Burger King only promotes bogo on the original chicken sandwich cause they must have a hard time selling it. That crap been in the app for at least a year and they never offer BOGO on the whopper

Went to our usual location with the intention of having my normal 3 for 7.00 original chicken, fries and beverage. I was informed that the original chicken was no long part of the deal replaced by chicken wrap. Upon receiving order I was completely underwhelmed...small portion. Upon getting home I checked the website and the original chicken still appears as an option.

After sitting in line for 5 minutes at the speaker to prevent corporate from seeing the true time. I complained, and the staff told me I could leave, knowing there was only 1 lane, so I had to drive over the bushes just to get out of line.

Ate at Burger King today, the meal was fine, but the burger sure could have been hotter. The service was fine. On the back of the receipt was an offer for a free burger if you fill out the customer survey. I dutifully went through numerous screens filling in the survey. When finished I jumped through several hoops only to find that you had to "scan" something on the screen to get the free offer. Like a good number of companies nowdays they think every person owns a cell phone. I do not and have no way to scan anything. McDonald's will be my choice from now on, they do it the better way, fill out the survey and get a code to write on the back of the receipt.

The last two times I ate at BK, I had the fish sandwich, and chicken sandwich, the fish was 5 dollars, and less than 1/4 inch thick, the chicken tasted like it had been ground up, and Very salty. I may never go back.

I'm giving this restaurant a one star because they serviced a customer with a dog in her arms at the counter where food was being served. Also this customer appear to be an employee.

Stopped in at the Burger King in Willcox Arizona. The staff were fantastic. I believe their names were Bianca and Anissa.

The lady taking my order you could barely hear; because the manager was talking so loud beside her. I also told her the ketchup was out & she (the manager) walked out very rudely and pumped it. She said see it works; which clearly it did not. I went back and ask for ketchup from the girl that took my order and the manager huffed and rolled her eyes. My tray came & I find the ladies nasty fake fingernail on my tray. The whole restaurant is plain nasty.

Store#5873. Customer service fully staffed, services was very prompted and highly efficient!!! Cleanliness through out facility, Recommend all who happens to be in the area to stop by and enjoy a wonderful and quality meal!!! Very please indeed!!

I was hesitant to stop for breakfast, but I was pleasantly surprised. Customer service was exceptional and the food was hot.

July 29, 2026, 10:59pm I visited Burger King in Terre Haute, Indiana. I ordered a Whopper Jr. meal with Coke. I was asked if I wanted cheese, replied NO. I received my meal and on the way home I started to eat my sandwich. I noticed an odd and immediately pulled into a Kroger parking lot adjacent to the BK store. I turned on my inside light and noticed the sandwich had cheese on it. I am drastically allergic to cheese. I carry an epinephrine pen in every vehicle in case of emergency.. I injected the epi pen in my thigh to reduce the risk of anaphylactic shock. In the past I have been rushed to the ER for treatment. I have come close to my throat swelling shut as a reaction.

Once again the Clinton Township on Hayes and 19 Mile Rd. just can't get it together. I'm there every day and ask for no mayo more mustard. I get home and there ketchup and mustard and no bacon. The day before I asked for a plain burger and I get ketchup and pickles. I drive back up there to get a new Texas Whopper made the right way and they gave me a new one but did not offer me the free one next time I come in like that say on the BK commercial. I'm done with it store that just can't get it right.

BK on Rt 88 Castle Shannon, Pa ought to be shutdown by the county health department. Whopper had pickles like shoe leather, had to pull them off, burger didn’t have usual flame broil taste, I “think” it was undercooked. Lettuce, OMG, all yellow and white. Now for the terrible stuff, the French Fries were as hard as pencils, nobody can eat them. I kid you not. See pic.

Food was old and microwaved. Whopper Jr was more like a cheeseburger on the wrong bun. Ask for it fresh off the broiler. Slow drive-thru; there was no customer there, waiting lady at the window had a bad attitude. Never go to the Dempster and Dodge location in Evanston, Illinois after 12 am.

In the last 5 years, this Burger King has been also me. Their change in management is what the store needed, and they did it. Thank you, upper management; your store's been great.

Stopped by Burger King in Williamsburg, VA each Monday for the past 3 weeks. First time I arrived at 0945. Told they didn’t open until 1000. Last week I arrived at 1010. The car in front of never moved for more than 10 minutes. I left. Today I arrived at 1100. Told they didn’t have any food ready. Pathetic!

We went through the drive-thru at Queensbury, NY location. The employee said "We will be right with you". We waited a few minutes. I said to my girlfriend "What is taking them so long", there was 1 car in front of us. Then the employee came back on and said "If you don't like it, you can go somewhere else". So we left. Then I spoke with the manager and she said she would give us a free meal. That was the last time we heard from her.

The Burger King by Meijer on Preston Hwy is awful; I waited at the speaker for 5 mins before someone acknowledged us. Pulled up to the window, and the guy didn’t know which order was ours. Waited at the window for 10 mins to be told to drive around front to wait for our order; said we were waiting on fries. Still didn’t get us drinks. Sat out front for 10 more mins before they brought the food. Still forgot the drinks. Had to wait even longer for those.

The friendliness at this Burger King has changed sufficiently. The food was hot and the employees were all in a good mood and that made a difference.

Went to one on Kearney and got two Whopper Meals. Sit down to eat and the music was so loud and fries were old and dried out. The staff was rude.

