Overall - I love my card - I do not get the correct balances on my card when sent to cell. If I go to an ATM or even deposits are made to my card, they are not correct when I get an update in the morning - THis makes it hard to use the card.

It's a very good card to have. I love shopping at Walmart. Me and my two sisters go to Walmart every Saturday. Sometimes we go to at least 3 different locations. My favorite Walmart is on 1960 and Walters road in Houston Texas.

The customer service associates that I receive always have great workmanship as well as great problem-solving skills. I always like the fact that they make sure they solve all situations before getting off the line. Thanks a lot for the staff you all hired as employees.

My dispute was not done. My full amount was not put on my card. All the funds were not on my card, just 250$ not the full amount 400$. Please help me find out what went wrong with my dispute and why didn't put full amount on my card. Get back to me soon thank you.

One problem I have with my Wal-Mart MoneyCard is the loading charge. That can really add up, especially if you load a small amount. Another problem is some online companies won't take it for some reason, I know it has something to do with the fact that it is a debit card and not a credit card.

When I cash check and deposit to card plus maintenance fee, the total is over inflated whereas I will be moving to a banking company. In the short term Walmart debit card serves its service fine. My options are not being satisfied.

I am overall happy with my card experiences. I have had some difficulties but nothing major. And I like the fact that they have a bank on the card now and I use it. It nice to see your money and be able to put it on and take it off. Would recommend.

Love the card. Just need you all to fix site so I can check my balance through TEXT msg. Sometimes when calling 1 800 number my wait time is way too long. Reps are always friendly & handle situations in a timely manner.

I work very hard and I get weekend payments and you do not process weekend deposits. So I missed out on doing my weekend job because I can't get paid till Monday. If you want me to continue to use your services and keep recommending your services I need that to be a thing you guys improve on.

I like my card. I never have issues. I even get my direct deposit a day early. Customer service is pretty helpful when needed. I do wish there were cheaper ways to load my card, though. It would be nice if you offered one free ATM withdrawal per direct deposit load.

I have had difficulty using the app on my iPad for the card. Resetting the pin and talking to customer service is very difficult. I would use it more if I had access to the correct pin and the app. Thank you.

I Love getting paid early and reward cash. I seriously Can't wait to use the extra money and if I'm correct it should fall right before Christmas time. It's nice to have the store so close with so many rewards.

I have had my account compromised twice in the last few months. Once in my cars and just recently again directly from my account. Only got a few dollars returned from the first claim. Still waiting on the current report. Just very confused how someone keeps getting into my account! The police will be contacted if I don't get all my money back!!!

I have been no problems with the Walmart Green Dot credit/debit card, I just used it for my fiance in Macau, China to buy her a birthday present, I use it every possible place I can on the Internet, I also use it for making my payment to the T-Mobile pre-pay cell phone company.

Phone conversations are difficult and refunds are a pain. It would be a lot better if you comped us for the returns faster. Also it would be nice if you guys would increase out max daily ATM withdraw.

It's absolutely great. I had a few disputes that were handled immediately. I have two other bank accounts with credit unions, I'm retired from the military, and when the banks are closed, and I need money on a card it's there. It's been great!!

It is way too many fees for the card and not enough places to actually load money onto the card at. It's really a hassle for me and I always regret loading the card because Walmart snatches my money for fees soon as I do!!

Absolutely love the use of this card. Being able to load at any register at Walmart makes paying bills online and ordering things off the internet is so easy. The app on my phone is easy and quick to use to check my balance. Only issue I have keeping me from giving it 5 stars is the loading fee. $3 to put money on the card feels like I have to spend money just to be able to spend money. The monthly service fee is fine and understandable. I feel like I have to put everything on my card to save money instead of just loading it with what I need when I need it.

I've had nothing but good experience with my MoneyCard and my direct deposit, it's always a day or two early. I'd recommend it to everyone. I use it always to pay bills, order online, and customer service has always been very helpful with any questions or problems I had.

I have had this MoneyCard for several years now. I use it to have my paycheck deposited on it, to pay bills, and many other things. I have not had any problem with it. I would have given it 5 stars but the only downfall that I have had with it the charges for putting money on and taking money off the card. Otherwise it is really great. I feel really secure having money on it and doing any transactions with it.

I hate that when it say I can win that prize thing, it's a fraud. I hate when false advertising do stuff like that, give people hopes up and that I hate the Walmart card. Wish I had money inside so I can spend what I need to spend and also the only thing I like is that I can put money back in vault. That was cool. But other than that I hate the card.

I appreciate the fact that there are not any fees, no overdraft fees and allowed me to get back on track financially. Also as promised I get the two-day promised early deposit of our direct deposit. For the most part it's easy to use the online app to pay bills as well as checking your balance.

My experience has been mostly positive, the only issue I have is with customer service the few times I actually have needed it. There's a complete and total barrier of knowledge and understanding between the customer service representatives and myself as I have never dealt with one who could clearly understand me or even come close to resolving whatever issue that I was having.

I've been with you guys a little under a year. Since my last horrible experience with a bank was so terrible I decided to go prepaid. It was by far the best decision I made. I have not had any issue with you guys service.

Great alternative to a traditional bank. Has done everything I have needed it to. Way better than the other similar type cards as well. Only issue I've had is the money when you're inside Walmart isn't open very long.

I love this card. Never had any issues with it. I love that I can pay bills with it to buying items online to reserving a room in a hotel. I have never had issues with my money being put on there or no issues checking balance. I would definitely recommend it.

Had a difficult time setting up the card online. Still do not have it set up. It is a new card because my previous card was compromised. Not too happy as to how easy the card was to be compromised. I have had debit cards for years, and this is the first time a card was compromised.

