Card is great. I have no problems except for when it's time for a new card and it's about that time again. The old card is wore out. Will not hardly scan. Please let me know solution to ordering a new card. Thank you.

I have used this card for 6 or 7 years. I love it! It's convenient, and it's accepted everywhere. I have my pay direct deposited. I never, never had an issue with card. My one complaint would be customer service. It's obvious the operators have no idea what to do. They read from a script and do not deviate from it. It's very frustrating! If they don't understand what you're asking, they choose the closest thing on their list and apply that answer. I never feel secure or like my question/problem has been resolved. Please, please, please work on your customer service area!

I love my MoneyCard! If there has ever been a problem the company has always dealt with it in a timely/accurate manner. I'm never leaving!!! I love my low fees and I've been dealing with the company more than two years! Keep up the great work!!!

I just love my card. It is easy to use and I use it everywhere. I wish all cards was that easy to get and use. The cash back option is great and has no charge. I travel a lot and never have any problems. I use it in many different states. Just got my second card.

I like my MoneyCard have very little problems. With it love that I have direct deposit and enjoy my card and have had good customer experience when I needed it. Thank you. Would like to see better card designs and would like to get my direct deposit a day earlier but at least I get it on time.

I like. I enjoy using the app the best in. I wish you could stay logged in on it for longer periods of time though. I like receiving text messages alerts as well... Thanks very much. I hope to receive my deposit 2 days early as well. That's the main reason I chose this particular card.

The "Cross the Border" fees are stupid. Wal-Mart does not pay "Cross the Border" fees when shipping its items into this country because of the NFTA AGREEMENT. I have all my Direct Deposits going into this account and I use this account like a real bank account, and no real bank charges me to make a deposit and it makes no sense to charge me a 3.00 reload fee and a 5.00 monthly fee. That's stupid. I use ATMs that do not charge to use their ATMs yet Green Dot "Wal-Mart" charges when using this same ATMs yet I do not see no Green Dot ATMs nowhere, yet you charge me for using a different ATM when you do not offer ATM service. Green Dot thinks or acts like I have to use your service, but the good news is I don't. I can open a normal account anytime, anywhere I want, but because I do a good bit of business at Wal-Mart I choose you. You did not choose me. Your customer service sucks.

When moving money from the vault to available balance funds go missing, I'M displeased with this. In addition I should have more ATMs than just the one at Walmart which is usually out of order. I've called when my balance was off and received horrible customer service. I left RushCard for you all. Now who will I leave you all for?

My experience with my Walmart MoneyCard had been so far good. I like being able to load my card when I need to. It's very convenient and makes paying my bills, and shopping online a breeze. I would recommend the Walmart MoneyCard to anyone. I hope that this card stays around a long time to come. Thanks again.

When I load my card I can load it at a register or service center and there is never a problem with loading and the ease of using my card is always effortless and is accepted everywhere. Never been turned away because of it being a reloadable card.

It seems that Walmart has its hands in my money a little too much. Monthly fees, fees on everything and then I go to deposit a check and your employees screw that up and I have to pay again. The good part is I have a Visa. Bad part is Walmart is only doing this to screw me.

I have both a Visa/Mastercard and every month, I pay a fee. With this card I don't worry about monthly fees, I love been able to pay a bill, and not worry about companies taking more than what was told. And there's a way to save a little at a time, this is a Awesome card without a doubt.

Customer service and concern of card users. I have my direct deposit with this card and I pay my bills. Only had issues once but Walmart has reached out. Great debit card to have. Will recommend this card to others. Once you load your direct deposit it waives the fees.

Great card to use. You get your payroll check direct deposit a day earlier, easy spook to use to for quick balance check and you can use app to send money to someone else. You can also check your transaction out on the app. You can put some money in your stash to save, but it is easily taken out if thou need it right from the app.

My husband and I have had your card for many years. We like that we cannot overdraft, that it is accepted anywhere, direct deposit, user-friendly website. Enjoy free monthly fee with direct deposits and customer service is an actual person.

I really, really, enjoy having and using the Walmart prepaid MoneyCard. It is very convenient! You just load the amount of money on your MoneyCard and the total amount along with the 3 dollar fee and that's it. It saves a lot of time for me! You can also use the Walmart MoneyCard for direct deposit as well. What a very great investment!!

