    After watching a YouTube post and watching how a manager treated a customer with a bandaid in his son’s burger wrapper, I’m afraid to say that’s not healthy. But hey stuff happens. But the way your employees treated and called the customer a liar. Never eat at your restaurant again. In food, customer service is #1.

    My little one wanted the new Wednesday meal. Ice cream machine they say wasn't working. Also drive thru employee was very rude over intercom. Kindness comes along way in this world that is going through a lot. Won't be coming back. I will stick with McDonald's.

    Horrible customer service. They can barely speak English and always mess up my order. The management is horrible. They never resolve issues because there is no phone number to file complaints. Burger King is not the good quality anymore!!

    I am on a keto diet. Burger King is my favorite burger. I have ordered in the past and just thrown away the bun. Today I ordered from Burger King at 1200 West Club Blvd. Durham NC. I ordered as a keto customer. It took a few minutes and I was curt with the clerk. She was really nice. I apologize. When I got home I was so pleased. My three burgers were on a large salad tray. Spaced to save the cheese. There were tomatoes, pickles, onion rings, and lettuce on top. There were forks and knives in the bag. I was offered condiments. If I had forgotten a bun I would have still been happy. This is a great response to those whose diet is restrictive, but necessary. Just sorry about the clerk.

    The unsweetened tea dispenser was just water. I asked a female employee for unsweetened tea but she never responded nor did she fill my cup. I had to get sweet tea even though I am a diabetic. No fork for my pie and no napkins.

    On September 22, 2024, my grandson and I stopped at the Kingdom City, MO Burger King (#19449) about 3:22 pm. I should have turned around and walked out when we were greeted by an overflowing garbage receptacle with trash all over the floor. But we proceeded to the unattended order counter and called out to get someone to take our order. We paid and were handed 2 cups for our drinks. We prefer non-caffeinated drinks, but every single choice we made was sold out except Punch (yuck). Note that the drink station was littered with straws, lids and paper refuse (empty straw papers, etc.). We found the cleanest table (most were not wiped down from prior customers). We waited some time for our order, which finally came up.

    My grandson had apple sauce, but they didn't put in a spoon. I went to the again unattended counter and yelled for someone to come give me a spoon. No one appeared so I held my grandson out over the counter to reach for his own spoon. Finally, I get to my Whopper deluxe. It was cold. Not cooked a while ago and cooled off. It was refrigerator cold. A woman appeared at the counter and I asked her if she was the manager. She said yes and asked what was wrong. I told her about my sandwich and about how dirty the place was and how we couldn't get any attention. She said she was sorry she was in back counting money.

    A male employee volunteered to get me a fresh sandwich, which he did, it was hot and delicious. While we were eating, various sloppily dressed, long unkempt haired employees slouched around and made an attempt at picking up. The full trash can was emptied but the litter was left on the floor. And the manager got into an argument with an employee in front of the customers. This was the most disagreeable restaurant experience I have ever had, and I will never stop at that Burger King location again. Ever. Survey code **

    I went to the BK in Lake City, MN at 5:30 pm today, Sept. 28, 2024. I ordered the Royal chicken sandwich with small fries and a coke. I had to ask for the coke and when I received it, the young man just about dropped it because he had the wrong lid on it. There was NO ice and the cup was only 2/3 full. There were no napkins in the bag. The fries were just barely cooked and the sandwich was swimming in mayo. Not going back. Did not get receipt.

    Tried to order food by calling the order in over the phone as I have done several times. The guy refused my order so I sent an employee up to grab lunch. The thug at the drive thru had a ski mask I thought I was going to get robbed. Needless to say the incompetent thug still got the order wrong after repeating it multiple times. I will never visit that dump again.

    I went to Burger King on Hulen in Ft Worth. There was a customer there that told an employee AND mgr that she was going to the ER Because they screwed up her order and gave her something she was allergic to. Both employees acted nonchalant. I ordered an impossible whopper with only cheese, ketchup, and tomato, I was having it for dinner. I was there at noon. I also ordered a double whopper with NO tomatoes and 2 large fries. I was handed the bag and there was NO fries. I told her there were NO fries! Again she acted nonchalant and put fries in bag and said there were only three employees. I told her to pay attention. When i took out the burger for dinner, I got a WHOPPER, NOT impossible whopper and it had tomatoes! I checked my son’s order and it was a SINGLE whopper no cheese and it had TOMATOES! I’m GLAD I checked it, that place is a JOKE!!! I’m going back today to see what happens!

    I really enjoy myself at this Burger King 2367 Highway 92 W in Auburndale FL. The staff was very excellent, the food was very hot and delicious. When I arrive at the store it smells so good, very much clean, the bathroom was very clean and nice-looking.

    Visited Store #5443 Dallas TX 75228. Ordered a Bacon Burger no cheese. When I looked at my Burger it had One Piece of Bacon on it. The One Piece of bacon was cut in half and put on my Burger. I ask, "Why are you doing this?" The Burger supposed to have two whole pieces of bacon on it. The store manager, stated that's the way Corp. Wanted it. One bacon cut in half and added to the Burger. That's Sad.

    I went through the drive thru tonight. I ordered at 8:15pm. Got my food at 8:46pm. They tried to give me half my order while I had to wait on the rest, I said, "No. It would be cold by the time I would get the rest." When I got my order wasn’t even correct. They had to make two of my sandwiches over, and when I got everything the half that they tried to give me before was cold. They didn’t even keep it warm. No flipping starts.

    Hello yes I ordered from them on 8/22/24. My order was $38.07. We never received the food. I emailed them several times. It took the computer a week to even email me back. Also I tried to contact corporate and never got through. You can't even talk to nobody so do not order from the website at all or you will lose your money. They tried to offer me $15 and also lied and said the food was delivered and it wasn't so please be aware. Do not order from their website.

    I have been visiting the Burger King on Trinity Blvd. for years and I just got treated by the unprofessional manager in a very disrespectful manner. I waited in the car line for more than ten minutes. Then I honked my horn to get some assistance and He came on the voice box saying... "Don't honk your horn in MY driveway. We get with you after." He allowed someone else that drove up after me. I explained the reason why I felt to blow my horn and He then refused to serve me and flatly told me with His aggressive voice to go down the road to another Burger King.

    Now because of this one unprofessional so called manager Burger King can never get another penny from me. There's too many restaurants near me and around me for such to be TOLERATED!!! My money is like his will SPEND ANYWHERE. My rating is a much deserved WHOPPER ZERO!!!! AND, now the only way I can submit this much needed information is to press at least one of the stars. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

    I went to the Burger King on 1935 Coney Island Avenue and the food was horrible, it was the worst BK, I have ever eaten, and I don't recommend any go there. Also, they stated there was no $3 Wednesday whopper at their location despite the app saying so. The staff seemed bothered by me asking about the deals and were very dismissive. I settled for the $5 meal and the food was awful.

