This is very convenient for me as I can put money on as needed. You know how much you have to spend when you get to cash register to make your purchases. Also there is the knowledge that if you have to use for your pay check or deposits this is available.

I am very satisfied with my card. So far, I have been able to complete all of my transactions via the internet or in-person without any serious complications. I will continue to use this card for my business and personal use.

The only thing that I can complain about is, I think we should have free check cashing when putting the money on our cards. But everything else is good. I have not ever had a problem with using my card at any time. I would like to be able to add it to my android pay, but it is not necessary.

I am completely satisfied after several years of using my Walmart MoneyCard. When I first got the card, it took a while for things to flow as well as they have been for the duration. I initially purchased it to use while going out of state for two weeks. I had a few problems while using it in different states and especially at gas pumps. The last year, I have used this card without a glitch. I do not have a bank account and my pay is directly deposited onto my card. It has been a good experience so far. Definitely worth using if you would rather not deal with a bank or the hassles thereof!!

The card has been great. The company has been amazing, no issues at all. Had an issue of charges I did not make. I called. They replaced my card immediately. My direct deposit is always in time. Love the fact that if you keep a certain balance on your card they do not charge you fees. All in all I have had a great experience using this card. Thank you.

I like how friendly it is to use this card is when using to pay online bills and online shopping sites. I would recommend this card to my friends and family over any other prepaid debit cards out there. Would like to learn if I am able to put my savings catcher pay outs on this card too.

This card is exactly what I was looking for the perfect card, no fees when you make deposits and it's perfect for paying bills that require a debit card. I would recommend this card to my family and friends the perfect card plus you gain more way back rewards from shopping at Walmart.

I love the Walmart MoneyCard. It works great for me and I have had it for years. I had a bankruptcy and this was the only way for me to receive a paycheck because I was not able to have a checking account. I would recommend it to everyone!

Everything is great with card. Would like to have my early direct deposit be more consistent and earlier. Sometime it is in on Wednesday and sometimes Thursday. Would like it consistently on Wednesday and have some kind of notification on when my deposit there.

My experience with the Walmart card is that I like it because it gives your direct deposit earlier but I don't want to because every time I use that ATM and pay extra money but is good for online shopping, bill paying, wire money of any stores but I just don't want the extra fees every time I use it. It's also great for taking trips in the restaurants, make a reservation for sales on to the grocery store and more.

Some of the fees are a little excessive. And I was told when I got my card activated that with my first direct deposit I would get a $25 perk deposit which never happened, so that was a little disappointing. I do in fact like that my direct deposit from my job is there for me to use right away the day of.

My experience so far is great. I have direct deposit and I get my check up to 2 days early. I can pay bills online and use just like a real credit card. Also the cash back feature is excellent. Last year I received $35 cash back at a time that I could really use the money. I will continue to use the Walmart Money Card as long as it is offered.

I had been a satisfied customer until recently. It's been taking 5-6 days for transfers from Paypal to show up on my card. These transfers should never take more than 24-48 hours. The most recent delayed transfer caused me to be late on bills which were due on the 15th. It's obvious that you are holding customers' funds. When I asked customer service why it was taking so long I received a nonsensical answer about how they could not see my Paypal. I've solved this by requesting a Paypal debit card and by opening an account with Navy Federal. Once I receive those cards I will throw away my Moneycard for good. You guys suck. Sayonara!

The Walmart MoneyCard gives me the ease and convenience of a bank debit without having to deal with the hassles of a bank. The only complaint I have is having to stand in a line to reload my card. I liked the convenience of the ATM/reload kiosk.

I have had no problems with my cars since I've begun to use card. My only gripe is I feel we should not have to pay to deposit more money. I've gotten a few checks delivered to me that are barely over .2.00 so I cannot deposit these checks because it cost too much to cash.

Thank you for helping me resolve my issues with the Walmart Money Card. At least I know how to avoid monthly fees. As far as the loading process, I look forward to that being fixed. Thank you for at least looking in to making it an easier process. In our busy world, I know I will not be the only one to appreciate this improvement.

