I am very happy with my Walmart MoneyCard. No fee when I direct deposit $1000.00; I get my money a few days early; and I get cashback on all my Walmart purchases. The online services and app are convenient and easy to use. I use it more than my bank account.

I've tried many times to get a routing number and account number to have my monthly checks go into direct deposit into my Walmart MoneyCard through email and talking direct to customer service and NO help at all. Forget it. I tried 2 months and NOTHING!

This company is a damn scam! The Walmart MoneyCard states that you cannot use more funds than what you have available and that is a major LIE! It let me overspend then cleared it on my next direct deposit making me get behind on bills! Horrible!

The only complaint I have with the money card is the reload amount. If I can withdraw one thousand dollars at a time, I should be able to reload one thousand dollars at a time also instead of five hundred dollars at a time.

I love my Walmart card, just wish it didn't cost so much to reload the card, also not working at certain places is upsetting. I also think it would be easier if there was a way to get a card faster than having to wait seven to ten days to receive it. I do however like the fact that I get my check two days earlier.

I really enjoy my Walmart MoneyCard. It's pretty much like having a bank account but even better. I feel like I have full control over my money. I can use it everywhere. I can use it for hotels when my family and I take a trip. It also never lets me over draw. Which makes me pay attention more so I don't make unresponsible decisions. I get direct deposit. Everybody at my work hates me because I get my check the day before they do. I love it. There was only one time that my check didn't go into my account a day before. But no biggie. I got it on time the day I was supposed to be getting paid. I enjoy it. I don't have any complaints. I recommend it to everybody that I know. Also the Walmart company is pretty big. I feel Walmart is very protective with joint accounts like Green Dot. So I feel secure that my money is safe. I don't plan on going anywhere else.

It actually could not possibly be simpler. I was a bit concerned at first that there would be some sort of maintenance or hidden fee of some type. Nothing could be further from the truth. It's very straightforward. If you deposit $1,000 in a 30-day period, the $5 monthly fee is waived. Therefore, direct deposit into your account and voila! No fee at all. It is extremely flexible, there is a Walmart in every city that I travel to and I can get cash back up to the limit of my account at any register. I'm very pleased with it. That being said, I wish there was a way to do bill pay specifically to businesses that I do business with, or a way to add those businesses like an editor, or something. In any case, I have absolutely recommended the card to others already and explained to them how it works.

I really love the service I receive with my card. Hopefully more benefits will become available. I have given recommendation and I have no complaint... very convenient and dependable... I have had this card for awhile and use it for all my purchases.

The MoneyCard is a great card. The only drawback is having to pay three dollars to add money or take money off my card. The maintenance fee is three dollars already so I don't think that's fair to be charged to remove my own money.

My questions are always answered, there are no excessive fees and it is very easy to use; the card, the website and the mobile app. Overall I am very happy and I would much rather use my Walmart MoneyCard rather than have a traditional bank account.

I brought a Walmart card so I would not have to pay the three dollar charge, but I still get charged so it is a waste of time having this card. I will be getting a regular bank account which will not charge me for depositing my own money, and the five dollars is too much as well.

I love this card. It's easy and reliable to use. I love that I get paid earlier than usual. And I love that when you make purchases at Walmart, you get money back. I would definitely recommend this card to other people. I also love that I have one card and my wife has one card, it makes it easier for the both of us.

I love the card, it good for direct deposit and it pays you up to 2 days early. Just a good card. It pays you cash back for purchases, and very easy to reload! I can say I love my Walmart MoneyCard is my best prepaid debit card out of all the prepaid debit cards I've tried.

I don't want to continually be bothered with messages about setting up direct deposit. I'm happy with how it's set up & please stop sending me info to set up direct deposit. Please, please, please stop sending info on direct deposit.

No problems. I was able to set up an online account. It's cool you can slide to get current balance. I also like the vault feature of the app. I have only used the card for online purchases so far. I'm anxious to load at Walmart to save money in reload fees.

I enjoy loading money on my card... it's very convenient... it just like a bank card. I love it... it is awesome. Walmart should put the black money cards back in the stores. The checkers in customer service and also in check cashing says they do not know why you guys took the Walmart MoneyCard out of the store... will you please bring them back.

I enrolled in alerts. It is a good thing but they were coming two to three times a day. It should only come when there is activity in the account so I had to stop the alerts. No need to get them that often and when the card had no usage. If there is another way I could use alerts it would be helpful.

I love the MoneyCard, but since I bought it at Walmart, I feel I should be able to add money at Walmart for free. I shop at Walmart three to four times a week, I use cash more than my card, because of the three dollar fee I pay every time I need to put money on the card, the MoneyCard is great for when I order online or use it to pay one of my bills, that is not in the Berea, Kentucky area... I love the stash and unstash option...

No bad experience just inconvenient to have to go to Customer Service desk to load. Would be great to load at self-checkout or ATM. Customer service line is always too long. Would like to deposit my paper payroll check through picture without high fee.

I do need feel it is right to be charged a monthly fee if I am getting direct deposit. This is the only card that I have and I am on fixed budget monthly and three (3) dollars is a lot. If I wanted to have a service fee I would opt out of direct deposit and cash my checks at Walmart for the same amount.