This feature has stopped working, it doesn't recognize the "bal", or anything else. It's great when it works. Also it auto sends yesterday's BAL at 8 pm the next day. This feature is the best when it works. I've sent several emails, but it still has not been corrected, fix this, AND I'll be happy to grant the 5th star, thanks in advance.

Only reason I gave it four stars instead of five was because the phone app, which sends me daily text and email messages, does not reflect the current amount in my account. It can take days before the amount is updated. Online is correct.

The 3 stars is not because of Walmart service, like swiping card at register to refill money, or the $5.00 monthly fee. The 3 stars; and being with Walmart is The Only Reason they got 3 stars, is the absolutely horrible customer support services. Like, not being able, LITERALLY, to understand what the person is saying because they don't speak English. Really bad. So horrible that if I want to cancel a payment, or have another problem, that I literally just take it in the ass and lose my money because in the TWO previous times prior, when I needed assisting, the service was so bad I quit even going there... Very, very bad outsourcing of customer service.

I like having the WalMart Money Card. My pay is direct deposited and I can go online to check things out, if needed. Lately I've had a few issues. 1) PayPal won't let me (or anyone) use this card for transactions, which is ridiculous. It's a bank card, anyway you look at it. 2) I really love the text messages and ability to text in for balances, etc. at any time. But lately, I haven't been able to get my balance. Also, I've been getting my 'daily' updates at bizarre times, like 2 or 3 am! I called in about this and the lady (ESL, most certainly) just kept repeating the same phrase in English, which did not help me at all. 3) We can use the ATMs at US Bank for free, unless it's the one over on N. College Ave. & Paris Road, at the convenience store. They did just remove it a week or so again. Good! Charged me $4 to use!! Not Cool. Other than those things, which were all recently, I like the card. It's fee free, which I believe they should ALL be. It works.

Love My Card. First I would like to say, when I first received my card it was wonderful, I had the pleasure of putting my picture on the card! I use my card everywhere, every cashier thinks it's cool that I have my picture on it! It's A Great Card!

My experience with your card has been pleasant. I have been a card holder for some years and there have been ups and downs but nothing to make me say, I don't want the card anymore. I can use it anywhere for anything.

I tend to shop at Walmart frequently. Received a Walmart credit card while I was in the hospital having surgery. I never got the chance to even use my CC once but it still is on my credit. So I use my Money Card for my purchases there and other places and will be putting my SS on direct deposit to my card. I am very happy with it. Still do miss the fact that Walmart allowed someone else use my new CC back then.

I have been using my card for almost 3 years and have been using direct deposit for almost a year now and honestly I can't think of anything else to make it better than it already is. The one thing I can suggest I guess is maybe adding a account balance line so you can see what your balance was before money was deposited instead of just showing what was put in and having to do the math.

I love my card. Allows me to get my check early and I love being able to use pictures on them. I've had a lot of compliments on the picture and the website is easy to use. I've never had an issue with it. Easy to load. I love that it doesn't cost to load if you have a certain card and the monthly fee is waived if you have direct deposit.

Seems like just about every time we go to load the card there are some new rules. Something always changing. No reason for it. It's just not worth having if you can't use it the way you want to. Now there's a minimum and a maximum. Website says you can put $2500 on it and when you go to the store, there is a $900 limit or some crap. If you want to put more on it they charge $3.00 for every $900 you want to put on it or anything over $900 is another transaction fee.

The cards is okay but the fees for the card is lots and the monthly fee too and fee to money on the card should be not a thing because it a Walmart card. Beside that the card is just fine. I hope that they will fix the fees soon so people will be more happy with that card they have.

I have been using this card for approximately 1 year and I am very satisfied. My checks are deposited in a timely manner and available the day of the deposit. Any money transfers are completed efficiently without complications. All of my transactions for Debit, credit, checks etc are done swiftly without error as well as any reimbursements. I'm very pleased with MoneyCard and look forward to a continued experience.

I have been in a situation with bad credit and a typical bank account was not an option for me. Green Dot delivers my paycheck sometimes up to 2 days faster so while my co workers are waiting on payday I have mine already and that is a huge help! The one thing that I do not like is being charged $3.00 anytime you add money on your card. Another con would be no free ATMs not even at Wal-Mart. Which of all places should be free as a Green Dot bank card holder. When you belong to a specific bank you use their ATMs free of charge so this is something that you guys should look into, please! I haven't had any issues with the card since I got it a few years ago. Got to customize my card and get compliments on it all the time every time I use it. Love the vault for saving money and the app for easy access to switch money over from the vault in case I need it.

I don't appreciate that I still have to pay a monthly fee despite being low income and having my SIS directly deposited into the account. Also, I don't like that I have to fight with Walmart customer service counter to add money. Stores used to have machines where money could be added, withdrawn, and even buy money orders through them. Now none of those are available without waiting a minimum of 30 minutes at customer service to do anything.

The 5.00 fee should be waived for direct deposits over 500.00. I receive SSI. And the 5.00 could stay in my account. So consider waiving the fee. Please and thank you. But I do enjoy receiving my benefits early. So I really love this card. I will not go to another card.

It's easy to pay bills and to reload money to the card. Never had a problem using my card and you can use it as any credit card that's out there. I would recommend getting and using a prepaid Walmart card to all of my friends and family and even to my coworkers. Thanks for a enjoyable experience.

I'm pleasantly surprised at how well the Walmart MoneyCard is working out for me! I direct deposit my check, got it 2 days sooner than my regular bank, no monthly fee for depositing over $1000, I even got a $25 bonus for doing this. I'm also earning cash back! I'm very pleased with my money card and I will continue to use it!

