I’m not even normally the person to leave reviews, literally ever. I’ve worked in customer service most of my adult life & I'm absolutely disappointed not only with the food but the manager that was running this shift. Couldn’t get my food right, despite it being ordered right & said what was on it on the receipt. Definitely will NOT be returning.

Every time I order from Burger King on 4200 Saron Drive in Lexington, Kentucky my food is always wrong or cold! When you call customer service they are rude, someone hung up, they don’t understand English, and wants to give you discounted coupons in the app that you can’t use or can’t use to pay for all your food! What happened to the commercial that states, “WE LISTEN TO OUR CUSTOMERS”,,, I truly feel that that is false advertisement. Because having anything changed every time I call it the same old same old this will be the last time I order anything from them.!

Just stopped at a BK close to my house. My problem is that these burgers are NOT grilled anymore!!?? So that tells me that the grill marks are “fake”! I remember the grilled burgers and the freshness of it! This isn’t it!!!

To whom It may concern. I nor my family and some friends have not stepped foot in the doors of Burger King in years for the simple fact that Burger King have gotten away from flame broiling their burgers fresh and hot to go. It should always be fresh to go when ordered not sitting under some light keeping it warm. This is really unacceptable and remember some of us are food foodies and we know the difference when something has changed and the taste of y'all's burger patties has definitely changed. It tastes like steamed meat. And please be competitive on y'all's pricing, along with customer service it's a must in today's declining fast food service chains. Business has shifted towards the food truck business because it's fresh when cooked and affordable. I believe that this change would turn things around for a once upon a time top notch burger joint.

I have been a customer of BK for decades but if I could rank them lower than a 1 star, I would regarding promotions/sales when you are flooded with Whopper Wednesday and no one in BK restaurants (whether it is Lynn Haven, Panama City, Springfield or Callaway) that knows anything about Whopper Wednesday. I try through my app and get no response, then I try in all the above restaurants mentioned above and they act like you are looking for a hand out. Dismal sales/promotions and/ or IT.

Two stars… and that’s being generous. I realize they updated the Whopper… Maybe Update the Staff!! The whoppers are just thrown together… of course they never look like the image. Maybe the staff should take note. Lettuce pieces, as if they’re pulling them out of a bag of lettuce shred instead of crispy lettuce leaves… had no tomatoes… no onions… Luke warm, if that. We’ve been going to a BK further away… I realize it’s fast food… “Have it your way”… Can’t we just have a decent meal. Specially when meals stay at $10 bucks for a small. Few fries… more ice than drink… and if you just want a large drink, it’s 2 bucks more. SSDD.

I wrote a review for store number11260 in Poland Ohio 44514 about waiting 18 minutes for two double cheeseburgers with ketchup only! Not only was the service bad but when we went inside because we were tired of waiting, the manager who thought he was Elvis with his shirt halfway button stated, "We could only cook one patty at a time." He handed me my meal and I went home to eat. I opened the package and the food was cold and it had mustard which I am allergic to and pickles on it. Now when I started the review I noticed a lot of bad reviews on this store. So I did some research and noticed the same reviews to almost every Burger King in my area had the same problems. Apparently Corporate which you cannot get on the phone, does not care. When I tried calling I got an outside service from Taiwan or somewhere in Asia and that person wanted to know what happened.

My experience in the drive thru today was frustrating. The cashier at the window asked me if I wanted to round up the cost of my order for no reason. They upsold me the apple pie but it wasn't available so I had to wait longer for the order. Why should I want to pay more for my order? Why upsell something that is isn't ready and available?

I placed my order. Read it right from the text that I have to order. Got the order. Was missing a burger. When the other lady came to window. It said sorry but idk if they heard me ask for two. She was very rude. Said not allowed to add anything now. And that I never said two. Nobody should be allowed to be rude and ignorant to customers when all I ask was to add one cheeseburger.

Start using real food instead of substitutes for beef and bread. Society is mad because you use garbage ingredients, not because you don't give them a good menu.

You know when a person sits in there waiting 30 plus minutes for there for it should be fresh hot and right. Today was neither.

Omg it was an amazing experience!!! There was a guy with long hair. I think his name was Matt but he was so kind and helpful and made the whole experience so much better.

Mayodan, North Carolina has a filthy bathroom. But the service was good.

Female employee walked in the bathroom while I was using it and disregarded that I was there. Chicken was hard and I couldn’t eat it. Trash can was over flowing. I couldn’t throw my trash away.

I ordered two whoppers at $6.09 each from a Newton NC Burger King located off buss. 321 and Hwy 10 intersection. They wanted 60 cent each for a single slice of cheese. I declined the cheese. I got home to find my whoppers consisted of a bun and a piece of meat! Nothing else whatsoever. No lettuce; no tomato; no onion; Nothing else! I consider that to be False advertising because the picture on the menu showed it with everything!

1105 S Fm 51, Decatur, TX 76234. You’re not the king here. Orders are always wrong. 6-1-26 order the 2 for 1 but only got 1 burger. Asked for no veggies but got a dry burger. This is the 2nd time order was wrong. Just remember 3 strikes and you're out…

Worst BK ever, after waiting for 5 min & not being acknowledged no one really in restaurant & one car in drive thru. So I opted the drive thru. The woman couldn't understand me, I speak English. I'm an American after 3xs. I left & went to Doylestown one, what service there. Got greeted nicely & served no issues.

My son and I just ate at the Burger King on South Dale Mabry, and the service is great. The food is hot and delicious. The manager is very polite and professional. If you want good food, hot and taste great stuff in at Burger King.

Homeland Park needs to be shut down at this point. Every time I go there and I go there a lot because it’s close and all I can afford. Every time I have to pull around something’s always wrong. Like today hard chicken fries that have been sitting. It out of control at this point. I'm tired of the ** folks' attitude in there. Can't get right, close it

At the Buda, Tx location, the food is never hot or even warm. I enjoy eating here, but have to drive to another location to get hot food. I go by the Buda BK to see if would just a fluke. Always the same.

I ordered a BK big fish plain just the meat and bread. Even though it was plain, the fish itself look nothing like the advertised picture. The fish Patty was not the large thing advertised in the picture. It was small, flattened down, and dry, approximately 2x2 in or maybe a little bit bigger. Old and very untasty. It was one of the most disgusting things I've tried to eat in a long time. I couldn't finish it.

I asked for NOTHING on my burger. It was Tomatoes, onions, mayo, ketchup, and mustard. I want TWO large fries/Sprites for free. Actually a full refund. I said nothing and got everything. This ain’t Spongebob.

We ordered Burger King on Doordash. They called us to tell us they had no coke icee. After we had paid extra for the icee they offered her a coke. That was it. They had no care in the world and told her to call door dash and hung up. The customer service at 3012 Hopemills rd, Hopemills NC has horrible customer service. After the call our food arrived. My grandchildren and I received our food. The only thing that arrived for my wife is her sandwich. Her onion rings never arrived. Upper management needs to investigate the customer service for doordash customers.

Service is a little slow. But the food was amazing compared to last year. I will definitely come back for that amazing Whopper meal. So good. McDonald's is so not that great. They think they are the best. But the whopper is making a comeback. I see more business at Burger King. Keep up the good work!!!

