I was really appalled at the state and cleanliness of this Burger King. I came in for a quick bite to eat and it was so dirty! At first I didn't notice it when I first walked in. I ordered my food and when I got my tray I went to the soda fountain and there were fruit flies everywhere! Fruit flies come when the spouts of the soda machine have not been cleaned properly! Then I noticed under the one of the table there was a huge puddle of water just sitting there. The place wasn't busy and it was so quiet yet the store was disgusting and just for interest sake I went to the back to see if I could find a clean chair when I touched the table it was so sticky and gross I ended up throwing away everything I bought and driving home to wash my hand correctly - because the bathroom was even worse!

I don't understand how an establishment that supposed to be selling food can't keep their dine in area clean... I wonder what the kitchen is like and that's why I just left the food and went. I really think this restaurant needs to be checked out. The Burger King on Queensway in the same plaza as Dairy Queen.

The first thing I did when I entered the restaurant AT 250 WEST ROLLINS ROAD, ROUND LAKE BEACH, IL, was go to wash my hands before eating. I applied soap to my hands and waved my hands under the automatic faucet. The water was scalding hot! It was all I could do to just get the soap off of me, and forget about washing my hands. Not only is this dangerous, it is unsanitary! I immediately told the cashier that I had burned my hands trying to get the soap off and all she did was laugh and say "really?" I was appalled! THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED!!! The manager kept her back to me and refused to make eye contact!

I understand it's their job to look out for what all employee do. So on 05/27/2015, I was working and my husband had came and order some food. I gave him a cup, he didn't pay for it but I was getting off - I only had 15 minutes left. So I decide to say I'll pay for it when I get off work, so the hiring manager called me to the back and fired me on the spot. I understand it's a job that they have to do but I could have at least got write up for it - he just fired me. This Burger King is all messed up. I'm mad as hell. 32nd and McDowell Burger King is mean as hell.

Location: 1800 Stirling Road Dania, FL 33004 #4511. I came in to place my very simple order and the cashier acted as if she were deaf which irritated me. I had to repeat myself several times with every simple request. As I waited for my smoothie, the flies began hitting my face repeatedly, further agitating me. When I finally got the smoothie, it wasn't thoroughly mixed and it had smoothie all on the side of the cup. Looking very unappetizing and unappealing. Furthermore, I ordered a medium, it looked small.

I was afraid to consume anything coming from the restaurant at this point, since the flies way out numbered the employees. When I asked for a refund because of the flies, there was no apology or any sort of compassion shown for the inconvenience by the cashier or the manager that gave the refund. It was an attitude of disdain. It was like, "Oh well." As if to say, well whatever, it was JUST $3.39 anyway. And as a matter of fact, when the cashier called the manager up to the front she said, verbatim: "Oh, I need a void and it's no rush, you can come whenever you're ready." As if to say my [the customer]'s time didn't matter and was unimportant. I could just wait until "whenever (he) was ready".

Thankfully though, he did come right away but he was extremely unapologetic as well and downright blase about the whole thing. They tried to make me feel as 'unquality' as their customer service, hygiene, fly population, and product presentation. It is quite unfortunate because I used to customarily enjoy hamburgers and a plethora of other products for me and my rather large and growing family from other Burger Kings. However, this experience has thwarted my interest in dining at any and all Burger Kings. It made me want to pass the word to my family, friends, Twitter, Facebook and such like.

However, I decided to first take this survey and give the higher ups an opportunity to rectify the matter, as I am quite aware that this one store can't possibly embody the quality practices of all BK's. Thanks to my open-mindedness and objective nature, I have decided at this time to simply report and make the higher ups aware that this store #4511 is greatly tarnishing the standard of all around quality I had previously known Burger Kings to have. I am a writer by trade, college-educated, so I am more than aware of my capabilities. However, as I've stated, I've chosen to give the opportunity to rectify this matter by informing the higher ups.

I trust this matter will be resolved in a most expeditious fashion as I have taken out valuable time to be thorough in my complaint. And quite frankly, these flies are a real cause of concern health-wise to customers left unaware that actually purchase and consume from this location. It is my civic duty to let you know that it is only a matter of time before someone gets sick from eating fly droppings. Something has to be done quickly.

And the complacency with which the matter was handled at the store, assures me that management and this cashier are not the ones suitable for the job of proactively finding resolutions to resolve the problem on their own. They seemed quite uninterested in being there, and quite frankly entertained by my blatant disgust, as if it were a break in the monotony they feel working there. Totally not exemplary of Burger King's usual standard I'm sure. Signed, Conscientious Consumer.

On various different occasions I've patronized this particular Burger King restaurant in my home town of Defiance, Ohio. Many of these occasions I've had them forget a sandwich out salad maybe an order of fries or a drink... These all are very annoying occurrences but we usually chalk it up to normal fast food inaccuracy.

However after many years of regular patronage of this particular BK I stopped in with my two sons on our way to school in the morning (I work second shift) and we left early to get some Croissan'wichs. Unfortunately after ordering I realized I forgot my wallet in my work car. When I asked to be allowed to bring them back the money they refused to help me out. So I had to take my boys to school hungry because they couldn't trust a regular customer for thirty minutes over fifteen dollars worth of food?!

I even offered my iPod or Samsung note 4 for collateral so the boys didn't have to go without their breakfast. If I was from out of town I could understand their reluctance to help out but I guesstimate that I spend $1500 or more a year at this restaurant and these employees recognize me as a normal good customer.

The assistant manager ** who is normally very helpful was not sympathetic to my situation and when I called back to voice my displeasure with how they handled one of their regular customers she was short, cut me off, and then hung up on me. When I called back she was even more rude and then threatened to call the police if I called back!

Shocked to say the least I never yelled or used bad language I just attempted to explain how inconvenient it was and express my disappointment in the way things were handled and I was threatened with the police? Bad customer relations. Terrible management policy and practice if you asked me. I went to another Burger King in a neighboring town and bought some food and even though I had the money asked the same question to the assistant manager.

They said "Well we really aren't supposed to but we understand. Yes you can run and bring back the money. We trust you!" At least some management at select food places and businesses still understand the value of a good customer and I applaud you folks who still get it and treat people fairly. Now I will be avoiding our unfriendly neighbourhood BK in Defiance, Ohio. Way to go!

I believe in Burger King's "we'LL do it your way" but when I go thru the drive thru there is this one girl who always gets my order wrong. I asked for someone else to take my order and the manager being the ** that he always is wanted to force me to park my car and come inside to resolve the problem. I stated all I want is my order correct and he would not prepare my order unless I came inside when I was in a hurry. I had 2 cars in front of me and one in back I was unable to get out of the drive thru so I will never eat there again since I ate there every day for the last 6 months. Never again.

They only care about their getting food out and that is all and one person said that Burger King is not a store to go to because they will now most likely spit in my food as they have youtube people actually doing nasty things to the customers that filed complaints or they DID not like. So, if you want to go to a Burger King be ready that someone could screw up your food. I asked for my fries to be well done and last time I went there I caught them giving me regular fries and I handed back the bag and said "you need to make them well well well well done" and she handed back the bag and told me she would make another fry well well well well done and she went over to the manager who just put another back of regular fries in a bag and gave it to me like he DID not care and while I waited for this regular fry my sandwiches became cold.

This is a company that does not care about their customer service or they would not put people in management who act in this manner. Customer service to this manager is "** everyone I am not paid enough to care." Well, I cared now I don't either. I went to subway and got a wonderful 6 inch sub and there I can be assured that if I file a complaint I will not have to worry about a problem of the people doing something disgusting to my food. I know that I allowed this to occur over 10 times and never filed a complaint but now after so many times with the same girl and manager it's time that they are put on notice and fired by the Burger King corporation before they get yelped and there are complaints so many that they will lose customers and start closing stores.

I only have one Burger King in my city so it's not like I can go to another one. The Payson Arizona store has some good people in it but the girl and the manager need to be removed before all the tourist start coming. I am planning to notify people with a sign in front of burger king informing potential customers that are coming to Burger King they have failed in their advertisement that they will do our way, not how the manager feels, get the food out even if the chicken sandwich is not cooked properly or if the burgers are raw. They just don't care about their customers because most of them are tourist and they usually forget their bad experience by the next time they come up to Payson to party and find themselves getting another bad experience.

I do not believe they care. If they DID they would contact me and resolve this problem but to force me to wait in the drive thru then come in and get my order. That is just plain stupid which now I can say Burger King is stupid for forcing this kind of action from their management team. I am now happy that Subway cares about their customers. They want an order number when after all this I just drove off to Subway. They all know me at the Burger King. I have the worlds smallest dogs called australian dwarf terriers and they are always in the car with me and I went to burger king every day for the last six months so everyone at the Payson Arizona Burger King knows who I am because they all love my dogs.

Burger King-West Orange NJ - This is the second time I have been charged for something that I ordered but did not receive. Unfortunately I did not find out until I got home. I do not live in the same town and the gas alone is not worth going back so I get in contact with the owner and he refuses to refund my credit card. Why? I have my receipt, why is it ok to keep my money? Both times he has offered to make it up for me by offering a free meal which is nice but I hardly ever eat at Burger King - maybe 2-3 times a year because the food always bothers my stomach. I don't even know if it's legal to not return the money I was over-charged but it is definitely fishy that this has happened to me twice when I don't go there very often. I wonder if this is a reoccurring theme with them.

