    I very, very seldom go to fast-food burger joints, but after watching the commercials, I thought I'd see what the new burgers were like. I asked them to hold the lettuce--no problem there. The bun was fine, but, in my opinion, the burger was overcooked--no juice at all. I guess that's a safety issue. Even so, it was pretty much tasteless. Perhaps best for people who don't cook.

    Severely disappointed. Ordered a big fish, which was nothing but the opposite... The only thing big was the bun. The square fish inside was the size of McDonald's fish, nothing like the picture, which I am sure is False advertisement. If I had wanted that type of fish sandwich I would have went there and paid 2 dollars less. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

    On April 8th, I placed an order inside a local BK. 45 minutes later at exactly 2 PM, I decided I had enough and demanded a refund. The place wasn't even very busy and in that time, no more than usual. The manager of the store came from out back and processed my refund, not even caring to see why the delay. I then complained 3 times via my computer and requested contact, the first was on the website on the receipt, 5 days later to the corporate website and the 3rd on their Facebook group via Message Us. All 3 times, they chose to ignore it.

    I don't understand why I tried to doordash a whopper today and they have all their new sandwiches but not the one thing Burger King is known for....a Whopper!!! It's ridiculous and stupid. They got the BLT peppercorn whoppers, kids' meal hamburgers/cheeseburgers so they have everything they need. Feeling super irritated with BK right now.

    On 04/29, My wife and I wanted two Whoppers. I ordered a number one with a large coke and I whopper just the sandwich and instead of listening to what I said, I was hit with "Is that all" on repeat. I got to the window and repeated "Did you get the other whopper with not pickles or ketchup?" She proceeded to raise her voice and say "THAT'S WHAT I ASKED YOU" and when I said, you didn't she slammed the drive thru window in my face. I drove around and went in to ask to speak to a manager. When I explained the unprofessional behavior of her Clerk, she in a nonchalant tone said that she would speak to her but didn't address the wrong order at all.     Burger King Store # 13398 on Madison Street in Worcester MA offers the meals. The Impossible Burgers and Fries taste great. The Coke or Dr. Pepper taste watered down to the point of being flavorless. This has been happening consistently for the past two years. Please fix your fountain drink machine! You are the only BK in Worcester. I don't want to drive miles to different locations just because your sodas taste lousy.

    Me and my family went to the Burger King at 3101 Integrity Drive, Garner, NC on 4/21/26 at around 630pm. Normally BK is a favorite. Unfortunately, this was the worst whoppers and fries and unsweetened ice tea we'd ever had. The burger was cold and had no flavor, the fries were old and the ice tea wasn't even close to being fresh. So disappointed we'll think twice about going again.

    NEVER AGAIN! We stopped at the Amherst Service Plaza on west bound 80/90 turnpike last evening. We chose Burger King, however that was a huge mistake. After the order, we waited 35 minutes for our food. Once received it was cold. I complained to the counter employee and she was very rude. DO CHOOSE Burger King.     I keep hoping the restaurant would get better. Through the years it has its ups and downs. The buns never have been toasted. A cold dry bun is the usual. It has always felt it is staffed by one or two people. Yesterday I waited for 5 minutes. When I drove up, I was greeted quickly and asked to hold. Several people pulled in after me blocking me and after they backed up I too left. Sadly, this is the norm for the burger king on Kirkland Rd.

    I went to BK on Ives Dairy Road in Miami and had the worse experience. I simply asked for no salt on my fries. When I got my order you can clearly see salt on my fries. I asked the manager, "Are there salt on my fries," she said “if you asked for no salt then there’s no salt”. I said, "Ma'am there’s salt on my fries. You can clearly see it." She asked me “did you taste it?” .. She was aggressive at the very beginning. Didn’t try to diffuse the situation, called another associate to argue with me. Unprovoked and unprofessional.. Worst experience ever …

    Burger King in Wyomissing PA was very disappointing. I ordered a Whopper Jr with cheese meal. The roll on the burger was stale and the burger was very thin and had messy assembly. The fries were cold and covered in tons of salt. The soda cup was covered in soda on the outside and sticky. The soda had no ice in it and was warm. I went through the drive-thru and there were no napkins in the bag and the wait for this horrible meal was longer than it should have been. I absolutely would NOT recommend this Burger King location.

    Second time ordering delivery from the same location and they claim that their burgers are flame broiled but these appear to be sitting in a tray for hours, and although the presentation is better wrapped in paper and in the box like McDonald’s, the food quality is garbage. It’s cold and the delivery only took four minutes. The original chicken sandwich same process. It looks like it was sitting in a tray for a few hours. I stopped going to Burger King many many years ago, but I revived my visits because I did have one good experience probably 10 years ago. But that said I will no longer return. I reached out to their CEO of complaints that I probably will never hear from the person.

    Whopper Wednesday offers should be available to all, for walk-in customers as well as for web app subscribers. I don't know why I have to subscribe to a website app for each food takeout business that I patronize to take advantage of their offers. Besides having to spend the time to learn and navigate each unique website app, it is yet another place where I expose my credit card.

    Animals are allowed in the eating establishment by family or friends of manager. Food is good usually fresh but only 1 piece of bacon per sandwich for bacon cheeseburger. Service is usually speedy by mostly 1 person working front.

    I don't care how short staffed you are. Greet me and say you'll be with me in a minute. Instead I sat there for 5 minutes, say hello and then you start ** at me that you're understaffed. Then tell me to go somewhere else. Learn how to talk to people. Never will go back.

