As she was taking my bag with work stuff in it I told her to give me back, she threw it in garbage bucket then told me "don't come back pig".

One of my favorite fast food restaurants is Burger King from 108 Boston St., Lynn, Mass... but unfortunately that has not been the case lately. After leaving my job I go into the restaurant to get something quick which I do maybe 3 times a week to have not the cashier but the assistant manager if not mistaken named ** be completely rude to me. I guess because I ask a simple question, maybe it was hard for her. She was out of line for no reason. I guess it's something that come naturally to her because it's not the first time. This will be like the third time I uncounted this kind of behavior from her. It's sad because I loved the place, been going there for years... guess not anymore.

On Nov 24th, myself and my son decided to go Burger King (store #12081 Mound Rd, Sterling Heights, MI). Haven't been there in ages due to issues with their staff and rudeness and incorrect orders. We order 2 junior whoppers and 2 fries. We get up to the window and I asked the employee, "can I have ranch "instead" of ketchup''? She said no... and started to state the rules to me about chicken nuggets and so on... A big long speech. I just asked for ranch for goodness sake. She went on to tell me, that she could give me a ranch if I PAID for this condiment. HUH? Burger King is NOW charging US and nickel and diming us for a condiment. Great marketing...not! I was kinda shocked, since no other Fast Food Restaurant charges you for any of their condiments.

I kept saying, that I just want a ranch not ketchup, and she laid into me like it was the law of the land and she was going to get fired for giving me a ranch, but said, "if you want one so bad. it's .25." Really??? For a condiment, they will hand you a handful of ketchup, but one ranch is like asking for them to hand you a gold nugget or something. Some brilliant or not so brilliant person decided this was a good idea, and their ranch must be special. After all this over a small little ranch, we get home and the whoppers are made wrong. To say, I've had it up to here with not only this Burger King, but all of them is putting it lightly. I understand that at times mistakes happen, but at this location, it happens a lot. Hence us avoiding this location for months, and now they want to charge for their "special" ranch. Going to charge us for your "special" ice next? I am so DONE with BURGER KING. Not what it used to be.

I visited the Burger King on North Antioch Rd in Gladstone Mo. 64119 and was shocked to see how the restaurant has gone down hill. I have been out of town for a couple of months and stopped in there the other day and the Jr. Whopper tasted like it had been in the warming tray for several days and the fries were warm. The drinks are so water down it's like drinking carbonated water with a little flavoring. The overall store was dirty and there were tables with empty trays on them that the customers didn't take to the waste deposits. After eating my sandwich I can understand. I love the location to my home but I will drive several miles to go to another Burger King.

I could not participate in the survey because there was not a survey code on my receipt. It definitely was a Friday the 13th meal. So, disappointed and hungry.

Burger King #12856. This is the worse Burger King in Colorado. I sent my grandchild there to get something quick to eat. I am a diabetic and needed some food to bring up my sugar level. I wrote what I wanted and when she got there she went on the inside to place the order. The female that took the order was very rude. When asked for her name she refused to give it. There were only customers in the store at the time and this female was so rude. She kept cutting my grandchild off and she could not finish her order. The number for this cashier is **.

When my child got back home with the food what I had ordered was not there. I asked her what happened and she told me the cashier would not let her finish the order, so I called the store to speak with a manager. I asked why they would not let the customer finish the order and this manager was very, very rude as well. Her name was Retha (so she said). I asked her why her cashier would not let my child order everything that she wanted to order. She was so rude. I asked for her name and corporate's number. She gave me the wrong number and hung up the phone in my face!

Every time we go to this Burger King we are treated as though our money does not spend like the other people. I have complained so many times about the treatment black people get at this store. It has become a great issue with me and other Black customers. I will be filing a discrimination lawsuit as soon as possible. I am tired of the treatment that we receive at this location!! The staff does not speak clear English and they stand in front of the customers talking in Spanish as if some of us don't speak Spanish! NEWS FLASH SOME OF US SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND SPANISH!

Had a very bad experience dining at the Mansfield Tx location on October 30th. One of the managers was sitting in the dining area conducting personal and store business. It started with a personal call that was very loud and she was using profanity language in Spanish with what I'm assuming was a family member. Then things just escalated when an employee came in to talk to her about paycheck pick up times. And the conversation got extremely heated with voice levels. It seemed like they were shouting at each other.

I will not go into details because obviously we heard to much personal and business information about them and other company employees. This went on for about 30 min. When she got done with that employee others came along and yes the level was still to high because we could still hear them talking about other employees performance during shift. She sat at the first table next to the main entrance to conduct business. We are regular customers that will not go back. BK #13739 order 96, their toll free number for surveys is always busy to comment or complain.

I have always been a fan of Burger King. Love their product. However, I can't help but be bothered by the fact that the person taking money also handles the food without ever washing hands. It is not only Burger King but many of the fast food providers. I cringed at my last visit last week. The young girl was scratching her head, taking the money, issuing change, handling cards, then turning and filling orders of fries, grabbing burgers, etc. We all know that currency is one of the biggest carriers of contaminates. It is dirty! Is there some way policy can be enforced so that things are a bit more sanitary? Wiping up tables, sweeping, then coming back in behind the counter without washing hands. That is almost disgusting. Can something be done about it?

It seems that tossing around a hot potato is the norm at Burger King in Neosho, Missouri. And it is not to make fries. They then go further and project their feelings of guilt onto their customers instead of admitting their shortfalls and providing a solution. We went to experience the Halloween whopper meal that was so widely advertised. Got to the counter put the order in and payed. Took a quick peek in the bag and there it was 2 whoppers wrapped in halloween wrapping. Went home and set the plates and opened up the food... The black bun was not that was under the wrapper. Instead we were given a regular meal. So we went back to the store and explained to the staff at Burger King that we were given the wrong burgers. Immediately there was an atmosphere, body language changing from a buyer seller stance to one that were defensive moving into offensive. Silence so tangible one can cut it with a takeaway knife.

The hot potato tossing began. No excuses offered just a quite toss of a hot potato. And a very skilled one I might add. It was clear that this was not the first time they had this mess to deal with. So a more senior member I guess, was called to the counter. Instead of a apology and remedial action. The person said that they were out of Halloween buns, to which I responded that I have already been charged and paid for the Halloween meal. Once again instead of an apology, my words were met with resistance stating that there is no price difference between the two burgers. But yet glaringly obvious on a sign above her head, yup you have it...there it was...about a dollar difference per meal.

So let's put this into perspective. A widely advertised product, a wrong burger wrapped in false wrapping and no remedial action instead an argument that is flawed due to the obvious price difference? Come on. How stupid do you think I and or how stupid do you want to project yourself to be... Burger King you and your staff are pathetic. Perhaps you should change your name to burger thiefs and the 7 numb nuts. You guys really suck at delivering on par service. Never again will I stop at any of your shops. This includes any shop in the USA and any one of your shops back home or at any airport. Whether it be at Heathrow or Dubai international airport. A few weeks ago we went to the Eastover Oxon Hill Maryland location and there was a Spanish woman who was the manager along with a sales associate who was on the register taking orders and several other black employees and Hispanic employees working in their selective areas.

While placing my order with the young lady I hear the manager talking about me in Spanish that I was a ** and I had on a hot sweater and 100 weather and how it was too hot for such a heavy garment in Spanish. With that being said, I let the two young ladies complete their conversation and I said to them in Spanish, "I do understand a little bit of Spanish" and I said to them "That wasn't nice what you said and you should be careful of what they say and who they talk about because they do not know who speaks another language" and I went on a rant and rave and still pay for my meal and left out!!!

I am Totally disgusted and very disappointed about your location and corporation. Since living here in the DC area for the past four years that has been my main location and with my son now started in public school and him have amazing days at school we enjoy going there and getting a couple of treats. We will never step foot in this BK again. Why this place should be shut down: the dining area was disgusting. The floors were as though they were mopped in Crisco; we almost fell after slipping several times around the entire restaurant. The floors were covered in food, grease and trash all throughout the establishment. It looked as though whoever cleaned the floors either wasn't doing their job or they're so incompetent, they shouldn't be allowed such a difficult duty. There was not a single - not ONE - clean table for us to sit at. That is terrible. And there was NO one waiting, the place was empty and not busy at all.