I am very satisfied with my experience with the Walmart MoneyCard. It is very easy to follow the transactions and know your balance exactly when the money is taken out unlike some others who post the same transaction 3-4 times and makes it hard to know how much is actually in your account.

It's been ok. Need a break on atm fees as they seem high. Direct deposit doesn't go in a couple days early as with other cards. Had some issues with my Uber earnings being bounced out (simply what I was told but was not fully explained this.)

I really enjoy using my card through Walmart, no complaints here. Keep up the good work. I really like that my monthly fee gets waived for having certain amount deposited into my account and I just learned I can get checks for my account as well. Will definitely being ordering some soon.

I've been a Walmart Money customer for many years and have never had an issue with my card. Thanks for allowing me to use your services. The only thing I don't like about Walmart MoneyCard is the monthly service charge. I pay a service charge to add money to the card then you turn around and charge me another service charge.

When using the card I rarely have any complaints. The main issue that I have is that my refill date is never the same and I will end up having a - balance because, I place enough on the card to pay what I need paid and your $5.00 a month fee, it always puts me in the - balance. I know all I have to do is place more on the card, to cover this. It has just been like 4 months in a row lately and it's not how I like to do things.

I have had my Walmart MoneyCard for a couple of months now and so far I am enjoying it. I don't really like the $3 charge for every deposit we make. If I make 4 deposits in a month that is $12 a month and that is what Chase charges for monthly service fee.

Trouble using card at any atm. Tells me card not allowed. I've called several times with same response. Nothing is wrong. I've this card for years. Worked fine. Now the past few months nothing but problems. I usually had great service but now when I call seems like I'm bugging the rep. Thinking of canceling altogether.

My card number has been stolen several times and customer support isn't usually very helpful. Even upon opening a new account, I never received my personalized card and was just charged $3 for informing them online (finally had to report it as never received because my temporary card was stolen 07/04, so now all my money is gone and I'm in the negative because of all this). In addition, I found out my number had already been stolen and used to charge $38 during 06/2017, but no hold was put on the account though it was an extremely unusual transaction.

I have had no issues when purchasing/activating/loading or spending the money. It is very easy to use & I use mine several times a month. The only little thing I don't like is the $3 you have to pay to load money. It doesn't matter how small or big the amount.

I absolutely love this card! I'm able to load it and pay all of my bills. It has an account and routing number attached so I can even pay credit card bills. You can also have direct deposit. And I'm never charged to load it! Note: there is a load minimum of $20. I don't even use a bank account anymore.

I like the fact that I get paid a day early, the card is easy to use and keep track of my money. The best part I can use it anywhere. I like how there aren't any fees as long as you have so much deposited for the month. The fee is waived and there is just a small fee to reload your card, but having this card makes my life a lot easier. I never carry cash anymore.

Overall I have had a good experience. Good online and app for easy access. Allows for instant access to transactions and history. Also, refunding of monthly charge is a great incentive program too! Great security! Thank you Walmart MoneyCard! Awesome!

On July 7th 2017 case number ** my account was hacked then my security question was change. After that within three minutes they transferred out 665 dollars to unknown email address to me. Since this happened I have cancelled this card but still has a Green Dot card to work with. However this has cause myself stress as well as decline of transaction with accounts attached for their payment as well as my direct deposits. At this point not confidence in security of green dot. Still no resolve from investigation.

My card does everything a regular Visa does. I pay all my bills with it. I also can use it at all stores and mail orders. I take it everywhere with me. I also talked my daughter into getting one. I like the fact that if I have any problems I can talk to someone.

The card works just about everywhere I use it. I pay my bills, get groceries and gas. I'm allowed to send money to friends and vice versa. Never used the vault so no comment and no charge for cashback at Walmart is nice also.

I was only able to deposit a check once via the photo check deposit. I've not given up on that method however Cinergy could not give me any reason for the check cashing decline. Other than that I do enjoy the card.

I don't mind paying the fee, but I have been rejected in cashing good checks drawn on good banks like Deutsche Bank, Chase Bank and Bank of America. I was given nebulous reasons which could not be explained. Failure to explain makes me feel that I'm being discriminating against.

Good experience. Why charge an ATM fee at Walmart ATM. We already fees at other banks should be a smaller or no fee. Otherwise the App is nice and I love the card and the service. Stash is good also and the money back for shopping at a Walmart store.

