Avoid Burger King at 1032 N Woodland Blvd, DeLand, FL 32720. Staff are extremely rude and provide slow service. Cook and cashier with long hair shouldn’t be working there. He was rude to a couple in front who wanted their food to go. No one was in the restaurant afterwards and I still wasn’t being served. Area could also use a renovation.

The Manager Miss ** is "OUTSTANDING ", she is managing the restaurant in a more sufficient way. Not once that I've went there, I or other customers complained about having wrong order or given someone else. She must be a military veteran, I think Army. Thank you Miss **.

Hello, I like to bring to attention to whom it may concern regarding my Burger King complaint I had on Last Thursday May 8th, I have attached my receipt, I was in the drive through at burger king in Cumming Ga at Brownsbridge location ordering for my family, I ordered 1 Whopper meal, and 1 original chicken sandwich. Then I asked for 2 more original chicken sandwiches and 1 of them with pickles and mayo on it and 2 fries, I remember hearing the guy said my total was 26.00 and change when I came around to pick my order up the guy repeated my order to me which was right what I said. Then I asked was the extra 2 chicken sandwich in there, then BRANDON THE MANAGER came to the window and TOLD ME I ORDERED 5 CHICKEN SANDWICHES and to pull forward and he will bring them out to my car which was NOT TRUE TO MY ORDER I STATED TO HIM, WITH WHAT I ORDRED HE CONSISTEDLY PRETTY MUCH said I ORDRED 5 CHICKEN SANDWICHS SO THAT I CAN PAY 45.51 AND not 26.00, that was not what I ordered, I DID NOT ORDER 5 ORIGINAL CHICKEN SANDWICHES!!
I went in he explained my order to me which was WRONG WRONG WRONG, he gave me a bag full of chicken sandwiches along with my whopper meal, I SHOULD HAVE ONLY PAID 26.00 AND NOT 45.51, I AM SO MAD ABOUT THAT!!!! Brandon gave me only 5.00 back from the drawer, I didn't ask for all those sandwiches at all!!! I got home because I was still unsatisfied with my order with what I paid for, so when I called bk I asked for manager and he answered as I was trying to explain he kept saying he couldnt hear me over the phone so when I talked to him I explained whole heartedly again and he mention I order those 5 sandwiches again, he offered 3 free meals anytime I come back, I dont want to order anything from that burger king long as he is there, I only wanted my money back because I feel I paid for something I did not ask for!!!

I’m usually not one to complain on here. I tried resolving but called the store and main office and no one answered. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches lettuce only. As seen in pictures I got 2 chicken sandwiches mayo only. I am allergic to mayo base things. I took a bite and luckily I didn’t get sick. I am not looking for free food but please correct this for other people. State Rd 52 Hudson was store.

The manager at the night shift in Park City Kansas really is good and knows how to treat customers. Very nice kid and I don't just write reviews for anyone, but he is very attentive and since he has been there very positive experience. I love that place! I am not sure of this young man's name but is the night shift manager and just wanted to let you know he is very good at his job!

Maria the restaurant manager on Center street Manchester Is rude very disgusting.. She got annoying. Walking away from because I told her to remove an item from my order that I did not want. She had someone else to assist me and still interrupted my service shouting, "He doesn't know what he want.." Arguing with me for attention and to get support for entertainment from her staff with her insult. She stated, "You think they will fire me. Am the manager" and gave me the middle finger... Corporate needs to be involve and discipline this lady... These are the employee who think they are entitled to stay on the job offering people with no consequences. And when they lose their job they Blame it on Goverment, Corporate, low salary etc but never themselves.

I just went by the Burger King at State Street and young female with braids and wearing glasses taking orders at the window closed the window about 5 times used profanity towards me and say just go somewhere else. Doing this after taking my order and not having what I ordered and waiting about 8 minutes and did not want to offer a complimentary slush after I asked and then never had fixed the other order which was a burger. I believe that to be unacceptable and goes to show why people don't go as much anymore and no problem I won't be and neither will my companion.

I work 2 mins away, my wife ordered online 11:20pm (open till 12am). Drive through was only me. Told to pull up. Sat for 15min burger and fries. Finally came out didn’t anything and order was all wrong!

Went to Burger King in Lebanon on W south st. Was mad we stopped in before they closed and didn’t get our order right. Was missing items and food was not fresh. Do not recommend at all! Will be calling management in the morning when they open!

Tonight I went to Burger King on Stockton BLVD and Florin Rd and the manager OSCAR was very rude. The customer service was very bad and I am a faithful Burger King customer. He made me feel like I do not want to go back to the location ever again. The Burger King on Fair Oaks in Sacramento had an employee named Aaron and no longer works there because they let him go and he had a GREAT personality and represented Burger King very well and I stopped going to that one because he no longer works there. The manager needs to do better. He will make people not want to go there.

This is the worst Burger King location there is. The employees are always playing around, and they are never taking orders. They are too busy goofing off and even physically arguing with each other. This location is always very dirty. I do not recommend anyone come here...

I had to wait to get attention so I could place my order. Asked if I had to use kiosk to get service and employee seemed like he couldn't understand what I was saying so another customer had to explain and I still had to wait to place my order and the place was not packed at all. Burger was fresh but customer service was lousy at the Pleasanton CA store on Hop yard.😐

The service was great, but at the time I went thru the drive-thru, there was only Christopher working, one person managing all by himself, is wrong. The store need more staff at least 3. I was there in the morning, just letting you know, the store number is #**, here in El Paso, TX.

This Burger King is probably the cleanest one we’ve been in. The decor is awesome and very well kept. Even the landscaping is pristine. We have been to a lot of Bk restaurants on the east coast and this one by far exceeds the rest. Congratulations to the staff on such a wonderful establishment.

I waited almost an hour for dinner for my child only to have the order picked up by a delivery person and canceled after 15 minutes. That is messed up. I've shown up and seen signs on the door that they are out of burgers (yeah, BURGER King is out of burgers), seen disgusting people hanging around, and have never had a good experience at their Everett, WA, location. Horrid store with crap management. If you're hungry, don't go here.

I was so disappointed to come home and find that I didn’t get what I had ordered. I hadn’t ate all day and I was craving a burger from Burger King, so I order a double cheeseburger with bacon and I open the wrapper and see a cheeseburger loaded with raw onions!!! I like hamburger and went to different fast food restaurant. I ordered both the Whopper Jr and french fries at Burger King on Citrus Avenue in West Covina. I bought one and got one free from coupon. However, I did not like the first Whopper and the fries. I found that when the Whopper Jr is very hot after I heated up the 2nd one at home. It was no longer sour and the taste was much better than the 1st whopper which was Lukewarm (I ate at the restaurant and then tasted sour and not very fresh). The french fries had no taste of potatoes and a good taste like In & Out Burger and other places. Please understand it is important to be hot and have good taste for more customers to buy. I will never order from Burger King again. I ordered thru the app and I thought it was delivery but it switched in the app and I placed the order. First there is no way to talk to someone. You have to do it by email. Then they tell me they can't cancel orders in the app once the order is placed. So they give me these coupons that I can't use at the same time to reorder my food. I told them to take back the coupons because I want my money back and they are ignoring my emails. I told them first time I wanted my money back and they don't want to give it back. This is ridiculous. Burger king app and customer service is crap and they are pulling scams to keep People money. I am putting in a complaint with the BBB. They need to be shut down!

Putrid. Just paid over 14 dollars for a Whopper with Cheese Combo in Westphal Burger King, Dartmouth, NS store. Onion rings were limp and Cold...Also the burger bun was hard. Me waiting in drive thru for going on 15 min is insane. They literally take one order at a time in drive thru and always make customers pull up to get off their drive thru time. As much as y’all don’t have customers y'all be making us wait like y’all are packed Fr and y’all not on the daily. Burger King on Apalachee Parkway y’all need to get it together. I’m seriously surprised y’all are open still. Customers are literally leaving drive thru because of y’all poor speed service.

