I've been a customer for several yrs, would like to have better perks and a LOCAL affiliated bank. Checking acct availability. Less atm fees. As all my money is direct deposited. But am overall happy. Need chipped cards and more friendly card folks.

I like the grand lottery thing but I get paid like 3 grand a month and it seems to never fall on the days the refill or whatever days to have your next month's fees waived so that's pointless. I feel like I can't trust Walmart too much because my card was used not that long ago on something I have no idea about. But I've been with them a long time so I just stay because I like the store and one other thing I like is the cashback. That's pretty cool but I feel like the max cashback should be more. I spend a lot at Walmart. But overall it's good. Not the best and definitely not the worse.

The Walmart MoneyCard is very convenient especially for me because I'm in the hospitality industry and make tips. I can load my tip money and pay bills right at the cashier. Plus I don't have to worry about over draft fees or NSF fees. Very simple and easy!!

Love my card. Never had any trouble with it, it's accepted everywhere I go. Two thumbs up. Great job. I also like that I get my direct deposit two days quicker. Just wish I didn't get charged twice at atm machines.

Instead of paying 1.50 to 2 dollars in money orders or fees at check cashier I load up my card and pay all my bills for 3 dollars and pay all 7 of my bills in less than 4 minutes, so 7 x 2 =14, I pay 3 dollars and save 11 dollars a month, that's 110 a Year. This card saves me money.

I love my card and love the convenience of it, the personalized picture and the early deposit. No complaints at all except the new bill pay is no good. Also I use to be able to transfer money with the card to/from other accounts but that no longer works. That was very convenient as I am in Alaska. A good deal of time and cannot go to a physical location.

I've used my card for years and it's always been good to me. The early Direct Deposit is nice, though I can't get it to stay synced with the QuickBooks App. Other than the QuickBooks Sync bug it's been a great card and one I use to this very day. ^_^

I have not had any issues with my Walmart MoneyCard. If there are any transactions I didn't approve they rectify the problem right then and there. I have two direct deposit going to this account and have certain bills automatically come out on time.

The Walmart MoneyCard makes it so easy for me to pay bills and get my money. There is never an issue with my deposits or withdrawals. I have a hard time getting a bank account due to fraud on my account, so without Walmart MoneyCard I wouldn't be able to secure my money. Thank you!

I love my card. I especially like the stash capabilities and the rewards And getting paid 2 days early. I can automatically send money to my kids with ease... I will keep my Walmart card for as long as I can.

Wish there was better customer service. I always try to be nice to every person but when the person on the other end is nasty to me or telling me how I'm a loser and all these other things because my account was all messed up (by no fault of my own all on the technical end of the card) and how I was ** because I am the one with no money now, "I have all my money and yours loser" and this was supposedly the "manager". Every experience with customer service is terrible. Half of the time if I use the vault feature my money goes missing and I have to call and wait 24-48 hours for it to be resolved but as soon as it is resolved someone will contact you... Never have been contacted with in the first week.

I recently had problems with A transaction I didn't make. I told Walmart I would like to dispute it and they never got back to me. I will be deactivating this card soon because of its security issues. Thank you.

I've only had it for going on two months. The card first month I was really surprised how early I got my disability check on the card so I would write out a candle and using the card just been super very happy. I actually got a visa card to put money on for my hobby and I give that a 10. Also very happy. After I have a few months I can say more about it but I've only had it like a month and a half or so for that time it's been excellent.

I keep getting shut off on my card for no reason. My money is then held until I have to go through a whole steps to get it reactivated. I have direct deposit and depend on its availability. Plus the texting system doesn't work. I try to just get my balance and it tells me it doesn't recognize what I'm asking.

The card is alright, if I could get direct deposit on it I would, but the one I wanted it for doesn't do direct deposit. So it doesn't help me, and I have hit a few bumps in the road. So I have not had money to put on it, and the service fees $3.00 to load it, and $5.00 every month is hard to keep money on it.

Great card... very convenient. I do wish the fee for withdrawal was not applied every time. I hope you will convert cards to have chips because some locations won't accept without the chip. I would like to have the monthly fee removed if you have direct deposit.

I enjoy the stash feature a lot. I also like the ease of being able to send money to friends with a Wal-Mart card instantly and for free. I also like the convenience of being able to instantly load cash on my card. The one thing I do Not like is the difficulty trying to speak with a customer representative when I had issues accessing my money on my card. Thankfully I haven't had very many issues. Overall I like the card and plan on continuing use of it.

I enjoyed using the Walmart MoneyCard. Better than the card I was previously was using. I would recommend it to other users. I like this card. It's very easy and cheaper to add money to your card. I usually pay $5 now I'm paying $3 for this card. It's way easier.

I was impressed with how simple it was to activate and start up. One of the things I liked most though was the savings side and how easy that was to separate my funds. Nice work. Can't wait to win the thousand dollars and to who ever reads this Jesus loves you.

I LOVE IT WHENEVER I NEED TO PAY AND I DEPOSIT AND PAY WITH OUT THE BANK HASSLE! It's fast and easy, can get as much of my weekly check deposited or all it's all up to me. Also can you to rent movies at Red box as well as paying bills.

I am very pleased with the card. POS and online use is very easy. My only difficulty is paying at the gas pump, I always have to go into the store to pay. And it would be helpful if I could deposit checks. Then I could close my brick & mortar bank account. Not as happy with your app. I have trouble logging in every time. It's easier just to call the MoneyCard line.

I have never had a problem with the card and I like that I could put my grand babies pictures on the cards. When I had my cards stolen it was easy to get them stopped and I received a new card in matter of days.