I am highly satisfied with Walmart MoneyCard and everything Walmart does for customers. I am glad to provide my honest opinion about Walmart. Customers are feeling very good service at all Walmart stores. I prefer to do shopping at Walmart.

Have never had a problem with my card. Money always deposited when it's supposed to be. And never had to dispute any charges. Very satisfied with the customer service. Also like that I can use my card anywhere I shop and most places online. Very happy.

You're fatally close to acting like a real bank. My concerns are, if I want checks, they are cost prohibitive. Secondly that the no cost ATM machine in your network are frequently inoperable. I find both of these to be both inconvenient and troublesome.

I love the ease of used the card, but what I don't like is that you have to pay to put money on the card and is charged a monthly maintenance fee. It should be one or the other not both because we the consumers are losing over $5 for that card. Bank cards are less than that.

My overall experience with my card has been good. Like that I can get paid 3 days before my scheduled payday. It makes it easier for me as for as paying my bills. And the security in knowing that my account won't be affected by any unwanted fee late charges.

I have not had one single problem with this card and I've been using it for about 3 years. I use it for direct deposit from employment and tax refunds and I have every bit of trust for it. I have a second card that my husband shares and deposits his income on and we both can see statements on the website. It's great.

I love this card. Gives me freedom to do what I want without the hassle of banks and the problems finding locations because I'm a over the road truck driver and I've tried different cards and like this one the best. Thank you for the great service I receive.

I have big no issues or complaints with the Walmart MoneyCard. All my financial needs are met. I am able to send a check online and pay bills or make purchases using my card. My only issue is the cost to take out money from the card and having to pay to load as well. The reps at the Wal-Mart stores seem to have no knowledge about the cards they offer.

I needed a "card" for a specific purchase other than my credit card. This card worked well even if finally getting the "hard" card seemed to be slow. Transactions went smoothly. I will not continue using the Walmart MoneyCard as the monthly fee would eat up the balance of funds during inactivity.

I like the Walmart MoneyCard but I hate when they take off my money or the transactions on the card but it's ok for now. I like the card. I have used the card for approximately 5 years and it has always served me well. I see no reason to use another one at this time. I have my check deposited on it each payday and it makes it convenient to shop.

I use this card instead of a brick and mortar bank. Don't charge you if something comes in and you don't have the funds available. Paid over $4,000 in 1 year to our previous bank when auto drafts came in and my payroll hadn't yet been deposited. Also no monthly fees with the minimum direct deposit. I have a card for myself, another for my wife and one for our daughter, so if they need extra $$ I can easily transfer.

I have been a MoneyCard consumer since 2008, upgrading several times along the way. Even recommending your product to family members. Currently using and LOVE my 'black' card! The only thing truly visible is the VISA logo. Perfect security. No fees for loading.

We love using the Walmart MoneyCard as our primary debit card. The only issue I have is we use my card more often than my wife's and I have already been through 3 cards due to cracking. I wish they were a little thicker.

I had my acct hacked in April. It was awful because not only did I lose my money I had to deal with lousy customer service. I finally received half of my money. It took at least 2 weeks and hundreds of phone calls to finally get all of my money. It was a nightmare I hope I never have to relive.

I have always had a positive experience with the card. I have never had a problem with retrieving funds and as long as they are direct deposit never an issue with those funds. I have had issues with trying to add an IRS live refund check and also a live payroll check. Anytime I take a live check in to cash and add to the card there is always an issue at store level. It was very frustrating.

I love this card and all its perks. Since I have over $1000 deposited each month it is free to have. I love the vault concept same as savings. I have won the drawing once for using the vault, winning $25 that was a great extra. I also enjoy utilizing the bill pay. I have looked into other cards and none of them have all the features of this card.

I wish there were easier options to talk to a damn person. I was very frustrated recently trying to call. Also you state get paid up to 2 days faster with direct deposit and that's a lie and your system never has proof when it hits my account.

Customer service is horrible. Anytime I call, they have no idea what I'm talking about. I hate having one charge I'm unaware of & having to go through the last 5 days of charges. I have had to receive a new card multiple times, on top of having transactions declined that were on an automatic deduction because you "didn't recognize the withdrawal" that was supposed to be a bill payment.

I'm happy with my card, except for the cost to pull money off of it from any Wal-Mart location. Also it would be nice to have an overdraft option on this card. I would actually pay a small fee if you offered this option to this card type. Thank you.

I've been a loyal customer for several years now and there are few discrepancies with making transactions and coming up to date with current Credit Systems they've used in store. For instance the chip that is introduced now I found out that my card is not a real card or the bank is not a real bank so is hard to do some financial transactions. Also I feel that this cash savings is a gimmick. It doesn't seem real. My final infraction with this debit card is when I am using the telephone service. There is no distinction if I have a question directly to a customer service agent. It prompts me to go to cancel my card before I speak to someone. The automated service could be better. The customer service could be just a little better and their overall card could be better as well. Overall this is what I chose and I'm 50/50 on my choice of purchasing this card. The best thing about it is it's convenient and easy to use.

My overall experience with my Walmart MoneyCard card has been EXCELLENT however, I do have one major suggestion. I suggest that Walmart partner with the bank of the Walmart MoneyCard to allow cardholders to gain access to "Cashier Checks." This would compliment my banking experience with Walmart as it relates to this card.