    Consistently awful. Our last visit was this week. One burger raw, the other black and dried out. Vegetables wet and soggy, mayonnaise hot and liquid, zero eye or taste appeal. We had one bite each and tossed them out. It was not worth complaining because nothing had improved since our prior visit six months ago. We like fast food occasionally but will not try this place again.

    Burger King # 93. The cashier was very helpful and calm. The manager did not come up to the front for a while. The lobby was packed, people waiting to order and people waiting for their orders. The drive thru was busy as well. The communication was not good with staff. The manager finally came up front but was a little snappy towards the cashier. All in all it took 30 mins to get a simple order. Other people's orders were messed up. This was not what we were expecting. Very disappointed.

    New Burger King at 411 Oregon Ave Philadelphia was closed when I got there. Hours are advertised open to 11:30 pm. The staff were all sitting around inside the store but would not open door.     We just ate lunch (a Sunday) the lot was neat and clean, restrooms were fully stocked and clean. Only one register station with a new trainee with minimal supervision. Kitchen was doing a very efficient job getting orders out. I ordered ice tea which was mostly water so I went up and asked the manager for a different ice tea and was told they couldn’t make mare till 2 (it was 1) and until I asked didn’t offer another cup. She was not friendly nor accommodating.

    Burger King was my go to, when I was a kid. But when they changed the fries 15ish years ago, they dropped off. Their ice cream is too watery, and they won't bring back the original Mac and cheese bites (not the jalapeno) or cheesy tots (without bacon) or CINI-MINI'S!!! I avoid burger king all together, but their burgers are still better than most fast food.

    The Burger King on S. Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando Florida South Chase Plaza. This place I think has only 3 employees at any point in time. I believe they changed owners and these new ones can only afford 3. The customer service is terrible, the food is terrible and when you order thru drive-thru the wait is so long. The drive-thru they make you wait at first window to pay, then they decide whether they want to give you food at the 1st or the 2nd window. Every time It's different depending on who's at the window.

    It's no longer a fast-food restaurant. It's just terrible. The Whopper barely has lettuce and no tomatoes. They gave me a coffee stirrer as a straw for my soda. They have become so cheap with everything!! I used to love going since I was a kid but no longer. The workers give you the third degree if you say you have a coupon code! The one on hwy 535 & Palm Pkwy also gives you the third degree on coupon codes! Many of the employees don't speak English either.

    I stopped going to any Burger King recently 'cause they just don't have it anymore. All these franchises that own them don't do what Burger King used to be, used to give. So sad, customer service is no longer important and the food no matter where you went you knew was always the same and great, is no longer there. I'm posting this 'cause I'm just so disappointed with Burger King, do they not see what's going on out there, their reputation?? Do they really not care??

    I went to Burger King earlier today, I simply read off a coupon code either the new maple bourbon bbq whopper or a whopper Jr. I asked specifically for the maple bourbon whopper, and she gave me the Whooper Jr. so I went back through the drive through and let her know she made a mistake and without even checking my order she told me I was wrong. So I handed her the order to literally check it herself and kept my previous order which is against food safety regulations. Then she argued with me about it saying I asked for the Whopper Jr which I clearly know what I asked for.. Probably the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a while. Not saying everyone working there is like this but just be aware when dealing with incompetent in-denial people like that. And that you aren’t getting ripped off.

    The Rockford, MI at 14 mile road has in two months become like many of the fast food and pizza places in Michigan. They hire high school or a little older than high school and not just the quality of food drops so does the communication apparently. In the last 2 weeks and today is February 27th 2026, I have given them more than one opportunity to get an order correct. I either get someone else's order or when I get home the burger instead of a whopper is a whopper junior as in today.

    I tried to speak with a manager and he expects me to come down to the store. Why would I waste more of my gas and time to walk in and say the same thing I am saying on the phone. I told him he just needs to inform the younger staff to actually look at the order on the screen. Plus we as customers need a screen we can see at the drive through so we can make sure they put the order in correctly. Pizza Hut delivered my order wrong twice before I had to visit them and ask if they even open the box to make sure the food is correct. Are these people being allowed training and are they told to put their phone away? I don't think so or the order might be correct.

    The staff was friendly, and they got me my food fast, but the food itself was by far the lowest quality of any fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. I used to like Burger King, and considered the Whopper the best fast food burger. That was several years ago, however, and since then Burger King’s food has absolutely plummeted in quality. The beef patties are extremely thin, dry, and taste like nothing (and mine wasn’t even overcooked, it was just extremely poor quality), and the other ingredients (onions, mayo, pickles, bun) were also the lowest quality I have ever experienced. The ketchup was fine but it’s pretty hard to mess up ketchup.

    Overall, when comparing to the other fast food burger places, Burger King comes in dead last, and it’s very sad. I saw in the news recently that they are updating their Whopper, but if they don’t update the beef, there’s no need to change anything because the beef is absolutely horrible. You cannot ask that by giving it better onions and mayo.