I'm always needing to pull money from the ATM but 2.50 each time is super expensive. Not to mention I'm a long haul trucker and the fee to reload at the truck stop is 4.95. I got this card for convenience but now it is costing me more than it is being convenient.

The card charges for every use smh but at this moment I have to use the card. You give free direct deposit because you know you charge for everything else. Even if you use atms with no surcharge. It would be better if you didn't charge for every use.

I have had my Wal-Mart money card for 7 years. One of the problems I have is that I pay a monthly fee and am also charged to take my own money off of it. I am currently trying to find a card that offers no monthly fees or loading fee or no fees to take money off.

You all cheat people out of their money. Customer service doesn't help resolve no issues at all. It's going on 2 months that I been waiting on a supervisor to call me back due to $117 that was taken. Every time you call in to the customer support they are unwilling to help. And also everyone accent is very strong.

Not a lot of places on the internet will accept this card for payment online. That was the major reason of getting this card so no one would have access to my checking account with my debit card. After high hospital bills and the resulting death of my husband, I was forced into bankruptcy, so I have no credit cards to use online. I don't like the fact that you double dip into my funds with the service charge of loading the card, then you take $5 for a monthly charge. I'd think that the $3 loading fee would be covered in the monthly charge. As soon as I can get a regular card, I will be getting rid of this annoyance!

No issues except my card is starting to crack and I need a new one soon. I am not sure how to go about doing that. I never have problems loading or using the card and I recently got the app. I love the vault feature. That really helps me save up for rainy days or big bills that are coming up.

Using the Walmart card has been very good. It's better than having a bank account. I really like the fast direct deposit and I get my check a day early. I think for account that stay in the positive and in kept a certain amount of money each month should be able to have drawings for stuff that can be won.

I really enjoy having a prepaid debit card with early direct deposit. It's really convenient to have the Walmart MoneyCard. The customer service is great and the representatives are very pleasant. I recommend this card to all my family and friends.

I've been with Walmart Money since 2006 and in the past few months, it's been hectic trying to figure out if my money would be posted to my account early or on the normal day like it's supposed to be. One minute it's early and the next it's late.

The Walmart card Is a great access to my life. It allows me to stay in control of my finances. I love the stash feature. I also like getting instant text for every purchase. Thank you for a great product. I would recommend this to my family and friends.

Great service. On time, or a step ahead 80% of any day... Thank You... only problem I have is... paying my international bills. If I had no problem with this account, that is the only one. So, I had no choice, other than return my businesses to an old-fashioned American bank account... instead of being labeled... "A pre-paid".

I had my D.C. Compromised in March and now in July - please look into your security! This is terrible and I am looking at other banks for my direct deposit! I do not feel safe putting my hard earned paycheck wondering if there is going to be phishing done on my account.

Shouldn't have fee if direct deposit is done with the account and cash withdraw from cashier should be charged when getting cash out. Shouldn't be charged a fee for checking balances but overall the Walmart MoneyCard is better than getting a regular bank account.

I recently had an issue with a Merchant charging my card after I had told them to cancel my orders or my subscription I had with them. They continue to charge my card and that's when I put in a dispute to say, "Hey they're still charging my card, can you please stop this and get my money back." What they failed to tell me was that I was going to have my card turned off to where I wasn't able to use it and for them to ship me a new one. The first issue as they should have told me that's what was going to happen, and if that is what they were going to do they should have expedited the card to me, so it will get to me quicker than 7 days. Or they could have at least allowed me to use my old card until the new one came in or gave me the choice. I don't appreciate not having access to my money when I need it, this is very inconvenient for the customer. I don't think I can trust my money with this bank any longer.

First I think they need more people that speaks and understand good English. When there is an incident I feel they should be able to stop transactions instead of canceling customers cards altogether. People need their money and should always have access to it. I think it should be unlimited amount that can be deposited onto the card.

Help charges that did not make. Suggest to send new card. Open new account, help out lot. Like how the experience help me a lot. The customer person was very understanding and patient with and let me know how long it would be for my new card come the mail.

Love your service. Wish it had faster deposit. I like the Walmart card. It's very convenient for me. And my family. It's acceptable everywhere we go. Thank you for the service you provide. The reason I want faster deposit is. Because in the card advertisement it said you could get your deposit two days faster.

My overall experience on a 1 - 10 scale is a 10. Very convenient in store service at customer service, at the checkout, or deposit check by phone!! I don't think I'll go back to a regular bank ever again! Large check deposit post immediately. Nothing but positivity! Thank you!! :-)

I have been quite pleased with my Walmart MoneyCard. No issues with overdraft. I can only use the amount of money I have on my card and no huge monthly fees, easy to load money on it and I can use it anywhere without fees.

The only problem I have is that the ATM locations are not convenient for me if I'm not willing to go to Walmart and make a purchase. I would also like to have a larger daily withdrawal limit. I also feel that it would be beneficial to receive at least a .03 discount at the pump.

Problems to gain simple transactions. Balance, history... just simple stuff (sometimes) etc.???? BUT, I will never give up on a WALMART. Feedback is always good. Keep up the good work WALMART??? WALMART making lives easier. Thank You!

I only have one complaint about the money card, my card is worn out and needs replaced. I called customer service and was told replacement cards are not issued. Everything else I'm completely satisfied with. I love the fact I never get charged fees and that my direct deposit hits 2 days early!

I use the card to send money to my girlfriend who is in California taking care of her ailing parents at the moment. I can honestly say that the experience has gotten better. In the past there were lots of cashiers who did not know how to load the card. Things go a lot smoother now. The only thing I can quibble about would be the cost to load as well as the cost to take money off. Seems to me that you are making money hand over fist here.

I love this card. It is easy to use, great security features and has a mobile app that I use daily to check my balance. My favorite thing is the 'stash your cash' option because it's like having checking AND savings with an incentive to save your own money!