Would like more security questions. I feel secure when ask questions I would only know. SSN and address and phone number are easily known these days. Personally question are more secure to me. I just like to know my money is safe and not have to worry about it. But over all I'm happy.

The card and its benefits are some of the best personally. I love the fact that you get paid up to two days earlier with direct deposits. However, I would like to see some more ATM locations that don't charge a withdrawal fee. Overall, A-.

The only negative thing is having to pay three dollar fee anytime I feel like loading my card. Other than that the experience has been amazing and I use it for direct deposit with my job. I have already recommended the card to two other friends and they have loved it so far as well.

My nephew does online gaming and I got this card exclusively so I could make online payments to the online gaming company for his monthly subscription fee without having to risk using my regular card number for that purpose. Online activation of this card was not possible because of a flaw in the online program. It kept kicking me out about half way through filling out the information, back to the beginning, which also dumped all the information I typed in. Y'all need to fix that! I finally activated it over the phone. Which was tedious but at least that method worked. Fixing that online program would definitely help your business.

I love the benefits of this card and it's easy to use. I am able to get direct deposit with it which is very convenient for me. Great experience when shopping at Walmart as well. Awesome rewards and easy mobile view. Can use my card pretty much anywhere which is good for me as well.

I like the Walmart MoneyCard overall but the biggest problem that I have is that here recently I can no longer obtain my account balance via the texting app and I have to call in or go online to be able to see what my available funds are or when it's available.

I went with the pre paid card so I could get away from the banking fees and overdraft fees which I could never seem to get a handle on. I never knew when or how much the fees would be and they almost always resulted in an overdraft. It made me crazy. I am finally able to have control of my own funds and am able to keep those fees in MY pocket. Best decision I have ever made.

My experience was good. There was not a long wait for a customer rep to speak to. Rep was friendly and answered my concerns. This card is convenient. I like how many money comes on card 2 days before usual payday Friday. And I don't have to go into Walmart to reload card. 7-11 is closer to my home than Walmart.

I love the Wal-Mart MoneyCard! It's very easy to add money and I love the fact that I get cash back as long as I use my card at Walmart, Walmart gas station or ordering online. It's very easy and convenient. I definitely recommend the Wal-Mart MoneyCard to everyone! My money stays safe!

I love my Walmart card. It's better than a bank. You can never overspend and it has alerts when someone tries to use your card. And if you have a problem with a charge you call and customer service takes care of you. I feel better knowing that no one can try to charge my card.

I have no problems. I get my money direct deposited and never had a problem there either. Easy to add money. And it is handy. Just do like the lines when adding money. My money is always early and I like that.

It has been great. I like how it lets me know what it has been used for and the amount. I love that it has the vault so I know that my money is safe. The texting for my balance and history does not work and they will not change the last name on my card even though I got married. I was told to get a new card but all of my bills are tied to this one and that is very inconvenient.

I have no problems with my card. I can get done with what I need to use it for. I have had issues with going on line and checking my balance. I have found a few places that will not accept it because it's a prepaid card. I don't like it that you get charged for withdrawing cash.

It is not right to charge 3.00 and have a minimum of 20.00 dollars cash to deposit. Also not everyone at Walmart knows how to handle the cards. I like my card and most of the time no problem, but sometimes I check they tell me the wrong thing or don't know what they are talking about.

I have had good experience with my WalMart MoneyCard, the only time was getting money off right after funding. My direct deposit comes Wednesday at 4:00 pm, instead of Friday morning. I really appreciate this service. It is really convenient for me.

My birthdate was entered wrong and now my card has been stolen and used and I can't speak to anyone due to not being able to enter it correctly. I'm screwed! Thanks a lot Wal-Mart MoneyCard! HORRIBLE customer service!

I cannot login to my mobile app. It tells me that I'm not logging in with the right information. I have re entered my password multiple times but it tells me it does not match the information listed on my card.

WalMart money card is very convenient to me. I can load up any amount of money I please, along with pay bills, and I have just recently utilized the direct deposit feature, which is fast and hassle-free. WalMart Money card is a great and reliable way to be responsible and pay your bills online even. IN MY OPINION, ANYONE WHO USES THIS WILL BE SATISFIED.

The reason I didn't give a 5 is because several times they charged me a monthly fee and I would have to explain to the rep on the phone how to look at my account correctly. So as far as the card and using it and adding money was very easy.