We pulled into Burger King at 0947. We ordered two croissant sandwiches and a breakfast burrito. The worker said it would take ten minutes for eggs to be ready. We were ok with that and went through with the order. We ended up not getting our food until 1018, 30 minutes later. Please explain how a fast food restaurant could possibly take that long. And the problem is we already paid, so we could not leave. Ridiculous. Also I could not attach a receipt because I didn’t get one. Waterford Wisconsin location.

We waited at the one station for quite awhile. Then after waiting awhile they sent us two handicapped Seniors to another station. There they took a customer that just walked in ahead of us. Then our turn finally came. They would not honor a Burger King coupon we had. We ended up with an overpriced order. I had a small junior burger.

8465 W Lake Mead Blvd. I normally go thru drive thru. About every 7 out of 10 times they don't add the cheese that I have requested and PAID for. It seems with drive thru orders they don't have to get it correct, since most people will not drive back after they get home and see the order is incomplete. I contacted Burger King and sent them a copy of the receipt and a picture of the burger. I received an email back with an offer of a free croissan'wich... BUT... I have to order coffee and hash browns. NO APOLOGY. Doesn't seem quite right... Here's a freebie if you order more from us so we can get it wrong!

I ordered a large fries and was given a medium. Ok not a big deal. Sure they could be busy but Not only that though, the fries were cold. And there was an onion ring in my fries. What if I was allergic to onions and my food got contaminated by it? Good food, bad service.

The problem I have with Burger King is the food is never hot or even warm. It's always COLD sandwich and lukewarm fries.

The fries were a cold, greasy, lukewarm nightmare of soggy cardboard. The bun was so petrified and rock-hard it could double as construction material, and the burger patty was basically salted leather. It genuinely felt like they dug up leftover scraps from last week, warmed them under a failing heat lamp, and called it a day. Absolute garbage. Never, ever again.

Everything was good except the sauces have changed, and they are all terrible.

I went to Burger king store #3728 on 8/9/2026 and when I received my food it was stone cold. When I brought it back person behind the counter said she would be right back. Never return. Also the staff were having a argument in front of the customers. Very Unprofessional. What happen to the new burger king as advertise. Very disappointed.

Well I don’t usually write reviews but this is something that just needs to be said. Me and my kids went to the Burger King in Springville Alabama and let me just just say I have never encounter such unprofessional and miserable employees in my life… I went and grabbed a high chair and it was disgusting. Seems like it hasn’t been cleaned all week and when I went and told them they handed me the cleaning towel 🤦🏼‍♀️ and I had to clean it up for them. When we got our food it was okay but but son ordered a have-sies and it was just pitiful.

Yeah I walked up to the Burger King over here in Hallandale. The door was locked and I watched somebody walking after I walked off and went back. They said, "We're closed" so I guess they're only open for special people. I took a picture too and I'm hungry and I got money.

I went to the Burger King on Brookshire Blvd Charlotte NC. I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches. When I got home took them out of the bag I thought they gave me whoppers because they were round and in a whopper wrapper. I open them up and low and behold there is a oblong chicken patty on a round whopper bun. WTH!!! They could have at least told me they were out of Chicken sandwich buns. FYI... The whopper bun is not a good mix with the chicken. Tastes horrible.

Ignorant staff didn't listen. Overcharged me and only gave me one burrito jr. Menu states two. Idiots don't offer receipt.

Absolutely disgusting. Screwed up my order and the food is not revamped and better. It’s worse. Have BK another chance and will never go back!!!!

Unfortunately this is a bad review. My husband and I usually get an Oreo shake once a week, and always at Jack in the Box, but this week their shake machine was down so we went to our nearest Burger King and got two of theirs. It was the worst Oreo shake we have ever had and they were dumped down the sink. It tasted like the milk was sour. I hope that was the case for if that is what they truly taste like YUCK.

My recent order took an entire hour for them to prepare. All I ordered was a chicken sandwich, fries, a drink and 2 packages of cookies. The restaurant had no customers in it and yet the staff hadn't even started cooking my meal. Meanwhile the DoorDash driver is sitting there waiting and losing money while they were doing God knows what. They saw him sitting there and they still did nothing. He finally called me and had me speak to someone there because I couldn't get them to answer the phone in store. The gal came on the line and said she didn't know what happened and that they'd get right on it. Not only did I wait an entire hour for food, they made my sandwich with everything except what I ordered. Covered it in hot peppers. They also didn't send the second package of cookies that I ordered. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. They do not care about the customers.

Regular customers and one time we actually tell them we are missing something from our order. They didn’t even replace or reimburse us. Terrible customer service.

I was in the drive thru asking if they took Cash App card and I was holding the phone out the window and she goes “GIVE ME THE DAMN PHONE MA’AM.” Never going back there AGAIN. 🤦‍♀️

I wanted to send a excellent review. This past Monday at 315 pm I was at the drive thru. I ordered a Jr. Whopper, and a orange drink. The middle aged woman at the windows was incredibly nice, my food was excellent, and the price was fair. Location is North Broadway in Rochester Minnesota. Paul **.

I'm just gonna stop going to BK. What more is there to say?

Today was the worst trying to get correct food made. It's bad enough I had to wait 20 min in the drive through. No wait. They just leave items off the Whopper. No lettuce. No tomatoes, I didn't get it my way today.