Very angry to open email about my account from you to find ALL MY PERSONAL info right there for any hacker to take. You send me a email to notify me of low account balance then you display my banking info, checking number, and routing number. WHY WOULD YOU send that in a email? I am aware of what my info is and I don't need a email telling me my balance is low and to reload. I've been using the MoneyCard since 2010 maybe earlier and what happened to no monthly fee if you have direct depo over a thousand a month. I do believe I've been paying a $3 fee now all of the sudden when I never used to. I'm sure I'm owed some money back from this.

I'm really happy with my Walmart M.C. The only bad issue I have is that every time I have to load extra money on my card besides my direct deposit, I get charged $3.00 every single time! Being a Walmart M.C. holder all deposits should be free.

Needs more rewards and direct deposit times need to be earlier. If you are notified of a deposit on Wednesday then the funds need to be available immediately not have to wait until Thursday to have access to funds. Also if money is being refunded to your account it takes too long. It should be refunded in 24-48 hrs instead of 7-10 business days.

Everything is great! Except I can't use this card with QVC for Easy Pay. QVC claims this is card is not affiliated with a real bank. Thus I can only pay in full and can not continue to use Easy Pay now that I have switched to Green Dot bank. Can Walmart please do something about this.

Absolutely love this card. I have had it for very long but it's a lot easier to order things online. I used to just buy money orders, but now this is the way I going to start doing it. I'm even thinking about getting my son one (but not sure what the age is that he can have one-he's 13) and he loves to order games online for his Xbox. I could put his allowance on it and he won't bug me about wanting mine. Thank you Walmart. You're the best.

The product and the websites for Walmart's MoneyCard are easy to use and understand, I am very pleased. The direct deposit was a smooth transaction and my VISA card is accepted everywhere. Along with the Walmart name and locations where I can access so many things!!

I don't feel the monthly fee should be $3 when we already paid for the card and have to pay to have money loaded on the card. I think after so long you should be able to change to the Walmart credit card.

I have been a customer for years however there have Been issues with my direct deposits. As well as I have had issues with money being refunded into my account. As well as no one could explain where my funds were and I was suppose to receive a refund from a company and never got it.

I enjoy having the card but I think having a monthly service fee plus the addition $3 every time I want to put money on it is ridiculous. I pay $3-6 to cash my check at Walmart then another $3 to put money on the card and another $5 for a monthly service fee. My employer doesn't offer direct deposit.

It has only happened twice but some companies have a hard time getting payments with Walmart MoneyCard to process. Walmart MoneyCard may want to find a way to ensure that payments with their card will be processed just the same as any other card.

I have gone to Walmart everytime to get cash out of atmosphere and I am getting charged $2.50 to pull money out. It even says it should be a free transaction. I am not very happy with and I feel I should get that money back when it is to be a free transaction at Walmart atm! Besides that I am very pleased with my Walmart MoneyCard and have referred my family and friends!

Walmart MoneyCard is awesome. There is not penalty when drawing from atms or transaction. But when in it comes to bank fraud or hackers, hacking into accounts, Wal-Mart has to step up and offer some kind of security for their consumers.

I am relatively satisfied with the services. There have been times where I would have a balance but my card was declined. Usually when at a gas station while at the pump. Lately, when I have gone online to check balance I have not been able to, I end up just calling the 1 800 number. I do not like speaking to anyone at the 1800 number because I usually get the wrong info and it hard to understand the customer service rep. Again, I have had this card for years and I am satisfied with the overall advantages of the card.

I have nothing but great things to say. I have a check direct deposited twice a month to this and it is so perfect for those with no bank account. I have reserved many things with my card. And with me having direct deposit, there's no charge to reload.

Wal-mart should not charge a reload fee at Wal-mart, you have another vendor card that doesn't charge a reload fee, that is reloadable at Wal-mart, why does Wal-mart have a reload fee on a Wal-mart branded card. The convenience is fine.

I got the WMMC when I began working. I worked mostly part time when I was married and I was recently divorced. The check deposits coming 2 days before payday is very useful. I even saved a few dollars in my vault once. The ease of use of the vault makes saving seamless. I am pleased with my WMMC.

I just want to say thanks! My MoneyCard comes in handling for saving. And just knowing it can be use just like a debit card. Wal-Mart MoneyCard is so awesome especially when you can easy reload it for a small fee. I will recommend anyone to buy it.

I have had nothing but a positive experience with the Walmart MoneyCard. My direct deposit comes a little bit early which is very helpful. I have had the card for many years and have only needed to speak to customer service a few times. When I did they were courteous and helpful.

My only complaint about my Walmart card is when I use the website to check my account it will tell me wrong website, invalid information, or give me the wrong balance sometimes as well. I love my speedy deposits though. Thank you.

Both stores on Hawthorne Blvd. in Torrance only let me load my card at customer service. It is so much more convenient to load the card while I am checking out during a purchase. The store on Normandie Ave. in Torrance has better cashiers. They will load my card as I am checking out. You should train all cashiers and trust them to load the card at checkout. It would save me standing in line at customer service. Sometimes I just don't put money on the card because of the extra hassle.

Not bad to have. Frustrating when you have a hard time adding money to it. It would make a better card if you are adding money and it could be hassle free and easy to do. I have had my card for a few years and would like to see some perks to having the card.

Trying to make purchases on Apple iTunes are rejected until Walmart money card affiliate with them. But all other transactions has been pleasant and ATM withdrawals. I will continue to support the MoneyCard and make purchases wherever I go.

