I have always been a fan of Burger King, but the past few years the sandwiches seemed to get smaller thinner and the freshness was no longer up to their regular standards, but in the past year, we have gone to Burger King more than any other fast food company and have been totally satisfied with the freshness and the size of these burgers!! It’s a two- fisted burger again.. welcome back to my family‘s favorite!!

I've become a regular at Burger King. I go there in the morning to get my two for six croissants. There's a lady that is a manager there. Her name is Roxanne. She has excellent customer service. She has always greeted me with a smile and even remembers me by name. She always greets me with a good morning and friendly smile. She has always made my experience at the Oroville burger king very pleasant. We need more people like her in customer service.

I recently went to a Burger King Drive-Thru, and I have always loved the chicken sandwiches. You recently brought back the one that I really like, the Chicken Club, so I ordered it, and I absolutely loved it. I hope you keep it on the menu longer than normal. Matter of fact, I would like to suggest keeping it on the regular menu. I like the Whopper, but I really prefer the Chicken Club. Sooooooo Good!!!!

I came through the drive thru today in downtown Crete, Nebraska and I ordered the texas double whopper with no jalapeños and ima tell ya that was the best burger that I have ever had compared to the ones in lincoln. The burger was not drenched in mustard or ketchup. I was able to eat the thing without anything falling apart. I was very impressed with the burger and even though I forgot to order a ranch and asked last minute the guy made sure that I had my ranch as I got an extra one. I was so happy for what I got today. I will definitely be coming back to this location whenever I'm back in Crete!!! 😃😃😃

It's been years since I've had a Whopper. So I thought I'd give it a try today. I ordered the Texas-style Whopper. I requested cheese, mustard, onions, and pickles only. Heavy on the onions. When I got my order, the burger was thrown together. Nothing was spread out on the sandwich. It was all piled up in the center. I understand the need for speed, but as hard as you're trying to bring it back? It's a shame you sacrifice quality for speed!

I ordered a large fries and was given a medium. Ok not a big deal. Sure they could be busy but Not only that though, the fries were cold. And there was an onion ring in my fries. What if I was allergic to onions and my food got contaminated by it? Good food, bad service.

The problem I have with Burger King is the food is never hot or even warm. It's always COLD sandwich and lukewarm fries.

The fries were a cold, greasy, lukewarm nightmare of soggy cardboard. The bun was so petrified and rock-hard it could double as construction material, and the burger patty was basically salted leather. It genuinely felt like they dug up leftover scraps from last week, warmed them under a failing heat lamp, and called it a day. Absolute garbage. Never, ever again.

Everything was good except the sauces have changed, and they are all terrible.

I went to Burger king store #3728 on 8/9/2026 and when I received my food it was stone cold. When I brought it back person behind the counter said she would be right back. Never return. Also the staff were having a argument in front of the customers. Very Unprofessional. What happen to the new burger king as advertise. Very disappointed.

Well I don’t usually write reviews but this is something that just needs to be said. Me and my kids went to the Burger King in Springville Alabama and let me just just say I have never encounter such unprofessional and miserable employees in my life… I went and grabbed a high chair and it was disgusting. Seems like it hasn’t been cleaned all week and when I went and told them they handed me the cleaning towel 🤦🏼‍♀️ and I had to clean it up for them. When we got our food it was okay but but son ordered a have-sies and it was just pitiful.

Yeah I walked up to the Burger King over here in Hallandale. The door was locked and I watched somebody walking after I walked off and went back. They said, "We're closed" so I guess they're only open for special people. I took a picture too and I'm hungry and I got money.

I went to the Burger King on Brookshire Blvd Charlotte NC. I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches. When I got home took them out of the bag I thought they gave me whoppers because they were round and in a whopper wrapper. I open them up and low and behold there is a oblong chicken patty on a round whopper bun. WTH!!! They could have at least told me they were out of Chicken sandwich buns. FYI... The whopper bun is not a good mix with the chicken. Tastes horrible.

Ignorant staff didn't listen. Overcharged me and only gave me one burrito jr. Menu states two. Idiots don't offer receipt.

Absolutely disgusting. Screwed up my order and the food is not revamped and better. It’s worse. Have BK another chance and will never go back!!!!

Unfortunately this is a bad review. My husband and I usually get an Oreo shake once a week, and always at Jack in the Box, but this week their shake machine was down so we went to our nearest Burger King and got two of theirs. It was the worst Oreo shake we have ever had and they were dumped down the sink. It tasted like the milk was sour. I hope that was the case for if that is what they truly taste like YUCK.

My recent order took an entire hour for them to prepare. All I ordered was a chicken sandwich, fries, a drink and 2 packages of cookies. The restaurant had no customers in it and yet the staff hadn't even started cooking my meal. Meanwhile the DoorDash driver is sitting there waiting and losing money while they were doing God knows what. They saw him sitting there and they still did nothing. He finally called me and had me speak to someone there because I couldn't get them to answer the phone in store. The gal came on the line and said she didn't know what happened and that they'd get right on it. Not only did I wait an entire hour for food, they made my sandwich with everything except what I ordered. Covered it in hot peppers. They also didn't send the second package of cookies that I ordered. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. They do not care about the customers.

Regular customers and one time we actually tell them we are missing something from our order. They didn’t even replace or reimburse us. Terrible customer service.

I was in the drive thru asking if they took Cash App card and I was holding the phone out the window and she goes “GIVE ME THE DAMN PHONE MA’AM.” Never going back there AGAIN. 🤦‍♀️

I wanted to send a excellent review. This past Monday at 315 pm I was at the drive thru. I ordered a Jr. Whopper, and a orange drink. The middle aged woman at the windows was incredibly nice, my food was excellent, and the price was fair. Location is North Broadway in Rochester Minnesota. Paul **.

