I like Burger King but there was 1 location on Highway 26 in North Richland Hills, TX. Awful service, food smelled like dish water, orders wrong. Gave them 5 visits and gave up. I still visit Burger King but not that location. My favorite is a Double Whopper combo supersize with a Dr Pepper.

If you eat there it is hot enough, but if you get it to go, it is always cold when you get it home, maybe double wrapping the burger might help. Making sure the fries have not been sitting and are freshly fried.

I've enjoyed BK Whopper's since the 1960's. I finally gave the 'Impossible Whopper' a try tonight.... Was it 'good?' NO. Was it edible? BARELY. Did it resemble the taste of REAL BEEF? NOT even CLOSE!! Your TV commercials are LYING!!!!

Burger King should go back to using all beef. Get away from using a plant that grows near a dinosaur bone that in turn becomes diesel fuel. I don't want to blow up after eating a burger. Other than that I like the flame broiled flavor that burger king has always been known for.

As the flame broiling adds a great flavor to the cooked patty, I feel as the patties for both the whopper and whopper have gotten smaller. I have tried the other new specialty menu items but have all been of lesser quality. BK should stick with what they do best, cook burgers.

Restaurant outside appearance looked good. Bathroom needed attention. Tables were clean. Counter person could have smiled and greeted like, "Hi welcome to burger king," but just said, "Can I take your order." No smile. Looked like she didn't want to be there. Food preparation was good. Food was hot. Overall not too bad.

Stood in line for over five minutes. Once I made it to the counter cashier just looked at me. After giving her my order I had to tell her several times what I ordered. Lack of training was a huge part of this experience. Happens a lot this day and age.

Our Burger King, compared to other eating establishments in our town is ok. Due to our town being pretty much a welfare city. The labor force is horrible here. We actually had Cracker Barrell come in for an inspection.... being located on a main interstate and they pulled out. I love the Whopper burger and eat there 3 to 5 times a month. That's a lot since I do not eat out at all. The burgers are, most of the time ok but the fries and onion rings a lot of the time aren't fresh or hot.

The new meatless Whopper is very, very, good. I always knew fast food chains could make a healthier burger. I don't eat at fast food places often but this made me feel a little better about eating at one.

Some of them don't give senior discount with coupons but most do. MY FAVORITE FAST FOOD RESTAURANT. Service is accurate and fast. Side salad is great with variety of dressings to choose from. The soft drink machine is awesome with an amazing selection of drinks including many flavors that are sugar-free. Love the diet "surge." Burgers are custom made. I love "heavy pickle and onions" on mine. Very good value on "combo meals" with coupons.

Good customer service. Knowledgeable of products. Management good. Inside normally clean. Bathroom always clean. The other floors needed a good stripping and a new wax job recommended. Drive thru would be faster. Night crew seems friendlier. This store is located off Normandy Blvd in Jacksonville.

Wanted to try the Impossible Whopper. It was just ok! If not for the lettuce, onions, tomato, it would have been totally tasteless. I’m one of those customers that haven’t been in Burger King in a while although I always liked the Whopper but I wanted to try this new offering. I was disappointed that the calories were so close...630 vs 660 for the traditional Whopper and for the difference I’ll stick with the original or better yet a Chick fil a or Popeyes chicken. Goodbye Impossible Whopper. You got my last $5.99!

So much is being made about the Impossible Whopper. It's vegan, it's healthy. It has just as much fat as the regular Whopper. I never knew veggies/plants had so much fat? The only difference between the 2 burgers is a small amount of calories! So to me,,, it's simply a sales job and I will pass on fake news.

I favor Burger King because of the burger patty flavor and the fresh veggies (Onion, tomato, lettuce, etc.) on the burgers. McDonald's can't compare in flavor and fresh toppings. Burger King also has good shakes and fries. They have a great variety breakfast through dinner.

I don't vary much in my choices at Burger King - usually just a whopper, fries and a coke, but IF I feel like having something different, I have never been displeased with any other choice on its menu. I am more than happy with anything that I have ever ordered at Burger King. Yummy place to eat.

I love their burgers and onions things and desserts. The fries are a hit and miss because I have gotten medium cold more than I care to say through the drive through and had to get out of my car to take them back to get hot ones. Now I say no salt on fries, and they are always hot?

Still good after all these years and reasonable prices. Onion rings are the bomb. Their chicken nuggets are better than McDs but cheaper. The Whopper is filling. Coupons are great. I love when they had hotdogs.

I would like more of a variety when it comes to salad options and since you now carry Impossible Burger you should have additional options as well like BBQ Impossible Burgers, Onion Mushroom Impossible Burger, etc., etc., etc.

Fantastic burgers, salads and fries when made fresh, which is most of the time. Delicious chocolate chip cookies. Efficient, friendly service most of the time. Company does well training young people and providing scholarships too. All over the country the quality is fairly consistent, as well as overseas, where it is FANTASTIC to find a Burger King, especially in South Africa, where the hamburgers just aren't the same! Thanks for the cleanliness and restrooms, to make stopping at Burger King a positive experience when travelling. I love Burger King, and so do my dogs!

Drive thru sucks. Ordered whopper with no pickles and no onions, came home and there was no tomatoes. Called the restaurant and the manager stated that she forgot to tell team they ran out. The problem they never informed me until I called them.

I like the selection offered at Burger King & the burgers have better flavor than other fast food burger chains. The recent introduction of Impossible burgers is a plus although overall they're not significantly healthier than traditional meat products.

Although lots of coupons are in the mail, Burger King still is very average. Good value with coupons, but otherwise non-descript. Taste is bland, nothing notable on the menu. On the plus side, there is a senior discount.

Typical fast food joint. Quality and taste remains the same, but not great, however the french-fry are better. Service and personnel are above average. The parking and sidewalk areas are deteriorated, unattractive, looks like a slum area.

Upon my recent visit to Burger King I learn you really do get Your Way.... I'm unable to have seeds and the cashier was very helpful and suggested a potato buns so I could have a Whopper without seeds. It was great to be able to eat a Whopper after all these years.

