I love everything about the card except the limited places to add money. I have to drive to Walmart's to add money and it's usually a 20 mile round trip. If you could load at the gas station it would help and also for free or people won't do it and you're defeating the purpose. Hope this helps.

You guys need to make your card where we can get access to our money somehow for free like cash back at the register. I'll give you one example. The other night I was at Walmart I need a cash back. I need a $20 cash money. All of my direct deposit goes on your card so I have to track into Walmart and buy something which I did need in order to get cash back but while in there I can only access self check-out due to lack of people working at registers so my choices were card only or cash only. Well guess what you can't get cash back at either one of those registers.

Only problem is using it for purchases at the gas pump. I cannot use it for purchases at the pump. Otherwise it has been a positive experience. I would recommend the card to others. Will continue to use the card for my needs.

I like my card. It makes it easier to deal with than a bank. I also like the fast service when you call the customer service line. It has helped me to check my disability faster than waiting for a check to come in the mail.

My experience with this card has been efficient and convenient. Every transaction works smoothly. Being able to use Green Dot at Walmart has been quicker than at a bank. That is a major key factor when cashing checks, or depositing money on to the card.

I like having the debit card. It means no worries. No huge fees and never being in the negative. Acct balance is super easy to get and usually takes just a few seconds. Love the vault too. I can tuck money away even for a day and know it can't be spent accidentally. This just fits my needs.

I have had my card for many years. I can't tell you what it means to have a trustworthy experience. No worries or problems from this user!! My payday is deposited each time and I've never had any issues. MoneyCard is taken virtually everywhere. Thanks Walmart!!

I truly love this card. When I just started getting my life together I couldn't open a bank account and Walmart's bank card saved everything. I was able to do direct deposit, make my hotel reservations, buy my favorite Amazon items, save money in my vault when needed and send and receive money to my loved ones who need it and most of all I cant go into negative or get an overdrawn account. Thank you again. I'm now able to feel like I'm trusted. Thanks to y'all! ;)

Love the card. Just really hate the monthly fees if you don't put over a certain amount of cash on your card. But it comes in handy when I need to have my bills paid ASAP. But I tried to do direct deposit but my job does not take the card as a direct deposit.

Have had the card for sometime now and am very happy with it. It's a very good and easy to use financial product. My only concern is the ability to talk to a person when you do call customer service. Other than that I am very pleased. I have enjoyed the experience.

Poor management. I have had plenty of problems with this service from my money not being available to be charged fees. I should not have just. Not as convenient as it should be. It should offer some other useful service too like interest. I'm sure they can afford it.

The $400 withdrawal limit is awful. Literally the worse part of your card. It should be whatever we want it to be. I keep way more than that on there, and when I travel, it is a severe inconvenience. I doubt you read these things, but you're going to lose my patronage because of that alone, if it doesn't change soon.

The price is very high to deposit a photo check and have funds available same day. Why charge a high fee on top of monthly fees, ATM fees, fees for everything. It very expensive to use everything the card has to offer. The fees makes me not want to use it as much as I use my TD Bank debit card.

I have been using the Walmart MoneyCard for a couple years, now, and have been thoroughly satisfied with the experience. It's easy to reload, accepted basically everywhere... The only drawback I have encountered so far is the inability to link things like my Square and PayPal accounts to the card. I hope this will change in the very near future.

I have had my Walmart Visa Card for several years now and I have nothing but good things to say about it. Any difficulties I have they fix! There are no monthly fees, no overdraft fees, no hidden fees, no problems. I use this card for EVERYTHING from paying my bills to going on vacation. I can use this card almost anywhere. I actually can't think of a case where I couldn't use it. If you are thinking about getting one, DO IT! Thank you Walmart for making my life easier, better and more fun!

Very easy to load money since they have several places you can do it at. And the texts alerts are handy by keeping you up to date on your purchases. I'm thinking about use it for my direct deposit account in the near future. Got to wait and see how that turns out. So far it's a good debit card.

The card is simple and easy to use but the $3.00 fee sometimes seems a bit much. Plus you take $3.00 off the card each month. This is all an inconvenience. Yesterday I put money on my card and was 99 cent short for paying a bill. But because I don't need any money on my card right now, I have to go without because I would have to pay 3.00 for 99 cents. Then in a week or so you will take another 3.00 from my account. And stashing money away is not very effective either.