    We waited in the dining room for over 30 minutes. We ordered on the BK app. When I went to ask about our order I was told they never got it. Employees said I sent my order to another BK. I showed them on the app we were at the right location, order number and time. They still denied me and said I was wrong. Then they found my ticket and admitted they had erased our order. I am attaching a copy of my receipt, time, order number, location. They did not have the fiery chicken fries, our fries were cold, the onion rings were old, the fiery whopper was a joke. It was bland and tasteless. The chicken sandwich had virtually ZERO fire sauce on it, but it was edible. The only redeeming part of our entire order was the fiery Sprite, only because the employees were unable to mess that up.

    I will state for the record that this location was SEVERELY SHORT STAFFED. 2 employees trying to run the entire store, drive thru included. We noticed repeat mistakes on orders from guests who kept coming inside from the drive thru complaining about their orders being wrong. After the employees owned THEIR MISTAKE, and this was after we had been waiting for almost 45 minutes for our food, NO RESTITUTION WAS OFFERED, NO APOLOGY, NO ATTEMPT to make our order fresh or correct. All I got after proving they were wrong was one employee cursing obscenities under his breath and walking off.

    I want a FULL REFUND of $30.25 placed back on my form of payment. I We will not return to this location. We should have had our food, eaten and left BEFORE we even got our drinks. The date was 07/23/2024, Location 11020 S Memorial Drive, Tulsa, OK. Order number was 89. Time of order was 6:17 PM. Time food received: 7:00 PM. 7 items from Burger King $30.25. Ordered from Burger King. Total cost $30.25. Items - Fiery Bacon Whopper®, Fiery Bacon Royal Crispy Chicken, 4 Pc. Fiery Mozzarella Fries, 8 Pc. Fiery Chicken Fries, Medium Fiery Strawberry & Sprite®, Medium Have-sies™, Medium Sprite Zero.

    Someone met us at the door and greeted us. (Even held the door open for us). Once in the door we were met with smile from the cashier. She promptly took our order. The order was ready before we finished getting our drinks and ketchup. Order was right and delicious. Very good service. It was in Richland, MS off of hwy 49. This kind of excellent service is rare.     Louisville, Ky New Shelbyville Rd. location just opened a few days ago, the wait was very long, the fries were extremely over-salted to where you could not enjoy them, wilted lettuce on fish, taste was not good, soggy. Waste of $9.00. Horrible experience!

    Burger King changed their sauce to sweet relish and it ruined the Whopper. This is their signature sandwich and it sucks now. It doesn't even taste flame broiled. It tastes like a hot dog hamburger çombo. Nobody likes that. I guess Burger King doesn't like customers anymore because the Whopper tastes terrible. Bye Burger King.

    Really, went to the Burger King on Thursday June 27th, was looking forward to two original chicken sandwiches this was around 6:15pm, no one was taking care of the counter and the guy in front had his back to me, I waited 10 minutes and kept being ignored until there was a line behind me. Finally a guy showed up at the counter. He wasn't wearing the apparel everyone else had, no greeting just gave me a dirty look like I was interrupting his day, I told him what I wanted. He asked for name and waited on the next people in line, they started getting their orders before me. After 15 minutes the guy that had his back to everyone mentioned to the restaurant staff he was still waiting on 2 originals.

    I waited another 10 minutes then put my receipt on the counter in front of them and left, I will never go to Burger King again. This happened at the Payson Arizona Burger King, that person should be fired, worse service I have ever had anywhere, if they didn't like working there and have that kind of an attitude doesn't the manager see that or are they just that desperate for workers, never again Burger King.

    I went for lunch June 18th around 11:40 am. I got the $5 bag and was charged $6.36, I asked why but I couldn't understand the young man taking my money! Then I drive away, my first mistake, I got no BBQ sauce, my fries were cold and still tasted like a raw potatoes!! The manager was NOT friendly at all, she must HATE life! Let's talk about the meatless chicken nuggets, gross, they were cold also and gross! I don't know how you stay in business with worker like that! This was the one on 44th Street by Clyde Park!     ** apparently one of the mangers was working the drive thru and was extremely rude and her young employee as well. They both have 0 customer service skills and very unprofessional. The Manager stated I completed the order for inside store pickup. I have attached the receipt in which it clearly was drive/thru. When trying to explain the drive thru window was closed on me.     This Burger King is located in Leesburg FL. This place has always been slow, and I told myself to never go back. Well, I did to only get two Crispers. When I made my order one car had just got done with their order and there was already a car at the pickup window. So now there are only two cars ahead of me and I sat in my car for almost 20 minutes. 5 more cars had pulled up behind me and the first car was still at the window. Second car behind me had left the line and pulled out. I followed him. What the heck is wrong with their management to let 8 cars sit in line for more that 20 minutes???? These are the same people who want 20 Dollars an hour??? Never again...anywhere will I eat there...No wonder they are shutting down stores...

    I went to drive-thru at the Central sSuare location and I had asked for fresh food. I paid my bill and when I received my food they told it was fresh. When I opened my food it was not fresh. Fries were very hard and stale, when I got home my burger had hair in it and was very bad like it has been sitting out for hours. Even my doctor pepper was watererd down. This is very unacceptable!! When I ask for fresh food I as a consumer should be able to get fresh food!! The prices keep going up and the quality and quantity have gone way downhill. Burger King used to be one of my favorite places to eat fast food wise. But now it's just like the other places. I've been very busy all day and didn't have time to make dinner so I figured I'd go get something fast. Honestly, I should have just went to McDonald's. At this point I just want my money back. I'm ashamed for the way Burger King has become!!

    After 50 years of dealing with BK, time to leave it forever! Slow, food cold, don't accept coupons, don't accept phone cards. Sometimes out of burgers, sometimes out of soda, sometimes out of chicken. Takes forever to get food they do have. Complain to corporate....useless!     This is about their Website / mybkexperience.com. They hand you a receipt with an invitation to visit that website, but it's never coming up. Then you use "Contact us" to tell them. Yeah right! That's not working either. You pick a choice of subjects they show you, including "Chat with a Rep", but you cannot submit your choice / response, because there is no "Send" button or link. These SOB's do this on purpose. They don't want to be bothered with such things.

    My local BK scams us senior citizens... They "keep the change" relying on our metal slowness... Latest adventure I had.. Last week.. They screwed me out of $5.30. Their website doesn't allow us to navigate anything without a receipt, I was never given a receipt in my transaction, so I cannot complain directly. I believe that is an obvious attempt by BK based on an apparent business model: "For every senior customer we lose, we get 5 young ones." So the good news for BK.. You just got "5 young ones to spend their money with you."

