Overall my experience is great. I am able to use debit as well as credit. Direct deposit 1 day earlier than my usual pay day and Wal-Mart ATMs are free. My only issue is that the $3.00 to add each time you want to deposit money can get a bit costly.

My card was charged 5 dollars a couple of times that ended up being very inconvenient and embarrassing at checkout. I'm not sure what the fees were for since I have money directly deposited twice a month. Must be a minimum deposit amount that is required.

Initially I was really excited to use this card as it was intended for my daughter to use who is minor while she was out of town and this card was going to be a way for me to easily provide her with funds. However the process turned out to be very complicated and took an extremely long time to set up. Without the card, it's almost impossible to load it with money. Most financial institutions frown upon these type of cards so my bank gave me a hard time about EFT's. I asked all the questions of the person selling the cards at Walmart and she assured it was all a smooth process which was far from. Additionally the monthly charge on the card actually put us in the negative which is also unfortunate. I will canceling the card as soon as we exhaust all the funds from the card.

The Wal-Mart Money Card is the most satisfying banking experience I have ever had. I bank where I shop. I love it! There are never any returned checks and bank over charges. What else can I say. The Wal-Mart Money card fills my every banking need. Thank you.

I have my social security retirement and my pension both deposited to my card and so far it has worked fine. I've had this card for years and really like it. No problems so far. Customer Service is okay but needs improvement. Can't really understand some of the representatives.

I have "stashed" money before in the vault and not been credited when "un-stashing" it. The vault will show a "0" balance but the amount did not get added back to my available funds. This has happened twice. I no longer use the vault because of it.

I have had a great experience in using this card. The only con that I have, is that you can only load $2000 a day. This limit should be increased to the maximum amount allowed on the card of $7000. Outside of this, I have not had any problems when using my card.

This is way better than having a traditional bank account. I love the cash back rewards and also the vault. It's a great way to have control over what I spend. And also have control over my savings. The second cardholder option was also a big plus for me and my wife. I will most definitely be recommending this card to ask of my friends and family!

I'd like to say my experience with Walmart Money Card has been great. Reload card to pay my bills online or over phone, got my state and federal and property tax return on my card went through with no complications. Love using my card to buy things online. And I only paid a dollar something for the card. Very cheap which I love. It's my main card. Wouldn't trade it for any other debit card! So I'd rate my experience a 5 stars. Absolutely love it!

I have been with Walmart Money Card for over 5 years now. I receive two difference forms of income, via Direct Deposit, and I am very satisfied with the services. I never have any discrepancies with my account that Walmart Money Card is reliable for. If I do have any issues regarding a purchase that I didn't make, the Customer Service Department is always very easy to make contact with, and they always resolve any issues that I may have. I have recommended Walmart Money Card to everybody I know interested in a re-loadable, prepaid account.

I love being able to only load what I need and safely purchase items online without fear of being hacked. My personal debit/credit card was hacked and from there they wiped out almost everything I had in my account. Bank didn't help much because by the time we realized what was going on and how, it was too late to get all my money back. When I need to purchase something online now, I feel safe knowing that I only loaded what I needed.

I sometimes have trouble when trying to scan my card for transactions. I need to know how I go about getting a replacement card. I don't want my card deactivated while I waiting for a new card. I use it frequently and have automatic deduction set up on it. So it is urgent that my card not be deactivated while I wait for a new one.

I love the card. I just don't like the 3 dollars reloaded fee that you have to pay every time you reload your card. Other than that the card should have some different looks for you to pick different kind of card like breast cancer awareness or a flag or something different.

Fee for card is high. And I had a transaction that I didn't do and I'm still waiting for my refund that should of been done long time ago and it's been almost a month. Horrible experience. I would not tell anyone to get this card. As soon as I get my refund I will be cancelling the card. And going to a different one. Customer service people when I call need more training as well.

I've used Walmart Money Cards for my direct deposits and purchases exclusively for over a decade. Through the years I'd had occasional issues with erroneous charges, etc. And my concerns have always been handled with immediate attention and a satisfactory resolution. Recently, the cash back program provided us much needed money when we encountered an unforeseen circumstance that, otherwise, we would not have been able to overcome. I am a huge promoter of these cards and this service, and I will continue to utilize them for all my transaction needs.