The employees were just standing around laughing, joking, having a good old time. No excuse for such laziness.

We saw the employees scratching their faces, picking the bumps on their faces, scratching their heads and then using their BARE hands to prepare & handle the food. One lady scratched her face and then picked up a handful of french fries and put them in the fry container with her BARE FINGERS and gave it to the drive-thru!?!? BARF!!! They are NOT wearing GLOVES while handling food?!!? Their hair was hanging out all over and touching their shoulders and NOT IN A HAIRNET?! I'm sure they washed their hands and cleaned thoroughly under their nails after using the bathroom, too--yeahhh right! How is this place not shut down by the health department?? Unless they're paying off the HD, their health rating must be a 2.

This was the most horribly rude, racist and disgusting service we've ever had. The manager gave us rude and mean and awful stares and glances the entire time we tried to eat until, finally we were so grossed out, we left. I didn't eat another bite after seeing them handling the food sans gloves. I said thank you as I took my food, the manager turned her back and said nothing back! How rude and unacceptable.

The food was terrible. How do you mess up a burger? They put a chunk of the white part of the lettuce in the middle of the burger. The part that should have been thrown out. The onion was just a stack of not even separated onions on one side of the burger. It was not even made correctly. The fries were overcooked and brown.

I know this wasn't Chik-fil-A, but good grief, how hard is it to find good workers to not screw up serving a burger and keep the place where people are paying you to eat clean? The owner needs to revise this place if he doesn't want it to go out of business. Clean out that horribly rude and lazy manager and get a new staff. And above all--MAKE THEM WEAR GLOVES & HAIRNETS around FOOD!! We love BK, but sadly, this place will never get a dime of our $$ again. We will go where our $$ is appreciated and the food handling won't potentially make us sick.

I went with my family to the Malden, MA location at around 7:15 Sunday 8/16 (we visit this location semi-frequently and have never had any issues). After looking over the menu to decide on what to get we go up and start to order 2 10pc nuggets that are still marked at $1.49. The cashier tells us "They aren't 1.49 anymore, is that ok? Do you still want them?" "Well yeah we still want them but at the advertised price." The cashier goes to get the manager/supervisor who comes to tell us that the offer is over and that it just hasn't updated on their menu signage. Ok, well that means absolutely nothing to me and is not my problem at all! We should still get it for the price that we are still seeing it advertised for, we tell him.

The manager/supervisor starts to get irritated as we insist that as a customer I come in and see the price as it is marked, I expect to get charged what I see. He starts telling me he can't override it or put it through for us because it would throw off his inventory #s and nothing could be done. At this point I am beyond irritated that I'm being lied to and I let him know he is not handling the situation properly. I told him I would be contacting corporate and I proceeded to take a photo of the menu to have as proof. I turn around to leave with my family (my little one's now upset as I explain to her we are going elsewhere to eat and she can't have her nuggets) and he starts to mumble to another employee about me. I ask what he's saying and he threatens to call the cops on me and tells me to leave his store. For what?!?! I just couldn't believe he let this even get to this point over something so easy to fix like a price adjustment.

I leave at this point because it's pointless to argue with someone who has no idea how to manage a business. We left without a purchase and were watched the whole way to our car through the drive-thru window. Needless to say I'm completely done with BK after this experience. I will be contacting their corporate office to file a complaint about the manager/supervisor as well as the BBB first thing in the morning.

Burger King Redwood City California, store manager Bernice. I come in on a daily basis to purchase off the value menu or either to see if I can get water and ice, did I mention I am also homeless? I never loiter or use the restroom other than what it is for. I do not steal soda nor have I ever been disruptive or disrespectful. Days when I come there the employees including the manager talk about me making comments about my living situation and cracking jokes in Spanish. I am African American but I am also fluent in Spanish so they have no idea I understood them.

Anyway this particular morning came in to buy a soda, Bernice tells me she is refusing me service because apparently a friend of mine came in and threw ice at her. What that had to do with me is a mystery cause I was not there nor did I have knowledge of the incident. So she says she saw me talking to him, still that has what to do with refusing me service? The police were called and while Bernice was talking on the phone I was providing my legal name so she could relay it to dispatch but she totally ignored me and made a point to emphasis to them that "oh she's a homeless person" and she also told me to take my money somewhere else cause they do not want it.

But the part that gets me pissed is since I can not go there I have a 9 yr old who can, so my daughter went in to buy a smoothie. First she paid for a medium and they gave her a small. Then as kids do on her way out she tripped, dropping it. So I told her go in and tell them what happen and maybe they will give you another, if not just pay for another one. Well my baby comes back out in tears because Alba told her "oh the blender is broken", all this within 15 minutes. So I sent someone in to buy something requiring the use of a blender and viola!! They emerge with a blender made item??? I called and made a complaint 2 weeks ago with them telling me they would contact me regarding the resolution to this issue and still as of today nothing.

I drive 8 miles one way get to the restaurant to find 2 workers on duty not responding to the drive thru window/speaker. Ok. I finally get a young girl. I ask her if there were any special's. She said "Yes if you had your coupon..." as I read the large sign in window two for 5.00 deal anyway. I ordered 2 Whoppers the same. God knows I didn't need the first one but long story short they screwed both Whoppers up. I was in the drive thru, could not see what she gave me, then I ask for a pack of salt. She said "We are out of salt..." "Really?" I said. So I parked and walked in to use a table shaker. Well wrong answer not one in sight. Wow.

By then I was in shock the place was so NASTY, NASTY OMG! I can not believe my eyes. GROSS. I cant find the words to say how bad it was but SNAP UGLY NASTY... Then I called the manager Suzanne **. Her mail box was full. Hmmm imagine that. I left her two voice mail's. Told her to cut the burger light off and go out of business, you would think she would return my call but NO! With any luck the big King fired her and I am not talking Trump but long story short no more Burger King EVER for me! I was meeting someone nearby so I pulled over to wait for them to arrive. So I pulled my sandwich out of the bag and it felt very light. So as I opened the sandwich up, it was only lettuce and mayo and no chicken. I called back to Burger King and asked to speak with the manager on duty to let them know the mistake that had been made. The reply was "oh you came while we were in a rush and you'll be ok". So I replied "excuse me" and the manager on duty was like "bye Felicia", and hung up. Very immature and unprofessional. And to this day, if I go in the store, that same manager sees me coming and rolls her eyes and stays in the back until I leave.

I don't know about you but if that was my place of business, she would not be working there. There are numerous complaints against this lady but yet she still has a job. This same manager also snatched money from my father one time and threw his change back at him which caused him to spend a few days in the hospital because it bothered him so bad. That was just unacceptable behavior. So if you're ever in Windsor Va. and you go to this particular restaurant please be aware of the manager Holly. Other shop owners told is they would charge us nothing if we would pay in Euro. So it was a rip off... 1 € should be approximately 3 TL, not 2.5 TL. They calculated it on a calculator, so we only got a piece of paper instead of valid receipt.

The manager said that Burger King wanted them calculate like that if we paid with Euro. But I believe they kept the amount we've paid too much and they will keep stealing from tourists. At the end, they will have a lot of money without Burger King ever knowing. Besides the burger was the worst I've ever had. It was not crispy, not enough sauce, not enough vegetables. No matter what store I stop at in Louisiana you either wait a long time to get your food or instead of getting it your way you get it the way they want to serve it to you. On May 30th I stopped in to have lunch before I went shopping never dreaming that I was going to have to wait for a hamburger 35 minutes. The manager of that store didn't know how to correct the mess up that was created. So she thought by going out into the dining area and giving out free drinks cards that would calm everyone down. Everyone had already had their drinks and was waiting on their food. It was no sense in having to wait 35 minutes to get your food. The people that were in the drive thru was getting their food and the people on the inside wasn't.