Overall I think your customer service is horrible. You advertise that you can get your DD two days early but only if you buy the new card. If you have fraud on your card you always deny the claim even though legal you have to approve it. You charge fees that should not apply so I have to call in to get them reverse.

I am retired and my card lets me be able to pay my bills without having to carry a lot of cash. Also the fees are very small and lets me keep more money. It also gives me cash back when I use it at Walmart. Myself I am very happy with it. Keep up the good work.

I like using my card except that I don't like having to pay a monthly maintenance fee when I have direct deposit and shouldn't have to pay for my pay check being deposited on it. I am seriously considering switching to another prepaid service that doesn't charge a fee, like maybe Brink's.

Customer service sucks, if I have a dispute on a charge, I have to wait 10 days for funds to be returned. I've had multiple fraudulent charges, and I have to jump through so many loops to get my money. It's frustrating. Make it easier to mark charges as fraud. I don't make much money, I need access to my money faster than 10 days.

I have had a very positive experience with my card. It a great card to have. I love not having to pay to reload money to my card. I love that I get my payroll check two day early. I love that I have the option to stash and unstash as money as I need.

Cost too much for me to use it regularly. $5 a month is fine but the $3 every time runs into too much money. Don't have a job so I can't do direct deposit. Will continue to use as necessary until something changes.

Use it all the time for my online shopping and is the best! When I need a refund I get it! I will recommend it to anybody that ask me to get one of this. I don't have it to direct deposit because I have another account and I just need it for my online shopping and for that is working fine.

My money is loaded on payday and I don't have to go to bank. The only downfall is it doesn't show till after 12 pm most of the time instead of after midnight. Like most financial institutions. Works nicely credit or debit card. Highly recommended.

I really love it! I use it for my direct deposits and I never leave home without it. It makes it easy for me to shop, get gas and pay my bills. Wal-Mart has been my favorite store since I first walked in one over thirty years ago.

We love using the card. We know what we have in the bank and always know what we can spend. We love the notifications about how much we have and when our money downloads. No overdrafts at all and no fees for going over on the money you spend. It's just straightforward, what you have in the bank is what you can spend. When the money runs out that all you get. I wish you could use it to pay for your gas at the pump or get cash if you need it. Other than that it's wonderful. Thank you for your service.

Why is it at some gas station I can't use my card at the pump. I have two small children and it's not easy getting them out and taking them in the store to pay for gas, when I can do it at pump... Is this something that can be fixed.

Why does the balance print out on receipts? When I am at Chick-fil-A and McDonalds (among others) and use my card even as debit, it prints my balance on the bottom of the receipt. This is a newer feature within the last year. It didn't do this before. This is embarrassing. Please correct.

I truly enjoy the card and have been a member for a few years now and wouldn't have it no other way. Just wish that all retailers would take it though like Uber, Lyft and others, but other than that I love the 2 days in advance on my direct deposit.

I love this card. I don't have to worry about overdraft fees or any hidden fees. It's good for me like me, who doesn't have good credit and still able to get direct deposit and maintain my money without having to be charged a high maintenance fee.

When I applied for this card it said you get paid up to 2 days faster. Well I haven't seen this. Since I got the card I wait till 7am on payday to use my funds. Overall the card is great and the text messages is all ways telling you the previous balance after you do an transaction.

So mysteriously I was negative -13.15 last week on my card. Tell me how that happens with a prepaid Visa. Looked at transaction history and there was nothing that could explain why. Then my pay got loaded and of course it got deducted no biggie but then I got to in network ATM and magically I had $3 and some change just disappear. So needless to say I will be saving up and opening up a bank account with a reputable establishment and leaving Walmart Money Card since they obviously don't know what they're doing with their crappy customer service.

I love my card with a picture on it. Can easily reload it at checkout or the customer's service. The only thing I don't care for is the three dollar charge a month if I controlled at least five hundred dollars a month.

I have been a customer for several years and I use my Walmart card more than my personal bank account. I love the perks of being paid early, free loads at Walmart, and no monthly fee because I have direct deposits. The account is just an overall great option to banking.

I love my Walmart card, I can add money to it whenever I need to. I get paid and put the money for my bills on my card, and I can pay my bills immediately. I would recommend Walmart cards to all of my friends.

I was told I couldn't stop charges or be re-credit to my account. I even sent a letter from the company that fixed it for me cause I was scammed. I believe I should have been re-credited. Why was I also charged $3.00 for a new card that also should refined.

The only real complaint I have about my card is the text message balances I get daily aren't always accurate, and they aren't always near the same time. I have to request my balance to get an accurate one. It would be nice to be able to use my card at gas station pumps, too.

I know what this card means. After the divorce I'm worthless with no credit and no bank that would want me. A low point beyond denial. This card has left me a way to pay my bills in front of my kids and others without feeling so ashamed. I might feel worthless but you helped me save face in front of my kids.

I love my card. It allows me to direct deposit. Only thing I don't like is the monthly charge and if I reload at Walmart I have to pay $3. It should be if you load at Walmart that month then there shouldn't be a monthly charge.

I have a good experience using my Walmart MoneyCard. Only a few times over the last several years have I been unable to access my account online. The account helps me track my spending and not go over my limit.

I never received my personalized debit card and when I asked to have a new one sent to me at a different address I was told I would not have access to funds on my temporary debit card. Therefore I have never received my personalized debit card.

I like having my account thru my Walmart card however I don't think is fair business to charge for a deposit or withdrawal. Like any other bank it cost nothing if you are a member of that bank. As a member of this Walmart MasterCard I think it would be great customer service if you would offer the same courtesy.