Works good for ordering online. That is mostly what I use it for. Have had the visa debit card for over a year. I like to upload a couple hundred dollars on it at a time for ordering products online, that way if some unscrupulous company tries to debit an unauthorized automatic payment they may not be able to.

I have had no issues with this card or with its services. I do not use a bank and I am thankful that this kind of card and service is available, they have many different options to choose from. I will always use it and have recommended it to many others. Very satisfied.

I made 14 phone calls trying to get paper copies of 3 of my statements. I was told they were processed 4 different times because they were not received by me. I was told it would take 7 days and I was told it would take 14 days. I even got Corporate involved because I was so angry. He said he would send them but I never received this either. I would have printed them out myself but no one not even technical support could fix the problem with my online access. I needed these documents for a court case. It took over a month of me calling to keep requesting them. I have been a customer of yours for a long time and as of next month I will no longer be a customer because of this.

I Card in invaluable to me... I have no other card nor bank account. I use it to purchase everything. I have automatic deposit, so it really makes life easy for me. I never have to do anything for money access. Thank you Walmart.

Excellent customer service! Accuracy with loading money on card and billing. I will continue to use this Walmart pre-paid card and refer my family and friends. I have used my pre-paid card during all of my travels throughout the United States. One of the better pre-paid cards on the market today.

I do not think that there should be monthly fees on top the load fees and unload fees. Also lower the price of the fees. Otherwise I love the card and the ability to not have to carry cash on me at all times to pay bills.

I've had a Walmart card quite a while now. It's very convenient and really saves me a lot of time in my day to day activities. I love being able to pay my bills over the phone or via internet.

Good job, I have had no issues with this aside from the one time when there was money taken from this and it was quickly returned. Thanks so much for all the work you put into this. My husband recently got a second card for our acct and it helps when I don't have mine.

Pleased with MoneyCard. Ease of use, tracking expenses. Used primarily for food budget and has proven very useful in meal planning and tracking purchases. Easy to reload card and app allows easy tracking of expenses. Using the vault/savings aspect of the card allows for saving to be used on larger purchases (use at Sam's, large meat purchases, etc).

I will say my experience hasn't been great with Walmart from allow charges to happen with unauthorization to being told no reimbursements when it was a huge loss of close to $490 in the past to most recently still allowing terrible services.

I've never had any problems with my card. Very satisfied, but the only problem I had was when I try shopping online some sites don't take prepaid cards so it's kind of hard when shopping online. Other than that I satisfied with the service. And wish to continue.

I have no complaints with the card besides the Fee that's taken out every month without notice of when every month it will be taken out so I can be prepared. Other than that I love getting paid 2 days early, it truly helps when I technically don't get paid till that following Friday.

I was sent an email requesting that I rate my experience with the WMC. It works great for my situation. I get my checks direct deposited, I can get a cash advance anytime using it as a debit card and when I use it to purchase things at Walmart, I get a 'cash back' bonus for money to spend at Walmart. I recommend it to my friends all the time and have suggested it to employers as an easier payroll option, to just get folks cards and deposit their checks directly, many quality accountants and firms prefer/require that.

I have been a card holder for six year or more. I love it. It save me time and money. No hassle or anything. Don't worry about banking fees, or maintenance fee. Customer service is great. I won't leave home without it. Thank you Walmart Money Card for being there for me.

I have had nothing to complain about. Only praise since I've had this card. Nothing could be easier, two days early on payments and bill pay is easy. AWESOME... Sign up. Got the card on time. You can put a few dollars in your vault to save each month or whenever, it has a great mobile app where you can check your account anytime. I continue to receive great service while using my Green Dot Card. Usually the customer service is on point and very helpful. Most recently I stopped getting the text showing my balances on the card, but that seems to have been resolved.

I really enjoy my Wal-Mart card a lot because I'm disabled and it makes paying my bills easy on me and not only it makes it easy on me, I am raising three of my grandkids. When they want something it's easy to order over the internet for what they want.

My experience has been OK. Although I am highly dissatisfied with the customer service and reps. They are rude and will not help with any issues. All times I have called I was told they couldn't help me that there was nothing they could do. Very displeasing.