To my dismay and clear bowl’s disliking, the second passing couldn't happen soon enough. Now I'm shooting a triple double with the BK'S on my backside! I've complained numerous times about them messing up my order. ** has helped me about 90% of the time at the drive thru and EVERY TIME it's been wrong. He always has an excuse too, a bad one. One that better management would fix.

He appears high on marijuana every time my husband and I go in there. He smiles and laughs at complaints. He helped me again today and put some soggy nasty thing on my hamburger. He's ruthless. Probably spits on my burgers. The meal I got today was my FREE meal his manager gave me for him messing up our order last time. And the free meal was still messed up. When I tell friends the stories, they usually say "are you talking about the BK off 82nd by the Clackamas mall... When I went to go to the loo I saw how disgusting the toilets were and how dirty they were. My mum complained about the same thing in the other bathroom. Honestly all the other Burger Kings and their toilets were clean all the time but here it was just nasty and dirty. It doesn't even look like the staff even bother to clean them. I wanted to go the counter and make a complaint but my mum said I shouldn't. I'm guessing because we would have gotten kicked out. And to this day the image of the dirty smelly toilets haunts me. I think I'm ready to make a complaint to the health industry and tell them to close down the store. And I heard bad stories about Chuck E. Cheese's being dirty.

Be careful when ordering a "meal" off the meal menu at Burger King as you may be an unsuspecting victim of the secret upsell. Twice, I have gone through the drive-thru in the last six months and order one of the meals off the menu. Both times, I was asked if I wanted "a medium or a large". Suspicious that I was not offered the "small" option, I asked what size would I get for the price posted on the sign. I was told that I would get a small.

When I asked why "small" was not included in the options that were given to me by the employee (just medium or large), I was told by the employee that he use to ask if the customer wanted "a small, medium or large" but Corporate now required employees to say only "do you want a medium or large" without disclosing to the customer that by ordering a medium or large, he/she would be upgrading his/her order to a larger, more costly meal than the one posted on the sign. Thus, unsuspecting customers choosing from the only two options offered by the Burger King employee could be unknowingly upgrading and purchasing a higher priced meal.

One other note, if you want ketchup at Burger King, you must ask for it. It is not included in the bag and the employees will not ask if you want it - I suspect that it is also another corporate policy.

After 6 years of purposely avoiding any Burger King due to lack of quality product and inability to properly make menu items, I for some reason decided to give them another chance. NEVER AGAIN. As I approached the drive-thru menu board the first thing I noticed were the prices and all I can say is WOW, I have never seen such ridiculous prices for fast food. A Whopper value meal priced at $12 is no "value", this is absurd as well as all the prices for their so-called "value" meal deals. The lowest priced meal was still $2.50 more expensive than McDonalds most expensive value meal. Too many corporate fat cats wanting more and more money for themselves without any regard to the business or its employees.

Soon Burger King will be a thing of the past and they have no one to blame but all their corporate big wigs who will then try to acquire employment with another corporation, and slowly exfoliate any monetary gain from the corporation to be able to grow and succeed and keep up in a changing economy and then that corporation too will cease to exist. BOYCOTT BURGER KING FOR LIFE. We the public do not need this merchant parasite. We as individuals are solely held responsible for what we do to others that significantly impact others, so why aren't corporations required to uphold the same standards as we as individuals are? If within 3-5 years we see all the BK's close forever then we'll know there is some justice still left in the world.

This Burger King, which was even more of a disaster than most of our local BKs, all of which seem to be plagued by problems - was recently remodeled. I was hoping that the management would finally take some action to clean up the place (figuratively and literally). The other day I went in and was accosted by a panhandler. He wasn't threatening by any means, but it's off-putting (as was the homeless guy's bike outside - a different homeless guy, btw). A little old lady was waiting to give her order (in the proper spot) and she was ignored because the counter girl wanted to wait on a later arrival, a buff dude who was NOT in the proper place (the little old lady spoke up for herself, so she was waited on first - but not without a bit of eye-rolling 'tude from the staff member).

I had ordered a chocolate sundae and a burger kids' meal with the kids' soda, plus a rodeo burger. When they called me (after I got a dollar for the panhandler to get "coffee at the shelter") on the tray was a chocolate sundae PIE and Capri Sun. The girl was telling me the Capri Sun came with the meal and I told her I already had my drink (turns out the counter girl had hit the "Capri Sun" tab). She had also hit the "pie" tab, and had to be called over to take back the Capri Sun (the other girl kept trying to tell me it came with the meal) and to verify that I hadn't wanted the sundae pie, but the sundae.

None of this seemed bad to me, until, when she finally got it, she asked if I wanted "more syrup" on the sundae. I couldn't figure out why and she said, "to make up for the price difference" - as the pie cost 50 cents more. I was amazed. "I don't think fifty cents worth of syrup is going to do it," I replied. So that was it. I don't know if she made the sundae bigger or not (I never got one there before) but judging from the dish size, no - and at any rate I didn't want a big sundae. I wanted my 50 cents back. Whoever heard of a place not refunding money in that instance?

Then when eating I found out my rodeo burger was a rodeo chicken sandwich. By then I knew I would call BK instead of pointing it out, as the staff was none too happy about the pie incident. I did call their hotline and spoke to someone named **, very nice, who apologized and said she would send a report to corporate and did I want the manager to call me? Because I am on my town's economic development commission and I would like to see this place do better, I said "yes." Of course no one has called yet, and hey, **, what about my fifty cents? Could you have offered me some coupons or something??? Really amazed that Burger Kings are still going around here. They are empty while McDonald's restaurants, near them, are busy. Orders are always wrong, staffers seem particularly dim, and there are always problems with registers, drink machines, etc.

The onion rings were also cold which of course, old and cold fast food is really bad. I might as well have been eating deep fried tire. We ordered no onions on the burger and the wrapper even said no onions but of course it had onions. I bet if these people's paychecks were incorrect, they would take issue. Nothing like wasting $20 on cold, nasty, incorrect fast food and then taking it home for your family to enjoy. I am real popular with my wife and kid right now. We stood at the counter for quite awhile without any one acknowledging us. The 2 "employees" seemed more worried about what Scruffy was buying than even looking in our direction, let alone saying anything to us. We had just finished a long day and were making our way home during rush hour in a large snow storm and just wanted something quick to take home.

After being ignored for several minutes I loudly stated that we would wait just one more minute and then leave. No one made a move or even looked at us. After the minute was over, we turned and left the store. No one said anything to us, tried to help us or even acknowledged that we existed. The counter girl was heard saying something like "I don't know why they're leaving" as we walked out, but no one said anything to us still or tried to stop us from leaving. This treatment was purposeful, unprofessional and inexcusable. I was completely displeased with this ignorant treatment and will never step foot in this restaurant again, and will cause a complete boycott of all Burger King restaurants. We then went down the road to a competitive fast food restaurant and received excellent service.

I'm w/ ** to Burger King, in south Elgin to purchase food for me and my family, and I placed my order to go, and when they called my order I went to get it, and it wasn't in bags. It was for me to dine in there, and I said to the lady I said to go, and she told me "no you didn't it was for here" with the baddest attitude ever and I said "why are you giving me an attitude just because I told you that I said to go?" And she said "excuse me, you know I can refuse your order right" and I said "you know what then refuse it" and she did. She gave me cash back, and I was already getting aggravated that I told my son to grab it while I was looking around for the corporate number.

And so I left and went to another Burger King on Randall rd, and order the same thing, and I said to my son, give me the change that they gave you at the other Burger King cause it was the same amount that it was over there and then that's when we both realized that we had 6 dollars less. And that's when I called to speak to a supervisor and I asked him if they can balance her drawer cause she had short changed me 6 dollars, and he said "ok but how do I know that you didn't take it?" And I was, "well check your cameras and you will see" but neither of them were nice or apologetic. I am never ever going back there again.

I went to Burger King located at 3001 Montopolis Dr, Austin, TX 78741 to order some food. I pulled up to the drive thru menu to place my order for a number 8 with cheese. Yet this Burger King employee taking orders assumed (instead of listening attentively) that I requested an iced tea. Then instead of allowing me to explain what I actually requested this employee just told me, "Ok sir pull up to the second window" without trying to get my order correct. So I decided that I would go inside of the restaurant to place a complaint with the manager (**) because I did not have time to repeat my order over several times. Let me add that on a few sporadic occasions in the past I had this same issue with poor customer service at this particular Burger King. I also had to place a few complaints in that I assume ** was aware of.

Moving on with the story, ** became very evasive towards my complaint. I always thought that in customer service a restaurant manager was supposed to show empathy and listen to a complaint rather than disputing it. ** then told me in a very condescending way to leave what she claimed to be her establishment. Wait a minute her establishment as if she is the owner of the entire Burger King franchise? I replied by telling her that she was not the owner of the entire Burger King franchise loud enough for her to hear me as she stood back in a defensive manner. Then I asked for her name so that I could complain about her conduct. While standing back in her defensive manner, ** told me again to leave her establishment in a condescending manner. Once again before leaving I asked for her name. Finally she told me that ** was her name and that she was going to call the police. So I began to leave at that point ok.

** was aware of my intentions to place in a complaint on her. That is when ** decided to follow me outside to get my license plate number in order to report me to the police. Why would that be so necessary when there was never any threats, assault, vandalism, or vulgar language used? Yes I made previous stops at this particular Burger King but the only issue was to address poor customer service. I had no interest in dealing with ** personally outside of my complaints regarding the poor quality of service where she so-called managed. Continuing with the story there was a female off-duty officer who happened to be there after the incident with **. This officer asked for my side of the story. After telling her she asked for my I.D. She then advised me to wait until the officer that ** called arrived. I complied and waited.