As long as I have used the Walmart Prepaid MoneyCard I have loved the renewed freedom I get with it. Since I am not employed bank fees were hard to deal with so hearing that at the time Walmart only charged $3 to cash checks and $3 monthly fee was perfect for me so I am happy to talk about it to anyone looking for a bank alternative. With the card I am able to load it and do my shopping online as I would normally which is great, I also love the send money feature that lets me send money to family members which is just perfect. This may sound like a cheap commercial but it is real and I am glad I use the card. Thank you.

Excellent service. Love the early direct deposit funds availability excellent computer services. Maybe make a better looking card with a chip reader. More free atms, mobile banking, depositing checks via phone. Great card. Great service.

I like the card. It's very convenient for people who live away from family. The only thing I wished that you could have more users on the account. It would be great if I could have all my kids on the account.

I hate this card. It cost too much money for withdrawal. I paid a bill before with the card, double the amount was held and I didn't get it returned to my account for 2 to 3 weeks. When I inquired about the money being nobody I talked to could give me an explanation for it being held and I was told false information about when it was going to be released.

Would like to have some additional card benefits such as offering long standing customers with accounts in good standing a none secured credit card option. Or even an overdraft option. Perhaps some reward points good at Walmart online or in store purchases as incentives.

I love my Walmart MoneyCard. I've been using them for years now. Direct deposit always on time, although the times do change sometimes. The online account doesn't update as quickly as it should. I also sign up for text alert when I get deposits and if my balance reach a certain limit but that feature doesn't work. It would help a lot. Also options to get checks like other prepaid accounts would be nice too.

I have been with MoneyCard for almost 2 years and It has been a great experience. When I have an issue is it always resolved in a timely fashion. The only request I have is that sometimes I would like to be able to speak to an American representative only because there can sometimes be a language barrier.

I'm so glad I decided to get the Walmart visa prepaid card. I do a lot of online shopping and I never have to worry about overdraft fees. And it's only $3 to reload. I'm thinking about getting my paycheck loaded on there and get paid 2 days earlier.

I feel we should have other reload options. It's very irritating to have to stand in long lines just to reload your card. I do have direct deposit but if I need to reload I have to go to Walmart. Sometimes cashiers don't even know how to load the card.

Why can't I or others make cash deposits into my account? Why do I have to pay a fee to deposit a check into my account? This is not right! I already have direct deposit for my social security. Why does a balance show on receipts I receive at many merchants? Not right! This needs to be addressed.

I love my Walmart MoneyCard. It allows me to have the freedom to pay all my bills and doesn't allow overdraft which is something I love. It allows me more freedom without being tied to any banks and I don't have to wait till payday for my checks to be deposited.

I've had my MoneyCard for about 4 years and it has been such a great card to have. I have been so happy to be able to make purchases knowing my information is safe and secure. I love the ease and advances that the app has made. I would however like the system to be more reliable as there were times I was unable to access my account because it was down.

How you have money service and it takes 10 to 15 minutes to get money added to my card. And now I wait in line with all other money services. I just want to put money on my card. The last time I tried to and money it took 30 mins. 18 people in line with one cashier. So I called management and then they sent two more people and it was on a Friday or payday for most people.

I have no complaints. The Walmart card has been great. I've been able to get paid a few days early which is a blessing sometimes. Don't change a thing! I would add a suggestion to maybe having reward given out. Such as deposit $1000 and get 10 points. Points add up to give us discounts or something.

I don't understand why for the last 8 months I got paid on Wednesdays and then after the 4th of July my date changed to Thursday. It's ** and annoying. I have my bills set up for when I get paid on Wednesdays!

Love it, use direct deposit with it, money on early. Only issue now is that the ability to send a text to get balance no longer working. Called and was told on first week of July was being worked on. Still not working.

I like it because I can get my money fast and quickly and I like it because I can go to any store to use and like Walmart it got the money back Walmart up there and it got who take the money off it for me.

Absolutely dissatisfied with Walmart MoneyCard. The fact that once you claim you haven't received your actual card they cancel your temporary card is **. There needs to be another way to pull money out of your account is situations like those, rather it's showing form of identification or security questions. There should be a way you can get to your funds without having to use the Walmart MoneyCard. They pretty much screwed me out of using my funds for a week until they sent me out a new card cause the customer service lady wasn't understanding my questions and concerns and cancelled all cards associated with my account.

I've always been pleased with my ability to use my card just about anywhere. No complaints from me. I'm also pleased that I can use this account to pay my bills using bill pay. It helps me out tremendously just to go online and do this from the convenience of home.

Love love love this card. Never had issues so far like I have had with other cards. Love how I get my paycheck deposited early and love the vault option to put money aside. I can use the card everywhere I go and have made many online purchases with no issues.

Most of the time it takes 3-4 days to record deposits. I don't understand why my balance changes from $7.40 to $12.40 without me making a deposit. Does this have anything to do with my account being attached to PayPal?

I have only had minimal issues, mainly due to system-wide problems. I can use it pretty much anywhere. It would be wonderful if there was an ATM that doesn't charge to withdraw cash. (Closest bank that had a no charge ATM closed several months ago.)

When I first got this card and for several years, I used to get a .03 cent discount on gas from MurphyUSA. Then suddenly last year, they stopped giving the discount with this type of card and now they give it on the Walmart gift card. Not fair. I pay a service fee for my MoneyCard but yet the gift card, which is free, gets the discount. Walmart didn't even tell me this until months after they stopped the discount. I called the number on the back of my card and they were rude to me. I now get my gas across the street at CircleK.

I don't have any issues with my card. I only use it when purchasing certain items or storing extra money for special things like birthdays and vacations. It's been great. Sometimes I use it to pay bills when my checking account gets low, there is never a problem then and never a problem at the grocery store.