Great product! Reliable and easy to use. Direct deposit is received faster which is a plus! The only negative thing I must say is that my balance shows on most purchases. That's the only thing I would change. Overall, great service!!!

I have loaded a few cards that I had to make payments that day and twice it said your systems were down and it would take 2-3 days to verify the funds when I had a receipt saying I loaded 81.00 or 85.00 on it. And I was late paying a bill twice now so I changed companies. I can't afford another 35.00 late payment. Already GreenDot cost me 70.00 bucks in late fees and you can't get a human on the line to help you. Always automated crap.

I've been waiting for a new card for now going on a month. I ordered it online and put in the correct mailing address and it still sent it to the old address and now all my bills are late because I can't get any type of access to my funds to pay bills. I will be opening up a new account because this is crazy.

I love my Money Card. I use it everyday. I have my check direct deposited on it every week. I've never had any problems loading it or using it. I think it's great. I get text messages almost every time I use it. I know my balance.

I really like the card. I have never had a problem using it anywhere. I like the idea that I can always find out if a payment has withdrawn using the Walmart Money Card Green Dot page. One time I had a charge on my card and right away it was handle with ease.

I enjoy my Wal-Mart card! I use it everywhere even to check out movies from the red box! There are no hassles when making my purchase at any store. And I can go to any ATM to withdraw from my account. I recommend to my friends to get a Wal-Mart card because there are no extra fees like other cards.

I have the best card, but it isn't available anymore. It has the vault option, rapid direct deposit (if available) and I've had minimal issues. I can re-load at WalMart for free or at a couple other locations for 3.95 which isn't a big deal to me for the convenience since I rarely do it. Overall, I've been pleased for the past 2 years.

I would have given 4-5 stars but my experience when my card was hacked brought my rating down. For some reason it took way too long to get my money back, plus all of the charges were ridiculous. And even though I met the minimum deposits, I had to dispute a monthly charge that shouldn't have been put there to begin with. I wish they would take more priority to getting replacements out instead of assuming everyone can live without money.

It has allowed me to be able to put money on the card and pay my bills without having to buy money orders and buy things online. Whenever I have to call them they are courteous and helpful. It has allowed me to send money to my brother when he needs it.

I have used the Walmart MoneyCard for close to 2 years and never had any problems with it. I have always been very satisfied, and would recommend it to others. The loading is very easy, and I have never had problems paying anything with this card.

The card is very easy to use. The only hard part is trying to remember my password. Makes shopping online perfect. I plan on using the card more often. My overall opinion is the card does what it says. The money is secure and I can look at all transactions on the go.

I don't like having to pay to load or get cash on the card. I so enjoy the ease of using it. I would like the ability of purchasing gas at the pump. It is hard to determine how much to pay at register to fill tank up. Tried repeatedly to get additional cards and customer service kept sending me a new card closing the other card which left me without access to funds.

My experience with Walmart customer service was excellent. I got the information that I need to expedite my process. I am grateful for having the service so readily available and informative. I would recommend WalMart to the public for their readiness to assist with accurate information.

I really don't like this card being that they charge every time you want to reload it... I'm thinking about just giving this card up and opening me a real bank account... I don't recommend this card to anyone. What I do like about it is the customer service. They are very helpful.

I like using this card. My only problem is the balance texts are not always correct. I'll receive a text with a balance then go to use my card only to have it declined because the balance is not correct. Other than that I like my card.

It has been good to me. I enjoy it. Only complaint would be I tried stopping $125 payment and was told by Customer Service they couldn't do it. The place taking it had to do it. Other than that my experience has been good. I recommend it to a lot of people.

I love my card except when I go out of town I can never seem to find an atm to get money out of for free. It would be nice if more atms were free. I hate having to pay 2.50 or 3 dollars. It adds up quick and when on vacation it sucks.

I have only had one bad experience with this card so far and it was how the money center cashier worded the issue that Walmart was having an overall issue that day with taking money off of their cards, if she would have worded it this way it would have been different. Other than that I have been completely happy with all transactions to do with this card.

I had a charge on my card that I did not recognize, the support I received was stellar. I had the charge reversed, and a new card in just over a week. My only issue is that I would like to upgrade to the black card with the vault, and I'm unable to find it in store or get an Answer online.

