Came to Burger King on 10344 King George Hwy, Surrey BC. Was charged for tomatoes but was no tomatoes. While ordering I told them that I don’t want waiting but I want everything to be fresh. When I got my food there was no tomatoes. Fries were soggy and cold. When I went to get missing tomatoes that I paid for the Manager put the styrofoam container harshly into my tray. I asked for double double coffee and there was suppose to be double double with milk. They just put black coffee and when I asked where can I find milk manager said we are suppose to give. The staff were nice but the manager was horrible. ** and ** were the wonderful staff who insisted on coming back and they will treat us better and apologized. But the manager is awful.

Wouldn't honor the price on the drive through menu board. I understand that prices go up but if a business is too lazy to change the menu board price, they should honor what they have posted. The Burger King on Missouri Ave in Largo refused. They lost a customer.

This burger is TTTRAAAAAASSHH. It taste like New York schoolie. It's mad dry. I only ate it coz it was free on T-mobile Tuesdays. Just go to Mcdonald's bro. It's not worth it. I don't know what "Flamed Grilled" is but it sucks.

My husband and I are new to the area. Today would make our 4 time coming back to Burger King (usually never had any problems, the ** manager is very sweet & respectful). However today was like no other visit to ANY other fast food restaurant. As far as service goes this was the worst and the sad part is it was from a Manager?? So my husband & I went there today on our lunch break ordered “light” 2 tacos, double cheeseburger, medium fries for the both of us to share. We had water to drink.
After ordering we went to wash our hands which took under a minute to do, after that we noticed the tacos were placed on the tray so we headed up thinking the rest was shortly following up, IT DID NOT, so after standing awhile (realize the burger & fry weren’t prepared yet obviously) the cashier told use we could sit and they’d bring it out when it was done ok, so we go find a seat (which we had to clean ourselves because most if not ALL the tables needed clean). I walk back up there and my food still wasn’t ready, however this time the tacos had been removed from my tray, as I was going to check on food I was met with my tray, cool right, WRONG!
I go sit at the table, opened my $1 Taco first & noticed old dried up beef (my husband noticed the same in his taco, Naturally, after sitting almost ten min). So I took the 2 tacos back up and the craziest, meanest, low-key racist manager-in-training name Joe as nice & smiley as I always am when I come in & I asked him if he could please remake just those 2 tacos fresh please. In the process of me passing him the tacos 1 falls to the floor & this is what turned my experience upside down, wait for it....the “manager-in-training” Joe has the nerve to tell me he now had to charge me for the taco that had just fell on the floor ?!?! What kind of nonsense or any sense did that make??
If he was remaking my tacos anyway weren’t the 2 old tacos getting pitched anyhow so why now that it accidentally falls on the floor as I bring them up to be corrected, so I have to pay for it? IT WAS THE CRAZIEST THING I’VE EVER SEEN AND NOW KEEP IN MIND THE TACO WOULD'VE ONLY BEEN $1 however that’s another reason Joe made me feel like he really didn’t appreciate my service & that he was racist. I mean how petty is that to charge me for something that he was throwing in the trash .
So At that moment when I seen he wasn’t making a joke, it was then I simply asked for a refund because I was clearly not feeling welcomed after that. If it were nice & hot in the first place I wouldn’t have needed it remade (meaning I wouldn’t have had to get up and walk the tacos back up to the counter & it would not have fell on the floor). Joe does not need that manager position first off. SATISFYING CUSTOMERS ARE OBVIOUSLY NOT HIS FIRST PRIORITY, a $1 taco? Really!? ..and I’m very simple Guest! Well, I was. :(

I thought this was a Chipotle. So I walked into the building and was greeted by a handsome young asian or muslim man, I couldn't tell. And i order food and the waiter slammed the tray so hard, it brought me back to Vietnam. So I'm suing, good luck in the court.

Now I’m more of an independent consumer so I am not a fan of one or the other. It’s more about the product and whether I like this specific product. This morning I tried the maple waffle breakfast sandwich from Burger King and was highly disappointed. I was expecting to taste that maple flavor and was not able to taste it at all. The cheese was unrecognizable, didn’t even look like a slice of cheese. It looked more like some kind of sauce that they slathered on there. The bacon and the egg was normal. Needless to say it tasted like an overfried bun, way too greasy with no flavor. Unfortunate. So folks don’t let looks deceive you, you don’t get what you pay for.

I ordered a bacon king tonight. Simply said I want a bacon king meal, large. They translated that to bacon king, no bacon, no cheese, no ketchup. Even says it on the receipt but didn't say it on the board nor did I say that. They even repeated what I said back and I said yes. Bacon king meal large. I don't understand how they mess up that bad.

AWESOME (I go to BK 5 days a week for the last 7 years). Burger King actually tastes like REAL Food! McDonald's so called food is all waxy and rubbery textured, like a Squeaky Dog Chew Toy!!!! When it comes to comparing the Buns: I'd rather be left picking the seeds outta my teeth from Burger King buns, as opposed to nauseously attempting to force feed the cardboard tasting McDonald's buns (which in my experience, has also always been as tough as cardboard when attempting to remove a bite!) : CASE CLOSED!!!!

Nowhere on coupon does it exclude the Impossible Whopper, also Brookhaven, PA and Aston PA prices are 10 cents different. I won't be going to any of them anymore, this site also is BS. The last time I have ever gone to BG because I'm vegetarian.

I live in Port Orange Florida; last week on Thursday, I went to Burger King and ordered two impossible burgers. Imagine my surprise when they said: “we have the burger, but we ran out of lettuce, you still want it?" I said yes. When I got home I used my own lettuce. The burger was great. But I never heard of a fast food restaurant running out of lettuce. ???

Finally made it to Burger King on 25300 Michigan Avenue in Dearborn, Michigan for my favorite Impossible burger. I asked for it gluten free (no bun), wrapped in lettuce (like any McDonald's does) and the employee keyed in "Impossible Burger", "plain". I get to work open my lunch and find a naked Impossible burger - no lettuce pickle, sauce - NOTHING! Sandwiched between a very glutinous BUN! So I throw out the bun, and call the manager. Did he offer to replace it or anything? NO! Just said sorry! Well sorry isn't good enough for this customer! I am going to lodge a complaint with the credit card company - "sorry" is not good enough for this customer!!!! Goodbye Burger King! MCDonald's - I am back!

Just expanding the summary. Impossible Burger texture and flavor is for meat eaters who want plant based burger and not for vegetarians. They aren't going to like the chewy, rubbery or the flavor/look of this burger. Just going out on a limb and saying it may not be out to stay too long or a hit or anything.... Got to greatly appreciate the effort though from Burger King and it's supplier.

This review is for the store located on 434 just West of I-4 in Longwood, Fl. 32750. I have been a Burger King fan for many years but you guys are losing me. This store in particular just isn't doing their job. The last 4 visits that I have been there, they have been out of Onion Rings. Come on. These are the reason that I go there. Really. 4 times in a row. Somebody is Not doing their job at this store. I'm talking about visits that were all at dinner time between 6:00 and 7:00 PM. How Can You Run Out Of one of your best sellers.? I gave this store a (1) only because I couldn't give in a (0).
Another thing is the Staff of that store. Each time that I go there, I have to repeat my order many, many times and no less than twice have I gotten home only to find out that my order was. Wrong or missing something that I had paid for. Nothing Worst than that in my honest opinion. We pay good money for what we buy at your stores and there is no reason that we should get home only to find something missing or wrong with our order. Went to Burger King on Bridge St Lowell Mass and again had a bad experience. Ordered a Whopper with cheese, Crispy Rodeo Chicken sandwich and three large fries. Got home and found 2 cheeseburgers in the bag not the Whopper and chicken sandwich. I had to drive back to get the right sandwiches. Pulled up to the window and explained to the girl at the window what was the issue. There was no apology at all. In fact she huffed and went back in. She then brought us the right sandwiches (cold)!!!! She did replace the fries but was very reluctant. Overall a bad time, no, "I'm sorry about that sir." Not even a thank you!!!! I happened to have worked at this Burger King when I was a kid and I have to say it has gone downhill.

Worst taco ever. I tried the Burger King tacos today for the first time, they look like they were made yesterday. They’re flat as a pancake. No no tomatoes. Hardly anything that’s a taco should have. Just meat and spices and very little salad but it’s as flat as a pancake. Just awful and very very greasy. Worst taco I have ever had!!!

8/30/2019 Hamburger meat on double whopper was totally black, with burned taste. No grilled strips. It was totally black charred. The French fries were way over seasoned with salt falling off them and salad had dry tough grilled chicken breast on it. When I ordered the salad, all the ready made salads were spoiled and they had to throw them out, so they made a salad up. Meanwhile the double whopper is sitting on the tray getting cold. The order took too long, we sat at the table and waited 10 minutes before we were served, we were on a lunch break from work and only had so much time.
We were hungry and had no choice but to eat burned & overcooked cold food. This location was not busy either. Why are the cooks so bad at their job? Why are all the salads spoiled. This is fast food???? I was a professional cook for a restaurant, not a fast food chain and I would never serve food like that. If I had to wait for great tasting food - no problem but what we got was terrible! For $25. 95 Way overpriced. Disgusted....

I enjoy the food at Burger King in Bardstown Ky. However the service is very lacking. To add to the insult of bad service, when I presented my military ID, I was informed "we do not honor the military that way." Twenty years of service protecting the USA, then to be told,"we do not honor the military that way." Needless to say I left the Bardstown Ky Burger King wondering why? The other question that comes to mind, is why have they and other establishments turned their backs on the veterans? How would it have been if we soldiers turned our back and said "no more?" The thing is, I am not mad. I am disappointed with the manager's attitude, "We do not honor the military that way."

I have been buying daily the large coffee at BK for $1.00 and today, 8/30/19 they raised it to $1.89. Needless to say, I won't be visiting BK again. A ripoff!!!! We also go there for breakfast items when they offer coupon deals or to pick up an order of the french toast sticks for the grandchildren but there are other places to go.

Overall, I like BK a lot. I love the whopper junior, their nuggets are good, and the chicken fries are to die for!!! This review is for just one item on their menu. I decided to see what all the hype was about, and actually try the "Impossible Whopper." All of these "impossible burgers" have been all the rage lately, with even celebrity chefs putting them on their menu. By the way, these are not "diet food." They have about the same amount of calories as a regular burger, but a lot less protein.
Anyway, I order it. $6.50!!! for a Whopper!!! It came, and it was extremely "just OK." It was a little burnt around the very edges, and it seemed a little bit drier than your average burger. I could tell I was not eating real meat, but it was the darned closest to a real burger I've ever had in a "faux burger." It was an interesting experience, but I don't think it was worth the price. Hey, I tried it. 2 1/2 stars for the service, and because the burger wasn't *horrible.*

TACO TERRIBLE. Disgusting. The shell is rock hard at the top and mushy at the bottom. Had to move the tiny amount of lettuce to find the even tinier amount of meat (which was burnt). Not even close to the pic on the ad. One good thing - it's limited time only. BK does good burger - stick with what you know - tacos are not your forte.

The food is good, don’t get me wrong but literally every time we have gone to BK I have been asked to “pull up”. I know they are clicking the clock to make corporate THINK they are doing things in a timely manner but the service is suffering. I just waited at 12 minutes at one BK store because the girl asked me to hold. At this point I wanted to see if the other store in our town would do it too, my husband really wanted BK. Well, pull up AND... “please hold.” At this point we’re all annoyed. 3 minutes goes by and I get my order and when I paid I heard those dreaded words “will you please pull up?” This is getting to be ridiculous. I have avoided BK for months because we always get this service and when I finally decide to try it again... I’m yet again disappointed. BK needs a complete corporate and management overhaul.

I tried one of the Impossible Whoppers today. It comes without cheese, is much thinner than the picture, tastes burnt and like field grass and is not juicy or like beef at all. This is a total sham and BK will make a fortune because it costs much less than beef but they charge a lot for it. This is a total deception. I used to make TVP burgers in college (Textured Veg Protein) that were much better. Epic fail.

Decided to try the Veggie Burger and was quite disappointed. I usually don't eat soy, but decided to try to MorningStar burger. I chose the charbroil with lettuce, pickle and my husband chose the works with everything. The impossible burger was impossible to enjoy. The burgers were dry and tastes how I imagine paper tastes. Vegan burgers can be delicious with a brand called Harvest Roast. And, do not offer a free burger for this review. A milkshake or fries would work best.

