was so disappointing. I filled out the “something wrong with my order “ thing and they offer a free pizza or 20% off your next order… Both expire within 30 days… What makes them think I would want to order again? It’s crazy they don’t offer some kind of partial refund instead. This is horrible service. If I order Dominos again it definitely will not be the Colonial Heights location.

To whom it may concern, I have had many problems ordering on the app And every time I order I use my cell phone number. I have not been given credit for many pizzas that I have ordered and because of that I will no longer be buying any Domino's product. I feel that I have been deceived and that your system does not give the proper rewards that it should based on all of the orders that I have previously made. My wife and I had a Super Bowl party with about 25 friends over to watch the game and socialize. We purchased 11 pieces from Domino’s to feed the group along with other game type foods. Several issues with my Domino’s order. First 11 pieces most of which were specialty pieces cost just under $200 and they awarded me 40 points, you can normally get 20 to 40 points buying two specialty pizzas. I sent an inquiry to Customer Support and they basically ignored my request. I live less than 10 minutes depending upon traffic from the Domino's store, they do not deliver to my address nor allow UBER Eats to pick up at their stores, since they deliver. I have made my last purchase at Domino's.

I ordered my pizza from Maple ave NJ. They are not even putting toppings properly. They don’t even care we are paying them for toppings and they didn’t even put onions and green peppers so please guys be aware. Don’t waste your money.

Domino's Pizza has great toppings. Their chicken is good. Their gluten free crust is the best. Until the 3rd of March they have a $10 any pizza, any toppings. It is great. I get one every day this week and next $11.01 carry out, order online, yes thanks Domino's

Our Pizza from the Ormond Beach Dominoes was barely edible. We ordered 2 because of the special so we got 2 medium crispy crunchy thin crust. The toppings were non existent. If there was cheese, I couldn’t find it. My husband ordered his with sauce but there was so little I couldn’t taste it. Lots of pineapple though. Thin crust shouldn’t mean extra thin toppings!!! We’ve had one good New York style, and one horrible crispy, thin. We might try one more and I will update.

Today’s Pizza was horrible. I waited longer than usual to get an extremely bad greasy uncooked pizza!! I ordered New York style but it’s not just a very bad experience today for sure!!! Bought 2 pizzas and a sub, my recieipt blew away carry pizzas out and holding door for a customer that had 14 pizzas.

My 87 year old dad and I bought, using the $9.99 discount, and pizza from the Peter's Creek Branch in Roanoke VA, and enjoyed the pizza, but the next two days we both suffered nausea and diarrhea. Avoid that place.

My family and I ordered three pizzas. My pizza which was a 3-topping medium pan pizza with pepperoni, onions, and extra sauce for my third. After one year of using Pizza Hut instead of our nearest Domino's, we returned to Domino's to retry their Pizza. The extra sauce on my pizza could not even be seen as clearly indicated on the picture. Totally ruined my pizza. Disappointed once again. Did not hear complaints about the other two pizzas my family had. Serious training needed on the pizza filters at this Pizza Hut.

I was ordering pizza for us after flying into Chicago very ready for food and rest. I had a representative on the phone and my order was taken, read back however the system taking payment wasn't working, so the representative sent me to the "store"... But instead of paying I was disconnected. I called back and REORDERED to learn the price was 20$ more. I was told to call the store to see if they had my order. I waited 20 mins and again was disconnected. I called again.. and again. And then I walked to canes and froze my ** off for chicken strips.. Booo Domino's.

I tried out the special promotion deal $9,99 unlimited toppings at the Northwestern Hwy. location in Southfield, MI location. Most of the toppings were correct, except the banana peppers which I didn’t order. And the pizza was so GREASY. This is a good deal, but the pizzas need to be completely cooked and place the correct toppings.

Store #1537 Imperial Main Street. We picked up a loaded pacific veggie pizza and sausage pizza from Domino’s, and it was absolutely delicious! The crust was perfectly crisp, the cheese was gooey and melted to perfection, and the toppings were fresh and generously spread. The mix of mushrooms, spinach, banana peppers, tomatoes, and sausage created the perfect balance of flavors. Every bite was packed with cheesy, savory goodness! It was hot and fresh when we got it, and the pickup process was quick and easy. But the best part? Our child LOVES his pasta pizza! The fact that we could turn his favorite pizza into a pasta is incredible—it combines his two favorite meals into one. Seeing him so excited about dinner made the experience even better. Definitely one of the best Domino’s orders we’ve had—will be coming back for more!