Kela of the East Orange NJ Burger King, you are a NASTY HUMAN BEING and need to be fired IMMEDIATELY!!! I don't make it a habit of going to fast food restaurants for exactly this reason! I went to BK this morning to order a quick breafast on the way to work. As I am waiting for my food in the drive way I see the lady KELA who took my order touching the register, and handling money all before she stuck her hands the hash browns, scooped them up and put them in a bag. SHE HAD NO GLOVES ON AT ANY POINT. That is nasty!!

Store 599 OAK RIDGE TN - wow. Went in yesterday - no crowd inside, no real line outside. plenty of workers - thought - but:

Used the Burger King app to order delivery. Order was delivered to wrong address and when I went to let them know they make you use their app to file a complaint. Since the driver delivered to the wrong address and took a picture of someone else's door, which I sent to the their so called email only support function. Took them over two weeks to say the order was delivered correctly, which wasn't. They offered me $15 for a $30 order which I told them, "No thanks."

We went to the Burger King in Hampton, Virginia and my husband. I had a great experience. Pleasant, and the food was absolutely fresh and amazing. Keep up the good Burger King.

Yesterday 5/18/26 I went to the Burger King in Bridgeton, NJ and waited nearly 45 minutes in the drive-through before getting my food. However I will say when I got my food it was excellent as always. They take forever but the food is always on point. I can not say the same for the Burger King in Millville, NJ. I ordered and stood at the counter for nearly 30 minutes. During my time there I witnessed staff struggle to read orders, ignore multiple customers, and behave belligerently towards multiple customers when asked simple questions like "can I have my collector's cup." When my food finally came the soda was flat, the burger was poorly sauced, the lettuce was limp and wilted, and they forgot the jalapenos on both mine and my wife's burger. I don't expect 5 star dining. I know fast food is a low price point option. Somehow despite the low price point this fell far short of its cost.

Went to Burger King in Poplar Bluff MO for first time in several months. I stood at the counter for several minutes while employees came and went from the back without an acknowledgment. I was even there several other customers were there as well waiting. After over five minutes I left without anything and I’ll never go back

After all of the hype of whopper Wednesday. After 3 try’s a three different location same problem. The whopper is sold as a grilled burger. I expect it to be med to hot temperature. With cold vegetables and mayo. For what I pay for a meal at BK. I expect better experience.

The long waiting and others possibly have to wait for half an hour if not more hours.

Bk staff in McCormick SC was fabulous. We were greeted when we walked in, big smiles and truly happy to see our us. Food was fast and great, had sausage/bacon eggs and cheese croissants. Front counter girl made our day, wish I would have caught her name. I need people like her working for my company.

Isn't that false advertising to advertise the Yoda cup for a shake & not give any of your Burger King franchises any? I wanted a Yoda cup. SUCKS!

The Burger King on Bihari Blvd in the Villages Florida should be sold as a Sears or KMart. 3rd time I have been and gets worse every time. Today 15 minute wait to place order (2 cars ahead). Then 5 minute wait for someone to ask for the order. Then moved forward and not a single vehicle that was in line when I arrived had gotten an order. Waited to see some movement then left. I was also told that they were out of Diet Coke!!! This is the third time I have been here and they either were out of some part of the dinner or no one was there to even order. Why this restaurant is still allowed to operate is beyond me. Makes Burger King seem like they could care less about serving customers and earning money.

Good food. Fast service. Always get my order right. Thank you.

This was my first time ever visiting this Burger King, and if you could go anywhere else I would recommend you do. It took them at least 15 minutes for them to even acknowledge that there were customers at the drive thru. I waited an additional 5 minutes to even be greeted. I ordered the most simplest thing: A French Toast Combo, that was large (with a large Coke and a large size of the hash browns) and a Whopper with cheese. She didn’t read back my order as well, to verify she got my order correct even though it was in fact incorrect. When getting some of my order the lady handed me a coffee, which I didn’t order, the only drink I ordered was a Coke. The word coffee didn’t even leave my mouth. She didn’t offer me a refund for the difference, or try to attempt to try and make things right. She was being a smart Alec, the manager he gave me a refund when I went inside for the difference.

Your store in Havertown PA refused to give me the Whopper Jr. that I paid for yesterday 5/5/26. My customer number was **. I did not check the bag before I left because the person that handed me the bad (drive thru) quoted my whole order when she gave it to me so I assumed it was all there. I did not go back then due to very heavy traffic in that area. I tried to call but no answer. Sad they lost a good weekly customer over a burger. Very poor customer service. My last visit to BK. I waited over hour for my order. I just happened to look out the window and saw my order sitting on my steps. It was placed directly next to the door, so I had to go completely around my house to get it, because if I opened the door, it would have been completely knocked over. NO ONE LET ME KNOW THEY ARRIVED. My meal is now totally inedible. The milkshake is a disgusting, thawed out goo. I paid A LOT of money on the meal and the rip-off fees. I even gave a VERY generous tip. I will be calling my credit card company and dispute the charge. Do not waste your time on this restaurant. P.S. I have no way to upload the receipt. It was stuck on the milkshake and is now completely wet and falling apart.

We were at this BK today around 2:30, waited a long time just to get waited on, wasn’t busy, a lot of help behind the counter, people just kept walking by, no one wanted to wait on us, only ordered two double cheeseburgers and a drink, it took a very long time, other people were waiting also, had problems there like this before, not wanting anything out of this, just someone please take time and fix it, thank you.

2 whoppers today. No taste whatsoever. Onion rings were cold, mushy. Haven't been for years and won't return. Worst meal ever.

Ordered my food and waited about 25 minutes. Missing items. Wouldn't give receipt. Went to give our drinks and knocked it into my car causing a mess all over my door, seats, floor. Wouldn't even offer any kind of compensation.

Guy working drive though just gave me the finger after making me wait almost 10 minutes and turning his back on me when I asked a question. Then the woman handing out the food at the drive through slams the window shut.

Lady at register with black hair refuse to take my coupon cause I forgot it at home. Coupon #**. So she charged me $12.30 instead of 8$.. I explained to her. She didn't even care.. I even explained to her that why she doesn't bother her she shrugged her shoulders without the physical coupon. She was heartless. I'll never go to Burger King again. She could have given me the discount but didn't care to.

Got the chicken sandwich. First time in a long time. Had little to no lettuce, pretty tired looking. Bring back the King.

I very, very seldom go to fast-food burger joints, but after watching the commercials, I thought I'd see what the new burgers were like. I asked them to hold the lettuce--no problem there. The bun was fine, but, in my opinion, the burger was overcooked--no juice at all. I guess that's a safety issue. Even so, it was pretty much tasteless. Perhaps best for people who don't cook.

I was sitting there waiting for my ride, and this worker came up to me and told me, “You cannot just hang out in here, get out.” And proceeded to kick me out into the cold for 30 minutes until my ride came.

BK is doing something different, not what I used to enjoy anymore. It tasted weird and made me nauseous. No more BK for me ever again.

This location at 4 Warrensville Center Road needs to be shutdown! I will never go to this location again because it’s just a waste of my time and money. Understaffed and poor food quality. I deserve a refund!

Severely disappointed. Ordered a big fish, which was nothing but the opposite... The only thing big was the bun. The square fish inside was the size of McDonald's fish, nothing like the picture, which I am sure is False advertisement. If I had wanted that type of fish sandwich I would have went there and paid 2 dollars less. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Ate at a Burger King in Pigeon Forge and it was a Whopper like I remember as a kid. So good. I’m hoping it improves like that in Madison, AL, Hughes Road. Big difference in service and quality, unless recently changed.

