Both Burger Kings near me, Newark and Heath Ohio stores, they are mismanaged and seem to be out of breakfast foods all the time. One week I stopped at the one in Heath and was told they were "out of croissants, ham and ice". How is it you are out of croissants for breakfast when that is your main seller? It means whoever is ordering is not doing a good job. Both stores routinely run out of ham for their breakfast sandwiches. Today I went through the Newark store and did not check my food before I left. I had asked for ham and cheese but ended up with sausage. I can go to McDonald's if I want sausage.
Neither store is busy as most people avoid them. I think I need to start avoiding them completely. I do not eat there often, when I do, I prefer their ham and cheese croissant, but out of the last 5 times I have gone, once I've been able to get ham and cheese. Today I ended up with sausage - though I asked for ham. So mismanaged. I have not eaten a Whopper in 20 years - does not sit well with me. I think I am just done for life.

On 11-14-2018 I went to the Burger King on SW 10th in Topeka Kansas. I ordered a Triple Whopper with cheese meal with med drink, large fries. Told them, "No onion, add bacon." When I got my order it was covered in onions and tasted horrible. Staff was rude. Place was dirty. I spent almost $14. And it was a waste of my money. Every time I go to a Burger King it's not been a good experience. And always bad food.

I went into my local Everett WA Burger King in Nov 2018 to buy their $1 Chicken Nuggets. What I got was a standard chicken nuggets which appeared to have been cut in half. Very thin and had more crust than chicken. Not what they had before and NOT what they are showing in the new commercials. This is a Rip Off and False Advertising. I got three orders at the time and they were all super thin nuggets, mostly breading with a thin layer of chicken...

I've been to my fair share of Burger King's, some good, and then there are those that are just plain horrid. Went to the one in River Falls, Wi, on a Monday night, around 6:30 pm. Went inside with my family and there was only one other customer, in the drive-through. I've worked in fast food places, many times, so I know that Drive-Thru comes first, for time reasons. We placed our order and waited a good 25 mins. Keep in mind, while we were waiting, 3 other cars showed up and 2 customers came inside. All 4 cars how have been served, and one of the inside customers while we still waited. Got our food and got out of there. Came home, which is a 5 min drive from there, and found out our order was messed up. Called in, nobody would answer.
I left a voicemail for corporate and never heard back. What was wrong with our order? All the fries were cold and hard, 2 of the sandwiches were completely messed up, and made sloppy (by this I mean you had to wipe the outside off just to grab it, without condiments all over your hands). Their chicken strips were anything but strips, and they were overcooked, you couldn't bite into them, not if you wanted to keep all of your teeth. Very displeased. I kept trying to call in, only to be hung up on 3x and told "well too bad". Know I've been assistant manager at a few places, and I would NEVER allow such service or treatment!

I went to Burger King in 2501 West Cermak Rd Chicago, IL 60608. I treat very bad just I'm homeless. I never ask anyone for money or food. I was have a $1 to buy a coffee and I was happy with that but the manager was ** girl. She embarrassed me from everyone and she treat me bad and I know they have camera and record voice at 8:30 pm in 10/18/2018. I have to be rich to go to Burger King. I don't know how they let people like her to work there but all I see with a lot of comments about Burger King. I will never recommend Burger King for no one.

I ordered drive through at 10 pm. No sauce for the nuggets was offered or included with my order. No napkins were included either. They get your money & have you - you've already driven off before you know they got you!

I just purchased a chicken salad from BK on Weston Street, Hartford. The lettuce is limp and worse than that - totally brown. What a rip off. I am really irritated because there was a McDonald's right next door and I know with their new CEO my salad would have been fresh and worth the money. Someone needs to head to Hartford!

Went to Burger King in Greentree PA. Waited forever to get served and the quality of the food was horrible. The manager of the store actually locks the doors to the dining room so no customers can come in. One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a fast food place. Would not recommend anyone to ever go to this location.

Hamburger - special 2 for $6 - Please post your complaint if you from Chattanooga, Tennessee and experience food issue with the one at 6236 Lee Highway, Chattanooga, TN. I purchase 2 sandwiches for $6 (I am sorry that I did). I went through the drive-thru and when I start eating the sandwich in the car. I got home and start getting stomach cramps, etc., one thing leads to another. I end up in the emergency room they had IVs in both of my arms, etc., I am showing 459 complaints in different states, Please post your experience.

Burger King located Wilmington, Illinois, always full flies. I go to several Burger King, unable to rate them all, because BK limited on only one survey per 14 days. Why the limit, don’t BK want know the truth. Please eliminate the free food if fill out survey.

The breakfast coupons say no substitutions for the croissan'wich sandwiches even though there's egg on the sandwich which makes the coupon deal seem mostly unfair for me, since I "love less of" the eggs on my sandwich. I'm allergic to Burger King's eggs and any type of eggs. Can Burger King change their breakfast coupons? I would like the breakfast egg, sausage and cheese croissan'wich to be replaced with the potato crown, sausage and cheese croissan'wich. Otherwise, I will not coming back to Burger King for breakfast and I will just be leaving behind the low rating for Burger King's breakfast as the lonesome star. ☆ See you later at lunch, BK of corn town! I really do hope that you can most likely improve your coupons and make the needed readjustments for all of your customers, Burger King. Eggs give myself a sick stomach.

Fairborn Burger King on Dayton Yellow Springs RD - My wife and I went through the drive thru Tuesday July 24th at about 1:30. Ordered 2 Whoppers large onion rings for myself. Wife got the chicken sandwich and large fries. We were the only car in line. When we got our food it was all cold and nasty. Asked to speak to a manager. We were told no one was available. Needless to say we won't be back. The new Burger King on Broad Street is just as bad. Must have the same owner.

I remember when the tender crisp chicken sandwich came out. MY FAVORITE, around 8 months ago I stopped going to Burger King and today I stopped at one to eat and remembered one of the biggest reason I quit going there. The tender crisp chicken sandwich is smaller and flat whereas when it first came out was a nice big chicken breast which exceeded from the bun and so tasty. I would like to show a picture of it now. Notice how thin and small it is, can barely taste it and it doesn’t taste the same, it taste like a frozen patty child’s size. Very disappointed. Won’t be back.

Average food & worst service @BK Himalaya Mall, Ahmedabad. On 01.07.2018 We got "Man hair" inside the burger, we complain it, they not accepting it. They said it’s our fault. Secondly, they didn’t give tissue paper, note: - there is no facility to hand wash in premises. They only provide tissue paper upon request. Even they not provide enough tomato sauce at one time. They only give 2 no.s tomato sauce. If we want more we have to standup from chair & go counter & ask for tomato sauce like beggar! And last when we ask for drinking water, they answered, "Sorry sir water glass is finished. We can’t provide drinking water". Such a poor customer service.

I placed a order in the drive thru 11:45 pm. I spent 22.43. I asked for my sandwiches off the broiler. I live 3 mins away and my food was cold and old. I called and the night manager was rude and hung up on me twice. I will never eat at that location again and I will be requesting my money back. This place has the worst customer service, well there is a guy name Axel taking orders. He took my daughter's order. As I got to the register the manager Maria I believe that is her name started to ring up an employee's order which I thought was rude since they were people in line. Anyway she rang him up but he went in the back so here we are waiting for this employee to come back to pay and Axel and Maria were laughing cause we waited a long time to get our order taken, now he comes pay and no apologies from the manager or the employee.
So we got our order and sat down. My daughter want some onion rings so she stands behind a man which he has been waiting a while. He got mad and left without ordering, so my daughter is standing there for about 5 minutes and no one is taking her order and the manager was at the register so I go and ask her what is going on. "Someone just left. Why was it taking so long to order", all she did was point at her tablet, like I knew what that meant, I told her you have 3 other registers, again no apologies for the wait.
Finally got her onion rings, while we were sitting there about 5 people came in and there was no one at the register and they were again waiting for a long time. Everyone disappeared in the back then the young lady who was bagging and traying the food went to the register, took some order then called in the back for someone to come up front, she was really the only one working. I did not get her name but she was a young ** and chubby not fat just chubby sorry but that's the only way I can describe her (no offense). Then they have all these druggies come in there asking for money and there was a lady crawling on the floor. I will never ever ever go to this place anymore. Management think customer service is a joke and she has the nerves to laugh in your face. I use to love this BK but not now. Sorry you lost a customer.

As a former employee and a customer I'm very irritated at the lack of customer service of several Burger Kings in the Laurel Area. Today, I visited the one at 3359 Corridor Marketplace and my order which was 1 caramel sundae, 1 plain ice cream cup and an apple pie was placed correctly however once we drove up to the next window we were given an ice cream cone along with the sundae and pie. When my boyfriend asked for his in the cup this chick slapped it in the cup and never asked him if he would like it that way. Then I took my top off of the sundae. It was made sloppy and spilled out onto my clothes. That's poor customer service and just outright ridiculous.
My experience at the other ones weren't no better when one morning I ordered two coffees and was given 1 hot and 1 cold. Or you wait on your food for almost 30 mins. When pulling up to the speaker you get attitude not even a polite greeting. I know this during the years I worked there back in the day if you treated customers wrong, management wouldn't have a problem firing you. This new day and age mess is what's wrong in the world today. As for me, I will not continue to spend my money for poor service!

So my husband and I wanted to grab a quick late lunch. Since we didn't have much time we decided to stop by Burger King in West Des Moines #114, Iowa, I decided not to have anything as my husband was ordering his but changed my mind and decided to order a small burger, the cashier seemed so tired to take my order and my husband had to apologize to him which I didn't understand why yet we were paying for the food.
There was no other customers all this time and we overheard the cashier tell the other guy they 'want another burger again' which the other guy replied 'what, again! Are they trying to make my life difficult,' we overheard the conversation and my husband asked if he could speak with the manager. The manager was very rude and stated that the guy was just joking and we should stop giving him flack (**), all this time my husband was telling the manager how unprofessional it is for an employee to make such a comment. He went ahead and told my husband that he would throw us out of his store if he yells which my husband wasn't all this time.
After we went down to sit we could hear other employees laugh as almost all of them come in the front as if to check who we were. That was the most awful and unprofessional thing I have ever experienced, very rude cashier who seemed tired to take a second order, to a back employee making a rude comment to a manager saying we were giving him **.

I bought a BOGO burger value of $4 from a Burger King store in Corpus Christi in March 2018, and they charged me over $17. They did not give me receipt to see how much I am charged. I called BK customer service more than 10 times. Unfortunately they did not take care at all. They do not take care of customer and I am overpaid $13 for just a burger!!! Customer service told me we are going to send you a check but they did not and every time I call they say, "We will call you back." They word is not true!!

I went to Burger King in crescent City CA. I have been going there for four months now ordering the same thing everyday. Sausage biscuits for .79 but I replaced the sausage for bacon due to my son not being able to eat sausage. I have always paid the .79 .85 out the door. Today 5/18/18 they charged me 3.86 for the same thing I just ordered the day before. Um no. They said that the sausage biscuits were the one that is on sale. I said yes I know I order that but have to replace the sausage for bacon due to my son not being able to eat sausage. He said, "Well then it becomes 3.86." What? I said, "May I speak to your manager", he said he was the manager and now I am 86 out of there that they will not serve me anymore. Um what. When I asked for the main number to make complaint against him he said he didn't have it with that haha. And closed the window on me.

I am a 75-year-old senior citizen who is been patronizing your restaurants since the mid-60s and that is about to end and I want you to know why. I ordered two Whoppers with special instructions at your store located at 1496 Boynton Beach Blvd., Boynton Beach, FL. I did not receive what I ordered and when bringing the sandwiches into the store and talking with the manager he said, "That's the way we make them," and refused to remake the sandwiches the way that they were marked on the receipt. I am recovering from a heart attack and the last thing I needed was an argument from this manager. At that point I just asked for my money back and he mumbled under his breath, "We don't need no hockeys." I wrote a letter to the CEO of Burger King Daniel S. Schwartz who did not even have the courtesy to respond.

On Saturday May 5 2018 between 1-2 pm, my daughter was approached by an employee at Burger King in Lenoir N.C. As the women approached her she said to her, "You have to pay for that drink". She accused her of trying to put pink lemonade in a water cup. My daughter purchased a medium lemonade and I asked for the water. I was in the car. My child told me what had happened and said there was nothing in the cup when approached and the employee took the cup out her hand and put water in it. I entered the restaurant and told them they were wrong about my daughter and they had no right to be watching her and approaching her.
The manager response was that she had kids insisting that all kids steal. I was angered by her response and chose to believe it was because of her race not age. The lady said she would call the cops on me and that it's on tape. My daughter and I was treated very disrespectfully and they harassed my child by approaching her and taking the cup out her hand. This is wrong. I asked the women to show me the tape and she said in a mean voice, "I will call the police."
The Holy Spirit told me to leave the restaurant and deal with it His way. As I was leaving the cashier that waited my daughter spoke to me in a naughty way and said, "I saw her" trying to push my buttons. They saw wrong. My daughter said the cashier acted like she did want to wait on her in the first place. My last words l said was, "You prejudice people." This complaint is me doing it God's Way. I nor my daughter was treated with the respect we deserved. ** Lives Matter!