I have had a wonderful experience with this card. Customer service has been great and when fraud occurred on my card they were quick to not question my loyalty but instead fixed the problem in a timely manner. This card has been better than any city bank I've used in the past. I'm able to use this card at any location. Major credit cards are accepted without any problem. I have used Walmart MoneyCard for at least 6 years and plan to continue. Thank you.

I love that my check gets here quickly. Mostly two days before payday. Thank you. I even have my boyfriend signed up for a card. Also my boss is interested. My daughter is a Walmart MoneyCard holder. I just went online and order it. It was so easy. It arrived so fast.

I use it like I would my checking account. It's easy to manage. I use it to pay my bills. I plan on 40 using it for my direct deposit. I told my friend and family about it. I should have done this a long time ago. I can also save money by using the card. I more likely will be with this for a very long time.

I haven't had any issues with the card. Even direct deposit is great. The mobile app is great and sending money is an awesome feature. The Send money option should be a feature in the mobile app. I'm able to see all my transactions when I'm logged in.

I enjoy using my Walmart MoneyCard, but it is extremely frustrating that I have to pay $3 every time I want to use my own money in cash. And there are multiple fees for using any ATM machines. It's very disappointing that I have to pay to use my own money the way I want. I feel if there is a monthly maintenance fee then there should be no extra fee to use my money.

I love that I get direct deposit early and the savings part helps also. But I don't like the sweepstakes part because I know I've been enter multiple times and still haven't won. I would recommend this card to others and I have... I wish it was free check cashing, but overall it is a good card!

Would love to have card with chip and be able to set up payments with account number to make other bills come out on autopay and chip, so that it's easier to pay at stores with everything switching over to chip capabilities. Other than that it is a good experience with my MoneyCard. Thanks.

Very convenient. Fast response from Wal-Mart folks. Not as responsive from Green Dot. I understand you cannot have one without the other but the Wal-Mart team onsite does a much better job. I love that when my check hits the bank I get it 24 get access EARLY.

I love my card and all its services. It's very convenient for me too. Please don't change anything. The only complaint I have is I wished I got my money at midnight instead of in the evening and if I have any kind of trouble I resolve them by calling or going to the nearby Walmart.

I have had and used this card for two or nearly two years now. My first experience was a charge on the card from one of the scam companies who if you didn't call them back in two weeks they would automatically charge you! As soon as I seen this, I called the Walmart card and with the information I gave them, the money was put back on the card with no hassle or complaints. I told myself after that I was going to stick with this card to no end.

I hate the 3$ monthly fee. It’s not needed, and no one else charges that a month. I like my card, but if the fee doesn't go away. I will. When I call customer service, it should be in USA, so I can UNDERSTAND THEM, and they can understand me. Not overseas because you saved some money. AMERICANS BUY YOUR stuff, so we should get service from people in AMERICA, not India, or China, or the Philippines.

Pending transaction - When I have billing issue and even though merchant in this case Day's Inn says they don't show it on their end, I still have to wait 7 t0 10 days for my money to be released. This is so inconvenient and very irritating at the same time.

This Card has helped us to manage our utility bills better, plus the ability to handle anything that comes our way. This is better than using a bank account or writing a check. We simply love it!!! If you're worried please don't hesitate. It is worth the $3.00 fee. When your money appears from the company you work for it is such a good deal, don't pass it up!!!

I use to text 41411 and get a balance but now I have to log in and it just takes too long. There is just not enough time to do all that and I forget my passwords. Then I have to log in with new password. But other than that I really do like the new stash. I can't do much but I'm getting there. Thanks.

I really enjoy using my card. It is convenient and easy to use. I have had it for a few years and it has helped me control my spending. I love it better than a bank account. I really enjoyed the direct deposit 2 days earlier.

Never had a problem using the card at stores or ordering merchandise online. It was never a problem getting cash from ATM but the service fees is outrageous from different financial companies. I wish you all could deposit 1000 dollars so everyone here can celebrate.

I like the MoneyCard, though I do have 3 complaints, which I feel you guys could very easily fix. The balance inquiry, be it through text/email alert or when viewed on the mobile app, the balance is never correct, it needs to be more accurate. & this one makes me pretty mad, you guys introduced cash back rewards several months ago, I do not get them, why? If you introduce a new feature like cash back rewards, you should add it to all existing accounts as well as make it available to new accounts. I feel as if I'm being cheated out of the cash back rewards program 'cause I have an account that existed before the cash back rewards program did, & if you tell me there's no way to add it to my card, I do not believe that for one second, I'm sure it could be added easily.

