Burger King is still very affordable in today's time and the app has many different deals. When I order from this location they are always kind and courteous. Staff can either make or break a place honestly. At least at the ones near me they seem to be pretty decent. It's not perfect and experiences can really differ depending on the location. Find a location that is a good one if it isn't up to your liking. You will know the difference for sure. I've been to some really terrible ones but also ones that are really nice. If you're looking for an affordable meal then Burger King will always be a go to place for sure.

My sister and I tried to eat at the West Sacramento, Ca location. The fish sandwiches were salty we could not eat them. It was like someone was playing a prank. I took the sandwiches up to the manager and she was not concerned and walked away. I tossed the sandwiches and contacted Burger King customer service about the problem. They never responded despite promises.

I came in today and was greatly greeted by the employee. My food was great, not cold just perfect. And they were all nice, made my day a lot better! I have been through before and have had the same experiences as this one and did not have the time write a review but if I had to say it was 10/10 for me.

Burger King at 101 Plaza, Saint Clairsville, Ohio. I arrived at the drive through at 7:13 am, I set there for about a minute and half and no one come on to the speaker to say anything. I then cleared my throat and a women come on the speaker and said: "I will be with you as soon as I can" (her tone was very aggressive). Then I am waiting another three minutes: I said to the speaker, "you are getting a line of cars out here". The women come on the speaker and said: "I am waiting on the front counter and the window too, so as soon as I get done, I will be with you" (she spoke very loud and aggressive). After another two minutes she come on to the speaker to take my order. (Still aggressive) I come to the window, waiting for the lady to come to the window.

Last Monday went to drive thru. Nobody on speaker. Pulled up to window, it was closed and lights were out. Sitting outside the drive thru were a stack 10 high of buns that were just left out in rain. Are you kidding me? A Burger King closed on Sundays and Mondays. Does anybody in management know this ** is happening? Windows are so filthy you can't see inside where tables are. 1500 West Chester Pike, West Chester, PA.

It’s ridiculous that at 6:30 pm the restaurant is closed at two different locations. I tried to eat there and they were closed. When are the restaurants going to be open. We should be able to eat at the restaurant.

I had bad experiences with Burger King. 1. I wanted to cancel my order and buy from other branches, but they didn’t accept nor refund my cancelation! 2. Then, I ordered another one but they oddly didn’t add the add-ins I ordered and paid for!! It was like they could not care less!!!!

I went to the Burger King on 4 season Blvd thru the drive thru to get something for my husband to eat. They had a sign saying we aren't taking cards only cash. So the guy on the speaker said that. I said I know I see the sign I can read. The girl step in and said You don't have to be rude. I just drove off. Half the time they don't get your orders right anyways.

This is the worst sandwich I have ever eaten in my life being a vegan. It really derails people from understanding the importance of going plant-based. It was stale low vibrational and old tasting. It tasted as if the burger was cooked on the regular grill with meat… No taste and stale… Very stale!

I on my day off I decided to drive my teenage daughter to school & buy her breakfast. As I pulled up to window my daughter decided she needed a drink. So the employee yells back to other employee, "They added on a drink." So she tells me my total. So as I’m trying to count my change she handing me my food which slows the proces. The the employee in backs says, "Hurry up. Push her on through.." Like lady chill. Me supporting this store is the reason you have a job. I could have bought the same food & cooked her a meal at home then took her to school.. Don’t be rude for no reason when on an average Day we are waiting at the speaker for someone to take our order and getting parked waiting for our food. Which is a trick making you look like you have fast service.

The Burger King near my house is on Mound Road in Warren MI. The food is always cold. I recently bought a Whopper Meal, and the meat did not even show around the bun. It was also totally flat, and the onion strips were bitter and tough! It took me 3 minutes to drive home and the meat was not even warm. The fries were cold. Also, when I have purchased a whopper jr., they are way smaller also. All I can say is that Burger King does not even try anymore. They serve rip-off food you don't even want to eat. I am grateful for the opportunity to share my experience, thank you.

$10 stolen from me and then my account was closed... I can't make a purchase with my gift card or save it at bk.com.. So I think we should settle up as I am owed $35.00.. The card shows a code "System 2420" merge I believe.. This code showed up at bk.com and showed $10 available to spend at my local Burger King... The $10 was taken off my card without a purchase and put on my bk.com account on March 25th.. Why? Then on April 14th my my account disappeared with the $10 and all my points.. I signed up again and put $25 on my card but I'm not allowed to make a purchase with it. My card number is **.. Customer service has been a nightmare and feels like Burger King is working with a criminal organization.. Refund the the $35 back to my credit card.. Thank you.

Pathetic experience, not able to deliver on a Thursday, unbelievable, I don't know why they even want to be associated with delivery partners when they can't even do it, it is such a bad taste when you want something and for an hour they just say that they are not having any delivery partners available.

I went to Burger King to get some food since I was extremely hungry and starving. As I walked in, the staff started to curse and insult me, uttering insults such as "Loser", "Weirdo", and "Go die". This was making fun on my orientation and insulting the LGTBQ2+ community. I went to get a Whopper and all they did was threw it at my face and still charged me. Do not go here if you are involved in LGTBQ+, you will get bullied.

I bought $25.00 Burger King gift card for my son at Food Basic store on 21st March, 2021. When he tried to redeem it did not go through. He also tried at different Burger King but same result. Then he called the customer service numerous times, they promised to send a new card that never arrived. I called the customer service today and was told to write down about it. It is very disappointing after so many months wait Burger King could not resolve a $25.00 matter. My card number is: **.

Great service. Friendly staff. Fast really have changed over the past months. The food is fresh and hot. They act like they’re glad that you are there. And they worked well together. Happy to see that Burger King us improving.

The buns are dry, the lettuce flat tasteless, tomatoes flavorless, the burger was worse than a cheap frozen Patty from your local supermarket. I wouldn't recommend it to serve your dog cause your dog may puke!. Burger King being one of the most expensive fast food a pathetic excuse to what we once knew as Burger King!.

I had ordered chicken burger for my hubby and after consuming it within half an hour he vomited. And vomiting was that severe that bile juices from his pancreas came out as yellow fluid. I was panicked and immediately admitted him to Venkateshwar hospital the same day. Where food poisoning was diagnosed by senior doctors. About 49 test conducted and 1 lac lump sum I spent on his treatment. I am going to file a case against Burger King if they don't pay back my money that I spent on his treatment. And I highly recommend if you want your loved ones to not to suffer like this then pls... Don't ever and ever order from them. I have his medical documents proving the same.

This Burger King is absolutely HORRIBLE! Dry buns, cold food, and zero veggies. No reason we should be paying $28.00 for two whoppers and one large fry and one onion ring when the quality is so terrible. Shut them all down! It’s a rip off and I will never go back.

For many years, though I just love their whoppers, they will double or triple your tax on their sandwiches and somehow get away with stealing from you and it always shows of course on their receipts, but they don't care. It's plain wrong and thievery to charge way more extra tax than is normally in this area and I have always saved those receipts to show where they charge way over the correct amount on their food! Still love Burger King but dislike GREATLY their dishonesty!!

Burger King recently do not have the two for 6 dollar Whoppers which was the only reason I went there considering they take forever to take your order and forever to give you your food, and are currently charging 5 dollars for 1 whopper. Not good for sales considering the customer service sucks., they need to bring back the two whoppers for 6 dollars or they will have nothing for sales. The only good thing they have for food is the whopper, they need better customer service or lower prices.