I ordered a large thin crust pizza from the Charlottesville Domino's. It was a thin crust with it sausage, mushrooms, onions and green peppers. The crust tasted like an unsalted saltine cracker. The sauce was sparingly with no hint of tomato flavor. On each slice you were lucky to get one piece of sausage, mushroom, onion or green pepper but not all four. It was the worst pizza I have ever tasted. I started my career in food service in an Italian restaurant that made fresh pizza in a traditional wheel oven. This pizza was like the cardboard box we placed our pizza in. For what I saw your food cost is minimal compared to what the cost of the pizza was. Shameful. We will not discuss trying to find the cheese.

Domino's sure has gone way downhill in the last 10 years. Even worse than the 10 years before. But now it's just inedible. I just spent $80 on pizza, dessert, chicken, and pasta and the only thing I could consume was the soda. Domino's used to be OK if you ordered it right (deep dish, extra everything). But now, "extra everything" equals what used to be "regular everything". If what I received was "extra pepperoni", then regular pepperoni isn't worth paying for. The cheese is just awful, the pasta left a weird coating in my mouth, the wings were dry (no sauce) and crispy (I ordered buffalo - which apparently now is the only choice for buffalo) and the chocolate cake only lasted for 3 bites. I'm sad to say, I won't patronize Domino's again. It's not just one location. This trend has been displayed across three states. They keep changing...but forget the reasons they succeeded to begin with.

I have complained to the corporation several times and they don't go by their policy. I'm no longer going to use their services. They don't care about their long time customers.

They state that they can refuse payment of federal Legal Tender of a 50$ bill. My order was $27.40 and they refused to take a payment with a 50$. The 50 is legal tender for ALL debts both private and public. I had placed an online order and drove to the store and was refused to pay my bill. They have just lost another customer. The egos and lack of customer service is surprising, but what do you expect from people who are barely paid a living wage, but I still blame them for thinking they are so special that they think they can break federal laws.

I'm really disappointed that the marinara sauce is no longer an option for the pizzas. The robust tomato sauce is way too spicy for me. This means I won't be looking at Domino's for quick meals anymore.

This was the 2nd time in a row of ordering they sent completely different pizzas. The first time we had a meeting for girl scouts and ordered 4plain pizzas and yesterday we ordered the same thing again except we got 2 pepperoni pizzas for my family and received 2 plain pizzas. I spent enough money on your business now and won't go out of our way to order again from you guys. It's sad almost 50.00 or so and didn't get 1 pizza correct.

9:19pm. I ordered 12in medium pizza thin crust with pepperoni. Cost $12.74. Total $17.90. At 9:40 on Domino's tracking it was out of oven in quality check for 30 minutes... At 10:15 it was delivered. My son...Just back from hockey game starving...took bite, immediately spit it out...as I approached him in smelled the pizza...it was black (see photos)..but worse than being ashen black burned you could smell the meat was old actually rotten...he said, "Mum there's something wrong with that meat...." My son is athlete, eats most everything....His father went to another local pizza shop...Betos to get him a fresh pizza

I decided to order some food for myself and family seeing as how we haven't ordered from Domino's in a while. We decided to get a large cheese pizza some wings and a couple of sandwiches for carryout. When I arrived it was ready to go, after paying for my food the cashier asked if I had forgotten to add a tip in which I responded, "No why would I tip when I came to get my food." After all I'm not paying him to do his job. When I got home I noticed the buffalo wings were tiny and all they did was squirt some buffalo sauce on them and my sandwich was in pieces, the pizza was our last hope and it was very salty tasting. Needless to say, I won't buying from them again for some time if ever again. I want to say for the record that they weren't always like that.

Here’s a review based on your letter: I’ve been a loyal customer of Domino’s on Oak Ridge Turnpike in Oak Ridge, TN, for years, but my recent experience was beyond disappointing. I ordered two large pizzas, and one of them was dry, cold, and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours—completely inedible for my family.
I called the next day to address the issue, and someone confirmed I could pick up a replacement. However, when I arrived, the staff claimed they knew nothing about the call and refused to provide a replacement. The manager, Matt, was incredibly unprofessional, repeatedly interrupted me, and insisted they wouldn’t replace the pizza because I didn’t call the same day. Instead, I was offered a measly 50% discount, which was insulting given the circumstances. This experience showed a complete lack of customer care and accountability. I expected much better from Domino’s. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon!

The Domino's in Jefferson Highway is the worst Dominos to go to. Lately their pizzas has been horrible. The pizza be dry, you can't see extra topping, too much sauce, and it taste funny like something is missing. I got to find another one nearby.

The Domino's on Bethelview in Kroger parking lot provided me with a "free emergency" pizza, long time customer. The pizza was cold and I could tell it was not made at time of order. Wrong crust. No telling how long it set before being delivered.. Had to order additional item to justify the free pizza, the wings were hot hot hot! The pizza was cold, the crust hard. Two tiny pieces of pineapple on some slices. Free Emergency pizza...hahaha.