I love the convenience of having my pay downloaded. Without having to use a conventional bank. It's easy to use for online purchases and bill paying. Thank you! I tell everybody I know to get one, so easy to use. They get paid a day earlier too. I love it.

For my purchases and pay my bills it is super convenient, one time I felt very disappointed when someone used my account to purchase a software equipment for $75.00, it was the only time that I had a problem. Since then I been very skeptical and cautious leaving certain amount of money in my account for the same reason.

I love my card. Never had any problems with it. My money there early. I can use it everywhere. App tell all info needed. I love that my card has my name on it. I just found out I can get checks. That's so convenient. I have recommended this card to co-workers. They have went out and got this card because our work card has too many fees.

While checking my account I noticed an unauthorized purchase. Called Customer Service to report and it was suggested I cancel the card but I wouldn't have access to my money for 7-10 days. But I could transfer my money to another account so I bought another card and had the money transferred. It would have been helpful if I had been told that the Vault money would not be part of the transfer. I was told to wait for the replacement card to transfer the Vault money to the replacement card. The Customer Service reps were pleasant. I talked to four different reps trying to resolve the situation. I was surprised that someone else could my card without a pin or my authorization. My understanding was that Walmart MoneyCards were more secure.

I love you all. Company is the best. No problems. No worries. Been the best card I've ever used... you all continue doing what you are doing. You will love it but all in all the company needs more people like you around the world.

I had some issues with my online access to my account and could not be recognized or log in to my account online. After many attempts thru calling for help, I was told nothing could be done, I simply had no access to my account online, that I could always call for any needs or questions.

It is a great card, I use it everywhere. The only issue I have is when disputing a transaction, they close the dispute without informing you and when a dispute is finally completed it takes for ever to get your money back from the dispute, 90 days, way too long. Customer service on this should be better and friendlier.

I don't think we need to be charged to load the card and to take money off the card. We need to be able to take more than 400.00 off at a time. It would be nice to have different designs on the cards also. I would like to be able to use my card anywhere anytime.

I like the card itself but the customer service is horrible. I like that the direct deposit is available up to two days prior but the fees associated with this card are ridiculous. Why are customers charged a fee when using a Walmart ATM? I wouldn't recommend this card based on the excessive fees and the horrible customer service.

I was unable to set up a bank account because of past credit issues, but this card has helped me in so many ways. I am able to pay for things online when I was only able to make money orders before. I received my card within the 10 days I was told I was going to receive it, and the card looked great. I have used it for everything from food to gas, and making purchases online. IMO, it works a lot better than the bank cards that charge an outrageous fees for doing the same thing I can with my Walmart MoneyCard.

I love my card. Absolutely have had no problems at all. The direct deposit is my favorite feature. I get it a day before my payday. Having this card saves me so much money knowing I don't have money in my pocket. It is all stashed on my card in my wallet so I can forget to spend it.

I'm overall satisfied with the card services especially how I can access my account anytime and see my transactions/balance on my phone. However I do at times hope that I can reload my card and other retailers other than Walmart as it can be more convenient, and time-consuming when it comes to my family, and daily routines.

Currently switching to another account for automatic pension deposit due to $3 monthly charge for depositing early. This is the most Ridiculous thing I can think of. $100 limit at check out means I have to divide groceries into 3 checkouts to get the cash I need for cash expenses. No ATM in store that works that is fee free for cash withdrawal. Plus records not available for previous year.

I really enjoy the feature offered of stashing some cash and actually having it count towards saving some money and the possibility of winning a prize. My only problem is that I just cannot seem to leave the cash stashed in the vault.

Enjoy being able to check my balance at anytime, love my direct deposit and being able to use my card anywhere VISA is accepted. Knowing your limits on a card has made it so much easier to manage my money. Thank you!

I have nothing to say except positive things about my experience with my Walmart card. I've never had a problem using it anywhere and it uploads right away so I can use it immediately. I use it often and it works always. I have transferred money on it also and have never had a problem. Their customer service on it has been pretty good, and I like how I can check everything online. My wife has her work check out in it every two weeks and has never had a problem, it's always there at the same time. Very reliable.

My card is okay but I wish had with a chip. But my card I have to go and see a cashier for put gas. Need that to be fixed. It's great having card. Oh the direct deposit needs to on time. Beside all this that I'm going thru with my black card. I hope with this helps.

