I have not had too many negative experiences with my MoneyCard. I love that I get my direct deposit a day early, however when I've had to call and speak with a representative, I could barely understand them and had to repeat myself many times.

I am very pleased with Walmart MoneyCard. They are very expedient in resolving issues. The customer service department is courteous and friendly. My social security check is always on time. I would recommend this card to anyone seeking efficient service.

Been great. I got hacked twice. Bank caught once before they got money. Next time they reimbursed me. It has account number and routing. It's great on direct deposit. I would recommend this card to anyone. I like it too because you can't overdraw your account.

This has been the best pay as you go card I have came across. I love how I can use it for direct deposit and was able to load MY tax refund to it. I never received the $25 promotion you guys had going but that is OK. I've recommend the card several times.

I would like to have more options when it comes to being able to add money to my card. For instance a Wal-Mart to Wal-Mart option that allows the receiver to have it transferred directly to my card. There used to be an option where I could have someone else deposit money or transfer money directly to my card. It is far more convenient than having to receive a money order then put the money on my card.

I love the easy use of the card. I however do not like the fee associated with it when I need to add money to my card in store. I have a direct deposit, so I don't see the need for the fee to add money to it. I don't mind the monthly fee as much, but the limited ATMS where it is free to get money out can be a pain sometimes.

Good. No problems. Helps me keep track of where my money goes like that I can go back and see when bills were paid so I don't get over billed. Easy to use, friendly and no over charge fees to worry about. And would recommend to some one to help get their money on track.

There was at least 5 different times I was charged an ATM fee on a machine that the location came up on the app and also by texting. I opened tickets only to have them closed with no explanation. I was a customer for several years and I felt very disappointed that I was just ignored.

I love Walmart MoneyCard. I feel like the online option is great and I don't have to pay a fee to use Walmart Money Center for withdrawing money. It would be nice if the ATM offered the same option at Walmart for Walmart MoneyCard holders as I shop at the Walmart on 401 E Capitol Dr and there are always lines at the register to purchase something and even at Money Center a very busy location. But anyway I'll take this service over a bank any day. No hidden fees or worrying about overdrafting. Just awesome. :) Keep up the good work.

Use my card as my bank, it works perfectly for me and my needs. I do direct deposit and get paid 2 days earlier which is handy when money is tight. Like the vault too, helps to set aside money for the necessities.

Always easy to load card. Either at register or w/ customer service. Convenient. I'm always on the go and dont like lines at the bank. And I can use my card to reserve hotels and cars rentals. Convenient and easy for people on the go.

I love this card. It allows me to get the part of my paycheck that I direct deposit into to post 2 days before my other bank acct. I have had no issues at all with the card or the service. The mobile app gets better and better with every update. With my direct deposit the card costs me absolutely nothing in fees.

I like the convenience of the card, but it's not accepted for a lot of the online services I use like the App Store/Apple Pay or Uber. This is the only thing that is increasingly frustrating about the card. The main reason I need a card is for online payments and I keep having to hold my breath to see if a particular site will accept this particular card or not.

I had no cash, and I had to pay a bill so I looked up on the Walmart site and found out where I can find the logo to get cash from a ATM with non-payment for the service. I notice at all the credit unions carry the logo. So I was able to get the bill payed without paying a fee.

I obviously like having my Walmart card because I've had one for years. There must be some disadvantage. So here it is: can't use it like a credit card for these surveys that pop up and you have to participate in the silver and gold. It's not honored. What's the point of having your name on it when anyone can be me for a day if they find my lost wallet. Also no credit reporting. At least how often it's active or something, otherwise once again why have name on it. Can't use in every situation.

So far so good, no problems with it. Very satisfied with the service. Been very happy with how it has worked for me. Hope the service will be as good as it has been or better even. Very convenient to use & always reliable as well. Hope to keep using it for a while.

I haven't had any problem. Just don't like the fee... I am on a fixed income and I need every penny. Other than that I'm happy with my card... I also feel that there should be more MoneyPass ATMs. There isn't one where I live.

The fact that when you reload your card at Walmart you are charged. When I withdrew money from ATM in Walmart I was charged. When you withdraw money from cashier you can only withdraw so much. I think like $200 whereas the ATM in the store is $300 and you get charged.

I have really enjoyed my money card the past few years. It works anywhere and I have my checks direct deposited to it which in the recent past was an only option for a paycheck. I will continue to use the services and tell anyone I can about it, it's convenient to have.

Love my card because I can buy online and it's easy to load money on my card and Wal-Mart center desk people are very helpful with the understanding of the the card. I would like to say thank you for selling the cards and at a very low cost. So again thank you.

I love my card. I would recommend this. It is convenient and safe. ** This is my third card. I just wish that when your card expires you could just get another card without having to get a new one. Just keep the same number just new card.