This is in reference to store # 16624 in Dallas Texas. I went into the store and how many of you know that the TX Double Whopper comes with jalapenos, I didn't. I order my burger as always no tomatoes, no mayo, no ketchup just add mustard with lettuce and pickles. I got my burger and when I started to bite, I said that doesn't look like a pickle. I told the CSR at the counter, "Is this jalapenos?" and she looked at me like, "Uhhh yes, what did you think it was?" I said to the CSR, "That picture looks like pickles and not jalapenos." She was unconcerned like, "Yeah whatever". So basically I paid $9.68 for a medium coke and medium onion rings.

When I went to the Burger King # 4075 in South San Francisco, CA, It was about 7:03 am just 1 customer eating. I made an order of 10 biscuits and sausage and a coupon meal. The Spanish manager told me, "You have to wait 17 minutes." So she gave me the coffee and I said, "I can get the coupon meal and wait." So I wait 10 min and ask her about the croissants and she gets rude and say, "I just asked you if you want coffee first." I said, "I can get the coupon meal and wait." She starts talking about I said coffee first. I didn't want to say anything back fear of spitting in my food. As I wait 1 guy comes in, made an order, left for 2 min, came back. She gave him some biscuits. Then another guy comes in 5 min after him with his own coffee cup and gives him 2 biscuits sitting on the tray. So you mean to tell me while people come in and order the biscuits and because my order is big she can give away my biscuits and I have to wait longer.
Mind you there is no one coming in and going through the drive thru other than the 2 guys. So I go up to the counter and wait. I see her warming up some biscuits and it don't take long and she tells me wait 3 more minutes and I see about 5 biscuit sitting in front of the counter. I watch her then she says something to the other Spanish girl next to her and the other girl starts looking back at me like they mad I'm waiting at the counter. Plus the manager is fixing my biscuits with no gloves on. So then she puts 10 biscuits in the bag and there is already about 5 biscuits on the counter just sitting there.
All that took almost 30 minutes. Ridiculous, I shouldn't have to wait so long while the manager is giving away my order and I have to wait. She didn't have gloves on and she had a bad attitude. I meant what was the cook cooking in the kitchen all that time. They were moving and stuff. Are they cooking food for them or some others. I didn't get it.

I bought an Arnold Palmer at the Village Cr. Location in WS, NC drive thru Tuesday, 10 Apr18, at 930pm and when I drank it, I don't know where this came from but it tasted like maybe mopping or cleaning water, I don't know why, it was bitter and burned my throat. I immediately threw it out. Please reimburse me for the drink. And find out what was wrong tonight, and please email me and let me know. Thanks.

Went to Burger King for breakfast located in Miami Beach on the corner of the cashier. Gives the impression that we are in the hood and I rolled up to her asking for a favor. The cook seem to think that the customers are idiots for not knowing what is stale and what is fresh. I was served Tater Tots that was hard and cold.

The actual in-store purchasing process is fine, I had no issue there. However, if you need something delivered, or God forbid something is missing/needs replaced because of damage - then you're in BIG trouble. These people never answer the phones, and their website conveniently does not work. I have done the 45 min - 1.5 hr wait times on the phones 5 times - and that was just to get my item delivered properly. Now when I call to get items sent that were missing/damaged I get "All circuits are busy" every single time I call. I have been trying to call them for 2 weeks now.
So I tried to email via the website - they have a nice section to fill out your information and submit your needs but THERE IS NO SUBMIT BUTTON anywhere on the website. The only way I could submit was through the non-United States side of the website (no chance this customer service team can figure out that my order is from the US). Not even sure what to do at this point, and will never have anything delivered from them again.

On the morning of 3-9-18 at 9:30 am I ordered a bacon, egg & cheese biscuit and an egg & cheese croissant at the HW 5, Douglasville GA location. I paid with a $20 bill & got a $10, $5 and some change back (the only money I had in my wallet). Later that day I was in Ace Hardware and paid for my item with the only $10 bill I got from Burger King, the girl checked it with the pen & ran it through a machine then said it was bad and took my money. I went to BK & talked to the evening manager (store manager had left for the day) and she took my name & told me to come back the next morning (the 10th) to talk to the manager & she would reimburse me, because they had a bad $20 come thru a few days before.
I went to the drive thru on the 10th & asked for the store manager, I told her who I was & why I was there. She said that was the first she had heard of it and that they check the $10, $20, $50 and $100 bills that come in. I told her that Ace caught it & it was the only $10 bill I had and I also had a receipt for the purchase from BK. She said it didn't come from there and I disputed it. She asked for my name and phone number, which I wrote down myself & gave to her. Then I asked why she wanted my name, # and she said she would investigate the situation. I asked her to call Ace & she said "that wasn't necessary."
I got up to the second window and while waiting on my order I asked to speak to her again. I told her this was the second time I had been up there to complain about a bad $10 bill they had handed me through that window, for her to tear up my name & number, because this would be the last time I would come to their BK. I told her I would go to Martin's or McDonald's from now on. I came to this conclusion because I offered the receipt where they had taking a $20 bill for $4 and some odd cents tab. What kind of investigating was she going to do?? None in my opinion. :(:(:(:(

I went to the Burger King in Campbell California and bought 2 whopper meals. I live only a few minutes away so took the food home only to find that all the food was stone cold. I complained online but got no reply. After reading the numerous complaints online it's clear that Burger King does not care about their customers only in making a fast Buck. I would advise anyone to choose a different fast food restaurant as this company is the worst. The store number is 2012.

I went to Burger King after work February 1, 2018 and was given a screw in my onion rings. I spoke to customer service about what I found. I was told someone would call me. Of course they did not so I called again. A representative did finally call and he asked where could he meet me to give him the screw. I was told after several calls that it was not Burger King's fault that I found a screw in my food because they did not make it, they brought the food from someone else. WHAT??? Once you buy the food it is yours and you sold it to me, Burger King does not care if their food is contaminated or objects are found in it. They take no responsibility and this is WRONG. I bought my mom a Whopper at Burger King on 671 East Market Street in Akron Ohio 44304. Within 2 hours of eating it all she been doing is throwing up since yesterday. It was cold and old and she got food poisoning and all the vegetables on it was old too and the pickles was even old and that all my mom ate yesterday and haven't been able to keep food down. I bought 2 Whoppers. Only ate one taking picture and throwing so nasty. Shame on Burger King for not caring about the consumer and just trying to make a quick buck.

Someone needs to learn how McDonald's and Hardee's can get people in and out of their place of business. I like BK, but they won't last long if they keep losing customers.

Went thru drive thru. The guy said, "Here's your drink." He gave me a straw and a receipt. Then they gave me the food. I asked, "Can I have my drink." She said, "He gave you the drink." When he didn't they finally gave me the drink. My food was cold and tasted old. Never go back there again.

Worst burger "Double Whopper" in my life!!! 15 minutes waiting in the parking lot for a Whopper and onion rings only to drive 3 Minutes home to find an ice cold burger with a piece of tomato three quarters of an inch thick and the diameter of a silver dollar! Bad enough but it was Green as well! One piece of lettuce the same diameter and Brown!!! Onion rings like Rubber! Employee and manager?? Needs fired, my last trip there! Store located on Rt 27 in Ocala Florida! Threw the receipt 9$ plus away with the piss poor excuse for a meal.

Lived here for 9 yrs now, came from Portland. Loved BK in Portland area. Came here and I believe it's the worst Burger King EVER. In 9 years I've tried to get a "decent" burger and have failed. The meat is consistently cold and dry, bun slightly warm and those are the best ones. Most of the ones have "Whoppers" been just plain cold w/ old fries. Took 25 minutes tonight (I tried again) for 3 cars in front of me to get served. Got my food and it was just plain inedible!!! Has to be the worst BK in the chain. I try about 3 times a year and give up now. I used to eat Whoppers at least 4 times a month in Portland. Do not waste your time or money in Crescent City CA for a Burger King.

This morning I decided to have a quick biscuit and sausage from Burger King. My first mistake of the day. How's the weather here in Clinton Tennessee? The food was cold dry like it had been under a heat lamp for hours although it was only $0.79 / sausage biscuit. I purchased four of those plus one senior coffee. The biscuits were all dry and lousy. I would much rather go 5 miles further down the road to the Burger King located at Highway 25 and Highway 61 in Clinton Tennessee. The five mile out of the way travel would be worth the difference between the two locations although I don't think I will ever bother having another sausage biscuit from Burger King.
I will stick with Hardee's where the biscuits are twice the size. The sausage is hot. The biscuit is fresh and I have never had a disappointment out of theirs. If I were going to eat between 11 a.m. and 8 p.m. in Clinton Tennessee again I would simply go to 303 Market Street to The Franciscan Cajun Café. Yes it cost a little bit more but the etouffee the chicken and sausage gumbo the red beans and rice are all fantastic. I have eaten there multiple times. It's sad theater Burger King claims their burger is better than the competition because it's flame broiler. That may be true but what they fail to mention is the fact that the burger is flame broiler then put into a container and microwaved to order. If could be a decent burger but the microwave ruins it.

I have three complaints about BK. The first complaint is that they have extremely slow service. You would think after you wait forever for your food that you would receive a full order. The order of fries was only half full. I completed the survey at the bottom of the receipt for a FREE WHOPPER. When I went to claim my FREE WHOPPER, I was advised by the cashier that in order to receive my FREE WHOPPER, that I had to purchase a drink and a side order & that the total purchase price in order to receive my FREE WHOPPER was more than $3.50. I did not want a drink and a side order. The receipt did not indicate that I had to purchase anything in order to receive my FREE WHOPPER. This is poor marketing by Burger King. I will not be completing any more of their surveys!

This is about a particular Burger King Store 6992. It's the one in Town here. It was the only fast food place I would go to until recently. There is another BK 5 or 6 miles down the street that I will go to if I ever feel the urge. I doubt I will though for a long while. We stopped in for what we thought would be a quick breakfast. Ended up making two orders due to forgetting two croissants. The First Order @ 18.06. Pancake platter with no meat, pancake platter sausage, Ultimate platter, side sausage, small hash browns, Plain biscuit, 2 orange juice and 1 mocha Coffee. While that was being made I remembered what I forgot 2 crossandwiches, 1 ham egg and cheese, 1 Bacon Egg and cheese, a small hash browns and a coffee.
The staff that was at the counter seemed beat but ok. The people in the back were staggering around like Zombies. I noticed. When I came back to pick up the food no one was there. They just hollered order ready and left. Back at the Table there was one thing after another that was just way wrong, I mean, it was the right stuff but just all wet and smashed and doughy. Seriously noticeably bad, I took the trays back up to the counter and asked what could be done about this after waiting a few minutes for someone to come up front. I was asked if there was a problem and I was telling them one at a time what was wrong and the senior person was just saying, sometimes talking over me before I finished my sentences.
Long story shorter, nothing got done, I wrote on the survey and told them all about what happened, the larger manager in Utah wrote and told me that I left out my phone number (Optional on the survey) and then has now refused to communicate after I wrote them back and said I didn't put my phone number because I do not have a cell and I don't want to talk on my home phone and that email was fine. This place is a Joke of a business. It's gone way downhill in the last ten years.

I used to love BK Whopper. Lately I have noticed it is nothing like the whopper they have on the ads. Ones on the ad has lettuce tomato, etc. showing. All the ones I have ever gotten shows only two flattened buns with a thinly pressed meat only showing. Upon opening it you see wilted tomato and lettuce in the middle with sauce only in the middle of the sandwich. More than 1 time it had a burnt taste to it so I was thinking they overcooked the patty. Last one I decided to look and the inside of the bun was black so I noticed it was the bun that was scorched. My gripe. I used to love the whopper, now it doesn't taste like it used to. Isn't fresh veggies in it. Doesn't look anything like the pretty whopped pic of their ads at all. I would say they are flirting with false advertisements. I don't need to show any proof on here. Just go buy a whopper, which costs lots more then just a lil while ago, and see if it looks anything like the pics of it on their wall.

Myself and husband ordered the chicken Parmesan chicken sandwich. Both sandwich had very little sauce on it and as well the cheese. The cheese was not even melted. The chicken was overcooked. Will not be going back to this Burger King.