The worst thing about the whole thing is the manager made the excuse the boiler wasn't working. If that was the case why were they still taking orders. When she found out how many were sitting and waiting on their food she then got people to start helping get the food served. When you wait 35 minutes to get your food you would think that you are going to get a hot or at least warm food. Well guess what my hamburger was cold so after waiting 35 minutes for a cold burger I threw everything away. I don't know who need to come out to Louisiana to check on all their restaurants but someone needs to come get control of them and have better service to their customers. Very angry customer.

Location: 1800 Stirling Road Dania, FL 33004 #4511. I came in to place my very simple order and the cashier acted as if she were deaf which irritated me. I had to repeat myself several times with every simple request. As I waited for my smoothie, the flies began hitting my face repeatedly, further agitating me. When I finally got the smoothie, it wasn't thoroughly mixed and it had smoothie all on the side of the cup. Looking very unappetizing and unappealing. Furthermore, I ordered a medium, it looked small.

I was afraid to consume anything coming from the restaurant at this point, since the flies way out numbered the employees. When I asked for a refund because of the flies, there was no apology or any sort of compassion shown for the inconvenience by the cashier or the manager that gave the refund. It was an attitude of disdain. It was like, "Oh well." As if to say, well whatever, it was JUST $3.39 anyway. And as a matter of fact, when the cashier called the manager up to the front she said, verbatim: "Oh, I need a void and it's no rush, you can come whenever you're ready." As if to say my [the customer]'s time didn't matter and was unimportant. I could just wait until "whenever (he) was ready".

Thankfully though, he did come right away but he was extremely unapologetic as well and downright blase about the whole thing. They tried to make me feel as 'unquality' as their customer service, hygiene, fly population, and product presentation. It is quite unfortunate because I used to customarily enjoy hamburgers and a plethora of other products for me and my rather large and growing family from other Burger Kings. However, this experience has thwarted my interest in dining at any and all Burger Kings. It made me want to pass the word to my family, friends, Twitter, Facebook and such like.

However, I decided to first take this survey and give the higher ups an opportunity to rectify the matter, as I am quite aware that this one store can't possibly embody the quality practices of all BK's. Thanks to my open-mindedness and objective nature, I have decided at this time to simply report and make the higher ups aware that this store #4511 is greatly tarnishing the standard of all around quality I had previously known Burger Kings to have. I am a writer by trade, college-educated, so I am more than aware of my capabilities. However, as I've stated, I've chosen to give the opportunity to rectify this matter by informing the higher ups.

I trust this matter will be resolved in a most expeditious fashion as I have taken out valuable time to be thorough in my complaint. And quite frankly, these flies are a real cause of concern health-wise to customers left unaware that actually purchase and consume from this location. It is my civic duty to let you know that it is only a matter of time before someone gets sick from eating fly droppings. Something has to be done quickly.

And the complacency with which the matter was handled at the store, assures me that management and this cashier are not the ones suitable for the job of proactively finding resolutions to resolve the problem on their own. They seemed quite uninterested in being there, and quite frankly entertained by my blatant disgust, as if it were a break in the monotony they feel working there. Totally not exemplary of Burger King's usual standard I'm sure. Signed, Conscientious Consumer.

On various different occasions I've patronized this particular Burger King restaurant in my home town of Defiance, Ohio. Many of these occasions I've had them forget a sandwich out salad maybe an order of fries or a drink... These all are very annoying occurrences but we usually chalk it up to normal fast food inaccuracy.

However after many years of regular patronage of this particular BK I stopped in with my two sons on our way to school in the morning (I work second shift) and we left early to get some Croissan'wichs. Unfortunately after ordering I realized I forgot my wallet in my work car. When I asked to be allowed to bring them back the money they refused to help me out. So I had to take my boys to school hungry because they couldn't trust a regular customer for thirty minutes over fifteen dollars worth of food?!

I even offered my iPod or Samsung note 4 for collateral so the boys didn't have to go without their breakfast. If I was from out of town I could understand their reluctance to help out but I guesstimate that I spend $1500 or more a year at this restaurant and these employees recognize me as a normal good customer.

The assistant manager ** who is normally very helpful was not sympathetic to my situation and when I called back to voice my displeasure with how they handled one of their regular customers she was short, cut me off, and then hung up on me. When I called back she was even more rude and then threatened to call the police if I called back!

Shocked to say the least I never yelled or used bad language I just attempted to explain how inconvenient it was and express my disappointment in the way things were handled and I was threatened with the police? Bad customer relations. Terrible management policy and practice if you asked me. I went to another Burger King in a neighboring town and bought some food and even though I had the money asked the same question to the assistant manager.

They said "Well we really aren't supposed to but we understand. Yes you can run and bring back the money. We trust you!" At least some management at select food places and businesses still understand the value of a good customer and I applaud you folks who still get it and treat people fairly. Now I will be avoiding our unfriendly neighbourhood BK in Defiance, Ohio. Way to go!

I stated all I want is my order correct and he would not prepare my order unless I came inside when I was in a hurry. I had 2 cars in front of me and one in back I was unable to get out of the drive thru so I will never eat there again since I ate there every day for the last 6 months. Never again.

They only care about their getting food out and that is all and one person said that Burger King is not a store to go to because they will now most likely spit in my food as they have youtube people actually doing nasty things to the customers that filed complaints or they DID not like. So, if you want to go to a Burger King be ready that someone could screw up your food. I asked for my fries to be well done and last time I went there I caught them giving me regular fries and I handed back the bag and said "you need to make them well well well well done" and she handed back the bag and told me she would make another fry well well well well done and she went over to the manager who just put another back of regular fries in a bag and gave it to me like he DID not care and while I waited for this regular fry my sandwiches became cold.

This is a company that does not care about their customer service or they would not put people in management who act in this manner. Customer service to this manager is "** everyone I am not paid enough to care." Well, I cared now I don't either. I went to subway and got a wonderful 6 inch sub and there I can be assured that if I file a complaint I will not have to worry about a problem of the people doing something disgusting to my food. I know that I allowed this to occur over 10 times and never filed a complaint but now after so many times with the same girl and manager it's time that they are put on notice and fired by the Burger King corporation before they get yelped and there are complaints so many that they will lose customers and start closing stores.

I only have one Burger King in my city so it's not like I can go to another one. The Payson Arizona store has some good people in it but the girl and the manager need to be removed before all the tourist start coming. I am planning to notify people with a sign in front of burger king informing potential customers that are coming to Burger King they have failed in their advertisement that they will do our way, not how the manager feels, get the food out even if the chicken sandwich is not cooked properly or if the burgers are raw. They just don't care about their customers because most of them are tourist and they usually forget their bad experience by the next time they come up to Payson to party and find themselves getting another bad experience.

I do not believe they care. If they DID they would contact me and resolve this problem but to force me to wait in the drive thru then come in and get my order. That is just plain stupid which now I can say Burger King is stupid for forcing this kind of action from their management team. I am now happy that Subway cares about their customers. They want an order number when after all this I just drove off to Subway. They all know me at the Burger King. I have the worlds smallest dogs called australian dwarf terriers and they are always in the car with me and I went to burger king every day for the last six months so everyone at the Payson Arizona Burger King knows who I am because they all love my dogs.

Burger King-West Orange NJ - This is the second time I have been charged for something that I ordered but did not receive. Unfortunately I did not find out until I got home. I do not live in the same town and the gas alone is not worth going back so I get in contact with the owner and he refuses to refund my credit card. Why? I have my receipt, why is it ok to keep my money? Both times he has offered to make it up for me by offering a free meal which is nice but I hardly ever eat at Burger King - maybe 2-3 times a year because the food always bothers my stomach. I don't even know if it's legal to not return the money I was over-charged but it is definitely fishy that this has happened to me twice when I don't go there very often. I wonder if this is a reoccurring theme with them.