I love the convenience of the card. I like how my direct deposit gets delivered early. I just wish I could deposit personal checks via mobile deposit. I tried to deposit a check from my aunt and mobile deposit wouldn't accept it. That was very upsetting, since I don't have a real checking account through a bank.

Well, first I was getting paid 2 days ahead of everyone else, but now it's a day ahead. I would rather you all stick with the same days, so I would know. Without going to the ATM continuously checking.

I can always count on my direct deposit being available and having great access on my app for my Android. Easiest way to save money in my vault and transfer between accounts quickly and conveniently. I'm never out of reach of customer service and I can reload my card at any Wal-Mart across the country, and to know that any store and any atm is really available to me is of great importance and comfort. Whether shopping in store or online, Christmas or groceries... this is always the most dependable shopping card around.

I love my Walmart MoneyCard... it is the only card I use to pay bills or travel with. The low monthly fee is great and usually waived based on my deposits. It is extremely easy to reload and cost nothing to add funds to it. I got rid of my Netspend card and Wells Fargo, I use Walmart MoneyCard only.

Smart, convenient, best decision I ever made. This is the quickest, easiest banking I've ever done. I've use this system for several years now and it has worked for me. I don't have to worry about overdrawing or checks. If I have problems I just call customer service and they were always there to help me and I can always go online or call to check my balance or anything else I need and Walmart is a company I trust and I know will always be there.

The Walmart MoneyCard has been a lifesaver. The fact it comes with an actual account and routing number is awesome. The direct deposit never fails to come through two days every week on time with no problem and I have had no issues with the card that I could not get quick assistance with.

I've had this card for over 4 years and the only thing I can say I didn't like was that I can't transfer funds from card to card. I demagnetized a card and couldn't access funds until my new card arrived. But other than that I love this card and wouldn't switch to any other carrier.

I am overall satisfied using this debit card. It meets all my needs as bank card more than I expected. I have NOT experienced 1 issue in the 2 years of using this card and have highly recommended this card to family and friends. Thank you for excellent service!!

The card has been great. I use it as a savings account. I like The fact that I could customize the card. I also used it for things I didn't want linked to my bank account. The only issue has been a two day lag for direct deposit and account information.

My experience has been exceptional with my Walmart card. My pension check is loaded a day early with no problems. The type card I have, I'm able to load extra money at no additional charge. I've had this card for a few years and love it.

I find it rather annoying that I now have to go to the Money Center at my preferred location to reload my card. This policy change was recently implemented due to some ** doing something stupid, from what I've overheard. Normally, this wouldn't be a problem, except that my work schedule is such that the money center is closed by the time I can get there most days.

I like the card so far. No issues and I like that my direct deposit comes early. I'm not as happy about the fees however when I use an atm I think its excessive amount of the bank to charge me on top of the atm fee itself. Also the 5$ monthly charge is ridiculous.

So far it has worked out just great. No problems so far. I just wish the card was a little nicer looking. I have had no problems using on sites such as Etsy or eBay. Paying bills is convenient. The only problem I have encountered is that not all clerks at Wal-Mart have been trained to put money on my card. I usually have to go to customer service.

I don't think we should be charged to put money on our card in the stores, it's ridiculous. Also, everyone should have the option to take a photo of a check and deposit it. And everyone should be rewarded for a large direct deposit, but just ones with a certain card. But, I do love the earlier pay day!

The cards work well until you have a problem, like card needing replaced because of any reason. It takes over 2 weeks to get a new replacement and if you have money going into the account you're NOT able to access it at ALL and can be a big problem if you don't have money to live on or to use, other than that the cards work great...

This card has been wonderful in achieving my banking needs without all the penalties and hassle of an actual bank. The services it offers has abled me to do just as much as any other bank card and it has given me options of keeping accurate records of my finances. Would loved if it had an overdraft protection of at least 200.00 based on the average direct deposit. However, overall I have no complaints just that it has been a great help in helping me get ahead and stay ahead.

I love this card, it's just as good as any bank issued card, I would like to see checks in the future and ability to scan and deposit checks with the app. That would make that an all around card, checks would be a good addition to the card and beneficial. Have had this card for over 7 years and it's my go to card for everything.

I absolutely love this card and all of its features. I am impressed with the recent changes with my card and account, which makes for easier management. I would like to see this card option available again, as I tried to get one for my fiancé, the card options available were not like what I have. Overall, my account is great.

I have the black card and have been happy with it. It's easy to stop and load when need as I'm on the road as a driver. Unfortunately they got rid of the black card so I wouldn't ever get one of the others with all the fees. If something happens to this one I'll pass on the others.

On a few separate occasions I've had money refunded back to my card for various reasons. It was anything from hotel damage deposits to an airline ticket refund. It has taken anywhere from 5 to 12 days to get my money back. My bank has never taken longer than 24-48 hours. For this reason I am considering cancelling the card.

It's very difficult to get signature card. Have ordered two never received. Tried online and called and nothing... was hoping to use on vacation at end of July for girlfriend's birthday. Disappointed in service and was very excited and was highly recommend. Please help.

I'm 65 years old, and I enjoy the card very much. It's easy to use, and also very convenient. Easy to load. Best choice I've made. My husband has one also. Would highly recommend to anyone. The only thing I don't like is the 3 dollar fee to add money to the card but then I guess you have to make money too.

Bill pay is an excellent feature of this card. Payment amounts are easily selected, and checks are sent by specified due dates, as promised. Also, I get my Social Security payment several days before the designated pay date, which has proved invaluable on several occasions. This card is an outstanding value.

I've had my card for 4 plus years and have been pretty happy. My only complaint is even though I have direct deposit some months I still get charged the $3.00 fee that should be waived. Also it would be nice if you do a make over on the card. While not important it would be cool.