I ordered a Whopper, it was dry, cold, bun looks like a mouse ate it, lack of proper dressings. I have pictures but don't know how to upload here. Pictures shows just how awful the burger was. I wish I could drive back to restaurant to show them how horrible this burger was. I was so looking forward to a good burger for supper.

Went to the 675 Concord Avenue in Cambridge, MA 02138 location and asked for cheese on the sandwich which I paid EXTRA for and they didn't put cheese on it. I went back and they said, "Sorry we can't help you," so I went up to the window and showed my receipt and they still won't fix their mistake.

The Management helped me with car trouble I was having. I needed to pull in at the Phoenixville PA location. I went in to ask for help and without question or hesitation, the manager jumped in to help me! I have never been so grateful for this young man's help! I would have been totally stranded. I would like to see him be honored with an award for Exceptional Customer Service. Oh, by the way, the burger I received afterwards was delicious! When you make a purchase the receipt has a survey on back to complete and a code is given to receive a free sandwich with the purchase of s/m/l drink and s/m/l fries or hash brown. Well today the lady yelled at the speaker as I attempted to give her the code, "oh no we don't accept those", I was trying to explain it was a survey code, and she yelled just drive around mamm.
When I got to the window and showed her my receipt with the code, she said they been stop accepting those and she don't know why people keep trying to use them, I can only use coupons with a number code, and would not accept, I told her I would complain as this was not fair. I ordered and paid for a bacon and egg croissant meal and waited over 4 minutes, when I received my food it was cold, the hash browns were overcooked, and the sandwich was mashed up and taste stale. This location always disappoints me but it's close to my home and in route to my job. The survey is either fake, misleading, and shameful to our community.

We used to get a family meal and door dash would deliver and it cost $25 dollars. Now we ordered just 2 whoppers with nothing else, and it cost $25 dollars. This is ridiculous. How do they expect people to afford this stuff. The family meal is now $34. We used to pay this at Olive Garden for a sit-down dinner for 2.

This place is here in Cape Coral is the worst Burger King on Del Prado is dirty. They don’t listen to instructions when you order your food. They give people stuff that they say they don’t want on their food and they may be allergic to it but this place don’t care cause their workers are all on drugs.

I purchased a meal online last week, only to arrive at my local franchise and be told the meal I ordered had been discontinued. I was also informed that I would have to request a refund through the app and that I couldn’t exchange food, that I would have to make a new order. I was a bit mad at this point and frustrated. I ended up leaving and eating elsewhere. I contacted support to request a refund. I didn’t hear anything for a week until I got an email asking if my problem had been satisfactorily resolved. I have no idea over which medium they sent their reply, as it didn’t show up in my email nor did it show up on the app, but there was reply from corporate in the email they sent me.
It is beyond frustrating when they can’t update their own menu in a timely fashion. Then the franchisees won’t give you a refund or allow exchanges, even though it’s not your fault or theirs. Then the level of customer service they give while dealing with the problem becomes even more frustrating. I will never eat at a Burger King again. If this is the practice and policy they allow, shame on them. I still haven’t received a refund for the food I never got, nor do I think I ever will. They have poor communication and either they aren’t aware, or they’re hoping that people just go away without getting a refund. Be wary of using the app to order food, and if you have to get a refund, I wish you the best of luck.

Ordered a chicken sandwich combo... Received cold withered fries (and that was the best part of the meal)! I would not known that it was chicken at all if that was not what I had ordered... Cold, greasy, rubbery and old... Would have been better off eating the wrapper! Then came the "sweet tea" which was served Luke warm with possibly 3 little cubes... I have drank better tasting cough syrup... Obviously made with some type of powdered mix in improper proportions! Then there was the price... Corporate daddy should be ashamed and embarrassed!!! This will definitely be my last review as well my last purchase ever!!!

Horrible customer service. Every time I go thru the drive thru I have to pull up and wait 15-30 min for a simple order, almost every time they don't give me my full order or it's sloppy. The worst employees work here if you losing business it's because of this. No one has time to wait 30 min in a drive thru at fast food restaurants

I am writing in regards to your location in 609 Metacom Ave, Warren, RI 02885. I am not only a customer but a delivery person. I have frequented this location a large number of times and I want to make you aware of the amazing manager you have at this location. I witnessed her praise her staff and kept them completely calm during a very fast, peak time of the evening. With every burger that came out. Every cup handed to her. It was absolutely unbelievable how important she made each and every staff member feel. The smiles on their faces told a story.
I am almost 50 years old and I have frequented many establishments over the years. I have never seen or heard anything like this in my life and I know how it is to be an employee and be praised for your hard work. Sometimes it means a lot more than the paycheck they receive. Sometimes it if you could please give “**” the praise she deserves. I would greatly appreciate it. Managers should all take advice from **’s handbook on being a manager. This lady is an absolute gem. The Burger King on Ledbetter is horrible. They never get the order right, they always take an unusually long time and the staff are always rude to you because they are short staffed. Dont go there. I waited 20 minutes for a burger and a Fanta icee.

Is it just me or has Burger King REALLY gone downhill? Out of desperation (and no other choices nearby) I stopped for breakfast. While the Croissan'wich was tolerable, the hash browns were mushy and crumbled in my fingers- mushy and cold. The coffee was served without cream or sugar, as per my request, and the poor order taker had to run between the order window and the delivery window. Burger King, what is going on with you????

Continuously missing items that aren’t refunded appropriately. My most recent order will be my last. Missing a chicken sandwich, contacted support, was offered 550 points (it’s 1000 points to purchase this missing chicken sandwich). Asked for a supervisor and received a response that they credited my card $2.77 and immediately they closed my case without any time for me to respond. It’s not just the stores, it’s their corporate office stealing from customers.

I went to my local Burger King in East Hanover and their chocolate shake Does not look how it looks on the screen. In their restaurant, they only can pull a little bit, but it doesn't look darker. Brown like how they're like chocolate milk. Is it should be the same color as the chocolate milk? Because my because I hadn't have you before when it's an opening day, they gave me Hey Like a lot of chocolate, a dark Brown, that's clearly white. It was clearly white and then we told them they were like, "No, we can't do this anymore for you." So that's why they deserve a one star, and I will be showing this to them.

Hadn't had Burger King for quite a while so we went to the one in Riverside in Harford County Maryland. I got a Whopper Jr. There was a piece of lettuce the size of a quarter. That was it. No other lettuce was on the sandwich. It was tasteless other than the toppings. It was cold and was not flavorful at all. I was extremely disappointed. I probably won't go back to Burger King anytime soon. They called themselves a restaurant. That is a joke.

First of all, the picture of your food on the board don't match the size that I bought. That's a joke. And trying to overcharge people is really sad for Burger King. Food was terribly terrible. Service was poor, ordered thru the mobile, still had to wait. Finally got home, took a bite into hockey pucks!! (Both burgers burnt), fries disgusting and old. I didn't have time to go back trying to get home before the bad weather. My recommendation if the employees were inside properly preparing food instead of smoking in front of the door possibly could have been better! Reminded why I don't waste money at Burger King.

On two occasions I went to the same location in Greenville MS and both receipts are faded and you can barely see the survey code. I know I had them correct. That survey site is blocked so that I cannot use them. The receipt dates are Feb 11 and 12. They either blocked mine or stole them so I could not use them. One was at night, that is the one in the 11th and the burger was done correctly with no issues but my receipt was printed and had bad print. The one on the 12 was in the middle of the day and they put pickle juice on it after I requested no pickles and added mustard which does not go on it. They cheated me on my jalapenos for that burger. Your employees and or that site location supervisor is behind this mess. I could not submit my information due to this game playing by the fake local owners living and operating in Greenville MS. Those receipts show this location as being in Atlanta, GA.