    I was there today 2/25/26. 2 cars in front of me. I placed my order at 6:04 pm. I was told to drive forward. I was skipped twice. When I got my order at 6:25 the young lady that brought it was very rude to me simply because I asked why I was skipped twice and what time I placed my order.. the staff in this location is very rude and disrespectful. There was no need for her to speak to me in that way. I was the one waiting and she rudely said to me it wasn’t her fault. Her voice was literally shaking with anger towards me.     Service was TERRIBLE. Arrived with 2 cars in front of me. Sat waiting for 10 min before it was my turn then they said "hold on" - waited another 3 min. Told them I ordered online. Got to the window they hand me a drink and say "have a nice day!" Um...where's my food?? They said, "Oh sorry." I wait longer. Then they finally give it to me. It's been 20 min at this point. Not exactly "fast" food. Theres a car in front of me stopped waiting for their food they go "you can park behind them" umm??? No. Id like to LEAVE.

    Then, the food was horrible quality. Jalepeno bites were burnt to a crisp. Zero flavor. Nothing inside. Chicken sandwich was stale. Inedible. I complained online and asked for a refund. They first responded with a generic copy and paste response that made zero sense and asked for a photo of my food...several days after the fact as if I'd keep a photo of it. Then they responded further offering me a "coupon". When I asked for a refund they said no. Terrible.

    Last night 2/18/2026 The Burger King on Normandy Blvd. We purchased two whopper meals, the food was grossly cold. The bread was stale and the customer service as always was horrible. When I got home only to discover the food was gross. They gave us cold old fries and the burger was cold, the veggies on the burger such as the onions lettuce and tomato was super old. I immediately call back to the store 7-8 times and nobody answered. I wouldn’t recommend the particular store for anyone. I’m submitting photos for proof. Somebody's going to eventually get sick. This is the third time me going there and each time same problem.

    I would have given you a 5 star... But since you shrunk the size of the whopper and made it about the same size as McDonald's baby sized Big Mac. You don't deserve it. And to think Burger King 👑 was my favorite go to place. I can get bigger sliders than your burgers now at a cheaper prize. And what's up with the fries. Always seem lukewarm. No crisp to them and very mushy. Do you not Love your customers that make you so rich. Now you want to be greedy.

    I do not normally write many reviews and this is not against the local Burger King in Mt. Sterling. I tried using the app on my birthday to receive my discount. When trying to process the payment is failed saying the app was down. Understandably there was nothing they can do at the store level. However the app charged me three time for the same transaction that never processed within the store and never received an order of food. I decided to leave and go elsewhere. I then reached out to customer service and they decided to only refund one of those transactions versus all three so I lost approx $30.

    We went through the drive thru and ordered 2 Ultimate Steakhouse Whoppers. One in a meal and one sandwich only. The wait was a little long but I wasn’t too concerned about that. Then we get up to pay for our food & we are informed they have no bacon to put on our burgers. I asked if I could have a discount for the meal as I have to pay extra if I want to add bacon to my burger. I figured if they gave me a discount I could I could go home & cook some bacon & add it to the burgers. Not ideal but I could deal with it. They said no. I wanted to leave without the order. My husband really wanted the burgers so I conceded & paid for an incomplete meal. This was terrible customer service. I was not asking for anything unreasonable!     The location in North Vernon is an absolute joke. The drive thru cashiers wear earbuds and can't hear your order correctly. When you go inside to have your order fixed you're met with staff chewing gum while making your meal, mouth open, at least chew with your mouth shut. We gave the team two attempts to make and they couldn't even get a crispy chicken sandwich plain correct. We asked for a refund due to cold and inedible fries and cheese sticks along with their inability to make a plain sandwich. I was refunded what I brought back. I guess I should have brought back the food we spat out in the trash can. I can return that entire trash can if you like. It's probably the same consistency as the rest of the product you're serving.

    This has got to be the worst Burger King in the United States. I literally waited in the drive-thru over 30 minutes. As soon as one car would pull away from the ordering speaker and the next car to pull up, it would take 20 minutes. There is no excuse for this kind of poor service. I have never ever waited this long for any type of food. You're better off to go to a dine-in restaurant because you would definitely get your food much faster. This place needs to be shut down. I would give it zero Stars if it would allow me to but unfortunately it doesn't. By the time I got to the window my food was cold and they told me my order erased from the screen from taking so long. So my order sat there on the counter in a bag. Getting cold for 35 minutes. Unacceptable.

    Burger king at Arch Rd. & Hwy 99. Straight trash!!! Management is rude and dose not have a handle on its crew. What ever happened to “Your way, rightaway. At Burger King”? Drive through person with attitude when you're trying to make your order?? What the heck? Then when asking for manager or shift lead and they come with even worse attitude?? Got the wrong guy. I’ll spend my money eating bad food before I’ll ever spend a penny somewhere you get talked to like that. What is wrong with this new generation thinking they can talk to customers the way they do?     It's extremely frustrating when you pay a small fortune for food that we drive 15 minutes for, get it home and the order is very wrong. I just threw so much away and I've decided to ban them for awhile. Out of 5 times, my order was correct once. That is ridiculous. Check your orders people.

    So there was a Songe Bob drink and I loved those but I only had it once because it was ALWAYS on defrost and so I asked for one and it was gone.     I am appalled by the way the manager (**) at the 8304 Pulaski Hwy Burger King speaks. I not only had to only say something about the things she was saying but I had to check my order which was wrong and not customized the way I ordered. She was saying derogatory words (**) which made me as a customer feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I had to ask another employee for her name because I felt insulted as a colored woman even though she wasn’t talking to me. As the person in charge I believe that’s unacceptable to let her customers hear her speak that way.