We were coming from Willits Ca coming back to our hometown escaping the fire from Santa Rosa coming back from that area. 2 BBQ bacon kings, 2 small fries and 2 small drinks, my son is 13 so as a mom would do, he ate his burger and I did not as mine was not in the bag. We were not in any hurry but 1 burger was missing. The young children working, need to pay attention at what they are doing especially in these hard times.

So first let me say that I have never had a bad experience with any Burger King employee or restaurant prior to this experience and this review is about 1 employee at one Burger King location on S. Hwy 97 in Bend, Oregon. Bend Police can verify that this incident actually occurred on Saturday, October 14th, 2017.
So my roommate and I like to get the 2 croissant's for $4 deal at least once a week, almost always bringing them home to eat rather than eating in the restaurant. My roommate is unable to eat sausage as it tears his stomach up so we always order bacon/egg/cheese croissants, 2 each. So I make the run to get our breakfast yesterday, ordered 4 bacon, egg and cheese croissants, pay my $8.00 and go home. (By the way, I went into the restaurant because the drive-thru was blocked off. They said that because of the freezing cold the speaker didn't work and the menu board got water in it and the glass was frosted over and that "the company doesn't want to fix it." OK well this is not the purpose of this review, it's just another thing I thought was interesting.)
So anyway, when I get home we get ready to microwave the sandwiches and discover that they gave us 4 SAUSAGE, egg and cheese croissants, not bacon! Well my roommate flips out because this is not the first time this has happened (lesson learned, check your order before you leave the restaurant). This is where it starts to get good. So my roommate calls the restaurant and speaks to the "manager" and asks what is going on down there because this is the 2nd time they've screwed up his order. The "manager" then tells him he is lying, etc. so my roommate says, "I'll be there in 5 minutes." To which she shouts at him over the phone, "Bring it mother **!"
So now he's really pissed. I decline to go with him because I try to avoid confrontation. He goes down there and walks in the restaurant and tries to hand the "manager" his messed up order. Now keep in mind that the receipt is in the bag, proving what we ordered, and his 2 sandwiches are in the bag, proving that what they gave us is not what we ordered. She throws the bag of food back at him without even looking in the bag and tells him to, "Get out of my store!" He says "I'm not leaving without either my food or my money!" Meanwhile about 20 customers are watching this whole exchange, probably wishing Burger King sold popcorn. :)
So she says she is going to call the police, my roommate says, "Please do." So she does. When the police show up my roommate goes outside to explain the situation to the cop and the cop has to go into the restaurant to get him his refund. Then the "manager" has the gall to have the police issue an "no trespassing" order so my roommate can never go back on-site or he will be arrested. So instead of saying "We apologize for getting your order wrong, let me replace it for you," and possibly even giving it to him for free, she calls him a liar, calls him a "mother **", calls the police on him, and has him issued a "no trespassing" order!
Why? Because she did not want to admit they screwed up, would not even look at the proof that they screwed up, and immediately went on the offensive when asked to make it right. How does a young "lady" like this end up getting to be a "manager" of a customer service business in the first place? She should be immediately fired and never be allowed to work in any type of customer service type industry ever again, at least until she gets lots of counseling.
So when my roommate gets home he tells me what went down at the restaurant and I'm even more appalled than I was when I heard her say, "Bring it mother **." So we called Burger King's toll free customer service number and report the incident to corporate and they are currently investigating the incident. I will be appalled if she doesn't at least lose her job. I feel that Burger King owes my roommate a bunch of free food as well, along with, of course, having the "no trespassing" order removed.
I work in the customer service industry and I have never heard of anything so downright egregious as the actions of this young "lady" and thought people might want to read about how one bad employee can severely damage a large company's reputation. I guess if you only pay someone minimum wage you can't expect them to be particularly intelligent or a good employee. Thanks for taking the time to read this review. I went to Burger King in Festival Park Stoke on Trent and the service was crap. The girl spent more time talking to her co-workers than paying attention to what she was doing... I paid her and then got the food pasted to me. Well threw to me... Me and my partner had a chill burger. Well what was meant to be a chill burger. There was nothing chill about it... it was crap. The meal was like a bloody kid's happy meal too. Really disappointed. I will never go back to any Burger King.

Attention must be paid to the speakers at the order site. The employee taking the order must be friendly, polite and on top of his/her game, always. At some locations, when you look into the pickup window, the floors are filthy.

I like the fact that you can get a burger at 9 am if you want. Cause I'm up early and having to wait until 11am for lunch is ridiculous. Plus the fact that if you want a cheeseburger without ketchup (which I do) you can get that. They don't give you a hard time.

My minor child is employed by the Burger King on the corner of Hwy 274 and 557 in lake Wylie sc 29710. At least once a week my child has been complaining that a manager named ** has been cussing at the minor staff. Since when is an adult allowed to curse at other people's minor children. I love the fact I can watch them make my food and I can have it any way I want (also great onion rings). I have never been to a restaurant where the employees are very nice to each other. Even when someone is getting in trouble they are very polite to each other, at first it was kinda weird. My only complaint is that they don't microwave my cheese and they put the cheese on the bottom bun under the meat. I promise it does taste different. Also, condiments are suppose to go on top of the cheese.

The Burger Kings that I have been to, have been consistent on quality of food. My favorite one always gives more fries, they just dump the rest of what's in the tray in my bag for the to-go bag I always get. They make it fresh, I can see them cooking in the back. You can add bacon, take out the tomato, anything. They remember me, I only go once a month or so. They are really very nice.

The server did not acknowledge me when I finally pulled up to her window, she looked at me and stated what I owed, she took my money, handed me my drink and then turned her back to me and started speaking to her co workers that were working in the food prep area. She spoke loudly and was not concerned with what she said while I waited for my food. She then handed me a bag with my hamburger in it, she did not say thank you or have a good day - in fact she appeared bothered that she had to do her job. The hamburger was only warm not hot, it tasted okay. Not the best I have had with other Burger King Restaurants in my area. I was disappointed with the wait after I placed my order. It's called fast food however I do not think they understand that. I will not give my business to this particular Burger King in the future which may not mean a lot to the owner(s) but it means a lot to me.

Morning Star Veggie Burger - They gave me a veggie burger, but the Morning Star Patties were missing. They gave me lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles. They charged me $3.99 instead of the normal $4.99, but I was very much charged too much for just some slices of garden vegetables. I went to the Burger King 1735 Washington Blvd, Baltimore Md. I usually go every morning. I happened to get a croissan'wich meal and asked to upgrade my drink to a large soda. First, when I pulled up to the window, I asked the lady why was the meal so high. They asked me what I ordered and I told them I was told because I ordered a large drink. I said "the meal is only $3.49. How much was the drink?" The lady said "you pay full price for your drink." I said "that was $3?" She said yes. I said "well can I get the size that come with it?" Was told that it was coffee. I said "you can't substitute?" "Sure but you will pay full price for whatever you decide to get."
Now the manager is at the window. I asked him "since when you cannot upgrade your drink. I have been upgrading my drink." I also told him that I worked for Burger King for more than 10 yrs and never heard of such and that you can cancel my order... As I pulled away and I started looking at old receipts I noticed that I have been charged several time for full price drinks even on a value meal... I think this I poor practice for this particular Burger King and they will not receive my business any longer.

My name is Chau **. In the morning of 06/30/17 around 8:xx am or 9:xx am, when placing order for morning breakfast for my two kids at McDonald's on Stockton Blvd./Florin, I was told by Keona that she no longer accept discount coupons. I told her "How come?" I have been customers for a long time already. Then she call me ** which later on was denied by her because I was complaining to another guy that worked there that "why are you calling me **?" She said that she never call me ** and the guy that worked there walked nearby window said "I do not want you (which is me) to come here at this location again at Burger King on Stockton Blvd./Florin. So go somewhere else." So I went to different place.
I think whoever the owner hired a very poor, immature employees serving as customer service at drive thru window. She used foul language on me which I did not do anything to her. No receipt was made. Discount coupon was tear in 1/2. I've never complain on any fast food place before, but today is my first complain at Burger King fast food drive thru at Stockton Blvd./Florin Rd. Location.

I went to Greenwood, MS Burger King and placed an order for Whopper meal and had a coupon for free Whopper with the purchase of a Whopper and was told that could not use the coupon for this as Whopper has to be purchased by itself although one is purchased in meal. Still ended up purchasing a Whopper meal and had to purchase 2 separate Whoppers just to use coupons when a Whopper is already in the meal. Tried to explain this to the manager but to no avail.

I wish I still had my receipt for our visit this last Friday 6/33/17 at the Burger King on North College Ave in Fort Collins, CO. I think I'll send the corporate office my medical bills since I had to go to the Urgent Care clinic in order to get treated for SEVERE FOOD POISONING. I know it's from this meal because the rest of my group complained of stomach issues as well and we all had the same food. I just got it worse than anyone else. FIVE FREAKING DAYS OF DIARRHEA!!! I'm on antibiotics now too because it became so severe. FIVE DAYS. Freaking disgusting. I've lost two days of work too, so you owe me that as well!!! That's $320 alone. Plus the medical expenses and emotional distress from having to be in the bathroom ALL the time!!!

I visited Restaurant #: 4415 on May 26 and had to wait 35 minutes by the time I placed my order and when I finally got my food and change. I wouldn't have minded except for the facts that there was only one car ahead me and no cars behind me. It was after hours and not during a lunch or breakfast rush. While I was waiting I was promised the world by the guest relations rep as I was documenting live my experience over my cell phone in my car while waiting. When I didn't get my free coupon I followed up and the first rep lied and didn't take my information. On the 3rd call, the rep claimed to take my information but it wasn't until a 4th call I got an email. I even wrote a heartfelt letter to the CEO in Miami and got no response.
I got a garbled phone message from some "district manager" with no callback. This happened over a month ago and BK doesn't seem to care and I'm still waiting for my promised meal coupon to arrive. The last email said I was only getting a Whopper Coupon but I was promised on 3 separate occasions I was getting a free meal.

I was with my husband talking after having two Whoppers. I heard a woman cursing in Spanish (I know because I speak the language), and they were trying to make her stop but she continue shouting. Very uncomfortable situation for us as clients. We didn't now how to get out and looking at their faces, do wait a little bit more and left after we saw a female employee (the one that took our order) going out the door.

On the way home from spending Father's Day at the beach with our kids, we went through a Burger King drive thru for lunch. When we arrived at home and began to eat, I was appalled to see the rarest raw ground beef in my double cheeseburger after I had already taken a bite! I was scared that my son's cheeseburgers were raw as well! My husband's Whopper Jr. 3 pieces of whittled lettuce, no ketchup and no mustard! I am very disappointed with the quality of the food recently. I hope I do not get sick!

The Burger King at McAuthur and Ramsey in Fayetteville, NC has the worst service I have ever had at any establishment. I just waited 30 minutes for a very simple order. The staff seemed to have a very difficult time reading the screens (the cooks not the register people). The manager did not seem to be too awfully concerned that the drive thru and front desk were behind. Adding insult to injury, our orders were incorrect after the wait.

Quick ordering and receiving food. I had the crispy chicken bacon cheese ranch and the Mac-n- Cheetos. The chicken in the sandwich was totally tasteless. The same with the mac-n-cheetos. I think it's because both were overcooked. I feel it was a total waste of $8.88. I don't see stopping at BK in my future. I was really disappointed with this meal.

I sent in a complaint about a Burger King Restaurant experience to the BK survey and the response I received that in as much called me a liar. This is most unprofessional in my professional and business owner experience opinion. I am imagining that enough complaints about Ms. ** might just make it to a corporate office of Burger King and force her to acknowledge some of her problems.
While visiting your store, my wife and I both witnessed a worker standing on the stainless steel drink counter (where one would put his food tray or drink) to fill the ice reservoir in the soda machine. After this we watched to see if the counter would be cleaned and it did not get cleaned. I would never take my food tray to the bathroom and set it on the floor, but that is what someone standing on the counter is like. We found this to be a disgusting act and request a response to tell us how we can be insured of clean counters throughout the restaurant. Please tell us that the rest of the store is not this treated with this type of filth.
Facts: Burger King #5462. Date: May 20. Time: 12:18 pm. My wife and I are not ones to make up stories, we have better things to do with our time. We certainly thought that this would receive an apology and not in any way imply that we are embellishing or lying. Before we left we went to the counter and saw the shoe/footprint on the counter and there were others that saw it happen. Amazing really! I suppose this is what we get for dining at a quick stop like BK. We will share our experience with everyone we meet and we know many people in this area. We did not take pictures nor did we video anything. Upon departing we noticed a sign on the door, no picture or video taking while in restaurant. We had to laugh at that - now we understand why.