OK, so I’ve been going to Domino’s for quite a while. I happen to be going to the one in Rochester and every time I get a pizza they're not even half of the pizza I covered with what I ordered and with minimal product such as sausage and onions very little. Some slices aren’t even covered with the sausage and onion. I did like that pizza, but I am not going there anymore until they get trained over again.

I ordered the pepperoni cheese bread and two topping pizza. Something about them was off. The cheese had a weird taste on the pepperoni bread and the pizza sale between the cheese and the sauce. Something just tasted really nasty. I'm not sure what it was but I will not order it again.

It’s been years since I’ve had Domino’s and today I thought I would try it because I needed something delivered fast while I was busy working. I thought, “what’s the worst that could happen?” I’m sorry I did it. That was the single worst thing I have eaten in memory. The amount of salt in this below-mediocre pizza was appalling. I ate two pieces and threw the rest in the garbage. That was by far the worst thirty dollars I’ve ever spent. Never ever ever again would I eat Domino’s pizza. Thoroughly disgusting.

Be aware that if you receive & redeem their Emergency Pizza offer, you can only use it once no matter how many different times you place an online order. I received an email from the company promoting this offer so I bought another pizza believing my additional purchase was eligible for the free emergency pizza to use another time. Not true. My request for the emergency pizza or a coupon towards another pizza was denied. Great promotion, TERRIBLE communication and customer service.

I don’t even know where to begin this is what I sent to Domino's customer support and what I told them when I called. On December 7th I placed my order. Upon delivery I waited over and hour for my order. The driver kept going back to the store 3x's. He told me that's the address he has my address is on my Domino's account. Then he attempted to deliver it for the 4th time. He sent me a photo of the apartment building. I told him it's not my building! Then I told him again my address for the 5th time. Finally I received my order ice cold bent up box. Then the next day I was checking my bank account and I was Charged 2x's $36.75 and $36.51. 😡
I've called the store was told to call at 6pm the manager will be in the name I was given is Wars. I called the next day. Wars told me Tuesday it with automatically be refunded. That has Not happened. I hope You can Help me with this domino's Nightmare! Thank you for your help and support. No one yet as of December 17th has had the decency to get back to me. 😔

Domino’s Pizza in ELIZABETHTOWN, NC has one of the worst managers I have ever talked with. Her name is Audrey. She has no business being a manager. She doesn’t know how to communicate with her customers, she has a rude attitude. She just got an attitude that says I don’t care. I had stopped going to Domino’s because they pizza was never really cooked enough for me. I could still taste dough. My nephew told me it tasted better. Which I tried and it was. So I was giving them another try. My order was completely messed up. Called talked with manager who is Audrey. Glad I had that conversation with her because she made my mind up for me that I will never do business with them again.

Rockport Domino's was on point. When I received my food it was still hot and as far as the taste goes delicious. They did an excellent job. It was quick. Easy. I can't complain. The driver was exceptionally nice....But you have to taste it.

I purchased a Philly steak sandwich which was the worst sandwich I ever had. It was all green pepper and onion. One piece of meat no thicker than a piece paper. What a joke.... The joke was on me. Ordered a steak sandwich from Nicko's Pizza here in Van Wert. For $ 5.98 in had 20 times the meat. It was delicious. Done with Domino's completely.... Do not waste your time at Domino's!!!! The food sucks!!!

They give you a countdown to text them and if you're the first one, you get free pizza for a year. If you're not the first one, they give you a coupon for $4 off. Well, they gave me a coupon code and PIN for $4 off and it didn't work. I've contacted them several times afterwards but they don't give a crap. They'd rather lose a customer than to fix the non-working $4 coupon problem. These people are a joke.

Domino's Pizza, never in my life have we been treated so badly by a Domino's than I have from Store 9088 in Bell Vernon. The staff in this store is terrible. I ordered a caesar salad that they were out of. When they called to inform me of the shortage we changed it to a garden salad. 2 mins later I called and canceled the order and the staff refused to cancel and refund. Telling me lies that it was already on the way. Only 12 mins had passed since the order was placed. My wife then called and was yelled at, lied to again. On top of that when food arrived it was so poorly handled and prepared undercooked wings, burnt pizza. The pizza was completely tossed in side the box and I feel it was all intentional.