Would like to have checks for this card So that I can pay bills with a PAPER check if needed and would also like to get overdraft protection like most big banks. So that I may make purchased as long as I have direct deposit. I can send money to friends and family as well as put money in other bank accounts from this card.

Works just like a credit or debit card. More restrictive to add money to the card than I think it should be from even an established account. I will continue to use as it keeps me from having to keep larger amounts of cash on me.

I get my paycheck direct deposit and it text me when I get a deposit. The only thing I wish they would text you after you use your card so you know your balance! I love not dealing with the bank fees and no overdraft. I not like it when you add money to your card you have a fee and you can't put less than $20.

I use my card for everything. It helps me manage my spending. My experience has been great. I receive my paycheck a day early with my direct deposit. The only downside is the $500 maximum reload. If I wanted to load more I'd have to pay extra fees and ATM fees.

I think that it is unfair to charge a service fee and a reload fee. There are times that I have just enough for my bill that needs to be paid and the reload fee but my bill doesn't go through because of the monthly service fee. This is very discouraging as a customer.

The only complaint I've had with the MoneyCard is trying to use machines in the Walmart stores. This used to be free, but now is outsourced and charges fees like every other card. The machines frequently are out of service near me. I end up using ATMs which takes away one of the primary benefits of the card.

One of your "advantages" of having your card was to get my direct deposit "up to" 2 days early. My experience had been only getting my direct deposit a few hours earlier than my regular Friday. I may not continue with the card.

I use my Walmart MoneyCard to pay bills, shop online. I love it. I wish lived closer to Walmart, so I could take advantage of the free loads Walmart offers, sometimes I go to Dollar General to reload, as they are 1.00 cheaper than Walgreens. I have used my card to book motel rooms, etc. I do not have my paycheck direct deposited. I might in the future.

Hello. Thank you for this opportunity to let you know my experience with my Walmart MoneyCard. I only put maybe $20 or $40 depending on my monthly budget! I am on a fixed income on S.S.I. (Social Security Income - $735 a month). Everyone thinks I am rich or have a lot of money... Even my home health aide services think that but I do not! I use my MoneyCard for petty cash on a rainy day saved up! It helps me out. Thank you for allowing me this opportunity to tell you this and for the opportunity to have a little saved up on my Walmart MoneyCard!

I would recommend to anyone. I love my card and wouldn't change it. I have had it for years. A few of my friends have changed to a Walmart credit card. I can go anywhere and use it and pay my bills with no problems. It's a great card. Thank you.

I love having the Walmart MoneyCard. You can get it reloaded just about anywhere and it's instant. Also you have direct deposit and can download the app and do cash checking online. I enjoy the MoneyCard and recommend it to everyone.

The Walmart MoneyCard is very convenient for me. I actually load my card in order to pay my bills in a very safe and secure way! I also enjoy receiving rewards for using my card at Walmart. Collectors can only take what I load on to my card.

Walmart MoneyCard is the best thing since sliced bread! You guys are amazing! The best part is the app that you can download to check your money anytime and anywhere. It has really made me appreciate Walmart a little more. I had a bank account one time and I am never going back to banks. I am sticking with Walmart! No overdraft fees or any hidden fees, I absolutely love it. Another cool thing is, is that you can customize your card! I always got compliments on my old card! A great card to use to pay bills on time. Never know issue to add money for getting money off. Great for direct deposits. I would definitely recommend anyone to use this. I use this card to pay all my bills online. Go get you one.

I enjoy using the Walmart card as I travel and can reload it all over the country. It would be a great advantage to be able to have others have the capability of putting money on my card. I had an incident with fraud and I got the money back, just took a really long time. Generally very happy with it.

I have been satisfied in all areas I have encountered regarding this account. I mainly check my balance over the phone with the automated system. I received a tax refund on my card which was very easy to set up and went smoothly all the way to the end.

I was under the impression that if I loaded this card at Walmart there would be no fee for loading it but Walmart charged me $3.00 to do so. Other than that I have no other issues with the card. I like the cash back feature and also the rewards program.

I enjoyed the convenience of direct deposit and how checked my balance from any phone or location, how great customer service support is available when you need them to help with issues or purchased problem. It real convenient to add money so quickly. Enjoy the card.

My experience with the MoneyCard has been excellent. I have not had any issues loading, spending or with customer service while using the card. I have used the card to pay bills, get gas, buy food and purchase groceries. I have recommended using the card to my friends and family.

It's a great card, and it's easy to use and load money on. Everyone shops at Walmart. I just find it convenient and a great way to manage my money when I'm shopping and paying my bills. Nobody can beat Walmart's prices period. It's a one stop shopping store. How can you go wrong?

I love your Card services, but the fees are a bit much. If your card are free then the loading and unloading should be also since it's your money anyway. You should be able to withdraw and load free if you doing it in the store in which it came from. Thank you!

Over the two years I have had my Wal-Mart card, I only once had a problem with it. Other than that, my card is always updated and good to go at all times. I have my checks deposited on it, never a problem.

My experience with the Walmart MoneyCard has been great. I am happy with the low fees. I am with the convenience of using the card. The card is easy to use anywhere plastic is taken. I like the atm at Walmart. I like that it is easy to load money on to the card and that direct deposit is free.

Very satisfied and very Dependable!!! Easy to access account! I like having a card I can use for so many different things, such as purchasing to paying bills to sending money to friends and family. Very convenient when making online purchases!!!

My experience was enjoyable. Each step of the set-up process was simple and didn't take very much time. When my card was stolen getting a replacement card was super cheap and quick. Walmart also kept my funds safe and sound. Having virtually no fee since I have my paycheck direct deposited is awesome.