I drove up, ordered the impossible burger with Chez and jalapenos. When I got to window they said it would be $6.92 I paid, Then was told 5 minutes or so to park out front. I was the only customer there and didn't want to wait out front 10 or 15 minutes. I said just refund the card and cancel it. At that point a guy came to window and said he could not do that I said then I will wait I guess. What I bit into was a bad raw ugly meat patty that was spoiled. The pics I have look like little white things in there possible maggots or something. I spent the night throwing up as this was the most gross. I have pictures I am posting on social media and will post every day till I get my refund. I am also considering legal action. This is uncalled for if you have employees messing with customers food that's illegal. I called customer service some call center and no results. I also have pictures to send you.

After seeing your bogus Interracial Commercial for their "Flavorful Tacos", Burger King didn't surprise me showing a ** man with a White Hog. Then when I tried two at the Hanover Md store, I took one bit and threw them away. They tasted like Dog Food and had one sliver of lettuce and NO CHEESE. Burger King on East Erie St. in Painesville, Ohio Store #004287. Hottest time of the year. Their milkshake machine has been down for months! Tacos advertised like crazy and they have no cheese to put on the tacos! What a waste of time my last three visits have been to this location!!! This is no way to run a business. :(

I suggest that you don't even try their new $1 taco. I bought two and chocked them down only because I was starving. I will never buy their taco again. Every taco that I have ever tried was better. Shell was terrible and the meat was awful.

This does not qualify as a taco. Yes, there is a shell which is not crispy. There is NO MEAT...maybe a few crumbles and a lot of sauces. They use a corner triangle of American cheese and 2 strips of lettuce and no tomatoes. The shell lies flat. I wrote BURGER KING ABOUT IT and they apparently do not care. I took photos (but beware they are TOTALLY DISGUSTING). I hope they allow me to upload them.

Absolutely disgusting and a false advertisement. No meat made with re-fried beans. I live in Somersworth New Hampshire and bought one in Rochester New Hampshire. Why do they advertise a taco obviously with meat but serve it with just beans. So gross!!

Watching on a commercial on tv, Burger King advertising tacos and the tacos look really good so I bought 4 tacos to go. I ate a 1/2 a taco and couldn’t eat no more of it. End up throwing away the tacos. The worst taco I had ever eaten in my lifetime. Very disappointed with Burger King of selling ** food. I end up having heartburn just over a half of a taco. Next day I had diarrhea. Please for my advise... do not buy their tacos.

I did a survey for BK in Jacksonville, Texas. They gave me a code for a "free" whopper. When I went to BK after I finally got waited on the girl said that will be $3.48 I pointed to my coupon and told her it was suppose to be free. She said she would have to charge me $3.48 for a small fry. I am diabetic. I cannot eat the bun or fries. I said, "Thank, have a good day," and walked out. It's always like this. They stand around talking and taking a drink of soda, then drag themselves over to the counter and stand there. You're suppose to know when to order I suppose. I'll never go back. They sure won't put Dairy Queen out of order in Jacksonville, Texas!

Incredible how this place is keeping open to the public. Is a trash--a total trash, I can't believe that I went so many time to this place and every time is worst, before the customer services with the terrible managers and now is manager plus no AC working in that place, no ICE!!!! Sauce for my food what a **!!! How is possible that also in the drive thru I went a week ago and I have to wait more than 10 min and the order was wrong and no ice again, and the manager Karini because that is the name in her name tag, came to me with a attitude, scream to me in front of my family and the rest of the people in the place like crazy that if we don't like don't come back.
What at hell is that place and that manager I'm sorry but she need to be remove from that BK and the complete company how is possible that this people received training for customer services and they don't know how to deal and work with customers. How is possible that when we eat inside is no AC, with Florida weather!!! Wtf, please this BK must be removed away of the franchiser. How the employees with this situation can work like that, under this bad condition at least AC. This is Insane!!!

Had to go back two times because of missing food and wrong order. Spoke with manager that refused to do anything and just laughed joking with other employees. Spoke with GM on phone who did not seem to care either. Will never go back. As a business owner myself I found this to be a horrible experience. Called six times only to get a recording then waited 15 minutes while manager stood outside smoking before I even got to talk with her.

Every item of food was soggy mush including the onion rings which were so limp you couldn't dip them. It was like everything had been microwaved. I also found rotten lettuce on my sandwich of which I took a picture of. I did not get a receipt as it was delivered by a delivery company.

Approximately 2 weeks ago, my husband and I stopped in for lunch. The manager was working, all of our food was cold, I was served cold coffee, when I ordered hot. She made new coffee, and did nothing about the food. A Customer with children sitting next to us took his and his children's food back to the counter 3 times. I called, emailed trying to find someone who cared. Nothing. The heat lamps and food warming bins were broken, turned off or something. We even said that to the manager and she just said "ok" and went on putting another cold order together. Never eat here, you could get very sick because of improper food storage and handling. I had to rate 1 star, but they deserve ZERO stars!!

Sunday morning 9 am I stopped at the Burger King in Austin at 71 and Montopolis Dr. I went and tried to order through drive thru. The cashier was rude and then went in to try to talk to the manager and I was told that I needed to leave the restaurant. I really strongly advise everyone not to go to that place. Bad service and very rude. The cashier name Lety. Please contact corporate and complain your bad experience so nobody feels humiliated like I did. I will never go to that Burger King again. Just went in to get an order to go. I was in the store over 45 minutes. Well only one employee worked at 5 others texted on their phones. It was an absolute disgrace and my order was still wrong. Somebody named Lovelace texted the entire 45 min.

Updated on 06/14/2019: I have checked the status of my complaint only to find that Burger King is refusing to address this concern. However, on 6/12 I received an email from BK Technical support stating that the activity on my “account” (I guess they’re referencing the BK Cafe Subscription app) has been flagged as fraud and unless fraud is found the account will return to normal in a few days. I was given Case ID ** but told that technical support is without the insight or competence to make a referral to another division of the company that can handle either a refund or credit to through the app for a failure to maintain the terms of the BK Cafe Subscription as contracted when payment was received.
Original Review: On 5/06/2019 I opted to participate in the BK Cafe Coffee Subscription feature. In case you aren’t familiar with this option, the consumer pays only $5 monthly to enjoy one free small coffee daily. Sounds too good to be true, doesn’t it? In my case it was. After paying my $5 (I have receipts and support calls/emails documentation to support my statements), I enjoyed a free small coffee on those days that I chose to visit for approximately 8 days. After an app update on my iOS device, something went wrong. The mobile order that was required to redeem the small coffee would show that there was no amount due but after completing the “purchase” I would get an error message stating that my form of payment isn’t accepted. Huh?
Well, I contacted Burger King at every telephone number I could find and had to follow up with emails. I received a response and a ticket number assuring me that they were working on the issue. Another 10 days passes and no response, let alone a resolution. I request a refund since I have not received the contracted services of one month of free small coffee with the BK Cafe Coffee Subscription. I was ignored. Today is 06/08/2019. As of this date, I have yet to receive a response via email or any other means. Please also keep in mind that all the documentation that I’ll share with this review was also shared with the customer support team.

The food if fresh is great. The soggy buns due to the humidor sweat box they keep them in is terrible. My #1 complaint is the box but I can't forget to mention the cheap bag they hand their food out in. Its the thinnest mils ever. No coating, so when the sweat box burger made it to my house after a 5 minute drive, broke open dropping my two value meals all over the floor. Why cut corners on one of your most important pieces of delivering quality food to the table? Does your Bugatti have plastic seats? Are those plastic diamonds you're wearing King? Your head sure has grown in the years. I'd like to slap that crown???? off your head! Thanks for the experience. Some things never change they say.

5/31/2019 STOCKTON, CA CHARTER WAY. Wait time 25 min. Garbage can inside overflowing. Cashier gave me and another patron same receipt. Cashier couldn't find my receipt; given a greased soaked receipt from other member. Member gave me someone else's order. Sandwich maker wiped gloved hands on pants, forehead and played with hat; continued to make burgers until I instructed her to change gloves: then kept rolling her eyes at me, both XL didn't have any onions/little lettuce and no extra cheese on one as instructed, bread on one xl broken in several places and dry. Phone number on receipt cannot be contacted; has been reported to manager/customer service several times over the last year; no change.

I love Burger King. It's one of my favorite places to eat. So I'm gonna be nice when I give this review.. On May 26th at 11:46am I ordered 1 bacon king sandwich, 1 single quarter pound king sandwich, 1 double quarter pound king, 1 single stacker king, 1 double stacker king and a large triple stacker meal. So that's 6 sandwiches. I received 6 sandwiches but not the triple stacker sandwich. It's the biggest sandwich out of all I ordered.. I will continue to go there 'cause the one lady manager comes into my work to get cigarettes. But I was bummed out when my meal wasn't correct.. The Burger King was location #5547. I did the survey on the back of my receipt and gave them a good review 'cause I work for a place that likes and loves good reviews. I’ve got tea 5 times at the Burger King in Cleveland Georgia and it has been soured. I don’t know if they cleaning the pot or what’s going on. I can understand 1 or maybe even 2 times but 5 times is ridiculous. I took it back once and told them it was soured and it was better a week and then soured again. I was anxious to try the new Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken sandwich. I was stunned to discover that my chicken was so small it was literally dwarfed by the bun. I even got a speck of lettuce too! It was flavorful but the pictures boasted huge chicken breast barely contained in a bun. The chicken I got was more like a baby chicken tender. Disappointed that I paid $4.99 for this????

If I could give a zero to the BK in Clementon I would. I love Burger King, but this is the Worst Burger King I've ever been to and also had the worst fast food experience I've ever had. I wanted to place order through drive through, and I waited over 30 minutes in line. There was only 2 cars in front of me when I arrived and after waiting at the speaker for at least 5 minutes (no one on other end made a peep!) I spoke up to try to place my order and I was rudely told to hold. I continued to hold as no one ever came to the speaker. I was the next car in line to go to window so I decided to drive right up since no one was answering at the speaker/intercom to place order. I was then ignored by all staff.
After I patiently waited I demanded assistance but I never got it. Very EXTREMELY rude staff. I've worked retail/sales and never have I ever felt so disrespected. I'm now in the medical field and if I treated people the way they had treated me I would have been fired from my job by now. I overheard one of the female workers saying she wasn't going to take my order and called me names, like **, because I was upset for waiting so long and just pulled up to the window. After I patiently waited, not one person said they'd be with me when they can and they didnt greet me in any way whatsoever, so I drove off and away with no food...left without even getting to place an order at all and not one person greeting me or saying they'd be with me when they got the chance. Very frustrating experience, me and my fiance will never be returning to that Burger King.

I come here probably 3 times a week. Anissa told me I could not use the restroom because I hadn’t purchased anything that day. I’ve always had a good relationship with the restaurant. They give a discount for working at the bank. I felt like the restaurant works awful hard to foster a relationship with its neighbors to get crazy about the bathroom. She was so rude. That rude indignation that you get from people that talk down to you. I don’t feel like I deserved to be treated that way. I ended up buying a .27 cent sauce and getting my bank discount so I paid .24 cents. Seems pretty petty to me when you work so hard for bank employees to come here and spend their money.

The Dollar Taco is nothing like what they show in the ad!!! There is very little to it. A think strip of meat concoction, some lettuce, cheese in a taco. When folded it's about a 1/4" in thickness, not the 2 or 3 inches they show in the TV commercials.

Went to BK in Mishawaka, IN. Got there a good hour before closing with the kids. We were the only people there. Person taking order on drive through seemed irritated. Finished ordering, had a quick question about sauce. Said, 'Excuse me what sauce...' Employee interrupts and blurts out, 'Weren’t you finished ordering?' Anyway go to window to pay and pick up order. Obvious to see Staff is busy just trying to clean and get out of there. We see them handle our food with same gloves they were cleaning. I even ask them the closing time sarcastically and she said in 1 hour. Didn’t want to waste my breath with them any further. Just write here. This location, nearest to our house is really bad. Either rude incompetent staff, and or food taste is off.

On March 24, 2019 at the SPARTA, NJ location (49 Sparta Avenue), time approx. 1:20 pm EST, an employee named Natasha acted in an incredibly unprofessional manner. Total loss of self-control and threw a family member out of the store who had paid for the order. We have been patrons for over 10 years. I have filed a formal complaint with corporate offices. I expect the owner/store manager to take formal disciplinary action. I have never seen or heard of such unacceptable conduct toward patrons. Short of proactive action by management, we are going to take all available options under consideration in law and equity.