I would like to say on December 6 we ordered a pizza from Domino’s. It was the nastiest pizza we ever had so on December 8 we call back to the store. The manager was very nice. The store number is 4149. She actually said come by and get another one so we went to the store. She prepared the pizza while we were there. Also, she gave us the wings. Again when I tell you this pizza was great. The wings were great. Everything was good so yes if I have a bad review, I will state it. If I have a good one I would stated. I don’t know her name, but the store is on old national Highway in the Family Dollar shopping center.

Not giving the location of the area I'm in but I used to be able to do curbside pickup and no one said anything about taking it away which is very upsetting. No one wants to walk into that tiny building just to pickup our order just for y'all to stand around and give dirty looks nor do I wanna leave my area just to go up to the city for curbside. I recently received in my inbox an offer to receive an "Emergency Pizza" at no charge. When I called my local store #7519 in Sandy, Utah, they had no record of such an offer and said the offer came from the "corporate office" and they would not be able to honor the promotion. I'm concerned about the credibility of this marketing promotion. The email did not say, "Free Emergency Pizza on your next order" but stated that I already had qualified for the free pizza based on my last order. I clicked on the "free pizza"order button and discovered they erased my reward points and wouldn't honor the free pizza offer until I ordered yet another pizza. What a scam! Local Domino's passes the buck to corporate, corporate doesn't resolve the issue. No more Domino's!

On 11/27/24 we ordered a pizza from our local Domino’s. Granted it may have been the distance from their shop that may have been the issue with the meal. We live less than a mile away from the location and this latest order was the worst. Not only was it expensive, but it was cold and grease-congealed cardboard. We were told that the delivery should be 40 minutes but over an hour in delivery! Considering that we paid over $35 for subpar pizza we should have bought a frozen pie from the grocery store and we would have been ahead in this deal. We will never order from The Durango Domino's again. Next time we want pizza, we’ll remember this instance of crappy cardboard pizza and go out. We give Durango Domino Shop is .01 stars!

I ordered a pizza on Ruckriegel Parkway, in Jtown, KY. I should have had my pizza at 125 pm. At 145 I called the store and all they did was make excuses. No more ordering online and no tips in advance. The pizza was not a Thin and crispy crust.

I place multiple support tickets via the app. The email received back give a case ID # then the body of the text says to give it to the "responsible party". Very odd there is no one to actually help you with anything. I called my local store they said to call 1-800-Dominos. This just directs you to bots. I tried another customer number and again more bots. I've made 5-6 attempts to get my issue resolved and have no acknowledgment of it other than a bot email reply. This is really crazy.

I ordered a medium, specialty hand-tossed pizza with sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, green pepper and onion. I didn't want sausage so I requested beef and I didn't want green pepper so I requested diced tomato. The pizza came with no beef. I called and the manager said I could get another pizza anytime I wanted, and to just call them. That was about three days ago. Tonight I called to get my replacement pizza, and discussed the order with the manager. Again, beef instead of sausage and diced tomato instead of green pepper. The pizza came as you can see in the photo. I just paid for the delivery fee, which is on the receipt I have uploaded. There is no beef and there is no diced tomato. They've offered me a replacement. I'm not sure I will order again. this really shouldn't be this difficult

It took 2 hours to get my pizza. That is totally unacceptable. When you have little kids, it’s late and all they say is sorry. The manager was no help. Just gave excuses. I work in a hospital. Wonder how they would feel waiting 2 hours to get acknowledged. They would complain.

Let me start off by stating that Domino's Pizza is by far the better choices of fast food delivery pizza. Hands down my absolute favorite and other than my recent experience with their location in Silver Springs FL 15990 FL-40 Ste 10, Silver Springs, FL 32179 to be exact where not only was an order not correct when I called and reported and when giving the choice to have them running back out that night I just said, "Credit would be fine. I order all the time." The next few times my orders were deliberately made wrong and took them over an hour and a half to deliver way I live 10 mins down the road if that!

Believe me that this company will stick it to you and never answer your emails if you have an issue. I patiently contacted them 4 TIMES about a pizza order that took over an hour and half to deliver with no excuse, apology or any attempt to make it right. This is such a uncaring company and will screw you and not bother to answer your calls when you call NOR will corporate office answer your replies. For Domino's reference please look back to CASE ID: ** where I reached out at least 5 times and you NEVER BOTHERED TO REPLY. Oh, and please do not waste your time now cause I am done with you. I ordered my 60 point free pizza from Domino's in Sarnia, Ontario. I picked it up brought it home and bite into it and it was way undercooked, the dough was raw underneath. I scrapped off the toppings and put it on toast and eat it that way, so much for my free pizza, all I can say is WOW

Their Pan meals are very Good but the portions are VERY small and did not even come close to filling up my wife or myself. I would love to order this again but they are way too small of portion, hardly covered the bottom of the pan. Thank you.