The card has been very helpful! I wish that there was a way that funds could be transferred same day from a bank. I like it very much. It replaced a previous card that was no longer available. I have had it for almost 2 years now and surprisingly have not lost it yet. LOL.

I absolutely love my card. I love the fact that I can have my paycheck and government refunds direct deposited on it. The best part is my money is on my card the day before payday. I don't think I would have chosen any other card company. Thank you.

I think there are too many fees associated with card. ATM fees are extremely high. And also don't agree with the daily limit on being 400 dollars. I think it would be a good idea to have a Customer Loyalty Program. I have been with you guys for over 5 years and the thing I experienced was bad customer service.

I found the customer service representative knowledgeable, helpful and ready to assist in any way they could. I am impressed! My problem was solve immediately and I have renewed confidence in Walmart MoneyCard. I have shared the experience with friends and family.

I like the card because I get direct deposit on my card. What I don't like is I set my card up so I get text alerts when my money is deposited to my account. That has yet to happen. So I always have to call in to check my balance and to see if my check hit.

Like having the card. Dislike other charged fees to put money on the card, get money from an ATM (get charged by bank and card). Dislike 5.00 fee if you don't deposit enough during a month. Waited a months to dispute 3 separate charges, haven't heard a word on any.

I love my Walmart Card. I don't have to worry about overdraft charges. I know exactly how much I have. I get rewards cash that you don't get with a bank. You can use it anywhere you go. It is also a savings account where you can stash your cash. And you can transfer it with no problem.

I was told via phone that there was $17 left on this card but when I tried to spend it the card was denied. That was embarrassing. I am not feeling encouraged to direct deposit my paycheck. Blah, blah, blah, oh, and the silly rules.

Walmart Money card is a good card to purchase if you need to make quick online purchases, the downfalls about the card is the fee they charge to load the card and the monthly maintenance fees. I feel that if you're loading the card constantly like I do that the fees should be waived. That is my only complaint about the card, other than that it is a good card to have.

I've used a money card for many years and overall have been happy with my service. My only complaint is the employees you have working in the call center. I have had to contact the call center for a number of reasons and they are unemphatic, and difficult to understand at times. I've also found them to be incompetent. I feel as though Walmart did not take the time and train their employees on the benefits of good customer service. Furthermore, Walmart put into place their policies with money in mind and not the value of their customers.

I have issues with the balance printing out on receipts. I never understood why it does that. I have issues going online trying to view my account activity. There could be more ATM's that you could use that does not charge a fee for usage.

I went out of town and literally had to borrow money due to the Walmart card not having a chip in it. Many places are phasing out the swipe actions and are chip only. These cards need a serious upgrade.

My experience has been a positive one. Easy to load, easy to navigate. I would like to see an option for special savings (vacations, special purchases, Christmas, etc.) to automatically be withdrawn into a separate account. Otherwise, all interactions have been positive.

I use my card for lots of things. The only 2 problems I seem to have are (a) the ATM at the Walmart Fresh Market (where I reload most of the time) doesn't have an ATM where I can deposit cash (so I have to deal with people) and (b) I keep getting emails about wanting me to set up direct deposit, where my boss basically says it will be a very cold day in a very warm place before he offers DD.

I was extremely disappointed with the performance of your customer Representatives. High inadequate and uninformed they were. They're basically useless tools. They didn't have any answers for me. My card still isn't here and it's been over 12 days. I couldn't understand what representatives are saying. They didn't speak clear English which I don't know why anybody would hire people like that who couldn't speak clearly over the phone. I just overall was extremely disappointed with customer service, and I didn't want to rate any of your stars but I had to submit this.

I use to be able to text and get my balance. It now tells me the Keyword you specified was not recognized. I have used Balance 7992 to get the balance for the last 5 years. This has made it really hard for me to use my card. If this is something I will no longer be able to do I will be switching cards, I have been very happy with my card otherwise.

Happy with the ease of using the card to transfer funds and to pay bills etc. Also the ease in sending money from one Walmart to another is so much cheaper than banks and the post office and more dependable.