I use the Walmart MoneyCard to make my car payment. When I would make the payment through my bank, it would take forever to process and was sometimes late. Now, with the MoneyCard, my car payment is received on time and no issues with my bank. I will definitely continue to use this card as well as the app.

I like when the Fee is waived. I also work for Walmart stores and I get paid Tuesday but everyone else gets paid on Thursdays. I recommend this card to everyone that asks what prepaid card they should get. I also really like that you cannot overdraw your account. I can always only use what is on there. That is really great for me. My card really comes in handy.

Have had a wonderful experience with Walmart MoneyCard. Easy to use and reload. Love the fast and easy way of paying bills online with no extra charges for using my card. I've used Walmart MoneyCard for at least 5 years and love it very much.

I love my Walmart MoneyCard. They are very handy and easy to use. I have been using my cards for about 5 years with no bad experience. Just walk in to Walmart, load my card and I'm good to go for any purchase.

I am very very unsatisfied with my MoneyCard experience. I've used multiple Green Dot prepaid cards over the last 5+ years and this last time has been very poor customer service... I use the customer service number for my issues and complaints and am transferred to a foreign call center where the only advice I have ever received was to Uninstall, then reinstall app and my issue will be fixed. Not once has that happened, the issue is still at hand and I am told they don't know why I'm having issues. I'm then told to cash my money orders or checks elsewhere and reload onto money card.

I use to get alerts on my balance daily. I also use to be able to text Bal and the last 4 of my card, but it doesn't work anymore. Makes me think my money isn't as safe. Has anyone else had this issue? I’m thinking of using a credit union or something. Get back to me.

To put it simply the card is my method of payment for all online activities, bills and convenience shopping. I rarely use cash unless I haven't made it into my local Walmart to put the money on the card. I do not have a bank account and my job until quite recently was paid in cash so a quick trip to your store and I was able to take care of all my bills and online needs with your card. There is even extra convenience in that as soon as the money is on my card I can begin shopping right there in Walmart for almost all my needs.

I got the card for one of the reasons no check cashing fee when reloading because I cash checks along with I have direct deposit. I was charged $3 for check cashing when I went to load an exact amount for my cable bill. I am a student and I'm on a strict budget and in debt hence why I have a prepaid debit card. Having to travel to Walmart to load the card by cashing the check was already an inconvenience because Walmart is far away but being the benefits outweighed the distance I still chose to use the MoneyCard until I found out I pay $3 check cashing fee after I traveled the distance. Now my cable was not able to be paid and what an embarrassment I had when asking the lady at Walmart why the $3 fee for check cashing. Yes $3 matters to a struggling student when payment arrangements are made! Please make your advertising more clear.

So far my experience with this card has been nothing but great. I have had no problem except for the stripe on the back wore down and was not working; I was given a replacement card within a couple of weeks which was great.

I have had no complaints with my Card. I'm glad I found out about the card. It has been a great use to me. It really helps people when they don't have a check book and no debit card. It only takes mins to get your money loaded on your card and it's ready to use.

I was looking for an alternative to a standard brick and mortar bank and this card is exactly that fit. Direct deposit comes 1 to 2 days early, I can withdraw money and speak to an actual person as long as Walmart is open. A quick stop at customer service and withdrawal is free. No monthly charges since I meet the minimum deposits. The only thing that would be nice is finding an ATM branch to work with so withdrawal is free at certain locations. Also maybe a points program for gas or maybe Wal-Mart credit. Something to work towards while using your card anyways. A+.

I have had a very good experience with using my Walmart MoneyCard! I never use any other card, but it! It's the best card around! And, I will keep using it in the future! I always use it! I do a lot of online buying! Walmart MoneyCard is the best card! I am on a limited income! So for me, it works awesome! And, loading it is so easy! And, Walmart employees are great reloading it for me!

I love my Walmart Card. My paycheck gets deposited every week. I never have a problem with my card. I can pay my bills and not have to buy a money order. I love it. I have told many other people about how easy it is to get your check automatically deposited on to the card and not have the 3 charge to cash your check.

I did not like how I was treated by customer service when money was being taken out of my account without my permission. I never got the 80$ back. I was treated like I was stupid. The only reason I still have the card is because I get paid faster.