Nothing tastes as good as a flamed broiled burger. I always have to go for the triple patty burger to get all of this delicious meat that I can. The sesame seed bun with all the lettuce, tomato and onions, topped off with a piece of cheese makes this my go to burger of all times.

Went to this Burger King by my house on Balboa Blvd Northridge. Service was HORRIFIC. The second time I went and try to use the Burger King app and not even the manager was able to help and walk me through and redeem my order. Very bad people customer service skills.

Burger King's innovative Hamburger creation delivers a great tasting and high quality product that makes one want more and/or come back soon after to order again. Breakfast also is delicious and provides a great selection.

Burger King is close by for me. The place is clean and employees neat and attentive but the burgers are always cold and ketchup dispenser always out or low. I like a good burger but not a cold one. So, when I do go there I usually get chicken even though I really want a burger. This Burger King has a lot of competition with McDonald’s across street and Taco next door but burger has cold burgers.

When I go to Burger King I always order fresh pattie. There was a couple incidents where I was given a burger and the pattie was dry. I also order the fries with no salt. They're always fresh! I would like to add that I appreciate good customer service because that can bring me back or prevent me from returning to a location.

Burger King is a great fast food restaurant, I would like to see them become a more healthy choice converting beef burgers into veggie burgers with one catch - make the veggie burgers taste like better burgers.

I like this place. A good place to take the children to play and have a good meal and the prices aren't bad either but the rest restrooms could use a little help and the parking lot is small in size. Andalusia AL 36420

It's quick, tasty, close to my home and the price is good. I can go thru the drive thru window and pick up dinner for myself and my husband without wasting extra time out of my afternoon.

Love the new plant based burger, the Impossible Burger. Tastes just like a regular Whooper, very juicy, tasty and delicious. French fries are very crunchy, onion rings with the special sauce are great too!

I like Burger King because of the whoppers. The taste of the whoopers is different than any other fast food burger place. I suppose it is because of the flame broiled flavor, but I also like the texture of their fries. They are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Finally I like the fact that they regularly offer coupons to provide me a slight discount on my meal.

Just really love the flavor of their burgers. Always passes with the flavor. Can’t wait until I can have the next one. Service is on the mark. The fries are always fresh, crisp and just the right amount of salt. Thank you.

I love the new Impossible Whopper! I hadn't been to a Burger King in years, but adding a vegetarian option to the menu was a game changer for me. It is delicious, and I am a Burger King customer once more.

I had an problem with their online ordering system, called Customer support and was assured by Customer support the issue would be resolved. It wasn't so I called a 2nd time and a different Customer support rep again assured me that the problem would be resolved but it wasn't again. I called Customer support for a 3rd time and asked for a supervisor, none was available and was told one would call me - never did call. I will never buy from Burger King again. When I have had an order issue with McDonald's and called, they immediately resolved the issue and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied.

The customer service is excellent and the variety is excellent. Their new veg burger is amazing and do not taste like vegetarian at all. The restaurant is clean and comfortable, and accessibility is excellent.

When I have a choice of Mcdonald’s, In ‘N’ Out Burger, or Jack in the Box, it’s Burger King every time! Their food is tastier than all the others combined; a good value for the money, and they offer great specials. When I’m traveling, Burger King is the sign I look for on the freeway. YUM!

l love the flame broiled burger and mayo on my sandwich, it makes all the difference in the taste compared to other burgers. They also have great french fries that are crisp on the outside and soft and tender on the inside, yum!

Burger King is a fantastic chain. The mobile app is fantastic....and works (especially compared with another competitor). The options that are available actually make sense for families and individuals. The fact that you can get coupons to save on your most favorite meals is an absolute plus. My kids love the variety of drink options. Burger King is an absolute favorite for me and my household!

Very friendly customer service I received when pre ordering and picking up my food. It was early in the morning. I called in and very happy to deal with and food was nice and hot ready to go. Prices are always good and I use the app to get extra discounts. Burger King by far is my family’s fav fast food restaurant.

Burger King has delicious fast food. The food is flavorful. Their fries are crispy and fluffy. So much to choose from the so you're not limited on your choices. The workers could take the customer into consideration a little more but all in all great service. Iced coffees are the best I've had.

BK is great for fast food. Their grilled flavor beats every other chain out there hands down. Customer service could be. improved. Visit BK regularly but seem to have the same customer service issues at numerous locations.

Great food and great service as well. My food was made fresh and served in a timely manner. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes chicken or burgers. I also enjoyed their French fries, as well add chocolate milkshakes.

I can remember when Burger King was top notch years ago. Now the burgers taste of awful and they are thrown together make them very messy. Even the fries are bad. I absolute refuse to go to these restaurants for the low quality of food. They really need to go back to the 90's or 80's and bring top quality back.

Burger King was my favorite but later experiences are changing my mind in reference to food quality and customer service. Also friends of mine have same complains. It’s a shame but managers need to be more on top of things because quality and service are not good.

Because of the neighborhood I presently reside in, I'm a minority; so I am always leery of going to and having them make a burger and fries order while I wait. The reason being, some folks around here will do what they can to foul it up for you. On the other hand, I can't resist the smell to burning meat on the grill and usually only order what is already made and under the heat lamps. Sometimes when I am out of town and not of a minority group, I do have the folks make me the order of food on the menu while I wait.

In nutshell Burger King is chain with considerable good menu items but lack taste and quality everywhere I go. Have never had any satisfied meal with them. I will any day prefer anything over burger king.

I like that Burger King have a wide selection menu. They keep testing different items. Some are good but this new menu with tacos I really don't care for. One of the best thing about Burger King is their coupons. I love that Burger King offer coupons that could offset the price of your order. But one thing I don't like is that when you leave you better check your order, because if you don't when you get home something will probably be missing.

The hamburger products are excellent, especially the whopper. I highly recommend the Whopper. The chicken products could use some improvement; especially the chicken nuggets. The breakfast products are great with a good variety. The service is slow in store and drive thru which needs to be improved. The store and bathrooms are always clean. If you are on a budget they have specials and they mail out coupons. They have good hours for dining in and drive through. I just can’t get enough of the Whopper.