    After watching 100's of commercials on TV I finally decided to go to a Burger King and try the Jr. Whopper special (2 for $5). I ordered at the drive up kiosk and when I pulled forward to pay and pick up my order, #66, there was chaos and confusion at the window. I tried to pay with a $50 bill, they had no change available and when the employee returned, I simply gave him my credit card instead. After about 5 minutes, I was handed a bag with my order.

    I began to eat as I drove away. The french fries were not hot, and tasted just ok. My medium diet coke was not icy cold and was not very carbonated (as if it had been sitting awhile) and the hamburger portion of the Jr. Whoppers were also not hot. The I did enjoy the "grill" taste and the tomato and onion on the burgers, but it was a bit too wet from the ketchup. I have not eaten at burger king before and I would likely not return anytime soon.

    I went to Burger King location 8500 Reseda Blvd Northridge CA and went through the drive thru early in the morning around 6:30AM and the lights was off, so I pulled forward to place my order because no responded, the employee who said his name was ** was so rude to me. I ask can I place my order here, I didn't see no lights on, the employee going to say pull around again, Why is that my fault y'all did not have the light on and on top of that under construction, it's all confusing to get in the line. The manager's name at this location is **, I left a message, hopefully they can make this right.

    Went through the drive thru, for the first time in months because order is always wrong, and both burgers were made wrong, cold food, went back to Location on 5922 Merrill rd Jacksonville Florida, because phone number not working, manager extremely rude and very sarcastic. Asked where the food was and I stated in the bag. Looked at burger then receipt and asked which burger was wrong? Really? Seriously? The wrapper shows NO onions and lettuce but the receipt shows ONLY lettuce and onions. Will never patronize Burger King again as this is the last time and chance I will give this franchise my business.

    Best place to grab fast foods!!! The prices of the food were like every other fast food joint. However, the taste of the chicken whopper burger was really good. The best part is they don't put ice cubes in the cold drink. I would suggest choosing a burger and going for the meal option.

    Delicious Meals!!! Burger King has quite a big space to accommodate people... the seating is comfortable with tables, chairs and small sofas. The menu listing is clear and the staff is polite to assist your queries. Food is very good and pocket pinch is fine and not very expensive!!!

    Burger King’s Whoppers are horrible. The restaurant is also filthy and has not been cleaned in years probably. An absolutely awful experience. Burger King ALWAYS gets my order wrong and it is an absolutely disgusting restaurant and anyone who thinks otherwise needs to get their taste buds checked. The whoppers are covered in filth and taste like they have been sitting in a dumpster. The staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful, always rolling their eyes at customers.. The environment is filthy. So avoid this restaurant at all costs. Don’t go here and don’t waste your money..

    Stopped in after work to order an sandwich to head home. Ordered a fish sandwich with no Lettuce nor pickles. The attendant repeated my request twice to make sure he had it correct. When, sitting at the window after paying, I heard the guy that was bagging my food, tell the other employee, was I just make an biggie. Oh! Well better luck next time. I just thought they were having an conversation between the two of them. When, I arrived home. It was my order that was the biggie. He didn't read my ticket that I placed correctly. My sandwich had lettuce and pickles. On my receipt it clearly read 1 Plain- 1 t Tartar. Had lettuce and pickles and no tartar sauce at all. This fish was so overcooked, I couldn't even bite into and eat. This was so upsetting to me. I'm allergic to lettuce and I'm unable to chew pickles.

    What, really is upsetting, is he made a mistake and knew he did and didn't correct it at that point. I'm sure when he goes to an fast food restaurant and orders, that he would like to get what he orders. Due to this experience, I'm done with this restaurant. They have lost my business. Employee#**- Christopher, needs more training on reading orders correctly. Fixes mistakes when they are made. People with allergic reactions to foods can become fatal. These are conditions that have to be looked at very seriously. One unhappy customer that chooses to start carry her lunches now.

    I have yet to order any food from the Burger King in Diamondhead Mississippi that was edible. Today they messed up my order AGAIN. I had no napkins. I had no sauce. The food was cold, and the cheese that was on my Burger was not a slice. It was a slice of cheese that had been torn in a little piece. And thrown on there. And the end of its tomato. Then still had the stem on top of that. It had little bacon crumbs instead of the bacon that I paid extra for. When I tried to show the cashier. The food that I got and the quality of it. So why not put up a sign with the time you close? Why not tell me as I'm halfway through my order, "I'm sorry we are closed now"? Nope. She helped the 2 people ahead of me, than asked for my order.     Order the wapper Ashford to meet. Made fresh with meat, cheese manage and mustard ketchup, came back with everything on it. Asked you to take it off and made another one I asked for to be made fresh. They could just take this stuff up. I started to watch him this time. Every time they took a piece of meat out of the back. They took it out of the warmer. It was not made fresh. I know you can request a fresh Burger made from Burger King. They did not do that. I have talked to the manager. Her name is Flora. She argued with me about it was fresh. I watched them take it out of the warmer. It was not made fresh. Don't know why you have to argue with the customer.     I used to go to Burger King all the time, even my kids loved it. But that all changed one fateful day. I was going to burger King with my wife and kids like an ordinary Tuesday, but when I and my wife ordered a Whopper, and we bit into the burger, as my wife was enjoying the burger, I bit into something hard, something weird. As my suspicion increases, I decided to say it out loud "hey, I bit into something hard. " My family gets confused, I take the burger apart and I find a white hard object.     On Veterans Day November 11 2023, I was told that Burger King was honoring veterans with a hamburger. I was in the area on Fredericksburg Road in San Antonio, Texas and the woman behind the counter, sighed in an exasperated manner and said "I can give you a drink". As I was leaving, she said "You can have this hamburger. Somebody left it and it is only going to be thrown out anyway." Well, I thanked her but when I went outside, I took a sip and the drink was mainly ice. I thought about the attitude so I threw both away. What a ** way to treat a veteran.     Burger King, Greenwood, South Carolina, in town, Main Street my wife and I were hungry so we pulled up to the drive through. We ordered the BK whopper Jr. Duo, which btw are the size of a 3” slider. We also ordered 2 large fries which one was full and the other large fry was only half full. We ordered 2 large Sprites because they said they were all out of Coke. We pulled to the window. They handed me one bag with 2 whopper Jr, one drink and one large fry. We told them the order wasn’t correct. They gave us the other sprite and another fry. We stayed in the parking lot of BK. We opened up our burgers. They both were COLD. The 2nd fry was only 1/2 full. The both sprites was all carbonation, no syrup.

    I have to say I usually don't leave reviews yet, this was much needed. Firstly, Burger King is one of my favorite fast food spots to eat when I'm in a hurry. I live close to 380 E. Merritt Island Cswy. I stopped going especially at night, the staff is horrible, and lazy, especially rude in the drive-thru. There is an older woman who is usually there almost every night, extremely rude and aggressive when speaking. She rushed my order as well. So, I have returned to coming in the mornings and afternoons instead.