Awful Service. Food was unbelievably terrible. I ordered 2 Whoppers with cheese and no pickles, no onions and onion rings. The onion rings tasted like they were cooked and then refried in oil a second time to reheat them, an overcooked taste that was horrible. Both Whoppers came with no cheese, pickles and onions, both items I asked to have removed and cheese I paid to have was not on either burger. To review them online you need a receipt which they never gave to me. They didn't hand me it with my cash returned or place it in the bag with my food. When I got to the window and repeated my special order to make sure they got it right they all agreed that it was correct. I shouldn't have believed them and should have checked the whoppers in the parking lot before going home but I believed them and checked them when I got home.
The Whoppers were the worst I have ever eaten. The bread was flat like someone stomped on it. The lettuce was super old and flat like it had been cooked. I didn't receive any tomatoes. I paid for cheese and didn't receive any. What more could they screw up? The onion rings tasted like all filler and no onions. They were so awful after tasting like they had been cooked twice to reheat them. I would never ever go to this location again and might never ever go to Burger King and pay this amount of money for terrible food.
It wasn't like a year or so ago when the bun was thick and fresh, lettuce was thick and crunchy, tomato was thick, cheese you paid for was on the burger and requested items to be left off were actually left off and onion rings tasted like onion rings. I don't know if this is about how bad Burger King has gotten or about how bad this location is managed. I hope someone will make changes to the management so this location can be improved. The food shouldn't taste this terrible.

When we drove up to the drive up to the window to make an order the person working said that they were short staffed and was not accepting orders at this time. The staff did not ask us to wait, just said that they were not taking orders. We left and went to Taco John's!!

At the Burger King #10764 937 U.S. Hwy. 90E Bayou Vista, LA Burger King there is a lady name ** with the most bubbly attitude towards customers. Very well mannered, very polite, always with a smile greeting the customers at the intercom taking the orders and reading them back and when you get to the window she is awesome with a smile. She cares about the customers and tend to them very well for their food and such. People needs to learn from her because THAT'S what we need to make things smoothly. I went thru the drive thru with my family and ordered everyone's food. It took over twenty minutes to get our food. And then I ordered an original chicken sandwich with spicy sauce on it. And when we finally received our food they gave me a Spicy Chicken Jr. which I didn't order. So I took it back in, told the lady what I ordered. She didn't even care to hear what I ordered. She just grabbed the old sandwich. Went back and made me the same sandwich that I just handed her a few minutes ago. IDK who she was but she was the manager for first shift. Burger King is one of our favorite places to go eat for fast food. But I will never ever go back to this location in Tipton, Indiana. Very unsatisfied and the lady was very rude.

I went to the Burger King on 5141 Ave H Rosenberg, TX 77471 on 4/26/17 after my kids came from a Skeeters baseball game around 9 pm. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and both of them was raw chicken. I tried calling the number on the receipt and it was to a Steve and Nancy and not Burger King. The number online is disconnected. I am unable to go to the actual store because I don't have a car at the moment and is truly upset and disgusted.

Burger King is noted for their Hamburgers. I visited the Burger King at 6457 Tara Blvd in Jonesboro, Ga. around 5:20 p.m. I was outdone when I was told they did not have ANY HAMBURGERS at all. It is the Manager's responsibility to see that they are well stocked!!! I asked if they were going to have some later and she said, No! This Burger King is right off interstate 75 south! I'm in drive thru. I ordered the American Chicken sandwich. No ONE knows what that is. I explain, it's an original chicken sandwich. Add tomatoes and cheese. I ordered fries. No salt. Pay for food, I don't get a straw, they ask me to pull around the building. I ask for ranch, & pepper. I get ranch and ketchup? Still waiting on straw. Drive around, waited over 10 minutes. I go inside, why did I even go thru drive thru? Get my food, go back to vehicle, decide to eat in vehicle. 1st bite, no tomatoes. Get out of vehicle, explain to manager I have no tomatoes on my American Chicken sandwich. She's like, "What is that?" I then explain to her what it is. By now, it's been over 15 minutes, my fries are cold.
I try to do my www.bkexperience.com online, can't. Why? Because they didn't give me my receipt in drive thru. They have a re-print out, which, this does not have the numbers to enter online to do a survey. How well that accommodates them. So, I called their 1 866 394 2493 contact/complaint number. Guess what... she doesn't understand English too clearly, she gets my phone number wrong, three times??? Now, how do I complain to the contact/complaint line? THANKS FOR READING, PEEPS! BK on North St Forsyth GA - When we came in there was trash all over floor and garbage can overflowing. We ordered food, simple, 3 JR Whoppers and fries. We ordered at 7:58. We watched manager who was very disorganized putting together orders. We asked her for a lid and she turned and looked with no acknowledgement and turned back around and waited for food. We asked for our money back (from the manager) at 8:11. She said, "well, your food is right here." No apology, no thank you. Our fries were cold as were our burgers. They need some more help here with organization.

I went there one morning and ordered my food. I started eating going to church. I got ready to drink my tea which it haven't been opened since I left Burger King in East Chase. It was a fly in my tea. Called and did a report. They want to give me a free sandwich. Then their insurance called to do a statement. Never heard anything else from them. I went to Burger King store #7100 in Oakley, CA on 3/1/2017. Their picture showed a picture of a croissant and an orange juice for $6.09, then in small print it said $.49 extra for substitute OJ. OK I get the OJ and they charge me $.99!! The guy says, "Yeah, I know..." It's not the amount, it's the principle.

Today I was buying lunch for our work crew. I work at Advance Auto Parts near the Burger King at the Beaver Valley Mall in Monaca, Pennsylvania. I had coupons. Went through the drive-through and got 2 Jr. Whoppers, 2 small fries for $3.99. Wanted more food and was told I couldn't go through the drive-through and use any other coupons. Okay, I parked, went inside and went to the counter, and was told by a different girl "Ma'am, you cannot use another coupon here today. Our policy is one coupon per customer per day." Really? We buy (or did buy) food there almost every day. With as many choices as we have, I'll opt for anything else. Our money spends elsewhere. Your coupon does not say this. I thought bk had more professionalism! But we all know its starts at the top. I can't believe how low class and unprofessional the managers are. It's a bad look! It seems the managers are friends of the owners because there's no way in hell corporate would hire some of these people. I'm not talking about their appearance, I'm talking about the way they conduct themselves! I WAS ASKED TO LEAVE BY THE MANAGER BECAUSE I COMPLAINED OF WAITING OVER 10 MIN TO PLACE AN ORDER WHEN THERE'S ONLY ONE PERSON IN FRONT OF ME! I went to a Burger King at Bucharest airport and ordered 2 menus for a total of 96 lei (local currency). I gave the employee 100 lei and he put my change on a separate tray from the food. I assumed he had made a mistake, so I picked up my change from the separate tray. However, he noticed that I had picked up my change, so when I asked for a couple of packets of ketchup, he told me cost would be 4 lei.
I have never paid for condiments in any other BK in any other city/country. Therefore, I can only assume that the employee is regularly pocketing the change from your unsuspecting customers. I can provide you with his name which is on the bill and I would like confirmation of my complaint and an indication of what you are going to do about it.

Barstow - Terrible, terrible, terrible... freezing cold inside store. 1 cashier at lunch with long line - and she had to stop to pour the coffee too! Food was cold when it finally was ready. Bathrooms very dirty - no toilet paper, no soap. Horrible place - never go back there.

Burger King and McDonald's are guilty of this. Why when I order any size fries larger than a small the fries are never filled to the top of the container in which they're held. I feel like I'm just paying for the larger container but still receiving a size less in actual fries. There's no way I should reach into my bag three times and finish the entire container. You charge me 2.39 for a medium fries but I can count the number of fries on two hands. That's outrageous. The containers should be overflowing and falling out into the bag. Downright under acceptable.

My mom and I went to Burger King today 12/26/16 and we both ordered the chicken fry meal. My chicken fries tasted funny but I didn't think anything about it so I continued to eat them then I went to the movies and when the movie was over when I got home my stomach was hurting, I was throwing up and I had diarrhea meaning Burger King gave me food poisoning.

When I got off work on 11/29/2016 AT 11:30 P.M. I stopped at Burger King AT 1250 S 11th Street in Niles Mi ordered two whoppers. I arrived home in less than five minutes. The food was cold and very dry. I ate most of it because I was hungry. A few minutes later I got very sick. I went back the next morning to let them know what happened the night before not looking for a free meal. They did not want to hear anything I had to say. I am going to get some magnetic signs for my car so I can let everyone know the experience I had at this restaurant. Can they hear me now.

Later I received a message from the bank showing successful transaction. They said within 24 hours my money will be returned into my account. But not received yet. I have emailed them. But no reply. On December 7th 2016 I took my granddaughter to Burger King in Dothan, Al. She was playing on the slide and the slide has a curve in it. In the bend of the curve is in great need of repair because of the way it is made. My granddaughter has 4 sores on her spine where the slide skinned the spine. I let the manager know about it. I took her to Dothan Pediatric clinic. I called Burger King's corporate office and they have not responded to my phone calls. Boycotting Burger King.

I haven't been to Burger King in a long time and this morning I remembered they sell those wonderful cinnamon rolls so I bought one. Needless to say it was hard as a brick and I had to throw it in the trash can. My fork literally lie bent while trying to use it on the roll. If they are reheating them they need to not do it so long because they are not edible. I know it's only around $2 but that's the point. You want to be able to eat it.

As we walked into the BK there was an employee standing behind the counter. We got his attention and he asked for another person to come help us. We were the only 3 customers in the whole place. The girl he summoned did not seem to be too excited about helping us as her demeanor was rather sullen. I gave my order of a Whopper meal. My husband ordered a Whopper sandwich only without mayonnaise. This special request seemed to goof her up as she repeated our orders back to us incorrectly. This part went on for way too long as she couldn't seem to speak to us. She spent her time talking into her mouthpiece yet she should have been speaking to us. I asked her several times to slow down and speak up. Her customer "service" was pathetic. No smile. No hint of customer care. The other employees walked by with the same rudeness. Absolutely no hint of courtesy or customer care from anyone in this place.
We should have cancelled and left. Unfortunately, we didn't and we were treated to the worst hamburgers we have ever had at a BK. Both burgers were old. Must have been sitting out for a bit of time. The fries were mushy and not hot. I guess the other order of a milkshake was fine as our daughter had no complaints about it. Upon leaving, she too mentioned that the staff was unfriendly. We wasted $13. We threw out the burgers halfway home. If you are really wanting to go to BK-don't go to this one. Bad service and bad food.

So now a 'short' wait for my 'Fast Food' to appear. Whilst waiting, I was perturbed to see the problems being experienced by the customers ahead of me, food not ready, wrong items given out, missing items from orders, wrong sized portions being given.
After 20 mins I got my order. I immediately checked to find an order of fries missing, so got that corrected before leaving the counter. Big mistake. Should have dragged everything out of the bag. Got to my table to find a 'sandwich' missing, so back to the counter and wait to get attention. Given a wrapped 'sandwich' got back to the table to find it was a basic cheeseburger not the 'Homestyle' so back again and wait to get attention and what I ordered. Third time lucky, back to the table to eat my cold fries, cold soggy burger.
I could have complained to the store manager if you could find him. He appeared for a few seconds to 'clear a till' but seeing the chaos in his store kept out of sight. By this time I had given up so just submitted and walked. What a waste of my time and money. Oh yes I did submit my comments to the BK website and got an immediate response (from a computer) so nothing new, and I don't expect to get one. This has to be the worst 'Fast Food' experience ever! Do I get a 'certificate' to hang on the wall?

If the lobby is closed B.K. will deny service to sell any of their products to anyone not in a motor vehicle. Honest hardworking people that attempt to go thru the drive thru are denied service. Tonight my boss was delayed in bringing my funds I earned. Promised my children The Great Burger King. After he finally got here walked over was denied service. Discrimination- plain and simple. Well first of all when they train you all they do is have you watch a video, and that's about it, no hands on work, or at least in the location I worked at. Second while I was watching the training video, it was in the small cramped office, with no headphones, and the other employees kept coming in and out some even having conversations around me causing me to not be able to concentrate. Also the office was in terrible condition, there was for some odd reason mysterious grease all over the desk, and flies every where, not just in the office in the kitchen too.
Also now that I've decided to quit, it's the first time I've needed to call them, and BOY do they never answer the phone, there's not even a message option. Also the other employees were not very polite or kind, they never smiled at you or used manners. The manager wasn't even there on my first day. Now as for the service, as others have reported they leave you standing at the counter for a LONG time before anyone asks if you need service. Long story short, don't work there, it sucks.