I don't know why I must wait for the fraud I was trying to report to clear and then call back to get the matter taken care of and then on top of that I was charged $3 for a replacement card which is ridiculous to charge the victim of the crime. Not only that I have to go without any money until I get a card in the mail. There has to be a better way to take care of this problem.

It's a great card. I use it on eBay and everywhere that Mastercard is used. Just wish I didn't have to pay $3 to add money to it. I give it a 9.5 out of 10!!! I take the card with me everywhere and love to use it!

I am very happy with my Walmart money, good service. If I have any questions they are quick to answer. They now alert me when I have a direct deposit, it's so helpful. I have used the card 6 yrs. Any important updates they contact me with mail. Thank you.

I chose this card because I am a Walmart associate, and I spend money at Walmart almost daily so the 1% cash back made this a good fit for me. I love the app, it's easy to use. The only thing I would change is that you should be able to get your cash back more than once a year, maybe have it eligible to cash out quarterly.

I don't understand why it cost me $3.00 every time I put money in or take money out of my account. I know that other banks don't charge that fee for taking money out or putting money in. I use Walmart MoneyCard because I'm still getting my credit back in shape and don't think it's fair.

I have utilized the MoneyCard for a year now and the basic daily purchase process works ok. The problem is the replenishment. Yes I can go to a store and be billed $3.00 to reload but still haven't been able to reload via the computer on-line system. In many cases my employees require immediate access to funds only to be told to wait until I can get to a Walmart and oh by the way, bring me the card. In the construction business emergencies occur often requiring high out of pocket cash. This card limits our ability to react.

I have had the MoneyCard for a few years now and it's been great! I had fraud on my card and they took care of it immediately and replaced my card right away. I didn't have to wait long either to have access to my funds again. I prefer using this card over a bank.

I have only had one problem with my experience with my Walmart Money card. It was when they once charged my account with the monthly fee when I had deposited more than $1000 that month, I called customer service and they took care of it right away. I have been using it for years, and plan on continuing for years to come.

I think it was May of 2016 I had money on my card, but my transaction was declined. I have text and e-mail alerts to let me know when my direct deposit is added on the card and I get the text message and email the day after.

I love everything about the Walmart card. I love the fact that I get my checks two days early, and how convenient it is to load and unload money at my nearest Walmart. I also love the Walmart app. It's an easy way to track my spending and check my balance.

I am completely satisfied with Walmart MoneyCard thus far. I applied for this card in March 2017 and recommended Walmart MoneyCard to several people I know. I receive a text message when funds are deposited into my account. I signed up for direct deposit. I also like the quick view of my account balance with just one swipe without logging into your account. Walmart MoneyCard is also accepted at most retailers and ATMs.

Pleased at how quickly Walmart responded when I reported unauthorized use of my card while on vacation. I was issued a new card and full refund of the bogus charges. All money loaded on the old card was seamlessly transferred to the new one. Thanks much!

Ever since I received the card I've never once had any problems loaning and unloading my funds. What a stellar company. You all have displayed a great deal of integrity. I appreciate all you have done for me. Customer service is top notch! Definitely has exceeded my expectations and for that... I thank you.

I find it very convenient to have this card. It's very useful. I do not want to have a credit card and do not have a bank account. I love using my Walmart money card. Because of my card I have been able to join the online shopping craze. I even used it to purchase an online course in event planning. If it was not for my card I would not be on my way in my new career.

MoneyCard promised I would get my pay deposits on Wednesdays. The first time my forest from my employer loaded on Wednesday and early. My last pay was deposited on a Thursday resulting in me getting late fees paying bills. This was deceiving.

Not satisfy with ATM fees separate from the machine fee. Wish it was less than now and how quickly the monthly fee is charged. Besides that everything is good. Customer service is great. Thank you. You should have customer rewards on a monthly basis.

Love my Walmart MoneyCard. Very easy and convenient to use. Money is always on the card quickly after refilling it. I use the card for all of my major bills and have never had a problem with using the card. Have recommended getting the Walmart MoneyCard to friends and family.

My card was compromised and I felt like I had no assistance in the matter. The process was very difficult and time consuming. When dealing with customer service they are often difficult to understand with language barrier and not very helpful.

I absolutely love my card and all the awesome functions like the Vault, I LOVE THE VAULT!!! I really love everything about the card because it's also just like having a Bank Acct and none of the fees. Again, I absolutely love the Card!!!

I was greatly disappointed when I traveled out of town, using my WalMart debit card, my card was stolen. I immediately notified Customer Service and the representatives did not rectify the issue. I gave them a complete description, date and time, also what was purchased on the card. To my dismay I was not reimbursed for the damages done on the card. I completed a police report upon my return.

I think that if you are going to charge me a fee to load card you should not be charging monthly and if I have a second card you should be able to load it as well as the primary card. I have also notice that I am no longer getting my discount when purchasing gas with the prepaid card so I have to load a gift card to get a discount. Fix that!

Very convenient. Love the low monthly fee. Perfect for shopping online. It's safer than carrying cash. Never had a problem when eating out or ordering food online. I would recommend to a friend or family member. Would be nice to reload at any store besides Walmart.

I am very pleased with my Walmart MoneyCard. I use it for all my shopping needs. I also take it with me when I cruise. I use the Walmart MoneyCard to pay my bills online every month also which is a great conscience. It is very simple to load the funds onto the card also. I think the Walmart MoneyCard works out great for me.

I love using the Walmart MoneyCard. It makes things so easy. My checks get deposited quicker, which I really approve of. Am so glad I have it! I don't like carrying cash. Another reason why I like the Walmart MoneyCard. It can be used anywhere one wishes to. I can use my card to get money orders for my bills. Again it's just so easy.