    Never going back to Burger King. They stole my money. Even when I see the cashier who took my order and he was trying to tell the old lady. I think she is the manager, she didn’t listen to him and didn’t let him talk. ** people there. I’m not going back. They stole my money!     I haven't been to Burger King in 20 years. I just had the whopper. It was terrible. Not only was it not juicy, it had no flavor and it was very rubbery. I will never step in another Burger King ever. I used to work a Burger King when I was a 16-year-old kid in the hamburgers where big and juicy, now they're like thin.

    I went to the drive thru at the 211 location in Middletown NY. I ordered the original chicken sandwich meal. The timeliness of was great. However, the sandwich and fries were cold. I live less than 5 minutes away from the location, and feel the food should still have been hot.

    Only good thang about Burger King in Palestine TX is during the week the Manager does a great job and is very nice to customers. I travel all over the country. And every burger king I been to senior coffee 54 cents and you can get two breakfast sandwiches for $3 a great deal. Not here. Coffee $1.47 and on the weekends it's a day care. In morning kid sleeping I a bed or laying there making noise on his phone.

    I'm 72 years old and I can say Burger King make some of the best flame broiled burgers I've ever had. There are very few places in the United States today that still do flame broiling. I like the junior double cheeseburger with two cheeses two beef patties two pickles and little mustard and ketchup with the sesame seed bun. I also like their their fries because they are thicker and they stay hot longer. The pickles they use are flat and they are more mild than the typical dill pickles they put on most hamburgers. I pay under $5 for two these two items which is very filling to me because I'm not a real big person. I don't think Burger King gets credit deserves because there's so much competition but they've been around since the 1950s.

    If you've never had a flame broiled burger I would suggest you get one because like I said there's not a lot of places left that make them like this. The taste of flame broiled is wonderful. Nothing like burgers that are cooked by other methods. Burger King is a diamond in the rough. The staff I have encountered at Burger Kings have always been very polite and kind.

    Burger King has implemented certain policies that are concerning. They operate an award system based on crowns points program, which can be redeemed for items. However, Burger King has recently modified the rules in the app, limiting the use of awards to one free item per order, whereas previously there was no limit. This change was made without prior notice. I believe a refund is warranted due to this policy change. Furthermore, the Burger King app is not user-friendly. Upon receiving marketing promotions for daily deals, I am consistently unable to have these items delivered to me. Although the app indicates these promotions are available, they often prove to be unavailable upon attempted redemption.

    Burger King on 58th and Lisbon has very poor service. You have to sit in line for an excess amount of times to wait on the order. It doesn’t matter if you go in or go through the drive-through. Half the time the order is wrong and then you have an extra time to wait, you have to come back or you have to wait even longer and I’m sick of it. I would snap a pic of my receipt but I’m still in line, now for 20 minutes. No other cars are ordering. Two cars that were here had already been here before I got here.

    So as everyone know Burger King has launched the SpongeBob meal which has a yellow whopper with cheese, a choice of sides. A Patrick cheese cake and a pineapple slush so last night I wanted to surprise my kids and get them the meals. Keep in mind they are like 14 bucks a piece of Oth everything. The Patrick cheese cakes are $ 2.99 plus taxes a piece right. Well I should have received 5 since I bought 5 meals and the pies separate right and the drinks separate as well. My total came out to about $ 100 and some change. I get to the restaurant to pick up the order. They are sold out of the pies. The Gm of that store said every Burger King world wide is. I said, "Ok. I would like my money back not them old already have tried Hershey pies." He states I have to go through the app so I messaged. Received a response all for them to tell me they can give me two 0 dollar coupons in the app.

    O yeah I forgot to tell y'all I was two crabby patties (yellow whoopers) short and one. I added bacon too cause that’s how my son likes his. Needless to say we don’t eat Burger King. Only went because of SpongeBob meal. They refuse to give me my hard working money back. I asked for a customer service number. I asked for Coporate number and also a manager. Just want my money back because they didn’t provided me a Oth the products due to being out of stock.

    On November 25, 2025, I had placed an order from Burger King to be delivered to my address. It was marked delivered to my address, however, I never received it. The order was sent to a wrong address. I contacted Burger King informing them what happened and they told me to contact DoorDash. I had been given the runaround for nearly two hours before I was finally told that I would be refunded. I contacted Burger King's support the following day because I was not confident that I would receive my refund.

    Today (11/28/25), I saw that I had received an email letting me know that I had been "refunded", however, when checking the amount on the card balance, I discovered that it was significantly less than what it should have been. I also noticed that had been charged again for the amount of $87.38 (on Thanksgiving day) which means that not only did I not get my refund, but I was actually charged twice for an order that I had never received. I want the full amount of $174.66 reimbursed to my account immediately.

    Last 25th, around 3 pm, I went to eat at the Burger King in Sunnyside, Washington. I forgot my purse; it had $1500 in it. I was going to pay my rent after eating. I was gone for 30 minutes, and the manager on duty, Jannette **, gave it back to me. But $600 was missing. She told me I'd lost it because the security cameras weren't visible from the table where I left it. She said that another employee named Mago found it and that only the two of them touched it, but she never said, "We didn't take it." She was very brazen and refused to put me in touch with her manager, saying she was in a meeting. But she seemed very nervous; obviously, she was lying. What a disgrace that this establishment has this kind of thief as a manager!