Honestly all the other Burger Kings and their toilets were clean all the time but here it was just nasty and dirty. It doesn't even look like the staff even bother to clean them. I wanted to go the counter and make a complaint but my mum said I shouldn't. I'm guessing because we would have gotten kicked out. And to this day the image of the dirty smelly toilets haunts me. Be careful when ordering a "meal" off the meal menu at Burger King as you may be an unsuspecting victim of the secret upsell. Twice, I have gone through the drive-thru in the last six months and order one of the meals off the menu. Both times, I was asked if I wanted "a medium or a large". Suspicious that I was not offered the "small" option, I asked what size would I get for the price posted on the sign. I was told that I would get a small.

When I asked why "small" was not included in the options that were given to me by the employee (just medium or large), I was told by the employee that he use to ask if the customer wanted "a small, medium or large" but Corporate now required employees to say only "do you want a medium or large" without disclosing to the customer that by ordering a medium or large, he/she would be upgrading his/her order to a larger, more costly meal than the one posted on the sign. Thus, unsuspecting customers choosing from the only two options offered by the Burger King employee could be unknowingly upgrading and purchasing a higher priced meal.

One other note, if you want ketchup at Burger King, you must ask for it. It is not included in the bag and the employees will not ask if you want it - I suspect that it is also another corporate policy.

After 6 years of purposely avoiding any Burger King due to lack of quality product and inability to properly make menu items, I for some reason decided to give them another chance. NEVER AGAIN. As I approached the drive-thru menu board the first thing I noticed were the prices and all I can say is WOW, I have never seen such ridiculous prices for fast food. A Whopper value meal priced at $12 is no "value", this is absurd as well as all the prices for their so-called "value" meal deals. The lowest priced meal was still $2.50 more expensive than McDonalds most expensive value meal. Too many corporate fat cats wanting more and more money for themselves without any regard to the business or its employees.

Soon Burger King will be a thing of the past and they have no one to blame but all their corporate big wigs who will then try to acquire employment with another corporation, and slowly exfoliate any monetary gain from the corporation to be able to grow and succeed and keep up in a changing economy and then that corporation too will cease to exist. BOYCOTT BURGER KING FOR LIFE. We the public do not need this merchant parasite. We as individuals are solely held responsible for what we do to others that significantly impact others, so why aren't corporations required to uphold the same standards as we as individuals are? If within 3-5 years we see all the BK's close forever then we'll know there is some justice still left in the world.

This Burger King, which was even more of a disaster than most of our local BKs, all of which seem to be plagued by problems - was recently remodeled. I was hoping that the management would finally take some action to clean up the place (figuratively and literally). The other day I went in and was accosted by a panhandler. He wasn't threatening by any means, but it's off-putting (as was the homeless guy's bike outside - a different homeless guy, btw). A little old lady was waiting to give her order (in the proper spot) and she was ignored because the counter girl wanted to wait on a later arrival, a buff dude who was NOT in the proper place (the little old lady spoke up for herself, so she was waited on first - but not without a bit of eye-rolling 'tude from the staff member).

I had ordered a chocolate sundae and a burger kids' meal with the kids' soda, plus a rodeo burger. When they called me (after I got a dollar for the panhandler to get "coffee at the shelter") on the tray was a chocolate sundae PIE and Capri Sun. The girl was telling me the Capri Sun came with the meal and I told her I already had my drink (turns out the counter girl had hit the "Capri Sun" tab). She had also hit the "pie" tab, and had to be called over to take back the Capri Sun (the other girl kept trying to tell me it came with the meal) and to verify that I hadn't wanted the sundae pie, but the sundae.

None of this seemed bad to me, until, when she finally got it, she asked if I wanted "more syrup" on the sundae. I couldn't figure out why and she said, "to make up for the price difference" - as the pie cost 50 cents more. I was amazed. "I don't think fifty cents worth of syrup is going to do it," I replied. So that was it. I don't know if she made the sundae bigger or not (I never got one there before) but judging from the dish size, no - and at any rate I didn't want a big sundae. I wanted my 50 cents back. Whoever heard of a place not refunding money in that instance?

Then when eating I found out my rodeo burger was a rodeo chicken sandwich. By then I knew I would call BK instead of pointing it out, as the staff was none too happy about the pie incident. I did call their hotline and spoke to someone named **, very nice, who apologized and said she would send a report to corporate and did I want the manager to call me? Because I am on my town's economic development commission and I would like to see this place do better, I said "yes." Of course no one has called yet, and hey, **, what about my fifty cents? Could you have offered me some coupons or something??? Really amazed that Burger Kings are still going around here. They are empty while McDonald's restaurants, near them, are busy. Orders are always wrong, staffers seem particularly dim, and there are always problems with registers, drink machines, etc.

We were the only customers in the store other than 3 young males who were leaving as we walked in. They were 3 people behind the counter. One was obviously the manager (dirty shirt and tie), the young counter girl and a scruffy, filthy looking male non-employee (no BK uniform). We stood at the counter for quite awhile without any one acknowledging us. The 2 "employees" seemed more worried about what Scruffy was buying than even looking in our direction, let alone saying anything to us. We had just finished a long day and were making our way home during rush hour in a large snow storm and just wanted something quick to take home.

After being ignored for several minutes I loudly stated that we would wait just one more minute and then leave. No one made a move or even looked at us. After the minute was over, we turned and left the store. No one said anything to us, tried to help us or even acknowledged that we existed. The counter girl was heard saying something like "I don't know why they're leaving" as we walked out, but no one said anything to us still or tried to stop us from leaving. This treatment was purposeful, unprofessional and inexcusable. I was completely displeased with this ignorant treatment and will never step foot in this restaurant again, and will cause a complete boycott of all Burger King restaurants. I went to Burger King located at 3001 Montopolis Dr, Austin, TX 78741 to order some food. I pulled up to the drive thru menu to place my order for a number 8 with cheese. Yet this Burger King employee taking orders assumed (instead of listening attentively) that I requested an iced tea. Then instead of allowing me to explain what I actually requested this employee just told me, "Ok sir pull up to the second window" without trying to get my order correct. So I decided that I would go inside of the restaurant to place a complaint with the manager (**) because I did not have time to repeat my order over several times. Let me add that on a few sporadic occasions in the past I had this same issue with poor customer service at this particular Burger King. I also had to place a few complaints in that I assume ** was aware of.

Moving on with the story, ** became very evasive towards my complaint. I always thought that in customer service a restaurant manager was supposed to show empathy and listen to a complaint rather than disputing it. ** then told me in a very condescending way to leave what she claimed to be her establishment. Wait a minute her establishment as if she is the owner of the entire Burger King franchise? I replied by telling her that she was not the owner of the entire Burger King franchise loud enough for her to hear me as she stood back in a defensive manner. Then I asked for her name so that I could complain about her conduct. While standing back in her defensive manner, ** told me again to leave her establishment in a condescending manner. Once again before leaving I asked for her name. Finally she told me that ** was her name and that she was going to call the police. So I began to leave at that point ok.

** was aware of my intentions to place in a complaint on her. That is when ** decided to follow me outside to get my license plate number in order to report me to the police. Why would that be so necessary when there was never any threats, assault, vandalism, or vulgar language used? Yes I made previous stops at this particular Burger King but the only issue was to address poor customer service. I had no interest in dealing with ** personally outside of my complaints regarding the poor quality of service where she so-called managed. Continuing with the story there was a female off-duty officer who happened to be there after the incident with **. This officer asked for my side of the story. After telling her she asked for my I.D. She then advised me to wait until the officer that ** called arrived. I complied and waited.

After the other officer pulled up he got my side of the story. This officer then told me to wait while he got **'s side of the story and not to interrupt. With that I also was compliant. I overheard ** deceitfully telling this officer how I was in some manner harassing her place of business and causing problems where she worked (Due to prior complaints regarding poor customer service) yet ** wanted to play the victim role instead of truthfully explaining my previous visits to that Burger King. ** then had a criminal trespass placed against me just because I had made these previous complaints (that ** claimed to be harassment) where she worked. I'll assume that she was attempting to save face prior to me being able to place my complaint in on her. Other than that I feel that her actions were too over the top and disrespectful towards me as a customer.