Food look nothing like the pictures. Hamburgers with small but tasty French-fries need a lot of work. Restaurant was clean. Bathroom was also very clean. Menu items need to be less. Want two Burger Kings in my neighborhood.

My sister and I recently went in to the Burger King in Salem Indiana. My sister has been a vegan all her life. We were excited to try the impossible burger so as we are order she asks if it’s cooked on the same grill as hamburgers. We emphasized how sick she would be if the meat juices got in her burger. The employee went to her manager and kindly made sure they would not be. We got our order and the same employee came and asked if it was to her liking, THIS was HUGE. That is customer service. PLEASE FOR VEGANS PUT IN A GRILL FOR IMPOSSIBLE BURGERS BY ITSELF. The burger was great and service fantastic.

Slow service, some days better than others. I love Burger King a lot. I believe some of the workers should take more pride in better customer service & preparing fresher food. The impossible burger is my favorite with onion rings with onion ring sauce. They barely have my sauce when I order. But again all the Burger Kings throughout my city are very different. Some are a lot better than others.

Food is always good however customer service is usually where most establishments are lacking. It's not always the establishments fault, it's mainly because the mostly young workers just don't care enough. They see their job as a stepping stone and not a career which in turn lowers people expectations of the establishment.

Quick fast food. Good for a nice lunch definitely not dinner material. Great selection of drink breakfast is not that good. Drive thru is quick when you order. I think a better quality of hamburger buns would increase the overall quality of your burgers.

Burger King's recently come under fire for using the word damn and their commercials Lago one further on that and say that the Impossible Whopper the vegetable based substitute for ground beef taste like **. No I’m not sure really what ** would taste like but if I had to guess it would be pretty close to the Impossible Whopper. There’s no beef texture at all. It’s almost liquid like in the center and charred on the outside edges of the patty. Maybe some other vegetable based burger might be tasty but it sure not the Impossible Whopper.

The food is usually good and the quality can be counted on no matter which location I use. The choice is such that I can find something I like on the menu. My wife likes the new impossible whopper and I love the knowledge that all the snowflakes vegetarians are actually eating meat and loving it.

My BK has always been fast, delicious with hot fresh burgers. They could use some work on the freshness of fries and onion rings. Their staff have never been rude but could work on friendliness and smiling and saying thank you. Overall we enjoy BK.

Their Whopper has a distinct flavor that I crave at times and the franchise I go to for my “fix”, has fresh lettuce, tomatoes and onions, which make a really good burger. Their soft ice cream cones are a great dessert for a dollar. Great deals, also with their coupons. Also, fries, chicken nuggets are better than McD’s. Fresh ingredients, make all their sandwiches better than other fast food restaurants in my area.

The Burger King in Cornelia Georgia always has given us freshly made burgers and fries and ice cold beverages and usually has specials or coupons to help us save money. The drive thru service is quick and gets your order right.

I order cheeseburger with no ketchup, add mayo & onions, they get it wrong 1 out of 4 orders, low quality chicken nuggets, breakfast biscuits not good at all, no way they are made from scratch, sausage low quality. However, the food is passable and if you are trying to save money. You can get a meal cheap, a good double cheeseburger for $1.99. I buy 2 at a time, and they are one thing there that is really good.

As fast food goes, it's better than most. Customer service isn't bad. Value is about average for fast food. I feel that the quality of their food is better then their competitors. But overall it is still fast food and not very healthy.

I love Burger King, Hands down better than McDonald's. Burger King has better food. They always keep the restaurant nice and clean. The staff treats you with courtesy and respect. I Rate Burger King overall as a 8, And I give McDonald's a 5.

I was just at the store in Westmont Il. where my food was basically thrown into my car. I pulled around to the front of the store, went in and asked for the manager. I asked if this is how they train their people and was quite shocked at the response of aye aye aye. I asked for the corp office phone number and was told that they don't have that. I went back out to my car where I saw that the receipt was not in the bag, so once more I went back in and asked for it. The response was even better. She told me, "You have to be kidding me. Don't you have anything better to do?" Well yes I do but this has to be the worst service that I have received in such a long time that I made time. I will never ever go back to store #1586 at 4w63rd St in Westmont Il again.

I had some experience lately with the Burger King since I had gotten some coupons for their foods. And they seem to try to accommodate what you order and they try to help you when you need the assistance when ordering the foods that you like. They have been around a long time.

Staff very often gets order wrong when you have a special request, but are very courteous when you point out their mistake. Many food items are salty, not sure if they are prepackaged that way, but food is too salty.

The service is good, friendly and professional, food tasty and fresh, the restaurant is clean as is the facilities. So called free wifi... non-existent, the code they give you on the receipt just doesn't work (tried it on numerous occasions). Overall satisfied.

The vast majority of the fast food restaurants in my area; Vernon BC Canada, have laid off or severely curtailed the hours of their Canadian employees and hired temporary foreign workers from the Philippines. The one restaurant that hasn't is Burger King. Apart from this fact, I find the quality of the food and the value of the food far and away superior to any of the other fast food restaurants in town.

My daughter is 3 years old. She will be 4 in March. She is a real true picky eater. We tried every fast food place. She refused everyone except Burger King. They are the only place she will eat if we go out. The nuggets and fries is the best ever to her. The only thing she wish is all burger King's have toys. Here in Arizona they all don't but we truly are thankful because it's hard to find food she eats.

Lots of great choices and great value. I usually go there for the $1.50 chicken nugget deal and the $1 taco deal. Customer service is usually not great, but the deals are worth it and the food is good.

My wife and I eat at Burger King and enjoy their food. Mgt Material and drive thru coming 1st not up to par. If you're at the drive thru you have service over walkups & their choice of Mgt. material is lacking.

Customer service is terrible. Too many young kids who have no work ethic or how to treat people. The food is usually thrown together and cold with dry buns! The fries are always undercooked and greasy. I used to like this food chain but not anymore. I hope this helps.

I love Burger King for their variety on the menu, all of which are delicious! The food is always served with care, neatly and very tasty. Especially appreciated is the cleanliness of the Burger King establishments I have been in. The servings are more than ample size and the pricing reasonable. I will be a customer for many luncheon meals to come. Always puts a smile of enjoyment on my face when eating at Burger King!