    I haven't been to BK in a long time. I received some coupons that were to good to pass up so I went there. I will definitely be eating there more often. I forgot how good the Whopper is. And what impresses me the most is they did not partake in shrinkflation! The Whopper is still big, a large fry is still a large amount, filled overflowing, not like McD's half filled containers. And their large drink is still a true Large! And they have kids' meals for $3.99. With the coupons it was super reasonable, w/o them it's probably as high as everywhere else, but at least you will get a good portion of food/drink. If I had to complain about something, I would say their drink was a little too watered down.

    What in God's name, has Burger King done to their burgers? They used to be my hands down favorite burger joint until they made the DISASTROUS decision to switch from their world-renowned "char-broiled" burger to this so-called "flame-grilled" mess that they're serving up now. I mean, it doesn't even TASTE the same anymore. You can taste the propane or butane gas in the burger, which is unmistakable. Further, the burgers don't even taste fully cooked anymore. I'm afraid that if they want ME back as a customer, they're going to have to go back to the old "tried and true" method of CHAR-BROILING the burgers.

    I just came from the burger store on Bald Hill road Warwick RI. The whole crew there needs to be fired. I went in and ordered specifying my order. A 15 minute plus wait. During that time staff were arguing loudly. They were giving the wrong orders inside and drive thru. Customers were very irritated including myself, and of course when I got home my order wasn't even close to what I ordered. In addition the store was dirty, sticky floors, walls with food on them, bathroom very unsanitary. I have to contact the RI health department to do an inspection to protect all of us from the filth there. I recommend closing this store.

    On my recent visit to Burger King, I experienced one of the most disappointing customer service encounters I’ve ever had. I spent approximately 45 minutes in the drive-thru, where I ordered four nugget meals, one burger with mozzarella sticks, and two sundaes, totaling about $50. After receiving my drinks, I was asked to pull forward and wait. I did so patiently for another 15 minutes before an employee came to my car and handed me two small, overstuffed bags without any greeting or enthusiasm. Upon checking the bags, I discovered that I was missing sauces, napkins, spoons, and the mozzarella sticks I had paid for.

    I went inside to address the issue and was met with an employee who was incredibly rude and dismissive. I politely explained what was missing and showed my receipt. She rolled her eyes and said, “All you had to do was ask,” as if I were requesting something extra rather than the items I had paid for. Without a word, she handed me a small bag with two spoons, the mozzarella sticks, and two sauces, then turned away.

    When I attempted to ask how many sauces were supposed to come with each nugget meal, she snapped, “What?” in a condescending tone. I calmly explained that I had paid for four meals but only received two sauces. She replied that she had given me “plenty” and then called me a ‘Karen’ in front of other customers. This was not only disrespectful and unprofessional but completely unacceptable.

    After I clarified that I had spent $50 and was simply asking for what I paid for, she threw a handful of sauces into my bag. I said “thank you” and left, only to overhear the drive-thru cashier talking about me to another customer, saying I was “being difficult” and the reason the line was delayed. This entire experience was unprofessional, disrespectful, and frustrating. I was patient throughout, yet treated with rudeness and hostility. I would appreciate if this incident could be addressed appropriately, and I hope no other customer has to experience such poor treatment in the future.

    The staff at the Park Avenue, New Iberia, This Louisiana location is pretty bad-ass. They were presented with a monetary challenge and handled it extremely professional.     STORE #5242 is on point, I ordered my burger meal and shake and I didn't have to go and complain, in a time fashion that burger what put together like if Gordon Ramsey was eye balling them, I was so pleased with the nearest, just the right ingredients to make me stand up like I had never eaten a whopper, I had to stand up and smack my lips while giving them a standing feast ordination.

    The aura of cleanseness, the TEAM were always on their toes to please the customers and to maintain a great restaurant. I'll for sure make this store my go to spot. I've been to other Burger Kings and many disappoint me on how they flop a sloppy burger, I get the speedy rush at times, I hate when I have to tell them how I want my tomatoes not to jump ship, lol.     The food is disgusting. I had an original chicken sandwich and fries. The chicken was gross and so thin that it definitely wasn't worth the price. There was far more bun than anything.     You know it's so sad when you go to Burger King or any fast food restaurant for that matter and the people making the sandwiches think they need to put 5 gallons of either mayo, ketchup, mustard or any other sauce on the sandwich.     We were in a hurry so stopped at Burger King for a quick lunch. My wife and I both ordered the crispy onion whopper meal in a small. We hadn’t really paid attention to the price, when the cashier said that’ll be $24.69. I was shocked, we could have eaten at a sit-down restaurant for the same money minus the tip. So what we both ended up with was a $25 case of heartburn, the sandwich was really bad, not something I would eat again. This was the second time that BK was really disappointing.     I am currently a con creator based out of Boston, Massachusetts and I’m here to give my official review on the Burger King at 885 Cummins Highway. It is absolutely disgusting. The manager does not care. The employees also do not care. I find it very strange that they shut their lobby down at 8 PM however, they advertise that they’re open until midnight. I’m not sure if it’s a safety concern. However if you cannot be that scared for your safety if you’re leaving it open until midnight for people to come up to the front window on top of the customer service being horrible.

    They are extremely slow and I know for a fact, they have very slow downtime as far as in the kitchen. They literally walked past us probably for about five maybe seven minutes there was nobody doing anything. It’s not as if they were actually cooking or on the grill. They literally were talking to each other. It’s a lot of Hispanic employees that they have at this location. Nothing wrong with that. However, it makes sense to why everybody is talking to each other instead of working.