On April 8th, I placed an order inside a local BK. 45 minutes later at exactly 2 PM, I decided I had enough and demanded a refund. The place wasn't even very busy and in that time, no more than usual. The manager of the store came from out back and processed my refund, not even caring to see why the delay. I then complained 3 times via my computer and requested contact, the first was on the website on the receipt, 5 days later to the corporate website and the 3rd on their Facebook group via Message Us. All 3 times, they chose to ignore it.

I came to BK for breakfast. There were a lot of flies pestering customers....Everybody motioned for flies to go away.

I don't understand why I tried to doordash a whopper today and they have all their new sandwiches but not the one thing Burger King is known for....a Whopper!!! It's ridiculous and stupid. They got the BLT peppercorn whoppers, kids' meal hamburgers/cheeseburgers so they have everything they need. Feeling super irritated with BK right now.

I went to Burger King one day and ordered chicken nuggets and a burger with Coke and I found a feather in my chicken. One star all the way!

On 04/29, My wife and I wanted two Whoppers. I ordered a number one with a large coke and I whopper just the sandwich and instead of listening to what I said, I was hit with "Is that all" on repeat. I got to the window and repeated "Did you get the other whopper with not pickles or ketchup?" She proceeded to raise her voice and say "THAT'S WHAT I ASKED YOU" and when I said, you didn't she slammed the drive thru window in my face. I drove around and went in to ask to speak to a manager. When I explained the unprofessional behavior of her Clerk, she in a nonchalant tone said that she would speak to her but didn't address the wrong order at all. Why is the Whopper smaller and The taste ain't that great. The one I got was smashed in a box but it's the same size as a regular hamburger just with the toppings

Burger King Store # 13398 on Madison Street in Worcester MA offers the meals. The Impossible Burgers and Fries taste great. The Coke or Dr. Pepper taste watered down to the point of being flavorless. This has been happening consistently for the past two years. Please fix your fountain drink machine! You are the only BK in Worcester. I don't want to drive miles to different locations just because your sodas taste lousy.

Me and my family went to the Burger King at 3101 Integrity Drive, Garner, NC on 4/21/26 at around 630pm. Normally BK is a favorite. Unfortunately, this was the worst whoppers and fries and unsweetened ice tea we'd ever had. The burger was cold and had no flavor, the fries were old and the ice tea wasn't even close to being fresh. So disappointed we'll think twice about going again.

NEVER AGAIN! We stopped at the Amherst Service Plaza on west bound 80/90 turnpike last evening. We chose Burger King, however that was a huge mistake. After the order, we waited 35 minutes for our food. Once received it was cold. I complained to the counter employee and she was very rude. DO CHOOSE Burger King. We will never eat at any of your restaurants ever again. Doug

We ordered 2 meals and was told the ketchup packs was all they were allowed to give. I asked again noting we had 2 fry orders. She was rude and replied that 3 is ALL they are allowed to give to one customer.. Additionally the burger was gray and tasteless.

I keep hoping the restaurant would get better. Through the years it has its ups and downs. The buns never have been toasted. A cold dry bun is the usual. It has always felt it is staffed by one or two people. Yesterday I waited for 5 minutes. When I drove up, I was greeted quickly and asked to hold. Several people pulled in after me blocking me and after they backed up I too left. Sadly, this is the norm for the burger king on Kirkland Rd.

The Whopper is not as big as it appears in the commercials.

I went to BK on Ives Dairy Road in Miami and had the worse experience. I simply asked for no salt on my fries. When I got my order you can clearly see salt on my fries. I asked the manager, "Are there salt on my fries," she said “if you asked for no salt then there’s no salt”. I said, "Ma'am there’s salt on my fries. You can clearly see it." She asked me “did you taste it?” .. She was aggressive at the very beginning. Didn’t try to diffuse the situation, called another associate to argue with me. Unprovoked and unprofessional.. Worst experience ever …

If I could leave a 0 I would. They kept on messing up my order and then when they fixed it it had hair all over it.

The Federal Way Burger King employees is very unrespectful.

For two meals the exact same. And they still got it wrong. I put no lettuce and no mayo and got both on my chicken sandwiches. AND the lettuce was turning brown. Every time I order from the Burger King they always get it wrong.

After years of avoiding the downturn of the whopper and even worse the aging of the restaurants, they’re advertising excited me to try again, and what a letdown. Burnt bacon ruined the whole experience.

Burger King in Wyomissing PA was very disappointing. I ordered a Whopper Jr with cheese meal. The roll on the burger was stale and the burger was very thin and had messy assembly. The fries were cold and covered in tons of salt. The soda cup was covered in soda on the outside and sticky. The soda had no ice in it and was warm. I went through the drive-thru and there were no napkins in the bag and the wait for this horrible meal was longer than it should have been. I absolutely would NOT recommend this Burger King location.

I always loved BK, but now they don't put out coupons anymore, we stopped going there.

Second time ordering delivery from the same location and they claim that their burgers are flame broiled but these appear to be sitting in a tray for hours, and although the presentation is better wrapped in paper and in the box like McDonald’s, the food quality is garbage. It’s cold and the delivery only took four minutes. The original chicken sandwich same process. It looks like it was sitting in a tray for a few hours. I stopped going to Burger King many many years ago, but I revived my visits because I did have one good experience probably 10 years ago. But that said I will no longer return. I reached out to their CEO of complaints that I probably will never hear from the person.

Fresh food and Wonderful hospitality made my dining experience great.

You guys really need to do better by the customers....Onion rings last night were so old and disgusting I couldn't even eat them... Not the first time this has happened either....

Whopper Wednesday offers should be available to all, for walk-in customers as well as for web app subscribers. I don't know why I have to subscribe to a website app for each food takeout business that I patronize to take advantage of their offers. Besides having to spend the time to learn and navigate each unique website app, it is yet another place where I expose my credit card.

The new whoppers are really good but the buns are dry. I understand you are trying to toast them but I would suggest leaving them moist or toasting them all the way.

Animals are allowed in the eating establishment by family or friends of manager. Food is good usually fresh but only 1 piece of bacon per sandwich for bacon cheeseburger. Service is usually speedy by mostly 1 person working front.

I don't care how short staffed you are. Greet me and say you'll be with me in a minute. Instead I sat there for 5 minutes, say hello and then you start ** at me that you're understaffed. Then tell me to go somewhere else. Learn how to talk to people. Never will go back.

Me and my friend went to Burger King today and loved it. Food was fresh and employees was very nice.

Consistently awful. Our last visit was this week. One burger raw, the other black and dried out. Vegetables wet and soggy, mayonnaise hot and liquid, zero eye or taste appeal. We had one bite each and tossed them out. It was not worth complaining because nothing had improved since our prior visit six months ago. We like fast food occasionally but will not try this place again.

Burger King # 93. The cashier was very helpful and calm. The manager did not come up to the front for a while. The lobby was packed, people waiting to order and people waiting for their orders. The drive thru was busy as well. The communication was not good with staff. The manager finally came up front but was a little snappy towards the cashier. All in all it took 30 mins to get a simple order. Other people's orders were messed up. This was not what we were expecting. Very disappointed.

Burger King, back in the day... Was great!!! You had to the Whopper with 2 hands!!! Better than MCDONALD'S burgers... The fries were like McDonald's fries---simply good!!! Now the Whopper is smaller!!! What happened??? Now you stick everything in the microwave and call it a day!!! Sorry Burger King-King, you fell off for me!!!