Burger King has good food and good prices. Also, if it isn’t right, they will correct whatever is wrong and replace it. The employees are nice. The coupons they send out really come in handy when money is tight. Burger King is my preference for fast food.

Nothing beats homemade food but BK is pretty good. They have a good selection of various foods on their menu. The pricing is comparable with other fast food chains. They're clean especially the restrooms unlike some that I've seen. It's my go to place for a quick and reasonable meal.

I’ll begin with one word - HORRIBLE. I worked for Burger King in high school and ate the amazing food every day. Fast forward 38 years and I’m repulsed by the food. The whopper is sloppily made, thrown together by young people who don’t take time to care. They blob on the mayo and ketchup to the point of smothering the flame-broiled meat. They never melt the cheese and burgers are made so far in advanced they’re cold. Fries are salted so much it takes a gallon of water to get the sodium out of your system. I could swear the soda fountain is watered down, it tastes flat. I wish Burger King would get back its groove and be the King I remember when they first opened and I was a happy employee making fresh-made, neatly prepared and garnished food. It’ll take Training the way I was and the place would be the best again. Hope someone’s listening!

Most Burger Kings I visit are located in an African American area. The stores are never opened on time during breakfast hours. The workers attitudes are horrible. At the drive thru, they dont give you time to view the menu before asking can they help you. When going through drive thru, they always ask you to pull your car up due to counts. They never offer or give condiments. The workers fingernails are too long without gloves. Their hair is not covered.... Putting people at risk for hair/weave to be added in food. 80% of the time, the food is not fresh.

Used to be one of the best, where I'm around they are nasty, food is always bad, old buns that fall apart, small burgers, unfriendly. They need better customer service and stop selling old food. Make the food like 20 years ago.

Great value for your money. There is something for everyone. Deals if you take the time to download the app. My only complaint is that service from one location to the next is hit or miss. Love my local Burger King in San Mateo, CA!!!

Nice place to go for a quick on the go meal, the Whoppers are a good choice for the value. The employee are friendly and well trained for the job, they apologize for any mistakes on their part. The Whopper is all that they claim it to be “Have It Your way.

I do like the grilled flavor and the sauce they use on the whopper jr., with cheese, of course. The size is perfect too. The fries have an aroma that makes you start eating them as soon as they hand them to you. They are addicting.

Almost a year ago we went to a BK here in Davenport. It was around 7-8 PM. There were people there who had been waiting for food for a long time. I saw the Onion Rings come-up and the only lady doing the cooking was dragging around for about 15 more minutes before she got our order together. By then the onion rings were cold. By the time they were replaced the rest of our food was cold. This lady remade the order, only made the burger a standard one, not what I had ordered before. I took it back. She totally ignored me standing at the counter for about 10 minutes. Finally she said she would remake the burger. It was brought to the table and thrown down with no apology or anything.

I am a huge fan of Whoppers and Burger King is definitely ahead of the game when it comes to new menu items. They have introduced tacos and the Impossible Whopper recently. However, I have yet to find a Burger King with great customer service. Their workers just don't seem to care.

Burger King offers great food for a great price. The restaurant is clean along with the parking lot. The coupons are great to get a discount. The thing I have a problem with is the app trying to use the coupons.

I used to like Burger King but the quality of the food has seriously declined. Recently I went and had a fish sandwich. It was inedible. The fish patty was undercooked and of poor quality. The lettuce was old and wilted and the so called tartar sauce had no flavor, mayonnaise would have had more flavor. The onion rings were cold and fake tasting. I guess I should have ordered a chicken sandwich but the last few times I ordered that I was disappointed.

When we have ordered the food was quickly prepared. Served hot. Workers were pleasant. A complaint on one occasion brought a swift correction & a sorry about that. Asked once to double wrap order cuz had a ways to go. They did. Their place is always clean and orders prompt. Food good.

I love Burger King however the one I go to on SR-405 west Titusville Fl. does not train or control their employees very well. I have had several bad experiences. Although I like Burger King better than McDonalds, I will go to McDonalds for the better service.

Trying to eat as healthy as possible with the fast food drive thrus, Burger King serves enough of a variety to be health conscious. Salads, the char-broiling, options of beverages and grilled chicken rather than the batter dipped deep fried sandwiches.

I have been very pleased with customer service at my Burger King and the quality of the food that I have purchased at my Burger King restaurant could not ask for anything better. The Burger King that I go to is also kept neat and clean.

I love Burger King, but the experience from restaurant to restaurant is inconsistent. One store is great, another store has smaller burgers, a different store has wonderfully friendly servers and yet another has employees that obviously hate each other. You just never know what you're going to run into.

I don't usually eat out but when I do I stop by a Burger King and have my favorite. I usually have a Burger King Grilled Chicken Sandwich with fries and a coke. I really do enjoy the taste and variety it has.

Burger King veggie burgers are really tasty. I really enjoy it however the customer service need a lot of improvement when it comes to the drive thru order. Most times you don't get what you order. But overall the food is good.

I love the Whopper. Most of the time the order is wrong but I just deal with it. They are usually very polite but sometimes the very young ones aren't. I just thank them and tell them to have a nice day.

Lovely. Fits the budget and give you choices. Now it has the Impossible Burger when I don’t want to eat meat. You got to love it. BK is everywhere. French fries are delicious and they deliver too. I would like if they do kids menu too. This way I can take the kids as well.

I have always loved the Whopper or even Whopper Jr. It was always very tasty and good. The servers were very efficient and my orders were always correct. I like it much better than the Big Mac which I find on the dry side.

No healthy food Choices. Tried the chicken nuggets. They are awful. The calorie count on food choices are way above average. I have food allergies and there is nothing on the menu I can have, other than water.

Burger King has been a favorite fast food joint for quite a long time, rivaling other burger restaurants with charbroiled burgers and crispy french fries. The new impossible burger is well worth a try when you are craving a burger taste but trying to eat healthier. I would definitely recommend Burger King for a large, fresh burger but I do not heartily suggest their take on chicken sandwiches and other chains do them much better.