We were at the drive through our receipt came out 10.60 I gave 1.60 in change and rest bills. The lady took my money and laughed. She yelled to the co workers she's gonna get rich with my change and started to laugh loud. This was totally unprofessional and insulting. You guys should have a camera. Please review the tape. Burger King Downtown Charleston SC - The lobby was locked at 8:30 pm which was odd. So we were forced to go to the drive thru. The girl at the drive thru had the nastiness attitude with my uncle. Telling us one coupon per car, but we had two separate orders and two different payment methods. After we left, we got the wrong change and not our complete order. I pulled back thru the drive thru, and asked to speak to a manager. The clerk got loud, and said second window. I told her I didn't know who she was getting loud with, but it couldn't have been me. When I got to the window, I told her how rude and nasty her attitude is. I will be contacted their area and regional manager on Monday morning. I will send the recordings up to the CEO, and posting them on social media if it is not resolved.

When I got into the restaurant no one was in sight. I stood there 15 minutes exactly. Then a manager came out and said it would be a minute and walked away. A couple workers walked out and starred. 5 minutes later another manager showed up and said what do I want. Wow. I asked for a double cheeseburger, medium fries, a whopper junior meal. From as far back as I can remember Whopper Burgers meat used to be double the size they are today. Just saw the latest commercial, the bun lettuce tomato and the bottom bun make the sandwich look about 3 inches tall, maybe 4 and then you got a sliver of meat. It looks so cheap, one whopper doesn't even fill me up anymore.

BK in Carlisle PA. The only food my youngest and I had that no one else in the house had eaten for last 4 days was Bk chicken we had for lunch yesterday. I had a classic sandwich and he had nuggets. Normally you can trust oil that hot to kill germs, but we both came down with horrible cramps, gas and diarrhea overnight. Is anyone else reporting?

My mother got me a bacon sandwich and fries meal two of the burgers from the Burger King in Long Island City and I was fine before I ate them and then after I took my shower I got really sick and I threw up three times and I had diarrhea as well. I still feel really sick from what I ate even now and it's the next day. I think they should be closed down because of this. I'm not going to eat food and get sick from it. It's stuff like this that bugs me simply because it's counter-intuitive to the objective of every business ever started; TO MAKE MONEY. I understand that the language used on coupons reads "Limit one per customer. not to be used with any other coupon or offer"... BUT, my understanding of this is so that someone doesn't attempt to double up coupons on a single item.
For example: If I have a coupon offering a "Buy-one-get-one-free hamburger", it makes perfect sense why I shouldn't be able to use that coupon with a separate coupon allowing for a discount on that same hamburger. It does NOT make sense that I couldn't use a coupon for a discounted chicken sandwich, and then separately use another coupon for a discounted hamburger. I've tried to explain the absence of logic to many, some of which have a light click on in their heads ONLY after I suggest "Do I have to leave and come back?" That's ridiculous because I simply don't come back. In turn, Burger King loses a sale. Please, PLEASE, someone explain this craziness.

A person would be hard press to find a more devoted Burger King customer! I use to eat at Burger King at least 3 times a week and as many as 6 or 7 and many times twice a day. I have talked time and time again about problems with the store manager ** and have talked to Bo ** area manager several times to no avail. I have put up with counters where they serve the food that are so nasty. I would tell them my food even thaw in a bag or on a tray on the counter. I even have asked about the nasty counter and I mean they are REALLY nasty to the employee or the manager and both would either ignore me, say something smart and do nothing about the counter. I had one-night manager tell the young man serving me to come stand by where they pick the food up and he stood there long enough he could have cleaned the counter 10 times waiting on my food but the night manager would not let him!
One of the times I eat there twice in one day I went to the drive thru in the morning and told them about how nasty the front side of the counter was where all the customer could not help but see it. This was around 9 AM at around 6 PM. I went back to get something to eat and in all this time they still have not cleaned it! (I have pictures)! This was just one time and there have been many! On Monday 7/8/16 I went to get some breakfast and order two sausage and biscuits and paid. After getting my money I am told there will not be any more biscuits for at least 10 minutes which show someone is not doing their job! This is not anywhere near the first time I have been told this! I asked "can I get a discount on something else" and the manager very rudely said "no" like it was my fault so I got my money back which she was upset about and went to Taco Bell. I did not go back for over a week.
On 7/13/16 at 4:14 PM I gave them their last chance. I went to the drive thru. I ordered a double bacon cheese burger and a crispy chicken rodeo sandwich. The girl at the window was DRondra (which is on my receipt that I still have). I had to ask for napkins which they always put them in the bag no big deal. When I got home I had two sandwiches. One was correct, one was not. Instead of a double bacon cheese burger was a rodeo burger. Not only did I not get what I paid for but was given a lesser value sandwich. The examples above are just a VERY few problems (If I listing them all this would be no less than 20 pages long). I have had it at this BK and nothing CHANGES! This BK use to be a very good place but seems over the last couple years it has hit rock bottom!
I have been teat very rudely, ignored and down out right talked to poorly as well as yelled at not counting all the mistakes on my food. So all I can figure out is BK does not want my business even after talking to the head manager of the store and the area manager as nothing changes. If you don't want to be teat poorly or see how nasty they let things get and do nothing I recommend if you eat a BK NOT to go to the above BK. BK has lost all my business no matter what store as I just no longer trust them! There are way too many place that give good serve, get the food correct and are polite. I do not have to put up with being treated poorly! I have seen bigger companies clasps and do not think it cannot happen to BK! If you try and call Bo ** you are unable to leave a message as his voice mail has never been actuated! Tells me a lot about him.
It is a shame I am 62 years old and been eating at BK most of my life. You have lost one of your most devoted consumers and seems BK does not care! I am disabled and have much time on my hands and have nothing better to do then post this all over the Internet! I will be sending this to the CEO in a letter marked personal and will have where HE has to sign for it not one of his employees! Let's see if he cares as so far no one else at BK has or either they just are not doing their job!
PS I just went by the BK to give the Morris the courtesy of a copy of this letter. The above situation where the night manager not letting the person serving me to wipe off the counter. I even called Bo about this and come to find out Bo never even talked to Morris about this. I have witnessed this manager which Morris and Bo knows who she is yelling at Morris in front of customers being extremely disrespectful to Morris and no one has even addressed this situation. Bo said he would handle it but never even talked to Morris about it. So problems with the store is not only a problem but upper management will also do nothing. Guess everyone at BK is there for one reason and one reason only a PAYCHECK as they sure do not do their job!

I recently went to the newly remodeled BK in our town (West Plains, Missouri). The place looked nice and the food was very good, BUT there were 2 or 3 signs in the place saying "No Loitering - 30 mins. only while consuming food". Sometimes my daughters and I meet at McD's, which is right beside your BK. We sit there for up to an hour. Your signs were very "off-putting". There were only 5 customers in the place, and I thought to myself, "Well, there's plenty of room in here NOW!!

I would always love a good whopper whenever I have the chance to get one. It's a cheap fix for any burger cravings I have -- I'm sure my friends would agree. And although their free massage didn't fly, it's good that Burger King is gaining its presence here so it ain't hard to find one that's close. And, they offer quite an array of burgers now, but I'm still a big fan of their classic whopper and fries.

A few weeks ago, I decided to try their Mocha BK Joe Frost. I'm glad I did. To be honest, I'm not a dessert person and whenever I go to a fast food joint, I usually won't order any dessert. But I must say when I decided to just give the Mocha BK Joe Frost a try, I was impressed with it. It was pretty creamy, and just the right sweetness. Great job Burger King!

I walked into BK and the manager looked at me with disdain and said "I will be right with you". Then she walked very slowly to the drive in window. When she came back she said "what can I get you". Her whole attitude was disgusting. The man behind me she was the same way. I am a ** woman and this manager was **. I think these managers needs to put the race card at the door when they come to work. Last time I step foot in there. I work right next door and I will ask someone else to get my grits. I drove over 4 miles to the Burger King in Honolulu on Beretania Street to get the 2 for $10 Whopper meals. They told me that they do not participate in this offer. This is not the first time that Burger King in Honolulu did not participate in the nationally advertised deals. I am sick of it. And I think it is FALSE ADVERTISING. I like the Burger King Whopper, but I do not like this policy of choosing not to participate in a nationally advertised promotion. Why do they show these ads on television stations in Hawaii if they are not going to honor the deal?

I had the chance to go to a Burger King chain while I was out traveling, and I am very well pleased with the service I was provided. Their crew greeted me so readily when I entered the door, and with a big smile took my order. They got right to it and provided me with a hearty burger and fries meal I ate while on the road. No delays and the food did not disappoint. The fries wasn't greasy unlike most of the fast food fries. I also observed that their store was very clean. A perfect venue for a nice family bonding since it doesn't give that busy and chaotic feel as most fast food stores do.

Burger King is... Meh. I don't really know how to explain it. There's just nothing about the whole franchise that makes me want to eat there. At McDonald's they have the double cheese. At Jollibee (a local fast food joint here in the Philippines) every single burger is great. Wendy's though insanely overpriced has what taste like premium burgers to me. What about Burger King? Their burgers don't taste like premium quality, at least not to me. They don't have a specialty, other than their burgers being grilled and not fried. BIG DEAL. They're burgers for crying out loud. I don't eat them worrying about whether or not they're healthy to eat.
The fries are nothing to write home about, also. They're ordinary at best. What else do they have that would make me want to go there? Nothing. So I guess they're kinda like the in-between good and great burger joint, like something in the middle of McD and Wendy's. Not enough of a reason for me to go there. If I want something affordable, I go to McD. And if I want something premium, it's Wendy's. Give me a reason to eat at your joint, BK!

This have been a very distasteful visit ever in my life experience. This Burger King is located on Jacksboro Hwy in Fortworth. The manager speaks no English. I have called them numerous time about an employee Linda cursing me out. I don't know what triggered her but it was all caught on camera. She has to have mental issues. I've called Corporate and it's made it worse. No response yet. At this location they do nasty, unsafe, things to their customers. I'm still waiting on Corporate to invest the incident all on tape!
I just can't imagine why Burger King hire people who have bad background dealing with safety and food. It's a disgrace and I never received a call yet. I wouldn't eat here anymore. You been warned. Worst experience ever. Followed out by Linda who wanted to fight in front of customers. She had to be high. Burger King is a disgrace in this 21 centuries times. Just horrible. No contact at all. Burger King is the KING! Their burgers are soooooo delicious! They are so much better than McDonald's. I also love them because the patty is grilled and not fried. I think that's what makes it stand out. My favorite is the WHOPPER!! Yum yum yum! Tastes like heaven. Also the fries and onion rings are also great! I always order a large one... yeah calories!!! Haha. One suggestion though. I don't drink any soft drinks so I hope I could exchange my coke for a bottle of water. Some stores offer this. I hope that they do too. So whenever I buy my BK meal, I waste money for the coke because I don't drink it. I just leave it in my table and then leave... But other than that, they are the king! Great burgers!! But why the name? Why not Burger Queen? haha! Just a thought...

Just wanted to grab a quick burger, Burger King is almost always my preferred burger. When I took first bite I instantly knew there was something different. Tried another bite and decided to ask manager what was going on. She stated, "We didn't do nothing different". I told her the meat tastes like the value boxed hamburger you get at Walmart. She then stated, "It may be our machine. We use a different machine. I don't know what it could be." I finally told her that I had eaten at Burger Kings from Virginia to California and never once had a burger taste like this. My reply from her was shrugged shoulders, at which I told her, "Not to worry I would take care of it." After clearing my table to leave she finally comes up and still blames machine and said she could give me a few free burger coupons. I took them and left. Still not believing what I heard. Will not visit this location again!

I didn't go to Burger King for a year, but then I came back today. I gave them a coupon and they said the price was $3.27. However the coupon only said $3.00. I only brought $3.00 with me and they said, "No". JUST FOR 27 CENTS. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? YOU PEOPLE DISGUST ME. DON'T EVEN HAVE A SENSE OF decency for a 13 year old. After that I came back home and grabbed the extra money and went back to this place. I showed them the coupon and they responded back, "Next time, don't cut off the code because next time I won't be so nice and I won't accept it." Seriously??? Everytime try to leave a survey their quota is met. Last week had a bad experience as eat in. Drive thru has priority over eat in. 45 minutes later get my order. Double Whopper had no cheese and bacon as I ordered. Crispy chicken sandwich (ordered 2) was cold and so was the fries - cold. Today tried to do a positive survey and again quota filled. Think survey is a scam. If Burger King don't want a positive or negative feedback then eliminate the BK experience.