I love having this card. It is convenient and I get my checks deposited a day earlier from work. The only thing that sucks is if I want to deposit cash I get charged to do so and I cannot use it as a reoccurring account payment for like my six flags great America and such.

I like the fact that my paycheck gets deposited 2 days before my payday and I can use the card anywhere. I do need to get a new card soon, but I'll wait until after I move. Then I'll give you the new address so you can send me the new card to the new address.

I really like my card. It is easy to use. The cash back is also great. I had a charge on my card I didn't make and I was quickly refunded my money. The service people were very helpful when I called with this problem.

I think all cards should NOT have any limit to load for a free monthly charge. And all cards should be free to load. I love using my card. ATM fee are outrageous. I also think if you have to make all fees lower than what they are now prepaid Walmart MoneyCard are the best.

Love this card and bill pay... Life is easier. Paying bills is quick and easy. I don't like paying extra to add money though. I think that should be free. Walmart has everything at your finger tip. Thank you for all you offer. I can follow my money easier.

Using the up-loadable card has been a pretty good experience so far. I wish I could transfer money from my PayPal account to the card but it is not allowed. If I could do that it would save me having to go into Walmart to reload money onto my card. I do not have a bank account since I have recently moved from another state and am currently unemployed.

It would be convenient to be able to have Money loaded to the card without having to bring the card to the store or online. My mother helps me out here and my dad lives in Mi so it would be much better or if l had a duplicate or a load only card.

Like that I can get my pay early, and get the message even early by 6:00 am :-). By getting this card I can use it everywhere, Redbox, gas station, library, food everywhere. My card got lost and was replaced without problems, my money was still there. My only thing was I had to phone twice :-(, it arrived within 5 days. I'm thinking about updating my direct deposit, do an increase amount.

The only thing that I don't like is having to pay $3.00 to load money on the card. I can see getting money off the card, but loading. It is your money and you shouldn't have to pay to load your card. The overall experience with the card is good. I have no complaints.

Use it Everyday! Recently married with a name change. Wish I could keep this card number. Was told I have to get a different card I have had this one for years. That's the only bad thing. Otherwise I love it. Very convenient.

I really like the ease of this card. The set up was easy, the customer support was good when I called in with a question on a transaction. There are only 2 things I dislike about the card. 1) I cannot use it at most gas pumps. The only gas station I can use it at the pump is QT. 2) When I go to places like for instance McDonald's, it will print the remaining card balance at the bottom of their receipt. I do not like everyone knowing how much money I have on my card.

So far so good... I haven't had any issues using my card. Only thing I don't like about the card is that I don't get the discount when getting fuel at Wal-Mart locations. I originally got the card for that purpose thinking that I would. Otherwise I am pleased with my experience.

I am a huge fan of all Walmart's prepaid card line. Very easy to purchase and use. Original card arrives with in a timely manner, with all information correct. This last time I purchased a new one, but still have yet to receive my original card.

I have enjoyed using this card for about three years. I can say I have had no bad issues. I do wish my card would give me % of gas purchases. Maybe in the near future, you guys can add an app that will allow you to deposit checks via phone. Like other banks do. Other than keep up the great service.

I would like to use the card at gas pumps. Also, ability to load at ATM's, saving the trip to Walmart. Maybe more "perks" like savings at Walmart for use, earn cash back. Compete with the other cards. Maybe after monitored usage and no issues, transfer to an actual credit card/combined prepaid.

Like the 2 day advance on the direct deposit. Thought there was not suppose to be a monthly charge if you have direct deposit set up but I keep getting charged - not a big deal just not what's advertised. See your Cardholder Agreement for more information.

I really like my card, direct deposit up to 2 days early is amazing. Haven't had many problems at all since getting my card back in November 2016. The app makes using it so easy and convenient. I would recommend and have recommended the Walmart MoneyCard to others.

The fees for doing any type of banking transaction (withdrawal, etc.) are too high. The card doesn't include a chip. The only useful thing about it is the cash back for Walmart purchases, which I have yet to ever receive. I switched to a local credit union for most of my banking, I only keep this for some Walmart purchases to earn the alleged cash back.