    I currently was going there to get food for my son who is autistic. Mind you I am probably one of the million people that go to Burger King to get a quick bite for their children that may be disabled children that possibly are visually impaired. You just do not know if people are going through so you decided to make me wait outside in the cold because you guys were not done with your conversation. After they refuse to let a DoorDash driver use the bathroom. There is no compassion. There is no anything with these companies and I’m sick and tired of you guys being in urban areas trying to mask yourself as somebody that’s there to help but all you do is cause havoc.

    Whenever we go to Burger King and get chocolate ice cream, the cones are a different size. When I order a medium it looks like a small and when I order a large it looks like a medium. I expect the size to be consistent each time I order. Especially since you're paying good money for the ice cream you expect a good size amount of ice cream. They create a happy environment for the morning in the afternoon as well. The service is wonderful.     Store number 11262 in Wellington co on 10/10/35 at 6:04 pm. We placed an order for $56.89. We did not receive our food till 6:36. One manager and two employees were working. Based on that you have one sandwich maker, one fry cook and one front counter and drive thru. Why does my food take 30+ minutes to cook? I told the manager that our food should be ready in 3:16 at the most! He informed me that one person is new. Yeah I get that.. throw them on the fryer… the easiest job!!

    Mind you we only got two vampire nugget kids meals, cheese burger meal, bacon king meal, two jalapeño bites, and one spicy crispy chicken. Come on man. Train your employees.     I can't eat cheese, which makes ordering food difficult. I am used to this, and I understand mistakes will happen. But I expect either a refund or a new meal when they do. With delivery I know a new meal is not always reasonable, so a refund would be fine. Burger King is refusing to refund me for a burger I couldn't eat because there was cheese on it. I have sent them photos of the burger. They have not even accused me of lying, they just said a refund is not an option in this case. They're offering me a coupon which does not even cover the cost of the burger when you factor in the order fees, and also a coupon IS NOT A REFUND. It is a way to hold a customer's money hostage until they buy from you again. I am disputing the transaction.     To start out the assistant manager kept our ticket so we can’t download our ticket. We have just left Burger King, Summerville, Ga. around 6:30pm feeling very disappointed. We received my parents' order and then waited a bit for ours. Our burgers were to be fixed with no mayonnaise and it was on the ticket. When we finally received our order, it had gobs of mayonnaise and the fries tasted like they had been sitting and cooked for a while. My husband took them back and asked for them to fix it. The manager waited on us very nicely and we returned our food to him and he was about to leave, so he told the crew to remake our food now, Then he left. We waited about 20 minutes and my parents finished their meal and dessert and we still had not received our food, but they were bringing out everybody else’s food. So my husband went back to the counter and asked for a refund.

    The guy told my husband they were very busy and he would have to get the manager. My husband waited another 10 minutes and finally an assistant manager came out and said, "I don’t have time to fool with this right now," and she just handed my husband cash. Then she told one of her workers to remind her to fix the ticket later that she didn't have time to mess with it right then. I felt like since our food was not fixed right to begin with that it should have been a priority over the people after us. We should not have had to wait for them to fix everyone else’s before ours was corrected. The manager before he left, gave them instructions to go ahead and get ours corrected but the crew did not do as they were instructed. The assistant manager kept our ticket so she would remember to fix it in the cash register later so we can't make any pictures.

    The order was wrong. The guy that the money kept fiddling with the 3 10.00s I gave him. I order the bacon cheese double burger, no bacon, no lettuce, no tomato, no onion.     My comment is about the Burger King App. The app is very horrible for some reason. When I order a delivery, it can take up to three hours, and 40% of the time, some of my order is missing, and they are not trying to give me any refund, only they crown points 500 which go towards getting a free Whopper or an item on my next order. They have horrible customer service for issues with the app. I have over 2,000 crowns points, and the app is not working correctly, so I can not redeem my points towards receiving a free food item.

    When I have issues with my delivery order, they ask me questions, then say I have to wait 24 to 48 hours for someone to get back to me. DoorDash is the company that delivers for them. I sent a message about missing food from my delivery order. DoorDash called me, saying I must contact the restaurant for a refund. They didn’t give me any contact information to call the restaurant, and they know Burger King restaurants are not good at answering phone calls. The Burger King App has technical issues, but no customer service. I don’t understand why they send me emails and text messages about special deals of the day for like $1.00 orders, because every time I tried to get that deal in the app, where you see the deal, my email takes me to the app.

    In the Burger King app It tell me the restaurant that I selected to get my order delivered to me not offering that or accepting that $1.00 deal so I will pick another Burger King restaurant then they say you only can get that $1.00 deal at the store not be the app. I recommend that you order your food through another food service delivery app, not the Burger King app, which is horrible. The food delivery service is not good, and the food comes cold.

    Sirs, every time I go into Auburn, Washington I stop at BK because I normally love the flavors. Last time I went, I ordered the new BBQ brisket but I couldn't taste anything but way too much cheese. I would prefer no cheese so that I could taste the scant amount of brisket. Worse yet is that the person on the window was processing one car at a time and the lead/manager on duty was letting it happen. The window operator would not take a car's order on the bell until the car at the window was getting their order. When I managed a fast food store, that person wouldn't have lasted 10 minutes at least without training help. That manager is off in the back somewhere, not even watching the store. Lead performance 1 of 10. Window operator stuck in the middle without training, perhaps 3 of 10. If I was a shopper, the entire store would have failed miserably.