We went on Christmas Eve and the sandwiches were just thrown together sloppily. The floors were sticky and tables needed to be wiped down. Staff looked miserable. Burgers were on the cold side but hey the fries were hot.

Lines at these restaurants are most of time crowed. Its prices are ridiculously outrageous for the type of food that is sold, considering that most of it, if not all is processed food. Also, Burger King must work on serving better quality and tasty coffee to its customers... It doesn't matter the price per cup of coffee if the taste is awful.

The value is as expected. I prefer Burger King over McDonalds or Wendy’s any day of the week. I find the food fresh, flavourful and just a good product hands down. I especially enjoy the introduction of new products. Yummy.

I think for fast food the grilled burgers are very good, the chicken tasty and prices good. Service is usually fast as well. Also clean environment. They also offer special savings with coupons and whopper Wednesdays.

I take my 12 yr. old special needs granddaughter to our local Burger King and all staff go out of their way to meet her needs, even if it means cutting her burger in half so she can independently hold it and eat it by herself. What other fast food restaurant would do this?

Best fast food ever, at the best price!! Love the Whopper and even the meatless one! Also appreciate the late hours so I can get them after work! I work at a casino, so very late hours! Burger King gives me an opportunity to have a good snack for me and my family when everyone else is closed.

I have been going to Burger King since they opened in the 50’s. It is still my favorite hamburger place. I like it since they have added chicken and salads to the menu. The drinks also are a good choice.

The food/meat is better tasting, and everything is hot. Service was great. The restrooms were good. One thing was clean up in the restaurant we were at like tables, floors and trash cans was unacceptable.

I love the two for $5 or $6 deals. Plus their fries are great. Their burgers are tasty. I have option to buy veg sandwich also. However the wait times are long plus customer service not that great since employees are over busy.

Pickles taste NASTY. Tomato not ripe. Take away cellphones from workers and maybe just maybe we get Hot food. The sandwich looks nasty old cold. Go easy on salt on fries. Milkshakes need a reboot yuck. Onion rings yuck! Nasty.

I love Burger King food. Think it’s great that they now have the impossible burger. I’m vegan and just like there are many other vegans can’t eat out to many places because there no food options for them to eat. I was ecstatic when the impossible burger came out do now I can eat there. Should implement more vegan food choices.

Went on a Sunday after grocery shopping. I was not sure whether I could get an Impossible burger at 930 in the morning but the facility obliged. I have heart disease in the family so I restrict my intakes of sodium and fat. The facility complied with my request to limit salting my order and to swap lower fat items. The order was ready in less than 30 minutes and the price was reasonable. I was able to get back on the road and complete my morning shopping.

The servers are good but can be slow in getting orders out and sometimes the orders are not to specifics. The prices are competitive with other fast food chains and the addition of a vegan friendly burger is great. Just make sure they prepare it on separate grill if you don't want animal fat in your food.

My husband and I drove through the Clearwater (FL) Burger King on a Saturday night, December 28, 2019. This is the Burger King located at 2765 Gulf To Bay Boulevard. We pulled in and ordered two cheeseburgers, an original chicken sandwich and 2 medium fries. We ordered fries with no salt to try to guarantee fresh fries. Our Check # is ** and the name on the receipt is Dennis.

Visited the Burger King in Port St Lucie near Sam's Club and was very disappointed in the dirty restaurant and the burger Floors were disgusting everywhere especially in the kitchen area. The whopper was cold and tasted horrible. Will not visit again.

Service varies greatly depending where you go. Some are messy and need cleaning, garbage picked up especially around the condiment area, tables need to be wiped down. Actually prefer to take out and eat at home or in the car than inside.

Burger King’s location are generally very convenient, easy to order, easy to get fast food chain. The price is reasonable and they provide coupons too. The customer service is generally very friendly. For example, I can easily request to change my order of French fries to onion rings if I get 2 orders of French fries in the coupon, or to change a cup of soda to a cup of coffee. So As a customer, I am happy.

Now that BK has the Incredible Whopper I eat here often; even my husband loves the IW. The restaurant where I live has a consistent rating of 99 for cleanliness, service and the staff is always great. Love the Whopper, fries, shakes. Everything is great!

We have repeatedly had our orders served incorrectly - no cheese, onions we didn't want, no bacon we did order, soda machines not working, etc. Each time we reported it, the answer was a shrug from the manager and the counter clerk at two different locations

Service is great with good deals every week and delicious hamburgers including the famous whopper. This is cooked to perfection and has the charbroiled taste like I know as a kid. I am 40 years old and still keep on dining at my Burger King.

Love the food. It always seems to take a long time to get the order. I feel the price on the new burger (Impossible Burger) is a little high. Also some locations did not have the entire menu. That is annoying.

It is a great place to get a quick meal. The service is fast and the inside restaurant is clean. My favorite meal is the Whopper Hamburger sandwich. When you add French fries and drink, it makes a very complete meal.

First of all when you drive up there are rat bait stations around the building, a real turn off. Some of the people are unbelievably rude. The food is very thrown together and usually cold. Inside is very dirty.

I purchased a cup of coffee at the Burger King @ 5305 Winchester Rd in Memphis, TN @ 10:17 am. The coffee was cold and tasted like it was sitting for a while so I called the location number on the receipt and asked to speak to the manager, I was told to call back in 30 min because the manager is in the restroom (WTH). Anyway, I called back after 30 min and spoke to the manager. She said "I'm sorry the coffee was cold but we are not suppose to sell coffee after 10:30 am". So instead of telling the customer that you go ahead and serve a cold cup of coffee and act like it's no big deal. I will not be going back.

I really enjoy the variety that Burger King has. I love that they have the Bacon King in more than one size and also that they recently brought back the chicken fries. They may not be fast all the time but the customer service and communication make up for that and keep me happy. Much prefer BK to McDo.

Burger King used to be our favorite place to go. The charbroiled burgers and crisp fries were always consistent. Even their fish burgers were better than most chains. But over the years the burger has shrunk, the quality has lessened and the prices have gone up. If the burgers looked like the commercial burgers, Burger King would be King... but like ALL commercials, what you see is NOT what you get.