First of all I would like after 5 years to be able to withdraw more money out of ATM. 400 is not enough. When I go to the money center the line is awful and one person working. That is unacceptable!! I'm checking into another bank if long time customers are not taken care of.

My experience was great. I had no problems adding money nor did I have any problems making purchases. I also had no problems using my money card for online purchases. I used it to make my cor payment and to pay utility bills, car insurance, and Google purchases.

I am unhappy with my card because I got it specifically to allow me to have more access to my money and to simplify my online business dealings. When I discovered that there was a charge for every single action I could possibly make other than basically spending funds I already have loaded on the card at Walmart or going to a physical Walmart location to add more funds, I was very disappointed and have no plans to use it beyond the initial 25$ bonus I will get for a one time direct deposit that I'm going to make sure is the 250$ minimum. I understand we're all in it to make what we can, but with excessive fees like that I do not plan to be a long term or returning customer to this farce of a money service.

Don't like having to have a service charge for atm or fee to reload the card. Would like more payback. Otherwise it is nice to not have to deal with the bank. Would like to have interest build account. Thank you.

I love the convenience of bill pay and sending money without leaving home. I like being notified when my card is used so I know if there is any unauthorized use of my card. Only problem I have is I have to drive 56 miles to a Walmart store to load my card.

I'm very satisfied as a Walmart MoneyCard customer. They have amazing customer service that has helped me every time I ever had an Issue or had any questions about my Walmart MoneyCard. I recommend everybody I come in contact with throughout the years. I have had the card and will continue to do so.

I have two accounts with WalMart money card and have enjoyed the services over the last 7-8 years. I am disappointed that banks like Wells Fargo claim they can not direct deposit my payroll due to issues with WalMart Green Dot cards. I call **. No other bank has ever made that claim. I have had very few issues and would recommend your services to anyone. If an issue does arise I know you will take care of it in a timely manner. My experience with the Walmart MoneyCard has been great. It's easy to use and load money to it. The monthly fee is very affordable. I would definitely recommend it to others. The only thing is that Wal-Mart no longer sells the exact card that I have. I have no reload fees. The new cards have a small fee applied every time you load money to it.

I use my card for EVERYTHING. Navigating online is great also. I don't have any complaints except you can't make international purchases online. I hardly ever use it for that purpose but I did end up a little frustrated when I realized I couldn't use it.

I don't like that we can no longer text bal and the last four of the card number for the balance. Also you advertise 2 days early direct deposit and it's rare that they ever post 2 days early, sometimes it only goes thru a few hours early.

I believe when you have had this card as long as I've had mine at some point it should not be required that you pay a $3 fee to load your card. That is my only issue. I also have direct deposit on this account and that should count for something. Thank you.

Have had a good experience with my money card. It serves the purpose for which it was obtain for without any problems. The international service is great for overseas purchases in which I obtained the card for, thank you.

The card works pretty well. One problem is that the fee of $2.50 for every withdrawal is pretty high though. It really shouldn't be any more than $5 a month total maybe. You can only take out $200 at a time, so say I need to take out more than that I'm already charged $5 just for that one time. That's just way too much.

I love using my Walmart MoneyCard because it is accepted everywhere, I got paid two days early, I can send money to friends and family for free without leaving the house. Has free atm withdrawals, easy to use, you can earn cash back by purchasing at Walmart or Walmart.com.

I am so happy with the card. It's my go-to card. I use it for bills, online services and I don't have to worry about payments interest or overspending. I like this card is used everywhere, hotels, gasoline stores. I like that it's not a credit-based card and yet I have a credit card when I need one as I'm rebuilding my credit.

Just wish my local Wal-Mart had a working atm. Wish that there wasn't a fee to use the atm to get cash. But I love the card overall. Is there a fee for Wal-Mart atm if a store has a working machine? That's the only downfall. Would be nice if they had designs to choose for the cards.

Too many fees. I can't just put $20 on the card because there is a $3.00 fee and you can't add less than $20 to the card. It is just another way for Walmart to nickel and dime the consumer. I was told once I added direct deposit I would not be charged to reload my card. I did that and I am still being charged. The convenience is gone with all the fees.

It's great. I've never had any issues with it. Always correct amount of money on it after the card is used. I have had 3 cards awhile back. All different numbers. Paid for something with 1 and took from all 3 of my cards and was never got straight on it either!