Burger King on 1st Avenue in Evansville, IN is the WORST location. Their food is always very poorly done, they can't follow a mobile order to save their life. When someone spends $40 on food and gets home only to learn not only are they short food, they have the completely WRONG FOOD. They need to consider new management or shutting this location down. If I could give a 1/3 of a star I would!

The burger King on 600 and Redwood is absolutely horrible! I waited in line 18 minutes to get my one combo. Fries were fresh, burger was cold. When I left the drive through all the employees or at least most were hanging out in the lobby with customers. Absolutely horrible service. I will spread the word that this location is a no-no. Save your money and go to Del Taco across the street haha

There was only two cars in the drive through including my vehicle. The wait was unnecessarily long for two cars. When I get to the speak to order the rep was not polite at all and confused me on my order. When I drove up to pay she did not greet me, neither did she said, "You're welcome" or "Have a nice day" after I said thank you for my food. Just poor customer service and looked unpleasant to say. Just my opinion on the Shroom & Swiss burger experience - not worth it - go to Hardee's - they have it on a sour dough bread but it is not grilled - however they call it toasted - when I received my sandwich the bread was still white (if that is toasted their toaster is NOT working). When you see advertised pix of the sandwich the bread looks grilled - even the commercials looked grilled - at any rate the bread did not look white on the advertisements.

I ordered a double cheese with only mustard! Got something with ranch and bacon! I asked for it to be made the way I ordered it and the lady behind the counter was beyond rude yelling at me saying, "You can't tell me to make that when I have 3 other burgers going." (Mind you we were the ONLY ones in the restaurant!) I won't be back.

I'm so upset with this BK. Every time I go to order (I come here often because it close) they never are very nice. Always rushing you to order. They put your order in so quick you can’t see it and it’s mostly wrong (sizes mainly) and they NEVER give you a receipt and when you ask for one they roll their eyes. Especially today, I asked for marinara sauce and he went to go get it but obviously couldn’t find it so he handed me one and said, "Have a good day." When I went to go look he gave me 1 buffalo sauce. I watched him look at it and put it in my bag. I'm so upset with the lack of professionalism that happens. It’s ridiculous.

Usually don't leave negative reviews, but I have had it with this location. It was a good spot, then about a year ago, things went downhill. Orders started coming out wrong or cold, and when you bring it to their attention the employees would get loud and rude with you. They blame the customer saying that's what you orderd, even with you showing them the order you placed on the app. They will take it so far as to dig the kitchen ticket out of the trash to prove the customer wrong. Just to end up proving themselves wrong. When you ask, "Are you not going to fix the mistake," they will finally remake the order but give attitude like you're doing them wrong, and then still get it wrong...like you're not go check the order.
We gave this place a few months break, hoping something would happen to make the place better again. Sadly this did not happen. Only took 3 times for us to give up on this location altogether. 1st time, my husband played it safe in just ordering nuggets and fries. Can't get that wrong. 2nd time order was slightly messed up. Had lettuce on a burger when it shouldn't. 3rd time tonight, They messed it up again and lied again about the order. Burgers were totally wrong. Order a large frozen coke, recieved a coke zero. As soon as I said "um" to bring to their attention it should have been a frozen coke. The woman at the woman told me you order a Dr. Pepper and Coke Zero. Which the Dr. Pepper part was correct but not Coke Zero. If they are willing to lie over a frozen soda they are pointless to try to even speak and reason with. Honestly, it's just sad how intentionally rude they treat people and how bad they are at doing their jobs.

Kiosks not working at Columbus Blvd site. No problem going back to the old days of ordering with a real person.5 minutes waiting in small line, 10 minutes being next in line, and no service while the few people there are all catering to drive up orders. Finally gave up as no manager around. This is why the MCD at Broad near Wash closed. Let's just put another poorly run establishment into same realm. Wait until you end up in Burbs to order anything, you cannot get fast food in Phila anymore thanks to useless employees!

Went for take out. Was told that the pies I ordered were going to be 6 min wait. I was given my food as soon as I got to the window. Was told pies still needed to come. was trying to get the food put back under the lamp to keep warm. I was ignored. Was told cold food was not their problem. I've been going to The Tamarac Burger King for over 10 years even before My dad recently passed away from cancer. They were always typically always very courteous. However this New day manager is very rude, doesn't like to listen to customers very much. Even if she gets an order wrong. She doesn't even speak English very well, and I've personally seen a few friends stop coming here because of her unprofessionalism. I'm generally very upbeat. But it's not 🚫 a very positive experience when dealing with her. And it's not Miss Patricia who we All know and like, the other girls name is Alexandria. Just for the record! Yes I recommend this place to My friends, but not cause of this manager just to be clear!

We stopped in Store 1691 off New Jesup Hwy. in Brunswick, Georgia. This was on Exit 36A off of I-95. It was very easy access off of the Interstate. When we walked in, you could immediately tell that this was an extremely well run restaurant. The eating area and the restrooms were absolutely spotless. The food we ordered was fresh, piping hot and delicious. The staff was professional and courteous, and fulfilled my request very quickly. Burger King has always been my favorite fast food establishment, but I’ve never visited one that was this well run. I wish this particular restaurant was in my hometown. Sorry, I got rid of my receipt, but I was Order #87 on 1/7/25.

I visited Upper Centennial Parkway at Mud St today at 3:54 pm today Dec 28, 2024. I ordered a chicken value meal. I should have known better as I had to say HELLO to get staff to respond... like I was bothering them. I had to ask for hot fries as the ones there had been sitting there since I got there. And that was the good part. The chicken was soggy with grease and not hot through the buns was also soaked maybe water and the lettuce was brown and limp... The only words I can use are disgusting and revolting. I highly recommend you do not eat there until their food is better prepared and the staff retrained in customer service no matter how much the bill was.

I saw on line that there was an offer for an original chicken sandwich on Dec 27. So I went to our local BK drive thru and asked for the offer. He laughed and said no there was no such offer. I went home and looked at the BK site and it said yes there was such a thing but I filled out the order to go thru the drive thru but the total did not reflect anything but the original price. I have now been going back and forth for an hour. Why does this crap is so convoluted. And why aren't your people aware of your specials. Another example of either poor training or non training but employees. Another example of customers knowing more than the employees? Never again. Too late for this day. And I don't believe what employees say.

6123 Nw 8th Ave, Gainesville, FL 32605. The Burger King on the address above is the awful fast food in the entire world. They pushed my family out after they gave us the food. We been sat inside the fast food with three little kids way before they locked the doors. They said that we had to get food and eat it outside because they closed the doors. Then they started to yell at us and offered fight us outside just because we questioned why we had to eat outside if we got to the store, ordered and sat way before they locked them. The 5 ** ladies there had no manners and they should not be hired at any job. People like them should be punished.

A potential solution might involve a full review of your employee training programs, including greater emphasis on register operation and customer service protocol, and hiring individuals who are better suited to the demands of the fast-food industry. Additionally, maintaining a consistent staffing level, especially during peak hours, would go a long way toward improving efficiency. If these issues are not addressed, I believe it may be time to consider whether continuing operations at this location or others is worth the long-term damage to your brand.

Our visit to store number 1745 began with the cashier mentioning that there would probably be a delay in service due to a previous issue at the restaurant. I asked, "How long a delay 10 minutes?" She said, "Yes just about that much." The team worked hard to push out the orders that had been creating and did so in a very professional manner. I was extremely pleased when we received our food and actually about 5 minutes which compared to other stores is very average. I did appreciate the cashier mentioning there might be a delay and being quite up front with the issue. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased when we received our food in a most timely manner. Kudos to the team at store 1745 in Winter Park Florida. You all rock!