After the other officer pulled up he got my side of the story. This officer then told me to wait while he got **'s side of the story and not to interrupt. With that I also was compliant. I overheard ** deceitfully telling this officer how I was in some manner harassing her place of business and causing problems where she worked (Due to prior complaints regarding poor customer service) yet ** wanted to play the victim role instead of truthfully explaining my previous visits to that Burger King. ** then had a criminal trespass placed against me just because I had made these previous complaints (that ** claimed to be harassment) where she worked. I'll assume that she was attempting to save face prior to me being able to place my complaint in on her. Other than that I feel that her actions were too over the top and disrespectful towards me as a customer.

This is a practice of bigotry... This manager named ** does not seem to be well-rounded enough with interpersonal and customer service skills to be in the customer service field. She should be fired in my opinion and placed on some type of psych medication. I'll advise anybody in the Austin Location to avoid the Burger King located at the 3001 Montopolis.

I've eaten at this spot (Dobson, NC) for years. They've recently been employing younger staff because the older staff were infinitely more polite, RESPECTFUL, and mature. If ever I had an issue, all I had to do was call or show up and they'd compensate me adequately to ensure my satisfaction. That being said...this staff is run by high school kids who apparently take the fact that you're unsatisfied personally. For instance, today I came in because my food was cold two days ago and their listed number is A FAX number. She told me she could only give me 50% off unless I called, in which case I would be comped. She gave me the wrong number for the store right there in my face so I GUESSED the number was one digit different from their fax number and was right. It is 336-386-4031. I walked outside, called, and she took my name down so I proceed through the drive-through for my two fresh combos.

With the ** attitude, she tells me to pull around and doesn't ask me about drinks or combo sizes, so I assumed she could read my mind - which was of course the only logical explanation other than simply not caring. I wait and see them all constantly looking over at me through the window like they're plotting some kind of vengeance for my heinous deed and finally the young Hispanic girl gives me fresh food. The window opens and she rolls her eyes and spouts rudely, "Here!" and slams the window. I sit politely waiting for her to hand me drinks and when she finally is forced to confront me for the sake of moving the line, I say, "I'll just take two small Dr. Peppers" smiling AND SHE CHARGES ME!

I looked at her in disbelief and asked, "Aren't drinks supposed to come with the combo?" and she replies, "Well was there anything wrong with your drinks?" And jokingly I reply, "they were cold too". I pay for the drinks and am EAGERLY waiting until Burger King Customer Relations opens tomorrow so I can repay their apathy for customer satisfaction in kind. I get home and it's two plain double whoppers without cheese with small fries. Not what I ordered the first time and if she'd asked, she would know.

Ladies and gentlemen, what I am about to do to that store and staff is the sole reason you don't piss off customers or allow your staff to because the young white woman manager backed her up the whole way. Prepare to see this review on every outlet available to me. I'm calling back to have a chat and record the conversation. In summation, don't bother with this store unless somehow Burger King Corporate restores it to it's once former glory. Good Day. Btw I didn't GET a receipt.

So I asked HER was SHE ready, she mumbled something. I let that slide instead of leaving right then. I asked her to tell me about the 2 for 5 sandwich deal just to see if I was missing something because I have a tendency to overlook or not read everything. She pointed to the window and said "It's right there", the sign was facing the outside when I walked in which means I'd have to walk back out to reread it. I let that slide.

Then I ordered two chicken sandwiches. The second she took my order she turned to her friend and started talking about how she didn't care about something, either way they had a good convo. Since I didn't receive receipt with change, no store # to report directly. I received 2 orders of fries instead of 1 fry & 1 onion rings. No sauce for nuggets. Ordered large milkshake - received something that was 1/2 the size of the medium soda. The outside of the cup was sticky and left a mess in my car. Spent over $14 for dinner for 2. Never going here again. I will only go to my usual stop in the future even if not convenient.

When I finally pulled to window it took her 2 more minutes to take my order. She stated, "because you so laid back in your seat that's why you couldn't talk up!" I felt disrespected.

I live a few blocks away from Burger King and have been an everyday customer for the past 6 years. Being disabled from a back injury, I go through the drive up window to place my order every morning for breakfast. The employees are very courteous as are the store managers. This is not to include the District manager of this Central Florida Rt.A1A, Indian Harbour Beach Burger King.

I complained about a pothole in this Burger King drive-through a number of times and met with the District Manager about this problem because it broke a Power Steering Mounting Bracket. It cost me over $350.00 to fix my car. When I mentioned this problem to the District Manager, he simply ignored me. He wouldn't give me the time of day nor look me in the face. Very Disrespectful. Not even an apology.

I was spending at least $8.00/day every day at Burger King and suggested that they put a piece of Plywood over the hole. This hole remained a deep pot hole in the drive-thru for months. I am not looking for reimbursement for the repair of my car, but I am looking for a little respect from this district manager. His behavior was that of rudeness and apathy; he could care less.

I posted these problems a few times in a feedback section on the Burger King site which should communicate with the Corporate Office but got no reply. It seems that no one gives a damn. Finally, someone took my advice and put a patch over the pothole. Nonetheless, I will never give Burger King my business again. I am a very passive man, and always have been. No one should be treated that way. Is there anyone that cares in your corporation? I don't think so. I've told many people in my community about this problem and I will continue to do so until I get some kind of response.

I have not been to a Burger King in a few years. I had a friend say he went recently and liked the Rodeo burger so I thought I'd go and try it out. I saw something else on the menu that looked good too so I decided to try that as well. First thing I pull up to my local Burger King at 9PM or so. At this point I am the only person in the drive thru. They greet me and ask me to wait just a moment to take my order. I'm usually pretty patient and didn't find this unusual. Six minutes later and a different person comes and takes my order. I found this to be ridiculous already. I was the only car there and there was no reason to wait that long just to put my order in. 3 other cars had lined up behind me in the six minutes I waited without a single word just to place my order.

Doesn't stop there with Burger King though, I pull up to the second window as directed. I have my debit card in hand ready to pay. There is a man standing there and messing with the register. He does not look at me, speak to me, or even acknowledge me once. Multiple other employees come by as well. I saw at least 4 employees and no one spoke to me. Believe it or not after 3 minutes or so the man just walked off, and I had to wait 5 minutes total for someone to take my payment. This is ridiculous I have waited around 10 minutes total at this Burger King when I was the first and only car there at the start. A girl took my payment and gave me my food. She was clearly working in the back and asked if I had been given my drink yet. I replied "not yet". She walked off to the back and didn't come back. Two minutes later another girl comes up by the window, gets my drink and gives it to me.

I'm already irritated and have written down the phone number on their window as I should never have to wait 10-15 minutes at a drive thru especially when I'm the only one there at first, and the lobby is closed. I get home and decided to eat and worry about it after. I get to my second sandwich and guess what? They gave me the completely wrong thing. What they gave me does not even have a remotely similar name, and does not look the same. I can't fathom how they figured that's what I wanted. I ordered a Mushroom and Swiss burger, and was given the Extra-Long BBQ Cheeseburger. (I had to look up their menu to figure out what they gave me and if I was still going to eat it).

Basically everything that can go wrong at a fast food drive thru did go wrong. I was steamed to say the least. I went to place a complaint on their website that they have on the outside of the drive thru window and guess what? They give you very few characters and don't have a complaints section. They only ask for comments about menu items. There is no place to place a complaint about the store itself. I placed one in the comments anyways and have every intention of calling their number tomorrow during business hours. I won't be back - that's for sure.

Today I passed by the Burger King drive-thru (#9752) and requested, as usual, 3 double cheese burgers PLAIN for 3 of my kids, one for each. So I got them, but my 5 yr old boy who started eating it as soon as I passed him the bag told me that his hands got all messy of ketchup??? It is a fact that he or any of my kids do not eat any dressings or toppings, just the plain cheese burger. Well when I look at it, the wrapping paper was all full of ketchup!!! So I checked the burger and also the other burgers and all were plain, so they just wrapped the cheese burger with a DIRTY WRAPPING PAPER!!! So I come back to the store to let them know what happened and to request a clean wrapping at least and some napkins since they didn't toss even one into the bag. When the manager called "Dan" is told about the situation, his reaction was: "And what do you want?" Not a sorry or anything.

So I requested the paper and napkins (which were never given by the way). As this "manager" gives me the clean wrapping, I asked how did this happen?? He answers: "What did what happened?" I said "How the burger got wrapped with a dirty paper?" and his answer was, in a sarcastic cynical way and with almost laughing: "Well the wrapping got full of the toppings of your burger, what do you want me to do?" Since the beginning I explained him that the burgers were PLAIN and show them the receipt which he did not even looked. He was like whatever which really pissed me off and told him that how can something like that could happen and he did not even care?? Ask him his name, and told him that I would report him.

I was driving from Buffalo to NYC last night (8/18/2014) around and I stopped at the Burger King at 17th Main Street, Gouldsboro, PA 18424. There were around 3 employees in the restaurant and none of them were at the counter. I walked in looking to get some coffee to help in the drive back to NYC. I saw an employee mopping the floor. His name is "**" according to the Manager. I wasn't sure the restaurant was open so just asked him "Are you open?" I was shocked by the response I got from him. He was standing a few feet away and started yelling at me for absolutely no reason saying "YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT. WE ARE JUST THREE WORKING HERE AND CAN'T LEAVE EVERYTHING FOR YOU, SO JUST WAIT THERE. CAN'T YOU SEE WE ARE BUSY HERE?" I couldn't believe what I heard and responded with, "I was just asking if you are open." Again to this he responded by yelling "YOU WILL NEED TO WAIT".