I ordered a Whopper sandwich off the broiler with heavy all. I received my sandwich as a regular whopper. The manager took the sandwich and added more toppings as I discovered it was not made as I ordered it as heavy all. I accepted the sandwich and then returned the sandwich because I then discovered the bread was soggy from being in the steam table - not off of the broiler fresh. The manager totally knew what he was doing to cover up his mistake. I confronted the manager about the sandwich and he remade the sandwich with no apology. This was a bold move to mislead the customer on my order. Very disappointed customer.

I have ordered from this location for several years. Sometimes they get an occasional order wrong, but that's every company and mistakes happen. There has been a new gentleman working the drive through for a few months now. Tonight, 3 people including myself drove off from the store. That is poor business!!! I drove up to the intercom to place my order and the employee said "Proceed with your order". I started telling him 1 thing on my order and the vehicle in front of me drove up to the window to pay and they started cutting up. He placed me on hold.
After about 5 minutes of being really pissed... I said "excuse me". He came back on the intercom and told me to go inside and place my order. This time 2 people behind me drove off and now I am pissed so I drove off also - after telling him a few words. I tried to call the location to speak to the manager and no one answered the phone. This is not the first time this happens. He moves 1 car up at a time. I have stayed in the drive through line waiting to place an order up to 18 minutes already. This is supposed to be a FAST FOOD chain... I am very pissed about the service!!! I will not spend another red cent at this location!!!

The Burger King on San Jacinto Ave and Esplanade is truly the best Burger King I have ever eaten at. I do not frequent fast food but when I am working out of my area it is necessary. I have been to this Burger King 3 or 4 times and it is always spotless. The food is hot and is served in record time. The best part is it tastes great also. When I am in this area I make it a point to stop here. It is just that good. I get the 2 tacos, they are crunchy the lettuce is crisp and if I could eat more I would order 2 more. I am diabetic and you must eat but eating here is truly enjoyable. I have been in a lot of Burger Kings and this one is managed so well. So THANK YOU!!!

I received a burned original chicken sandwich and soggy fries, while on my lunch break. I didn't really want the fries so I didn't bother to argue about it. When I made it back to work I started to eat my burger only to find it was burned. I left the fries and burger in the bag and only drank the drink; the only edible thing I got from there. After work, I took the food back and asked for a refund or another sandwich. At least let them correct their mistake. Again, all I really wanted was a chicken sandwich. So I talk to the cashier and she asks for a chicken sandwich to be made over her headset but EVERYONE IS OUTSIDE. (About 3 girls) One girls comes in. I guess she heard her on the headset. I watched her come from outside, go behind the counter, grab a pair of gloves above a sink, and reach inside a bag for a bun. NEVER WASHING HER HANDS.
I then told the cashier to cancel the sandwich. I'd rather have a refund. She told the girl to not make the sandwich I wanted a refund. And then she called for the manager who was in the back. He came from the back and told me I couldn't get a refund. I told him what I saw her do and he says "I still can't give you a refund." I explain I don't want the sandwich after what I just saw. He says there is a sink right beside the gloves as if my eyes didn't see what I had just saw. And I say "I know I just saw her grab the gloves without washing her hands." The cashier then says "well she's right." I say "thank you" because she clearly saw what I saw.
He still won't give me a refund. Just says "I'm handling that." (her not washing her hands). Tells her to wash them and then she starts to make the sandwich. Grabbing a bun from the same bag she had just put her nasty hands in the first time. At this point I'm sick to my stomach and trash the food. Burger King will never see my money again.

There was only one car in front of me in the drive through. It took about 20 minutes for them to give it to me. I'm pretty sure that they spit in the chili cheese dog, because I have thrown up 3 times already, and it didn't taste right. Their workers didn't care, were rude, and very disrespectful. DO NOT EAT AT BURGER KING EVER!!!!

I ordered a 10 pc nugget and a large sweet tea. The nuggets were kind of cold when received. But the sweet tea was amazing and sweet! This was at the Newnan, GA Burger King.

On Saturday 3/12/2016 @ approximately 511 pm I went to the drive thru to the Burger King on Gregory Avenue, in Passaic NJ. I bought 1-cheeseburger kids meal, 4 Bacon Cheeseburger Deluxe, 1 - Jalapeno Chicken Fries & 1 - regular chicken fries. Within the hour my 11 & 9 year old along with my 19 year old became very sick. They ALL had vomiting, diarrhea and fever, weak & dizziness. They literally threw up all Saturday night and Sunday. They were all dehydrated and I had to give them medicine in order to help them feel better.
When I contacted the manager by the name of Sylvia on Sunday morning, she indicated that she has not heard of such thing and she invited me to go back to Burger King and see for myself they have the health certificate up to date and they cook everything with the necessary cooking time as per the Health Department. She indicated that she would take my name & phone number and would have her "Boss" contact me. Which it is now a week later and still no phone call. Not only are they Rude, Unprofessional, Slow as molasses but you get Food Poisoning from that Burger King location. Guaranteed that I will never eat at any Burger King location especially the one in PASSAIC, NJ. I've also informed my friends and Family NOT to eat there unless they would like to suffer Food Poisoning.

I went into my local Burger King and used a flyer coupon for B1G1 free fish sandwich - the order taker told me I didn't need the coupon and then without my realizing proceeded to ring up order with incorrect pricing for the 2 sandwiches. I didn't notice as my charge receipt was attached to bag waiting for order. I then noticed the error and the order taker didn't know how to correct my charge card purchase. A manager came over and after a few minutes corrected the pricing and refunded my first charge and made a new one. I had to ASK for all the receipts so I had proof of everything in case of problems.
By the time I got home food was tepid at best and a call to BK's customer service line got a friendly rep who made a case and told me the area mgr would call me back and she even made note I ought to receive a refund for the cold food since the wait at the store caused this issue. Well from 4/25 till today 3/3 not a phone call in sight from Corporate which I requested as well not from area mgr. This tells me BK couldn't care less about customer satisfaction and ensuring they retain customers as well. I can tell you with all the choices so close by here in Staten Island I will not be using coupons or anything at BK (their coupons are accepted at other vendors for similar items and vice versa). BK seems to simply lose here where they don't even train their workers to understand coupons and offers and do not follow up with every complaint.

I got home & half my order was missing!!! I called & spoke to a manager who didn't apologize & said I needed a receipt to get the rest. I told her there was no receipt in the bag. She said they were training & that was why but still wouldn't give me my food. Rude & unapologetic & worse than incompetent. Go ANYWHERE else than here! This isn't the first time they've screwed up my order but it will be the LAST!

The worst - the 5 for 4 meal is not worth the drive - worst burger and nuggets ever!!! The milkshakes taste like sour buttermilk. Whenever you walk into the restaurant all it smells like is an gas station bathroom!! Yuck!!! I recommend Wendy's or McDonald's.

This location is a complete disaster and unprofessionalism is at an all time high. I ordered two combos online. First, my order was extremely late. The delivery guy needed a pen and had to go back to his car for one. He also did not give me my customer's copy of the receipt. I had absolutely no condiments in the bad. Not to mention my food was cold! I was livid. I called and the manager did not sound like she cared. She said, "I will take care of it with the delivery guy" and hung up in my face. Yes, that's right. Click right in my face. I was like, "Really?" I called back, no one answered 3xs. Then when it was an answer I heard a click in my face. I finally got back on the line with the manager and exploded. The main issue is the customer service and the blatant unprofessionalism and disrespect. Also, my food was not in the delivery package which is probably why it was cold. I really want my money back.

I have been to 2024 E Southern Ave, Mesa, AZ 85204 plenty of times and have always had a hard time. Food never correct and then they catch an attitude when you say something. Some of the workers' hygiene is just terrible and sloppy. There's this one specific person by the name of ** straight up rude. I have known multiple people who have worked at this location and have quit because the managers don't seem to care and I know for sure that there's people there right now who don't have food handler's card and have been using drugs and never had to take a urine test so I stopped going there because that just makes me wonder what am I eating.

I can't stand Burger King anymore because the food is always lukewarm. I like my food nice and hot. I don't like it cold or lukewarm. It is stupid to serve food like that. I have complained to them and they say they see no problem with it. I will not go there again.

In the nature of my business, I travel a lot. And I do mean a lot. So naturally, when I'm craving a flame-broiled burger, I look to Burger King, knowing that the next one can't possibly be as slow as the last one... right? Unfortunately, I was wrong. After stopping to hundreds of BKs over the years, I've had it. Every one of them is either understaffed, dirty or just downright rude. I find this quite ridiculous for a company as a whole to have standard this low. And besides their burgers, their menu is nothing to write home about so they should atleast have quality service. On my last visit (the one that prompted me to write this review), there was only one other person ahead of me and no one in the drive-thru and it still took nearly ten minutes to get my order. When I did receive my food, my nuggets were cold and my fries were undercooked to the point of disgust. I'm done with this chain and I'm pretty sure they won't be in business much longer if they continue this way.

As she was taking my bag with work stuff in it I told her to give me back, she threw it in garbage bucket then told me "don't come back pig".

One of my favorite fast food restaurants is Burger King from 108 Boston St., Lynn, Mass... but unfortunately that has not been the case lately. After leaving my job I go into the restaurant to get something quick which I do maybe 3 times a week to have not the cashier but the assistant manager if not mistaken named ** be completely rude to me. I guess because I ask a simple question, maybe it was hard for her. She was out of line for no reason. I guess it's something that come naturally to her because it's not the first time. This will be like the third time I uncounted this kind of behavior from her. It's sad because I loved the place, been going there for years... guess not anymore.

Have been to 3 different restaurants in the KC area over a 2 month period. Every time they were clearly understaffed. Some food was not available, long waiting time, dirty floors, dirty counter, no straws, no ketchup, etc. Feels like they are going out of business.

On Nov 24th, myself and my son decided to go Burger King (store #12081 Mound Rd, Sterling Heights, MI). Haven't been there in ages due to issues with their staff and rudeness and incorrect orders. We order 2 junior whoppers and 2 fries. We get up to the window and I asked the employee, "can I have ranch "instead" of ketchup''? She said no... and started to state the rules to me about chicken nuggets and so on... A big long speech. I just asked for ranch for goodness sake. She went on to tell me, that she could give me a ranch if I PAID for this condiment. HUH? Burger King is NOW charging US and nickel and diming us for a condiment. Great marketing...not! I was kinda shocked, since no other Fast Food Restaurant charges you for any of their condiments.
I kept saying, that I just want a ranch not ketchup, and she laid into me like it was the law of the land and she was going to get fired for giving me a ranch, but said, "if you want one so bad. it's .25." Really??? For a condiment, they will hand you a handful of ketchup, but one ranch is like asking for them to hand you a gold nugget or something. Some brilliant or not so brilliant person decided this was a good idea, and their ranch must be special. After all this over a small little ranch, we get home and the whoppers are made wrong. To say, I've had it up to here with not only this Burger King, but all of them is putting it lightly. I understand that at times mistakes happen, but at this location, it happens a lot. Hence us avoiding this location for months, and now they want to charge for their "special" ranch. Going to charge us for your "special" ice next? I am so DONE with BURGER KING. Not what it used to be.

I visited the Burger King on North Antioch Rd in Gladstone Mo. 64119 and was shocked to see how the restaurant has gone down hill. I have been out of town for a couple of months and stopped in there the other day and the Jr. Whopper tasted like it had been in the warming tray for several days and the fries were warm. The drinks are so water down it's like drinking carbonated water with a little flavoring. The overall store was dirty and there were tables with empty trays on them that the customers didn't take to the waste deposits. After eating my sandwich I can understand. I love the location to my home but I will drive several miles to go to another Burger King.

Burger King #12856. This is the worse Burger King in Colorado. I sent my grandchild there to get something quick to eat. I am a diabetic and needed some food to bring up my sugar level. I wrote what I wanted and when she got there she went on the inside to place the order. The female that took the order was very rude. When asked for her name she refused to give it. There were only customers in the store at the time and this female was so rude. She kept cutting my grandchild off and she could not finish her order. The number for this cashier is **.
When my child got back home with the food what I had ordered was not there. I asked her what happened and she told me the cashier would not let her finish the order, so I called the store to speak with a manager. I asked why they would not let the customer finish the order and this manager was very, very rude as well. Her name was Retha (so she said). I asked her why her cashier would not let my child order everything that she wanted to order. She was so rude. I asked for her name and corporate's number. She gave me the wrong number and hung up the phone in my face!
Every time we go to this Burger King we are treated as though our money does not spend like the other people. I have complained so many times about the treatment black people get at this store. It has become a great issue with me and other Black customers. I will be filing a discrimination lawsuit as soon as possible. I am tired of the treatment that we receive at this location!! The staff does not speak clear English and they stand in front of the customers talking in Spanish as if some of us don't speak Spanish! NEWS FLASH SOME OF US SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND SPANISH!