I purchased a whopper and didn't have any tomatoes and pickles. It had very few vegetables as well. It looked like a tortilla burger. I called the manager afterwards and was hung up on. I contacted the corporate office and never received any feedback. The office just let the location what happened but no resolution.

I visited the Burger King location in Hudson NY on 12/17/24 at 12:15 pm. Upon entering I noticed an older man talking to the manager, his complaint was that there was a sign on the board 2 Whopper jr's for $5. The manager stated that the sign should have not been there but she would honor his request. The man walked back to the register to place his order (other people had come in), and was told he needed to go to the back of the line! I'm sure the other people, including me, would have said go ahead and place your order.
He verbalized his displeasure and the young lady's response was, "I DON'T CARE!" I should have walked out then! I placed my order at 12:16pm, they ran out of fries and whopper jr meat, had to wait for more to be cooked. I waited and FINALLY got my order at 12:34 pm, almost 20 min standing there, contemplated asking for my money back! I WILL NOT BE VISITING ANOTHER BK IN A VERY LONG TIME! Just thought you should know, wish I kept my receipt!

Was hungry for a whopper. Should have skipped it. Order was for a $5 your way whopper meal. Ordered without pickles. Got it & only thing they put on was pickles. Went up to take pickles off & add the other stuff. They charged for a whopper meal. Went up to get refund. They said no. That's what I ordered. No. I actually ordered a $5 your way meal. I was dissed by lady because she said it was what I ordered. Well then the girl that rang it up input wrong. They made the mistake(s) not me. So I paid $4 more than I should have. I ordered a regular size Whopper Meal with Cheese, no onions, and Diet Coke. The meal was served promptly. The ingredients of the burger were correct but the bun was so soggy it reminded me of when I go back to eat leftovers hours after I put it back in the refrigerator. The drink was a carbonated beverage with some cola flavor but it was very weak on syrup and that has been a frequent problem with this restaurant near 123rd St. and Biscayne Blvd in N. Miami, FL. I requested a receipt but there was not one in the bag. This was 11:15 PM.

I drove 40 minutes one way to try their Fried Pickle Ranch Whopper. They were SOLD OUT! Very disappointed. ☹️ Ended up ordering the Crispy Chicken Sandwich. It was terrible, I couldn’t finish it. This place is horrible. Workers are outside smoking cigarettes and you have to wait for them to walk in. They only take DoorDash orders once the point of them being open. This establishment is a free paycheck. The workers pretty much go to work to hang out and take smoke breaks on the clock. This place needs to be shut down. It’s holding up space for businesses that want to make money. It’s an eye sore for the community because it’s definitely not serving our community unless we want conversation and smell cigarettes. We already don’t have many eating establishments. This place is a waste of space.

I went to the restaurant on 26th and Sycamore in Sioux Falls SD. I am a very forgiving person, so for some reason (very close to my house), I continued to try them. They are the worst run restaurant I have ever experienced. On every level, just horrible. Mistakes on orders (almost every time, no kidding) poor food quality and employees that seem like they have no idea what they are doing. I ordered 5 items today and when she repeated it back to me, only one item was something I ordered. After starting over, she verbalized the correct order the second time. Got home and they of course forgot the only sandwich I ordered. The lady taking orders and the gentleman that gave me my order seemed like they were entered in a race and fast was the only thing that mattered.
Just an absolutely horrible restaurant that I will never, ever, give my money to again. This company should be ashamed at every level, all the way up to the CEO. This is based on approximately 20 visits to this restaurant. I should have my head examined because I should have never given them this many opportunities but like I said from the start, I am not a person who is quick to judge. Just horrible.

Last Wednesday, November 27th, I went to the store located at 13049 Cortez Blvd Brooksville, FL 34613 United States at 8:30 pm. The employee was mopping the dining room and when he saw me park, he closed the door and turned off the lights. I proceeded to go through the drive-thru and tried to order my favorite Whooper. When he informed me that he was out of onions and lettuce. Which is very hard to believe in a burger joint. I asked him if he could give me a discount and he said no. But he didn't apologize or offer another option. I just wanted to eat my favorite Whooper. I had to settle with the competitor Wendy's.
The saddest thing is that there is a lot of competition in the area, but this is not the first time I have tried to go to this establishment between 8 and 9 at night and everything is off. The sign outside the dining room and the drive-thru and movement can be seen inside the establishment. I hope you take this incident as seriously as I do. I look forward to your prompt response. I didn’t have my car last night and was craving Burger King so I ordered for delivery, it was about 11:30 pm. I sat here and waited, my food never arrived. I tried calling the Burger King location Fuqua to see what was going on but no answer, my order says delivered but I never received it. I spent almost $35 with all the fees and received nothing. I will never order for delivery again. I wish I could be able to speak to someone and not to a machine that doesn’t resolve anything.

This morning, 11/26/24, I went to the drive thru at Burger King located on Amboy Road in Staten Island, NY. The service was horrible. It was not busy at all. There was one car in front of me that obviously placed their order because they were pulled up to the window, and there was absolutely no cars behind me waiting. As I sat and waited for someone to come over the speaker to take my order I waited and waited, then finally a women's voice come over the speaker shouting that I could hardly understand her. I ignored her shouting and I started to give her my order when she cut me off. She repeated the same exact thing at least 2 or 3 times before she finally took my order. What really galled me was after the second or third time she hung up on me she blamed me for talking over her when in fact all I did was try to tell her what my order was!!?? In the end when I pulled up to the window a different person was at the window.
When I complained to her about what happened she made excuses for the rude woman and she was equally rude. I think maybe that person may have been her supervisor or manager and completely ignored my complaint like it meant nothing and handed me my order and rudely said 'BYE" as if don't come back. I have lived in the area for approximately 10 years and have frequented that Burger King over the years. I understand there is a turnover of employees and not everyone has perfect etiquette, however, never did I experience such rude behavior as I did today. Never ever will I go to that Burger King again! Lastly, if the person who greeted me at the window was a manger or supervisor I suggest that Burger King look into hiring better leadership!

Placed an order on the app for 12:05 pm pick up in store. Chickasha, OK. Order was handed to me at 12:22 inside so no cars that would delay. The reason I write is that they were totally out of Coke Zero, lemonade was weak and so was Diet Coke, too much water or too little syrup. When I arrived home there was no ketchup for the fries, no barbecue sauces for the chicken nuggets. Three burgers were ok, I believe the issue is whole new crew. When I arrived there was 2 customers at tables and another person behind me, I checked I just before noon.
They gave me the the cups to fill and when I told them they were out of Coke Zero they said it would be on when when they had a truck. Both Diet Coke and lemonade were weak, too watered down and looked very light. Tasted weak. Don’t even waste time trying to leave feedback, I wasted an hour trying to leave feedback but because I used the app I didn’t have the store number but there is only one store in Chickasha. So I tried to contact corporate.

It was nice and juicy anytime. I’m in town that would be the Burger King that I would visit for now on. Every last one of the workers was awesome. I went in to the Wasaga Beach Ontario Burger King at 9:15am on November 8th and ordered the two double breakfast on a croissant. I got home and half way through eating it and I notice massive amounts of mold on the croissant, some of which I apparently had already eaten. Feeling sick to my stomach now, I get back in car to go show them what they served me. I get to the counter and open the sandwiches revealing the massive mold spots. The lady looks at me like I am an idiot then looks at the sandwich like she does not see the problem.
After I tell her that is mold on my sandwich she just takes it and says she will make me two more and walks away! No apology, no acknowledgment that this is mold and they could have made me very sick. Then a gentleman comes out stands at counter and stares at me, I said I gave them to the lady and they have mold on them. With a dirty look and attitude he says they are making them. I am disgusted with this establishment, the fact she saw this mold when making my first sandwiches and still sent it out to me is crazy. I recommend you stay away from this Burger King at all cost, who knows how sick I may get from that sandwich.