After this, another employee came over to the counter and asked me what I needed, to which I responded with 2 coffee and paid the money. When I was making coffee, the same employee who shouted at me came outside and told me, "YOU BUSTED OUR ** JUST FOR COFFEE. GET IT FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE." I was so pissed at this but tried to calm down, went back to the car and dropped off the coffee.

I couldn't have ignored this and came back to ask name of the employee and wanted to speak to the manager. When I told the manager what happened, she said she will put the coffee on the house but all I wanted was some respect and not treated like this. When I said I don't want the free coffee, another employee shouted "GET OUT" in front of the whole store with customers, my family and kids with me. I couldn't believe my ears!!! I just left the store completely appalled and shocked with my kids asking me about the insult and arguments.

I have never felt so insulted in all my life. We are not eating for free, and are paying customers. How can you treat us like this? This can happen to anyone. I want to know from Burger King. Is this how you treat another person? How can you say GET OUT to someone who comes to your Restaurant and pays for your jobs! This is inhuman treatment on part of the employees and the Manager and they deserve to be punished or at least apologize. This is the last time I will ever go to this ** up place.

I purchased 2 whoppers from Burger King on July 18 for my husband and myself. Took them home and we were eating them when my husband jumped up from his chair in pain. When I asked him what was wrong, he showed me a penny that was inside of the beef patty. Needless to say, he was in pain for a while. This happened on a Friday and by Monday he had to go to the dentist on an emergency basis because his partial had fallen out and it was due to that penny he had bitten down on. He was told at that time, he needed a new bridge. I contacted Burger King and the district manager called me, apologizing for what had happened and that he would start a claim on this and he would send out complimentary cards to us.

A couple of weeks went by and the insurance company called my husband in regards to what happened and asked my husband if he kept the penny and the burger he ate. Of course at the time it happened, we did not think about keeping it so we did not have it. 2 weeks later, the insurance company calls my husband and says Burger King does not want to pay for anything because they have no proof this happened!! I have registered complaints twice on the BBB and to no avail!! At this point, we want everyone to know how Burger King operates and to stay away from their food chains!!!!!! My husband needs now a new bridge because of this and it is really too bad Burger King does not take responsibility for this.

I had previously to this visited this cowboy outfit 5 times of which 2 times had some kind of trouble associated with it. Once the cola was too sweet, the other there was a small piece of bone in the meat which made me leave my food and go to a rival... saying a rival actually makes Burger King look good here, makes them look as if they are in with a chance of winning McDonald's in the race. Anyhow my last or 6th visit to this joint was on July 9th, 2014 at their Turkish branch inside Ataturk international airport where the only burger joint I saw as familiar was them. It was very busy. I stood in line, waited for my turn, asked if they take Visa? The girl replied back in another language, and I took as a Yes from her expression on her face.

I ordered a meal for my family who had never tried Burger King before since we never go there where we live. The burger and nuggets were placed in front of me first while they went to fry the fries and then after this was delivered, they decided to fill the drink and then go and get the ice cream for my wife! The whole process took about 10mins. This meant my burger which later found to be about 1 to 2 hours old (I have prior knowledge due to my work) stood there for another 10 mins longer. Now my tickets alone for this holiday alone cost around 9000 US dollars so I am not going to take anyone for ride over a few dollar burger, but after contacting Burger King a month later after my return, all they did was to send me an email saying they are going to look into this!

Their priority is set to look into this rather than making things right with the complainer while you look into things! This is due to their ill trained staff at even the highest level so we should excuse the lower ones. To be honest similar happened 15 years ago with McDonald, and the manager there was looking at me as I was chewing and holding my burger in hand walking towards the counter to make a complaint about the burger not having any sauce... where upon reach he took the burger off my hand and replaced it with another with a smile. He did not want to know who done what or what was wrong! He made me feel good. I never had to complain, so I just smiled back and said thanks... This is customer service. This is why they lead... This is why Burger King can make a few sales in that airport since rivals are not there! I think this cowboy joint is about to go bust. I have seen so many complaints about them that makes me think they want it this way!

As I said I have experience in this field of fast food for past 30 years, even with me complaints of customers are dealt with first then we go and discipline staff or check what's what... since people are not liars especially when it comes to a few dollars worth of food! Treat your customers as if they are your only customer! That's the mentality forward! Now these so called Business men at Burger King head office think I, after a month, upon my return after spending upwards of $15,000 am trying to fiddle them out of 60 or so Turkish lire! (not even $15-00) Shame is the only thing I can say... shame!

I walked into the Burger King located at 3900 E Colonial Drive, Orlando, Florida today June 27th 2014 at approximately 9:55 am. There was one customer in the line and I stood behind him. The cashier completed his order and walked away from the register. There was another female staff member facing the tray where the prepared orders would go in. During this time I saw the lady who was originally at the cash register walk by around the corner several times. At one point she looked directly into my eyes and hurriedly went on her way around the corner again. After nine minutes she still had not returned and the lady by the food tray area was still standing with her back to me - no other customers in the store at this point. I sought some kind of attention by saying 'hello'. No one responded. I said 'hello, hello' still no response. I knocked on the counter, no response. The lady with her back to me remained still in the same position, completely ignoring me.

About three minutes after the lady who was at the cashier walked toward the register and a few inches away, with no greeting she rolled her eyes and in an angry tone, asked "What can I get you?" Still puzzled at all of what I just witnessed I asked, "Did you not see me before?" She yelled "Ma'am, I'm not clocked." I then asked, "Why then are you asking me what can you get me?" Again she shouted with an angry, frustrated demeanor (as though she was being bothered), "because they told me someone was up front, I'm not clocked in I'm cleaning."

At this point, not only was I embarrassed but did not feel comfortable with spending my money there nor eating anything prepared in such hostile environment. I told her I no longer wanted anything and while walking away I glanced at her name tag and she quickly shouted, "My name is **, I can pronounce it for you if you want." I kept going and walked out of the store.

I was completely taken aback by this type of behavior towards a prospective customer. At no time was I disrespectful or rude to this lady or anyone in the store (and I do have the recording to prove this). This was my first visit to this particular location and do not know whether it was common practice but it was unacceptable, unprofessional, and downright rude. No customer needs to be shouted at in frustration by an employee who was not clocked in. In fact, it is quite reasonable to expect a large corporation such as Burger King to have a designated cashier on duty (or someone who cared to assist).

Today, my mother and I went to get food from Burger King at the drive-thru because we were looking for something quick and easy to pick up that wasn't terrible. We first drove up to the drive-thru window and we had to wait for 2 or 3 minutes to order even when no cars were ahead of us. We were upset by the fact that the person taking our orders repeated questions multiple times and stuttered so badly we could hardly understand her. Then, we got to the window where the clerk asked if we wanted ice in our drinks and gave us dirty looks when we said yes. We finally received our food and left in a rush to get home and eat. When we got home we were disappointed to see that our orders had been ruined. My order, a double barbecue bacon whopper, was not double. My mother's whopper had lettuce even though she clearly asked for no lettuce or tomato.

Then when we opened the next bag (not sure why there was separate bags since there was plenty of room). My mother had been given french fries instead of the onion rings she had asked for. All of the French fries were cold and hard. We had to cover them in salt and ketchup to make them taste appealing. We finished eating our burgers and fries, and opened the third bag. We had ordered 24 packs of the Cinnabon minibons and we were very displeased when only 4 minibons were in the bag. We realized that the food had become more expensive and the portions are also now smaller than they used to be. The taste was also not as good as we are used to from our neighborhood BK.

We tried to call the exact location to complain and the customer service number on the receipt. There was no answer on either line. We used to enjoy going to Burger King because it was always better and more filling than competitors like McDonald's, but the quality has decreased dramatically and I do not think we will ever be eating there again. I strongly suggest that you do not go to Burger King, especially not the one here in Oak Lawn Illinois, 60453 on 95th street.

She thought it was a mouthful of cookies and cream and swallowed it. It was the top of a whipped topping can. I visit the BK on HWY 53 in Fayetteville, NC regularly. But after this, I will not go there again. I don't understand how the person who made the shake didn't see the top fall into my daughter's shake. It could have been a lot worse and my daughter will most likely not want to order another shake. It traumatized her. I tried to call the BK to let them know, but no answer. I am disabled and it takes a lot out of me to run back and forth. I do feel something should be done about this.

The BK in Griffin, GA may be newly renovated and look nice, but do not expect fast and friendly service or even accurate orders. Normal wait time from order to pickup is 15-20 minutes. You'll never know what you are getting as there is no order display to review before getting to pickup window. The attitude of the staff at BK is one of guest being a bother and always wrong. If there is a problem, then do not come back. No one here cares. Do not bother complaining to corporate. All they will do is send you an email saying sorry for your experience and we will send a couple of coupons. They do not care. They just want to buy you off with free food that you have to wait forever for to get.

I went from BK to Wendy's and was in and out in 4 minutes with correct order, and I could see exactly what I ordered. For my money, I will continue to frequent Wendy's and will not go in this BK again until I see a sign that says under new management.