We enjoy our cars, ease of use, free money withdrawals once we figured it out, that should be easier and charging is excessive but overall unlike banks this is foolproof! I am not a Walmart Fan at all but I am of this card and the lack of Bureaucracy involved. They can take their banking and stick it. This is way better! Little better in Customer Service when calling but more and more I can do everything by phone. Let's face it. Customer Service will never be Walmart strong suit but you get the job done!

It's great. However I am trying to set it up to make payments with my credit card. It does not recognize the routing number for Wal-Mart card so I have to open another bank account which is a inconvenience because I now have to deal with additional fees and hours that do not appease to my schedule.

I was not aware that using the card in a Walmart atm machine would cost me. After using the machine more than once, a customer told me I could get money through the line. I was happy to learn about that, putting money on the card is not free either.

Pros - Good for use with money management. Cons - surcharge to add money could be less. Makes the experience with the card less appealing and less likely for continued use. Tips: try using a 2% method. Someone looking to add money gets charged 2% each time.

Have had good customer care experiences when questions arose. Have had no problems using the card at any location or on line. The one problem I have had is in requesting loans or applying for credit and you're asked for bank statements. Most places won't accept just a list of transactions. When you say Green Dot Bank is your banking service and then you really can't prove it, there are problems.

I can't register my card for cash back or savings. Other than that it's great!!! On the website there is no icon to show how to register your card if you already have one. The direct deposit is great. I like getting paid early on a Thursday!!!

Overall I give your card a high rating, the only issue I have is check cashing. I cashed a check from a company one time and the next time they would not cash the same company's check. Since you sell money orders I thought you would cash them but you do not, I was really shocked. Everything else is great.

I love that there is no charges to use it. Everybody know Walmart. $3 to load is not bad. I do not like people I buy from going into my account for more than what I approve then making me wait for money they should not have. So I have 2 cards now. One to spend and one to save... Why does Walmart have to charge $3.00 every time we load money on to our cards and a $3.00 monthly fee. Just from this service alone I paid at least $20.00 a month for my card so on an average I am paying around $150.00 a year for my Walmart card. That is just a lot of money to spend on just to have a Walmart prepaid credit card a year.

Your fees are the cheapest of any card I have had in the past (5) while my monthly service charge of $5 is waived after I direct deposit $1000 for the month. "Great". It is also easy to get my account balance with your app. Thanks.

I can't find where the deposits show when they come in. And I had two things that need to see what they were and to number to call them on my getting notification. It's like a day behind. Can we get like real time so I can keep my records.

My experiences with Walmart Preferred MoneyCard are nothing but great. We actually had our account hacked and all of our money spent and Walmart promptly got all of our money back. We never have overdraft charges and love the direct deposit option.

My only problem is that my job pays on a Friday. I don't get it till Monday. One other problem I have with my card is I can't use it at gas stations, not that I don't mind using cash but sometimes it is an inconveniences. I really don't have any other issues with it.

This is a amazing card. I love my direct deposit and getting paid a day early. Only downfall is the card doesn't work on most gas pumps. This card would be perfect if that was fixed. I like how you can get up to 75 bucks back a year for using it at Walmart.

I have had MULTIPLE issues with this card. First, I disputed a charge and was denied twice. Finally, the company I was disputing reimbursed me anyway. Meaning, I was correct the whole time. And then… You turn off my card without so much as a courtesy call because they considered it "compromised" after the dispute. I stood in line with $100 worth of stuff only to be mortified when my card was decline.

I love my Walmart card. I've been a customer for many years and I am pleased with the services I receive from using my cards. The only problem I have is when there are technical problems with the system I'm not notified before time. Great card.

I had a card previously that I would transfer some of my paycheck on from an app called DailyPay that allowed us to access all or portions of earnings. I transferred several times then all sudden it was not going through. I know it was the card b/c money would transfer to other cards no problem. I had to cancel that card and get another. I haven't tried transfer again but starting next week my paychecks will be deposited to new card. We'll see how it goes.

Such an easy way to do my banking without all the fees. The direct deposit works well for me and the debit option is so helpful. I would recommend this over a regular bank any day. Easy to load money to. Also has a savings option.