If a zero star was possible, that's what this burger would get. The big king is BKs alleged answer to the Big Mac (sans middle bun). All we can say is BWAHAHAHA. The big king would be aptly named if it was called the Big Mojave..... it's a dry, dusty pathetic offering with tiny patties and looks nothing like what is shown in any and all advertisements of this sad burger. If there is a Mickey Ds anywhere within a tank of gas from BK.... drive like the wind in that direction and forget even trying this dust burger.

The employees were very polite and friendly. My food was fresh and it came out quick. My burger had just the right amount of mayo. The sandwich was neat and wrapped to perfection. After I got my food I moved out of drive through. But I had to come back around because I forgot something. Drive through moved very fast and the young man at the window greeted me as if this was my first time. I will be visiting this store again. Thank you King. ☺️

Have sent the below complaint to the Burger King support online but receive no replies. So post it here: On 1/31, 7:16PM EST, I placed a mobile order at Burger King restaurant located at 52 Middlesex Turnpike, Burlington, MA 01803, with two spicy ch'king deluxe sandwiches and a cup of coffee, for refreshment on my night drive to New Jersey. The order no. was ** and was picked up in the restaurant at around 7:29PM. However when I drank coffee on my way a piece of salty thing slipped into my mouth. I spit it out and sticked it on the coffee cup. After I pull over in a service area I found that the gross thing is a big piece of booger. (photo was taken)

*LONG POST*** First things first, this experience was horrible, and I wish I could give it zero stars, but because I cannot do that, I'll give it 1 star because the food was at least edible. I got the #10, original chicken sandwich meal which was around $7 and with tax totaled to around $8.88. My parents had a second order and I made sure to tell her so. She heard me as the ordering board showed there was another separate order. Before I reached the window, I counted my money around 3x to make sure it was right because I had a lot of change. I had $6 in dollars, $2 in quarters and the remaining total was in quarters, nickels, etc. I reached the window and the girl told me my total was $17 and I told her that was wrong and what I ordered. Seeing as she already told me the wrong price, something was wrong.

I realize that in any franchise operation there will be good outlets and bad outlets, but the Burger King in Windsor, NC is SO BAD that it warrants a complaint, not only to the Burger King corporate offices, but to the Bertie County health department as well. As Burger king and Bojangles are the only fast-food restaurants in this area, we have often stopped for a quick breakfast sandwich on our way out of town. There has ALWAYS been a problem with the meal. Either we get the wrong items, milk or other beverages are not available, the sandwiches look like they’ve been sat on, or the coffee is ice cold. And you have to figure that once is a mistake, twice is incompetence, but six times out of six is policy.

I also order chicken nuggets and they had a weird salty substance on them.

Worst service. I ordered family bundle offer for Aed 88. It consists of 2 flame grilled burgers, 2 chicken royales, 2 jr whoppers, one twin burger set and 8 beverages. There was no cheese in flame grilled burger even though it clearly mentioned that there should be cheese in both the grilled flame burger which tasted just like whopper and there was nothing unique about it. The lettuce was wilted and black, I don’t even know how old this lettuce was. Worst and cheap quality. Despite asking the cashier for Mayo which she said is in the packet already there was none and she lied. In fact in a family pack there were no straws given, not even a single Mayo, 4 tissue papers and 3 ketchup. That’s it. This show the quality of your service and how cheap you guys are becoming. You guys are acting as if you are doing us a favor and giving it for free and we are not paying our hard earned money for this. So disappointed and disgusted

Weeks before Christmas I saw a commercial of Burger King’s Italian chicken sandwich is back. That day I went to BK by my work and the guy said that the sandwich has been taken off the menu. They are no longer selling it. It was a bummer but I went ahead and got something else and went on my way. On Christmas Day there was a BK commercial stating the Italian chicken was brought back by popular demand. The next day I went to the BK by my house and they said they no longer have that sandwich. I was confused but the commercial was a new one.

Order our food to be delivered, when we received it, it was incomplete, didn't have my daughter's meal that is sick with covid. Called Burger King, no answer, so my son decided to drive to burger King and get his sister's food. He was told very rudely that they put it in the bag and that they were not making another sandwich. We paid for delivery, we tipped the driver and on top of that we drove there to be treated rude and ended with a hungry and sick teenager.

Placed an order online at 10:15 for $40 worth of breakfast items. Get to the store at 10:30 and they tell me my order is all set at the speaker. I drive around only to be told that they couldn't be bothered to make anything I ordered and that now breakfast is over so they can't be bothered now either. The old bag at the window had a major attitude, apparently pissed off that she had to work on Christmas Eve morning. I guess her poor life choices are my problem on top of my family not getting breakfast this morning. The employees then refused to provide the management or owner's information, knowing that I was contacting them to inform them about how their employees should not be allowed to work anywhere with their apathetic and pissy attitudes.

Went to support the the celebration of 64 anniversary. Papa is 66 plus 3 kids including myself. W Euless Blvd, Euless, TX 76040. A man and woman in the drive-through speaker box stated all of us has to have an app to receive a free burger. There wasn't app 64 yrs ago for my papa, and for kids, they're just kids, they don't have cell phones. If you're celebrating 64 anniversary we should purchase it like we did 64 years ago with cash. It's a celebration not a new burger. I've been eating from Burger King since whoppers was .99. Shame on you.

Drive thru. 7:30pm. Spent $45. Man was very rude! Order was wrong when I got it home. Suppose to a Whopper, it was double. The buns were so dry, stale and expired - they were literally falling apart on all sandwiches ordered. Fries were cold and disgusting. Worst food we ever ordered.

Their off brand McChicken is about five fing dollars and it taste like a Himalayan salt rock that was dipped in the Pacific Ocean and wrapped in a come sock. And there was like three pieces of four day old lettuce. The people there suck too. Don’t go. Go to McDonald’s. It’s cheaper.

Three locations, three different occasions, and one thing in common! The food is never ready for delivery when I arrive, at least 1 item is either discontinued or just out in general. I mean come on! You’re a 24 hour food joint!

I just went to the Burger King in Brigham City and have not been for a while! Excellent service and very friendly from the gal (Chantelle) that gave me my excellent Whopper!!! I will be back for sure!!

I recently stopped in at the Burger King drive through on the Hunt Club Road in Ottawa. The young lad working at the window was grubby, not at all interested in getting our order. The card reader was filthy and the screen barely be seen through. I have been to many other Burger King outlets and this was by far the dirtiest, with the worst service.

Almost everything I asked for they didn't have. No iced tea. Evidently they didn't have any chocolate for the chocolate shake because I got vanilla shake but he told me it was chocolate. When they first handed me the shake it was actually vanilla milk. He took it back. I told him I wanted chocolate the second time and he when he handed to me it was a frozen vanilla milk. I don't know what to do with it. I got onion rings instead of french fries but they had to have been sitting there for a long time because they were cold. That hamburger was cold. It wasn't very good bad experience at Burger King again. I Won't Go Back.. Oh and they didn't even give me a receipt so I'm not sure what they charge me was right.

The make us wait over five minutes in the line of the drive-through so they can get the time down. Very disappointed. This is every time we go there but not only me. Everyone in the line will get hold and it's not even fair. We need our food and go that why is call drive thru and fast food.

The Garlic Bacon King was absolutely terrible. Gave me and my husband the worst stomach issues ever. 24 hours later and we are still suffering from this burger. The staff at the window recommended this burger and it was absolutely disgusting.