My friend took them to the register and asked them to replace the burgers with fresh ones and fresh cheese. The manager then came over and said, "The cheese looks fine to me. It's orange." My friend replies no, that cheese is hard like it's been sitting in the refrigerator for a month. The manager then snatched the sandwiches and threw them in the garbage. So we waited until 5:30 pm. and they still haven't made our sandwiches yet (almost 15 minutes from the complaint). It's insane how rude and disgusting this Burger King was. Anyway, the kid's meals we wanted no pickles or onions on the sandwiches. On the whopper value meals with cheese, one sandwich was supposed to have no pickles and onions. The other was supposed to have extra pickles and extra onions. What did they not understand? The 2 kid's meals were totally messed up and the 2 value meals were messed up. One didn't get any pickles or onions and the other sandwich got pickles and onions. The fries were cold. I paid over $50.00 on these meals - all 4 meals for family night. 2 Burger King associates verbally assaulted 2 Rochester women: My daughter and I had gone to our Rochester, New Hampshire Burger King, store # 273. We were at the drive-thru because it was a little bit after 11 pm, and we weren't sure if the dining room was open. We ordered 2 crispy chicken wraps with honey mustard, 1 chicken parm sand, 1 lg. sprite, 1 md o-ring, and 2 mozz sticks. My daughter and I left the drive-thru, and went to the left of the bldg. and proceeded into the parking lot to park and eat. We had our mozz sticks, but didn't have any marinara sauce. I pulled out of my parking spot to go through the drive-thru again to get some.

The shorter stockier guy had no name tag, so I called him the guy with glasses and brownish wavy hair. He seemed quite put out, because as I was going to the drive-thru again, I had seen that he was outside having another cigarette. I know it was another one because he flicked one when I pulled into the the BK parking lot the 1st time! So, we are back to the parking spot and proceeded to eat our cold cheese sticks. We then opened our crispy chicken wraps. My daughter was taken aback! She opened her wrap, only to find 2 chicken nuggets on her crispy chicken wrap. I then looked on mine, and it was the same as hers...

I was stunned, but the 1st thought that came out of my head was, I think he must have thought we were eating it on the run, and I say that because I can't remember the time that BK ever got my fast food order right, but I never say anything because I'm already home, 5 miles away. But whatever! I go to the drive-thru window once again, in a not too happy manner. Why would he charge me $3.58 + tax. for 4 chicken nuggets that are on your value menu for like a buck? Idk how much they were exactly, but really?

The stocky guy yelled to the guy who I would presume cooked the wraps, and my daughter and I both heard a laugh out loud! I was astounded! I then asked if he was the manager. I asked if he had a name. He said no, and then he glared at me, like he was waiting for another question from me. I obliged, "So, is your Mgr. here?" He said, "I don't know where he is." Feeling a little bit uneasy, I didn't ask anything else at that moment. He did go on to assure me that the Chicken wraps were most definitely made with chicken nuggets, but that it's made with 3 nuggets. Wow! He's a keeper! I know when I'm being toyed with, so I told him that I was not leaving the drive-thru until I got my money back. He told me that he couldn't do that. He then left the window for about 4 minutes.

Two cars were pulling behind me. How did he even get their orders? He wasn't even near the registers? I could be wrong, but my sight is going to pot. He then returns with a tall, skinny guy with a Marijuana leaf tattooed onto his inner forearm, but he did have a name tag. My daughter said it looked like it said **, and he also had another order of 2 crispy chicken wraps in hand. I firmly told the guy that I was all set, and that I just wanted my money back. Omg! If looks could kill, I'd have been pulled through the window, and pushed head first, into the fryolator! I was kind of scared at that point!

Panic attack sets in, wishing I had my anxiety meds, feeling pretty vulnerable, all while I'm motioning a shh to my 22-year-old daughter. She was on protection mode of her mother, but all I wanted to do was get out of there with my money, and what was left of my dignity. He definitely looks like a guy who could avenge anyone who pissed him off, and last night, I was the one who did. It was then that I was sure that he was the cook. No one else was making any kind of appearance but the stocky guy, and the guy who laughed, the supposed manager(?), when the bigger guy said I was at the window with 2 wraps made with chicken nuggets.

Wow! Why is it that I have not already said, "forget this?" Too late! I was given my money, and then from the safe quarters of my vehicle, I had let him know that this experience was unlike no other that I have ever been involved in. I never even heard anything quite like this. And his rebuttal was, **, slammed the window, and walked out of sight. Shaking, I went back to the parking lot, on the other side of the window. I then went to look for a Corporate number that the stocky guy said that no one could get, not even BK, on my iPhone.

I did get a number, but they won't be open until morning and they close at 5. So, I heard that message, and my daughter and I just started to eat the Chicken Parm Sandwich. Wow! I don't think we needed to do that! And then, you'll never believe this, 2 cruisers pull into the BK parking lot!? I told the officers exactly what I just wrote here and they then went and spoke to your 2 workers, and the tall skinny one that called me that awful name, his name was on the receipt! They called them because I beeped my horn. You know, while the hefty kid was out of sight for that 4 minutes while I was trying to get my money back?

I'm just curious. Was there a sale on high school dropouts on hiring day? I can't believe my daughter didn't get a call back after graduation back in '09 from you guys, but now, I'm glad she was overlooked. I'm very, very glad! I hope my business is worth more than their employment. I guess we'll just have to wait and see! I'll be willing to bet that he's not close to even being bondable, but that's your business. But mine at this moment is my trying to stay awake, because my panic attack kept me wide awake from the time of incident to the present. I'm wide awake writing this because I could not get a single live person on the phone! Is there not a complaint # for after hours? I did pass the time though just by reading complaints on Google. Now that's a rude awakening! I stopped eating at McDonalds because of the whole pink slime thing, but I'm rethinking the slime in McDonald's food, isn't half as bad as the slime that worked at BK on 9/26/12, in Rochester NH. Here's the # for BK, in case you need it! (603) 332-8341. I'm having the worst panic attack, even after more than 6 hours?!

About two or three years ago, Burger King decided to sell nonfat milk instead of the 1% or 2% they used to sell for the last 25 or 30 years. Why?! Was it really to improve the health of their customers? No. Does anybody honestly believe that giving their children nonfat milk in the morning really improves their health? No. Then why did Burger King replace bare 1% or 2% milk with nonfat milk? I tried to get that question answered from Burger King Corporation. They told me the reason they switched to nonfat milk nationwide at all of their restaurant locations is because they did a survey and they found that the majority of the people agree that nonfat milk is healthier for you than 1% or 2% low-fat milk.

Who can argue with that? I then asked them did they include the following question in the survey: "Which milk do you prefer to drink?" The only answer I got was a 3-second pause and "No sir, we did not ask that question in the survey." And then I noticed that the Hershey Corporation had placed their name on the outside of every milk containers sold by Burger King. So, according to the above statements, which are absolutely correct, what does that leave you all to believe the real reason for Burger King removing tasteful milk from their menu in the morning which had also reduced the amount of people, including myself, whom now do not eat breakfast at Burger King anymore? The main reason Burger King Corporation decided to sell nonfat milk is to save money which in turns increases their profit margin, which is the only reason they switched from a decent tasting milk to an absolutely bland flavored milk. And if you try adding four or five creamers to it, it still does not make it taste like regular 2% milk.

And if someone tries to believe it's for the health of the children, that is absolutely incorrect. Because young children are so full of energy they would burn off that 1% or 2% portion of milk fat between the Burger King restaurant table and the parent's car parked in the parking lot. And children do not like or do not prefer the tasteless nonfat milk. Burger King, please bring back at least the 1% low-fat milk to all of your restaurants and you will have more customers eating at your restaurants in the morning and your profit margin will increase and probably will exceed the amount a cost savings/profit you're making by forcing your customers to drink only nonfat milk at all of your restaurants.

I would like to thank this website for allowing me to post my complaint which in some way may possibly help Burger King to decide to bring back at least the 1% low-fat milk they used to carry and then I wouldn't mind eating at Burger King for breakfast once again. But, quite honestly, I believe Burger King will never go back to the good tasting milk because they're making too much profit and quite frankly don't give a damn about what the customer wants!

I rarely visit BK because quite frankly, I'm not a fan. My fiancé however loves BK and he asked me to go get him some food. At approximately 10:15am, I went in to the location closest to our home (SE corner of McClintock and Broadway in Tempe, AZ) and after ordering his items, I ordered myself the double crossianwich meal (#4). When the cashier asked me what I would like to drink, I requested an orange juice. She grabbed a fountain cup, looked around, looked at her screen and said "We don't carry that." I thought that was odd but told her I would just have a Dr. Pepper instead. After she handed me my drink, I glanced at the receipt and noticed that she had charged me for some Whopper Meal which was $2 more than the breakfast meal. I politely told her that she had entered my order wrong and she again looked around before saying, "I'll fix it in a minute." Fair enough.

The cashier then proceeded to take 2 more orders and both of those patrons happened to notice that their orders were wrong as well. At this point I had been waiting for about 15 minutes. Finally, the manager (or perhaps the assistant manager, not really sure because she did not have a name badge) came up and handed me my food. I glanced in the bag and again told them that my order was wrong and that I wanted the #4 breakfast, not the VA Whopper. She said "Well it's after 10:30. We are no longer serving breakfast!" I showed her my receipt while pointing out the time stamp. She huffed at me and said "Fine, I'll fix it in a minute". In the meantime, the 2 other customers were attempting to have their meals corrected with the cashier as well. One of them ordered a meal and was only charged for the burger. I'm not sure what the other customer ordered but he didn't look or sound happy.