I had trouble reloading my card because it couldn't be read or entered manually for a reload. When I spoke to customer service, I was told I could get a new card at no charge, which was untrue. I will have to either pay $3.00 via online or purchase a new one in the store for $4.95. This card worked perfectly less than 24 hrs before I attempted to reload it.

I love my Walmart MoneyCard! It is easy to use and has good perks! I would recommend this card to anyone. I have had my card for the past four years and if I ever had an issue it was resolved with no problems.

I think it's overpriced pay for card, pay to load, pay to take off. Just overpriced. We have been looking into other cards. We have been with this Walmart prepaid card for 5 years I'm guessing and never once has Walmart that takes so much of people's money would give you a gift towards birthday, anniversary, I mean not even a thank you.

Have been unable to make a photo deposit ever... fees are ridiculous. I'm pretty sure Wally World makes enough $$ as it is. I have both Visa and recently MasterCard. Unable to see MasterCard via app only Visa. Did I mention the transaction fees are absurd?

I purchase something and request money returned to me, it was after contacting Money Card people. So a complaint was filed, I got money back and a letter from MoneyCard people after the investigation was done. Money I got back.

I use this card to pay all of my bills and haven't had any problems. I have shopped online and still haven't had any problems. I think it's a great card and service. I haven't found any place that would not take it. Keep up the great work. Thank you for your great service.

I love my Walmart MoneyCard. The direct deposit availability, the savings vault, the accuracy and the Walmart rewards. Anytime I have ever had to call, the representatives are professional, polite and helpful. Thank you for all you do for customer service!

I would like to see when direct deposit is made, a call will notify you when it will be posted/time. Normally when my direct deposit is posted is one day before pay day. I do understand that it has to come first from when your employer informs first.

I use my card for everyday transactions. Walmart is my primary store for me! I use it for my direct deposits and I love it. This card is easygoing and extremely handy! I highly recommend it to anyone that needs a card that is easy to upload checks!

So far everything is good, I have not had any problem loading my card nor any problem using my card. It is very convenient for me because I live close to a Walmart and that is where I normally load my card. It nice not to have to drive out of my way just to load my card.

My experience with the Walmart MoneyCard is a good one. I have been using this card for years, and am very pleased with it. I can buy food at grocery stores and restaurants, I can use this card at retail stores, and anywhere else that accepts Mastercard. The Walmart MoneyCard can be used just as any other credit or debit card. I love it!

Overall the debit card is good. The fee for withdrawals from the in store ATM I do not agree with. Usually I will buy several things and get 100 cash back each purchase. This is just a pain in the butt to avoid paying a fee for my money you are holding... using. From a marketing standpoint you've got me buying something just to avoid a fee... so well done. It would be nice to have the ability to deposit from a picture of a check.

When I had the black Visa card I was never charged $3 to reload. I also loved the fact that I was able to customize! Also with the black Visa card I was able to have a authorized user on my account. Having this blue card is such a hassle. Those $3 to reload hurt. I load the least 4 times a month. So I pay $12 just to have my money with your business. It's very sad. I miss the black Visa card!

Green Dot bank customer service is very horrible... It takes this company 3- 6 months to credit back transactions to your account. The representative are very rude and hang up on you and will not let you talk to a manager or supervisor and would not recommend this company... On the plus side the direct deposits are quick and on time.

I just feel like personally that the $3 fee each time I upload money to my card is silly. As I put money on my card at least 4-5 times a month that's at least $12-$15. I do like that I'm able to pay my bills right from my card and that I can have my check uploaded onto it but I just wish there wasn't such a big fee each time I did it.

Easy to use, and I Love how I get paid before everyone else. I was a little disappointed with the card, when I first started, according to the sign at the guest service at Walmart the day I got, If you deposit a certain amount on your card, you get $200, well, I Never got that. But overall, I'm happy with my card.

I'm going to say my experience with the MoneyCard is okay. I have a big problem with customer service and the way they handle my account. I feel that customer service does what they want to do and not what you want as a client.

I have found this card to be very helpful. I now have a second account that I can dedicate for certain purposes, without the risk of expensive overdraft fees. If I could improve this card, it would be to have the ability to make online transfers from another bank account, and to be able to use the app to deposit checks remotely via photo image. Other than that - great experience.

It take so long on some Wednesdays for my check to drop. I wish y'all can have it dropped at midnight Wednesday night. That would help a lot because today I had to wait until 5 pm and I had to replan everything I had to do and that's never a good thing. So please take that into consideration. But every thing else is good though.

I don't have any complaints towards my Walmart Debit card but I also bought a gift card for 220.00 and when I went to use it it was a 000.00 balance and haven't been reimbursed as of yet nor am I sure I'm going to be reimbursed... With that said at this point I refuse to put $ on my Walmart Debit card because how can I trust that cash won't come up missing!

I love the card. Especially getting my paycheck 2 days early with my direct deposit. Have never had any problems with the card. The fees are low. Customer service employees are very efficient and knowledgeable. I will highly recommend the Walmart money card to all my friends and colleagues. Thank you Walmart!

The only issue I have with the card is my direct deposit never shows up before 5 am. And if I spend any money that day it takes all my debits before showing my direct credit. Other than that I have always enjoyed being able to use my card everywhere I go and use it.

I don't agree with getting charged an atm fee when using the card at Walmart. It is difficult leaving a tip at restaurants due to being a prepaid card. Staff at Walmart in our area need to be better trained on how to accept cash payments applied to prepaid MasterCard. I can have over 500.00$ on my card and can't pay for gas at the pump, multiple stations. Just little things...

When looking at your transaction history it becomes confusing since the date is no longer the actual transaction date but the date the actual transaction was closed... Also personally I've had issues with the waiver for monthly fee and since I don't have an option to look at past months I have no way in comparing how close each month I've been to getting the fee waived... Daily balance is almost always off which can be a bit annoying if you depend on said alerts. Love the stash option.