Majority of the representatives aren't American and can barely speak English. They hang up on you and refuse to transfer to a supervisor when requested. My last month doing business with this company. They're horrible and I hate them literally.

I like the card but don't like the reload fees. Other than that the card is good. It would be nice to be able to pull off money with no charge and more than 500 a day. I have no other issues with it. I would recommend it to family and friends. I even got a card for my daughter.

My employer doesn't offer direct deposit, so every week when I cash my check, it costs 3$. If I want to add additional money, it costs 3$. That adds to about 200$ a year to have this card. That doesn't make me happy at all.

There was a black Walmart card I had for a long time that wouldn't charge 3$ for refill. Wish this one would be like that but other than that I have no problems with it!!! It is accepted pretty much everywhere I use it as well as being reliable when a mistake or two have been made in the past to make it right asap.

The Walmart MoneyCard is truly a great card to have. You can pay bills, do MoneyGrams, buy groceries. It's like having Visa as your business partner. The website is right on spot with keeping track of what you spend and your available credit.

The overall experience levels are middle of the road. Irritating at times trying to get access to funds, long lines at stores with only one cashier 99 out of 100 times. Cashiers are always friendly and accommodating, but are often frustrated with the situation.

They have always been helpful and nice when I've had to contact them. I've had my SSI going on it for years and will stay with them!! I have recommended this card to family and friends. It has the lowest monthly fees I've found, that means a lot to someone with limited income! Thanks!

It be better if I can't make it to Wal-Mart than CVS does it but 6 bucks is expensive on tight budget. It's not a lot to people who can work but I'm disabled so I need it for internet bill so can talk with family. My dad is having another surgery and I need to communicate with him.

My only issue with the card is in dealing with rude customer service agents in regards to unauthorized transactions on my card. I was treated rudely by no less than 3 CS agents recently when there were 2 unauthorized transactions on my card, one for a sizable amount. I was treasured like I had done something wrong.

Just had a problem trying to use the card on vacation with my family which was embarrassing and they need to have more ATM locations so we can stop getting charged but besides those minor things you guys have been doing great. Keep up the good work.

Great experience with staff and card. No problems, easy to use, easy to keep up with your balance and transactions, pleasant customer service, great updates, never put in embarrassing situations with overdrafts or refusals, accepted everywhere anytime, day or night.

This is a great card, my only complaint would be there are a lot of places, gas stations, rental places (equipment, cars) and many others either won't take the card at all or make you jump through hoops (like at a gas station going inside and prepaying).

I've never been more pleased with a debit card. The card is easy to load, use, review all information from the site. I seriously doubt I'll ever use another debit card again! Thank you for everything regarding this card! No complaints here.

I really like that I can't "overspend" with this card - if I don't have the money, can't buy something that cost $20 if there's only $17.34 in acct. vs. a regular checking that would probably go thru & then get a $30 overdraft charge. I DON'T LIKE the $3 monthly fee after losing my job & not being able to deposit $1000.00 per month. It would be nice to have that waived after being a loyal customer for YEARS! (& get reimbursement for the past year!! $36 credit would be awesome! Might not be a lot to you all, but it's a tank of gas to go job hunting to me!!!) & last but not least, would be great if customer service folks could speak clearer English if & when I have to call... I had no issues with my card until recently. I tried to get card balance by texting BAL** and couldn't get it. I got a text back saying code not recognized. Other than that I have not had any other issues.

The only issues I don't like are the extra ATM fees that you charge on top of the regular ATM fee that you get also. Almost $5 just to take money out. I know Walmart is free but it's not always convenient. Also when you have a dispute on your card it's almost impossible to get your money back with 2 weeks. Please improve customer service. Thanks.

You guys charged me a 100.00 every time I would get gas. Most times your company didn't pay it back. Just got tired of being screwed over by you guys. In the future you all shouldn't do your customers the way your company did me... Show your customers respect and don't treat them like they are a idiot.

I have the best Experience with Walmart. I had a GYM try to charge my card without my permission. I called WalMart and told them what this company was trying to do. It was corrected and my money was returned, I will always use my Walmart card. Thank you.

Wonderful service using the Walmart MoneyCard. Direct deposit is available one full day as opposed to other banks and credit union. It's easy to load money on the card at lots of different location other than just Walmart. I recommend this card to everyone that I know.

I have had nothing but great experience with the Walmart MoneyCard. I can use it anywhere and even get my paychecks deposited via direct deposit. I have had credit and bank problems in the past due to school and my ex-wife but I can use the money card online to purchase items and pay for services just like a checking account. I'm really glad to have it!

I do like getting my money a day before payday. But back in April of last year there was a malfunction with the systems at Green Dot that made it inconvenience to use my money. That experience made me open a real bank account somewhere else.

I had several times where money was being taken in random amounts from my card. I tried to call to speak to someone and they keep putting me on hold. I called the vendors and it didn't show that it was taken from their end but my card shown that money was taken from the company Green Dot. Plus I never get to speak to someone locally and it hard to understand them. I am missing over $40.00 and I think this is a scam that the bank does to take money from customers that they think doesn't suspect so they can make a no risk profit.

So far I have been very satisfied with this service. I use the card to pay my monthly bills for which I have found it to be much safer for identity than using my bank card. I would like to see a change instead of charging the customer every time to load the card 3.00 and charge me every month with a fee, charge me a flat rate for loading and monthly service charge. Because if I load the card 6 times a month (which you would charge me 3.00 x 6 = 18.00) plus a 3.00 a month every month I am giving out 21.00 a month.

This card is not too bad. Although the fees for ATM withdraw are terrible! It's my money. I shouldn't have to pay $6 or more to get some out the ATM. I can not find any local that I don't get charged for including my local Walmart I still get charged. There needs to be more incentives as well.