Another 8 minutes went by and the manager lady slammed down the bag on the counter and said, "We fixed it!" as she's walking away. I called her back and told her that's great but I would like the $2 difference reimbursed. She again huffed at me and said, "Just a sec." Needless to say she didn't come back, so I told the cashier that this was ridiculous and I would like my money back. At this point I had been in the restaurant for over 30 minutes and had groceries in the car. She again looked around, looked at her screen, looked at my receipt, looked at her screen again and gave me back my money. Needless to say I don't think I will be going back. My fiancé can go get his own BK, ha.

She has been going through such a traumatic experience working for Burger King that she is questioning any future work and possible careers. She is working extreme hours along with mandatory meeting, constantly receiving harassing phone calls with verbal abuse while not at work and on her days off work and being threatened with write ups and being fired over job duties that do not pertain to her job.

A few months back, the phone calls got so bad that I could personally hear the entire conversation from ten feet away. I quickly took the phone away and dealt with the situation in a bold upstanding demeanor. The phone calls stopped for some time but have slowly started back up again and have progressed from innocent job related shop talk to being distressful, traumatic and verbally abusive again.

To give another recent example, yesterday, my wife had a mandatory meeting from 9 am to 1 pm. with a 45-minute drive time home and another 45 minutes drive back to work. She was also scheduled to work from 5 pm to 2 am closing the restaurant and cleaning for an hour that same day. Another mandatory meeting was scheduled at 8 am the same morning. She is still at this meeting and it is 11 am now. She also is scheduled to work tonight from 5 pm to 2 am and close/ clean the restaurant again.

She has tried talking to the General Manager and the District Manager and even Human Resources multiple, multiple times! They are unwilling to cooperate, file reports and just keep passing her off to each other. She has also put in for several transfers to another restaurant under BK corp and has been denied time and time again. I have stuck by my wife and have tried to help her through these difficult times but now it is just too much for both of us. She is now in her third trimester, pregnant, and it seems that all they want to do it is get rid of her by any means necessary. He tapped on window, she took the money, and threw the bag at him. Guess what, she had covered the entire front of the bag with ketchup. He had a Ralph Lauren shirt on and it was completely ruined. He was beyond mad. He was scary mad. He decided not to turn around and go in to confront her because he knew he would be charged with attempted murder! I just hope BK corporate takes action and remove this evil place from our community.

I got in the drive-thru line, as did the other cars! When I approached the speaker, I was told immediately to hold on. I waited and waited and waited, and the girl never came back to take my order or asked to hold on longer. By this time, 2 cars ahead of me had moved; so I drove up! Finally after getting to the window, I was completely ignored as if to spite me for pulling up after there wasn't anyone at the speaker!

I waited a while and was continually ignored, and then, I just drove off. I immediately found the store number to call and got a complaint number, seeing as though I'd spent most my lunch in the line just trying to place an order! I spoke with someone who was very unprofessional and seemed to care less, considering me exposing my experience. She became very defensive and took the cashier's side, stating that she didn't open the window because of security reasons. Did she not take my order for security reasons too! All around, it's a very bad experience! This has done it for me! I will never return. I'm very outraged.

We got out, went to the door, it was locked. I looked at the sign and it said that dining room hours till 12pm. I knocked on the door. A black lady came to the door and I pointed out the hours. She said yes, but we had no business in 1 and a half hours so we closed the dining room early. And I pointed out we can’t get through a drive thru with a trailer.

She shut the door in our face, no food, no service, was rude, and my last time ever at any Burger King as long as I live. See, I was sent with not only money but separate coupons for the separated orders. You can't take $3 away from $5.09 and still come up with $3.40. I don't care how you do the math. If you're going to offer a free whopper, I think you should honor your coupons for a free whopper if that is what you're offering and not cheat your customers by charging extra for the fries and drinks. We waited in line forever, but there was only 3 people in front of us. The girl working the register was so rude, she did not even look at me but once and I had to ask her 3 times what she said and tell her 3 times what I wanted. When we finally did get our order, the other lady threw the tray across the counter and dumped all the onion rings out. She did not say a word and my french fries were cold and way overcooked.

Right then I just about to walk out, but they had my money. So we went to go sat down. We could not find a clean seat/table to sat at, so we wiped it off and laid out our paper because they had no napkins out. The floor was filthy and I watched one of the other workers come out to clean. She did like 4 tables and walked over the trash in the floor 5 times and did not pick it up. Then she took the trash can out of the bin and left it in front of the door and went in the back. So finally, my husband and I got up and left. The only one I found to smile was the manager. Funny. It will be a while before I'll go back. They will have to change some people. I told about this to my family so they will not either.

This has happened more than once to us. I thought you needed to know after several times. I worked in the fast food industry for over 21 years, so I know how it is to work in these places and how to conduct myself and the business. I find it sad that you can't find someone who will work at a good pay like that, but then again, they all know each other and are too young. Send them to McDonald's to work for them. They don't care as long as they show up for work. Boy, how I would love to be the secret shopper here. Thank you, have a great day.

This is the nearest BK in my area. Each and every time I have to visit this BK there is an issue. First of all, the drive thru is slow and so is the front counter. Too much playing and talking at the front counter as well as the back where food is prepared, that includes management. Every time I go there, one of the guys from the back, who should be making sandwiches, is too busy trying to get a number from customers.

On March 30, 2012, my son just had to have a Whooper Jr., so with hesitation we drove up the street to BK. There was one car ahead in the Drive thru, no cars behind me. I sat at the intercom system for 8 minutes, I said hello four times and each time, the female manager said, hold on a second. By the fourth hello I was furious, I said hello again, she finally said, “Okay, can I take your order?” I ordered my son’s Whopper Jr. value meal. I get to the window only to find out that the rude chick on the other end of the intercom was a manger (go figure). **, I was super pissed already then she had the nerve to take my debit card, proceeded to take her cash drawer out so another employee can take over the drive thru. So, she closes out and the other employee hands me my card and receipt. The proper procedure would have been for her (the manager) to finish our transaction then close out, but nope, that’s what happens when all you dish out is bad customer service.

I asked the new young lady (who was very nice an apologetic, she said I don’t know what happened, but I apologize, much appreciated for that) for the store manager information she gave me the store owner name and number, Rita Haarman. I called the owner last Friday, March 30, 2012 and today is April 3, 2012. I haven’t received a call back. I left a message with my name and number but no response. I’m so fed up with receiving bad customer service at this location. Why do I have to go out of my way to go to another BK to get fast, courteous service?

I work in customer service for one of the leading shipping companies and we pride ourselves in exceptional customer service. I always provide great customer service. BK needs to understand that all they provide is a service and without customers, you can’t provide that service. I want is a call back. I don’t want any coupons or anything free. I want good customer service, not attitudes or incompetency!

I visit BK almost every morning to purchase breakfast at approximately 6:25 am. Their posted hours of operation on Mondays through Fridays is 5:30 am to 1 am. I specifically exit my bus ride en route to my job, because the bus stop is directly at the curb side in front of BK; all I have to do after getting the carry-out BK breakfast is to wait at the bus stop for the next bus to deliver me to my job.

Well, this morning when I exited the bus, I walked up to the only door entrance and pulled on the handle, and the door would not open. I tried the other door handle with the same result. The dining room lights were out, but the cooking area was well lit, and I saw a familiar Hispanic lady working behind the counter and another gentleman I did not recognize taking orders from the drive-up. I waited until the last car departed from the drive-up pick up window. I saw the Hispanic lady taking a drive-up order. After a couple of minutes passed, I got her attention and told her that the front door was locked. She motioned for me to return to the front door and said that this male worker would be there to unlock.

Needless to say, he never came to unlock the door. I stood out there another fifteen minutes, watching from outside the front doors both of them at the cash register, practically ignoring me.

Eventually, the bus came, and I boarded it to the job without any breakfast. I called BK as soon as I arrived at my desk, asking to speak to the manager. The man who was there answered the phone. He told me he would get the manager. I was waiting fifteen minutes on the phone. Eventually, someone hung up the phone. I immediately called back. They hung up on me again. I called back again, and this time, a different lady answered. She asked me to wait for a couple of minutes, then I explained my complaint to her. She said the manager, who I usually see, had to run an errand and that he locked the front doors after first letting the two employees in to conduct business for the morning customers.

I do not understand this way of conducting business: only taking orders for cars that drive up. The lady I suspect was another manager told me a 4-digit confirmation number that I can use beginning the next day I visit that location, so I can receive for my inconvenience a free meal on them. I will revisit Bk for this compensation, but I believe it is best to end this breakfast habit. Several of these times, I have had to wait several minutes before they even take my order.

I love BK's food (Jr. Whopper, Whopper, chocolate shakes, chicken sandwich, Southwestern Breakfast Burrito, Sausage Burrito, and 4-piece Chicken Fingers with Sweet 'N Sour Sauce). I believe BK needs to seriously train their employees on speed of service and attention to detail in getting the order right as the customer prefers it their way; otherwise, they will continue to lose business to their competition. Isn't BK in the business of selling fast food? Walk-in customers are a potential source of their total sales, but they are not treated equally as important as the customers driving to the drive-up window. .

I didn't mind waiting the 15 to 20 minutes before we got to order. Me and my husband placed our order. I told the cashier that I would like our food cook fresh and hot. She said okay, she walked over to tell the cooks, and the manager was standing there, and said it will be hot and fresh, because we are so busy. We waited 10 minutes or more for our food, then we we got it.