App for cellular phone - I would like a banking-like app for the Walmart card. I have them for other financial accounts, so... why not Walmart? The existing arrangement of email notice of balance is ok... and useful, but is a bit old technology it seems to me.

I love the fact that I have unlimited transfers from the vault. I can easily access my funds. I love the app. It's right at my fingertips. When I call in to speak to a rep I never have any problems. The wait time is a little long but I can deal with that.

My experience is good. I like it because you can't overcharge it and because it's easy to stash the money and unstash it when you need it. And I also enjoy it because it shows you all your transactions. I also enjoy it a whole lot because I was able to put my children's picture on the front of the card.

You should lower the min deposit to 10 dollars for the people like me that are on a fixed income and want to use online shopping. You should not have any service fees what so ever. Doing this would put you ahead of everyone else. Stop all charges.

It's good to have. Getting pay 2 days early is very convenient. I will invite more people to get a Walmart card. You can use it at any ATM machine any store. You can add money and it also accept direct deposit from your job.

I am unhappy with the loading fee of $3.74 at Wal-Mart. Being a Wal-Mart MoneyCard I believe that it shouldn't cost to load money from a Wal-Mart. Even the GoBank card is free to load at any Wal-Mart location. This should definitely be the case with a card that bears the Wal-Mart name and logo.

I've actually had great experience with this card and have had for quite sometime now. However, ironically enough the issues I have had with this card have to do with a Walmart credit card account. Which still has not been resolved resulting in 140.00 that's still floating around in the digital world.

Almost 300 hundred dollars was stolen out of my account about 2 weeks ago from another country and y’all haven't done nothing to solve anything. I have done a police report and send email to Walmart and Green Dot corporation. I worked hard for that money and trusted y’all with my money.

I've had the card for several Years and it has been fine. Good customer service just take a little too long to refund transactions but good service overall. I think the cards should have a chip now in order to keep up with different companies but no complaints so far.

I would use the card more if I could deposit my paycheck onto it. I tried the photo check feature but for some reason it didn't work. I got an email saying such but no reason why. My boss also called his bank to do a wire transfer, which normally happens pretty much immediately, his bank told him Green Dot takes 3 days. I don't mind paying the extra fees associated with the card versus a traditional bank account because I work on the road but without having a quick and easy way for my money to get deposited without me having to physically take cash to Walmart, I won't be using it anymore than I do.

I went to get an upgraded Walmart MoneyCard and found out that mobile depositing still isn't available. I use Walmart Online and I am disabled and still work for a company that issues paper checks. Direct deposit isn't an option for me. It would be a nice feature.

I would definitely suggest Wal-Mart MoneyCard and have suggested it to lots of people! I think it is one of the best online banking cards there is! I love the direct deposit, and that it gives you a choice of saving money back or not. Plus if it is in savings it won't allow access unless you unstash it! I also enjoy earning money back too!

One of the main reasons I signed up for the MoneyCard/Direct Deposit was the $25 bonus for doing so. Haven't heard another word about it, I switched to a different prepaid card company that is a better fit for me and my online money transactions.

I use my card for direct deposit from work. Since I have had the card I have never had a problem. One my money is always on there when its supposed to be. I only have one problem or concern. Why did the monthly fee go up to five dollars when it used to only be three?

Cash-Back is always a good thing. App is wonderful and very easy to use. High withdrawal limits. Let's me transfer money between family members free. Customer service is very responsive. All around great card. Very easy to get and maintain. Direct deposit always early.

I have had Walmart MoneyCard with my check direct deposited for years now and my experience has been nothing but positive. Now with the addition of cash back and savings to the accounts I look forward to many more years of a great relationship!

You can make the app more better. It's slow at times and don't show you how much you have in your account. And you can make the card with a chip. They come in handy when you’re on the move and don't have time to wait.

I have never been a big fan of prepaid cards, mainly because I see them as more of a nuisance than anything else. The reloading of the card, monthly maintenance fees even when I don't use the card? Those are the two complaints that come to mind without giving the subject too much thought. I've tried several prepaid cards over the years and never reloaded a single one except for my Walmart MoneyCard. The card has been very convenient to use, the maintenance fees are more than manageable and I especially like the "Vault" option the card offers. It's an excellent way to save money and not obsess over it! All in all, the card is definitely with the $5.00 monthly fee and I would - and have - recommended it to friends.