This is a practice of bigotry... This manager named ** does not seem to be well-rounded enough with interpersonal and customer service skills to be in the customer service field. She should be fired in my opinion and placed on some type of psych medication. I'll advise anybody in the Austin Location to avoid the Burger King located at the 3001 Montopolis.

She gave me the wrong number for the store right there in my face so I GUESSED the number was one digit different from their fax number and was right. It is 336-386-4031. I walked outside, called, and she took my name down so I proceed through the drive-through for my two fresh combos.

With the ** attitude, she tells me to pull around and doesn't ask me about drinks or combo sizes, so I assumed she could read my mind - which was of course the only logical explanation other than simply not caring. I wait and see them all constantly looking over at me through the window like they're plotting some kind of vengeance for my heinous deed and finally the young Hispanic girl gives me fresh food. The window opens and she rolls her eyes and spouts rudely, "Here!" and slams the window. I sit politely waiting for her to hand me drinks and when she finally is forced to confront me for the sake of moving the line, I say, "I'll just take two small Dr. Peppers" smiling AND SHE CHARGES ME!

I looked at her in disbelief and asked, "Aren't drinks supposed to come with the combo?" and she replies, "Well was there anything wrong with your drinks?" And jokingly I reply, "they were cold too". I pay for the drinks and am EAGERLY waiting until Burger King Customer Relations opens tomorrow so I can repay their apathy for customer satisfaction in kind. I get home and it's two plain double whoppers without cheese with small fries. Not what I ordered the first time and if she'd asked, she would know.

Ladies and gentlemen, what I am about to do to that store and staff is the sole reason you don't piss off customers or allow your staff to because the young white woman manager backed her up the whole way. Prepare to see this review on every outlet available to me. I'm calling back to have a chat and record the conversation. In summation, don't bother with this store unless somehow Burger King Corporate restores it to it's once former glory. Good Day. Btw I didn't GET a receipt.

I've worked at Burger King for a short while. And recently I went to call off because I have legal matters to deal with in the morning, and I couldn't stay until midnight to close and then wake up at 5 in the morning. I'm just not forcing myself to do it. I offered to bring in my paper showing that I HAD to be there in the morning and my manager told me I was not only NOT ALLOWED to call off, but I also had to call someone to cover my shift since I wanted to not write it down. I didn't even know we had something to write down that I needed a day off? No one ever told me.

I'm sick of Burger King. My managers are rude and they don't do their jobs. Why should I even bother coming into work. When I NEED a day off, they REFUSE to give it to me! This is the second time this has happened. And I know another girl that works there that calls off all the time and leaves early and uses her pregnancy as an excuse. Why is it okay to treat one employee like that and treat another so bad?

To my shock I realized I was talking to a guy who didn't have a clue. I said, "Dude, 1. I didn't insult you 2. I'm swearing at your incompetence 3. We are in Spain. Lo & Behold I bit something hard! I quickly spit it out. (Writing about it even now makes me feel like vomiting.) It was a human tooth. It was so disgusting, my husband had to calm & settle me down. I had a fit! All kinds of thoughts went through my head. I just didn't know what kind of diseases I could have gotten. My husband returned to Burger King and took the evidence with him. The Mgr. was very unprofessional. She refused to give her full name. She said her name was Mary. She didn't believe it came from her store. She thought he wanted another sandwich for free. She didn't ask for his name. She was discourteous. My husband and I may pursue taking this to a lab & Lawyer. I also will definitely not recommend BK to any of my friends. When I walked in I was the ONLY one in line so a short light-skinned girl who was wearing those large eyeglasses that kids wear today walked up to me and looked at me... No greeting at all... So I asked HER was SHE ready, she mumbled something. I let that slide instead of leaving right then. I asked her to tell me about the 2 for 5 sandwich deal just to see if I was missing something because I have a tendency to overlook or not read everything. She pointed to the window and said "It's right there", the sign was facing the outside when I walked in which means I'd have to walk back out to reread it. I let that slide.

Then I ordered two chicken sandwiches. The second she took my order she turned to her friend and started talking about how she didn't care about something, either way they had a good convo. I saw my sandwiches when they were ready but these two were so into talking that my sandwiches sat there for five minutes and when they finally gave them to me the sandwiches cooled down. The light skinned girl handed me my food and walked off... No "have a nice day". I DIDN'T COMPLAIN BECAUSE I WAS HUNGRY BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS -10 HORRIBLE AND I DIDN'T APPRECIATE IT AT ALL, ESPECIALLY SINCE I WASN'T EVEN RUDE ABOUT ANYTHING. Since I didn't receive receipt with change, no store # to report directly. I received 2 orders of fries instead of 1 fry & 1 onion rings. No sauce for nuggets. I live a few blocks away from Burger King and have been an everyday customer for the past 6 years. Being disabled from a back injury, I go through the drive up window to place my order every morning for breakfast. The employees are very courteous as are the store managers. This is not to include the District manager of this Central Florida Rt.A1A, Indian Harbour Beach Burger King.

I complained about a pothole in this Burger King drive-through a number of times and met with the District Manager about this problem because it broke a Power Steering Mounting Bracket. It cost me over $350.00 to fix my car. When I mentioned this problem to the District Manager, he simply ignored me. He wouldn't give me the time of day nor look me in the face. Very Disrespectful. Not even an apology.

I was spending at least $8.00/day every day at Burger King and suggested that they put a piece of Plywood over the hole. This hole remained a deep pot hole in the drive-thru for months. I am not looking for reimbursement for the repair of my car, but I am looking for a little respect from this district manager. His behavior was that of rudeness and apathy; he could care less.

I posted these problems a few times in a feedback section on the Burger King site which should communicate with the Corporate Office but got no reply. It seems that no one gives a damn. Finally, someone took my advice and put a patch over the pothole. Nonetheless, I will never give Burger King my business again. I am a very passive man, and always have been. No one should be treated that way. Is there anyone that cares in your corporation? I don't think so. I've told many people in my community about this problem and I will continue to do so until I get some kind of response.

I have not been to a Burger King in a few years. I had a friend say he went recently and liked the Rodeo burger so I thought I'd go and try it out. I saw something else on the menu that looked good too so I decided to try that as well. First thing I pull up to my local Burger King at 9PM or so. At this point I am the only person in the drive thru. They greet me and ask me to wait just a moment to take my order. I'm usually pretty patient and didn't find this unusual. Six minutes later and a different person comes and takes my order. I found this to be ridiculous already. I was the only car there and there was no reason to wait that long just to put my order in. 3 other cars had lined up behind me in the six minutes I waited without a single word just to place my order.

Doesn't stop there with Burger King though, I pull up to the second window as directed. I have my debit card in hand ready to pay. There is a man standing there and messing with the register. He does not look at me, speak to me, or even acknowledge me once. Multiple other employees come by as well. I saw at least 4 employees and no one spoke to me. Believe it or not after 3 minutes or so the man just walked off, and I had to wait 5 minutes total for someone to take my payment. This is ridiculous I have waited around 10 minutes total at this Burger King when I was the first and only car there at the start. A girl took my payment and gave me my food. She was clearly working in the back and asked if I had been given my drink yet. I replied "not yet". She walked off to the back and didn't come back. Two minutes later another girl comes up by the window, gets my drink and gives it to me.

I'm already irritated and have written down the phone number on their window as I should never have to wait 10-15 minutes at a drive thru especially when I'm the only one there at first, and the lobby is closed. I get home and decided to eat and worry about it after. I get to my second sandwich and guess what? They gave me the completely wrong thing. What they gave me does not even have a remotely similar name, and does not look the same. I can't fathom how they figured that's what I wanted. I ordered a Mushroom and Swiss burger, and was given the Extra-Long BBQ Cheeseburger. (I had to look up their menu to figure out what they gave me and if I was still going to eat it).