I love this card. My checks get deposited quicker. I get my money sooner. When I have a problem, customer service is really on it. The only thing I don't like is the monthly fees. But I guess that's what I am paying for great service.

My wife is a Walmart employee and it wasn't because of her job as the reason we applied for a MoneyCard, it was because of a recommendation from a friend. We have always enjoyed being a customer because of the service you have given us. We have always had a bank account and we were never happy because of the personal attention they gave us. As long as we have an account it will be with you.

I use my Walmart card for my online shopping. It's worked well but I hate that I pay a $5 monthly fee due to I only use it to online shop to avoid using my bank card due to people hacking and draining my money before. With bank fees and prepaid fees it seems monthly you dish out so much for monthly fees. I feel it's too much when you're already shopping with Walmart. Everybody always wants money!

I truly don't like that I have a Walmart MoneyCard but get charged ATM fees at Walmart. Then I'm always charged additional ATM fees on top of the fees I pay when making transactions. Otherwise I like having the service.

I purchased the Walmart MoneyCard so that I could use it like a bank card. I'm satisfied with the Walmart MoneyCard for direct deposit availability. I scored 4 out of 5 because I was not allowed to add money at the US Bank in Tillamook where I now live. If I was able to withdraw and deposit I would have scored it a 5.

Love my card. Never have a problem. It accepted anywhere and can use it in other states. Can load it when I need to and easy to track what I have spent on my card and love the reminders when my account is low.

1st old acct cards and 2nd new acct cards in the mailbox missed or lost on my physical address. I called the customer service to report not received. 3rd new acct cards supposed to come thru FedEx. Not yet. I will call customer service tomorrow if FedEx not come end of the day tomorrow. Scammer or fraud stole 304.50 on 1st old acct card and closed acct. I felt that my mailbox on physical address not safe and not trusted in the mobile home park. I always go P.O. address to get mails. The customer service told me that it is illegal for PO address. I filled out the form to mail to CA on 1st old cards that I reported for stolen. Thanks.

Well it would help me to withdraw more than $400 a day. All this entering all my info there my balance is a pain in the you know what, but overall I like the fact that my money goes straight on my card. That's the most important thing to me. That's why I didn't give you all 5 stars...

You now charge for me to get cash out of the Walmart ATM. It used to be free. Now I have no motivation to put my child support payments, my tax refund or primary job paycheck on the card. For cash, I must use cash back at a register and it limits me from a low of $20 to a high of $100. Also, I can't use it at gas stations... only if I go inside. Who wants to do that? Anyway, I'm too lazy to change that's why I still use it for my second job's paycheck. I hope to change that soon to a bank account instead of a card.

The Walmart card is great... And it makes making purchases very easy to make... It's very convenient as well at stores and for traveling. The only thing I think that would make it better is that maybe be able to personalize the card even more with personal photos or things of that nature.

I have been with Walmart MoneyCard for a while, like years on and off. I love it because I get my direct deposit on time and easy. It is easy to reload. My down side is that you can't over draft a few dollars for gas or food but I guess that's best for Walmart MoneyCard company. But I really love it and I recommend it to everybody.

The negative experience I have is with the app, the updates are slow when texting how much you have in your account. Sometimes I receive one too many of the same text. For the positive I love that I always get my checks at least 3 days early which helps.

The Walmart money card is great. Helps when you don't qualify for a bank account. Would recommend to my friends. It is very convenient, you can load money & direct deposit. The experience is awesome. Walmart MoneyCard can be use for online purchases which is great!

Great customer service. Not as good as an actual bank but no fees and getting paid 2 days faster is great. You can go to any Walmart any time any hours. Never have to worry about the banks being closed. They are there for you 24/7. Can't beat that yay 200.

The Card is easy to use. I have not experienced any problems. When calling customer service my questions are answered and they verify my identity. Very easy to load funds on card at any Walmart. Card is accepted everywhere. Receiving my payroll a day earlier is very helpful.

It's easy to use, the terms of service aren't so full of jargon that I could actually understand them. It's easy to load the card, and the direct deposit information was processed super fast, faster than even a bank checking account. The site makes finding answers easy when I have had questions and the site is easy to navigate to find the information I need about my account.

Great. Haven't had a problem. I love using the MoneyCard to pay my bills. I just want to be able to change the picture on my card. Have had my card for about four years. There isn't anything that I have to complain about. Doing well with everything, customer service.

Make sure you keep the family card for parents to add funds and the children can return the favor later if the parents or child is traveling. It is much easier and convenient. I just wish I could have one account with 3 or 4 cards to cover all of my children at one time and not the American Express version.

This card is very convenient to have. I have had this card for years and have been very satisfied with it. I am not pleased with your customer service dept. They can never resolve my issues on the 1st call & I always have to keep calling back when some charge is not authorized. It's a headache & they expect you to resolve the issue.

Green Dot has been supposedly looking into my dispute for 2 weeks. I call every day. I was told go to a church or food bank when I told them I needed my money for groceries for my 5 kids. Was told not to call back at one point from a guy named Michael. I am so disappointed in this card!

I love my Walmart MoneyCard. It's very convenient and easy to use. The app was the icing on the cake for me. I love that I get my paychecks on Wednesday and I get my monthly fee waived every month. Great for tax returns too! The only reason I have 4 stars is because of customer service. I've never receive good service from them. Everyone sounds like they're overseas and you can barely understand them. The communication barrier makes it hard to get any help. And some of them are rude and not very knowledgeable.

For the last three years I have not been able to sign in online despite several attempts to reset the password and calling into customer service on several occasions. No one has ever been able to resolve my issue and I am not happy about this.