Burger King has great food. Times get busy but workers need to pay more attention to orders and how the customer wants their food. Workers also need to be informed on how rules go as far as food returns or refunds go. Maybe customers just want order done right and no other promise of free food or whatever. Just get order right please.

I am a big Whopper fan and normally have a positive experience in that aspect. The french fries are an issue for me. They are over-salted and always cold. I shop at the chain down from my house normally but have had the same issue with other stores as well.

Burger King is usually a good pick for yourself or to enjoy with family. Food is always fresh and made to order. Zero complaints on freshness, zero complaints on quality. They like all have some flaws. One of their biggest issues is customer service. They have zero sense of hospitality. The second thing they lack, is store. Cleanliness, all of their stores are run down and dirty, i.e: dirty tables, smelly rugs, sticky chairs, dust on panels, etc.

The menu is awesome, usually pretty quick at getting the food out. Common theme with each of the stores, they are dirty. The upkeep during the day seems non existent. They have that cool drink machine, when all the flavors are there.

Yes the winter whopperland scam that runs Dec 2 to Dec 31 2019 with free play, over 50,000 prizes a day and daily prizes. But as of December 26 and still not fixed and they are still pushing it and playing along like everything is good. When in fact it's a train wreck! And should of been stopped day 1. False advertising is not a good thing. They have a really big mess on their hands that's not gonna go away no matter how many things they try to cover it up with.

The ice cream machine goes down a lot. The bacon cheeseburger doesn’t have lettuce or tomato and the bacon looks raw (pink). The store we go to doesn’t seem to care about quality and seem bored when we talk through the speaker. Some are rude.

It was very disgusting. I would never eat there again. Very poor customer service. Not very many things on the menu. My wife And children were very sick after from food poisoning. Never again in my life will I take me or my my family to eat there again.

The best burger l have ever had. Love it. I eat 3 or 4 per week. I buy them for my guest. I could live on these burgers for weeks. Nicest burger in town. You will not find a better burger. The thing that bothers me most about my local Burger King is the lack of cleanliness. The condiment and drink station is always filthy. The tables are dirty. It's hard to find a clean one to sit at, and there is always food on the floor. If the front looks like that imagine what the back looks like.

I enjoy going to Burger King. The menu could use a upgrade at some point. Also when will they remodel the stores to compete with their competition? But for the most part I will always enjoy dining out or grabbing a fresh burger on the run.

I have posted on Google reviews, Facebook etc. The Burger King in Tarpon Springs should be Dethroned! Their staff usually has no clue what they are doing, taking orders slower than any other FF restaurant. The food usually ends up being wrong, missing items or looking like tossed around before being wrapped. Their $1 tacos are the worst of all, so greasy you could see thru them (but definitely not eat them!). Satisfied, LOL.

I like that the burgers are charbroiled and you can get lettuce and tomatoes etc. The bread could be better because the buns are a little on the stiff side but overall ok. Hamburgers can come colder than usual when they get to you with the rest of your order.

Usually I do not make a purchase unless I have received coupons or special offers. I still like the original flame grilled Whopper that I enjoyed beginning when I was age 14 . I still seek that burger when needing a quick and ready meal. I like it "my way!" I also prefer their fries to most other food chains. And onion rings are still a favorite. I usually use the drive through to avoid, what seems like “run down, declining seating area.” But I noticed that my local store is renovating! Great! I may eat-in my next visit.

The BK food is consistent and tasty. I love the crispy chicken sandwich, my wife loves the Whopper for the same reason. Fair and reasonable pricing too. All of the BK's I have visited locally and on travels along the East Coast are clean, well lit, and the workers are truly welcoming. Thanks BK!

Cheap eats with decent variety, some gimmick menu items, impossible burger option a great plus. Veggies on burgers are uncooked, like the crisp of them over other competitors cooked veggies. Hoping they can incorporate kiosk ordering at the majority of their restaurants along with a better mobile app experience.

Their beef products are great but I think everything else on their menu needs a re-vamp as well as some new items. I think having the Impossible burger on your menu was a fast and appropriate response.

Their specials far exceed those of its closest rival. Additionally, their food is always fresh and Hot, unlike the competitors. Again, in comparison to its closest competitor, speed of service is much faster.

Store dirty, employees worse, food awful.. I regularly would go to BK over McDonalds, but after 2 stores in same day were just extremely dirty, and employees looked they needed more than a bath, All 4 of us returned the food, that was so bad. Brown lettuce, bad tomatoes, skins on onions. No mayo ==== not extra mayo.

Service is always fast, employees are polite and knowledgeable. Food always taste fresh. When a problem has popped up it has always been handled quickly and satisfactorily by either management or employee. As a matter of fact this is my top choice for fast food and with the coupons received in mail a bargain you can't pass up.

Burger King makes my family come together, starting with their amazing Vegan Option for my older brother down to their ultra full of bacon cheeseburger for my personal enjoyment, and satisfying nuggets for the kids in the family, we love the coupons we get sent home and use them on family urgent fast trips when taking grandma to her doctors check up appointment. Instead of the manager Dave being kind, he threatened to call the cops on her and made her clean up the bathroom. No compassion. He told me that he thought that she was on drugs. Quality and cleanliness varies dramatically between stores. Often hard to know which is better. Been in 100-plus locations between Fl, MI, and east coast. Et Cetera. The better stores are very clean, have good customer relations, and food is always better.

From my experience Burger King is the best price, quality, goodness, service and their burgers are always good and hot. Juicy to savor the great taste of the meat!! It's doesn't matter which one I go to, the service is the same. I also think their prices are very reasonable. The one I usually go to close to my house is always very busy. It's fast food but takes a long time for my order to be completed. Doesn't matter what BK location...all takes awhile. And wish there were more locations. I usually have to drive 20 minutes out of my way to find one.