I've had my Walmart money card for several years now and I'm extremely pleased with it. I use it to put money away kind of like my savings account. I love that with the black card I don't have to pay extra to add money to the card. Also I don't get charged a monthly fee because I get some of my funds from work directly deposited on the card. There are some companies that charge you a fee anyway. I'm very happy with this company!

I think your reward program stinks. You gave it to me then took it back. Caused my account to go negative. I wasn't going to file a report cause it could take several months to get my money. I'm still not happy about it.

I enjoy that the card doesn't rip me off every time I use it. The cash back feature is my favorite aspect of the card and I have actually recommended it to several people already. First, fix the text service. Haven't been able to check my balance in 3 weeks. Second, make Walmart to Walmart transactions available online. It's hard finding a Walmart that allows truck parking to send weekly. Third, have better service when getting replacement cards when they expire. The last one I didn't get till after mine expired.

I have had my card for at least 6 years now. In the time that I had it, I have been very happy with it. I would and have told many friends what a good card it is! I will continue to use it almost everyday!

My family likes the Walmart MoneyCard. It is very useful. We can finally get things from Amazon. I would recommend everyone to get a card. It’s one of a kind. It’s easy to use and helpful. I like the card.

My main issue with the card is the $3.00 check cashing few along with the fee for using an ATM along with the bank's fee for using the ATM. I haven't ran into anymore issues that I can think of, right now this card has done wonders for me.

My card allows MW to pay bills and anything else on time. I also like the fact that I get my direct deposit a day before payday. Makes it very easy and convenient for me. The updates and notifications is also a plus for I know when, where and how my card was used as soon as a transaction is made.

Overall I'm pretty happy with my card and services. My only complaint is the monthly usage fee which is kind of b.s. I deposit over $2000 into my account monthly and think that fee should be waived. Also if you are depositing an entire check... Not sure the check cashing fee should apply.

I needed a debit card for direct depositing my paycheck and for making everyday purchases and also as a backup to my bank account. It helps to keep track of purchases and it is easy to transfer money from my bank account to my Walmart card when I need to. The small monthly fee is worth it to have a debit card that I can use anywhere and I don't have to pay it most months since I use direct deposit. I have never had a problem with it and it beats a bank card for one great reason, NO OVERDRAFT FEES if you lose track of your balance. It will honestly reject any debit for which you don't have enough money. It suits my needs for a debit card to make purchases online.

So far my experience with my Walmart Money Card Green Dot card husband quite eventful. If I have a payment that's over $500 I'm unable to add the exact amount that I need. I have to make separate purchases for different amounts as in if I have a truck payment that is $934 I'm unable to put $934 on my card. I have to put two separate amounts that equals up to 934 so that means I am charged not $3 each time or $4 depending where I'm loading but instead I have to add 6 or $8 depending on where I'm loading it. It would be a lot easier if I could add money the exact amount of money that I need for whatever payment I have to pay for. I do not feel like I should have a limit to my adding deposit due to the fact that it is my card and my money. Other than that I love using my Walmart Green Dot card.

The text for balance don't work and you can't talk to a human to get help fixing it, the people who answer are very rude and hang up by saying, "We can't help. Go online." Then that doesn't work either.

The Walmart MoneyCard is a great alternative to traditional banking. It allows me to have direct deposit and to receive my paycheck a day in advance which is really a wonderful feature. I highly recommend this card to everyone.

I have had no trouble with my card. I use it as often as I can but here recently I have been unable to put my extra money on it. Due to the fact I haven't had any extra. I will start loading my card when my situation changes but for right now I am unable to.

I've had some issues with fraud and things but customer service always fixed the problems without issues. It's quick, easy and I love the fact you have vault. It really is like a savings account and you the customer controls it. Thank you for a service like this Walmart.

Trying to get wrongful charges removed is too difficult. I contacted merchant but nothing credited. This was for 2 Burger King charges made to my account for $4 something, and $24 something. I don't know what to do next to get credit for the transactions.

Hard to get help customer service has issues with English and has a hard time comprehending questions to be able to provide adequate service to the card holder... Money is easy to load and loads right away. So I am pleased with all of that. I use it for many purchases, because I know if ever a security issue. I only have limited funds to steal. Would have been a five star if customer service was not terrible.

I love my card except when I need to pull money off to pay my rent, it only lets me take off so much so I have to travel additional hour the next day to get my money. There should be a security I can give to let me take my money at once. Otherwise no complaints.

I didn't even have my card a month and was charged 5 dollars for maintenance fees. I received this as a gift and went to use it there 5 dollars missing. I will never use your cards again and will not buy them for anyone.

I like this card because I know what amount is on it and you can use it for everything. I have had the card for about 5 years, it also have one bill that I automatically pay with it, this is all I have to say.

I been using my Walmart card for well over 5 years now and have nothing but great things to say about it. Easier than a bank and I love using the vault! Only thing I wish is for more free ATMs. I want a customized picture for my card next time I have to renew it. Well that about does it!