I recently ordered from the Burger King in Valrico Florida, on highway 60. They were running behind as usual, and an employee named Trey came out to the drive-thru line collect payment. I had ordered a Whopper value meal, and the kids meal, and the price he quoted me seemed too low. I recapped my order, and commented to him that I think he was mistaken because the price didn't seem right. He said okay, but as he walked back into the building he made a rude comment about me to the customer in front of me in line. He returned. I mentioned that I didn't appreciate his rude comment, he said nothing and started walking away, and under his breath he muttered that I should ** off.
When I heard what he said I became angry and demanded to speak with his manager. He just looked at me like a stunned deer in headlights, and I had to demand it again. As he was walking in to get his manager, I heard him say that I could eat his **. I had to wait several minutes for the manager to arrive, only to be given the most apathetic and uncaring attitude I could have possibly received. After getting my card back, and proof that my order has been voided I went to leave, and the manager accused me of being rude because I didn't tell her to have a nice day. I contacted Burger King corporate and explained my issue, and asked for follow up. It has been nearly a week, and I have not received any follow-up from anyone at Burger King. This really helped me make a necessary decision, which is to never eat any of their garbage food ever again. There's a reason that they can't compete in this market oh, and that is it.

Had to repeat my drive thru order three times, in the speaker I heard laughing, "what the crap" and the "** bomb". Asked for a manager at the window, A bouncing young blonde girl with a ponytail and glasses stated that she was a manager, followed by a giggle. Then she said, "know what you can just leave," and slammed the window closed. I am a store manager just a few blocks away, I will no longer be giving Burger King my business. I visited Burger King in Accra Ghana (airport city branch) on the 17th February 2019. I am so disappointed the time wasted to drive such a distance only to get such a bad meal, my 2nd visit the Whopper was cold inside and the 3rd visit on 17/2/19 I ordered Whopper with cheese. Never again. How disappointing, the burger was lukewarm, it was runner tomatoes, cold cheese, overrun with mayo. Just GROSS. I had to bin it, DISGUSTING Burger King experience ever. I must say the meals in Africa (Ghana) is overpriced. A lot of people in Ghana don't earn such money to buy Burger King meals.

I will never again eat at Burger King. Instead of Burger King it should be called Burger Joker. Every time I order they can never get my meal right, and I'm not ordering a special burger. I had just placed our 3rd order of the night within a 45 min span. The manager of the shift walked up to my wife and I and said we had made a mess (usual wrappers as any couple that eats fast food...) then she said we had to leave and she was calling the cops... I cleaned up our food wrappers and cups, wiped down the table and left. My girlfriends has had numerous occasions of discrimination from this particular BK#13284. She is a pretty ** woman and it has always been from a worker of Latin descent. Of Which all the men and women are of that race. I am not racist but this is very evident that they only hire their own race. I've never once in 5 years, seen an asian, ** etc. Work here. I believe this seriously needs to be looked into. On holiday from London, first visit to this location (East Hallandale Beach) on 5th Feb 2019. On entering faced with sticky wet floors and the table looked like a war had taken place! It was 6:04pm, only 2 customers seated, however they were at window tables as the central area was dirty. The staff appeared limited behind the counter and the young lady serving appeared to look as though she wanted to be somewhere else! Her attempt at cleaning the area comprised of putting chairs under tables and returning to the counter. I have since been told customer service at that branch has not changed in a number of years.

We order funnel fries. Got them and there was hair on them. Told the clerk, took them back and gave us a new order. Open them up and guess what? There was a hair on them again. Open are other box and a hair on them. Three boxes of funnel fries and had hair on them. Was a waste of money because we didn't eat any of the food we order. On 1/31/19 (10:20 p.m.), I experienced the worst customer service ever at BURGER KING store # 2422 (3933 Bladensburg Road Colmar Manor Maryland 20722)- (301-779-6022). This is NOT the first time but it will be the last and final! I have decided to no longer waste my money with this company again! Instead of giving them yet another chance (I've given them 10) and wasting my hard earned money on people who clearly don't appreciate the fact that they have a job, who lack the common sense, customer service skills needed to work at BURGER KING (which is not much - it's NOT rocket science), who seem like they don't want to be at work doing the WORK REQUIRED of a BURGER KING employee and last but certainly NOT least, who don't realize or acknowledge the fact that MY MONEY is helping to keep this dwindling chain in business!
THE COMPLAINT: We approached the drive thru pausing to decide which one of our many coupons to use. While waiting we observed 2 employees preparing to take the trash out of the store to the dumpster located near the drive thru, which had us questioning whether the store was open because it was about 10:20 p.m. and the sign on the store states closing time is MIDNIGHT. We proceed to the drive thru to place our order and wait, with no acknowledgement of our arrival, we said "Hello" several times with no response. Meanwhile I see the 2 employees who were removing the trash appear to be telling the employees inside that there is a drive thru customer... Still no response, we drive up to the payment window and see NO ONE IN SIGHT... The horn is honked a few times as well as saying "Hello", NO RESPONSE.
We pull up just past the payment window and clearly see a female standing right next to the counter as if she's hiding, still NOT acknowledging our presence (we later find out this is ** - or at least that's what the receipt that we are given states because she was NOT wearing a name tag). At this angle we clearly see that there are additional employees in the store. A male employee wearing a uniform was pulling up his pants as he came from around the corner! Unbelievable how NOT ONE of them heard us at the drive thru!
We then drove to the front of the store and could CLEARLY SEE several employees just standing around NOT doing anything. When we asked through the door if they were open, we were reluctantly told "yes" and proceeded to the drive thru AGAIN. Knowing that we were on our way to place the order the female employee clearly had a NASTY ATTITUDE which was quite clear by the way she spoke to us when placing the order. Her tone was very RUDE & NASTY! Again this store doesn't close until MIDNIGHT, by this time it was about 10:30, what's the problem?! The person who placed the order is ALWAYS NICE & POLITE, and remained so by calling this person taking the order ma'am, as well as saying please and thank you! She clearly did not care or want to take this order.
I would also like to add that we were the ONLY people there, so it's not like they had a long line of customers that were tiring them out, JUST ONE CAR (US)! When we get to the payment window, there is no one there. After a few minutes the employee (**) slams 2 drinks on the counter without acknowledging us and leaves again! She comes back, hands us the drinks and gives us the total speaking VERY RUDELY, clearly not wanting to be bothered!
We used coupons, one coupon was for the double cheeseburger, fry, drink meal. We thought the other coupon used was for 2 bacon double cheeseburger, 2 fry, 2 drinks meal. When questioned she RUDELY RESPONDED that the 2 bacon double cheeseburger meal comes with only 1 fry and 1 drink... The order we received was a 1 cold cheeseburger, 2 cold bacon cheeseburgers & 1 cold fry... She was POLITELY informed that the order was incorrect, again with an ATTITUDE, she then tried to explain that the coupon used for the bacon DOUBLE cheeseburgers was for REGULAR BACON CHEESEBURGERS, then she snatched the single cheeseburger and added an extra patty to it for the double cheeseburger.
She took the COLD fries back (after we had to ASK for HOT fries plus the additional fry that was missing from the DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER MEAL) and gave us NUKED FRIES! No apologies, no thank you for your business. Something needs to be done about the way this store conducts business and the mistreatment of customers who are keeping them in business! FORCED TO GIVE A STAR RATING TO POST THIS!!

The Burger King franchises in my area are not clean. Burger King's attempts to serve better tasting food falls short. They now offer what is supposed to be “Funnel Cake Sticks”, but they missed the mark. All they are is French Toast Sticks cut thinner and tasted nothing like real “Funnel Cake”. They were so greasy that I couldn’t eat them I threw them away (I should have returned them). The new “King Burger” that is supposed to compete with “McDonalds” new burger missed the mark also. All the food was greasy, greasy, greasy.

On Jan 12, 2019 I came in to the Burger King on Higley just north of Baseline, only to find the place filthy. I thought of calling the Health Department but instead am telling you directly. I approached the clerk and asked if they could clean up the drink prep area as "it is horrific." There were dirty tables that never got cleaned while I was there and as we left, we discovered that the rim of the wastebasket was surrounded by ketchup. Ugh. The clerk did clean up the drink prep area but no one came out to wipe tables or pick up trays at the wastebasket or they might have seen the ketchup. The food was good and if I return to that specific BK, I hope you will have passed along their need to be diligent about cleanliness throughout the restaurant.

Tired from driving a long way we pulled off the interstate to go to this unfamiliar Burger King in Ruskin, FL. #6871. My Whopper Junior was served at room temperature! It being rush hour that seemed unreasonable. Service by Penny was proficient but not outstanding. Facility was clean. Tea dispensers had no labels, just "sw" and "un" scribbled in pencil directly onto the containers in small print.

Burger King store number 6207 on Salem Rd. in Conyers GA is TERRIBLE. Every time I go I always get onion rings instead of fries and it’s always a problem. 1/6/2019 1701 SE 17th St. Causeway, Fort Lauderdale, FL - Irate, Out of control and Disrespectful employee! 1701 SE 17th St. Cswy, Ft Lauderdale, Fl 1:32 aprox. Just left there due to employee screaming every curse word in the book from the front register to the back of the restaurant directed to fellow employees. Couldn't give the cashier my order due to the employee screaming so loud endlessly and using the GD, **, every word in the book, cussing and screaming.
I asked her to please stop the language while I was in line. She replied: "I ain't stopping ** everyone ** cusses." She went on for over 3 minutes. I said, "No, not everyone, and especially in a restaurant with patrons and children." She started cussing again and said "All kids use cusswords" and went back to cussing. I waited for an apology and she said "If you don't like it you can go someplace else." I said; "GREAT IDEA! I will go to the McDonalds!!! They respect their customers!!!" I asked the cashier his name and he said "I didn't do anything." I said "Correct, you were trying to take my order while she was screaming obscenities at the other employees in the back; so when management asks me I can tell them you were trying to help but couldn't hear me."
The employee, still cussing then said "She can't get me in trouble; she don't know my name." I said "Correct again! I don't know your name." (I wanted to clue her in that people don't need names when they have video- video doesn't lie.) I looked at her hand to make sure she didn't have a knife. Pretty scary! She actually followed me out. Maybe I don't have your name but there are plenty of ways to ID you! You never know; I could have 10 pictures of you because you were, in uniform, walking outside still cussing! Be careful miss "She don't know my name"! You never know who’s running their phone video. She was too loud and disrespectful to notice! Talk about road rage? She was definitely Employee Rage!
Be careful workers! You never know when corporate will send in a mystery shopper! Unless of course you don't care to be fired and you have lots of money to go take your foul mouth elsewhere! No ethics, no morals, no respect, no business savvy! If you have a problem with your peers you need to keep it in the back office, better yet write a letter! You don't scream every curse word in the book from the front to the back; especially at your peers; especially on the job in front of paying customers!

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal from a Burger King in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. I was starving after running errands all day with my babies & they were super excited to get their kid's meal. After leaving the drive-thru, I quickly unwrapped my sandwich bit into it. I thought it tasted funny & mushy but I thought it was a tomato. I ate a couple more bites & then pulled over to take off what I thought were “extra tomatoes.” To my absolute horror I discovered that I was eating a completely raw chicken sandwich. I immediately drove back to the Burger King & showed the employees my sandwich. A manager came & gave me my money back. Although I understand that these things are not unheard of & I wouldn’t feel good about getting someone fired from their job, I will never eat at any Burger King facility again & it will be a very long time before I eat out at any restaurant, especially fast food. This was truly a sickening experience.

Stopped at Burger King in Franklin, LA to get my son a burger for lunch. I specified 2 Value menu cheeseburgers with no mustard, no ketchup, and no onion, an order of fries and a Med Dr. Pepper. We paid and drove off. My son opened one of the burgers and took a big bite only to have mustard and ketchup ooze out. The french fries were horrible also. They tasted like they had been fried in oil with chicken. I went back and told the cashier the burgers were not right and the fries were not good.
She proceeded to start counting my money back without even asking if we wanted the order replaced. She asked for the Dr. Pepper back which we gladly gave back to her. I could not even believe how rude she was acting so I told her to not worry because I would never come back. To that she and another employee in the background wave to me and say "BYYYEEE." HOW RUDE IS THAT??? I am a 68 year old senior citizen and I have never witnessed such rudeness from a person working in the public service industry. Trust me, I will never patronize that Burger King again.

I would like the share my most recent and final visit to the Burger King Located at 2391 Coastal Grand Cir, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577 on August 11th, 2018. I arrived at the drive through and placed my order. Upon completing my order and arriving at the drive-through window, I realized that I forgot to add an extra orange juice. I asked the store employee if I may add one to my order. She rudely replied: "What do you want"? I was a little shocked, as I have frequented that location countless times. I added the extra orange juice and was asked to pull past the window for the remainder my order. When another employee exited the location, I expressed my displeasure with the employee who took my order.
I then asked if the manager would be able to step out and speak to me for a moment. I was told that the manager was busy at the moment. I contacted Burger King Corporate Office a few days later and reported the situation. I requested the store manager/franchise owner contact me via telephone. I never received a phone call from either of the requested points of contact. Needless to say, I will never conduct business with that establishment again! It is sad that some businesses do not pride themselves on being customer friendly. As a YouTube Video Creator, reputation means more than anything these days...