I've been a Walmart prepaid card holder for approximately 5 or 6 years. I've Had a wonderful experience, there were rough times in which I couldn't access funds, the inconvenience made some bills late. Handled most issues swiftly; card replacement, false charges. Enjoying the early pay check deposits.

Love being able to take care of all my business with this card. Cashing my check directly on this card. I like that I can check my transactions and see they are paid and see my balance. Better than a checking account and no hidden fees.

I have had my MoneyCard for quite some time now and really like it. The bill pay option and low monthly fee are great. I only wish I was able to receive my pay check up to a day or two earlier like my American Express Bluebird card. Other than that, it's a great card to have.

I like the card to pay bills online so I don't have to go stand in a long line to pay bills. The only thing I don't like is you charge $3.00 dollars every month and then another $3.00 to put money on your card shouldn't have to be charged for putting money on the card!!!

I am happy to be a long time Walmart MoneyCard customer. I really enjoy being able to use the money vault to put money aside. I often use the money vault to stash money for vacations or Christmas. I do wish it were easier to get a replacement card though!

Love the ability to stash and unstash funds when needed, the mobile app makes checking my balance a breeze, having my transaction history available makes keeping track of my spending simple and understandable, convenience of where I can use my card is amazing, and being able to load and unload at Walmart is a huge benefit.

It took almost 1 month to return a cash deposit that was held from Eldorado Casino. The hotel returned the $100 back to the card in 3 days. I didn't have a clue where the money was and why it was taking so long. I called customer service and they finally fixed it. Changes need to be made in this area.

My experience has not been the best period. I cannot use my card anywhere. I no longer receive text alerts anymore after I signed up for them. I do not get my deposit early. I never have. So saying that you are going to get it early is a lie. That is false advertisement. I have had to call to have my card reset before because it stopped working. Well it was declining purchases when I knew I had money. The ATM's at WalMart closes when the Money Center closes. That is completely inconvenient.

Takes days to withdrawal to pay bills. Why cant you automatically remove money from balance regardless of time you pay it. Keeping a mental reminder of what is spent is very hard. Other than that I am satisfied with you. Thank you.

No complaints. My direct deposit from work is always deposited to my card one day earlier than it normally would be and the card works great wherever accepted. Would definitely recommend to friends and family if they were looking into a pre-paid card. Keep up the good work!

I don't know why I should pay a $3.00 fee to cash a check at Walmart and ask them to reload my card and they charge another $3.00 so I stopped adding money to my card for this reason of it costing me $6.00. I would also like to have a Bank ATM that doesn't charge to pull money out. I shouldn't have to go into a store to purchase something to get cash.

I love my MoneyCard, though I wish the preferred cards like mine were still available. I also wish it was easier to change your name on your card. I love that I get my direct deposit a day early. I love the vault and the app.

I couldn't get a bank account due to my credit. I applied for the Walmart money card and been just as happy. It's convenient for my online shopping and bill payments. I also use my card for gas and rentals. This card is very is easy to load and I never had a problem with my card.

It is reliable. Every time I use it it works. I have had no trouble with my card. I can use my card anywhere and get money from it whenever I want. I can go anywhere to any store and it goes through.

I like my card but I do not see the discounts the card offer at your store. I also would like more locations to load my card. My friend has am thru your store and they offer saving on higher items and more locations to load. In my area, you are too far and I like closer location to do business during the week for quick transactions.

Have little or no problem loading and using card. Have been notified when a problem has come up. Use my card for bill payments very easy. Would recommend it to other people. When call for account information very good, always know what is going on with my account.

I have had a great experience using the Walmart MoneyCard. I even have a personalized photo on the front of my card. I have all my automatic credits set up for my account and use bill pay for some of my bills that aren't automatically debited.

I love my MoneyCard. I use it all the time. I use it to pay bills. I use it for PayPal. I wouldn't change it. I use it to order things online, for personal use. I use it to order things for my fiance. I wouldn't change anything about it except the fee to load money on the card.