Second bite of my bacon cheese burger I pulled a 6" hair out of the burger. The good thing...had not eaten much of the burger! The bad thing...lost my appetite and threw all my food away! Won't be going back and will make sure all my friends know of the poor food handling at this location.

Burger King at 7923 White Bluff Rd in Savannah, GA. I had the worst experience from a manager who the crew member said name was “**”. While waiting patiently in line for my order to be taken with a high level of understanding that they are short on staff, I continued to wait. Customers in front of me order was taken and the crew member walked away afterwards. To tend to drive thru, very understandable. She was doing an amazing job bagging, taking orders, taking money on both drive thru and front counter. The manager was only bagging from time to time but the crew member picked up the slack. However, as I continued to wait - with my mask on btw -, the manager rolls her eyes and comes over. I ignored her approached and said “can I have a-...” She interrupts me and says “if you’re in a rush it’s going to be a minute” (please be mindful that I had already waited 15 minutes so if I were in a rush I would have already left).

I had heard the hoopla about the new chick sandwich and I had already tried Popeyes last week and was very pleased. Not so much with BK unfortunately. It was just ok. It wasn't seasoned to me. I love chicken breast my favorite part of the chicken but this sandwich when compared to popeyes they won in my opinion.

Bought 2 new spicy chicken sandwiches. Bun, chicken, and paper full of grease. That means grease was not hot enough when dropped in. How gross. Wouldn't even feed it to the dog. Not 1 part was Christy. Put them in the Garbage. 10 wasted dollars to the ** family.

Burger King is around for one reason and one reason only.. to make the poor man feel like he's rich and evade the embarrassment of having to tell his wife, kids and mistress, girlfriend he can't afford the extra 3 dollars on those fresh hot nuggets and fries across the street! I live in a desert community where choice is as limited since roe vs wade that said a Ice cold slushy from BK would cool the fires of a bad review Nah..The slushy machine at most burgerkings is always down 3 out of every 4 visits ,, save your money and your stomach kiddo. I filed a legitimate complaint on an employee. The manager of Burger King called my phone number I gave during the filing of the legit complaint. I used a false name because I knew it would happen... YES... The manager called my phone number in front of the employee plus gave my phone number to the employee. So if you file a complaint... even though I'm not scared. There's a good chance Burger King will give your phone number to the employee who's about to be fired.

Yes you get a burger for a $1 but with one small little piece of bacon it should not be called a bacon king. Your commercial shows several pieces of bacon on the bacon king single for a dollar but when you actually buy one it is an inch and a half piece of bacon on this burger. You should change the name bacon king to burger with a hint of bacon.

This review is for the Burger King in Fort Wayne, IN on the corner of Bluffton and Brooklyn. Rarely do I buy fast food, not even once a month, but I did today and am reminded why I don't. Fast food joints are contemptuous of their customers. More and more fast food places around here don't even have the excuse of teenage employees as their stores are being worked by adults, often the very old but not yet infirm, but really of any age. Today I stopped by Burger King, and I wonder where the King went.

2-3 days a week, they are not open for breakfast. Excuses range from being the only one there, don't have anything ready, out of breakfast items, standing outside by the back door when they should be opening and making sure everything is ready to go. Pretty bad when there are four employees on duty and they can't get it together. This is the Lincolnway store in Cheyenne Wyoming.

I wanted to experience this for myself because of the commercials. First of all the meat is way too big. Although it is moist it didn’t look like the one on TV. It wasn’t really crispy. I didn’t find it in no way close to the Whopper. It’s not better than the competitors maybe Chik-Fil-A but like in the commercials the king should not be losing sleep over this. I personally will not order another one.

Why why why! Burger King on Campbell Lane in Bowling Green KY! Is the mostly down right unprofessional place EVER! Around 9:45pm me and my daughter went, we only order chicken fries! Waited in the order station for 10 mins! Sad thing is nobody else was there!!!! And the young lady at window was so rude, so horrible. I tried keep my window up to keep my daughter from hearing her language as she was talking to another co-worker! Once she give me my food, “here” no thank you, no come back! I asked for a receipt and she slammed the window! I’m confused on why this is still being managed like this! Unbelievable.

I was the ONLY ONE IN FREMONT MI DRIVE THRU...they said there would be a wait on my food and to pull forward...I said I would if someone came up behind me...they said to pull forward or they would call the police. I got my money back...DON'T GO TO FREMONT MI BK!

First, I would've just gone to the BK site to rate experience. However, one of the workers carefully placed the sticky seal over the store number to block it. I think the next statement says why. The food was stale. The cook obviously just took stuff off an old burger. No flavor, the bit of mayo had dried on bun, the jalapeño pepper was the size of a small quarter in one spot, and limp lettuce. Luckily I had mayo and pickles at the house just so it wouldn't be so dry. The reason for the 1+ star was the worker at the window. They were polite, efficient, and made you feel welcome. That said, I think I'll head elsewhere for my next burger.

Completely charred chicken sandwich and bun. So dissatisfied, couldn't even eat it. This used to be my favorite sandwich. Never again. Purchased at Hiawatha Burger King in Minneapolis mn. Have pic to show.

I talked to the manager & she said it's not her responsibility. She then hung up on me. She was very rude & unprofessional. She didn't do anything to make it right. She said Door Dash is responsible for the order being messed up.

I’ll make yet another complaint to headquarters. FYI, my neighbor was also asked if they wanted their change back. And neither of us have Ever received a receipt. ** is a very young Hispanic man. I ask him why no gloves. He said he didn't have to and took ketchup package and put it on top of my fries. I threw away my food so fast. Wouldn't give his name and said he was the manager. He was rude...

1/27/2021: I saw the commercial for the one dollar burger at Burger King. The commercial actually shows a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomatoes, etc. The burger looks delicious and only for $1.00. So I head over to Burger King to order two burgers and I asked for 2 cheeseburgers and the cashier says they will have to charge me more than a dollar if they add cheese. Then why in the heck, does the commercial show a cheeseburger for a $1.00? When I got the 2 burgers, it was just a patty on 2 buns, no ketchup, no mayonnaise, no mustard, no lettuce, no tomatoes, no onions. Just a plain hamburger patty sandwiched with 2 buns. What they show on the commercial is false advertising. Burger King should be ashamed of itself.

This location has no definitive closing time. I thought is was always 10:00 pm. I get off work at the latest 9:45. I have been there at 9:45, at 9:50 and 9:55. I do realize that this is cutting close to 10:00 pm. On all three of these occasions I have been told that this location was close. The lights were still on outside & at the drive-thru. I did however, on 1 occassion, arrive at 9:48 pm and was able to place an order. I had asked for a minute to decide on what I wished to purchased, to which I received a rude, exasperated response of "We are closed in 5 minutes".

I went into Burger King on 5610 w and 3500 s. And left without placing my order. I was so upset. I had my son with me and I felt like they were judging me because of my tattoos or my ethnicity. I am a big fan of Them as well so very upsetting on how I was treated. Thank you for your time..

Was at San Ysidro #3355 in CA ordered my food. Raquel the manager was fast, polite and very helpful. She made sure my food was hot and to my liking. I'm definitely coming back. Great employees and clean. She made sure every customer wore their masks when entering.

I love Burger King for their Whoppers. Today I had an Original Chicken Sandwich. It was so bad I didn't eat it. The chicken tasted like nasty pressed leftover chicken. I am a senior citizen and I have consumed my fair share of the original chicken sandwich. It used to be my favorite fast food choice. After today I will never order another one. What happened to pride in what you serve. Quality control? Customer Satisfaction? Sad! Also I went through the drive through and did not get a receipt. They should put it in the bag with the food.