Great card, use it all the time. Easy to set up, easy to use. Direct deposit is awesome, 2 days before and very quick transactions. Love customer service also. They're very helpful. Nice way of using card. My son has one. I've already talked 3 people at to get one.

It is very efficient for me and helps me handle my business. All my expenses for personal and business. I use it when I travel and online. Have had this card for many years and it works for me with all that I need it for.

I feel they should not charge a fee to reload card. Other than that I like the card. I like getting paid earlier. At least you do not charge a few to obtain your??? I wish there was a design you could pick instead of being all blue...

The only thing I don't like is ordering from Walmart online pick up at store, you don't take my card. It really upset me because I can use it online at other stores. Everywhere but Walmart and it's a Walmart card.

Overall I really like the card; I love how you can keep track of your purchases easily through the app and how you can keep tabs on your current balance. I also appreciate that there are is no overdrawing on the account. One frustration I do have with the card is that I would like to be able to use it at a gas pump; this may be exclusive to my area, but if I want to use the card at a gas station I have to prepay and then pump my gas. I would also like to use it for reservations and hotel rooms, but due to many of the policies of the hotels and restaurants themselves, I'm unable to use it. This isn't so much a reflection of the card as it is the policies of the establishments, though. If the card had a feature where you could use it in the same way you can use a secured credit card after a certain time period of showing responsible usage, I'd be very interested in that.

Well I love my Walmart MoneyCard because I usually get paid 2 days before payday which makes my coworkers mad. I love my alerts telling me balances. Also, I love the fact of having online banking. I would recommend to my family and friends with most confidence. They would enjoy it as well.

This card has made it easy for me to manage my paycheck. I don't have to worry about overdrafts and I can easily deposit at any Walmart if I have cash. Downfall is the loading fee they charge of $3.00.

Walmart MoneyCard is simple to use, and I love the customer service. I have never experienced great service with any other card. They are quick, nice and make everything easy. There are no waiting long periods of time to get an answer. Never have had any trouble with my card.

I use this daily instead of a bank. I like that it doesn't overdrawn and that it is easy to deposit funds and can be used for direct deposit. The only thing I don't like is not being able to deposit a personal check from a friend, but overall my experience has been great. At times there have been issues where the total of my deposits weren't added correctly and I was charged the monthly fee in error but it was quickly rectified.

The card is great and I love how I can save money every time and I would tell all my friends about this card and my family also. I really enjoy this card. This card is the best thing that's happen to me. I love how I get cash rewards every time I shop at Walmart or walmart.com.

I have used the MoneyCard as my primary check cashing direct depositing method. It's faster and as safe as my primary bank debit card. The only issue I may have is, the amount of money you're allowed to deposit or keep on the card. I think the amount should be limited to the amount of cash a person is allowed to carry on their person. Also the amount that is allowed to be withdrawn should be increased. Because the card is so versatile, my bank doesn't charge me a fee for atm usage. This is because of Walmart. I think the possibility of a Walmart chip card should be offered. Also if a person has a Walmart debit card, for say 4 years without abusing the services, such as over drafting, Walmart should offer a credit card. Also the Green Dot bank on the card should be changed so that there is actually a bank account with the card. I believe it's the best debit card on the market. Thanks Walmart.

I loved that I was able to use direct deposit. I really like the rapid reload and how funds are available immediately after adding them. Friends were able to add money from other locations as well. Cash withdraw fees are decent. When using the Walmart MoneyCard you get charged a monthly $5.00 fee. At the end of the first year you get cash back rewards. That was really awesome!

I would like to give you 5 stars but your text notifications are not currently working. I like the feature of being able to text and receive my current balance. Other than not being able to text my balance I enjoy the ease of using my account.

I was excited when I saw this card advertised as 'no monthly fees'... Then after I get this card you began taking out a $5.00 monthly fee... I am now disappointed and disheartened by Walmart. I cannot recommend this card or this service because you blatantly lied to me about the 'no monthly fee'... I canceled my PayPal Prepay card with a $4.00 monthly fee to get this one because of your advertising it would be 'no fee'... If you want to make it right, stop charging me a monthly fee.

Was charged double at a restaurant. Walmart MoneyCard said the money was placed back ($37... West End Grill). Saw several $265 deposits but never saw the ($37) deposit from Any Party. The lady from Green Dot told me that the money was placed back but I never saw it.

This card gives you supreme power like a real credit card but less the interest and fees. So versatile and can be used just about anywhere. I just want to express here very satisfied I Am with it and all of my friends and family whom I referred are happy too. We are also able to transfer funds and send money to each other via this card.

Would be nice to have suspicious activity notified to me... I had an issue with money withdrawn at a place at a 7/11 that we don't have here... Appreciate the withdrawal and spending notice. Just don't feel that safe. Second time for me then have to cancel card and then notify all my automatic withdrawals my new card number...

I use my Walmart MoneyCard everywhere. I even get my paychecks a day earlier. That helps out tons! Thanks Walmart MoneyCard. I am going to keep using this card to purchase things and pay bills. It's so easy I dont know why I didnt do it sooner. I would recommend this card to anybody.