On June 29 Walmart MoneyCard was hacked and they stole 449.80 from me of my disability money. I have had to do all the work, I have had to do all the communication to find out what is going on. It has been now 22 days and I still don't have my money back even though the case was decided in my favor. They refused to put it on the new card they had me go get. This has greatly disrupted my family's life. This has also made me look at safer and better options which I am still considering. And after being with MoneyCard since 09 you could say I am pretty damn pissed.

Easy for someone to take money off your card. It's not secured enough. Had to cancel my card at least twice and I suppose to get my paycheck 2 days earlier but that doesn't happen. I get my paycheck on payday.

I have used this card for some time now because I am trying to avoid having a bank account. It has been really good so far. The only thing that I would like to see changed is to have a choice of what the front of the card looks like.

I have had some issues before with Wal-Mart MoneyCard. I got charged 2x for them having "technical issues" with their systems. It cost me a lot more than the $50 compensation that they gave all cardholders for the inconvenience.

I was inquiring why the new money card site online doesn't offer the money vault option. I have tried several times to follow the instructions from the FAQ section but couldn't get the money vault option. I called customer service and within several minutes my question was answered.

I wish there wasn't a few to deposit money. To withdraw at Walmart should be free and ATM withdrawals from anywhere with a fee. Multiple cards under one login. Free shipping at Walmart.com. I have had a card for years and bigger withdrawal amounts especially with return.

Easy card to use. Able to use online without problems. Use this card just about everyday. Able to receive direct deposit a day early for payroll. Also load taxes with no problem. Only had one issue with someone stealing info, but was able to cancel and receive new card within a week. No problems. Have had this card for a few years now.

Your deposits are spot on and the availability of deposits and info on account online is great. I have alerts on my phone I really like and a app on my phone to check acct so I can watch it closely. I just wish they were chip for a bit more security. Thank. Keep up the good job.

I am very pleased with my Walmart MoneyCard. It is very easy to use and I love getting my money a few days early. And I just got bonus money for having 12 consecutive months of deposit. Thank you I will have my account for a long time.

My experience has been mostly positive, but the negatives have been big negatives. My account was once mistakenly closed by someone online. It's almost impossible to get refunds or stop payments, and it takes forever to get holds removed. I once had a rebate that was taken away, and I contacted the company three times about it and never got a response so I gave up. I like having it because there are usually no fees, and it can be used everywhere. I did get a second card elsewhere because I am unable to use my card like a checking account to pay rent like I can with my other Green Dot card.

We recently experienced identity theft and having a Walmart reloadable card was a life saver when having to pay for things with a card while the investigation was going on. Having to pay $3 each time was sometimes a struggle given the circumstances. However, it is one of the cheaper options. I was very happy with the card and will continue to use it as needed.

Walmart in Cheboygan, MI keeps changing their rules for reloading. I have always loaded at least $1000. And most months $1200 or more. Last month they refused to take $1200 IN CASH as I always load cash, and MADE me make TWO separate deposits of $600 costing me more for the reload. They said they will NOT load more than $1000 at one time. Those are NOT the rules of the card. If rules have changed they should be posted.

Whenever I have a problem they will fixed it with a fantastic attitude. They are very friendly. And some of them don't speak English language real good but you can understand what they are trying to say. All you have to do asked them slow it down so you can understand what they are talking about.

Good service / good card. The fees for loading are high. Should be around $3, not $5. Should give more varieties of card pictures/options. Should offer it to current customers. Customer service on phone is foreign - can't help it nowadays, but it is annoying being in the US and can't talk to American that I can understand.

I have always had a good experience using the Wal-Mart Money Card. The ease of use as well as the customer service feedback has always been great. I've always relied on the Wal-Mart money card for my prepaid debit needs.

I was upset to learn you charge ATM fees on top of the fees charged by the ATM owner. I am otherwise happy with the card. I wish there was a Walmart closer to me so I could use my card for rewards more.

I called and submitted claim form on July 8, 2017 about purchases made on July 7, 2017 in the amounts of $74.74 at Valley's and $6.03 at McDonald's. This is the second time my card had unauthorized purchases. Have shared incident with others and strongly advised not to use this card and actively looking for another financial institution.