BK has not improved. Same cold, tasteless, thrown together burgers. Our whoppers came covered inside and out in mayo, cold, and the patties didn’t even resemble meat.

I ordered a Whopper with cheese just ketchup and mayo. Well they put the whole mayo jar on my Whopper. I was so hungry and in the mood for one until I got home and saw all the mayo that was put on my Whopper. I had wipe the mayo off with a napkin and I still couldn’t eat it. Horrible.

New Burger King at 411 Oregon Ave Philadelphia was closed when I got there. Hours are advertised open to 11:30 pm. The staff were all sitting around inside the store but would not open door. They said they were closed. Not a good way to open a BK. It appears as though staff closed shop to customers prio to 8:45 pm Sunday March 29 2026. Please explain. Michael **

We just ate lunch (a Sunday) the lot was neat and clean, restrooms were fully stocked and clean. Only one register station with a new trainee with minimal supervision. Kitchen was doing a very efficient job getting orders out. I ordered ice tea which was mostly water so I went up and asked the manager for a different ice tea and was told they couldn’t make mare till 2 (it was 1) and until I asked didn’t offer another cup. She was not friendly nor accommodating.

I would like to start by saying Thank you. The varieties of new sandwiches has been very enticing. But I have a major complaint, my wife and I have fallen madly in love with the steak burger!! I mean madly, and we have just found out it's going to be replaced with BLT! WHAT!!!! How could this possibly be..??? Our hearts are now broken and not sure if we can continue without the steak burger!. By far the best burger you have ever offered.. Please reconsider and add it permanently!!! Please, Please, Please!! We are begging!!!!

The apple pie are so delicious, also nice and hot. The jalapeño bites are also good and hot.

Burger King was my go to, when I was a kid. But when they changed the fries 15ish years ago, they dropped off. Their ice cream is too watery, and they won't bring back the original Mac and cheese bites (not the jalapeno) or cheesy tots (without bacon) or CINI-MINI'S!!! I avoid burger king all together, but their burgers are still better than most fast food.

My husband and I go to Burger King in San Diego once a week but you guys french fries are so salty you have to wipe the salt off the fries. You love the apple pies. Charles Burger King because the hamburgers are very good. The fries are bigger but salty.

The Burger King on S. Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando Florida South Chase Plaza. This place I think has only 3 employees at any point in time. I believe they changed owners and these new ones can only afford 3. The customer service is terrible, the food is terrible and when you order thru drive-thru the wait is so long. The drive-thru they make you wait at first window to pay, then they decide whether they want to give you food at the 1st or the 2nd window. Every time It's different depending on who's at the window.

I went to Burger King earlier today, I simply read off a coupon code either the new maple bourbon bbq whopper or a whopper Jr. I asked specifically for the maple bourbon whopper, and she gave me the Whooper Jr. so I went back through the drive through and let her know she made a mistake and without even checking my order she told me I was wrong. So I handed her the order to literally check it herself and kept my previous order which is against food safety regulations. Then she argued with me about it saying I asked for the Whopper Jr which I clearly know what I asked for.. Probably the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a while. Not saying everyone working there is like this but just be aware when dealing with incompetent in-denial people like that. And that you aren’t getting ripped off.

How is it that every time I try to order an iced coffee the ** lady (and I’m ** too so don’t try to make this about race)? Says they can’t make it and when the ** lady works it’s never a problem?

The Rockford, MI at 14 mile road has in two months become like many of the fast food and pizza places in Michigan. They hire high school or a little older than high school and not just the quality of food drops so does the communication apparently. In the last 2 weeks and today is February 27th 2026, I have given them more than one opportunity to get an order correct. I either get someone else's order or when I get home the burger instead of a whopper is a whopper junior as in today.

The staff was friendly, and they got me my food fast, but the food itself was by far the lowest quality of any fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. I used to like Burger King, and considered the Whopper the best fast food burger. That was several years ago, however, and since then Burger King’s food has absolutely plummeted in quality. The beef patties are extremely thin, dry, and taste like nothing (and mine wasn’t even overcooked, it was just extremely poor quality), and the other ingredients (onions, mayo, pickles, bun) were also the lowest quality I have ever experienced. The ketchup was fine but it’s pretty hard to mess up ketchup.

I was there today 2/25/26. 2 cars in front of me. I placed my order at 6:04 pm. I was told to drive forward. I was skipped twice. When I got my order at 6:25 the young lady that brought it was very rude to me simply because I asked why I was skipped twice and what time I placed my order.. the staff in this location is very rude and disrespectful. There was no need for her to speak to me in that way. I was the one waiting and she rudely said to me it wasn’t her fault. Her voice was literally shaking with anger towards me. This location is store 7183 in Mission Texas. Worst customer service.

Service was TERRIBLE. Arrived with 2 cars in front of me. Sat waiting for 10 min before it was my turn then they said "hold on" - waited another 3 min. Told them I ordered online. Got to the window they hand me a drink and say "have a nice day!" Um...where's my food?? They said, "Oh sorry." I wait longer. Then they finally give it to me. It's been 20 min at this point. Not exactly "fast" food. Theres a car in front of me stopped waiting for their food they go "you can park behind them" umm??? No. Id like to LEAVE.

Last night 2/18/2026 The Burger King on Normandy Blvd. We purchased two whopper meals, the food was grossly cold. The bread was stale and the customer service as always was horrible. When I got home only to discover the food was gross. They gave us cold old fries and the burger was cold, the veggies on the burger such as the onions lettuce and tomato was super old. I immediately call back to the store 7-8 times and nobody answered. I wouldn’t recommend the particular store for anyone. I’m submitting photos for proof. Somebody's going to eventually get sick. This is the third time me going there and each time same problem.

Pulled up at store 36 late night and Crystal was so helpful and polite. Not knowing the area she also directed us to other good locations in Miami. Thank you Crystal.

I would have given you a 5 star... But since you shrunk the size of the whopper and made it about the same size as McDonald's baby sized Big Mac. You don't deserve it. And to think Burger King 👑 was my favorite go to place. I can get bigger sliders than your burgers now at a cheaper prize. And what's up with the fries. Always seem lukewarm. No crisp to them and very mushy. Do you not Love your customers that make you so rich. Now you want to be greedy.

I do not normally write many reviews and this is not against the local Burger King in Mt. Sterling. I tried using the app on my birthday to receive my discount. When trying to process the payment is failed saying the app was down. Understandably there was nothing they can do at the store level. However the app charged me three time for the same transaction that never processed within the store and never received an order of food. I decided to leave and go elsewhere. I then reached out to customer service and they decided to only refund one of those transactions versus all three so I lost approx $30.

Burger King in Central city has became a complete joke. Go there for the wrap meal they give you a patty cut in half when it’s suppose to be whole tenders or use to be. Anyways call to ask about it and management and employees are rude!