9105 Bergenline Ave North Bergen NJ 07047. December 15, 2018 4:15 pm - 4:45 pm. I have never seen such disorganized, dirty and careless employees like this at any other Burger King. My complaint is not about the food, but rather about the employees, No glove usage is absolutely unacceptable, in my opinion. A woman I believe to be named "**", with glasses and a visor on, was touching/scratching her head and mouth, then touching part(s) of the food. The French Fries I ordered were grabbed from the top by **, who was not wearing gloves, therefore her palms touched the fries.
The cashier was touching the dirty money, and then she was holding the paper bag, but when she tried to open the paper bag, she put her dirty hands completely inside. In my opinion, they are improperly trained people and they do not care about the health of their customers. Looks to me that they are being lazy and putting no effort to their job.
There was also a male, who looked like he had just finished his shift. He was inside the kitchen with a backpack on and a jacket on. He was waiting for his food, but he was near another serving of food. He was rather close, and he was vigorously and continuously scratching his head on top of the serving. In my opinion, Burger King should pay attention to their employees' training. They should make sure that their employees look presentable and are clean.

After waiting in drive-thru for 10 minutes, I get my food and the order is messed up. I ordered a fish sandwich with cheese, mayo, lettuce, tomato and pickle and when I opened it it had male tomato. I gave it back to him. The girl gave me a slice of cheese and a container. I was extremely upset so I gave her back the food and I ask for full refund. The guy came over to the window and handed me my money and say, "You have a good night."

The 1 cent Whopper deal was a joke. A lot more trouble than it was worth. I tried three times and I never did get my Whopper. That's ok because I will never be back to Burger King. They never did have very good service anyway and their sausage biscuit is the worst I've ever had.

After hearing about your promotion of going to McDonald's and letting you know our location we completed our portion went to Burger King on Cassopolis St to be told "we aren't taking any orders. We only have 2 people here". So I said... "Why don't you turn off your light then?" The reply was "it's company policy. We can't turn off the light". BUT YOU CAN REFUSE TO TAKE AN ORDER? How does that policy work? We have been to this location many times, but no more. By leaving the light on you are shooting yourself in the foot as how many more people take their time and choose to patronize your restaurant to get the same crap. We did decide to drive another 7 miles since we already had wasted 30 minutes of our lives to drive to the location on Beardsley St. Only to be told we are not participating in this. So one hour no food 2 Burger Kings. Too many restaurants to be had by your lying joke. Never again!!!

Whopper detour promotion states that a $0.01 Whopper if you do the following: 1. Download the application. 2. Enable location services for that app. 3. Travel to a McDonalds. 4. Unlock the promotion. 5. Pick it up within an hour. The fine print lists the following restrictions. 1. One per customer. 2. Not used with any other coupon. 3. Not valid on delivery orders.
As a software engineer I was inclined to test this application. So I downloaded the application and turned on location services. I traveled to the nearest McDonald's and tried to unlock the promotion. The application froze. I had to restart my phone. I tried again - same result. So I decided to travel to a different McDonald's. Same exact thing. I tried twice and it froze. I traveled to yet another McDonald's and same thing! So at this point I verified location services by using the restaurant's search inside the application. That worked fine. Defeated I ordered a Big Mac out of spite. It was really good, then it tasted like flame broiled beef and spite.
When I got home I decide to look and see if other users were having this experience. Sure enough I found users complaining, but what I thought was a technical glitch turned out to be an ethical glitch. This offer only works at restaurants where mobile ordering is supported, and even then only certain restaurants apply. So I did some digging to see where this should work. Turns out it does not work at any location within the Albany-Schenectady-Troy MSA! I would need to drive 2 hours to find a restaurant. In an area with over 3 million people there wasn't a single restaurants that supported this.
If this isn't deceptive advertising I don't know what is. I looked everywhere and could not find a single ad that stated this in the fine print. Not only will I never purchase from Burger King again, but I am going to eat at McDonald's every day this week in spite. I then called customer service and had a bumbling fool on the phone. They offered no remedy and she talked herself in a circle with incoherent rambling. Terrible restaurant, when I get some free time I'm going to leave 1000 bad reviews.

Wish there was a zero. Without customer service you have nothing. Went to drive thru and encountered the rudest person I've ever encountered in my 61 years. Apparently from these reviews the problem is nationwide. First time I'd visited this location and I'll never return. Don't even know how the food will be, but because of the service I'm pretty sure it will suck too.

We stopped at Burger King on Lyons Ave in Newhall, CA and ordered $20 worth of food. We received our food. I asked for mayo but the fat Mexican girl was too busy helping the Mexican customers. Being a disabled senior I could no longer stand and leaned against the counter. The fat Mexican girl yelled at me and I explained that I was still waiting for the mayo. She threw over to me and I was going to ask for dipping sauce for the nuggets but was about to fall and left. When we got home about a half a mile the fries were hard and stale. It is nothing like the 1960's where the staff was friendly and the food fresh!

Burger King had ran out of Cheesy Tots that I now do feel the meltdown of disappointment for this Cornelius business. I'm not happy with this restaurant business for not really keeping up with their food stock even though it's still on the Burger King menu. This one Burger King business should be closed for now and moved to somewhere else where they can utilize the packages of food, otherwise this Burger King crew's completely useless.

Wish I could give 0 stars!!! Went to Burger King in Lake Charles La Store #1617 1211 Martin Luther King Hwy. (337) 329 6432. Horrible! First you have to wait cause customers are told come back in 10 or 15 mins cause they are taking a break... So the entire store on break or is there a staffing problem? Second finally you order your food fresh off the broiler and freshly cooked. Surely you have sat there long enough that you can get it your way. No!!! Wrong, cause after being told to pull up (cause you ordered freshly prepared items) "We'll bring it out to you when it's ready." You ask, "Are my nuggets fresh? "Yes ma'am. I just took them out the fryer." "You sure?" I asked. "Oh yes ma'am. I promise you." Now Mind you I ordered 4 orders of nuggets and fries with drinks. And sure enough as they have done before refried nuggets???? Pissed off is an understatement.
When you order something and ask for it YOUR WAY it SHOULD come YOUR WAY not ** what you say... That should be BK's new motto because it's exactly that way. When you treat the customers the way you do. With a smile and a lie. If you ever had fresh food before, (because not All employee's disregard customers request) you know the difference. And if you ever worked, or frequent there you know what old ones that has been sitting under the lamp is like. Yes and you know what refried (put in the grease for a quick turn to appear hot and fresh) (which actually dries out the little moisture remaining after resting under the lamps) ones are like too. Please stop underestimating people's intelligence and do the job You applied for. Please.
And if you dare call and talk to the manager you has he to argue with an employee who swears you lying because nine times out of ten they are the ones who didn't do their job! It's very sad that in hospitality they don't even know how to be hospitable. And this only happens at night after 11 pm and if you get there at 12:30 am or 1 am, "Sorry we are not taking orders. We closed until breakfast. We start taking orders at 5am." REALLY. GTHFOH.

Both Burger Kings near me, Newark and Heath Ohio stores, they are mismanaged and seem to be out of breakfast foods all the time. One week I stopped at the one in Heath and was told they were "out of croissants, ham and ice". How is it you are out of croissants for breakfast when that is your main seller? It means whoever is ordering is not doing a good job. Both stores routinely run out of ham for their breakfast sandwiches. Today I went through the Newark store and did not check my food before I left. I had asked for ham and cheese but ended up with sausage. I can go to McDonald's if I want sausage.
Neither store is busy as most people avoid them. I think I need to start avoiding them completely. I do not eat there often, when I do, I prefer their ham and cheese croissant, but out of the last 5 times I have gone, once I've been able to get ham and cheese. Today I ended up with sausage - though I asked for ham. So mismanaged. I have not eaten a Whopper in 20 years - does not sit well with me. I think I am just done for life.

On 11-14-2018 I went to the Burger King on SW 10th in Topeka Kansas. I ordered a Triple Whopper with cheese meal with med drink, large fries. Told them, "No onion, add bacon." When I got my order it was covered in onions and tasted horrible. Staff was rude. Place was dirty. I spent almost $14. And it was a waste of my money. Every time I go to a Burger King it's not been a good experience. And always bad food.

I went into my local Everett WA Burger King in Nov 2018 to buy their $1 Chicken Nuggets. What I got was a standard chicken nuggets which appeared to have been cut in half. Very thin and had more crust than chicken. Not what they had before and NOT what they are showing in the new commercials. This is a Rip Off and False Advertising. I got three orders at the time and they were all super thin nuggets, mostly breading with a thin layer of chicken...

I've been to my fair share of Burger King's, some good, and then there are those that are just plain horrid. Went to the one in River Falls, Wi, on a Monday night, around 6:30 pm. Went inside with my family and there was only one other customer, in the drive-through. I've worked in fast food places, many times, so I know that Drive-Thru comes first, for time reasons. We placed our order and waited a good 25 mins. Keep in mind, while we were waiting, 3 other cars showed up and 2 customers came inside. All 4 cars how have been served, and one of the inside customers while we still waited. Got our food and got out of there. Came home, which is a 5 min drive from there, and found out our order was messed up. Called in, nobody would answer.
I left a voicemail for corporate and never heard back. What was wrong with our order? All the fries were cold and hard, 2 of the sandwiches were completely messed up, and made sloppy (by this I mean you had to wipe the outside off just to grab it, without condiments all over your hands). Their chicken strips were anything but strips, and they were overcooked, you couldn't bite into them, not if you wanted to keep all of your teeth. Very displeased. I kept trying to call in, only to be hung up on 3x and told "well too bad". Know I've been assistant manager at a few places, and I would NEVER allow such service or treatment!

I went to Burger King in 2501 West Cermak Rd Chicago, IL 60608. I treat very bad just I'm homeless. I never ask anyone for money or food. I was have a $1 to buy a coffee and I was happy with that but the manager was ** girl. She embarrassed me from everyone and she treat me bad and I know they have camera and record voice at 8:30 pm in 10/18/2018. I have to be rich to go to Burger King. I don't know how they let people like her to work there but all I see with a lot of comments about Burger King. I will never recommend Burger King for no one.

I just purchased a chicken salad from BK on Weston Street, Hartford. The lettuce is limp and worse than that - totally brown. What a rip off. I am really irritated because there was a McDonald's right next door and I know with their new CEO my salad would have been fresh and worth the money. Someone needs to head to Hartford!

Went to Burger King in Greentree PA. Waited forever to get served and the quality of the food was horrible. The manager of the store actually locks the doors to the dining room so no customers can come in. One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a fast food place. Would not recommend anyone to ever go to this location.

Hamburger - special 2 for $6 - Please post your complaint if you from Chattanooga, Tennessee and experience food issue with the one at 6236 Lee Highway, Chattanooga, TN. I purchase 2 sandwiches for $6 (I am sorry that I did). I went through the drive-thru and when I start eating the sandwich in the car. The breakfast coupons say no substitutions for the croissan'wich sandwiches even though there's egg on the sandwich which makes the coupon deal seem mostly unfair for me, since I "love less of" the eggs on my sandwich. I'm allergic to Burger King's eggs and any type of eggs. Can Burger King change their breakfast coupons? I would like the breakfast egg, sausage and cheese croissan'wich to be replaced with the potato crown, sausage and cheese croissan'wich. Otherwise, I will not coming back to Burger King for breakfast and I will just be leaving behind the low rating for Burger King's breakfast as the lonesome star. ☆ See you later at lunch, BK of corn town! Fairborn Burger King on Dayton Yellow Springs RD - My wife and I went through the drive thru Tuesday July 24th at about 1:30. Ordered 2 Whoppers large onion rings for myself. Wife got the chicken sandwich and large fries. We were the only car in line. When we got our food it was all cold and nasty. Asked to speak to a manager. We were told no one was available. Needless to say we won't be back. The new Burger King on Broad Street is just as bad. Must have the same owner.

I remember when the tender crisp chicken sandwich came out. MY FAVORITE, around 8 months ago I stopped going to Burger King and today I stopped at one to eat and remembered one of the biggest reason I quit going there. The tender crisp chicken sandwich is smaller and flat whereas when it first came out was a nice big chicken breast which exceeded from the bun and so tasty. I would like to show a picture of it now. Notice how thin and small it is, can barely taste it and it doesn’t taste the same, it taste like a frozen patty child’s size. Very disappointed. Won’t be back.