Went to Yankton Burger King in South Dakota, on October 30th. Was told all sales final by the manager on the shift around 5:30 ish. My Double burger was raw, I’m currently pregnant. As well. I got to Burger King on 22 Union, New Jersey.... First I asked was there any deals going on. The girl did not understand what I was saying and then I said, "I would like to have the duo. Does that come with any other things like fries and drinks..." She didn't understand what I was saying.. so I talked to the manager and asked her to help her with my order so she said, "She has your order in.." Ok. On the receipt, the food wasn't correct so I addressed it to the manager "Before the food was made". That was on November 11th 2024 at 11:11am.... When I had got my food I checked my bag and my burger wasn't still the way I asked. She said something in her language and walked in the back... I asked "were you guys hiring?" The manager said she don't know. She have to talk to the general manager and she won't be there until Thursday... The general manager she said her name was**... Plus!!! How the food is not hot and I got there at 11:05am ...This burger king in union nj that's on rt22 has so many bad reviews.... Never again, I wouldn't even feed it to my dog.

I ordered food for our family we got stuck in line and it took 45 minutes, we never once complained. After the long wait we got home and not surprisingly the food was cold and tampered with. On the burgers we asked for light mustard. They literally squirted a half a bottle. The chicken sandwiches tasted like bathroom cleaner. All the food was ice cold and stale. The dining room was closed and they wouldn't answer their phone. Something has to be done. This was the first time in a year weve been to fast food and will never be back. My whole family was extremely ill the next day, I shared photos with support and showed them a photo of the tampered with food on the table and in the trash, They offered a coupon as compensation.

Our place I online order last night. Paid for it. Went to pick it up. They said they had no record of it. I showed him my phone where I placed the order when I pay for it and they told me to move into a parking spot or move on that there's nothing they can do. The next morning this morning I called the store and has to speak to the manager tell them what happened and he said they had absolutely nothing to do with the app. Nothing he can do so yet they've kept my money and have the have no service from the. The customer service person last night was Olivia. She was extremely rude. Did not bother to offer any help whatsoever and the manager I talked to today was a man. Didn't get his name but he didn't offer any help as well. So now I'm charged almost 30 bucks and have no food yet and the rudeness of the Olivia girl was outrageous. Even though I pulled up my online order and my pay information to show that I paid they still refuse to help.

On October 24, 2024, I went to the Burger King #23128 in Lubbock, Texas. I started placing my order and was not through before the young man totaled it and said he had to start over. So once again I tried placing my order with him twice. He said please pull up and I will go over it with you again. So I did. It still wasn’t right. So the manager took over and took my order once again. She gave me my total and I paid and she said park around the side at double doors and I will bring it out to you, so I did.
After 15 mins we still did not have our order but everyone else behind us kept getting theirs and drove off. I had to go back in and ask about my order and was told by another young man they were working on it. After another 10 mins they brought out our order. I was almost home 5 miles away when my grand-daughter looked at it and said it was all wrong. So I called when I got home. I spoke to the manager at the location and told her the problem. She told me if I would bring it back they would correct it. No offer of coupon or discount or anything. This food cost me $48.43. At that point I told her I would not return and would not ever patronize another Burger King

I just gave my local Burger King a second chance this morning by ordering a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. This particular location was closed down for quite a few months before it was sold to a new group recently. I assume since it was under new ownership. The service and food would be a better quality. To my surprise, there is no change in either. The biscuit sandwich this morning was obviously sitting for quite some time before it was being sold to me as the biscuit was very hard and the egg was cold. I am not sure I will give this particular establishment another try as both of my previous visits have ended in not so good way.

I am on a keto diet. Burger King is my favorite burger. I have ordered in the past and just thrown away the bun. Today I ordered from Burger King at 1200 West Club Blvd. Durham NC. I ordered as a keto customer. It took a few minutes and I was curt with the clerk. She was really nice. I apologize. When I got home I was so pleased. My three burgers were on a large salad tray. Spaced to save the cheese. There were tomatoes, pickles, onion rings, and lettuce on top. There were forks and knives in the bag. I was offered condiments. If I had forgotten a bun I would have still been happy. This is a great response to those whose diet is restrictive, but necessary. Just sorry about the clerk.

The unsweetened tea dispenser was just water. I asked a female employee for unsweetened tea but she never responded nor did she fill my cup. I had to get sweet tea even though I am a diabetic. No fork for my pie and no napkins.

On September 22, 2024, my grandson and I stopped at the Kingdom City, MO Burger King (#19449) about 3:22 pm. I should have turned around and walked out when we were greeted by an overflowing garbage receptacle with trash all over the floor. But we proceeded to the unattended order counter and called out to get someone to take our order. We paid and were handed 2 cups for our drinks. We prefer non-caffeinated drinks, but every single choice we made was sold out except Punch (yuck). Note that the drink station was littered with straws, lids and paper refuse (empty straw papers, etc.). We found the cleanest table (most were not wiped down from prior customers). We waited some time for our order, which finally came up.
My grandson had apple sauce, but they didn't put in a spoon. I went to the again unattended counter and yelled for someone to come give me a spoon. No one appeared so I held my grandson out over the counter to reach for his own spoon. Finally, I get to my Whopper deluxe. It was cold. Not cooked a while ago and cooled off. It was refrigerator cold. A woman appeared at the counter and I asked her if she was the manager. She said yes and asked what was wrong. I told her about my sandwich and about how dirty the place was and how we couldn't get any attention. She said she was sorry she was in back counting money.
A male employee volunteered to get me a fresh sandwich, which he did, it was hot and delicious. While we were eating, various sloppily dressed, long unkempt haired employees slouched around and made an attempt at picking up. The full trash can was emptied but the litter was left on the floor. And the manager got into an argument with an employee in front of the customers. This was the most disagreeable restaurant experience I have ever had, and I will never stop at that Burger King location again. Ever. Survey code **

I went to the BK in Lake City, MN at 5:30 pm today, Sept. 28, 2024. I ordered the Royal chicken sandwich with small fries and a coke. I had to ask for the coke and when I received it, the young man just about dropped it because he had the wrong lid on it. There was NO ice and the cup was only 2/3 full. There were no napkins in the bag. The fries were just barely cooked and the sandwich was swimming in mayo. Not going back. Did not get receipt.

Tried to order food by calling the order in over the phone as I have done several times. The guy refused my order so I sent an employee up to grab lunch. The thug at the drive thru had a ski mask I thought I was going to get robbed. Needless to say the incompetent thug still got the order wrong after repeating it multiple times. I will never visit that dump again.

I went to Burger King on Hulen in Ft Worth. There was a customer there that told an employee AND mgr that she was going to the ER Because they screwed up her order and gave her something she was allergic to. Both employees acted nonchalant. I ordered an impossible whopper with only cheese, ketchup, and tomato, I was having it for dinner. I was there at noon. I also ordered a double whopper with NO tomatoes and 2 large fries. I was handed the bag and there was NO fries. I told her there were NO fries! Again she acted nonchalant and put fries in bag and said there were only three employees. I told her to pay attention. When i took out the burger for dinner, I got a WHOPPER, NOT impossible whopper and it had tomatoes! I checked my son’s order and it was a SINGLE whopper no cheese and it had TOMATOES! I’m GLAD I checked it, that place is a JOKE!!! I’m going back today to see what happens!

I really enjoy myself at this Burger King 2367 Highway 92 W in Auburndale FL. The staff was very excellent, the food was very hot and delicious. When I arrive at the store it smells so good, very much clean, the bathroom was very clean and nice-looking.

Visited Store #5443 Dallas TX 75228. Ordered a Bacon Burger no cheese. When I looked at my Burger it had One Piece of Bacon on it. The One Piece of bacon was cut in half and put on my Burger. I ask, "Why are you doing this?" The Burger supposed to have two whole pieces of bacon on it. The store manager, stated that's the way Corp. Wanted it. One bacon cut in half and added to the Burger. That's Sad.