As long as I can remember, I've been a customer for a good while now. I am satisfied for the services this card has provided. From paying bills to buying goods, I have not had trouble doing so (including online shopping). One of the things that has bothered me is that some ATMs were removed from certain locations (if not all). I thought they were useful, especially when I was able to deposit without waiting in line.

I love having my Walmart prepaid MoneyCard. The direct deposit option allows me to receive my money faster than my other co-workers. I really enjoy all the extra features, like having a vault (savings) where I can transfer my money instantly. The only issue I have is that I do not have a check book, but that is one of the things when you don't have a bank account. I also would prefer more ATM that do not have a fee to use. I have to drive too far to use an ATM that does not charge.

I am satisfied with the card. Just waiting for my employer to get my direct deposit to my card. Should be showing up soon. I gave them all the correct info, they have just been sending it to a bank I haven't used in over 3 years. Looking forward to my $25 perk.

Need more English speaking associates. The foreigners are hard to understand and they don't understand you. Yet they are courteous and proper. There are too many prompts to get to a live person. And feel it needs to be narrowed down.

I really like the way you can get my direct deposit fast so I can take care of family. It helps me pay bills on time and to save money so I can take care of important things and have to pay on a daily basis.

I have an online Forex trading account and I wanted to deposit some money but my card would not let me. Other than that I am very happy with my card. I really like the fact that I can get my pay two days early and direct deposit is great. I would like a more personal card though.

I love this card and the ease of use! I love being able to stash money and log on and unstash. The app is so easy to log on and I have been able to log on from many devices. I wish I had an ATM locator though. I have gotten this card for several other people as well. I even love being able to design it. Awesome.

I love that you can put money in your vault untouched. You can really save that way... I can use the card anywhere... I don't have a banking account. I love that I can take a pic of my check and deposit it...

Major security problems. I have my social security check deposited into this acct. Someone has already stolen $316.00 from me. After a month of proving it was not my charge, y'all reimbursed me the money. Do something about security procedures.

I had two accounts and two cards. There has been no way to access info about both cards on the website or the App. One card has now been deactivated. I still can't register or access the other card. Don't know what to do. I am getting text notices about my balance but I have no clue as to which card and I can't access them to find out. HELP!

When you really don't want a bank account but want to pay bills online this is a great alternative. On a day to day basis it's very convenient to have. Helpful. If you like the convenience of a card without the hassle, I highly recommend this for you.

Took me three months get money off card. I lost card. Ask for replacement then they locked my card. Wouldn't take my IDs. Finally had travel back to TX get my ID. Took about 3 days after I'd finally got my money but cost me my apartment and my furniture. I lost all due wouldn't let me have my money.

I love being able to access my direct deposited paycheck a day earlier than I normally would. I also like not having to worry about overdraft fees, over the limit fees or all of the other crap fees that the banks charge you. Now if you would just get rid of the $3 monthly fee for direct depositing less than $1000 a month, it would be perfect.

Really upset that as a valued customer it's okay to NOT inform me or any of your other valued customers of pertinent policy changes. Other than that I've been pretty okay with my service thus far. I would be more inclined to give a better review if I could understand the people you have doing your phone service.

Very poor customer service. I mailed to guys a dispute form, disputing a transaction. When I called, the lady didn't know what I was talking about. You guys need to keep customer service jobs in america. I hate this service. I plan on getting a real bank account.

I get charged a monthly fee even when I have the correct deposit amount from payroll. I always deposit the correct amount so this is ridiculous. They need to figure this part out. I like that I get paid a day early though.

I love this card. It's easy to use. The monthly fee fits my budget perfectly. I can use it anywhere for anything. I use it mostly at Walmart and for my online shopping. It's the only card that I use. I gave up my bank account and I only use this card for my everyday needs. I love it. It's better than I thought it would be.

Always gives accurate information on my account. I like that I can get any information I need 24 hours a day. The only thing I would like to see is every time I use my card I would like to get a text message where, how much, and my what new balance is.

I researched many prepaid cards before settling on the Walmart MoneyCard. The MoneyCard had the lowest overall fees with direct deposit. I have had no issues using this card anywhere. I will continue to be a loyal user/customer of this card. I haven't taken advantage of the stash your cash vault, but may in the future. Thank You.

Love it. I like that fact that since I have direct deposit, there's no fee charged for my card. I love the fact that I get cash back for Walmart and Murphy Gas station purchases. I like the convenience of still being able to use the card online.

I've had okay experience with my Walmart MoneyCard. Not the best. I've had my card info stolen 2 times in one year. I was reimbursed but still was very inconvenient not being able to use my money/card until I received a new card but overall I would say I've had a okay experience.

Normally I do not have an issue with using this service or card but the last week or so I have not been able to use the text options and that was an issue. I rely on the text features because of the promptness and that is needed in my world. Every time I needed to check my account I had to go online and that took too long.

Putting funds back on my card - I recently stayed at a hotel out of state that took too much money from my card. The hotel corrected their mistake but now Green Dot Bank is holding my funds. This is not right. I should have the money back on my account. It's been almost 2 weeks.

I am so glad to have my Walmart MoneyCard, it is how I pay all of my bills online. I have had a card for several years now and have always been pleased with it. When I have needed to contact customer service it has always been easy and I have always been treated well.