Your security for the card is terrible. I can't call and talk to anyone because your option is to shut down my card and make me wait two weeks for a new card. I can't wait like that, I've had this card for well over 6 years and I will be getting rid of it here soon tired of having my money taken from me.

I had a very good experience with this card. I have gotten other cards and they eat you up with fees so all in all it the best prepaid card out there. So if I was to get a new card it would be a Wal-mart Green Dot card.

I like it for several reasons, I can only put what I need to on it, and that way I can use it to order things online and not worry that someone is getting ahold of my personal banking info. Plus I can never spend more than what is on it. NO overdrafts.

I got a job a few months ago and am required to have direct deposit. I went and got a card from you and had another card on my account and it literally took 3 weeks to get it straightened out with the call center. It was a disaster.

I have had this card for almost 10 years and never have had a problem with it. I have told many people to buy this card over any other prepaid card. As I work at customer service at Walmart. People are pleased to hear about this card and be acknowledged about this card.

I have a really hard time managing money and tend to overdraw a lot. With this card, I don't have that option, and it's great! Plus, I get my paycheck a day early! I've never seen a retailer that will not take this card. The only downside is that no matter how much money you have on the card, you can't use it for things like hotels/car rentals.

I've never been a fan of banks. With my Wal-Mart MoneyCard I can put money into the vault just like a savings and get direct deposits like a checking account. It's fantastic. With direct deposit it's also free for me. I tell all my friends to get one. It's really helped my life.

We are very happy using the card now for over 10 years. The MoneyCard is our main deposit destination account for both my wife and I. We both have our checks direct deposited... So we don't have to stand in line waiting to deposit money. Also, there is no overdraft fees, which is headache free.

Service is ok but they would not give me my 25 dollars for direct deposit over 200. Not satisfied!!! The person that I spoke with had a very unprofessional attitude and wouldn't let me speak with a supervisor. I was hung up on and had to call back only for another disappointment.

I have had a pretty good experience using the card! The main thing I want to see changed is more ATMs with no charge to get my money! Other than that the card has been very useful to me in many ways. I get my direct deposit a couple of days earlier, which is very awesome! I have recommended this card to a bunch of friends and family!

I love the versatility and easy use online account. I like the availability to "stash" money as well and the promotion I have received. Also it is a huge bonus that I receive my paycheck before my actual payday, makes paying and managing money that much easier.

Very easy to sign up, and easy to use. I have never had a problem. I just wish the money would load sooner like some other prepaid cards are offering. I was thinking about switching for that reason. Sometimes I think banks don't release the funds and hold them for interest.

Very happy with how to use and load card. BUT I had the info to text to check on card and the system keeps giving me an error screen saying, "The keyword is not recognized". Never had this problem before. Did you change how to do this and why were we not informed about the change. It is important to your customers to be able to check their balance. Thank You.

This has been a great experience. I have direct deposit on my card. No hidden fees or charges. I can access my money anytime, and I have a great way to keep track of my money. I also get cash back on some purchases. I wouldn't trade it for anything. Thank you.

I love the card however, I wish I could use it for PayPal, Lyft, and Uber. Please make this available and I will continue to use this card or I have no choice but to change bank accounts. PayPal, Uber, and Lyft are vital to my everyday activity.

I have used the money card for many years. You cannot use the card internationally which is a concern and there are times when I dine in restaurants and it shows my balance which sometimes it is a pretty big balance because I get my payroll direct deposited and this is information that I don't want published. Other than that it has all been good.

It appears to be geared to lower income. I suggest that you have one that is geared to a higher income individual with more benefits. I believe this is an untapped market. It should be flushed out to a full-service financial experience.

I'm very happy with the service and recommend it often. Adding additional money is simple and the Android app and website make it simple to track purchases and expenses. I hope my response has been helpful and I look forward to continuing to do business this way for a long time.

Every time I have an issue even when my card was stolen and another time when I had a false charge, Walmart has always made it better and never made me jump through hoops to work out my issue. That is why I have closed down all my banks accounts and only use my Walmart card now.

I don't like the fact that all ATM withdrawals have a fee. I am mostly satisfied with the card itself. I really like the stash and unstash feature. My deposits are always enough to waive the monthly fees which I like as well. Extra fees at an ATM to withdraw my own money doesn't make sense to me.