    I met a very nice young lady named ** who is now taking over the store, I can already see a difference. "She smiles constantly!" You don't get that often, it made me feel warm and welcomed. Also, my food was fresh and hot. The atmosphere was extremely fun, and exciting. They went all out on the Halloween decorum. The kitchen staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely chain. The service now is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience.

    We recently moved to Mechanicsville. The BK in the old town got our order wrong 85% of the time and only had Caffeine-free Diet Coke maybe twice in 13 years. Burgers tended to be wrong, like warm, & sloppy. This Mechanicsville BK is wonderful. Great food and polite employees. Our orders have been perfectly done and hot.     You used to be able to get a charbroiled burger. Now you get a steam blend gray looking white burger. Why your burgers used to be so tasty, fresh and freshly grilled in chargrilled now you just leave them in a steamer to cook. They taste terrible. The only thing that taste good is the fresh lettuce and tomato and pickle on it and if you ask to make it fresh, they still give you a grade steamed burger. Do you not chargrilled your burgers anymore. It looks so different than what you guys advertise. It’s nice juicy char grilled burger.

    I am beyond shocked with my recent experience at Burger King located at 45114 Ford Rd, Canton, MI 48187. I went through Drive thru just now. After about a minute as no one said anything so I just said Hello Hello twice and the server at the other end flipped at me and telling me that there is something call patience and he is busy helping others. I told him that how would I know what you are doing. Usually someone greets you as soon as you pulled in and tells you to, "Please wait and I will be right with you."

    As I came to window to pick up my food I asked the guy that who was the person on the microphone. He is like, "I don't know." I did told him to tell him to be respectful next time as I didn't know he was busy without him telling me. The rude rep came back and started to scream at me and callings rude and grinding his teeth and looked so mad. I am still beyond angry with this kind of awful customer service. I wish you look through your recording and reach out to me with some kind of explanation. And none of his colleagues said anything or stopped him. Insane and ridiculous. Will be filing official complaint with Canton Police. Very rude and will never go back.

    I went to a Burger King recently with some family to try it out, we hadn't been there in a while. I'd gone with my grandparents and baby brother and the problem with this was that my grandparents only spoke Spanish, and my baby brother wasn't the most talkative. This became evident when I'd gone up to order and none of my other family members could order.

    I thought that this would annoy the person taking my order, as not only were multiple languages being spoken, but also we were changing our minds on what to get quite frequently. However the person taking my order even with the changing of the order and the confusion of language, they were very patient and had a smile on their face. Even after we had ordered we realized that we did order food to take home, and upon coming back, the person helped us out and took our second order successfully. Overall we left there having had some good food and a new appreciation for the employees at Burger King.

    The WORST EXPERIENCE was the customer service we experienced at Burger King located at 801 E Scott St, Tampa, FL 33602: I was extremely disappointed with the customer service at this Burger King location. During our recent visit to the restaurant, my family and I were mistreated and yelled at by an aggressive, rude, and racist male employee. He made us feel horrible, and we waited for more than 15 minutes for him to turn around and address us.

    Not only did he show a lack of respect towards us, but he also mistreated his coworkers and other customers. He yelled at a woman who politely asked for water, and he even threw a coupon at us when we attempted to translate a situation with another customer. The experiences we had resulted in several families leaving the restaurant.

    Overall, the behavior we experienced from the employee we encountered was completely unacceptable. It made everyone around us uncomfortable and upset. I hope that Burger King takes action to ensure that such mistreatment does not happen again at any of their locations, as it goes against the values of good customer service.

    We went to Burger King. They got our order wrong twice. On the third time trying to get a simple chicken sandwich They just put the ingredients we said wasn't on it in the bag, some kind of ranch in a open cup in our bag (wasn't suppose to have ranch on it!). Was suppose to have mayo. The manager wouldn't give us a refund. She claimed they replaced it so couldn't give refund. But the replacement wasn't what we ordered any of the 3 times we gave them to make it right. I was so mad at how she treated us I almost threw the food back over the counter at her..     This particular store has an issue with customer service, the first woman that took our order was great but she forgot to give use a receipt at the first window, just my card back. Then the gentleman manning the second window was awful. He told us to go around to the front and park, cause they had to wait on fries. Sure, that’s normal and fine. We sat there waiting for 15+ mins, and still nothing. I finally go inside and the store manager was polite and fine. The young gentleman that had been manning the window failed to give me one of the items I ordered and failed to take accountability for a simple mistake he had made. Instead he played dumb like he had no clue what order I was talking about and they also failed to give me my receipt initially. I am very unsatisfied with this particular location and I believe retraining is in order for some of their staff.

    Horrible delivery with missing orders. Simply AWFUL, DISGUSTING quality. BK hits the low! I'm not upset, I'm very mad and will avoid their trash for life. I have contacted cs via app and explained that it’s unacceptable to order 4 and receive 3. It's happening more often than expected, food quality is not bad, it's awful. None of kids has finished his meal. CS response: "We apologize for this inconvenience, here is your $3 coupon attached for the next order." Seriously BK? I can definitely guide you and navigate where and how to deep to stick your $3 coupon. Better to send this $3 to your boss to buy one of your whoppers. Highly recommend to avoid BK.     The workers at location inside Newport Mall Jersey City, are slow, lazy, no energy and do not care about the customer. This incident happened twice. You wait for a while, they place the food on counter and do not notify you. So your food is just waiting after your initial long wait. My burger was covered in Mayo, which was gross. I'm momentarily handicapped and in crutches. I already waited long enough and decided to just eat the food although I was unsatisfied. I asked if the food was in the bag and the cashier lady said no. Which turns out later that it indeed in fact was mine. She's done this in the past as well. The cook has no real motivation for what he does. If neither of them want to be there, move out the way and let someone else grab the opportunity.

    I went to Burger King in Inshore Montego Bay Jamaica today and I was in the line for over 30 minutes. The same cashier that was cashing the food was the one helping to serve the drinks, putting the receipt on the brown paper bags and also to serve the meals while the others are there up and down. There was a lady at the front serving the handing over the meals to the customer, I approach the lady and ask if since the cashier is helping her if there is another cashier available, the girl was rude to the point she told me she will spit in my food.     Burger King on McFarland in Tuscaloosa Alabama, 02/27/23 drive thru cashier was rude and inconvenience. I placed an order with a coupon at drive thru then I pulled to the window and asked her do she needs the coupon and she said yes. So she saw me taking it apart from the burger king coupons. She was like, "Gosh don't worry about it. I'm on a drive thru timer," on which I understand.     I use to love Burger King's hamburgers but they have really went downhill over the years. I guess that is why they are closing restaurants all over Sacramento CA. Their food is served cold most of the time and the ingredients are not fresh or even ripe much of the time. I thought it was just the Burger Kings by my home but those located 30 miles away have poor food quality too for the most part. It is too bad because they did have a good burger back in the day. In the last three years I have tried four different Burger Kings and are not up to the standard they were 20 years ago. Maybe all these are owned by the same owner here in Sacramento and if so please sell them and let someone who knows how to run a business buy them. Quality control is seriously lacking.