I loved how quick you guys was able to fix my problem and how nice the lady was on the other end. It was quick and easy to get through to customer service. I had no problem understanding the lady who was providing my service call.

The card services are ok. I don't like that my balance shows on most of my purchases. I don't like that I can't change my spending limit for the day. I was stranded without gas one day because I had to pay all my bills and when I went to pay gas I was over my spending limit and customer service said they couldn't do anything about it.

I have the card and app. The app is accurate and stays up to date with my transactions. Banking made simple for everyone. I would recommend to anyone. But I would suggest adding the chip technology. Everyone is aboard and it's more convenient and fast.

For the most part I like my card. I don't like that I have to go inside at gas stations or there is nowhere that I can go and withdraw cash i.e. a bank or teller somewhere. I've had mine for a year and it's been okay though.

Card was fraudulently used to withdraw $700 over a month's time. Complaint form filed and after three weeks, money was recovered. As of today, we have not received the refund check because the account has been closed. Thanks!

Awesome service people that work there are willing to help. If you have questions they are willing to answer your question. Help you find an item. They are willing to refund your money or let you exchange for another. I think the grocery are a little too high on their prices. If you spill something they are willing to clean it up for you.

I have always had a great experience with my MoneyCard. I've only had problems a few times depositing money in a Wal-Mart store because of the type of check I was trying to deposit. It's been a great experience so far. I wish there was a way to use it as a checking account, however, so I can pay all my bills online!!

I have been using Walmart MoneyCards for a long time and I am very satisfied. They are convenient especially when you have children in school or college or live in another state. Just go to Walmart and add money to the card and my children can use it immediately. Love! Love! Love!

I recently wanted a new card account for my wife and I to use for budgeting so I bought a new MoneyCard. It only allows two cards and cost $3 to load at Walmart. Why the difference and can I get the old type card anymore.

According to the pack when I first got the card I was told that it was fee free to get cash off my card and to deposit money on it but now I'm charged for both. Website says I would get cash back for using at Walmart but still not received a penny.

I absolutely love my card and my account. Everything is always accurate. I have had one problem but customer service got right on it and got it straight. Love, love, love it. Just wish my direct deposit was a couple of days ahead like some banks. Other than that no complaints.

We've had this card for years and are now unable to text our card for the balance. It gives an error message now. Can someone fix this for our account? Otherwise this card would be a four or five star.

I love this card! Keeps me from overdrafting as well as easy to use. I also like that stashing money option and that I accumulate cash back when using the card at Walmart. Also the fact that we get paid a day earlier through direct deposit is so convenient!

When I moved from NC to NY I used my card a couple of times and it locked up on me. Security wanted to see if it was me using it in NY State. My Daughter was surprised as well. She also said that was good security. I love my card.

Using this card is fine!! It's the 3.00 fee charge I have to pay every week. My checks are direct deposited. Why should I have to pay 3.00 to withdraw my money!! Also the 3.00 fee that is charged if you don't maintain 1000 a month.

I have been charged a $3 fee every time I add money to my card. When I purchased it, I was told (by a Walmart employee) that loading money to the card in Walmart would be free. I have spoken with the manager, who only tells me to "call the number on the card". BIG disappointment.

While it is only subjective, it seems to me that Money Center ATMs are disappearing resulting in higher usage fees. This is driving me to consider other options. I picked the MoneyCard primarily because of the flexibility that Money Center + MoneyCard provided.

I enjoy the card is able to be used as both a card and a check. One of the things I see sometimes as problem is you have to put $1000 a month on the card or you'll get charged $5. If someone has a part time job and has this card, they're losing $60 a year if they miss the requirement.

I absolutely love my card. Especially since the vault feature has been added. I also like the fact that my boyfriend can have his own separate card with his name on it. I don't see any reason to change my card. I get my direct deposit a day early. I am a very extremely satisfied customer.

I have been unable to set up auto deposit for payroll. I want to have my paycheck deposited to my card. Can't get info to do so. I would appreciate help with this. I would like to actually speak with someone because going to website is not working.

I feel that you guys should allow us to deposit checks from the app. The blue card allows us to but the MoneyCard should also. Plus we should all receive the upcoming promotions that are happening. If I shop at Walmart I should also be able to get the cash back rewards system. Not just new customers.

I really like using my Walmart MoneyCard and it's safe to use everywhere you go. The only thing I would like to see is cheaper rates for people like me that use my MoneyCard when I go to Mexico. Other than that it's great and have recommended to a lot of people and family members.

I've had my card over 3 years and keep owe 500 in vault and never won. I've gotten charged for things that shouldn't have gotten charged for. It's hard to get in contact with you guys when I have a issue. I have to cancel my whole card.