Thank you Walmart. I'm very satisfied. I'm a shopper at Walmart. I shop at Walmart most of the time and I have the Walmart card as well. I get cash back when I shop there, which is a wonderful experience. When I shop at the other stores, I don't get cash back.

I have not a problem with my card at all. I had it for now 2 and half years. I got all of my check on my Walmart card. Plus I use my card to pay all of my bills online with out a problem. I very very happy with my card that I got from Walmart. It very easy to go and take money off my card also...

My Experience with Wal-Mart MoneyCard has been amazing. There's nothing to complain about. I only have great things to say about it mainly like how easy and simple Wal-Mart keeps it. The setting up process only took about 5 minutes. I love it!

I have had a WalMart Money card for about 7 years. I have never had any breach in the security of my card nor problems with customer service. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a prepaid card. It is very easy to obtain a card and check it.

Very pleased with the service. Just have one issue... wish you could still use Walmart atm to reload card. Sometimes customer service line is really long and I have to wait!!! You really need to bring that service back!!! No other issues with your service!

I have the most wonderful Walmart card, I can look back and check on my spending and see how much money I have anytime and anywhere. I really do Love this card. It's my number 1 card and oh god yes I will tell friends about this card. A matter fact I did tell lots of people about this card. It's the best and you get free money back with cash rewards. I love having my paycheck on this card. It makes it easier to pay bills. I like that my check comes 1 day early too. I wish that it was easier though to get the money off the card. Sometimes it's not convenient to go to Walmart. I also love that I can stash money so that I don't spend what I need for bills.

I like my Walmart card because I can pay bills and do online shopping. I also get my work payroll on it, which I find it convenient to get money then swipe if I need something. I just wish I could get more allotments in. It'll benefit me more fun.

The Walmart card is very convenient and useful. Because I don't really need a regular bank. The transfers I received were always on time. I can use it for all my shopping needs. The only problem I have is making sure that there is five dollars in my account when you take the account fee.

Everything was fine up until a couple of months ago. I used to be able to withdraw money from any ATM but now there are certain ATMs that I can no longer use. I get a message saying that this transaction is not allowed by your institution. I also am and have been signed up for text alerts, which I can no longer use either. I used text alerts quite often to check my balance by typing in bal6244. Now when I type that in I get a message saying, "the key word you specified was not recognized." I just re-registered for text alerts today and guess what, I still cannot utilize it as I still receive the same annoying message. Can somebody please fix these issues? Thank you!

Someone stole my card and you did NOTHING to make it right! I want my 800$ back! This company is terrible and no one speaks English when you call there to talk to someone. This company just out right sucks.

The only problem is depositing money. I wish I could use an ATM rather than going to Walmart to fill. I have 2 direct deposit and sometimes I need to make additional deposits. My student loan payment is not able to be deducted from this account, which also causes some problems for me.

I use the direct deposit for my paychecks. And the fact that I get charged two fees (total of $5) when I make a withdrawal, especially when I have to do it in two separate transactions, makes me want to switch back to my bank so I can withdraw my money for free.

Overall I happy with the card but not about ATMs and minimum deposit amount. Not that many ATMs in network so I end up paying $5 or $5.50 in fees just to withdraw money. On top of that the minimum that is allow for a deposit is $20. What if I don't have $20 but I do have $10, which is what I need to make a payment. I can't make the payment because I don't have enough to make the minimum deposit. That's just crazy!

My experience with Walmart card is awesome. No problems. Has had card for years. The quickest way to get money, send money and pay bills as well. Would recommend to family, friends and co-workers. I also use it for payroll and I have not had any major problems at all. Love my Walmart debit card.

Call customer-service to find out what my loading capability was per day-the lady couldn't even talk English well-enough to tell me what it is so I lost out a $100 actually $200 apiece for plane tickets because I couldn't put the money on my card. I had to wait 24 more hours. I think I still didn't get an answer.