Springfield, GA BK is a great rest stop for me as a cyclist. Regardless of food purchase- can refill water bottles. Past six years been a great place to stop in for either breakfast- pancakes, or egg sandwich, or lunch fare like BK burger (my dad's favorite). There are choices of rest stops. The staff- Charlene and Holly and others are the best. On one occasion- I had forgotten cash/card. Charlene had me order lunch anyway - said to pay her back on my next visit. I rode back next day just to repay her kindness and the bill- she said she took care of it. Later was a few years ago.

I was so pleased when I found out that they now served Impossible burgers. I had tried them in a regular restaurant and was happy because my granddaughter is a vegetarian so this is one place we can enjoy a burger together.

I would give five if employees wouldn't forget half your order and make you go back. All the time they forget to put something in my order. So irritating to have to go back and say that I didn't get my sandwich and pie or my mots stick. So glad I brought them back.

I will eat at Burger King BEFORE I eat at pretty much any of the other chain restaurants one, because their burgers are not cooked in a greasy flat grill in their own grease which makes the taste awesome however, charging fifty or more cents for a piece of FAKE CHEESE is just cooperate greed trying to take every penny from our pockets they can. Now IF quality people were hired, which yes means higher salaries, I would even pay a bit more for what I get but seeing how some of their employees look and dress sometimes makes me walk out because their appearance reflects highly on their home life that they bring with them to work. Also I and many many Americans prefer McDonald's French fries because they are simply awesome tasting.

I stopped eating meat two years ago and I was happy to learn BK offers a plant based option. The Impossible Burger was great. I've had it twice since it's launch in Houston. I would recommend this product.

Burger King isn't as good as it used to be. It was a lot better when I was younger. It tastes a lot better. I don't know what they did but they change their hamburgers. They changed them over the years. I don't know why they were good when I was younger. I used to work for them for a while and they were a lot better then than they are now.

Good variety on the menu; but, an inconsistent quality particularly on buns. Service is very sketchy even within the same restaurant versus other Burger Kings in the chain. Food is not hot when served and drive-thru's are a disaster. Restrooms are generally in poor condition with litter all over...very small.

They have a good menu but it is always sloppily prepared, over or undercooked and they ALWAYS get the order wrong. 5 stores have closed their doors in my area in the last year. Gee I wonder why :). We do like their food when it's properly prepared but that is now a 30% chance of happening.

Been going to Burger King for 35 years. They are consistently better than Mac Donald's. You always know what to expect from them. No cold fries ever. We usually use drive-in service since we are older and have trouble getting in and out of restaurants.

I congratulate you for coming up with Impossible Burger; it was very delicious. However, I was disappointed to discover THAT YOU BAKE THIS BURGER ON THE SAME GRILL AS THE ONE FOR MEAT. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO VEGETARIANS AND VEGANS. Aroma and particles from the grill that impossible burger picks up makes it not-vegetarian anymore. Most people that are vegetarians, are so, for compassionate reasons that they cannot compromise with cruelty or its evidence, at all. I hope you would look into it to see if you can provide separate grill for vegan burger; if that happens, I, and many others that I know, would love to have your burger. I am a Jain; there are close to 500,000 JAINs. If you know anything about Jainism, you would know how they feel if, even, accidentally or out of ignorance they wind up pushing meat down their throat. They are vegetarians on compassionate ground, not health.

As soon as you put your credit card info in, Burger King charges you without allowing you to review the order. That was the first thing I noticed that was wrong. Then I get to the Burger King but they closed early because they were out of bacon, yet I ordered the impossible whopper. So the restaurant was closed and they charged my card, so I figured I would just get a refund. Looked on the app. Nowhere to cancel the order or request a refund. Called customer service and they said they couldn’t help. Called the store in the morning and they said they couldn’t help me. So how do I get a refund? You can take customers money and not offer a way to get a refund or cancel an order. It’s been two days now and I still haven’t got my money back. This seems like a shady practice and they need to be investigated. If I was a single mom trying to feed her kids, my children would have been without food.

Burger King store #5162. No way they pass inspection. Got to be the nastiest Burger King I have ever to enter in. Makes wonder about the food. There are friendly though everything was a disgrace. I see why Burger King is collapsing. Won't go there again.

I purchased Whopper combo with Cheesy Tots to dine in. I received my food in a to go bag even though I was dining in. They were out of ketchup! None on the condiment table nor in little packets. If I had known, I would not have ordered. After making my protest I took my food and went across the street to eat at Wendy's, where they had plenty of KETCHUP. Goodbye BK.

SCAM ALERT!!! DON'T GET THE BURGER KING APP!! I responded to an ad for this app. The only reason I got it was for the discount. I placed my order on the app and it was wrong twice before getting it right the third time, but the real problem is this app is a BAIT and SWITCH SCAM and they know it. I have called corporate for the last 2 weeks and NO ONE will call me back. They got me on a $3 off on $10. I SPENT $10, but it didn’t give me the discount. @ weeks later after this happened to me and I Have called their corporate office multiple times it still SCAMS you and won’t give you the $3 off! DON’T GET SCAM WITH THIS APP!!!

I think their idea of creating a burger without meat should have been a hit since their whopper is one of the worst burgers for fast food. Should have been a slam dunk but the meatless burger is even worse. Don't think ranchers eating meatless burgers in their commercials makes it taste good. This burger is as bad as all of their burgers.

Two days ago I was as usual at the Burger King which is located at 116 Ambassador Caffery Pkwy. Scott, LA 70583.. And I had the worst experience in a restaurant since the person who took my order had a very unpleasant behavior to such an extent that he behaved with RACIAL and DISCRIMINATORY acts, something that had already happened to me other times in this same restaurant. The service is GARBAGE. The worst.

My boyfriend and I ordered 2 impossible whoppers because we wanted to try them. I have avoided Burger King for 2 years now because they consistently are awful about leaving the mayonnaise off my order. Today I was given my food with the wrapper marked no mayonnaise and no onion but yet it had mayo on it. I am smart enough to check before getting too far away so instantly noticed the mistake and we went back to the drive thru. Despite being the only car in the drive thru, we waited 3 to 5 minutes before anyone came on the speaker. When we let them know that it was a mistake and that we'd like them to make a new one without mayo (I've had them just wipe it off before) they got rude about that. At the window they said they'd remake it with no onion. My boyfriend tried to get their attention to make sure it was also no mayo. They opened the window and snapped that the staff member knew. This was at 2:06 pm.