I took my children to Burger King and they got hamburger kids meals. I got a whopper jr meal. My whopper was the exact same size bun and burger as my children's!! I went to ask and the lady up front shrugged her shoulder and said "Well it has lettuce so it's a whopper jr." I am completely outraged with Burger King! This is not right! Had a very bad experience dining at the Mansfield Tx location on October 30th. One of the managers was sitting in the dining area conducting personal and store business. It started with a personal call that was very loud and she was using profanity language in Spanish with what I'm assuming was a family member. Then things just escalated when an employee came in to talk to her about paycheck pick up times. And the conversation got extremely heated with voice levels. It seemed like they were shouting at each other.
I will not go into details because obviously we heard to much personal and business information about them and other company employees.This went on for about 30 min. When she got done with that employee others came along and yes the level was still to high because we could still hear them talking about other employees performance during shift. She sat at the first table next to the main entrance to conduct business. We are regular customers that will not go back. On Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2015 my husband brought two cheeseburgers and a ten piece nugget. I met him at the house for my ten piece. I ate it I didn't eat all day, after I ate it within 30-45 mins. I started getting dizzy, feeling light headed and weird. A few minutes later my stomach, my head started aching. This lasted from Oct. 27, 2015 around 5:15 until Oct. 29, 2015. I have been in the bed. Once I was feel a little better, on Oct. 28, 2015 I stop by Burger King and let them know what happened. They said sorry and laugh in my face like something was funny. I am very upset this not the first incident I had with them, I had them to change some nuggets before while I was dining in with my kids. This is the worst exp. I ever had thank god I was off I took all kind of medicine.

The onion rings are ok, but I would like a them bigger and with some Varsity-type batter. That's the only critique I can say. Otherwise, I LOVE BURGER KING!!! I go at least twice a month, especially with the coupons... Keep sending them to me. I LOVE YOU BURGER KING!! But please take my advice. Your menu is the bomb so focus on the onion rings. Thanks.

On Friday 16,15 @ 10:44am I was food poison from Burger King #16371 1250 FM 1092 Missouri City, Tx 77459. That same day I start feeling bad and I went to the ER late that night. I was throwing up and my top stomach cramping and a high fever. Doctor gave me medication.

I have always been a fan of Burger King. Love their product. However, I can't help but be bothered by the fact that the person taking money also handles the food without ever washing hands. It is not only Burger King but many of the fast food providers. I cringed at my last visit last week. The young girl was scratching her head, taking the money, issuing change, handling cards, then turning and filling orders of fries, grabbing burgers, etc. We all know that currency is one of the biggest carriers of contaminates. It is dirty! Is there some way policy can be enforced so that things are a bit more sanitary? Wiping up tables, sweeping, then coming back in behind the counter without washing hands. That is almost disgusting. Can something be done about it?

It seems that tossing around a hot potato is the norm at Burger King in Neosho, Missouri. And it is not to make fries. They then go further and project their feelings of guilt onto their customers instead of admitting their shortfalls and providing a solution. We went to experience the Halloween whopper meal that was so widely advertised. Got to the counter put the order in and payed. Took a quick peek in the bag and there it was 2 whoppers wrapped in halloween wrapping. Went home and set the plates and opened up the food... The black bun was not that was under the wrapper. Instead we were given a regular meal. So we went back to the store and explained to the staff at Burger King that we were given the wrong burgers. Immediately there was an atmosphere, body language changing from a buyer seller stance to one that were defensive moving into offensive. Silence so tangible one can cut it with a takeaway knife.
The hot potato tossing began. No excuses offered just a quite toss of a hot potato. And a very skilled one I might add. It was clear that this was not the first time they had this mess to deal with. So a more senior member I guess, was called to the counter. Instead of a apology and remedial action. The person said that they were out of Halloween buns, to which I responded that I have already been charged and paid for the Halloween meal. Once again instead of an apology, my words were met with resistance stating that there is no price difference between the two burgers. But yet glaringly obvious on a sign above her head, yup you have it...there it was...about a dollar difference per meal.
So let's put this into perspective. A widely advertised product, a wrong burger wrapped in false wrapping and no remedial action instead an argument that is flawed due to the obvious price difference? Come on. How stupid do you think I and or how stupid do you want to project yourself to be... Burger King you and your staff are pathetic. Perhaps you should change your name to burger thiefs and the 7 numb nuts. You guys really suck at delivering on par service. Never again will I stop at any of your shops. This includes any shop in the USA and any one of your shops back home or at any airport. Whether it be at Heathrow or Dubai international airport. And I will spread the word as far and as wide as possible.

My daughter visited the Burger King at 2701 Metropolitan Play in Atlanta Ga on September 24th around lunch time. The service is awful whenever we do go. Someone stole 180.00 dollars out of her purse. She turned around for 2 min and someone that is loitering at this location took money from her. Keep in mind that there's a sign that says no loitering. The same people are loitering in there everyday. Nothing is ever done about it. She asked the person that work there do they have cameras, they said yes but they don't work. There is several signs on the premises saying they have cameras. My daughter works hard for her money and for someone to take it and nothing happen!!! I have never been so angry in my life. Really would like to take action?! Just might!

I had to reordered because my street was blocked for July 4 parade. I was told by lady who took my order that the $21.05 would be put back into my checking account. On October 4, 2015 it will be three months since my money was taken out of my account. I have been told by 3 different ladies that it would be refunded. Went to Burger King on Ross Ave. in Dallas. Advertising 10 nuggets for $1.99 on the billboard. They were out and we spent $6.00 more just so I wouldn't be late for work. If they are out, take it off the billboard to quit squirming. Customers in the door to end up paying more than expected.

I have a four-year boy who really enjoy your meals and treats. I am a Caribbean descent, so I am black and my family does speak many languages. A few weeks ago we went to the Eastover Oxon Hill Maryland location and there was a Spanish woman who was the manager along with a sales associate who was on the register taking orders and several other black employees and Hispanic employees working in their selective areas.
While placing my order with the young lady I hear the manager talking about me in Spanish that I was a ** and I had on a hot sweater and 100 weather and how it was too hot for such a heavy garment in Spanish. With that being said, I let the two young ladies complete their conversation and I said to them in Spanish, "I do understand a little bit of Spanish" and I said to them "That wasn't nice what you said and you should be careful of what they say and who they talk about because they do not know who speaks another language" and I went on a rant and rave and still pay for my meal and left out!!!
I am Totally disgusted and very disappointed about your location and corporation. Since living here in the DC area for the past four years that has been my main location and with my son now started in public school and him have amazing days at school we enjoy going there and getting a couple of treats. But we will not continue going there and talked about and look down upon because they feel like we don't have on something that's not to their liking!!!
First of all, you did not pay for my clothing and the shirt that I had on it was see-through, it was a crocheted sweater and I had on a tank top with some blue jeans. Yes it was a hot day but I was very comfortable what I had on!! I cannot find the receipt and I'm not sure if I used my debit card but the last four digits will be **. I ordered a chicken sandwich today and took it to work. When I was ready to eat the sandwich I found that the chicken was pink inside. I took it back to the restaurant and was told by the manager that the chicken is cooked on a timer and there was nothing he could do but offered to give me back my money. I refused and left. Stanwood employees always look dirty and gross. The uniforms are very stained and wrinkly. Employees don't care about their appearance. Overall look and impression is greasy and not professional. I can't help but think that if they look like filth, then how clean is the restaurant? How safe is the food they are preparing. Do they wash hands? Visual impressions are key. I like Burger King but I will not give my business to this location. No purchase was made.

When we get coupons we visit BK very regular so we went there 3 days in a row on 8-30, 8-31, & 9-1 so I done the 1st survey. Went to do the 2nd one and was told the survey was completed and could do it in another 30 days. Well how is that fair? I didn't spend a lot of money but you should mention on the back of the survey you can only enter every 30 days.

Ordered a Whopper fries and a coke at the Crescent City BK in northern California. I started to eat and as usual used the wrapper on the sandwich to keep my hands clean for the first half of the meal and when I went to open the paper all the way to start on the rest of the whopper there was already a bite taken out of the sandwich. They sold me a USED sandwich. Someone else's reject. When I took it up to the counter to show the manager/high school student in charge she accused me of doing it myself and called me a liar to my face. I have not set foot in any BK since then and NEVER will again, the place should be shut down. I have never been so revolted in regard to a restaurant in my life.

I just got out of work around 8am. I was craving BK and so satisfied with the food! The fries were hot and fresh as the employee who took my food out to me! They forgot my french toast but that's okay, it happens! The drive thru employee added two more! Both employees were very nice! Food taste super fresh and was nicely wrapped!

My two black sons went to eat dinner @ BK that had white workers. That night while I was at a dental appt. they were put out. When I asked why, the manager told me after two hrs they put people out because they were using the wifi... REALLY!!! DISCRIMINATION!!!

I was hired there at the 309 Interstate Highway 37 location in Corpus Christi with the promise of 45 to 50 hours a week. Upon hiring the manager spoke of getting high, I dismissed it. My first day the night manager ** sent me home a half hour early. The second time I worked with her, she sent me home 40 minutes early and jacked my till for $20. But on Saturday just past, this one takes the cake: **, the morning manager tried to deny me the right to use the restroom after being on my feet for 4.5 hours.
At 5 hours of inconsistent communication, being that I was scheduled for 9 hours, I asked for a break. Upon asking for a break, I was told to go home cause they were slow. I told them I didn't think so, and I was accused by the 19 year old ** of being smart, to which I did reply that I'm a very smart woman. She accused me of being disrespectful, and I left, replacing the job that night. However, they do have a pregnant employee among others whom they try to refuse all their scheduled hours and toilet breaks too. They are dishonest with customers and a business owner was reported to have recorded **'s lewdly unprofessional behavior on his cellular device last night.

The employees were just standing around laughing, joking, having a good old time. No excuse for such laziness.
We saw the employees scratching their faces, picking the bumps on their faces, scratching their heads and then using their BARE hands to prepare & handle the food. One lady scratched her face and then picked up a handful of french fries and put them in the fry container with her BARE FINGERS and gave it to the drive-thru!?!? BARF!!! They are NOT wearing GLOVES while handling food?!!? Their hair was hanging out all over and touching their shoulders and NOT IN A HAIRNET?! I'm sure they washed their hands and cleaned thoroughly under their nails after using the bathroom, too--yeahhh right! How is this place not shut down by the health department?? Unless they're paying off the HD, their health rating must be a 2.
This was the most horribly rude, racist and disgusting service we've ever had. The manager gave us rude and mean and awful stares and glances the entire time we tried to eat until, finally we were so grossed out, we left. I didn't eat another bite after seeing them handling the food sans gloves. I said thank you as I took my food, the manager turned her back and said nothing back! How rude and unacceptable.
The food was terrible. How do you mess up a burger? They put a chunk of the white part of the lettuce in the middle of the burger. The part that should have been thrown out. The onion was just a stack of not even separated onions on one side of the burger. It was not even made correctly. The fries were overcooked and brown.
I know this wasn't Chik-fil-A, but good grief, how hard is it to find good workers to not screw up serving a burger and keep the place where people are paying you to eat clean? The owner needs to revise this place if he doesn't want it to go out of business. Clean out that horribly rude and lazy manager and get a new staff. And above all--MAKE THEM WEAR GLOVES & HAIRNETS around FOOD!! We love BK, but sadly, this place will never get a dime of our $$ again. We will go where our $$ is appreciated and the food handling won't potentially make us sick.

I stopped on my way to work on 3 different mornings to buy a sausage egg and cheese biscuit meal. These 3 stops were over a 2 week period and was told that "We don't have any biscuits. Would you like it on a croissant?" I said no and got something else. The last stop I made was my last. I suspect when the Great Biscuit shortage is over and the dust settles here in Ohio maybe I might start stopping at BK again. But ya know what? I found out that McDonald's isn't aware there is a Great Biscuit Shortage in Ohio. They have plenty. So as long as I live, my family and I will never stop at a BK again. I complained on their website and it's been a few months now and no reply yet. As a corporation they could care less.

Okay so I go to BK around 9:30ish or so. I pull up to the drive thru, order a #13 with a medium coke, 2 10pc nuggets, employee reads back order and only mentions the #13. I pull up to the window. She says my total is $5.89 and ask her to add the 2 10pc nuggets *which are like $1.49*. Okay so she does, takes my card, gives me the drink, and tells me to pull up - she'll bring my order right out. I do as told and brings food right out. BUT she doesn't give me a receipt.
Later that night I check into my online account and as that I'm being charged almost $15 dollars for which was suppose to be around $8 something according to my calculations. So how in hell am I being charged twice as much?!? I am definitely going into BK and the manager will be hearing from me! I know it's just $7 difference or so, but that is money that I've earned my damn self, just for them to feel like charging me nothing and taking it. Oh did I mention the whole staff is lazy there and the girl who rang me up had an attitude?! The place was so nasty. Please don't go to BK in Ridgeland on Lake Harbour.