We went through the drive thru and ordered 2 Ultimate Steakhouse Whoppers. One in a meal and one sandwich only. The wait was a little long but I wasn’t too concerned about that. Then we get up to pay for our food & we are informed they have no bacon to put on our burgers. I asked if I could have a discount for the meal as I have to pay extra if I want to add bacon to my burger. I figured if they gave me a discount I could I could go home & cook some bacon & add it to the burgers. Not ideal but I could deal with it. They said no. I wanted to leave without the order. My husband really wanted the burgers so I conceded & paid for an incomplete meal. This was terrible customer service. I was not asking for anything unreasonable! The location in North Vernon is an absolute joke. The drive thru cashiers wear earbuds and can't hear your order correctly. When you go inside to have your order fixed you're met with staff chewing gum while making your meal, mouth open, at least chew with your mouth shut. We gave the team two attempts to make and they couldn't even get a crispy chicken sandwich plain correct. We asked for a refund due to cold and inedible fries and cheese sticks along with their inability to make a plain sandwich. I was refunded what I brought back. I guess I should have brought back the food we spat out in the trash can. I can return that entire trash can if you like. It's probably the same consistency as the rest of the product you're serving.

This has got to be the worst Burger King in the United States. I literally waited in the drive-thru over 30 minutes. As soon as one car would pull away from the ordering speaker and the next car to pull up, it would take 20 minutes. There is no excuse for this kind of poor service. I have never ever waited this long for any type of food. You're better off to go to a dine-in restaurant because you would definitely get your food much faster. This place needs to be shut down. I would give it zero Stars if it would allow me to but unfortunately it doesn't. By the time I got to the window my food was cold and they told me my order erased from the screen from taking so long. So my order sat there on the counter in a bag. Getting cold for 35 minutes. Unacceptable.

Burger king at Arch Rd. & Hwy 99. Straight trash!!! Management is rude and dose not have a handle on its crew. What ever happened to “Your way, rightaway. At Burger King”? Drive through person with attitude when you're trying to make your order?? What the heck? Then when asking for manager or shift lead and they come with even worse attitude?? Got the wrong guy. I’ll spend my money eating bad food before I’ll ever spend a penny somewhere you get talked to like that. What is wrong with this new generation thinking they can talk to customers the way they do? I just can’t do it.

It's extremely frustrating when you pay a small fortune for food that we drive 15 minutes for, get it home and the order is very wrong. I just threw so much away and I've decided to ban them for awhile. Out of 5 times, my order was correct once. That is ridiculous. Check your orders people.

So there was a Songe Bob drink and I loved those but I only had it once because it was ALWAYS on defrost and so I asked for one and it was gone. They take too long to get your order and they do not have the SpongeBob meal like it say on the advertisement and app. They do not have good customer service. They don't have everything their website says.

I am appalled by the way the manager (**) at the 8304 Pulaski Hwy Burger King speaks. I not only had to only say something about the things she was saying but I had to check my order which was wrong and not customized the way I ordered. She was saying derogatory words (**) which made me as a customer feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I had to ask another employee for her name because I felt insulted as a colored woman even though she wasn’t talking to me. As the person in charge I believe that’s unacceptable to let her customers hear her speak that way.

I haven't been to Burger King in 20 years. I just had the whopper. It was terrible. Not only was it not juicy, it had no flavor and it was very rubbery. I will never step in another Burger King ever. I used to work a Burger King when I was a 16-year-old kid in the hamburgers where big and juicy, now they're like thin.

I went to the drive thru at the 211 location in Middletown NY. I ordered the original chicken sandwich meal. The timeliness of was great. However, the sandwich and fries were cold. I live less than 5 minutes away from the location, and feel the food should still have been hot.

Only good thang about Burger King in Palestine TX is during the week the Manager does a great job and is very nice to customers. I travel all over the country. And every burger king I been to senior coffee 54 cents and you can get two breakfast sandwiches for $3 a great deal. Not here. Coffee $1.47 and on the weekends it's a day care. In morning kid sleeping I a bed or laying there making noise on his phone.

I'm 72 years old and I can say Burger King make some of the best flame broiled burgers I've ever had. There are very few places in the United States today that still do flame broiling. I like the junior double cheeseburger with two cheeses two beef patties two pickles and little mustard and ketchup with the sesame seed bun. I also like their their fries because they are thicker and they stay hot longer. The pickles they use are flat and they are more mild than the typical dill pickles they put on most hamburgers. I pay under $5 for two these two items which is very filling to me because I'm not a real big person. I don't think Burger King gets credit deserves because there's so much competition but they've been around since the 1950s.

Burger King has implemented certain policies that are concerning. They operate an award system based on crowns points program, which can be redeemed for items. However, Burger King has recently modified the rules in the app, limiting the use of awards to one free item per order, whereas previously there was no limit. This change was made without prior notice. I believe a refund is warranted due to this policy change. Furthermore, the Burger King app is not user-friendly. Upon receiving marketing promotions for daily deals, I am consistently unable to have these items delivered to me. Although the app indicates these promotions are available, they often prove to be unavailable upon attempted redemption.

Ordered on App Store 11590 Gardena ca. Went to pick up. No order so ordered something else. Got home, saw charge pending on credit card, went back to store. Very rude. Would not help or take off charge. Even manager rude. Went online to complain and our credit card company will dispute charge.

Burger King on 58th and Lisbon has very poor service. You have to sit in line for an excess amount of times to wait on the order. It doesn’t matter if you go in or go through the drive-through. Half the time the order is wrong and then you have an extra time to wait, you have to come back or you have to wait even longer and I’m sick of it. I would snap a pic of my receipt but I’m still in line, now for 20 minutes. No other cars are ordering. Two cars that were here had already been here before I got here.

An employee called me a name today as I was leaving the restaurant. My boyfriend and I dined in for lunch. She's very rude and disrespectful in front of customers. I show professionalism where I work regardless of any issues with an individual and I work at a restaurant myself.

So as everyone know Burger King has launched the SpongeBob meal which has a yellow whopper with cheese, a choice of sides. A Patrick cheese cake and a pineapple slush so last night I wanted to surprise my kids and get them the meals. Keep in mind they are like 14 bucks a piece of Oth everything. The Patrick cheese cakes are $ 2.99 plus taxes a piece right. Well I should have received 5 since I bought 5 meals and the pies separate right and the drinks separate as well. My total came out to about $ 100 and some change. I get to the restaurant to pick up the order. They are sold out of the pies. The Gm of that store said every Burger King world wide is. I said, "Ok. I would like my money back not them old already have tried Hershey pies." He states I have to go through the app so I messaged. Received a response all for them to tell me they can give me two 0 dollar coupons in the app.

On November 25, 2025, I had placed an order from Burger King to be delivered to my address. It was marked delivered to my address, however, I never received it. The order was sent to a wrong address. I contacted Burger King informing them what happened and they told me to contact DoorDash. I had been given the runaround for nearly two hours before I was finally told that I would be refunded. I contacted Burger King's support the following day because I was not confident that I would receive my refund.

We were very disappointed in our experience with Burger King in Chillicothe MO. We seen at least 8 people walk out because of the long line. They were totally understaffed. I waited in line for over 30 mins. before I could order.

Last 25th, around 3 pm, I went to eat at the Burger King in Sunnyside, Washington. I forgot my purse; it had $1500 in it. I was going to pay my rent after eating. I was gone for 30 minutes, and the manager on duty, Jannette **, gave it back to me. But $600 was missing. She told me I'd lost it because the security cameras weren't visible from the table where I left it. She said that another employee named Mago found it and that only the two of them touched it, but she never said, "We didn't take it." She was very brazen and refused to put me in touch with her manager, saying she was in a meeting. But she seemed very nervous; obviously, she was lying. What a disgrace that this establishment has this kind of thief as a manager!

You all need a value menu for breakfast! Paying almost $10 for a Breakfast Meal with a croissant the size of a biscuit. I'd rather went to McDonald's and got a Steak Bagel. I was debating between the two and decided on BK. Now I'm saying NO WAY!