I went through the drive thru tonight. I ordered at 8:15pm. Got my food at 8:46pm. They tried to give me half my order while I had to wait on the rest, I said, "No. It would be cold by the time I would get the rest." When I got my order wasn’t even correct. They had to make two of my sandwiches over, and when I got everything the half that they tried to give me before was cold. They didn’t even keep it warm. No flipping starts.

Hello yes I ordered from them on 8/22/24. My order was $38.07. We never received the food. I emailed them several times. It took the computer a week to even email me back. Also I tried to contact corporate and never got through. You can't even talk to nobody so do not order from the website at all or you will lose your money. They tried to offer me $15 and also lied and said the food was delivered and it wasn't so please be aware. Do not order from their website.

I have been visiting the Burger King on Trinity Blvd. for years and I just got treated by the unprofessional manager in a very disrespectful manner. I waited in the car line for more than ten minutes. Then I honked my horn to get some assistance and He came on the voice box saying... "Don't honk your horn in MY driveway. We get with you after." He allowed someone else that drove up after me. I explained the reason why I felt to blow my horn and He then refused to serve me and flatly told me with His aggressive voice to go down the road to another Burger King.
Now because of this one unprofessional so called manager Burger King can never get another penny from me. There's too many restaurants near me and around me for such to be TOLERATED!!! My money is like his will SPEND ANYWHERE. My rating is a much deserved WHOPPER ZERO!!!! AND, now the only way I can submit this much needed information is to press at least one of the stars. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

I went to the Burger King on 1935 Coney Island Avenue and the food was horrible, it was the worst BK, I have ever eaten, and I don't recommend any go there. Also, they stated there was no $3 Wednesday whopper at their location despite the app saying so. The staff seemed bothered by me asking about the deals and were very dismissive. I settled for the $5 meal and the food was awful.

We waited in the dining room for over 30 minutes. We ordered on the BK app. When I went to ask about our order I was told they never got it. Employees said I sent my order to another BK. I showed them on the app we were at the right location, order number and time. They still denied me and said I was wrong. Then they found my ticket and admitted they had erased our order. I am attaching a copy of my receipt, time, order number, location. They did not have the fiery chicken fries, our fries were cold, the onion rings were old, the fiery whopper was a joke. It was bland and tasteless. The chicken sandwich had virtually ZERO fire sauce on it, but it was edible. The only redeeming part of our entire order was the fiery Sprite, only because the employees were unable to mess that up.
I will state for the record that this location was SEVERELY SHORT STAFFED. 2 employees trying to run the entire store, drive thru included. We noticed repeat mistakes on orders from guests who kept coming inside from the drive thru complaining about their orders being wrong. After the employees owned THEIR MISTAKE, and this was after we had been waiting for almost 45 minutes for our food, NO RESTITUTION WAS OFFERED, NO APOLOGY, NO ATTEMPT to make our order fresh or correct. All I got after proving they were wrong was one employee cursing obscenities under his breath and walking off.
I want a FULL REFUND of $30.25 placed back on my form of payment. I We will not return to this location. We should have had our food, eaten and left BEFORE we even got our drinks. The date was 07/23/2024, Location 11020 S Memorial Drive, Tulsa, OK. Order number was 89. Time of order was 6:17 PM. Time food received: 7:00 PM. 7 items from Burger King $30.25. Someone met us at the door and greeted us. (Even held the door open for us). Once in the door we were met with smile from the cashier. She promptly took our order. The order was ready before we finished getting our drinks and ketchup. Order was right and delicious. Very good service. It was in Richland, MS off of hwy 49. This kind of excellent service is rare. Thanks to all Burger King workers at this location.

Louisville, Ky New Shelbyville Rd. location just opened a few days ago, the wait was very long, the fries were extremely over-salted to where you could not enjoy them, wilted lettuce on fish, taste was not good, soggy. Waste of $9.00. Horrible experience!

Burger King changed their sauce to sweet relish and it ruined the Whopper. This is their signature sandwich and it sucks now. It doesn't even taste flame broiled. It tastes like a hot dog hamburger çombo. Nobody likes that. I guess Burger King doesn't like customers anymore because the Whopper tastes terrible. Bye Burger King.

Really, went to the Burger King on Thursday June 27th, was looking forward to two original chicken sandwiches this was around 6:15pm, no one was taking care of the counter and the guy in front had his back to me, I waited 10 minutes and kept being ignored until there was a line behind me. Finally a guy showed up at the counter. He wasn't wearing the apparel everyone else had, no greeting just gave me a dirty look like I was interrupting his day, I told him what I wanted. He asked for name and waited on the next people in line, they started getting their orders before me. After 15 minutes the guy that had his back to everyone mentioned to the restaurant staff he was still waiting on 2 originals.
I waited another 10 minutes then put my receipt on the counter in front of them and left, I will never go to Burger King again. This happened at the Payson Arizona Burger King, that person should be fired, worse service I have ever had anywhere, if they didn't like working there and have that kind of an attitude doesn't the manager see that or are they just that desperate for workers, never again Burger King.

I went for lunch June 18th around 11:40 am. I got the $5 bag and was charged $6.36, I asked why but I couldn't understand the young man taking my money! Then I drive away, my first mistake, I got no BBQ sauce, my fries were cold and still tasted like a raw potatoes!! The manager was NOT friendly at all, she must HATE life! ** apparently one of the mangers was working the drive thru and was extremely rude and her young employee as well. They both have 0 customer service skills and very unprofessional. The Manager stated I completed the order for inside store pickup. I have attached the receipt in which it clearly was drive/thru. When trying to explain the drive thru window was closed on me. This happened at the BK 66 Cordial Martinsburg WV.

This Burger King is located in Leesburg FL. This place has always been slow, and I told myself to never go back. Well, I did to only get two Crispers. When I made my order one car had just got done with their order and there was already a car at the pickup window. So now there are only two cars ahead of me and I sat in my car for almost 20 minutes. 5 more cars had pulled up behind me and the first car was still at the window. Second car behind me had left the line and pulled out. I followed him. What the heck is wrong with their management to let 8 cars sit in line for more that 20 minutes???? These are the same people who want 20 Dollars an hour??? Never again...anywhere will I eat there...No wonder they are shutting down stores...

I went to drive-thru at the Central sSuare location and I had asked for fresh food. I paid my bill and when I received my food they told it was fresh. When I opened my food it was not fresh. Fries were very hard and stale, when I got home my burger had hair in it and was very bad like it has been sitting out for hours. Even my doctor pepper was watererd down. This is very unacceptable!! When I ask for fresh food I as a consumer should be able to get fresh food!! The prices keep going up and the quality and quantity have gone way downhill. Burger King used to be one of my favorite places to eat fast food wise. But now it's just like the other places. I've been very busy all day and didn't have time to make dinner so I figured I'd go get something fast. Honestly, I should have just went to McDonald's. At this point I just want my money back. I'm ashamed for the way Burger King has become!!

After 50 years of dealing with BK, time to leave it forever! Slow, food cold, don't accept coupons, don't accept phone cards. Sometimes out of burgers, sometimes out of soda, sometimes out of chicken. Takes forever to get food they do have. Complain to corporate....useless! This is about their Website / mybkexperience.com. They hand you a receipt with an invitation to visit that website, but it's never coming up. Then you use "Contact us" to tell them. Yeah right! That's not working either. You pick a choice of subjects they show you, including "Chat with a Rep", but you cannot submit your choice / response, because there is no "Send" button or link. These SOB's do this on purpose. They don't want to be bothered with such things.

My local BK scams us senior citizens... They "keep the change" relying on our metal slowness... Latest adventure I had.. Last week.. They screwed me out of $5.30. Their website doesn't allow us to navigate anything without a receipt, I was never given a receipt in my transaction, so I cannot complain directly. I believe that is an obvious attempt by BK based on an apparent business model: "For every senior customer we lose, we get 5 young ones." So the good news for BK.. You just got "5 young ones to spend their money with you."