Well it’s good for saving my money but bad because I have to give $5 dollars and I don't use it just save plus the vault is kind of a sham because I didn't get no 25 dollars last month. I was hoping see I’m saving for a car so I could take my autistic son and daughter and granddaughter to their places of need and so I could get to work on time and not ride bike 14 miles a day 5 days a week. Well I say is good but not wishful.

I would recommend this card to my friends. I haven't had any problems with the card, I think with the card you shouldn't have to pay both atm fees. You should offer rewards with each year that you've had the card.

Overall pretty decent card. Only down fall is it just sucks that you need to pay a ATM fee and a fee on your card as well when using the ATM because not every store offers cash back. So that is a down fall. Good card to get your check on because it comes a few days earlier than your normal paycheck.

Customer service in stores don't seem to know much about the card or how to best help you use it. Forget about going to a register to load it. And now I pay a fee even when cashing a check and loading it on the card, on top of my monthly fee?! I will just cash my checks from now on.

I have had the money card for many years and have nothing but a positive experience with it. I have direct deposit and it works like a charm. Very timely. MoneyCard has great notifications. We use this card every day.

It's useful for when we pay things online as everything else we pay in cash and we don't have a bank account with anyone. When we did I was hit with a fee that caused our rent to bounce. Haven't had that problem since ending my account.

I enjoy having my black card. It's convenient and easy for me to have and inexpensive. It helps me in many ways because I don't have a bank account and I am physically disabled and it's easy for me to reload and pay my bills.

I have had no problems and really like my experience since signing up for direct deposit. I have had my card for years. Started so I could have my tax refund deposited. I have recommended a friend to get one also. Just wish there were more no charge ATM locations.

I input my card and the funds instantly go through to what I purchase, I think the fee amount is worth it. I used my MoneyCard on nerdy stuff like Yu-Gi-Oh cards from TCGplayer and eBay, I am positive that anyone else who would look at those sites will find it is well worth it to own their own Walmart MoneyCard.

I love my MoneyCard. The only thing that I don't like is when I use my card I used to get a text message saying how much I spent and a balance. It doesn't do that anymore. I've called and they say they can't fix it.

I have to say I'm satisfied overall with the ease of use of the card, I have no complaints thus far. Everything is thoroughly mapped out, accessible, understandable and pretty much dummy proof... I'm saving more money than I ever had with a traditional bank debit card.

Love the Walmart MoneyCard. Super easy to use and super easy to reload. Super convenient and very reasonable. I would highly recommend this card to family and friends. Got it very fast in the mail once i reloaded it on the prepaid card. Very pleased with it.

It's a pretty great card to have unless you need to file a dispute. You can guarantee you will never see your money again if your card is stolen. I had an experience where someone stole my card and used it to purchase at Walmart. Was not able to pay rent because the person stole 400 dollars. I tried to report this to the bank but they did nothing!

I really like my prepaid Walmart MasterCard. Love that I have the option of putting as much money on it. Having it to pay bills on or offline. I tell everyone to get one. I can load my card anywhere at low case.

Love my debit card. No big bank fees. No worry of overdraft fees. $3.00 deposit at store is crazy. Do not like that. But everything else is fantastic. The direct deposit is fantastic also. There is no fee for this. You can order things off online. Also pay bills with it.

Love this card, just wish there was incentive for using it, may be switching to a card that does in the future. I love the ease of use. I can use this anywhere on anything. Maybe you can change the withdrawal limit for people who have had the same card for a year or so?

Should be like other cards where you get your money two days faster. Overall the card is OK. Just needs some improvements compared to other prepaid cards. Better features for the card like where you can stash your money like a savings.

Excel so far. I have had my card just about a year and a half. I have not had any issues and love the early direct deposit. Customer service is great. Wish I could transfer between bank accounts. Overall, I'm satisfied. Also wish someone else could add money to your card for you without actually having to be there.

I like it. But I would like a Visa card from Walmart. I have applied several times and still no. I can't understand why you won't approve me for it. I also don't understand why I don't get paid two days earlier like you all said I would. Otherwise than that I like using the card.

I can never get help. I got married and still don't have a new card. Every time I have an issue if it ever gets resolved it takes forever. It is hard to understand the agents on the phone. I'm put on hold for long periods of time as if they are waiting for me to hang up.

I had a few problems with my card couple months ago but I'm good with my card that I have. Otherwise then that I'm 3 star happy with my experience, I couldn't use it on May. I think it was on your guys side and I lost money and I couldn't pay bills when it went down for I don't know how long. But since it's been working after that I'm ok.

The pros are you can get direct deposit and pay your bills. It beats having no debit card... The cons are that customer service sucks. Twice last year we had funds that were "inaccessible" and we're never given a reason why (we did get a $50 dollar credit for not being able to access our money for over a week). Due to an issue with stolen identity I was in the check system and unable to get a bank account. While that was being sorted out the Walmart MoneyCard was the only option. Now that we are back with an actual bank we no longer use the MoneyCard.