    We live in Murfreesboro, TN. Tried to get service at two locations within 5 miles of our home. Both were closed at 6pm. We could see people in the store, but the doors were locked. I am not a happy would-be customer. I think that if you can't keep employees long enough to serve in the dining room or even the drive through it might be time to activate a robot. I can't say I will try again. I think I will just make my own onion rings and then talk about how mine are better than yours and at least I got to eat them since you couldn't be bothered to be open.

    BK sandwiches have always been a delicious comfort food for me… until they changed the mayo. The mayonnaise is so bad now I can’t eat there anymore. It tastes like budget miracle whip and it’s disgusting.     As a vegetarian, I thought I was making a healthy, ethical choice when I ordered an Impossible Burger from Burger King in July, 2019. Within an hour, I started having severe stomach pains. I've never been so ill. The symptoms were like malaria: severe stomach cramps, chills, shakes. I eventually went to the emergency room, but they had no idea what to do. Never suspecting a problem with a plant-based product, I thought it was food poisoning.

    Over the next couple of years, I had reoccurring problems (bloating, constipation, severe pain), and I eventually figured out that Impossible Burgers and Beyond Beef were the cause, but by then, my digestive microbes and enzymes were so out of balance that I had to stay on a FODMAP diet. Any amount of alcohol, onion, garlic, peanuts, etc. brought on all kinds of digestive problems. A dietician now has me on a regimen of supplements in an attempt to regain a balance.     I'd like to send you the photo of the crispy chicken sandwich I just bought. Slathered with enough mayo for 2, 3 or maybe 3 sandwiches. No tomato, brownish lettuce (thank the lord there wasn't the right amount), an unidentifiable light brownish mealy something on top of the breaded chicken.     Burger King is still very affordable in today's time and the app has many different deals. When I order from this location they are always kind and courteous. Staff can either make or break a place honestly. At least at the ones near me they seem to be pretty decent. It's not perfect and experiences can really differ depending on the location. Find a location that is a good one if it isn't up to your liking. You will know the difference for sure. I've been to some really terrible ones but also ones that are really nice. If you're looking for an affordable meal then Burger King will always be a go to place for sure.

    My sister and I tried to eat at the West Sacramento, Ca location. The fish sandwiches were salty we could not eat them. It was like someone was playing a prank.     Burger King at 101 Plaza, Saint Clairsville, Ohio. I arrived at the drive through at 7:13 am, I set there for about a minute and half and no one come on to the speaker to say anything. I then cleared my throat and a women come on the speaker and said: "I will be with you as soon as I can" (her tone was very aggressive). Then I am waiting another three minutes: I said to the speaker, "you are getting a line of cars out here". The women come on the speaker and said: "I am waiting on the front counter and the window too, so as soon as I get done, I will be with you" (she spoke very loud and aggressive). After another two minutes she come on to the speaker to take my order. (Still aggressive) I come to the window, waiting for the lady to come to the window.

    She finally did and I told her that she needed to be nicer speaking to people at the drive through - and before I could finish - she yelled that I pissed her off because I told her that cars were lining up and she only saw two out there and she said they were not. Then I told her that I did not care and that she had an attitude. She then got my order together and handed it to me. I have never in my life had someone act that way towards me. No matter how busy and shorthand you are - you need to be nice and pleasant to your customers. It not their fault that you're under pressure. Stay cool and be nice.

    Last Monday went to drive thru. Nobody on speaker. Pulled up to window, it was closed and lights were out.     The Burger King near my house is on Mound Road in Warren MI. The food is always cold. I recently bought a Whopper Meal, and the meat did not even show around the bun. It was also totally flat, and the onion strips were bitter and tough! It took me 3 minutes to drive home and the meat was not even warm. The fries were cold. Also, when I have purchased a whopper jr., they are way smaller also. All I can say is that Burger King does not even try anymore. They serve rip-off food you don't even want to eat.     $10 stolen from me and then my account was closed... I can't make a purchase with my gift card or save it at bk.com.. So I think we should settle up as I am owed $35.00.. The card shows a code "System 2420" merge I believe.. This code showed up at bk.com and showed $10 available to spend at my local Burger King...     For many years, though I just love their whoppers, they will double or triple your tax on their sandwiches and somehow get away with stealing from you and it always shows of course on their receipts, but they don't care.     Have sent the below complaint to the Burger King support online but receive no replies. So post it here: On 1/31, 7:16PM EST, I placed a mobile order at Burger King restaurant located at 52 Middlesex Turnpike, Burlington, MA 01803, with two spicy ch'king deluxe sandwiches and a cup of coffee, for refreshment on my night drive to New Jersey. The order no. was ** and was picked up in the restaurant at around 7:29PM. However when I drank coffee on my way a piece of salty thing slipped into my mouth. I spit it out and sticked it on the coffee cup. After I pull over in a service area I found that the gross thing is a big piece of booger. (photo was taken)

    I swear the booger is not mine and this is not a frame-up. Looking at my order history Burger King was definitely my most favorite among all the fast food providers. If the experience was not too bad I would not write a bad review here...but this situation is beyond my baseline. Actually if there was a surveillance camera monitoring the coffee machine area, by reviewing the footage between 7:20-7:29PM 1/31 it should be easy to find out who did this, if the manager of this restaurant would like to do that.

    *LONG POST*** First things first, this experience was horrible, and I wish I could give it zero stars, but because I cannot do that, I'll give it 1 star because the food was at least edible. I got the #10, original chicken sandwich meal which was around $7 and with tax totaled to around $8.88. My parents had a second order and I made sure to tell her so. She heard me as the ordering board showed there was another separate order. Before I reached the window, I counted my money around 3x to make sure it was right because I had a lot of change. I had $6 in dollars, $2 in quarters and the remaining total was in quarters, nickels, etc. I reached the window and the girl told me my total was $17 and I told her that was wrong and what I ordered. Seeing as she already told me the wrong price, something was wrong.

    Once, she got it right (or at least I thought) I handed the girl the dollars first and the change altogether. She told me I was short $2 and I told her no, that I had $8 and a lot of change. She went and got the manager I suppose since she got the order wrong to begin with. My dad then proceeded to hand to manager the $2 I supposedly owed and I still didn't receive my food yet and the girl still said I was still short $1. I am now very upset because I know the amount I handed her, and if I was short some money it would've been about 50 cents not $2 more dollars. She probably put all the change in without counting it. When I handed the girl the dollars she took it a bit harshly, but I thought nothing of it as I was far in the car and she couldn't maybe reach me. I know how much I gave her and yet I still paying over $8 for a meal that was cold and hard. I've never been to this Burger King (in Fultondale, AL) before and do not plan to go back.