Bought my first Whopper in 10 yrs last week. It was just as I remembered. It was good. I ordered one yesterday without pickles. I didn't get any pickles, but I didn't get any tomatoes either. Bummer!!

Was very disappointed in the so called "big fish" sand. It was smaller than mcd filet fish sand. Will not order that again, they need to change that name!!!! I think it once was big, but like everything else everything gets smaller and more expensive.

I haven't been to BK in a long time. I received some coupons that were to good to pass up so I went there. I will definitely be eating there more often. I forgot how good the Whopper is. And what impresses me the most is they did not partake in shrinkflation! The Whopper is still big, a large fry is still a large amount, filled overflowing, not like McD's half filled containers. And their large drink is still a true Large! And they have kids' meals for $3.99. With the coupons it was super reasonable, w/o them it's probably as high as everywhere else, but at least you will get a good portion of food/drink. If I had to complain about something, I would say their drink was a little too watered down.

What in God's name, has Burger King done to their burgers? They used to be my hands down favorite burger joint until they made the DISASTROUS decision to switch from their world-renowned "char-broiled" burger to this so-called "flame-grilled" mess that they're serving up now. I mean, it doesn't even TASTE the same anymore. You can taste the propane or butane gas in the burger, which is unmistakable. Further, the burgers don't even taste fully cooked anymore. I'm afraid that if they want ME back as a customer, they're going to have to go back to the old "tried and true" method of CHAR-BROILING the burgers.

Damian from Burger King located on 112th Avenue provided excellent customer service, was well versed on the menu options, and made our visit pleasant. All that was ordered was provided and welcomed us back.

I just came from the burger store on Bald Hill road Warwick RI. The whole crew there needs to be fired. I went in and ordered specifying my order. A 15 minute plus wait. During that time staff were arguing loudly. They were giving the wrong orders inside and drive thru. Customers were very irritated including myself, and of course when I got home my order wasn't even close to what I ordered. In addition the store was dirty, sticky floors, walls with food on them, bathroom very unsanitary. I have to contact the RI health department to do an inspection to protect all of us from the filth there. I recommend closing this store.

On my recent visit to Burger King, I experienced one of the most disappointing customer service encounters I’ve ever had. I spent approximately 45 minutes in the drive-thru, where I ordered four nugget meals, one burger with mozzarella sticks, and two sundaes, totaling about $50. After receiving my drinks, I was asked to pull forward and wait. I did so patiently for another 15 minutes before an employee came to my car and handed me two small, overstuffed bags without any greeting or enthusiasm. Upon checking the bags, I discovered that I was missing sauces, napkins, spoons, and the mozzarella sticks I had paid for.

The staff at the Park Avenue, New Iberia, This Louisiana location is pretty bad-ass. They were presented with a monetary challenge and handled it extremely professional. Moving forward, the crew altogether showed professionalism and was a great change from previous restaurants visited. I thoroughly enjoyed the staff and those connected to my order. STORE #5242 is on point, I ordered my burger meal and shake and I didn't have to go and complain, in a time fashion that burger what put together like if Gordon Ramsey was eye balling them, I was so pleased with the nearest, just the right ingredients to make me stand up like I had never eaten a whopper, I had to stand up and smack my lips while giving them a standing feast ordination.

The food is disgusting. I had an original chicken sandwich and fries. The chicken was gross and so thin that it definitely wasn't worth the price. There was far more bun than anything. The fries were old and COLD. They weren't just not hot, they were actually cold. It was so bad that I threw it all away and chose to go hungry. I make fun of McDonald's, but their food is at least edible.

You know it's so sad when you go to Burger King or any fast food restaurant for that matter and the people making the sandwiches think they need to put 5 gallons of either mayo, ketchup, mustard or any other sauce on the sandwich. I mean I'd like to taste my meat and vegetables on my sandwich. We just had a Whopper Jr. at Burger King in Benton Harbor Michigan and it took me 4 napkins to wipe off all the sauce that poured out the sides of my sandwich. I had to open my sandwich up and sponge up the remainder of the sauce and that is ridiculous. They would not make sandwiches for themselves or their family like that why give it to everyone else.

This was the location in Rapid City, SD. It was over 15 minutes and we still didn’t have our order. I requested a refund and the manager told me he’s refusing service and I was trespassing. We finally got our food but it was incorrect and cold.

Recea was amazing. I pulled in late and made a medium+ sized order. I asked if the onion rings were fresh, if not I will pass. Fresh awesome.. Stale nasty. My ENTIRE order was hot and fresh and up to standards. Promote her.

We were in a hurry so stopped at Burger King for a quick lunch. My wife and I both ordered the crispy onion whopper meal in a small. We hadn’t really paid attention to the price, when the cashier said that’ll be $24.69. I was shocked, we could have eaten at a sit-down restaurant for the same money minus the tip. So what we both ended up with was a $25 case of heartburn, the sandwich was really bad, not something I would eat again. This was the second time that BK was really disappointing. The first time, a couple weeks before, I ordered the $5 meal, paid for it, moved up to get my food. They handed me a sandwich and a small drink. I asked where the rest of the food was and was told that’s our $5 meal. Not even close to McDonalds $5 meal deal. So unfortunately, today did it for me, we are done with BK.

I am currently a con creator based out of Boston, Massachusetts and I’m here to give my official review on the Burger King at 885 Cummins Highway. It is absolutely disgusting. The manager does not care. The employees also do not care. I find it very strange that they shut their lobby down at 8 PM however, they advertise that they’re open until midnight. I’m not sure if it’s a safety concern. However if you cannot be that scared for your safety if you’re leaving it open until midnight for people to come up to the front window on top of the customer service being horrible.

Whenever we go to Burger King and get chocolate ice cream, the cones are a different size. When I order a medium it looks like a small and when I order a large it looks like a medium. I expect the size to be consistent each time I order. Especially since you're paying good money for the ice cream you expect a good size amount of ice cream. It’s annoying when the amount of ice cream you are paying for is not consistent.

I frequently go into this particular burger location. At 3470 South Redwood Rd. Store number 5242. And the cooler seems to be good along. They create a happy environment for the morning in the afternoon as well. The service is wonderful. I never am standing and waiting, whether it’s in line or if I’m the only one there, my order in and out with a smile, and I walk out with a smile. Sometimes it gives me a better day than I think I’m gonna have.

10/16/2025 Son and I went to drivethru in Greenville, TX. Spent 5 minutes TRYING to understand the ** gal taking the order. SHE COULDN'T get it right because she Couldn't understand me EITHER..Mgr did. HIRE LEGAL, ENGLISH PROFICIENT FOLKS!!!

Burger is really good spot especially on 522 Plano Rd. Excellent service. Good people. Good crew and very professional managers. There tends to be a lot of nasty people around that area that just love making hard for the crew. I've seen it and it's not kool at all. I'm shouting out to Burger King 👑. You have great employees. They just need listen to their employees cause as a customer we're not always right and what I've seen at this location a lot of riff raff just looking for trouble. Head to Burger King team. Went to the Burger King in Moundsville WV and had the worst experience. We ordered our food, there were only 4 other people in the restaurant. Ended up waiting 30 mins and I asked the lady where our food was, she replied, "Did you get the whopper jrs," I said yes and she walked away. 5mins later she comes back and asked again what we ordered, they forgot to make our food!! I asked for money back and left.