I have had my card for years now. I was using texting as a way to check my balance. Recently the texting has been telling me it doesn't understand what I'm sending, I thought it was something that would be fixed but it's still like this. I really like my Walmart card however, I would like to see this small issue remedied.

I really like the card. It convenient way to pay bills, shop online, put deposits on my rooms when I travel or just stash away a rainy day fund. Tried other pay as you go card and there’s tons of fee. This one is simple load fee and cheap monthly fee no hidden surprises.

Your company does pretty well... Answers call fast, nice customer service, great situation solvers. Would definitely encourage others to get a card here with this company. As a matter of fact I recently applied for my second card. And my husband has one also. We are pleased.

I love my card and recommend it to everyone. Being in the military it's extremely convenient to be able to walk into any Wal-Mart in the country to make a deposit and the direct deposit has me being paid almost a week in advance of everyone else! Couldn't be happier with my card. I don't have to worry about overdraft fees ever! The only thing that could make it better would be if it reported to a credit agency.

Other than the monthly charge I really don't have an issue other than maybe if there were atms available to deposit checks or cash into said accounts. That would be nice to have made available for account holders but never have a problem with MoneyCard.

Satisfaction with Walmart Money Card - I really enjoy this card. Especially my direct deposit arriving 2 days early. I prefer this instead of a traditional bank. I am having a small problem with receiving texts to my new number but I'm sure it will resolve in the near future.

In general, it all works out pretty well. The problem I have is that sometimes I cannot access my account online. I get an error message and it is inconvenient at times. Also, you guys shouldn't charge us to put money on the card. Otherwise, good experience.

When I started with Walmart MoneyCard, I was so happy because I used to have my money on card by no longer than 12:45 pm one day ahead of the payday, then everything changed. No money until Friday morning and I didn't appreciate. I'm thinking of moving my accounts to some else faster.

The card costs too much to use. To load my own money onto your card, you charge me $3.00. Then, there is a monthly fee of $5.00. So if I load my card 4x per month, that is $12.00 plus $5.00 fee equals $17.00 per month of my own money to use the WalMart Card. Not anymore, and no thank you. This is not a convenience, it is a rip-off.

I absolutely couldn't ask for a better prepaid card. I love all the features it has as well. I get paid at least two days early and getting cash back for purchases I make at Walmart and Murphy gas stations.

I was scammed by Green Dot and did not realize the card was financed through Green Dot. I regret paying 8.00 for 45.00 card. I will never use this card again. It is a ripoff & Green Dot scammed me out of $300.00. I am disgusted that Walmart does business with Green Dot. I am a regular Walmart shopper but due to this will NOT shop at Walmart again!

This card has been easy to use. I've enjoyed the service and the flexibility. Been using it for the past four or five years. Had some an issue with a skimmer on a gas station and the problem was taken care of immediately by Walmart. I highly recommend this card to anyone.

I love my card. Your customer service is horrible when you speak to someone. They are rude and not helpful at all. I am just thankful I dont need them a lot. When asking questions you can tell they are reading the answers. No compassion at all

There has been no major issues that I have other than not keeping up with my card. And I'm good timing when I order a new one. I receive it very quickly. Also, the mobile and website is so easy for process that in no time everything is handle in very timely manner.

I love my Walmart card. It convenient and helpful. Only thing I don't like is if you lose the card you have to wait 7 days to touch money you have in account for a new card to come in. But it's a great card. Thanks.

My check gets deposited at different times so you charge me a monthly fee. Other time you messed up my account and I couldn't pay my bills on time. Most times my check is deposited on time. I don't like being charged a fee to get the money off my card. I have a Walmart card and always go to Walmart to get money to pay my bills.

I absolutely love that I can text for my balance, my history. It makes it a lot easier to find out my information without worrying if someone else can hear my balance or other info. This is literally the best card I've ever had, and I wouldn't have my money direct deposited on to any other card.

Love the option of stashing money. Also can use card anywhere. When it's time to pay the bills I can unstash and successfully pay all my bill with confidence. Thanks to the Walmart card. Good job Walmart and thank you.

I love using the card. I've had it for at least 6 years now. It's very convenient and I don't have to worry about overdraft fees, but I do not like paying to deposit money on there or the recently added feature where the account balance can be seen on the bottom of some of my receipts. THE WORST FEATURE! Especially for safety purposes. It's nobody's business of how much is in my account. That needs to be removed immediately. We as the customers should have had the option of allowing that feature. Outside of those two issues, the card is great!

I absolutely love my Walmart MoneyCard. It fast, easy and convenient to use and I get my pay faster which is always a plus with 5 children still at home and I can also pay my bills with the convenience online.

Poor customer service and lack of basic skills and knowledge of their job. They making me wait for my money AGAIN and it had been approved after 4 months of waiting. Now I to wait another 4 months. This had to be the worst experience EVER and rude workers.