    I realize that in any franchise operation there will be good outlets and bad outlets, but the Burger King in Windsor, NC is SO BAD that it warrants a complaint, not only to the Burger King corporate offices, but to the Bertie County health department as well. As Burger king and Bojangles are the only fast-food restaurants in this area, we have often stopped for a quick breakfast sandwich on our way out of town. There has ALWAYS been a problem with the meal. Either we get the wrong items, milk or other beverages are not available, the sandwiches look like they’ve been sat on, or the coffee is ice cold. And you have to figure that once is a mistake, twice is incompetence, but six times out of six is policy.

    Finally, when both my partner and I became violently sick after eating a sausage croissant, we felt it is time to say something. Whether the food was simply mishandled or there was a deliberate effort, for whatever reason, to make us sick, this store needs to be investigated or shut down. They are a disaster and a threat to the health of the community, and there needs to be changes made before someone becomes seriously ill.

    Worst service. I ordered family bundle offer for Aed 88. It consists of 2 flame grilled burgers, 2 chicken royales, 2 jr whoppers, one twin burger set and 8 beverages. There was no cheese in flame grilled burger even though it clearly mentioned that there should be cheese in both the grilled flame burger which tasted just like whopper and there was nothing unique about it.     Weeks before Christmas I saw a commercial of Burger King’s Italian chicken sandwich is back. That day I went to BK by my work and the guy said that the sandwich has been taken off the menu. They are no longer selling it. It was a bummer but I went ahead and got something else and went on my way. On Christmas Day there was a BK commercial stating the Italian chicken was brought back by popular demand. The next day I went to the BK by my house and they said they no longer have that sandwich. I was confused but the commercial was a new one.

    I was pretty upset this time because this is the 2nd I went to BK for something that they are advertising but no longer selling but since I was there anyway I got something else. Now that I think about it I kind of feel like I was being scammed to just get me there, therefore I have decided I will be boycotting Burger King.     Order our food to be delivered, when we received it, it was incomplete, didn't have my daughter's meal that is sick with covid. Called Burger King, no answer, so my son decided to drive to burger King and get his sister's food. He was told very rudely that they put it in the bag and that they were not making another sandwich.     Placed an order online at 10:15 for $40 worth of breakfast items. Get to the store at 10:30 and they tell me my order is all set at the speaker. I drive around only to be told that they couldn't be bothered to make anything I ordered and that now breakfast is over so they can't be bothered now either. The old bag at the window had a major attitude, apparently pissed off that she had to work on Christmas Eve morning. I guess her poor life choices are my problem on top of my family not getting breakfast this morning.     Went to support the the celebration of 64 anniversary. Papa is 66 plus 3 kids including myself. W Euless Blvd, Euless, TX 76040. A man and woman in the drive-through speaker box stated all of us has to have an app to receive a free burger. There wasn't app 64 yrs ago for my papa, and for kids, they're just kids, they don't have cell phones. If you're celebrating 64 anniversary we should purchase it like we did 64 years ago with cash.     I recently stopped in at the Burger King drive through on the Hunt Club Road in Ottawa. The young lad working at the window was grubby, not at all interested in getting our order.     Almost everything I asked for they didn't have. No iced tea. Evidently they didn't have any chocolate for the chocolate shake because I got vanilla shake but he told me it was chocolate. When they first handed me the shake it was actually vanilla milk. He took it back. I told him I wanted chocolate the second time and he when he handed to me it was a frozen vanilla milk. I don't know what to do with it. I got onion rings instead of french fries but they had to have been sitting there for a long time because they were cold. That hamburger was cold. It wasn't very good bad experience at Burger King again. I Won't Go Back.. Oh and they didn't even give me a receipt so I'm not sure what they charge me was right.

    Burger King at 7923 White Bluff Rd in Savannah, GA. I had the worst experience from a manager who the crew member said name was “**”. While waiting patiently in line for my order to be taken with a high level of understanding that they are short on staff, I continued to wait. Customers in front of me order was taken and the crew member walked away afterwards. To tend to drive thru, very understandable. She was doing an amazing job bagging, taking orders, taking money on both drive thru and front counter. The manager was only bagging from time to time but the crew member picked up the slack. However, as I continued to wait - with my mask on btw -, the manager rolls her eyes and comes over. I ignored her approached and said “can I have a-...” She interrupts me and says “if you’re in a rush it’s going to be a minute” (please be mindful that I had already waited 15 minutes so if I were in a rush I would have already left).

    I once again ignored her disrespect and proceeded with my order and the same low and calm tone that I had before “Can I have a double-...“ she interrupted again and “you already have an attitude. You can go, have a nice day” and proceeds to the drive thru to laugh and tell the tell the crew member she’s not taking my order. Please be mindful, the screen is clear at this point and I am the only person in line waiting to have an order taken. I proceed to call corporate and tell them what was happening. Corporate asks has my order been taken and I tell them no. While on the phone with corporate and still standing at the register, a lady walks in and stands behind me. She immediately greets her and takes her order, talking around me. Corporate heard the order being taken and I told them that it was a lady just walked in and the manager is taking someone else’s order instead.

    Afterwards, she announced to the crew members while on the phone that we are about to get a complaint, I also let corporate know that was her talking and announcing that information. To be clear, this complaint is only regarding the manager and her actions. The crew members had absolutely nothing to do with it so it’s not a “we” it is just her, the manager. The crew were working diligently, with ease, and respectfully.

    I proceeded to talk to corporate and they asked again, "Have your order been taken yet," and I told them again no and informed me that the manager was on her cell phone and then walked to the back (this can be seen on camera from approximately 1:34pm-1:43pm on July 28, 2021). I then left because at this point it’s been well over 23 minutes. When leaving and still on the phone with corporate for 2 more minutes, I witnessed both drive thru and front counter were clear. I remained on the line for a total of 10 minutes with corporate.

    I will like to speak to the store manager as well as the franchise manager in regards to this incident where I was disrespected for no reason at all with customers witnessing and asking why did she do that as well as a lady just entering the restaurant apologizing and saying that she was very rude and disrespectful for what she did. My order still was not taken and every order before and after me was taken and given before I left. I am in total shock at the actions of a manager as my tone was at ease and calm. I ignored every bit of her rides and tried to order even after she rolled her eyes and approached the counter with a rude approach and her dismissive tactics to persuade me not to order and when I ignored that and repeated “can I have a double-“, she immediately came up with a different tactic and accused me of having an attitude.

    As a manager she, she purposely turned away sales that are gains for the company as well as was very rude. Yes, I would like to speak to higher management, both store and franchise manager regarding this issue because I understand business and if this manager is capable of this behavior then she is a danger to the company rather than an asset.