I have been using my MoneyCard quite often. Just experienced that the store on Southern Ave (in Tempe, AZ) just recently stopped allowing customers to reload at check out registers? Required to wait in long line at customer service counters to reload card?

I've had my card for about 8 years and I've never had a problem with it! They know that my check is going in at the same time each month so they even pay me early! I can't use it as a checking account debit card, so I can't use it to send money or receive money on Facebook, but no big deal at all! I love my card!

I haven't had a problem with my card at all. I love it and I love the app. I like the way that it can lock and unlock stuff so it's pretty amazing and your money is always there. Fast direct deposit. No hassles. No problems. The only thing is I wish I would win that bonus money for having money in my vault.

I would love if there was a option where you could set aside a portion of your money every check. And if you needed it you could click and use the money, or you could put your leftover change from the dollar you spent into a account. That would be awesome.

I have had nothing but great experience with my card, customer service has been wonderful. The card helps people out that have gone through rough times and not able to get a checking account. More people like myself would benefit from having cards like this one provided by Walmart.

We have had our card for a number of years and have only had 1 problem. The problem is that they do promotions for people to join but they do nothing for people who have been loyal customers for many years.

I enjoy card but hate the fact I can't send money from my card to my son's Walmart card when I'm out state. We should be able send card to card. You should be able to send money card to card without any problems. If we can't do this I won't use my card a lot.

I have had my Walmart MoneyCard for a few months now, I haven't been able to activate actual card. Every time a call to set it up it states there is an error and to try again. You don't have a number to speak with an actual person. Also your people in the stores don't have any information regarding these cards to even help. It's extremely frustrating.

I was charged for two months April & May 2017 which my monthly deposit every month are over $1000. Which the payment were taken out the next month. I never had a problem with my Walmart MoneyCard. In the past, (2014, 2015) I was charged for monthly payment because of low amount deposited.

I can reload anytime day or night and no overdrafts or interest charges. I don't want a credit card that I can run up so I always know how much money I have on hand and the email and text daily helps also to know balance every day. When reloading money is available in just a few minutes.

The biggest thing that's a problem probably for me as well as all other customers is the duration of time you have to wait for a reload to show up on the card after loading it... I went to Walgreens and it took 30 mins for the amount to show up on my card... it's an inconvenience.

I have had a great experience with my Walmart Money Card. Everything is very user friendly and uncomplicated. I would recommend this card to anyone. If you are looking to add a card that is easy to use I definitely recommend this card.

My company does not offer direct deposit. The nearest Walmart money center is swamped during my lunch break --- I haven't tried the photo deposit reload due to the fact of not knowing if I would qualify for the express deposit or the 5.95 fee. 3.00 a week is already plenty to pay. If the photo deposit was made more convenient -- especially for an established customer -- it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I have found my experience with Walmart MoneyCard to be very well. I did have an issue about a year ago with how much money was taken out for the fee. Every month I thought they were double charging, turns out it was something else from a different company. Very satisfied customer.

I have had mostly a great experience with Walmart MoneyCard. However I do have a few small complaints: sometimes I can't access the online account for days because the site is down. I am supposed to have no fees taken out because I get direct deposit and in the last few months I have had $3 taken out for fees? I used to be able to save money at the Walmart gas pumps with my MoneyCard and now I get no discount. When I asked a Walmart clerk, they told me that the policy has changed and now only credit card holders get to save money. (This was one of the best features for having the MoneyCard). Initially it was good. I've used Walmart card for years, but lately, auto text message always come at different times, sometimes 4 am. The balance is never right. It stopped working at the gas pump. Had to order another card. If I still have the same problems, I will look around for another brand.

This card is very convenient, and easy to use. I get my disability check direct deposit so being on a fixed income the no fee helps out. I purchase money orders, have my ins. automatically paid by draft. It's very easy and makes my life easier.

I love the card. Very manageable!!! The Wal-Mart card is a way to manage your money without bank fees. I do send referrals. I have been with Wal-Mart almost a year. The customer service is great. I have confidence with using my debit card. One way you can improve... offer more services to those who are seeking to correct their credit.