After watching 100's of commercials on TV I finally decided to go to a Burger King and try the Jr. Whopper special (2 for $5). I ordered at the drive up kiosk and when I pulled forward to pay and pick up my order, #66, there was chaos and confusion at the window. I tried to pay with a $50 bill, they had no change available and when the employee returned, I simply gave him my credit card instead. After about 5 minutes, I was handed a bag with my order.
I began to eat as I drove away. The french fries were not hot, and tasted just ok. My medium diet coke was not icy cold and was not very carbonated (as if it had been sitting awhile) and the hamburger portion of the Jr. Whoppers were also not hot. The I did enjoy the "grill" taste and the tomato and onion on the burgers, but it was a bit too wet from the ketchup. I have not eaten at burger king before and I would likely not return anytime soon.

I went to Burger King location 8500 Reseda Blvd Northridge CA and went through the drive thru early in the morning around 6:30AM and the lights was off, so I pulled forward to place my order because no responded, the employee who said his name was ** was so rude to me. I ask can I place my order here, I didn't see no lights on, the employee going to say pull around again, Why is that my fault y'all did not have the light on and on top of that under construction, it's all confusing to get in the line. The manager's name at this location is **, I left a message, hopefully they can make this right.

Went through the drive thru, for the first time in months because order is always wrong, and both burgers were made wrong, cold food, went back to Location on 5922 Merrill rd Jacksonville Florida, because phone number not working, manager extremely rude and very sarcastic. Asked where the food was and I stated in the bag. Looked at burger then receipt and asked which burger was wrong? Really? Seriously? The wrapper shows NO onions and lettuce but the receipt shows ONLY lettuce and onions. Will never patronize Burger King again as this is the last time and chance I will give this franchise my business.

Best place to grab fast foods!!! The prices of the food were like every other fast food joint. However, the taste of the chicken whopper burger was really good. The best part is they don't put ice cubes in the cold drink. I would suggest choosing a burger and going for the meal option.

Delicious Meals!!! Burger King has quite a big space to accommodate people... the seating is comfortable with tables, chairs and small sofas. The menu listing is clear and the staff is polite to assist your queries. Food is very good and pocket pinch is fine and not very expensive!!!

Burger King’s Whoppers are horrible. The restaurant is also filthy and has not been cleaned in years probably. An absolutely awful experience. Burger King ALWAYS gets my order wrong and it is an absolutely disgusting restaurant and anyone who thinks otherwise needs to get their taste buds checked. The whoppers are covered in filth and taste like they have been sitting in a dumpster. The staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful, always rolling their eyes at customers.. The environment is filthy. Stopped in after work to order an sandwich to head home. Ordered a fish sandwich with no Lettuce nor pickles. The attendant repeated my request twice to make sure he had it correct. When, sitting at the window after paying, I heard the guy that was bagging my food, tell the other employee, was I just make an biggie. Oh! Well better luck next time. I just thought they were having an conversation between the two of them. When, I arrived home. It was my order that was the biggie. He didn't read my ticket that I placed correctly. My sandwich had lettuce and pickles. On my receipt it clearly read 1 Plain- 1 t Tartar. Had lettuce and pickles and no tartar sauce at all. This fish was so overcooked, I couldn't even bite into and eat. This was so upsetting to me. I'm allergic to lettuce and I'm unable to chew pickles.
What, really is upsetting, is he made a mistake and knew he did and didn't correct it at that point. I'm sure when he goes to an fast food restaurant and orders, that he would like to get what he orders. Due to this experience, I'm done with this restaurant. They have lost my business. Employee#**- Christopher, needs more training on reading orders correctly. Fixes mistakes when they are made. People with allergic reactions to foods can become fatal. These are conditions that have to be looked at very seriously. One unhappy customer that chooses to start carry her lunches now.

December Friday, December 29th I ordered a meal to Wapa Mills. Couldn't have extra meal, no pickles. My daughter is allergic to peppers. I remind you double manager what I ordered. She loudly said, "Oh best wasn't debate." Okay, I take the bag of drop off first of all. The drink they water down cause I guess they made them too soon. Secondly, it's pickles all over the sandwiches. Wasn't cutting half. Wasn't the way I ordered it? That's $25 down the drain. Is still trying to figure out why? It was $25 when the combo says that it's $9 each. One sandwich tasted undercooked and the second Whooper was burned, the drinks were water down. The only thing were good was the French fries.

I have yet to order any food from the Burger King in Diamondhead Mississippi that was edible. Today they messed up my order AGAIN. I had no napkins. I had no sauce. The food was cold, and the cheese that was on my Burger was not a slice. It was a slice of cheese that had been torn in a little piece. And thrown on there. And the end of its tomato. Then still had the stem on top of that. It had little bacon crumbs instead of the bacon that I paid extra for. When I tried to show the cashier. The food that I got and the quality of it. She rolled her eyes, shrugged her shoulders, and didn't care. And there's no 12 actually call and speak to with burger king. You have to send a man email and they send a generic response anytime.

My sandwich was cold, my husband's sandwich was cold and I didn't receive my soda and when we asked the Dasher about the soda she said, "You have to call the store." I'm over it. These restaurants are not what they used to be so I'm done. If you fix food that way when it's ordered I feel like it will be that way in person so I won't eat there anymore.

Why not tell me as I'm halfway through my order, "I'm sorry we are closed now"? Nope. She helped the 2 people ahead of me, than asked for my order. So she isn't responding and I say, "Hello, Hello." I waited thinking maybe she was the only person there and was helping the 2 in front of me. Finally, I realize there's no way, and drive up to the window to see what is going on. She literally left the store in the middle of me ordering.

Order the wapper Ashford to meet. Made fresh with meat, cheese manage and mustard ketchup, came back with everything on it. Asked you to take it off and made another one I asked for to be made fresh. They could just take this stuff up. I started to watch him this time. Every time they took a piece of meat out of the back. They took it out of the warmer. It was not made fresh. I know you can request a fresh Burger made from Burger King. They did not do that. I have talked to the manager. Her name is Flora. She argued with me about it was fresh. I watched them take it out of the warmer. It was not made fresh. Don't know why you have to argue with the customer. But hey that's one of their two point two stars in Baytown Texas Burger King.

I used to go to Burger King all the time, even my kids loved it. But that all changed one fateful day. I was going to burger King with my wife and kids like an ordinary Tuesday, but when I and my wife ordered a Whopper, and we bit into the burger, as my wife was enjoying the burger, I bit into something hard, something weird. As my suspicion increases, I decided to say it out loud "hey, I bit into something hard. " My family gets confused, I take the burger apart and I find a white hard object. I take the burger back to burger King and I say "what is this in my burger!" They respond "Oh we are so sorry! How did that get in there?" I ask "what is it?" They don't respond. I ask again with a higher tone of voice "WHAT IS IT!? " They respond this time. "Uhm a tooth sir." I say "I am never eating here ever again. NOT ME, NOT MY FAMILY, GOOD DAY SIR!"

Cashier was rude, when asked a simple question, she ignored me and didn’t come back after I asked to add to my order. When she finally came back for the payment she said I had to go to the back of the line to add to my order when I was already at the window. This was at the Vero Beach Burger King on US 1

On Veterans Day November 11 2023, I was told that Burger King was honoring veterans with a hamburger. I was in the area on Fredericksburg Road in San Antonio, Texas and the woman behind the counter, sighed in an exasperated manner and said "I can give you a drink". As I was leaving, she said "You can have this hamburger. Somebody left it and it is only going to be thrown out anyway." Well, I thanked her but when I went outside, I took a sip and the drink was mainly ice. I thought about the attitude so I threw both away. What a ** way to treat a veteran. Never again will I patronize that business. NEVER!