I like the Wal Mart debit card. Have had one since 2007. Never had an issue using it at stores, online, at gas pumps restaurant stores. Easy to load and us don't have a bank account so this card is perfect for me.

Getting the card was easy and activation was simple. I have set up direct deposit thru my work and am waiting to see the joys of that. It's accepted everywhere and I love that it's pay as I go. I don't know how I would have gotten paid thru work without this card.

Overall, I am satisfied with the Walmart MoneyCard. I got this card because I had many issues with typical banks. The fees associated with overdrafts, rude customer service, and other issues is what led me to a prepaid debit card. The biggest issue I have with this card is receiving emails with all of my account numbers visible. I have reached out to customer service about this issue but the emails still come. I opted out of emails in my account but they are still sent. I have had my email hacked before, so having visible account information sent via email is a huge concern for me. They are unnecessary emails, stating that my balance is low and to add more money even when funds are available. Customer service understands my concern but has done nothing to prevent this from happening. I just received an email days ago. If this issue was fixed they would have a better rating from me. I am also considering switching to another prepaid debit provider.

I have had my card for a few years now and I can say that it is convenient. However I don't like the fees but what can I do about it? Nothing! I had an issue once or twice with my card regarding transactions and trying to call and speak to a representative. However my issue was never resolved. I just said the hell with it. I am however, looking to do my transactions thru a bank. And I don't appreciate the fact that when you have to order a replacement card, you're charged for that. I have been a loyal customer and shouldn't be charged for a replacement card.

I dislike all the fees. No ATMs and I do not think there should be a fee for check cashing. I cannot get my payroll check cashed at all. Apparently because my name is hand written, while the rest is printed. Honestly I would have gotten a different card, cashing somewhere else cost me MORE money.

I've never had an issue with my card. I use it often. The only issue is that when my current card expires I can't find another one like it: with free reloads and no service charge if a minimum is loaded onto the card each month. I use it mainly for online purchases.

It's the best debit card deal sans the hassle of a bank/fees out there! Timely and efficient with the needs of hardworking consumers in mind. My direct deposits are always available before I expect them and this allows me to be able to pay my bills as well as do all of my shopping anytime I need to. I love it!

I am a retired teacher, but still work part time! I load the part time amount monthly from Walmart Visa card to assist in paying bills and orders from QVC and HSN. It's a very convenient way to handle the budget. The MoneyCard also controls spending when taking short trips!! Thank you!

It's works great. The only down fall is the numbers on the card, couldn't you make them a different color so it easier to see? Other than that great card, customer service is great when you need them, money is always on time.

I would like to see a larger percentage given as cash rewards for using my Walmart MoneyCard at Walmart stores, not only would it give me more incentive to shop at your store, it would increase my savings. I would also like to see my store bring back gas points, for every 100 points earned at Walmart I could get 10 cents off of a gallon of gas, just like Kroger's has for its customers using their cards.

Cons: That it's a minimum $20 to load the card. Extra $3+ to load along with the $20. $5 monthly fee. Pros: 1-2 days prior deposits. I like the card but I really wish the reload was cheaper than $20 and then we have to pay $3+ extra... I don't understand that. I feel we should be able to load whatever amount we want just in case we're short on a car payment and can't put $20+ dollars on there.

I'm currently without a bank account and the money card has been an excellent tool to utilize while I'm in between bank accounts. The app is easy to use also and I like that. I also like the stash feature! I have found that to be extremely helpful with squirreling away funds.

I love that I get paid early from work, I don't have to deal with overdraft fees and it's just all around the same as having a bank account except without the hassle of a bank account. The only thing that I would say is a downfall is that some apps like Acorns, I'm not able to use because I have a prepaid card not a bank account.

Excellent... I never have any problems. If I do it's always taken care of. It's very easy to check your balance. The card an is very convenient. It's the best prepaid card that I ever had. Just a good experience all around. I would recommend this card to anybody. I just love my Walmart MoneyCard.

The fees for reloading the card are ridiculous, I pay $3 every time to reload plus the $5 monthly maintenance fee. That is ridiculously stupid to load a card and still have to pay fees. This needs to be changed, also there should be more places where you can load the card. I hate having to go to Walmart every time I want money on my card.

I like the card cause you can handle money better and when the money is not there you can't buy what you want and if the money were there then you can spend on everything and with the card it will help you handle money better. I love it.

So far... I have been very pleased with my WalMart MoneyCard. There are two things that I would like to see happen. I would like to be able to cash a personal check. I receive personal checks from my clients and I would like to deposit those checks to my account. I would also like to have the ability transfer funds from my PayPal account to my Walmart account. I really like the online banking opportunities. That works well for me. Every transaction is clearly outlined. It is very user friendly to manage my money. I will recommend the Walmart MoneyCard to others in the near future.

Money always goes on my account early. I love that. Also love the rewards program. Never have to worry about my money not being there. Overall Walmart MoneyCard is great to have. Will definitely recommend to all of my friends.

Easy accurate and safe. Low fee. Get my check two days early. Wal-Marts are everywhere which makes it easy to pull off lump sums at a very low fee. The MasterCard is accepted everywhere. Very low monthly maintenance fees. Customer service are always prompt, fast and friendly.