I was very upset, the fact we waited in line,15-20 minutes. Then waited on our food for 10 minutes or more, then we sat down to eat. We had got 2 original chicken sandwiches; one with cheese, 2 onion rings crispy and 2 drinks. We sat down to eat, opened our sandwiches. There was no cheese. Bread was burnt, one dot of mayo, maybe 3 shreds of lettuce and onion rings were old and soggy. I took the food back up to the manager, told her it was suppose to be hot and fresh. She said it is because of the baseball team. I said no it ain't, they all ordered burgers. She grabbed it out of my hands, gave me a dirty look. So I stood there, waiting for my food. She handed it to me. I went back to sit down, opened up my sandwich and it was the same one, only difference was they took a piece of cheese, and halved it, laid it on my chicken, not even melted.

Burger King use to have the best original chicken sandwich, but this was like a thin frozen patty that was deep fried to done. I don't understand why people in fast food have to be so rude. If the manager couldn't handle a crowd, she doesn't need that position, and then take it out on the customers. If you don't have customers, you don't have a job. I'm not the type of person to complain, but I've worked in public all my life. My parents owned and ran a family restaurant, and customers are always right.

I was angry that my ID was asked for after my card was slid and my order was paid for. They refunded it but they never should have had me pay for it before they asked for my ID.

The cashier then told him they had already cut it up. Company policy. I spoke to the shift manager, and the manager. The manager was going to have the DM call me but he was in a meeting. I understand cutting up unclaimed cards, but not two seconds after you leave. I asked what about wallets. She said they would open it, cut everything up and throw it away. They didn't even give the card back to him. I had to call and tell them to give it back. They only snapped it in half, the numbers were still legible. My son will have to pay for a new card and no access to his money for a week or two. No apology. Simply keep saying, it was unfortunate. Not going back...ever. Evidently, there is a website you can comment on regarding your recent visit to a BK, **, however, I have not used this feature for good or bad service before. The problem here is, my daughter, who is a single mom of a 4 month old son, works at our Pekin, IL BK, and some customer did respond to the website. The issue is that those website responses go directly to the GM of the specific store that you are commenting on.

I am physically disabled, and so was the woman who wrote her comments on the website. Shamefully, our Pekin, IL BK manager, assumed that my daughter or I, made the said experience report. Now, my daughter is being threatened with cut hours, or worse. According to another store employee, the woman overheard comments between workers, about lack of employees, having the required food safety certifications. I'm not sure if I even want my daughter working at a restaurant, of such low standards, with an insecure and immature boss.

I made my order and drove around to pay and the cashier told me to go back around and re-make my order because she did not get it. So I asked her why she can't just re-take my order now. She said if I don't, she will call the police. I did not want problems so I drove back around, talking to my baby and then looked up and the line was too long so I asked to talk to a manager and saw that the manager is the cashier.

So I did not want to get mad again. This was the last time I'll ever waste my money in any Burger King. I have a Hispanic friend, before driving up at the drive-thru window, I was talking to him on my cell phone behind my friend and I asked my friend to ask for ketchup. Because they both are Hispanic and the guy waiting on my friend, he would give him 2 hands full of ketchup. So I was talking to my friend and pulling up to the drive-up window waiting on the same guy to give me my fries and saw a big box of ketchup right in front of my eyes. I asked for some ketchup and the Hispanic guy inside said he doesn't have any and he just ran out.

So I have been looking for an “I hate Burger King” page on Facebook and now I am happy. I'm a risk-taker and wealthy and wanted to maybe buy Burger King, have something profitable but I took a slow look at everything and I think that Burger King needs to close their doors. Everyone of them around the world is trashy, run by trash. With that being said, I will not even drive in to turn around because someone may see me at Burger King and wonder why I'm there. Someone said Burger King needed a new makeover, and I said it needs hauled to a landfill/dump. Sorry that may disrespect the dump..

This BK is on Dixie Highway, South Miami, on left before Eureka Drive. They will not give me their address just like when I make an order and never have what I would like to eat. It's not right how mean the people that work inside want to treat people who are buying and spending their hard-earned money. In business the people that work inside have to be nice and smiling and have a want to make people spending their money happy before leaving.

My complaint had to do with racial discrimination by the drive-thru service (in Marion, IL), prior. This is why BK is last in line when it comes to fast food franchises. Racist, ignorant and hillbillies run it.

Last night was the worse and I don't know what good writing a complaint will do. But I am so disgusted that I will take the time to write down my complaint, and at least vent my frustration. The incident occurred on Wednesday, August 3, 2011 at exactly 7:47pm (I have the receipt in front of me). The street sign for this restaurant said "2 Whoppers for $3". I ordered 2 Whoppers with cheese and no pickles. The lady at the drive thru proceeded to charge me $5.54 for the entire order. I honestly wasn't paying attention and gave her my credit card.

While I was waiting for my food, it dawned on me that she overcharged me. When she came back with the food, I said in a polite manner that there must be a mistake with the total. And the next thing I knew, she's getting defensive and giving me an attitude about the fact that there was cheese on the sandwiches. I tried explaining that this still did not justify getting charged almost $1.50 more (not sure what they charge for cheese). But she waved me off, closed the window and just walked away. I was frankly stunned. I thought about parking and getting down to speak with her personally (or her manager), but it had been a particularly long day at the office. And I was just too tired to deal with it. When I got home, I noticed the pickles were still on the sandwiches. So not only did I not get my order processed correctly, but I was overcharged and got an attitude to boot. Can't say I enjoyed the dinner at all. I am disgusted with the service. At approximately 8:15 am on November 21, 2010, I pulled into the drive-thru at Burger King, 181 South Broadway, Salem, NH. There were no cars ahead of me or behind me. In fact, I don't believe there were any patrons in the establishment at the time either since there were only one or two cars in the parking lot. I assumed that they belonged to the workers. I placed my order which included a cup of decaf coffee. I pulled around to the window, paid, then was told by a guy working there that the coffee was brewing. He asked me to pull all the way around the building again or at least pull up so I was off his timer.

I said that that's what timers are for, to see how long it takes to fill an order. I asked if there was anyone behind me. He said no. So, I told him I'd just wait at the window where I was. I didn't get his name. Next the woman working there, Donna (at least that's what her name tag reflected), again, and more emphatically told me that I needed to pull over and park. There were still no other patrons behind me. She was getting pretty rude about it and stated it was within her right to make me move. So I told her that I'd just like my money back. She returned my money. I said that I needed her and his names to make a complaint. She refused, slammed the drive-thru window and locked it.

I went down the street to McDonald's, was treated great, and had my order very quickly. Maybe it was just stupidity on my part for going to a Burger King that had no customers when the McDonald's down the street was, and always is, busy. However, it doesn't surprise me that this Burger King isn't busy when people are treated as I was. To the potential patrons of this establishment, I'm merely reiterating my experience. To the store manager/owner/whatever, I'm guessing that these two were not acting independently and have been instructed to keep the wait-time down. But inconveniencing and being rude to customers shouldn't be the way to do it. I'd recommend keeping the wait-time down by being prepared and properly trained. To the Burger King management and leadership team above the store manager level, I'd offer that you have a problem here that needs to be addressed.

The GM Carmen ** assaulted me.She grabbed me by my jaw. She humiliated me in front of everyone. I did nothing to provoke her to do this to me. Burger king did not do anything to her, for her doing this to me. They allowed it to happen. There was no action taken by Burger King for Carmen ** assaulting me. This caused me humiliation, and emotional stress. I was afraid to go back to work there, because of Carmen **. No one cared. When I reported to the Human Resources of Burger King, they told me that they could not find the video tape, showing Carmen ** assaulting me.

Also, there were three witnesses, who had seen Carmen grab me by my jaw. They were standing right there, but won't tell anything, since thy are afraid of losing their jobs. Their names are Donetta, Chelsey', and Alice. I don't want them to lose their jobs, I just want the truth to come out. I'm not doing this to hurt anyone like I was hurt, I just want to prove to everyone that I'm not a liar, and that I'm not making this up. I don't have anything against Burger King. I just don't understand how they could allow Carmen assault me?

On Sunday evening around 5:30 pm, we (my husband and brother and I) stopped and went through the drive-thru and told the employee at the drive-thru that I had coupons. I had to tell him 3 times what I wanted just to get it right. I was asked what kind of drink I wanted and I asked for unsweetened iced tea with lemon. I was told they no longer served unsweetened iced tea, that they only had Nestea sweetened.

I asked since when and the manager got on the intercom and yelled for over 3 months and she got very rude. My husband started saying she did not have to be rude to me and she just kept yelling. My brother got out of the car and walked around to the door and went in and asked for the manager and I pulled around and parked, went in and asked why I was being disrespected like that. She just kept ordering us out and she said she was calling the Police.

I even gave her my name and address and told her to please call them and send them to my home. They never showed up and the next day I went in to get Bk's corp. phone number and she was there again and I was not allowed to have the number. So here I am trying to make my complaint so I hope something can be done because that manager is in the wrong business.

Burger King advertises "the buck doubler" for one dollar. But a lot of Burger Kings are selling what they advertise for a dollar on T.V. They’re selling for $1.74, which is fraud advertisement. If you don't believe me, go to the Burger King in Manhattan on Delancy Street near the F line train station.