Average food & worst service @BK Himalaya Mall, Ahmedabad. On 01.07.2018 We got "Man hair" inside the burger, we complain it, they not accepting it. They said it’s our fault. Secondly, they didn’t give tissue paper, note: - there is no facility to hand wash in premises. They only provide tissue paper upon request. Even they not provide enough tomato sauce at one time. They only give 2 no.s tomato sauce. If we want more we have to standup from chair & go counter & ask for tomato sauce like beggar! And last when we ask for drinking water, they answered, "Sorry sir water glass is finished. We can’t provide drinking water". Such a poor customer service.

This place has the worst customer service, well there is a guy name Axel taking orders. He took my daughter's order. As I got to the register the manager Maria I believe that is her name started to ring up an employee's order which I thought was rude since they were people in line. Anyway she rang him up but he went in the back so here we are waiting for this employee to come back to pay and Axel and Maria were laughing cause we waited a long time to get our order taken, now he comes pay and no apologies from the manager or the employee.
So we got our order and sat down. My daughter want some onion rings so she stands behind a man which he has been waiting a while. He got mad and left without ordering, so my daughter is standing there for about 5 minutes and no one is taking her order and the manager was at the register so I go and ask her what is going on. "Someone just left. Why was it taking so long to order", all she did was point at her tablet, like I knew what that meant, I told her you have 3 other registers, again no apologies for the wait.
Finally got her onion rings, while we were sitting there about 5 people came in and there was no one at the register and they were again waiting for a long time. Everyone disappeared in the back then the young lady who was bagging and traying the food went to the register, took some order then called in the back for someone to come up front, she was really the only one working. I did not get her name but she was a young ** and chubby not fat just chubby sorry but that's the only way I can describe her (no offense). Then they have all these druggies come in there asking for money and there was a lady crawling on the floor. I will never ever ever go to this place anymore. Management think customer service is a joke and she has the nerves to laugh in your face. I use to love this BK but not now. Sorry you lost a customer.

As a former employee and a customer I'm very irritated at the lack of customer service of several Burger Kings in the Laurel Area. Today, I visited the one at 3359 Corridor Marketplace and my order which was 1 caramel sundae, 1 plain ice cream cup and an apple pie was placed correctly however once we drove up to the next window we were given an ice cream cone along with the sundae and pie. When my boyfriend asked for his in the cup this chick slapped it in the cup and never asked him if he would like it that way. Then I took my top off of the sundae. It was made sloppy and spilled out onto my clothes. That's poor customer service and just outright ridiculous.
My experience at the other ones weren't no better when one morning I ordered two coffees and was given 1 hot and 1 cold. Or you wait on your food for almost 30 mins. When pulling up to the speaker you get attitude not even a polite greeting. I know this during the years I worked there back in the day if you treated customers wrong, management wouldn't have a problem firing you. This new day and age mess is what's wrong in the world today. As for me, I will not continue to spend my money for poor service!

So my husband and I wanted to grab a quick late lunch. Since we didn't have much time we decided to stop by Burger King in West Des Moines #114, Iowa, I decided not to have anything as my husband was ordering his but changed my mind and decided to order a small burger, the cashier seemed so tired to take my order and my husband had to apologize to him which I didn't understand why yet we were paying for the food.
There was no other customers all this time and we overheard the cashier tell the other guy they 'want another burger again' which the other guy replied 'what, again! Are they trying to make my life difficult,' we overheard the conversation and my husband asked if he could speak with the manager. The manager was very rude and stated that the guy was just joking and we should stop giving him flack (**), all this time my husband was telling the manager how unprofessional it is for an employee to make such a comment. He went ahead and told my husband that he would throw us out of his store if he yells which my husband wasn't all this time.
After we went down to sit we could hear other employees laugh as almost all of them come in the front as if to check who we were. That was the most awful and unprofessional thing I have ever experienced, very rude cashier who seemed tired to take a second order, to a back employee making a rude comment to a manager saying we were giving him **.

I bought a BOGO burger value of $4 from a Burger King store in Corpus Christi in March 2018, and they charged me over $17. They did not give me receipt to see how much I am charged. I called BK customer service more than 10 times. Unfortunately they did not take care at all. They do not take care of customer and I am overpaid $13 for just a burger!!! Customer service told me we are going to send you a check but they did not and every time I call they say, "We will call you back." They word is not true!!

I went to Burger King in crescent City CA. I have been going there for four months now ordering the same thing everyday. Sausage biscuits for .79 but I replaced the sausage for bacon due to my son not being able to eat sausage. I have always paid the .79 .85 out the door. Today 5/18/18 they charged me 3.86 for the same thing I just ordered the day before. Um no. They said that the sausage biscuits were the one that is on sale. I said yes I know I order that but have to replace the sausage for bacon due to my son not being able to eat sausage. He said, "Well then it becomes 3.86." What? I said, "May I speak to your manager", he said he was the manager and now I am 86 out of there that they will not serve me anymore. Um what. When I asked for the main number to make complaint against him he said he didn't have it with that haha. And closed the window on me.

I am a 75-year-old senior citizen who is been patronizing your restaurants since the mid-60s and that is about to end and I want you to know why. I ordered two Whoppers with special instructions at your store located at 1496 Boynton Beach Blvd., Boynton Beach, FL. I did not receive what I ordered and when bringing the sandwiches into the store and talking with the manager he said, "That's the way we make them," and refused to remake the sandwiches the way that they were marked on the receipt. I am recovering from a heart attack and the last thing I needed was an argument from this manager. At that point I just asked for my money back and he mumbled under his breath, "We don't need no hockeys." I wrote a letter to the CEO of Burger King Daniel S. Schwartz who did not even have the courtesy to respond.

On Saturday May 5 2018 between 1-2 pm, my daughter was approached by an employee at Burger King in Lenoir N.C. As the women approached her she said to her, "You have to pay for that drink". She accused her of trying to put pink lemonade in a water cup. My daughter purchased a medium lemonade and I asked for the water. I was in the car. My child told me what had happened and said there was nothing in the cup when approached and the employee took the cup out her hand and put water in it. I entered the restaurant and told them they were wrong about my daughter and they had no right to be watching her and approaching her.
The manager response was that she had kids insisting that all kids steal. I was angered by her response and chose to believe it was because of her race not age. The lady said she would call the cops on me and that it's on tape. My daughter and I was treated very disrespectfully and they harassed my child by approaching her and taking the cup out her hand. This is wrong. I asked the women to show me the tape and she said in a mean voice, "I will call the police."
The Holy Spirit told me to leave the restaurant and deal with it His way. As I was leaving the cashier that waited my daughter spoke to me in a naughty way and said, "I saw her" trying to push my buttons. They saw wrong. My daughter said the cashier acted like she did want to wait on her in the first place. My last words l said was, "You prejudice people." This complaint is me doing it God's Way. I nor my daughter was treated with the respect we deserved. ** Lives Matter!

This is in reference to store # 16624 in Dallas Texas. I went into the store and how many of you know that the TX Double Whopper comes with jalapenos, I didn't. I order my burger as always no tomatoes, no mayo, no ketchup just add mustard with lettuce and pickles. I got my burger and when I started to bite, I said that doesn't look like a pickle. I told the CSR at the counter, "Is this jalapenos?" and she looked at me like, "Uhhh yes, what did you think it was?" I said to the CSR, "That picture looks like pickles and not jalapenos." She was unconcerned like, "Yeah whatever". So basically I paid $9.68 for a medium coke and medium onion rings.

When I went to the Burger King # 4075 in South San Francisco, CA, It was about 7:03 am just 1 customer eating. I made an order of 10 biscuits and sausage and a coupon meal. The Spanish manager told me, "You have to wait 17 minutes." So she gave me the coffee and I said, "I can get the coupon meal and wait." So I wait 10 min and ask her about the croissants and she gets rude and say, "I just asked you if you want coffee first." I said, "I can get the coupon meal and wait." She starts talking about I said coffee first. I didn't want to say anything back fear of spitting in my food. As I wait 1 guy comes in, made an order, left for 2 min, came back. She gave him some biscuits. Then another guy comes in 5 min after him with his own coffee cup and gives him 2 biscuits sitting on the tray. So you mean to tell me while people come in and order the biscuits and because my order is big she can give away my biscuits and I have to wait longer.
Mind you there is no one coming in and going through the drive thru other than the 2 guys. So I go up to the counter and wait. I see her warming up some biscuits and it don't take long and she tells me wait 3 more minutes and I see about 5 biscuit sitting in front of the counter. I watch her then she says something to the other Spanish girl next to her and the other girl starts looking back at me like they mad I'm waiting at the counter. Plus the manager is fixing my biscuits with no gloves on. So then she puts 10 biscuits in the bag and there is already about 5 biscuits on the counter just sitting there.
All that took almost 30 minutes. Ridiculous, I shouldn't have to wait so long while the manager is giving away my order and I have to wait. She didn't have gloves on and she had a bad attitude. I meant what was the cook cooking in the kitchen all that time. They were moving and stuff. Are they cooking food for them or some others. I didn't get it.

Location in WS, NC drive thru Tuesday, 10 Apr18, at 930pm and when I drank it, I don't know where this came from but it tasted like maybe mopping or cleaning water, I don't know why, it was bitter and burned my throat. I immediately threw it out. Please reimburse me for the drink. And find out what was wrong tonight, and please email me and let me know. Thanks.

The cook seem to think that the customers are idiots for not knowing what is stale and what is fresh. I was served Tater Tots that was hard and cold.

The actual in-store purchasing process is fine, I had no issue there. However, if you need something delivered, or God forbid something is missing/needs replaced because of damage - then you're in BIG trouble. These people never answer the phones, and their website conveniently does not work. I have done the 45 min - 1.5 hr wait times on the phones 5 times - and that was just to get my item delivered properly. Now when I call to get items sent that were missing/damaged I get "All circuits are busy" every single time I call. I have been trying to call them for 2 weeks now.
So I tried to email via the website - they have a nice section to fill out your information and submit your needs but THERE IS NO SUBMIT BUTTON anywhere on the website. The only way I could submit was through the non-United States side of the website (no chance this customer service team can figure out that my order is from the US). Not even sure what to do at this point, and will never have anything delivered from them again.

On the morning of 3-9-18 at 9:30 am I ordered a bacon, egg & cheese biscuit and an egg & cheese croissant at the HW 5, Douglasville GA location. I paid with a $20 bill & got a $10, $5 and some change back (the only money I had in my wallet). Later that day I was in Ace Hardware and paid for my item with the only $10 bill I got from Burger King, the girl checked it with the pen & ran it through a machine then said it was bad and took my money. I went to BK & talked to the evening manager (store manager had left for the day) and she took my name & told me to come back the next morning (the 10th) to talk to the manager & she would reimburse me, because they had a bad $20 come thru a few days before.
I went to the drive thru on the 10th & asked for the store manager, I told her who I was & why I was there. She said that was the first she had heard of it and that they check the $10, $20, $50 and $100 bills that come in. I told her that Ace caught it & it was the only $10 bill I had and I also had a receipt for the purchase from BK. She said it didn't come from there and I disputed it. She asked for my name and phone number, which I wrote down myself & gave to her. Then I asked why she wanted my name, # and she said she would investigate the situation. I asked her to call Ace & she said "that wasn't necessary."
I got up to the second window and while waiting on my order I asked to speak to her again. I told her this was the second time I had been up there to complain about a bad $10 bill they had handed me through that window, for her to tear up my name & number, because this would be the last time I would come to their BK. I told her I would go to Martin's or McDonald's from now on. I came to this conclusion because I offered the receipt where they had taking a $20 bill for $4 and some odd cents tab. I went to the Burger King in Campbell California and bought 2 whopper meals. I live only a few minutes away so took the food home only to find that all the food was stone cold. I complained online but got no reply. After reading the numerous complaints online it's clear that Burger King does not care about their customers only in making a fast Buck. I would advise anyone to choose a different fast food restaurant as this company is the worst. The store number is 2012.

I went to Burger King after work February 1, 2018 and was given a screw in my onion rings. I spoke to customer service about what I found. I was told someone would call me. Of course they did not so I called again. A representative did finally call and he asked where could he meet me to give him the screw. I was told after several calls that it was not Burger King's fault that I found a screw in my food because they did not make it, they brought the food from someone else. WHAT??? Once you buy the food it is yours and you sold it to me, Burger King does not care if their food is contaminated or objects are found in it. They take no responsibility and this is WRONG. I bought my mom a Whopper at Burger King on 671 East Market Street in Akron Ohio 44304. Within 2 hours of eating it all she been doing is throwing up since yesterday. It was cold and old and she got food poisoning and all the vegetables on it was old too and the pickles was even old and that all my mom ate yesterday and haven't been able to keep food down. I bought 2 Whoppers. Only ate one taking picture and throwing so nasty. Shame on Burger King for not caring about the consumer and just trying to make a quick buck.