The order I just received is disgusting, my daughter bit and swallowed raw chicken. This is unacceptable. I call twice to report this to the business located in #burgerking #27871 6127 U.S. Highway 17 92 N Davenport FL 33896 and they hook me up on the phone, what kind of service and poor quality. This is about food, please be careful, it is raw chicken and check your food or definitely do not buy more there, third time something similar happens to me there. The first, second time I tried to understand because I work in service but this was the last and I do not recommend it at all....

I placed an order in the drive thru on 10-5-20 at Burger King in Adel, Georgia. I got home and observed that a double cheese burger was missing. I was busy and did not have time to call. I decided to keep my receipt and go back at my convenience to get my refund. This is not the first time getting my order wrong and I have not complained in the past. I went back when I was in the area at my convenience on 10-16-20. I asked the manager if I could get a refund and she asked me if I called on the day of purchase to advise about the missing product. I stated that I did not and I was refused a refund. I called the general manager and I was told the same thing over a 1.99 cheeseburger. He also told me that anyone could have gotten a receipt out of the trash. Anyone could have called and said they did not get their food or receipt also.

Absolutely horrible experience on Door Dash. I don't normally complain, but I got a normal Whopper and got a 4 patty disgrace that after a couple bites made me sick..like throwing up everything sick...I'm sorry but you guys need to check your workers and be careful. That could really put someone in a hospital.

I recently called in to voice my concerns over the service at Burger King in North Versailles, Pa in Walmart Circle. Although, I asked for a return call; I would have NEVER expected the return call to be from the employee that the complaint was is referee too. The same person that referred to myself and another customer as “Those people”. The same employee that told over 30 customers that if we didn’t like having to wait over 45 minutes for food that we could leave. Yes you read it right; 45 minutes for 2 meals. I don’t know if this was meant to silence me or intimidate me. What I do know is THOSE PEOPLE that look like me have contributed to the wealth of Burger King, we have also staffed Burger King but we will also SHUT DOWN BURGER KING! This racist behavior is unacceptable and believe me the world is watching.

I was advised by a Burger King Assoc that their Oreo Pies were very good. There must be a difference in what is considered good obviously. This was extremely unappetizing and was immediately discarded. It was just layers of sugary frosting that I found to be completely gross.

I purchased a family bundle meal at Burger King location at 2230 Salem Rd Conyers GA. After my arrival home I began to eat a sandwich and suddenly realize there was a Foreign object in my sandwich. I opened it and it was a rusty paper clip. I didn’t get a receipt. When ask they said the machine is not working.

I was driving home from dropping my Daughter off at College. After a long day and no meals I stopped at the Burger King in Wesley Chapel Florida just before interstate 75. I ordered the 2 for 5 Whoppers, figuring I'd have a few meals before having to go shopping. I sat in the parking lot to eat half a whopper and my second bite in I realized my burger was not cooked, maybe put on a grill for 10 seconds each side. I like my food burnt not mostly raw, this doesn't even describe pink, it was literally NOT cooked, since I had already spent 15 minutes in the drive thru and many cars still in line I chose to just wrap up my burger and cook it when I got home. This wasn't just one sandwich. It was both. Very disappointed, if you're busy and rushed food should at least be cooked. I waited 10 minutes for one person in front of the line and another 5 for the next 3 before me.

Recently had trouble ordering from Burger King in Kalamazoo MI by the app. Contacted them, been getting runaround ever since. 1st, refunded then withdrew charge AGAIN and claim it's only pending. No, it's NOT, especially when taken out a 2nd time. Still waiting for another response and losing patience.

Went to Burger King near the Franklin Mills mall and received the worst service! First they forgot to include my order of onion rings and I had to drive thru again and now that I'm home and I unwrap my items, I am 3 nuggets short on a 8 piece, the Bacon Cheeseburger was minus the bacon and the fries were burnt. I will not be soliciting any more BK restaurants in the future.

Went to BK on Monday July 27, 2020 at 8:15 pm. Me and my friend order dinner. When I got my food I went and sat down. When my friend's food was ready, he went up to get it and I asked him to get some honey mustard. The Store manager said that it would be 27 cents. My friend bought 2 for $.54 after spending almost $21.00 for food. I can't eat ketchup. I am highly allergic to it. When the young lady came to the table to bring us the rest of our order, she said she would have just given it to us. I asked her if I get a credit for the 9 packages of ketchup in the bag because I can't eat it. She said she would have to ask the manager. I asked her to send the manager out. The manager never came out.

I went to the Claxton, Ga Location. I waited over 38 minutes just to get 4 whoppers. There was 6 cars ahead of me and two just left. I asked a gentleman that was walking to his car from leaving what was going on. He said it took him 45mins to get his order then it was not correct. If you care about your company I think you would be on top of things like customer service. I did not get a receipt and was highly disappointed!!!

Food is bad. Rubbery chicken: greasy meat. It gives you sick feelings after eating the food. One time, my crispy chicken sandwich was black and had black dots on it. I asked for a new one but they didn't seem to care very much about customer satisfaction. Could've been they were just having a bad day. Who knows?

First of all I sat in line over 10 minutes, I finally get to the window and pay 26.83 for the order... I get home, no onion rings. Called, they asked to go back. I did. Now there is a long line in drive, went to the side door. It was locked of course. I call back. Woman tells me to go to front door. I go meet her. She has me a bag with the 2 orders of onion rings... Now they are cold and all of the other food is cold. Look in the bag, one of my large onion rings orders is only half full... Wow, what great service. I will never go to Burger King again.

The food is so bad and when it comes to the ordering part it is more worse, I order three impossible Whoppers and regular fries but when I came to pick up my order and got home the food was cold. And I will never buy food at this restaurant ever.

I don't like the log in when using my cell to order or looking for the bargain of the day. Why do I have to go thru all the minutiae I would to just tell the order taker a number like 2 Whoppers and fries for $9.00 is #2135. Easy for the customer is best. I find BK is not easy but MD is.

I went thru drive thru. Only one there. I asked for a Whopper off the broiler and told, "Ok." What i got was stale old bun, not toasted right out of pkg. Cold, old, dry patty, not otb. Put together sloppily, no care or proper proportions, 3 times the mayo too little ketchup and onion.. totally lousy sandwich. Could not find who to complain to. Best guess, they are a bunch of franchises with no control or standards. I am a former Chart House employee who ram Burger King with class and care until they sold co to whomever!!!

I purchased a whopper sandwich from Burger King on Brown at. The Bread was stale and the burger was cold. Very disappointed. Got the grandbabies some chicken nuggets that were also cold. I count I will be back anytime soon.

I have not been to Burger King in more than a year. I found the one in Aurora to be rude and also they have people sleeping in the store. I went to another Burger King in North Carolina and I stood there for about two minutes. No one Waze that majors no one else in line. I went to the restroom to wash my face and then I came out. Someone else was standing there and they literally ignored me so I said “is anyone working here”. And even though there was at least six people working no one even greeted me and so I said, "so long guys".

Went to get a quick buy with husband for lunch and was disgusted by the way the staff was carrying on and the restaurant was disgustingly dirty with food and dirt all over, I have pictures. One of the staff was yelling orders to person in kitchen and they were throwing food as well as paper at each other in plain site of any customers. When I finally got to place my order I then had to wait an additional 10 minutes for the food. When I asked for a receipt he said he could take a picture of it with my phone but the receipt printer was broken. They didn't give any napkins, or condiments with food and my order was incorrect. Worst lunch ever in long time. We will never go back here.