When I got this card it was for my children to get money from me long distance. They grew up. I had 4 then. Now two. But when I tried adding my wife they limited 2 only myself and my daughter. Hence my wife tried to get own card. We put $20 on it. It would not be activated. Couldn't direct Deposit. And took fees. The pin didn't work, customer service no help.

For the most part I love my MoneyCard. The only complaint I have is that my balance shows up 90% of receipts which I do not like at all. I feel this opens things up for possible theft. If this issue could be resolved I would be much happier. So please fix this issue.

Customer service is kind and courteous when I call in with questions and/or problems. They are polite and respectful and work to find answers and solve issues fast and promptly. I commend their services. Thank you for all your hard work and services. I love the convenience of using my card.

Look I see lots of complaints regarding your card. This has been a great card for me from day one. No problems, direct deposit easy, bill pay. I hate banks. They are a rip off. Thanks for making this card available. Direct deposit days early. Who wouldn't like that. Thanks again.

I've had my Walmart MoneyCard for 5 or 6 years! Fees are lower than a bank and don't have to worry about my money. I can order online and make reservations with it and never worry because the one time my number was copied Walmart jumped into action canceled it, refunded my money that day and I had my new card within 4 days!!! BEST CARD EVER!!!

My card came in handy when I needed it the most. I was able to use it once the money was loaded. Called the number from my receipt. Hung with them and used the card. No hassle no waiting. In my book that is excellent. Yes I would recommend this card to my Friends. Thank you Walmart for the awesome experience.

I like my MoneyCard, but however I don't like that I can only load one thousand dollars at a time. It's my money, my card and I pay the fee to load it. I should be able to put any amount I need on it.

It cost $5 a month to have a card. 3 to $5 to add money to your card. ATM fees, login fees, too much money. It's not fair. Been a loyal customer. Add up all the fees over $100 in a year. Thanks but I would not recommend this card to anyone unless you have no credit.

I have pretty much had a good experience with the card, however I really feel the reload fee and monthly fee needs to be taken away as long as the card is regularly used regardless of the monetary amounts. Other than that, I have used the card for many things including paying bills and especially for the safety factor of not using a regular bank card. I can load the card with exactly what I need and not worry about someone getting the card number and wiping it out because of the limited amount of money in there.

I recently had my account frozen by the state of Texas. I immediately took care of the problem with Texas and they sent in the necessary documents to release my account but it took 2 weeks for this bank to do it. It would have been a much better thing if the people I was speaking to had spoken good English.

For the most part I like the card and now that I have direct deposit it works very well for me. I do wish there were a larger network of ATM's. The nearest ATM to me is quite a distance and that requires me to go to customer service to take out larger sums of cash. Overall a good experience, just would be nicer if I had better access to cash.

I love my reloadable Walmart card… It’s such a asset... and recently when I had false charges put on my card… If you could imagine it was extremely upsetting but, when I called the support team in a turmoil the phone representatives were always so understanding, patient, and helpful but most of all they were competent... which means my money was replaced and needless to say I AM A HAPPY, SATISFIED BELIEVER IN MY RELOADABLE MONEYCARD AND WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND IT TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS... I am pleased with the Wal-Mart MoneyCard. Only thing I feel that needs to change is different ways you are able to reload your card. I feel you should be able to walk into a Safeway or a 711 and reload it there as well. Other than that, I am very pleased!!

I have not had a problem using my card rather at the gas pump of Sam's or Walmart nor actually purchasing things on the inside of store. I am very glad that I purchased this card because it comes in handy.

Very easy and convenient to reload. The Walmart on Route 70 in Brick and the one on Route 66 in Neptune, New Jersey are very convenient for me and I use them both. I can also use and reload my card when travelling in the US.

Having this card has been great and convenient. I haven't had no problems using it anywhere or using it online. The money vault is a great thing. I use it often. The whole thing is just great all around.

The $5 monthly fee and $3 fee for adding funds is ridiculous. The one I have the most issue with is the monthly fee. Expecting people in this economy to have $1000 to play with is not likely to happen.