Went thru drive thru. The guy said, "Here's your drink." He gave me a straw and a receipt. Then they gave me the food. I asked, "Can I have my drink." She said, "He gave you the drink." When he didn't they finally gave me the drink. My food was cold and tasted old. Never go back there again.

Worst burger "Double Whopper" in my life!!! 15 minutes waiting in the parking lot for a Whopper and onion rings only to drive 3 Minutes home to find an ice cold burger with a piece of tomato three quarters of an inch thick and the diameter of a silver dollar! Bad enough but it was Green as well! One piece of lettuce the same diameter and Brown!!! Onion rings like Rubber! Employee and manager?? Needs fired, my last trip there! Store located on Rt 27 in Ocala Florida! Threw the receipt 9$ plus away with the piss poor excuse for a meal.

Lived here for 9 yrs now, came from Portland. Loved BK in Portland area. Came here and I believe it's the worst Burger King EVER. In 9 years I've tried to get a "decent" burger and have failed. The meat is consistently cold and dry, bun slightly warm and those are the best ones. Most of the ones have "Whoppers" been just plain cold w/ old fries. Took 25 minutes tonight (I tried again) for 3 cars in front of me to get served. Got my food and it was just plain inedible!!! Has to be the worst BK in the chain. I try about 3 times a year and give up now. I used to eat Whoppers at least 4 times a month in Portland. Do not waste your time or money in Crescent City CA for a Burger King.

This morning I decided to have a quick biscuit and sausage from Burger King. My first mistake of the day. How's the weather here in Clinton Tennessee? The food was cold dry like it had been under a heat lamp for hours although it was only $0.79 / sausage biscuit. I purchased four of those plus one senior coffee. The biscuits were all dry and lousy. I would much rather go 5 miles further down the road to the Burger King located at Highway 25 and Highway 61 in Clinton Tennessee. The five mile out of the way travel would be worth the difference between the two locations although I don't think I will ever bother having another sausage biscuit from Burger King.
I will stick with Hardee's where the biscuits are twice the size. The sausage is hot. The biscuit is fresh and I have never had a disappointment out of theirs. If I were going to eat between 11 a.m. and 8 p.m. in Clinton Tennessee again I would simply go to 303 Market Street to The Franciscan Cajun Café. Yes it cost a little bit more but the etouffee the chicken and sausage gumbo the red beans and rice are all fantastic. I have eaten there multiple times. I would rather pay 10 to $15 more and enjoy my meal than to choke down something I regret purchasing.

It's sad theater Burger King claims their burger is better than the competition because it's flame broiler. That may be true but what they fail to mention is the fact that the burger is flame broiler then put into a container and microwaved to order. If could be a decent burger but the microwave ruins it.

I have three complaints about BK. The first complaint is that they have extremely slow service. You would think after you wait forever for your food that you would receive a full order. The order of fries was only half full. I completed the survey at the bottom of the receipt for a FREE WHOPPER. When I went to claim my FREE WHOPPER, I was advised by the cashier that in order to receive my FREE WHOPPER, that I had to purchase a drink and a side order & that the total purchase price in order to receive my FREE WHOPPER was more than $3.50. I did not want a drink and a side order. The receipt did not indicate that I had to purchase anything in order to receive my FREE WHOPPER. This is poor marketing by Burger King. I will not be completing any more of their surveys!

This is about a particular Burger King Store 6992. It's the one in Town here. It was the only fast food place I would go to until recently. There is another BK 5 or 6 miles down the street that I will go to if I ever feel the urge. I doubt I will though for a long while. We stopped in for what we thought would be a quick breakfast. Ended up making two orders due to forgetting two croissants. The First Order @ 18.06. Pancake platter with no meat, pancake platter sausage, Ultimate platter, side sausage, small hash browns, Plain biscuit, 2 orange juice and 1 mocha Coffee. While that was being made I remembered what I forgot 2 crossandwiches, 1 ham egg and cheese, 1 Bacon Egg and cheese, a small hash browns and a coffee.
The staff that was at the counter seemed beat but ok. The people in the back were staggering around like Zombies. I noticed. When I came back to pick up the food no one was there. They just hollered order ready and left. Back at the Table there was one thing after another that was just way wrong, I mean, it was the right stuff but just all wet and smashed and doughy. Seriously noticeably bad, I took the trays back up to the counter and asked what could be done about this after waiting a few minutes for someone to come up front. I was asked if there was a problem and I was telling them one at a time what was wrong and the senior person was just saying, sometimes talking over me before I finished my sentences.
Long story shorter, nothing got done, I wrote on the survey and told them all about what happened, the larger manager in Utah wrote and told me that I left out my phone number (Optional on the survey) and then has now refused to communicate after I wrote them back and said I didn't put my phone number because I do not have a cell and I don't want to talk on my home phone and that email was fine. This place is a Joke of a business. It's gone way downhill in the last ten years.

I used to love BK Whopper. Lately I have noticed it is nothing like the whopper they have on the ads. Ones on the ad has lettuce tomato, etc. showing. All the ones I have ever gotten shows only two flattened buns with a thinly pressed meat only showing. Upon opening it you see wilted tomato and lettuce in the middle with sauce only in the middle of the sandwich. More than 1 time it had a burnt taste to it so I was thinking they overcooked the patty. Last one I decided to look and the inside of the bun was black so I noticed it was the bun that was scorched. My gripe. I used to love the whopper, now it doesn't taste like it used to. Isn't fresh veggies in it. Doesn't look anything like the pretty whopped pic of their ads at all. I would say they are flirting with false advertisements. I don't need to show any proof on here. Just go buy a whopper, which costs lots more then just a lil while ago, and see if it looks anything like the pics of it on their wall.

Myself and husband ordered the chicken Parmesan chicken sandwich. Both sandwich had very little sauce on it and as well the cheese. The cheese was not even melted. The chicken was overcooked. Will not be going back to this Burger King.

We were coming from Willits Ca coming back to our hometown escaping the fire from Santa Rosa coming back from that area. 2 BBQ bacon kings, 2 small fries and 2 small drinks, my son is 13 so as a mom would do, he ate his burger and I did not as mine was not in the bag. We were not in any hurry but 1 burger was missing. The young children working, need to pay attention at what they are doing especially in these hard times.

So first let me say that I have never had a bad experience with any Burger King employee or restaurant prior to this experience and this review is about 1 employee at one Burger King location on S. Hwy 97 in Bend, Oregon. Bend Police can verify that this incident actually occurred on Saturday, October 14th, 2017.
So my roommate and I like to get the 2 croissant's for $4 deal at least once a week, almost always bringing them home to eat rather than eating in the restaurant. My roommate is unable to eat sausage as it tears his stomach up so we always order bacon/egg/cheese croissants, 2 each. So I make the run to get our breakfast yesterday, ordered 4 bacon, egg and cheese croissants, pay my $8.00 and go home. (By the way, I went into the restaurant because the drive-thru was blocked off. They said that because of the freezing cold the speaker didn't work and the menu board got water in it and the glass was frosted over and that "the company doesn't want to fix it." OK well this is not the purpose of this review, it's just another thing I thought was interesting.)
So anyway, when I get home we get ready to microwave the sandwiches and discover that they gave us 4 SAUSAGE, egg and cheese croissants, not bacon! Well my roommate flips out because this is not the first time this has happened (lesson learned, check your order before you leave the restaurant). This is where it starts to get good. So my roommate calls the restaurant and speaks to the "manager" and asks what is going on down there because this is the 2nd time they've screwed up his order. The "manager" then tells him he is lying, etc. so my roommate says, "I'll be there in 5 minutes." To which she shouts at him over the phone, "Bring it mother **!"
So now he's really pissed. I decline to go with him because I try to avoid confrontation. He goes down there and walks in the restaurant and tries to hand the "manager" his messed up order. Now keep in mind that the receipt is in the bag, proving what we ordered, and his 2 sandwiches are in the bag, proving that what they gave us is not what we ordered. She throws the bag of food back at him without even looking in the bag and tells him to, "Get out of my store!" He says "I'm not leaving without either my food or my money!" Meanwhile about 20 customers are watching this whole exchange, probably wishing Burger King sold popcorn. :)
So she says she is going to call the police, my roommate says, "Please do." So she does. When the police show up my roommate goes outside to explain the situation to the cop and the cop has to go into the restaurant to get him his refund. Then the "manager" has the gall to have the police issue an "no trespassing" order so my roommate can never go back on-site or he will be arrested. So instead of saying "We apologize for getting your order wrong, let me replace it for you," and possibly even giving it to him for free, she calls him a liar, calls him a "mother **", calls the police on him, and has him issued a "no trespassing" order!
Why? Because she did not want to admit they screwed up, would not even look at the proof that they screwed up, and immediately went on the offensive when asked to make it right. How does a young "lady" like this end up getting to be a "manager" of a customer service business in the first place? She should be immediately fired and never be allowed to work in any type of customer service type industry ever again, at least until she gets lots of counseling.
So when my roommate gets home he tells me what went down at the restaurant and I'm even more appalled than I was when I heard her say, "Bring it mother **." So we called Burger King's toll free customer service number and report the incident to corporate and they are currently investigating the incident. I will be appalled if she doesn't at least lose her job. I feel that Burger King owes my roommate a bunch of free food as well, along with, of course, having the "no trespassing" order removed.
I work in the customer service industry and I have never heard of anything so downright egregious as the actions of this young "lady" and thought people might want to read about how one bad employee can severely damage a large company's reputation. I guess if you only pay someone minimum wage you can't expect them to be particularly intelligent or a good employee. Thanks for taking the time to read this review. I went to Burger King in Festival Park Stoke on Trent and the service was crap. The girl spent more time talking to her co-workers than paying attention to what she was doing... I paid her and then got the food pasted to me. Well threw to me... Me and my partner had a chill burger. Well what was meant to be a chill burger. There was nothing chill about it... it was crap. The meal was like a bloody kid's happy meal too. Really disappointed. I will never go back to any Burger King.

My minor child is employed by the Burger King on the corner of Hwy 274 and 557 in lake Wylie sc 29710. At least once a week my child has been complaining that a manager named ** has been cussing at the minor staff. Since when is an adult allowed to curse at other people's minor children. I love the fact I can watch them make my food and I can have it any way I want (also great onion rings). I have never been to a restaurant where the employees are very nice to each other. Even when someone is getting in trouble they are very polite to each other, at first it was kinda weird. My only complaint is that they don't microwave my cheese and they put the cheese on the bottom bun under the meat. I promise it does taste different. Also, condiments are suppose to go on top of the cheese.

The Burger Kings that I have been to, have been consistent on quality of food. My favorite one always gives more fries, they just dump the rest of what's in the tray in my bag for the to-go bag I always get. They make it fresh, I can see them cooking in the back. You can add bacon, take out the tomato, anything. They remember me, I only go once a month or so. They are really very nice.

The server did not acknowledge me when I finally pulled up to her window, she looked at me and stated what I owed, she took my money, handed me my drink and then turned her back to me and started speaking to her co workers that were working in the food prep area. She spoke loudly and was not concerned with what she said while I waited for my food. She then handed me a bag with my hamburger in it, she did not say thank you or have a good day - in fact she appeared bothered that she had to do her job. The hamburger was only warm not hot, it tasted okay. Not the best I have had with other Burger King Restaurants in my area. I was disappointed with the wait after I placed my order. It's called fast food however I do not think they understand that. I will not give my business to this particular Burger King in the future which may not mean a lot to the owner(s) but it means a lot to me.

They charged me $3.99 instead of the normal $4.99, but I was very much charged too much for just some slices of garden vegetables. I went to the Burger King 1735 Washington Blvd, Baltimore Md. I usually go every morning. I happened to get a croissan'wich meal and asked to upgrade my drink to a large soda. First, when I pulled up to the window, I asked the lady why was the meal so high. They asked me what I ordered and I told them I was told because I ordered a large drink. I said "the meal is only $3.49. How much was the drink?" The lady said "you pay full price for your drink." I said "that was $3?" She said yes. I said "well can I get the size that come with it?" Was told that it was coffee. I said "you can't substitute?" "Sure but you will pay full price for whatever you decide to get."
Now the manager is at the window. I asked him "since when you cannot upgrade your drink. I have been upgrading my drink." I also told him that I worked for Burger King for more than 10 yrs and never heard of such and that you can cancel my order... As I pulled away and I started looking at old receipts I noticed that I have been charged several time for full price drinks even on a value meal... I think this I poor practice for this particular Burger King and they will not receive my business any longer.