I ordered 2 for $4 sausage croissants. The guy in front of me took 10 minutes then I finally got my order. The sausage tasted hard but I ate it anyway because I was hungry and on my way to a Doctor appointment. The next morning I reheated the second one and looked at it before heating and the sausage looked like it was deep fried and was hard. I think I won't buy there again. This is the same place I ordered a fish sandwich that was cold inside so I spit it out and the next day I was sicker than a dog.

I'm always looking to try something new, so I gave the new Burger King Impossible Whopper a try. First off let me say I've eaten other vegan meat produces in the past and some were good and some not so good. The Impossible Whopper was so bad I couldn't finish eating it. It tastes of chemicals and bad vegetables. The texture was like degraded foam rubber. A complete disappointment and waste of money. Great hype, bad product.

Came to Burger King on 10344 King George Hwy, Surrey BC. Was charged for tomatoes but was no tomatoes. While ordering I told them that I don’t want waiting but I want everything to be fresh. When I got my food there was no tomatoes. Fries were soggy and cold. When I went to get missing tomatoes that I paid for the Manager put the styrofoam container harshly into my tray. I asked for double double coffee and there was suppose to be double double with milk. They just put black coffee and when I asked where can I find milk manager said we are suppose to give. The staff were nice but the manager was horrible. ** and ** were the wonderful staff who insisted on coming back and they will treat us better and apologized. But the manager is awful.

Wouldn't honor the price on the drive through menu board. I understand that prices go up but if a business is too lazy to change the menu board price, they should honor what they have posted. The Burger King on Missouri Ave in Largo refused. They lost a customer.

This burger is TTTRAAAAAASSHH. It taste like New York schoolie. It's mad dry. I only ate it coz it was free on T-mobile Tuesdays. Just go to Mcdonald's bro. It's not worth it. I don't know what "Flamed Grilled" is but it sucks.

My husband and I are new to the area. Today would make our 4 time coming back to Burger King (usually never had any problems, the ** manager is very sweet & respectful). However today was like no other visit to ANY other fast food restaurant. As far as service goes this was the worst and the sad part is it was from a Manager?? So my husband & I went there today on our lunch break ordered “light” 2 tacos, double cheeseburger, medium fries for the both of us to share. We had water to drink.

I thought this was a Chipotle. So I walked into the building and was greeted by a handsome young asian or muslim man, I couldn't tell. And i order food and the waiter slammed the tray so hard, it brought me back to Vietnam. So I'm suing, good luck in the court.

Now I’m more of an independent consumer so I am not a fan of one or the other. It’s more about the product and whether I like this specific product. This morning I tried the maple waffle breakfast sandwich from Burger King and was highly disappointed. I was expecting to taste that maple flavor and was not able to taste it at all. The cheese was unrecognizable, didn’t even look like a slice of cheese. It looked more like some kind of sauce that they slathered on there. The bacon and the egg was normal. Needless to say it tasted like an overfried bun, way too greasy with no flavor. Unfortunate. So folks don’t let looks deceive you, you don’t get what you pay for.

I ordered a bacon king tonight. Simply said I want a bacon king meal, large. They translated that to bacon king, no bacon, no cheese, no ketchup. Even says it on the receipt but didn't say it on the board nor did I say that. They even repeated what I said back and I said yes. Bacon king meal large. I don't understand how they mess up that bad.

AWESOME (I go to BK 5 days a week for the last 7 years). Burger King actually tastes like REAL Food! McDonald's so called food is all waxy and rubbery textured, like a Squeaky Dog Chew Toy!!!! When it comes to comparing the Buns: I'd rather be left picking the seeds outta my teeth from Burger King buns, as opposed to nauseously attempting to force feed the cardboard tasting McDonald's buns (which in my experience, has also always been as tough as cardboard when attempting to remove a bite!) : CASE CLOSED!!!!

Nowhere on coupon does it exclude the Impossible Whopper, also Brookhaven, PA and Aston PA prices are 10 cents different. I won't be going to any of them anymore, this site also is BS. The last time I have ever gone to BG because I'm vegetarian.

I live in Port Orange Florida; last week on Thursday, I went to Burger King and ordered two impossible burgers. Imagine my surprise when they said: “we have the burger, but we ran out of lettuce, you still want it?" I said yes. When I got home I used my own lettuce. The burger was great. But I never heard of a fast food restaurant running out of lettuce. ???

Finally made it to Burger King on 25300 Michigan Avenue in Dearborn, Michigan for my favorite Impossible burger. I asked for it gluten free (no bun), wrapped in lettuce (like any McDonald's does) and the employee keyed in "Impossible Burger", "plain". I get to work open my lunch and find a naked Impossible burger - no lettuce pickle, sauce - NOTHING! Sandwiched between a very glutinous BUN! So I throw out the bun, and call the manager. Did he offer to replace it or anything? NO! Just said sorry! Well sorry isn't good enough for this customer! I am going to lodge a complaint with the credit card company - "sorry" is not good enough for this customer!!!! Goodbye Burger King! MCDonald's - I am back!

Just expanding the summary. Impossible Burger texture and flavor is for meat eaters who want plant based burger and not for vegetarians. They aren't going to like the chewy, rubbery or the flavor/look of this burger. Just going out on a limb and saying it may not be out to stay too long or a hit or anything.... Got to greatly appreciate the effort though from Burger King and it's supplier.

This review is for the store located on 434 just West of I-4 in Longwood, Fl. 32750. I have been a Burger King fan for many years but you guys are losing me. This store in particular just isn't doing their job. The last 4 visits that I have been there, they have been out of Onion Rings. Come on. These are the reason that I go there. Really. 4 times in a row. Somebody is Not doing their job at this store. I'm talking about visits that were all at dinner time between 6:00 and 7:00 PM. How Can You Run Out Of one of your best sellers.? I gave this store a (1) only because I couldn't give in a (0).