My sister-in-law introduced me to this card and it is one of the best choices I've made and am so very glad I did. You can't go wrong with it AT ALL!! Especially with the cash back and getting direct deposit a day early. You won't be disappointed.

There's always something wrong or happening. Card gets declined even tho you have money on it, the online website never and I mean NEVER works properly or at all and lately even the text alerts have been messed up. I'm considering just going back to a bank and getting rid of my card and I use my card for everything from shopping to direct deposit. But the issues are pretty bad and no one even tries to make amends.

Love my money card. I have a bank account at Arrest, but use my money card every day. Have two checks direct deposited and I get 24 hours early. I would advise anyone to get a Walmart MoneyCard, and get started on direct deposit. I am very happy with customer service, and have had a card since 2001.

I really love the Walmart MoneyCard, easy to load, easy to use and very reliable. Wish there were more perks for loyal, long term cardholders instead of just the new cardholders. But overall satisfied with card. Really never had too many issues. Would recommend to others.

I love how you control your money and how you can stash money back.. Also like how you get entered to win every month even though I haven't but I like it. But anytime a friend is trying to get a prepaid reloadable card I always recommend you all.

I've had a great experience so far with this card. The only disappointment I have had was when I went to add money to my card at a Walmart store and was charged a $3.00 fee. I direct deposit $2000.00 every month.

I/We love the card... Lately though we haven't received email messages on a daily basis for the total on the card... We've never had a problem using it anywhere. There were a few times we were unable to use it to withdraw money at Walmart though because I guess the machine was out of order.

So far I can't complain. Love the Credit card. Helped when I needed it. Maybe just the chip because some place don't have the slide anymore. So take the card as credit instead of debit as it should. Other than that no complain.

A little over $250 has gone missing off my card without a trace in the last 2 months. The emails sent out daily are not matching what is on my card and the customer service agents are rude and disrespectful. I have 2 kids, a car payment and a house payment to make monthly. I depended on that money. Once the money is off my card I will not use another card from Walmart. Ever.

I was told when you guys made a mistake and canceled my card without prior warning, that my card fee to reorder new ones would be waived. And not only was it not waived I was charged 2 fees of $3! I haven't had the time to contact them to get reimbursed, but I will!

In general I never have any problems using the money card online or at the registers. The problem I keep having is the ATM machines at the Walmart will not have money in them or they'll just be out of order completely. But overall I'm very pleased with the Walmart Debit Card.

I've gone in to cash my check recently and have not been able to, customer representative can't tell me why not can I cash my check at another store after your stores run it. Which makes it difficult due to the bank being across town at least 25 miles.

Walmart card has great customer service. There are a couple things I would change about the card like there are some applications like Venmo won't accept the Walmart card so I can transfer money to family and friends. I don't like that I have to pay every time I deposit money to my card. I love that there are many Walmarts close to me.

I have direct deposit and it's very easy to use. The biggest plus for me is that there is no chip. Their chip seems to be more of a hassle than benefit. So glad my card doesn't have one. I would absolutely recommend that anyone get a Walmart Money Card.

I like that I can transfer money from one account to this one so that at any time of the month automatic withdrawals for monthly bills can be made keeping me from forgetting any of them. Money can also be kept to use for a savings account or make end-of-the-month purchases.

I haven't had 1 issue yet with my card, direct deposit goes through on time, Green Dot MoneyCard app is very helpful. I wish I would win some $ through my vault entries though. :) But all in all it's a great card, thanks Wal-Mart...

I get paid 1-2 days before everybody at my work and it helps me tremendously! Also has very good text alerts. Mobile app is excellent; not sure of why I can't use my finger ID anymore? Only negative is that I can't pay for gas at the pump because it will hold the money in my account. Still deserves 5 stars!

Can't use my card to order Domino's online or over the phone. Customer service is a nightmare. Idk, only reason I have the card is for direct deposit and even that is a ** sometimes. Not impressed. Not even in the slightest. Sorry, but the card kind of blows.

I put in three request which were received and have never heard back. From what I understand because my dispute is with Groupon.com it is automatically denied. I think that's horrible. I'm a single mother of 3 and a purchase was made for something misleading and twice the price it was said it's be. I never even used the service. I need the money back and no one helping.