Everything has been great except access to the web portal. Challenges with password creation are a problem. I always use the phone option. At first the web portal worked well for me, and the most efficient. But when I had issues customer service couldn't solve them.

So I bought the card before getting some cash sent by a friend who also uses your service. Seems all went well except the online activation. Didn't work while shopping so I went back up the desk and three women had to call behind the desk all giving the card back saying, "You should be good to go." Went back to check out. Nothing... three times! So after an hour of impatient customers, unruly bored child who just wants his toy and a grandma who can't bear to move her back is hurting they let me call from the desk. Somehow that is what it took but what in the world was going on. My son got a free sucker out of the whole thing which I commend was wonderful but that was pure employee care at the register where my ice cream melted. I lost two hour pay though so it needs to be a smoother activation process.

No problems with card. Hard work for refund of money on charges you did not make. Should be a lot easier to get your money back. You have to wait for the dispute to be investigated and that could take weeks. Everything else is great with the card.

I have direct deposit set up & on June 6th my funds were never applied to my card. I have called several times and provided the reference number from my work. Each time I am promised a call back within 2 days and it's been over a month and I'm yet to receive a call back and still no funds deposited. It's been just shy of 2 months now with no resolution.

Have loved the freedom of worry when using my MoneyCard online. I have loved the simplicity of using the card. Only negative part was trying to register it. The system was off for quite some time but finally I was able to get it registered.

I called 3 times for the routing numbers and did the text message sign up and still after 3 times I have never got the numbers. Each time it asked me to reply yes and I did. Why am I not getting my numbers. I have had this card several years.

I use the Walmart Money card for my part time job payroll. My payroll is available a day before payday! I can use the card any place I go! I love the card, the convenience to reload and knowing my money is accurately accounted for when I look online at my transactions!

Honestly I have had no problem or complaints with this card. I enjoy being able to put my checks on it and then use it as a regular debit card or credit card. I glad I bought into this service. I never have liked banks. You don't charge over fees when I forget to put in my monthly fees. It has been great for me and you are all over the United States so I can use it anywhere.

I love the convenience of the Walmart card. The card comes in handy when I need to get money from the Vault feature. My Walmart card is very useful when I shop at Walmart and other convenience and supermarket stores. When I need cash back there is never an issue.

I'm overall satisfied with my card but what I don't like is the inability to put less than 20.00 on it, what if a customer puts a certain amount of money on their card but then realizes they are 10.00 or so short, they should be able to just put that on the card instead of having to put another 20.00. What if that person doesn't have another 20? This happened to me recently, I think that should be changed some kind of way.

Customer service horrible, told I am responsible for anything that happens on card. Meanwhile they have people direct depositing their paychecks, be advised if someone steals your card they will not help you! I was told I had to contact all the companies to try and dispute, if they could not help me then I would have to wait 14 days before they could help me. By then they had issued me a new card and there was so much confusion. It was awful!! Stay away from this unless it's a one time purchase. I spoke to a lawyer and because they allow direct deposit. They have to be held accountable.

I have never received my card. I'm still using the one I bought from Walmart. I really would like to have the other card. I will stop using it & find me another card. That is all. Thank you very much.

The MoneyCard is amazing. I just wish the app had more features like the other bank apps. I would like to see the app have fingerprint recognition and also have the four digit pin as an option. Green Dot ATMs would be nice also.

Overall I have had good service. Only one time did the card fail because you did not put the money in fast enough. I always put cash in at Walmart, never a debit card purchase. That should go into my account faster. I do not want another card being tied to this card. I did not feel good when I started the card and had to give my Social Security number. That is unsettling for a cash card in case hackers ever get into our information on your computer.

I like the card. It works very well. I can use it anywhere. I only can't use it at the gas pump. I don't know why. I do love still enjoy it. It's great for online purchases and I am so happy and do recommend it to my friends.

It was very easy to set up my vault with Walmart MoneyCard and also easy to transfer (stash) money into my vault and also to "unstash" money from my vault as needed. So far I have been very pleased with the services provided. I prefer to do as much online as possible versus having to go thru an automated phone system.

I am quite annoyed by the fact I called Customer Service to send me something in the mail that states this is my account such as the routing number is mine and the direct deposit number is mine with my name on it, to give it to my work as proof for direct deposit and they sent me nothing but just my purchases and something that only shows my last 4 digits of my card... and without my routing number and direct deposit number and my name as proof, my work can't approve me for direct deposit!