I needed to set up a bank here and didn't want to have to break my work sleep schedule to do so, buying my card through Walmart got me a bank and saved me a cranky, tedious bank visit and several phone calls.

I have always had a great experience with my Walmart MoneyCard. It is accepted everywhere I shop, even online shopping. My paycheck goes on every payday with no problems. Thank you Walmart! I hope to upgrade to the Walmart Visa card soon. Again thank you.

Card info being stolen!!! How in world can someone take my info and use it in another state? Along with my pin #. I am trying to get my money back right now. But no one is in hurry to help me. I live paycheck to paycheck!! So now I have no money!!! So for the next 2 weeks I will be broke while others are not. This is unbelievable!

It makes getting my paycheck easier and since I shop at Wal-Mart at least once a week, it's convenient! I also like the ATM's that don't charge a fee. Being able to pay for money orders with my card is also a plus.

I love my card. It's better than having a checking account. There are no fees and the reps are always willing to help out. I would recommend this card to all my family and friends. I been a customer for years and they've always seemed to help out whenever I called.

I had tried to cancel a payment I made online and although the payment had not gone through, I changed my mind 10 minutes later and tried to cancel this payment. This process was ridiculously difficult and not easy in the least. Also why don't they have Apple Pay setup yet? Why is there no chip? There's zero security for all of my purchases. That needs to change ASAP if you want any kind of credibility.

I love my card. I love all of my features and the accessibility of funds. I do not like that I have to pay to reload my card but otherwise I have no complaints. I would like to have other ways to deposit funds quicker, mobile deposit that doesn't take so long or reload from another debit card.

I hate the excessive atm fees. I was charged by the atm and also by Walmart MoneyCard. Why the two fees I don't understand. I also don't understand the charge of 3.00 every time you load money to the card.

I opened this account to serve as a secondary account for one of my two jobs direct deposits. It now serves both of my accounts. I'm very happy with the service, the accuracy of my transactions, and that I am able to receive my pay a day early on both jobs. I also like very much that all the transactions go through quickly and thoroughly. I have highly recommended this account card to friends and family!

No problems with Walmart MoneyCard, I know when there is no money I can't use it... other than that I like using my debit card. I haven't had any problems using my debit card at any of the local Montana businesses... thank you having a Walmart MoneyCard.

I have enjoyed the money card. I would have given a 5 star rate if it wasn't for the 3 dollar loading fee and the 5 dollar a month fee if you don't load more than a thousand dollars a month that makes this card a bit of an inconvenience and aggravating when having to load and be charged each time.

The card has changed our lives! Checking & savings restored dignity. Pre authorized checks help budget. The app is awesome too. It is easy to navigate. Direct deposits are simple and getting it early helps a lot with paying bills. The card is very easy to use everywhere.

Well so far my experience with the card have been good. I was greatly disappointed that the no charge to reload when cashing a check went away. I think if I'm already paying $3 to cash check I shouldn't have to pay another $3 to put my check on my card. But hey what can you do. Other than that the card is accepted where I need. No problems ever with my funds not being available. And I like the app where you can manage your account and stash and unstash money.

For some there was $200 taken out of my account by the card company. I called about the transaction and was told it would be returned to my card, it was their error. The $200 was never returned back to my card. When I call and ask about it I always get the same answer, "we are sorry for the issue and it will be returned to the card" but it never has been returned and it's going on a year now.

I love my Walmart card. I love the fact that I get paid two days prior. What I do not like is when trying to send money it doesn't give me an option to transfer to a bank or to a Walmart card to Walmart.

When making purchases, card declined, and money is on card and showing. Bill hassle sometimes. Card is convenient when working right. I have two, one for bills and personal. I supposed to receive text with balance, it takes 3 or more days to get right now, use to be a day at the latest.

I like my card and have been with you a very long time but in the last year, my online after logging in will not display my account information on debit and credit. The direct deposit feature is great.

Paying $3 a month for the use prepaid card is ok as long as there's some kind of perk. Maybe some kind of point program for rewards. I'm even willing to pay a bit more if it's worth it. So I am considering looking into other options as far as prepaid cars.

I haven't had any issues or problems whilst using this card. I live close by to a Walmart, so when I get off work, picking up items is a breeze. The reason why I bring up shopping at Walmart, is because with the Walmart card, you can earn money back for each purchase while shopping there. I think it's a great deal. I also like how when I make a purchase, no matter where from, my balance is immediately updated.

I use my Walmart card often. My only complaint would be the high price to waive the monthly fee! I however enjoy the ability to be able to send and receive money easily! I also enjoy getting cash back for some of my purchases!

Having the Walmart MoneyCard is a great service. I'm unable to have a bank account due to credit problems. The card is honored everywhere and I trust Walmart. I love the cashback savings. I use it for travel, shopping and most importantly, I use it for direct deposit of my pay. I can transfer money easily and pay bills too.