Basically everything that can go wrong at a fast food drive thru did go wrong. I was steamed to say the least. I went to place a complaint on their website that they have on the outside of the drive thru window and guess what? They give you very few characters and don't have a complaints section. They only ask for comments about menu items. There is no place to place a complaint about the store itself. I placed one in the comments anyways and have every intention of calling their number tomorrow during business hours. I won't be back - that's for sure.

So I got them, but my 5 yr old boy who started eating it as soon as I passed him the bag told me that his hands got all messy of ketchup??? It is a fact that he or any of my kids do not eat any dressings or toppings, just the plain cheese burger. Well when I look at it, the wrapping paper was all full of ketchup!!! So I checked the burger and also the other burgers and all were plain, so they just wrapped the cheese burger with a DIRTY WRAPPING PAPER!!! So I come back to the store to let them know what happened and to request a clean wrapping at least and some napkins since they didn't toss even one into the bag. When the manager called "Dan" is told about the situation, his reaction was: "And what do you want?" Not a sorry or anything.

So I requested the paper and napkins (which were never given by the way). As this "manager" gives me the clean wrapping, I asked how did this happen?? He answers: "What did what happened?" I said "How the burger got wrapped with a dirty paper?" and his answer was, in a sarcastic cynical way and with almost laughing: "Well the wrapping got full of the toppings of your burger, what do you want me to do?" Since the beginning I explained him that the burgers were PLAIN and show them the receipt which he did not even looked. He was like whatever which really pissed me off and told him that how can something like that could happen and he did not even care?? Ask him his name, and told him that I would report him.

When I was making coffee, the same employee who shouted at me came outside and told me, "YOU BUSTED OUR ** JUST FOR COFFEE. GET IT FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE." I was so pissed at this but tried to calm down, went back to the car and dropped off the coffee.

I couldn't have ignored this and came back to ask name of the employee and wanted to speak to the manager. When I told the manager what happened, she said she will put the coffee on the house but all I wanted was some respect and not treated like this. When I said I don't want the free coffee, another employee shouted "GET OUT" in front of the whole store with customers, my family and kids with me. I couldn't believe my ears!!! I just left the store completely appalled and shocked with my kids asking me about the insult and arguments.

I have never felt so insulted in all my life. We are not eating for free, and are paying customers. How can you treat us like this? This can happen to anyone. I want to know from Burger King. Is this how you treat another person? How can you say GET OUT to someone who comes to your Restaurant and pays for your jobs! This is inhuman treatment on part of the employees and the Manager and they deserve to be punished or at least apologize. This is the last time I will ever go to this ** up place.

A couple of weeks went by and the insurance company called my husband in regards to what happened and asked my husband if he kept the penny and the burger he ate. Of course at the time it happened, we did not think about keeping it so we did not have it. 2 weeks later, the insurance company calls my husband and says Burger King does not want to pay for anything because they have no proof this happened!! I have registered complaints twice on the BBB and to no avail!! At this point, we want everyone to know how Burger King operates and to stay away from their food chains!!!!!! I stood in line, waited for my turn, asked if they take Visa? The girl replied back in another language, and I took as a Yes from her expression on her face.

I ordered a meal for my family who had never tried Burger King before since we never go there where we live. The burger and nuggets were placed in front of me first while they went to fry the fries and then after this was delivered, they decided to fill the drink and then go and get the ice cream for my wife! The whole process took about 10mins. This meant my burger which later found to be about 1 to 2 hours old (I have prior knowledge due to my work) stood there for another 10 mins longer. Now my tickets alone for this holiday alone cost around 9000 US dollars so I am not going to take anyone for ride over a few dollar burger, but after contacting Burger King a month later after my return, all they did was to send me an email saying they are going to look into this!

Their priority is set to look into this rather than making things right with the complainer while you look into things! This is due to their ill trained staff at even the highest level so we should excuse the lower ones. To be honest similar happened 15 years ago with McDonald, and the manager there was looking at me as I was chewing and holding my burger in hand walking towards the counter to make a complaint about the burger not having any sauce... where upon reach he took the burger off my hand and replaced it with another with a smile. He did not want to know who done what or what was wrong! He made me feel good. I never had to complain, so I just smiled back and said thanks... This is customer service. This is why they lead... This is why Burger King can make a few sales in that airport since rivals are not there! I think this cowboy joint is about to go bust. I have seen so many complaints about them that makes me think they want it this way!

As I said I have experience in this field of fast food for past 30 years, even with me complaints of customers are dealt with first then we go and discipline staff or check what's what... since people are not liars especially when it comes to a few dollars worth of food! Treat your customers as if they are your only customer! That's the mentality forward! Now these so called Business men at Burger King head office think I, after a month, upon my return after spending upwards of $15,000 am trying to fiddle them out of 60 or so Turkish lire! (not even $15-00) Shame is the only thing I can say... shame!

I walked into the Burger King located at 3900 E Colonial Drive, Orlando, Florida today June 27th 2014 at approximately 9:55 am. There was one customer in the line and I stood behind him. The cashier completed his order and walked away from the register. There was another female staff member facing the tray where the prepared orders would go in. During this time I saw the lady who was originally at the cash register walk by around the corner several times. At one point she looked directly into my eyes and hurriedly went on her way around the corner again. After nine minutes she still had not returned and the lady by the food tray area was still standing with her back to me - no other customers in the store at this point. I sought some kind of attention by saying 'hello'. No one responded. I said 'hello, hello' still no response. I knocked on the counter, no response. The lady with her back to me remained still in the same position, completely ignoring me.

About three minutes after the lady who was at the cashier walked toward the register and a few inches away, with no greeting she rolled her eyes and in an angry tone, asked "What can I get you?" Still puzzled at all of what I just witnessed I asked, "Did you not see me before?" She yelled "Ma'am, I'm not clocked." I then asked, "Why then are you asking me what can you get me?" Again she shouted with an angry, frustrated demeanor (as though she was being bothered), "because they told me someone was up front, I'm not clocked in I'm cleaning."

At this point, not only was I embarrassed but did not feel comfortable with spending my money there nor eating anything prepared in such hostile environment. I told her I no longer wanted anything and while walking away I glanced at her name tag and she quickly shouted, "My name is **, I can pronounce it for you if you want." I kept going and walked out of the store.

I was completely taken aback by this type of behavior towards a prospective customer. At no time was I disrespectful or rude to this lady or anyone in the store (and I do have the recording to prove this). This was my first visit to this particular location and do not know whether it was common practice but it was unacceptable, unprofessional, and downright rude. No customer needs to be shouted at in frustration by an employee who was not clocked in. In fact, it is quite reasonable to expect a large corporation such as Burger King to have a designated cashier on duty (or someone who cared to assist).

Today, my mother and I went to get food from Burger King at the drive-thru because we were looking for something quick and easy to pick up that wasn't terrible. We first drove up to the drive-thru window and we had to wait for 2 or 3 minutes to order even when no cars were ahead of us. We were upset by the fact that the person taking our orders repeated questions multiple times and stuttered so badly we could hardly understand her. Then, we got to the window where the clerk asked if we wanted ice in our drinks and gave us dirty looks when we said yes. We finally received our food and left in a rush to get home and eat. When we got home we were disappointed to see that our orders had been ruined. My order, a double barbecue bacon whopper, was not double. My mother's whopper had lettuce even though she clearly asked for no lettuce or tomato.

Then when we opened the next bag (not sure why there was separate bags since there was plenty of room). My mother had been given french fries instead of the onion rings she had asked for. All of the French fries were cold and hard. We had to cover them in salt and ketchup to make them taste appealing. We finished eating our burgers and fries, and opened the third bag. We had ordered 24 packs of the Cinnabon minibons and we were very displeased when only 4 minibons were in the bag. We realized that the food had become more expensive and the portions are also now smaller than they used to be. The taste was also not as good as we are used to from our neighborhood BK.

We tried to call the exact location to complain and the customer service number on the receipt. There was no answer on either line. We used to enjoy going to Burger King because it was always better and more filling than competitors like McDonald's, but the quality has decreased dramatically and I do not think we will ever be eating there again. I strongly suggest that you do not go to Burger King, especially not the one here in Oak Lawn Illinois, 60453 on 95th street.