    I door dash the chicken sandwich meal at Burger King in Anniston Alabama earlier. The sandwich was cold, tasted burnt, and the lettuce was old. I then tried using Door Dash hoping that would make it easier because my kids like the food. However, both times I Doordarshan food was missing and I at least doordash gave me credit back. Except now half my order is not here. I understand a one time thing, but thus has happened almost every time and I simply do not get why.     The Burger King location at 1901 S Military Hwy needs to be shut down. The employees aren't wearing gloves while handling customers' foods, long lines in drive through, they are not working inside but standing around because I caught them when I was driving away from this establishment. Employees are smoking ** outside. Food is horrible, molded bread, they are using old grease to fry food. I received burned French toast sticks.

    My recent visit to the Calumet Michigan store was unpleasant for sure. The food quality was good as usual but the employee with the mullet wearing the backwards Chicago white Sox hat dancing a jig while flipping the bird with both hands to the other employees was not too professional. Yeah that's right, completely open kitchen and homeboy is giving both middle fingers to his coworkers with the entire dining room to see.     I live by the Payette, Idaho Burger King. Every time I've gone there, I hear their manager yelling and cursing at her employees. I find it unprofessional, disturbing and sad to hear that. I really hope someone bigger than me hears how she treats them and take action. Who wants to work at a fast food place that doesn't pay much while getting mistreated by their manager. Plus their food gets me sick, and their lobby is messy and gross. I've asked a few of the employees about the manager and they said they all had some not so friendly things to say.     I spent 45 minutes in line, behind 3 cars and probably 4 more behind me. The voice on the order menu was clearly having trouble understanding and/or taking all orders ahead of me as I could hear the employee continually repeating the order, and it was primarily wrong every time, clearly frustrating the women who kept saying "no... that's not what I said, I want a cheese burger... etc, etc." I yelled my order when it was my turn, hoping she could hear better and then was to find I also had a coupon for the two chicken sandwiches I had ordered... but she couldn't hear me trying to get her attention so figured I would show her at the window....

    Already in line for minimum of approx 15 min before ordering and then it was at least another 30 minutes until my turn to the pick up window and THEN I pulled my coupon out and was trying to show it to a different girl (with no head set) that I have a coupon... and all hell broke loose as she snapped at me and said "you DIDN'T give a number so your cost will be $19. and some odd cents", to which I replied "I don't think she could hear me..." and then she was more frustrated and telling me if I didn't change my attitude she would refuse me service... and guess what... when I tried to tell her that I had indeed ordered the onion rings too, that she was seeing on the tab... and then she and the girl with the head set BOTH told me due to my attitude they were refusing me service!

    YES I was then getting frustrated because I had a coupon that was for something like $7.99 (or something close to that) for the same 2 chicken sandwiches they were wanting some $19 for... but when these two young girls who clearly were to young and inexperienced to handle ALL the upset customers who had no way of even getting out of that line... suddenly deciding it was ME with an attitude?! I told them both I intended to turn them in! The girl with headset repeated herself and by that time I just told her to "f off" as I had been in line for so long by then and really didn't need to be treated like I was being treated! It took me a few days to just realize it was just the fact that these employees were not equipped to handle the busy line of customers and I was NOT the horrible customer because I showed them my coupon at the window... BECAUSE THAT WAS THE ONLY WAY anyone would be able to know I had a coupon!!!!

    That simple problem was such a HUGE problem for them they had to blame the customer. I am 75 years old and don't hassle ANYONE ever... just wanted sandwiches that we like in less thatn 45+ minutes and for less than $20 bucks. No big deal, but a big deal to unqualified employees clearly. I won't be going back to Burger King ever again, because of the obvious need to avoid that kind of treatment! Too bad, but McDonalds and Zip's and Taco Bell and Wendy's and all the others have friendlier and better trained employees that are always a joy to greet and service a customer. Shame on Burger King for their responsibility in making sure these kids are trained better.

    If smart you'll avoid Burger King Oak Ridge TN. 20 minutes for a Whopper and Fries. I'd asked for a refund but paying with card the hassle wasn't worth trying to get a refund. Asked for a manager. After waiting 10 minutes got no manager but 20 minutes later got food and excuse were short staffed.     Yesterday we stopped at Burger King #12790 in Clyde, OH. First the automatic kiosk would not work. We asked for help and were ignored. We moved to another kiosk and placed the order but there was a problem with the machine taking the credit card. Again we asked for help and again were totally ignored. It was like your workers were deaf. If you are installing automatic kiosks make sure they work. Your staff needs a course in customer service or you'll never see my money again.

    I went to Burger King with my son when we was on our way to a fishing trip. It was lunch time and we wanted the $7 trip, the cashier Rachel told us that was no longer available so we ordered a Whopper Junior each with a small fry and small drinks. I saw the manager when we were leaving the store smoking a cigarette and just finishing a personal phone call so since I had her attention I asked her about the $5 and $7 deals and she herself was not sure if that was still available but I still see the commercials and looked it up for the Dade City Clinton Ave. and Hwy 301 BK store and Google said yes the deals were still available, so who is correct? I know I won't go there anymore, Zephyrhills BK management and staff are much more helpful there anyway.