I have had no issues with the Walmart MoneyCard however knowing the date on which the monthly service fee is going to be taken out would be helpful. I use my card to pay bills and sometimes the monthly fee comes out without my knowledge and then I am short on my total needed for bills. Then I have to add more money onto the card, costing me more money in the long run.

I have seen several small charges that I do not recognize. Overall great service. Really helps to budget money. Most of all I enjoy the early paydays. Will definitely advise others to get this card. To avoid the banks fee is the biggest reward.

No nothing to complain about. Happy with the service. Train them a little better in dealing with loading the cards. When a customer is loading the card, should ask if the AMT is the total + the fee or - the fee. The only bad experience was loading my card. Told her $80 less the fee (+ $77). She added the fee, came to $83 which took almost 30 minutes to cancel the wrong transaction.

I was happy with my card but about a year ago I started have problems with my direct deposit. They actually return my check to my employer twice or my check would take 2 week to show on my card. Nothing had change for this to happen. That is when I stop my direct deposit because I could not trust it to be in there when it was time for my pay day.

The Walmart Atm is always down and there are no stand alone arms. That would make it 4 1/2 stars for me. No fees for deposits would make it 5. I've been a customer for almost 10 yrs and some fees shouldn't apply.

I love my Walmart card and would definitely recommend it to others. I liked not having the service fee when I was working. Great card for almost 3 or more years. I have had issues and those were resolved in a timely manner and in my favor. Excellent.

It's great. I haven't had any problems with loading funds also the funds are available within minutes. I love it. You can also pay almost any bill online. I have the black card so it doesn't cost to load my card. Some of them you have to pay to load but this one you don't.

I am always pleased with Walmart. The only thing I can think of is removing/reducing the loading fee at $3 a shot, that can add up during a month. Maybe something like $3 the first time each month and $1.50 after that. Just a thought.

I love this card but wish I could load more than $1000 on it. It does exactly what I need it for. It's always easy to load at any register and I can use it anywhere I need to. I need to get one for my teenager so that she can securely carry money and safely order products online.

Called about a charge that I did on Friday, 7/14/17. When I placed the order it said would be express mail delivery. So I email to find out the status I was advised 3-7 weeks. I called to for a refund and was advised that there was nothing I could do.

The Walmart Money Card is extremely convenient. I have my check from work direct deposited straight to my card days earlier than I would have received it normally. Easy and hassle free! They have even made checking your balance simpler with text messages straight to my phone when my money is available! Thank you!

This biggest issue I have is the poor quality of the material used to make the card. It breaks in less than a year and being on the road 30+ days at a time, it can be a BIG problem. Plus charging me each time to replace it. Last time, it took over a month to get it and I had to call 3 times. Other than that it's a good card. Just please make it more durable.

I have had a card for over 4 years now. I love it except it does not link with Samsung Pay. I like the rewards program and the ease of swiping at the register. I have gotten my kids cards because of the ease of loading and they can track their money.

I love my card. The convenience and the ease of use anywhere. The ability of direct deposit is awesome. My husband and I both have our paychecks direct deposited to our card every week. No more wondering when our pay is going to post. The only problem with it is that the monthly service fee has went from $3.00 to $5.00. I have used this card for about five years. For the most part it's a very easy, user friendly card. At first we were not able to direct deposit our paychecks (because of the employer), it was very difficult to load money. I was told it could be done at any register. However, every time I went shopping, I would check out, ask the clerk to load my card (even as a separate transaction) and they would always refer me to the Money Center. Created a huge hassle and caused me to wait in yet another line, except now with groceries.

Okay, easy to load. But they could improve. The daily balance is not always right, sometime give wrong amount that 2 to 3 days ago. Should also let you load more than 1000. A day also should be able to use out of country.

With this card I don't like the limit it has. I also would like it better if it had a chip on it. Other than that I like my card because I can use it basically anywhere. I also would like to have more than one card just in case I misplace it or want someone in my family to have the spare card in case I need them to use it if I get in a situation that I'm unable too.

I have been using the Walmart card for several years and have had excellent service. The only real problem I have is with the online card service. I had two cards and could check one online. When that one was cancelled by Wal-Mart, it will not delete it online. Since the online service will only handle one card, the online service is now worthless to me as I can not use it. You need to find a way to let us remove old cards. That way we can put the cards we are using on the online service and use it. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

I figured since it's a Walmart card there would be no charge for using ATM located in Walmart. I was wrong plus you get charged to put cash on card. Personally I believe it would be smarter to be able to put money on card free of charge. No matter what I do with card it feels like I get charged for something every time I touch it.

My experience with Walmart MoneyCard is great. I always get paid 2 days earlier which is amazing and super helpful! I don't like getting charged 5$ a month though. Sometimes that makes me go negative because of it. I wish I would got the black card that only charges 3! But other than that I am very satisfied with the Walmart MoneyCard!

I've had money taken off of my card several times. I've had payments not come out of my card several times and cost me loan fees. You all just had a poor management system and you kind of suck. I guess that's what I get for being poor and not being able to have a bank account. Somebody use my card to pay a Sprint bill and you all allowed it. Told me basically screw me. You suck and everybody in your customer service department barely speaks English which also sucks.