I have been charged the monthly fee because..anyway what your out of this Country call center! That I don't have $1000.00 put in my account in the right days! I get SSD each month. Which is over the $1000.00! You put it in at the end of month.

I disputed a transaction that was made on 05-17-2017 with Baymont Inn. For the amount of 288.00 in which there wasn't a investigation done yet they only took Baymont Inn's word that they credited my acct. in which they never did. When I called to find out what why I was told I wasn't getting my money back & I needed to call Baymont Inn. I hope this is not a common practice of your investigation team.

I think that it is ok! I don't like how it charges you to deposit a check unless it is direct deposit. And how the only way you can get cash back without a charge is either customer service or cash register. The atms in Walmart charge and that's not very convenient. There are always very long lines at customer service and at registers.

Not the most safe and convenient. You Have to pay to load and take money out. It Costs a lot to keep your money or take it out. It would be nice if we didn't have to pay to load money at least. It does cost more than a regular bank account.

Haven't received my personalized card and it's been about 4 months now. Don't see why I have to pay you $3 to load my money on the card when you charge me for things I use it for. Makes no sense to me except for screwing us customers over. Thank you, have a Blessed one!

I would like a program that could sync your Savings Catcher cash onto your Walmart MoneyCard. It would save time and trouble searching my email account for the e gift card message (which I can never seem to locate) or having to have it resent.

December of last year my card got hacked. When I realized what happened I called the hotline immediately. They handled the situation in a timely manner (including the investigation). In less than 60 days my money was returned. I was skeptical because people would say that I should count my money a loss. Thanks and I would recommend the card to any & everyone.

I love Walmart. You save and earn rewards. I love how you can go to Walmart and spend your money and get cash back. Redeem it after 12 months. Then you can save your money and the vault’s like your own Lil bank account.

I have a great experience, my wife and I able to put money on my card when I travel and I travel every week for work to areas in Nebraska. My wife is able to pay bills, go out to dinner, buy groceries, you name we've done it. However the card is good to have. It's awesome!

I get paid on Friday every two weeks but I don't get my money on my card until the following Monday. I don't like that there is a monthly maintenance fee if you don't load a 1,000.00 or more in a month. I am not a happy customer.

I love the convenience and ease of using the card, as I never have an issue of it not being accepted anywhere. The text BAL feature is an awesome addition, especially considering when I need to know quickly what my balance is. The only negatives with the card are 1) the lengthy delay of notification via text when funds have been deposited into the account and 2) I always thought of it as a "prepaid" card..meaning that it will not let me spend more than I have... However, this is not the case, as when my last 8-10 paychecks have been deposited, suddenly I had my last 5-6 purchases go over my available balance, which throws me off bc I think I have more than I do BC it automatically deducted from the deposited funds. Wish when I hit 0 it would not allow more purchases to be made.

Your company notified me of possible fraud back in July of 2016 of which I was unaware of so when I contacted your fraud department and I was hung up on multiple times, told that everyone in the call center was a supervisor and hung up on again. Then after 10 days was told that my dispute was denied and that if I wanted to appeal the decision I could which I did and was denied again. Told to try appealing it again which got denied again. Finally just gave up. Was ripped off by your company and I'm continuing to ripped off. Told that you offered free direct deposit and for the last 2 months I have been charged the monthly service fee.

I received this card as a gift. I assumed it was somewhat like a gift card so I activated it and stored it for later. It was a card that had $50 on it and by the time I used it, it only had $35 on it. I didn't know it charged you $5 a month. I think it was a waste as a gift and don't plan on using one again.

I am sure you make profit on the balance. Why charge us monthly fees? Perhaps waive them based on purchases made in store? I shop exclusively at Walmart and would like to see a little more loyalty on your end.

I like that I get my direct deposits a day early. I like the fact that I can pay all of my bills with my card. Other than the glitch last year with the card not working I have not had any problems. Thank you.

I love using the Walmart MoneyCard. The only thing I have trouble with is that if I have any money left on my card it gets taken off without my permission and I don't know why because I need my money.

It is great card to have for paying bills! I use it all the time and never had an issue. I have never been hacked. Never had an issue loading or getting any info from it. I have had to call Customer Service only once, and once we understood what I was needing everything went well!