In the morning of 06/30/17 around 8:xx am or 9:xx am, when placing order for morning breakfast for my two kids at McDonald's on Stockton Blvd./Florin, I was told by Keona that she no longer accept discount coupons. I told her "How come?" I have been customers for a long time already. Then she call me ** which later on was denied by her because I was complaining to another guy that worked there that "why are you calling me **?" She said that she never call me ** and the guy that worked there walked nearby window said "I do not want you (which is me) to come here at this location again at Burger King on Stockton Blvd./Florin. So go somewhere else." So I went to different place.
I think whoever the owner hired a very poor, immature employees serving as customer service at drive thru window. She used foul language on me which I did not do anything to her. No receipt was made. Discount coupon was tear in 1/2. I've never complain on any fast food place before, but today is my first complain at Burger King fast food drive thru at Stockton Blvd./Florin Rd. Location.

I went to Greenwood, MS Burger King and placed an order for Whopper meal and had a coupon for free Whopper with the purchase of a Whopper and was told that could not use the coupon for this as Whopper has to be purchased by itself although one is purchased in meal. I wish I still had my receipt for our visit this last Friday 6/33/17 at the Burger King on North College Ave in Fort Collins, CO. I think I'll send the corporate office my medical bills since I had to go to the Urgent Care clinic in order to get treated for SEVERE FOOD POISONING. I know it's from this meal because the rest of my group complained of stomach issues as well and we all had the same food. I just got it worse than anyone else. FIVE FREAKING DAYS OF DIARRHEA!!! I'm on antibiotics now too because it became so severe. FIVE DAYS. Freaking disgusting. I've lost two days of work too, so you owe me that as well!!! That's $320 alone. Plus the medical expenses and emotional distress from having to be in the bathroom ALL the time!!!

I visited Restaurant #: 4415 on May 26 and had to wait 35 minutes by the time I placed my order and when I finally got my food and change. I wouldn't have minded except for the facts that there was only one car ahead me and no cars behind me. It was after hours and not during a lunch or breakfast rush. While I was waiting I was promised the world by the guest relations rep as I was documenting live my experience over my cell phone in my car while waiting. When I didn't get my free coupon I followed up and the first rep lied and didn't take my information. On the 3rd call, the rep claimed to take my information but it wasn't until a 4th call I got an email. I even wrote a heartfelt letter to the CEO in Miami and got no response.
I got a garbled phone message from some "district manager" with no callback. This happened over a month ago and BK doesn't seem to care and I'm still waiting for my promised meal coupon to arrive. The last email said I was only getting a Whopper Coupon but I was promised on 3 separate occasions I was getting a free meal.

I was with my husband talking after having two Whoppers. I heard a woman cursing in Spanish (I know because I speak the language), and they were trying to make her stop but she continue shouting. Very uncomfortable situation for us as clients. On the way home from spending Father's Day at the beach with our kids, we went through a Burger King drive thru for lunch. When we arrived at home and began to eat, I was appalled to see the rarest raw ground beef in my double cheeseburger after I had already taken a bite! I was scared that my son's cheeseburgers were raw as well! My husband's Whopper Jr. 3 pieces of whittled lettuce, no ketchup and no mustard! The Burger King at McAuthur and Ramsey in Fayetteville, NC has the worst service I have ever had at any establishment. I just waited 30 minutes for a very simple order. The staff seemed to have a very difficult time reading the screens (the cooks not the register people). The manager did not seem to be too awfully concerned that the drive thru and front desk were behind. Adding insult to injury, our orders were incorrect after the wait.

Quick ordering and receiving food. I had the crispy chicken bacon cheese ranch and the Mac-n- Cheetos. The chicken in the sandwich was totally tasteless. The same with the mac-n-cheetos. I sent in a complaint about a Burger King Restaurant experience to the BK survey and the response I received that in as much called me a liar. This is most unprofessional in my professional and business owner experience opinion. I am imagining that enough complaints about Ms. ** might just make it to a corporate office of Burger King and force her to acknowledge some of her problems.
While visiting your store, my wife and I both witnessed a worker standing on the stainless steel drink counter (where one would put his food tray or drink) to fill the ice reservoir in the soda machine. After this we watched to see if the counter would be cleaned and it did not get cleaned. I would never take my food tray to the bathroom and set it on the floor, but that is what someone standing on the counter is like. We found this to be a disgusting act and request a response to tell us how we can be insured of clean counters throughout the restaurant. Please tell us that the rest of the store is not this treated with this type of filth.
Facts: Burger King #5462. Date: May 20. Time: 12:18 pm. My wife and I are not ones to make up stories, we have better things to do with our time. We certainly thought that this would receive an apology and not in any way imply that we are embellishing or lying. Before we left we went to the counter and saw the shoe/footprint on the counter and there were others that saw it happen. Amazing really! I suppose this is what we get for dining at a quick stop like BK. We will share our experience with everyone we meet and we know many people in this area. We did not take pictures nor did we video anything. Upon departing we noticed a sign on the door, no picture or video taking while in restaurant. We had to laugh at that - now we understand why.

Awful Service. Food was unbelievably terrible. I ordered 2 Whoppers with cheese and no pickles, no onions and onion rings. The onion rings tasted like they were cooked and then refried in oil a second time to reheat them, an overcooked taste that was horrible. Both Whoppers came with no cheese, pickles and onions, both items I asked to have removed and cheese I paid to have was not on either burger. To review them online you need a receipt which they never gave to me. They didn't hand me it with my cash returned or place it in the bag with my food. When I got to the window and repeated my special order to make sure they got it right they all agreed that it was correct. I shouldn't have believed them and should have checked the whoppers in the parking lot before going home but I believed them and checked them when I got home.
The Whoppers were the worst I have ever eaten. The bread was flat like someone stomped on it. The lettuce was super old and flat like it had been cooked. I didn't receive any tomatoes. I paid for cheese and didn't receive any. What more could they screw up? The onion rings tasted like all filler and no onions. They were so awful after tasting like they had been cooked twice to reheat them. I would never ever go to this location again and might never ever go to Burger King and pay this amount of money for terrible food.
It wasn't like a year or so ago when the bun was thick and fresh, lettuce was thick and crunchy, tomato was thick, cheese you paid for was on the burger and requested items to be left off were actually left off and onion rings tasted like onion rings. I don't know if this is about how bad Burger King has gotten or about how bad this location is managed. I hope someone will make changes to the management so this location can be improved. The food shouldn't taste this terrible.

Very well mannered, very polite, always with a smile greeting the customers at the intercom taking the orders and reading them back and when you get to the window she is awesome with a smile. And when we finally received our food they gave me a Spicy Chicken Jr. which I didn't order. So I took it back in, told the lady what I ordered. She didn't even care to hear what I ordered. She just grabbed the old sandwich. Went back and made me the same sandwich that I just handed her a few minutes ago. IDK who she was but she was the manager for first shift. Burger King is one of our favorite places to go eat for fast food. But I will never ever go back to this location in Tipton, Indiana. Very unsatisfied and the lady was very rude.

I went to the Burger King on 5141 Ave H Rosenberg, TX 77471 on 4/26/17 after my kids came from a Skeeters baseball game around 9 pm. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and both of them was raw chicken. I tried calling the number on the receipt and it was to a Steve and Nancy and not Burger King. The number online is disconnected. I am unable to go to the actual store because I don't have a car at the moment and is truly upset and disgusted.

Burger King is noted for their Hamburgers. I visited the Burger King at 6457 Tara Blvd in Jonesboro, Ga. around 5:20 p.m. I was outdone when I was told they did not have ANY HAMBURGERS at all. It is the Manager's responsibility to see that they are well stocked!!! I asked if they were going to have some later and she said, No! This Burger King is right off interstate 75 south! I'm in drive thru. I ordered the American Chicken sandwich. No ONE knows what that is. I explain, it's an original chicken sandwich. Add tomatoes and cheese. I ordered fries. No salt. Pay for food, I don't get a straw, they ask me to pull around the building. I ask for ranch, & pepper. I get ranch and ketchup? Still waiting on straw. Drive around, waited over 10 minutes. I go inside, why did I even go thru drive thru? Get my food, go back to vehicle, decide to eat in vehicle. 1st bite, no tomatoes. Get out of vehicle, explain to manager I have no tomatoes on my American Chicken sandwich. She's like, "What is that?" I then explain to her what it is. By now, it's been over 15 minutes, my fries are cold.
I try to do my www.bkexperience.com online, can't. Why? Because they didn't give me my receipt in drive thru. They have a re-print out, which, this does not have the numbers to enter online to do a survey. How well that accommodates them. So, I called their 1 866 394 2493 contact/complaint number. Guess what... she doesn't understand English too clearly, she gets my phone number wrong, three times??? Now, how do I complain to the contact/complaint line? THANKS FOR READING, PEEPS! BK on North St Forsyth GA - When we came in there was trash all over floor and garbage can overflowing. We ordered food, simple, 3 JR Whoppers and fries. We ordered at 7:58. We watched manager who was very disorganized putting together orders. We asked her for a lid and she turned and looked with no acknowledgement and turned back around and waited for food. We asked for our money back (from the manager) at 8:11. She said, "well, your food is right here." No apology, no thank you. Our fries were cold as were our burgers. They need some more help here with organization.

I went there one morning and ordered my food. I started eating going to church. I got ready to drink my tea which it haven't been opened since I left Burger King in East Chase. It was a fly in my tea. Called and did a report. They want to give me a free sandwich. Then their insurance called to do a statement. Never heard anything else from them. Then I get a paper saying it's not their fault. You are so right. It's mine for going there but I stay in Waugh Alabama. Will go all the way to Carmichael Rd to eat now.

I went to Burger King store #7100 in Oakley, CA on 3/1/2017. Their picture showed a picture of a croissant and an orange juice for $6.09, then in small print it said $.49 extra for substitute OJ. OK I get the OJ and they charge me $.99!! The guy says, "Yeah, I know..." It's not the amount, it's the principle.

Today I was buying lunch for our work crew. I work at Advance Auto Parts near the Burger King at the Beaver Valley Mall in Monaca, Pennsylvania. I had coupons. Went through the drive-through and got 2 Jr. Whoppers, 2 small fries for $3.99. Wanted more food and was told I couldn't go through the drive-through and use any other coupons. Okay, I parked, went inside and went to the counter, and was told by a different girl "Ma'am, you cannot use another coupon here today. Our policy is one coupon per customer per day." Really? We buy (or did buy) food there almost every day. With as many choices as we have, I'll opt for anything else. Our money spends elsewhere. Your coupon does not say this. I thought bk had more professionalism! But we all know its starts at the top. I can't believe how low class and unprofessional the managers are. It's a bad look! It seems the managers are friends of the owners because there's no way in hell corporate would hire some of these people. I'm not talking about their appearance, I'm talking about the way they conduct themselves! I went to a Burger King at Bucharest airport and ordered 2 menus for a total of 96 lei (local currency). I gave the employee 100 lei and he put my change on a separate tray from the food. I assumed he had made a mistake, so I picked up my change from the separate tray. However, he noticed that I had picked up my change, so when I asked for a couple of packets of ketchup, he told me cost would be 4 lei.
I have never paid for condiments in any other BK in any other city/country. Therefore, I can only assume that the employee is regularly pocketing the change from your unsuspecting customers. I can provide you with his name which is on the bill and I would like confirmation of my complaint and an indication of what you are going to do about it.

Barstow - Terrible, terrible, terrible... freezing cold inside store. 1 cashier at lunch with long line - and she had to stop to pour the coffee too! Food was cold when it finally was ready. Bathrooms very dirty - no toilet paper, no soap. Horrible place - never go back there.

Burger King and McDonald's are guilty of this. Why when I order any size fries larger than a small the fries are never filled to the top of the container in which they're held. I feel like I'm just paying for the larger container but still receiving a size less in actual fries. There's no way I should reach into my bag three times and finish the entire container. You charge me 2.39 for a medium fries but I can count the number of fries on two hands. That's outrageous. The containers should be overflowing and falling out into the bag. Downright under acceptable.

My chicken fries tasted funny but I didn't think anything about it so I continued to eat them then I went to the movies and when the movie was over when I got home my stomach was hurting, I was throwing up and I had diarrhea meaning Burger King gave me food poisoning.

When I got off work on 11/29/2016 AT 11:30 P.M. I stopped at Burger King AT 1250 S 11th Street in Niles Mi ordered two whoppers. I arrived home in less than five minutes. The food was cold and very dry. I ate most of it because I was hungry. A few minutes later I got very sick. I went back the next morning to let them know what happened the night before not looking for a free meal. They did not want to hear anything I had to say. I am going to get some magnetic signs for my car so I can let everyone know the experience I had at this restaurant. Can they hear me now.