I love my WalMart MoneyCard. It was a great resource when I was unable to get credit and needed a debit card in order to make online bill payment. It's easy to reload and very convenient. The Visa logo is accepted everywhere. And 24 hour customer service is great. I actually get to talk to a real person if I ever call. I do wish the actual card itself was a little bit more sturdy, maybe thicker plastic.

I love the fact that I receive my pay 2 days sooner, the only thing that I don't like about the card is that it don't send accurate information to my email, and I never able to get text alerts, but other than that I have no complaints at all.

I have not experienced anything bad since having the card. I love the option to pay bills directly from my card. The worst thing that has happened is the cashiers at Walmart not knowing how to load the card. I also don't like when the balance shows on the receipt from places other than Walmart.

I have the best experience with the Walmart card but I wish you could have a text number to keep track of my balance on the card then to have to call customer service or go online to check my balance... Other than that I'm satisfied.

Haven't been able to get account info via text messaging in 2 solid weeks. Nobody who answers your help lines speak clear English. Tom thumb will not honor your card at their pumps, you have to go inside. Some places take double the money out till they get paid and then they put the difference back on your card.

Have never had any problems with my account and I've had it for a few years now. I get my paycheck direct deposit and only thing I don't like is that I don't receive my money right at midnight like others receive it.

Other than the monthly fee I love this card and never have problems. I can use it just about everywhere. No problems with ATMs or locating the nearest store to reload money and direct deposit comes a day early for me. I recommend it to all of my friends.

The only ATM I found that doesn't charge me is in Walmart and it's never working. Last time I tried to use it the lady said they was going to be taking it out soon. OK so the point in selling Walmart cards and not have an ATM I can use is pointless especially when I get my paycheck direct deposited. I love my card except for that.

Not a lot of cashiers in South Laredo know how to allow me to debit my direct deposit out. They try to run it as gift card for 6 months now. I have to travel up north Laredo to get my money out for rent.

I really like my Walmart MoneyCard. I've had it for a few years now. I think Walmart should offer a credit card for their department store based on my history with the MoneyCard. It's obvious based on my usage and deposits that I am quite capable and deserving of one.

I was told when I bought this card that I would earn cash back with it. I even called after getting the card to confirm that I will get cash back and I was told that I would. After calling customer service three times I was finally told this is not a cashback card. I wanted a cashback card and I was told that's what this was. I was sold this card under false pretense.

Have good experience with my card. Only thing I don't like is the service charge each month that's 3 dollars. I could use it. Works everywhere. Love the fact that I got texts from the card saying what I have left and what been deposited each day.

I pay my car note off my Walmart. You all take four days to release it. By then I'm thinking my note is paid. Then to find out I have spent the money. Why is it not released the same day. Like if I swipe.

Amazing system! Wish I would have known about this years ago! So easy to do online banking and easier still to track my expenses! I cannot figure this out. Why why would you charge 3.00 to load MY own money? You can make money on the card and other ways. Plus we shop at your stores. Atm cash withdrawal and again it's my money.

I have had a great experience with my money card. I am able to use it all retail stores and online. It is easy to add money to. I am also able to check my balance by either calling the toll free number or going to my online account. I glad I purchased this card.

When I got the card I was told I would get cash back and now I'm told my card does not qualify. So now I have to get an additional card just to get the cash back that I was told about in the beginning. There is always issues with transferring money from the vault back to my account.

It's been a great card. Easy to use, no major issues using to anywhere. Love that I can personalize it. Only issue was trying to get along with it and pay a bill over the phone because it's considered prepaid. It's also great to get paid early. I liked renewing it and getting to renewed for multiple years as well.

I got this Walmart card as a birthday gift from my daughter years ago. She passed away the day after Thanksgiving, 2016 from brain cancer. I will keep this card always as it was from her. I use this card when I want to order online. I fill it as I need to. I love having this card, I would recommend it highly.

I think the dispute transaction could be worked on more efficiently like a regular bank card. I got transferred to someone who just passed off to a automated system and didn't really help me. Horrible service! If you guys could fix how you guys do the dispute process it would be great.

I am not allowed to photo deposit which is crap. Not sure why and they can't give me specific reason! No way to cash certain checks and why would you deny me adding funds!!! Makes absolutely no sense!!! I will be getting rid of this card as soon as I can due to this!

I am done with this service. I tried on different occasions to submit my checks made out to me through the mobile app and all were rejected. Other than that, it's good for those who can't get a bank account.

I feel if come into Walmart to load money on my Walmart card, I should not have to pay a $3 fee every time because I don't with my Bluebird card. Fees to load is free. I grocery shop there as well and having to pay fees is not fair to me. Also, I have used at Walmart and have been charged a fee. Why is that???

Only thing I don't like is the fact that I never get notified when my monthly fee is due. I would like to be notified at least one week ahead of time so that I may be able to add the money instead of going into the negative.