Burger King Walled Lake. So this is so bad experience with all staff at Burger King, I already long before stopped buying anything from this specific store because of staff is always rude with the customer. I place the Mobile Order and expected that sauces will come with my order. I was not given single sauces which I used to get with my order. I told to cancel the order and rudely was told I can call Mobile, and I know how to trouble it is to get money for Mobile Order so I took back the order.

Chicken Jr BLT came with only lettuce and mayo. Ordered 3 for $3 at two different locations near Asheville NC, Weaverville and Arden stores, both came with NO bacon or tomato, complaint sent to BK both times, first came back with, "We are sorry and will notify store manager." Second complaint had no response, guess BK way of saving money and cheating their customers.

My issue is that my family made an order at Burger King. We checked their website and it said they were open until 12 am Midnight, which was apparently untrue. We purchased an order for pick up, but found out they were closed. So we decided to wait until the next day to go in show our receipt and either get a refund or get our food, because it just so happens that their app took our money. Also we had to make a purchase over $10 just to make the order on their app, which shouldn't matter since we are paying anyways.

When I got to Burger King it was 9:42 and all the outside lights were off. I thought they didn't close till 10 so I texted my friend who works there and asked if they were closed. She said no that they didn't close till 10 but she wasn't at work. So I pulled to the drive through at 9:47 to order and they told me they were closed already and that they wouldn't take my order. Even though there were people sitting at the windows to pay and get their food. I normally go to burger king and I have never been treated like that before. So needless to say I won't be back at night unless I know who's in charge.

Hey I just wanted to say Burger King has the biggest burgers. The others sell kid Burgers. Best choice. Every time I go anywhere else it's always never enough hamburger but here at Burger King they know how to make a double meated cheeseburger. Yay no more messing with these little burgers. This is based off of actual experience here in the area where I live..

I want to thank Consumer Affairs for all their help. I received notification from Burger King that they have credited me for my missing food items. I checked my payment method and they indeed refunded my money back to me. I don’t know if they would have done so without your help, so again I say thank you.

Your food is gross to me. I used to like it but it seems like they got lazy. I've been there 2 times in the past where I have had terrible customer service. 1st time we left the store without our food because the manager was being a jerk. 2nd our food was cold when we got it. I do not recommend.

I went to Burger King today and they had the doors locked. There was no sign that said use the drive thru. I tried two different doors while the employees watched and finally one person motioned by sign language that you needed to go through the drive thru. I employees use foul language and they use the middle finger at customers. The food is ok but the employees behavior is horrible. I gave one star but maybe that was too high of a rating.

Yesterday me and my sister went to the Burger King in EB 72 Ave and King George Blvd. stop, I really like Burger King and I always go there for a lunch break, but this time that we order original chicken sandwich, it was so worse specially the chicken. I order two burgers. One fish and one chicken. But person who did my order put my chicken in the wrong bag. Chicken burger wrapper title was showing fish, and bag they staple the name with the fish had the chicken. Cashier didnt say even hi, and even bother to tell me that I can make it a combo, I had to ask her if combo is available with it. I bought the sandwiched in Mississauga dixie and Burnhamthorpe around 1:30 pm est on Feb 27-2020.

Burger King on Rancier in Killeen Texas. While they remodeled this location I stuck with them hoping it would solve their store issues. Employees. Now that the remodel is complete I am sorry to say that customer service went right back into their bad habits. I went to Burger King today, I am the only one at the drive through. The lady tells me to hold on a minute and she would be back. So I patiently waiting. Another vehicle pulled up in the next lane, she took their order and they drove through. She then comes back to me and ask me what my order is. I told her what she just did and she flippantly responded it wasn't her. I will not ever eat at a Burger King again. I will drive 10 miles out of my way to eat somewhere else. Burger King needs to understand that their customers make their business. Don't treat your customers like maybe you have time for them and maybe not. It is a sad situation.

I went to Burger King. Ordered the 5 for 4. Didn't want a cheeseburger so they change it to a burger with nuggets and french fries and a drink, I got no receipt, no napkins. The french fries were cold. The nuggets weren't fresh and they have an aftertaste. I will never return to that place. It's not the first time but it is the last.

It's like every time I eat the whopper it's cold and the bread is not fresh. I'm 44 years old and the whopper is not the same as I grew up on. It's very sad. I want the old sandwich back PLEASE. I need it. Lol.

A couple of months ago I had a very irritating experience at the new Burger King in Midway, GA 31320. They have 2 drive thrus and I took the right lane of the two and waited behind 3 cars. When I finally got up to the order speaker I waited while the person taking orders completed the order of the other lane. Then I heard a voice say something over the speaker unintelligible and I placed my order. Sat there for several minutes with no response to my order. Then I started saying "Hello are you there," several times and no response until about 5 mins when a female came on the speaker and said, "Sorry Sir this lane is closed please drive around to other window". The other window already had a long line and 3 people before me had ordered and the lane was open with nothing blocking the lane. I told the woman that, "Hey you just got done waiting on 3 before me in this lane," to which she only replied, "Sorry. Please drive around to the other lane."

Now that they have added the impossible burger I can eat there. The impossible burger taste great and is a great option! Some of the Burger Kings need to step up on being clean, but others are good.

I like Burger King but there was 1 location on Highway 26 in North Richland Hills, TX. Awful service, food smelled like dish water, orders wrong. Gave them 5 visits and gave up. I still visit Burger King but not that location. My favorite is a Double Whopper combo supersize with a Dr Pepper.

Burger King burgers really do taste flame broiled. There is always some new great tasting type of burger or chicken sandwich to try. You really can't beat their prices & the drive up window seems to go at light speed compared to other places. In years of going here I have only had one instance of my order having something missing or incorrect & I can not say the same for other fast food places. Highly recommend.

If you eat there it is hot enough, but if you get it to go, it is always cold when you get it home, maybe double wrapping the burger might help. Making sure the fries have not been sitting and are freshly fried.

BK was one of the first chain restaurants to offer a vegetarian burger, and has stepped up their game by adding the Impossible Whopper to the menu. Grain-based veggie burgers are good (it's all about the condiments!) but I'm happy to be able to enjoy something that I loved back in the day, without the guilt!! Thanks BK, for being ahead of the trend!!

I've enjoyed BK Whopper's since the 1960's. I finally gave the 'Impossible Whopper' a try tonight.... Was it 'good?' NO. Was it edible? BARELY. Did it resemble the taste of REAL BEEF? NOT even CLOSE!! Your TV commercials are LYING!!!!

As the flame broiling adds a great flavor to the cooked patty, I feel as the patties for both the whopper and whopper have gotten smaller. I have tried the other new specialty menu items but have all been of lesser quality. BK should stick with what they do best, cook burgers.

Restaurant outside appearance looked good. Bathroom needed attention. Tables were clean. Counter person could have smiled and greeted like, "Hi welcome to burger king," but just said, "Can I take your order." No smile. Looked like she didn't want to be there. Food preparation was good. Food was hot. Overall not too bad.

Burger King should go back to using all beef. Get away from using a plant that grows near a dinosaur bone that in turn becomes diesel fuel. I don't want to blow up after eating a burger. Other than that I like the flame broiled flavor that burger king has always been known for.

Stood in line for over five minutes. Once I made it to the counter cashier just looked at me. After giving her my order I had to tell her several times what I ordered. Lack of training was a huge part of this experience. Happens a lot this day and age.