I love the fact I can hold money in my vault for emergencies and be able to move it back to be able to use easily with app. Also, the fact that I can't overdraft is helpful. However, loading my card for $3.00 is an inconvenience when I'm only load under $50.00.

Love using this card so easy to manage. Just wish I could renew my card and get a new card without having to purchase a new account with a new card. I hope that you will change or add this option and I bet more people would use this card more, and I would surely recommend this card to friends if that option was available.

I'm happy with the ease and convenience of the card. Customer service is just fine to deal with. The only thing that bothers me is that I direct deposit at least 2400 a month and still get charged a monthly fee. I thought after 1000 a month was deposited the fee would be waived.

The card is just okay. I have had a couple instances where I could not use my own money and that made me very livid! Also customer service should be in the USA so that they are better able to assist regarding understanding the questions customers ask about.

Only problem I've had is loading the card. Sometimes the store will let me load $1000.00 and other times they say they only allow $500.00 per day. The only time this was a problem was when loading the card for vacation. Walmart is not in the community I live in so I try to avoid daily trips.

Going on 5 years now... no issues... use it everywhere! I have told friends and family and know some who have gotten one. Well love it, it's handy and works wonders. Direct deposit, money transfers, vault... all of it. I have even obtained a 2nd card.

I had last my card and was stressing out about my direct deposit. When customer service told me my new card was on its way and that my direct deposit number remains the same, it such a relief. I didn't want to get a hold of someone from human resources and have to go in person to give them a copy of a new direct deposit number. Y'all are great.

I love my card except that I was forced out of using my other card that did not have a loading fee nor did it have a $5 per month users fee. Your company didn't maintain the website on the other card. I didn't appreciate that but mostly I don't like the fees with this other card. Other than that I love the card.

I have had my Walmart MoneyCard for years, I use it for everything and will continue to do so. I love the customer service I have received in the past, and whenever I have had any issues, they have always been rectified, immediately. My only issue with it is that I have two names on the account, but they do not show up on the website. How can this be changed to reflect both names?

This card doesn't offer good customer service. When my card got compromised and money taken out of my account it took over 10 days to get MY money back. Then when I was on vacation, my card got swiped at the hotel for the wrong amount but the money still came out and was on hold-pending for 5 days before I got it back. Disappointing.

This is the best prepaid card ever! I am very pleased with it. I will definitely recommend it to all my friends and family. When I first got the card, I wasn't sure I would like it. I use it for online purchases and for putting deposits on my hotel rooms. Wouldn't use any other card!

I've had my Walmart MoneyCard for about 8 years now and I love it. I like how I get my direct deposit 2 days early and it's acceptable everywhere. Even when I'm out of town I can use it anywhere. I also like that now we can stash money almost like a savings account. It's just great. The only downside is the fees at the ATM. Walmart used to have one that didn't used to charge a fee and I was really upset when they removed it.

I think that this card is safe, convenient and easy to use and I like to use this at Walmart Supercenter, Walmart Neighborhood Market, Subway, McDonald's, CVS, Sonic, BP, Conoco, Cosentino's, Target, I like to recommend Using My Mobile App.

I have my Walmart MoneyCard for more than 2 years and I have excellent experience and I will keep using my card. It's very good service for pay online and schedule payment. The only thing I will love to change is if I can change the pic on my Walmart Money.

I really enjoy this card. It does everything I want and nothing that I don't. I don't have to worry about overdraft fees and have a way to put money to the side so I really have to think about if I need to spend the money. It is a very convenient card to have.

For the most part my experience has been very good, the main objection I have is with the fee associated with not loading enough on the card each month. That's very frustrating and comes off as greedy considering I'm charged a fee to load money on the card to begin with. I would be ok with one of those, but both keeps me looking for a replacement all the time. Would also be nice if you added the ability to deposit my paycheck via picture as many others are currently doing or adding to their features.

I love my card. I use it online, and in stores. It's accepted every where Visa is. It gives me so many options. I've Had my card for about four years now. I would not trade my card for anything. I've never had any problems with customer service. I get text messages and I can check everything online.

I have had nothing but issue with either trying to get my money or trying to put money on the card! When I was written a check for my business the Walmart would not load that check on the card! This was THE WORST card and company I have ever dealt with! I have and will not recommend anyone purchasing any card from Walmart or Green Dot bank!

I love using my Walmart Green Dot card and getting direct deposit early. My issue with the Walmart Card is that I cannot text to see the balance anymore. Before I could text and receive the balance right away. The number would change off and on, I would get annoyed with that. I have signed up to receive text alerts every day but I'm not even getting that because something is going wrong with technology. They have been saying that for the last 3 weeks. I'd love to check my account through text again instead of calling to make sure stuff was taking out or checking on the web. I understand that this is my issue and your company is bigger and has other important issues going. I'd just like to know when the issue will be resolved.

I have used the Walmart MoneyCard 7 yrs or more. I plan to continue using it indefinitely. It makes my life much easier. I never have to worry about overdraft fees and I love getting my direct deposit paycheck 2 days early.

9 out of 10 employees I encountered were really nice, friendly, helpful people! I was really surprised seeing it's Walmart and everyone is normally irritating with one another. My only complaint is the cost when reloading my Walmart pre-paid card, it gets expensive having to pay to put money on my own Walmart card. Can you please look into that?

I love Walmart card and I will recommend it to people. I love the fact that it is so easy to use and you can always depend on your money being on the card. Keep up the good work, you're doing a good job. I love that if you have a question they always get back in touch with you as soon as they can.