    Went to Burger King on 1590 West 9000 South, West Jordan Utah on Sunday July 13th 2025 at 2:00 pm for lunch with my two grand sons. We were attempting to order through the drive up. I attempted to place orders for 3 meals from their menu however each time the female employee who spoke perfect English with no accent, failed to get the order correct. She failed to record two of the three meals several times then had incorrect items.

    After the fourth time I expressed my frustration to which she replied that she could refuse to serve me! She then went on a small speech about wanting to make sure every customer receives good service and correct orders which was rather comical. I asked that she please repeat my order back to me which she once again only recanted one of the 3 orders! At this time I told the Burger King employee to forget it. Such total incompetence. I drove to a competitor next door and had my order in hand in less than 5 minutes.

    Me and my wife went to the Daphne 98 office store just off the I10. We ordered on the app 2 trio deals. 2 of all 3 sandwiches nothing extra but had customized everything to have no mayo, no onion and a few add on things to the sandwiches. The chicken sandwich that wasn't supposed to have cheese did and the other chicken sandwich had so much mayo on both sides of the bread that me even though I like mayo I was actually disgusted by the amount on there. Now as far as the lack of tomato on my whopper jr including the lack of ketchup and mustard on it as well and then both of the bacon cheeseburgers had absolutely no bacon and it was ordered for add tomato on both the bacon cheeseburgers. Then as we are waiting almost 20 minutes for this horrible order the crew had let some random guy in that was not wearing a BK uniform and they were all playing around and talking as we could see them all from where they had us pull up in drive thru and we drive for Uber Eats and because we had to wait for our order so long it cost us 1 of our deliveries as it got reassigned

    What ever happen to QSR restaurants? At one time there were standards. Uniforms, hair style, type of pants and dare I say speed of service. My last visit to this BK in Rock Hill had none of this standards. I saw one employee with hair down to her leg. It was all over the place. Gloves, either they were using them incorrectly or not at all.

    Let's talk about the whopper. If I remember it was 4 pickles (not touching), 3 single onion rings covering the patty, ketchup, mayo, lettuce and tomato. My sandwich was 2 pickles, 1 onion ring 1/2 in dia., heavy mayo, a little lettuce and a tomato that was 1" in dia. Did I mention the patty was dry. But good news, the fry were hot. It's sad to think that this is the new way of doing business. On QSR, it took 12 minutes to get my combo. WHAT HAPPEN to 30 seconds. Show some pride and do the job right. McDonald's in Rock Hill on Celanese seems to be the only place to get great food and speed of service. Just so you know. Store # 28182

    Burgers are BLA no seasoning. Just horrible. What I expected it to taste like since the last one 20 years ago, was nothing close. They used to taste good but now it's gone downhill.     Our new Burger King in Winter Garden started out with great food and service. While there today I noticed that most of the staff has changed. With only 1 vehicle in front of me, it took 15 minutes from the time I placed my order to when I received it. What I also thought was strange was while at the window, they asked me what was on my order. Shouldn't they already know.     Our local restaurant has been shut down to rebuild a beautiful new building. Unfortunately on my first visit to the restaurant there were two employees smoking a couple feet from the front door and making out. I guess the hiring practices haven't improved.     I visit the Christiansburg, VA store. The drive thru food always comes out really slow.     No real drive thru service during dinner time. Went to the Burger King at 1990 FL-19, Eustis, FL at 7PM on 5/26/2025 at 7PM. There was only 1 car at the drive thru in front of me, none at the window with only 2 cars total in the lot, maybe 3 total customers, almost like they were closed. I waited 15 minutes 2nd in line until the car in front of me finally was able to order. After driving up to order and being told to please hold a minute to order, I waited another 10 minutes. So, after 25 minutes waiting at the not busy at all Burger King, I left still not waited on. It appears they were taking 15 minutes to process each customer. Do they cook the burger after you order it? Were they playing cards, watching a game? FAST FOOD???? REALLY?

    Today I, got tired of waiting, left that BK and went directly to Wendy's down the street. I was waited on at Wendy's in 1 minute and had the correct food within 4 minutes. I actually like BK food more, but not if I have to wait 25+ minutes to be not served yet. So I am done with that BK, and the next nearest one is 15 miles away, so no more BK for me.

    This particular BK restaurant has atrocious service at the drive thru. No one cares to do their job. And the last time I went to get breakfast there last week, I got the wrong order paying for an expensive double meat crescent combo and only got a cheap non meat biscuit instead, again with no one else at the never busy restaurant. No wonder Burger King is losing market share, they have atrocious window service and get it wrong. No wonder this particular BK is always vacant.

    I went in he explained my order to me which was WRONG WRONG WRONG, he gave me a bag full of chicken sandwiches along with my whopper meal, I SHOULD HAVE ONLY PAID 26.00 AND NOT 45.51, I AM SO MAD ABOUT THAT!!!! Brandon gave me only 5.00 back from the drawer, I didn't ask for all those sandwiches at all!!! I got home because I was still unsatisfied with my order with what I paid for, so when I called bk I asked for manager and he answered as I was trying to explain he kept saying he couldnt hear me over the phone so when I talked to him I explained whole heartedly again and he mention I order those 5 sandwiches again, he offered 3 free meals anytime I come back, I dont want to order anything from that burger king long as he is there, I only wanted my money back because I feel I paid for something I did not ask for!!!