    I filed a legitimate complaint on an employee. The manager of Burger King called my phone number I gave during the filing of the legit complaint. I used a false name because I knew it would happen... YES... The manager called my phone number in front of the employee plus gave my phone number to the employee. So if you file a complaint... even though I'm not scared. There's a good chance Burger King will give your phone number to the employee who's about to be fired.

    Yes you get a burger for a $1 but with one small little piece of bacon it should not be called a bacon king. Your commercial shows several pieces of bacon on the bacon king single for a dollar but when you actually buy one it is an inch and a half piece of bacon on this burger. You should change the name bacon king to burger with a hint of bacon.

    This review is for the Burger King in Fort Wayne, IN on the corner of Bluffton and Brooklyn. Rarely do I buy fast food, not even once a month, but I did today and am reminded why I don't. Fast food joints are contemptuous of their customers. More and more fast food places around here don't even have the excuse of teenage employees as their stores are being worked by adults, often the very old but not yet infirm, but really of any age. Today I stopped by Burger King, and I wonder where the King went.

    I live near this store so I took it home to tidy it up and eat in the comfort of my air conditioned office. When I opened the bag the first thing I noticed was that my large fries were half full. I was reminded of three months ago when I had the same experience and decided never to shop there again. Apparently to my aging memory, never runs about three months. Then I deconstructed the Whopper which I purchased w/o cheese, because that one slice of American cheese costs an extra, wait for it, dollar fifty! I can buy an entire pkg of processed cheese at the grocers for a buck more, and I did, so I could just go home and add a slice for about ten cents. Between the big bun was a burger patty which I wasn't disappointed in, other than the vague disease we all have at eating meat from these places with images of soy mixed with it in our heads, at least we hope it's soy.

    The rest was a mess. One chunk of lettuce, the kind of chunk you find at the bottom of the salad bag because its weight has drawn it there, that had dented the top bun to the point of piercing it, slathered in a bit of mayo. There was (no exaggeration) a slight hint of red on the edges of the lettuce that gave a suggestion that a ketchup bottle was waved over it without actually depositing any in the sandwich, two small pieces of withered tomato (you know, when they're in the fridge too long and become slightly translucent?) placed one on top of each other towards the edge of the bun like two wild animals hiding under the lettuce chunk, and a couple pickle slices over on the other side afraid to associate, also on top of each other.

    You don't expect anything from a fast food joint other than overpriced cheap meals, the idea is just that it's fast. But a one eyed monkey could have crafted a better sandwich than the middle aged orc in an apron that attempted to handle this mentally taxing arrangement. Since I had brought it home I was able to save it with my own cheese, lettuce, tomato, ham slice, and condiments, however after I was finished with that, I was left asking myself (as I did three months ago) why I would ever buy an overpriced burger and half order of fries when I would have to actually make the thing edible at home using enough of my own stores that the burger itself becomes irrelevant? Yep, you're right, I shouldn't bother.

    Why the rest of my neighbors do is a mystery until I remember my bad memory. There must be a lot of late middle aged cancerous diabetics living in our city. Had I wanted to send a message to a customer that I hate his guts so much that I'd rather feed him slop than this burger, I couldn't have arranged it better. Fast food restaurants have become contemptuous of their customers and probably should be abandoned by our society.

    I wanted to experience this for myself because of the commercials. First of all the meat is way too big. Although it is moist it didn’t look like the one on TV. It wasn’t really crispy. I didn’t find it in no way close to the Whopper. It’s not better than the competitors maybe Chik-Fil-A but like in the commercials the king should not be losing sleep over this.     Why why why! Burger King on Campbell Lane in Bowling Green KY! Is the mostly down right unprofessional place EVER! Around 9:45pm me and my daughter went, we only order chicken fries!     First, I would've just gone to the BK site to rate experience. However, one of the workers carefully placed the sticky seal over the store number to block it. I think the next statement says why. The food was stale. The cook obviously just took stuff off an old burger. No flavor, the bit of mayo had dried on bun, the jalapeño pepper was the size of a small quarter in one spot, and limp lettuce. Luckily I had mayo and pickles at the house just so it wouldn't be so dry. The reason for the 1+ star was the worker at the window. They were polite, efficient, and made you feel welcome. That said, I think I'll head elsewhere for my next burger.

    1/27/2021: I saw the commercial for the one dollar burger at Burger King. The commercial actually shows a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomatoes, etc. The burger looks delicious and only for $1.00. So I head over to Burger King to order two burgers and I asked for 2 cheeseburgers and the cashier says they will have to charge me more than a dollar if they add cheese. Then why in the heck, does the commercial show a cheeseburger for a $1.00? When I got the 2 burgers, it was just a patty on 2 buns, no ketchup, no mayonnaise, no mustard, no lettuce, no tomatoes, no onions. Just a plain hamburger patty sandwiched with 2 buns.     This location has no definitive closing time. I thought is was always 10:00 pm. I get off work at the latest 9:45. I have been there at 9:45, at 9:50 and 9:55. I do realize that this is cutting close to 10:00 pm. On all three of these occasions I have been told that this location was close. The lights were still on outside & at the drive-thru. I did however, on 1 occassion, arrive at 9:48 pm and was able to place an order. I had asked for a minute to decide on what I wished to purchased, to which I received a rude, exasperated response of "We are closed in 5 minutes".

    There are 2 open grocery stores and a taco bell across from this location and I still attempted to go here first. What was I thinking... I guess I still had faith that the staff and the business would improve at this location. I guess I will need to go a little more out of my way to the nicer Burger King with long hours. Close this one down if you are unable to meet the needs of your community and/or if you cannot make a go of it. Pray for guidance.

    I placed an order in the drive thru on 10-5-20 at Burger King in Adel, Georgia. I got home and observed that a double cheese burger was missing. I was busy and did not have time to call. I decided to keep my receipt and go back at my convenience to get my refund. This is not the first time getting my order wrong and I have not complained in the past. I went back when I was in the area at my convenience on 10-16-20. I asked the manager if I could get a refund and she asked me if I called on the day of purchase to advise about the missing product. I stated that I did not and I was refused a refund. I called the general manager and I was told the same thing over a 1.99 cheeseburger. He also told me that anyone could have gotten a receipt out of the trash. Anyone could have called and said they did not get their food or receipt also.

    It really is not worth my time to have to type my complaint for 1.99 because I will not get anything out of this. It's the principle of the matter and the fact that they have my $1.99 plus tax and I have no product. I also used my gas in my vehicle to drive to the location to make a complaint about the poor customer service. No fast food restaurant should treat an honest person like this. Horrible customer service. I called headquarters and she wanted to send me a coupon in the mail to go back and spend money with them. I can't get over that they would not help me for their mistake. To me that is theft.

    Absolutely horrible experience on Door Dash. I don't normally complain, but I got a normal Whopper and got a 4 patty disgrace that after a couple bites made me sick..like throwing up everything sick...I'm sorry but you guys need to check your workers and be careful. That could really put someone in a hospital.