I went with my family to the Malden, MA location at around 7:15 Sunday 8/16 (we visit this location semi-frequently and have never had any issues). After looking over the menu to decide on what to get we go up and start to order 2 10pc nuggets that are still marked at $1.49. The cashier tells us "They aren't 1.49 anymore, is that ok? Do you still want them?" "Well yeah we still want them but at the advertised price." The cashier goes to get the manager/supervisor who comes to tell us that the offer is over and that it just hasn't updated on their menu signage. Ok, well that means absolutely nothing to me and is not my problem at all! We should still get it for the price that we are still seeing it advertised for, we tell him.
The manager/supervisor starts to get irritated as we insist that as a customer I come in and see the price as it is marked, I expect to get charged what I see. He starts telling me he can't override it or put it through for us because it would throw off his inventory #s and nothing could be done. At this point I am beyond irritated that I'm being lied to and I let him know he is not handling the situation properly. I told him I would be contacting corporate and I proceeded to take a photo of the menu to have as proof. I turn around to leave with my family (my little one's now upset as I explain to her we are going elsewhere to eat and she can't have her nuggets) and he starts to mumble to another employee about me. I ask what he's saying and he threatens to call the cops on me and tells me to leave his store. For what?!?! I just couldn't believe he let this even get to this point over something so easy to fix like a price adjustment.
I leave at this point because it's pointless to argue with someone who has no idea how to manage a business. We left without a purchase and were watched the whole way to our car through the drive-thru window. Needless to say I'm completely done with BK after this experience. I will be contacting their corporate office to file a complaint about the manager/supervisor as well as the BBB first thing in the morning.

5823 Caster Ave. They only had two people in the place doing orders on a Saturday. Ok so I ordered 4 ultimate breakfasts order 173, so I get home and there's no meat in the breakfasts - just pancakes and a biscuit and some strange looking eggs. I was pissed. No butter, no syrup, no nothing. My family was angry at me for not checking them, I shouldn't have to.

Burger King Redwood City California, store manager Bernice. I come in on a daily basis to purchase off the value menu or either to see if I can get water and ice, did I mention I am also homeless? I never loiter or use the restroom other than what it is for. I do not steal soda nor have I ever been disruptive or disrespectful. Days when I come there the employees including the manager talk about me making comments about my living situation and cracking jokes in Spanish. I am African American but I am also fluent in Spanish so they have no idea I understood them.
Anyway this particular morning came in to buy a soda, Bernice tells me she is refusing me service because apparently a friend of mine came in and threw ice at her. What that had to do with me is a mystery cause I was not there nor did I have knowledge of the incident. So she says she saw me talking to him, still that has what to do with refusing me service? The police were called and while Bernice was talking on the phone I was providing my legal name so she could relay it to dispatch but she totally ignored me and made a point to emphasis to them that "oh she's a homeless person" and she also told me to take my money somewhere else cause they do not want it.
But the part that gets me pissed is since I can not go there I have a 9 yr old who can, so my daughter went in to buy a smoothie. First she paid for a medium and they gave her a small. Then as kids do on her way out she tripped, dropping it. So I told her go in and tell them what happen and maybe they will give you another, if not just pay for another one. Well my baby comes back out in tears because Alba told her "oh the blender is broken", all this within 15 minutes. So I sent someone in to buy something requiring the use of a blender and viola!! They emerge with a blender made item??? I called and made a complaint 2 weeks ago with them telling me they would contact me regarding the resolution to this issue and still as of today nothing.

I lived in Flagler Beach, Florida. We have one Burger King, I know why now! It was Sunday 8-10-2015. I wanted a Whopper ok. I drive 8 miles one way get to the restaurant to find 2 workers on duty not responding to the drive thru window/speaker. Ok. I finally get a young girl. I ask her if there were any special's. She said "Yes if you had your coupon..." as I read the large sign in window two for 5.00 deal anyway. I ordered 2 Whoppers the same. God knows I didn't need the first one but long story short they screwed both Whoppers up. I was in the drive thru, could not see what she gave me, then I ask for a pack of salt. She said "We are out of salt..." "Really?" I said. So I parked and walked in to use a table shaker. Well wrong answer not one in sight. Wow.
By then I was in shock the place was so NASTY, NASTY OMG! I can not believe my eyes. GROSS. I cant find the words to say how bad it was but SNAP UGLY NASTY... Then I called the manager Suzanne **. Her mail box was full. Hmmm imagine that. I left her two voice mail's. Told her to cut the burger light off and go out of business, you would think she would return my call but NO! With any luck the big King fired her and I am not talking Trump but long story short no more Burger King EVER for me! Please people if you must go to Burger King DONT GO TO THE FLAGLER BEACH LOCATION!

I visited the Burger King located on Collins Road in Cedar Rapids to get breakfast. The counters were greasy and dirty as well as the condiments area. The drink station machines had not been wiped down and neither was the rest of the ordering area of the restaurant. The screens had fingerprints all over them and looked like they were ignored for a long time. I will not be returning to that restaurant again.

Ordered the nuggets for me and my granddaughter. Got em, took a bite, they were not warm. Took a look at them and found that they were processed chicken. I see how they are sold so cheap, tasted like cardboard. I can get that kind of crap in any frozen food section and take home and microwave. Burger king was probably my favorite place to eat until this episode. Burger King, please take a look into this and don't ruin your reputation. If you sell something in the restaurant try it first before selling it. Processed chicken come on. Put real chicken in it please. I shall still go back because like the burgers. I have tried multiple times to complete the survey using my latest receipt. Every time I try the messages beginning with "sorry" appears and I can't complete the survey. I called your customer service #. The person I talked to said "it worked ok for her, so I must have a problem with my computer." Does that sound like good customer service to you? Not me. I doubt that I will attempt to do the survey anymore or patronize my local B.K. I have other places to spend my money.

I ate one of the BBQ pulled pork sandwiches last night and I was in the bathroom with diarrhea 4 hours later. Worst sandwich ever made by Burger King. If you don't want to be sick don't ever get this sandwich. Burger King should be ashamed of themselves for making this nasty sandwich.

I was at the Monument Rd Station in Jacksonville FL. The girl in front of me was at the speaker for more than three min waiting for someone to take her order. Same with me. I pulled around, there was only two cars in front of me. I spent a total of 19 min to get my food. When I got to the window she was really rude. No apology nothing. When I got home my food was not only cold my bun was completely hard in the middle and it wasn't even what I ordered. On top of that she gave me the wrong drink. I worked for Burger King before and I never had anyone wait as long as I did. I usually don't eat out and now I know why.

I had stopped at the local Burger King in Windsor, Va. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and fries. I received my order and left out. I was meeting someone nearby so I pulled over to wait for them to arrive. So I pulled my sandwich out of the bag and it felt very light. So as I opened the sandwich up, it was only lettuce and mayo and no chicken. I called back to Burger King and asked to speak with the manager on duty to let them know the mistake that had been made. The reply was "oh you came while we were in a rush and you'll be ok". So I replied "excuse me" and the manager on duty was like "bye Felicia", and hung up. Very immature and unprofessional. And to this day, if I go in the store, that same manager sees me coming and rolls her eyes and stays in the back until I leave.
I don't know about you but if that was my place of business, she would not be working there. There are numerous complaints against this lady but yet she still has a job. This same manager also snatched money from my father one time and threw his change back at him which caused him to spend a few days in the hospital because it bothered him so bad. That was just unacceptable behavior. So if you're ever in Windsor Va. and you go to this particular restaurant please be aware of the manager Holly. She is very rude and disrespectful especially to the elderly.

I was in a great mood, really happy, ordered a burger and waited. There were people at the tables, but there was only two of us around the counter area. Some time later a girl walks to the other end of the counter and shouts '52', then says it again. I said, 'I don't have a number and I'm waiting, what's in it?'... and yes it's mine, great. Then she looks straight at me and drops the bag where she stood, walks right past me and into the kitchen. I was so upset... never again.

I recently visited the Burger King in Tarrant Alabama and it's one of the worst. The manager is the main culprit. As long as they get the combo number right they don't care. They don't put onions on the sandwiches, I assume to save prep time cutting them. It's all play time and no work at this location. STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY. I also didn't receive a receipt and that pretty much sums up how she is trying to get over on the franchise and patrons.

I was in a Burger King in Pa and ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches. I saw a sign in the window. They were 2 for $5. I had a coupon for buy 1 get 1 free. The girl rang me up and charged me 4.39 plus tax. She said that the price in the window was only if you don't have a coupon. I never heard anything so ridiculous but the manager said she didn't want to argue so she charged me 2.65 but telling me I was wrong. I don't have a receipt because the manager crumbled it up. Who was right?

Tonight, I witnessed the person I assumed was the manager deny the girl on drive thru a break, even though they didn't seem busy (and the girl said she'd come in at 2 - and this was after 8 pm). Another employee told her to quit complaining and called her the B-Word. The restaurant itself is dirty, the food mediocre. The counter employee acted as if she didn't want to be there, couldn't have cared less about helping me. I know customer service is bad at most places these days and I usually don't bother to complain. But I was appalled by the way they treated their own employees. It was disgusting and I was shocked the young woman stayed at her post. She's to be commended!!

I had been to Burger King, Churchgate on 27th June evening. I placed an order for a veg extra long Mexican and a veg whopper. After eating 2 bites of the extra long Mexican, I realized that it was non veg. The manager apologized for that but it really doesn't change the fact that I being a pure vegetarian had to eat non veg. This was my first visit and had a really bad experience. I will definitely take some action against this.

On June 25, 2015 around 5:00 pm, I went to the Burger King on Brace road In Cherry Hill. I parked, saw the inside was empty so I decided to use the drive-thru which was empty as well. I ordered 10 cheese burgers, 2 large fries, 1 onion ring, and 2 mozzarella sticks. When I pulled up to pay, I heard the cook say, "Tell her to pull the ** around to the front and park, who in the ** orders all this through the drive-through"? As I left the window he continued to vent. I went to the front, parked and went inside. The cashier said "can I help you?" I said "I ordered my food, I was told to park my ** car, so I did and not to inconvenience the cook any further I decided I'd come inside." He just kept peeking out. I guess waiting to see if I said anything else because his manager was not present during this time, she was on a smoke break and walked back in with me.
The cashier whispered an apology but I already had in my mind that I was going to contact someone. I went through the drive-thru because I had my newborn with me but I should not need a reason to go through drive-thru. I did not feel my order was ridiculous. I am a frequent customer to this specific restaurant because my son is in a karate class and I go to Body Physics located down the street. We usually eat there at least 3x a month but after this incident I will not be returning. It is really a shame how the actions of one can destroy and tarnish such a terrific team. The other staff members are always friendly and polite and make it a pleasure to dine there. This situation really saddens me. Unfortunately I completely done with this restaurant.

Young woman who took and served my family's food used the public restroom and neglected to wash her hands when she completed her business. I was in the restroom and witnessed the entire transaction. There is absolutely no excuse for this behavior. I was mortified!

My pregnant girlfriend does front counter for the Burger King at Sapps. Came home crying cause she has to work at a different location this week. When she asked ** the GM to cut some of her hours down and ** did. She was told by her doctor to take it easy at work. She has high blood pressure. This is the 3rd time she has to go to different store. She seems to get picked on a lot by **. Works early hours on weekends, hardly ever gets a break, and always works weekend. My girlfriend has no idea I'm writing this.

2009 I was burned by coffee at a Burger King drive thru... The police were called. I was transported to Bayview hospital in Baltimore MD. Two days later a farmers' rep. contacted me and explained... "WE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOUR MEDICAL AND WAGE LOSSES... A LAWYER ISN'T NECESSARY... PICTURES WERE TAKEN AND I TRUSTED THAT. (The BLACK WOMAN)" I'm black. Would do as they said. After a week I called and asked about my bills and wages.. All of a sudden they told me my scar would go away and I'd behave to sue them for hospital bill!!! THIS COMPANY PUTS ON A GOOD FACE BUT IN THE END THEY'RE JUST SHARKS!!! It's 2015. And I'm scarred and unable to wear shorts swim or show my leg in public... Beware. They're a bunch of petty thieves...

I asked for a 2 sandwich for $5. They took my order but failed to tell me that it comes with no drinks and no fries. By the time you pay for the drink and fries the price is no longer $5 plus tax.