The only beneficial thing about this card is getting paid two day early. The app sucks. The website is always down and when you call you get someone who doesn't speak well English. The card sucks point blank. There is not much else to say about the card.

We have been Walmart card holder customers for the past ten years now. We enrolled in direct deposit and it waived the service fee which was nice. We had to change cards due to being over charges and when that happened we no longer had online account access and the service fee started being applied. According to your customer service representative the accounts were to be combined. Other than that we satisfied with the service we receive.

It's easy to put money on and love the stash option. I use my Walmart card to buy things online and works anyplace Visa is accepted. I like the app. It's easy to use and I hope to win the thousand dollars prize in the stash button. I use mine every day.

I enjoy having the Walmart MoneyCard. I am able to use my card anywhere. I have direct deposit and I can even pay my bills online. I recently learned about a new tool about the vault. I plan to use it in the near future. I would recommend Walmart MoneyCard to all of my friends.

I am happy with my Walmart MoneyCard, and some of the features, but the fees are a little stiff. $5 a month and $3 per cash reload was a bit much for me when I was strictly a cash customer. Now that I have direct deposit the $5 a month isn't breaking my bank, but it still seems like it could be less. I know some monthly fees are higher, but Bluebird somehow manages to not have any reload fees or monthly fees. If one Walmart product can, why can't the other. My only other piece of feedback is please consider adding Apple Pay support. PLEASE!

I have been using the Walmart MoneyCard for over 4 years and never had a problem until I disputed a transaction for $265 16 over a year ago and it was fixed until June of this year. It was charged again by the same company and Walmart let it go through. Brand new card yet Walmart has not refunded my money. Won't recommend this card to anyone.

I've been a customer for several yrs, would like to have better perks and a LOCAL affiliated bank. Checking acct availability. Less atm fees. As all my money is direct deposited. But am overall happy. Need chipped cards and more friendly card folks.

I like the grand lottery thing but I get paid like 3 grand a month and it seems to never fall on the days the refill or whatever days to have your next month's fees waived so that's pointless. I feel like I can't trust Walmart too much because my card was used not that long ago on something I have no idea about. But I've been with them a long time so I just stay because I like the store and one other thing I like is the cashback. That's pretty cool but I feel like the max cashback should be more. I spend a lot at Walmart. But overall it's good. Not the best and definitely not the worse.

The Walmart MoneyCard is very convenient especially for me because I'm in the hospitality industry and make tips. I can load my tip money and pay bills right at the cashier. Plus I don't have to worry about over draft fees or NSF fees. Very simple and easy!!

Love my card. Never had any trouble with it, it's accepted everywhere I go. Two thumbs up. Great job. I also like that I get my direct deposit two days quicker. Just wish I didn't get charged twice at atm machines.

Instead of paying 1.50 to 2 dollars in money orders or fees at check cashier I load up my card and pay all my bills for 3 dollars and pay all 7 of my bills in less than 4 minutes, so 7 x 2 =14, I pay 3 dollars and save 11 dollars a month, that's 110 a Year. This card saves me money.

I love my card and love the convenience of it, the personalized picture and the early deposit. No complaints at all except the new bill pay is no good. Also I use to be able to transfer money with the card to/from other accounts but that no longer works. That was very convenient as I am in Alaska. A good deal of time and cannot go to a physical location.

I've used my card for years and it's always been good to me. The early Direct Deposit is nice, though I can't get it to stay synced with the QuickBooks App. Other than the QuickBooks Sync bug it's been a great card and one I use to this very day. ^_^

I have not had any issues with my Walmart MoneyCard. If there are any transactions I didn't approve they rectify the problem right then and there. I have two direct deposit going to this account and have certain bills automatically come out on time.

The Walmart MoneyCard makes it so easy for me to pay bills and get my money. There is never an issue with my deposits or withdrawals. I have a hard time getting a bank account due to fraud on my account, so without Walmart MoneyCard I wouldn't be able to secure my money. Thank you!

I love my card. I especially like the stash capabilities and the rewards And getting paid 2 days early. I can automatically send money to my kids with ease... I will keep my Walmart card for as long as I can.