Good customer service. Knowledgeable of products. Management good. Inside normally clean. Bathroom always clean. The other floors needed a good stripping and a new wax job recommended. Drive thru would be faster. Night crew seems friendlier. This store is located off Normandy Blvd in Jacksonville.

The new meatless Whopper is very, very, good. I always knew fast food chains could make a healthier burger. I don't eat at fast food places often but this made me feel a little better about eating at one.

Some of them don't give senior discount with coupons but most do. MY FAVORITE FAST FOOD RESTAURANT. Service is accurate and fast. Side salad is great with variety of dressings to choose from. The soft drink machine is awesome with an amazing selection of drinks including many flavors that are sugar-free. Love the diet "surge." Burgers are custom made. I love "heavy pickle and onions" on mine. Very good value on "combo meals" with coupons.

Our Burger King, compared to other eating establishments in our town is ok. Due to our town being pretty much a welfare city. The labor force is horrible here. We actually had Cracker Barrell come in for an inspection.... being located on a main interstate and they pulled out. I love the Whopper burger and eat there 3 to 5 times a month. That's a lot since I do not eat out at all. The burgers are, most of the time ok but the fries and onion rings a lot of the time aren't fresh or hot.

Wanted to try the Impossible Whopper. It was just ok! If not for the lettuce, onions, tomato, it would have been totally tasteless. I’m one of those customers that haven’t been in Burger King in a while although I always liked the Whopper but I wanted to try this new offering. I was disappointed that the calories were so close...630 vs 660 for the traditional Whopper and for the difference I’ll stick with the original or better yet a Chick fil a or Popeyes chicken. Goodbye Impossible Whopper. You got my last $5.99!

So much is being made about the Impossible Whopper. It's vegan, it's healthy. It has just as much fat as the regular Whopper. I never knew veggies/plants had so much fat? The only difference between the 2 burgers is a small amount of calories! So to me,,, it's simply a sales job and I will pass on fake news.

I don't vary much in my choices at Burger King - usually just a whopper, fries and a coke, but IF I feel like having something different, I have never been displeased with any other choice on its menu. I am more than happy with anything that I have ever ordered at Burger King. Yummy place to eat.

Still good after all these years and reasonable prices. Onion rings are the bomb. Their chicken nuggets are better than McDs but cheaper. The Whopper is filling. Coupons are great. I love when they had hotdogs.

I love their burgers and onions things and desserts. The fries are a hit and miss because I have gotten medium cold more than I care to say through the drive through and had to get out of my car to take them back to get hot ones. Now I say no salt on fries, and they are always hot?

I favor Burger King because of the burger patty flavor and the fresh veggies (Onion, tomato, lettuce, etc.) on the burgers. McDonald's can't compare in flavor and fresh toppings. Burger King also has good shakes and fries. They have a great variety breakfast through dinner.

Fantastic burgers, salads and fries when made fresh, which is most of the time. Delicious chocolate chip cookies. Efficient, friendly service most of the time. Company does well training young people and providing scholarships too. All over the country the quality is fairly consistent, as well as overseas, where it is FANTASTIC to find a Burger King, especially in South Africa, where the hamburgers just aren't the same! Drive thru sucks. Ordered whopper with no pickles and no onions, came home and there was no tomatoes. Called the restaurant and the manager stated that she forgot to tell team they ran out. The problem they never informed me until I called them.

I would like more of a variety when it comes to salad options and since you now carry Impossible Burger you should have additional options as well like BBQ Impossible Burgers, Onion Mushroom Impossible Burger, etc., etc., etc.

I like the selection offered at Burger King & the burgers have better flavor than other fast food burger chains. The recent introduction of Impossible burgers is a plus although overall they're not significantly healthier than traditional meat products.

Although lots of coupons are in the mail, Burger King still is very average. Good value with coupons, but otherwise non-descript. Taste is bland, nothing notable on the menu. On the plus side, there is a senior discount.

Nothing tastes as good as a flamed broiled burger. I always have to go for the triple patty burger to get all of this delicious meat that I can. The sesame seed bun with all the lettuce, tomato and onions, topped off with a piece of cheese makes this my go to burger of all times.

Typical fast food joint. Quality and taste remains the same, but not great, however the french-fry are better. Service and personnel are above average. The parking and sidewalk areas are deteriorated, unattractive, looks like a slum area.

Upon my recent visit to Burger King I learn you really do get Your Way.... I'm unable to have seeds and the cashier was very helpful and suggested a potato buns so I could have a Whopper without seeds. It was great to be able to eat a Whopper after all these years.

Went to this Burger King by my house on Balboa Blvd Northridge. Service was HORRIFIC. The second time I went and try to use the Burger King app and not even the manager was able to help and walk me through and redeem my order. Very bad people customer service skills.

When I go to Burger King I always order fresh pattie. There was a couple incidents where I was given a burger and the pattie was dry. I also order the fries with no salt. They're always fresh! I would like to add that I appreciate good customer service because that can bring me back or prevent me from returning to a location.

Burger King's innovative Hamburger creation delivers a great tasting and high quality product that makes one want more and/or come back soon after to order again. Breakfast also is delicious and provides a great selection.

Burger King is close by for me. The place is clean and employees neat and attentive but the burgers are always cold and ketchup dispenser always out or low. I like a good burger but not a cold one. So, when I do go there I usually get chicken even though I really want a burger. This Burger King has a lot of competition with McDonald’s across street and Taco next door but burger has cold burgers.

Burger King is a great fast food restaurant, I would like to see them become a more healthy choice converting beef burgers into veggie burgers with one catch - make the veggie burgers taste like better burgers.

I love the new Impossible Whopper! I hadn't been to a Burger King in years, but adding a vegetarian option to the menu was a game changer for me. It is delicious, and I am a Burger King customer once more.

I like Burger King because of the whoppers. The taste of the whoopers is different than any other fast food burger place. I suppose it is because of the flame broiled flavor, but I also like the texture of their fries. They are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Finally I like the fact that they regularly offer coupons to provide me a slight discount on my meal.

Just really love the flavor of their burgers. Always passes with the flavor. Can’t wait until I can have the next one. Service is on the mark. The fries are always fresh, crisp and just the right amount of salt. Thank you.

I had an problem with their online ordering system, called Customer support and was assured by Customer support the issue would be resolved. It wasn't so I called a 2nd time and a different Customer support rep again assured me that the problem would be resolved but it wasn't again. I called Customer support for a 3rd time and asked for a supervisor, none was available and was told one would call me - never did call. I will never buy from Burger King again. When I have had an order issue with McDonald's and called, they immediately resolved the issue and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied.

Very friendly customer service I received when pre ordering and picking up my food. It was early in the morning. I called in and very happy to deal with and food was nice and hot ready to go. Prices are always good and I use the app to get extra discounts. Burger King by far is my family’s fav fast food restaurant.

BK is great for fast food. Their grilled flavor beats every other chain out there hands down. Customer service could be. improved. Visit BK regularly but seem to have the same customer service issues at numerous locations.

When I have a choice of Mcdonald’s, In ‘N’ Out Burger, or Jack in the Box, it’s Burger King every time! Their food is tastier than all the others combined; a good value for the money, and they offer great specials. When I’m traveling, Burger King is the sign I look for on the freeway. YUM!

The customer service is excellent and the variety is excellent. Their new veg burger is amazing and do not taste like vegetarian at all. The restaurant is clean and comfortable, and accessibility is excellent.