When I go in to eat, the 'rating' sign I see has never been above a C, usually it's a D or an F. I continued phoning the rest of that day and the next three days, the phone went unanswered. My daughter and I left the drive-thru, and went to the left of the bldg. and proceeded into the parking lot to park and eat. We had our mozz sticks, but didn't have any marinara sauce. I pulled out of my parking spot to go through the drive-thru again to get some.

The shorter stockier guy had no name tag, so I called him the guy with glasses and brownish wavy hair. He seemed quite put out, because as I was going to the drive-thru again, I had seen that he was outside having another cigarette. I know it was another one because he flicked one when I pulled into the the BK parking lot the 1st time! So, we are back to the parking spot and proceeded to eat our cold cheese sticks. We then opened our crispy chicken wraps. My daughter was taken aback! She opened her wrap, only to find 2 chicken nuggets on her crispy chicken wrap. I then looked on mine, and it was the same as hers...

I was stunned, but the 1st thought that came out of my head was, I think he must have thought we were eating it on the run, and I say that because I can't remember the time that BK ever got my fast food order right, but I never say anything because I'm already home, 5 miles away. But whatever! I go to the drive-thru window once again, in a not too happy manner. Why would he charge me $3.58 + tax. for 4 chicken nuggets that are on your value menu for like a buck? Idk how much they were exactly, but really?

The stocky guy yelled to the guy who I would presume cooked the wraps, and my daughter and I both heard a laugh out loud! I was astounded! I then asked if he was the manager. I asked if he had a name. He said no, and then he glared at me, like he was waiting for another question from me. I obliged, "So, is your Mgr. here?" He said, "I don't know where he is." Feeling a little bit uneasy, I didn't ask anything else at that moment. He did go on to assure me that the Chicken wraps were most definitely made with chicken nuggets, but that it's made with 3 nuggets. Wow! He's a keeper! I know when I'm being toyed with, so I told him that I was not leaving the drive-thru until I got my money back. He told me that he couldn't do that. He then left the window for about 4 minutes.

Two cars were pulling behind me. How did he even get their orders? He wasn't even near the registers? I could be wrong, but my sight is going to pot. He then returns with a tall, skinny guy with a Marijuana leaf tattooed onto his inner forearm, but he did have a name tag. My daughter said it looked like it said **, and he also had another order of 2 crispy chicken wraps in hand. I firmly told the guy that I was all set, and that I just wanted my money back. Omg! If looks could kill, I'd have been pulled through the window, and pushed head first, into the fryolator! I was kind of scared at that point!

Panic attack sets in, wishing I had my anxiety meds, feeling pretty vulnerable, all while I'm motioning a shh to my 22-year-old daughter. She was on protection mode of her mother, but all I wanted to do was get out of there with my money, and what was left of my dignity. He definitely looks like a guy who could avenge anyone who pissed him off, and last night, I was the one who did. It was then that I was sure that he was the cook. No one else was making any kind of appearance but the stocky guy, and the guy who laughed, the supposed manager(?), when the bigger guy said I was at the window with 2 wraps made with chicken nuggets.

Wow! Why is it that I have not already said, "forget this?" Too late! I was given my money, and then from the safe quarters of my vehicle, I had let him know that this experience was unlike no other that I have ever been involved in. I never even heard anything quite like this. And his rebuttal was, **, slammed the window, and walked out of sight. Shaking, I went back to the parking lot, on the other side of the window. I then went to look for a Corporate number that the stocky guy said that no one could get, not even BK, on my iPhone.

I did get a number, but they won't be open until morning and they close at 5. So, I heard that message, and my daughter and I just started to eat the Chicken Parm Sandwich. Wow! I don't think we needed to do that! And then, you'll never believe this, 2 cruisers pull into the BK parking lot!? I told the officers exactly what I just wrote here and they then went and spoke to your 2 workers, and the tall skinny one that called me that awful name, his name was on the receipt! They called them because I beeped my horn. You know, while the hefty kid was out of sight for that 4 minutes while I was trying to get my money back?

I'm just curious. Was there a sale on high school dropouts on hiring day? I can't believe my daughter didn't get a call back after graduation back in '09 from you guys, but now, I'm glad she was overlooked. I'm very, very glad! I hope my business is worth more than their employment. I guess we'll just have to wait and see! I'll be willing to bet that he's not close to even being bondable, but that's your business. But mine at this moment is my trying to stay awake, because my panic attack kept me wide awake from the time of incident to the present. I'm wide awake writing this because I could not get a single live person on the phone! Is there not a complaint # for after hours? I did pass the time though just by reading complaints on Google. Now that's a rude awakening! I stopped eating at McDonalds because of the whole pink slime thing, but I'm rethinking the slime in McDonald's food, isn't half as bad as the slime that worked at BK on 9/26/12, in Rochester NH. Here's the # for BK, in case you need it! (603) 332-8341. I'm having the worst panic attack, even after more than 6 hours?!

This has happened even when there is only a few cars in line. Wendy's is so much better and has staff to handle the people! Why doesn't management from the top check these places out? The manager didn’t wait on them and they walked away. The manager yelled at the crew member for not getting to the customers. My question is why she didn’t wait on them. I heard her say didn’t you wait on them. How could the girl do that when she was the only one up front; the manager at the back didn’t have a headset on. The only one who did was the girl in the drive thru. I don’t think that was fair at all. I’ve heard other people say that the manager is unfair to certain members of the crew because of the color of their skin; there are only a few colored people that I’ve seen working there. I wasn’t happy with what I saw.

About two or three years ago, Burger King decided to sell nonfat milk instead of the 1% or 2% they used to sell for the last 25 or 30 years. Why?! Was it really to improve the health of their customers? No. Does anybody honestly believe that giving their children nonfat milk in the morning really improves their health? No. Then why did Burger King replace bare 1% or 2% milk with nonfat milk? I tried to get that question answered from Burger King Corporation. They told me the reason they switched to nonfat milk nationwide at all of their restaurant locations is because they did a survey and they found that the majority of the people agree that nonfat milk is healthier for you than 1% or 2% low-fat milk.

Who can argue with that? I then asked them did they include the following question in the survey: "Which milk do you prefer to drink?" The only answer I got was a 3-second pause and "No sir, we did not ask that question in the survey." And then I noticed that the Hershey Corporation had placed their name on the outside of every milk containers sold by Burger King. So, according to the above statements, which are absolutely correct, what does that leave you all to believe the real reason for Burger King removing tasteful milk from their menu in the morning which had also reduced the amount of people, including myself, whom now do not eat breakfast at Burger King anymore? The main reason Burger King Corporation decided to sell nonfat milk is to save money which in turns increases their profit margin, which is the only reason they switched from a decent tasting milk to an absolutely bland flavored milk. And if you try adding four or five creamers to it, it still does not make it taste like regular 2% milk.

And if someone tries to believe it's for the health of the children, that is absolutely incorrect. Because young children are so full of energy they would burn off that 1% or 2% portion of milk fat between the Burger King restaurant table and the parent's car parked in the parking lot. And children do not like or do not prefer the tasteless nonfat milk. Burger King, please bring back at least the 1% low-fat milk to all of your restaurants and you will have more customers eating at your restaurants in the morning and your profit margin will increase and probably will exceed the amount a cost savings/profit you're making by forcing your customers to drink only nonfat milk at all of your restaurants.

I would like to thank this website for allowing me to post my complaint which in some way may possibly help Burger King to decide to bring back at least the 1% low-fat milk they used to carry and then I wouldn't mind eating at Burger King for breakfast once again. But, quite honestly, I believe Burger King will never go back to the good tasting milk because they're making too much profit and quite frankly don't give a damn about what the customer wants!