Wish there was better customer service. I always try to be nice to every person but when the person on the other end is nasty to me or telling me how I'm a loser and all these other things because my account was all messed up (by no fault of my own all on the technical end of the card) and how I was ** because I am the one with no money now, "I have all my money and yours loser" and this was supposedly the "manager". Every experience with customer service is terrible. Half of the time if I use the vault feature my money goes missing and I have to call and wait 24-48 hours for it to be resolved but as soon as it is resolved someone will contact you... Never have been contacted with in the first week.

I recently had problems with A transaction I didn't make. I told Walmart I would like to dispute it and they never got back to me. I will be deactivating this card soon because of its security issues. Thank you.

I've only had it for going on two months. The card first month I was really surprised how early I got my disability check on the card so I would write out a candle and using the card just been super very happy. I actually got a visa card to put money on for my hobby and I give that a 10. Also very happy. After I have a few months I can say more about it but I've only had it like a month and a half or so for that time it's been excellent.

I keep getting shut off on my card for no reason. My money is then held until I have to go through a whole steps to get it reactivated. I have direct deposit and depend on its availability. Plus the texting system doesn't work. I try to just get my balance and it tells me it doesn't recognize what I'm asking.

The card is alright, if I could get direct deposit on it I would, but the one I wanted it for doesn't do direct deposit. So it doesn't help me, and I have hit a few bumps in the road. So I have not had money to put on it, and the service fees $3.00 to load it, and $5.00 every month is hard to keep money on it.

Great card... very convenient. I do wish the fee for withdrawal was not applied every time. I hope you will convert cards to have chips because some locations won't accept without the chip. I would like to have the monthly fee removed if you have direct deposit.

I enjoy the stash feature a lot. I also like the ease of being able to send money to friends with a Wal-Mart card instantly and for free. I also like the convenience of being able to instantly load cash on my card. The one thing I do Not like is the difficulty trying to speak with a customer representative when I had issues accessing my money on my card. Thankfully I haven't had very many issues. Overall I like the card and plan on continuing use of it.

I LOVE IT WHENEVER I NEED TO PAY AND I DEPOSIT AND PAY WITH OUT THE BANK HASSLE! It's fast and easy, can get as much of my weekly check deposited or all it's all up to me. Also can you to rent movies at Red box as well as paying bills.

I am very pleased with the card. POS and online use is very easy. My only difficulty is paying at the gas pump, I always have to go into the store to pay. And it would be helpful if I could deposit checks. Then I could close my brick & mortar bank account. Not as happy with your app. I have trouble logging in every time. It's easier just to call the MoneyCard line.

I have never had a problem with the card and I like that I could put my grand babies pictures on the cards. When I had my cards stolen it was easy to get them stopped and I received a new card in matter of days.

I'm always needing to pull money from the ATM but 2.50 each time is super expensive. Not to mention I'm a long haul trucker and the fee to reload at the truck stop is 4.95. I got this card for convenience but now it is costing me more than it is being convenient.

The card charges for every use smh but at this moment I have to use the card. You give free direct deposit because you know you charge for everything else. Even if you use atms with no surcharge. It would be better if you didn't charge for every use.

I have had my Wal-Mart money card for 7 years. One of the problems I have is that I pay a monthly fee and am also charged to take my own money off of it. I am currently trying to find a card that offers no monthly fees or loading fee or no fees to take money off.

You all cheat people out of their money. Customer service doesn't help resolve no issues at all. It's going on 2 months that I been waiting on a supervisor to call me back due to $117 that was taken. Every time you call in to the customer support they are unwilling to help. And also everyone accent is very strong.

Not a lot of places on the internet will accept this card for payment online. That was the major reason of getting this card so no one would have access to my checking account with my debit card. After high hospital bills and the resulting death of my husband, I was forced into bankruptcy, so I have no credit cards to use online. I don't like the fact that you double dip into my funds with the service charge of loading the card, then you take $5 for a monthly charge. I'd think that the $3 loading fee would be covered in the monthly charge. As soon as I can get a regular card, I will be getting rid of this annoyance!

No issues except my card is starting to crack and I need a new one soon. I am not sure how to go about doing that. I never have problems loading or using the card and I recently got the app. I love the vault feature. That really helps me save up for rainy days or big bills that are coming up.

Using the Walmart card has been very good. It's better than having a bank account. I really like the fast direct deposit and I get my check a day early. I think for account that stay in the positive and in kept a certain amount of money each month should be able to have drawings for stuff that can be won.