The Walmart MoneyCard gives me a great way to manage my money. It's simple to set up, gives me direct deposit of my check, allows me to quickly pay bills and save money for later without all the hassles you get at a regular bank. There are no monthly fees because of my direct deposit amount which is great. The only downside I've found is an ATM fee, but the card also gives you the ability to earn cashback on your Walmart purchases so it balances out. I have recommended the card to my friends and others who are having a hard time deciding which card to use.

Had one problem with my card. They took care of it right away and I haven't had a problem since. I have my disability direct deposited every month, my car payment taken out every month, no problems so far. You do need an ATM that is free to use for your card. I used to go to Sheetz or Get-n-Go. Theirs are free but I have to pay a card fee that you deduct from my account. If I had a card from a bank I could use their ATM and it wouldn't cost me anything.

I have not had many problems with this card. My new cards get mailed to me in plenty of time. My deposits are credited quickly. I like that I can check my balance quickly, I also like that the balance shows what is current and what has already been spent.

It's awful that I have monthly direct deposits of over $1000 yet I have to pay over $3.00 to load money on the card at Walmart plus you charge me for checks and a $5.00 monthly fee. With Bluebird, I didn't have any of these extra charges. I don't recommend this card to anyone and I would close it except I need a Visa card at certain venues.

I have bad financial decisions in my past & the Wal-Mart MoneyCard allows me to have a bank account & Visa card. I recommend the MoneyCard for anyone trying to start over or students also. You can use it anywhere Visa is accepted. I hear the new cards are even giving cash back incentives. Direct deposits are available up to 2 days earlier than before.

It's been a very helpful card for me. I use my card on daily basis. The Vault option it's been very useful to manage my weekly budget. I'm planning in the future to schedule some payments with my card. I also use my card to send money. From Walmart to Walmart. Which it keep track of my expenses... Thanks.

Someone hacked into my account and it seems like it's taking forever for me to get my money back. When I call nobody ever have any answers. I've been with Walmart bank for a while now. I thought my account was safe.

Need more ATM's. Cannot withdraw my money for free. Charges me to withdraw money. There are no free ATMs. Need good customer service on the phone. I don't talk to someone with clear speaking. Other than that I like using the card. Great experience.

I received my text alert saying that I received my direct deposit. When I went to the store and tried to use my card it only had $2 on it. I called the check my transactions and discovered that $250.00 was withdrawn from my account.

I have had my Walmart card for about 6 years and it has been very good to me. I just wish it had a way to build credit. If it did that it would be the perfect card for me. I haven't had any issues using the card except for when the systems are down.

I love the easy convenience of using your card. My checks direct deposit every week. In fact I get my check a couple days before the rest of my shop does. I use the app to track and monitor my transactions. Only drawback on the new app is it doesn't show balances after every transaction like the old app did. Overall I'm very happy with the Wal-Mart Visa.

I have been using my Walmart MoneyCard for two years now and I enjoy it and being a customer but I feel like being a loyal customer they should every now and then give money for showing their appreciation to us loyal customers.

The Wal-Mart MoneyCard has been very useful for the most part. I like that it can be used just like a checking account to set up future payments and transactions. The only problem I experienced which you should strive to correct is depositing money when the card is expired. In the past, I added money to my card and there was no problem putting the money in there. When they reload your card, they should inform the consumer beforehand that their card is expired. It happened at a critical time when I had bills due. They told me after I had already put money in that my card could not be used because it was expired. Instead of them allowing to get my cash back, they told me I had to wait for my replacement card. My issue is, if it was that easy to reload an expired card, it should be just as easy to take money out. I am sure a lot of people live paycheck to paycheck as I do and my experience frustrated me immensely at such a critical time.

I enjoy the service Walmart card gives. It sends me a text as soon as my money is deposited. I can use it everywhere I go. I recommend it. Easy to use and I love how you can keep track of funds with the app.

The text messages I receive for my balance are NOT current. They are always a payment behind, even after a few hours. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE. THIS IS CONFUSING AND VERY SILLY. But other than that, it's a great deal. And I love it.

My card expires in 2019 and I know that the new cards that are offered there's a fee to load money, whereas mine does not. If that changes with my new card, I will no longer be using this as my main card. I also can NOT login to the site for my card.

I have not had any problems with the MoneyCard at all. I find it very convenient and easy. I now have direct deposit and I do get my check a little early, which is very nice. I use it to get cash and at any store I want to purchase something at. I am really glad I have it.