I rarely visit BK because quite frankly, I'm not a fan. My fiancé however loves BK and he asked me to go get him some food. At approximately 10:15am, I went in to the location closest to our home (SE corner of McClintock and Broadway in Tempe, AZ) and after ordering his items, I ordered myself the double crossianwich meal (#4). When the cashier asked me what I would like to drink, I requested an orange juice. She grabbed a fountain cup, looked around, looked at her screen and said "We don't carry that." I thought that was odd but told her I would just have a Dr. Pepper instead. After she handed me my drink, I glanced at the receipt and noticed that she had charged me for some Whopper Meal which was $2 more than the breakfast meal. I politely told her that she had entered my order wrong and she again looked around before saying, "I'll fix it in a minute." Fair enough.

The cashier then proceeded to take 2 more orders and both of those patrons happened to notice that their orders were wrong as well. At this point I had been waiting for about 15 minutes. Finally, the manager (or perhaps the assistant manager, not really sure because she did not have a name badge) came up and handed me my food. I glanced in the bag and again told them that my order was wrong and that I wanted the #4 breakfast, not the VA Whopper. She said "Well it's after 10:30. We are no longer serving breakfast!" I showed her my receipt while pointing out the time stamp. She huffed at me and said "Fine, I'll fix it in a minute". In the meantime, the 2 other customers were attempting to have their meals corrected with the cashier as well. One of them ordered a meal and was only charged for the burger. I'm not sure what the other customer ordered but he didn't look or sound happy.

Another 8 minutes went by and the manager lady slammed down the bag on the counter and said, "We fixed it!" as she's walking away. I called her back and told her that's great but I would like the $2 difference reimbursed. She again huffed at me and said, "Just a sec." Needless to say she didn't come back, so I told the cashier that this was ridiculous and I would like my money back. At this point I had been in the restaurant for over 30 minutes and had groceries in the car. She again looked around, looked at her screen, looked at my receipt, looked at her screen again and gave me back my money. Needless to say I don't think I will be going back. My fiancé can go get his own BK, ha.

My wife has been working for Burger King for a couple of years and has been an outstanding employee with minimal write ups. She has been going through such a traumatic experience working for Burger King that she is questioning any future work and possible careers. She is working extreme hours along with mandatory meeting, constantly receiving harassing phone calls with verbal abuse while not at work and on her days off work and being threatened with write ups and being fired over job duties that do not pertain to her job.

A few months back, the phone calls got so bad that I could personally hear the entire conversation from ten feet away. I quickly took the phone away and dealt with the situation in a bold upstanding demeanor. The phone calls stopped for some time but have slowly started back up again and have progressed from innocent job related shop talk to being distressful, traumatic and verbally abusive again.

To give another recent example, yesterday, my wife had a mandatory meeting from 9 am to 1 pm. with a 45-minute drive time home and another 45 minutes drive back to work. She was also scheduled to work from 5 pm to 2 am closing the restaurant and cleaning for an hour that same day. Another mandatory meeting was scheduled at 8 am the same morning. She is still at this meeting and it is 11 am now. She also is scheduled to work tonight from 5 pm to 2 am and close/ clean the restaurant again.

She has tried talking to the General Manager and the District Manager and even Human Resources multiple, multiple times! They are unwilling to cooperate, file reports and just keep passing her off to each other. She has also put in for several transfers to another restaurant under BK corp and has been denied time and time again. I have stuck by my wife and have tried to help her through these difficult times but now it is just too much for both of us. She is now in her third trimester, pregnant, and it seems that all they want to do it is get rid of her by any means necessary. After all the years of service, this is the thanks BK Corp. has for its employees.

The floor was filthy and I watched one of the other workers come out to clean. She did like 4 tables and walked over the trash in the floor 5 times and did not pick it up. Then she took the trash can out of the bin and left it in front of the door and went in the back. So finally, my husband and I got up and left. The only one I found to smile was the manager. Funny. It will be a while before I'll go back. They will have to change some people. I told about this to my family so they will not either.

This has happened more than once to us. I thought you needed to know after several times. I worked in the fast food industry for over 21 years, so I know how it is to work in these places and how to conduct myself and the business. I find it sad that you can't find someone who will work at a good pay like that, but then again, they all know each other and are too young. Send them to McDonald's to work for them. They don't care as long as they show up for work. Boy, how I would love to be the secret shopper here. Thank you, have a great day.

Employee on Burger King Store number 5090 McDonough, GA: A female named ** waited on me on 04-09-12. This individual was extremely slow and obviously was having trouble taking orders and operating the register. This Burger King has gone downhill and it is a shame because I always enjoyed eating there in the past. I took note there apparently has been a management and personnel change since my last visit that does not appear to be good. There is a McDonald’s across the street and I will be going there from now on.

The Burger King in Jonesboro, LA has the worst service of any fast food chain restaurant. The restaurant is poorly managed and has earned a reputation around the parish for the terrible service, unprofessional and rude employees, and poor food quality. I have been to other Burger King restaurants and I enjoyed the food, but I refuse to go to the one near my home as well as others that I know. I think the company should closely evaluate this particular business and make changes since they are poorly representing the company.

It took a manager 5 times to make a whopper with cheese and no tomatoes. As I handed back the 4th burger to the associate, the manager was pouting to the associate about how she has wasted 4 burgers. I asked the associate if that was seriously a manager pouting that she can't follow directions nor read off a screen. She told me yes and the manager continued to pout after hearing me say I could hear her. Then, she had the nerve to tell the associate that if the burger wasn't to my liking, then she should give me my money back.

I told the associate she can give me my money back now without making the 5th burger because it's fine with me to go get hot food at Wendy’s. They didn't give my money back, but I thought it was made to order my way, so what is the problem? My French fries were cold and the burger still wasn’t hot when they finally made it. The other person I ate with had cold food because they messed up her order, too. This morning, we tried to call to complain, maybe with a different supervisor, but no one answered. We took their survey, so hopefully they will change. I doubt they will, but it was a waste of money.

Old bacon breakfast wraps - Why would BK get rid of such a good meal? It possibly ruined my morning finding that out!

It was April 1, 2012, a Sunday, when I went to Burger King through drive-thru in the afternoon around 4:30 pm. As always, I ordered my food in Spanish. Anyway, I loved how the young lady took my order; she was very polite to me. I really love how she treated me in the window; she looked happy to get my order. I appreciated the customer service I had. I will go to BK again. By the way, the BK is on North Broadway.

This is the nearest BK in my area. Each and every time I have to visit this BK there is an issue. First of all, the drive thru is slow and so is the front counter. Too much playing and talking at the front counter as well as the back where food is prepared, that includes management. Every time I go there, one of the guys from the back, who should be making sandwiches, is too busy trying to get a number from customers.

On March 30, 2012, my son just had to have a Whooper Jr., so with hesitation we drove up the street to BK. There was one car ahead in the Drive thru, no cars behind me. I sat at the intercom system for 8 minutes, I said hello four times and each time, the female manager said, hold on a second. By the fourth hello I was furious, I said hello again, she finally said, “Okay, can I take your order?” I ordered my son’s Whopper Jr. value meal. I get to the window only to find out that the rude chick on the other end of the intercom was a manger (go figure). **, I was super pissed already then she had the nerve to take my debit card, proceeded to take her cash drawer out so another employee can take over the drive thru. So, she closes out and the other employee hands me my card and receipt. The proper procedure would have been for her (the manager) to finish our transaction then close out, but nope, that’s what happens when all you dish out is bad customer service.

I asked the new young lady (who was very nice an apologetic, she said I don’t know what happened, but I apologize, much appreciated for that) for the store manager information she gave me the store owner name and number, Rita Haarman. I called the owner last Friday, March 30, 2012 and today is April 3, 2012. I haven’t received a call back. I left a message with my name and number but no response. I’m so fed up with receiving bad customer service at this location. Why do I have to go out of my way to go to another BK to get fast, courteous service?

I work in customer service for one of the leading shipping companies and we pride ourselves in exceptional customer service. I always provide great customer service. BK needs to understand that all they provide is a service and without customers, you can’t provide that service. I want is a call back. I don’t want any coupons or anything free. I want good customer service, not attitudes or incompetency!