This Burger King location is adding one dollar on to your bill without asking the patron if they would like to contribute to the Jimmy Fund. The Jimmy Fund is a promotion they are currently running. I went to the drive-thru today and when I looked at my receipt I saw one dollar added for the Jimmy Fund. I was not asked to donate. When I questioned the girl at the window she said, "Oh, that's just something the computer is adding on." This can not be legal. Is it? I eat there often and have been charged more than once with out being asked. Please let me know what I can do to get my money back and stop this from happening to anyone else. Thanks. I feel as though I am being ripped off. This can not be a fair practice.

I moved recently, about an hour away but I have been staying with my mom the past couple months as I have been ill and needed to be near my doctors. My mom has one habit and that is going to the Burger King in Collierville once a day, and a majority of the time, twice a day faithfully. Personally, I find the managers not friendly at all and jerks and do not understand her wanting to go there, but I will go with her as she wants me to. Before I go on, I forgot to mention, my mom went to this Burger King since they opened their doors well over 20 years ago. She especially does not like to miss her breakfast there.

One morning, I was sick throwing up and I got over it just in time for her to try to get there but realized she left her money at home as she was in such a rush with me being sick and all. She called the location and one of the manager answered the phone and she asked him if he could just save her a couple sausage biscuits or even whatever they had available and she would be there in just a few minutes. I could not believe he was so rude. He told her in a really almost yelling tone that he had other things to do than save her food for her breakfast. I mean that particular store is not that busy so I know it wasn't like it was packed or anything like that. The managers are not friendly in general and are real **. I do not see why she wants to go there, habit I guess.

I hate going there in the evenings as I cannot drink anything carbonated and they will not make fresh tea and they will let the tea they have available sour and it taste horrible and when you go complain about it, you would expect them to go make some more right away, but they do nothing about it. I end up having to wait until we leave there and get a tea at McDonalds. Also, it bothers me as I have an autistic son and they act like he gets on their nerves. He doesn't bother other customers, or run around in other peoples way, or mess with their equipment. I could go on and on but I will leave it there. If I have a choice, you would not catch me in there. I would go somewhere that the food is decent, they make fresh tea, and my business is appreciated.

I don't have a complaint about a store but I do wonder why after years of most food polls done by lots of food critics about your fries being the worst of the fast food chains that you don't do anything about it.I do like BK better than McDonalds but your fries suck. So when I'm in the mood for fries, I don't go to BK. We all know that the fries are formed instant type potatoes BK is always doing promotions to increase business but I think changing your fries would help business the most. I know that all the people I know feel the same way and I don't understand how you people don't see it.

They were serving the fries with their hand so I did not order any. Can you please send someone or something down here to help this store? We, the customer are not having it our way! I will go miles away to go to a friendlier and clean Burger King.

I’m sorry to give you bad news. But this Burger King is the worst of all. The people that works there are rude, maybe cause they are all teens. No respect for one another. Always making fun of people. They talk about you if they see you everyday going to buy there. Always with their attitude. Even the supervisor there is always in a rush, asking people, “What you want now?” Come on, at least say, “Good morning. How are you today? May I help you?” I think that Burger King has to be someplace else not in Park City. This place really gives a bad name. I’ve been to other Burger Kings and the supervisor and staff are friendly and caring! They really make me feel so bad. You see them getting, talking about people on line and every time you place and order. Once you get home, they forget to put in your bag like three things. I don’t know if they do that so you wont come back or to bother you.

At approximately 4:30pm cst on July 8th 2010, I pulled up to the drive thru menu at the BK in Vicksburg, MS. It was raining and there was nothing to protect the customer and their vehicle from getting soaked while waiting on the attendant to answer the beep that occurs on the inside. My son and I sat and waited for the attendant to answer the drive thru but nothing. Rain was pouring in my window the whole time and there was not another car in the drive thru line but mine. There was no one inside but, the two employees. I finally got tired of my vehicle getting soaking wet on the inside and decided to leave.

No food is that good. I drove slowly past the window, which was open. I could see the female employee who was supposed to be working the drive thru because the mike was around her throat, talking to the male employee who was probably working the counter. They were both leaned against some piece of furniture behind the counter, table most likely, chatting; not working and not answering the drive thru.

For the record, I hate McDonald's but, I left the BK and went to a McDonald's just a mile from there and got immediate service with a smile. Maybe the employees at this BK need some serious training in customer service.

My boyfriend and me stopped in with our three children at the Burger King located in Aberdeen, WA today. The younger gentleman working the drive thru window handed us a receipt to sign and then literally gave food to us as fast as possible. However, he failed to give my credit/debit card back. We did not even receive a copy of the receipt for the food that was purchased. Because of how tired and stressed we were on just wanting to get home, neither my boyfriend or myself was even thinking about the card at the time until we got home and realized we had no card.

The burger king location is about 150 miles away. Again, we have three children and no time to drive all the way back to get my card. I called the Burger King location and talked to a woman by the name of Shawna who claimed to be the store manager at the time. She would not even take the second to apologize. Shawna had even refused to send my card back to me or mail it to Wells Fargo. She wanted us to drive back there to get my card back. In no way are we able to. That would be roughly three hundred miles round trip with the three children. There was no effort on the companies part to offer assistance in this very stressful now heated argument with the store. There was no responsibility from the store. The manager placed all blame on the customer. In the stores policies, the customer is just as important.

I have already called the bank and closed the card. This is beyond stressful, time consuming, worrisome since identity theft is heavy and not one apology from the store or manager at the time. What can be done? The manager said that my card is in a lock box. Well, what about before that? My number and information and name was just floating. Shawna's answer was for me to call a man named Jeff to place a complaint on her. She never mentioned anything about contacting Jeff in regards to my card. This Shawna person took no accountability for the employees action in keeping a customers card. Anyone who has children would understand that your mind is in no place to remember a card as there is screaming from the children, food being rushed, cars behind waiting, stress from the fourth of July, tiredness, fussiness, the list goes on and on.

Shawna was not a manager. She did not act in a professional manner. She put the blame on the customer, which is the wrong thing to do. This was at the Aberdeen, WA Burger King location. Not professional in any way. No company should ever put blame on the customer. The employee had my card. With her as a manager, she is representing Burger King. It does become her responsibility, and therefore, she should be taking responsibility.

This is a warning to all who eat at the Clearfield, Pennsylvania Burger King. There's a short [clerk] with glasses that works there that will hit on you (if you’re a guy), but then will become as mean as a snake to you if you don't have any interest. I use to eat there all the time, but now today, I'm never eating there again. When I was going there, I met a girl that worked there, but that [clerk] would keep trying to cut in between us, and hit on me. I eventually did get the other girls number, and went on a date with her, but as soon as that happened that [other] started being [rude].

Today, I left there (after being treated [rudely] yet again), and when I got home, I decided to check my food before eating it and surely enough there was spit all threw it. I ended tossing it all out, so there’s about $9.00 down the drain. Here's a quick message to her and people like her that may be reading this; if you can't handle rejection or can't remain professional, you should probably not work in a public service job. I don't know the exact amount her temper tantrum cost me because she was way too busy throwing a fit to give me my receipt, but I ordered a Large sized number 2 (Double Whopper with Cheese Meal) that came to eight dollars and some cents (roughly 9 bucks).

Well, the girl came out without any food and asked my husband to come inside. Something is wrong with the order. Then the manager and this girl that came out started flirting with my husband, telling him how fine he was and asking him who was in the truck him. Needless to say, I was furious. This was one of my favorite restaurants and I would go there 4-5 times a week, if not more. Now I don't feel comfortable going there. Very unprofessional and disrespectful employees. On 4-17-2010, my daughter and I went to the Burger King located at W Indiantown Rd. Jupiter Fl. We went through the drive thru, ordered 2 cheeseburger kids meals, one with a coke and the other with an orange soda. My 8 year old daughter finished her drink, opened the top thinking that there was ice in the cup, only to find that a large piece of the soda machine had fallen into her cup. It was the spout to the soda dispenser. I immediately went back to the store to complain.

The manager on duty responded by saying "oh, that is the top to the soda machine, it falls off all the time." Then she tried to give me another soda as if that would make things better. I explained to her that I did not want another drink, in fact that I wanted my money back and I wanted to speak to the store owner. This is not sanitary or safe for anyone to have this in there drink.

For some reason, she didn't understand me saying that it was disgusting or understand my frustration, so she said that all she could do was to give me the number to the supervisor that would be in on Monday. You can rest assure that I will never go to that Burger King again and that I will notify the County Health Department and whoever else I feel needs to know about the unsafe and unsanitary things that are going on in this establishment. Shame on them.

This case happened on March 17. I bought 2 fish burgers for my son that night for the next day. I put them into the refrigerator when I got home, which was 20 minutes after I purchased the food. The next day, I put the burger into the microwave oven to heat before serving to my son. A few minutes after my son started to eat, I heard he yelled "Mom, something wrong on this burger, it tastes disgusting." I found a big area of black on the bottom bun. I thought it might be burned. When I approached closely to check it, it smells like mold. I felt very bad for my son. He even chewed and swallowed such bad food.

I brought the molded burger back to the Burger King, they asked me to filling in a complaint form and said they would contact me but I haven't got any call from them since then. I tried to call the restaurant. The manger named Veruska said nothing new except keeping waiting for the management to contact me. I don't know how long we need to wait for their response. It has been 3 weeks since the case happened. The only thing we can do is to avoid Burger King and remind other people to be careful when you eat it.