I like that I can use my debit card anywhere and that I can get direct deposits and take money off of my card anytime. One improvement would be the website... It is never able to tell me my balance or other info. That part of the system is always down.

I have been most pleased with the service of the card, it works everywhere I go, it's neat and trendy, and it is so safe rather than carrying wads of cash around. The card does decline at some places because they cannot figure whether it's a gift card or whatnot but it's always good to have.

I have had a very positive experience with my card. No complaints. Customer service has also been great. Only contacted them twice but they were very helpful. Love the promptness of my direct deposit and promptness of posting balances and ability to see when I used the card.

Good for direct deposit. We get our money sooner. Quick, efficient, and accepted everywhere. My husband and myself enjoy it. We use it for everything, and everywhere we go. When we were victims of identity theft, they help us clear the matter up quickly.

When I had called on 7/11/17 to report a transaction that was done. I was told to wait until 7/19/17 to have it returned. Now I have to wait 10 more days before anything done. I feel if a cardholder calls about a discrepancy it should be handled right away. If Walmart card wants to stay equal or better than the bank institution.

I really have not had any issues with the card. It works for me just fine. Any time I have called about something with my card I have received answers quick. I just am wondering if I ever could get a bank statement every month.

Sometimes I don't get a text telling me that money was added. I wish it would notify me when withdraw was made. To check out on the website on your account works good. And the security questions I like when you sign in. So far I haven't noticed a problem.

I have found this is an excellent way to loan money to my child in another state and get paid back. It is simple also can be used where every Visa is accepted. Only need to direct deposit on this card now.

Most time when I try to check my history, the only response I get is, "Sorry there was an error"... The direct deposit couldn't be better... and it is easy to use for purchases... in store and on line. To me, it is more convenient than a bank. Thank you.

I think the $3 that I have to pay at WalMart to put money on my card is a little high considering as soon as I put money on it more is pulled off. I paid $23 dollars to put money on an account and was only able to put $13.00 due to charges.

I love the access of the card. My problem is with the money centers. Customer service is awful. I wish there was other ways of loading your card. I don't like the fact that I get charged a 3.00 fee to load the card and a 3.00 maintenance charge.

I like my card but I get aggravated about having to pay 3.00 every time I need to put money on it. I run a lot of money through it every month so I don't think I need to pay an extra 3.00 to do it. Also, I use my card at the gas pumps in front of Walmart and I should get the 3 cent discount but I don't.

We love the fact we can use this card as a checking account. Pay bills online is easy to work through and set up auto pay with this card. I had no problem with setting up direct deposit and I get my check early.

I really love My Wal-Mart card. I get paid 2 days before all my coworkers and it's just great!!! I get to get all my bills paid early! That is so nice.. I can stay ahead of everything that way... Also it's accepted everywhere I show. And I get cash back from the stuff I buy at Wal-Mart.

The fee is too high each time you load and the text shortcuts will not work when texting bal** or hist**. Very frustrating having to reload the card every 500.00 dollars and pay another fee again if you are needing more on the card. And the text options are very frustrating as well.

The daily balance alerts that come in are not accurate. Have to fight every month to get $5.00 maintenance fee refunded. This is bull because I have a minimum of 5-6 direct deposits each month. There is always a hassle to get refund. Overall the use of the card is easy. Don't understand or like the $3.00 fee to load cash to the card. If I reload at a Walmart it should be free.

Love the direct deposit feature. Easy access to account online. Easy to pay bills and access to my money faster. I use it every day either purchasing gas, groceries, any place that Mastercard is accepted. Not like a typical checking account. Do not have to worry about overage charges or bad check.

The only complaint that I have is that I am not able to use Samsung pay or Android pay. This is vital, as Walmart is not the only place that I shop, and I would like to have the opportunity to use EPay options at other locations.

Hi. I love WM card. I use it a lot especially at wm. I would love to be able to design my own card. I don't like the blue. My own picture would be great. Even paying a one time fee like NetSpend (4.95) offers would be worth it if I can have it a picture card.

I love this card, but all of a sudden, it is charging me monthly fees, even though I deposit over 1500 dollars each month!! So please correct this issue, and you will definitely receive no less than 5 stars from me.