Easy to use as a regular card. I really enjoy having it because when on trips it's convenient to use instead of carrying cash around to have it stolen. The Wal-Mart card is easy to refill when you need to add money to it and it don't cost nothing to add money on the card.

Have had a good experience with my Walmart MoneyCard. But doesn't like that I've tried to dispute a transaction and y'all haven't done anything about it. I like the vault and cash back. And like that I get paycheck direct deposit I get it two days early.

I've never really had anything bad to say about using the car. It's been a great asset to me. When lost I did have to call and let them know that I had two charges that were unauthorized and it takes two weeks to get a new card or up too. This is kind of an inconvenience because most people get paid bi-weekly and if I have a card that has money on it that I don't have it creates an issue. That would be my only concern is to get the cards out quicker. Other than that it's a wonderful card. I've recommended it to all of my friends and they have also gotten one. I receive my money 2 to 4 days early. And being on disability that means a lot. I also like earning cash back at Walmart. Keep it up guys good work. Refilling the card is easy and well worth the fee you charge. I will continue being a satisfied customer.

I like my card... But think charging ME to use my own money every month is wrong. My fee is about $5.00 and that’s $60 a year. Imagine how much money that will add up to considering thousands of people have cards. Come on Walmart. Seriously?

I love the convenience of the card. I wish it would offer a chip seeing as though a lot of places are going chip only. I also think the vault should be available to existing card holders. I don't want to have to get a new car for the feature when it wasn't available when I originally got the card.

Overall my experience with MoneyCard has been mostly positive. I did have an experience with a dispute on my account that was never heard from. I never heard anything. I never received any further information. No email no call back or anything regarding a dispute on my account and I was really disappointed at the lack of response that I got when I really needed some help. Other than that that has been not only negative experience but they do need to work more on their customer service skills when it comes to things of that nature because if you tell someone you going to get back with them in the time frame you should do that. If you tell someone you're going to call them or email them within the time frame they really need to follow through with that because it leads to people not trusting them there for not trusting in the MoneyCard in the services that it can offer. I love having my check direct deposited monthly on my card. Very easy to access and no worries. And to also have it reloaded for no fee every month is even better! Never have to worry. And lots of places takes this type of card so you can use it just about anywhere.

I love my card. I can use it anywhere and I feel safe using the card. I have never had any issues with my card or this company. We have our income direct deposited. It works well for our family. The only issue we have is we could use more than 2 cards for our account.

Currently there is no option to stop receiving your emails soliciting me for other services. For one thing I already have the services it's soliciting. Also it would be great if the security chip were on the cards like all the other reputable financial institutions have on their debit cards. But more than anything please stop emailing me and alerting me for things I didn't sign up or receive notifications for.

So far the MoneyCard has been working well for me. I like getting my direct deposit a day earlier and I haven't had any trouble using it yet. Would be nice if there were more personalized options for the card.

Walmart Prepaid Debit Card is the best banking I have ever had. It's easy to keep up with my money, easy to check my balance. And it is super easy for paying my bills. To me it is fail safe because I can look up my account on-line at any time that is convenient for me.

I enjoy having the card but I also hate it because I get charge $3.00 to put my own money on my own card and it makes it a hassle to even add money without direct deposit. Charging me for my own money is ridiculous. People work hard for money and we get charge 5.00 a month plus 3.00 to add money without direct deposit when I can go to any bank and deposit money in my account for free.

It's a convenient debit card. I've had it for 3 years now and my card info was stolen 3 times. I'd say Walmart should focus on better card security, but other than that I've had no issues. Customer service has been somewhat prompt, but accent of employees sometimes are difficult to understand.

I like the fact that I get paid 2 days earlier with this card but I feel as if some of the fees should be waived since we get so much coming in and out of this account. If we take money out of a atm we get charged 2 -3 from the atm and another 2.50 from the Walmart card etc.

I have been very disappointed with the Walmart MoneyCard customer service. One representative canceled my bank card without me asking, and I couldn't put gas in my car. The manager said it was nothing he could do that I had to wait for a new card.

It's funny how I can cancel an online order, money is held back for that order but it doesn't get released back to me at times. Decided to have paper checks at work instead of it go here so I know I'll get paid.

Tried all the numbers. I got 2 foreign people I had trouble understanding. They were not helpful. Highly stressful. The one kept saying "Okay okay okay." You need actual Americans that we can communicate with. I still haven't got my situation taken care of.

When I went to check my balance and it told me to put in my last 4 digits it kept saying "invalid number". I know I have money in the account I went today to put money on the card. I was able to buy car parts, but not able to pay off my Apple Store debt.

On 6/29/2017 had my online log-in changed, 2 transfers of all of my money onto someone else's Walmart card and called immediately after I read the emails of these transactions. They cancelled my card and said they would look into it. I received no email, regular mail, phone calls or anything saying they were looking into it. I live in Ohio and the thief had an up address in Florida. I had just paid bills that bounced.