Store number 11262 in Wellington co on 10/10/35 at 6:04 pm. We placed an order for $56.89. We did not receive our food till 6:36. One manager and two employees were working. Based on that you have one sandwich maker, one fry cook and one front counter and drive thru. Why does my food take 30+ minutes to cook? I told the manager that our food should be ready in 3:16 at the most! He informed me that one person is new. Yeah I get that.. throw them on the fryer… the easiest job!!

This for Little rock around on 11410 North Rodney Parham Rd. This was the best burger I ever had. The fries actually had salt on them. The place is very clean too! Good service. Everything was fresh. Give these people a rise!

I can't eat cheese, which makes ordering food difficult. I am used to this, and I understand mistakes will happen. But I expect either a refund or a new meal when they do. With delivery I know a new meal is not always reasonable, so a refund would be fine. Burger King is refusing to refund me for a burger I couldn't eat because there was cheese on it. I have sent them photos of the burger. They have not even accused me of lying, they just said a refund is not an option in this case. They're offering me a coupon which does not even cover the cost of the burger when you factor in the order fees, and also a coupon IS NOT A REFUND. It is a way to hold a customer's money hostage until they buy from you again. I am disputing the transaction. It's not a lot of money, but that just makes it more ridiculous that they won't give it back.

They are taking forever and trying to cheat the system. They are having all cars pull over so that it APPEARS that they are serving customers in a timely manner and they are absolutely NOT.

This place is a joke. Can't order a simple order without having to go park after paying, waiting in my car needing to be somewhere which is the one and ONLY reason to come to a dump like this. They still fail.

To start out the assistant manager kept our ticket so we can’t download our ticket. We have just left Burger King, Summerville, Ga. around 6:30pm feeling very disappointed. We received my parents' order and then waited a bit for ours. Our burgers were to be fixed with no mayonnaise and it was on the ticket. When we finally received our order, it had gobs of mayonnaise and the fries tasted like they had been sitting and cooked for a while. My husband took them back and asked for them to fix it. The manager waited on us very nicely and we returned our food to him and he was about to leave, so he told the crew to remake our food now, Then he left. We waited about 20 minutes and my parents finished their meal and dessert and we still had not received our food, but they were bringing out everybody else’s food. So my husband went back to the counter and asked for a refund.

I visited BK on Panola Rd, Lithonia, GA. My cheeseburger had a dapper of ketchup. I had to add my own, and no mustard and bun was not toasted, not to mention they did have any Strawberry Lemonade but they had regular.

Burger King #169 on Two Kitchen Road are really working it out for the customers. I mean the night shift. ** and the manager went above and beyond for me. I placed my order in the North East and I have been chasing my order from Burger King to Burger King. I couldn’t cancel my order and I was really disappointed. ** took control and assured me that they would work it out for me. Shout out to her and the manager for working it out for me. Prices are outrageous— $8 for a Whopper Jr. (sandwich only)!! Their burgers don’t even come close to the quality of In-N-Out, yet they’re 2x - 3x the price. There’s no line in the drive-thru, but it’s apparent why. Burger King will be out of business soon with these crazy-high prices, and it deserves to be.

I haven’t been out to eat in awhile. Cause food just sucks anymore. I ordered 2 burgers. And 2 fries. All made to order. Very simple. A monkey could do this. Somehow between 4 employees they managed to mess up the order. And these companies wonder why sales are down. The Riverview BK is terrible. I sat and watched them make what they call food. Didn’t say a thing. I didn’t want spit. The fry girl was so consumed with her cellphone. My fr9ies were undercooked. Two simple hamburgers that also managed to screw up.

Food was great but very limit on soft drinks. Most of them were empty, only fruit drinks. Ate there a week later. This time they did have Coke but the rest were still just fruit drinks. This was the last time I will eat there. This time they didn't even have napkins. Store is BK-13639 and receipt # **.

The order was wrong. The guy that the money kept fiddling with the 3 10.00s I gave him. I order the bacon cheese double burger, no bacon, no lettuce, no tomato, no onion. Only 2 pieces of meat, ketchup and mayo. No cheese. I am going to demand my 28.09 and change back. I was there one other time. The order was wrong then too. Plus in my order was a junior which I did not order. The manager a ** woman argued with me about the order at the drive thru. She informed me there were people behind me. When I tried to explain to her she closed the window on me!!! I was not a happy person so I went across the street to Wendy's. You have a bunch of idiots that are there for a paycheck. Certainly not customer service!!!! I am going to tell everyone not to go to this store on Wells Branch. Crappy service. Wrong orders. They do not care!!!!

My comment is about the Burger King App. The app is very horrible for some reason. When I order a delivery, it can take up to three hours, and 40% of the time, some of my order is missing, and they are not trying to give me any refund, only they crown points 500 which go towards getting a free Whopper or an item on my next order. They have horrible customer service for issues with the app. I have over 2,000 crowns points, and the app is not working correctly, so I can not redeem my points towards receiving a free food item.

The Cini Mini rebrand really faltered with the icing change. Yellow, clear, and watery therewith recipe provides an almost bitter untasty thing on the taste buds. What happened to the original recipe, it was so good! The Ciniminis are good on their own but the icing is what does it for me. Will not buy again.

Ordered the two juniors with medium fries, medium coke. The junior back on cheese burgers were like eating Steak-umm. Very thin and sucked. Never go back there again. Never had a burger that was only thirty second of an inch.

Love Burger King. Been eating Burger King since I was a little girl. This is particularly for the one in Valparaiso IN on Calumet. So glad that you all finally found the right management. One concerned the dining area needs a good cleaning chairs and tables etc, drink area and all but thank you for keeping Burger King open.

This review is based completely on value. Has anyone noticed that the size of a hamburger or a Whopper Jr. is approaching the size of a White Castle burger? While the portion size decreased, the menu price increases. I realize business needs to make a profit, however I will no longer pay this high price. Less cost and a much higher quality to order from a local diner for takeout.

I have had the best experience at Burger King 13243 on 9/17/25. Went through and got breakfast and got to the window and the food was fresh and hot. Keep up the good at work, guys. Y'all doing a awesome job.

Came here at 11:40 and they close at midnight and they were closed at 11:40. One guy came out and said the broiler broke. I said likely Store you just wanna go home early so we left and went to Taco Bell instead or you know, you can get a meal until two or three in the morning. This Burger King really stinks. You can’t complain the Corporate because the phone calls don’t go through. You just have to post a review here or a Yelp and hope somebody sees it.

So I order some ranch and fries. I was thinking it was gonna be so good but when they gave me my bag of food what I saw was so gross. I saw a rotten ranch packet that was brown and smashed on my fries so I couldn’t eat my food!!! It was so gross. What a waste of money.

Went thru drive up. Waited about 30 minutes, shorted food I paid for. Went inside. Manager tried to charge me 2x and refuse to get my receipt for proof of payment and called the police on me for not paying 2nd time.

Whooper Junior should be called a slider, better yet a meatball on a bun. I couldn't believe it when I opened the package. Where's the beef more like it. Almost $4 for 2 bites 😏. I think you could do better.