This is for a specific Burger King on Anderson Snow Rd in Spring Hill, Fl…We have tried to use this store many times, as it’s our local store, and have been disappointed each time…Food cold…old or very small portions….it’s the last complaint that forced me to write this. We decided to give them one last chance and ordered the new chicken wrap…Another disappointment…My first bite was of lettuce, by the time I finally got to the chicken I realized it was the size of a chicken nugget. It’s too bad as the final taste was good.

Going thru the Drive-Thru at Burger King in Coos Bay, Oregon I was having trouble finding the items I wanted and the p;erson taking my order happened to be Chritina the Manaqger. She was so patience and her suggestion were very helpful. Like she said everything will be hot and to our liking. Chrisina was right and so helpful I went thru her drive-thru again and she was manning the mike. I said hi to her and said I'm back again and she laughed and asked me my name. Very nice resturant.

Burger King, Greenwood, South Carolina, in town, Main Street my wife and I were hungry so we pulled up to the drive through. We ordered the BK whopper Jr. Duo, which btw are the size of a 3” slider. We also ordered 2 large fries which one was full and the other large fry was only half full. We ordered 2 large Sprites because they said they were all out of Coke. We pulled to the window. They handed me one bag with 2 whopper Jr, one drink and one large fry. We told them the order wasn’t correct. They gave us the other sprite and another fry. We stayed in the parking lot of BK. We opened up our burgers. They both were COLD. The 2nd fry was only 1/2 full. The both sprites was all carbonation, no syrup.

We order once a month from Burger King. Our soda lids were a bit yellow with a smell of pee. I tried contacting the store manager and no luck. If and when you order from these fast food places, take your time making sure your meals are safe.

I went to Burger King at Gratiot and 9 mile. Ordered a Whopper Jr. and small. The small fries were terrible. Fries were all dried up. And cold so I went back around and asked if I could have new fries as these were terrible. She says they just made up some new fries. And when she gave me the new fries, they were just like the old fries. Dried up, hard, cold, nasty. If I'm paying 3.00 for a small French fry I would like them to be fresh please. Won't go back.

I went to Burger in Warren, Rhode Rhode Island on Metacom Avenue. I waited in line for 30 minutes. When I got to place my order the lady said pull up to the first window. Once I got there she then tells me no credit cards. Only cash. I asked why she did not put a sign up or tell anyone in line, and she said, "I could not tell anyone because corporate would get mad and I would get in trouble."

I have to say I usually don't leave reviews yet, this was much needed. Firstly, Burger King is one of my favorite fast food spots to eat when I'm in a hurry. I live close to 380 E. Merritt Island Cswy. I stopped going especially at night, the staff is horrible, and lazy, especially rude in the drive-thru. There is an older woman who is usually there almost every night, extremely rude and aggressive when speaking. She rushed my order as well. So, I have returned to coming in the mornings and afternoons instead.
I met a very nice young lady named ** who is now taking over the store, I can already see a difference. "She smiles constantly!" You don't get that often, it made me feel warm and welcomed. Also, my food was fresh and hot. The atmosphere was extremely fun, and exciting. They went all out on the Halloween decorum. The kitchen staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely chain. The service now is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience.

Burger King in Rice Lake. Was very dirty, sticky, and gross. The tables were not clean, floors sticky and garbage lying around. There were no condiments anywhere. Went to get my drink and it was clogged and shot out all over my clothes. For the prices they want I can go to a restaurant and be served and have ketchup, salt, pepper, mustard. I didn’t even touch the doors or go in bathrooms. It was a slow time of day and the employees hid in the back. Someone could have been cleaning and filling products. Never will go back there. Ordered delivery for the first and last time. Premium pricing for delivery averaging around $13/14 per meal not including tax, tip, and surcharges. End up paying around $75 for 4 meals and a few extras. Order was missing an entire meal and parts of others. Contacted customer service and they offered me a coupon for $10. What was delivered was sub-par at best. Never again Mr. Burger King, never again.

Lewiston store NEVER gives sauces. I have stopped going there for the last few years and tried today but no sauce at all for 2, 12 PC nug meals and a MD. O ring. How hard is it to put sauces in the bag and get the meal right, they asked and repeated it all. So done with BK!

We recently moved to Mechanicsville. The BK in the old town got our order wrong 85% of the time and only had Caffeine-free Diet Coke maybe twice in 13 years. Burgers tended to be wrong, like warm, & sloppy. This Mechanicsville BK is wonderful. Great food and polite employees. Our orders have been perfectly done and hot. The gentleman manning the drive-through realized that I was a bit hard of hearing and he adjusted his headset so I could hear better. Very conscientious to the customers. A blessing to our town.

You used to be able to get a charbroiled burger. Now you get a steam blend gray looking white burger. Why your burgers used to be so tasty, fresh and freshly grilled in chargrilled now you just leave them in a steamer to cook. They taste terrible. The only thing that taste good is the fresh lettuce and tomato and pickle on it and if you ask to make it fresh, they still give you a grade steamed burger. Do you not chargrilled your burgers anymore. It looks so different than what you guys advertise. It’s nice juicy char grilled burger.

This is the worst BK I've ever seen in my life, the team there is very rude and poor service and it doesn't look clean, I went there to pick up my order. I am a BK regular and this one is the worst by far. They need a good manager. 3 times I've been here in 30 days and stale bread, the beef is ok but chicken and fish is old too. I will travel to Mira Mesa or Imperial Ave to get the food you guys are famous for because clearly it not here!! Thanks for taking my money.

We haven't been to Burger King in a long time. We decided to give it a shot. No more. They made both burgers all the way. One was supposed to be lettuce and pickles only. The tea was spoiled. We had to wait over 30 mins in the drive thru for that meal. And it was gross. I'll go back to McDonald's.

How are you a burger restaurant without beef in the largest beef producing province in Canada? That will be my last visit. There were at least 30 cars in the drive through on August 3rd and we all wasted time and fuel only to leave empty handed. This is the only Burger King in a city of 125,000 people. You have a monopoly and yet you blew it. Your franchise should be removed. What a disgrace to your brand.

Received Food through drive-thru. I asked for extra mayonnaise and it was a big glob on the sandwich. The meat was cold. I returned it & asked for a hot sandwich. I am beyond shocked with my recent experience at Burger King located at 45114 Ford Rd, Canton, MI 48187. I went through Drive thru just now. After about a minute as no one said anything so I just said Hello Hello twice and the server at the other end flipped at me and telling me that there is something call patience and he is busy helping others. I told him that how would I know what you are doing. Usually someone greets you as soon as you pulled in and tells you to, "Please wait and I will be right with you."
As I came to window to pick up my food I asked the guy that who was the person on the microphone. He is like, "I don't know." I did told him to tell him to be respectful next time as I didn't know he was busy without him telling me. The rude rep came back and started to scream at me and callings rude and grinding his teeth and looked so mad. I am still beyond angry with this kind of awful customer service. I wish you look through your recording and reach out to me with some kind of explanation. And none of his colleagues said anything or stopped him. Insane and ridiculous. Will be filing official complaint with Canton Police. Very rude and will never go back.

I went to a Burger King recently with some family to try it out, we hadn't been there in a while. I'd gone with my grandparents and baby brother and the problem with this was that my grandparents only spoke Spanish, and my baby brother wasn't the most talkative. This became evident when I'd gone up to order and none of my other family members could order.
I thought that this would annoy the person taking my order, as not only were multiple languages being spoken, but also we were changing our minds on what to get quite frequently. However the person taking my order even with the changing of the order and the confusion of language, they were very patient and had a smile on their face. Even after we had ordered we realized that we did order food to take home, and upon coming back, the person helped us out and took our second order successfully. Overall we left there having had some good food and a new appreciation for the employees at Burger King.