Five dollars a month for a service charge is understandable. However, after checking my balance I hardly had any money left to spend. To me 2.50 to find out how much money I had in my account was absolutely absurd. I didn't see that one coming???

Approx 3-4 times I have had to call in due to app not working. I have not once gotten a rep whom I can understand. Since my app doesn't always work I'm unable to access my vault and the reps tell me they can't help. I will be using this card another month or so then switch to a different company. Not once have I been satisfied with customer service.

When using this card it was great and a depend card for me and it help with my online shopping and great from paying bills online. This card is so great. And I will recommend this card to anyone who is looking for a great debit without the overdraft problem. Let you spend your that is put on your card.

I've enjoyed being able to use this card for my direct deposit. I wish I was able to use any atm and not just the ATMs at Walmart. It does make shopping easier than having to carry cash everywhere. Thank you for having such a card available.

I just wanted to say that my experience has been very enjoyable and the only thing that I can think of is the surcharge for using another ATM. You could also add other card designs and put a chip in the card. There is also the charges for not using the card and not having direct deposit.

I love how the card works. The only issue I have with my card is sometimes when I swipe the card it doesn't read. This usually only happens at Walmart. It works fine almost everywhere else. But at Walmart stores it takes 5 or 6 swipes to get it to read and sometimes they have to type in the numbers. 95% of everywhere else I swipe it it works the first try.

I am extremely happy with the Walmart MoneyCard. It is accepted almost everywhere and I have had absolutely no trouble whatsoever. I would and have recommended this card to people. You can rest assured that your money is safe and secure.

Upon speaking to customers service reps I received little information on small fees attached to my account, also I was hung up on and was told I pretended to not give authorization on the fees. Not good customers at all.

Since I had my card everything has been great. If there are any fraudulent charges they get taken care of quickly. I really like using it and would recommend it to anyone. When I lost my card replacement were out within days .The card is very easy to fill.

I have used my Walmart MoneyCard for over 10 years. The only problem I've had is disputing two transactions in all these years. The process isn't helpful. Also I'm not sure I believe in the stash giveaway. Never won, can't see who won!

I have been using your card for many years now and the two times I have had a problem your customer service has been very helpful and very quickly resolved the issues. I have recommended the Walmart MoneyCard to many other members of my family and many friends. To sum it up Love it.

Although the person who handled my complaint was courteous and patient I still think the parameters that she was allowed to operate within were a little shallow and should more realistic for the times we live in . Especially since GreenDot's error could've affected my credit score significantly had I not scrambled to borrow the money to pay my bills. So a $10 compensation for the headache I endured not once but twice certainly isn't suitable. Their However that's what GeeenDot considers a resolution - so be it!

I'm really pleased with the ease of use with my Walmart MoneyCard and I like that I can follow my cash back and my entries into the sweepstakes. I like having my savings catcher and Walmart pay connected to my card, it's convenient and it saves me time in the checkout line.

Since having the Visa debit card and being able to have my paycheck loaded onto it and utilize it as a Visa it's been the best kind of ever owned and I don't have people knocking on my door asking for payment or I'm late on my payment. I highly recommend having one.

There needs be a way talk to live person more easier. Customer service is horrible. Never can talk to live person when needing help. This needs be changed. Other than that it's ok. The good thing is the direct deposit is earlier and the app as well.

I have only had my money card a short time but have been very happy with the results and the service that I get. The card is very convenient and I get my Social Security check two to three days earlier than I used to which is wonderful!

I know the monthly charges and they never vary... love my direct deposit and I get my check sooner with it!! I recommend the Walmart MoneyCard to people I know and my family. Good Service. I wish there were more places (other than Walmart Store) to load money on card. I have direct deposit for paycheck, but it would be so much easier if there were banks that would load funds onto the card.

You need to implement the ability to add money to card at the self checkouts. I have to wait in line everytime I load my card. Self checkouts are almost always available. I also think that $1000 is steep on when you don't get charged for reloads. I think that if you have had your card as long as I have, you should get a reduced or 0 charge for reloads.