Later I received a message from the bank showing successful transaction. They said within 24 hours my money will be returned into my account. But not received yet. I have emailed them. But no reply. On December 7th 2016 I took my granddaughter to Burger King in Dothan, Al. She was playing on the slide and the slide has a curve in it. In the bend of the curve is in great need of repair because of the way it is made. My granddaughter has 4 sores on her spine where the slide skinned the spine. I let the manager know about it. I took her to Dothan Pediatric clinic. I called Burger King's corporate office and they have not responded to my phone calls. Boycotting Burger King.

I haven't been to Burger King in a long time and this morning I remembered they sell those wonderful cinnamon rolls so I bought one. Needless to say it was hard as a brick and I had to throw it in the trash can. My fork literally lie bent while trying to use it on the roll. If they are reheating them they need to not do it so long because they are not edible. I know it's only around $2 but that's the point. You want to be able to eat it.

As we walked into the BK there was an employee standing behind the counter. We got his attention and he asked for another person to come help us. We were the only 3 customers in the whole place. The girl he summoned did not seem to be too excited about helping us as her demeanor was rather sullen. I gave my order of a Whopper meal. My husband ordered a Whopper sandwich only without mayonnaise. This special request seemed to goof her up as she repeated our orders back to us incorrectly. This part went on for way too long as she couldn't seem to speak to us. She spent her time talking into her mouthpiece yet she should have been speaking to us. I asked her several times to slow down and speak up. Her customer "service" was pathetic. No smile. No hint of customer care. The other employees walked by with the same rudeness. Absolutely no hint of courtesy or customer care from anyone in this place.
We should have cancelled and left. Unfortunately, we didn't and we were treated to the worst hamburgers we have ever had at a BK. Both burgers were old. Must have been sitting out for a bit of time. The fries were mushy and not hot. I guess the other order of a milkshake was fine as our daughter had no complaints about it. Upon leaving, she too mentioned that the staff was unfriendly. We wasted $13. We threw out the burgers halfway home. If you are really wanting to go to BK-don't go to this one. Bad service and bad food.

So now a 'short' wait for my 'Fast Food' to appear. Whilst waiting, I was perturbed to see the problems being experienced by the customers ahead of me, food not ready, wrong items given out, missing items from orders, wrong sized portions being given.
After 20 mins I got my order. I immediately checked to find an order of fries missing, so got that corrected before leaving the counter. Big mistake. Should have dragged everything out of the bag. Got to my table to find a 'sandwich' missing, so back to the counter and wait to get attention. Given a wrapped 'sandwich' got back to the table to find it was a basic cheeseburger not the 'Homestyle' so back again and wait to get attention and what I ordered. Third time lucky, back to the table to eat my cold fries, cold soggy burger.
I could have complained to the store manager if you could find him. He appeared for a few seconds to 'clear a till' but seeing the chaos in his store kept out of sight. By this time I had given up so just submitted and walked. What a waste of my time and money. Oh yes I did submit my comments to the BK website and got an immediate response (from a computer) so nothing new, and I don't expect to get one. This has to be the worst 'Fast Food' experience ever! Do I get a 'certificate' to hang on the wall?

If the lobby is closed B.K. will deny service to sell any of their products to anyone not in a motor vehicle. Honest hardworking people that attempt to go thru the drive thru are denied service. Tonight my boss was delayed in bringing my funds I earned. Promised my children The Great Burger King. After he finally got here walked over was denied service. Discrimination- plain and simple. I don't know what or why this practice started yet it's wrong.

Well first of all when they train you all they do is have you watch a video, and that's about it, no hands on work, or at least in the location I worked at. Second while I was watching the training video, it was in the small cramped office, with no headphones, and the other employees kept coming in and out some even having conversations around me causing me to not be able to concentrate. Also the office was in terrible condition, there was for some odd reason mysterious grease all over the desk, and flies every where, not just in the office in the kitchen too.
Also now that I've decided to quit, it's the first time I've needed to call them, and BOY do they never answer the phone, there's not even a message option. Also the other employees were not very polite or kind, they never smiled at you or used manners. The manager wasn't even there on my first day. Now as for the service, as others have reported they leave you standing at the counter for a LONG time before anyone asks if you need service. Long story short, don't work there, it sucks.

We were at the drive through our receipt came out 10.60 I gave 1.60 in change and rest bills. The lady took my money and laughed. She yelled to the co workers she's gonna get rich with my change and started to laugh loud. This was totally unprofessional and insulting. You guys should have a camera. Please review the tape. Burger King Downtown Charleston SC - The lobby was locked at 8:30 pm which was odd. So we were forced to go to the drive thru. The girl at the drive thru had the nastiness attitude with my uncle. Telling us one coupon per car, but we had two separate orders and two different payment methods. After we left, we got the wrong change and not our complete order. I pulled back thru the drive thru, and asked to speak to a manager. The clerk got loud, and said second window. I told her I didn't know who she was getting loud with, but it couldn't have been me. When I got to the window, I told her how rude and nasty her attitude is. I will be contacted their area and regional manager on Monday morning. I will send the recordings up to the CEO, and posting them on social media if it is not resolved.

When I got into the restaurant no one was in sight. I stood there 15 minutes exactly. Then a manager came out and said it would be a minute and walked away. A couple workers walked out and starred. 5 minutes later another manager showed up and said what do I want. Wow. I asked for a double cheeseburger, medium fries, a whopper junior meal. The fries were cold. The burger meat was bad. It took 10 minutes to get my meal and it wasn't correct and it was cold. 30 minutes just for an order. I'M NEVER GOING BACK.

From as far back as I can remember Whopper Burgers meat used to be double the size they are today. Just saw the latest commercial, the bun lettuce tomato and the bottom bun make the sandwich look about 3 inches tall, maybe 4 and then you got a sliver of meat. It looks so cheap, one whopper doesn't even fill me up anymore.

BK in Carlisle PA. The only food my youngest and I had that no one else in the house had eaten for last 4 days was Bk chicken we had for lunch yesterday. I had a classic sandwich and he had nuggets. Normally you can trust oil that hot to kill germs, but we both came down with horrible cramps, gas and diarrhea overnight. Is anyone else reporting?

My mother got me a bacon sandwich and fries meal two of the burgers from the Burger King in Long Island City and I was fine before I ate them and then after I took my shower I got really sick and I threw up three times and I had diarrhea as well. I still feel really sick from what I ate even now and it's the next day. I think they should be closed down because of this. I'm not going to eat food and get sick from it. Something has to be done about this. Thank you.

It's stuff like this that bugs me simply because it's counter-intuitive to the objective of every business ever started; TO MAKE MONEY. I understand that the language used on coupons reads "Limit one per customer. not to be used with any other coupon or offer"... BUT, my understanding of this is so that someone doesn't attempt to double up coupons on a single item.
For example: If I have a coupon offering a "Buy-one-get-one-free hamburger", it makes perfect sense why I shouldn't be able to use that coupon with a separate coupon allowing for a discount on that same hamburger. It does NOT make sense that I couldn't use a coupon for a discounted chicken sandwich, and then separately use another coupon for a discounted hamburger. I've tried to explain the absence of logic to many, some of which have a light click on in their heads ONLY after I suggest "Do I have to leave and come back?" That's ridiculous because I simply don't come back. In turn, Burger King loses a sale. Please, PLEASE, someone explain this craziness.

A person would be hard press to find a more devoted Burger King customer! I use to eat at Burger King at least 3 times a week and as many as 6 or 7 and many times twice a day. I have talked time and time again about problems with the store manager ** and have talked to Bo ** area manager several times to no avail. I have put up with counters where they serve the food that are so nasty. I would tell them my food even thaw in a bag or on a tray on the counter. I even have asked about the nasty counter and I mean they are REALLY nasty to the employee or the manager and both would either ignore me, say something smart and do nothing about the counter. I had one-night manager tell the young man serving me to come stand by where they pick the food up and he stood there long enough he could have cleaned the counter 10 times waiting on my food but the night manager would not let him!
One of the times I eat there twice in one day I went to the drive thru in the morning and told them about how nasty the front side of the counter was where all the customer could not help but see it. This was around 9 AM at around 6 PM. I went back to get something to eat and in all this time they still have not cleaned it! (I have pictures)! This was just one time and there have been many! On Monday 7/8/16 I went to get some breakfast and order two sausage and biscuits and paid. After getting my money I am told there will not be any more biscuits for at least 10 minutes which show someone is not doing their job! This is not anywhere near the first time I have been told this! I asked "can I get a discount on something else" and the manager very rudely said "no" like it was my fault so I got my money back which she was upset about and went to Taco Bell. I did not go back for over a week.
On 7/13/16 at 4:14 PM I gave them their last chance. I went to the drive thru. I ordered a double bacon cheese burger and a crispy chicken rodeo sandwich. The girl at the window was DRondra (which is on my receipt that I still have). I had to ask for napkins which they always put them in the bag no big deal. When I got home I had two sandwiches. One was correct, one was not. Instead of a double bacon cheese burger was a rodeo burger. Not only did I not get what I paid for but was given a lesser value sandwich. The examples above are just a VERY few problems (If I listing them all this would be no less than 20 pages long). I have had it at this BK and nothing CHANGES! This BK use to be a very good place but seems over the last couple years it has hit rock bottom!
I have been teat very rudely, ignored and down out right talked to poorly as well as yelled at not counting all the mistakes on my food. So all I can figure out is BK does not want my business even after talking to the head manager of the store and the area manager as nothing changes. If you don't want to be teat poorly or see how nasty they let things get and do nothing I recommend if you eat a BK NOT to go to the above BK. BK has lost all my business no matter what store as I just no longer trust them! There are way too many place that give good serve, get the food correct and are polite. I do not have to put up with being treated poorly! I have seen bigger companies clasps and do not think it cannot happen to BK! If you try and call Bo ** you are unable to leave a message as his voice mail has never been actuated! Tells me a lot about him.
It is a shame I am 62 years old and been eating at BK most of my life. You have lost one of your most devoted consumers and seems BK does not care! I am disabled and have much time on my hands and have nothing better to do then post this all over the Internet! I will be sending this to the CEO in a letter marked personal and will have where HE has to sign for it not one of his employees! Let's see if he cares as so far no one else at BK has or either they just are not doing their job!
PS I just went by the BK to give the Morris the courtesy of a copy of this letter. The above situation where the night manager not letting the person serving me to wipe off the counter. I even called Bo about this and come to find out Bo never even talked to Morris about this. I have witnessed this manager which Morris and Bo knows who she is yelling at Morris in front of customers being extremely disrespectful to Morris and no one has even addressed this situation. Bo said he would handle it but never even talked to Morris about it. So problems with the store is not only a problem but upper management will also do nothing. Guess everyone at BK is there for one reason and one reason only a PAYCHECK as they sure do not do their job!

I recently went to the newly remodeled BK in our town (West Plains, Missouri). The place looked nice and the food was very good, BUT there were 2 or 3 signs in the place saying "No Loitering - 30 mins. only while consuming food". Sometimes my daughters and I meet at McD's, which is right beside your BK. We sit there for up to an hour. Your signs were very "off-putting". There were only 5 customers in the place, and I thought to myself, "Well, there's plenty of room in here NOW!!

I would always love a good whopper whenever I have the chance to get one. It's a cheap fix for any burger cravings I have -- I'm sure my friends would agree. And although their free massage didn't fly, it's good that Burger King is gaining its presence here so it ain't hard to find one that's close. And, they offer quite an array of burgers now, but I'm still a big fan of their classic whopper and fries.

A few weeks ago, I decided to try their Mocha BK Joe Frost. I'm glad I did. To be honest, I'm not a dessert person and whenever I go to a fast food joint, I usually won't order any dessert. But I must say when I decided to just give the Mocha BK Joe Frost a try, I was impressed with it. It was pretty creamy, and just the right sweetness. Great job Burger King!

I walked into BK and the manager looked at me with disdain and said "I will be right with you". Then she walked very slowly to the drive in window. When she came back she said "what can I get you". Her whole attitude was disgusting. The man behind me she was the same way. I am a ** woman and this manager was **. I think these managers needs to put the race card at the door when they come to work. Last time I step foot in there. I work right next door and I will ask someone else to get my grits. I drove over 4 miles to the Burger King in Honolulu on Beretania Street to get the 2 for $10 Whopper meals. They told me that they do not participate in this offer. This is not the first time that Burger King in Honolulu did not participate in the nationally advertised deals. I am sick of it. And I think it is FALSE ADVERTISING. I like the Burger King Whopper, but I do not like this policy of choosing not to participate in a nationally advertised promotion. Why do they show these ads on television stations in Hawaii if they are not going to honor the deal?