Since I don't have a active checking account. I purchased a Wal-Mart money card over 4 years ago. I use my card for direct deposit, also to pay my bills online, shop online groceries etc. I highly recommend this card to everyone. If you ever need help their customer service is awesome. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!

Your customer service is horrible. I have never called in and gotten actual help. They are never helpful and refuse to answer the question you ask. It's horrible to even try to call your call center. They are rude and always put the blame on the customer instead of trying to resolve the actual problem.

My experience overall has been ok. The card is a good alternative to a bank account as you can use it just like a checking account. It's convenient to load at CVS when you don't have time to stand in long lines at Walmart. The major flaw for me is the lack of detail you are able to obtain for certain transactions. Another flaw is customer service. Needs a lot of work as the operators are never willing to help even when you have proof.

Everything is good. I use it for online stuff. The only thing is I never received my permanent card. But as long as this one works it's ok. If someone wants to contact me to fix this, that would be great. If not I will continue to use the card I have. Have a great day.

Very good experience and I like the discounts but wish it would give you the same discount on gas like the gift card. I just enrolled in the direct deposit so we will see how that will go. Overall it is better than I expected. I would tell all my friends about it.

I have not had very many issues with loading my card and when I have they were resolved quickly. I love this card but one thing I would dearly love is to make the numbers easy to read on the black cards. I make a lot of mistakes because it's hard to see.

I love my card. When I first bought it I was told that there was no monthly fee for this card. That's what made me buy it. I understand it cost to supply customers with cards but I do wish it didn't have a monthly fee. I'm very satisfied with the card and when I have questions all of them are answered very well. I have had a great experience using the service and no complaints. My paychecks are usually in a day early which is nice. The locate a atm feature on the app lets me find a fee free atm to withdraw money.

I love it. I have no complaint about it. When there was a problem, it was taken care of immediately. I did learned about use an ATM machine. It charges me to use an ATM machine twice; one by used my debit card and other was charged by the bank. I don't know if there's any ATM machine would charged me once, not twice. Otherwise I don't have any complaint about it. Also I have checked my balances easily on my cell phone to make sure there's no overdraft. I would recommended other people about the card.

My experience has been awesome. I am looking for a new job and when I do I will use the card again. If I get extra cash it will go on the card. I wish you still had the cards that have no money to load. You guys did away with them. My husband would get one if you did have them still.

It's great. Just wish would give a cash back on all purchases or at least free atm. I also wish we could use a over withdraw or a line of credit if you're using direct deposit. I think if you should send us a credit card linked to our account and make it a low balance.

I have been put in a compromise because one of your Murphy stores decided to do a credit and not debit which disrupted my funds, also my account info slow to post next day. I like dealing with Walmart because I do like most services and stores.

Only negative about the card is when I try to load more than $2500 to the card and I am unable to. Also would be nice to be able to draw money off the card at Walmart service desk and also not be charged a fee.

I think it's stupid how you have a limit on 5 transaction only a day... I get many deposits a day sometimes more than 5. And I can't?? That's stupid. So I had to go and get another card where there isn't any limit.

I have had the Walmart prepaid card for years, I haven't had any issues with it. In fact they notified me of unusual activity on my card the same day it accrued. They cancelled that card. Ordered me another one and investigated. Very Satisfied Customer!

My employment paychecks are put into a direct deposit account with you in order to get my money a day or 2 beforehand. And for a while it did happen like that & was great! Now... I don't know what's going on but it's delayed more and more, so I may go elsewhere.

It makes it very easy to control and it works great for me to use it too many times to work on the money and the time to use them for the next update to get to my point where it works better with the money's worth buying the item and the package to buy the full version. Have a pleasant day!

Love the earlier deposit of Direct Deposit and easy to use site even though sometimes have to login or verify twice for some unknown reason. Great monthly fee amount. Don't really like the new 300 dollar daily withdraw limit. That didn't seem to be there before cause I used to withdraw more than that before but other than that easy to use and reload.

I've tried repeatedly to use the mobile check deposit by taking a picture of the check and submitting all the correct info and it's been denied every single time and I've even had to get new checks issued because of it. I even had a $896 check from Green Dot bank denied and the Walmart card is through Green Dot bank. I've literally had nothing but trouble and have received zero answers as to why. Extremely frustrating.

I like the services however I can't speak with a live person. Nor am I able to log in online to receive deposit information. Would like assistance with online help. Need to sometime speak with live individual from time to time. Don't like having to pay to get cash from Walmart stores.

My monthly or daily balance is not updated for 3-5 days after any transaction - ie loading/purchase. 3$ extra monthly charge unnecessary with continual loading fees. It's not possible to get a refund back after purchasing - it won't go thru from the seller. I use this card minimally - mainly for monthly gym membership because my gym is notorious for overcharging/mistakes.

I like having a Walmart MoneyCard! It keeps me on top of my money. Having the app is a big plus as well. It lets me see what I have spent and what has came out of my account! Anytime I have had an issue it was taken care of right away. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

Love it. Only bank I trust. Would like to see limit raised above $2,500. Use it as my bank card with direct deposits. Rewards & kickback is great. Only thing I dislike is at some stores shows balance as gift card. But that won't stop me from using card.