When you using my card at restaurants I noticed that the balance that is left on card is on the bottom of the receipts. Also being charged to deposit money on the card, even when I go into a Wal-mart store.

I love the deposit time frame and Walmart ATM locations near my home and work. What I think should be updated is editing ATM withdrawal amount and easier access to contacting customer service for assistance. I had a challenge with paying my bills at one point and was told that I couldn't take out the amount that I needed. When I contacted customer service it was hard for me to get a live representative and when I did, I was frustrated because she was extremely rude.

When I tried to load a check and cash at the same time on my card, I was told the check and the cash had to be separate transactions and that I would be charged separately for each transaction. The ATM at Walmart also charges a fee for withdrawals. I was told the other day that there is a $20 minimum deposit but sometimes my mileage checks are less than less and if I take a photo of check to deposit, the funds are not added for 7 Business days.

It’s been about two years since I began using the Walmart card & although it isnt perfect, it’s a great option. The only issues I’ve experienced is my alerts have stopped coming to my phone even though I updated, it’s by far too experience to withdraw from anywhere else besides Walmart, and sometimes it doesn't update transactions immediately.

I like the convenience of the card. However up to a month ago I was able to send a text and get my balance. Now when I text bal** it text back the keyword is not specified. Really wish they would fix this problem. Also wish I could load card in more places..

I have always had a wonderful experience with my MoneyCard. No issues about using it online or in a store. The only thing I have had problems with is when we go to Las Vegas for vacation, which we do every year, I cannot use my card when calling to book reservations.

I've been with Walmart MoneyCard for over 5 years. There's been both good and bad times using this service. I think the security could've been better. I had to switch cards a few time because my account was compromised. I have been waiting on owed funds and have had issues with money being deducted from my account through third party forms. Which I didn't approve and I just lost my money. I continue to use the service because it's convenient for me to pay my bills.

Everything was fine. Until the end where my account was hacked and someone wiped out my account. I was notified and it was also blocked but they still allowed the transaction to proceed. Someone sent money before it was even in my account. Very dissatisfied with their security.

I have my direct deposit go on my Walmart card. I hate the fact that every time I want to get money off my card, I am charged $3.00. When you deposit with a National Bank they don't charge you to get money off your ATM card. I have had my card for quite some time and I have paid many, many $3.00 charges. I go into the Walmart store to get money off and I feel cheated every time they charge me $3.00. I really have no assistive to keep having my direct deposit to go on the card. Some people may not mind being charged but I feel cheated. Those $3.00 charges have added up over the years. Please consider changing that policy.

I love my money card. This is the best card for me. I can pay all my bills, and go to any Walmart to reload my card if needed. Plus I can use my money card anywhere I go. I just love my Walmart MoneyCard.

Having a Walmart Money Card has been a very enjoyable experience. It is made it easy for me to have my paychecks direct deposited when that was available from my employer. It has also allowed me to make online purchases from Walmart.com and other retail stores or website. I’ve only seen A few instances where my card was declined for whatever reason be it pre-paid or what that's why it doesn't get five stars! Overall a great prepaid debit card!

I love my card. I really love the fact that it won't allow my account to be overdrawn, if I don't have enough for something I can't get it, I love that feature, and yes I do use it at Wal-Mart a lot, another plus is that money back after 12 months.

Best card I've had. I like that you don't have to pay to keep your money on it, you don't have to pay a fee to load your card. Would not trade my card for nothing. Great card wish I had one more just like it!!!

It is just for the Internet. It works great for that. I can put as much or as little as I want. I enjoy looking on Amazon and getting anything I want and putting the information in and not worrying about it.

I really like Walmart MoneyCard. I can add funds quickly at any Walmart stores with ease. My deposits from my employer gets onto my account very quickly. I can use my card online, or anywhere in the United States.

Don't like getting $3 charges to load my card. And since it's through y'all so to say and use your ATM inside Walmart why am I getting charged a fee at the atm also!?! At one point I needed over a 700 for bills to pay and I was only able to pull 300 at a time. So that became 2 more fee charges. Just taking people's money if you ask me.

I feel it's not fair to charge a fee to load our card, and then also to have a fee taken out. I mean $3 may not sound like a lot, but I have tolled all these fees I have paid for years and the ones taken out too. I would have been sitting pretty too.