Burger King is a fantastic chain. The mobile app is fantastic....and works (especially compared with another competitor). The options that are available actually make sense for families and individuals. The fact that you can get coupons to save on your most favorite meals is an absolute plus. My kids love the variety of drink options. Burger King is an absolute favorite for me and my household!

Burger King has delicious fast food. The food is flavorful. Their fries are crispy and fluffy. So much to choose from the so you're not limited on your choices. The workers could take the customer into consideration a little more but all in all great service. Iced coffees are the best I've had.

I like that Burger King have a wide selection menu. They keep testing different items. Some are good but this new menu with tacos I really don't care for. One of the best thing about Burger King is their coupons. I love that Burger King offer coupons that could offset the price of your order. But one thing I don't like is that when you leave you better check your order, because if you don't when you get home something will probably be missing.

In nutshell Burger King is chain with considerable good menu items but lack taste and quality everywhere I go. Have never had any satisfied meal with them. I will any day prefer anything over burger king.

Because of the neighborhood I presently reside in, I'm a minority; so I am always leery of going to and having them make a burger and fries order while I wait. The reason being, some folks around here will do what they can to foul it up for you. On the other hand, I can't resist the smell to burning meat on the grill and usually only order what is already made and under the heat lamps. Sometimes when I am out of town and not of a minority group, I do have the folks make me the order of food on the menu while I wait.

Burger King was my favorite but later experiences are changing my mind in reference to food quality and customer service. Also friends of mine have same complains. It’s a shame but managers need to be more on top of things because quality and service are not good.

I can remember when Burger King was top notch years ago. Now the burgers taste of awful and they are thrown together make them very messy. Even the fries are bad. I absolute refuse to go to these restaurants for the low quality of food. They really need to go back to the 90's or 80's and bring top quality back.

Great food and great service as well. My food was made fresh and served in a timely manner. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes chicken or burgers. I also enjoyed their French fries, as well add chocolate milkshakes.

The hamburger products are excellent, especially the whopper. I highly recommend the Whopper. The chicken products could use some improvement; especially the chicken nuggets. The breakfast products are great with a good variety. The service is slow in store and drive thru which needs to be improved. The store and bathrooms are always clean. If you are on a budget they have specials and they mail out coupons. They have good hours for dining in and drive through. I just can’t get enough of the Whopper.

Food look nothing like the pictures. Hamburgers with small but tasty French-fries need a lot of work. Restaurant was clean. Bathroom was also very clean. Menu items need to be less. Want two Burger Kings in my neighborhood.

My sister and I recently went in to the Burger King in Salem Indiana. My sister has been a vegan all her life. We were excited to try the impossible burger so as we are order she asks if it’s cooked on the same grill as hamburgers. We emphasized how sick she would be if the meat juices got in her burger. The employee went to her manager and kindly made sure they would not be. We got our order and the same employee came and asked if it was to her liking, THIS was HUGE. That is customer service. PLEASE FOR VEGANS PUT IN A GRILL FOR IMPOSSIBLE BURGERS BY ITSELF. The burger was great and service fantastic.

Slow service, some days better than others. I love Burger King a lot. I believe some of the workers should take more pride in better customer service & preparing fresher food. The impossible burger is my favorite with onion rings with onion ring sauce. They barely have my sauce when I order. But again all the Burger Kings throughout my city are very different. Some are a lot better than others.

Consistently quality products, great customer service, competitive pricing and clean facilities. Outlets strategically located for ease of access. Employees are well mannered and always willing to assist in any reasonable manner.

Quick fast food. Good for a nice lunch definitely not dinner material. Great selection of drink breakfast is not that good. Drive thru is quick when you order. I think a better quality of hamburger buns would increase the overall quality of your burgers.

Always very personable and great customer service. They let you know of any specials and have no problem with special requests. We enjoy going there, and will continue to do so. Good food at decent prices.

Food is always good however customer service is usually where most establishments are lacking. It's not always the establishments fault, it's mainly because the mostly young workers just don't care enough. They see their job as a stepping stone and not a career which in turn lowers people expectations of the establishment.

Burger King's recently come under fire for using the word damn and their commercials Lago one further on that and say that the Impossible Whopper the vegetable based substitute for ground beef taste like **. No I’m not sure really what ** would taste like but if I had to guess it would be pretty close to the Impossible Whopper. There’s no beef texture at all. It’s almost liquid like in the center and charred on the outside edges of the patty. Maybe some other vegetable based burger might be tasty but it sure not the Impossible Whopper.

As fast food goes, it's better than most. Customer service isn't bad. Value is about average for fast food. I feel that the quality of their food is better then their competitors. But overall it is still fast food and not very healthy.

Their Whopper has a distinct flavor that I crave at times and the franchise I go to for my “fix”, has fresh lettuce, tomatoes and onions, which make a really good burger. Their soft ice cream cones are a great dessert for a dollar. Great deals, also with their coupons. Also, fries, chicken nuggets are better than McD’s. Fresh ingredients, make all their sandwiches better than other fast food restaurants in my area.

My BK has always been fast, delicious with hot fresh burgers. They could use some work on the freshness of fries and onion rings. Their staff have never been rude but could work on friendliness and smiling and saying thank you. Overall we enjoy BK.

The Burger King in Cornelia Georgia always has given us freshly made burgers and fries and ice cold beverages and usually has specials or coupons to help us save money. The drive thru service is quick and gets your order right.

I love Burger King, Hands down better than McDonald's. Burger King has better food. They always keep the restaurant nice and clean. The staff treats you with courtesy and respect. I Rate Burger King overall as a 8, And I give McDonald's a 5.

The food is usually good and the quality can be counted on no matter which location I use. The choice is such that I can find something I like on the menu. My wife likes the new impossible whopper and I love the knowledge that all the snowflakes vegetarians are actually eating meat and loving it.

I order cheeseburger with no ketchup, add mayo & onions, they get it wrong 1 out of 4 orders, low quality chicken nuggets, breakfast biscuits not good at all, no way they are made from scratch, sausage low quality. However, the food is passable and if you are trying to save money. You can get a meal cheap, a good double cheeseburger for $1.99. I buy 2 at a time, and they are one thing there that is really good.

I was just at the store in Westmont Il. where my food was basically thrown into my car. I pulled around to the front of the store, went in and asked for the manager. I asked if this is how they train their people and was quite shocked at the response of aye aye aye. I asked for the corp office phone number and was told that they don't have that. I went back out to my car where I saw that the receipt was not in the bag, so once more I went back in and asked for it. The response was even better. She told me, "You have to be kidding me. Don't you have anything better to do?" Well yes I do but this has to be the worst service that I have received in such a long time that I made time. I will never ever go back to store #1586 at 4w63rd St in Westmont Il again.

My daughter is 3 years old. She will be 4 in March. She is a real true picky eater. We tried every fast food place. She refused everyone except Burger King. They are the only place she will eat if we go out. The nuggets and fries is the best ever to her. The only thing she wish is all burger King's have toys. Here in Arizona they all don't but we truly are thankful because it's hard to find food she eats.

I had some experience lately with the Burger King since I had gotten some coupons for their foods. And they seem to try to accommodate what you order and they try to help you when you need the assistance when ordering the foods that you like. They have been around a long time.

The vast majority of the fast food restaurants in my area; Vernon BC Canada, have laid off or severely curtailed the hours of their Canadian employees and hired temporary foreign workers from the Philippines. The one restaurant that hasn't is Burger King. Apart from this fact, I find the quality of the food and the value of the food far and away superior to any of the other fast food restaurants in town.