The only problem I have with Walmart MoneyCard and I have it consistently is when I call to check on my balance. They always tell me to enter the last 4 digits of my card number and when I entered those last four digits correctly they always tell me it is an invalid entry and it most definitely is not an invalid entry.

I love my Walmart money card! I just wish that I wouldn't be charged $3 every time I reload at Walmart. This makes people mad considering they are reloading at Walmart. Issue #2, I think overdraft protection should be offered. Especially if you have direct deposit.

Charging $3 to load your card is ridiculous. Maybe reduce it as time goes by. Charge to load and withdraw seem like much. Otherwise pretty simple to use. Accepted everywhere. Quick to take your money but up to 2 weeks to get it back.

In about the three years I've used the Green Dot Money Card through Walmart I have been very happy with their service as I receive automatic deposit and I get my benefits early. Plus I can appreciate the vault as well.

I like the fact that the black Walmart MoneyCard can be reloaded for free at Walmart. It cuts down on fees considerably. I also like the early direct deposit of my paycheck. The blue Walmart MoneyCard that I have had for quite a few years now is the only one that I can make international purchases, so I find this card useful for that purpose.

It used to be very easy to check my balance. I would check it via text message. It's been a few weeks since this feature has been down. I called customer service and they said it wasn't working at the moment. It's a little inconvenient to call and check my balance. Other than that, no complaints.

The Walmart MoneyCard has been great but I wish you could load money onto the card by scan in business pay checks like some other banks have on their app. Right now we have to cash the check at Walmart (cost $3 each time we do that) then pay the $3 loading fee to put the cash onto the card so that's $21 a month we pay to put money on the card plus the 5$ monthly fee. I'd be cool to scan the pay check in and get the funds in 24-48 hrs because not all businesses do direct deposit.

Very easy to use card and easy set up for the direct deposit feature. Being paid a day earlier has been a blessing for my children and myself. I love that the most. The alerts for low balance are perfect for protection causing me to login to my online account to check my account balance. I feel safe using my card with the pin option. Wal-Mart should develop a card for customers who need credit repair. Overall I wouldn't trade my Wal-Mart prepaid card for nothing. It's simply the best.

It's been 2 years now since I have it, specially to buy stuff online, to pay bills, go out with family. I never got issue with it, with it you are always in budget. I used it everywhere I go. Definitely something that everybody should carry either on your purse or your wallet.

It has never worked at the pump to get gas. When I called about it they told me to just keep trying it. Still doesn't work. It easy to add money and convenient but I don't want to deposit my paycheck if I can't use it everywhere.

I will say that this card is very useful whenever I go to shop or withdraw money. I haven't had any problems with using this card this far. I will continue to use the card. The only thing I wish that this card could help build up credit. Hopefully in the future this card would be able to help people build up their credit score.

I have for the most part have had a great experience with my account. One time I called to check on a charge and they shut my whole account down and was unable to get item and I was heading off town which was extremely embarrassing. Also there a glitch that if can't get my money out of my vault at times.

Direct deposit - I am very satisfied with the timely manner this is handled. My transactions are credited to my account. The notices I receive in my in mail and the ability to go online and access my account any time of the day. Thank you for your service.

I have had nothing but good experience with my card. Wish I didn't have to pay the service charge when loading my pay check on my card. When I purchased the card it says free loading when cashing your pay check. It started out free but now I'm paying three dollars each time.

I love having this card to use for online purchases. I have money sent to my card via direct deposit so I have no fees. It's a great deal and very easy to use! I feel comfortable with this card and also like that I was able to use my own photo on the front of the card.

Notified when deposited. Card does get worn out with the metal strip and security number quickly before new card arrives. Would like to see check cash fee waived if cardholder and depositing a check without having cash back. Have had problems with direct deposit and was able to have issues solved.

I have had a card now for years. If I ever have a problem with money being taken off without permission, it is refunded to my account within a few days. I will recommend the card to everyone. I am very happy with the card.

I love that I can get paid before my actually payday but I HATE that every time I swipe the card at a restaurant it shows my balance. It's even on the store copy of the receipt and I don't feel comfortable with them knowing what's in my account. I think it's not fair and unprofessional that it's displayed for everyone to see. I feel as if it's important to have privacy and it put me at risk to become a victim of fraud. PLEASE FIX!!!!

I like Walmart MoneyCard. I don't like the fact that my card was hacked and you didn't tell me. I had to find out after all my money was gone. I feel that you should have caught that and then contacted me to let me know that there was some fishy activity going on.

I enjoy the MoneyCard, as when you load it, it works. Easy to know your balance. Do not need to call, just look it up. Walmart employees are kind to help you load the card. I enjoyed the machine too. But none are in the Walmart, in Plano, IL.

Lots of issues. Don't qualify for gas discount at Walmart gas stations. Can only put <$1000 cash on card, add'l amounts require additional fee. Daily emails with balances are rarely correct. Can't be direct deposited to by many other things such as PayPal or Square. In effect you pretty much are no better than any other 'prepaid' card. Only advantage is I can add money at any Walmart.

I love the direct deposit and the "put your own money besides your pay check". It also is convenient when you can't be accepted at a bank firm. And it fast and easy. You can also pay bills off of it just like a checking account. Very simple. Thank you for approving me your service.