I have had no problems with this Visa card. I use it to pay all my bills. I wished that I could put a higher amount of money at one time. So that I wouldn't have to go back to Walmart so often. Regardless I will still keep using it. The Walmart employees have been really good about checking my card any time I've gone in to load it or check it.

I have been very pleased with my card. It's easy to use and also easy to refill. I have not had any problems with my card whatsoever. I find it much better than having a checking account and writing checks. It's easily accessible online also.

I have had this card for around 10 years and in that time have had only one true issue. Anytime I have had to call with a question or concern it has been solved very quickly, except this one issue. The text feature that allows you to check the updated balance is defective and inefficient. I'll request an update to the text specified number and get an error message immediately after sending. However 2 days later I'll get a text containing the balance I requested 48 hours prior.

I contacted customer service to dispute a charge on my card. It was difficult to understand the representative. I also didn't feel like my situation was resolved. There were few suggestions from the agent as to how to resolve the situation.

Don't get text messages any longer unless I go check balance. Use to get them without using that feature. That's a hassle sometime. I been looking forward to the texted coming in but it doesn't. Now this is annoying because I have typed my problem.

Have had your card for years & fee-simplicity keeps it in my pocket. However, I'd really appreciate an addition of services to my MoneyCard, i.e. the ability to go online & transfer funds from it (MoneyCard) to another banking institution (Wells, 1st Nat'l, etc.). The Walmart Money Card has allowed me to have my pay direct deposited to an account which I can't over draw causing massive fees. I can use it most places and I appreciate that. One drawback is that it is seen as a gift card and I can't use it sometimes.

The card itself is very useful. However, it can only be reloaded at customer service (super long wait in lines) or Money Center (hardly ever open, even during open hours). It advertises the card can be reloaded at check out, but I was told by a cashier this is no longer allowed. So I am stuck standing in horribly long lines every time I need to reload. Also, when I cash a check it costs $3. To have it put on my card it's another $3, totaling $6. Some associates waive the check cashing fee when I put the money on my card (for a total of $3). Others don't (for the $6 total).There's no consistency! I feel the card advertises convenience, which isn't the case. Also, not knowing if I'll get charged $3 or $6, depending on who is working, is not fair. When I question it, I'm told "I'm sorry but the system is charging for the check cashing and the reloading this time". If these inconsistencies don't change, I'll cancel my card and go somewhere else.

I love my Walmart card and I am so happy they don't take the 3 dollars out anymore. I like getting my money a day or two early. I love that they don't charge any other fees to use it like some other card.

The card has been working great for me. I use it to pay my bills that require a bank account to pay online. This has been a very big convenience for me as I work five days a week and just don't have the time to mail in my bills.

I always know that my direct deposit will post before it is actually supposed to and that is helpful at times when no st or even careers are hard to come by. It always hits my card between the 16th and the 20th when it is not due until the 20th. The text and email notifications are extremely helpful so you don't have to keep checking over and over.

I have never had an issue with this account and truly enjoy, love it and thoroughly enjoy getting paid 2 days earlier than everyone else. Everything is pretty simple and easy to understand. No hidden fees like other card companies have. Thank you.

I had valid charges to dispute and you did nothing. They were valid disputes. I got way overcharged so finally I switched cards. I am very dissatisfied and I've used Walmart MoneyCard for years. This was the worst service I've ever has.

I have used the MoneyCard for a couple years now until the other day I was on vacation and received a email saying "my changes to my account had been accepted" and card was blocked for identity verification. Unable to log in I had to call. Took forever to finally figure out how to get hold of a person. Somebody had hacked my account and took all my money!! It's been almost a week and no word on dispute. Security is definitely not up to par!!

Nothing but awesome accuracy. Perfect. So they don't start charging your monthly fee until your first load and it wasn't until the 15th of the next cycle which was awesome and no hidden fees and it has a vault where you can stash money and win money.

I have used my card for over a year now. I haven't had any issues with payments or purchases. I will continue to use this card for my payroll check and expenses. It helps me avoid overdraft charges every month.

I have no problems with the card. I love the direct deposit with no trouble getting my money. I wish that there was no fee when I load my card with cash (but it is really no big deal). I enjoyed the pleasure of being able to use my card in another country with no hassles and customer service was great when I told them that I would be traveling.