    I recently called in to voice my concerns over the service at Burger King in North Versailles, Pa in Walmart Circle. Although, I asked for a return call; I would have NEVER expected the return call to be from the employee that the complaint was is referee too. The same person that referred to myself and another customer as “Those people”. The same employee that told over 30 customers that if we didn’t like having to wait over 45 minutes for food that we could leave. Yes you read it right; 45 minutes for 2 meals. I don’t know if this was meant to silence me or intimidate me. What I do know is THOSE PEOPLE that look like me have contributed to the wealth of Burger King, we have also staffed Burger King but we will also SHUT DOWN BURGER KING! This racist behavior is unacceptable and believe me the world is watching.

    I was advised by a Burger King Assoc that their Oreo Pies were very good. There must be a difference in what is considered good obviously. This was extremely unappetizing and was immediately discarded. It was just layers of sugary frosting that I found to be completely gross.

    I purchased a family bundle meal at Burger King location at 2230 Salem Rd Conyers GA. After my arrival home I began to eat a sandwich and suddenly realize there was a Foreign object in my sandwich. I opened it and it was a rusty paper clip. I didn’t get a receipt. When ask they said the machine is not working.

    I was driving home from dropping my Daughter off at College. After a long day and no meals I stopped at the Burger King in Wesley Chapel Florida just before interstate 75. I ordered the 2 for 5 Whoppers, figuring I'd have a few meals before having to go shopping. I sat in the parking lot to eat half a whopper and my second bite in I realized my burger was not cooked, maybe put on a grill for 10 seconds each side. I like my food burnt not mostly raw, this doesn't even describe pink, it was literally NOT cooked, since I had already spent 15 minutes in the drive thru and many cars still in line I chose to just wrap up my burger and cook it when I got home. This wasn't just one sandwich. It was both. Very disappointed, if you're busy and rushed food should at least be cooked. I waited 10 minutes for one person in front of the line and another 5 for the next 3 before me.

    Recently had trouble ordering from Burger King in Kalamazoo MI by the app. Contacted them, been getting runaround ever since. 1st, refunded then withdrew charge AGAIN and claim it's only pending. No, it's NOT, especially when taken out a 2nd time. Still waiting for another response and losing patience.

    Went to Burger King near the Franklin Mills mall and received the worst service! First they forgot to include my order of onion rings and I had to drive thru again and now that I'm home and I unwrap my items, I am 3 nuggets short on a 8 piece, the Bacon Cheeseburger was minus the bacon and the fries were burnt. I will not be soliciting any more BK restaurants in the future.

    Went to BK on Monday July 27, 2020 at 8:15 pm. Me and my friend order dinner. When I got my food I went and sat down. When my friend's food was ready, he went up to get it and I asked him to get some honey mustard. The Store manager said that it would be 27 cents. My friend bought 2 for $.54 after spending almost $21.00 for food. I can't eat ketchup. I am highly allergic to it. When the young lady came to the table to bring us the rest of our order, she said she would have just given it to us. I asked her if I get a credit for the 9 packages of ketchup in the bag because I can't eat it. She said she would have to ask the manager. I asked her to send the manager out. The manager never came out.

    My friend went back to the counter and asked for his receipt. As we never got one. The manager came to the register and said that the store had a flood 2 weeks ago and the register machine was not working. And yelled that across the dining room. And if I had a problem with that I could take it up with corporate. I said I would be happy to do that, if she would write her name, the store number and what we paid on a blank piece of register tape. She said she was not doing that. I said, "You don't know how to write your name, store number and what we paid??" She starting yelling again across the restaurant, That was "You be, just be being rude and she be calling the police." I told her go ahead and call the police.

    She grabbed her cell phone, and I thought that she was calling the police. How dare her call me rude, when she was the one yelling at me and my friend. I never got up, just keep eating my dinner. When the police didn't show up in 30 minutes, I called the police. She lied, they had no report before mine. I asked the police to please show up and make the necessary report and documentation. My friends told her all she needed to do was give us the piece of paper with her name, store number and amount we paid, and we would handle it with corporate. She said she was not giving us anything until the police showed up. When they did, she started yelling at them about how rude we were. (I don't know anyone that has ever been arrested for being rude. But this may be a first.)

    When the officer was talking to her she changed the story, from what had really happened. When he came over to talk to us, she wouldn't stop yelling at us. I said, "We didn't interrupt you when you were talking to the police. So please show us that same courtesy." The officer said that he really couldn't do anything. Which I totally understand. Asked him to get me the piece of paper from her with her name, store number and what we paid. He did get that from her. I got the police officer's name and case number. We walked out with the 2 police officer so that there would be no further confrontation. Thanked them for time.

    While I was driving home, the officer called me and again apologized for not being able to do more. And said if I have any additional trouble to just call the number on the card. I have called corporate on Monday night. That when I found out that she wrote down the wrong store number for the officer. So I don't know if Ms ** is her real name or not. I asked for someone to call me. Called again on Tuesday morning and left another request. And called again on Wednesday afternoon. Still no return calls. I this time when every small business is trying to stay afloat, I don't think it's a good practice to be yelling at your paying customers and threaten to call the police on them. And then not follow through with your threats. And if I ever hear from corporate I hope this can be resolved. Without me taking it to Facebook, Twitter and the local newspaper. In my opinion someone here is a pathological liar...

    I went to the Claxton, Ga Location. I waited over 38 minutes just to get 4 whoppers. There was 6 cars ahead of me and two just left. I asked a gentleman that was walking to his car from leaving what was going on. He said it took him 45mins to get his order then it was not correct. If you care about your company I think you would be on top of things like customer service. I did not get a receipt and was highly disappointed!!!

    Food is bad. Rubbery chicken: greasy meat. It gives you sick feelings after eating the food. One time, my crispy chicken sandwich was black and had black dots on it. I asked for a new one but they didn't seem to care very much about customer satisfaction. Could've been they were just having a bad day. Who knows?

    First of all I sat in line over 10 minutes, I finally get to the window and pay 26.83 for the order... I get home, no onion rings. Called, they asked to go back. I did. Now there is a long line in drive, went to the side door. It was locked of course. I call back. Woman tells me to go to front door. I go meet her. She has me a bag with the 2 orders of onion rings... Now they are cold and all of the other food is cold. Look in the bag, one of my large onion rings orders is only half full... Wow, what great service. I will never go to Burger King again.

    The food is so bad and when it comes to the ordering part it is more worse, I order three impossible Whoppers and regular fries but when I came to pick up my order and got home the food was cold. And I will never buy food at this restaurant ever.

    I don't like the log in when using my cell to order or looking for the bargain of the day. Why do I have to go thru all the minutiae I would to just tell the order taker a number like 2 Whoppers and fries for $9.00 is #2135. Easy for the customer is best. I find BK is not easy but MD is.