Today was the worst trying to get correct food made. It's bad enough I had to wait 20 min in the drive through. No wait. They just leave items off the Whopper. No lettuce. No tomatoes, I didn't get it my way today.

This afternoon, I placed an order through the Burger King website from address (44751 Mound RD, Sterling Heights, MI) to have my food delivered which asked me to choose a delivery service which I selected DoorDash. Which I ordered a Chicken Club Sandwich, Onion Rings, and a Large frozen Coke. When the delivery driver brought me my food, which was the complete wrong order and there was no name on the bag showing whose order it was.

I just have to ask where do you get your lettuce from?? Every single time I get a sandwich from you and ask for lettuce I have two or three pieces of hard Brown crap put on my sandwich. So my question is, do you go to McDonald's dumpster and get the lettuce from there for your sandwiches??

I visited the Burger King in Edgemont Ave in Brookhaven PA on Wednesday July 29th. I went through the drive-thru. I was charged full price on Whopper Wednesday. When I asked why, I was told that the manager said if the customer doesn't specifically ask for a Whopper Wednesday, they are to charge full price. I registered a complaint via the receipt and have not received a reply. My validation code is; **.

Every time I go here I get a plain burger, just a plain burger. You’d think this would be easier for the workers and that it would make the shift go by easier and it doesn’t take much effort. Despite everything I gave up for this, I've been putting my own pickles onto my burger at home just to save the employees some time and so they wouldn't mess it up, yet they continue to add ketchup, onions, and cheese. This is really upsetting to me considering I try my best to make it easy for them and all I want in return is a burger, it takes less time to add extra condiments, yet constantly I get met with the wrong thing.

Guess the accuracy in preparation only refers to in store purchases... ordering online doesn't count... When the container even shows no mayo and they load it with this disgusting condiment, makes you not a king but the clown king... Thanks a lot!

My burger was missing the cheese and then I bite into it and it was pink in the middle. The upgraded building is nice. Just need to work on service and quality of food. **

One star is the lowest it goes OMG! They don't deserve one star. The Burger King on US-21 is TRASH! The FOOD TRASH, The customer service TRASH,The people that work there have TRASHY ETIQUETTE, TRASHY PERIOD! It's always something at this BURGER KING. The last 5 times I went there nothing but foolishness. "The card machine don't work, we short staff, we can't cook fresh food, we want to be on our cellphones, we just don't care about our customers etc." I'm going back one more time and that's to get a refund. I don't want to go there anymore. They need a different staff in the morning. Let KiKi go! What kind of Manager give you her nick name.....exactly. So professional!

I went to the Burger King on 441 in commerce Ga and the guy who waited on me was very rude and unprofessional. My total was $14.66 I gave him $14.65 and told him I would go get a penny to which he replied, "Don’t worry about a penny. I have one." I said ok then he put in that I was short a penny and gave me back .99 cents. I told him you said not to worry about the penny. The manager came over and ask what’s wrong. I told her the story and she gave me a $1. He then told the customer behind me, "All she had to do was give me a penny." That to me was very unprofessional one to make a comment to another customer.

They burnt the chicken, added it to a hamburger bun, and left no receipt with the bag but a #174. The new Burger King is so much better, ya right. No remade sandwich, no free one. Just me paying for a crappy, mismade sandwich that was way under par.

The store was horrible. The manager looked like she hated the world. The store is nasty. The line was backed up and the drive-through so I went inside. The place was a mess. The cashier didn't speak. And I don’t know if my burger was cooked, but I know it was definitely microwaved. Y’all can do better.

We go to the Worthington MN BK for coffee/breakfast. We love the staff and always have good service but PLEASE fix the air conditioner. It’s hard to sit in that heat so I can’t imagine how the workers feel.

I am writing about the Burger King (#2382) 35 Powell St San Francisco CA 94102. The staff is less than friendly, service is slow - they seem understaffed. But the major concerns are people begging for money, my last visit I had FOUR people asking for money. People digging through the trash is also a problem. Another concern is the number of people just hanging out or sleeping in the restaurant. The restroom is also an issue. It is often monopolized by homeless individuals.

Nothing like the commercial! The employees were extremely nice! The food was extremely subpar! The burger wasn’t very warm, and the fries seemed like they tried to refry old fries! HADN’T BEEN TO A “BK” IN YEARS AND IT WILL BE SEVERAL MORE BEFORE I GO BACK.

Megan and Kelly was super! Their smiling faces just made everyone smile! Thank you girls! Food was amazing too!

For Burger King in Bay Point CA. I gave them one star because there isn't a zero star. The worst customer service ever. You ask for one type of burger and they give you a totally different one. You don't know until you come home and open your food. "Surprise," and they rip you off. They charged me $9.71 for just a bun, a piece of lettuce and a slice of cheese. Not the first experience with them. Don't go there at all.

I figured the Impossible Whopper could be my go to for a burger after getting Alpha-gal. It does no good when they cook that burger on the same grill as the meat burgers. 30 percent of our country has alpha gal. The percentage is getting bigger and having the impossible whopper cooked on the same grill as the beef makes us sick. I was sick for 2 days.

July 2026 Burger King Springs Road Hickory, NC. DONE. Will never set foot at this location again. Worst service. Cold food, poor service, drive-thru 20 min with no car ahead of me. 2 car in parking lot. This by the way is the 3rd time this month. Wife sick. She only wants Whoppers every time. I have been through the drive-through; it SUCKS. Employees not trained or just don't CARE; this only started after the remodel.

The staff was great and wonderful! Service was amazing! But you have changed an ingredient in your sweet and sour sauce and it was absolutely repulsive. I was addicted to the old sweet and sour sauce. This one is not good.