Burger King they just took the money and they said that I entered that images of the food so they blocked me and when they block you you can’t ever contact customer service you can’t get your money back. No nothing, it is done, done and I added a copy of the email is what they sent me. They determine my photos was only say it was fraudulent pictures. All I know is they got $19 of my money. I got nothing and I can’t even respond or contact them in regards to anything ever again so that’s how they face problems. They take and then they blocked you out so they don’t hear from you. I don’t try to contact these people several times over and over again, no answer and then they send me that email. Stupid, stupid, stupid. I will never order from them again.

I have written reviews on Cornell Rd. Burger King. Eventually no one reads them because nothing changes. After 20 years I am ditching this Burger King. They were out of biscuit breakfast sandwiches again. I took the Croissan'wich. Tiny egg, cheese was on the wrapper and bread was in three pieces. Goodbye Burger King, no longer a customer after all these years.

Sirs, every time I go into Auburn, Washington I stop at BK because I normally love the flavors. Last time I went, I ordered the new BBQ brisket but I couldn't taste anything but way too much cheese. I would prefer no cheese so that I could taste the scant amount of brisket. Worse yet is that the person on the window was processing one car at a time and the lead/manager on duty was letting it happen. The window operator would not take a car's order on the bell until the car at the window was getting their order. When I managed a fast food store, that person wouldn't have lasted 10 minutes at least without training help. That manager is off in the back somewhere, not even watching the store. Lead performance 1 of 10. Window operator stuck in the middle without training, perhaps 3 of 10. If I was a shopper, the entire store would have failed miserably.

I door dash the chicken sandwich meal at Burger King in Anniston Alabama earlier. The sandwich was cold, tasted burnt, and the lettuce was old. I called Burger King and politely express my concerns. The GM was extremely rude and told me to take it up with door dash. What do door dash have to do how the food was cook is my question. This isn't the the only time my husband and I had bad service. I tried to give them the benefit but I will not anymore. They have lost our business.

I have ordered from Burger King a couple times and each time has been a disaster. I am always missing food and if I call to ask for a remake, I get told no. I then tried using Door Dash hoping that would make it easier because my kids like the food. However, both times I Doordarshan food was missing and I at least doordash gave me credit back. Except now half my order is not here. I understand a one time thing, but thus has happened almost every time and I simply do not get why. I either ask for a refund or to get the fold I paid for and I'm told no or that I overlooked it. I will certainly be letting people know about my experience and I really hope that these restaurants can someday do better.

I ordered a honey mustard chicken wrap. I was given a pile of slop wrapped in a wrapper that fell apart as I unwrapped it and the honey mustard leaked everywhere. I couldn’t eat it because it looked so trashy. I doubt it would have been edible. I get you work fast food but at least have some kind of care in your service. It isn’t a hard job.

I wish you would go back to some of the old favorites like the yumbo, ham and cheese, the Italian chicken sandwich using the original chicken sandwich or even the grilled chicken sandwich. You use to change up the chicken sandwiches with different toppings, now you only change the Wopper. The ham and cheese was so good and you already have the ingredients on hand!

Just visited the Burger King on Airport Rd., Hot Springs, AR. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had at a Burger King. They were not busy, but I had to repeat my order three times into the microphone. However, the customer service agent left off my milk and a simple order of a sausage and cheese croissant with a milk.. Also the young man at the cash register and back did not give me a copy of my receipt. I will never visit this Burger King store again.

The Burger King location at 1901 S Military Hwy needs to be shut down. The employees aren't wearing gloves while handling customers' foods, long lines in drive through, they are not working inside but standing around because I caught them when I was driving away from this establishment. Employees are smoking ** outside. Food is horrible, molded bread, they are using old grease to fry food. I received burned French toast sticks.

I highly recommend this restaurant, they consistently serve fresh food in a clean environment with friendly staff, making it an ideal spot to dine with family and friends, especially the location on Ellis, also known as Bobby Rush Boulevard.

The food I ordered has been spot on and the restaurant is clean. They have the best breakfast sandwich around and it is always hot and fresh! The staff are helpful and are courteous to the guests. I recommend this Burger King to anyone who is in Lyman SC and you need a fresh bite to eat!

I had a crispy chicken sandwich combo, all of it was wrong. It was the flat chicken that’s used for the original chicken sandwich, and the lettuce was wilted and disgusting. I also requested cheese to be added, and that wasn’t added either, but charged for it.

We took our son to get lunch at Burger King in Auburn NY after his dr's appointment, and they mix breakfast tater tots in with his french fries :(. Not sure why we even went back, as before we ordered 3 double beef whopper meal deals, get home and see they forgot to put in one of the whoppers and charged us anyways. Won't be going there again.

I ordered a breakfast meal and the employee gave me the large version without asking me which meant me having to pay $3 more for my order. Your survey online doesn't work, is useless and I wasn't able to complete it to get a free whopper.

Went to Greece NY BK at 9:15pm and used the drive thru with 4 cars in front of me. Ordered a milkshake and pulled up to the payment window 1/2 hr after entering the line and then they went to make my shake. Totally ridiculous wait time.

My recent visit to the Calumet Michigan store was unpleasant for sure. The food quality was good as usual but the employee with the mullet wearing the backwards Chicago white Sox hat dancing a jig while flipping the bird with both hands to the other employees was not too professional. Yeah that's right, completely open kitchen and homeboy is giving both middle fingers to his coworkers with the entire dining room to see. It's going to be real interesting to see how things go for you in about a year when you have done real competition in town. Best of luck!

I live by the Payette, Idaho Burger King. Every time I've gone there, I hear their manager yelling and cursing at her employees. I find it unprofessional, disturbing and sad to hear that. I really hope someone bigger than me hears how she treats them and take action. Who wants to work at a fast food place that doesn't pay much while getting mistreated by their manager. Plus their food gets me sick, and their lobby is messy and gross. I've asked a few of the employees about the manager and they said they all had some not so friendly things to say. If I could rate them under the negatives I would. This burger King needs a new management, and better cleanliness. Gross and disgusting!!!

I spent 45 minutes in line, behind 3 cars and probably 4 more behind me. The voice on the order menu was clearly having trouble understanding and/or taking all orders ahead of me as I could hear the employee continually repeating the order, and it was primarily wrong every time, clearly frustrating the women who kept saying "no... that's not what I said, I want a cheese burger... etc, etc." I yelled my order when it was my turn, hoping she could hear better and then was to find I also had a coupon for the two chicken sandwiches I had ordered... but she couldn't hear me trying to get her attention so figured I would show her at the window....

I recently tried the Cheesy Tots and Mozzarella Fries, and unfortunately, both had a very unpleasant, bitter taste. It was not what I expected at all. The burger was just okay—nothing special or memorable. Overall, I was quite disappointed with the meal and don’t see myself coming back to try it again.

Burgers have gotten a lot smaller than they used to be. Fries and burgers are often old tasting, bun was tough. For the price, we were pretty disappointed. Delivery was much to be desired. No notification.

My husband and I just ordered the new Brisket bbq whopper meals. They were disgustingly! The brisket was so chewy we had to remove it. Couldn’t taste any bbq sauce. And $36 for a sit down restaurant maybe but not my local BK! It really sucked.

Jazmines at main street lexington Burger King was great. Excellent service and great customer service. Very nice, friendly and helpful. Addressed us with patience and care. Took care of us as fast as she could.

Definitely the best Burger King in town. I frequently go through the drive-thru during my (short) lunch break and am getting to be familiar with the regular employees on that shift. They are fast and friendly every single time. The food is always hot and fresh. This is typically a great spot to hit if I'm rushed for lunch and want something comforting. Will definitely continue to stop here!