Lots of great choices and great value. I usually go there for the $1.50 chicken nugget deal and the $1 taco deal. Customer service is usually not great, but the deals are worth it and the food is good.

The service is good, friendly and professional, food tasty and fresh, the restaurant is clean as is the facilities. So called free wifi... non-existent, the code they give you on the receipt just doesn't work (tried it on numerous occasions). Overall satisfied.

Staff very often gets order wrong when you have a special request, but are very courteous when you point out their mistake. Many food items are salty, not sure if they are prepackaged that way, but food is too salty.

Nothing beats homemade food but BK is pretty good. They have a good selection of various foods on their menu. The pricing is comparable with other fast food chains. They're clean especially the restrooms unlike some that I've seen. It's my go to place for a quick and reasonable meal.

Most Burger Kings I visit are located in an African American area. The stores are never opened on time during breakfast hours. The workers attitudes are horrible. At the drive thru, they dont give you time to view the menu before asking can they help you. When going through drive thru, they always ask you to pull your car up due to counts. They never offer or give condiments. The workers fingernails are too long without gloves. Their hair is not covered.... Putting people at risk for hair/weave to be added in food. 80% of the time, the food is not fresh.

Burger King has good food and good prices. Also, if it isn’t right, they will correct whatever is wrong and replace it. The employees are nice. The coupons they send out really come in handy when money is tight. Burger King is my preference for fast food.

My wife and I eat at Burger King and enjoy their food. Mgt Material and drive thru coming 1st not up to par. If you're at the drive thru you have service over walkups & their choice of Mgt. material is lacking.

Customer service is terrible. Too many young kids who have no work ethic or how to treat people. The food is usually thrown together and cold with dry buns! The fries are always undercooked and greasy. I used to like this food chain but not anymore. I hope this helps.

I love Burger King for their variety on the menu, all of which are delicious! The food is always served with care, neatly and very tasty. Especially appreciated is the cleanliness of the Burger King establishments I have been in. The servings are more than ample size and the pricing reasonable. I will be a customer for many luncheon meals to come. Always puts a smile of enjoyment on my face when eating at Burger King!

I’ll begin with one word - HORRIBLE. I worked for Burger King in high school and ate the amazing food every day. Fast forward 38 years and I’m repulsed by the food. The whopper is sloppily made, thrown together by young people who don’t take time to care. They blob on the mayo and ketchup to the point of smothering the flame-broiled meat. They never melt the cheese and burgers are made so far in advanced they’re cold. Fries are salted so much it takes a gallon of water to get the sodium out of your system. I could swear the soda fountain is watered down, it tastes flat. I wish Burger King would get back its groove and be the King I remember when they first opened and I was a happy employee making fresh-made, neatly prepared and garnished food. It’ll take Training the way I was and the place would be the best again. Hope someone’s listening!

Used to be one of the best, where I'm around they are nasty, food is always bad, old buns that fall apart, small burgers, unfriendly. They need better customer service and stop selling old food. Make the food like 20 years ago.

I do like the grilled flavor and the sauce they use on the whopper jr., with cheese, of course. The size is perfect too. The fries have an aroma that makes you start eating them as soon as they hand them to you. They are addicting.

Almost a year ago we went to a BK here in Davenport. It was around 7-8 PM. There were people there who had been waiting for food for a long time. I saw the Onion Rings come-up and the only lady doing the cooking was dragging around for about 15 more minutes before she got our order together. By then the onion rings were cold. By the time they were replaced the rest of our food was cold. This lady remade the order, only made the burger a standard one, not what I had ordered before. I took it back. She totally ignored me standing at the counter for about 10 minutes. Finally she said she would remake the burger. It was brought to the table and thrown down with no apology or anything.

I am a huge fan of Whoppers and Burger King is definitely ahead of the game when it comes to new menu items. They have introduced tacos and the Impossible Whopper recently. However, I have yet to find a Burger King with great customer service. Their workers just don't seem to care.

Great value for your money. There is something for everyone. Deals if you take the time to download the app. My only complaint is that service from one location to the next is hit or miss. Love my local Burger King in San Mateo, CA!!!

Burger King offers great food for a great price. The restaurant is clean along with the parking lot. The coupons are great to get a discount. The thing I have a problem with is the app trying to use the coupons.

I used to like Burger King but the quality of the food has seriously declined. Recently I went and had a fish sandwich. It was inedible. The fish patty was undercooked and of poor quality. The lettuce was old and wilted and the so called tartar sauce had no flavor, mayonnaise would have had more flavor. The onion rings were cold and fake tasting. I guess I should have ordered a chicken sandwich but the last few times I ordered that I was disappointed.

Nice place to go for a quick on the go meal, the Whoppers are a good choice for the value. The employee are friendly and well trained for the job, they apologize for any mistakes on their part. The Whopper is all that they claim it to be “Have It Your way.

When we have ordered the food was quickly prepared. Served hot. Workers were pleasant. A complaint on one occasion brought a swift correction & a sorry about that. Asked once to double wrap order cuz had a ways to go. They did. Their place is always clean and orders prompt. Food good.

I don't usually eat out but when I do I stop by a Burger King and have my favorite. I usually have a Burger King Grilled Chicken Sandwich with fries and a coke. I really do enjoy the taste and variety it has.

I love the Whopper. Most of the time the order is wrong but I just deal with it. They are usually very polite but sometimes the very young ones aren't. I just thank them and tell them to have a nice day.

I have always loved the Whopper or even Whopper Jr. It was always very tasty and good. The servers were very efficient and my orders were always correct. I like it much better than the Big Mac which I find on the dry side.

Burger King has been a favorite fast food joint for quite a long time, rivaling other burger restaurants with charbroiled burgers and crispy french fries. The new impossible burger is well worth a try when you are craving a burger taste but trying to eat healthier. I would definitely recommend Burger King for a large, fresh burger but I do not heartily suggest their take on chicken sandwiches and other chains do them much better.

No healthy food Choices. Tried the chicken nuggets. They are awful. The calorie count on food choices are way above average. I have food allergies and there is nothing on the menu I can have, other than water.

Burger King veggie burgers are really tasty. I really enjoy it however the customer service need a lot of improvement when it comes to the drive thru order. Most times you don't get what you order. But overall the food is good.

Lovely. Fits the budget and give you choices. Now it has the Impossible Burger when I don’t want to eat meat. You got to love it. BK is everywhere. French fries are delicious and they deliver too. I would like if they do kids menu too. This way I can take the kids as well.

I love Burger King, but the experience from restaurant to restaurant is inconsistent. One store is great, another store has smaller burgers, a different store has wonderfully friendly servers and yet another has employees that obviously hate each other. You just never know what you're going to run into.

I have been very pleased with customer service at my Burger King and the quality of the food that I have purchased at my Burger King restaurant could not ask for anything better. The Burger King that I go to is also kept neat and clean.

I love Burger King however the one I go to on SR-405 west Titusville Fl. does not train or control their employees very well. I have had several bad experiences. Although I like Burger King better than McDonalds, I will go to McDonalds for the better service.

Trying to eat as healthy as possible with the fast food drive thrus, Burger King serves enough of a variety to be health conscious. Salads, the char-broiling, options of beverages and grilled chicken rather than the batter dipped deep fried sandwiches.

I have been going to Burger King since they opened in the 50’s. It is still my favorite hamburger place. I like it since they have added chicken and salads to the menu. The drinks also are a good choice.