I like the card. I hate the fees but I know that they help keep people employed. I like the card and like the fact that I can go to and Walmart and add money to it. I wish the fees were smaller but what can I do about this. The card is good but I'm not using it for to put my paycheck on it. I don't like not having any cash. This is why.

I haven't had any problems with my Walmart Money Card. I only wish that there wasn't a service fee when your check is direct deposited. I know that $3.00 isn't a lot of money but when you don't get a lot every little bit helps. I am thankful for the early posting of the direct deposit.

I am happy with my card... The only thing I would change would be maybe either lowering the fee to reload or possibly having every tenth load free. I hate banks because they rip you off. They take money for overdrafts from people who are already broke. I love that there are no overdrafts with this card.

I am very happy with the service and with the direct deposit feature. I have told a few people about it and a few of them went and got one. I use mine just about every day and both of my paycheck goes right to my card. And I'm very happy with everything for sure.

Besides the fact that I do not agree with having to pay a fee at Walmart to reload a Walmart card on top of having a monthly maintenance fee. My bluebird card is free to load as should yours be especially when loading at a Walmart.

I receive direct deposit every Wednesday, But I don't get notified until Thursday. Why is the notifications so slow. That is the only issue I have with the Walmart app. Otherwise I love the app, Love the idea you can put money in the vault.

It takes too long for a deposit hold to credit back to your account. Sometimes as long as two weeks. i.e. hotels place a 50 to 100 dollar hold on your card when you check in. Even if the room has already been paid for.

I don't have any issues with your service, except some of the reps don't speak English very well, and if I need a replacement card it takes 3 weeks to get a new one. Other than that great job! I use this card to make my life easier with my kiddos SSI payments, I get it earlier than the 1st, it works out great.

I really don't like the fact that it charges me $5 a month to use the service or whatever it is for. I prefer to have a prepaid card that doesn't take money from me. If you really want to satisfy me I should be able to get the money that the card charges me back to make me a satisfied customer. I shouldn't be charged to use a card that I put my hardworking money on because I don't use it enough. I put money on this for food for every week. If it takes $5 from me that's $5 less of food I can get for myself so I would prefer not to be charged if possible. I don't like to be charged when I put money my hardworking money on a card and because I don't use it enough I get charged. It's not fair to me but in any case that's my opinion. So if you really want me to be a satisfied customer I shouldn't be charged $5 anymore and I should get the money that you charged me back.

I've been getting my card loaded two days early. But today my card hasn't been loaded yet. It's frustrating not knowing if it's going to be load two days in advance or if I have to wait. Other than that I appreciate the service just not so much the guessing and waiting.

My employer put in my direct deposit on Friday. Today is Wednesday evening I have not received my money. My employer showed me where his bank has transferred the money to my account but it's not showing. I call the number get the run around. I'm planning to cancel my Walmart card. This is unbelievable. I can't get my money or no answers. I will be contacting my lawyer in the next day or two. I tried to be patient but I'm getting no answers.

I have had the Walmart card for few years now. Never had any trouble with it. It lets me know when my deposit come in. There is always someone there on the line when you need them. Very easy to use. I suggest this card to everyone.

I would of given five stars but I am only giving four because I would like to be able to take a picture of my paycheck and have it automatically go into my card. It only offers direct deposit and my employer does not offer that. I really like this card other than that... Hopefully this is something that will become available soon.

I have enjoyed my Walmart card very much. It does not take long to show on my account. It is quick and easy to load. Love my cash back. I have had only two bad experiences in the past. It was resolved very quickly.

Dependable, accurate, convenient. Deposits are available immediately and transactions reflect in real time so I always have an accurate available balance. When adding money to my husband's card when he's on the road (he's a truck driver) it was available to him in less than 5 minutes no matter where he was. Have and will recommend to others.

I would like to be able to refill it without having Black Walmart Debit Card present. I've also had difficulty cancelling a second card in an ex's name. Customer service in general sucks. You should post interest on vault balance. Other than that it's fine.

I love the card but having to pay a $3.00 to refill my card it should be free. Then you have to have $20.00 minimum to put on it. Then trying to find out how you have on line is hard. Otherwise love the card.

I think I should only be charged a fee when I use my card, not when I have a low balance and definitely not when I haven't loaded the card. Frankly, I think your card is designed to make money for you, when it is advertised as a FREE prepaid card!!

I called as soon as I noticed a charge on my card that I had no idea about, didn't even know anything about the place my card # was used, I called and reported it. They froze my card and sent me a new one. I sent in the dispute papers to get the money put back on my card, and the dispute was declined. I work very hard for my money and I don't have much, so the $177.00 taken hit me hard. I was out of state at the time, and staying at a hotel and I think that is how someone got my info. I was out of town burying my 29 yr old son.

I've had a great experience with my Walmart MoneyCard. It's very convenient and easy to reload. I really enjoy the vault feature which allows you to stash your change like a savings account although I would like to see the feature that lets you update your personalized card.

At least once a month my direct deposit is late!! Every time I call you all say contact my employer but my job is a business and it's ran that way. They process their paper on the same day every day!! No one else pay is affected at my job but mines and it's monthly... I think I'm going back to RushCard... The least you all can do is take responsibility for putting my life on hold!!

The Walmart card is a wonderful replacement for a bank account. My money is deposited 2 days early which is convenient for me. I also like the stash option which allows me to save money and not spend it. I'm extremely happy with everything the Walmart card has to offer.

Often times the app or the website crashes and not able to access money on my card to move from the vault to my available balance. I sometimes have to be connected to Wi-Fi in order to transfer my money. That can be very irritating especially in an emergency situation I shouldn't have to find Wi-Fi to use the app or the website on regular Internet browsers.