The only issue I have had in my 7 months of being a customer is the reload process. Every time I have had to cash a paper check and load the money on the card Walmart system cannot process more than 500$ at a time. So if my check is 800$ I have to pay double load fees so $3.97 ×2.

Overall I haven't had any issues. I think it needs to be made easier to get a check deposited on your card when at the money center and I also think that deposits made by phone should have a charge to receive immediately. Overall good experience otherwise.

My experience with my Walmart card has been easy. I enjoy not having to answer to a banking company. I haven't had a problem using my card anywhere. I also love that I can use the app to track all of my purchases and deposits. The only issue I have is not having the proper information on retrieval of monies on my card especially if it's a larger amount than the allotted $100. I understand the safety issue for that amount, but more information could be given in the app even.

Ok I have a card I get direct deposit on. And after I got the card, the card started offering a savings part and money back on purchases and that offer free monthly fees if you deposit so much a month. But I can't get it without getting a new card. I can't do that because that's how I get paid. Not a good thing to do to your customers by not helping out with that kinda thing more. But other than that it's a great option if that's all you can get.

Excellent services. I would refer to friends to use this Walmart prepaid card. Very accurate and fast direct deposit, easy pay bill online, fast transfer money, safe to send money to family or friend. Low services fee. I am very satisfied with Walmart prepaid card.

I have been an account holder of a Walmart MoneyCard account through Green Dot for nearly two years. In that time I have never had any problems with reloading nor with using my card, either in a physical store or using the card for online bill pay. I'm very grateful to Walmart/Green Dot for providing these cards to those of us who might have difficulty with traditional banks. I realize that Walmart and/or GreenDot have the right to change account terms whenever they wish; however, I do wish that the company would continue to honour my original $500 deposit agreement and not increase it to a $1000 monthly deposit in order to avoid a monthly fee. I have been very careful to follow the rules in order to avoid any account fees; this new monthly deposit requirement, while it will not cause me a financial hardship, nevertheless makes the account less attractive to those looking for a card account.

It's easy and it has direct deposit. I get my check a day early. I love how easy it is to get money from any ATM. I like how I can add money at any Walmart. I like to use my card for on-line shopping with my card.

I love my Wal-Mart account. Customer service is always friendly and efficient. Not once in a year and a half do I have a complaint and trust me I can complain, ask my kids!! I had a slight issue with a security block at one time they placed on my card without me knowing and wanted to charge 15 dollars for me to receive a new one in 3 to 5 business days. However, they did change or waive the fee and sent me my card. Thank you For This opportunity. I wish there was a way though if we get direct deposit that a automatic debit would clear especially if the account is only a few hours short of the withdrawal. Sorta like how a financial institution would do. But, I do realize this is not a bank and I'm blessed to have what I do. Thank you.

The last card I received there were three charges to my account that were not resolved by Green Dot Bank. I ended it doing it myself and the got a letter from Green Dot saying they couldn't resolve the problem. I informed them that I had already taken care of the charges and they credited my account. It took two weeks to see the funds back in my account. On 6 20 17 another unauthorized charge was made on a new card they had sent me. They sent me another card and charged me $3.00. I sent all the information, still haven't heard anything. Case # ** attn: Fred. Far Invest ** Service provider. $39.95. Other than no follow through on moneys taken out of my account and no one following through I haven't had any problems.

Overall we love our Walmart cards. I wish the website would have more replacement request options. We don't have lost or stolen cards but we have damaged cards. I would like to replace without canceling all cards on the account.

I have never been able to manage my money and keep track of my purchases so easily. I have had accounts with several local credit unions and always end up paying outrageous fees for inexplicable reasons and this card has given me peace of mind in every aspect! All it needs is a line of credit option! I recommend it to everyone!

Walmart MoneyCard is the best prepaid card I have ever had. I get paid two days ahead of time and I'm able to stash money that I don't want or need to spend. I would recommend Walmart MoneyCard over a bank account any day...

I asked my work for direct deposit back in December. Gave them the info that I got from the card. They deposited it but I never got it. It said it went to my card according to their bank but it didn't go to my card. At least I never received it. So I called corporate of the card and they said they were going to investigate it then I never heard any more about it. Nobody ever called or sent me anything at all. So right before Christmas a whole check was gone and we didn't have no Christmas for my family. So that's my experience.

It's A pretty good card to use. I like to use it for direct deposit and I would recommended to everyone. I just don't like the 5$ fee, I think it's too much for a monthly fee but other than that I like it. Pretty easy to use.

I love this card!! Nevertheless a bad experience in any kind of way at all!! It helps me keep track of what I spend!! The monthly fee isn't too much at all. I rather use this card than any other card that's out there. I have told my friends and family members about the Walmart MoneyCard.

It is really great. I like it better than a checking account but I don't like having to pay extra just to add money on the card. That should be free. Sometimes I have to count change just to pay the extra 3 dollars.

I like the direct deposit option, and the ease of use with checking my account balance. I like that I can check my balance from my phone at any time anywhere. I also like that we can easily transfer funds from my account to my wife's or vice versa. I don't like that there is a limit on transfers though.

I've used my card wherever Master Cards are used and pay bills by phone or online. Yes I would recommended and I have done so in the pass to tell anyone to get one. I've had my card for more than three years. I get my direct pay two days earlier. I can reload my card at CVS, Dollartree or Walmart.

I have noticed when paying at several establishments it shows my balance on the receipt. This is not ok! Other than that I haven't had any issues. My money is on my card before my payday. That is something I like and I haven't had any issues with overdrafts.

Always on time with my ss and always There if you need them. 24 hours 7 days week and customer service is always There when you have a question or your problem. Easy to add money at the res and at the customer card desk but this is too much to explain.
